Ulu Garden is a versatile venue located in the heart of Uluwatu, offering a variety of experiences throughout the day. The tropical garden provides a serene setting for daytime relaxation and transforms into a lively space with live music at night. Families can enjoy the kids' corner while savoring dishes made from local seasonal ingredients. We had an excellent lunch at the restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed — the staff was attentive, helpful, and genuinely friendly.
The presentation of the dishes was outstanding, truly impressive. We ordered two drinks, one starter, two main courses, a dessert, and a coffee — everything was well-prepared, served in generous portions, and full of flavor.
The setting was clean, pleasant, and relaxing, with a calm tropical atmosphere that made the whole experience even better.
The total cost was IDR 776,820, which we felt was very fair given the quality of the food, service, and ambiance.
Without a doubt, it was one of the best lunches we’ve had in Bali. Highly recommended!

Ulu Garden quickly became one of my favorite spots during my entire Bali trip for so many reasons
The interiors are authentic and beautifully designed creating a positive and relaxing atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. The service is attentive, and their menu offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
We tried quite a few items
Snapper, Tuna Bowl, Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Nasi Goreng, and Vietnamese Rolls.
Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared with different sauces complementing the flavors perfectly. The Snapper was my absolute favorite we wiped the plate clean
I’d definitely return to Ulu Garden whenever I’m in Uluwatu to try even more from their menu. Highly recommended!
What a lovely experience! We visited Ulu Garden on a night with live music and traditional Balinese dance, which truly made the evening special. The atmosphere is amazing – the place has a real jungle vibe, with lush greenery, soft lighting, and a calm, laid-back energy.
The food was very tasty – fresh and full of flavor. We just wished there was a little more of it, because it was so good we could have easily eaten more. We also enjoyed a Pinot Noir produced locally in Bali, which really surprised us – a delicious wine that paired perfectly with the meal.
The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of both the food and the setting.
Overall, this is a beautiful spot that we can truly recommend. We’d love to come back!
Everything from the atmosphere to the food & staff is amazing here. They have my favorite matcha latte, and their food is also fresh and full of flavor. Their breakfast items are all amazing and look forward to coming back for dinner. Side note if you come here early enough you can usually catch the monkeys hanging out, which was fun to see.

The chicken teriyaki was tremendously delicious, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Beyond the food, the location is truly beautiful, a bit hidden, which makes it feel like a secret gem. I love the layout across two floors, giving it a unique and cozy atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, and there was even live music during our visit, which added a lovely touch.
It's also a great spot for families, as they have a small playground area on the lower floor, perfect for keeping little ones entertained.
Dinner at Ulu Garden was honestly next level divine, hands down my favourite meal in Uluwatu.
We started with the Vegetables lumpia and Martabak moringa. Both were fresh and punchy, with vibrant sambals and that spiced coconut and ginger balance that really stood out.
For mains we had the Lemony tuna and the Roasted chicken. The tuna was beautifully cooked and lifted by green papaya that gave a bright, almost pickled-cabbage kind of tang, with roasted sweet potato, baby corn, and a creamy kemangi sauce. The chicken was juicy and full of flavour, served with urapan moringa, yellow rice, and sambal hijau. The sauces were to die for. It felt like the perfect way to experience elevated Indonesian food, authentic flavours but refined and creative.
We finished with two traditional Balinese desserts, the Dadar gulung (pandan crepes with coconut and palm sugar) and the Klepon bath (soft pandan coconut balls that burst with sweet coconut inside). The klepon were out of this world, like tropical mochi, and absolutely addictive.
The service was just as good as the food. Our waiter, Dika, was wonderful, confident in helping us choose, warm in his approach, and made the whole experience seamless. The meal was faultless from start to finish.
The setting tied it all together. Even with rain, the lush garden felt magical. A live band played, there was cultural dancing, and the artwork inside, especially the bold tiger mural, added so much character. Warm, atmospheric, and just a joy to be in.
If you’re looking for something beyond the usual warung fare, Ulu Garden is a must. Elevated Indonesian flavours, unforgettable atmosphere, and service that makes you feel truly looked after.
We got the grilled chicken salad and it was super tasty and fresh. The pineapple smoothie was so good. I had been having trouble finding good juices in Bali and this one was nicely prepared. The environment was chill and comfortable for a meal.
Good atmosphere overall. We really enjoyed the live music it added a nice touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was great. On the downside, the prices were higher than we expected, and the food wasn’t that good, at least in our experience. Still, the vibe and service made it a pleasant place to spend some time.

I had another wonderful experience at Sunday’s Beach Club in Ungasan. From the moment I arrived, Nadya (Guest Experience and Projects Manager) made me feel so welcome — she was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and ensured everything was perfect. The rest of the team were all so amazing!!!
The food, as always, was excellent. I enjoyed the miso salmon over sushi rice and the coconut, shrimp, and papaya salad — both dishes were absolutely delicious, fresh, and consistent with the high standard I’ve come to love at Sunday’s.
The beach itself is pristine, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and every member of the team is friendly and attentive. I’ve visited several times now, and each visit has been memorable, but this one truly stood out. I can’t wait to go back!
We loved Sundays. We booked a cabana for the day and ended up back at the hotel for the spa the next. Sundays food was good. Pizza oven at the beach, sushi was good too. Drinks were hit or miss, but the frozen margarita was good and enjoyed their iced teas. For an American, the snorkeling was great! They actually had quite a lot of fish around there. We wish we had done a second day here. The bean bag area was also lovely. Service was great!
My friends and I rented a cabana for the day (which had a private toilet and shower) and had the most incredible time. The staff was amazing, the food was phenomenal, and the beach was stunning. We spent probably 12 hours there and it was the perfect ending to our trip to Bali! Highly recommend!
Great spot to spend a day.. entrance fees is on the higher side. It would have been nice if we received the dining credit for the entire value.. it would make it worthwhile…
Hostess team at the reception needs to be efficient specially when there are several groups lined up.

Sundays Beach Club is just stunning. The club blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings to provide the perfect beach paradise. The sand meets turquoise blue waves rolling with the tide. Such a relaxing experience made unforgettable with the amazing team offering delicious food, drinks and service.
Sunday Beach Club in Uluwatu is such a beautiful place to spend the day. The beach is very nice with clear water and soft sand, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The service is also very nice, the staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. The food is superb, everything we tried was delicious and worth it, and it was served very fast too. I highly recommend trying the Portuguese chicken in their loaded fries because it’s so flavorful and tasty.
One of the most beautiful beach clubs I’ve ever been to. The staff were so attentive especially Ari. My husband and I spent the whole day here and did not want to leave. Highly recommend everyone coming to Uluwatu to come to Sundays.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club by iNi Vie Hospitality is a polished beachfront restaurant in Bali that offers an eclectic global menu, a pool, and cocktails. The place provides an amazing experience with delicious food like the 'double trouble pasta' and friendly service. It's recommended to visit in the afternoon for a cozy ambiance and it's also kid-friendly. Booking a lagoon day bed for sunset views is advised as it offers one of the best sunset experiences in Bali.
Great place, we ended up here by accident watching the sea. The club has a nice atmosphere, the service is friendly and helpful (greetings Agus!). The drinks were tasty, the salad is nice, there is a comfortable bathroom to take a shower after sunbathing. A nice place to spend a few hours in the sun by the pool.
At the entrance you give away drinks and towels to deposit but towels can be rented in club for 50 thousand.

Went there for an event,visiting from U.S for a carnival experience by Ethan.
Place exquisitely designed and architectural bamboo structures into buildings.Toilets wierdly designed,for male and female use.
Design of pools and beach front is marvelous.

I spent the whole day at Tropical Temptation and absolutely loved it! The place is stunning — amazing ocean views, great music all day, and such a fun, vibrant vibe. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the food and cocktails were delicious (definitely try the sushi and signature drinks!). It’s the perfect spot to relax, swim, dance, and enjoy the Bali energy. I’d 100% come back one of the best beach clubs I’ve been to!
I went last week for a day (from 2pm to 7.30pm) at Tropical Temptation (got a great deal off Klook). We are in our 50's and we had a great time. We liked the music, LOVED the food, it was so tasty! We were not expecting such high quality food, and also amazing cocktails. We got a large day bed which included towels and as part of our Klook deal we got a credit to spend on food & drink. So we thought it was incredibly great value for money. Right on the beach, you can hear and see the waves from where we were, we selected a slightly shaded spot as it was a super hot day, enjoyed the sunset and there was a woman who played the electric violin that was a very memorable experience for us. We even got a complimentary cocktail at one point, friendly, accommodating staff, nice toilets and access to the beach. We booked with Klook but it was valid from the next day, a quick WhatsApp to Tropical Temptation and we had booked for the same day - great service. We did spend over the food & drink credit but still felt it was good value for the amount of drinks and food we had with a day bed, pool & beach access.
Things to note: We took Gojek comfort rides down - there is a booth on the entrance road where we had to pay a local fee to get down to the beach where Tropical Temptation is - which was 18,000 IDR each, so have some cash ready for that! Also when we left Gojek were not allowed to come pick us up at the Beach Club, so we had to pay 20k each for a local to take us back up the hill. There were plenty of Gojek rides waiting there. You can't take in any food or drink with you (not even your water bottle) so make sure you leave all that behind.
Spending time at the Tropical Temptation. Good vibes, DJ playing awesome mixes and excellent service from Agus and team. Plenty of food options and drinks!!! The party definitely happening here all day and night. Worth the trip and experience. Very generous portions for food and drinks they won’t disappoint. The crew are super friendly and encourage a fun atmosphere.
Between 10am-1pm there is no minimum spend on day beds (just walk in) - for us, who prefer a more chilled vibe this was perfect. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the setting is perfect 😍 toilets and showers were clean too which is always a bonus.
Towel rental was 50k per towel and you need to rent as cannot take own towel in.
We stayed there from 10am until 9pm and celebrated our friend’s birthday at night. It was really worth it. We really love the vibe and the staffs are accommodating. The rates are reasonable enough for a minimum spend required. Although we came here during weekdays, what more if you come on weekends! 😉
The most amazing beach club. Me and my partner had the best time. The service is incredible the staff go above and beyond. The drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is chill but also fun. Special thanks to Rahmad who was lovely and very attentive during our visit.

Bai Yun Hot Pot at The Apurva Kempinski Bali offers a Chinese dining experience inspired by Mongolian and Chinese traditions. The restaurant's name, meaning 'white cloud' in Mandarin, reflects the steam rising from the hot pot. Guests can enjoy premium meats, fresh seafood, and noodles cooked in flavorful broths right at their table. With a focus on using fresh seasonal ingredients, Bai Yun provides a decadent setting for families and groups to gather and savor this traditional meal together.
Recently enjoyed an all you can eat dim sum lunch that exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed and were incredibly attentive to our dietary needs. They were very experienced and happily swapped out ingredients to accommodate our preferences.
The food itself was fresh and absolutely delicious. You could genuinely taste the quality and freshness in every bite. The variety was impressive, and each dish was better than the dim sum I’ve had previously. The drinks were also delightful and complemented the meal perfectly.
The experience was made even more special when the chef kindly came over to greet us and asked for our feedback - a thoughtful gesture that showed how much they care about their guests.
Overall, it was one of the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Friendly and welcoming staff combined with exceptionally tasty food made it memorable. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Lunch at Bai Yun felt like a little escape inside Bali’s luxury world. The hotpot wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience, every bite felt warm, rich, and full of comfort. It’s the kind of place that reminds you food can be both elegant and soulful. I walked out smiling, full, and already planning my next visit.
We had dinner at Bai Yun Hot Pot and really enjoyed it. We ordered the premium hot pot and the roasted duck both were delicious and full of flavor. The service was attentive and the setting felt elegant, making it a great dining experience overall.

Food crafted to perfection! For lunch we decided upon Hot Pot at The Apurva Kempinski's Bai Yun.
I have had more of the street hotpot before many times, but this is the first time I have experienced this 5 star! And wow! The chefs really show off their culinary flair and style in the way teh food is presented and served. The beef strips hanging above white smoking day-ice smoke is a captivating effect. I know the choice of broth makes all the difference, and we went for the fish collagen and chicken coriander to mix it up a bit.
There was more than enough for the two of us to be completely full, and then came the dessert on top of that which we forgot about. The food presentations is hard to describe, but hopefully a few of these pics here do it justice.
Happy to tell friends and visitors about this special place, and I hope to come back again for another special occasion.
This was my first time trying hot pot and it did not disappoint. The experience was nothing less than luxurious 5 star quality. I can’t recommend this enough. Sharing the banquet while at a round table made socializing enjoyable while savouring the Collagen infused hot pot. Do not miss this opportunity on your next visit to Bali
The food was good and the place itself was amazing. However, I was disappointed with the service. I had included a note in the reservation mentioning that it was my friend’s last day, and I was hoping for a small gesture like a cake or acknowledgment but it was completely forgotten. On top of that, we ordered the Peking duck, but after 30 minutes of waiting, we were told it was sold out, only after we followed up. A great spot overall, but the service experience definitely took away from the moment.
I've been to a lot of hotpot places but this one takes the cake. Be prepared to spend. Firstly, you can sample the different broths before committing to one, but I recommend the pork or chicken broth.
We didn't get the set menu because we mainly wanted the beef. We got the Australian Short Rib and shrimp paste, which came with veggies, mushrooms and noodles. You can make your own sauce or get one of the helpful and friendly servers to help you. Everything was delicious, even the mocktails - so delicious we went back the next day.

Visitors can enjoy daybeds without any minimum order or consumption requirement.
Visited Reef Beach Club several times during our stay for drinks, lunch, and dinner, and each experience was fantastic. The vibe is relaxed and beachy, with stunning ocean views. They offer a variety of seating options - indoor, outdoor, cabanas by the pool, and beachfront seating, so there’s something for every mood.
The food was delicious. The place is busy enough to feel lively but never so crowded that you have to wait long for your order. Sitting outside is especially enjoyable, with a nice breeze and the soothing sound of waves.
We also enjoyed the day beds and the shallow pool in the afternoon - perfect for paddling and relaxing. Live music in the evening adds a wonderful touch to the dining experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and Eka took great care of us throughout our visits.
The charcoal BBQ dinner was a highlight, along with many other tasty dishes on the menu. Reef Beach Club is definitely worth a visit, and we’ll be coming back on our next trip!

If I could guve this more stars, I would. The "tomato toast" was one of the best things I have ever eaten, honestly. I had a club sandwich and he had a pizza, both amazing. Cocktails were delicious, service incredible and then we lazed by the pool and beach. This resort looks absolutely phenomenal and well worth the hefty price tag.

If you’re visiting Bali and staying at The Apurva Kempinski, Reef Beach Club is an absolute must. We had the most relaxing and memorable evening here. The oceanfront view is stunning picture-perfect, with the sound of waves in the background and a soft sea breeze brushing through the open-air seating. The outdoor setup is beautifully done, creating that perfect beach-chic vibe that feels both elevated and laid back.
The live music was the cherry on top smooth acoustic vocals that added just the right ambiance without overpowering the moment. It really set the tone for a relaxing evening under the stars.
Now let’s talk food and service both were exceptional. The menu had a great variety, with something for everyone, and everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. But what truly made the experience special was our server, Santi. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly taken care of from start to finish. Her recommendations were spot on, and her genuine smile made the night even more memorable.
Reef Beach Club isn’t just a restaurant it’s an experience. Come for the view, stay for the vibe, and leave dreaming about your next visit.

The food were nice. The ambiance was great, windy and relaxing.
The complimentary snack was a plus!
But the downside was it's overpriced. I guessed it's because its location; by the private beach and inside The Apurva Kempinski, Bali.

Came here to meet a client and ended up loving the vibe! Super chill and beautiful beachfront spot. The service was great, and the food was solid too. Wifi was a bit slow for work stuff, but honestly, the atmosphere made up for it. Would totally come back—perfect for mixing business with a bit of beachy pleasure.

Me and my friend had an amazing experience here, service was excellent and welcoming, great atmosphere, you can see they thought about every detail of the place.
Talking about food, UNREAL. So much flavour it got us speechless, the beef carpaccio is something you have to try, I’m so glad we did it.
We both got the crispy chicken breast and some sides to share and everything was perfect.

Overall, the service was excellent, and the food was good, though it didn't quite live up to the "fancy" projection. While there were some misses, a few dishes were truly delicious and made the meal worthwhile.
The crispy pork was the highlight of the night very tasty and cooked perfectly. The gnocchi were also a solid choice and well-prepared.
The ravioli was the biggest disappointment. It was a single, large piece that lacked flavor and resembled a cannelloni more than a traditional ravioli. I think it would be better if it were made into smaller pieces; that would allow it to absorb more of the sauce and have a richer flavor.
The bone marrow was just okay. It's a dish you could probably skip.
The dining experience was a bit unusual, as the restaurant had a bikini and swimwear store inside. We found this to be an eyesore that detracted from the "fancy" atmosphere they were trying to create. It seems out of place and would be better suited near the cafe or pool area.
Despite a few stumbles with the food and the odd decor, the great service and a couple of delicious dishes made this a good experience.
Quite enjoy the atmosphere here. The service is good. We had their brisket & brown butter squid, also had the lemon meringue pie for dessert.
The brisket were very good, love the smoky aroma and the texture are perfect. Didn’t quite enjoy the squid though, still have a bit of fishy smell and they didn’t clean the squid enough (found some squid cartilage & accidentally chewed some squid eyeballs & the hard mouth).
The lemon meringue had a very thick crust, so didn’t quite taste the lemon curd and for me the overall dessert were overly sweet.
Had an amazing dinner here tonight! The ribeye was juicy and full of that rich wood-grill flavor, and the lobster was super fresh and tender.
Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. The cozy vibe and friendly service made the experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be recommending to my friends!

Absolutely loved our visit to Karma beach club. We had a bit of hassle with our beach clubs booking last minute but no issues at all with Karma. We found it a lot cheaper than the other but just as luxurious, with most of our money being able to be put back towards F&B. The elevator wasn’t working at the time but they had a free shuttle bus down to the beach with some steps which were easily managed. Food was delicious as were the cocktails. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best beach club in Uluwatu/Bali!
We went to White Rock and also Sunday’s (both are right next to Karma) and this had the best ambiance.
It’s much calmer, no loud EDM playing on speakers and the crowd is a lot more chill. You truly get to relax by the beach here. It’s more of a resort kinda vibe and not so much a “club”. You can also get snorkeling gear, SUPs and kayaks.
The staff was phenomenal and the food was amazing. Service was quick too.

I found this beach club to be significantly overpriced (IDR 850k per person, redeemable for food and drinks). Unfortunately, the quality of the food was very poor, making it difficult to even use up the credit, which felt like a waste of money.
We also decided to stay for the BBQ, which turned out to be both a waste of time and money. The lobster we ordered lacked flavor and was overcooked/burnt, and to our surprise, the waiter informed us since we have ordered just one portion (that costs the most from the menu) of lobster that only one person could eat since the side dishes (if you order one main dish) were offered on an “all-you-can-eat” basis. In the end, only one of us ate, as the side dishes were inedible and the lobster itself was disappointing. I would suggest to avoid this place but as the sun goes down very early and especially that there are more beach clubs nearby Melasti beach that are way more beautiful.

I had an absolutely delicious meal at Kat’s Kitchen! The yellow Thai curry with pork and potato was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too spicy, with tender pork and soft potatoes soaking up the aromatic sauce.
But the highlight of my meal was definitely the sticky rice with mango and coconut cream. It was totally amazing—the mango was fresh and sweet, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the coconut cream added just the right touch of indulgence. A perfect end to a great meal!

Wa...Wa...Wa...my go-to spot for authentic Thai cuisine in Bali. They have another outlet in Jimbaran but I like this one more. Taste-wise, the Pad Thai Kai is pretty authentic just like in Siam. They've nailed that one. You'd be forgiven for thinking you're not in Thailand.
Kat’s Kitchen is an absolute hidden gem! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The restaurant has a beautiful, idyllic setting, surrounded by palm trees and stunning Kapit garlands, which gives it a truly special atmosphere. While the menu includes a lot of meat-based dishes, almost everything can easily be made vegan – which really impressed us!
We felt completely at ease and will definitely come back.

Set high on the cliffside, Di Mare offers a stunning blend of luxury, tranquillity, and breathtaking ocean views. The ambience is refined yet relaxed, making it perfect for a romantic evening or a special occasion. The resort’s private beach, accessible via a scenic inclinator ride, adds another layer of exclusivity and natural beauty to the overall experience — but it’s the restaurant itself that truly blew us away.
From the moment we were seated, the service was flawless. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. A very special shout-out to Dirta, who looked after us throughout the evening — his kindness, attentiveness, and warm energy truly made us feel celebrated and cared for. He made an already exceptional experience feel even more personal and memorable.
The food was absolutely outstanding — every dish was crafted with precision, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. The burger (standout winner at a culinary challenge), - i could have this one burger and walk away happy.
At one other point, we had a question about a particular dish, and to our delight, the chef personally came to our table to explain the inspiration, ingredients, and how it was prepared. That level of interaction and care is something we rarely experience, even in the most high-end restaurants.
And then came the moment that completely floored us: we casually asked if it was possible to move to a table with a slightly better view. Not only was our request handled immediately, but to our amazement, the manager had the crew remove all the glass windows around the dining area to give us a fully unobstructed, panoramic view of the ocean and private beach below. That is the kind of service that is simply on another level.
The combination of spectacular views, world-class food, heartfelt service, and thoughtful touches made this an evening we’ll never forget.
If you’re visiting Bali and want more than just a great meal — if you want an experience that’s luxurious, personal, and completely unforgettable — Di Mare at Karma Kandara is an absolute must.

Upon arrival, he welcomed us to a stunning corner table. Noticing I was having trouble capturing a photo due to the tempered glass, he thoughtfully arranged for it to be removed—just so we could enjoy an unobstructed view of the breathtaking beach below.

We had dinner at Di Mare two nights ago and ordered the seafood pasta, tuna, and chicken with mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the food was not clean, especially the tuna, which seemed poorly handled. That same night I already felt bloated, and the next day I experienced severe vomiting. Even after taking stomach medicine, I’ve been unwell for two days straight.
This food poisoning ruined the rest of my travel plans — I had no energy to do sports activities and couldn’t enjoy other nice restaurants I had planned. For a restaurant at this price point, the food quality is simply unacceptable. Perhaps this also explains why Di Mare is not very popular in Uluwatu. I would not recommend this place — there are plenty of much better options in the area.

I loved the wide open view of the ocean! The water below the beach club was crystal clear and beautifully clean. The music matched the atmosphere perfectly, and both the food and drinks were excellent. All the staff were kind, attentive, and made me feel very welcome.
If you visit White Rock Beach Club, I highly recommend booking the Lagoon Bed. It has direct pool access, so you can easily swim and enjoy the view at the same time. I had such a wonderful and relaxing time here, and I’d definitely love to come back again. 🌴✨
We had a great time at White Rock Beach Bar in Uluwatu! The service was absolutely amazing – especially our waiter Willy, but the whole team was super friendly and attentive. We had a lounge with direct pool access, which was just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. The drinks were excellent, really well made and refreshing.
The only thing that could be improved a bit was the food, which was okay but didn’t quite match the high standard of everything else.
The sunset view was simply breathtaking though – the perfect way to end the day. 🌅

The place is absolutely amazing, especially the view — a stunning combination of ocean and mountain right from the pool. It’s a perfect spot for families.
The food was excellent across the board. The fish and chips were crispy on the outside, soft and fresh on the inside. The sushi was delicious, and the tacos were just as good.

Had one of our favorite afternoons here! White rock beach club was a beautiful and picturesque venue. There was a beach club area with infinity pools, a restaurant, and a huge DJ stage / dance floor. Venue was clean, staff was super friendly and nice, and food was surprisingly delicious! (I always have low standards for beach clubs as they often focus on the beach / pool / alcohol more than food)
We actually meant to just go to the restaurant but they upgraded us to a day bed which was so fab! Willy our server was also a highlight, super sweet, helpful and always made sure we were taken care of (without being overbearing)
There was a DJ and electronic music playing but it was fun vibes and more beach chill.
Direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in ulu (melasti) was also cool!

Pizzeria Italia II is a delightful gem for pizza lovers, offering an array of mouthwatering options that can be conveniently delivered right to your hotel or villa through the Gojek app. Their menu features standout dishes like Ravioli Ai Funghi, which boasts perfectly cooked pasta and a generous mushroom topping, and Spaghetti ala Carbonara that combines egg, bacon, onion, and parmesan in a delicious harmony.
We’ve never actually dined in at PIZZERIA ITALIA II, but we regularly order delivery through WhatsApp, and it’s always a great experience! The delivery is surprisingly fast, and the pizza quality is excellent.
The dough is soft and never burnt, and the flavors are on point. They also have a wide menu, including various pasta dishes for those craving something different.
One time, our pizza arrived slightly messed up in the box, but given the strong wind and rain that day, it was likely the courier’s struggle rather than the restaurant’s fault. Since the taste was still incredible, we can easily forgive that one-off mishap.
If you’re looking for delicious pizza on Bali, this is the place to order from!

Sorry to say it is a real scam : pizzas we have ordered directly moved to the bin , the paste was impossible to eat “ chewing gum”, ingredients ordered were very poor and almost not there ( anchovy , ham , etc….) we have texted them to get explanations, simply no answer ; conclusion : they just cheated on us at high price level , unacceptable; the only advice : leave it away !
To answer your remarks, we have tried to retrieve the paste to "save" what we could save from your pizzas but yes, we had to move these to the bin ( we are not lying as you are implying...) ; as i said , the few ingredients were really poor quality ; the "chewing-gum " paste was not due to delivery delay ; just to be clear, we have been living in Bali for several years and this is not the first time we have ordered pizzas and then what you delivered has nothing to do either with the "peak season excuse " which has not started yet.

Such a lovely place! We came here for brunch, and I must say Chocolate Punch pancakes were delicious and Smoked Marlin Eggs Benny was truly exceptional! I’ve ordered a double espresso and coffee was great too. The hummus appetizer was a bit too garlicky for us but otherwise delicious. The pumpkin soup was fantastic too - very creamy and sweet.
The mushroom risotto was spot on and tasted like an authentic one from Italy. The portion size was great too.
The only minor qualm was the lack of napkins on the tables, but overall a very pleasant experience.

WOW, sooooo Ono (delicious in Hawaiian) so being from Hawaii I had to give this spot a try just cause of the name. I was blown away from the quality of the food, it was absolutely delicious. I had the beef carpaccio with truffle for starter, the beef melts in your mouth and the truffle cream complimented it so well along with the rocket to give it that peppery earthy taste. For my main I had the Parmesan truffle cream pasta pappadelle which was made with homemade pasta and truffle cream was to die for, perfect proportion size not to small not too big.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect good chill music nice and breezy for those hot Bali days and devour was spot on.
Service was definitely a 10+ very attentive without being over bearing very friendly and always smiling.
Soooooo if your looking for Devine mouthwatering dishes look no further then here.
On a side note prices were very very reasonable too, just top notch in every way.

What a gem! Beef carpaccio is world class, must order. Pumpkin soup is next level. Pizzas superb too. Get the table side Bintang Bucket as well. Avoid the Philly Cheesesteak, it was terrible and should be removed from the menu. Dry meat, hard bread and more like an old kebab than a US style sandwich - very out of character for this place. It’s super chill here and service top notch, we visited a few times on our trip.

Great place! The food we chose was mostly excellent or good. Bread basket ✅️. Salmon ✅️. Salad ✅️Oysters at 200k for 12 in a place of this standing is quite exceptional. They go a long way to make your evening special with little "extras"...haze when serving the oysters, free non-alcohilic shots at the end. There is exceptional attention to detail and attentiveness from the staff. For my taste, a good choice of ambiance music (lounge music, when we were there). My only small gripes - not enough to put me off at all - are that one server "hovered" by our table. I put my fork down when finished and whoooosh - my plate was immediately whisked away! The beef tartare was not quite as I am used to and how I prefer it - no capers, not spicy (no Tobasco) ...Also, for us, the sofa chairs are too low for the table-top. Parking for maybe 5 cars is ok, but no valet parking if full. All small things, as I say, but delighted to have found such a wonderful place.
Worth the visit, this restaurant is very premium and comfortable with the best service you can imagine. The staff are very polite making you feel very welcomed.

I didn’t know this restaurant belonged to the Marriott Bonvoy group’s Renaissance Resort. In the first place, the ambiance was completely wonderful, and the beer was served in an ice-cold glass, so that was really refreshing. Each of the dishes we ordered was really flavorful. What I found most impressive was that they came to the table with a customary Indonesian mortar and pestle to freshly grind the sambal there , that was quite impressive.
The customer service at the restaurant was spectacular everyone there was amazing. There was also a special fire dance performance for all the guests, which was really cool. But my favorite part was a waiter named Janu such a good guy, kind and professional. He genuinely cared about my experience and made sure everything was perfect.

Stayed at the Renaissance, and Double Ikat is housed there, so was an easy choice to grab some Indonesian food. However, the flavours are all sublime, and certainly worth the additional premium spent on local fare. Service too was impeccable. We were hosted well by Dian and Triani who did their best to ensure we were well taken care of. They even make sambal right at your table, and each dish was a delight. Will certainly be back when we visit Bali again.

The Indonesian restaurant Warung In Salt Restaurant Bar is a great place to eat if you want to try some of the country's delicious food. The menu has lots of different dishes, and the service is excellent. It's also worth mentioning that the music in the restaurant is good, making it a perfect place to relax before going on to explore Balangan Beach. Although the prices are a bit high, they're definitely worth it!
Great place to go for a cold beer after a long day surfing. Cocktails are great & excellently priced!
The food is a mixture of Indonesian & Western & again is very well priced & delicious. I can recommend the Thai fish cakes as starter. For mains The coconut curry, Gado Gado, Mie Goreng or Fish burger.

Just meeting a friend in the area for a quick drink this place is pretty impressive for a local warung on a stony hill. The car park feels so cool with the big trees surrounding, it's very relaxing on a sunny hot day. The drinks were refreshing, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The toilet was very artistically design, what a lovely detailed for such a small place. Would like to go back and trying the cakes which looked pretty attractive.

One of new places way to Balangan beach. Just in the middle of nowhere :-) The place is simple, but good organized, it is pleasant, how they worked with the big trees on the land, sensitively make it part of warung. The prices are very reasonable, food is tasty and delicious, usually very quick ready, the place is not crowded now. But I feel it can change during the high season. They have indonesian and western kitchen too, mixed all, what people are usually asking for. Already try beef burger, hot dog, ayam quesadilla, nachos. All was very delicious, definitely worth it to visit this place. Staff is young, smilling, helpful, boys speak English, girl is learning :-) As bonus every Tuesday there is life music, one young man, who is probably in love with Ed Sheeren :-), but knows also another songs.

Wild Flour Bali is a cozy and relaxing restaurant with a great selection of wines. The ambiance provides an escape from the bustle of town, and the handmade pasta is delicious. The open kitchen allows you to watch the chefs at work, adding to the overall experience. The staff are friendly and attentive, making for a comfortable dining atmosphere.
Everything was 10/10! Food was wonderful, wine is delicious and all reasonably priced, the waiters are really lovely and the decor is beautiful. We were really impressed with the service. We have already been twice and can’t wait to go back again! Definitely make the trip to this wonderful restaurant, you will not regret it.

The portions are perfect and you always leave full and satisfied and most importantly you feel healthy. Me and my friend really love this place it’s just too good not to go everyday. Prices are so so cheap for the quality it is.

The food was tasteless for me, the Thai beef salad was dry I couldn't even find the dressing. The beef was so dry. Gado gado is average. The chicken green curry is too liquid, and the eggplant is just a few slices in it with so much Chinese cabbage. Maybe we chose the wrong menu here. I reckon the owner needs to fix it or don't put it in the menu. Just stick with the Indonesian food if you think that's the best in the restaurant. The coffee doesn't taste like coffee more like water than coffee better coffee in the convenience store.
We ordered pho, tom yum, and chicken kwetiau. We really loved the tom yum — especially when you eat with rice. My boyfriend has tried tom yum in Thailand before, but he actually prefers the one at this warung because it’s made with coconut milk and has a touch of Indonesian spices
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warmest, friendliest staff. On our very first visit, we told the waiter we wanted to try something local, and he guided us to fried rice, noodles, and a selection of appetizers. That first bite was enough to convince us this wouldn’t be our last time here.
Today, we came back for Tom Yum Goong and Selmo Soup Seafood— and once again, every flavor was spot on. Fresh, fragrant, and absolutely delicious. To make it even better, there was a guy singing live, filling the room with music and creating such a cozy, joyful atmosphere.
This place isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a little corner of happiness we’ll keep returning to.

Totally inedible food. The waiter asked about the degree of grilling the tuna steak. We asked about rare and medium rare tuna steaks. In fact, we got medium well and well done. They destroyed our steaks and it was very disappointing.
Also we got chicken dumplings. Tasted like paper. I think they bought ready dumplings in the supermarket.

Clay Craft is my absolute favorite dining establishment. I have enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner here multiple times during my delightful stay at The Renaissance Resort & Spa. What impressed me the most was the exceptional performance of the entire staff, considering that this resort just celebrated its One Year Anniversary. Usually, it takes time to perfect service, but they seem to have nailed it right away. Congratulations to the management!
During our stay at Renaissance Uluwatu Hotel, we had the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant. The experience was delightful, with excellent and prompt service from the staff.
We ordered fresh young coconut, which was refreshing and delicious. The meals served were well-suited to our taste. We particularly enjoyed lunch at the restaurant, where every dish we ordered met our expectations.
The highlight of our meal was the steak — cooked to the perfect doneness as requested. The meat was tender and flavorful, making it one of the best dishes we tried.
Overall, the dining experience was pleasant, and we would highly recommend it to other visitors.

Had a lovely 3 course dinner as part of our stay package at renaissance uluwatu.
The starters and mains were pretty decent. The dessert though, was quite amazing.
Daily breakfast here was okay. But must say that the baked bread and cakes were quite good.
I ordered:
-Babi Bali Asli (IDR 330K) Meat was too oily since it was cooked in Bumbu Rajang (authentic Balinese food spices). Portion was huge for 1 person. Served with side dish: grilled corn, morning glory, potato wedges) with sambal matah on top of the ribs.
-Flavor tea (IDR 55K) (Passion fruit, coconut, citrus iced tea). It has a nice taste and quite refreshing.
Note that, the tax & service fee of 21% in total will be included in the bill.
During my visit, server asked my feedback about the meal, and I told her that the morning glory (side dishes) was undercooked, and she offered me to have it replaced with a new one. I accepted her offer, and got the better cooked Morning Glory.
When I would like to leave the restaurant, the staff told me that fruit platter will be given as a token of apology from Clay Craft for the undercooked morning glory, appreciate the kind gesture.
Ambience was quite nice: vibes and view of swimming pool and infinity pool bar area.
There was also a clay studio inside the restaurant dining area, where guest can have FREE clay crafting session which will be held (every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday only).
There is also an everyday clay-crafting session which cost of IDR 399K per person, besides the free session. Pre-booking session is recommended for both type of sessions.
Me and my boyfriend done the clay making class and just wow, it was amazing!! So fun and definitely worth it, we began with making our bowl and going on to paint it, then made our own cocktails which was also super fun, the class lasted around 90 minutes, worth every penny.
I stayed at the Renaissance for 4 days and had breakfast once here.
It's a very hotel-esque breakfast but credit to them on offering a diverse menu and the food tasted decent.
The atmosphere was of course great as the resort itself is nestled in the mountains of Uluwatu and it looks beautiful. You can hang close by the pool too.
Can give you a good start to the day.
Also the coffee is very commercial-esque, Beli has better options ;)
My wife and I had the most wonderful experience at Clay Craft restaurant during our stay. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there multiple times and the food, service and atmosphere was consistently excellent. Jendela Bali The Panoramic Resto is a popular dining spot located within the GWK cultural park in Ungasan. It offers a relaxed and open atmosphere with stunning views of Jimbaran bay, Udayana University, Ngurah Rai International Airport, and the Bali Mandara highway from its outdoor balcony. The restaurant serves a delectable selection of Indonesian and Asian dishes at reasonable prices.
We got the ticket entrance with the food voucher, best decision ever! Recommend the food after we walked around. The food was absolutely delicious, great price and portion size. Sitting outside with the view was top tier and our waitress was so lovely.

The food is very tasty and delicious with reasonable price. Fast serving and the staff is very responsive. Will definitely come back again, just to eat here if it is nearby.
Tip: if you drive yourself, just use the VIP parking lot instead of going down the hill with the shuttle. Yes, it costs 100k, but this fee includes desserts and drinks that you can choose (although limited). So, in the end you will only spend around 10k for parking.
We’re regulars in this reataurant, been super happy with the food, ambiance and service. To our schock, today we came to experience a big change on the menu. The beautiful menu book with photos is gone. Many of authentic balinese and local food is also removed including our favorite dessert creme brulee,such a shame..🥲
However, we’re impressed that after hearing our disappointments from the waitresses, the management approached us and was very welcome with our inputs. Such great acknowlegements👍
I recently visited this amazing restaurant in Bali with my friends and we had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious—our dishes were full of flavor and beautifully presented. We went after visiting the statues, as we had a dining voucher included. It was a pleasant experience with great views. Our waiter spoke English and was very attentive.
We ordered Indonesian dishes (duck-based) and they were absolutely delicious, (5min waiting time ) including the dessert. If you go with the local Indonesian food, you won’t be disappointed!

Despite this, the reasonable prices and the overall ambiance make it a decent option for a casual dining experience, especially if you're looking to enjoy the scenery.
I recommend this restaurant for couples or groups seeking a relaxed dining experience with beautiful views and good service. While the food is not exceptional, the ambiance and affordability make it a worthwhile option.
The vibes, food and service where amazing. On the weekend there is live music with an amazing voice. The food was absolutely incredible, I came for lunch first. I would recommend the nasi goreng with satay sauce! In the evening I came back to have dinner because I couldn't resist, this time I took mie goreng with seafood, stunning choice as well!
Just I would like to give and advice is that the setup of the seats does not make sense for me. I think there could fit more. During the day the terras is always under the sunlight, maybe they can put more umbrella, but in such way that'll not close the view. And during sunset they can remove the umbrellas. But overall always good service, super fast and fresh. It's beside the wisnu statue, so after a visit you can make your belly happy!
This is a lovely restaurant to chill at after the walk around the cultural centre, with refreshing drinks available if you’re just looking to take quick pics and continue with your day or a wide selection of food options should you be wanting to wind down your activities. They’re very accommodating in terms of allergies, and the prices are quite attractive. Good for couples, families or singles with lots of seating options.

Guests can enjoy the delicious BBQ shrimp/prawns and fresh fish, as well as a wide selection of beers.
The seafood here is super fresh and grilled to perfection. The flavors are amazing you can really taste the local spices. Staff were super friendly and the whole place has a relaxed Bali vibe. Definitely one of the best seafood spots I’ve tried around here. Will be back for sure!❤️🌊✌️

Seafood was divine. Had a 2 person platter containing Ikan Fish, squid, king prawns and clams, with a bowl of vegetables on the side along with 2 rice dishes.
Price is good and you can pay with card (3% bank charge added).
Mango juice was freshly squeezed.

Best Ikan Bakar in the area. most of the Ikan bakar on the google map were literally closed permanently. When I discovered it During our one-week stay, I returned to this place twice more. The grilled fish was always fresh and delicious. The marinade and smoke were top-notch. The side vegetable (water spinach) is to die for. I’m a picky eater who doesn’t care much about the fancy presentation, but I do care about the quality and taste of the food, and this place had it all at an unbelievable price. If you’re a fan of fish, don’t hesitate to try it.

They have a “Signature Pizza” on the menu, and it was honestly so good. I’m definitely coming back here just for the pizza. I’ve tried pizza at several places in Bali, but this one was by far the most satisfying

Great restaurant, we often had breakfast and dinner there since we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The food and drinks menu were full of various options, so we were not bored of eating the same thing, we tried a lot of different dishes. Good coffee also☺️

It's quiet, nice vibes under the arbor surrounded by vegetation (with monkeys around! But the staff prevents them from getting too close). Good value for money! Iced Caramel Latte is delicious.

Nice quiet and peaceful ambience during our visit for lunch. We ordered mushroom stuffed chicken and grilled tuna. Highly recommend both dishes. We also ordered mojito and lemongrass tea.
Prices are reasonable and well-positioned. Staff are friendly and nice. It is a great place for a late afternoon chit-chat while lounging near the pool or for an early dinner.

Nourish Cafe Wholefoods Pizzeria & Bakery in Ungasan is a spacious and popular spot for tourists, especially during breakfast. We visited Bistro Nourish Cafe in Uluwatu during our vacation in September 2025. It definitely made it onto the list of my favorite restaurants, and I would be happy to return in the future. The staff was friendly, I really appreciated the wide variety of dishes – they looked amazing and tasted even better. Another plus was the convenient and secure parking right in front of the restaurant. The interior wasn’t as luxurious and stylish, but was modern, simple and clean.
Exceptional vegan food 😋 we've been travelling around Bali for nearly a month and nothing comes close to their vegan breakfast offerings! It's way better than the other places people flock to locally just so they can post the same TikTok and Insta reels as everyone else 😄 We felt truly spoilt for choice with the epic vegan menu which even included vegan fried egg in a bun as well as vegan pancakes and vegan waffles 🧇 special kudos to the amazing waiter Dion! His vibe is so happy and made our day!

Best burger and pizza I’ve had in Bali so far. Asked for it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly, absolutely perfect. Great vibes and our server Tiara was so helpful and nice it made the experience so much more pleasant. They also have great specials so be sure to ask.

THE BEST place to eat in Bukiti! We stayed 3 days and all our meals were at NOURISH. Also, the attendant Novik and all staff were always super nice. The food is very fresh, the menu is outstanding and the options for vegan and vegetarians are abundant. It’s a must go for sure!

We wanted to try a beach club while we were in Uluwatu and stumbled upon this one on Melasti Beach - had a great time there !
Hammocks are very comfy and the pool is really nice. We had to spend 300k (for 2 people) to stay on the hammock, which was okay given the location and pool. Drinks and food were great (I tried a violet cocktail and a strawberry juice + banana fritters), staff was nice.
I would recommend going there, the beach is really beautiful as well, although when we were there, swimming in the sea was not allowed.
Come early though, we managed to get a hammock but were there at 10.15.

Direct access to Melasti beach! Perfect place to chill out and spend your day as the music isn’t too loud. All the food is well made and delicious, kudos to the chef.
i came around 2pm and it wasn’t too crowded, but most of the daybeds were already taken, maybe just one or two left. it’s better to come early, around 10am to 12pm, if you want a clear view of the beach.
the food was pretty average and priced as you’d expect at a beach club. the place is really nice in the open outdoor area, but the indoor section isn’t that impressive, just pretty basic.
they have a minimum spend and also charge for all types of seats, which i didn’t really like, so i didn’t end up eating there.
Fajita and lava cake was good although pasta was tasteless, after much salt it was alright. Pool is warmed and nice, also kid friendly. A lot of space for everybody

Just wanna write this review because I think people should know that Minoo is super family-friendly. The minimum spend for the hammocks is IDR 300K, and for the poolside beds it’s around IDR 1 million (fits 4-6 people per bed). Most places don’t usually have a minimum spend, but here it’s super chill—no loud music, the vibes are calm, and the staff are friendly. They don’t treat local tourists any differently, which is really nice.
Food and drinks are decent. There’s also a rinsing area for after you swim or play at the beach, which is a plus. My kids loved it here because they could play at the beach too!
Bonus for my Muslim friends: no pork on the menu!
One thing they could improve though: the toilet doesn’t have a water spray. Come on, this is Indonesia—why should we be using tissue only? Hopefully, they’ll fix that in the future.

The venue is rather small with very limited tables that i had to find table for my own seat.I was very confused trying to find a seat since no staff came to assist me,strangely enough,a staff member only appeared when i was about to sit on the hammock 🤐

Nice beach club. Minimum spend of 500k for 2 people to use sunbeds with towel. Would recommend if you’re bringing kids as it is very family friendly, however if you are not with kids you may find the atmosphere by the pool annoying due to kids playing, shouting and splashing. The adults-only beach club next door may be better suited for you! The food is very good, recommend the japanese fried chicken and the calamari.

We came here with a group of seven, and the man immediately and kindly made space for us. He and a lovely woman seemed to run the place and prepare the food themselves, creating a very personal and welcoming atmosphere.
Our order was quite large, as all of us — including our kids (ages 5 and 7) — absolutely love good sushi! One by one, the sushi plates came out from the kitchen, and each one was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and absolutely delicious.
The price-to-quality ratio here is outstanding. You get top-quality sushi for a very reasonable price. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back here 100%!

We really enjoyed the meal in here. We ordered the salmon avocado roll 65k (10 pcs) and the salmon skin crucy roll 48k (10 pcs). Both of them we are actually really good and gluten free. The quality-price is amazing. We have been around Kuta and all sushi places that we have been looking around they were overpriced. Also the girl was friendly with us and offer more sauce when it was over. We will come again for sure!

Actually, it’s to compare with other burger places, this is really clean and nice. Very good for the quick bite. Here you can buy the burger or a sandwich and also besides of the soft drinks, they can provide a coffee and healthy juices.
So today, I have tried the chicken burger, and I ordered the orange carrot juice.
I was very satisfied with a quality of the juice.

Amazing Burger Spot in Ungasan – BB52 🍔
I recently discovered this hidden gem in Ungasan – BB52, a small burger joint that absolutely delivers on flavor and size. Their burgers are seriously impressive! You can choose from chicken or beef options, and they’ve got great specials like double meat or even triple meat – real, hearty portions that leave you satisfied.
I came in while on a diet and ordered the Skinny Beef Burger, which comes without the bun – just fresh lettuce wrapping the juicy beef patty. I loved it! It's such a smart and healthy option if you’re watching your calories but still want to enjoy a proper burger.
They also have healthy drinks on the menu, which was a nice surprise. And for those with a bigger appetite – especially the guys – there’s definitely enough to fill you up. These burgers are no joke!
Overall, it’s a great spot to treat yourself without overdoing it. Highly recommend!
Me and my GF love BB52 ungasan!! Twice we came there and definitely we’re looking forward to go there again! The meat are juicy and the bun also good! Generally it’s perfect !! Shoutout to melly also for delivering an amazing service!
We have had dine in and takeout here, and both were great. The chicken mac burger is delicious and has been a favourite.
While there isn’t a huge amount of inside seating, the service is fast enough that you will probably get a table. Lots of options and specials too. These burgers are a bit pricey but worth every cent, with big servings and good generous ingredients.
I got the Crispy Honey Chicken - it wasn’t what I was expecting but still amazing! The waffle fries and shoe string fries were so good. My partner got the double Big Mac and finished it so fast.
Best burger I’ve had in the longest time! We ordered from them two days in a row because we absolutely loved the food. Highly recommend!

Baan Ying Thai is a delightful dining spot that offers an authentic taste of Thailand right in the heart of Bali. The restaurant boasts a unique design and an inviting atmosphere, although it can get a bit noisy due to its proximity to the street. While there are no air conditioning units and fans were off during my visit, the friendly staff more than made up for any discomfort with their warm hospitality.
We had an amazing experience at Baan Ying Thai! We ordered the Green Curry Seafood and Thai Basil Crispy Pork—both dishes were absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors and perfectly cooked.
A special shout-out to Sherin, who took our order with a warm smile and made the whole experience even better. She understood us clearly, which we really appreciated, especially after facing some communication issues at other places in Bali. Her friendly and attentive service stood out.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

Nice place but disappointing experience.
The space is very beautiful and airy, and the staff are friendly. However, the food was quite disappointing. The soup was overly salty, and the fried pork was overcooked — honestly, not tasty at all. It doesn’t really resemble authentic Taiwanese cuisine; if I didn’t know, I wouldn’t have guessed it was Taiwanese. The food was edible, but not enjoyable. I also visited the restroom — surprisingly dirty, which says a lot about the overall management. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
A tricky one to rate.
The place is nice and open, but since it’s close to the street, it can get a bit noisy. It was also really hot — no A/C and the fans were off, so I was sweating while waiting for my food. There were quite a few flies around, and although there were insect-repellent candles on the tables, none were lit.
The staff was super friendly, but the service could be better. It took a while to be noticed, and the team seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on the guests.
Now, the food — wow. I ordered two starters and the Mama Tom Yam (noodles with seafood, chicken, and mushrooms), and it was absolutely delicious. One of the best meals I’ve had in Bali.
If I were rating based on food alone, it would be 5 stars. Just needs some attention to comfort and service.

Little bit disappointed, had the half rack and ask for spicy and received 4 bones rack when its suppose to be 5/6 and not really spicy. Absolutely delicious pork ribs. We each got a full rack, and they were so succulent and fell off the bone. They also gave extra sauce, which suited me great because I love super saucy ribs. They came out in about 10 mins too! We also got a couple of sides. They don't have a huge range of sides, mostly fries, wedges, salad etc, but you're not there for the sides so I was happy with the selection. I would absolutely eat there again!

We visited this place for dinner and a game of pool. The staff was friendly, smiling, and very quick—our food arrived surprisingly fast after ordering.
Unfortunately, our visit coincided with a large birthday party, which made the place quite loud. That alone wouldn’t be an issue, but it seemed to impact the quality of the food. I had spaghetti carbonara, which were soaked, definitely not the best I’ve had in Bali. My partner had gnocchi pomodoro—the gnocchi itself was homemade and well-prepared, but the sauce was so oily that it completely overpowered any other flavors.
A bigger problem, though, was that many kids from the party were left completely unsupervised. We wanted to play pool, but the children were climbing on the table, throwing balls on the floor, and even touching a freshly made pizza at the kitchen counter before it was served to a customer. Even the waitresses looked visibly frustrated, but they likely didn’t want to say anything to the parents.
One thing I really appreciated was the owner’s presence—he personally welcomes guests and is genuinely grateful for every visitor, which is a nice touch.
Based on our experience alone, I would rate this place 3 stars, but since we’ve heard so many great things about this restaurant from a friend (that the food is usually excellent, so we believe this was just a one-time issue due to the large crowd), we’ll definitely it another chance soon. I believe next time we’ll be able to bump this up to 5 stars!

I ate a sort of Alfredo dish... which I'm sure was unclean because I felt horribly after eating it. I've had food poisoning for 2 days now (diarrhea, stomach and intestinal pain, nausea, slight fever).
My companions all had other dishes - tuna salads and pizza. They were completely fine. & the food was delicious. I don't know what made the difference with my dish, but I'd definitely avoid their pastas in the future.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay in their Family Room. Place is exactly as good as it looks, with super nice bathrooms, albeit the location is quite far from the main roads.
The staff is friendly and the food options were good. We also took their airport pickup which was smooth. Enjoyed our stay here.
Nice food, very friendly staff. We got the starter after the main course but they are so friendly that we didn't really mind. You get loads of flat bread with your food and it's delicious and freshly baked.
Take a Grab taxi, don't walk here alone at night. There aren't many restaurants around so we thought this a good choice of you want to eat close by. It's Western/ Italian though and no locals to be seen. If you don't mind, it's a good choice!

Waroeng De Dusun offers affordable and delicious Chinese food with generous portion sizes. The restaurant provides a spacious dining area, including cozy wooden gazebos in the garden for a unique dining experience. We visited as a group of four and placed a pretty large order. The food came out surprisingly fast, but drinks took much longer to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, though, the food was good, the prices were great, and it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly local eatery!

We first visited this Waroeng on a Monday evening just before 9 PM, but it was already full and they were no longer accommodating new guests due to the long wait. Determined to try it, we returned on Wednesday around 8 PM and waited about 20 minutes for a table.
The sizzling Mie Hot Plate Noodles caught our eye and didn’t disappoint—they were deliciously tempting. The Ayam Pedas was excellent as well. It’s definitely worth a visit to enjoy some authentic Indonesian flavors and to see for yourself why the place is so popular and recommended by the resort staff.
A minor downside was the tender coconut water. Though very affordable, it was served in a glass packed with ice instead of a whole coconut. But for the price, it’s hard to complain.
Omg this has to be my favorite warung to visit no offense to the others but we were so satisfied with our meals here.
Perhaps the only issue was the heat from sitting outside, but it's normal. If this place had AC would be so much better.

I like the ambience and the style of this little warung. It has a very local print and so is the menu. If you're looking for and local experience, than you're in the right place. The prices are also "local" and by that i'm saying it's pretty cheap. The only thing is to consider is that the portions aren't very big, but the food is tasty. The place is clean and that's always a plus when traveling through Bali.
They have a menu only for forigners with incresed price. There were only english and chinese.(I'm not Chinese) I ask them the menu with Indonesian, they said they don't use that menu anymore! What a surprised! There is no menu written in Indonesian in Indonesian restaurant. Poor staffs...

The restaurant at Clover Bali Hotel is currently closed, so guests will need to venture out for meals. However, the nearby Uluwatu area offers plenty of excellent dining options. One minor drawback of the hotel is the difficulty in finding staff throughout the day. This can pose a problem if assistance is needed. Despite this issue, guests still appreciate the lovely and clean rooms, as well as the spaciousness and cleanliness of the small pool.
This place was such a nice surprise. We booked for the cheap price and the room has been so much nicer than other places we have stayed in the same price range.
They have a restaurant and spa here too. The restaurant is lovely and they serve a small pretzel with tomato purée and truffle oil as a complimentary starter - really nice!
Lovely owner, it’s not very busy so someone is not always attending but they usually hang around the front of the place and are happy to welcome you!

You can stay away from the overtouristy areas of Uluwatu and have this peaceful place for yourself. The staff is super nice, they make breakfast on another level! We stayed here 3 nights and we had a good time here. The room is big enough and clean. They have a garden to park the cars and motorbikes, the rooms are inside and upstairs with the swimming pool, that’s why it’s quiet and cool. The location is good, it’s easy to find restaurants and also beaches. The breakfast what is included on room rate is a little bit poor as they don’t have many options to choose but they have breakfast menu what you have to pay for. The people here are very friendly and nice.
1 small thing I do not like is the hangers. I can’t move them to anywhere else (I forgot to take the photo).

Found this place by chance when riding around in the morning. Really like the greens surrounding this area so we decided to stop by for coffee. Before we ordered they served free pretzels with a side of tomato jam (very unique and tasty!) And a bottle of water. Very thoughtful!

My experience at Rendang Roll Bali was a bit of a letdown. The staff were friendly, which was a plus. However, the value for money just isn't there. I ordered the Rendang Roll, and frankly, it was a disappointment. It seemed substantial but was incredibly unfilling and lacked flavor. I specifically asked for very spicy sambal, confirming I like a lot of heat, but it was surprisingly sweet. This sweetness was a consistent issue across the dishes; the food was generally too sweet. It reminded me of those overly sweet versions of Asian food you sometimes find in American mall food courts. You can seriously get way better quality and taste for the same price point. I won't be returning.
We ordered a beef sandwich and fried noodles. The taste was really great and the amount was also generous!
I'd highly recommend, we will order from then tonight as well.

I had the Beef Rendang fried rice and they allow you to choose your spice level, the Brulle Bombs and a Jasmine ice tea. I visited maybe half an hour before closing time and still got service with a smile and the quality of the food was outstanding!

For context a rendang dish at potato head beach club, a five star hotel/restutant is the same price and is much tastier. I also asked to take it away and asked for tomato sause which they put in a Small platic bag that you would put clothes buttons in. been coming to Bali for 30 years and never seen anything like it. The restaurant had such a cute and charming vibe! I was surprised by how spacious it was inside , it looks much smaller from the outside. The checkered tablecloths were adorable and really added to the overall atmosphere.
The food had a very homey, rustic feel, like something you’d eat at home. They were super generous with the cucumbers and tomatoes, which made everything feel a bit healthier too. I ordered the peanut chicken rice, and the sauce reminded me of gado-gado — which I love , so I really enjoyed it.
I also tried the fried tahu and tempe. Both were tasty, but I was too full and ended up leaving some of the tempe behind. The tempe pieces are huge, honestly the side dish could be a meal on its own. It came with sambal, but I actually think it would’ve paired even better with peanut sauce or some other dipping option.
Next time, I definitely want to try their gado gado! The peanut sauce was so good.
A few small downsides: the ayam wasn’t as crispy as I’d hoped, the sambal was just spicy without much depth of flavor, and the juice I ordered, while the fruit taste was nice had a faint sesame or peanut scent, maybe from using the same blender or juicer? Also, there were some flies that were a bit annoying during the meal.
Still, overall it was a good one 👍🏻

Can't beat value for money anywhere else. The food is tasty, the staff are nice and friendly, the place is simple but clean and tidy. Most food are around 10k, juices starts from 8k and are fresh. They have vegetarian options and those can be made vegan too. We will definitely come back here for lunch or dinner. It's a bit off the main road and you may need a bit of a detour to come here, bit it's worth it if you are on a budget.

I’ve been coming to Bali my entire life. 40+ trips. Waatu is hands down the best restaurant I have been to in recent time. The staff are incredible and attentive, as well as polite. The food is impeccable. The wine and cocktail list is impressive - especially for a man from South Australia who grew up frolicking in the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale.
We will be back. Highly recommend Waatu to anyone visiting Bali, particularly in the Uluwatu area.

We absolutely loved our meal at WAATU! It's well worth the journey to get to and explore what they have to offer. We are both vegetarian and they catered for us really well. Everything was outstanding but the highlights were the Bali Cacao desert which our server Vhisma recommended and what a great rec, possibly one of our favourite ever deserts! Service was impeccable, Vhisma was very knowledgeable and attentive. We will absolutely be going back if we're in Bali again. (p.s. Google maps makes it look like it's at the entrance to the resort but it's infact past the lobby).

We came in for breakfast and weren’t disappointed. My wife and I both ordered the omelette — fresh, and delicious. I also had the Super Berry smoothie, which was refreshing and full of flavor. Our son had the grilled cheese sandwich with a citrus and mint soda, and it was such a hit that he ended up ordering a second one! My wife also got a smoothie bowl that looked beautiful, loaded with fresh fruit and garnishes — almost too pretty to eat.
We spotted some stunning cakes in the display, but since it was still breakfast time, we didn’t get to try them. Definitely planning a return visit one afternoon just for that. A place like this is worth revisiting.
I was super excited and happy to try their food and actually love how much they are trying to be more focused on plant based, and being a conscious restaurant. Unfortunately, I do not recommend take away as you get them like this and you need to put everything together by yourself. I understand how they think and it makes sense now but for the price I would like to have a better experience. Bigger sourdough for avocado toast to fit ingredients would be great as well 🙏

I wanted to sit at the cafe and have a lunch, I wanted to sit outside, because inside was cold for me, because of AC.
But the table outside was full of stuff. It was all in cigarettes and all dirty, the played phones all the times. I asked if the table for guests or for stuff, because all the time before it was for guests as all the same tables in Bali Buda places.
But they said: it for stuff, what?? Are you serious? The main table in front of store and cafe?

I don't understand why the service on this one shop in Bukit is the worst compare to other Bali buda they have. We had dinner and the waitress forget to tell us straight away that the sauce we are asking is RUN OUT, 10mins later we ask again, and she said oh it run out without an apology. Our meal doesn't come at the same time, soup and bread... 25 mins different waiting. Dinner table wasnt busy at all! Many gojek order, so many that dine in customer is neglected. We don't dine in here again, in the Bukit one!!!
The front cashier staff all of them as I been observe. Always forget my item, and I m in the point of, whatever. And I still use Bali buda products because that's the only organic store in Bukit.

5 stars for the fish tacos! The fish tacos are as good as other reviewers have mentioned. I’ve ordered a few times now and they’re consistently tasty. I also ordered the beef steak/bean/tostada quesadilla combo and it was okay. The quesadilla isn’t a typical quesadilla. It’s a small amount of shredded cheese melted on top of a tostada. It tastes really good though. The beans lacked in flavor and the meat tasted nice but was too chewy for me. The guacamole is great, pico de gallo is good and the salsa has a nice spicy kick.
Best tacos in town by far, way better than any other mexican restaurant in uluwatu area. 100% local warung. Freshly made and super tasty, run by owners who are realy nice local people. Fully recomend. Also fair prices and vegan/vegetarian option available

Quite a mixed bag. first things first: waiting time, even though the place where basically empty had been nearly one hour for a standard dish (Ayam Betutu). Price a bit higher than expected 100k for such a local dish is most probably on the higher end. Service has been friendly and with a lot of apologies. However: staff were communicating way LOUDER compared to the even louder traffic outside.
Food was good. Nothing extraordinary..just good.
All in all an okish place to eat out.

Excellent steak, which they make as you want, I had medium, excellent fried potatoes as a side dish. My girlfriend had a chicken burger, which was well seasoned and not dry. At the end we tasted their grilled classic chorizo, which was actually a sausage that we didn't like very much, it had a strange texture, we wouldn't order it again. The staff was nice but the waitress was a bit confused and didn't know what we wanted but in the end the order was successful. We waited a bit longer for the food, but that is the standard in Bali. The seating area is open and by the road so don't count with air conditioning (we sweated a bit) and noise from cars and motorbikes from the street. In the restaurant there were dogs that sat at the table looking sad and wanted to feed, which can be unpleasant for someone. Overall we are satisfied with the meal, 4 out of 5 I give for the strange chorizo, for the missing of fans and the environment. Otherwise satisfaction, you definitely need to taste the steaks!

Pretty terrible really. The place is literally falling apart, all the meat was oily as hell and tasted like it had been cooked in a dirty frying pan in a uni dorm room (the pork schnitzel was armoured like a Sherman tank) and the traffic outside was deafening. Given the ridiculous price point for underwhelming food I’m surprised it’s still in business. Staff were cheerful but be warned, they don’t take cards, the stairs up to the roof seats are rotten and the dust gathers visibly while you eat so bring a face mask
Chimichurri Ungasan Bali for me are the best burgers on the island. We have been there many times and have tried a large part of the menu. Everything has always been exceptional. The buns are carefully toasted, the meat in the burger is cooked perfectly. The moment you take the first bite you feel a symphony of flavors. There is a light smoky aroma and the experience is incredible. If you want good burgers in Bali Chimichurri Ungasan is the place. I definitely recommend!

Satisfying meal chomping on deep fried marinated duck halves and other dishes on the sides. Almost kinda like the crispy aromatic duck. Stirred fried french bean and the roasted vegetable were lovely, retaining the crunch a well as the natural sweetness of the vegetables. Cabe hijau chilli sauce pairs beautifully with everything.

Spaghetti carbonara 3/5 - I don't know why they used cream instead of eggs, it was a bit bland. Oh well, not their specialty

I visited Bali for three weeks in total. I went to Eden Uluwatu and it's a perfect stop in Bali! Eden Uluwatu is not just a Hookah Lounge — it’s the best experience. The food is absolutely delicious, with huge portions and beautiful presentation. We came to have dinner and were amazed — vibrant, filling, and full of flavor. The main dishes are just as impressive, each prepared with so much care.
They have Halal Food that is difficult to find in this area.
The atmosphere is cozy yet stylish, and also clean, making it the perfect place to enjoy your night after sunset. Such a sweet service from the team. Polite and professional. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali — it’s one of those places you’ll want to come back to again and again!

Been travelling Bali these past 3 weeks trying shisha lounges everywhere and this was by far the best one I had. Smoked it over an hour and it was so smooth with thick clouds. They had a decent choice of flavours including Adalya ones. Coconut charcoal. Fair price. And excellent service from staff. well worth the journey. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of dining at this amazing Russian cafe, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the food was! The fish soup was absolutely delicious, with a rich and comforting flavor that took me straight back to Russia. The shashlik (pork) was perfectly tender and smoky, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. And the pilov lamb was just divine – aromatic, fluffy rice with tender meat and spices that blended so well together. This place truly captures the essence of traditional Russian cuisine. I went here for Mexican food and it is a really small restaurant like maybe 15-18 people inside and the AC did not really work, outside maybe 8 people. The staff was good but they could smile more. Food here was amazing, 5 star review because of food. Would definitely go here again for food or if you are thinking of take away it is good as well. Near to city area so you will find places near by. On a side note food is cheap here 100% worth the money. They do not take service charge so I would recommend minimum 15% tip

Probably one of the best restaurants that I have eaten in my life (well travelled 94 countries)
VERY very diverse menu … some 50+ western and local dishes to choose from both breakfast and lunch/dinner … amazing food presentation (what you see is what you get) and very tasty.

Roxy is a great spot to hang out with friends. It's got this chill, modern vibe that's perfect for catching up. The service is top-notch – the staff are super friendly and helpful, and they know their stuff when it comes to the menu. They even gave us some awesome recommendations! If you're looking for a cool place to chat and chill, I totally recommend Roxy. I'll definitely be back!"
I am actually so surprised how good the food is. The place doesn’t look maybe so inviting at first. But step inside and you have to try every food. The cook is a magician. Best tomato soup i’ve ever had and the burger plus fries and beer is just 8AUD!
The waitress is also so lovely.

recently had the pleasure of trying pizza at Roxy Restaurant. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was flavorful and tangy, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The Creamy Mushroom Pasta With Grilled King Prawn is a must-try for seafood lovers. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and the creamy mushroom sauce was rich and flavorful. The grilled king prawns were cooked to perfection, and they were a perfect complement to the pasta. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal.
The food is absolutely amazing, awesome prices, free top up cocktails for an hour!
Would highly recommend coming here for any meal
I am giving 3 stars because I am so disappointed with the size of the portions. I have never seen smaller tacos than this ones. The tortilla that holds the ingredients inside was smaller than the palm of my hand (just the palm don’t count the fingers). Don’t get me wrong flavor was good but it didn’t make it for me sorry. 🙏🏼
