Cheese cake was a very small portion although it tasted good. Tea was a bit week. For the avacado crush the toast was cold and the a avacado looked horrible and had no real flavour and looked liquidy.

We went there for a Sunday brunch; the food was below average and the bacon wasn’t cooked properly and they gave me with a disgusting mushroom. I only ate half of the plate. Waste of money!! High street coffee shops are much better than this place.

Everything seemed not fresh. Cream had a crusty shell on it. Server was very polite and went above her duty to help us. No cream in a coffee establishment which I think is poor. Strawberries on strawberry gateau slice was dry and beyond edible.

Got a chicken baguette to take away. Rather disappointing: very little chicken, they appear to microwave the whole thing including the lettuce.

Popped into this usually busy and nice, friendly Patisserie/cafe on Christmas Eve. It was almost empty , and lack of staff notice evident as you walk through. I found a clean table to have my Earl Gray at, and service was prompt ! It’s family friendly, and wheel chair access too. It provides a good basic sandwich/ cake menu to enjoy , all very reasonable priced. Good for a pit stop to have a rest , or natty with friends. All in all a good clean environment, and nice !

The place is not bad, clean and with good service. I put 3 stars only because I did the afternoon tea here, for £25, and it wasn’t really so good. The sandwiches were made with a cheap toast bread (the stuffing was good), the cakes had the same taste of the one in an all you can eat restaurant buffet (except of the chocolate one that was nice). The scones were nice but nothing different from the ones you can find in a supermarket. They really need to improve the quality of the food they offer, I don’t know if all the other locations have the same food, this was my first time here.

Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered a chicken burger, and it was so overcooked it was almost rock-hard. The size had clearly shrunk due to how overdone it was. When I brought it to the owner’s attention, instead of addressing the issue, I received a sarcastic comment. Poor food quality and even worse customer service. Definitely not worth the money—Would not recommend

What a beautiful place. Service was great, very attentive and friendly staff, nice food. They've got a fair selection of cakes which looked really fresh. They also do halal meat so that's another plus I would highly recommend this cafe.

It was raining outside so I stepped into this lovely unassuming cafe. Scrambled eggs with avocado and a mocha later the sun came out..! Great (great) taste in something so simple, great service, clean restaurant and a lovely sunny quite witty proprietor!

The service is outstanding. The gentleman taking my order was extremely polite. We felt very welcome and relaxed. The food was cooked to perfection. This is the best breakfast spot in high wycombe

Beautiful cafe with a great range of food and pastries. We came for lunch on a week day and the owner was super accommodating and kind. Food came quickly and they were happy to accommodate my GF dietary needs. Great chai latte too!

Visited Muffin Break for a quick coffee break and was pleasantly surprised. The oat latte was well crafted with smooth foam art and a rich, balanced flavor. The chocolate filled Oreo croissant was fresh, buttery, and generously stuffed with Oreo buttercream, with a delightful drizzle of chocolate on top. The overall presentation was neat, and the service was prompt. A cozy and clean spot perfect for a relaxed break or casual meet-up.

Stopped by Muffin Break and had an Oreo croissant with coffee such a delicious combo! The croissant was fresh and flaky with just the right amount of sweetness. Perfect treat with a good cup of coffee.

Heard the manager say to his staff in his own language that make delivery drivers wait and deal with customers that are here first. Glad that I know his language and next time don't complain if no one comes to take delivery from your shop and customers keep complaining everywhere that food is cold!

Bought a hot chocolate today from Muffin Break absolutely ridiculous felt like my cup was lighter then usual didn’t realise until I got back to work opened the cup to see this is how much is in the cup? Not even half full! but charge over £4 for a small hot chocolate will not be returning back to this place.

Hands down best coffee to date. We came twice and both times the cappuccino was on point. The coffee was smooth and not bitter. This will be a regular for us. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was cold and sausages overcooked. Staff appeared to be arguing between themselves publicly and seemed annoyed to take an order. Would not recommend at all.

I've gone here about 5 times and am disappointed everytime. The drink and food quality is low for the price. Dry cake, dry and tasteless muffins and coffee.

Dropped by Creams in High Wycombe recently for a sweet treat, and it was a chilled, easy-going experience from start to finish. The place wasn’t busy at all when I visited, which made it even better – no queues, no noise, and quick service. The atmosphere is relaxed and colourful – perfect for a casual dessert outing with friends or even solo if you’re just in the mood for something indulgent. Staff were friendly and got my order out pretty fast, which is always a plus. I went for the Chocolatier milkshake and a classic Vanilla milkshake – and both hit the spot. The Chocolatier was rich, chocolatey, and smooth without being overly sweet. The Vanilla was creamy, simple, and just comforting in that nostalgic way. They don’t mess around with portion sizes either – you definitely get your money’s worth. I didn’t go for anything over the top this time, but I’ve got my eye on their waffles and cookie dough for next time – everything on the menu looks ridiculously tempting. Would I go back? Definitely. It’s the kind of place that’s great when you’re craving a proper dessert fix, and the quieter vibe during my visit made it even more enjoyable. If you’re in High Wycombe and in the mood for something sweet, Creams is worth a stop.

I recently visited Creams and was very pleased with the overall experience. The establishment was clean, well-presented, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The desserts were enjoyable, although a few items could have been slightly fresher. Nonetheless, it was a very good visit, and I would be happy to return in the future.

I went for the first time with family today, bought a waffle and milkshake, issue was with the waffle, ordered a large strawberry waffle, was feeding my son and didnt realise of any issues, when I took a bite myself, I realised that the waffle was a bit raw and uncooked in the middle, I took it over to the counter and the staff member advised this is how it should have been cooked and could not do anything as we'd already eaten half, the worker advised this is how a waffle should be cooked and was apparently done at 200°. I then left the waffle on the counter and proceeded to exit the shop, by then the worker said to wait and she would come to our table but it was too late by then as I havd been left disappointed.

Always a pleasure to visit creams. The cookie dough dessert is my favourite and now their Masala Chai can easily beat the competition. Amazing staff behaviour.

Had a brilliant time at Creams! The desserts were amazing! full of flavour and looked fantastic. I tried the waffles and sundaes and honestly loved every bite. Ordered my sons 21st birthday cake and from the first contact it was a very easy process. I was sent pictures with ideas and the end product not only looked amazing but tasted amazing. I was so happy when I found out that Darvells was going in the place of Progress Bakery. Loosing a true local business would have been such a shame for Hazlemere. Quality of produce in here is very high. Pastries are bliss, the baguette bread is a person fav for a lunch sandwich.

Just bought a Cornish pasty, it was very lacking in filling, but on this occasion that wasn't all bad as the filling was very mushy and greasy and tastes awful , more like 'lamb' than beef, would definitely not recommend, certainly did not resemble any Cornish pasty I have ever had, totally unimpressed

I've ordered a couple of Birthday cakes from here and they have always been amazing and reasonably priced! See you next year! Staff are very happy to help even with the couple of weeks notice I gave them, as I'd forgotten about the cake for my wife's birthday.

Really good bread and cakes, Pleasant staff. However, stopped to get some sandwiches, excruciatingly slow. A shame, but wouldn't wait that long again, and it wasn't busy.

Very small shop but has a nice little seating area if you fancy eating in. The food is always good and reasonable in price. The staff are very polite and always have a smile. The taller dark haired lady is always a pleasure to meet despite sometimes appearing to have a 30 second memory recall when it comes to the memory of your order..Never a real problem though, and often creates a good laugh when i pop in . Good food, Good staff and easy parking in the pub adjacent....What's not to like ?

In general I love Gregg's however this branch was very unclean, it took time for someone to notice me and serve me at the counter and unfortunately there were colleagues with poor personal hygiene namely unpleasant body odour which was extremely disconcerting in a food establishment. I selected pre packed food for this reason as we needed something quickly.

Either you like savouries and cakes or you don't. Greggs always had a good range of sandwiches, pasties, etc. If your order happens to have come straight from the oven, then enjoy it, and it will be great. If, however, like most of us, you get hot food from their "hot counter," it is likely to be warm at best. Never go at lunchtime, always before. And if possible, take your hot food and reheat it yourself.

The manager on the morning shift was amazing. The food delivery came quick and nothing was missing or wrong with it. The porridge was stirred, the rolls were probably buttered and the correct quantity of fillings. Amazing job!

Great staff and good food. I’ve been visiting here early morning for some time now with the people and the food being consistently good. Treat yourself to bacon roll and if your lucky you will be served by either Amir, Toni or Abu, who are a real credit to Greggs.

Greggs is open from 6 AM, but even when I arrived after 6, the sandwiches were never stocked in the refrigerators and ready to eat – the fridges were always empty. But today, even after 7 AM, there were still no sandwiches!!! Is anyone overseeing this café? Is the manager just there as a decoration, collecting a paycheck for doing nothing? This is a disaster and a total lack of professionalism.

No issue with the actual food but it's not great for parking and the 1 disabled space would not be suitable for someone with a disability vehicle as the ramp would be in the middle of the car park entrance, and 9 times out of 10 those parking in that space do not have a blue badge anyway. People can be inconsiderate and park outside the window on yellow hashed lines and this makes it difficult for those leaving the actual spaces. Inside seating is OK and there is one accessible toilet for customers, although this is absolutely disgustingly dirty at all times and only accessible in terms of size of the room. Organisation in here is poor, and there is often very little food especially hot pastries even during lunch time trade. The staff are friendly but there needs to be much better planning around hot food and ensuring there's some in the oven before the previous batch run out, especially 12 til 2 and on weekends. There is often no meat and veg pasties or steak bakes and I've seen many customers just walk in and walk straight back out after looking what is available. This would be a key area to work on.

Horrible experience - you would think that an 8 inch cake worth £24 is designed with the correct care and skill to match the cost. However instead the message was spelt incorrectly and, worst of all, most of the fruit on my cake was covered in mould! Definitely will not be buying from here again!

Brought cake for my son's birthday all looked great. When it came to the taste . It was stale and the cream was hard like a paste. Most of the cake was thrown in the bin as friends just tasted it and said it had a funny taste . For 32£ you would expect a lot better

The mini doughnuts appear to have shrunk beyond recognition! My partner and I order these once in a while for a rare treat as we can often barely finish them in one sitting. I ordered them tonight and was horrified to find they are around a 3rd of the size they used to be, for the same price of £12.99. Needless to say we finished them in less than 5 minutes as each doughnut is barely a mouthful. This is appalling and will be a mistake not to be repeated. This would be hilarious if they weren’t so expensive, this is shocking and honestly you ought to be ashamed.

Good place for tasty desserts and a family outing. Portion sizes are very good, I don't feel it's expensive for what you get (especially nowadays) good selection, good service never have to wait too long and I have never been given the wrong order. Jameel is generous and considerate person.

Disappointing take away, the Deliveroo app is totally misleading of what you get, see photos below, £13,99 for this sloppy and almost plain waffle, absolute ripoff!! Never again!!

Really nice desserts here. The tea and hot chocolate are nice too. Generous portion sizes . Could do with regular bathroom cleaning as the only negative point. Looked at the cleaning chart when in the bathroom and no one had cleaned it for about 4 hours. But will definitely come back.

Went here for mother's day 😋 was not disappointed. Staff were so friendly, we were able to have tasters before picking our ice cream which really helped as some of the flavours were unknown to us 👍🏾everything was well presented and delicious 🍨 will go again.

The service was absolutely terrible. My husband and I went in and asked the Asian man on the till if he could warm the baguette up and he rudely said no and started being very rude as to why they are not ‘allowed’ to warm it up when my husband and I have been in there on a number of occasions and there’s been no problem. He seemed like he didn’t really want to be there with his horrible attitude.

Read the rest of the reviews and you will see a trend. The service is terrible and its mostly down to one main member of staff. Regulars will know who l refer to. She has no customer service skills and looks irritated and annoyed whenever someone places an order. She also has the cheek to air her thoughts and make sarcastic comments aloud for everyone to hear...extremely unprofessional. I used to think it was quite funny watching and listening to her interact with customers thinking someone would eventually bite back. It happened to me the other day and l didn't put up with her nonsense. I just cancelled my order and walked out and into starbucks next door. I don't understand why company's put plebs with no basic customer service skills in customer facing roles.

Bacon you could break a tooth on. Absolutely the worst bacon roll ever. Crispy bacon is ok, this was dehydrated from being left too long in the serving counter. It wasn't even warm... This wenzels used to be ok, .. it's gone downhill. I wouldn't bother. The Bees knees is opposite on the other side of the London Rd, it's much better 😎😋

Customer service was horrible. Went to get a doughnut for my child . Lady was at the till refused to give us individual doughnuts. We could not choose how many we wants . She say she will only sell packets of 2 doughnuts. And she told us she’s can not give us other flavours . Why ??? Told her to keep her doughnuts and walked away. I would have put her in her place if I didn’t have my child with me. I don’t like drama when I’m out with my child. It was her lucky day . She think she’s somebody. Clearly she doesn’t like her job . Go home . Don’t make other people’s day horrible.

When I was served today by this young man, he served me with such kindness and appreciation. He was very well-manured and serviced me everything I needed.

I needed a stop gap and dropped in for a drink. The staff were very friendly & professional, clean environment, lovely fresh food. I had a seeded baguette with tuna, lettuce & cucumber. An amazing hot chocolate drink.

Ladies that work here are lovely. If they don't have something on display they will make it for you.

By far one of the best Greggs I have ever been to very helpful staff. The shop and Greggs is brand new everything looks very clean and Morden with high standards not a single product out of line much better than other shops in the area for sure.

Sausage & Bean slice was stone cold and I mean stone cold. Never again.

The coffee is very inconsistent. Sometimes really strong, sometimes really weak.
