A quaint restaurant that specialises in sandwiches, wraps and burgers. And oh yes. Their coffee and tea - delicious. A vast selection. And juice of course. Service was good.

Simple restaurant for a simple meal. You sit down, there is no menu, you get up, walk to the chalkboard menu, choose a dish, sit down again order, they don't have, go back to the chalk board, choose something else, hoping they will jabe this time, sit down, order. Ridiculous. One beef lasagna for P95 comes with fries and fresh salad (very rare in Botswana). Approved. Nice atmosphere as well. Service is what service is in Botswana. They took 10 minutes to bring the credit card machine and took away chairs from my table while I was still seated.

Great food. Fast service and great embience. HOWEVER the waiter scammed my credit card and processed fraudulent amount on my card.

We both enjoyed the food as place. Service was good. Breakfast was good but maybe missing some items normally on a traditional English. No beans, no mushrooms. The Grilled Tomato was perfection as actually cooked unlike most places. Toast was nice but needed another butter portion. Tea was in a pot so good. Three sausages was great. Bacon portion was good. Eggs a little under done but cannot complain as still runny. Asking 30 for a small portion of chips on the side is laughable. The minus was for the shockingly bad internet. It's not an internet café but it should work. It's was slow and disconnecting frequently.

No! They only have soluble coffee (same as the one you find in any store). Don't expect a coffee machine here. The skill of the batista is to stir your coffee powder/grains. Disappointing.

Recently I ordered a surprise birthday cake for my cousin living in Gaborone. I'm so happy I chose Pynasty Cakes and thank them for making it a special memorable experience for us. The ordering process and the response I received was very professional and deserves a lot of appreciation. The cake was delivered on time and I was also sent a beautiful video capturing the surprise delivery moment for me which I will cherish for life. My cousin really loved the surprise as well as the delicious cake which tasted awesome. Over all a great experience and I highly recommend Pynasty Cakes.

Doughnuts are really good, fluffy, different flavours. Bischoff is nice, the chocolate one is really rich if you aren’t a fan of chocolate. On request they can do vegan cakes, they are good as well!

Every time I visit, I have the pleasure of tasting new bread. Serving time is sometimes too slow or fast. The staff is always friendly and the place is quiet.

They probably serve one of the best cuppacinno in town. Carrot cake was just ok. They also have a really good selection of alternatives and local condiments to choose from.

Place smells bad. After my order was ready they told me they had no rice and offered butternut squash instead. Steak tasted good but was underwhelming. They only serve in take away boxes and plastic cutlery. I paid P103 for 1 T-Bone and 2 sides.

I like the muffins

Firstly they have amazing ice cream, secondly the staff was very friendly and assisted us when my little niece was having a "melting moment" My only issue was they kinda forgot us , the "sitting in " customers and focused on the "takeaways" because of the queue which I get but our waiting time to get the menu and then to order became such a task and a little bit annoying. Otherwise enjoyed the ice cream date 😉

Why must you be so rude to people who cannot speak Setswana fluently? Why such horrible service? Especially your Phakalane location at Acacia Mall. I do NOT recommend until they retrain their employees.

Really this place is great, it's just you don't get the best customer service, only because the employees have to deal with huge work loads, there's very few of them and many customers, i don't blame them, but all in all you'll still enjoy your time there wether it's with friends, family or by yourself ( would recommend )
