A takeaway only bakery that is super famous in the area and a perfect place for a midweek road trip break. The line can be quite ridiculous on weekends and holidays but there is a constant stream of food coming out so you don't have to worry about "missing out" The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there is a little of the "too many options" issue here where some of the choices I've had are excellent with others being "okay". Need to choose wisely and quickly to not hold up the line.

Definitely my favorite bakery in Matsudo. Prepare yourself for a wait. Might be just 10 min, might be long queue outside but it’s worth it. Really love coming here and always eat at least one piece of bread in the car on my way home.

I had a breakfast at this cafe upstairs and then lined up for some bread. The quality of food was okay and bread was good but will I come back?!?! Probably no... it would’ve been a big YES if I was living within a 10 min walk away.

A lovely place to start our day here in Matsudo. They have a wide selection of pastries (sweet and savory). The staff were very polite and helpful. You use tongs and load up your tray with what you’d like. They will either bag it (to-go) or let you keep it on the tray (to-stay) when you check out. An excellent spot if you are traveling with kids.

As usual a nice place to relax and have a delicious donut. This partially store don't have regular drink options where you can get free refills.

We had something else that we wanted, so we didn't get to try it at this visit. Instead, we tried Mamma Choux sold at Mamma Mia! store. The patisserie shop own by Aman Tokyo in the B2 of the building. We booked for the Saint-Honoré as birthday cake which is a kind of French pastry dessert named for the French patron saint of bakers and pastry chefs.

Cake was good but not worth the price, did not wow us at all. Ordered the cheese cake and the chocolate cake. Service was good, greeted by 5 people. We went past the hotel what a stunner but the patisserie spot does not reflect the luxury feel of the hotel. We are sitting in the common area of the mall on tall stool chairs served with plastic spoons and takeaway cups for our teas.

I have really enjoyed this Cafe in Tokyo. They sell delicious cakes and have great service and you can see a chef making cakes in through a giant window on the side of the cafe. They have kind staff and let me take photos

Gorgeous patisserie, but the overall five star experience is reduced by rude service. Being refused such a basic thing as water at this price level is quite surprising, not to mention trying to saw through the cake base with a flimsy plastic fork. I think proper utensils and the normal complimentary water would elevate the place. Pity since the store screams posh and the food is definitely superb.
