Spanish restaurant
Las Flores, which means "The Flowers" in Spanish, is a charming bistro in Manila that offers a refreshing change from the usual Filipino-Spanish inspired restaurants. The menu features authentic Catalan tapas and dishes, such as Trio de Chorizos and squid ink Paella Negra, paired with a good selection of wines. The modern ambiance of Las Flores complements its combination of Spanish, Catalan, and Mediterranean flavors.
My favorite paella! 🙌 We dined at the al fresco area because we felt very cold. Their staffs are very accommodating that they offered to turn on the fan in case we felt hot. We already said no, but another staff turned on a fan pointed to the floor. I guess to avoid mosquito bites. This restaurant offers Spanish dishes which is relatively closer to Filipino pallet. But more flavorful and unique. Spot-on!

The food and service were Exceptional!!!! That is one of my find memories of my trip to the Philippines. The view is spectacular which you will see on my photos. It is owned by an Italian gentleman who married a Filipino wife and live in a beautiful home down the mountain just below the restaurant. The restaurant is based at the top of a mountain on the island. We crossed the 2nd longest bridge in Asia to get there.

I like to come to this restaurant, the various meals are usually really good, and their red Sangria is excellent. The only issue is that sometimes the quality of food is varied, you can order the same meal twice and it will be different. They change the menu quite often, on occasion it takes a long time for the food to come but usually it’s good. Would recommend to try atleast once.
Sebs K — Google review
Las Flores offers delicious Spanish cuisine under The Bistro Group, and it does not disappoint! Visited twice this week. The place is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Their paella is flavorful and perfectly cooked, while the churros are crisp on the outside, soft inside, and paired with rich chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream—just heavenly. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic Spanish flavors in a classy setting.
Nea B — Google review
Las Flores offers a delightful dining experience with its authentic Spanish cuisine and vibrant atmosphere. The dishes are well-cooked, with flavors that are rich and satisfying. I had visitors from the UK and they were absolutely delighted with the food. Also, the attentive service and stylish interior make it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions.

Delicious food, friendly and attentive staff. Good vibes all around. Ezxcellent dining experience
April M — Google review
My always go to when I’m craving for Paella, and mixto platter are also good!
Anne A — Google review
Had a great time celebrating Mother's Day here. Enjoyed all our food items, especially their Sangria. We made a reservation ahead of time to ensure our seats. The service was also great. All the staff members were attentive and accommodating. I would've loved if the food items had bigger serving sizes, especially the Paella. I loved the Paella Cochinillo and the Angus & Foie Minis. I would say that the price is worth the taste and the experience.

Gallery By Chele, formerly known as Gallery VASK, is a culinary gem led by chef Chele Gonzalez and chef Carlos Villaflor. The menu showcases the essence of the Philippines through a fusion of diverse cultural influences and locally-sourced ingredients. The restaurant's interior, designed by Kenneth Cobonpue, features contemporary wooden elements that add to its inviting ambiance.
My wife and I were looking for a fine dining spot to celebrate our anniversary and experience what it’s like to indulge in fine dining in Manila. We decided on Gallery by Chele, and we’re so glad we did. We went with the 10-course meal—but to our pleasant surprise, it ended up being more than that, as the team graciously offered us extra dishes to try. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The guided experience and storytelling throughout the evening added a thoughtful layer, allowing us to appreciate the creativity and process behind each dish even more. Coming from a background of having dined in many fine dining restaurants, I didn’t expect to be blown away—but Gallery by Chele truly exceeded my expectations. The food was phenomenal, the ambiance was just right, and the attention to detail—from how each dish was presented to how it was cleared—reflected a deep level of care and precision. We walked away feeling not only valued as guests but also that the experience was great value for money. I’d absolutely recommend Gallery by Chele to anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience. Thank you to the team for a memorable night!
Lester R — Google review
It was a unique and special dining experience and we enjoyed every dish we had. The walking tour that we did for our welcome bites was a fun twist, and it was a treat to know the story behind our food. We ordered the six-course tasting menu, and each dish was so unique and tasted amazing. It was really nice knowing how they highlight Filipino ingredients and take inspiration from our local cuisine, but with a twist. The service was impeccable and the staff members were very warm and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for special events and occasions.

Gallery by Chele was an amazing experience! Truly one of a kind when it comes to fine dining and service. I went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was absolutely worth it. I loved the presentation, the background stories of the dishes, the creativity (especially how they used coconut in different ways across the menu), and the thoughtful cocktail pairings. Everything was so well explained and beautifully done. Super nice overall! Highly recommend going with the food and cocktail or wine pairing for the full experience. / 10 food tasting Make sure you make a reservation for your table:) The place was very busy and crowded!
SY — Google review
So far, the best restaurant I’ve tried in the Philippines. Excellently curated, presented, and guided menu. Tried the 6-course tasting menu and I was really impressed by the concept. Modern Filipino-Spanish food that really gives you a memorable experience from start to end. I would’ve made some changes to the wine selection to accommodate the tropical dishes, and very minor improvement points would really make this resto outstanding. But this is truly good!
Nikolai B — Google review
Tasting their different dishes for 3-4 hours was truly an invigorating experience. I loved everything especially the mains- duck, wagyu, coco crab. A must try!
Bea D — Google review
Imagine eating a Takoyaki with the perfect chewy and tender flavors of Oxtail Kare-Kare in one ultimate bite. Pair it with this sublime why-have-we-not-thought-of-this-before bagoong mayonnaise. The familiar flavor of bagoong minus the sharp salty bite we typically associate it with, replace with a soft gradual rounding of the flavor without compromising its identity.
Elbert P — Google review
I came here super excited! I’ve heard great things but I guess I should have managed my expectations. We got the latest menu (as of Sept 2025) which revolved around the theme of Coconut. We got the 10 course tasting menu with the Cocktail and Non-Alcoholic drink pairing. The dishes started out strong with the apps being enjoyable and flavorful. After that, it went downhill. The main reason I got disappointed is the lack of cohesiveness. Most of the drinks are all in the sour profile. And it’s not sour candy type of sour but the vinegar sawsawan type of sour 🤢. Then there are some weird ones like one tasted like a drink version of a cinnamon bun. One tasted like a bland lemonade. Then the rest, they use a lot of lambanog repeatedly and pinakurat, which tbh… tasted like drinking ACV in the morning so your bowels can move. I was expecting enjoyable creativitiy. But it ended up being just weird. It doesn’t feel like they were made to be delicious. They were made to be just different but tbh, some of them were trying hard to fit into the theme that it missed being enjoyable. It felt like what the line in the move “The Menu” said… “cooked with obsession not love.” I am a person that tries to finish what I paid for, especially for this price point, but some drinks were too disgusting that I ended up letting go of them. The dishes are hit or miss. But also… there’s an overall confusion to them, like starting with a sweet drink that tastes like sampaguita, which is almost like a dessert. Then the courses start and it’s seafood then seafood then seafood then seafood then seafood. Lots of them are also sour. So pair that with sour drinks? Acid overload. Then followed by 2 very small portions of meats and then some cheese, then it’s dessert already. That cheese was, sorry to say, disgusting. There was a cheese that is combined with sweet potato and it literally tastes like the taste in your mouth before you feel like throwing up. Like bile piling up at the sides of your mouth. Portion size — they’re super small. I get that it’s small plates and they’re tasting menu. I’ve seen other restaurants do it but Gallery By Chele dishes feel almost… “tinitipid yung customer”. You can feel like they’re trying to make more margins and they’re so affected by the inflation (despite the hefty price they’re asking) Also, no carbs apart from the steak rice. And that portion size is literally like 3 teaspoons. (You can check the video at the end). You will also see how small the wagyu and duck are in my photos. The pastrami strip also tasted like the cured meat you get in hotel buffets. Only this time, it’s 1 small strip per person at a much more expensive price tag. After we left, we went to a mcdonald’s drive thru coz we were… honestly still hungry. Looking back, there was regret dining here. I suggest they let go of doing themes if it just ends up with dishes that are not enjoyable.
Jerome B — Google review
Terrific dinner with family. We had gone for the full tasting menu and they catered for pregnancy. I also went with the full cocktail and wine pairing and it was fantastic, only one concern was the glasses were extremely dirty and unpolished throughout majority of the wine tasting and when i emailed, I did not get a response at all. It is what it is and when in Manila, this is normal to not get a response on feedback and complaints. With Michelin allegedly coming i to the city, i suppose the dirty glasses will be totally unacceptable. For us however. Its fine. However, we really enjoyed the creativity and the service. The walk around the restaurant was fun and interactive as well as eductaional. Had no idea Nata de coco was sort of like a scoby from fermentation originally. The signature octopus inasal is still on the menu and deserve to be signature dish. Again, small things that went slightly wrong did not at all diminish from the fantastuc experience and would definitely cone back again.

Din Tai Fung, originally a cooking oil retail shop, gained fame for its Xiao Long Bao or soup dumplings. The restaurant offers savory noodle dishes, vegetarian dumplings, meaty picks, scrumptious rice, and more. With origins in Taiwan and branches worldwide, it continues to draw long lines due to its delectable offerings. Despite the wait times at some locations like the Philippines and Singapore, patrons find the food excellent and worth the price.
Pork XLB – 9/10 Tastes really good, and even better with their soy-vinegar dip. Dry Noodles with Spicy Shrimp & Pork Wontons – 7/10 This was recommended under the dry noodles, and they said the spiciness was tolerable. For me, it was still a bit too spicy. Pork Chop Fried Rice – 7/10 Decent flavor, though I was already quite full when I had this. Choco XLB – 9/10 The chocolate quality is good, and the dough has a mochi-like texture when chewed. It’s warm but not overly hot, so you won’t get that burnt feeling. The only downside is the serving size because it’s too small.

Finally got to try DTF! One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while. Great food, and their Wintermelon Iced Tea was the best! Plus their crispy beef, one of my faves now. Also, our server, Jason’s kindness and attentiveness really stood out. I loved that they also have a bag holder to actually put in your bags and valuables. We will surely be back when we’re in Manila again. Thank you!
Marnie E — Google review
Been to Din Tai Fung a couple of times now and it always hits the spot. The xiao long bao are the star—super delicate and packed with soup, just how they should be. Service is quick and organized even when it’s packed, and food comes out hot and fresh. A bit pricier than your usual dumpling spot, but honestly worth it for the quality. And I just tried the chocolate xiao long bao—new favorite, such a fun way to end the meal. Always a solid choice when you’re craving dumplings.

Food is really good! No wonder people line up even for more than an hour to dine in. Queue depends on the day, could be 10mins, 30mins, 1hr or more. Will definitely eat here again specially when celebrating special occassions and events. Has lots of seeting capacity, order can take 10 to 20mins before it is serve. Better to pre order already while waiting in queue. Service is excellent!

Great food and service. It's worth the wait. Went there for dinner on a Sunday. We willingly waited for about 30 minutes but wrote down our orders ahead. As expected, we enjoyed our food while being efficiently served by the staff. We had several dishes although our vegetable was cancelled due to inavailability.
Johnnie F — Google review
Great food, great service, and great location! All the waiters here are so accomodating and polite. We immediately got a table and sir Gene Paul was so incredibly hands on and pleasant everytime he served us, constantly checking if we had water and asking if there's anything else we need.
Aivie P — Google review
Xia long bao, siomai and siopao all taste the same having the same oil soup based. Mango pomelo sago have too much all purpose cream, feint mango, far from chinese restaurant desserts. Salted egg shrimp too oily, didn't drain it well. Overall the taste is different from its origin from Hongkong.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Din Tai Fung earlier today. The service was excellent, our servers, Ms. Che and Martin, were very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. They made our meal even more enjoyable with their warm and professional service. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant one!

Restaurant
Samba is an online venture by chefs Nicco Santos and Quenee Vilar, offering homestyle Asian food with a focus on Southeast Asian cuisine. Their Nasi Lemak Fried Chicken features crispy, spiced chicken served with basmati rice cooked in coconut milk, Japanese cucumbers, roasted peanuts, fried ikan bilis, a fried egg, and sambal terasi.
It was a hidden gem for us. My husband and I had a causal dinner at Samba last Friday. It turned out to be a great surprise. Samba offered delicious food and excellent service. I loved in fact all dishes are shareable and flavorful. The portion is pectect too. We will definitely come back.
Hwelen Y — Google review
I'd recommend Samba for the classy vibes. We chose to dine inside their dining room but their outdoor seating areas sit adjacent to the Shangri La hotel pool which is beautifully lit at night, with the area nestled amongst the clean skyrisers in the area. Food-wise we found to stretch the wallet quite a bit, and even opting for the less extravagant fare, the lomo saltado dish was a tiny portion; 4 small and quick bites of steak considering the 1175 PHP tag. The parihuela sopa was very nice though, with excellent seafood portions, including a tasty octopus leg and large mussel, clams, and prawn. It was a tad too salty but not to a serious fault. Staff were very professional, positive, and helpful. Lovely presentation of meal. Would recommend for a date or small group looking for a quieter but trendy atmosphere compared to Forbes town noise 5 minutes walk from Shangri La's hotel entrance.
JCVN — Google review
Located on the 8th floor of a nice hotel. It’s very clean and elegant inside. Outside has nice designs but warm. Most of the dish was creamy, they provide a hot sauce which helps balance flavors. - Trio Ceviche 2.1/5 I thought it lacked brightness ceviches usually have. It was okay. Each one tasted kind of the same. - Yucas Crocantes Con Huaca 3.5/5 Fried yucca balls, creamy inside crunchy outside. - Conchas A La Parmesana 1.2/5 Super buttery small scallops, not worth. - Arroz Con Mariscos 4.1/5 A LOT of rice, some seafood. It’s very carb heavy. Taste is good. - Pollo A La Braza 3.2/5 Grilled chicken thighs were slightly juicy but seemed a tad overcooked. - Anticucho De Pulpo 2.6/5 The octopus legs were slightly chewy, not tender. Tasted okay. - Lomo Saltado 1.8/5 Overcooked pieces of beef (well done). The flavoring is bold. - Barramundi 3.2/5 Tender piece of fish, creamy quinoa. - Chocolate cake 5/5 The cake is so decadent and the ice cream that looks like corn paired well together. - Tres Leches 3.8/5 Moist tres leches cake. - Merangado De Guanabana 1.8/5 It was pulpy and tangy, thought it was just okay. Cool experience. You get to drop the chocolate. Free validation for parking in building.

The service and ambiance were impeccable. The best dish was the arroz con mariscos (seafood rice). It was rich in flavor and generous with the seafood. The chicharrones de calamar and de cangrejo (battered and fried squid rings and softshell crab) were good, but pretty standard. The anticucho de corazón (beef heart skewer) was also good. The meat was tender. The duck breast salad was good and came in a generous portion. We got the tuna ceviche, but perhaps the safer choice was to go for classic limeño. I missed the leche de tigre and choclo (large Peruvian corn kernels). I was hoping to find seco de res a la norteña (braised beef stew) and arroz con pato (duck confit with cilantro rice), but they weren't on the menu this time. I look forward to returning to try those when offered.
Lance G — Google review
The two ceviches we got were equally good, can’t choose between the two. The limeño was citrusy, while the crema de coco was creamy. Aside from the ceviche, my personal favorite was the pulpo! It was a perfectly cooked flavor bomb. Not tough at all, flavor was on point. We also enjoyed their best-seller, Arroz Con Mariscos. Well seasoned and quite generous amount of seafood. Meanwhile, the lomo saltado was good, but nothing special. Because we were celebrating a birthday, they gave us tres leches cake for free! Servers were warm and attentive, while the atmosphere is perfect for celebrating special occasions. Would definitely come back!

A Surprising Comeback Worth Talking About! We decided to give this restaurant another shot after a not-so-great experience before one that left us a bit disappointed and hesitant to return. But wow, are we glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the entire vibe felt different. The management clearly took past feedback seriously and went above and beyond to make things right. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. What really sealed the night for us was the outstanding service from Ymann, our waiter. He was attentive without being intrusive, warm yet professional, and made sure every little detail was spot-on. From explaining the dishes with enthusiasm to checking in at just the right moments. Ymann made the entire dining experience feel special and personal. The food? A complete turnaround. Delicious, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. It felt like a totally different place, the potential we saw before finally came to life. This second visit reminded us why it's sometimes worth giving places another chance. Big kudos to the team, especially to Ymann and the management, for turning things around. We'll definitely be coming back and bringing friends with us!
Aldrine — Google review
The food here is excellent overall. • Ceviche – Probably one of the best you can find in Manila. Every variation I’ve tried has been delicious. • Meat – Whether it’s beef or lamb, everything is cooked until tender and soft — you can practically cut it with a fork. • Leche – Not quite what I expected. It’s more like a moist cake than the traditional flan, and a bit too sweet for someone who prefers subtle flavors like I do. • Ambiance – The atmosphere indoors and outdoors feels completely different. Inside, it’s air-conditioned and cool but quite dark. If you come here, definitely sit outside — on a breezy, comfortable day, the ambiance is just perfect. However, when it’s hot, even with ceiling fans, it can get pretty warm outside. • Service – As expected from a hotel restaurant, the staff are very polite. However, there seem to be fewer servers than tables, so it’s sometimes hard to catch someone’s attention when you need assistance.
Christine K — Google review
We visited this Peruvian restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. The staff were incredibly warm and even celebrated with us, bringing out a beautiful dessert to mark the occasion. The food was unique and flavorful — each dish offered a wonderful taste of Peruvian cuisine. And I must say, their tres leches was hands down one of the best desserts I’ve had in BGC! Soft, rich, and perfectly balanced — a must-try.

Niu by Vikings is a high-end buffet restaurant located at SM Aura in Bonifacio Global City. It is the sixth concept by Vikings Group, offering an upscale and refined dining experience compared to its predecessors. The restaurant boasts carefully curated selections from chefs with experience in Michelin Star restaurants. Niu stands out with its chic design, elevating the overall dining atmosphere.
I had a great time at Niu by Vikings. The restaurant is clean, beautiful, and has many different kinds of food. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the meat and desserts. The place feels very relaxing and perfect for special events. I also want to say thank you to Sir James, one of the staff. He was very friendly and helpful. He always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His good service made our experience even better.

His friendly demeanor made the dining experience even more enjoyable. We appreciate his professionalism and warm approach, it truly added to the overall positive experience at Niu by Vikings (SM Aura) (Food) The food selection at Niu is impressive, offering a wide variety of international and local dishes. Everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and served fresh. The carving station and seafood options stood out, while the desserts were a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, the quality and presentation of the food made the dining experience worth it.

Hey Niu's of Vikings-SM Aura, Thank you for the exceptional service and very friendly staff last night on celebrating my birthday there. Deli food and stuffs. Shoutout to Sir Rahj, The Restos Dining Manager. We were very impressed by the warm hospitality and professional service, you made sure we were taken care of especially when you knew we are your kababayans from Negros Occidental. Thank you, Sir and Keep up the Great work. To our Server, Sir Albert. Thanks for the white and red wine ofcourse with the presence of fruity tequila! They're very earthy! Not to mention, I am a wine lover! You are fantastic and very friendly from start to finish. Once again, Thank you! We had an amazing experience!

Just experienced today Niu by Vikings and it is great to eat here. Comfy couches and sofa. Rich-like class of service just like what Jerome provided us. Great food and drinks offered. Price may be a bit high but I guess it was because of the service you get here in the resto. Also has band and singer where you can request songs you like them to sing (just give them a tip). Complete from appetizer, main course, salad and desserts. 😊

Its not worth the 1,658. The food was bland and not many choices. Steak was hard even if it was cooked medium. Lechon skin was not crispy and the liver sauce has no taste. I did not find the "upscale, premium" food as advertised. For the price, you can have a much better dining experience somewhere else where you dont need to line up for a tempura or steak. The place was also too crowded and hot. If not for the white chocolate with caviar i will just give it 1 star.

OK, we’ve been to a lot of buffets. But let’s face it: these types of restaurants in Asia take it to a whole different level. Niu is a perfect example. Viking was already a very popular and well thought of brand. Niu is even fancier and more opulent. Live music on a grand piano, great service, plenty of alcohol selections. And the longest buffet I think I’ve ever seen. We were able to get a private room for our party which only made the experience better. Steak house
Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar, located within the Shangri-la Hotel in Bonifacio Global City, is a contemporary American steakhouse and bar run by Chef Nathan Griffin. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dry-aged beef as well as classic American cocktails and wines. With its upscale ambiance and extensive menu of steaks, seafood, and gourmet comfort food, this establishment is popular among those seeking high-quality dining experiences.
Really good steaks and service, the restaurant is quite cold and dark so I recommend coming at night time. The large selection of steaks made it possible for everyone to be able to pick something they like. For a 5 star hotel restaurant the food wasn’t that expensive (still not cheap). All the sides were really tasty especially the broccolini. Furthermore they have a nice selection of cocktails

The food here is excellent—especially the Porterhouse Steak, which was amazing! The servers were very friendly and accommodating. We also inquired about their private dining options since we're planning to bring our family next time. They have one semi-private room that fits around 8 people, and another larger, more private room that can accommodate up to 15. The restaurant has a fancy ambience, and since there were fewer people during lunch, we enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing meal. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

I opted to try the in-house steakhouse restaurant during my stay at the Shangri-La The Fort, Manila for the first time tonight and was not disappointed. The customer service was top tier from the moment I was greeted at the front desk to the time I finished my meal. Everyone was very accommodating and greeted you with a smile. As far as the food, I ordered the Caesar Salad & the Black Market MS5+ Black Angus Ribeye Steak. Both were excellent & the steak was cooked to perfection (temp: medium well). They also provided a tray of different sauces, mustards & finishing salts to accompany the steak. The sauces & salts I tried were tasty but honestly, the steak alone was superb and did not require them. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I will definitely give them another try during my next visit. Total price before tip: P5995

FYI: there is a “dress code” no slippers or Crocs Full disclosure we showed up with a party size of 11 people AND not dressed to the level of the environment and ambiance for Shangri-la 😂 and I do not apologize for it. I really felt like at first the hostess was trying to shoo us away. When I asked for a table for 11, I was told they were full, so I gave her a I ain’t buying that look. So she said they could only accommodate 6 of us… then I gave her the same look again… then she said she could give us two tables but we’d be split up on different parts of the restaurant… then I gave the same look again… she then said they were able to give us two tables - one in a private room with the removable wall and a table beside it and that satisfied our needs 😁. So after all that and Even with the dress code - my two sons wearing crocs - they were able to accommodate us by “hiding” us in a private dining room area 😁. After we were seated it was a whole different vibe. The wait staff was wonderful. We were also taken cared of very well by whom I assume was the manager. Drinks: we ordered cocktails and wine. As with any place in the Philippines (causal or fine dining) beer selection is lacking. I am used to having lots of different micro brews to choose from. I’m not really a San Miguel fan or the other large scale breweries offerings. Food: we ordered ribeye steaks filet mignon roast chicken lamb chops pork chops lots of sides and risottos. We appreciated the availability of various options that had something for everyone. Everything was tasty and cooked to perfection. Summary: it truly was a fantastic experience and definitely an occasional experience. Our bill came up to ₽50,500. The value for the meal I would say is comparable to what you can get in the United States for 2 people at steakhouses like Peter Lugers in NYC. To pay that price for 11 people is an extreme value.

Amazing 🤩 food experience and a very warm staff that ensures one has a good time. Wide variety of liquors options too. Loved the element of the names given to the knife 🔪 used for cutting into the well prepared steaks 🥩

We had dinner date for 2 to celebrate my birthday. Food was great - all flavorful and of top quality. Service was good and they have a well crafted atmosphere that made our overall experience a 5*. We want to go back there soon.

I’ve eaten more steaks than I can count—enough to qualify for a loyalty card at every cow pasture in America—but this? This was one of the best steaks of my life. Each bite was a mic drop, a love letter, and a standing ovation all at once. Juicy, tender, perfectly seasoned—like my taste buds got front-row tickets to a Broadway show where the only act was “steak done right.” Service? Over the top—attentive without hovering, the kind of care that makes you feel like royalty instead of just another hungry carnivore. Atmosphere? Warm, rich, the kind of place where conversations linger because nobody wants to leave. Cocktails? Mixed so perfectly they could probably negotiate world peace. Yes, it was expensive, but not in the “sell a kidney on Craigslist” way. More like, “treat yourself and still sleep fine that night.” Final verdict: five stars. This isn’t just steak—it’s an experience, and I’d happily sign up for the sequel.

Pricey and swanky, but really really good food. Great cuts, with the smokiness of a josper grill and a nice char on the outside. All sauces and seasoning condiments are included - you don't need to choose! Just have it your way. For those special occassions. Good service as well.

Organic restaurant
Located in Bonifacio Global City, The Wholesome Table is a top choice for those seeking healthy and organic meals that are both delicious and satisfying. Founded with a passion for providing wholesome dining options, this restaurant offers a variety of dishes including plant-based options, gluten-free pastries, soups, salads, pasta, burgers, and wood-fired pizzas. Customers rave about the chicken dukkah salad, miso-glazed salmon, and chicken pesto pizza.
Absolutely loved the ambiance and overall vibe of this place, it’s a really nice spot for dining in, whether you’re with friends, family, or even little ones. The restaurant is kid-friendly, which made our visit all the more enjoyable. They offer a wide variety of food options, including plant-based dishes, which is a big plus. We ordered the jerk chicken and the steak, both were flavorful and satisfying. I’d rate the food a solid 8/10. All in all, a great dining experience, definitely worth a visit!

After a long stay in Vancouver, we just woke up craving a Midwestern-style breakfast. It's our first time at this restaurant, and we found it on Google Maps. We were completely satisfied! Janella provided superb customer service during our dining experience. We ordered the Garden Omelette and the Crispy Potato Rosti - both are a must-try! If you're looking for a quick breakfast, I highly recommend this place. They accept both cash and credit card.

Had an early breakfast here and ordered the pasta. The menu offers plenty of healthy choices. And we had a kid with us who they offered an activity sheet to. Perfect for families, meetup with friends, and even just grabbing a meal alone. The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive. Plenty of seating inside and in their alfresco area. Highly recommended!

We had lunch here and the place is cozy. We ordered the corned beef with fried rice and it was tender and savory. The boscaiola pizza was rich and full of flavor, and the hickory ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender with just the right smoky kick. We were so full and really had a great time. Big shoutout to our server, Juvy, for the excellent service — friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
Tyrone D — Google review
We came here for dinner and ordered a burger with fries and the lasagna. The burger and fries was delicious! The lasagna was a bit on the bland side and could use a bit more seasoning to bring out the flavors. The ambiance of the place is warm and inviting, and the staff is welcoming and attentive.
Clauds V — Google review
Food was great! We ordered their Lasagna, Chicken Inasal, and Boscaioli Pizza. The pizza was a little too salty but the rest was great. Ma Vie was our server and she was attentive and great! A must try place in BGC.
Roland D — Google review
The service and atmosphere are great.. The food, well some of the dishes leave you thinking that the way they prioritise healthiness over flavour does show, so I couldn’t give it 5* for the food but 4* is still damn good! This isn’t my first visit and won’t be my last!
Dave M — Google review
We tried Wholsome Table recently, and we're obsessed! Their organic food is truly exceptional. The Nutty Garlic Pasta is a must-try - the flavors are rich and savory, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The Poke Bowl is also a standout, with fresh, sustainable ingredients that make it a delight to eat. But what really makes the experience special is the exceptional service - our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a healthy meal out. We'll definitely be back for more!

Nikkei Nama Bar in BGC is a Japanese-Peruvian restaurant that has successfully combined the flavors of both cultures. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with its Japanese-Peruvian rice bowls, such as the popular Blackened Salmon Bowl. Guests can also enjoy happy hour specials at the outdoor seating area while indulging in the delicious fusion dishes. The ambiance is perfect for those looking to try something different or simply enjoy a great meal.
I can't thank Nikkei Nama Bar enough for helping me pull off a perfect surprise dinner treat for my friend! I planned everything from abroad and they executed it seamlessly. My friend couldn't stop raving about the food—especially the Gyudon Truffle, which she absolutely loved. The ambiance was fantastic, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. Their service was exceptional and I'm truly grateful for their help in making this surprise extra special. I can’t wait to visit their branch myself when I return to the Philippines. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a wonderful dining experience!

Nikkei Nama at BGC one, is located on the upstairs terraces overlooking the High Street, and is a very atmospheric location. We love the outside seating in the evening, very nice feel. The cocktails are wonderful, refreshing and fairly generous. The food is consistently good, amongst the best sashimi in BGC, great sushi, and the rest of the menu doesn't disappoint. The only issue here is that the restaurant can quickly descend into chaos when it gets busy, it would appear to be fairly poorly managed, confusion amongst servers, seeing our orders come out then go back, getting wrong orders, getting charged for cocktails we didn't order. The failings are definitely with the management, and the chaos from a lack of coherent systems in place. Good food and drinks in a superb location but beware when its busy how quickly it all falls apart.
Simon G — Google review
First off, superb customer service! It doesn't get better than this. The only foods I liked was their pollo bowl and miso soup, the rest of the dishes were not seasoned well or didn't have flavor profiles that didn't resonate well with each other (soft shell maki bland, yakisoba low quality soba noodles and not chewy). As for their pollo teriyaki bowl, it was innovative. Home made teriyaki sauce with a mix of bell peppers that were cooked well, tomato, onion, seaweed, egg and grilled chicken and crisped shallots. Miso soup was also one of the best I had in terms of soup flavor and the balance of dashi and miso paste. Wasabi is not of very high quality too. Ambience loses points due to old counter metal, showing signs of black spots due to wear. An ok restaurant overall, but I feel like the 4.8 star rating is overrated. Tsukiji Makati is probably still the number 1 Japanese restaurant in NCR.

Tried Nikkei BGC and ordered their 5 salmon rolls — they were okay, good naman but nothing super special. Quite small rin, though I guess okay na for the price. I also got their tofu (tempura style) but it was just meh, oks lang. Honestly, I preferred my experience at their Podium branch since the rolls there were bigger and felt more worth it. That said, service here was great, the waiters were really attentive and accommodating. I then transferred outside and then it started raining, they immediately showed concern and checked on me. Loved their raspberry(?) iced tea, super refreshing! Ambiance was nice too.

we’ve been dining here at this branch once in awhile and by far it’s still the chillest, but quiet little nook at BGC. we ordered different sushis and sashimis best for us us Wagyu Nigiri, edamame and chipirones aka baby squid. our server Paula is super friendly, accommodating and is very maasikaso. Definitely going back! Thanks Nikkei BGC!!

I really like this place. Been here 6 times over past 7 months and always happy to return. Love sitting outdoor and enjoying view and really decent food. Ooma is a must-visit destination for anyone in Metro Manila craving authentic Japanese cuisine. This restaurant has carved out a niche for itself with its exceptional quality and unique dishes that are hard to find elsewhere. One of the highlights on their menu is the Maki Mixer, which allows diners to sample an array of sushi rolls like Truffled Steak Aburi and Spicy Tuna all on one plate.
My brother suggested we eat at Ooma since we craved Japanese Cuisine. It was my first time trying Ooma and it was so good!! Once we arrived at the restaurant, one of their crew, Elle, welcomed and assisted us on our table. I don’t have any expectations about the food since this is my first time, but once I tried it, I can say this will not be my last time here. The quality of the food is great, as well as the quantity which is really worth the price. Aside from having great food, the quality of their service made the whole experience complete. Props to the team for providing us great service. Special mention to Elle, she is very kind, accommodating, fast, and attentive and made sure that we got all the right orders at the right time. Overall, our experience at Ooma Rockwell went very well and we’ll definitely come back here🫶🏽✨

Came here with 8 other people. The good is generally good. Service is great and atmosphere is quiet and conducive for groups. I got interested in the ebi tempura the moment I walked in cos they looked so huge. Turns out they were really good at slicing the prawns and it's actually a little smaller than it looks. Having said that it was still very nicely fried. It was so good we ordered a second serving of it, asking other stuff. This place is worth a visit if your looking for decent food.

We went to Ooma last night (weekday) — the restaurant was not full but pleasantly busy. Despite having many customers, our food arrived really fast (around 10 minutes). The food was great as always! The Salmon Katsu was cooked to perfection, and the drinks were just as good. Service was excellent too — Ms. Nancy took care of us and made our dining experience even better.

Dined here last Saturday. My friend hyped this place up, but it was an underwhelming experience. We were the first customers to be seated (got here at around 10:30 am) and when we ordered there were only 2 other tables. Called the attention of 3 different staff (including the manager!) but we had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to take our orders. I was puzzled why we were being ignored as the staff seemed to just be walking back and forth the premises not doing anything. Food is okay. I ordered the gyudon. I like the sweet smoked meat they added aside from the beef gyudon itself. It does get "nakakaumay" at the end though. Manager approached us and offered complimentary tea so my mother said yes. We're about to finish our orders and the tea hasn't arrived. We had to ask for a follow-up with one of the staff—only then was my mother served the tea. To add to this terrible experience so far, trying to get the bill was difficult as trying to order. Had to call several staff and wait for several minutes before someone actually noticed us. Food is okay, but I wouldn't recommend going to this establishment due to the horrible customer service. Can't imagine how bad the service is during peak hours.

I absolutely loved our dining experience! The food was incredibly delicious, every bite was full of flavor and totally mouth-watering. The restaurant is well-lit, clean, and has a really nice, cozy ambiance that makes you feel comfortable right away. The service was also outstanding! The staff were very attentive, friendly, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. Special mention to Angelo for his excellent service, he went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! We’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Canton Road, nestled on the third floor of Shangri-La at the Fort in Bonifacio Global City, is a culinary gem that beautifully marries traditional Cantonese and Huaiyang cuisines with a modern twist. Launched in 2016 under the guidance of executive chef Wei Qing Wang, this restaurant showcases meticulously crafted dishes that are both authentic and visually stunning.
Had a great time and received excellent customer service. Food was delicious. It was my daughter's birthday, and they gave complimentary cake and sang a song for her, which made her feel super special. Price is pretty affordable. Canton Road is now my favorite Chinese Restaurant.

Underwhelming, as in. Canton Road has been touted as one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Metro. With all the buzz I heard, I naturally had high hopes for my visit. I’ve had a lot of Chinese food for most of my life so I have an idea of what’s good and what’s not. Taste is subjective which is why I found Canton Road’s food to be so-so. What they do lack in flavor, they make up for in creativity of the dishes. I also appreciated the snappy service of the waitstaff. Having a sofa inside the private dining room added to the positive experience. In all frankness, I won’t be going back to Canton Road. The only exception would be if the company was paying for the bill. Would I spend my hard-earned money here? Definitely not.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The spinach dim sum and sweet and sour pork were especially good, and the beef noodle dish came in a very generous portion. Among the Chinese restaurants I’ve tried in BGC, this is definitely the best. I’m looking forward to trying some new dishes next time!

Hawthorn ice tea nice! The best cantonese restaurant in the area. We dined in here a couple of times now and it’s good. Still consistent even after a year. The service is great. Serving time is a bit long, but you know if it takes long, it means it’s special. Worth the wait. I love the crispy pork belly. The swan dessert is also great, my wife and I love it. We’ll come back here to try other food in the menu.

29 July 25 Lunch at Shangri-la Canton Road: A Mixed Experience During our holiday, we decided to treat ourselves to lunch at Shangri-la Canton Road. We booked the private room, Austin, which came with a minimum spending requirement. The meal was truly enjoyable, with attentive service from our two dedicated servers. We pre-ordered the suckling pig and supplemented it with various other dishes. A senior staff member graciously checked in with us at the beginning of the meal to ensure everything was satisfactory. However, our experience was marred by a disappointing ending. We were surprised to find that the ice cream dessert was served with a soup spoon, which seemed incongruous. I had to request an ice cream spoon, which highlighted a gap in the staff's training on appropriate cutlery for desserts. A suggestion to management: Senior staff should conduct a final check to ensure that every aspect of the dining experience meets the high standards expected of Shangri-la.

The Alley by Vikings BGC is a must-visit dining destination that offers an array of signature dishes from renowned restaurants such as El Chupacabra, Monga, Mey Lin, and more. With the largest buffet areas in the Philippines, Vikings has set new standards for elegant dining experiences. The cozy atmosphere and delicious steak-inspired cuisine at The Alley Viking make it a delightful spot for enjoying hearty platters and delicate smoked fish dishes.
It was my first time visiting, and I went together with a group. The waiting time in the queue was minimal, and as soon as we entered the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed. The staff were attentive and assisted us promptly to our table, making us feel comfortable right away. The ambiance was truly impeccable—elegant yet inviting. The wide variety of food options was impressive, and the fact that everything was unlimited made the experience even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff’s professionalism, friendliness, and genuine hospitality elevated our dining experience. I truly appreciate their effort in making our visit memorable.👌💯

This was our first time visiting The Alley by Vikings at BGC, and it was definitely a great experience! We went there to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and she was really excited—especially when she got to hear their special birthday song. It made her day, and she truly enjoyed every moment of it. The food selection was impressive. Everything we tried was delicious, but our top favorite was definitely the roast beef—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and a must-try! We highly recommend it, especially if you’re going with a group of friends or family. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes and just take your time exploring everything. Aside from the food, what I personally liked most was the ambiance and the overall layout of the place. It’s spacious, well-designed, and organized into specific stations where you can easily get different types of food—whether you’re in the mood for Asian, Western, or local Filipino dishes. All in all, The Alley offers not just a feast, but a full-on dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a great experience at Vikings by the Alley, BGC! The line was fast and very organized — we didn’t have to wait long to get in. The place itself is HUGE and super aesthetic, it really looks and feels like you’re walking through a real alley. If it’s your first time, medyo nakakalito kasi ang daming pasikot-sikot, but I love that they have projectors showing the names of each alley on the floor to guide guests. Ambiance is definitely a 10/10 — very classy and even gives Paris vibes! There are sooo many food choices (sulit!), but I wish the drinks had more variety — and even the ice was quite limited. Also noticed that it takes a bit of time before some food trays get replenished. Still, overall it’s a nice experience and worth trying! 😊

I've been to this restaurant five times, so I think my review is fairly objective. First, I loved the dining environment. The restaurant's biggest issue is quality control; the quality of their dishes varies wildly. If you go midday or in the afternoon, you'll find a wide selection. My last visit was at 8:30 pm, and they told us they'd close at 10 pm. Then, the truly terrible experience began. Even though there was still an hour and a half left, they had already stopped renewing the menu. We were practically eating leftovers! Oh my god! For such an expensive meal, we were left with leftovers! Furthermore, they hadn't even provided bowls in the entire hour and a half, making it impossible for us to eat our soup. When we asked the waiter, we were told they were cleaning it, but in reality, we didn't find the bowl until we left. This isn't the first time I've noticed this, as I chose lunch twice and had a good experience. But on two other occasions, I chose dinner, but I arrived earlier, at 6 PM. My experience was still good, but not as good as lunch. So, if you choose to dine here, don't go too late, as you'll end up with leftovers. In short, I won't be dining here again.

One of the worst buffet experiences I’ve had. The place is definitely not worth the price. By 9 PM, the staff seemed tired and uninterested. Most of the food tasted stale and poorly prepared, as if it had been sitting out for hours. For a restaurant that charges this much, I expected quality and consistency, not indifference and cold food. They charge like a premium buffet, yet deliver an experience far from it. The quality doesn’t match the price at all, from the lackluster food to the poor service, everything felt rushed and careless. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this buffet to anyone expecting value for their money or proper customer service.

Mango Tree, located in Bonifacio High Street Central, offers an elevated dining experience with its authentic and healthy Thai cuisine. The restaurant's newly renovated interiors create a bright and inviting ambiance, perfect for indulging in the rich flavors of Thailand. From herb-marinated prawns to butter-soft crab in al-dente noodles, their dishes are a delightful fusion of traditional and modern Thai flavors.
We went here for dinner before heading home. At first, I thought it was just a simple Thai restaurant, but to my surprise, it turned out to be more on the upscale side. The interior looked really good and had a nice ambiance. We ordered the usual Thai dishes most people are familiar with—pad thai, tom yum, and a few others. Most of the food tasted okay, although I wasn’t a big fan of the spring rolls. The filling was too soft for me; I was hoping for a firmer texture. The highlight for me was definitely the tom yum. I almost finished the entire soup myself—it was that good. Considering the ambiance and the quality of the food, I’d say the pricing was reasonable. As for the service, it was superb. The servers were very attentive, and I only had to wait a few times to be served or assisted. I’d definitely go back to try their other dishes.

I walked in expecting a typical Thai meal—but left completely impressed. Every dish we tried had its own personality, and the flavors were anything but ordinary. The chicken satay was a standout—easily the best I’ve had anywhere. Juicy, perfectly grilled, and rich with flavor, it set the tone for the rest of the meal. The grilled pork belly was equally captivating. While not as melt-in-your-mouth as Korean BBQ, it was wonderfully tender by Thai standards and had a satisfying bite that kept us coming back for more. The vegetable noodles were a refreshing surprise—light, well-seasoned, and not the least bit dry. And if you’re a fan of bold, savory flavors, the bagoong rice won’t disappoint. One thing I really appreciated was the staff. If you’re unsure what to order, don’t hesitate to ask—they know the menu inside out and can guide you based on your preferences. Their knowledge of ingredients and flavors made the experience even more enjoyable. Bonus points for the restroom—clean, fresh-smelling, and well-maintained, which says a lot about how they care for the whole dining experience. Overall, this place is a quiet star. It may not shout for attention, but it wins you over one dish at a time.

🍽️ What we ordered: Tom Yum Shrimp – ₱680 Pad Thai Shrimp – ₱620 Pad Thai Chicken – ₱580 Shrimp Paste Rice – ₱620 Mango Sticky Rice – ₱420 *Chicken Satay – ₱480, was told it was out of stock *Replaced with Pork Belly Satay – added to bill But then another waiter served us the Chicken Satay later. We thought it was restocked, so we ate it. Turns out it was meant for another table. They still billed us for both the chicken and pork satay. Staff were polite about it, but the internal communication definitely needs work. 🌟 What stood out: Interior is well-designed. Ambience feels upscale and relaxing. Plating was clean. Food quality was good across the board. Best for treating family or guests. 💡 Tips before you go: Portions are small for the price. If you're eating with a big group, expect to order more than usual. Prices are on the higher end, but it fits the place. Also, noticed some mold on the ceiling which needs attention. Communication between staff can be improved to avoid mix-ups like what we experienced. 🗣️ Final Verdict: Still a good experience overall. Food was great and the space was nice, but a few service issues need fixing. Would still return for special occasions or if someone wants to try it.

The food was quite close to authentic and genuinely tasty. The service was alright—despite being a bit short-staffed, the food was served fairly quickly and the staff had a good service attitude. However, the pricing felt a bit steep. A single dish ended up costing noticeably more than what you’d pay for an unlimited buffet lol

We had dinner here as a family. We are a group of 6. I have teenagers who are quite picky with food but surprisingly liked the flavors of the food served. As for the adults, we enjoy Thai food and drinking so this was a good choice for us. They accept cash and card in this establishment. When we first entered the restaurant, it was easy to call the attention of the servers but as the dinner rush flowed, it took a long time for servers to attend as the floor is busy. It took ordering an extra rice 15 minutes. I hope they could have a better system of calling the attention of servers as it was uncomfortable to even get their attention. We walked here from Market Market for parking. I think there are parking slots closer than Market Market to the restaurant.

We loved all the food plus the selections which were suggested to us. Definitely try soft shell crab pad thai, grilled pork belly, pineapple fried rice, catfish salad and tom yum. Great service from their staff especially from our server, Ate Vangie who was very attentive to our needs. Will be back to try their other menu.

We came here hoping for some authentic Thai food, and overall, it was okay! We really enjoyed the Pad Thai and the pork belly satay—they were definitely the highlights. We also ordered Tom Yum, but it wasn’t spicy and lacked the bold, punchy flavor you’d typically expect. It felt a bit underwhelming.

Came here for lunch without a reservation. There were plenty of seats available. This place is more upmarket so comes with a more expensive price tag. The food was decent and the service was friendly. We ordered: Chicken Satay, Fish Cakes, Pomelo Salad with Prawns, Stir-Frid Okra and Papaya Salad with Shrimp and Salted Egg. All the dishes were nice, except for the Papaya Salad, it wasn't to my liking at all even though I don't mind salted egg.

The Wholesome Table Salcedo, a restaurant and bakery, temporarily closed its branches due to the pandemic but has since reopened for dine-in, take-out, and delivery. The establishment prides itself on serving unprocessed and toxin-free food such as free-range poultry, grass-fed beef, and wild-caught seafood. In addition to salads and sandwiches, the menu also features comfort food like pastas, wood-fired pizzas, pancakes, crispy calamari, and pork chops.
The Wholesome Table proves that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. We tried the Chicken Teriyaki and another chicken dish, and both were flavorful and satisfying—definitely didn’t disappoint! The ambiance is calm and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Our meals were served in under 15–20 minutes, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for healthy options that actually taste great, this is one spot worth coming back to.

Really cozy interior and such a nice spot for brunch with friends. I love that they have cauliflower options which is great for someone like me on a low-carb diet. I tried the bibimbap and the serving was generous and filling. It was tasty, though I was hoping for a bit more of that authentic Korean flavor. Prices are on the higher side, and the ₱160 add-on for cauliflower rice felt a little steep, but overall it was still a satisfying meal.

I finally got the chance to visit The Wholesome Table at Salcedo, after hearing about it from friends who rave about their clean, organic dishes. If you're into mindful eating without completely giving up comfort food, this place will likely hit the sweet spot. Yes, it’s more expensive than your average lunch spot, but if you value quality ingredients and an elevated experience, it’s worth the occasional splurge. Will definitely come back. :)

Great service excellent people and really there’s nothing more rewarding than having a beautiful steak dinner. While also being able to enjoy some drinks.

Our go-to spot for healthy, low-carb meals! You can easily swap regular rice for cauliflower rice — and trust me, the flavor is still amazing. 🥢 Our favorites are the poke bowl and the inasal (so good!). The drinks are super refreshing too — loved the fresh strawberry kombucha and the matcha strawberry! 🍓💚 Plus, the servers are always friendly and accommodating. Definitely a must-try if you’re into clean and wholesome dining! 🥗✨

I had such a delightful experience at The Wholesome Table! The Bistek Tagalog was beautifully prepared—tender, flavorful, and comforting in every bite. Paired with the Egg Florentine, which was perfectly cooked with fresh, vibrant ingredients, it made for a truly satisfying meal. The quality, presentation, and balance of flavors really stood out. Kudos to the team for serving dishes that feel both nourishing and indulgent!

Amazing place to eat healthy and have the food be D-elicious. No pretentiousness or cutesy portion sizes. Hearty meals at a very reasonable price. Good selection of classic cocktails and health juices. Must try the herb chicken item

If you're looking for a delightful dining experience, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener is the perfect destination. Nestled in One Bonifacio High Street, this latest branch exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere with its signature dark-wood bar and elegant chandeliers, yet it maintains a relaxed vibe that makes it ideal for both special occasions and casual gatherings. The menu features an array of mouthwatering dishes served family-style, encouraging sharing among friends or loved ones.
Amazing experience! It’s Wolfgang for a reason. The steaks melts in the mouth and was seasoned very well. Chicken Soup, Mashed Potato and Lobster Salad was really good too. Tedd & his team made the experience even more amazing! Thank you! Food is really pricey! Just a heads up.

We were really looking forward to our meal at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Newport, but honestly, it was such a disappointment. For a place that’s supposed to serve some of the best steaks, we expected something flavorful, juicy, and worth the price—but what we got was dry, bland, and completely underwhelming. For what we paid, it felt like a total rip-off. We could have had a much better steak elsewhere for the same price (or even less). Safe to say, we won’t be coming back. There are far better places to get a great steak without feeling like you wasted your money.

Celebrated my brother’s birthday here. Making reservations was fast and easy. We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived and shown our table. Our server was friendly and was joking around with us. Usual free bread basket and their onion bread is heavenly, we had to ask for a refill. Started with their french onion soup and ceasar’s salad which are both good. Since we ordered the porterhouse, it was served with theatrics but taste wise, highly reco the ribeye. Cream spinach was legit and the steak fries is divine for being well seasoned. After dinner, the staff sang for my brother and a free dessert which is good—not too sweet and tangy with the berry. If there’s anything I didn’t like it would be the lighting (very dim) and while we were eating our mains, we had 3 or 4 servers looking at us which made me a little self conscious. Overall, it was a worth every penny. The onion bread had me from the start.

Food items were pricey but you get what you pay for. Excellent food, excellent service. One of the tables that night has a crying and a very loud child so it kinda ruined the ambience of the restaurant. He was playing Cocomelon very loudly. Steak, wine, and Cocomelon? I’ll pass. Maybe they should have rules set in place for bringing kids to their restaurant.

went in hungry an ordered the grilled yellowfin tuna medium to well if possible , i can’t eat butter so asking the staff about the creamed spinach they didn’t know if it’s made with butter or not passed on that / tuna came just seared on the edges inside cold and an absolute tiny green on side . Would have expected for the price to have a half decent mixed small salad on the side . Overall price i didn’t mind at all but food execution and staff needs an upgrade . You need to sit inside as outside table are in the shopping mall quite noisy

As a foreigner, resident of the Philippines living up in sual Pangasinan. It was a pleasure to arrive in manila and taste the wonderful food at this restaurant. I had starters oysters from France. Definitely fresh. Porterhouse steak rare cooked to perfection, spinach and mashed potatoes again wonderful. No rush while eating and 3 hours later finishing up with a Irish coffee after a few beers. Probably the best steak I have had in last 20 years. The service was fantastic, the food out of this world. Spinach wonderful, but if I had a criticism not enough nut Meg if they used it. You ask for a steak in Pangasinan and you get one that if you threw against a wall it would bounce back. How i wish you would open a branch in lingayen/ sual. I would never have to travel down to manila again. Thank you for a wonderful meal, beers and Irish coffee. It has made an old man very happy.

Mamou - A Home Kitchen is a family-style restaurant known for its comforting and satisfying dishes, making it an ideal choice for special occasions. With outdoor dining available at all branches, including Powerplant, BGC, and Ayala 30th, it's convenient for families with young children.
I don't usually like restaurant-made steaks because if you know how and have the equipment and have a good quality cut of beef, you can make them at similar quality for a fraction of the price. However, Mamou's steaks are really on point. The crust was salty and crispy, and the meat was soft. We asked for medium and we got medium/medium rare, which is fantastic. It is quite pricey though. We also ordered the spaghetti and the salad. My four-year-old daughter had the spaghetti, and she enjoyed it. After the meal, because it was my wife's birthday they gave us a cupcake with a candle. The cupcake is from Cupcakes by Sonja so you know the quality you're getting. Water kept coming constantly and the waiters made sure we were well taken care of. The service was amazing. Immediately after the stepping out, one of the staff chased us down to give my wife a leftover mother's day rose, which she appreciated a lot. If there was a negative I can point out, it was that there were some items that were missing from the menu. We couldn't have any fish fingers or beer battered fish because they were sold out. Oh, and also the dining area itself is a little small. Apart from those things, the place is great for intimate celebrations.

**Review: Mamou Kitchen** Mamou Kitchen is an all-time favorite for a reason! I celebrated my birthday dinner here, and it was absolutely delightful. The steak was nothing short of outstanding—cooked to perfection with that melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. It’s the kind of dish you savor with every bite and instantly crave again. The truffle pasta was also delicious, rich, and flavorful, but I did notice that the serving size seemed to have shrunk a bit compared to my previous visits. That being said, it was still incredibly tasty, and I didn’t mind enjoying every bite. Overall, it was the perfect setting for a birthday celebration. The food never disappoints, and the service was warm and attentive. I left feeling completely satisfied and already looking forward to my next visit! Mamou Kitchen continues to be one of my go-to spots especially when visiting from Canada. Highly recommend it if you're in the mood for a memorable meal.

I celebrated my birthday here with mely family and had such a wonderful experience! The steak were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Our server, Paulo, was amazing! attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. He even surprised us with complimentary bread and a birthday cupcake, which made the evening extra special. Excellent food, excellent service. We'll definitely be coming back!

The food was great 9/10. Only complain is that the portion size for Twin Cut Wawa Prime Rib looks small. I hope there is going to be an option for a “king” size cut like other Prime Rib restaurants. Our server Mervz assists us well and even gave us a cupcake to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Mamou has always been a family favorite (steak + truffle pasta), and food has been consistently delicious and satisfying through the years! This evening, Peter provided excellent service, and it was a fitting celebratory meal for my cousin’s birthday.
Aileen S — Google review
The steak was excellent and the service overall was great. The only downside was being interrupted several times by different servers asking the same questions about how the food was. While I appreciate the attentiveness, it became a bit disruptive to the dining experience.
Rex — Google review
To be honest at first i thought it was just hype that too many people are eating at Mamou’s. But after eating here was shocked to how good the food was. Over the years weve been trying to try different steak house around luzon but always ends up in dismay. Mamou definitely know how to serve and cook their steak to your liking. The truffle pasta is a must as well would definitely recommend 10/10. The mashed potatoe side tbh i would is trash. The creamy spinach, fries and steak rice are very good tho. Good place to eat your steak, ambience and service is great as well. A must go to place around Serendra Taguig for steakouts. Nearest parking is Serendra basement parking, park here.
Veltine P — Google review
My dining experience at Mamou was truly outstanding. The steak was perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and served just the way I wanted. Every bite reflected the restaurant’s commitment to quality and consistency. The cozy ambiance and well-presented dishes made the meal even more enjoyable. What stood out most, however, was the excellent service. Mervs, my server, was friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of from start to finish. Their professionalism and warmth added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Mamou remains one of the best places for a satisfying steak experience.

L'entrecôte is a French-Swiss restaurant known for its delectable steak dishes. Situated in Manila, it offers a range of European delicacies from countries like Switzerland and France. Despite the upscale connotation of European cuisine, L'entrecôte provides a simple yet satisfying dining experience. Established in 2010, this modern Swiss-French bistro has been delighting patrons with its generous steak offerings.
Very good experience at this restaurant, atmosphere was very European (but in BGC) loved that are very attentive at pouring your wine and filling up your water glasses, only complaint was the truffle fries needed more truffle but the chicken was tasty (sauce was superb!) and soup delicious. Also a wine selection of wines!

EXCEPTIONAL!! 🙌🏻 We ordered French Onion soup, Foie Gras, Fried Brie, Pasta, L'entrocote Steak, Lava Cake and Cream puffs dessert! They have complimentary bread and the steak comes with a salad. Every dish is amazing! Delectable! No wonder they also got the Tatler award! Sangria was also great, perfect wine pairing with the steak! Steak was tender and their secret sauce is very creamyyyy! I usually just put salt and pepper to my steak, but this one totally changed my palate! This restaurant is perfect for any occasion, and the price is on the average size for a quality steak! Would definitely be back here again!

Parking is conveniently close, making it easy to access. Everything we’ve ordered has been delicious, especially the steak and sausages! The bartender is also friendly and attentive.

2nd time coming here, the first time there were few people but our food took some time but it was ok. The second time, we opted to eat outside and still food took some time. The staff took a long time to notice us outside and I was dehydrated by the time they took notice we had cheesy orders so we drank water at a faster rate, and no other staff really go out to check if the service is okay. They should also improve on their table light(?) it was dark out due to rainy season and their tiny lamp only illuminated aroun 2 inches from it. The lights from other places made us see the food better thab any of their light. Going on to food, everything is very french, meaning wine, wine, wine everywhere, the fondue is more wine than cheese, well thats french food so not complaining but not my cup of tea. Their escargot was delicious before but now it taste a little dull(?) can't really describe it but the taste has changed. The fried brie is good with its sauce its such a good combination, octupus was little but good snack, very flavourful, their dessert which I failed to remember the name but they've been making for 15 years was nothing special, for me it was an overly sweet strawberry flavor but doesn't taste fake and a mix of vanilla ice cream with crunch from almonds Hope they improve cause it was a good french restaurant, according to my european friend anyways.
Dianne G — Google review
This is an oldie but an absolute goodie. It’s really hard to find a good French restaurant in the Philippines but this one serves and delivers. Their steak with refillable fries is a must try. Even their complimentary bread deserves the highlight. But what I enjoyed here is the pasta. It’s perhaps the best I’ve tasted this year. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Bob C — Google review
Went there for late lunch. The service was very good. The oyster was the best we found in manila so far. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Steak was not that tender but the herb butter sauce was to die for. 👍🏻 Mussel was lacking of flavour… 😞 Fries was unlimited for the dish we ordered. The French wine we want was not available but the one we end up with was ok. Paid above 10k for two person. I had a good experience but for sure it is on the high price side restaurant.
Somie A — Google review
Decent eats but with a premium price. Escargot was good, steaks were decent, fries were so crispy they were like chips. Not sure if that was on purpose. Maybe I should try other dishes next time Fills up easily on weekend lunch so it was good we had a reservation. Place had a couple of small cockroaches but staff were very apologetic and said it was because of the building smoking them out recently.

Every time I crave for French cuisine I come and dine here. I love the ambiance and service. Food is absolutely divine! For starters, the salmon tartar is appetizing, the main dish L’entrecôte steak is mouthwatering and the salad that comes with it is delicious! The lava cake was alright, a little to rich for my taste but overall, 4.9/5, I’m definitely coming back for more. Oh and before I forget, their fries is like homemade Piknik! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Italian Gem in the Metro I’m so wowed by this Italian restaurant that I came back the very next day to try their lunch specials! The ambience is warm, elegant, and authentically Italian—you’ll even see Italians dining here, which says a lot. L’Opera has been a staple in the metro since the 1990s, and it’s incredible how they’ve maintained their authenticity with just one branch all these years. The service is excellent, with long-time staff who are attentive and genuinely welcoming. The food? Absolutely delicious. Every dish is made with care and tastes like a true Italian kitchen. And considering the quality, the prices are very reasonable. This place has definitely earned a spot on my regular dining list.

I must say that this is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Manila. I felt like I got transported back to Italy. It had an elegant yet homely vibe. The service was excellent, and our server was very attentive to my husband and I. They used fine ingredients to our pizza, pastas and even to our bread with 3 spreads.
Rasiahoneylet — Google review
Top-Tier Italian with Real Attention to Detail We let the team at L’Opera know a day in advance that we were coming, and they had a chilled bottle of biological wine ready for us—something we really appreciated. Great to see a place not only offering that kind of selection but handling it with care. Dinner was excellent across the board. We had the steak, octopus carpaccio, and crab soup—all executed beautifully. The octopus was delicate and fresh, the steak perfectly cooked, and the crab soup rich and layered without being heavy. We did the scarpetta with their delicious bread—couldn’t help ourselves. The prosciutto con melon came with an unexpected twist—mango—a combo I’d never had before and really enjoyed. We also had the linguine vongole, then finished with a classic tiramisu and a couple glasses of amaro to round things off. To top it all off, a live trio played traditional Filipino and Italian/Spanish songs—classy, warm, and a perfect backdrop to the evening. As someone from Jersey, I’m picky when it comes to Italian food—but L’Opera hits the mark. Elegant yet unpretentious, with a real respect for ingredients and hospitality. Highly recommended.

We ordered medium rare ribeye but was served with a well done steak. The baked oysters were so dry and not warm enough. The only winning piece was the Duck Ravioli (our favorite since early 2000’s). The furniture gives off a musty smell.

"The best truffle pasta—Taglierini Tartufo Prosciutto—I’ve ever tasted, and the L'Opera pizza is incredibly satisfying! This is definitely your go-to spot whenever you're craving authentic Italian dishes. Highly recommended!"

The spinach ravioli and asparagus soup were great. The bread was too hard and one of the condiments for the bread looked and tasted like cat food. The chic decor sets the stage for a memorable meal, where you can indulge in signature dishes like Lola Isings twice-cooked garlic-infused pork adobo or crispy pata.

Dinner out with friends and we ordered a bunch of items to share. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would not mind going back here. * appetizers of kesong puti caprese and baked cheesy spinach were good. Callos was good too but not a standout. * main entrees of binukadkad na pla-pla, knockout knuckles (their version of crispy pata) and lengua estufada were delicious! The calamares en su tinta was a bit overcooked making it a little chewy. The bulalo was good too but not particularly memorable. * bamboo rice is a must order! * for dessert, the toffee sans rival was definitely sweet but still a must get while Claude's Dream sounded better than the actual taste

Went here for an afternoon coffee with my nephew. We choose this place because of the nice view from their Al fresco seating. I love Lorenzo for their Filipino food for lunch or dinner. But for dessert, not so much. But the staff were very accommodating and the atmosphere is very nice so still recommended if you just want to chill around BGC area.

First time eating at Lorenzo’s Way, Here is my honest review about the place. (Opinion-based) I don’t think I would be back again. Atmosphere was great, service was also fine. We had problem with the food. The said serving was not enough. The food was just fine. We preferred the dessert more rather than the mains. If you like Filipino cuisine, there are better options out there.

They have indoor and outdoor dinning for everyone's preference. This is primarily a Filipino restaurant. Nothing extra ordinary on the taste of the food. Every meal is good for sharing. They also have liquors and desserts. The service is good, the place is clean and the staff are kind. The restaurant is located at the second floor of the building.

Steak & Frice is a newly opened steakhouse in BGC that has been making waves with its delectable dishes. The star of the menu is the namesake Steak & Frice, which offers a choice of cuts paired with french fries and rice, all served with a variety of delicious sauces. The restaurant's attention to detail in both decor and presentation sets it apart from other dining establishments.
A must-visit for steak lovers — exceeded expectations! I’ve been wanting to try this steakhouse for ages, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it was cooked to absolute perfection — juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The sides — potato and rice — were both satisfying, and the fact that you can get one free refill is a nice bonus. We also tried the pasta, which had a surprisingly rich depth of flavor from the corn. It was delicious and unique — I’d love to know what kind of noodle they used! This is the kind of place that sticks in your memory. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Steak & Frice BGC definitely hits the spot!💚 The steak was perfectly cooked juicy, tender, and flavorful, paired with crispy fries that completed the meal beautifully. Simple, straightforward, but incredibly satisfying. Big thanks to Christian and Aaron for being such great servers, they made the whole experience even more enjoyable!✨👌

Best steak that we've eaten by far. Food, atmosphere, and service is really great. Staff (Glen and Abi) are attentive to detail and are always smiling adding some good vibes. The place is pet friendly as we've eaten with our dog. They provided water and they also have pet biscuit that you can order. You can also have a the steak to be divided on how to cook it. For instance 1/4 of our steak was cooked without seasoning, so our dog can eat it. We celebrated a birthday event so we also got a cake slice and a polaroid picture for free. Overall, we really had a great night. Complimentary popcorn - 10/10 (taste like steak) Onion Flower - 10/10 Aglio Olio - 9/10 (just our preference but we like it more with parmesan cheese) Truffle & Cream Mafaldine - 10/10 US Rib eye - 11/10 (exceeded our expectations, the fat of the steak melts in our mouth)

We made our reservation through their website, and it was really convenient. The process was detailed, they asked about special celebrations, dietary restrictions, and other notes. We also received a calendar invite to remind us of our visit date, which I appreciated. The front staff welcomed us kindly and asked for my name for the reservation. They found it right away and guided us to our table, which was just the right size for our group. We looked through the menu, and the first thing that caught our eye was the Ratatouille. Then we ordered the Sour Cream and Onion Chop Salad, and of course, their Steak and Frites. We chose the US Ribeye with Chimichurri, cooked medium rare. The first dish served was the Ratatouille, the flavors were fresh, and the sauce had a nice balance of tanginess that complemented the vegetables well. Next came the salad, which I really enjoyed. It had a good mix of textures from the leafy greens, fried parmesan, and crispy potato strings. Lastly, the Steak Frites was served. The portion and flavor was filling, and the fries were cooked perfectly crisp but not too salty. The steak was good, though not as tender as we expected, and the chimichurri leaned a bit sweet. Thankfully, Jasper, our server, offered us a complimentary peppercorn sauce, which balanced the flavors nicely. Adding a bit of salt to the steak can also bring out the taste. Towards the end of our meal, Jasper surprised us with an anniversary funfetti cake and even took our photo for a complimentary Instax print, a really thoughtful gesture. Since us a couple we don't really have our photos taken. Overall, we enjoyed dining here. The place felt comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were all attentive, especially Jasper, who made sure we had everything we needed.

Me and my partner went to S&F last Oct. 23 to celebrate my birthday. I was a bit skeptical as it wasn’t a first choice especially it’ll be our first time but when I booked the reservation, it was quite above and beyond. We we’re supposed to arrive at 6:15 but due to the unprecedented traffic situation from Makati to BGC, our ETA was 6:45. They kept me well informed and constantly messaging me and I was begging to keep our table. The staff was so accommodating and said they will keep it. I was so stressed that I even went the wrong side of BGC, thought it was near Uptown. So again, staff gives us constant update and so do I. We arrived at 6:50 and our table was ready. We ordered the food and the food was soo good. My partner who’s got high standards and picky eater was happy and satisfied. He loved the bacon steak Caesar salad. They staff are soo friendly and nice. I am pretty sure we will be back again. Not just for the food but for the overall service. Thank you for making my birthday memorable. We love the polaroid photo too.

A special mention to Mr. Jordan and Mr. Christian for their outstanding service. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made the entire experience even better. Every staff member was respectful, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both amazing food and such high-quality service. Spanish restaurant
La Pícara Manila offers a modern take on traditional Iberian cuisine, infusing Spanish flavors with an Asian twist. The restaurant's vibrant and tropical ambiance creates the perfect setting to savor their signature dishes like kimchi croquetas, chili crab paella, and Cachopo – a delightful combination of tenderloin strips filled with jamon Iberico and manchego cheese topped with blue cheese sauce.
The food was great, and the portion sizes were well-calibrated, allowing us to enjoy a variety of dishes. Despite visiting during peak hours, we found ample parking and had no difficulty securing a reservation, which enhanced our overall experience. - Decided to give this place another try, and I'm so glad I did! The service has improved significantly, making the experience even better. It's truly refreshing to visit an establishment where the staff seems genuinely happy and engaged in their work.

Great little spot for some solid Spanish food. Great croquetas, we tried both kinds on the menu. The paella was good, the tortilla de patatas was nice but overcooked for my liking. Nice churros for dessert.
Melissa E — Google review
There were small roaches walking around the area! (See video) To add to that the mushroom burrata paella looked nice but it tasted really burnt. The server was really scraping like he wanted to remove every crumbs from the pan. Beef cheek was very bland and a bit tough. We asked for salt and pepper shakers and we were given a plate of salt and pepper. I remembered the jamon croquettes tasted good but this time it was disappointing. Overall it’s not worth it especially with their premium pricing. Service was okay but the place was hot. They had many fans inside.

I dined here a few years ago not long after they first opened. I see they have more offerings now. It's not my usual type of restaurant but I treated a few folks here. Personally it's not worth the hype. I remember having the paella and some pork dish long with other items. They were ok. I cook these types of dishes so nothing impressed me. It was good for a one time try but can't say I'd go back.

2025: We had dinner here for the 2nd time. My favorite was the Tuna Ceviche and Jamon Croquetas! The cracker that came with the ceviche was really good! The tenderloin was good coz the mushrooms on the side was divine and the steak sauce was delicious! The churros was also delicious! We will definitely return! 2024: We loved our dinner here last night! I got too excited to eat that I forgot to take photos though. But let me share my favorites: the Gambas was really good, i love that there was enough garlic. Yum! But my favorite was the Jamon Croquetas! I could’ve ordered another plate of it, it was so good! I also love their sangria. I wasn’t a fan of the cocktail with hibiscus, but maybe that’s just my taste. The service was EXCELLENT! The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The ambiance at the outdoor seating was really nice as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was really good and unique! The whole atmosphere was really nice too. Each food had some uniqueness to it where it combines different cultures. Some things that could have been improved is hiring more waiters/waitresses. However, service was really good as the waiter said he’ll give one of the appetisers on the house. Food portions were actually smaller than expected though, but that basically means you get to try out a wide variety.

I recently dined at La Picara in Manila with friends and found the experience to be quite mixed. Unfortunately, the service was slow, which dampened our overall enjoyment. Despite the restaurant's prime location in the heart of BGC, the service delays were hard to overlook. Regarding the food, it did not live up to expectations. The dishes lacked the savory flavors we anticipated, and for the price, the quality just wasn’t there. Speaking of prices, the meals were too expensive for what was served, making it difficult to justify the cost. On a positive note, the ambiance was excellent. Nestled in the vibrant BGC area, the restaurant offers a stylish and comfortable setting, perfect for a night out with friends. However, despite the great ambiance, the slow service and the disparity between price and food quality made it a less than stellar dining experience.
Keziah D — Google review
It's a total package of what good restaurant is all about. Unique menu. Great tropical atmosphere within the metro. At first I thought the serving is too small but then there's so much flavor in every dish. The portion size saves you from the "umay". Overall I was satisfied with this first visit.

Imagine indulging in expertly sliced sashimi, savory dim sum, and mouthwatering hotpot alongside succulent roast beef and buttered shrimp. I had an excellent experience at Six Doors BBQ Buffet! The food selection was outstanding, offering a wide variety of different cuisines, all of which were delicious. The bar staff provided top-notch service, and while I forgot to catch their names, they know who they are—thank you for making the experience even better! However, I think the receptionist could be a bit more welcoming when you first arrive. Aside from that small detail, everything else was fantastic! Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a diverse and tasty buffet!

We recently celebrated our nephew's birthday at Six Doors, and it was an exceptional experience. The food was great, and the service was superb. Aldrin stood out for his attentiveness, ensuring we had everything we needed with a big smile despite being busy. His dedication to making our dining experience enjoyable was impressive. We also appreciated Angel and Tom, who made us feel welcome and offered some food recommendations. Additionally, Al kept our table clean and efficiently served our requests. We’ve been dining at Six Doors on and off for years now since it’s near our workplace, so it’s a familiar spot. This time, though, we decided to try booking through Eatigo for the first time and the start wasn’t great. When I asked the receptionist about how the Eatigo reservation works, her response was a sharp “Tawagin ko nalang po kayo” even though there were no other customers around and she wasn’t doing anything at the time. She didn’t even ask for my name or any details, which made me wonder how exactly she planned on calling me. It felt dismissive, to be honest. We decided to come back after about 15 minutes anyway, since we were already set on eating there. Good thing the other receptionist by then was much friendlier and more helpful, which definitely helped reset the tone a bit. The place is dimly lit, as always. Personally, I wish they’d improve the lighting. It feels a little too dark for a buffet. Something more like NIU or even Vikings would make a big difference in ambiance. As for the food, it’s decent. It reminds me a lot of Buffet 101 in Glorietta. Not bad, not amazing—just okay. There are only a few choices for the barbecue station, and the meats aren’t really marinated well, so they come out pretty bland. If that’s your main reason for going, you might be disappointed.

Tried Six Doors BBQ Buffet and it was a good experience overall. The place is spacious and nicely set up — great for gatherings or casual celebrations. There’s a wide selection of food, from grilled meats to seafood, sides, and desserts. Some items were better than others, but it’s a decent choice if you’re looking for variety. The ambiance feels a bit more refined than your usual buffet spot, and the service was okay during our visit.

The food was good, a bit on the pricey side but what can you expect, this is Uptown BGC. They've got a a variety of dishes and you can even grill some meat samgyup-style, even though there aren't a ton of meat choices.

We came in early for lunch on a weekday and had reservation. Food selection was okay 🙂 I liked their grilled seafood and roast meats. I didn't like their maki, sushi and sashimi though. Tasted nothing special and very generic. But I'll definitely come back coz I wasn't able to try their desserts because I was full 😭😭😭

The WORST experience. We booked a table for 7 through eatigo. When we arrived they told us that they were booked for a private event and they seated us outside, under the stairs, in a dark corner of the building! There was another couple seated near us and they were totally dining in the dark! This is the worst. And their menu is not the cheapest, in Manila at least. They should not have opened to regular customers if they are booked for a private function. The management’s mentality was probably to utilize the remaining seats that did not seem intended for dining at all and still make money! This was a very humiliating experience for our family. If you are reading this, beware. They will treat you like second class customers and still charge you the regular price!!!!! So much for being a premiere culinary/hospitality institution!!!! Edit: we got here 18:30, our food is not yet out until now (19:46)!!!!!! They are unbelievable. They did not even bother to offer us appetizers while we wait for an hour!!!

Korean restaurant
Soban K-Town Grill 소반 - BGC is a modern Korean barbecue joint that offers a unique dining experience. The restaurant boasts stylish and Instagram-worthy interiors, making it perfect for capturing memories. One of their highlights is the Jin Joo 8 Flavors, featuring a collection of herb, honey garlic, smokey barbecue, peanut, curry, miso, sweet wine, and red pepper.
We went here for dinner, and it didn’t disappoint. Initially, they offered us a table that was just enough for two, but we requested a bigger one as we found the first table too small. They then offered us a new table that could seat six people, which was great because we had enough space to spread out the dishes as they arrived. We ordered the Mega Meat BBQ Set, which is good for two people, and I think it was already quite filling. We chose the fresh meats instead of the marinated ones, and I believe we made the right choice. The servers were also attentive to our needs, so we didn’t have to wait long for any of our requests. Overall, it was a good experience.
Aryan A — Google review
I had the opportunity to dine at Soban K-Town Grill last night, and unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as expected. Upon arrival, the table we were assigned was not properly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. The staff, while polite and courteous in their greetings, seemed to lack attentiveness during our visit. They didn't engage much beyond delivering the menu and taking our order, leaving us to feel a bit unattended throughout the meal. One area that could use improvement is the communication around menu options. When we were ordering, the server's explanation of the flavor choices was unclear, and it would have been much easier if the options were listed on the menu for better understanding. Although the food arrived after about 10-15 minutes, the sides were served first, and we noticed that the egg roll was cold, while the soup was lukewarm at best. The wait time for additional side orders was also a bit long, taking around 8-10 minutes, and we had to follow up because our request seemed to be forgotten. Despite having only four tables to manage, the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. For a dining experience to be enjoyable, prompt service and a focus on cleanliness are essential, both of which were lacking on this occasion. Overall, I cannot fully recommend Soban K-Town Grill based on my experience. It’s possible that they were having an off night, but given the combination of service delays, lack of cleanliness, and miscommunication, there are other Korean BBQ spots that may offer a more satisfying experience. And also they didn't serve the coffee jelly

A decent place for those who crave for Korean food. The overall taste was customized for locals hence there is some difference. The meats were well marinated. Go for gochujang flavor for those who like some spice. The side dishes were only limited to 6 types with 2 of them the same. Kimchi jigae was not the best but the rest were decent. We liked the spicy rice cakes and seafood pancake. They helped changes the grill plate every round which was good. Overall a decent place for a meal.

As someone who likes eating samgyupsal alone, I like how the atmosphere is just right. It's clean, peaceful, the music is not so loud, and the steamed egg is just the way I like it. Kudos to sir Ronald my server for accomodating me well. PS. The cheese deep was superb 🤩

Korean BBQ offering sets and individual dishes, we usually order separate dishes of meat to our taste. Nice clean modern set-up, and often busy from early evening. All the usual Korean Grill offerings and price is reasonable for the quality. Unlimited sides. Big tables with double grills for larger groups.

The Grand Kitchen, situated at Grand Hyatt in BGC, offers an exceptional dining experience with its extensive all-day buffet. One of their standout features is Green Mondays, where a designated section is dedicated to vegan and vegetarian options like crispy corn kakiage and ratatouille. While this special menu is available only once a week, the restaurant also provides vegan dishes on their ala carte menu.
My review is based on their Breakfast Buffet. Breakfast Buffet : 6:15am - 10:30am Price : around 1,600+ pesos (around $27-$28) 5 stars all around! If I remember correctly, we ate there twice both days 2/16 & 2/17 and it was wonderful. We loved the first time we had breakfast there and came back the next morning before we had to fly out to Boracay. I’ve been to a lot of breakfast buffets in the US and both the food quality and service from the employees working here can’t even compare. Kate (Katie?) and Mono were on top of everything and seem to know right away if we needed any assistance of any question. I merely stood by the egg station for a few seconds waiting to be helped and Mono saw me, walked over right away and got someone to help me from over the counter so I wouldn’t have to wait long. Lots of warm smiles and the employees working during the times we dined. They seem to have the genuine drive and initiative to make sure every guest is taken care of and antennas are raised to help guests at a moments notice. Food quality was also high for a buffet. With some vegetables sourced from Baguio, several selections of freshly juiced fruits/vegetables and quality sourced ingredients from all over Philippines. It was not your usual breakfast buffet spread. I would not hesitate to dine there again for breakfast and would want to try their lunch/dinner buffet if the experience will still be the same. Clean, 5-star service and food quality, it’s def one of my top picks for breakfast.

We recently indulged in a delightful lunch at the famed Grand Kitchen in Grand Hyatt Manila, and it was a feast worth remembering. While the buffet selection isn’t vast, every dish speaks of quality and care. 🥩 Star of the Show: Beef Wellington This luxurious centerpiece is only served during lunch, which explains its premium rate. Perfectly cooked and elegantly presented, it’s a must-try for any first-time guest. 🐟 Steamed Emperor’s Fish Served with your choice of sweet chili or soy garlic sauce—I tried both and couldn’t pick a favorite. Each brought out the delicate flavor of the fish beautifully. 🍛 Lamb Biryani & Vegetable Curry The biryani stood out with its rich spices and tender lamb, while the vegetable curry offered a comforting balance. Both are excellent choices for those craving bold flavors. 🦆 Roast Duck One of my personal favorites. However, I do wish they offered plum sauce instead of hoisin, which alters the flavor profile in a way I didn’t enjoy. 🥗 Salads & Sips The salad bar was fresh and satisfying, and the mango chamomile tea was a relaxing companion throughout the meal. 🍨 Desserts & Ube Delight The strawberry tart was lovely, but the tiramisu leaned too sweet for my taste and had whipped cream instead of mascarpone. Pro tip: scoop up some ube ice cream and head to the halo-halo station—double ube, double joy! 🍢 Kebab Corner The squid and beef kebabs were spot on—flavorful and juicy. The chicken kebab, however, was dry and could use improvement. 🚻 Room for Improvement The toilet facilities need attention; both cubicles were clogged during our visit. Also, some tiles near the kebab station were quite slippery—worth noting for safety. 🌟 Ambiance & Overall Experience The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a leisurely lunch. Despite a few hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Happy tummy, happy heart—we’ll definitely be back!

Due to the long queues for the breakfast buffet during my stay in Manila, I didn't have time to try it and opted for a quick black coffee to go before my client meetings. However, even just passing by the restaurant, the buffet selection looked impressive, and I wish I'd had the chance to dine there. Everyone looked like they were enjoying their breakfast!

Father's Day 2025 - The sheer variety of dishes alone deserves 5 stars. Food itself was superb, mostly. I had maybe 2 dozen fresh oysters (from Norway they said), the lechon was fantastic, and many of the smaller dishes were above average quality for Manila standards. However, the Beef Wellington was underseasoned, and it's duxelle didn't taste of mushrooms at all. But the crust was gorgeous. The sashimi needed to be trimmed, as many pieces were sloppily cut and was sinewy. Beef skewers were tender, but too sweet for me. The tiramisu cart was fun to watch, but the zabaglione lacked richness and flavour. Other deserts like the lemon tart and Leche Flan were great. Service was A+, staff were attentive, happy, and eager to help deliver food to your table, instead of having to wait. The venue was big and spacious, clean and cool, plus there was a nearby restroom.

Went here yesterday for their Saturday lunch buffet to celebrate my birthday. The lunch buffet may not have a wide selection, but what’s available is well-prepared and flavorful. The real standout is the dessert options. Each item is rich in taste, not just decorative like what you often find in other buffets. Service was excellent. Attentive and friendly without being annoying. The Grand Kitchen is a solid option if you value quality over quantity.

Disappointed with the fish selection at this 5-star buffet. I was expecting a proper fish steak presentation, but was served a whole charred fish like this instead. For the price and standard of a luxury buffet, I expected more refinement and quality in the dishes. 2888php for a dinner.

Tried Sunday brunch buffet with credit card promo of 50% and was ok for its selection but with full price, not so much. Would like to see shrimps and seafood being cooked ala carte to your liking but there are only squids being grilled. More soup options also please since Miso soup is the only one included. Also find their pasta too al dente for my liking. The cut for the chinese cold cuts are too small and too thin. I think it was an intern who was doing it and it was taking her too long to slice teeny tiny pieces for you that you won't be be to taste it with a bite. No gelato ice creams as well. Only soft served ice cream. Would be nice also if soda are included. Other notable dishes includes the beef wellington, steamed fish, blue crab, lamb biryani, fresh sashimi, fresh oyster and porchetta. Desserts like cakes are good though. Iced coffee included as well. Overall worth trying while promotion is on going.

My husband and I visited this wonderful place to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. I must admit, I had modest expectations, but the exceptional service and ambiance far exceeded my imagination. From the moment we arrived, the food services team made us feel absolutely welcome, and we never felt intimidated or out of place. The staff (especially Rich and Rechell!) were warm, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. The food was truly sumptuous and fresh, with each dish expertly prepared and presented. We were impressed by the extensive menu, which offered a wide range of delicious options to suit every taste. Overall, our dining experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a special and memorable occasion. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, making it perfect for a romantic celebration like our anniversary. We can't wait to return and enjoy another exceptional meal at this fantastic venue.

Nestled within the Grand Hyatt Manila, No. 8 China House is a culinary gem that showcases an impressive array of Chinese cuisines, breaking away from the typical regional focus found in many restaurants. The vibrant atmosphere features an open kitchen where guests can witness skilled chefs at work under the guidance of chef de cuisine Carson Luo. This dining experience is not just about taste; it's a visual feast as well. For those looking to indulge in a communal dining experience, No.
No. 8 China House at Grand Hyatt Manila delivers an exceptional dining experience! The food is outstanding, service impeccable, and every dim sum dish is mouthwatering. Don’t miss the mango egg tarts — a perfect, luscious finale to a truly sumptuous lunch. Menu is as of October 2025. 😋

I went for the company New Year’s party this Monday evening. Most of the dishes are delicious, except the lobsters. I think the lobster was not fresh so they served it as baked. The grouper was too small to share with 12 persons at a table. I like the steamed vegetables and shrimps, it will be better if they can provide more sauce with the roasted duck. However, there’s no air conditioner in the toilets, and the maintenance doesn’t good enough as a 5 star hotel.

The Service and the Ambience are definitely 5 Stars... We visited ala cart last Sunday for a birthday celebration. Let's start with what's Gooood. The Hot Prawn Salad is very good, the Sea bass hot pot was tasty, the pumpkin with salted egg was something new and interesting. What was disappointing was the e fu noodles and the sweet and sour pork... it's just disappointing... they just failed in the basic Chinese dishes. The Peking duck was most disappointing since it was not juicy and the skin wa s not so appealing. Ate a few wraps and thought about the Price... NOT WORTH IT. For Regular Chinese Dishes... Needs much to improve. Maybe their dimsum is better... Will try this on my next visit...

Had a wonderful time with private dining at No. 8 China House. Peking Duck 3 ways was brought in whole, and prepared in view. Sweet and sour pork had just the right balance. The Lechon macau was crunchy and tender. Watermelon fruit platter is a unique experience. The private room was tastefully-decorated, spacious, and the side sofa was a friendly touch that made the room feel welcoming. You even had your own bathroom. Waiters didn't say what they were serving to the table -- only one person ordered for the whole group, so we had to ask what each food item was. Otherwise, service was great. We parked at the hotel, and they gave us 2 hours worth of parking credit. But our booking for the room was 3 hours length. Minor detail, but something to note. Definitely higher on the budget, but the fee we paid for the room was fully consumable. Highly recommend this choice for intimate family or friends gathering.

We recently dined at the Grand Hyatt Hotel's No. 8 China House restaurant for their "unlimited dim sum" offering and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring our every need was met promptly and courteously. The food itself was outstanding; each dish was simple but flavorful. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Overall, my visit exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch dim sum experience in a luxurious setting. Huge thanks to Dom & Gen for the outstanding service. We booked for 30 pax this September. Can't wait to be back.

Underwhelming, not much flavor, bland, salty, and pricey. They also don’t recognize the Hyatt Globalist status, so your discount doesn’t apply which was highly disappointing considering how overpriced this restaurant is. I had the bbq platter and the eggplant casserole, I was so excited but literally didn’t enjoy any of it. Definitely would not recommend going here.

Had the unli dimsum. Service was a little slow (considering dimsum is all ready to serve), dessert came late, some orders they forget. Dimsum is great, could still lower the price, or they should do more variety of dimsum for its price.

Went back after 3 months and had another great time. The staff was kind enough to offer a scarf to my elderly mother which later on she indeed made use of. Thank you for the thoughtfulness. It is this kind of service that motivates customers to return again and again. Great food plus Great service, always a good combination We availed of function room. There's a staff assigned to assist us all throughout our lunch. The room has it's own comfort room so definitely a plus for me. There's a couch so it feels like home. There's a mini pantry too. And the food we ordered are all delicious. We had a great family lunch.

Nestled beside the shimmering pool at Grand Hyatt, Pool House is a paradise for al fresco dining enthusiasts. Here, you can bask in refreshing breezes while savoring an array of freshly grilled seafood delights, from succulent shrimp to tender octopus. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it an ideal spot to unwind with friends or loved ones. The menu boasts a variety of Asian dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds; their Laksa is particularly noteworthy!
Great dining experience! Their staff and servers are very friendly, kuddos to Mel. The ambiance is laid back and a good place to chill and relax. Their Laksa was awsome! We also tried their Tokyo Burger (Vegan) if this was in a brioche bun, this would be the best vegan burger in the country! Wasabi mayo and fries were a good combo to this dish.

Ordered the Korean beef ribs which is presented as a main in the menu (also considering the price) but it was so tiny small I had to order an other meal as it did not do anything to my appetite. I tried to order something but had to walk to the front because despite of me waving for over 15 mins, no one came. It was not busy at all so not sure why. Ordered a pizza which was average. I went here because I stayed at the Hyatt but with this many options around I would not recommend this restaurant.

Gives a speakeasy vibe. Good Pad Thai and Chicken! Pizza and baked potato were alright, nothing about them stands out. But no bad food and no bad drinks based on our experience.

Good ambiance with both indoor and outdoor seating. Live music at night also adds to the experience. Food is good, if a bit on the pricier side. However suggest the Galbi and Pad Thai which have been personal go-to choices

Nice place to chill out with friends after a long days work. Good food. Friendly staff and quick service. A very good singer was entertaining guests during our visit. Either one can dine right beside the pool al fresco or inside the restaurant. Located at the 6th level right beside the gym and spa. Price is just perfect.

Filipino restaurant
Fely J’s Kitchen is a charming eatery located in the bustling Bonifacio Global City. The restaurant boasts a cozy ambiance with wooden tables and walls adorned with vintage photographs. It offers hearty Filipino dishes that are based on cherished family recipes. One of their standout desserts is the Sikreto ni Maria Clara, featuring suman (rice cake) with ripe mango slices, coconut ice cream, and brown sugar.
Fely J's is a well-known restaurant serving Filipino cuisine. This restaurant at greenbelt can get really packed especially on weekends and holidays as their food is consistently delicious. Prices are higher than most but the food is also better. This restaurant has a private room and its own toilet.

It was getting late and was looking for something quick and easy. It was basically a line of restaurants and decided to try Fely J's coz we were feeling something local with a twist. The staff were very friendly. The drinks were good. We asked for recommendations and they recommended the special sinigang (basically sinigang with watermelon.) To be honest, there really wasnt anything special about it. It tasted just like a regular sinigang; the watermelon didnt make any difference at all to the taste. We started with lumpiang sariwa and it was good. We also ordered bistek, which also good. All in all, it was a good experience. The food were good. The staff was good. Would I come back? If given the opportunity.

Among all the kare-kare I’ve had, this restaurant’s version was the most delicious. The generous amount of sardines added depth and allowed me to enjoy the evolving flavors throughout the dish.
Es E — Google review
Fely J’s has a decent selection of Filipino dishes, though we were surprised by the smaller portion sizes, especially of the Beef Mechado. The flavors were good, but nothing exceptional. The Canonigo was great though. The seating options are convenient, with tables available for both small and large groups. The atmosphere is nice, but the service can be quite slow, even though there were only two tables occupied.

Best Sotanghon sa Sugpo hands down. A bit salty but what the hey! Its delicious and worth every peso. We reheated it for breakfast this morning and the fact still remains. MASARAP. The pata bawang we had is literally crispy pata with bawang. I was hoping it was the Pata Bawang of Makati from the days of yore a friend of mine is looking for. But its not. Nevertheless, its crunchy and tender. Simot to the bones tender. Toyo dip complements it perfectly. Another champion is the calamares. Soft and crunchy withput being oily. Worth another go. And finally the Kare Kare. Its your typical kare kare. Nothing special to it. Didnt care much for the bagoong. Overall, would return for more of their food...if only to taste the Sotanghon sa Sugpo again. Dessert was mais con hielo and avocado con hielo...nothing much to say about it. Ok naman. Kulang sa pagmamahal etong restaurant na to. I hope mas makilala pa sya.
F S — Google review
Karekare served cold...its actually tepid I always feel the back ofmy chair being bumped by servers...I moved it a bit forward. Coz when your eating its annoying. I tried finishing my lunch with sans rival but its old and soggy. Sans rival is supposed to be fresh, crunchy from the nuts but not this one. I paid and left...not going back again. I wouldn't recommend for balikbayans a disappointment really

Good food: a mix of Filipino and southeast Asian food. I liked the small fried shrimp that went well with beer. Calamari, seafood karekare and sikreto ni Maria Clara were delicious. Service slow especially towards closing time.

Agave Mexican Cantina offers a unique and delightful Mexican dining experience. The restaurant provides a cozy yet lively ambiance where you can enjoy endless margaritas and mojitos paired with fresh and innovative dishes. Whether it's a romantic evening or a business gathering, Agave is the perfect spot with reasonably priced drinks. Their fish tacos are bursting with flavors, featuring scrumptious garlic sauce and crunchy cabbage complementing the delectable cream dory in homemade flour tortillas.
Back here for a dinner after a month of having lunch. Food is really good, steak is tender, fish fillet is awesome. Calamari and ribs at its best! Clean toilet, nice outdoor dining set up and cozy interior dining. Churros with chili tastes different but will surely make you ask for more.

went here for a couple of drinks and their service were so slow. We ordered bucket of beer and got it for an hour, asked for 4 cups with ice (kasi hindi na malamig yung beer) and it took them 30-40 minutes as well. This was on a friday night and it’s not really crowded when we went there. Mind you, there’s a 10% service charge (if im not mistaken) and the service is not giving lol masarap lang yung chicken nila pero no, hindi na uulit

Got their Lunch Special. Food tasted great, authentic mexican flavor and diverse options. Service and ambiance were great as well.

Their Happy Hour promo is enticing. A bit too noisy for our age group though. Definitely not a place where you can have good conversation without shouting. The staff were friendly and attentive but were so busy with the number of people there at that time. I think they were undermanned that night. But, we did enjoy our convo despite having to raise our voices. The unlimited Mojito got me tipsy quickly after the 3rd glass. It was worth it just a bit too noisy. 🙂
Geraldine M — Google review
We went there last night and had the worst experience. The servers were nice; however, our orders took almost an hour to arrive. The meat in the nachos was cold, and we had to follow up multiple times. We also ordered the bottomless margarita and mojito, but the refills took longer than expected. We will never go back again!
Kathrina L — Google review
Sunday Night - not a busy time and very few customers. Started out quite okay with the sampler appetizer and iced teas, they just forgot the plate. But after that, it went downhill. The 2nd server who got the order of our mains was very confused with what we ordered even though she jot it down during ordering. We ordered based on their menu, but still seemed confused and almost got 1 single order alcoholic drink wrong even though they have asked us to confirm all the orders. Had another server to confirm an upgrade in the drink even if it's clearly labeled in the actual physical menu. Single order mojito was also served and labeled bottomless, to which they had to reconfirm with other server again. Iced tea ordered during ordering of mains was even forgotten so we even had to follow up. It really was not a busy time. There were hardly any customers so the service and confusion is very disappointing. Price of upgrade on margarita is different from menu vs punched price Verbally said that the reason upon confirmation: forgot to reflect updated in the menu. Violation in RA 7394 Food is actually quite good. We didn't even care that the food took a while. But will definitely stay away from this branch. Opted to try this out for a good place but left very stressed out. Bad experience. Also no bottomless iced tea option vs in website menu, there's that too

Wildflour Restaurant in BGC has been a bustling culinary hub since 2012, offering a diverse menu that includes artisanal bread, delectable pastries, and savory dishes. The restaurant has expanded its reach by introducing various original concepts such as Farmacy, Little Flour Cafe, and Wild Flour Italian. Additionally, it has brought American staples to the Philippines through Pinks. The establishment's relentless drive is evident in its delivery-only concepts like Wildflour Pizza and Wildflour Burger.
Wildflour has always delivered, has been a safe bet for outstanding coffee for a very long time, both the cold brew and the flat white have always been one of the best in Manila, although there's a lot more competition now. Amazing choice of pastries, and its worth checking if there are any deals ongoing, often get a good deal on 4. The food is very high quality and great choices, especially for lunch. Recommended dishes include the hummus with steak, mussels and Mac and cheese. Service is always impeccable. The prices here are definitely on the high side, but its always busy, and portions are typically generous. Make sure to check out the deli and shop, lots of interesting goodies.

The indoor and outdoor tables and spaces were spacious, and the wooden chairs were really comfortable for both having a meal and working on a laptop. The indoor lighting was a bit dim, and the cooling wasn’t too cold—just right. I ordered the chicken sandwich, expecting the usual burger-style sandwich with chicken inside, but it wasn’t that at all. The chicken was shredded and spread more like a sauce, which was disappointing. It didn’t taste bad, but it definitely wasn’t a REAL "chicken sandwich". The portion size, though, was quite generous. The latte was a bit bitter, and the beans didn’t have much aroma or flavor, so I wouldn’t recommend coming here with high expectations for the coffee.
Rachel C — Google review
Great selection of bread. We were there 3x for breakfast as it was close to us. First time for full meal, the other time for pastry and coffee only. The service was great. Their breakfast meal was okay. Nothing bad but nothing special either. We give it a 4 out 5 as we enjoyed the outdoor on all three times we were there. It was great chance to people watch and relax.

The food was great as always! I tried their new brisket and kimchi pizza and it was surprisingly tasty. My favorite, the roast organic chicken, was perfect too. The calamari was tender on the inside, and not greasy at all. Crystal, who helped us, was super friendly and made the experience even better.

We ordered California Burger, Reuben Sandwich, Mac N' Cheese, Chicken Piccata, Steak Au Poivre, Ice Cream: Moonshine, Mango Sorbet & Mint Chip. Wildflour is one of those places na babalikan mo. Started in Manila, they’ve built a solid rep with real-deal bread, buttery pastries, and dishes na ‘di tinipid sa lasa. Whether brunch, coffee catch-up, or comfort food craving, you know you’ll get something that hits the spot. ✅ We ordered: Mediterranean Chicken Salad – fresh, flavorful, and filling. Isa sa mga Paborito Must-Tries namin. Chicken Piccata – buttery, tangy, and cooked just right. Comfort food with character. Lasagna Bolognese – rich in flavor but a bit dry when we visited. Hoping they tweak this one, sayang! 🗺️ How to get there: From MRT Shaw Blvd or Ortigas Station, The Podium is just a short walk or ride. Lorenzo's Way is a restaurant that pays homage to its late founder, Lorenzo J. Cruz, offering Filipino-European dishes including family heirloom recipes. The menu features classic dishes like kare-kare and experimental ones like pork sinigang infused with kamias and langka. With only two locations, both offer al fresco dining areas. The restaurant is known for its chic furniture and northern Filipino dishes from Pampanga with a Spanish twist.
July 2 Lunch time, we really love your service especially the girl host, very accommodating & humble. All of your staff were doing their respective jobs, no staff were only standing, so we are really amazed by your team work. In addition, food are awesome as what the price says, but the portioning can improve, too small. Ambiance wise, outside is more chill than inside, if inside gets busy it fill all the spaces. Kudos to the service team & food tastes! Thank you.

The food is so so. The prawn is very dry and the pork knuckle is so hard that we can hardly eat anything at all. Saw many good reviews and invited a foreign guest expecting a nice experience—ended up embarrassed by both the food and the service. Most of the good comments seem to be over a year old; maybe the team has changed since. We ordered crispy baby squid, baked cheesy spinach, empanaditas, sabaw ng halaan at buko, and halo-halo. Food tasted below average—nothing memorable. The soup was loaded with MSG, left me extremely thirsty, and barely had any buko aside from a few coconut strips. Some dishes felt reheated, closer to food-court quality. Service was poor. My friend had to follow up just to get a receipt, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Staff weren’t attentive—one was just staring outside, lost in thought. They also don’t bother to refill water. Not worth the price. I don’t recommend this place. I am very embarrassed by inviting my guest here.

Had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We ordered food first for our toddler and requested it MUST be served first. After 1.5 hours they served all the entrees but not they baby food and they admitted they mistakenly served the food to the other table and will take another 45 mins to cook. Food is just okay nothing extra ordinary. It takes them forever to serve the food and not enough wait staff. All the food is just standard. I do not recommend this resto and will never go back!

An attractive looking bar with OK live music. Beer (Pilsen) was P120 rather than the usual P100 so a little expensive. Service best described as appalling, lethargic and slow. Sat at bar and after 15 mins had not been able to order anything. Eventually had to shout at staff which was rude but the only way to get a beer. Place was busy but not packed. Requested a menu but this never arrived. Eventually, another customer took pity on me and fetched one somehow in a few seconds. Decided food would probably take a few years to arrive so went elsewhere to eat so cannot comment on food quality but it looked expensive. This could be a good bar but desperately needs a professional manager to address the ghastly service which, smply put, was unacceptable.

Tomatito Sexy Tapas Bar is a vibrant Mexican bar and restaurant located in BGC, Taguig. It offers a festive dining experience with lively atmosphere, live music, and creative cocktails. The menu features delicious Mexican fare including flavorful tacos, nachos, sizzling fajitas, and hearty burritos.
It’s very close to my company and I'm surprised there’s a good Spanish restaurant nearby. Most of the dishes are tasty and the grilled vegetables and tuna TNT are my favorite. It takes above 40 minutes to serve risotto, and the waitress said the risotto is good for 3, but the portion is exactly for 2 females. Therefore, we ordered 1 more dish for the remaining drink, fried shrimp balls, it doesn't taste like we expected. I thought there’s a shrimp I can feel it in one bite, however, it’s not chewy like a meat ball, but fluffy like a muffin. I love the cocktail they provided as well, it’s valuable to choose those buy 1 get 1 free promotion items. The seats between each tables are very comfortable, won’t be disturbed by other customers.

I'm glad I’ve found this place in BGC! I love how they designed and decorated their store. It looks like an ordinary bar but with a premium vibe! The door person is approachable and attentive. She assisted us to our table. The server on duty was also nice. Some areas need to improve and that is where servers should speak more with their guests regarding what they are putting on the table. We ordered a complete course and most of the orders were not introduced before placing it on our table. It could’ve been better if they had introduced each food. The food is outstanding! Never been so amazed this much when trying a new restaurant. I loved it! I just wish they add some more with their paella coz the serving size is too small but in a large pan. Definitely worth the money. I will be back again soon.

The place was really peaceful when we visited it around 7 PM. The waitress served me a bucket of bread while I was waiting for my friends. Apparently, the first one is free and you have to pay for the second one, which is softer and warmer than the first bucket; I wasn't informed about that. We only tried their drinks as the food didn't interest us; the drinks were good, by the way. The atmosphere is really nice, luxurious, and classic.

Good food and good place. Worth the price. I particularly enjoyed their sangria cause the taste of alcohol is not too strong! I thought their sparkling water was free of charge 😂 but its okay! I still enjoyed their food. I appreciate Ms. Jihan's service tho!

We were sat outside with plenty of room still available but still stayed outside. Table was rocky and missing a foot. Sangria was strong but lacked flavor. Paella took an hour to serve and was very bland and cost 1300. Chicken pollo took even longer than the paella to serve.Service lacks training. Overall NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR COST.

If you're looking to indulge in exquisite French cuisine, Brasserie Sagana in BGC is a must-visit destination. This charming eatery showcases the culinary talents of Chef Marc Aubry, who expertly crafts traditional French dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. From the delightful Warm Mushroom and Duck Foie Gras Pate appetizer to the succulent Seared Hitachiwagyu Beef Chuck Roll, every bite promises a taste of France.
I made a reservation for 7:30pm, but arrived an hour later and still got my table. Service was good, and the atmosphere was great, barring the one rowdy Japanese table nearby that had one too many drinks. Food came very quickly and tasted fantastic, but it didn't really warrant the steep price point, in my opinion. Glad I visited, but I'm not really coming back to dine here.
Peter ( — Google review
Nice, hidden place but tends to be overrated. Staff are a bit snooty. The first time I went here, I stayed for more than 3 hours, just had a drink and a salad. Not once did the waitstaff offer me water, and it was 5pm (not busy). The next time, they were more attentive because we were having a sit-down dinner. Not much to rave about the food, it's pretty average
Annalyn Z — Google review
The epitome of pretention. Food is acceptably ok, but considering the prices, nothing worth noting. Their 300 peso asking price for orange juice is laughable. The 400 peso mushroom soup.... absurd. But when i'm at a place like this, taste and value are secondary to service quality. I am expecting unquestionably exceptional service. Service that adjusts to their customers, and not the other way around. We were a group of 15. So it was far easier for us to consolidate our orders and have one person dictate to the waiter. Now, i understand the intent and the desire to hyper-personalize the experience by having the waiter know, upon ordering, exactly where each dish or drink should go to. But in this case, it would've been far easier and quicker to simply take our orders and serve to the correct person when the food was ready. We were here 5:30PM and there were maybe two other tables. But the waiter was ADAMANT that i point out to him which order belonged to who - insisting that this would make the experience faster. Well, all it did was anger and annoy me enough to write this. If this is the restaurant's *strict and inflexible* policy, then I genuinely think you need to re-think what customer-focused service looks like. This is, in no way, providing a positive experience. This is, as i said, pretention of the highest order.

New found French Restaurant. First time to ate in this restaurant in BGC. We love the steak Angus Ribeye perfectly done.(sorry no pic of the steak since we ate it already) Very accommodating staff and i will commend their good service. Price is good!

As one with a typical Asian palate (preferring strong flavors, umami, and a kick) I’m not the biggest fan of French food. My impression is that it’s snooty, bland, and quite old fashioned with the plating. And that’s why Sagana was a pleasant surprise. Food was comforting, flavorful, unpretentious, and tasted as it looked. I had the escargot and bouillabaisse and had a taste of the tuna tartare and duck with lentils. I enjoyed my bouillabaisse and thought the duck was pretty good too. The escargot though was quite crunchy. Was that sand? I’m not sure. Google says it might not have been soaked long enough to purge the dirt out. Please correct me if I’m wrong, I don’t know much about handling snails. Service though was superb. The waiters were accommodating and attentive. And the owner did not mind us overstaying and converting our dining table into a boardroom. Some of us even brought in coffee from Starbucks and they were kind enough to transfer our drinks to clear glasses. This is the sort of thing you’ll definitely see the French do only in the Philippines. Prices were on the higher side, but to me I’d say they were fair. Would I be replacing my jjampong and 2-way peking duck? Likely not. But this place is a solid 4/5. Will recommend for those looking to try some authentic French flavors.

Been here quite a few times the past recent years and one thing very notable is their consistency. This for me is the best French restaurant I’ve tried in Metro Manila. In my latest visit, I ordered French onion soup, escargot, Apahap fillet, and a caramel soufflé. The dishes were delicious, our waiter was very attentive and the ambiance was nice and intimate. Their price points are on the higher side, but it’s worth the splurge especially for special occasions.

Maybe I’m too Asian for Authentic French Food 😂😭 Me and my daughter went here on New Year’s Eve since it’s near my condo, everywhere is fully booked. Really thankful to the waitstaff for accepting us even we just walked-in and no reservation ❤️ Watermelon & Mango Shake is so delicious 😇

Nestled in the heart of Makati City, Italianni's is a delightful American-Italian restaurant that has captured the hearts of many with its inviting atmosphere and unique shared dining concept, aptly named "Amore di Merrier." This family-friendly eatery is renowned for its mouthwatering pizzas and pastas, which are best enjoyed alongside their signature Tuscan and Focaccia bread served with rich olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar.
We had a great experience thanks to our server! They were incredibly bubbly, helpful, and attentive to our orders from start to finish. Their positive energy made the meal even more enjoyable, and they made sure everything arrived just right and on time. It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile. Thank you for the wonderful service! Special thanks to Steph 🫶

Amazing dining experience! We were accommodated as soon as we entered the restaurant. The hospitality was great. I forgot the name of our server, but she had like a pixie haircut—she was so nice. As for the food, everything was tasty and delicious. I especially loved the bread with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil dip. Overall, an amazing experience! Definitely going back. ♥

The food and service is very good. I like Artichoke with bread dips, it’s super delicious. The chicken also good. They provided a warm bread with olive oil before serving the dish. I quite impressed and will definitely go there again.

Compared to CIBO, Italianni’s feels much more worth it, especially with their combo offers that give great value for money. Their portions are generous, and the flavors never disappoint. Despite the better pricing, they still manage to maintain a fancy and elegant atmosphere. The restaurant feels welcoming yet refined, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The staff are attentive and ensure a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. Overall, Italianni’s strikes the perfect balance between affordability, quality, and ambiance.

This place is absolutely awesome. I was very impressed with the quality of food from Italianni's. I can honestly say that this might be the best restaurant I went to when I was visiting the Philippines. The BGC area is so cool, with so many places to go visit, eat, shop, and take photos. As for the restaurant: we ordered multiple items. We started with the ravioli which was very good and cooked unlike any other ravioli I've had. It was crispy with a pesto sauce on top which is not like the usual soupy ravioli or like the Midwestern toasted ravioli, but a happy middle. The pizza was extremely well prepared and very filling. Portion size was just right. Pasta was great quality, and their pork and seafood had no complaints for the accompanying party I was with. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the sangria. It was definitely not properly made. It was pretty much just a glass of red wine with ice. I'm used to a more mixed version of sangria. Either way, this place is awesome. I wouldn't worry about the sangria discouraging you from going here. Check this place out! Ravioli: 10/10 (especially for uniqueness) Pizza: 10/10 Sangria: 6/10

Went here for dinner with a few people. The atmosphere was lovely, and the presentation of the food was nice, but the flavor just wasn't there for me. The alfredo and marinara sauces were bland and the seasoning on the parmesan chicken and cheese appetizers as well. The spinach dip was the best thing I had flavor wise, but not good enough to get me back for their main dishes.

It’s a great place to celebrate even those small achievements. Thanks for the experience. At first, I thought it’s for the elite and the richest people. I was wrong. Even an ordinary person like me can eat and dine here. So, I’m really grateful. Thank you, Italanni’s.

Food trip in BGC? Italianni's is always a classic! 🇮🇹 Grabe, from the moment they serve you that warm complimentary focaccia bread with olive oil + aged vinegar, alam mong you’re in for a treat. 🥖😍 📌 Must-tries? 🍕 Their Pepperoni Pizza – super cheesy, crispy on the edges, tapos ang sarap ng balance ng spice and savory. 🥩 The USDA Ribeye Steak – juicy, perfectly cooked since we requested a well done, sulit for sharing (or not 🤭). 🍝 And syempre, the Lasagna – creamy, meaty, cheesy goodness na comforting with every bite. Tip: Don’t miss their Rock Salt Coffee – parang dessert and pick-me-up in one cup. 💯 Walang picture since ubos ko agad in 2 minutes. It's that good!🥹 Perfect for barkada nights, date nights, or kahit initimate dinner. 🎀 Italianni’s in BGC hits that spot between cozy and classy—parang homey Italian dining with a little city vibe. 🍷✨ I will be posting my honest review soon🫡 #EatsMommyLoveApproved

The food is excellent and the service is great, but the restaurant can be quite expensive. Location is good as it's in a three-level mall with plenty of other stores nearby. The decor could use some improvement, but overall it's a nice place to eat.
We booked this place for a birthday celebration. The waiting time wasn’t too long, as they began serving appetizers right away, followed gradually by the rest of our orders. I enjoyed most of the dishes—they offered an elevated take on classic Filipino cuisine. One downside, however, was that many of the dishes were quite oily, which was a bit off-putting. Still, in terms of flavor, everything was really good. The service was also commendable.
Aryan A — Google review
Locavore offers a unique Filipino twist on their menu, and I absolutely loved it! The flavors are creative yet comforting, making every dish truly special. Their service is excellent, and the portions are generous too—definitely worth the price! I can’t wait to come back and try more of their dishes.
Takaw T — Google review
Their pansit luglog I ordered should come with a warning: eat at your own peril. It was huge which would’ve been great to share but I wouldn’t have kids or older people eat this. That glass noodle was a choke hazard, the sauce needs seasoning and just tastes bland but also oysters (what’s with the oyster obsession with this restaurant!), and staff clearly didn’t care when I barely touched my food and asked for the bill (good service would’ve asked their clientele what’s wrong with the food). I don’t even want to try the rest of the menu.

Had lunch here with friends. Food was disappointing, we didn't finish it. Fried chicken was good and crunchy, but the batter on some pieces were too thick, and ended up having undercooked batter underneath, yuck. The ratatouille was very good, but one order is not enough for 2 people, FYI. The sizzling oyster and sizzling beef ribs dishes were superb, both are must-trys. Pork belly was very good. But the dinuguan was a fail. It doesn't taste anything like what it claims to be. They should've called that dish something else. And lastly, their Summer craft beer was very good! Service was great - friendly and fast. Servers weren't very articulate in explaining dishes. Was also disappointed that a few beers were out of stock (at 12:30 in the afternoon)! Venue was also good - clean, ample space, and AC was cool. Restroom didn't have any paper towels, I had to ask staff for it. And the music was a bit too loud to have a conversation with co-diners. Hence four stars.
Joel L — Google review
Oh I only have good things to say about this place; all the taste of delicious traditional Filipino food without the street "ifiness" in matters of hygiene. They have a delicious artisan draft beer as well, yummy desserts and sitting outside, where you can go for a vape, if that's your thing, or simply appreciate the view at Manila's BGC gentrified district. A must for expats and other foreigners.

I recently visited Locavore BGC for a quick merienda and had a fantastic experience. I ordered their champorado and gabi chips, and both left a strong impression. The service was fast and smooth, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The gabi chips were a standout, perfectly crispy with a savory dressing and a delightful smoky aftertaste that kept me reaching for more. The champorado, however, stole the show with its sheer size! As a solo diner, I was shocked by the generous portion, clearly meant for sharing. The dish itself was exceptional, with a rich, comforting flavor. The addition of evaporated and condensed milk on the side allowed me to customize it to perfection. The dried fish floss topping added a savory, slightly salty kick that beautifully balanced the dish’s richness. Overall, Locavore BGC delivered bold flavors, generous portions, and excellent service. I’d highly recommend it to anyone craving elevated Filipino comfort food

The food taste is uniquely delicious and serving size is generous ! didnt give a perfect score just because i had the impression mejo oily sya ng konti (kaya yata masarap no?! LOL). The ambiance i liked too but i think the toilets could be a little bit more clean sana, otherwise perfect na ! All in all, i would still come back here and even recommend others to visit too :-) cheers locavore !

Truly enjoyed most of the food we ordered - the fish, chicken, pakbet, baby squid, and pakwan salad. Filipino food classics but reimagined. The turon, however, was the exception. It was odd in that it was like apple pie but banana, though I could only taste hints of the latter. Not your classic turon, but I'd bet others would still like it. Seating and spaces in between may feel a bit confined.

Va Bene Pasta Deli is a hidden gem located along EDSA, with its first branch situated in a gas station back in 2010. The restaurant has gained a reputation for its fresh and delectable pasta dishes, offering an exciting variety of pasta shapes such as tagliatelle, ravioli, and pappardelle. Chef Massimo Veronesi introduces interesting pasta shapes like cappellacci and pansotti to cater to Italian food enthusiasts.
Never a bad meal here at Va Bene! The Polpette was a good first time order! Meatballs were tender, sauce was light but flavorful, and they pair well with the polenta underneath.

Good fresh pasta. Pizza was okay. For its price point, I don’t think the food, service, or ambience does it justice. I think I would just stick to ordering their pasta although I’m not satisfied with their truffle pasta since I could only get a very little hint of truffle from it.

Always my go-to place for the best pasta and tiramisu. This time I tried their Pan Roasted Foie Gras with Mushroom Raviolo—rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The wait staff welcomed me with warmth and familiarity, recognizing me the moment I walked in—always a nice touch.

I went here around 4pm. The staff maybe at break as they were seated at the farthest back of the resto. They were on their phones and talking. Not really expecting a grand greeting but nothing sort of good afternoon, ma’am or no one even stand up to give me the menu. I even stand again to go to where the menu is. The only lady there is the one that is accommodating. I was just really craving for tiramisu but seems like it’s more bread. Maybe that’s what others prefer but I am looking for a creamier Tiramisu. Their four cheese pizza is too overwhelming in taste but I think it is not their bestseller. I am just thinking that I just don’t wanna dine in and just order a dessert so I ordered the 4 cheese pizza.

Food was really great! We ordered lasgna and carbonara (off the menu). Pasta for carbonara is al dente. They also offer 2 types of carbonara: traditional (egg yolk) and cream based. Atmosphere/interior might needed some refresh cause its a bit "old" but definitely would come back. Would try their pizza next.

The food was good: The pizza was perfect, but the pasta is nothing special for us. The interior can be improved a bit, but it does give a homey vibe. A bit pricey, but the pizza is worth experiencing.

The food was actually good! We took the special "mortadella pizza" with honey and truffle pesto and a sundried tomato pizza, from two Italians we enjoyed the food, also if the mortadella pizza became a bit difficult to finish at the end, overall was a pleasant experience, the price was fair.

What happened here? Before rennovation, a bit sulit place. But now, became super expensive one. I still kinda like the taste. But more expensive and portion became snack size. It seems like a bright and casual café, more suited for younger students. But the pasta was disappointing—it didn’t taste freshly cooked, more like reheated frozen food, and it came out lukewarm with little flavor. There’s a restroom inside, which is convenient, though the indoor area felt a bit chilly.

Had a great experience at Sunnies Café today! It was my first time dining with them and everyone was so friendly and attentive. While pets are only allowed in their alfresco area, it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the visit — the atmosphere was cozy, and the food was delicious at a reasonable price. The place is perfect for hanging out with friends who just want to relax and unwind. 💛 Special shoutout to Kyla, who made the experience even better — she asked first if I wanted water for my dog before I even had to ask! Such a small gesture, but it shows how thoughtful and pet-friendly the team is. 🐶✨ Definitely coming back! #SunniesCafe #PetFriendly #GreatService #GoodVibesOnly

We got lunch here since we like to see the interior design of it. The design of the place is elegant and giving a little bit of 50s diner vibes. We tries the rice bowls, Pork Dong Po Rou and the Beef Gyumeshi. Best rice bowls I’ve had. The Pork melts in your mouth and the beef was juicy. My friend tried the Latte sub Oat warm, but it came pipping hot so she didn’t like it that much since the milk tasted burnt. All in all it was a nice experience. We will come back soon

Breakfast for dinner? Sunnies Cafe got it all. We ordered dippy eggs with scallion prata for our appetizers and truffle mushroom pasta and miso salmon rice bowl for our mains. We paired it with strawberry iced tea and hot salted vanilla latte which was recommended to us by our server. The appetizer, the dippy egg is a must try. A lot of things going on: savory from the jam bacon bits, runny texture from the eggs, the scallion added some texture. The prata was flaky and chewy at the same time. It was a definitely a play on flavors and texture. The truffle mushroom pasta was supposed to be oil based but it became creamy because of the added yolk. The truffle taste was pronounced, it was very earthy and savory. They didn't skimp on truffle and gave us generous amount of it. The salmon miso rice bowl was a bit let down as the salmon itself was a bit dry but the miso flavors were on point. The pickled veggies complement the dish and I suggest mixing it all in one bite. The salted vanilla latte has great kick of espresso. A little strong on the salted vanilla to my liking. The strawberry iced tea was good, and I love the coconut jelly with it. The service was top-notch, they were all very attentive. Great service from great people.

The experience was quite disappointing. Almost all items in the menu were not available :( I was really frustrated. Got spanish latte and peruvian choco. Both are soooo sweet :( nothing special. The burger was so-so, only the fries were delicious. The only positive thing here was that the server was very nice, other than that, nothing worth coming back here. Also, please note that during our first attempt to dine here, there was a commotion because of a RAT!

I loved my experience here for a brunch. That peruvian mocha was strong in a good way. I appreciate my coffee that way. That grilled salmon was also fresh, not a hint of fishy taste, perfectly grilled and soft to chew on the inside and lightly salted. I didn't realize red rice could also taste good. I think they fried it their own way. Overall taste was amazing. I would definitely come back for more. Staff was also attentive. They replaced the unavailable arugula for a salad plate. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by its warm and inviting atmosphere. The décor, with its rustic charm and elegant touches, set the tone for what would be a memorable dining experience. The staff were attentive and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were knowledgeable about the menu and quick to provide recommendations, which enhanced our dining experience. We ordered a variety of dishes, each more delicious than the last. The Eggs Benedict with forest ham was exceptional. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked, with a yolk that flowed beautifully upon cutting. The forest ham added a rich, savory flavor that complemented the hollandaise sauce wonderfully. The Clubhouse Sandwich was a classic done right. Layers of fresh ingredients, including crispy bacon, tender chicken, lettuce, and tomato, were stacked between perfectly toasted bread. It was hearty and satisfying, with each bite offering a balance of textures and flavors. The Quattro Formaggi Pizza was a cheese lover’s dream. The combination of four different cheeses melted together to create a gooey, delicious topping on a thin, crispy crust. The blend of flavors was rich and indulgent without being overwhelming. The Croque Madame was a delightful twist on a classic French dish. The sandwich was decadently layered with ham, cheese, and a perfectly fried egg on top. The béchamel sauce added a creamy, luxurious touch that made each bite delightful. The Angus Ribeye Burger was a standout. The ribeye patty was juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection, and topped with fresh ingredients that enhanced its taste. The bun was soft yet sturdy, holding everything together without becoming soggy. The 3 Cheese Stuffed Ravioli was a creamy and indulgent dish. The ravioli were generously filled with a blend of cheeses that melted in your mouth. The Tapa was a unique and flavorful dish that rounded out our meal perfectly. It featured a delicate balance of sweet and savory elements, with a hint of spice that added an extra layer of complexity. The quality of the food, combined with the inviting ambiance and attentive service, made for a memorable meal. Whether you're looking for a place to enjoy a casual lunch or a more refined dinner, Lartizan offers something for everyone. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a delightful and satisfying dining experience.

I will no longer return to this place. If there is one word I'd describe one of their crew: BASTOS! I was told by my friend that they have good pastries so I went and checked their selection. This person told me that there is a line and I should wait for my turn. I told her that I was just looking at the selections and I will wait for my turn. Despite what I said, she kept on telling me out loud, in front of the other customers, that I should wait my turn even if I wasn't getting anything at all yet. I WAS WAITING FOR MY TURN YET SHE KEPT ON TELLING ME THAT THERE IS A LINE OUTSIDE. What's her point in telling me that if I wasn't doing anything then? Some of the other customers just went and get the pastries even if they weren't in line and she didn't say anything to them. So why single me out?
Alexander S — Google review
This restaurant has good curbside appeal but unfortunately the service and the quality of the food fail to match it. As usual in so many restaurants in the Philippines, we placed our order only to be told 5 minutes later that one of the items we ordered was "out of stock". The couple on the table next to us ordered after us and the same thing happened to another one of their selected items. It would be far more professional for a restaurant such as this to tell their patrons in advance what is not on the menu for the day to save the hassle later on. My order arrived but my wife's didn't so I sat and waited. After 5 minutes I asked the waitress where my wife's order was and she said it would be another 5 minutes, so I asked them to take my order away and bring it back when my wife's order was ready. Of course, they put my order in the microwave before they brought it back which ruined it. When we asked for the bill, it took three attempts to get the staff to bring it. Whilst small, this restaurant has been nicely designed and has a comfortable feel to it. It lets itself down by the professionalism of its staff and management should seriously consider sending the staff for proper training in how to run a restaurant. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back any time soon which is a shame as this is right on my doorstep.

I loved the steak & eggs – the portion was generous for the price, and even though the steak was a bit heavy on the thyme (which I personally like!), it was still delicious. The salad was decent but had a few too many red and green bell peppers for my taste. Despite dining very early, our orders came out quickly, and the servers were attentive throughout. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd recommend this place for the value and service.

I often come here for small gatherings, but this time I ordered the fried chicken dish. It tasted good, but it was a bit tough. The staff are always very kind whenever I visit.
Rachel C — Google review
This restaurant may look upscale, but the overall experience was underwhelming. I'd prefer dining at Mary Grace where the service is superior. While the female servers were attentive, the male server was nearly ineffective. The food was mediocre at best and not worth a return visit. The staff could certainly benefit from additional training. Moreover, seeing a fly hopping from one pastry to another in the display area was quite off-putting.

Takeout Restaurant
Shake Shack is a popular fast-food chain known for its gourmet twist on classic favorites like burgers and frozen custard. The restaurant recently hosted a Filipino-inflected pop-up event, showcasing the supportive culinary network within the industry. While some find the prices a bit steep, others believe that the delicious burgers and Korean wings make it worth it. Customers have mixed reviews about their experiences with service and food, but many agree that the ube shake is a delightful treat.
Shake Shack at Central Square in BGC offers a delicious array of burgers, fries, and shakes in a vibrant and bustling atmosphere. The menu features classic favorites alongside unique local twists, satisfying cravings of all kinds. The staff provides efficient and friendly service, enhancing the dining experience. However, the long queues during peak hours can be a drawback for those seeking a quick bite. Overall, Shake Shack delivers on its promise of flavorful, quality fast food, making it a must-visit spot for burger aficionados.

Ill be a bit honest here, the food really is good but imo too pricy. The burgers are quality but i feel like i can get similar outcomes at other restaurants for much less. The fries are crispy, the burgers juicy (but a bit small) i know that's really how it is but yeah. Nuggies are nicee
Timothy — Google review
I really love Shake Shack burgers but they are so expensive for the quality you get. We tend to just buy from Shake Shack once a year because I can’t fully justify the prices. We only ordered burgers this time since the fries are so expensive even if those are delicious too. The take out packaging is good and well-secured though.
Mar P — Google review
Overpriced for PH Market. Burger was okay. Patty and bun were a little fresher compared to your standard fastfood burger but nothing really special to justify the cost (Php 555 for burger, fries, soda). Fries were meh.
Roland L — Google review
See, this is my problem with Shake Shack. It's expensive. 300 pesos for a burger? No fries and drink, just the burger? Hell no. Then you try to think, hey, there are better burgers out there, right? Name me a burger that's better than Shake Shack's. I could only name one off the top of my head, being Sweet Ecstasy. Unfortunately, their price now matches Shake Shack's. Damn. I really like their burgers, I do. I just can't believe we're paying 300 for one burger. Nuts. If you're chasing after the flavor though, only a few can challenge the Shack nowadays. Tbf, I haven't tried those viral ones, like Hungry Homies or Beast Burger so take my word with a little precaution. Would I eat again in a Shake Shack? Yes, of course. Would I be willing to part with my money ever so often? Uhhh, next question.
David P — Google review
Omg thank God the milkshake was good. The burger was ok…but the fries? 🥹 It’s not worth the price point.
Genievev E — Google review
This is a premium burger franchise from the US. Their burgers are good and their milkshakes even better. I prefer the smoke shack double for burgers and the strawberry milkshake. They have ube milkshake which I find too sweet for my taste. This branch is located inside the central square so there's plenty of parking. Premium burgers of course come at a premium price and you can easily go over ₱700 for a burger and milkshake here which is quite expensive.
Richard F — Google review
Been here several times over the years and their burger is still worth to give a try. The bun is soft, meat is juicy, and their lettuce and tomatoes are fresh. However, like the rest of the branches, it is still self service and you need to get your own food when it’s ready. The ambiance is okay but the place is tidy and cleaned though.

Spanish restaurant

Wine bar
Barcino - Rockwell is a delightful haven for tapas lovers, conveniently located in various cities. This charming spot offers an array of mouthwatering dishes that capture the essence of Spanish cuisine. Indulge in their popular Croquetas de Chorizo, perfectly fried to golden perfection, or savor the creamy Arroz Montanes, brimming with roast chicken and pork chorizo.
10-15 years ago, Barcino was the go-to place for Spanish food in Manila. Today, they have a lot of competition but I come back anyway for the familiar flavours and the nostalgia. Their gambas al ajillo is iconic and comes loaded with garlic. Their albondigas feels homely and the smoky bell peppers are a very nice touch. Their pan con tomate, which comes complimentary with other dishes, reminds me of my trips to Spain. They have a good wine selection and their churros are on point with rich chocolate dip. Their service is usually good but during this recent visit I found it a little hard to get the attention of the wait staff.
Ryan H — Google review
We had a meeting prior to my dinner. Order 1- conchinillo is 9k?! Hahaha we could've gotten a lechon de leches for that price me thinks. I wouldn't recommend you get it. Spanish style does not use that much herbs. It's pretty as presented but not as flavor packed. Order part 2 - paella will always be best here it's good for 3 to 4. The chicken is so-so. I loved the calamari with onion rings with the squid dip. Will order that again. Sad the unli margarita is gone.

Perfect place for a date! We tried their new Steak and Fries — well-seasoned and cooked to a perfect medium. The flavors were spot on. Customer service was superb, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Nice place, it was our first time going in here and the food was really amazing! Though we have to ask pa if the specific food on the menu is available kasi may ibang hindi na available for some reason. Love the ambiance as well and the staff there were friendly and accommodating. Gellie is a nice staff there too. Will definitely go back :)
Mariele C — Google review
The appetizers were perfect, but the main course was a complete letdown—we should have stopped eating after the starters. To make things worse, the restroom smelled so bad that the odor reached our table, and we were seated about 10 meters away.
Pau D — Google review
Unexpectedly ended up at this Spanish restaurant in Rockwell, and though we hadn't planned on Spanish cuisine, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Sure, the menu leans towards the pricier side compared to neighboring spots, but it delivers an authentic Spanish dining experience that makes it worth the splurge. The portions are generous, and a tapas dish paired with a main and drinks proved more than sufficient for 2. Our order – a tapas platter, chicken salad, a rice dish, and a pitcher of sangria – exceeded our expectations in terms of size. I like their tempura chillies, interesting choice for tempura. The outdoor seating option was a nice touch, perfect for those seeking a breath of fresh air during their meal. Admittedly, the restaurant seemed understaffed with only one waitress catering to the entire night. As a result, our food, drinks, and bills took longer to arrive. Despite the minor delay, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the Spanish signatures of the dishes made it a meal to remember.

Locavore offers a modern twist on traditional Filipino dishes, providing elevated versions of familiar favorites. The restaurant is known for its progressive take on authentic cuisine, with standout dishes like the sizzling Sinigang and Oyster Sisig. One of their popular offerings is the Duck Lugaw, a generous serving of flavorful rice porridge topped with duck floss, fried garlic, spring onions, soft-boiled egg, and ginger oil.
Had a great time dining at Locavore Valero! The place has a nice and cozy vibe — perfect for hanging out with friends. The staff were very friendly and quick to serve. I super loved their Sizzling Sinigang — it’s so flavorful and unique! The pudding for dessert was also really good and comforting. Overall, great food, great service, and a really good experience!

Price: average priced Location: inside a mini mall. Customer Service/Experience: we were seated outside and a bit hard to get the waiter's attention in the beginning. we were assisted eventually. good servicing and attentive staff. Restroom: none inside. mall/public restroom available. Parking: spacious mall parking. Promotions: none Comments: mac's fried chicken is the best! sizzling sinigang is good too!

Food : It is okay. I asked for salt and pepper to adjust almost all. Maybe I was expecting too much given the price of the orders. I liked the drinks. Service : No complain about this. The staff were all nice and always looking if we need anything. Atmosphere : The place is well designed and lit. Not too tight even if there are a lot of customers.

Owens B — Google review
Food: Tried the corned steak and it was OK, meat was tender and flavours just right. Gising gising was also fine, nothing much to rave about. Service: (1) Phone reservation was annoying. The person on the other side of the line made me repeat all reservation details at least 3 times when I was already speaking very slowly and clearly. (2) Since I made the reservation, I was expecting that my group’s table would be ready when we got there - it was not. The service staff randomly picked a table for us but fortunately they allowed me to pick another one that I preferred. (3) It was hot, the A/C was not on and they were only relying on the mall’s cooling system. We were fanning ourselves with the menu and the staff obviously noticed that and they still did not bother to turn on the A/C. It was very uncomfortable that we just wanted to finish our meal quickly and get out of that place. (4) It took them 30 minutes to serve the meal. Atmosphere: Could have been better if not for the discomfort of sweating while having your meal. It was our first time to dine there and will certainly not come back.

Great takes on local Filipino cuisine. The pork chop was amazing, so loved the garlic fried rice. Watermelon salad was equally great, and the beef / egg / rice dish was also tasty. Definitely recommend!
Melissa E — Google review
Locavore is one of the standout restaurants that elevates traditional Filipino cuisine into a more premium dining experience. However, during our first visit, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag—though, for the most part, it was a hit. Salted Egg Gabi Chips – These were absolutely delicious! Once you start, it’s hard to stop. The crispy texture paired with the salted egg flavor is quite addictive. This was definitely a HIT for me. Sizzling Sinigang – I’ve seen many vloggers rave about this dish, but sadly, it didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. The sinigang broth was overly sour (even for a sinigang) and too salty. While this may be to some people’s liking, it didn’t work for me. This was a MISS. Garlic Baby Squid – Another fantastic dish from Locavore. The umami flavor was well-balanced—neither too strong nor too subtle. The squid was perfectly cooked, tender and not at all rubbery or chewy. This was a definite HIT for me. Sugpo Con Mayonesa – I’m on the fence with this one. While it’s flavorful, I found the mayonnaise to be a bit too overpowering. After a few spoonfuls, it became a bit too rich and “nakaka-umay” (a term for feeling overwhelmed by the taste). I’d call this dish neither a HIT nor a MISS—it’s somewhere in between for me. Overall, Locavore offers a fantastic upscale dining experience, albeit a bit on the pricier side. If you’re looking for Filipino food with a modern twist, this is the place to go. However, while I can see myself and my family occasionally visiting Locavore to explore more of their creative dishes, I would still gravitate toward more traditionally cooked and affordable Filipino meals at places like Kuya J, Gerry’s Grill, Aling Sosing’s, or Tapsi ni Vivian at Bulaluhan.

Vibrant and lively place. Delicious dishes and great portions. Served free peanuts which are roasted. Perfect for waiting for your delectable meal with big portions. • Porkchops are juicy and not tough. • Their rice tastes amazing. • Grilled Tuna tasted phenomenal and juicy. • Baby back ribs are juicy and smoky. • Chicken skin is also a must try. • Seafood pasta is exquisite and has a spicy kick. We walked down the street and were impressed with the style of the restaurant. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was served quite quickly. I ordered a creamy pasta and rice with beefsteak, overall it was quite suitable for Asians (especially me being Vietnamese), the rice was very fluffy, the beef was well done and the sauce was delicious. The appetizer would be roasted peanuts! Recommended! 8.5/10

Dined during lunchtime, was not too crowded. They have lunch combo meals which are surprisingly good for the price. I had the chicken with mushroom sauce which was nice with a hint of spice. Veggies on the side were cooked fine. My companions had the pork belly which was too salty. The meals comes with clam chowder soup which was also ok and usual iced tea. Service was fast enough.

I’m an executive in the restaurant industry and take feedback seriously; I hope you find my review helpful. The Grilled Pork Belly had bones. I’ve never had Pork Belly with bones. It was more like a pork chop than a belly. Tasty but not as fatty as a belly. The rice was good. The Buffalo Wings, while authentic, were not sauced properly (dry) and the size of the wings and portion size overall were very disappointing. For a half order, I received 5 tiny wings that looked like the chicken died of malnutrition. For the price of $5-$6 it was NOT worth it. My food came first and my friend’s food came over 30 minutes later and they tried to serve us our dessert with her main which also contained ice cream. I had to send it back as the ice cream would have melted before she could eat her main. Lastly, it was difficult to order an easy mixed drink of pineapple and vodka. Despite having the ingredients, since it wasn’t a listed drink on their menu, they were confused on how to ring it up. This is where capability-building and empowerment are so essential with the front line team. Service was friendly just a disappointment that they can’t serve good together and at the right times. The MOD, Rave, was friendly, professional And engaging.

Fowl Bread is a new establishment located in the popular Bonifacio High Street of Bonifacio Global City. With a simple menu comprising four options, including a Fried Chicken Sandwich, Noodle Dish, French Fries, and Dimsum appetizer, this restaurant has quickly become a favorite among visitors. The space is relatively small but not cramped, offering both indoor and outdoor seating areas for customers to enjoy their meals.
Chicken sandwich was so good and tastes unique! Also good that we ordered a salad together with the sandwich. I loved how cool and quiet their indoor area was. Service was also good and no wait time to get our table even it was a saturday dinner time. Definitely will be back! Just a comment on spicy option for the deluxe chicked sandwich as we did not taste any spicyness at all. Not sure if it was just missed.

I can confidently say that their chicken burger is the best I’ve had in Manila—incredibly delicious! The restaurant can be quite cold inside, so I recommend bringing a jacket. You might already be full after the burger, but don’t skip the banana donut—it’s so good, I was tempted to ask for the recipe!

I tried this resto for Sunday lunch and the hype is REAL. 💯I tried their chicken burger deluxe, garlic noodles, garlic fries, and a glass of orange yuzu iced tea. The garlic noodles needs a bit more garlic punch and less sweet, but it still tastes good. The iced tea is a 10/10 and the chicken burger is definitely the highlight of it all 🤩 tangy radish and pickles (?) balances the fried chicken and chicken skin- it was tender and flavorful; paired with their garlic fries and you have a delicious combo. Overall would come back again.

Finally got to try it again after the store's renovation! New item that I loveeee and would definitely crave again and again - Pickle Chips!!!! Sooooo good for a pickle lover like me! It's crispy on the outside but you can still taste the sweetness and tanginess of the pickle, it's not too sour and just the right balance! And best pair with its sauce! As for the chicken sandwich, don't know if there's a change but I think I like the old version, or maybe I just didn't had it for like forever? Chicken skin is good but a bit hard to bite on the middle part but the chicken meat is good though, it's juicy! And juicier with the pickles on top, also love how the bun is buttery and soft! Will definitely be back again for the pickle chips and will also try that chicken sandwich again maybe the i'll get the OG one next time. As for their place, definitely more chairs and tables compare before, but if you can't get a place inside (with AC) and be seated outside, I'm telling you, you'll be sweating alot, suggest to add stand fans instead of wall fans as it's not doing its job.
Jette V — Google review
Definitely one of the best, or the best chicken sandwiches in the metro, the portions were big as well, very crispy! Deluxe chicken sandwich was very good. They renovated and the interiors were nice and cool. Speaking of cool, it was literally too cool inside as the ac unit was on full blast. Staff members were kind. We’ll go back again definitely!

I love the deluxe chicken burger and the fried pickles—definitely something to look forward to when visiting BGC! The veggies in the burger aren’t the usual, and they go really well with the chicken. The fried pickles are awesome too! The salt really brings out the sour kick. I love it! Big compliments to the chef! Keep making amazing food!
Maan S — Google review
We’re big fans of the fried pickles - has a unique taste that goes very well with the dip. I had Chili oil beef which came with a generous serving of greens on the side. Not too spicy but if preferred, they have very good bottled chili oil on each table. If on a big appetite, pair it with additional sides or rice. They have limited indoor air conditioned dining area so we had to take Al fresco for today the evening drizzle helped a bit. However, I wouldn’t recommend outside seating on a hot day- unless that is your preference ☺️ Amply staffed and attentive to customers. They don’t have a dedicated toilet so you may access the ones close by at the High Street area.

Ive been coming back here since i was in college pa back 2016-2018ish Ive always loved their chili beef rice meal. The last time i ate here was probably 2023? Cafe Mediterranean, located on the third floor of One Bonifacio High Street by Ayala Malls, offers a menu inspired by the traditional cuisine of Mediterranean countries. Their diverse menu showcases dishes such as kebabs, couscous, and falafel. Customers often return for their delicious hummus but also enjoy other options like beef kebab and gyro served with rice. The restaurant's exceptional customer service is worthy of praise, with courteous and friendly staff who are attentive to small requests.
My expectations were met. We ordered Beef gyro plate and lamb gyro plate. We enjoyed the food so much that we ordered another dish, which isn't a dessert - we ordered beef kebab and had our fill. Just after 3 days, we went back to eat here again. We tried their kofta and the baklava which we also enjoyed. The place isn't big so I recommend going here after lunch.

My cousins and I went here in One Boni BGC to try Mediterranean food tonight. We tried kebab, biryani etc. Food was great but the service was really bad. I ordered a Mediterranea Pasta which is supposed to be my breakfast the next day so I won’t have to stop over for food but he brought me a Mediterranea Pizza. The guy with tattoo who got my order and served me does not seem to be tired too so I believe his physical condition won’t disrupt his hearing ability. We left the restaurant while they are chitchatting in the doors. Customers at the time are also few less than 10. I only noticed that it was not pasta when I got home. This situation made me really sad. FOOD ATTENDANTS SHOULD IMPROVE ON THEIR ACTIVE LISTENING SKILLS TO PREVENT ERRORS IN ORDERS. I REALLY HOPE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ANYMORE.

The flavors are on point mediterranean! Hummus is a must to order, this is the first time my kid tried hummus and she loved it! The chicken gyro melt was my favorite. A burger with layers of perfectly seasoned grilled chicken, pickles, tomato and onion topped with melted mozzarella! Was not really impressed with the atmosphere, it was so dull and plain. The tables had a smell and was a bit moist. The service I deducted 1star cause they gave us our hummus late. Nonetheless, we will still comeback to this place :)

Title: A Mediterranean Feast to Remember! Review: From the moment we stepped into The Cafe Mediterranean at One Bonifacio High Street Mall, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. A special shoutout to Jeremy, Raymond, and Macky, our phenomenal food servers who were attentive, friendly, and truly made our dining experience memorable. Their recommendations and service were top-notch! Also, a big thank you to Frank, the restaurant manager. He ensured that everything was perfect, from our seating to the last bite of our meal. His hospitality and attention to detail were remarkable, and it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the place. Now, let's talk about the food! The appetizers here are incredible - bursting with authentic Mediterranean flavors that tantalize the taste buds. A word of advice though, don't go overboard with the appetizers; tempting as they may be, you'll want to save room for the main dishes. And speaking of main dishes, you absolutely must order the Kebab and Gyro platter. It’s a culinary masterpiece that will make you forget about the war in Israel and Palestine! Each bite is a perfect blend of spices and flavors that truly encapsulate the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. In conclusion, The Cafe Mediterranean is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in authentic Mediterranean flavors. The combination of exceptional service, exquisite food, and a warm atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is a luxurious accommodation located in the vibrant Bonifacio Global City. The hotel offers plush rooms and suites, along with various dining options, a spa, and a nightclub. Families can enjoy kid-friendly restaurants nearby and even visit a board game lounge for some interactive fun. Situated amidst towering skyscrapers and diverse infrastructures, the hotel provides easy access to bars, restaurants, shopping malls, and theme parks.
Had an unreal experience here as part of a business trip, especially is I am not someone who has access to wealth or the money to spend £300+ for a night. The service was incredible, the food was great and very very well priced for the quality and the room was beautiful. Spacious bathroom, desk and comfortable bed. Very soft pillows too (personal preference). If you can afford to spend the money for the night, it really was an incredible experience and the price of food and drink was very very reasonable.

I’m rating the hotel based on its price category. I think hotel is still nice but it’s getting a little dated. Furnishing, rooms, and even the towels and toothbrush. It is still probably one of the most luxurious esp the gym. If not for the gym, it’s time to start refurbishing to maintain its status and standards. Service is still outstanding.

This was my first business trip to Manila and a friend encouraged me to stay at Shangri-La The Fort. What a great choice it turned out to be. I stayed on Level 40 (club level) — beautiful views, a spacious lounge, and meeting rooms that made work sessions feel seamless. Location was perfect too — Bonifacio High Street is literally just across the road. A special thank you to Thata Santos for making the check-in and stay so smooth and pleasant. Every staff member I met was genuinely warm, and the whole experience felt like coming home. No question about it — when I return to Manila, this will be my go-to hotel.

I absolutely loved the pool area! Spacious, relaxing, and perfect for a city getaway. The location is unbeatable too. Right in BGC, so everything is super convenient. Truly a refreshing vacation in the heart of the city. 💛

One of the best hotels I’ve say that in the entire world. The most incredible kind, detailed staff that does not a beat it was over the top with how well we were taken care of and how well everything was set up for us. I can’t say enough good things.

Overall, it’s a great hotel. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Gym is awesome. Our room had a weird smell and we had to change rooms. Most of the staff at the front desk wasn’t very accommodating and had an attitude.

Last April 2025 my Partner and i stayed in this hotel for a week! Not only the hotel offers a 6+ ⭐️ services and the location is very safe, it was also one of the most helpful and generous host. We had a situation 3 days before our flight back to Zurich Switzerland. My Partner encounter a food poisoning while we hang out the night before in a bar near Rockwell with friends. Right the next day he was vomitting and around afternoon he had fever. I told the reception our situation right away they offer a doctor. Im so glad they had this services in this hotel. My partner was so Thankful. Here is his message to the medical team. „I received very competent care for a serious case of food poisoning from Dr. Ramos, MD and her team. Thanks to targeted tests, close monitoring, and an on-site infusion, I was able to avoid hospitalization and recover comfortably at my hotel. Many thanks!“ Without this competent team i think we couldn't have managed to fly back on time to Switzerland. Thank you for your help and for you passion and for prioritising the well being of your guest. Philippines you are an amazing host! I am so proud! We will come back thank you Dr Ramos and Team and to the whole Shangri la Team for taking care of us! See you next time! Best Regards, Stephanie Jeg and Alex

Welcome Staff was polite and helpful, not because it’s their job, but you can feel their genuine concern. The big shop was quite fancy and choices for pastries and coffee was good but I would say it’s really pricey. I know that you it’s a five star hotel but still I think it’s overpriced..

Korean barbecue restaurant
Sariwon Korean Barbecue 사리원 불고기 - BGC is a highly acclaimed restaurant, originally from Korea and now making waves in the Philippines. It has been recognized as the best Korean restaurant by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, offering an authentic dining experience for Korean food enthusiasts. The restaurant is known for its delectable dishes such as bulgogi and galbi, providing a true taste of Korea in Bonifacio Global City.
Forgot to take lots of photos but had plenty of videos. All of the food served was spot-on! Their service was fast and the cook assigned to us also was accommodating and attentive. Everything was flavorful and a delight to feast on. My favorite was the tofu chigae and bibimbap, it was so hearty! The meats we tried were all tender and perfectly cut! Would definitely dine here again, dont be scared of bgc restos, most are really affordable even when theyre situated in highstreet. Would defo reco and come back!

Great food as always. Loved all the banchan and japchae. Food was timely served as well. They’re considerate enough to separate the seafood from the pajeon since I’m allergic. They also served complementary drinks. Thank you! 😊

Sariwon truly delivers an authentic Korean BBQ experience! The meats were tender and flavorful, the side dishes fresh, and the overall meal super satisfying.👌 Special shoutout to Kuya Marvs for the amazing service very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Definitely one of the best spots for Korean BBQ! 🔥

This is one of our go-to restaurants when we feel eating out. The banchan are great (flavor and variety-wise) but the main dishes are even better. We love the dwaeji bulgogi (spicy pork sukiyaki), dolsot bibimbap (stonepot rice) and sundubu chigae (tofu seafood soup). Price wise: this place is very worth it. Service is always top-notch and attentive. Seating-wise: it might be hard to get a table for more than 4, because their booths are designed as 4 seaters.

I had a fantastic experience at this Korean BBQ grill! The food was delicious, with fresh meats and flavorful sides. The ambiance was lively and inviting. Special thanks to Kevin for his outstanding service—he made our meal even better! Highly recommend this place!

Great staff! Whole place clean. You have the option to have it cooked outside. And super friendly staff.

Good food, best service ever! I love the food, I will always be back here for some meat and good side dishes. Very good atmosphere, there is cooking meat involved but no smoke.

My number 1 Samgyupsal experience in the Philippines, end to end 5 stars. Ordered premium grill set for two and the yangnyeom galbisal, and nothing disappointed. The galbisal especially tender and flavor. 5 star ambiance and 5 star service. Highly recommend.

Pancake House is a delightful restaurant with a warm and inviting ambiance, making it an excellent choice for a satisfying meal. Conveniently located near Burgos Circle park and the Mind Museum, it's the perfect spot to refuel after a morning of exploration. The menu offers a wide variety of breakfast options, from classic pancakes to more creative dishes, ensuring there's something for everyone. The friendly staff provides excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
The food was nice and the chicken burger jr. was crunchy and served hot (I thought it comes with lettuce, tomato and etc. 🤣). The taco was messy to eat and there's no tissue provided or maybe the crew forgot to refill. The crew was attentive and accommodating.
Yvon M — Google review
Restaurant is only open 24 hours from Thursday evening until Sunday morning at 1:00 am. Hours need to be more clear on their website. Food and service was other was good.
Michelle M — Google review
I ordered the breaded pork special set (mashed potato side and iced tea drink), and my boyfriend ordered the spicy chicken pilaf. The food was fantastic. The pork was crunchy and hot, but not tough, and it didn't have a stinky porky taste like other pancake houses I've been to. The mushroom soup was also served hot and had just the right amount of saltiness and creaminess. The real star of the show was the chicken in the spicy chicken pilaf. Even though it was chicken breast, it was perfectly tender and juicy with a nice sear. The rice was also well seasoned. The garlic sauce had some raw onions as well, which added a nice freshness to the whole dish. The serving size for the pork was okay for the price, but the serving size for the chicken was a bit small. The servers were also very attentive and quick to assist us. The ordering process and billing out was done very fast. I've been a fan of Pancake House since I was young, and this should be the gold standard of Pancake Houses across PH hahaha 😆❤️

We didn’t even have time to take a photo of the dish: the food was so delicious that we ate it right away! This is what’s left… and we still have to finish it. Everything was perfect—amazing flavors and impeccable service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DEN is the best
Ivan M — Google review
Went here on a Saturday morning and the place was full. I ordered the spicy pork tocino, it was good but ordinary. My husband got the chicken and waffles, was good as well. For desserts, I got myself the Mini classic pancakes with candy-coated choco bites, this one I enjoyed a lot!! The service was generally okay but there’s one staff who I think is intentionally being inattentive. The location of this branch is great, get a table beside the window and you can enjoy dog-watching 🐶🦮

Ordered ham and cheese omelet with mushrooms. It was not cooked all the way. Had French toast. Couldn't eat it cause the put syrup on it. Im diabetic and just wanted it with nothing on it. Side of bacon was good. And no decaffeinated coffee. Won't be coming back here.

This branch gives you a taste of home wherein you are welcomed well by the staff, asks you if you have any concerns, informs you if there’s a delay in your order, and most of all gives 10/10 service to all the customers. On top of that, the food is always amazing. I would say, one of the best Pancake House branch and also my go to!

Hot pot restaurant
"The Romantic" was a popular dining spot that unfortunately closed during the pandemic. The restaurant offered a spacious and clean atmosphere with good air conditioning. While the food lacked proper labeling, there were various options for hotpot and grilling, although some customers found the service to be slow. Additionally, there were changes due to the pandemic such as limited dining time and no longer offering unlimited soju.
My most favorite is the seaweed soup and steak meat. They gave us free soju as it is my birthday. I think they let us stay a bit more than 2 hours since there’s only few people dining in. I will definitely go back. Recommended for birthday promo 🥳
KC B — Google review
The Romantic in BGC offers a satisfying samgyupsal and buffet experience with a wide variety of meats, side dishes, and flavorful dipping sauces. The quality of the food is great for the price, and the unlimited options make it worth it. The ambiance is cozy, and the staff are attentive, ensuring a good dining experience. A solid choice for KBBQ lovers in BGC!
Biyaheng K — Google review
I recently dined at The Romantic, a Korean buffet that offers excellent value for money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of food available. However, I did notice that the variety of ingredients was somewhat limited. While the essentials were there, the selection didn’t quite match up to what you might expect from a more extensive buffet. This could be a bit of a letdown for those who enjoy a wide array of options. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and it’s a solid choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly meal without being too picky about variety. I also had the chance to try out The Romantic's HOTPOT Garden. Similar to the Korean buffet, it offered great value for the price. The setting was cozy, and the service was decent. However, much like the buffet, the variety of ingredients was lacking. If you’re someone who loves a diverse selection in your hotpot, you might find this place a bit underwhelming. On the flip side, if you’re just looking for a hearty meal without breaking the bank, it’s definitely worth a visit. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, even if it doesn't quite hit the mark in terms of variety.
Ryan K — Google review
I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, as I believe in the importance of constructive feedback. Unfortunately, I found the service lacking in professionalism during my visit. One staff member was chewing while handling our bill, which felt disrespectful and detracted from the overall dining atmosphere. Additionally, I noticed that the servers were quite noisy while bussing tables, which disrupted the experience. I have always enjoyed dining at your establishment and hope this feedback helps enhance the experience for future guests.
Susan A — Google review
I like their seaweed soup. Servers are quite nice. The place is neat even the comfort room is neat. We came here at 8pm so the food selection is lesser. I would say that there is a better buffet than this place. For the price of 1k it is okay but there is a better buffet for this prize range.
Mel G — Google review
Located in the heart of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), the romantic Korean buffet offers a cozy ambiance ideal for couples seeking a relaxed dining experience. The interior décor is tastefully done, with soft lighting and comfortable seating arrangements that create a pleasant atmosphere. In terms of food variety, the buffet offers a decent selection of Korean dishes. Highlights include a variety of grilled meats, traditional Korean stews, and a selection of banchan (side dishes). The quality of food is generally good, with flavors that cater well to those familiar with Korean cuisine. Service-wise, while the staff is attentive and courteous, there were occasional delays in replenishing dishes and clearing tables during peak hours, which could be improved for a smoother dining experience. As for pricing, the buffet is moderately priced considering its location in BGC, making it a reasonable choice for a romantic dinner outing. However, reservations are recommended, especially on weekends, as the restaurant tends to get busy. Overall, the romantic Korean buffet in BGC provides a pleasant dining experience with a good selection of Korean dishes in a cozy setting. While there are areas that could be improved, such as service efficiency during peak times, it remains a viable option for couples looking to enjoy Korean cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent dining experience at Romantic Baboy was truly disappointing. The first thing I noticed was that the table and glasses were dirty. What really upset me was seeing one of the staff use the same rag for wiping down surfaces, pots, and then the glasses they served us. The glasses smells like dirty rags too. The water canisters were also unclean, which raised more concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Food was just average, and to top it off- we all went home with stomachaches. Romantic? NOT AT ALL. Baboy? YES!!!! 🐷
Ann P — Google review
It's ok to pay for more but the quality is the same from their opening rates. Now it feels more like a buffet with extra grill and hotpot. Cooked foods on buffet are ok nothing special. One server keeps asking why we are not using the hotpot, that's because the selection in the hotpot are not enticing. You can also feel that they are hiding and keeping the fast moving food (sashimi, beef) there were four of us and we only got 4 beef for the rest of our stay. There's also no label on their to-grill selections. Also no more unli alcohol (again for the rates you expect that to remain). We also did not understand why one server keeps telling us to remind them that we ordered an ala carte drink when we call for the bill (isn't that suppose to be their job to list the orders?). One thing that is above good is the carving station and I guess the ice cream (but limited flavors). Overall 3 star rating is still generous from our experience.

Italian restaurant
Nestled in an unexpected location—a gas station along EDSA—Va Bene Pasta Deli has become a culinary gem that showcases the beauty of authentic Italian cuisine. Since its debut in 2011, this charming eatery has captivated food lovers with its commitment to fresh, handmade pasta crafted by Michelin-trained chef Massimo Veronesi.
This is the best value authentic Italian restaurant in Metro Manila. A real hidden gem on the 2nd floor of a gas station. When they first opened, it was almost impossible to get a table so on a cold rainy day, my friend walked from Magallanes to meet at UCC. I felt so sorry for him, I decided to upgrade the experience. We were both blown away by the lasagna with fresh made pasta sheets and a very fine ground meat sauce. No excess flavoring but letting the quality and freshness of the ingredients do the talking. The Polenta and beef cheeks were melt in your mouth tender and again not over seasoned. The panna cotta with honey was next level. We'll definitely be back and my buddy would walk 2km through the rain to get there again.

We went to try because of the 2frenchinmanila from instagram ordered their Burrata Salad, Prosciutto Pizza, and O. Eggs Tagliatelle Mushroom and they are just so so nothing special and kind of expensive
Anica C — Google review
Food was okay. Ordered the octopus salad, bruschetta prosciutto, and truffle tagliatelle. Octopus salad was a bit on the salty and acidic side; would've benefitted from a different cheese (preferably a bland wet cheese like buratta). The octopus slices' texture was giving frozen and thawed. Wouldn't order again but good to try at least once. Bruschetta was perfectly toasted, but the prosciutto was so scrimped on with measly slices, not worth it at all. Pasta was good as expected, perfectly cooked with some chew. Would order again. We arrived 40 min. before closing with the whole restaurant empty, but the servers were still accommodating and kind albeit a bit unnervingly distant. I'd return but I hope they reformulate their dishes.
Frumpy T — Google review
My favorite Italian restaurant. This is a place where you are welcome to bring up to five bottles of your own wine. The restaurant has a good reputation for its regular dishes, which have remained faithful to the flavors of the restaurant since its opening, despite its humble location. The freshness of the young waiter is also a nice touch! Doesn’t accept any cards. Cash or GCash.
Yasuo T — Google review
Food was surprisingly good! We would come back here for the food. It is relatively expensive considering its ambiance and interiors... but will still come back because food was good! Location is easy to access since its within EDSA. Went on a saturday during lunch time. We were the only customers. This restaurant is definitely underrated.
Kailin S — Google review
You go here for the food and not to have a fancy atmospheric dinner. It's located in a gas station but the food quality is same with pricy restaurants. They have fresh pasta and I also recommend ordering from the specials menu (they have it posted next to the counter)The food price ranges from 400-700 per meal. They mostly have pastas on their menu and a couple of chicken and veals. I recommend getting their Veal Cheeks Ravioli. It has rich creamy taste and perfect al dente cooked raviolis. Their mushroom soup has deep flavors accented with the truffle oil I just wish it was served with bread sticks as it feels too much on its own. We also had Chicken Milanese which was okay, i wanted more cheese and tomato on top. There were few edges that taste a little burnt. I didn't like the texture of the Gnocchi, it's a little too chewy for my personal liking and I feel like it was less potato-y in terms of flavor than what I expected.
Robi G — Google review
I saw a vlog/tiktok about it and got curious. So I chose to meet a friend in Va Vene. So glad I did! Their food was good and the MRT ride and the walk across EDSA was worth it! Will I recommend it to friends and family? Y E S!!!
Monina C — Google review
Chef Massimo's freshly made pasta, beef cheeks, salads, and antipasti are always superb. Get the organic eggs tagliatelle, it's always good. Minus the pizza, you will remember the old Mi Piace (if you close your eyes, that is). The interiors are awful and cheap and make a poor ambience, especially considering the price you pay. Also, while the pasta is always good, the mains and desserts are hit or miss, especially when Chef Massimo is not in the kitchen (he's more often at the Central Square branch where they have pizza but the ambience is also poor unfortunately). Once the profiteroles were stale and the coffee reeked of cockroach. We advised the waitstaff to clean the espresso machine regularly. They apologized and took the advice well - they have good service so one must give them that. The Chef's wife, Carolyn, is a joy to deal with for catering and special menus. Try them for your next small event.
