If you find yourself in Tiwi, Albay, be sure to visit DJC Halo Halo and Snack Inn for a delightful frozen treat. This cozy restaurant, owned by Djohn G. Clutario, started as a small halo-halo stall and has now become a popular spot for budget-friendly breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
The best and most popular halo halo in the entire Albay province. This popular snack bar is iconic and well visited and your visit to Albay wont be complete with a visit here. The Halo Halo is creamy and not too sweet, and topped qith cheese.

I recently visited DJC Halo Halo and Snack Inn and was blown away by their delicious halo halo. The perfect blend of sweet ingredients and finely shaved ice made for an incredibly refreshing treat. The presentation was beautiful, and every bite was a delightful mix of flavors and textures. DJC Halo Halo and Snack Inn truly knows how to craft an unforgettable dessert experience!

GJC Halo Halo Snack Inn is a cozy spot perfect for enjoying traditional Filipino desserts. Known for its delicious halo-halo, a mixed dessert with shaved ice, sweetened fruits, jellies, and leche flan, it offers a delightful treat for hot days. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and savor some local flavors. The service is prompt, and the prices are reasonable, making it a must-visit for dessert lovers in the area.

Speaking of filipino refreshment the halohalo here in DJC is one of the best in the Philippines and no. 1 in bicol its so yummy the taste is great they have secret recipe that the jollibee offered 1M for the formula back to 20 yrs ago its a small place in Tiwi Albay Opposite theShrine of Tiwi church and till now the trip to tiwi Shrine of Our Lady Of Salvation is nit complete without having halohalo
Paul D — Google review
It's a good place to have your refreshments with one of Pinoy's favorite merienda - halo-halo. I like the contrast of cheese against the sweetness of the halo-halo. Ice is also shaved thinly. It doesn't have a lot of ingredients but is flavorful still. Value for money: 👍👍👍 Taste: 😋😋😋
Maria L — Google review
The service is super slow, which is understandable since we're in a pandemic. But to wait for 30mins+ for siopao??? Also, when we asked why it's taking so long, they told us they're steaming the siopao. But when those buns were served, they are room temperature. 😒 The halo-halo is always good. It's the service that's super slow and really annoying. The place is also not that well maintained. If you go here, make sure to take with you plenty of patience. And don't go when you're already hungry.

I have visited THE COFFEE TABLE in Naga three times and, out of those visits, I have been here twice. The recent visit was pleasant. Being from outside Bicol, I appreciate that they speak Tagalog and the staff is friendly. The prices for food and coffee are reasonable, with a total of 360 pesos spent on coffee and Nachos. The taste of their Nachos is enjoyable, making it suitable for 2-3 people.
THE COFFEE TABLE (fondly referred to as TCT by its loyal patrons) holds the distinction of being THE FIRST SPECIALTY COFFEE SHOP in Naga City. Founded in 2014 by a family of coffee enthusiasts, TCT has already captured the hearts and palates of Naguenos, Bicolanos and of every travelling guest who has already dined in at TCT. Conveniently located on the second floor of ADC Hotel along Magsaysay Avenue—Naga City’s premier destination for food, drinks, lifestyle, and entertainment—TCT offers exceptional coffee, delicious food, and an inviting atmosphere. Now, let me share you what I can tell you about their coffee. TCT offers machine-brewed and manually-brewed options, tailored to your preference. They use highly-graded Italian beans in most of their drinks and also specialty coffee beans for the rest. Committed to quality, TCT even sources local-variant specialty raw green coffee beans itself and roast them in-house to ensure their guests a memorable coffee experience. Whether you prefer hot, iced, espresso-based, or hand-brewed coffee, TCT has something for you. TCT’s menu extends beyond coffee, offering a variety of pasta, sandwiches, crepes, appetizers, and non-coffee drinks. Here are a few of my favorites and the must-try dishes at TCT. Check out their HUNGARIAN TORPEDO, BUFFALOED and PHILLY CHEESESTEAK for the sandwiches, VONGOLE, VERDURE, SALCICCIA and LASAGNA for the pasta. Even the pasta, not only the coffee, is Italian! TCT is conveniently located less than 500 meters from The Basilica Minore, home of Our Lady of Peñafrancia. Its accessibility makes it an ideal spot for breakfast meetings or coffee sessions after morning mass. Opening daily at 8 AM, TCT is ready to serve you a hearty breakfast and a steaming cup of coffee or tea. TCT features a modern yet rustic interior with warm lighting, comfortable seating, and standard cafe music, creating a cozy atmosphere suited for any occasion. The fully air-conditioned space includes free Wi-Fi and a friendly, well-trained staff to ensure a pleasant visit. TCT also has an al fresco terraza at the far corner, with few tables and good seats—for a more-relaxed and close to nature atmosphere while enjoying the view of the bustling Magsaysay strip. When in Naga, visit TCT for an unforgettable coffee and dining experience. Be sure to try their latest creations: SPICY PILI AFFOGATO ad PILI CREAM PIE—a unique twist on local flavors. THE COFFEE TABLE is open to serve you as early as 8AM until 11PM, EVERYDAY.

We have been there many times, but today I must write this review. Not because I am mean, NO, because as a learning experience. The Lasagna was lukewarm and we asked them to reheat it. The Caesar Salad needed more dressing and it had some brown lettuce leaves in it. See photo attached. The Pili-Pie is my favorite, but the cream on top had an artificial taste to it. I bought real Whipping Cream in a can at ..... for my Strawberries and it was way better. A five star is the real Italian LAVAZA coffee, which made my Italian friend really happy. We will be back. Ciao

One of the homegrown coffee shop in Naga City that offers authentic food and coffee choices that is sure to satisfy the palate of coffee lovers. The place could be buzzing during peak hours but it only shows how locals love this place.
Leo A — Google review
The place is spacious and has a good amount of tables (8-12) indoors. What’s good is the outdoor setup (for e-smokers and smokers which they allow). They also have outlets (plugs) both indoors and outdoors for working coffee lovers. I also commend the ambience and choice of music. Coffee: doesn’t taste as good considering its price range. Overall a good place to stay.
Landmark E — Google review
Food and drink were great, although I wasn't able to take time to digest my meal since the staff started packing up even if there was still 30 minutes left before closing time.
Shannon — Google review
The place feels private and quiet. I went here on a Sunday at lunch and got the place all to myself. The food and coffee is nice. The place is clean. The staff is nice too. They even have a smoking area.

Restaurant
Red Platter, a well-known restaurant in Naga, started from a mother's love for cooking and her children. It is part of a group that owns various dining establishments. This semi-fine dining spot offers an extensive menu featuring Bicolano, Asian, and Western dishes along with desserts. Families frequent the place while it also serves as an events venue for formal gatherings. The food is highly recommended with tried and tested recipes executed perfectly by the kitchen staff.
As long as I can remember, we always celebrate family occasions here. It’s good to know that we are still comfortable doing it here again. The deep fried pork hock will always be my favorite savory dish served here. Servings are reasonable. It is pricey but not bad. Service was great.
Christine T — Google review
The food is delicious. Not only that, the staff was very polite. The crispy pata tastes savory. The skin is crispy and delicious. The spaghetti with meatballs tastes nice. The fish fillet is crunchy and tasty. Overall, great meal.

One of the more recommendable resto in Naga, Bicol. But attention to detail should be emphasize..like a sizzling pork sisig thats not sizzling and a too milky buko shake. The pinangat, bicol express and salmon belly sinigang are a must try.
Apaul F — Google review
Great Authentic Filipino food with a touch of the Bicol Region. come with an empty stomach so u have room for desert. Must try their Kare Kare, one of the best I've tried in the Philippines. My suggestion is to come after lunch and before dinner as it's not crowded and if you drive, you will have a chance for parking Highly Recommended when in the Naga City area.
Ray R — Google review
Food is absolutely delicious, especially the salmon belly Sinigang. Will come back again when in Naga.
Ryan F — Google review
Red Platter did not disappoint, great food and even better service! Their local dishes were absolutely delicious. My partner tried local food for the first time here and instantly loved it. It does get busy (for good reason!), so I recommend coming during off-peak hours or booking a table if they accept reservations. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in Naga!
Joshua ( — Google review
We came a little past 5pm to Red Platter Magsaysay St. branch in Naga City, we arrived just perfect to have a parking spot for our vehicle, if we had come a little later there wouldn't be any parking spot at all. The place is prepped with Christmas decor, really nicely done. There's also a hand washing station (a must for me) and 2 separate washrooms for ladies and gents. As for food, I had carrot cake which I really liked. We also had pancit canton, my Mom was a fan, she said it tasted a lot better than the other place we went to last time. We also ordered other dishes. My mom commenting on the rice was the highlight of it all. She said it was so fragrant and soft. Since we ordered a big platter of rice and still some portion was left so we had to take it to go. We would definitely come back next time if we are in the area.

When visiting Tiwi, Albay, don't miss out on the delightful experience at DJC Halo-Halo & Snack Inn. This cozy restaurant, owned by Djohn G. Clutario, began as a small halo-halo stall and has now expanded to offer budget-friendly breakfast, lunch, and snacks. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a quick iced dessert while exploring the area.
The stall is located at the Food Plaza (foodcourt) of Pacific Mall. Live music is sometimes played at the foodcourt but since there are many vacant spaces, the general atmosphere is not great. I'm not a huge fan of halo-halo so I just went with the "midget" size which was more than plenty for me. Midget Halo-halo (P85) I found the halo-halo pretty good and I might add cheese to my takeout from other places in the future. Brings a sliver of cheesiness and creaminess to the halo-halo which can often be too sweet. No ice cream needed. If you're just ordering this as an after-dinner snack, I think the midget is enough for two people to share already.

Geewan is a popular turo-turo style restaurant known as the Home of Bicolano Dishes. While specializing in Bicolano cuisine, it also offers common Filipino dishes like Lechon Paksiw and Beef Kare-Kare. The menu includes sharing options such as Pancit Guisado served on bilao. Customers appreciate the comfortable ambiance and diverse food selection, which extends beyond Bicolano cuisine to include chopsuey and meatballs.
Love the Pinangat and Shanghai. The Pinangat is bit sweet but it is tasty and good. The place is clean and quiet. I visited on a Monday though. The staff is also nice.
Ei A — Google review
I was surprised, honestly. Haha. It was my first time and I learned that Geewan was literally just like a karinderya in an aircon venue. Same setup with the ordering and the displayed food is also the one you're getting. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed the food. They were really good, especially the kare-kare.
Wency O — Google review
Great comfortable food and place to try Bicolano dishes. But it isn't mainly composed of bicolano food, they have chopsuey, meat balls as well. I like their Lomi especially mixed with calamansi, their siopao is big too and filled with chunky meats and lastly their buko shake, it has gulaman in it, it all tastes good, keep it up Geewan👍
JM G — Google review
Plenty of food choices. They heat the food before serving but maybe since it was lunch time, my food was not really heated. Bicol express doesn't really have meat. It was purely alamang which was disappointing. I was told that they serve good bicol express but i can't say if it was good at all.

The food is okay, the staff are approachable, but one thing that bothers me is their utensils. They look old, scratched, and poorly washed. It's a bit disappointing to eat really good food with great ambiance while having plates and utensils that aren't visually pleasing. Please buy new utensils.

La Comida Linda Café + Bistro offers a unique twist on cheesecakes, with dense, creamy textures and a hint of spiciness. The bistro's ambiance is cozy and charming, making it a surprising find in its location. Despite some unavailable menu items, the food presentation is impressive and the dishes like sinigang and pakbet na bagnet are highly recommended for their quality and fresh ingredients. While not inexpensive by local standards, the overall experience makes it worth it.
Brought my family here three times already. The first time was unplanned and we went for afternoon coffee. The second one was when my mother in-law died, it's the first time we dined inside the restaurant wing. And the last one this year, we took my wife's cousin for a mid-afternoon lunch. We ordered pinakbet, sisig, red velvet and rice that we can eat. I also ordered cafe latte. I do love their latte (never ordered any other coffee in this establishment). Not exactly pricey for Manila standard, considering the quality! If you are in Sorsogon or Barcelona, or even Casiguran - do not forget to drop by this worthwhile cafe!
Maenard M — Google review
Great place, they even have power outlets if you want to chill on your laptop there. Really big portions so it’s great value for money. Try the appetiser platter, you will not be disappointed.
Hannah T — Google review
We loved the ambiance of the place especially the wood works of the wall and the bar. Menu is a hodge podge of dishes. Okay, you may call it a fusion. You can judge it from the name -- Spanish, French but it has Mexican, Italian and Filipino dishes too. It was a pleasant surprise to find a nice looking resto in this sleepy town. We had pizza and pasta. Not bad at all. Several drinks in their menu are not available. So, I was a bit disappointed. The server also had a problem with the teapot when 2 ordered tea. Service can be faster.
Jen Y — Google review
I have eaten many dishes over the world and i am quite spoiled with my food in Europe. I am very happy and pleased to say that their food is of the same high quality. The food is well prepared with a lot of attention and details of flavours. But it doesn't stop here.. the service they provide is amazing they really care for the full package. The restaurant itself is very clean and hygienic and has a kind of a vintage look. Its gives a very cosy and welcoming feeling.
Stuart S — Google review
The best food I have had in whole Luzon! Visiting here definitely lightened up my mood. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Only minus was that for me there was a bit too much oil used when cooking.
Elina K — Google review
The place is nice. It's near the public market. Although, it's not located in the main road, the place is not hard to find. There is just enough parking space for 1 car inside the gate and a couple of motorcycles. We ordered their crispy pata, bagney kare-kare, steamed fish, and pizza. The food is okay, I especially like the kare-kare. Their pizza is nothing special. There are other restos with better pizzas. But, overall, it was nice earing here.
Martin D — Google review
The ambiance is A+. It's very comfortable, especially the displays in the shelf which looked like I'm just in a really cozy house. The food is expensive but considering the fresh ingredients and the food quality, it's worth it. The sinigang is so good, as is the pakbet na bagnet. It's my favorite. This resto is recommendable.
Adrian D — Google review
It's interesting to see a bistro crop up here in this part of town. If you've walked around, you wouldn't expect a bistro at all. It has its own contemporary charm just how you'd expect to see from a corner café in the city. Sadly, 2 out of 2 appetizers we ordered we're not available. We tried ordering mango shake, not available as well. Did not attempt to choose a 3rd appetizer. Don't know if it's just by chance, but the food presentation is actually nice. Loved the souvlaki and aglio olio. Souvlaki tastes close to the ones I've had in Cyprus. The blueberry cheesecake was delightful.

During my solo walking adventure in Naga City, I serendipitously discovered the charming White Bean Cafe, nestled right in front of the Naga Land E-Mall. This delightful coffee shop is located on the ground floor of the Naga Land Hotel along Elias Angeles Street. With its cozy ambiance and inviting decor, it’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind.
This place was nice, I didn't expect it to be a chic cafe, because I can't feel the ambience when you are looking from the outside. Their chef's burger combined with fresh fried fries also tasted good for me although I rushed to eat because we're in a hurry. Their black forest smoothie was just fine, but if you're not into much sugar or sweets, just go for fruity shakes there. I would recommend White Bean for being a silent and cozy place, with a heart welcoming food😍

Been seeing a lot of positive reviews In this place so we decided to dine here earlier. For the food I ordered their fish fillet with fries and tried their coffee macchiato. Food : the Fish fillet was good, their fries is not that oily and salty. For me its bit pricey for Php150.00 but its worth the try. Service : it was fast, i guess it took them less than a minutes to serve our order. Cleanliness : the store is clean, well kept and the ambiance is good. Too bad we will be leaving tomorrow i wanted to try their pasta and other best sellers. 😊

My favorite place to eat and have coffee whenever I'm in Naga. It's one of the first finest budget-friendly cafes in Naga, running for more or less 7 years. The interiors are quite worn out but the food quality stays the same. And it is very affordable! Italian cappucino costs about 75-80 pesos, espresso at 50. Italian sodas are must try! They also serve TWG teas at 100/pot!!! Chef's salad is delicious! Everything is great anyway! I hope they consider renovation, thus only 4 stars

Well doctorated, good food. Reasonable prices. All of the staff was good except for the only woman there, she was coloring a magazine when we came and would not help us in a friendly way. I felt like I was bothering her. Would give more stars but service from her was poor

10The Oriental Legazpi

Hotel
The Oriental Legazpi is a sophisticated hotel with stylish accommodations and luxurious amenities. Guests can indulge in the open-air spa and take a dip in the infinity pool while enjoying stunning views of the nearby volcano. The hotel's restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience, including the opportunity to savor Filipino dessert halo-halo. The impeccable rooms provide all the comforts one could desire, and the staff ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay.
If you're looking to relax and unwind, The Oriental Legazpi is definitely the place to stay. What a great hotel! The staff are welcoming, attentive, and respectful. Upon arrival, we are greeted with warm towels and refreshing drinks—a lovely welcome. The hotel is very clean and beautifully designed. It has a spacious lobby that makes a strong first impression. The rooms are large and comfortable, with adjoining options ideal for families or groups of friends. One of the best is the breathtaking view of Mayon Volcano, especially from the swimming pool. There are also a couple of restaurants within the hotel. Their food is good, and their buffet offers a wide range of choices to suit different tastes. The bar is beautifully designed and features two uniquely styled private rooms, perfect for small gatherings. A big thank you to the staff of The Oriental Legazpi for making our stay so wonderful and memorable!

Went back and forth on whether this hotel should be rated 3 stars vs 2 stars. My wife and I ultimately decided on 2. My family and I stayed at this location twice. The good of this hotel: prompt service from front desk, beautiful view, and good pool. We initially enjoyed our first stay but noticed there’s inconsistencies with staff and the restaurants located in the hotel. However, we decided to stay again because we enjoyed the view and pool very much. What we didn’t enjoy unfortunately outweighed the positives. For a 4 star hotel, this was not a 4 star experience. 1) Each restaurant’s menus listed items that weren’t available. There were a handful of times that we were told items we ordered weren’t available until AFTER we had already placed our order. There were maybe 2 days that we were told what items weren’t available before placing the order. 2) The staff in the restaurants need more training. We waited so long for food and for anyone to give us water multiple times. One of the staff even walked past us to fill another table’s water when our glasses were still empty. Another table that arrived and ordered AFTER us received their food BEFORE us. Such an upsetting experience that we had to cancel one of our ordered items when they had said it would come in 5-10 mins after 30 mins of waiting but ended up taking an additional 15 minutes. 3) The spa service needs improvement. We appreciated they were able to serve us promptly but the actual massage itself wasn’t great quality. 4) The showers did not have hot water both times we stayed. Overall, we’re disappointed with our experience here. I’m not sure we would want to stay here again because the cost doesn’t match up to the quality. The hotel needs to make improvements for sure. We appreciate the front desk staff and the concierges though 🙏🏼

This hotel has a great view of Mayon volcano. The rooms are OK and the hotel is pretty nice. Their buffet is good - nothing really extraordinary. Unfortunately, SERVICE is the worst. Upon check in, the room key was not working. It had to be replaced three times. The manager told us to just go down to reception to ask for new keys. We insisted on sending someone to bring us the new key. During our entire stay, booked three rooms, we had to wait for hours for food to be served. During the first night while in the pool, the manager came up to us to get our order. After almost an hour, a staff came back to tell us that they’re out of whatever we ordered. So we ordered something else. Thirty minutes into it, we were told that whatever we ordered was also not available. So we cancelled our orders and settled with something light which took another 30 minutes or so. We literally waited several hours to get our dinner and it was getting late. When the bill came, they were charging us for all cancelled orders. Just to order TEA took 30 minutes and another long wait for the bill. They were not even busy at all. The hotel does not have the feel of being so welcoming at all. It felt like everyone was on training. Too bad. It’s a great location and a nice hotel. I think that the management needs to seriously step up and conduct a thorough look into the quality of service provided to their guests. We spoke with other guests who have been there a few days before us and they shared the same frustration.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The overall aesthetic of the property is quite impressive, and it creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The oriental Legazpi has unique food delicacies you can't find anywhere else. And also the employees' welcomed us passionately, and we saw kindness and very dedicated individuals. I also love the ambiance. The interior was classy. 5/5 to this hotel! Highly recommended.

Had a nice breakfast buffet at The Oriental Legazpi. The best part is the beautiful view of Mayon Volcano — the hotel’s elevated location offers a great vantage point. Service was attentive and warm, although there was one pesky fly that kept circling around which was a bit annoying. The buffet spread was relatively okay with plenty of choices, especially if you have a sweet tooth. There were pancakes, waffles, taho, cereals, and a decent selection of fruits. There’s also an egg station for made-to-order eggs, and a good variety of breads — though cheese options were quite limited. Vegetable dishes were lacking; aside from eggplant and basic lettuce for salad, there wasn’t much else for veggie lovers. Also, there was no soup offered during breakfast, which I personally missed. Overall, it's a decent experience with a great view and good service — just hoping for more balanced options next time, especially for those looking for vegetables or something balanced to start the day. Room was okay-ish. Bidet water pressure was painfully weak.

Good service. Nice clean rooms. The location could've been better if the river right beside the hotel is not stagnant. The stench of the river creeps in inside the hotel lobby.
Jose E — Google review
Perfect location. Service is fast but sometimes there are miscommunication between driver and front desk. Kudos to Sir Ronnel driver of the hotel. Very professional and even went to work although he is off duty just to bring me to the airport. Salute to you sir.. The room meeds to be clean thoroughly see photos below. There were also ants in the coffee table and lastly there is a big large insect below the TV.. The remote control box keeper is dusty in the inside. The glass divider in the shower room needs to be scrubbed ( see photo). When i walked to the pool area 7:20am, there were lots of trash in the corridor, i think there was a party last night. But still it is not an excuse and besides the sun was already up. For the price of approx 8-9k/day i think in my opinion it is not worth it. For photoshoot and pre nuptial purpose it is 2 thumbs up.

Lila Restaurante & Banquet Hall, located in Polangui Albay, is a charming establishment with a creative menu and equally inventive drinks. The restaurant offers roast squash soup, bamboo shoot salad, roast meats, buttered shrimps, and the unique violet lemonade made from boiled blue-hued flower and lemongrass. Despite arriving after regular hours, the accommodating staff took orders and provided decent portion sizes at affordable prices.

It's a blast! We enjoyed the wedding of my uncle here at Lila. The food catering was great. The hall is big enough for the event. The design was nice. They have aircons. The sound system sounded clear. Kudos to the emcee for bringing some fun. 😊 The outside view was stunning. I love their koi fishes, we enjoyed looking at them. They have a lot of plants ♥️ The landscape looks new to me. Loving the violet theme of this restaurant. 😊

My co-worker and I decided to visit Lila Restaurante & Banquet Hall for a quick snack. We were impressed by their halo-halo, which was rich and tasty. The place had a cozy vibe and a lot of purple decorations, which I liked. The owner and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, except for the security guard at the gate who seemed grumpy. Haha, no big deal though. I would love to come back and try more of their dishes.

The staff was really accommodating when we arrived around 8 pm, even though it was after their usual hours. They still took our order, noting it was the last one for the night. However, several items on the menu were already sold out. The portion sizes were decent and the serving time is okay considering it's not a fast-food place, and the prices were quite affordable. They offer parking inside the establishment, and if that's full, roadside parking is available. The new al fresco dining area on their rooftop is a nice addition. Unfortunately, there was an issue - one of our orders got forgotten. When we followed up, they mentioned it was out of stock siguro dahil pagod na rin sila. Despite this, the overall experience was positive. It's been a go-to spot for our family whenever we're in Albay, and we generally enjoy the atmosphere and affordability.

My friends and I, who are young adults, recently dined here. We were polite, but one of the staff served our food with an attitude, almost throwing the plates onto the table and frowning at us. We paid for our meal and expect good service. We hope that future visits will have fair and equal treatment for all customers. Thank you.

"TRAVEL CAFE" is a charming cafe with a travel theme, offering a small but delightful selection of hot coffee by Caffe Mauro, cold drinks, snacks, and desserts. The interior features cool London-inspired decor, including a red telephone-booth door. While the cafe can only accommodate fewer than 30 people with limited tables and chairs, it's an ideal spot to hang out and catch glimpses of your dream destinations.
A cafe that will let you see a glimpse of the places you want to visit in your bucket list. Though it can only accommodate less than 30 people as they only have 5-6 tables with 2-4 chairs. If you are dining with a group of 10 or more you’ll be able to occupy the entire cafe. As for their menu, they offer a wide selection of hot and cold coffee. They also have cakes and cookies. My favorite is their Concord Cake which has the right amount of sweetness. If you want to buy some souvenirs they have a corner with bags and dresses for sale. Just inquire with their staff. The staffs are accommodating and friendly. Place 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Food 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Staff 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The place has deliciously made choco pudding. When we entered the cafe, there were construction workers cutting something Infront of the entrance door, so that was a start. Atleast they were making the cafe larger than back then.

the ambiance is not good (lights are off dim and the place is kinda dark) , i think we visited at the wrong hour, its around 6pm but no customer and only one staff is present. no wifi either. i read many good reviews about this cafe that why we visit and tried some cakes and drinks... the cakes/food is all good except for the place. its not a good place to chat and chill...(based on what we experienced) and too small space.

I have always had a fondness for Rafabel's Cafe and their delectable treats, notably the sansrival and carrot cake. It is unfortunate that they do not offer single slices of sansrival, but their staff is incredibly accommodating. Furthermore, I found their Tiramisu and chocokate cheesecake to be delightful and satisfying, with a rich texture and balanced flavor profile.
Promising good tasting cakes. Tried their Tiramisu and chocokate cheesecake, it feels rich in the mouth. The taste was also fine, not too sweet or lacking. If you're tired of the cakes from graceland, baker's plaza or other common shops, Rafabel's a good place to buy cakes!

Both the cashier and staff are not very nice. Who rolled their eyes to customers when they're ordering ? We were excited to get the blueberry cheesecake but they refused to get us a slice as the cheesecakes left are in whole pieces. I thought they offers sliced, so why? Additionally, they're not welcoming! They have an attitude which is very uncomfortable to customers. This was around 8pm yesterday.
Casandra T — Google review
The blueberry cheesecake is good until they put some whipped cream on the side which reduces the amount of blueberry in the cake. It didn't make sense that the price increased.
Carlo A — Google review
Terrible service/communication. Asked if there's tiramisu, and the cashier insisted there would be a delivery. Production confirmed they'll deliver in 2 hrs so I came back 2 hrs later, waited another hour just to be told that the cake has JUST been made and therefore cannot be delivered. Was forced to just receive a refund. As if they can refund my time.

I have bad experience in this café. I heard a lot of good things. But when I visited for the first time, my expectations were not met. First, the air-conditioning unit is not working. I am not sure if it is because there are only few customers at the time or it is really defective. Second, I ordered one of their frozen coffee blends. There is nothing special, I have tasted way better from other cafés. Their menu is a bit pricey. I hope they improve their operations and food/beverage experience.

We got php20 senior discount for purchasing 2320. Worth of cakes. Got readjusted to a discount of 140php when I clarified. Now my credit card is showing $42 charges x2 …. On a single purchase. U NEED MORE EDUCATION for better efficiency. Thanks Update here after 6days of above incident. My bank statement has confirmed paying Rafabels twice as stated above. PeeJay B.(Operations Manager at Rafabels VCaceres) states their accounting is showing one entry. Hmmmm; got a meeting coming and am bringing my printed bank statement to RAFABELS/PeeJay because I am not paying php4620 for 4cakes …(php4620 because my credit card was charged twice and won’t admit to it!)

Cozy interior, good dessert, service could be better. Cakes are reasonably priced. However, when we chose a table at the second floor. I was surprised to find that there was an empty bottle of water underneath the table. There was also a crumpled receipt on one of the chairs. It is clear that they do not clean the place thoroughly. All in all, experience could've been better.
Sean E — Google review
The male employee with the head band is unprofessional and discriminatory. He did not mix the chocolate into the milk of my hot chocolate. It tasted like hot milk, then I realized all the chocolate was left as an unstirred blob at the bottom of the cup. When I first sipped the drink and noticed it only tasted like hot milk, I could feel someone's gaze on me, looked up, and noticed he was checking to see my reaction because he knew that he purposefully messed up my drink just to be rude and discriminatory. Later around 12:25am, an employee (I didn't get to see who, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same one) turned off one of the lights, which made it much dimmer, even though I was reading, and even though the place doesn't close until 1am. What rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory employees!
