I created my own plate, scrambled eggs and avocado on sour dough. Was far too oily for me. Texture of the eggs was good. They were served over the avocado so I lost the flavour of that. Service was good but I did wait a little bit for my food. Maybe the other dishes are better but I think over all there are nicer places around to get your avocado fix. I also had a turmeric shot which was average.

I came here with my Mongolian friend. It was very surprising that the service here was so bad. We called many times to order, but no one came to us. Even though they had seen us, they walked as if they didn't hear or see us. We called more than 3 times. And finally, I walked alone to the waiter to order. By far the BEST restaurant/café in Bali! Every time I come back to Canggu, I make sure to stop here just to sit for a long while, enjoy brunch, and soak it all in. The staff is incredibly kind, the seating is super comfortable, and the food is simply amazing! Everything is spotless and so clean. I’ve tried almost the entire menu by now, and honestly, everything is perfect. At many other places in Bali, I’ve had big issues in the past — but here, never. Keep it up! And the fact that it’s all vegan is just a dream. Thank you, I’ll always come back.

This is by far the best vegan restaurant I have visited anywhere in the world. Having been vegan for six months now, this place has become my favorite and the very reason I embraced veganism! The best part is that it feels like a regular restaurant where everything on the menu is vegan by default. No need to check for vegan options — just order like you would anywhere else. Everything I’ve tried here is a solid 10/10, especially the burgers, fries, and bowls. I’ve only had the pasta once; it was good but didn’t quite have the same “wow” factor as the other dishes. The burgers are truly amazing—so good you’ll wonder, “Is this really vegan?” My favorites are the Hawaii Burger and the Zinger/Chicken Burger. You also have to try the chili cheese fries and cheese nachos! The breakfast options like French toast and Eggs Benedict taste incredibly authentic and real, with no compromises. The service is always excellent—friendly, professional, and fast. I never have to wait long for my food. Prices are very reasonable and definitely worth it. We eat here or order via Gojek at least once or twice a week. We are truly thankful this restaurant exists; it makes our lives better without harming any animals

My friends and I stayed in Canggu for 3 days and ended up coming to this restaurant 5 times!! We absolutely loved dining at this restaurant. The food was incredible, so nourishing and there’s lots of variety on the menu so there is always something for someone. Not only that but all the staff are beautiful, kind and friendly people. They always have a smile on their face, so thorough when taking orders, happy to chat and get to know you. The owner was also so generous one morning and waived the bill on our breakfasts as the food came out a little bit longer than anticipated which was more than fine as you could see they were busy, it was such a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Since being back home in Melbourne I find myself raving on about this restaurant to people I know, you might just have to open one here 😉 I highly recommend you visit I am Vegan Babe if you’re ever in the Canggu area ⭐️

This place is AMAZING!😍 The vibes and decor are amazing, the workers are all so kind and smiley, the menu is huge and affordable and the food is genuinely delicious. The best food I’ve had in weeks. The double cheeseburger is amazing !! EDIT: Came back for breakfast which was also amazing and we came back for tiramisu which was delicious. Everything is good here!

I really enjoyed all the food I had here, and I would have kept coming back if I had a bigger budget since their prices are higher than most other vegan restaurants in the area. My absolute favourite dish is the Grand Slam Babe, which you may or may not be able to finish on your own depending on how hungry you are. I also loved their Teriyaki Tokyo Bowl and their Snickers Bar, both of which were absolutely delicious. However, one thing I don't like is that they have their staff wear shirts that say “Not Vegan Vegan Club.” Maybe they find it funny, but I think it's counterproductive to promoting the vegan message. On the plus side, their service is excellent, food comes out quickly, and their 2-for-1 burger deal on Saturdays is a winner.

I’ve always loved this restaurant, the food, the service, and the consistency of the taste. When i drive from Canggu to Kuta (3-4 times per week) i will always drive there even thought i get into traffic and take me double the time because it's worth the extra distance. However, the recent price increase has made it difficult for me to keep coming. I just returned from Europe and was surprised to find myself paying even more here than I did there. Sadly, it’s no longer something I can afford. I’ll still visit occasionally for your Friday pasta, which I truly enjoy, but it’s disappointing that I have to cut back. I’m writing this not to complain, but to share honest feedback from someone who genuinely appreciates your place and hopes it remains accessible to more people. For now i have to eat in another restaurant for less than half the price (pic added).

I can imagine I actually had to make 2 trips to this shop! 1st time I went close to 5pm and when I reached there I was told they have sold out! I was like wow is it really so popular? I decided to make a reservation for the pie susu so I could collect them on the day of departure. What I didn't like was that they didn't allow the mixing of flavours, so each box would have 10 of the same, which was not something I would have liked for 1 person wanting to try out the flavours. Eventually I decided to get only the original and the chocolate one. Tried it a day later when I opened up and distributed it to my friends. I liked the original one it was a little sweet but was quite nice, the tart shell was pretty good too. The chocolate one didn't really go well with me, the chocolate taste was a bit weird and not to my liking. Hope have chance to try other flavours again.

The location is close from seminyak. Sometimes, if you are not lucky, then it will be sold out. So pre-order via phone is recommended.

Avoid. After I was already eating a strawberry croissant I discovered fresh cream inside. This has been sitting out since this morning not refrigerated. It’s 4.30pm. Very worried about what’s to come for my young boy and I. Staff had no idea cream should be kept in the fridge. Praying we don’t end up very sick. No hygienic or food safety knowledge.

I stood my ground and got my change back. After that, things just went downhill. They didn’t give me any cutlery for my croissant, so I had to go back and ask. Then, after waiting 20 minutes, my coffee still hadn’t shown up — I had to remind them again. When it finally arrived, it was burnt. Honestly, it felt intentional, like they were being spiteful because of the earlier disagreement. Never experienced such bad service in my life. Do yourself a favour — skip this place. There are far better cafés just down the road.

Me and my girlfriend visited here last year many times last year, we have now returned for the second year of our trip and we have been here many times again. This time we chose to both have the pancakes as we can remember how tasty they were last year (they still taste fantastic!) they’re location is generously sized which accommodates lots of seating options which can host from a couple up to 9 people +. We would definitely come back here again for breakfast and would recommend it to anyone looking for a scrumptious breakfast ! 5 ⭐️

The food is consistently delicious (fresh ingredients and beautifully presented☺️) The coffee never disappoints, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. We stopped by Milk & Madu for a light snack and really loved it! The fruit bowl was fresh, colorful, and full of tropical flavors like dragon fruit, mango, and berries. It was the perfect healthy and refreshing mid-day treat. The atmosphere was cozy and lively, with great live music in English playing in the background. A wonderful spot to relax, enjoy good vibes, and have something delicious and natural in Bali!

We went 2 nights in a row because the pumpkin pizza was phenomenal!! Absolutely loved it! Fantastic service too. There is a small slide for the kids and they bring pencils and paper for them to use at the table too. There was live music one night, but it wasn’t too loud and we could still easily talk. So lovely.

If I could give more stars because of the amazing customer service, I would. From the very start with Erica and the front desk, to Alit and Smiley at the pool, every interaction was warm and delightful. Truly made me and my niece feel at home for our 5 night stay. The food was amazing with prob one of the best breakfast buffets and the location to the beach was great. The rooms were also very spacious and clean, although there probably will need to be some small renovations done soon to keep up with the 5 stars. Either way, our stay was amazing and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Very nice hotel. The staff are very attentive. There are a few places to get food, but really only one restaurant that it comes from. The pool is not too large and seating is at a premium. There is a great swim-up bar. The two bed room that I reserved was not available, but we were put into a suite and a roll-away bed was added. So, this worked out fine. As far as the location, it was about 30 minutes from the airport near the ocean, but no views (or maybe from just a handful of rooms). Its right on a main road with lots of shops and restaurants, but we didn't explore them. If you go, consider asking for a swim-up room, so you can jump on directly from your patio.

Keysha and Erica went out of their way to make our stay lovely. Thank you! We enjoyed the quiet spot to one side of the pool, and the floating beanbags. I enjoyed having an early morning coffee at the pool before breakfast, and the ginger energiser drinks at the gym. We had a complimentary 30 minute massage, which was very relaxing. The location is great for a walk along the beach at sunset, or for some of the local restaurants (Balique, Kayumanis Resto, L’Osteria, La Brasserie), nail spa (Two Dimples) and happy hour at Puri Belmont (3-5pm). My only feedback is that on alternating days, staff get a microphone and turn the relaxing pool area into a competition / activity area for an hour. This was very out of place for a calm area and so we left each time this occurred. Thank you Keysha and Erica for taking care of us! Suksma! 🙏

The room has plenty of space! That is the best part of the whole experience. My room has direct access to the pool. You can just jump into the pool from the balcony after waking up! Superb! Edgar at the front desk is super helpful! Five stars to him. The pool is nice. It is not deep and wraps around the whole rooms on the first floor. It is the perfect height for aqua fitness. The vegetations around the pool are very lush and beautiful. Their gym has a nice yoga/stretching room with yoga mats, yoga pillows, blocks, bands, and stretching balls. I spent two hours doing yoga and body conditioning! It’s the most comfortable and functional gym I’ve ever been to, and I travel quite a lot. It’s an old building and they have refurbished some parts of the room, but I can see many parts of the property can use a major renovation. The only drawback is that it does not have direct access to the beach. The staff are all friendly, accommodating, and they actually remember you at breakfast. Feel like home!

Selling ice cream with several sizes to offer. From cup, with 3 different sizes. And the sizes will effect your scoop and choice of flavours. Motorcycle parking is available but unfortunately for car is not. They selling few flavours from dairy based to fruit based. Texture is bit hard. Not easy to melt.

One of the best vegan friendly ice cream in Canggu. They uses coconut based ingredients for their ice cream and I personally think it taste better compared to those that uses dairy. It somewhat has light coconut-ey flavor but the main flavor is still dominant, a small hint of saltiness and savory, and nutty at the same time. I would recommend their coconut pandan, personally my best choice. Looking forward to come here again.

Popped in here for a quick rest stop to escape the heat of Bali. The inside of the place is very simple with bar stool seating for about 5 people maximum. There were about 20 flavours available that day, we picked the mango and bounty bar flavour. Both were very refreshing and flavours did not taste overpowering at all. Staff were also very friendly.

What making it special ofcourse it's ice cream with many selection of flavors and varian toppings which could making you confused what to choose. They also have a good coffee and yummy milk shake, both are also a must try while chilling out there😀

Mad Pops is a heavenly place. Whatever you are - Vegan or Supporter of Animal Cruelty, you are going to love their ice creams. Their menu changes everyday, which is awesome. I recommend the Tiramisu, black forest and choco brownie if you like chocolate flavor. Otherwise, their other cocunut vanilla based ice creams are fantastic too.

We walked past this place after Sunday Market. Their cone was homemade, and taste very good compared to other gelato chains in Bali. They had excellent flavor selections. And the gluten-free options and you're allowed to try them before you buy! I love the pistachio and peanut butter flavor. You can tell they used a premium ingredient for the gelato. It was so gooooooddd you would really wish you have more scopes at your last bite. We will be back for more especially the peanut butter, lovely!

The dessert, marketed as ice cream, resembled flavored shaved ice and was priced nearly on par with premium brands like Häagen-Dazs, which was disappointing. The only real draw here is the aesthetic—a place to snap photos of a bygone era. Out of all the places I visited during my week in Malang, this was the sole disappointment, and I wouldn’t return even if the meal were free.

I truly hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the service and hygiene. Maintaining cleanliness and having attentive, friendly staff would make a huge difference. Until then, I would only recommend visiting Toko Oen for its history, not for a quality meal.

After reading so many reviews, I was pretty apprehensive. Ordered the Oen’s special ice cream (we wanted to try the tutti fruiti but it was sold out) and it comes in a tiny cup with three small scoops. Many said the ice cream is like a sorbet or a frozen slushie and they were disappointed and I was curious so a basic research answered the question - Basically in 1930’s Dutch colonies in tropics did not have refrigeration or other thickeners and cream was expensive. The restaurant is currently trying to stick to its tradition and classic methods so what you’re eating is history. However, it’s an experience. It’s pricy too.

Honestly i expected a bit more from an ice cream joint that operated since 1930. The ice cream taste itself wasnt very exciting, tbh for me is just very normal. It also melts very fast, even though their servers served it as soon as possible already. This can mean that the fat content isnt high. The restaurant has limited air conditioned sitting area. If u sit outside, its gonna be really hot and warm, being by the busy road isnt helping the experience. We tried the cookies and cream, chocolate and mocha choco chips ice cream. Ice cream is meh, but the pastry like waffle bowl itself is good tho

One of my bad experience to pre-order something. At first the cashier didn't even notice someone else behind a customer at the cashier and need to stand aside before someone else ask me what i want to do in front of the table beside the cashier. After give my receipt and i need to wait for 33 minutes when i actually schedule my pickup on 7pm? I don't think i get this kind of experience in another cake store near my house. Sooo, this is a good place where you can choose the theme of the seats based on your taste. They have indoor and outdoor setting. I chose the outdoor setting in the back, they have plug in case you wanna work there. Music is there. You can smoke outdoor. For food, if you opt for heavy one then pizza or rainbow salad (if you like it) are you choice since they don't serve rice or noodle. So far between all the pizza they have, i like salami and margeritha pizza (no chicken/beef on this). Rainbow salad also recomended. Tropical fruit series are nice tho i haven't try the pineaple one. Atmosphere wise, it is nice to chat or have social gathering here. They have a lot of deserts. I have tried the gelato and croffle, they are nice. Service is good, staffs are friendly and responsive towards the guest's request. Though i think they don't clean up the table unless you leave or you asked them to, probably just want to be polite in case you have not finished your food or drinks. I usually order coffee based, matcha, waffle, and croissant. They open a branch near the train station. The same menu and ambience.
