Emeral Bakery and Pastry shop is a favourite stop for coffee, sweet treats and savoury meals on Corfu Island. The bakery has an excellent selection of cakes, pastries and baklava, as well as a wide range of savoury options. The cafe is comfortable with plenty of seating areas. It can be quite noisy outside but that just adds to the atmosphere.
Great stop on way to palaiokstritsa for a coffee and some cake or ice cream. This is sweets heaven. You literally don’t know where to look! Amazing selection of cakes, cookies, ice creams, breads, rolls and savoury snacks. Plenty of parking and seating areas. Service was quick and professional.

Easily my favourite place in Corfu for coffee and pastries. They never disappoint, tyropita, spanakopita, zabonotyropita, bougatsa, everything is basically to die for, and the sweets, ice cream and breads are also excellent!!
Friendly staff and very quick service, this is a must pit-stop for anyone heading to the northern part of the island.

The Americano here is truly amazing – rich, full-bodied, aromatic, and with a pleasant hint of acidity. Definitely not like the over-roasted beans you often find elsewhere on the island. This coffee really stands out.
Their ice cream is also excellent, with a wide selection of flavors. The stracciatella is especially good, packed with plenty of chocolate. They also offer different waffle cones that kids will love.

This is a main breakfast and sweets store in Moraitika I would say.
They work some insane working hours (like 6:30-22:00).
They have really a great offer of pastries (and other breakfast stuff) and sweets. Most of the pastries are in range of 2 - 2.5 EUR. Sweets are mostly 2.5 EUR, and cakes are 20 I think. We bought a cake for kid's birthday and it was really nice. We also ate most of our breakfasts here.
We tried pretty much everything during our stay, and everything we tried was fresh and nice.
You probably don't want to miss this shop if you are here on holiday :).

Horrid place - avoid.
Flies and mosquitos all over the food, literally covered in bugs. When you walk past at night you can see all sorts crawling over the food as nothing is covered.
The slob behind the counter picking her nose whilst making coffee was too much for me. My mate gave her €5 for his coffee and she put it in her pocket and then stuck her finger up at him when he asked for his change. I won’t eat food covered in bugs or drink coffee with someone touching the cup whose fingers had been up her nose. Her uniform was covered in dirt.
Terrible bakery....this is the second time I have ordered a cake in advance for a birthday celebration & both times the cake has not been at the bakery for me to collect.

It is self-service and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very affordable prices, for 3 super-yummy mini-cakes , a Cappuccino and a frappe I paid 5.20€. They have free wifi, you just have to ask for the password. They have a big variety of cakes , cookies, also home-made ice-cream. It is worth at least a visit.

There is simply nothing here that isn’t good! First of all, the space itself stands out — beautifully decorated, with a light atmosphere perfect for relaxing, fully in tune with the island’s mood. We found the prices fair, and the presentation of both food and drinks very well taken care of, which in itself makes for an excellent calling card that makes you want to return. Everything is fresh, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients.
The service is warm and attentive, with a very familiar feel. We are truly grateful for the daily smile and kindness of Takis, Safiyah, Petros, Alexander and the other kind girl.
If you’re going to Corfu, this is an excellent place to start your day with (at least) a Freddo Cappuccino! I’ll be back!
Great place for a little of everything. Coffee is amazing and there are so many treats and savory snacks to choose from. That’s the hardest part, choosing which amazing treat or savory snack you want. You have the option to grab what you want and go or you can enjoy a meal at a table. Everything is delicious and made fresh. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Really great place, I have gone two days in row for lunch. Probably go back again tomorrow. Honestly just really nice, delicious, convenient, and super friendly. Worth checking out if you’re staying in Corfu.

Where you can enjoy with a view. The yoghurt ice cream I had was quite interesting as if I can taste the milk power used in it, very creamy. They also follow the trend and have Dubai Croissant. Strawberry tarts look extremely appetizing.

Great breakfast with views! The staff was superb, really friendly and helpful, great coffee and selection of bakery, I would have tried everything! We had two lattes a cheese pastry and two small pastries filled with limoncello and pistachio cremes. We ended up buying a portion os spanakopita (spinach pie) and tiropita (cheese pie) for the beach and that was lunch sorted :)

The proprietor is amiable, ensuring quick service. The coffees are exceptional, and the baklava is also delicious. Moreover, it provides good value for money. It comes highly recommended as a stop on your way back from the Kaiser II Observatory viewpoint.

Nice little bakery/shop
After taking the long walk from my apartment below this was a welcome stop. There are seats outside with shade/umbrellas which are welcome in the heat as there's no room for seating inside. The people who work there are friendly but have little English. Good selection of food on display - you'd probably wouldn't want to get there too late to have the best selection as they do sell out on the baked goods.

The laboratory products at Ntóboras bakery are truly fantastic! The staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend trying their delicious spanakopita, a traditional snack consisting of spinach wrapped in flaky filo pastry. This small store prepares these snacks on-site, ensuring freshness and satisfaction. If you happen to be shopping at the bazar, do not miss out on this amazing bakery.

Macheimaris Bakery in Acharavi is an incredible establishment that offers a wide variety of delectable baked goods and beverages. The bakery, which is owned by a family, exudes a warm and personal atmosphere. Customers can indulge in mouthwatering pastries and coffees in the morning, or choose to take away delightful cakes for later enjoyment. The service provided is exceptional, and the quality of the food and drinks is top-notch while remaining reasonably priced.
One of the best portokalopita (orange cake) I've ever had and at a very good price. Don't takeaway because it's very juicy, take some time and eat it at the terrace which is really nice.

Don’t bother with the walnut cake or the cataif, the orange cake is ten times better. Loved the orange cake (portokalopita), one of the best! Beware of takeaway as the portokalopita is very juicy and might easily spill. Just have a sit at the terrace, it is lovely.
And the bread was also delicious.
Get there early before 9am if you want to get the really nice pastries, the rest of the day after that, it's just the bread products that's left... Don't get me wrong, it's great all day, but there was an Extra special treats go very fast in the mornings!

They have a daily selection of lovely Fresh bread, cakes, large ring doughnuts, Baklava, pastries and other treats. You’ll also find locals there enjoying fresh coffee- so it must be good!

Unfortunately if you stand in a line there are people coming in front of you when the bakery is busy. The stuff serves whoever is in the front, no matter the waiting line... I FOUND THAT DISRESPECTFUL

A nice bakery, open 24-hours. The pastries are fresh, quite big, they have both savoury & sweet options. Tried the spinach-feta pastry and it was great, substantial as lunch. They don't have seating, so it is to take away.
We tried the baklava. At first, I thought we overestimated our amount of hunger (Due to the size and amount of sugar in Sweets), but they turned out to be a lot less sweet and overpowering, than we originally thought.
They are a lot lighter than the baklava I know from Turkey - or at least that’s my opinion.
Get yourself a delicious snack in Corfu if you’re in the area !

If your looking for a tasty cheap snack, quick lunch on the go, this is the place to go. We got a ham & cheese pie (zampon & kaseri) , a greek koulouri and a cinnamon/biscoff pastry, with a bottle of water and a juice all for €10.50. Would defo go again.
We got pastries here everyday on our recent trip to Corfu! Delicious selection of breakfast items and very well priced :-) Most things we ate too fast to get a photo - but the little lamps (pictured) were a favourite that we took home with us!
Absolutely a hidden gem! This is such a lovely bakery with a wide variety of sandwiches and pies to choose from. I stumbled upon it by accident and couldn’t resist trying their cinnamon rolls (which I absolutely love). The one with lotus completely stole my heart..so delicious! On top of that, the service was excellent. The girl who assisted me was very polite and attentive. Highly recommended!

This seems like a locals place, but would suggest to anyone to take the trek.
Party with the exception of two items not worth. They are not as sweet as they should be and have no real substance.the pound cake maybe 300gr at best just a foam like and comes at €3.40. The service at the day I visited not great not personal, felt like I bother and not pleasant.A disappointment as it is the only pastry soap within two towns.

Perfect bakery in south corfu. There is large selection of Greek sweets and pastries. staff were very willing to explain and show everything. I took traditional Greek sweets with me in a box. We had breakfast with coffee on the spot. There is also a barista who will make you coffee. The seating is only outside, but large. Parking right in front of the store. everyone was very nice and we will definitely come again.

Lovely patisserie, delicious delights, and welcoming staff. We happened across the shop by happy accident and returned each day of our holiday for a special treat. The baklava is very morish and a kilo came home to the UK with us! The coffee is great too.

Vasili, Anna and their staff provide a friendly welcoming atmosphere to this wonderful bakery conveniently located just a short stroll to San Rocco Square and in the opposite direction to the Sea Port.
Vasili works so hard through the night to make everything that appears on the shop shelves. We loved the beautiful pastries, Greek sweets and the coffee both traditional and modern. You can sit outside and watch the world go by and ponder your next selection from the bakery display. On a savoury note we enjoyed the spanokopita and the beef mince pies. We will head back there when we next visit Corfu.

Absolutely fabulous! I had to run for my bus but the owners were so swift and helpful, really kind. The iced cappuccino was great, strong and smooth, and the orange pie is the best I've tasted!
I spotted this small bakery shop by chance on my way back from the supermarket and I couldn't resist the temptation to stop by. The smell was delicious and all the products on the counter looked so good 😋 I opted for a traditional Koulouri bread and it was to die for - Quite big, fresh, still warm and so soft! And it was only 1€! (Or 2 for 1'5€)
They also had a great range of local and traditional products such as other breads, pastries and biscuits, and sweets, at very reasonable prices.
The ladies behind the counter were very welcoming and chatty.
It's mostly a takeaway place but it's not far from the fortress where you can sit under the sun and enjoy your food

Walking through Corfu Old Town and passed this shop with fantastic pastries, gelato and amazing looking pizza.
My partner and I both tried a cheese slice, and I have to admit, the pizza was very good. The crust was perfect, the tomato sauce actually tasted like tomatoes and the cheese was very fresh. Perfect snack for 4 euro per slice, July of 2024.
