Great cupcakes. Staff friendly most of the time, the girl working last time we came in not so much. She was very preoccupied, and it seemed like what she was doing before we came in was more important because she never really took her attention away from it fully. Felt like she just wanted to take our order so we’d leave. When staff act like that I don’t really want to come back. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We came in for my daughter's birthday, first time since new owners. They didn't have the same recipes so I was a little disappointed I couldn't get my favorite. Then of course didn't get my free one I had saved up from prior. Then I told her we had an allergy and she put what we were allergic to on top. She replaced it with another flavor and assured us there was not any on this cupcake only to find out there was... I called to inform her asked for my money back for the one cupcake as we ordered 4. I have not received it yet... I may later... They didn't seem very apologetic which is just bad customer service.

Me and my friends first time there. The owner was so sweet, the cakes were the best I’ve had in a long time, you can tell she makes them with lots of love!

i dont ever review places but this place is so cute and everything about it. my grandma tried samples of their icecream and said it was good and we bought this brownie with cream filling, a strawberry shortcake cupcake, and a cinnamon roll and they are all good size and taste amazingggg the pricing is good aswell. i would have gotten some icecream but we arent from stillwater and we wanted to take them home then try them so the icecream would have melt!!

An awesome cupcake bakery and creamery! Their cupcakes are amazing and the ice cream is just as good! They do something amazing by putting cupcakes inside the ice cream! So good! They even have small cakes for your pet!

We had come in about a month ago or so to try the cupcakes for the first time. They were very good, and the service also! We ask about a mocha cupcake and that we would be back on a certain date to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We came back on that particular evening, not only did they have them set aside already in a box, but inside the lid of the box they had written Happy Anniversary, with little hearts all over! We very much appreciated that detail, and the service we have gotten! The owners and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Thank you for helping to make our day special!

The friendliest people and the best food! I highly recommend the grits, they are so delicious and you can tell they are basically homemade. The staff was just so kind and made our experience wonderful.

Nice and quiet bakery with good sunlight. Tried the almond croissant, chocolate and birthday cake macarons, and orange juice. All were fresh and not too sweet. Plenty of options and a clean display. The staff was friendly and gave helpful guidance. Will visit again.

My sister and I had brunch at Persimmon Hill this morning and it was fantastic! The two young ladies working the front were friendly and helpful. We ordered several breakfast items including: a hot breakfast sandwich, and the eggs Benedict. The eggs for the eggs Benedict were poached to perfection! We also had a pot of Hummingbird Cake tea - you need to try it. Just, try it. I also ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich to take to my husband for lunch at work and he was very impressed. I couldn’t leave without sampling the French pastries, so I purchased all the Pain aux Raisins. I would say I am sorry for taking them all, but I have never been less sorry. They were amazing! The dining area was clean and cozy. Take a morning off for brunch and check out this lovely, local business!

A very good quality bakery. The macrons are comparable to ones I've had in larger cities like Los Angeles. While not the best I've had, the croissants are fresh and buttery. The cupcakes are moist and rich.

First time customer, due to high ratings. Unfortunately, because of experience, will not be returning. Bread was ok. Tiramisu was dry and marscapone tasted moldy. I called and spoke to Olivia, and she apologized and mentioned how they are training people so maybe that’s why? She did not offer to replace my tiramisu. Too expensive to keep donating money to their bakery. I’m sad about this because l love supporting mom and pop shops. Persimmon Hill, y’all have a good following. Y’all will be ok with one less fan. Thank you for the experience. EDIT: I got a call back from owner and they offered to make it right. I’m so relieved. This is enough for me to change my rating. They cared enough about one silly woman and her disappointment. Top notch business.

2024 update: you can now sip a latte inside, pick up a chicken salad croissant, or have a pot of tea outside in the sun or shade This is the best place for help hosting people with every kind of diet - the staff and owners check on all of my questions about ingredients and availability. Hands down, this is my favorite place to buy gifts and gift cards to send friends and neighbors in.

Don’t hesitate, just order! Placed an order for a naked chocolate cake for my daughter’s 20th birthday. Not only was the cake beautiful, it was delicious! I wish I had ordered one size larger, because we had NO leftovers for later. :) Would highly recommend and is now my go-to bakery in Stillwater. 💗

I’ve ordered cakes from Sarah twice now - and both times have been excellent experiences. Their cakes are 10/10, and the customer service is 11/10. The most recent cake she made for us was so good that the smaller group of us who enjoyed it all agreed we couldn’t wait to eat it again the following day.

Sarah nailed it for our Wedding cake and groom’s cake!! We could not have picked a better bakery!!! The detail she put into these cakes was amazing!! We just told her our ideas and she went with it! We got lemon cake with raspberry filling-so good! And we got chocolate cake for the grooms cake! Both were so good! I am so so thankful we went with her!! We’ve also tried her cheese cake bites for a snack on a Saturday!! Everything is good!!

Sarah's customer service was exceptional! She texted me to clarify exactly what I wanted to order, even though she was very busy with Valentine orders! Then she delivered beautiful, delicious cookies to my grandson's fraternity house on the OSU campus! He & his friends were so excited and loved the cookies! I will definitely use her business again!!

Sarah, the owner, is not only talented and a great baker, she is awesome to work with and responds quickly. We had a red velvet cake for our son’s white coat celebration and it was delicious. The custom cake and cupcakes that Sarah made for my cousin’s wedding we’re delicious and gorgeous! She worked with me to create a custom naked cake and cupcake combination and gave great suggestions for flavor/ingredient and design options. We were traveling into Stillwater from out of state for the weekend to celebrate a family wedding and also my mom‘s retirement. I was able to order a custom cake for my mom and they had it ready for me to pick up within 72 hours! The cake turned out so beautiful, and it made my mom cry! I could not have been more pleased with our order and the service we received!

Absolutely wonderful cake and experience. It was so special and unique for me graduating with my masters from OSU. My family ordered the cake a couple weeks before the ceremony and everything was so easy!! The staff was so enthusiastic about the cake, and exceeded our expectations. The cake was delicious and beautiful. If you need a cake for a special occasion I would use I think so cakes!

We ordered a specialty graduation cake to serve 30 people. The cake decoration included a veterinarian coat, stethoscope and dachshund. The cake was beautiful and the lemon flavor was delicious. Ms Byrd was careful to remind us that on Saturday, the day of our event, cake pick up was by noon. This was very helpful in making sure we had the cake for the party. Robin went above and beyond our expectations here at the OSU Foundation with a cake for a bridal shower. I gave her the wedding colors and she did her thing!! It was absolutely gorgeous and was the best cake I had ever eaten! Everyone was super impressed by the cake. Definitely going to use again!!

I ordered a small carrot cake for my wife's birthday to serve about 5. The smallest size serves closer to 10, but we're very happy with extra! This cake was most, full of flavor, had just the right amount of icing, and it was gorgeous! We saw a few other cakes on display at the shop, and although we asked for a simple iced cake, the decorated cakes are amazing! If you're looking for high-end cakes in Stillwater, I high-end recommend I Think So Cakes!

Way too sweet .... icing is too heavy for the cupcake (cake is not dense enough for the icing). Nothing special about them as they taste just like the ones you make from a box mix so definately not worth $3.00 each. Maybe the cakes are better but don't waste your money on the cupcakes.

Cute bakery/brunch place with plenty of options. The food was fantastic!! All 6 of us ordered different things and everything was fresh & delicious. Will be returning here every time we come thru Stillwater.

I chose & enjoyed the chicken avocado salad (half size) & Red Rock Club sandwich (half). It was a big portion for half of each! The bread was soft & delicious. A good selection of salads, soups, sandwiches, & baked goods. We sat outside on the patio, which was nice.

Ordered for 4 people. Person on cash register punched in the wrong order. When the food was delivered, we were short 1 sandwich. Was charged for another sandwich, but the extra drink was not refunded. Chicken salad sandwich was very bland.

Clean. Food is fabulous. Fresh bread. I tried donut holes, had a chef salad with a half sandwich. So delicious. Great super service. Kitchen in the back was humming. The place was full because everyone knows this place- good reputation.. I took bread and another sandwich for my spouse. He was impressed. The sandwich stayed fresh until the next day.

First time here with my sister and we had the best experience! This place had the most warm and wonderful young people working! They were helpful, professional, but fun and engaging. They atmosphere was clean and having a comfortable, but upgraded environment! Marble table tops to Fiesta dinnerware and good food to match! Definitely a place to stop and eat in Stillwater!

The bread. The bread was so soft and fresh! I could have eaten a whole loaf! The cookie was good but much too sweet for my personal taste. The veggies and meat were just like anywhere else you can get a deli sandwich, it's the bread that makes this!

Shut up! This place is superb. Highly recommend. The staff is lovely. They gave spectacular care. The owners hired some truly exceptional young people. They gave us VIP treatment. The place itself has care in all the details. Marble tables, beautiful plates and superb food. Really a standout location in Stillwater.

Great produce and they have a collection of different sodas up front. Only uneasiness is I get followed when shopping (My melanin shows). Very friendly staff.

Go in to get a salad bar and was told to weigh the dressing cup. Was told previously by employees not to do so. Made sense because they charge 7 dollars a pound for lettuce and vegetables. When I told her that they needed to address it as to alleviate the confusion her reply was " I am the manager so they know". I don't appreciate the rudeness of The Manager. I won't be back for salad or anything else.

Expensive food. Stay away unless you are well to do, and cost isn't an issue. Ran in for a few things and left realizing I may have just spent twice as much as the big store competition down the road, which is already expensive as it is 😆. Nice, clean store, and friendly staff though, I will not discount that.

Check out was not pleasant. Only option was self check. I had two kinds of apples. One rang up fine the other kind called for a service person when I scanned it. I had a half gallon of milk that didn’t have a bar code on it. How does that even happen? I had one item with a reduced sticker that called the service person back again.

The food itself was pretty decent. Nothing spectacular. It’s a charming little eatery, but not the kind of place I’d go often. Maybe only when wanting something off the beaten path. My tortilla chips were pretty greasy and tasted like vegetable oil. Not the greatest side pairing. The sandwich itself was pretty hearty. Overall the price reflects the fact that it’s a small, upscale place. A bit higher than most places for what you get, but not terrible by any means.

best discovery in my short trip to stillwater. a small cafe with charm and the most enticing display of pastries. the proportions were appropriate for a light lunch and the desserts sealed the deal. i had the little cheever salad and the blackberry cake. they picked the blackberries themselves and whipped the cream on top. first stop i’m going back to if i find myself in stillwater again!

This is a cute little hole-in-the-wall mom-and-pop restaurant. If you blink you might miss it! But you walk through the doors and you are instantly greeted with the smell of delicious food and the friendly and welcoming faces of the people who are filled with pride in their homemade food. All the food is cooked in-house with fresh ingredients. It is a limited menu but they change the menu every week. The seating area has 4 large tables (seating 6 each) with a small bar-like seating area. However, they are partnered with the family-friendly Stonecloud Brewery around the corner for more seating and a fun atmosphere. The environment at good little eater was very peaceful and calm. Today I got the half, grilled cheese sandwich and the absolutely delicious tomato soup. My coworkers got the pork tenderloin with maple dijon glaze and asparagus spears; a slice of sausage, pepper and cheddar quiche, tomato soup and salad, and spaghetti carbonara. Due to it being the couple's 30th Anniversary today, they were giving a free cookie with lunch orders. I got the compost cookie which is basically a kitchen sink or everything cookie, I also got a snickerdoodle crinkle cookie which was light and airy. Both were so so good. My coworkers got the lemon crinkle which was soo good and resembled real lemon, not imitation. Another got a molasses cookie which was actually moist and so so good. Reminded me of my mom's molasses cookies she makes over the holidays. Overall the service was spectacular and we didn't have to wait very long for our food. The only downside is that they have limited drink options (la Croix, coke, diet coke, water, coffee, and tea). The glass cups are by the front and are self-serve as are the silverware and napkins. Prices are a bit "pricy" in some ways but the quality of the delicious homemade food is worth the price in my opinion. They also have a freezer with various meals that you can take home and heat up during the week. This is my first time here and let's just say, I will be back!

My wife and I chose Good Little Eater to cater our wedding and we are so, so glad we did! My mother-in-law has Celiac disease and we were able to make the entire menu gluten-free so she didn't have to be careful about what she ate. We didn't have any strong opinions on what we wanted in terms of food, so we let them put together and menu and they came up with a fantastic set of foods! We had mushroom crostini appetizers with whipped garlic ricotta on top that the guests devoured. For dinner, they made roasted broccoli, carmelized ginger chicken, and vegetable stack (polenta, squash, eggplant, roasted peppers, fresh mozzarella, and marinara). We wanted some non-cake desserts and they made pavlovas with strawberry rhubarb sauce and lemon bars, both of which were mouthwateringly delicious!

Visiting Stillwater for the day and expected better from this place but came away disappointed. We ordered the beef stroganoff and pecan-crusted chicken. Both portions were rather small and the chicken was dry and tough. The stroganoff was tastier but not worth recommending. The cafe has a nice vibe and the pastries looked good but the quality and value of the food we ordered was lacking.

I love this place, the atmosphere, the food, the people. The have great froze quiches to take home too. The only negative is when you get fresh food to go, it is smaller portions and not as well made as when you eat in. Not sure why that is.

We always love the Good Little Eater!! Even when there's a ln ingredient I don't typically like, I love it in their dishes. High quality, gourmet creations, & an amazing staff that goes all out for anything you ask with a smile! ❤️❤️❤️

This place was SO adorable. I had a strawberry shortcake latte and the white velvet cupcake. Both were delicious! I asked the employee at the register for some help and they were indeed very helpful! I thought the cupcake would be dry but it wasn’t at all. The frosting was just enough to keep moist along with the filling inside. The frosting wasn’t too sweet either, which was great with the sweeter latte. The flavors of the latte weren’t very strong but I liked it that way. I absolutely loved the decor inside too. Lots of floral and pastels which is such a vibe!

My wife and I chose Round House Bakery to make our wedding cakes and wow were they incredible! For our bridal cake, we chose a lavender Earl Grey cake with vanilla meringue frosting. Our wedding colors were pink and orange and we sent Round House some flower photos for inspiration for the cake decoration and they knocked that out of the park! You can see our actual bridal flower arrangement in one of the photos and compare it to the art on the cake! We also ordered a lemon sheet cake with blackberry compote which was equally delicious!

Highly recommend! Ordered on-line two cookie cakes on Monday and they were ready for pickup on Friday. The team at Round House got it perfect and my daughter and her friends LOVED IT! Cookie cakes are adorable - gave them my party them colors and they nailed it! Thank you!

I’ve ordered cakes from here before and they are quite delicious. Unfortunately my last experience was not ideal. Ordered a cake in person and had a set time to pick up but my cake was not ready when I arrived and they were not able to find it. Eventually they told me they were gonna start icing it from scratch but had to wait 30 minutes. I was planning to be in and out. The structure of the cake seemed to be made in a rush as the consistency was doughy and dense (as if it had not rose). The flavor made up for the consistency.

Sweet little cafe in the heart of Stillwater! No artificial coloring but all the flavor! They have a great coffee selection, a few bakery specials (I recommend the home-made pretzels) and they make custom cakes. In addition, there is a great event space.

The aesthetic was really beautiful. Really loved how feminine the bakery was -and how they offered comfortable seating so if you wanted to hang out for a bit you could. I think the food outweighs the coffee -but the coffee was enjoyable and was truly made with care. Staff were very nice and it wasn’t loud or overrun inside like we saw some of the neighboring coffee shops were.

Was pleased with my wedding cake and the favor, but super disappointed that they didn't do the design of the cake that was discussed multiple times and images were sent. Overall the flavor was really good but wasn't able to communicate well with the bakers for the cake. Edit: Resolved the issue as they were very understanding of the issue, the flavor was so good and everyone loved the cake and we had none left over. I recommend this bakery it is delicious!

I ordered a box of cake samples for an anniversary party, and oh my, every one of the four flavors was delicious. The wedding cake just melts in your mouth. It's so moist and creamy. Really excellent if you like traditional wedding cakeflavor. The lemon was so smooth. Vanilla was moist, and the carrot cake not only smelled divine, but the cream cheese frosting was delicious. The cake itself was also moist and flavorful. The carrot cake did not have raisins or nuts in it that I recall, but I don't usually like that stuff in my carrot cake anyway. The owner is very friendly and responsive to customers.
