One of the most famous and well known cake parlour cum food hub in agartala also the oldest one mainly famous for cakes and ice cream but now days different types of snacks like egg puff , chicken puff, egg roll are available they also serve south indian style dosa , vada etc atmosphere is tight and sometimes feels claustrophobic narrow parking is available beside the road u can say good place to have cakes and snacks items.

its' one of the og outlets in our town that dates back to the early years since the 90s as far as i can remember. it was a charm back then and had expanded since then (not in terms of branding) but the same outlet itself. it was just a normal bakery and look at it now, fully fledged N customer attracting. step by step of course. it was called 'aparupa' in the early days and even had a indo-resto which was the only one that had the features to deliver and it was worth a while in our establishing city. now coming to the latest era, it pretty much void but not out of trend, its still there and thats a thankful. loyal customers are the hit that every business ideal needs. and im one of them.

I went yesterday after a long time , as I live in Gujarat for work. There customer are treated very nicely and people are organised. In cake plaza worker's behaviour was very weird, they are running here and there , talking unnecessarily so loud that they can't here that a customer is ordering. This used to be a good shop , owner should look after this immediately or this shop also will be dead like Aparupa. Customer should be employee's first priority. They have become too friendly with each other that they forgot their service.

I am not a big fan of their cakes.you can buy fresh buns and a range of breads from here. overall it's an ok type of bakery.

Had a horrible experience here ! Ordered Double Chicken mughlai, found raw egg shells inside, informed the concerned person sitting at the front desk, She’s laughing !! A strict negative recommendation for everyone.

by far the best cakes N buns outlet in town. rest of them are just average but this one stands out. from breads to cake, it was all well made and definitely worth the taste. the butterscotch appeal of the cakes are the tier 1 grade, loved it and ate with delight which was a satisfying purchase. it's the classic bakery store and definitely holds the point on the scale degree. very nice.

I found plastic fragments within the egg patties. When I raised this concern, I was informed that such occurrences could also happen at home, as plastic eggs are now widely available in the market and can be difficult to differentiate from genuine ones.

Multiple stores of them makes it convinient for everyone to get cakes in a nearby place. The cakes are absolutely delicious and pocket friendly. Custom cake looks magical. The best thing is their tideness and hygine maintaining. They also have wide variety of ready made cakes in 500 gm for instant occasions For custom orders, go 1 day earlier atleast.

Very mismanaged. I am an old customer of cakes and buns. I place order for cakes and all from them. But ive given them this feedback many times to improve the service. Working with dumb employees who couldn't seem to understand a simple instruction. Good for them that ppl are still buying. Every time i place an order there is a mishap and it ends up to be so chaotic and a laughing stock. Why i still order? Because of the owners behavior and decent taste. However now a days the owner seems to ve losing his calm as well, making blunders in every order and passing out wrong informations and ended up shouting. What a pity.

We bought birthday cake today it was the worst black forest; it was like chocolate cake and something was really off in the cake: either the syrup or the chocolate used were expired and tasted really bad and expired. We had to throw away. Not recommended. Better go for home made cakes and small shops. Edit for the owner: He thinks we never had cakes/ pastries earlier, please without being over confident check with your staff, I never complained about the sour cherries, The cream layering between tasted really bad and expired, please check that. We had more than 5 cakes for the event from different places and none of them were as bad as this one.

The chocolate cakes there are very good and rich but the red velvet was quite buttery and not quite to my liking but I would definitely recommend their chocolate cakes!

Ordered an expensive cheesecake for my birthday and this is what they gave us. Fooling customers!! A total money waste! It’s clearly seen in the picture this is just cream and there’s no cheese. This is not how cheesecake looks like. Cheesecakes are supposed to be stiff and are not made of frosting cream. Try to learn how to make cheesecake first and then sell it to the customers. It really hurts to see such kind of behaviour on my own birthday. Never gonna buy again from you guys! 🤬🤬🤬 ordered fresh and it all melted within half an hour 🤬 Guys,be aware of such frauds and never buy from them.

EXTREMELY BAD, RUDE, HORRIBLE customer service. 3 times we have pre-ordered and they have not kept our chosen flavour and quantity. They give lame excuses, and make us wait during pickup time only to tell that there is no power. Instead of being apologetic and discussing alternatives, the staff are so obnoxious.

Cake Taste: Decent Cake Customisation: Great What's not okay: Price, Customer Satisfaction Just because Agartala doesn't have good cake and pastry chains and not many good bakeries, they charge exorbitant rates. Normal small chocolate cakes start from 600, and go upto 800-900 maybe. If you compare them to prices in Mio Amore, Monginis, French Loaf etc, you will realise that they are charging so much excess, and the cakes are not tasty ( They are good enough, but nothing so great if you compare with the price). Agartala needs good cake chains, just like local pizza shops used to make bad tasting and overpriced pizza before Dominos and other stores started making good pizza at affordable rates, they are also making overpriced cakes just because there is no competition. They could not even provide me a bag to carry the cake in. Cakes N Buns might be an alternative.

Home delivery is always on time and midnight delivery is one of the most needed service provided by them with affordable price. I personally like the Chocolate and black forest of Indian cakes and nuts.

I had ordered a 2 tier customized Cocomelon themed birthday cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday which was on 25th December. Though my order was very last minute, Indian Cakes and Nuts had accepted my order. The cake was yummy and looked exactly like the reference picture I had shared with them. Delivery was on time and I am thankful to them for making my daughter's birthday even more special ! 😁

Yesterday I had a cake frm this bakery whch ws a combination of chocolate and butterscotch....must say the cake was just amazing....fresh,spongy,soft...& ofcourse very tasty...Bt it was a bit sweet for me bcz I'm an average sweet lover so but for those who loves the sweetsss it will b perfct for them..every1 loved the cake... Cake are not fresh, price is comparatively less. But things are not fresh. The chocolate ball was very nice and awesome. Pastry piece I ordered was hard and was smelling bad.

Best thing about this parlour is that it remains open till 11pm.. and you can get different types of birthday cakes and pastries.. located in the main city so its so easy to reach for it.

There's no dessert section in the menu and when asked the waiter, guess what..he doesn't know what 'dessert' is. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😡. The waiters should've done a course in hotel management first 😐

I got my eggless choco mousse cake baked here. Chaitali di although I dint know her personally b4 I am really impressed by her behaviour.She is very soft tonned and sweet.I believe first impression as the lasting impression ever.My budget was less and I was looking for a half kg cafe.Many top bakers in the town don't care for small customers coz they only look for big orders.But Di was different.She listened to my small customisation and baked according.And the cake was cute as u can see from the picture.It was yummy too,the taste normally I don't find in other cakes I tasted so far in agartala.

I ordered a BTS themed cake for my teenage son from madam Chaitali..... Placed the order Just over the phone.....she is so skilled at her work that she delivered me just what I wanted....i can't express the joy that I saw on my son's face.... It was priceless..... It was a great surprise for him.... All the guests of mine were found highly appreciating and asking from where did I get it..... I am really thankful to her .... For making my son's birthday so special and memorable.

A first-service vintage-look bakery beside Sukantala Road carries their long-running menu with the legendary chop, which is famous. Other items are not highly recommended, except chop.

Chicken chop is the most recommended item here.now priced at Rs 20 each.The stuffing is quite good. One can also try the cakes-fruit cake,vanilla cake,chocolate cake etc.Located in the busy part of the city,parking infront often becomes a task. Local bakery items are also available here

The longknown glory of the Bakery has been ruined .. The quality of food has been degraded.. 20 rs for such cheap quality chop is not justified. Also unavailability of different food items . Bare minimum cutlery are also not being provided. Moreover they don't provide any upi payment which is very inconvenient.. Totally disappointed... Hope the owner will look upto this matter and solve the problems soon

Food was good earlier but now it's pathetic. The behaviour of the staff is as if they are some kind of a king and customers are their slaves. The shop adjacent to it is even worse.

I was a fan of their Chiken Chop. But the quality is getting bad day by day. They should try to maintain the quality.

This shop has best chop of agartala according to me , price 15rs. It's really tasty. It's really good that they didn't changed their recipe I visit there shop since my childhood days 😊, I love it.
