Nestled in the heart of Morpeth, Cafe Des Amis is a delightful spot that welcomes furry friends and boasts a cozy heated conservatory. This charming cafe offers an impressive selection of scrumptious scones, cakes, and sandwiches at reasonable prices. The friendly staff ensure quick service in a clean environment, making it an ideal place to unwind. With both indoor and outdoor seating options available, guests can enjoy their meals comfortably.
First time here and what a pleasant visit it was. Surprised myself as on a Saturday afternoon I would normally opt to go to a pub! But the Missus has been before and recommended it. Gorgeous lemon and sultana scone. Ambience out the back with the heater was very nice. Staff lovely too. Can't wait to come back!

The food here was delicious. And for a small-ish cafe, there was a great selection of dishes to choose from… We went for the cheese and onion toastie, the ham and cheese quiche and the CROISSANTWICH (at least I think that’s how you spell it!) from the special board. It came filled with scrambled eggs, bacon and tomato but there were also other filling options. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, with a snug in the window to enjoy a coffee on. The service was excellent and the food came quickly (but not too quickly!). All in all a very comfortable experience. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food in a cozy environment!

Lovely cafe in the centre of Morpeth. Food is always lovely. It had been a while since we had been so I suggested it to mum today for lunch. The menu is plentiful with lots of specials on the boards around the cafe. It is small and can get busy in the summer they have a lovely outdoor space aswell with extra tables. Today mum had a pear walnut and Stilton salad which looked lovely and according to mum was lovely. I had a bacon & Brie toastie which was done on a thick slab of tiger bread and very substantial. The server was very helpful with my intolerances and said they would request my food with no slaw on the side as to not contaminate my food. I have Ulcerative colitis and have to live by a low fodmap diet. I know my tolerance levels. We then followed our lunch with a Victoria sponge cake to share which was lovely and moist and yummy. The staff are always friendly and we will be back soon.

Staff were very friendly and the service was good. Enjoyed a pot of tea 😄

Oh my word what an amazing find in Morpeth! I had a pear and walnut salad with blue cheese and my friend had beetroot and feta cheese. Both of us were so impressed with the choice and quality of the food and service. Later in the day we popped back for elderflower cake and a scone and just wished we lived closer.b

Lovely takeaway tuna toastie. Can't wait to try something else!
Rebecca J — Google review
We have been to this cafe several times and never been disappointed with the food. They have a wide choice of delicious scones, cakes and sandwiches which are reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful. Waiting times for food are short and the whole premises is nice and clean. I've read previous reviews about the coffee and yes, it doesn't blow your socks off but I have been served worse and been charged more for the privilege. Overall, I thoroughly recommend this cafe.
Mick B — Google review
Called in for a late lunch and what a treat. A varied menu with fresh produce. Excellent service and a couple of local ladies taking a great interest in our teapot. Although it was near closing time we didn't feel rushed. Definitely recommend.

The Chantry Tea Room is a charming café located in Morpeth, offering delightful British cuisine and a warm atmosphere. Visitors rave about the exceptional customer service and delicious food, particularly highlighting the cheese scones as a must-try. It's a great spot to enjoy a lovely dining experience while exploring the area.
Called in for lunch today. Always a good sign when a cafe is busy. We had lentil and vegetable soup alongside a bacon, brie and cranberry baguette. The whole meal was delicious but I have never had such a perfectly prepared baguette. Everything about it was spot on. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff very friendly. Despite the toilet facilities being outside they were immaculate and everything you need including a baby changing area. We will definitely be back.

At last a good afternoon tea. The place is clean, the food is great and the service superb. Such a contrast to the high priced sub standard fare on the high street. We’ll be back here. Excellent value too.

A brilliant gem of a place, really well worth tracking down. The cakes were exceptional and all home-made. Great service too!

Lovely place, I totally love the food, atmosphere and service. Definitely I need to come back!! Scones soo yummy!! 10/10. Highly recommend it!! 😍❤️
Lina T — Google review
Fab little cafe. We had club sandwiches and they were absolutely amazing! We turned up just before 12 on a Saturday - which seemed a good thing as they got pretty busy very quickly! They had a little sign up inside saying they prefer if you can pay in cash, worth being aware of as we were unprepared. And while they happily took a card payment in the future I would bring cash.

Took our Mam for her 85th birthday staff lovely food lovely well presented well worth money and definitely worth a visit they even sung Happy Birthday to her !!!!!
Terry G — Google review
This place is very nice and clean inside and outside where the toilets are. We had a very warm welcome, only one waitress but she did the service extremely well. Very attentive with all the tables. The main meal was excellent with all details, dessert cooked with love and very well presented. Prices where on the table and daily menu hunggin on the wall. Reasonable prices.
Marta F — Google review
Had a delicious baguette, filled with caramelised onion, roast veg and grilled goats cheese, with some salad coleslaw and a few crisps. Husband had quiche. Tea to drink. Cannot recommend highly enough. Staff were busy but attentive and friendly. Cakes looked yummy. They prefer cash, no pressure and do accept cards. It's a cost thing and if it helps our independent cafe owners, great. There are ATMs near by. If in Morpeth go and enjoy yourselves there.

Visited with fiends for lunch and what a lovely place. So much nostalgia in the quirky vintage style! Food was lovely and arrived quickly too! Staff so nice too, taking time to chat with us! Prices most reasonable too and there is a lovey choice of food and drinks. I will certainly be returning for another "Snickers" Brownie!

Nestled in the heart of Morpeth, The Morpeth Larder is a delightful spot that combines the charm of a delicatessen with the warmth of a coffee shop. This award-winning establishment offers an inviting atmosphere for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and afternoon tea. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace while savoring delicious meals crafted from quality ingredients.
Farm-shop/delicatessen with a cozy cafe in the heart of morpeth, wide variety of shop items, beautifully presented and well stocked, deli selection wasn't the best but I suppose it is early in the week and late in the day for the full variety which is quite understandable. A complete wide range of meals and beverages with ample choice, the panini arrived and it was brilliant, quality and quantity was amazing which is a bonus as it's usually one or the other. Delicious and plenty to eat so exellent value for money. Calm environment not rowdy or busy which is nice when you just want a relaxing cuppa before your holiday shopping. Unfortunately ran out of jacket potato's which is also understandable as it was after 15:00 and can be quite the challenge anticipating sales and upkeeping availability so late in the day. overall everything was perfect, pleasant visit, most definitely will return, quality meal. Enjoyable experience it is truly a distinguished dream in the heart of morpeth.

Lovely food all round, nice and relaxed compared to the normal ones, my favorite is a sausage stottie and a flat white.

Lovely cafe and deli. Visited yesterday & normally I have a savory tooth but I was tempted with the rhubarb and custard cake. Hubby had chocolate cake. Tea was.piping hot & I managed to get 2 good cups out of the pot. At the moment they have autumnal flavours to the coffee such as pumpkin spice. Tables are quite closely packed so I think wheelchair users would struggle for space but I'm sure this could be remedied by a shuffle. A nice selection of teas, jams, marmalades and lots of other goodies are on display in the shop part of the larder. Lovely.
Julie H — Google review
So nice, loved the coffee and my scone. Wish there was a corner inside for dogs the same as the Corbridge larder 😕
Robert L — Google review
We had a late breakfast as we were on our little road trips. The breakfast (£8.50) was okay but hubby thinks it was quite good. I would have preferred fried eggs, the bacon was a little dry and sausage wasn’t as good. Bonus was the artisan market which I failed to photograph.

Absolutely amazing!! Came here today with my partner to grab some brunch and this was some 5* food!! Partner enjoyed his carrot & coriander soup very much so and I had the black eggs which I’ve never had before and was so so so delicious. Will definitely come back here again on our next trip to Morpeth. Highly recommend!! Dogs welcome as well which was great as we had our collie with us
Laura T — Google review
I've been here before with no issues but today I tried to visit for breakfast and I'm genuinely shocked. I do have a nut allergy and let the server know, she than asks me how bad it is, I let her know it is not an airborne allergy, I just can't eat nuts. Then a second server comes to ask the same thing again so I explain the same thing again. Then ANOTHER member of staff comes to ask AGAIN. Its good they wanted to check but at this point I was confused why this was such a big deal. They tell me they have a sign outside saying if you have a nut allergy to not even enter the premises 😂 I have no idea why. I've never had an issue eating out and having food prepared by any other cafe or restaurant. I'm pretty sure it's standard to cater for people with allergies. What about people with other allergies? Why do they only hate with people with nut allergies? We decided to just leave as we felt they clearly didn't want us there and I wasn't confident they could provide food that wasn't contaminated. A truly bizarre experience. Anyway I went to another cafe up the road who had absolutely zero issues providing me with food.

Fantastic dog friendly cafe in Morpeth, ended up visiting 3 times in 5 days! Super friendly and excellent food - great full English and pancakes, and the sandwiches too.

Called in today on a local recommendation, got a great welcome when we went in. Dog friendly too. Very nice staff and very friendly. Great menu, lovely food. Even got a very nice piece of lemon drizzle cake coz it was my birthday and they had run out of salsa for my loaded nachos! 😂 Definitely recommend this place, everyone got the same friendly reception. Lovely Yorkshire lady greeting everyone. Service was quick and everyone left empty plates! Thank You again for my Birthday Cake!
David S — Google review
Went here today for breakfast. Great cosy atmosphere, the young lady who was serving was very attentive more so because the cafe was very busy this morning, and she was on her own but kept everything flowing. Well done to her. The food was very nice and although very busy we didn't have to wait long.
Elizabeth D — Google review
Came here for my birthday breakfast and had a fantastic breakfast, everything was spot on, lovely place to sit and eat, great customer service, highly recommend🙌🏼
Zoe L — Google review
It was a spontaneous stop for coffee but we decided to try their specials. The service we receive was fantastic, quick and friendly staff coupled with a chilled environment in a tiny space. Love the decor and we had fun looking at bank notes on the walls trying to identify where they are from. We had the Chicken kebabs, it was a bit on the pricey side (£11) for the portion and taste. The coffee was extremely weak even the double shot latte. There were other things on the menu that could be better but the food we ordered just wasn’t as good as expected but edible.
Cali K — Google review

Central Bean Ltd is a delightful coffee house nestled in the heart of Morpeth, perfect for those looking to unwind during a shopping spree. With its inviting atmosphere and friendly staff, it’s an ideal spot to take a break. The café offers a variety of delicious treats, including the much-loved Toffee and Apple hot chocolate and fresh blueberry muffins. While space can be limited for those with mobility aids, there are outdoor seating options available as well.
Been in here a few times and the staff are always friendly. Nice place to chill if you are out shopping and need a rest. I absolutely love the new Toffee and apple hot chocolate. 😋 And the blueberry muffin was nice and fresh too. Not much room inside for those with walking aids but they also have seating outside too. It was clean and it wasn't overly busy. Fast customer service. Altogether, a nice atmosphere and I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend popping in whether you are taking a break from shopping or catching up with friends....

Very welcoming coffee house in the heart of Morpeth. Outside eating area if needed. Pleasant surroundings in the Sanderdon Arcade. Decent selection of sandwiches snd sweet treats. Coffee is very good.

The worse Americano I've had, brown, cloudy and so watery. Such a shame as this is a lovely place to sit and have a coffee, cake or snack. Very disappointed.
Russell H — Google review
A quick stop for coffee but everything was good. Fast friendly service, with decent coffee, so all good.
Alastair D — Google review
Best coffee shop in morpeth, nice variety, friendly service.
Luke B — Google review
Not very welcoming, dirty cups and plates uncleared all over the place, staff talking loudly to each other whilst customers are a bit of an inconvenience. Coffee bitter, over roasted harsh not smooth. Disappointing.
Stephen C — Google review
The only downside for me, far too many people using this as a workspace with their laptops etc, and all carried out on a measly cup of coffee
Fred F — Google review
Nice coffee & venue. But...if only the girl carrying the cups & saucers would try not to bang them around. What a racket and it spoilt the surroundings for me. I am not just talking about one or two times but 5 trays of washed dishes being dropped onto the bench and what a racket when removing them. So only 3 stars i'm afraid.

Takeout Restaurant
Cube Cafe and Takeaway is a cozy spot in Morpeth that offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. While some may find the main server to be a bit loud, the staff are known for being incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making it a great place for those who may feel uneasy dining alone. The prices are reasonable and the food is described as well-cooked and delicious, with generous portions.
Great value, lovely staff and good food. I went out looking for some brekkie while our kitchen is being done out and popped in here. We had two bacon rolls, a coffee and a hot chocolate to take away. The portions were generous, the food was tasty and it was very reasonably priced. The gentleman who served me was welcoming and very friendly to those sitting in who seemed to be regulars. I'll definitely be back!

Amazing cafe, all staff are so welcoming and friendly, as someone who suffers with mental health issues I am always made to feel at ease and being a small cafe sharing tables with others mean no one is left eating alone, on a previous visit and old lady was sharing our table and was over the moon she had some company for a while, the staff bend over backwards to ensure you leave happy, prices are brilliant and the food is even better! Would highly recommend!
Naomi W — Google review
We came upon this cafe by chance on our trip to morpeth, the main man serving is a bit loud and in your face, he encourages you in , then tells you where you can sit (I appreciate we're in difficult times re Covid, but it's a bit offputting) He took our drinks order and order for two full English breakfasts at £5 each, they duly arrived but were lacking tomatoes and mushrooms, the sausages although tasty had obviously been cooked in advance and weren't heated up enough. Whilst we ate our breakfasts we heard other people being charged only £2 for a bacon or sausage bun (which looked delicious) and a hot drink.Bargain!!- this would have done for us, but we were never offered it, and there was no sign of the offer on the menu - maybe you need to be a local?
Carole B — Google review
My wife and I happened upon the Cube Café by chance today whilst visiting Morpeth. We found the staff helpful and very friendly. We ordered tea and cake (sharing a generous wedge) which was delicious. All for a total of £3.00. For us it is the best tea shop in Morpeth.

It's my favourite place to have breakfast and lunch in morpeth. They do a really wide selection of wraps and pananis and an all day breakfast for the best price you'll find nearby. Great customer service but it is often very busy and it is rare to get a table. They need a bigger residence!

Nestled on Bridge Street, Emily's Tearoom pays homage to the suffragette Emily Davidson and offers a delightful array of tea time favorites in a chic atmosphere. Visitors have shared their experiences of wandering into this dog-friendly haven, where they were warmly welcomed by staff who guided them through the menu. While there may be occasional delays during busy times, patrons appreciate the quality of food served—like fluffy pancakes with caramelized banana or a hearty full English breakfast.
What a lovely experience. We just wandered in, seeing that the place said it was dog friendly on the door. We were a little confused about the process, but flagged down a passing member of staff who explained everything to us. There was a bit of a delay on both drinks and food, but it was Saturday afternoon, and we’d rather wait and get great food…. And that’s exactly what we got. Pancakes with caramelised banana, and a full English. Both were excellent quality (mum couldn’t wait to start on the pancakes, hence the slightly disheveled pic!) and great value. The full English was probably the best I’ve ever had. Cooked to perfection. And served by profession and friendly staff. A really unique place and very welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.
Laurence C — Google review
We visited here for the first time today for breakfast. Amongst us we had pancakes, a full English and drinks. The food was brought to us quickly and we couldn’t find anything wrong with any of it. It was really nice quality and presented nice too. The prices were reasonable. We were there by 11am and it was already quite busy and by the time we were leaving there were a lot more people arriving for the lunchtime. We would come back again.
Julie W — Google review
I have looked at the many mixed reviews for this tea room. I have been here a few times and every time I cannot complain. Service, food etc as been all Ok. Maybe tables good have been wiped down more thoroughly but this is nit picking. Please excuse the half eaten meal in the photo, it was very nice. My wife had pancakes with bacon and maple syrup which she said was very enjoyable.
Mark F — Google review
Popped in on Saturday afternoon for a coffee, so can't comment on food. The whole place had strange and very strong smell of fuel! Which I assume is the treatment on the wood decor? Very nauseating! It was quite busy being a Saturday but plenty of tables, and lots of staff walking around. Was told not table service, which was odd as plenty of staff on hand. Stood in the queue right at the entrance which made everything conjested. After ordering my coffee I went to grab a table. Unfortunately there was so many tables left uncleared and piled with previous diners plates. The staff were very slow to clear these and while I waited 20 mins for my cappuccino I noticed several members walking past but not bothering to clear the plates. After 20 mins I asked a waitress how long my drink was going to be, she went to check but never came back! A few mins later my coffee did arrive. At that point I decided to move outside to drink it as the smell was unbearable! Sadly the outside area also lets the place down - it's exposed and the gravel isnt nice to walk on. The coffee was okay but nothing special, no complimentary biscuit or coffee art. I would be willing to try again for food but not sure I could sit inside long because of the strange smell.
Suzy D — Google review
Called in today & ordered a pot of tea, bacon sandwich & a scone. Eventually the tea & scone arrived. After 30mins I went up & asked the young guy about the bacon sandwich. 20mins later still no sandwich. I asked what happened to my sandwich. He asked the chef who just shrugged his shoulders. Asked for a refund. Disgraceful. Never again. Since heard bad reviews from friends.
Andrew M — Google review
Me and my partner placed an order for two coffees including one French toast with maple syrup and bacon and one sausage and fried egg stottie. We were advised there was a wait time on food, despite the restaurant looking visibly empty, however, after waiting an hour we chased our order and were informed this was cooking and would be out soon. After 15 minutes or so we further asked a member of staff, asking if our food was close to being brought out, to which the waiter asked us for our order again, as the kitchen had not cooked it still and told us this was now being made. Another 15 minutes went by when my partner had asked to speak to the manager who reimbursed us for the food and said our order would be out soon. Shortly after he approached us again and informed us that the kitchen had stopped serving breakfast and was preparing for Sunday lunch and our order had been missed for reasons he couldn’t explain. However, we don’t fault the manager or waiters as the manager offered us anything off the menu including drinks, for the inconvenience. To comment, the manager looked as bewildered as we were about the situation and was very apologetic. The food we did receive was very delicious alongside the pleasantry of the waiters who were also very apologetic.

There is 1 vegan meal which for £11 and it is not value for mobey. It is a slice of toast with chickpeas and tomato. Really small. In comparison a breakfast for the same price is exvellent. The stotties with bacon and sausage vary. For the same price one day you get a small bun and the next day a lovely stotty. We asked about it and were told it is an italian supplier.

Nestled in the heart of Morpeth, Fika Gallery is a delightful blend of contemporary art and cozy café culture. Owned by the talented mixed-media artist Jonathan Antony, this vibrant space showcases an impressive array of artworks from both emerging and established artists, including local favorites like Tom Maley. Visitors can immerse themselves in creativity while sipping on artisanal coffee and indulging in delectable treats from Pink Lane Bakery.
Lovely spot in Morpeth . Gallery and cafe combo The staff were very polite and apologised that I had quite a wait . I came at peak time The flat white was excellent coffee although a tiny bit too hot for a flat white . Cakes from Pink Lane Bakery are delicious Definitely recommend

Fantastic food. Friendly staff. Relaxed inspiring setting with the variety of artwork on the wall. Would definitely go again. Highly recommend smoked salmon bagel & coffee cake.

What a find, without even trying this Cafe/Art gallery has a relaxing and welcoming vibe. The staff are so friendly and nothing is a problem. Try to go early as Marcia’s (the Chef) cheese scones are the best I’ve ever tasted… along with flavour of the day. I love the fact that the tables aren’t on top of each other and even when it’s full you can talk without having to raise your voice. If there was 6 stars FIKA is worthy of them.

If you're on the hunt for delightful dining experiences in Morpeth, look no further than "Made of Crumbs." This charming eatery is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious baked goods and hearty meals. With its inviting atmosphere, it serves up an array of scrumptious options that cater to various tastes.
Very nice place. Food and coffee is great. Good choice of snacks and lunches and the cakes look great. It’s quiet (no annoying piped music playing). Chairs and tables are comfortable (no annoying wobbly tables) and well spaced apart. The spiral staircase is quaint and going upstairs is necessary as there is only the one table downstairs. All-in-all a great little eatery and we will definitely go again.

First time at this tea shop, and my friend had a voucher. We were greeted by a very pleasant young man, who made our tea, using leaves. The food, sandwiches and cakes were so fresh and beautifully presented by the owner, Anne and were delicious! I was fortunate to take some home and my husband was very complimentary about them. I would like to use their catering service in the future.
Patricia M — Google review
Visited today for the first time, lovely friendly staff, comfy chairs where you can sit and watch the world go by. I can't stress enough how gorgeous the cakes are, we had millionaires shortbread and caramel crunch, honestly can't beat it. The hot chocolate is massive and it is very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend it and will be visiting again once we come back to Morpeth.

We popped into Made of Crumbs at the beginning of the year for a coffee and we realised they made wedding cakes. As it happens we were looking for someone to do the cakes for our wedding in August so we arranged a tasting. Fast forward to August 28th at Le Petit Chateau and we had the most amazing wedding day. Everybody loved the wedding cake - the tiers were Lemon & Blueberry, Raspberry & white chocolate and carrot cake and it all disappeared!! It was absolutely delicious. Thank you M.O.C, you really did a fantastic job. We would recommend you to everyone.

We chose Made Of Crumbs to make our wedding cake and oh my god it couldn’t have been better. They made our ideas come to life better than we imagined! Our wedding cake with cupcakes was so beautiful, both us & our guests absolutely loved it. It also tasted amazing!! It was so hard to narrow down flavours as every one we tried was delicious. Ann even went out of the way to source the perfect cake stand to hold both our top tier and cupcakes! Couldn’t be happier with the end result, Ann and the team did such a wonderful job. Thank you so much!

Love this place, great coffee and a very tempting brunch menu! Only had a cheese scone today and that was lovely. A relatively quiet place I think in general and I was the only one there today and I enjoyed that -, very relaxing. If you sit upstairs by the window (I did) you can watch the world go by.

First time ordering a celebration cake, email process was easy & filling in form was straight forward, just a hard choice to select a cake flavour! Cake came exactly how I wanted it to be from an image I'd shown, dark chocolate fudge cake & bailey's cream filling (chosen from the ordering form), nice moist cake & keeps really well in the box. I was able to collect on a Monday when the shop wasn't open for business which was highly appreciated! Everyone enjoyed the cake & would highly order again! (Cake decoration not included).

The most delicious cakes! Friendly atmosphere, dog and child friendly. Would highly recommend for some scrumptious treats. Can’t wait to visit again.

Cafe
Nestled in the charming town of Morpeth, Pavilion Cafe is a delightful spot that promises an enjoyable experience for all visitors. With its picturesque and relaxing atmosphere, this cafe offers a diverse menu featuring both hot and cold drinks as well as delicious food options. Guests have praised the friendly staff who ensure quick service, making it an ideal place to unwind with a cuppa or indulge in sweet treats like salted caramel brownies and chocolate fudge cake.
I rarely post reviews but am happy to make an exception for Pavilion Cafe. My wife and I enjoyed a first rate lunch here today. The staff were excellent, the setting is picturesque and relaxing and the food and drink were first rate. The cafe is spotlessly clean, light and airy and with a wonderful outlook. Reasonably priced, too. 5 stars.

Visited on Saturday afternoon for a cuppa and cake. Had the salted caramel brownie and chocolate fudge cake along with a cuppa. Service was a bit slow considering everything was pre made however it was quite busy.

Usual Morpeth haunt closed weather spoons full of a huge wedding party.. Tried The Pavillion. Ordered 3 corn beef pie and chips Without peas and beans . 40 minutes later one ok other 2 minus chips . Can't refund till says no chips ordered .Chips provided apologetic.. Food lovely but way to slow to arrive .

A lovely café serving both hot and cold drinks, hot and cold food, and a lovely atmosphere. The drinks were served quickly and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this as a place for a drink in Morpeth.

Fab little cafe.... how have i only just discovered this!!! Fair prices, well made latte, friendly staff clean and very tummy cakes
Ellen M — Google review
Nice on the inside, friendly staff. We had nachos and they were absolutely amazing. Their toilets were impeccable too and get a spider rating of zero as none were to be found.
Amy L — Google review
Disappointing and overpriced. The menu is very limited and the tray bake seemed stale. Over £18 for a can of pop, a water, 2 sandwiches and a tray bake. The sandwiches are just sliced bread too.
JenandLily — Google review
What a lovely cafe, freshly cooked tasty food, dog friendly and disabled access. Very reasonable prices, well worth a stop here.

Bakery
Greggs is a popular chain bakery known for its variety of breads, savory snacks, sandwiches, and sweet treats. The service is prompt with a quick-moving queue and friendly staff. They offer nice coffee and have some seating available. Vegetarian options like sausage rolls are available as well. However, the selection of sandwiches tends to diminish quickly, so it's best to be early if that's what you're after.
Have used Greggs in Morpeth for a year to get our morning fix of coffee and sausage Bap. They are such a lovely friendly bunch you can't fail to walk out with a smile on your face. There is one lovely elderly lady (sorry for ageism) who works behind the counter who has exemplary customer skills and can serve several people at once. Posted by the McCormick Construction boys.

I went in for my breakfast sausage roll as my treat at the end of a busy week. As a pastor I know the truth and sadly how wrong ‘halloween’ is. To see staff dressed up ‘for the children’ shows how naive people are. It’s also remarkably hypocritical when in two months time, the shop will be decorated for Christmas. In other words, from ‘celebrating’ the devil to celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ (our saviour). We face a choice and it’s this: Jesus Christ died on the cross and his blood has paid the price for our sins (John 3:16), Hebrews 9:22). He did that because he loves us so much. After all, Jesus is 100% Almighty God and 100% man, and we are His creation, created in His image (Genesis 1:27) So, we can choose to repent, accept Jesus Christ as our personal saviour and spend eternity in heaven or, we can pay for our sins ourselves and spend eternity in hell. I have just finished reading a book called ‘A Divine Revelation of Hell,’… it’s horrific. I’m now reading the sequel, ‘A Divine Revelation of Heaven.’ The contrast is astonishing…. It’s so important to understand that Almighty God will honour our choice, your choice. My heart is the people know how much they are loved and choose Jesus.

It's a Gregg's innit? This one's always clean, service prompt, always a queue to the door but no more than 5min wait as the staff are quick!! Coffee is always nice, and there's a little sit in bit.
