Nestled at the mouth of the Noosa River, the Noosa Spit Recreation Reserve is a serene escape offering pristine beaches, calm waters, and scenic walking trails through coastal bushland. It's perfect for picnics, fishing, and birdwatching with breathtaking views of the river and Noosa North Shore.
A very unique place to buy chocolates or have a good cup of hot chocolate. The shop is pretty. The chocolates here have high quality. They’re beautifully decorated and ready for customers to pick. I have to mention that the hot chocolate here is so great. They offer non dairy milk such as oat milk and it tastes very creamy.

Today I went to this amazing place, actually I was so excited to come here, the products that are offered are amazing but the service is nasty, the girl that was taking the orders and making the coffee was so rude and made me feel uncomfortable 🥴. I took my orders and I left the place. Even this is a nice place I have to think I will come back, please train your personal, not all the people know about customer service.

So many unique chocolate products to choose from! You can also buy drinks! Definitely worth a visit to sit and relax and indulge!

Very high quality chocolate delicates. Can get crowded easily and pretty dense to move. Overall such a great and sweet experience, thanks! 😎🍫
Yair M — Google review
The shop is charming with great selection of high quality, handmade chocolate delicates. The gift bags and hampers are so well presented if you are looking for a gift for family, friends, business clients etc. It is a very relaxing spot to sit and enjoy hot beverages too. It is one of the highlights of Noosa.

Amazing experience! I’m located in the USA, and the store manager worked with me via email to put together a custom basket with chocolate and gift card for a local business as a gift. She was lovely, polite, helpful and the recipients loved their delicious chocolate. I’m only sorry I’m across the world, and cannot try it for myself. Great job, Noosa Chocolate Factory!

Royal Copenhagen Ice Cream Cone Co is a well-established shop that offers Danish-style ice cream made in-store, along with a self-serve toppings bar. The aroma of freshly cooked waffle cones draws you in to savor traditional flavors like Mint Chocolate and Old Fashioned Toffee, as well as more unique options such as Chilli Chocolate and Lamington. In addition to their delectable ice creams, they also serve hot dogs, milkshakes, and other cold beverages.
After a surf session and a lovely sunny afternoon at Main Beach in Noosa, I stopped for an ice cream 🍦 at Royal Copenhagen with my friend. A nice and friendly blonde staff member served us, and we were even able to try some flavours before making our decision. 😋 I finally chose the coconut vegan ice cream, and it was a blast—especially in a chocolate and hazelnut-topped waffle cone! Don’t hesitate to stop by for a delicious treat.
Isabelle P — Google review
Nothing much special. Just like normal ice cream. They had a few flavour of choice the ice cream. Wasn't bad to have on the hot weather after long walk at noosa beach.
Theresia E — Google review
I went to get dessert with my family and we had an amazing experience. The service was excellent, there was a huge variety of flavours and the friendly young server even offered us free sprinkles which the kids happily accepted. Thanks Copenhagen! We will definitely be back.
Stacy F — Google review
Great store for ice cream treats. We were served by a young man who had fantastic customer service and was very polite and helpful. The ice cream was amazing. Definitely worth a treat in Noosa.
The E — Google review
There’s a young kid that works here who was AWESOME. He was too funny helping us choose a flavour. And does a perfectly scooped ice cream cone. We honestly would keep going back just for him. We had to run in after and give him a tip. Keep it up, You’re the man buddy! Also the Greek Yogurt ice cream was insanely good.
Taylor D — Google review
This ice cream shop was great, gave out free toppings and sauces and portions were generous for the price. Have so many great flavours, definitely recommend midnight cookies!! Definitely a must-visit for any ice cream lover!
Lucinda W — Google review
I’m giving them a one star because I grew up eating this ice cream in Noosa, Brisbane & Gold Coast. They used to be the best, offering a variety of flavours with whipped cream, topping and a pecan nut. Jamaica almond fudge and rum & raisin were the classic favourites. Today there was no Jamaica almond fudge in sight. The rum & raisin tasted like milk with sour and bitter raisins and the Easter chocolate and caramel flavour also tasted like milk. The only chocolate flavour was a solid piece of cheap chocolate and no caramel taste at all. To say it was a disappointment is an understatement. A childhood favourite has been ruined. Gelatissimo is better than what I had today. I don’t think I will be going back ever again. I’ll just hold onto the memories, thanks.

I loved this shop! There were so many great flavours to choose from but the royal Copenhagen was by far the best 😊. The free toppings were delicious and I would definitely come again.

They truly do make you happy! Would recommend in a heartbeat! Friendly happy service matches the atmosphere of this place. I definitely recommend making your own happy pop as you get more toppings and it’s more fun! Although the fruit pavlova option is so amazing it’s hard not to get every time! Great gluten free options too!

Great idea hand crafted ice cream ! I had the dark chocolate and raspberry! That was an absolute delight ! Very tasty and yummy

AMAZING!!! Loved this place and catered very well for our gluten/dairy free family! Yummy flavours and great choice of toppings. Beautiful concept too. Thank you xxx

Lovely little place we managed to get there just before closing. The girls were really helpful in telling us what is popular. We were spoilt for choice. Highly recommend it was so good! One of the best desserts I have had after awhile. Better than the make your own magnum you can do in London! The flavours combined with my toppings was just divine

Was out and about with my friends in Noosa Heads (main beach) and came across this tiny, nice looking shop selling good looking icecreams (popsicles)... wasn't really gonna post a review on holiday but couldn't resist as it was too good and the staff were very friendly! Try it, you won't regret (I had the Brownie batter fudge & Nutella). As I understand they have another branch in Brisbane South Bank and I hope they open up in Melbourne, I'd definitely visit...
Ali J — Google review
Great ice creams, the pavalova pop is a favourite on a hot Noosa night!

Always loved a good sorbet and this place gives you the option to build your own with many flavours they have available. You can choose your base flavour and add up to 3 toppings from many options available 🫶🏼

Cute ice cream spot! Thankful for this spot. Other ice cream stores in Noosa have a tendency to be sticky and a bit mankey to be honest. I had the mango and coconut sorbet and it was a perfect after swim treat.

If you're a coffee lover on the Sunshine Coast, Padre Coffee Noosa is an absolute must-visit. This stunning production roastery, which opened its doors in 2016, brings a slice of Melbourne's vibrant coffee culture to Noosaville. Nestled among charming charity shops and just moments from the picturesque Noosa River, it’s the perfect spot to indulge in some of the finest brews around.
Great coffee! Fabulous pastries! Excellent service! Consistently good....which is important. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Nice vibe and cafe, they roast their own beans. One of our faves and go-to places. Thank you!

What an amazing experience, Sven you certainly know your coffee and we just had the best time learning about the history of coffee, making and sipping multiple espresso's and latte art. I thoroughly enjoyed the latte art course!! Would do it again in a heart beat.

Have used their signature daddy’s girl beans for my home coffee machine (breville) for years. Keeping the grinder in mid range 4 on the finer side. Produces a great shot for all white coffee drinkers. Some of the best roasters on the sunshine coast
Sunshine R — Google review
We've depended on Wild Child for years, loving it above all other coffees! I was shocked to hear that you'll no longer produce it because of the "organic" situation. Simple solution is scotch the "organic" & just sell it as Wild Child!! We bought it for the flavour not the organic status!!! "SIMPLES"!!!
Joie S — Google review
Best coffee in the area! Great matcha too. Cool vibe and efficient service.

Stopped at Padre coffee as I’d had a number of excellent coffees around Noosa supplied by Padre. Staff were awesome, took the time to explain current roasts and equipment. Bought a filter single origin from India on recommendation based on taste and it didn’t disappoint, was only of the best filter beans I’ve had in ages. Flatty from the store was awesome. The roaster is a must visit for any coffee lover visiting Noosa.

We have been visiting Padre for years, ensuring to pop in every school holidays when we come to Noosa to visit family. Lovely coffee and the kids LOVE that Padre make the BEST babycinos….thank you so much for catering for the kids, too. Coffee is lovely and seeing the roasting going on behind the glass is a wonderful design for the space. Personally, the chai latte could be a bit stronger for flavour so will make sure to request that next time if I order chai. Always lovely service and we are always happy to wait for a table if it’s busy. Our coffee visits have become a tradition. Thank you!

Embark on a delightful 2.5-hour guided tour that showcases the sweet side of Noosa, featuring the renowned Zumbo Test Kitchen. This experience is perfect for both coffee aficionados and chocolate lovers alike! You'll start with a tantalizing coffee tasting at Padre Coffee before diving into the world of desserts at the Zumbo Test Kitchen, where you can witness firsthand how these delectable treats are crafted.
First of all, girl at the counter was absolutely lovely. Super friendly and patient, thanks for the great service :) Then an obvious 5 stars for the pastries and cakes served here. Shared a selection with a friend: Croissant was perfect Vanilla cube was her favourite Apple tatin was mine Banoffee slice was delicious as well. Coffee was also nice. We were super full, loved every bite !
Anne-Sophie H — Google review
Never knew Zumbo had relocated to the Sunshine Coast until some friends went for a drive and brought back a selection of goodies to sample: * lemon meringue tart, $9 - luscious lemon curd with Swiss meringue in a buttery sable tart shell topped with lemon gel and lime zest * Mandy tart, $9.50 - mandarin curd, raspberry gel, mandarin mascarpone, topped with fresh raspberries and chocolate pieces * vanilla custard donutz, $6 - soft donut dough pumped with vanilla custard * malted banoffee cake, $10 I’m not a big sweet tooth so it’s good to share such treats with others and I’m satisfied with a sample of one or two mouthfuls. All items were pretty good, with the Mandy tart ahead by a nose as my favourite of the batch. Will be back next time I’m up this way!
Winston W — Google review
Very special treats to share ( if you want 🤪) with loved ones or hide out at the river under a palm tree and enjoy all to yourself.
Victoria B — Google review
Finally had the opportunity to visit here (live in Brisbane) and did not disappoint!!! Lemon meringue tart was recommended by the staff and it was delicious with the perfect amount of citrus tang!!! Choc Macadamia Tart was also divine. Everything we tried was amazing and so good to have fresh, tasty products rather than the week old items generally bought at most bakeries. Coffee was great too!!! Only downside is your opening hours are the same as the patisserie I work in, but I’ll definitely be visiting at the next available opportunity!!! Thanks so much!!!
Sam M — Google review
Extremely welcoming and very helpful staff. I purchased the mini v8 cakes and drove them 950km for a birthday - the cakes lasted the distance and were thoroughly enjoyed by all! It was a real highlight to visit this place and to taste a couple of Adriano’s creations - words can’t describe how delicious these treats are and the attention to detail they have!
Kate D — Google review
Oh what a find! This is on our regular treat session forever more. Delicious, scrumptious, delectable! Not only are these desserts beautiful to behold, they are even more tasty. The lady made us feel so welcome and was very friendly, we were so happy that Adriano Zumbo took the time to stop baking his macaroons to meet us - my kids are big fans. They are located at the back of number 32, and have a lovely little setup with a service window to make selections from. Best to order ahead to avoid disappointment as they sell fast.
Rachael C — Google review
Absolutely delicious next level treats! Anytime I visited Melbourne or Sydney I would go out of my way to visit and buy Zumbo treats. So lucky to be able to drive down the road now! Nelly was so warm and friendly as well.
Emmak — Google review
Can whole heartedly say the “I love you” cake is the best thing I’ve eaten… ever. The salted caramel, lemon meringue and brownies are a close second equal…. And the zumbarons are always a fave with my kids! How lucky are we to have this absolute culinary genius on the Sunshine Coast… his staff are so smiley and helpful too. A wonderful experience first time and every time. Get amongst it!

Restaurant
Betty's Burgers is a laid-back eatery known for its hearty burgers and customizable ice-cream treats. Situated in Noosa, the restaurant exudes a cool beach shack ambiance with stylish decor. The menu offers an array of burger options accompanied by classic sides like rustic fries, onion rings, and milkshakes.
Great burgers and chicken strips. And a great rice patty based vegetarian burger with a delicious spicy mayo sauce. Check out the options for adding advocado or lots of customisations to your burgers
Nick R — Google review
Gourmet… if you’re on a diet Went to Betty’s Burgers in Noosa with high hopes, and wow… what an unforgettable experience. The bacon was perfectly incinerated — great if you enjoy the taste of charcoal. The piece of chicken was so tiny I had to search for it between the cold buns — maybe it was part of a fun little scavenger hunt? All in all, perfect if you enjoy paying premium prices for a disappointing snack.
Anderson Z — Google review
Came in for a quick bite to eat after an afternoon at the beach. It was around 95 dollars to feed 2 children and 2 adults, which I personally thought was quite good value. Food took about 15 minutes to come out . Staff very nice but didn’t come over to offer us water until more than halfway through our meal. Food was delicious although the portion sizes were a bit small for what we paid. Overall, a tasty meal that I’m very happy with.
Saoirse C — Google review
The burger was delicious, the fries and sauce were delicious, but the chicken in the salad bowl were burnt, very woody and bitter.
李思瑩 — Google review
Surprisingly efficient service despite peak hour and people everywhere. Great staff and decent burgers. Give it a go!
Robert G — Google review
Very busy with a long queue but the young fella on the door assured us by the time we made it to the ordering station a table would be ready. He was bang on!!! The food arrived in good time and was delicious. OMG! The thickshakes! Totally recommend them. Really busy but the staff all seemed cool and calm. Kudos to the team. Thank you :)
Mac C — Google review
I ordered a shrimp burger, but when I started eating it on the beach, I noticed something was wrong. The patty was completely burnt, very thin, and soaked in oil, giving it an unpleasant hard texture. When I complained, the staff told me it was closing time so they couldn’t make me a new burger. Honestly, it felt like they already knew the patty was burnt but still served it because it was the end of the day. Very disappointing experience.
Sound T — Google review
Absolutely delicious meal! We came here on a Tuesday after a long walk of over 2.5 hours. We took advantage of the Tuesday deal and each ordered two burgers (I had the vegetarian one), some drinks (water and a large Coke Zero), and shared a chocolate peanut butter shake. In total, we paid around $53. And the food was amazing; the burgers were tasty and flavorful, an ice-cold Coke is always a win, and the shake was absolutely FANTASTIC. If you’re a Reese’s fan, this is a solid 10/10!

Miss Moneypenny's Noosa is a stylish and vibrant bar and restaurant located on Hastings Street. The coastal color palette and timeless styling create an elegant atmosphere. The menu features a diverse range of international-standard cocktails and Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired Modern Australian dishes. The popular spot offers social dining with artistically executed dishes such as chargrilled king salmon, slow-cooked lamb shoulder, and Middle Eastern spiced pumpkin.
Great place in the heart of Noosa. We had a great dinner with excellent quality ingredients. The welcome was not as warm as expected by the manager (?) but the service was swift and very friendly. A bit of confusion in the main course delayed the dinner but we were offered free drinks to compensate for the waiting time. Delicious meat, well prepared and well presented. The cocktails were equally delicious. Excellent restaurant, a bit pricy but worth the stop. We loved it all !
Christophe B — Google review
We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Miss Moneypenny’s in Noosa Heads and it was a fantastic evening. We opted for the Chef’s Premium Selection 7-course menu, and the food was impressive—standouts were the signature prawn toast and the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu. The cocktails and wine paired perfectly, enhancing the meal. The ambience was vibrant yet relaxed, creating a great atmosphere for a special occasion. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service from start to finish. A memorable night and a spot we’d recommend for a fine dining experience in Noosa!
Marcus H — Google review
Our dining experience at Miss Moneypenny’s Noosa was overall very satisfying, with the steak being a true standout. It was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The charred exterior contrasted beautifully with the soft, succulent interior, making every bite memorable. The sides were also thoughtfully prepared, adding both color and balance to the dish. Beyond the steak, we also tried several other items that were equally delightful. The seafood platter was fresh and elegantly plated. It’s a great spot for both a casual dinner with friends and a special date night. One thing to note: a few of the restaurant’s “signature dishes” are not always available. It’s highly recommended to call ahead and confirm the availability of key dishes if you have your heart set on something specific. All in all, Miss Moneypenny’s delivers a stylish, upscale dining experience in Noosa with great food, ambiance, and attentive service—definitely worth a visit.

A friends holiday in Noosa isn’t complete without a visit to the fantastic Miss Moneypennys, in fact it’s one of the first things we always book, right after booking our accommodation! We’ve had the great pleasure of enjoying the bottomless brunch on a number of occasions and it continues to blow us away every time! You can’t beat being welcomed by authentic and friendly service, followed by delicious cocktails and spritzers, while taking in the ambiance of the Hasting Street location. The chefs are extremely talented with the quality and taste of the dishes exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend visiting to enjoy a meal or their legendary bottomless brunch experience. Thanks to the team for ensuring us and friends enjoyed such an awesome day!

Had a very nice lunch here of seafood paella to share. Very tasty and lots of it and at $109 for 2, quite reasonable for Hastings St. Nice location and pleasant to sit outside and people watch.

Absolutely loved our dinner here. Oysters were absolutely delicious (get the caviar bump on a couple!). The Wagyu steak was mouth watering and the sauce that came with it was balanced to perfection. Cocktails were on point as were the wine recommendations from the bar. Will definitely be calling in next time I visit Noosa!
Gareth D — Google review
Service was so accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. I was unsure what cocktails to choose from the menu (there’s a lot to choose from) the lovely waitress helped me pick and I loved it. For entree I ordered the scallops, these were the best scallops I’ve ever had!! For main I had wagyu truffle pizza and was delicious, with truffle chips on the side. I loved it!! Will return to try more seafood here :)

Had our anniversary dinner date here last night. The atmosphere was off. The staff seemed rushed/panicked last night. The female toilets were a mess with paper towels everywhere and stayed that way for the 2.5 hours we were there.... Really gross first impression. Food was great and drink were good. I feel like your front of house team need more training and support from management. We had no real explanation of any dish, no introduction from the wait staff. The host guy was seen going off at another staff member on the floor. Water on the floor and dirty tables and the chairs had crumbs on them. it was really chaotic. This was our second time at this venue and I doubt I'll come back again.

Tucked away near Noosa National Park, this venue offers a respite from the heat with its moody setting and lush surroundings. The menu features antipasti, pizzas, and handmade pastas made with the freshest local produce that changes seasonally.
We had the best experience dining at Locale in Noosa. The food, service and ambiance were all perfect! We absolutely loved the Crab Pasta and the Lamb. They also have a very comprehensive wine list - and cocktails to die for! What a great way to celebrate our Anniversary! Thank you the amazing staff who made our evening great!

We had a table for 7 adults and 2 children with our family Food was not exceptional but way overpriced. My cauliflower dish had 4 small florets for $42! We had 2 orders of tagliatelle for $50 each and the portions were not big. All the other dishes were all minuscule for the price. Wine was 3X that in the bottle shop. Staff were friendly but the food and wine were overpriced and overrated. Definitely not worth the money.
Cathy D — Google review
Classy restaurant with simple yet interesting decorations. The interior is rather dark so multiple people were using their phone torch to assist with reading the menu. Service was slow and the wait staff wasn't in the best mood so it was disappointing. The main dishes were outstanding on presentation and tasted fantastic. The desserts were not the traditional versions on both flavour and structure but still tasty. Would be good to visit if you are in the area.
June L — Google review
Incredible food and service each and every time we come here. We prefer to sit at the bar and watch the cocktails being made. The cocktails are amazing .. the twighlight Margherita is superb. We always go for the focaccia and whipped feta with honey to start and the prosciutto to go with it. As for mains, anything is good! I love the eye fillet with onions, beetroot and gorgonzola, matched with the potatoes with garlic, salt and rosemary. Mind you, other offerings in the past have always been a winner. Perfect setting for a classy night out in Noosa.

Been there twice. Good quality of food. Service is very professional and helpful. The square cod arancini was amazing along with the burrata and the oysters. The cauliflower main dish was exquisite although a bit expensive for the portion size. Extensive wine list. Deserts are a bit disappointing. Will recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or a date. Lovely atmosphere.

Beautiful food and a great barrel aged negroni! We had the focaccia with prosciutto, shared the spannner crab linguine which was excellent and had the manzo for our mains. Yes it’s pricey but the food is very good and if you love wine they have an extensive wine list.

Breakfast restaurant
Boardwalk Bistro on Hastings is a chic restaurant offering modern Australian cuisine with a focus on seafood, pasta, and meat dishes. The venue boasts stunning beach views, making it an ideal spot for a beachfront wedding or a relaxed meal after exploring Noosa National Park. Additionally, the restaurant provides an elegant setting to enjoy breakfast and coffee while admiring the picturesque ocean views.
Boardwalk Bistro is such a gem right on Noosa Beach — honestly, we had the best time here! We came during their oyster happy hour (yes, they have one!) and ended up eating 30 Killpatrick oysters between us — no regrets at all. They were so fresh, smoky, and perfectly cooked. If you're an oyster fan, you have to check this place out. The staff were incredible — super friendly, welcoming, and really on top of things even though it was getting busy. They made the whole experience even better with their positive energy and great service. The location is unbeatable, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy food while watching the sunset over Noosa Main Beach. The vibe is super chill but still feels like a quality dining experience. And it’s not just the oysters, all the food we tried was amazing. Fresh ingredients, beautifully plated, and full of flavour. This is definitely one of those places where you come for one thing and end up wanting to try the whole menu. Can’t wait to come back. Next time, we might break our oyster record!

I have a theory which states that the better the location, the worse the food. And it gets proved right time and time again. This is the third time I've been to Boardwalk in the past 12-months, and each time I walk away disappointed, forcing me to leave this review. The Snapper Tacos ($28) consisted of two soft taco shells with a small amount of filling, mainly cabbage, mayo, avocado and an unusually small piece of battered fish on each. More batter than fish. The Morton Bay Bug Roll ($32) was hardly fresh, and between the two of them contained a lettuce leaf, some cabbage, mayo and maybe, maybe a Bug between the two rolls. Maybe, although I don't think so. Regarding the Battered Fish & Chips ($32), well, I'll let the photo tell the story. Take a look, and remember, this was $32! Upon sharing my disappointment, they gave me a free beer, and an apology. Oh, and suggested we should have said something to the waitress when she asked how our meal was, mid-meal. Only problem was, she didn't ask! Following the 'three strikes and you're out' rule, we'll continue our search for a regular weekly lunch spot that has yummy food, welcoming service and offers value-for-money. Not cheap, just good value-for-money.

Went for oyster happy hour without expectation, but wow! The oysters are fresh and yummy. They made us wonderful cocktails, too! We also ordered the prawn, fantastic job! Friendly staffs always come and check on us. Highly recommended for a good afternoon chill vibe.

Was lucky to eat at the boardwalk a few times over our trip! Delicious food, breakfast was always a delight! We also had the seafood pasta for dinner and it was exceptional, truly one of the best we have had!

$2 oysters during happy hour. So worth it.. had a total of 58 oysters for three people on a public holiday. Oysters tasted fresh. Staff were very friendly. Best view of Noosa Beach sunset by far.

We only called in for a glass of wine in a rain shower Tegan was so accommodating for us. She split the tables and found us a nice warm spot. The food looked good so we decided to stay to eat and we weren’t disappointed. Would definitely recommend Well done guys x

Best service experienced so far in Noosa. Dined here for brunch and on another occasion for an early dinner. No awkwardness here when dining solo. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and made me feel completely relaxed. For brunch I had the omelette of the day which was substantial but bursting with flavour and was absolutely delicious. Too many times have I experienced bland omelettes with little flavour, but not here. Unfortunately I dug into my meal before I remembered to take a photo but here is one half way through my meal. On another day I came in for an early dinner and a couple of cocktails. The gluten free seafood pasta was served al dente, full of flavour and also delicious. The Pina Colada hit the spot. Great for Coeliac/ gluten free diets. Forgot to mention the most important thing is the knock out views of Noosa beach. A great backdrop to an overall extremely enjoyable experience.

The worst red meat dish I have had in several years. “Wagu Butchers Cut” Expensive, small portion, dry, and over cooked. The Moreton bay bug rolls were light on bug meat. The Barramundi was reasonable. My wife liked the fish and chips. As one of the other reviews said, the theory that the better the venue the poorer the food applies here. It has the potential to be so much better.

Amo Gelato Caffe in Noosaville is a delightful spot for both parents and kids. While parents can enjoy excellent coffee and baked goods, kids can indulge in the star of the show - the gelato. The ever-changing flavors include vegan cocoa sorbet, mocha gelato, passionfruit, and coconut sorbet. This place offers hand-crafted soft serve ice cream as well as a variety of hard serve ice creams with gluten-free and organic options available.
I’ve been coming here for years with no issues at all. The service is always lovely, and everyone greets you with warm smiles. Their cream is consistently full of flavor and never too sweet, making every visit enjoyable. I always bring my parents or siblings here, and they love it just as much as I do. It’s our go-to spot for a delicious treat and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Amo Gelato Caffè, for always delivering such a wonderful experience!

Ordered medium sized 2 flavours gelato and regular coffee on Easter Saturday at 04:30 pm 19.04.2025 The only female staff was yelling for “next orders” (which is understandable because it was bit crowded). But when we asked to change flavours for gelato (getting served by another friendly male staff), she saw us changing the flavours and raised eye-brows rolled her eyes (showing agitation as she thought we were delaying the order request) and showing a grimacing face at us. I told her “listen we are bit confused with flavours, hope u don’t mind”. She had an expression-less faced. She made my coffee and kept in front and walked away, no sorry , no thank you. We paid Public Holiday surcharge for the food, not getting paid from Centrelink. Pathetic service experience. So disappointed with a zero level customer service. I am sure the owner doesn’t care to reply to this review as they get customers no matter what. Well that female staff needs schooling.

Recommended to come here by the locals Went with family friends and young kids Staff were superb, extremely helpful in choosing flavours etc The flavours were all super tasty, big servings and reasonably priced. There is a clean set of toilets a 2 second walk away Will probably be going back!

Great ice cream and huge portions, especially given the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, let me try a few flavours before I chose which to go for. Get yourself down here for a scoop.
Jacob H — Google review
I have tried multiple ice cream shops in Noosa and this one is easily the best. The flavours are on point and the quality is very good. I especially like the mango, coconut, ginger and lime meringue. The portions are generous and the prices are similar to the other shops.
Marco V — Google review
The female staff member with very long dark hair and a tattoo on the side of her left arm is an exceptionally rude individual and should not be in any customer service role. Why does the owner employ such low-value, discourteous staff? It’s mind-boggling. She barely responded, didn’t crack a smile, avoided eye contact, and clearly acted as though serving customers was an inconvenience. It was obvious she didn’t want to be there, and thus, customers may feel like they are intruding on her personal space. Her demeanour was bizarre and unpleasant, especially when all you're trying to do is enjoy a bit of gelato. It's off-putting, and they will lose money because people just don't want to be subjected to such unpleasantness for a cup of gelato.
Naomi — Google review
the worst gelato i think ive ever had. i got the butterscotch and it had the worst, artificial flavour and i literally had to put it down a drain to eat the flavour i got underneath. the service was so rude. will not be returning.

Excellent service. Ordered a Dubai chocolate and didn’t get much of the crunch. Shared this with Leon just to make them aware. We were standing nearby and two minutes later he came to us with a fresh slice apologising for the first one. We Didn’t ask for it yet it appeared. Customer service like that is hard to come by and needed to be recognised! Nice work Leon

Brittany — Google review
I just had to take a couple of minutes to write how impressed I was with my experience today at Gelatissimo Noosa. As a Noosa local, we often visit your store because it’s always delicious. What I didn’t expect was such friendly and attentive service from the young lady (Scarlet) who served us today. School holidays have obviously started and the shop was extremely busy, however when it was our turn to order we were greeted with a genuine smile and a very polite welcome which is so lovely especially when the staff are under such pressure. It’s only ice cream I know, but to us that’s even more reason to appreciate the great service (the taste test and flavour explanations) and the sincere “thank you very much” when we left, because the young lady really didn’t have to. It was respectful and refreshing, if we could give her 6stars then we would. We can’t wait to come back in a couple of days. Thanks again and well done.
Jarrod H — Google review
I regularly buy from here, customer experience is usually so positive and an absolute vibe when the younger girl is working although I wouldn’t recommend buying anything if the manager (older lady) is working at the time. She seemed annoyed or irritated, I felt bad for ordering something. Tainted my experience

Life tastes better with gelato. For sureee My favorite gelato spot in Noosa. What makes this place is different is the variety of options.. instead of derivatives of all the regular stuff, you get to experience mind-bending fresh vibrant flavors like ‘dragonfruit + lychee’ or ube (unique purple yam that is out of this world) If you like coconut, their coconut here is NEXT LEVEL. Feels like you’ve scooped out the creamy meat straight from a coconut.. feels clean and fresh too (vs. synthetic or full of additives) Pistachio was tasty too.. would have been cool if it had chunks of real pistachios in it Next time gonna opt for the traditional cookies & cream, friend said it was divine

Villa Noosa Hotel is a laid-back accommodation with an outdoor pool, restaurant, and sports bar. The hotel offers a delectable Christmas buffet featuring seafood, roasts, veggies, salads, and desserts. Conveniently located in the heart of Noosaville at the Noosa Village Shopping Centre, it's a family-friendly pub with friendly service. Guests praise the clean and comfortable rooms despite some being slightly run down. The efficient staff serves delicious meals quickly even during busy times.
We had the most wonderful Wedding Reception at Villa Noosa, and we owe so much of that to Katie and her incredible team. From start to finish, Katie made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was clear, timely, and full of the the calm confidence every couple needs in the lead-up to their big day. The venue was set up beautifully, our requests were all handled with ease, and the staff went above and beyond to look after our guests — especially those staying at the accommodation. Katie was also instrumental in helping us pivot last-minute due to renovations, and did so with professionalism, warmth, and a can-do attitude. We couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommend Villa Noosa for any event — and if you get Katie in charge, you're in the best possible hands. Thank you Katie

Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, quiet despite the location. The rooms are quite dated but functional, with a little balcony for fresh air. Discount voucher for the local bistro was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the bistro meal as well. No microwave, toaster, plates if staying longer

Had an amazing experience here! The restaurant has such a great vibe, relaxed but still full of energy. The food was top quality, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Cocktails were just as impressive, you can tell the bartenders really know their craft. Special shoutout to Ryan behind the bar, super friendly, attentive, and made some incredible drinks. His recommendations were spot on and added to the whole experience. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends!

Pelican Boat Hire Noosaville is a great spot for families to enjoy a day by the river. Parents can relax with coffee and baked goods while kids indulge in delicious gelato flavors. The boat hire process is seamless, with easy entry and no need for a boat license. Customers appreciate the simple booking process and complimentary fishing gear, making it an excellent value for a family outing on the Noosa River.
Rented a boat yesterday. It was a lot of fun. The team is friendly and professional. You don't need a boat licence, just a drivers licence. The boat doesn't go fast, so from a safety perspective, it's a good thing if you aren't experienced. You do need to book in advance in peak times as they book out most days during the NY holidays.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hired the Luxury Pontoon Boat — super comfortable and perfect for a day on the water. The team was welcoming, friendly, and full of great tips, which made the whole experience easy and fun. Loved being able to grab coffees from the café to take with us before setting off. Such a relaxed, enjoyable day — highly recommend!

Very happy with experience here, hired a boat. It was comfortable, staff were very friendly and quick with processing. No issues with the hire and got to enjoy the experience with my family. I lost a water bottle and they gave a really good effort to try find it for me multiple times - I was stressing out because i love the bottle, turns out it was at home. I am grateful they went out of their way for me though and appreciate it heaps.

The staff at Pelican Boat hire are fabulous, they kind to their customers, with time to talk to people and get to know them. Today I was served by Neve who was calm, friendly and made me feel very welcome. I escaped for a quiet cup of tea by the river. There were several groups of people here while I was sipping my tea. However there is plenty of space for everyone with many of tables, chairs and shade for groups to sit together and relax without feeling on top of each other. The Pelican is the perfect place to hire boats SUP's and kayaks because the equipment is in good condition and because of the position of the Pelican on the river. When I have hired a boat from the Pelican they tell you everything you need to know to have a brilliant time. This a great place to relax by the river or hire SUP's, kayaks or boats from.
Stuart M — Google review
The coffee was excellent, but unfortunately the service let the experience down. The young lady taking orders came across as cold and unwelcoming, which really impacted the overall experience. With so many great coffee spots around, we’ll likely explore other options before considering a return.

Very quick, hassle-free service. Casual yet polite attitude of staff helps save time and just get on with the fun. Hired a half cabin boat for $60. The longer you hire the cheaper it is obviously. An hour was long enough for us to go around a loop and come back.

Ice cream shop
Nitrogenie Noosa Heads is a whimsical shop located in the heart of Hastings Street, offering an array of shakes and ice creams with playful names. The mastermind behind this delightful spot is Jean Jacques Le Faou, a renowned French patissier who has catered to celebrities and now brings his authentic French-style patisserie to the Noosa community. With only two locations in Queensland, Nitrogenie uses liquid nitrogen to prepare their delectable treats.
The main guy working the front (owner?) really makes it an awesome and enjoyable experience to come here. The ice cream is very tasty and smooth, with a decent mix of "normal" flavors as well as interesting and unique ones, but as others have mentioned it does melt fairly fast so you have to eat it rather quickly. The process of making it is fun to watch, and both kids and adults are sure to get a kick out of the liquid nitrogen spewing from the tank.
Tommy — Google review
Delicious. Simply Delicious. Ice cream was smooth and probably the best we’ve ever had. The man behind the counter making the ice creams looked very skilled. DEFINITELY would recommend.
Ollie H — Google review
Wowser, great pallet of flavours hidden in the most yummy ice creams I've ever had. The preparation and making of the ice is already an experience in itself. We went back multiple times during our stay in Noosa. Caramel Popcorn by far our most favourite one. Friendly and speedy staff!
Simon G — Google review
Service was very very friendly and welcoming, the flavors are unique and so is the serving (every flavour is ‘designed’ differently). The making of the ice cream is cool to watch but at the end of the day it is a gimmick that slows service down and the ice cream is the same as any other ice cream only melts a bit faster. Prices are slightly high at $7.50 for a small cup. Overall, nice experience and worth the visit if you’re around with kids.
Nadav L — Google review
Worth a go if you're around but may not warrant going there on purpose. The liquid nitrogen makes for awesome in store theatre and the flavours are pretty good (I had a salted caramel with honeycomb and the daughters a triple choc) but the ice creams are expensive ($15 for 2 cones) and don't get quite cold enough. They get a nice silky consistency but melt fairly fast. If you're like me and positively hoover a cone in a minute or less, you won't have a problem. If your more like my kids however, you may find yourself bathing in melted ice cream.
V B — Google review
The service and the concept are fantastic! The staff were so friendly and watching them make the ice-cream was awesome. But the ice-cream flavours were pretty bland unfortunately. Not the depth of flavour you would get from other places.
Patrick W — Google review
Unique flavours of ice cream. Awesome presentation of their desserts. Friendly staff ready to use excess nitrogen to impress the kids (and adults). The Lemon Meringue Pie is my favourite, complete with a blowtorch finish.
Daniel N — Google review
When we found out that Nitrogenie had opened up in Noosa as well, we had to make sure we made a special PitStop when we were up the coast. We've tried several of their flavours but the Salty Caramel Popcorn has thus far been the reigning champion for us. It has a lovely velvety texture and just the right amount of saltiness to go with the sweetness of the caramel. The popcorn pieces adds a lovely texture to the whole ice cream. The only downside is once you start, you can't stop. Oh, and please don't share. Not if you want to keep the peace in the family. Get one each. You'll all be happier.

I recently spent two nights at the Noosa Hinterland Retreat in the Lotus Villa. Colin and Sharon were delightful caretaker hosts and had everything organized when I arrived. We had the pleasure to have stayed in Noosa Hinterland Retreat recently. Russ, the host greeted us upon arrival and Russ’s friendliness made us feel welcomed and comfortable instantly. The location is fantastic just in the outskirts of Noosa and the place was so peaceful. The room was tastefully decorated and we love the yummy complimentary breakfast that was provided with our stay. We left a couple of our belongings behind upon checking out at the retreat but Russ went out of his way to make sure we received our items safely. Stayed here on two separate occasions in 2023. Tried to book a third stay at short notice but sadly (for us) Noosa Hinterland Retreat was fully booked. And it’s easy to see why! The accommodation was sensational. It was a combination of the decorating, cleanliness, serene outlook and overall tranquil atmosphere that made it stand out. The first time I stayed I arrived travel weary. The prospect of going out to get food was not appealing. Unexpectedly, delicious, healthy snacks (smoked salmon, boiled eggs, fruit, veggies, yoghurt, cereal, fresh milk and juice) were all provided in the kitchenette. The next stay we had a different gorgeous room and, again, healthy snacks. We were also travelling with two small dogs and were very fortunate to have found accommodation that accepted them. Russ is an outstanding host and I have wanted to leave a review for some time. We will definitely book ahead to secure accommodation here in a few months time and already look forward to our stay!

We had two nights in the Lotus Room at Noosa Hinterland Retreat and would absolutely recommend and visit again. About 25 mins drive from Noosa, it felt like we had our own rainforest backyard. The room was really well equipped with everything we could need and felt really luxurious. It rained a bit while we were there but we were still able to enjoy the deck outside and take in the beautiful surrounds. Russ was lovely and came to greet us when we arrived and was happy to help with any questions etc. We drove into Noosa each day to surf and then went to the nearby lookout which was stunning. Would love to stay again and look forward to doing so!

Had to share the best catering experience from The Bakers Pantry. I ordered morning tea of scones, banana bread, sandwich & wraps platters, mini sausage rolls & quiches for 60 people. I ordered online & confirmed 2 days prior. The staff member I spoke to was polite & knowledgeable. Everything was ready on time for pick up. Presented in boxes with jam & cream, butter & sauses, napkins & bamboo cutlery. The food was fresh & tasty. Honestly the best scones we've eaten for many years. Many compliments were received. Thank you so much.

The pie was the best I've had for along time, the croissant was perfection, and the coffee was outstanding. My wife, an Aussie, absolutely loved everything too! Even my daughter devoured her ham and cheese croissant. We didn't get to try the sweets but based on everything else, I have no doubt they are amazing. We will come back !

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The value for money is unbeatable, and the bacon and egg roll with a coffee deal is fantastic! The best Portuguese tarts I’ve ever had, and I have had a lot of Portuguese tarts. The staff are super friendly and the service is prompt. By far the best bakery in noosa, and maybe Australia.

Will definitely be back here. There were lots of vegan and dairy free options, which is awesome. I got a coffee, muffin and a pie. The coffee was pretty good and the muffin was nice, but the pie was amazing. I highly recommend getting they thai green curry vegan pie with tofu. The flavours were great, with a good hit of spice and the pastry was perfect.

Grabbed ice cream twice here in the last month. The young guy who owns the place has great relaxed customer service. The choice of flavours is awesome and they've got a few you can't find anywhere else, like Jaffa, Licorice and Lemon lime. I also like the fact that the Bubblegum flavour is the old school green colour. I like that a single scoop is actually a scoop and then a half scoop of another flavour. Great idea. My wife is a coeliac and they have heaps of gluten free flavours and also gluten free cones. The first time we visited, the young girl washed the scoop before scooping my wife's ice cream to avoid any cross contamination. We were very impressed, hence why we came back a few weeks later. Keep up the great work guys.

This is such a unique ice cream place with your usual flavours and some very different ones too like liquorice! I didn’t give my dog @brilliantbutters any but he was definitely interested. A large range of lollies you wouldn’t find in the normal shops too.

Best Ice Creamery in Queensland. We as Grandparents are regular visitors with our Grand Children and we all love the choice of Ice Creams and other cool choices to select from … Best Milk Shakes. The young fellow who is a family member/owner is a delight and knows exactly what the Twins have, he is helpful, cheerful and customer friendly … offering excellent service. Well Done Planet 72 … Congratulations.

There is most certainly an impressive selection of ice cream to choose from. As I'm looking for the best on the coast, I always have vanilla as the comparator. The other flavour I chose was the Tiramisu. Compared to 2 scoops elsewhere, Planet 72 does 1.5 scoops. The first scoop being the bigger one - so choose your flavours accordingly. They lost stars because I could see other flavours marked on the vanilla ice cream from not cleaning the scoops properly. Compared to other establishments, the ice cream was not as good. Nor the best value for money. The young lady who served us gave friendly and efficient service. Great location to be able to walk over the road and sit by the river to enjoy the ice cream.

The service was friendly, which we appreciated! Unfortunately, the ice cream didn’t live up to our expectations — the artificial flavor was quite off-putting. We honestly can’t relate to the positive reviews and are left wondering how they came to be 😄

Such a huge range of flavours, it was so hard to choose. Very yummy ice cream, great service and amazing location. We walked across the road to the river and ate our ice-creams overlooking the water. What a lovely end to our day trip to Noosaville. Highly recommend.

This is hands down my favourit ice cream store. I vist regularly their Hervey Bay location however the Noosa location is far closer to Brisbane which I appreciate. I visited the Noosa location yesterday and upon saying my favourit flavour wasn't on display they let me know they have it out the back and went and scooped it for me. The services was amazing and the icecream is as delicious as always. If you are looking for good service and a delicious treat definitely check out this shop.

72 flavours to choose from, hence the name plus a good range of toppings! Extraordinary. Friendly, patient service for my young family of 5. Delicious and excellent quality, would go every day if we could.
