Bakery

Fornet de la Soca, formerly known as Forn des Teatre, is a traditional bakery located in Plaza Weyler at the heart of Palma. The bakery prides itself on recreating forgotten local recipes from the turn of the century and offers a beautiful display of Mallorcan products for visitors to take home. The charming premises are housed in a modernist building with rolling shapes and plant motifs as its focal point, adding to its allure.
I absolutely loved how charming this bakery looks. I was taken over by its vintage pretty window display and was instantly drawn in to see more. It looks enchanting. The cone shaped coconut cake looked unique and new to me, so I bought it right away. What a tasty, coconut cake. One of the best I have had! I may go back to try more items soon. :) Recommended: coconut cake

Stopped by Fornet de La Soca to pick up some sweets and ensaimadas to bring back to Germany - and what a fantastic choice it was. The place has a special charm, with a beautifully traditional atmosphere that feels truly authentic. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious, clearly made with care and quality ingredients. The staff were warm, friendly, and more than happy to help with recommendations and packaging for travel. A wonderful experience overall - highly recommended if you’re looking to take home a real sweet taste of Mallorca!

omg the friendliest stuff😭😭 we bought our ensaïmadas to take to our own country and they let us collect for later. Pumpkin filled ensaïmada was 14,5€. The delicious pastry (see the pic 3) was filled with delicious lemons 10/10 i can absolutely recommend
Cüneyt D — Google review
Wonderful traditional bakery in the centre of Palma. A must visit for any foodie. Some of the savoury choices were amazing. I'm an (English) pork pie lover and was interested to try the traditional Mallorcan pork and pea pie. Nothing at all like English pork pies, but utterly delicious 😋. Great for a quick lunch. My son and I went two days running just to eat the pork pie 🥧. Yum.
Edward H — Google review
Beautiful pastry shop with a wonderful atmosphere. Everything looks incredible the moment you walk in, with a huge variety of traditional and freshly made pastries. The quality is outstanding, we tried several items, and each one was delicious. The service was friendly, and the whole place has a cozy, authentic vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Palma!
Victor B — Google review
This is a very authentic and iconic bakery in Palma. The food isn’t extraordinary but the place is full of character and charm. Prices are reasonable.
Alperen T — Google review
Really beautiful traditional bakery with vintage vibe. Only a few vegetarian options. Savoury pies usually get over by evening.
Palash J — Google review
Fantastic food, we bought a selection of savoury and sweet treats, all were amazing, however the pork and peas pie stole the show. The best pie I have ever had. The cafe next door allows you to eat pastries from this shop if you buy their coffee, which average, but still very convenient.

Dessert shop
Ca'n Joan de s'Aigo is a historic café located in Palma, Mallorca, known for its rich hot chocolate and traditional pastries like ensaimada and handmade almond ice-cream. The café offers a taste of authentic local flavors, making it a must-visit for those looking to experience the culinary delights of the area.
A very pleasant place, where I started my every day, because of the freshly baked on the spot ensaimadas. The hot chocolate did not make me such a big impression as previous reviews say but the fresh, hot, airy pastry was really amazing, every day. I can not recommend eating any of the others, as I don't know how fresh they'd be, the one I tried wasn't, but the simple, regular one is really a reason to go back again, even though I did it 3 days in a row in my stay in Palma.
Marin K — Google review
We tried this cute, Spanish café today and can only recommend it. The inside is absolutely beautiful, with old wood furniture and elegant decoration, it creates a cozy atmosphere. There was a polite waiter who was really friendly and brought us our order fast. To the food I can only say: try it! The cake is delicious, rich in flavour, the ice cream soo creamy and the Horchata was extremely good. If you wanna have an authentic café experience you should definitely check this café out :)
Bellas E — Google review
We discovered this café while searching for a place to have coffee on Google Maps. After reading the many positive reviews, we decided to visit and it was absolutely worth it. The staff was very friendly and the food we tried was delicious. It may not be an extraordinary place, but the interior design and unique character give it a very special charm. It feels like stepping into a café from the 1940s or 1950s. We especially loved the decorative tiles and the bright and airy atmosphere inside. If you are nearby, it is definitely worth visiting for a drink or a meal. You will leave happy.
Mert I — Google review
So actually there's a few of these dotted around Palma, but I think this one was the original ? The decor was certainly "authentic" and rustic. I purchased an ensemaida and a hot chocolate with whipped cream. Absolutely delightful and a huge amount of calories 😂 but with it. Hot chocolate was half cream and definitely very rich and indulgent. The ensemaida was really light with a crispy crust to it.
Wil C — Google review
This place is amazing! Founded in 1700, it's a 325-year-old classic. The vibe and interior decor get a full score from me. The coffee is seriously good, and you absolutely have to try their specialty Quarto and Ensaimada—they are delicious! Just a heads-up: it gets super crowded, so while you can usually grab a seat, waiting for your order might take a while. But trust me, the history and the taste make it totally worth the wait!
R D — Google review
We discovered Ca’n Joan de s’Aigo with my friends, and we just loved it! It’s a real local gem with a cozy, traditional atmosphere. The ensaimadas were so fresh and delicious, and the almond ice cream was amazing. It felt authentic and full of charm, definitely a place you shouldn’t miss when in Palma!
Samira — Google review
Great Café with excellent atmosphere and excellent cakes. Really worth to seek it and walk there. Expect a waiting line or try to make a reservation in advance.

A delicious cup of hot chocolate and fresh coffee ice cream! This place is an institution and is very beautiful inside as they have kept the restaurant and its history alive. It is authentic and I would definitely go back!

Found this place randomly while searching for “ensaïmadas” on Google Maps and I was extremely surprised. They had several different pastries and I don’t regret trying any of them. Everything is so tasty, the place is cozy, the staff is nice, and the prices are affordable. What a hidden gem!

All in all, incredibly tasty! The saleswoman was very friendly and the location is central. Sitting and enjoying your food on site isn’t quite as charming as on the nearby square. Prices are high, but there’s a good selection and everything tastes delicious!

Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Santa Catalina, Palma de Mallorca, Thomas Bakeshop Boutique has been delighting locals since its establishment in 2016 by Thomas Grasberger and his wife Michelle. This quaint bakery is a true gem for anyone who appreciates artisanal baking. With an impressive array of sourdough breads, flaky croissants, and delectable pastries, it’s no wonder that residents flock here for their daily bread fix.
A really cute little bakery with superb croissants and pastries and beautiful looking bread. My almond croissant was flaky on the outside and very generously filled. Friendly and great value too.
Hannah S — Google review
Searched for a bakery to buy a snack on our walk through the city of Palma, and found this gem (among some others in close vicinity). Too bad, if you would be close to my hotel where we were staying I would definitely be a daily customer. Almond croissant was just one of the best, really good. Everything in the bakery, including bread etc. looked delicious, would definitely tried it. Also very friendly lady working in the shop. It is possible to pay with card.
Jaka L — Google review
I was looking for a place where to buy a buckwheat bread and somebody recommended this bakery. Came early morning and they had plenty of different types of bread, all smelling delicious. The buckwheat bread is very tasty, happy to find a place where it’s made. They also sell coffee, expensive but very good.
M M — Google review
Amazing sourdough loaf! Almond croissant was crisp and delicate with a soft floral filling, apple strudel was generously filled with a powerful apple flavor, and an impeccable pan au chocolat. Old world style pretzel blew me away... a lovely kind, patient staff with good english, even! Really made my day. And I must reiterate, that sourdough boule had the perfect balance of textures you only get through time and attention. Don't miss this one!

Fantastic Bread, Owners and Staff!! Often i take Sourdough Olive loaf and a roast chicken from Mister Poulet at market, add salad a squeeze of lemon and voila you have a fantastic Santa Catalina Sandwich

Bakery
Horno Santo Cristo is a well-established chain of bakeries in Palma, specializing in the traditional Mallorcan pastry known as ensaimada. Since 1910, they have been serving these sweet treats, which are available for takeaway in their distinctive octagonal pizza-style boxes. The classic icing-sugar dusted swirls are popular for breakfast, while the cream-filled or angel hair versions are favored later in the day. The bakery is also known for its sandwiches and desserts.
I've tried a lot of ensaimadas when I was in palma and so far these are the best ensaimadas in town!! Couldn't get enough! Theyre so soft and desserty but not too sweet but would melt in your mouth
Negin R — Google review
What a treat! Horno Santo Cristo is a must-visit spot inside the Fan shopping center. I highly recommend their chocolate ensaïmadas and the cinnamon rolls—both were absolutely delicious and a perfect indulgence. While the service was a bit slow, the quality of the pastries more than made up for it. It's great that they have tables inside, so you can sit down and enjoy your treat with a coffee. Don't miss it!
Marko Ž — Google review
The traditional local backed dessert and they are so tasty! I love the chocolate one and my Spanish friend loves the original one. They are packed in these octagon boxes if you order a take-away! There is another store inside the airport in case you missed it in the city.
Shining-Ana — Google review
The food was very good, but the service not so much. We had asked for three things to take away, but the girl at the counter only gave us two. There was no queue behind us, do we stayed in the same spot waiting for someone to pay attention to us to ask for the third thing. We tried asking another girl who was working at the counter and, even though she heard our request, she ignored us. After a long time, despite there being no other customers, the first girl came back to pay attention to us and asked us in a very rude way what we wanted and started to huff. As if it were our fault that we were ignored twice, even though, I repeat, there were no people around us.
Eleonora G — Google review
This bakery in the Fan Shopping Center has some of the best tasting baking I have had in Mallorca. It is also a popular place even though it is in a shopping mall. The place had a steady flow of people coming and going as well as a line up that moved pretty quickly considering the traffic. There was also tables to sit at inside the bakery and out in the open area of the mall that were always busy if one opened up be prepared to jump on it right away. I would definitely come back here in the future while in the area
DH — Google review

Bakery
Forn del Santo Cristo is a renowned bakery in Mallorca, with five shops in Palma and a stand at the airport. Since 1910, it has been attracting visitors with its traditional ensaimadas filled with sweet pumpkin paste, chocolate, apricot, cream, and marzipan. The bakery also offers cocas de patata (sweet potato buns). The ambiance of the café is described as Art Nouveau style and it's known for delicious coffee and pastries.
The building is very pretty, and inside is also very cutely decorated. It wasn't very big so it can get really really packed and the lines can get really long but it goes very quick. The coffee is great here, tried their ensaimada and it is okay, I prefer Phillipines version -lol- then this ones as it is kinda dry-er than the PL version but yeah, it was okay, the custard filling inside definitely helps
Septiana W — Google review
This place is absolutely stunning both inside and outside HOWEVER, the coffee disaster tasted like one from a vending machine. We ordered ice coffee and we were given hot cappuccino and a glass of ice. The lady at the counter was not helpful AT ALL, quite mean and we were almost the only ones there (it would be fine if she didn’t understand and tried but she literally didn’t care) she just placed it on a plastic tray not asking me if I was okay with this kind of not iced iced coffee. Honestly I’m really disappointed. Maybe the pastries are amazing but we didn’t order any.
Ema K — Google review
Was about to try Ensaimadas for the first time in this famous place , but little did we know ... look at what's inside the orange juice.. We told the staff but she was extremely rude to us, saying that it’s completely normal to have larvae in the summer and start to demand us to talk in Spanish when she actually talked in English without any problems before. We were genuinely worried because we just realized after drinking more than half of it. If it's only 1 or 2 maybe it's okay.. but there was at least 20 of it in that glass.
Hungry G — Google review
A historic spot with a wide variety of sweets and pastries. It’s particularly famous for its ensaimadas, and I can confirm they are delicious. Given the popularity of the place, the ensaimadas are always freshly made. The savory pastries were also quite good. Definitely a place I highly recommend visiting.
Atabey H — Google review
Good for something sweet and a coffee. I don't recommend the enshalada con carne, it's hardly edible and they don't bother warming it up.

Forn del Santo Cristo, a bakery with a rich history dating back to 1910, is renowned for its traditional pastries filled with sweet pumpkin paste known as cabell d'angel. In addition to this specialty, the bakery offers a variety of other flavors including chocolate, apricot, cream and marzipan. Visitors also flock to Forn del Santo Cristo for their cocas de patata (sweet potato buns).
A great find, just 50m from our door. Fabulous pastries and breakfast treats, plus sandwiches. The freshly squeezed orange juice is the best I've had outside Florida. We're visiting for a wedding tomorrow and arrived Monday. Our host has a book of information prepared and also explained her favorites. One was the Santo Cristo. We've been there 4 days in a row. Good coffee too.
Cory L — Google review
Don’t recommend coming here.. The staff doesn’t understand anything in English and looks at you with disgust if you try to communicate through it. I ordered espresso and a ensaimada, the espresso was incredibly bland, no crema and tasted underextracted, the bottom of the ensaimada was drenched in oil and tasted like just oil.. also didn’t get anything to eat it with, nor any paper to wipe my hands.
Didar I — Google review
We loved it here. We were passing by and decided to take a little break. We had no idea this was such an iconic shop with a long history. So many people were buying large ensaimadas to go. We had one and it was delicious. The coffee too was good.

Beautiful little bakeshop in the middle of Palma. Nice place for having a little rest and enjoy a cup of coffee and some bakery products. Ordered a Ensaima Dulche de Leche which was beautiful taste, but a little to sweet for my taste. Very reasonable prices here. Recommended!

Forn de la Pau is a historic bakery that has been using the same oven for almost 500 years. Their most famous item is de Llonguet, but they also offer a wide variety of products including coca, empanada, cocarroi, Cuartos, potatoe cocas and ensaimadas. The bakery is popular among locals and tourists alike due to its quick service and delicious traditional pastries.
Cute little shop. Quick service, nice staff, good food. The plain ensaimada was good for what it is (I'm not a huge fan of sweet bread). When I went (around 1:00pm), they were nearly sold out of all their fresh baked items. And in the few minutes I was there 4 other patrons visited the shop. A popular spot with the locals! I would visit here again to try something savory!
Angela A — Google review
As an English tourist, this little village bakery was incredible! However the staff didn't speak English which made communication a bit tricky. For example i didn't get what I asked for the first time but ended up eating it and then going back the next day and getting that item as it was really good 😂

I walked an hour to come to this bakery and it was well worth the trip! A feast for the eyes and the belly. I love that you can watch the team baking through the windows. Neil G — Google review
This is a really good local bakery in Palma centre. I tried their almond pastry. It had perfect dough (crunchy outside and soft inside) and wasn’t too sweet (though a bit heavy as almond fillings naturally are). Great with a coffee. Prices are a little on the expensive side but still worth a try if you’re in the area.
Alperen T — Google review
Absolutely magical flavor – I had a pistachio cream–filled cube made from croissant dough (not sure what it’s called, but it was unforgettable). You can see straight into the kitchen, where fresh croissants are being made non-stop. You might expect an older, traditional bakery team, but it’s actually a group of young women running the place – and you can tell they’re doing it with real heart. Bonus points for the cappuccino: served the traditional Italian way, without the unnecessary cocoa powder the Spanish often add.
Marek V — Google review
7 euros for a piece of bread. Maybe there is a magical superpower in the dough?! Sad to see the prices go up so much whilst the salary’s in Mallorca are still lower than EU average and even below the Spain average.

Probably the best Croissants in Palma. Lovely People, great Service and amazing, freshly brewed Filtercoffee as well! Highly recommended

Products are okay but limited. Customer service is awful. Saying "hi" seems very difficult for the staff. It is the third time I tried to buy bread and they ignored you.... Mediterranean restaurant
Restaurant
Located in the heart of Palma's old town at Hotel Convent de la Missio, Marc Fosh Restaurant offers an affordable Michelin-starred dining experience. The restaurant, opened by award-winning British chef Marc Fosh, serves modern Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on seasonal ingredients. Guests can indulge in tasting menus and wine pairings in the sleek and contemporary setting.
We had the joy of visiting Marc Fosh yet again and enjoying the new tasting menu — as usual, it was nothing short of extraordinary. Vegetarian menu available! Each dish was beautifully composed, with a deep respect for local flavors. The progression of the menu felt thoughtful and refined, with every plate offering a new surprise. The wine pairing was exceptional! — clearly curated with care and expertise, elevating the dishes & adding an extra layer of delight to the evening. The service was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the whole experience feel special yet relaxed. A special thank you to Mike, who deserves a particular mention for his warmth and expertise!

I'll start from the end - my experience at this restaurant was very, very disappointing. My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and chose this restaurant because it looked stunning to us and I read good comments about this restaurant. In fact, we had an experience that really doesn't fit a Michelin restaurant (from experience) - the meal took 4 and a half (!!!) hours, meaning we left at 12:30 at night, even a little later. Each dish was served a really long time after the previous dish and the service was, in my opinion, quite slow. Another and most important thing - we warned in advance that we were lactose sensitive and the last dessert had lactose (!!!). The manager ran to us and apologized and asked if we were taking any lactose pills and said we didn't have any... Of course they thought about what to do and it took them a while until the bill arrived and finally we saw that they hadn't charged us for the 2 desserts in the meal. I personally think that for such a mistake by a restaurant of such a high standard, they shouldn't charge me for the entire meal. But again, that's just my opinion. In addition, they told us they would call us the next day to see if we were feeling well and to ask how we were doing - and of course they didn't call. It's disappointing that a restaurant of this level doesn't pay attention to such important points and even disrespects customers. I won't go back there.

The setting and place just breathtaking. They take you to another world as soon as you enter. The place is full of good energy and very tasteful decoration. We had some Ruinart as well as Marc Fosh’s 5 courses menu. I would say that for my part every single salty hors d’œuvre/tasting was amazing and out of this world. However, for the sweet ones, I was a bit disappointed and did not enjoy a lot this part. Fortunately my birthday cake was sincerely delicious and helped save the day! Very special mention for: the lobster, the foie gras (which was INCREDIBLE) and the pigeon which were definitely 5⭐️
Coline C — Google review
Great tasting menu with wine paring. Every dish was exceptionable and paired with a great selection of Spanish / Majorcan wines Friendly , knowledgeable staff. Marc Fosh himself takes time to greet each table as they arrive, which was a nice touch. Edited the review from 5 star to 4 star overall and for service, looked at our bill today and realised that we were charged for a glass of red wine that never arrived, at time we just assumed they forgot as it was ordered at start of meal to come with a certain dish, it wasn’t until today we realised they still charged for it. These things happen and wouldn’t put us off returning.

This was our 2nd visit, 1st visit in the evening. What can I say, absolutely 💯! We had a fabulous evening served by Mike & Marta. So welcoming & the dining experience was amazing.

The harmony between the dishes and the wine pairings was remarkable. Each combination elevated the flavors in unexpected ways. The sommelier’s explanations added a real touch of depth to the experience. A true delight for food and wine lovers!”

The personal was wonderfully welcoming, Mike and the rest made me feel like a queen. I had the Marc degustation menu and is was a delight from start to finish. I loved how he blended the local delicacies with a futuristic presentation, every plate was like a piece of art, and every bite a surprise.

La Rosa Vermuteria & Colmado is a laid-back eatery with a vintage ambiance that offers a variety of tapas, grilled dishes, and traditional fare. While some may find the concept posh for a vermouth place, it provides an opportunity to experience this classic drink in a different setting. The restaurant's decor, featuring vintage Martini signs and an impressive collection of antique seltzer bottles, makes it highly Instagrammable.
Excellent recommendation from our friend. Great service, walk-in available for 2 just after 12pm. Food was tasty! And reasonable prices. Sangria was the best we’ve had. Lovely staff with a nice vibe inside.
Myles M — Google review
Service and ambience: It gets very busy so make sure to book ahead. The service was great waitstaff were quite helpful with order recommendations. Food: Quality of the food was great: - Calamari was tender on the inside but not as crispy as I would’ve liked it to be. - Beef croquettes were crispy but lacked in flavor a bit - Octopus was amazing well chard some of the best I’ve ever had. - stake tartar was good and well balanced. - Oxtail with broken eggs was bit heavy but over all pleasant.
Mohammed S — Google review
🍷 La Rosa Vermuteria & Colmado has a wonderful atmosphere and offers traditional Spanish flavors with a modern touch. From tapas to different varieties of vermouth, you can enjoy many authentic tastes here. The food and drinks are carefully selected and truly delicious. ⚠️ A small note: Making a reservation is highly recommended. Without one, you might face long waiting times or even struggle to find a table, especially during peak hours. 👍 With a reservation, the experience becomes much smoother and more enjoyable. For those who prefer to go spontaneously, it’s still worth a try, but be prepared to wait.
Ugurcan A — Google review
We ended up at La Rosa on the recommendation of a local working in a nearby shop — and I’m so glad we did. This turned out to be the best dining experience of my entire trip. Every tapa we tried was beautifully executed — each one a perfect, delicious bite. I’ll be dreaming of the garlic red prawn croquettes and the grilled Iberian pork with truffled parmentier — both absolutely unforgettable. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, and we were able to walk in and get a table for six upstairs. You truly get what you pay for here. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll absolutely return.
Stephanie M — Google review
La Rosa was fantastic, the waiter was amazing, so friendly and allowed us to order different dishes at different times. The food was delicious, the steak was so tender it just melted in the mouth. If I'm ever back in Palma I'd definitely visit again. It was extremely busy, best to book in advance.
Susan O — Google review
Avoid this place! The food is OK but not better than the local tapas restaurant on the corner. It is better presented on the plate than most restaurants, but the taste gives no sensations at all. The service is very bad, even though the waiters have a nice, polite attitude. Waiters take a very long time and forget what we asked for several times. I'm surprised at how unprofessional the service is. Perhaps it's more of a management problem, looking at the resource side—but then it will be permanently bad. We had a wine called Mula Mucho at a low price. Even though it has a photo of a dog on the bottle, it was surprisingly great. (Note: usually I never buy wines with "over-commercial" labels/stickers.) The restaurant seems to have taken over the restaurant next to Vermuteria called Colmado, and this is where we had our table. They call it a "classic table," but with no backrest, it will hurt your back a lot. Apparently, they want to shove in as many people as possible, and chairs with backrests take up too much space. Looking at the total, based on the bad service and the medioker level of the food, we will never ever come here again. Our expectations where a lot higher.
Stefan N — Google review
Great for dinners and savoring vermouth (homemade btw). In the evening times a smaller group will not wait long to be invited compared to a larger group. Ideally a reservation will make it work faster. The food was tasty and service was great (kudos to our waitress Sonya:) ) highly recommended when you visit Palma!

El Camino is a stylish eatery located in Palma, brought to life by the creators of London's popular Barrafina tapas restaurants. Despite opening just before the pandemic, it has become a favorite spot in town. The bistro's modern and welcoming interior attracts passersby, with a daily queue forming outside. The long bar top is always packed as patrons order tapas and watch the chefs work in the open kitchen.
What an incredible spot! The food is absolutely delicious, and the presentation is a visual feast! While I think the menu could use a little more variety, they did have a fantastic selection of daily specials that more than made up for it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience that truly delighted our taste buds!

The restaurant is incredibly popular - fully booked even on a weekday. I managed to get a seat without a reservation after waiting about 45 minutes, and it was absolutely worth both the time and the money. The food was outstanding, truly one of the best meals of my life. Sitting at the bar gave me a front-row view of the kitchen, and I was amazed. The chefs moved like a perfectly choreographed team - focused, efficient, yet warm and approachable. Despite the pace, they still found moments to smile, joke, and chat, which made the experience even more special. This place delivers on every level: food, atmosphere, and service. Beyond that, it’s clear the people working here genuinely enjoy what they do, and that energy shines through. Thank you for such a memorable dinner, and congratulations on the wonderful work!

Most certainly make reservations for El Camino! This spot fills up quickly and for good reason - we loved everything we tried and even re-ordered a couple of them. The food is amazing and the ambiance is nice! The service is quick. We were 4 people and tried our best to try as much food as we can :) only the paella was a dissapointment becuase the rice was so hard to chew other than that we were so happy and pleased what we ordered. Cheesecake is a MUST! Do not miss the chance to taste it! Highly reccommend restaurant !

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! Such a fantastic experience. The staff were amazing, the vibe was great and the food/wine was delicious! We thought sitting at a bar would be uncomfortable and cramped but it was the opposite. It was really spacious! We ordered everything we wanted in one go and it came out dish by dish as if it was a tasting menu. We will definitely go again when visiting Palma.

Hands down one of the top 5 meals I ever had, everything was just impeccable! Highly recommend booking at least a week in advance, but the planning will be definitely worthy! Choosing the bar seating was the best option, as you can watch the chefs prepping the dishes and get a feel for the action. Everything was out-of-this world tasty and I can’t recommend it enough! Definitely get the zucchinni flower filled with ricotta, the croquettas & the pork, although I could have ordered the whole menu as it looked spectacular!

Bar Bosch is a popular spot in Palma known for its delicious rustic Majorcan cuisine and variety of small dishes. The terrace is a great place to enjoy the local atmosphere while savoring specialties like frito Mallorquin and llonguets. The restaurant offers well-priced and well-presented breakfast options, making it an ideal spot to start your day. Additionally, Bar Bosch is famous for its Langosta avocado-salmon dish, which comes highly recommended by visitors.
Best bar in Mallorca…such a Classic!!!Food is home day and top quality! the staff really take care of customers and in my case I am taking my breakfast and coffee here since over 30 years!!!👏👏👏Love it 👏👏👏

We had a chicken salad, it was okay the chicken tasted a bit tired which has been unsatisfying to be honest. I ordered a drink without sugar, I got a water con azucar, this annoyed me the most! The atmosphere is nice, but also a bit annoying with the bus stop in front. The service is also a bit slow for my taste :D you also could see it in the eyes of other guests around 😅 I would not come back

Came here a few times during my trip in July and then came back again in August. Consistently good food, drink and service. Staff always friendly and hard working.

This is a classic bar renowned for its lively atmosphere and central location. It’s a popular spot for both locals and visitors. Their menu features Mallorcan staples like llonguet sandwiches and varieties of tapas. The food quality is decent and the terrace setting is ideal for people-watching. Just a side note, smoking is prohibitted in their terrace. The service is usually low or inconsistent, depending on how busy the period is. I suggest their “tostada con aguacate y salmon” and “rabo de toro con patatas y huevo frito”. Overall, it’s a convenient place to enjoy Palma’s ambiance, though expectations for service should be modest. Prices are okay.

Great, always looks like a horrible tourist trap but it really isn't, good, realistically priced tapas and snacks, great service lovely inside as well, generally a great place to spend an afternoon. It's right in the very heart of busiest part of the busiest Street in Palma so don't expect a quiet time, but great fun.

A lovely restaurant with a charming street ambience, perfect for outdoor seating. The famous toasts were wonderfully crispy, but having only one person attending to 30-40 tables didn’t seem fair. Service was incredibly slow, and one of the items we ordered never arrived. When we mentioned this while paying, we were simply told that it may have run out. They have a offer which is 12 oysters and a MUET for 99 euros. While most items on the menu were reasonably priced but the oysters and MUET were shockingly expensive.

The best gazpacho ever. And I will say I have tried gazpacho all over the world. Wonderful seating. Great atmosphere and the food is amazing. Bravo to the chef
Charles Z — Google review
As long-term residents, we have visited De Tokio a Lima regularly over the years and recently decided to take our house guests there for lunch. Sadly, this experience was far below what the restaurant’s reputation — and prices — would suggest. From the outset, one of the female staff members (manager/hostess/concierge) was notably unfriendly and never cracked a smile. Another member of staff was overbearing, commenting unnecessarily on our bags and the need for one of us to take a business call. The real problems came with the food and service. Although we were only a party of five and ordered a starter, two shared salads, and main courses to be served together, the first dishes did not appear for over an hour. Service then dragged on for another 90 minutes. Even more frustrating, other tables who arrived later than us were served the same dishes well before ours. Clearly, there were issues in the kitchen that day — but they landed squarely on our plate and not on that of the serving staff. Unfortunately, rather than offering a proper apology or reassurance, the situation was left to fester. To make matters worse, one guest was given the wrong dish. She assumed it was battered scallops, but it turned out to be shrimp — something she does not eat. The waiter remarked, “Well at least now you know what shrimp tastes like!” What he may have thought was wit or flamboyance was in fact dull, dismissive, and rude. Despite assuring us we would not be charged for the mistake, the dish was still added to the bill. When I pointed this out, he waved his hand dismissively and finally removed it. Another dish failed to arrive altogether, and when it eventually did, it was again the wrong one. One of our guests ended up with no proper meal at all. This was not simply a matter of delays or mistakes — it was the attitude. No one offered a sincere apology, and we were made to feel like an inconvenience throughout. The contrast between the reputation of the restaurant and the reality of our experience was striking. In Japan, customer service is defined by attentiveness, humility, and respect — this was the complete antithesis. The only positive note was the friendliness of the staff on the door. Inside, however, the service was disorganised, ungracious, and far below the standard one would expect from a restaurant of this standing.

Rosevelvet is a trendy coffee shop and bakery in Palma that offers a variety of pastries, cakes, and brunch options. The cafe menu includes breakfast burritos, bacon, egg & cheese sandwiches, and delectable homemade cakes and pastries. They source their coffee from top European roasters. Visitors can enjoy their treats in the compact terrace or the lovely courtyard at the back of the cafe.
Rosevelvet Eatery might be the most beautiful café in Palma. I was so happy to finally find my perfect scandi-style brekkie: a slice of sourdough with cheese and a boiled egg – so simple, but always a winner. The prices are fair, the coffee is great, and the pastries are just as good. Only downside: the acoustics. It can get quite noisy when it’s busy. Still, one of my absolute favorite spots in the city!

It's a very quiet place. The staff were very kind and friendly.
Damla V — Google review
Waiter was helpful but ham and cheese sandwich was just ok, as was the croissant with ham and cheese. The bacon quiche was slightly better, a good sized slice, but the coffee again was not very good.
Tom G — Google review
We went here for breakfast on our first morning. Pastries, sandwiches and coffee (they have soy milk!!) are great at this place. It's nice to sit outside and people watch. The only thing that bothered me: When I wanted to take a photo for my travel blog, a woman (maybe owner) told me quite rudely not to take photos inside. It's a shame and doesn't make any sense. The other waiters and people behind the counter, though, were really really friendly.

My girlfriend and I eat in some bar in Market across the road. There we drink and eat a lot and we payed 14e for everything. We went out and we decide to drink something cold and fresh. First we wait for waitress 10min and we order 2x fresh orange juice and we payed 10e for that. Robbery.

Panaderia S'Estació is a charming bakery in the heart of Palma that offers a unique and cozy atmosphere. The decor is authentic and eye-catching, with the added surprise of a glass floor that allows you to watch the bakers at work below. While seating may be limited, the experience is well worth it. The bakery offers a variety of delicious pastries, including carrot cake and coca de patata, all made in-house.
Every time I am ,,home‘‘ in Palma, I come here with my family. They have the best donuts and the best Oreo dessert. Also the store is very cool with the glass floor so you can see the 👨‍🍳 making all the delicious treats. 10€ per person is what we usually spend for a coffee/soft drink and 1-2 desserts! The staff is also quite friendly! I will always come here again.
Liv L — Google review
So good and affordable! Got 1 sweet and 1 savory treat, with a cafe con leche for under 10 euro. Great vibes, the glass floor was really good. My only complaint was that the treats weren't heated up. But still tasty!!
Breanna H — Google review
The food is very good, the service is fast, and the workers are helpful. I had an almond croissant and it was good. There is a toilet for men and women. You can watch the workers making the pies through the glass floor. The prices are reasonable.

This is a very nice cafe and it is well-situated. They offer a great selection of pastries. There is a small sitting area outside on the street but the inside is just gorgeous. The decoration is top with a glass floor you can actually see them baking. I highly recommend.

This is a gorgeous, well-situated cafe, with delicious coffee and a great selection of pastries. The coca de patata in particular was super fluffy and delicious. You can take some nice pictures here, the decoration is really something.

Lovely bakery with delicious pastries and great coffee. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, with plenty of options to choose from. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a quick stop during the day. Prices are fair for the quality. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby!

They are thieves!!! This is the worst place in the world! The two of us were in this place 7 days ago. We ordered two pastries and coffee and the bill was around 7 euros. My husband gave them (to girl who works there) 50 euros, and she gave him back 23, instrad of 43! He immediately counted and complained, and she said that she didn't have 20 euros at the moment and that she would bring it to him. We sat at the table for about 15 minutes and she didn't come. After that, we came to her to ask for our money, but she pretended that she didn't know what we were talking about. All the workers got together and asked us why were we complaining about it after half an hour, even though we complaned to the seller right away! that saleswoman pretended she didn't know English, and when we turned to leave she was laughing at us, behind our backs, along with the other workers. We have never experienced such a thing in all our lives, that someone robs us in front of our eyes and then laughs at us. The impression is that the girls who work there do so in agreement with each other.

What sets this bakery apart is not only the exquisite flavors but also the elegant packaging. Additionally, Mama Carmen in Palma serves organic breakfast items and delectable pastries.
A small hidden patisserie in the center of Palma. Have been there twice during different visits and was always positively surprised by the quality of the deserts. The strawberry speciality is my favorite and the coffee is a very good accompaniment. Eider is providing very welcoming and warm service.

Chilled coffee shop with some lovely desserts. The pastry on the meringue tart was crisp and buttery! Coffee should have been warmer though.

Absolutely the crunchiest and most buttery croissants I’ve ever had. The cream in the pistachio raspberry croissant was a perfection, oh my god!
Lika — Google review
Our favorite cafe in Palma 🤩🤩🤩 in addition to the tostada and traditional, we also loved the croissants and donut
Amy W — Google review
The food was very good, the Hazelnut croissants, the flans and the coffee are definitely my favorite. The tall guy serving customer hasn’t been friendly at all, he didn’t even acknowledge us when we came in ( even if we said hello when we came in). The service wasn’t good at all and we had to get our order ourselves from the counter after we sat down. We have visited the place on a very quiet morning so no excuse at all. Lluis Perez is making so much efforts to offer the best pastries to his customers and the whole experience has been ruined because of the 2 team members present on that day. What a shame !

NOT tourist friendly. Very rude service. Better & kinder cafes nearby. Added: Waitress failed to mention no outside drinks until after we were seated. She in fact came over and rudely told us to leave while we were already looking at the menu we were provided with. Then when we were more than happy to throw out our already consumed drinks she said okay we could stay. We told her we were ready to order new coffees and food from their cafe and that’s when we were kicked out. We were confused as to why she suddenly changed her mind. This was no misunderstanding. She was rude and hostile despite us being more than understanding.

(Translated by Google) The service from the lady with red glasses was very satisfactory, she answered all our questions and was very kind in telling us about the products. It is a somewhat small place, you have to go early in case there are more people. I didn't give it 5 stars because there were other girls who were rude to other customers. The ensaimada was delicious, I bought one with apricot and one with sobrasada. From delicious rye and sourdough loaves to Mallorcan-inspired pastries, Fika Farina is open all day, every day for your pastry fixes.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely delightful! I recently visited Fika Farina Coffee and Bakery, and I was blown away by the quality and flavor of their pastries. I tried several different items, and while everything was delicious, the pistachio croissant completely stole the show — simply amaaazing!!! Flaky, buttery, and filled with rich pistachio cream, it was easily one of the best croissants I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Whether you’re a coffee lover, pastry enthusiast, or just looking for a cozy spot to relax, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I first discovered Fika Farina through an Instagram account I follow and have been eagerly awaiting the chance to try it ever since. With all that anticipation, I was a bit nervous—could it really live up to the hype? The answer: absolutely. This place delivers pastry perfection — light, crisp, flaky croissant dough, superb cardamom and cinnamon rolls, and a wonderful mix of unique creations and timeless classics, all executed with excellence. My only wish is that they offered seating so customers could relax and truly savour the experience.

We came here two days in a row, due to the absolutely spectacular pastries. The taste and quality was top tier, one of the best bakeries I’ve ever been to! We got there at opening time (8am), so everything was fresh from the kitchen, the freshness was reflected in the flavour. Absolute must visit if you are in the palma old town area!!!

Who told all the tourists about this place? Had to queue this time! But understandable when it's this good... The most amazing pastries, like really really good (and innovative too), plus excellent coffee they roast themselves. It's worth queueing, believe me!

This is an expensive and for some reason, very famous bakery. We tried their coco and Danish pastry with frambuesa. The Danish was good, but we didn’t really get the point of the coco. It wasn’t bad but just felt a bit unnecessary, you know… Maybe we were missing something (are we supposed to dip it in chocolate sauce or eat it a certain way?). Overall, it wasn’t bad but we honestly didn’t understand why there’re more than a thousand reviews here and always a line in front…

Definitely lived up to the hype! The cardamom and cinnamon buns were buttery, flakey, and fresh. I enjoyed them very much! A bit pricier than expected but worth trying. I would go with the cardamom if you’re having trouble deciding which! Also arrived around 4 pm and they still had plenty of buns.
Shy-lee E — Google review
We got in a bit late so options were a bit limited but the cinnamon roll which was the one I wanted to try was amazing. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area. I sometimes buy my bread here and well it is not the best but not too bad. I went yesterday 05/06/24 to buy my Reyes 🫅 “roscón de nata” . I paid 12€ for a 6 portions cake.m, and it turned to be the worst roscón I ever had in my entire life. What a disappointment considering they claim to be a “forn” that is a hand made baker. This roscón is worst than the one I could have bought in Lidl or Eroski. Really disgusting industrial stuff that not even the dogs wanted. Bad!

The best French bakery in Palma! Don’t get fooled by this shops small size- their pastries are absolutely delicious! Hotel Can Cera is a refined property that offers a bar, restaurant, and breakfast, as well as a spa, sauna, and lounge. The hotel welcomes guests with a traditional Majorcan patio featuring magnificent arches and lush plants. It has been renovated but still retains many original features from its past as a family home. The hotel boasts various common spaces including meeting rooms, an intimate salon, a reading room, and a top-floor terrace with views over the old city rooftops.
Incredible stay! One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The consideration and experience for guests is truly remarkable. They have a private spa that you can rent out. Wonderful rooms and the location in the city center is convenient for walking anywhere. Thank you Benjamin and all the wonderful people at Can Cera. I look forward to coming back!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Palma. We booked it for the fantastic location, beautiful property, and generously spacious rooms—and it truly lived up to our expectations. The staff made our experience even more memorable. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They also gave us great local recommendations for dining and things to do. A special thank you to Giulia, who was especially kind and helpful during our departure—she even helped us book a taxi, which we really appreciated. One helpful note for future guests: if you're arriving by car or renting a car, be aware that parking is not directly onsite (which is common in central Palma). The closest parking lot is about a 10-minute walk away. We were able to drop off our luggage first and the staff kindly assisted with directions and bags, but understanding this in advance would have helped us plan better. Overall, it was a lovely stay in a charming city, and we’d happily return!

The hotel is clean, tidy, and beautifully designed, with a very elegant atmosphere. The rooms are uniquely styled, and each one has its own distinctive charm. The fragrance throughout the hotel is amazing and adds to the overall experience. A special thanks to the lady at the reception (I forgot her name) – she was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Truly a fantastic stay!

Very few complaints…really nice, quiet spot out of the mayhem of the city. The staff were friendly, the food (including the breakfast) was good and the drinks well made. The finishes were high end and we were very happy with both the shared spaces and our room (the main suite, room 3). Of the complaints…they spray a weird small in the rooms, maybe supposed to smell like an old building / furniture / castle, but it just made us feel a bit ill. And, the carpet is wicker, which sounds fun but actually isn’t very comfortable to walk on barefoot, so make sure you grab the free slippers.
Sean B — Google review
We have recently had the chance to stay in this mesmerizing renovated old mansion, let me say it was pleasantly amazing. The staff the room the lobby was an amazing treat. The only thing you have to consider is the parking as it is a 10 min walking distance and it was a bit expensive. Other than that i would say it was perfect with a great location within the heart of Palma city.
Marwan A — Google review
Memories for a lifetime. We loved everything about our stay at Can Cera. The staff was extremely detail oriented and knew all their guests which made every errand so simple to handle. It is a quiet and refined retreat just a step away from the hustle and bustle of Palma. We loved everything from the refined furniture and art of our room (which was btw absolutely spotless), to the concierge service and the cocktail bar. Truly amazing.
Thomas S — Google review
Staying at Can Cera Hotel was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were taken in by the warm atmosphere and stunning decor—every detail of the property feels thoughtful, elegant, and true to the charm of Mallorca. Benjamin walked us through the map of Palma and Mallorca, recommended restaurants and day trips, and even made us our dinner reservations for us while we relaxed and enjoyed our welcome drink. Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and instantly felt like a private sanctuary. What really stood out, though, was the staff’s remarkable attention to detail. Even if we stepped out for just 20 minutes, we’d return to find the room perfectly refreshed. Their attentiveness was unmatched—always present when you needed something, but never intrusive. One day we weren’t feeling our best and couldn’t explore the town, but we didn’t mind at all—the hotel was so comfortable and the staff so kind that it felt like the perfect place to simply rest and recharge. Booking a massage is a MUST - one of the best we’ve ever had. We also took advantage of the spa that had a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and reserved it twice during our stay. One thing to note is that there isn’t parking onsite and it’s about a 7min walk from the hotel and the roads to get to the hotel are very narrow and not for a nervous driver. Not a deal breaker for us but something to note! The entire experience was seamless and elevated, making us feel cared for in the most genuine way. Can Cera is the kind of place you don’t just stay at—you remember. Without a doubt, a five-star experience. We will be back!!

If you're in the mood for a delicious pastry, Panaderia Fiol is worth a visit. With an unassuming storefront and dimly lit interior, it's easy to walk past without realizing its greatness, but don't be fooled - once inside you'll find trays of croissants that are some of the best in the area. Made with buttery, soft dough and delicious flavors, these homemade pastries are hard to resist.

Since 1652! The smell of fresh baked bread, did me entre this little hide away bakery, looks dark and closed but is not. The giant baker appeared to be verry friendly. When i asked him, do you still bake everything yourself? The baker admitted so. I told him, thats a heavy job, getting up early, baking bread and selling it for a small price, long hours, 7 days? The baker said; Its oké , i do it with love! Ones at home i tried his typical brown Majorca round bread, it was surprising moisturized and smooth! So thats what bread baked with love, taste likes!!! Muchos gracias signor Fiol! Bakery is open 7 days a week , 8.00-22.00. ( my Xmas wish is that you will be capable to keep baking bread for many years and life treats you good! )

Other reviews claim that the prices are jacked up once they know you're a tourist/not a local, and I think their claims are correct. My experience was similar even though I didn't read the reviews or know about this place. I accidentally found it while walking to my hostel. I went in and asked for a small pastry. The price was so high that I had to politely cancel the order. I didn't know the typical prices, all I knew was that €2.5 for a small pastry is out of my budget. What I found odd was how the owner got very defensive and kept saying "I didn't increase the price for you only. Go and see, everyone else charges the same price" and at one point he said "How much do you want to pay for it" which reminded me of bargaining in Marrakesh. I am socially awkward and just wanted to apologise because I can't afford the high price, but he kept interrupting me. His defensive behaviour was sudden and indicates that he indeed jacks up prices and got nervous when I said it was high. And now that I saw other reviews saying the same, I guess it could be true that he charges tourists higher than locals.

Specializing in the unique cruffin—a charming blend of muffin and croissant—this bakehouse offers an enticing selection that may be limited but is undeniably impressive. The perfect place for brunch, lots of delicious options! We had the yogurt bowl and the scrambled eggs and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Great friendly service and a nicely decorated restaurant. I definitely recommend having the larger bowl which is €10 as I wished I had done. You pay before you receive your food which is great as you don’t have to wait around after you have finished :)

Very nice place with a good pastry bakery. Had some nice cakes. Staff is friendly. The juices are also very good. Prices are fair given the quantity and quality.

Nestled in one of Palmas busy squares where many cafes, shops and restaurants are available. Let's not forget the street markets. However, this little cafe is in a perfect location - on the corner of Placa Major. We visited this cafe for breakfast and we were delighted. The food was amazing - we got a lovely salmon bagel with avacado and cream cheese. It was so fresh and flavoursome. They served a lovely and strong iced coffee with a freshly squeezed orange juice. It is very reasonably priced and great selection on their menus. Service and staff were amazing. Overall, great exprience and would definitely recommend. Pros: - excellent food and service - beautiful decor - AC inside and outdoor seating - seems to be wheelchair accessible - family friendly Cons: - cannot fault this place at all. Excellent work team and thank you for having us. We will be back for sure. Thank you for making our holiday extra special.

Cute Café and a very nice Lady running this place. I tried the açaí bowl, which was ok… would have appreciated homemade granola! Latte art was beautiful on the Flat white and it tasted good as well. I enjoyed the very crispy and flaky croissant in the afternoon and the lemon tartlet was not too sweet but pastry could have been crispier and the merengue had a funny texture.
Wing C — Google review
What a lovely place! Good coffee (I tried americano), but the matcha roll... It was heavenly experience, matcha + white chocolate + raspberries. The decor was cute, very instagrammable. The staff was nice, explained what the specific cake/dessert/ contains. Didn't try savory things, but it looked amazing.

Forn i Pastisseria Ca'n Molinas is a historic bakery in Valldemossa, offering a delightful selection of local pastries such as coca de patata, Gato de Almendras, mantecados, robiols, ensaimadas, and cocas de anis. Visitors can enjoy these treats in the charming interior courtyard with orange trees or grab them to go. The bakery's cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make for a pleasant experience.
Wonderful food and terrace in the back. Try the almond slush drink and the spinach pouch, they are delicious.

We loved it here! The servers were very nice and patient when trying to decide what to choose. The “Coca de Patata” was really good, we got the normal but I would recommend the Nutella filled, the Almond Cake was extremely good, I would go back just for it. The rest of the food was very good also and to finish off, it wasn’t expensive for all the food we got, we paid 17€. We sat outside, very lovely and chill.
Katherine A — Google review
If you want to experience the local pastries and amazing coffee you have to go to this place. The Coca patata with Nutella was amazing and the gato almond cake was a must. Staff was very friendly specially because it was raining and they made sure we could get a table because of people at the end of the line were trying to sit when we were waiting for our coffee. You won’t be disappointed

Can be extremely busy as it's very well known. Quality local speciality pastries are tasty. Posh town with posh prices. The covered outside eating area at the rear is a good size and very pleasant.
Tommi R — Google review
Very fluffy coca de patata (a Valldemossa specialty; €1.60), and an incredibly moist carrot cake (€3) + a good selection of drinks, other patries, and sandwiches. A solid pick. The place gets busy with tourists and for good reason, as there is a very large and lovely garden sitting area out back

Yum pastries! We had a potato bun with Nutella and an ensaïmada which was so light and fluffy! We had a few in Mallorca and the one from here was the best! Great stop for some treats

Great bakery. Delicious ensaimadas, especially the seasonal fig one and the apricot also was one of the best I have had around the island.

We visited 4 times during our stay in Mallorca. Homemade granizado de almendra (almond horchata), huge chunks of almonds in it, so good on a hot day !! Life changing ensaimada de crema quemada- pretty much creme brûlée in a soft pastry. Great coca de verdura (thin veggie pizza), Jampn Serrano baguette, and decent coffee, although I preferred the granizado. Fresh pressed orange juice. Everything is fresh and made in house. Great outside terrace to sit on. Highly recommend !!

Horno Santo Cristo, a historic bakery located in central Palma, has been a favorite among locals and visitors alike. The bakery offers classic pastries from Mallorca, including the famous Ensaimadas, which are large and sweet pastries that can be shared among several people. In addition to the Ensaimadas, Horno Santo Cristo also offers well-fermented croissants, interesting pies, and tarts.
The best croissant I’ve ever had. Pistachio, beautiful

Super cute shop and locations but the Ensimadas, Empanadas and pizza have been disappointing. Dry and low quality. They are unable to heat it up which contributes to a lower rating unfortunately.

They have the famous Ensaimadas. Its size is like a pizza and costs 10,70 euros. Its really good, but sweet (you can share with more than 5 people one unit).

I normally avoid negative reviews, I prefer to go to the business directly, however, in this case I will leave my review online. I came to the shop in early afternoon, I was the only customer, but the person behind the counter was exceptionally rude. She was too busy having a conversation with her friend to even tell me the bill! I had to ask. Then after getting my change I was polite but she was silent and looking away. Completely unacceptable. The food wasn't as good as I have had elsewhere, but poor attitude doesn't help the experience. If the staff member doesn't like serving the public, then change job.

After living in Spain for awhile, I understand Spanish customer service isn't what most Americans would like. However, our experience at this place is beyond the pale. After coming in, and waiting in line for ten minutes, my girlfriend and I finally got to the front of the counter and waited patiently in front of the cashier. She looked up at us, smiled, and then turned to the three women who came in behind us. I was annoyed, however these women were older, grandmotherly type, and I thought she was being polite. So we waited another 5 minutes or so for their orders to be filled. Finally, it was our turn, right? Nope, a 20 something came along, and the attendant looked us in the eyes, sarcastically smiled and then moved again to this new customer, totally ignoring the fact that we had been waiting patiently in line, for almost 20 minutes. I could understand if we were in some obscure part of the counter. But we were standing directly in front of the cashier. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL.

⭐️ great place to get a snack with a stunning ocean view ⭐️ Bread and all its variations are their specialization, so try some of these. We enjoy a lunch break during our bike ride next to the coast. We got a sandwich and a bocadillo, both was very good. The price was very good, we paid for two coca cola's and the to snacks <15€. And the view was stunning, see the pictures. So just try it your own and enjoy a good, cheap and enjoyable lunch.

Nice place with a nice view, staff are responsive and friendly. However the food wasn’t great. We both ordered the food in the picture posted 2 lamb chops - unseasoned 2 Spanish sausage - which were good 4 slices of bland bread with bland tomato on it Another kind of sausage which I think was black pudding which was good But over just tasteless
Jamie W — Google review
The food was of poor quality (the salad leaves were black on the edges, it seems to be expired), also the food was over-salted that it was impossible to eat, maybe it was to hide the bad smell? My wife got a spider inside the fish. The conclusion is that it is better to cook at home ( At this time everything is closed except this place, so breakfast at another restaurant is not an option unfortunately ) and be sure that you will not be poisoned by food, and pay such people do not want to pay, it seems they do not want that visitors were tasty, then why give them money? It used to be a good place, but now apparently there are employees who don't care about the restaurant owner's business.
Naum N — Google review
The restaurant is located on the beachside, and an amazing view of the sea. It’s a non-smoking restaurant, and we could only smoke outside. The food was delicious and in a very large amount. We dined in, ordered a meal for three, seafood paella, and the Pinza Na Porba, which looked delicious as well. At the end we had cheesecake with strawberry jelly, freshly baked, and Brownies, and Chocolate Cake. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and well organized. I would like to visit them again for sure.

Santagloria Coffee & Bakery offers excellent coffee and a wide range of baked goods at affordable prices. The morning staff may sometimes display unhappiness, but considering the quality coffee available for just 1.25, that can be overlooked. The cafe also boasts a varied selection of cakes at reasonable prices. Many patrons have made visiting this establishment part of their daily routine. Santagloria is known for its fantastic coffee, delicious pastries, and tasty sandwiches.
Cannot recommend Santagloria cafe more! We tried almost all of their sandwiches and pastry and I genuinely cannot recommend them more! My personal favourite is the croissant with mozzarella, tomato, and lettuce and my partner's favourite were the olive bread and Iberico ham one and the iberico croissant! We loved the tortilla sandwich as well! As for the sweets, you cant go wrong! Pastries are soft and flakey, full of flavour! We brought two large bags of both sweet and savoury treats from the best cafe in Can Pastilla to Glasgow! ¡Recomiendo esta panadería tanto a locales como a turistas! La gente que trabaja aquí es muy amable y puede recomendarle algo si no sabe qué elegir.

Spent several hours here passing the morning, trying a number of pastries and drinking coffee. The freshly made plain croissant was excellent but the chocolate coated pastries and filled croissants were more pleasing to the eye than the palate. They tasted fine but not particularly special. Really nice atmosphere and a lovely place to relax

We ate breakfast there every day of our trip (and a sneaky lunch take out to the beach too!) and tried many new pastries, pizza-like strips and sandwiches. The fresh orange 🍊🧡 juice was amazing also. Thoroughly recommend the place, the food and the people, Santagloria was awesome.

Heard stories that locals in Palma are not so welcoming and friendly to tourists. The staff in Santagloria proved it wrong. They were friendly, welcoming, and smile a lot. Both food and drinks were amazing! Highly recommended spot for tourists!

I had Iberico sandwich & iced latte (8.10 euro). I sat outside and the table was dirty, and nobody came to clean it - you can see it on the picture. I found the attitude of the blonde lady taking the orders rude. She was so annoyed and brushed me off because I wanted to order a sandwich that was shown on the little card but apparently it wasn’t served at that time. She started getting annoyed and speaking under her breath. Nobody spoke English so I didn’t understand her. This was not a nice experience. Not recommended ⛔️ PS: Meat and cheese containing products are sitting at the room temperature and I don’t find that safe.

Did a quick pit stop at this little bakery known for their authentic and artisanal ensaimadas and so many delicious baked goods! With a quick line forming out the door and their drool worthy pastries, baked goods, breads, sandwiches and so many delicious things through that glass window, you can’t help but impatiently wait as you patiently wait for your turn. It’ll be well worth it I promise! There’s a few locations of the Forn Sant Cristo, even one in Palma. They’ve been operating and perfecting their ensaimadas for a long time, since 1910! This is the perfect little spot to take a coffee break, snack break, lunch break, really anything. We loved our savory bites and also got this incredible almond cake that they’re also typically known for. Wish I could remember it but sadly all I remember is how incredible it was. Either way, you can’t go wrong with anything in here!

Authentic argentean "facturas" or filled croissants, however the service seems distinctly Argentinean as well, that is to say, none at all. Really good place to see and come to for local coffee and other stuff, particularly the Ensaimada and other things here. A selection of indoor and outdoor seating to have here and definitely would come back here to have more. Perfect service and staff can be helpful in multiple languages.

Oh wow! Their ensaimadas are out of this world!!! They are with crema catalana instead of regular cream . I’m blown away. The best best best.

Stevo T — Google review
We live one floor up and visit this bakery several times a week when we're here. The staff is really friendly and speak good english as well as multiple languages. They always have fresh bread. A warm recommendation is the ensaimadas, especially the one with figs. We could not wish for more in a bakery!
Heimir N — Google review
This is the best place for ensaimada in the whole of Mallorca! My wife and I keep coming back to the island every year and when we try it in other bakeries they are not as good. I recommend specially the ones freshly filled with custard (“crema”) or with creme brulee (“crema catalana”).

Granier is a delightful bakery offering an extensive selection of cakes, biscuits, savory snacks, and made-to-order baguettes. The establishment also provides a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and custom-made hot chocolate. With a pleasant ambiance and friendly service, it's an ideal spot to enjoy a quick snack or cup of coffee. Additionally, Granier offers reasonable prices and the option for take-away orders.
Lovely food , stunning coffee and very very reasonably priced

Food and coffee are good value, but not great. Very warm in the shop and will only get hitter as the season progresses.

Called for some pastries including offer of five mini chocolate bites. When the male server eventually got round to it he deftly put the items in a bag and handed over quickly with hand out for payment. He’d given just four when I checked later on my way home and knew exactly what he was doing. Had attitude from the outset.

Everyone complaining about the staff and I see why, lol. They have an attitude that shouldn't exist in a customer service job. I hope they see this as positive criticism to try to improve. A smile is a good place to start =)

Can de Paris is a family-owned business with a rich history spanning five generations of pastry chefs and bakers. Originally established in Normandy, the business later expanded to the Paris region before finally offering its services in Mallorca since 1920. The café offers a delightful selection of French pastries, including macarons, éclairs, cakes, and quiches. Customers can also enjoy authentic French baguettes made with high-quality ingredients sourced from France.
Thank you very much! Your desserts are truly incredible and unique. I have never tried anything like this, even in Paris. A wonderful balance of sweetness, a bright taste of the ingredients, our delight cannot be expressed in words. Good luck to you in your business and a huge number of visitors.

I would like to start with the positive part first as the cakes are really nice, very fresh and good taste. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members where this person was rude to me and my friends. Given my experience, I would recommend this place only if you are looking for a takeaway, hopefully the service level of the staff will improve and you will be able to enjoy a nice cake on-site.

I shop at Ca’n de Paris SC market, I get their really good French baguette you can taste the authentic ingredients (butter and flour from France!) we all love the croissants, pan chocolat, trenza, brioche, their cakes and macarons too plus when Xmas comes we get their bouché de Noel. The staff is always attentive (Hi Noemi) and even when she isn’t around I have no complaints with the service and attentiveness. If you want the real deal without flying to France then here it is!

Everything from this bakery is DELICIOUS. The Ensaimasa is light and fluffy. They also had a round spiral cake that looks like an ensaimada that has “Creme brûlée” inside. The savoury pastries are also a lot better than they look and taste like they’ve been made with proper olive oil. We went there multiple times a day. The only flaw is the coffee is out of a nespresso machine but the pastries are good enough to deserve a 5 star review nonetheless.

This bakery had the best Jamon sandwich me and my husband have both ever eaten! We literally drove past on our way to the other side of the island and pulled over to grab some lunch. The ladies were so lovely too, and one of them kindly gave us one of the pastries (I think it was a traditional Mallorcan pastry) If you are driving past or staying in the area make sure you go!
Katherine — Google review
You should try their ensaïmada - the lightest I tried in Mallorca. It's very delicate and absolutely delicious.
Mel D — Google review
I went here with my boyfriend to have breakfast during my holiday in Mallorca. Since it was my first time here I kindly asked the lady a few questions about the products to know how they were like in order to decide what to get. Even if I tried to speak Spanish the best I could, I didn’t understand what she said at one point and I was a little confused. The lady very rudely told me in a few words to hurry up and decide and so I got the first thing I remembered even if I didn’t want it. My day just started so badly because of this person unjustified rudeness, clients shouldn’t be treated this way and even tourists that try to speak the local language. The products are good but I’ve never felt so offended and I obviously will choose another place to get some breakfast.

Manjares is a top-notch bakery and pastry shop in Alcudia, offering a variety of delicious treats made with love and passion. The artisan bread, chocolate tarts with salted caramel and hazelnuts, almond croissants, avocado toast, and pastries are outstanding. The staff is accommodating to dietary preferences such as non-dairy milk and decaf options. With reasonable prices, it's a hidden gem worth visiting for a cozy breakfast or brunch experience.
We had a great time at this bakery! The pastries were super tasty – especially the cinnamon roll and the almond pain au chocolat. You could really taste that they were homemade. The service was awesome – the guy was super friendly and even joked around with our son, which we really appreciated. The place is very kid-friendly too, with toys and high chairs. Perfect spot for a little family break!

Such a great place! Had an iced coffee which tasted really good for 4,50€. Also had an chicken and egg empanada and they were so kind to heat it up for us. The lemon Croffin was the best thing there tho the lemon filling was so fresh and flavorful definitely the thing you need to get if you go there.

Absolutely amazing patisserie! The pastries here are divine, but the pistachio “brafins” (a delicious blend of a brioche and muffin) are on another level — pure perfection! Soft, rich, and filled with the most incredible pistachio cream. A total flavor explosion! Every bite feels like a little piece of heaven. If you’re on Mallorca, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

L’Epicerie – A Hidden Gem for Coffee & Pastries L’Epicerie Bakery & Specialty Coffee completely won us over—what a gem! From the moment we walked in, the cozy charm and delicious aroma of freshly baked goods set the tone for a perfect morning. The coffee was exceptional—rich, smooth, and expertly made. We tried a flat white and an espresso, both full of depth and flavor. But the true highlight was the pastry selection: buttery croissants, beautiful tarts, and flaky treats that were clearly made with care. Every bite felt like a little moment of joy. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail in both the food and atmosphere made it feel like a place we could return to again and again. Whether you’re stopping in for a quiet morning or grabbing something to go, this bakery is a must-visit for any coffee or pastry lover in the area.

(Translated by Google) I couldn't have been more disappointed. I ordered an ensaimada with a travel box by phone. The clerk gave me all kinds of problems about ordering. She didn't want me to order mid-morning and insisted I order later, which couldn't be. Well, REVENGE, she hung up on me, and when I arrived at my destination, the ensaimada was overcooked, hard, and dry. Unacceptable and betraying. How embarrassing. For an oven that has always produced an excellent product, I don't know what to think: whether it's company policy or the employee's personality. There are many excellent ovens in Mallorca.
