Bakery
Bowie Bakery, a well-known Latin patisserie in El Paso, is famous for its assortment of Mexican pastries, cakes, and baked goods. Situated inconspicuously in a residential area rarely explored by most individuals, this exceptional bakery has established itself as a trademark of the city.
I ordered online for pickup and it was super easy. When I arrived, they had my order and I added some additional items. We have visited many times over the years when visiting El Paso and it never disappoints. Everything was fresh, same great flavors and selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back next time we visit El Paso.
Ti N — Google review
It’s our family’s old time favorite bakery. Nostalgic for my mother in law to visit her old neighborhood bakery with fresh baked goods: piña empanadas & macaroons.
Daisy M — Google review
Excellent prices and the pan dulce is amazing. Definitely the OG bakery here in El Paso!
ISaac Y — Google review
The donuts were great. They drop your donuts in paper bags, which don't hold up to multiple donuts. Then you have icing all over the paper bags and not the donuts. We had to throw away several donuts that were crammed in the paper bag. I don't recommend buying more than you can eat at one time because the trashcan will get them. The jelly from my jelly filled was all over 2 other donuts, and it was a sticky mess. I recommend them changing their packaging for donuts into a box instead of a messy paper bag.

I hadnt passed by the area since when I was very young during the 1970's. And to stop by to get some bread kinds before like with another family ones too but maybe my dad did when he had a chance to travel in the U.S. from San Diego to the same area for his job .

I grew up in Segundo Barrio so this bread was a staple in our home. Yes at one point this was probably the best sweet bread in El Paso but those days are long gone. The bread is good however very expensive. Five dollars gets you three pieces. Honestly you can get better pastries at Albertsons and better prices at Vista.

This Bakery is a MUST! I VISITED TODAY, 06/27/23, And they're Pan Dulce is as good as EVER!!!! I grew up with Bakery, and I had to have their maranitos! I highly recommend this Bakery if you want Authentic Mexican Sweet Bread!!! Go ahead and Try it!!!🧁
Daisy G — Google review
This is where the locals go for their sweet tooth fix. But not only! I asked a local which place has the best tamales... He didn't think twice and recommended Bowie bakery! Now this is my first time eating tamales, so I can't compare, but the place had quite a few people! Their tres leches cake is one of the best I have had! The rice pudding is quite good as well! It is an El Paso staple, so definitely worth a visit! Great people, friendly, helpful and patient! Recommend!

Nestled in the heart of El Paso, Texas, Bella Cora Bakery is a delightful French-inspired haven that has been enchanting locals since its inception in 2012. Under the expert guidance of Chef Jessica Zaragoza, who honed her skills at prestigious culinary institutions like Le Cordon Bleu and The French Pastry School, this charming bakery offers an array of artisanal pastries and baked goods made from scratch.
I didn’t know when I woke up this morning that I would be compelled to write a review about the best apple fritter I’ve ever put on my mouth but, here we are. I’ve been to Bella Cora many times. Usually I get one of the sourdough loafs if there are any left. You see, sourdough drops on Thursdays and I only go to Bella Cora Bakery on Saturday mornings when my kids are at music lessons. I’ve had the scones, the macaroons, the breakfast toasts that have green chile, egg and bacon before, but I don’t remember having a fritter. Let me tell ya, this fritter looked like what a fritter should look like. Picked out the two most majestic looking apple fritters and when I got home-wow. Crispy on the outside and with a flavor!! Oh Em Gee!! The flavor!! And texture! And inside yummy doughy, sweet fluffiness!! I tell ya, BEST apple fritter I’ve EVER had in my life. Now if only I could convince the owner to make ciabatta…… 😉

This was my first time coming here because everyone has told me such good things. I was super excited and honestly the pastries we got were super good. The thing is I found a hair in two of the deserts that we got. The first my daughter found a hair and we just threw away and when I got to mine I literally had it in my mouth and felt the hair embedded in the pastry. It was probably the most disgusting thing ever. I have pictures but it won’t let me post them on here
Anahi N — Google review
Best bakery in town! I know the home town legends: Bowie, Gussie’s, Greggorson’s…. Those are great, too…. for cakes, and everyday treats, but Bella Cora provides the city with edible art. From the seemingly simply butter croissant made to flaky perfection to beautiful fruit tarts that are almost too pretty to eat. A must. A couple of seats available inside and coffee served, too. Thank you for expanding our palette, Bella Cora! One note that could make it better: more operating hours. Monday-Friday morning would be great!
Di'Anna D — Google review
The ambiance for this bakery was really nice. The employees were very personable and kind. The variety of options was great, and the prices are not to crazy. The taste of the blueberry scone was amazing! This is definitely one of the best bakeries, if not the vest, in town!
Ricky A — Google review
I love this place. The desserts and pastries are all aesthetically pleasing to the eye and they're ALL delicious too. Today we had a lemon lime mini cake and a lemon blueberry tart and they both were decadent and delicious. I highly recommend this spot! The desserts are a bit pricey but only because the quality of the desserts are on point. Oh! I've never really liked macaroons until I ate a rose flavored one today from here, it was perfection.
Vanessa Q — Google review
When looking for macrons in El Paso, the best ones that I've found is right here! The Lemon, Earl Gray, Vanilla, and Irish Cream were the best ones there. Word of warning though, the chocolate macron is absolutely horrible!
Danny A — Google review
I am so glad that I found this bakery! Everything was so delicious. I tried a loaf of French bread, cream puff (huge), eclairs, fruit tart, macarons (coffee and chai). Must stop whenever in El Paso.
M R — Google review
Someone suggested this place to me and it didn’t disappoint. I basically got one of everything. Next time I’m trying the bread for sure.

Breakfast restaurant
Marina's German Bakery in El Paso offers a wide range of authentic and traditional German baked goods, from rye bread to intricate cakes. The bakery prides itself on using only the finest ingredients to ensure the highest quality in their products. Visitors can enjoy European-style treats in a welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere. With a history dating back to 1956, Marina's has been a favorite spot for those who appreciate fresh, high-quality German pastries and snacks.
This was my first visit and I didn't try much. I was hungry from doing laundry without having breakfast beforehand. I ordered a cheese danish and an apple pocket. They were both quite good. The coffee was just as good and it surprised me 😁! Everything looked good but considering this German bakery is full of sweets, I needed to show some restraint. I shall return...
Phineas B — Google review
Upon leaving the funeral service for our two brothers, my sister and I decided to stop at this perfect little place to have some comfort food. We were immediately greeted by the sweet smiles of the sweet girls that work there, and the pleasant aroma of fresh baked goods. We enjoyed delicious pastries, while we also had a chance to listen to the laughter in the building and see the smiles of the guests and the employees. We were very thankful to have a place where our heart could feel lighter after such a sad day. We were taking well care of by Ximena And her friends and coworkers, Phoebe and Alana. The place was clean and neat with a great selection thank you all so much for making a bad day better

Loved the strawberry roulade cake it was amazingly tasty. Really appreciate the quick availability of a whole German chocolate cake with a happy birthday wish on such short notice.
Jessika L — Google review
Grew up in Germany. This was on my To do list before returning to MD! Great service! Enjoyed the courtesy sample of cheesecake. I also enjoyed the pretzel with speck(like a very thick cut of bacon, but prepared differently, rendering a different taste than bacon). The bratwurst was good, but the brotchen(roll) was lacking for me. If they could get a contract with Lidl or Aldis, I think it would do wonders as their bakery has brought me home every time! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Best tiramisu we've ever had. Just the best texture and flavor! Amazing how light it feels almost like eating air you can finish a whole sheet of this cake and not notice you are that much.

I love supporting local businesses and this bakery is one of my favorites. I’ve been coming here for years and the quality of food has always been amazing. They have a large verity of breads, cookies and cakes. It’s a great place to go in the morning for some fresh bread or even just to stop by for a nice dessert. Additionally, they have seasonal cookies so it makes a really gift to bring the office or a family party. Overall it’s a wonderful bakery and I recommend it to everyone
Leslie — Google review
First time walking in and it smelled great! There were so many choices and the dessert section looked so amazing but I needed to focus on breakfast pastries. I received great service as I asked questions about fillings. The pastries were delicious and delightfully just sweet enough. I really can't wait to come back for dessert and try those cute traditional cookies.
Tabatha L — Google review
This place is amazing! I came in for the first time to check it out and I left with two loaves of rye bread for $6, they gave me an extra one for free because they closed in 30 minutes and they didn't want to waste food. The man there was very nice and we had a short conversation. I will definitely be back to try some pastries, they looked delicious.

The Cake Boutique is a bakery that impresses customers with their creative and visually appealing cakes. They have the ability to bring vague ideas and indecisive requests to life, making them a reliable choice for special occasions like bar mitzvahs and birthdays. Their cakes are not only stunning but also delicious, offering flavors like lemon and chocolate that cater to different preferences. The Lemon cake in particular seems to be a hit among kids.
BEST BAKED GOODS EVER!!!! We ordered some custom cupcakes for our gender reveal and they were SO yummy and SO cute! Cami (the girl who helped me) was insanely sweet and friendly!!!! We will definitely be going back!!!

Ordered a cake for a birthday. I went in person and requested this design. I also stated that I wanted chocolate cake but instead got vanilla - it seems like they didn't even bother looking at the order sheet. The cake was very dry the same day I got it. The spelling on the cake was also incorrect. I gave this place a try and also reached out to them but didn't even hear back. This cake was not worth it at all. I wouldn't recommend this place for a custom cake. You might as well get a cake at Costco or Albertson as they're 10X better than this place.
Sonny S — Google review
I ordered 5 cupcakes for my family for my son’s Birthday. The lady who sold the cupcakes was very pleasant, and I appreciated that very much. The cupcakes themselves were not good at all. I wish I had read some of the reviews before purchasing. All of the flavors we got had a cream cheese based frosting and tasted really bad. It was a waste of 20 dollars. I would not recommend these cupcakes to anyone. We tried all five flavors to see if any one of them was better, but they all disappointed. Left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Sorry for a bad review, but I have to be honest.
Jenn H — Google review
My best friend is having her first baby and ordered a cake from here. It looks like it was done in a rush. They requested lavender, with a polar bear and “welcome Aaliyah”. They did a teddy bear instead of a polar bear. They write “welcomer” instead of what was requested. The writing was written in gold and then drawn over with black. Everything was cracked. The ladder fell off before they gave us the cake. It’s cracked and falling apart. The balloon looks dirty and has little pieces of hair. Very dissatisfied with this cake. They offered $15 off (of a $200 cake). When it looked like it was done last minute and rushed. Don’t order from here.
Jasmine D — Google review
I love this place they get the cake I want perfect each time. I have called and asked for different frostings and stuff and they can accommodate you to your needs. I have called them a week or 2 in advance and they have always told me yes. They have many different flavors I have tried about 7 and they are delicious. I have tasted the cake in cans before and I am so happy that I can find them in order places and happy that this cake boutique is getting recognition on them. They are amazing.
Veronica M — Google review
The cake was good, a bit dense for what I'm used to. No fondant which was a huge plus. Design came out just how we wanted it to. I was happy with the purchase.
Parris B — Google review
I bought a cake and two cupcakes (the cupcakes were for myself. But the cake looks exactly how they said they would make it. And the carrot cake cupcake was out of this world.
Matthew F — Google review
It was hard to get a pic that did this cake justice because of the colors and lighting, but we loved it! These ladies came through for us in a big way when we were planning my sons bar mitzvah. I showed up with such a vague idea and indecisive teenager, and they made his design idea into a cake. Of course the best part was the flavor! We did a 2 tier cake of lemon and chocolate. The kids LOVED the lemon cake and it disappeared surprisingly fast, I was shocked it was more popular than the chocolate! I'd definitely recommend this business and hope to use them in the future. Thank you!!

I purchased a 10-inch round Disney Cars themed cake for my son's third birthday. I notified her about 3 weeks in advance, and the communication was wonderful. I submitted photos of my vision, and she delivered with exceptional quality and service. We loved the confetti cake and the 2 dozen cupcakes (half pina colada, half cookies and cream). My entire party complimented her work and the delicious taste. My son adored his cake and couldn't wait to dig in! Highly recommended!

Absolutely recommend! Mónica was phenomenal to work with via email. Seamless ordering, quick response and the cake was beautiful! We ordered 3 weeks out from our birthday party and Mónica made it happen! The cake was also delicious! We will be reoccurring customers for all our events in El Paso. Thank you x a million Mónica and Chantilly staff!

The service was a wonderful experience. They coordinated with me through phone and email and were able to create the beautiful cupcakes for my mother's 80th surprise birthday party. The cupcakes were so beautiful that it was difficult to get the guests to take one. But everyone eventually got to taste them and they were delicious. I would highly recommend this Chantilly Cakes for any occasion!

Apologies for not writing this sooner. If I can give Chantilly Cakes 6 stars I would. Being from out of town and visiting family in El Paso we needed specialty cakes done in a reasonable amount of time. What we asked for came back better than what we had imagined. Very professional and detail oriented. Cake was delicious on both occasions. This is my go to place for special occasion cakes. Thank you so much!

The quality of Chantilly cakes is impressive, with each item boasting impeccable presentation and mouthwatering flavors. Moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated, it was a true testament to the skill and dedication of the bakers at Chantilly. What truly sets Chantilly Cakes apart is not just the delectable cake flavors but also the exceptional service. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my order were exactly as I chose. Overall, my experience at Chantilly was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone in search of delicious cakes and impeccable service. Gussie's Tamales & Bakery is a well-established bakery and eatery that has been serving an array of Mexican baked goods, including tamales and pan dulce, for a long time. The place is known for its efficient service and delicious tamales, which are described as moist and flavorful. Customers particularly appreciate the variety of tamales offered, such as red chili pork, green chili with chicken or cheese, and sweet tamales.
This evening, I stopped to get a bite to eat at Gussie's. The pork & sweet tamales were good, but I noticed they don't have prices for their sweet bread and 🤔 why. I brought a 🍍 Empanada which costs $1.65 each and a Pan de Huevo also $1.65 - YIKES 😳.
Alicia F — Google review
I ordered cheese jalapeño tamales and they gave me chicken, I also order 2 dozen of sweet tamales and the masa was not cooked properly more like Playdoh. I called the store to let them know, and Christina said just bring the receipt for a refund. I went back three days later for my refund and Christina acted like she had no knowledge about it since it was a large order. She brings out from the creepy see through mirror an older white racist owner and refuses a refund. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and wasting my time and gas going all the way over there. Won’t be spending my money on this establishment specially with racist owners.

I got the most beautiful concha bouquet from my parents today for my birthday. I told them I have always wanted one and this one is more beautiful than I could have asked. I love it so much. Couldn’t help but nibble on it and the conchas were delicious. There were adorable flower cookies in it as well and they were delicious too. I also love what I call “pink cake” (cortadillo/pastel de niños) and Gussie’s made it special for me. It’s so yummy. The cake is moist and fluffy. I highly recommend this bakery! Thanks for making my birthday so special. ❤️
Genevieve G — Google review
I used to be a regular customer. But until recently, they don't have everything ready anymore. I can't spend my money if nothing is ready to buy. So I bought a menudo without bread because it wasn't ready. I didn't get donuts because they weren't ready. So then I get to work, and there's a piece of wrapper in my menudo! Needless to say, I won't be going back anymore after all these years. Everything should be ready at opening. It doesn't matter how good the food is, if it's not ready.
Lex — Google review
Passing thru El Paso, a friend recommended a must stop at this spot for tamales to go. Ordered a mixed dozen of green chili chicken and red pork. So amazing, delicious tamales!!!
Gus F — Google review
I went in to get some empanadas. Witnessed a customer getting 'scolded' by a punk. What's going on? I stepped in and the punk told me to mind my own business. The customer was very upset. Seemed to have found hair in tamales. Apparently only wanted to give her money for tamale that had hair. Lady said she didn't want the order anymore. Someone came out from the back and took bag of tamales and threw them into trash can. Very rude! I did not buy anything after witnessing that show.
Julie B — Google review
The food is great, although the customer service is awful especially to the elderly. They should hire people with good customer service, and a manager with better managing. Not to mention the prices have sky rocketed especially for being in a lower income community. A great business is not solely on good quality food but also it atmosphere and customer service.
Trinity Z — Google review
Best tamales ever. The staff is super friendly and can answer all your questions. I got the pork tamale and the green chili cheese tamale. They are big, two will definitely fill you up. I was so full I brought my chocolate sweet bread home. That was fantastic and recommended to me by the woman behind the counter. The food is very affordable so make sure you leave a good tip!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor every single time I visit. The menu has such a thoughtful variety — whether you’re in the mood for something hearty or something light, there’s always a perfect option. The ingredients taste fresh and high-quality, and the presentation makes every dish feel special. The service is always warm, attentive, and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. You can tell the staff genuinely care about their customers. Salt + Honey has such a cozy, inviting atmosphere that makes it a favorite for brunch with friends, a casual lunch, or even just grabbing a coffee and pastry. It’s one of those rare spots where you leave already planning your next visit. Truly a gem in the area!

The absolute best breakfast/brunch experience I have had in the SW. Ok, start off beautiful, cozy and socially comfortable seating design. Perfect for those breakfast meetings, family breakfast outings or individual dining experience. The food delicious, flavorful and right sized portions. The server, Moses, absolutely top notch. If you come, request him. He was engaging, attentive and knowledgeable. He provided insight on the menu, checked in regularly and was prompt with his customer care. El Paso this establishment deserves the 5 star review.

Dude, okay, I'm not gonna lie.. This place is great. I know it's a bit of a stretch, but me and my friends got the best waiter I've ever had at a restaurant. I can't remember her name sadly but it was my friends 21 b day and she took the time to take a photo of the first time his ID was checked for a drink and had fun with it. She was insanely patient and even showed us the menu. Atmosphere? It was great. A perfect spot to chill. And it was clean too. And lastly the food. Me and my friends were stunned by the quality. I got the chicken and waffles but the waffles were savory and it worked. Drunken monkey was super filling and just perfect if you love peanut butter. And we got this pomegranate cocktail and yeah, that was great. Overall I'd happily return.

Be prepared to wait without a reservation (but understand that a reservation has to be made 24 hours in advance for at least five people with a $50 deposit). Aside from that, I was seated fairly quickly. I had a wonderful server, Soloman, and I had great food! They had me at "Espresso Flight", and there were other delicious cocktails as well. I enjoyed the East Coast bagel. Will definitely go again!

What an awesome spot for breakfast! We visited around 10:30 AM on a Sunday, and while the waitlist can be a bit unpredictable, we ended up waiting about an hour for a table (just the two of us). If you’re in a hurry, there are seats at the bar area with no wait—first come, first served! We started with the roasted strawberries and whipped feta. My wife loved it; I wasn’t a big fan of the whipped feta, but the strawberries were fantastic. I also tried the Turkish coffee—super flavorful, though my wife was hoping for something with a bit more punch. For our mains, my wife had the Aquiles Heel and I went for the chicken and waffles. Both dishes were so good, we practically inhaled them—definitely “ono” (delicious)! Can’t wait to come back and try more!

This place is really a great space to hang out in. Its small and cozy, but such a great atmosphere. The outside seating is wonderful for people watching and hanging out with friends. The food is good and beautifully displayed. But the service... excellent. Our server, Moses, was phenomenal. Friendly, personable, engaging, professional, and fun.

Such a great Sunday morning spot for breakfast. Of course, I had to try the salt and honey latte, which was delicious! Service was prompt and friendly, food was fresh and delicious, atmosphere was welcoming. It was an easy walk from our hotel. What a terrific way to end our El Paso stay. Thank you, Salt and Honey!!!
M W — Google review
The atmosphere at this place was relaxing and inviting. They have a lot of beautiful plants. It was very clean. The food was ok. I had bacon, eggs, homemade turkey sausage, hash browns, and toast. The bacon, toast, and hash browns were good. The eggs were overcooked(burned) and had NO seasoning. The turkey sausage was ok. We also had the hummus avacado toast, which was very good. Our server was friendly and polite and very attentive. I ordered the Irish coffee, which tasted like water with a little flavor (I exchanged it for something else). We also had the espresso panna latte, which had no flavor, we had to add an espresso shot for flavor, and it was just ok after that. The salt and honey espresso was the best.

I highly recommend the cook’s break plate. As a person who loves green chili, this plate was amazing! Service was very friendly & prompt. I loved the space inside. Limited parking.

We had a wonderful 1st time visit at Savage Goode. The brewed coffee was lovely.. very smooth and flavorful. The show stopper was the homemade donuts. They were soft, fluffy and delicious. They tasted homemade and made with love. 🥰 I’m looking forward to going back to get another donut and try a different drink. We visited on a Friday morning, they were busy but the line went by quickly and it was worth the wait. The staff were very friendly.

We hired Savage Goods to do the catering for our 150 person wedding. The team created a custom buffet that incorporated our backgrounds of Mexican/Arab. They were nothing but professional, kind and the food was amazing! All my family, friends and even other vendors describe it as "the best food they have had at a wedding", and I believe its the best food I've had in a really long time. They also created a dessert bar since me and my husband wanted a small cake for ourselves! The cake was a baklava cake and so delicious. Plenty of vegetarian options as well! Overall we are super happy that they were apart of our day, can't thank the team enough!

Orange Peel is a delightful shop run by chef Julie Aduato, known for her expertise in creating a wide range of desserts and special occasion confections. From black forest cakes to authentic biscotti, the shop offers an array of delicious treats. Customers can also request customized creations for large events. Orange Peel is especially recommended for those looking for vegan, gluten-free, or smaller desserts.
We ordered a gluten-free cake from Julie for our wedding and it was delicious! We chose lemon cake with vanilla frosting and had it topped with mint leaves and fresh berries. It was absolutely gorgeous and tasted amazing! Fresh ingredients, real lemon peel, very tasty. Everyone remarked how great it was and they were amazed that it was gluten free. We also ordered some gluten-free chocolate cupcakes with raspberry frosting, and they were equally delicious. Highly recommend!

Julie is a wonderful person who has a passion for her work!! Most of all BIG THANKS for making an egg-less (vegan) cake for us. She made one of the cutest cake for our daughter's first birthday. It was a vanilla and strawberry cake with vanilla icing on the top. As yummy as it looked :) We have relished it till the last bite.

BEST VEGAN CAKES IN EL PASO! Hands down! The chef is incredible and I am forever grateful to her for making our baby shower so special with our cake! The only one who was able to make what we envisioned and it came out beautifully and sooo delicious! The hit of the baby shower! Highly recommend this place!

We ordered a wedding cake from Julie all the way from Houston. When we arrived at El Paso and met with her she was so friendly and willing to do anything to make her day special. On a short notice she was also able to deliver the cake, So that we would have time to do other things. When I arrived at the restaurant and saw the cake it was amazing. She did such a phenomenal job and it was very moist and the perfect amount of icing for the couple. Not to mention that the icing wasn’t an overkill of being too sweet. I couldn’t of asked for a better baker for this day. Several people asked us where we got the cake they thought it was absolutely beautiful and loved the way it tasted.

The owner was exceptional! She tailored the cupcakes exactly to our needs as Vegans. They were delicious with a banana flavor and chocolate icing and made for a memorable birthday. We will definitely be coming back!!!

If you want a vegan wedding cake, go here! She's lovely and knows what she's doing. When I wanted input, she was glad to provide suggestions for smaller desserts too. We had a small vanilla bean cake, which was super moist and not overbearingly sweet, zucchini bread, and bizcochos. Our families didn't even know it was vegan until we told them. My abuelita even approved of her bizcochos. That has never happened! I got the zucchini bread for a small gathering at my house and my friends were in love with it. I plan to keep stopping by her shop to give myself a treat every once in a while.

This place was awesome! Delicious! Very detail oriented and proud of her work! Hard worker and trustworthy! Works with your needs and wants! Money well spent! Gave us good advice on how and when to transport, store, and serve the cake. A true professional!!! One less thing I had to worry about Julie was the best! Thank you so much for everything you did for us Julie, my daughter was over so excited and impressed with her cake, it was the talk of the party. Everyone ooooh'd and aaahhh'd when the cake was put out. It was wonderful.

DISAPPOINTING I decided to give this place a try due to the great reviews but what I got made me feel like I got ripped off. I have gotten better looking cakes at Walmart/Sam's and for a fraction of the price. Regarding the taste is was cake, nothing different. When I placed the order I expected something nicer and expressed how I expected great tasting, specially knowing that it will get done by a pastry chef. I support local business, and she gave me good customer service but I can't say I would recommend this place.

I was looking for alfalfa sprouts, and Whole Foods is the only place that sells them! Unbelievable, so I stopped by, and found the sprouts and so much more! The service is not too bad, and I like the way everything is laid out: easy to find everything! What I really liked was that I could use my Prime membership for discounts! Love that! Their salad bar and food area is amazing! I most definitely will be returning to visit there very soon, probably next week, or when my daughter is on winter break. I’m starving, so I’m looking forward to eating my sprouts in my sandwich! ;) Ciao!

This store is on the pricey side, but the products are definitely high quality. The employees aren’t very friendly and don’t seem very welcoming to customers. However, you should absolutely try the cheesecake—it's worth it!
Liliana A — Google review
I recently tried the Tres Leches cake at Whole Foods market Bakery and while the presentation was absolutely stunning, I left disappointed. The cake itself was good, with a light and fluffy texture that hinted at its potential. However, my excitement quickly turned to dismay as I realized that whoever made it forgot a crucial ingredient—the tres leches! This traditional cake is supposed to be soaked in three types of milk, which not only enhances its flavor but also defines its identity. Without it, the cake lacked the signature moistness and richness that makes Tres Leches so delightful. Unfortunately, this oversight means I won't be returning to Whole foods market Bakery. While the presentation showed promise, a dessert as iconic as Tres Leches needs to deliver on taste, and this one fell short.

So disappointed about the cookies and creme cake 😭 it’s really not good.. we can’t even eat half of that cake, waisted $36 on that cake for my husband’s birthday 😭 very bad choice 😭 worse cake I’ve ever eaten. Tasteless! The icing is horrible. That’s not buttercream! I wish I can return it because what will we do with this whole left.. even my toddlers refused to finish their plate. Damn, we are cake lovers family and I’m so mad I made such a big mistake to buy this cake.

You get quality products but pricy, though. You can find some of the items at Walmart at almost half the cost in there. They have a great selection of organic items.
Oscar G — Google review
This place was not what I expected at all. It is a large store, with the feel of a mom & pop shop. The first thing you notice is a beautiful outdoor covered patio located on the second floor. The patio is spacious with many tables and chairs, trimmed with soft lights that go around the porch. I wonder if they have a fire pit up there? Once you enter the store, the first bar available is the juice and shake bar. This bar was closed when we went to go visit, but I can give you an idea of what they serve, they have a menu of fresh fruit or vegetables, your choice, they throw in together for you and whip it up, I believe I also saw smoothies and shakes. As you go into the store, you have your fresh deli and salad bar, can you find freshly prepared hot food such as, pizzas, hot dog, and soups. Center stage, is an array of prepared salads, meats, vegetables and fish, sold be the pound. Everything looked and smelled delicious. At the end of the of the store, you have your fresh baked bakery, any type of bread you need or maybe something new you've never had before. Come back around on the end of the store, you'll find more fresh bars that offer fresh cheese & dairy product, and all refrigerated goods. At this end, you'll find the fresh chicken & meat section, then finally coming back to the front of store is the fresh produce section, which has all your fresh fruits and vegetables available. The aisles in between have the usual stuff, canned goods, cereal, chips, medicine, beer & wine aisles. I even noticed noticed a clothing section, yes that's right clothes. The entire store is organic. The best take away from visiting this store, is that they had a close connection to the culture in our city. Which I found unique, different, and even special, I guess you could say home.

Terrible customer service from the guy working at the cafe, his name was john. We greeted him politely and asked him a question about what flavors to which he replied with an attitude and seemed like he didn't want to tell us them. We then asked him more questions and while we were thinking he starts chatting with his other coworker in the middle of our interaction and ignores us while we wait for him. It seemed like he didn't want to work and was more interested in chatting with his coworker, his responses were really rude and left us genuinely asking why he was behaving this way. Really disappointed in the service I am unsure if it was racially profiled as we are Mexican.

This bakery is a must-visit especially if you live in the NE. Great pan dulce, donuts, menudo, fritters and biscochos. They also sell cakes like tres leches that are really good, a half sheet is $25. They have a fridge with milk, orange juice, sodas and other drinks for sale. Highly recommend!

This is a place where you can go and buy sweat bread. To be honest I expected something better for the 45 minutes wait I had!! The oreja I bough was very bad but i will say the cuernito was very surprisingly good! Conchas meeehhh! The sweet rellenos very tasty! I will give 3 starts because is too long to wait and the orejas were so bad! So far I recommend to go but chose carefully what do you want they have or even so good or bad! I’m going to go back to try again and i maybe going to increase the stars. With a douchbrothers cafe and this bread you will have a nice morning.

Customer service was so great they really went above and beyond to take care of what was turning out to be a really stressful event. I would absolutely come back and recommend them to anyone for their lovely cakes and desserts.

Other than the sweet pastries, this place also sells a variety of natural fruit drinks like pineapple, lime cucumber, and cantaloupe. Let’s not forget their famously known coconut flavored iced tea. On this particular hot day my husband and I decided to purchase two of their $10 half gallon drinks. My lime cucumber was spot on however to my husband’s disappointment his cantaloupe drink aka agua de melon was spoiled. We informed the employee the drink we just purchased was spoiled. Our intention was not to get a refund, it was to inform them that the product they are selling is spoiled, she told my husband that she would not exchange it for any other item and that I was stuck with a spoiled drink .I will never go back and recommend no one buy these drinks No telling how long they were sitting around and no date that they were made. It’s buy at your own risk type of place.

El Prado Bakery is a casual Mexican bakery located in Las Tierras, offering a variety of grab-and-go options such as burritos, pan dulce, menudo, and tamales. Despite its no-frills space, it has garnered positive reviews for its flavorful burritos and delicious pan dulce selection. Customers have praised the abundance of choices available and highlighted the quality of the brisket burrito and red tamale.
When I come visit my family here in El Paso from Alaska I make it a point to stop by. My family is in love with their Pan Dulce so more often then not I turn into a human pack mule, and grab as much that will fit inside my carry on. Word of advice pay cash so you don’t get charged a service fee. I have attached their rates in one of my photos for reference.

The tamales were really tasty and the menudo delicious; however, we managed to be waited on by the rudest cashier. It's a good place for a 5:30 a.m. craving, though. Today, we went again and had the same cashier. She was more decent this time. They closed the little dining area, so we had to eat cold tamales by the time we got home. Had my favorite "aracada" sweet bread, and my daughter tried the cone.

I went in to purchase flour tortillas. Had to ask for them, for some reason every time we have been in there we have to ask for them now. Then asked for some sweet bread . Everything was good till I asked for a raspberry roll . it broke off while the employee reached to get it. He still gave it to me all in pieces didn’t even ask if I wanted it like that !! Didn’t notice it till I got back home !! Still charged me for it !! Then the attitude on this gentleman had was unbelievable. I guess he doesn’t like working there anymore !! But it’s not the customers fault !! Probably won’t make the trip anymore !!

I am new to El Paso. My favorite thing to eat are donuts. I pass this place every time I take my youngest to school. I went online to see what kind of goodies they sell and seen they did have donuts. I stopped in today and got 2 of these donuts. They were both huge for one. Loved how big they were. They were also fluffy but still had a chew to them which I love. The chocolate glaze wasn’t too sweet either. Irene is the one who helped me and she was so incredibly sweet. I definitely will be coming back.

I am absolutely horrified, I found hair all over the menudo I ordered here. I ordered three cups. I would not recommend to anybody it wasn’t just one or two hairs, it was all over! it baffles and disturbs me that I served my whole family menudo with tiny hairs. I called and they only offered a refund for ONE bowl or credit for something else but why would I want more food I’m traumatized! Save your time and your sanity and go to another bakery you won’t be missing out on nothing but hairy menudo with big chunks of meat they need to cut! I also saw a previous review of somebody finding a metal nut in their concha so read reviews and be safe!!

I ordered an 8” carrot cake let the fiesta begin with hot pink ribbon and in addition to the cake I place an order of candles to go with cake but did not receive the candles. After having witnesses that the cake had no candles I called to report the problem. I was treated with unprofessionalism from Adam the supervisor in charge. Adam stated that there is nothing he can do because he was sure he put candles. Adam said he can not provide refund on candles do to he was adamant the candles were on the cake. Adam said I can email the boss and that was it. I said he did not provide a resolution and thanks for nothing he simply laughed at me immaturely.

0 stars if I could. Special ordered a blueberry cake in May for an office birthday. When we cut open and tasted the cake we realized that we had been given a vanilla cake instead. There was not a single blueberry in the cake and the picture looked nothing like what was on their website. I promptly called to report the mistake. After days of no returned calls I was finally able to get a hold of the manager/owner who was very arrogant over the phone and made several insinuations that I was lying despite me emailing both video and pictures of the cake. The owner then asked if there was any cake left as he wanted me to bring it back to the store. I explained that as he refused to return my calls in a timely manner it had already been nearly a week and as the cake was for an office party I could not very well take the cake out of people's mouths when we realized we had been given the wrong cake. After much go-round he finally conceded to giving me a partial credit via gift card and stated that the card had my name on it and would be "in the safe" for the next time I came around. Today, I went to buy another cake for another office bday thinking I would use the gift card, however surprise surprise there was no gift card in the safe and his staff seemed clueless and unhelpful. A woman finally came from the back stating that the best she could do was leave another message for the manager. I asked her to call the man to which she replied, "I cannot, he is in a meeting." I began to laugh stating, "this man is apparently busier and more important than CEOs of large corporations." To which she replied, "Yes, I get that a lot, a lot of people complain about that". I was obviously upset that I was being given the go round a 2nd time and potentially lied to about compensation for the cake mix up. The woman then disappeared into the back for a long while and finally returned telling me that she called the manager (apparently he was NOT in a meeting and unreachable as she initially told me) and that he "was downtown and would be back by 2:30". I informed her that I had to get back to work and could not wait and once again she took my information beginning the process all over again. She had an attitude from start to finish. I guess that's to be expected since customer service is non-existent from the owner and trickles down to the staff. I would also like to point out that an hour has since passed and I have yet to receive a call back from the owner who should already be back in the shop - so glad I didn't bother to rearrange my schedule and wait. The man has an inflated ego and overexaggerated sense of self. I used to order no less than 1 cake a month from this place for each of my employees birthdays, often more for holidays and friend/family birthdays as well, however we will happily take our business elsewhere. This sort of attitude from staff and management as well as lack of service/quality control is how businesses die. Best of luck! For reference, below are pics of the "blueberry" cake we were given.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Misleading advertisement to get you to buy more while you are there. Honestly the tastes of the actual cake is mid- the only thing that’s tasty I the buttercream frosting. Will never buy from here again. Pretty sure it’s a franchise because I’ve never had customer service as poor in any other location. I was also behind a customer who had also been misled about her cake (over heard their conversation) she was unhappy and wanted to exchange her cake but because she literally walked out and right back in that was considered “leaving the property” and they wouldn’t be able to resell- which I get, but to not offer her another cake instead? Horrible service, get your bundts somewhere else.

I purchased 24 Bundlets on Thursday ,12-16, to give out to co workers and my children's school faculty. When I got home, I noticed one of the white chocolate cake was uneven. I wanted to take it back, but the bakery was closed by then. The next morning when I tried to pick a different one up, it opened and I noticed the seal was placed on the opposite side of the cake container. I started looking and the majority were like that! I could not give these out if they do not look presentable and especially if the safety seal is not there. We have purchased cakes as gifts for three years now, and we have not had an issue. This time around though, I could not give out cake to everyone we had in mind. I emailed the bakery but I have not received a response.
Leandra C — Google review
Love their flavors! Size is perfect for sharing :) Received one at this location that had a piece missing--a little disappointing. If a store wants to sell imperfect goods and charge less, that's fine. Just don't try to cover up a mistake with icing. Was also a little surprised by the choice to put cream cheese icing on chocolate. Not bad, was just expecting buttercream.
Amy P — Google review
If I could have had the option to rate zero stars, I would have. I am highly disappointed in the fact that I spent $30 on a cake that had such poor presentation. We asked for specifics (such a little decorative flags and quote card with a message card) and nothing that we asked for was done. When I went to pick up and I gave the manager the name of the order they couldn’t find it and told me “to figure out what name it was under because they had tons of cakes he wasn’t about to go through.” One of the employees found the order and when I received it, the cake looked terrible. Frosting was missing on one side of the cake and looked sloppily put together. When I made a comment about it the manager said it was because it was next to other cakes and if I wanted to he would switch it out. I declined due to the fact that it seemed like such a bother. For such a recognized company I would think that customer service would be top priority. The brand of the company is exemplified in those that work for the company. What kind of image does that create when Management acts as if it is such a bother to help? I have worked as a manager before and I for one would not have asked if the customer “wanted to” exchange the item. I would have taken it upon myself to number one take pride in my work, and not let a cake that looked this terrible leave in customers hands. And secondly I would have replaced the cake without question, especially if there was some sort of mistake. If I would have wanted that type of service I would have gone to Albertsons and paid less for well put together cake.

Known for its exceptional cakes, this bakery has been the go-to choice for special occasions and celebrations. Customers rave about the delightful flavors and friendly customer service that make every visit a memorable experience. Whether it's a wedding cake or simple birthday treats, Greggerson's is praised for its delicious offerings and excellent service.
We ordered 2 simple 6 inch birthday cakes for our twins birthday party and had an excellent experience. Our order was ready on time and the customer service was incredible both during ordering and pick up. Upon pick up we bought 3 packs of cupcakes in various flavors and ALL were delicious, especially the banana flavor! We will continue to place all birthday orders through this bakery 💛

I called every bakery on Friday from big local stores but I had to place an order two-three days in advance. Greggersons squeezed my order in last minute and they truly did an outstanding work. First time ordering with them and a 10/10 is an understatement and their kind service was just too tier. Will be ordering from them again

I loved my cake so much I didn’t want to eat it. It was exactly what I asked for and delicious as always. The most delicious bakery 10 out of 10

The cake I ordered was beautifully made and delicious. My family has been buying cakes from here for years and they never disappoint. Also, the cupcakes are a great option for trying the many different flavors before deciding on the cake’s flavor.

I have purchased two children's birthday cakes from here and they exceeded my expectations. Both were delicious, ready on time, and beautifully decorated. They included some great artwork, even with minimal direction. Will purchase from here again.

Upon receiving my order for a heart-shaped cake with vintage piping, I was disappointed to find only a simple drop line and a rosette when I picked it up. The cake was also not decorated as requested, and the lowercase “s” in “M.S. Engineer” was missing. When I informed the establishment of these errors, they informed me that their only cake decorator was unavailable. They offered to convert the lowercase “s” to an uppercase “S,” which took 45 minutes. As I was graduating that day, I could not wait any longer, as I risked missing the ceremony. I explained that I would try to find someone to pick up the cake for me since it was not ready at the pick up time 1p.m. I was advised to ensure that the cake was picked up before 3 p.m. I had also requested pink frosting on the sides, but only a small amount was applied on the top, resulting in an unintended tie-dye effect. This oversight nearly caused me to miss my graduation. The establishment’s failure to create the order as agreed upon was unacceptable. The owner offered only a $5 refund, which was insufficient for the cost, time and expense for such a significant event. As a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of my accomplishment, the establishment should have communicated with me when placing the order that they were unable to fulfill my vision.

I gave it 1 star, I new Mrs.Doris and Paul been buying there cakes for decades. My Husband is 71 Vietnam Vet. He had brain surgery 2 yrs ago. I had not gone because my husband needs 24 hrs care. I decided to order a cake. When they picked up and brought it. My husband right away pointed to the cake. So I right away got him a piece and I was feeding it to him and he made a face. I tasted it. I'm sorry but the cake was way to heavy tasting. Nothing like Mrs.Doris Or Paul's there original cake would melt in your mouth. Not going back. I have the frosting recipe. So I guess I will be baking again. Miss you Paul!!!!

The bakery is known for its wide selection of Mexican bread and pastries, as well as delicious cakes suitable for all occasions. Customers have praised the bakery for its freshly baked goods and excellent service.
I had a work party and I forgot that I signed up to bring francisitos. I work at Fort Bliss and needed somewhere close where I could go pick some up in a hurry. I found them online and had passed by but never stopped. I am so glad I chose this place. The bread was freshly baked and so delicious! The service was even better!! Everyone from work asked where I bought them and willingly let them know about this bakery. I am planning to come back to order some things for Christmas 🎄. This is now my go to bakery.

I must have driven by this bakery a hundred times and I didn’t know it was a Mexican bakery until I walked in. I love Mexican sweets but only get tempted by them when I see them. I shop at vista and amigo market and sometimes indulge. I wanted to check it out just from my own curiosity; it just looked like common traditional Mexican pastries nothing unique but I was already there and decided to pick a few of my favorites. When I got home to taste them, they were anything but ordinary! I knew at first bite, I was in trouble and was going to over indulge in one sitting. The pastries were so fresh and delicious, the best Mexican pastries I have ever had. I also purchase sone of their cheese Chile tamales and I couldn’t help but heat one up after I tasted how good their pastries were. The tamale was just as delicious and fresh as their pastries. I am a new addict now, the cheese Chile tamales were good to my soul not so good for my body but worth every bite.

I've come here several times whether it be for cupcakes, brownies, baking accessories, edible glitters or molds. They have quite a selection of flavors for cupcakes and they're delicious! On one occasion I needed cupcakes last minute, I walked in and they had what I needed along with cute decorations to add on top. Cakes are pre-order. Last night I needed frosting asap, so I pulled in and got 2 lbs of frosting before they closed. The frosting was already in a piping bag! Super convenient. I will continue to come here and I highly recommend this spot for all your baking needs.

A very helpful place. We ordered a beautiful birthday cake. It was ready to pick up as promised. The picture they showed me had gold leaf on it. The one received did not. I told them at the beginning that the gold leaf was a nice touch. The cake was expensive but I was after quality and looks, and I got just that. Thanks

Office birthday celebration and these heavenly delights were the center of attention. I honestly thought with all that butter cream designs that the actual cupcake was going to be more visual hype than a delectable treat but my taste buds were thoroughly delighted. Thank you Bake Me Happy for making me Happy....

Well I went in on Dec 30th around 2 o'clock and there was not really a much of a variety, only about maybe 8 cupcakes left. I was told it was because of the holidays. So I ended up taking 6 home. The taste of the frosting for me was too sweet but they do have cupcakes with alcohol in them so that was different. Would I go again probably not.
Erika C — Google review
We bought a dozen cupcakes on 6/17 for my daughter's b-day at daycare and they were wonderful all around.... So, I decided to buy 5 dozen for her birthday on 6/21 and they did not use different packaging but they didn't package them as well as they did in the prior purchase. Cupcake holders were very shallow (less than centimeter deep) this time around that on the short drive to the party the cupcakes collapsed and rolled all over each other and majority arrived in one big blob of frosting. Out of 60 only 11 were presentable! We made the best of it, sang happy birthday with the few we could salvage and came to realize that the ALSO had no filling or flavoring, when i specifically asked (a couple times) the employee who took my order to make them chocolate with some kind of fruit filling and flavoring and asked them pick for me..... Apparently he made no such note and forgot to mention this to the owner. He assured me they knew what flavors went great together and they would work up something special. I got plain chocolate cupcakes with super colored plain vanilla buttercream at $2.50 a cupcake..... If thats what i wanted, I could have bought the same kind at a superstore for a fraction of the price and they would have made the drive. Fluke maybe? probably not, I was contacted my a wedding party that also had the same issues. I had a lengthy conversation with the owner and she insisted her packaging was appropriate and cupcakes were fine before loading them in car and refused all responsibility of her product after it leaves her shop because my sister's mad woman (not in those words) driving of a 2 and half mile stretch had to be the culprit and the stability supplied by the cupcake holder insert had absolutely nothing to do with it. The packing might be appropriate but it's definitely NOT EFFECTIVE and she is setting up her product for failure before it leaves her shop and is completely inconsiderate of her clients with larger orders who can't stabilize all boxes on their lap. She also advised me the fate of my refund would solely rely on the employee who took down my (incorrect) order because he never made a note nor marked off request for filling and flavor... AND she wouldn't have an answer for me until her returned to work in two days. Apparently her employees run her business. Avoid yourself a headache/disappointment and don't risk the outcome of your event.
Laura B — Google review
This had to be one of the worst places I have been to for cupcakes. One cupcake was burned and I could taste the food coloring in the fondant. The cupcakes taste like they're made from a box. You can make better at home. Don't waste your money.

Corner Bakery Cafe is a delightful casual dining spot that offers a diverse menu featuring sandwiches, pasta, and pastries. With its inviting and relaxed ambiance, it's the perfect place to unwind while enjoying a meal. On my first visit with my boyfriend, we sampled some delicious dishes; I opted for the pesto noodle dish paired with loaded potato soup, while he enjoyed a sandwich alongside broccoli cheddar soup. Both meals were satisfying and came with complimentary potato chips—a nice touch!
The atmosphere is relaxing, the workers are extremely nice, great at there jobs and the breakfast here is great. Highly recommended place to eat at.

My boyfriend and I ate here for the first time to try it out. It has a very homey, relaxed atmosphere inside. We came for breakfast but sadly we were a bit late - we still ordered some food to try. I'm a big fan of pesto and soups, so I ordered the pesto noodle dish with a side of the loaded potato soup. He ordered a sandwich with a side of broccoli cheddar soup. Both our dishes came with a small bag of potato chips. Our dishes were good, I loved the pesto and the broccoli cheddar soup. We probably won't come here again - NOT because the food wasn't good, but it's kind of pricey, and they don't serve that much. But if you want a little treat for yourself, I'd say give it a try. I came starving and left still hungry, but the food was still great. The service was also great. 🙂😄

I get this place before cuz all I was doing was having lunch with my pastor and I was having some good news Because he believes that I need to go to Seminary anyways I guess I do know a lot about the Bible I'll have Bible study with anybody anybody anywhere anytime 24/7 anybody loves Jesus I don't give you a Catholic Mormon protested Baptist Pentecostal whatever if you're a Christian I love you anyways back to reading Corner Bakery Cafe I also had it here in like another BLT type of Sandwich which is pretty good I had the tuna some type of tuna salad and a little cup that was okay I drink my normal cup of water of course either water tea or coffee I really don't drink no sodas when I go to restaurants but it was all right the service I didn't like that you like a cafeteria style you got to order as you come in you got to grab your own drinks and throw your own trash on the way out so I don't know what they to want a tip for either way I think we did leave a tip but it's like it's like you got to do everything yourself then I'll refill a drinks or nothing in the glass they gave us for water it was like one sip so we had to get up five different times at least give me a medium or small but anyways the atmosphere was good we got to have a little bible study and we move from a booth to some little Sofas in the Middle with like a little coffee table really comfortable to have a Bible study there is plus I love spending time with Pastor House.

I am from out of town and came here with my parents and family for breakfast. We usually always have a great experience but today it was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the Anaheim scrambler with fruit on the side. What arrived was a small bowl with fruit that had obviously not been kept at a proper temperature and mold was growing on the grapes. When we told the manager, Kimberly, she didn’t show any remorse for what was served. She rudely asked, “So, what do you want? Would you like a replacement side or anything?” I told her no and that I just didn’t want this served to any other customers because if they don’t know what to look for, they could eat it and get very sick. She proceeded to just stand there and my mom asked, “So, is that it?” And I responded with, “Well there’s nothing more that can be done.” And Kimberly said “yeah” and just left. We will not be coming back and they have lost long time customers from this disappointing experience.

Corner Bakery Cafe is a popular casual cafe chain known for its standard menu of sandwiches, pasta, and pastries. Despite being noisy and always packed, it offers a nice relaxing atmosphere. A great place to meet up with some good friends or family and catch up over a delicious cup of coffee or perfectly toasted panini. Although this place does get packed around noon, they do have plenty of seating inside, as well as patio seating. Now let’s talk food: for breakfast they offer sandwiches, paninis, pancakes, oatmeal, wraps and various other items. If you’re a health nut you’ll find some options here. My favorite breakfast items are the All American Scrambler which is your standard American breakfast: eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast. The Anaheim Scrambler which is similar to the All American except the scrambled eggs have veggies mixed in like an omelet. Lastly, the Anaheim Panini, is a delicious breakfast sandwich, it’s made up of scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato, avocado, green onions, and cheddar inside two slices of sourdough bread. Yummy. For Lunch you have options such as Rustic Grilled Cheese, Club, Meatball Panini, Uptown Turkey Avocado Sandwich, Chicken Pesto Sandwich, Chicken Carbonara Pasta, Shrimp Scampi Linguini, Roasted Tomato Basil Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup, and various salad options as well as a kid menu. Every item my family and me have tried has been satisfying. The only item I do not enjoy here are their breakfast potatoes because they lack any flavor. Plain and simple, if your looking for a meal that isn’t gonna leave you feeling sluggish and lethargic, this is the place. The portions are enough to curb that hunger but not leave you overstuffed. Their soups and sandwiches are tasty and their coffee piping hot and since it’s self serve, you never have to wait around for that second cup. They do have a rewards program, and they also offer catering.

The vibes are very relaxed and the inside is beautiful. Plenty of seating. The service was friendly and they have someone clearing tables and plates as you go. The food was delicious!! The avocado Cobb was light and fresh. The chicken pomodori was crispy and the flavor was to die for. The cream cheese brownie is served chilled and is creamy and chocolatey.

This location is getting worse and worse every time I visit. Today topped it off; their Anaheim scrabbler was made by substituting chives for avocado. Their eggs really had a powdery grit to them and no flavor at all. The salt shakers were so dirty we had to use napkins for them. The potatoes a few tasted like potatoes the other tasted like spoiled potatoes. Needless to say this will be the last time here.

I went there to sit down and have a nice meal. But, when I went to the counter to order, no one was there. But, I noticed someone in my right peripheral view at the register where you pick up your order. She was watching me waiting for someone to help me. She said nothing as I stood there. Finally I asked her do I order from her, she just stared at me and barely nodded her head yes. I proceeded to order and never once did she smile and acknowledge my order. I then asked her if she had heard me? She just stared at me and barely nodded her head. Never once did she utter one word to me. I then decided that I would not be ordering there and told her and I left. I have eaten there twice before and I never experienced such rudeness with an employee. I will not be visiting there anytime soon and will probably tell friends not to eat there also.

What a nice little bakery type of coffee shop at the corner of neighborhood. You can it's somehow like Starbucks, but I'll say that they're more family style, and more friendly. My Americano was nice and warm, the environment was nice and welcoming, have to mention that their "Raisin Pecan Sweet Crisps" was so nice, it's crispy but not dry, you can still taste the texture and flavour of raisins. Thumbs up!!!

A bit busy on the day before Valentines, which is to be expected. You can't go wrong with donuts from here. Staff was friendly despite being very busy, which is great to see.

The donuts were amazing, staff was a bit rude though. Strange vibe at the time with one staff member barking at an employee for being late as we were leaving. Establishment was pretty dead and the other five people in the building looked lost... very strange but yeah... the glazed donuts were on point.

Fresh, soft, and delicious donuts! Loved watching them being made, and the staff was super friendly.

I haaate leaving bad reviews but I’ve had a bad experience twice in a row. yesterday i went to use the birthday coupon and the employee didn’t apply it correctly, so I ended up paying more. thankfully, she fixed it once I told her and she was nice and apologized. however, the real problem is from today. I went (8/2/2025) at around 8:30am and got the rudest employee, it was a girl with glasses, tan skin, small frame, and dark hair pulled back. when ordering, I told her I had a coupon for the buy any one dozen, get another glazed or assorted dozen free. when she read back my order, she put down 4 dozens (I think 2 glazed, 2 assorted), which I told her was wrong because I only wanted 2 dozens total (have no idea where she got 4 from). then when she read back the two dozens, she put 2 glazed dozens (I had ordered one tour of Italy and one assorted). again, I told her it was wrong and repeated my order, but that’s when she started getting snappy and said those dozens weren’t part of the promotion (even though they was). I noticed her tone and didn’t want to argue, so I said that was fine and only asked for 1 glazed and 1 assorted. this is where she was really rude and with a snappy tone, she was like “once again, like I already said, those don’t apply. you can only get glazed dozens,” which really annoyed me because 1) I had the coupon in my hand and that’s NOT what it said and 2) she said it in the rudest tone ever. when I stayed quiet, she was like “just pull up to the window, I can help you there.” so I do and I give her the coupon and guess what, my original order (the tour of Italy and the assorted) DID qualify. she didn’t even acknowledge her mistake, she just asked if that’s all I wanted and gave me my order. didn’t even apologize or anything (at least the girl from the previous day did). I get it, customer service is rough, mistakes happen, and this might’ve been her first job, but jeez this was the rudest encounter I’ve had in a long time. hadn’t gotten krispy in years, and I only came because I wanted to redeem the birthday coupon and take donuts to work- but it doesn’t look like I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Who doesn't love Krispy Kreme??? Everything was great except for the service. I ordered online and did a pick-up. When I got there my 2 donuts were ready but she had to make my drink. There was no one else in there when I arrived. She went to make my drink and turned around and noticed others coming in and stopped making my drink to go ring out 2 other people while I stood there. Then she went back and made my watered down latte...

While smaller than I remember, they were fresh and omgggg - for not only taste but the price! $15 for a dozen donuts is madness...but that does keep my fat butt from going too often.

Krispy Kreme is a beloved chain known for its diverse selection of donuts, featuring an array of flavors and shapes that cater to every sweet tooth. The moment you step inside, the irresistible aroma fills the air, drawing you in for a delightful experience. Their iconic glazed donuts are a must-try—light, airy, and simply divine.
This establishment consistently serves fresh and delicious treats. The aroma alone is enough to entice anyone inside. Their signature glazed doughnuts are a true classic, always light and airy. The staff is friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's a delightful place to indulge in a sweet treat.

I bought a dozen of glazed donuts hoping they would be fresh, but they weren’t they looked a day old, so I went back to ask for a fresh dozen and they said the donuts were fresh but they just weren’t warm cause they “turned off the machine”. But the donuts did not look fresh. In the picture you can see the donuts clearly weren’t fresh.

From the moment I walked in, I couldn’t believe that this place was still open. The whole dining room was littered with leftover food and napkins. The man with raven tattoos on his forearm came to take our order and could not have looked more miserable taking our order. The only good thing were the doughnuts but we most definitely took them to go.

Advertised donuts versus what was delivered! The donuts that just delivered are an embarrassment! Epic Fail Krispy Kreme! You should be ashamed for sending those out! 🤬

Strange that the hours of operation claim the store is open yet the staff is in there with the doors locked. Weird considering it’s almost 7 am. Oh well… Dunkin it is! I just read your generic reply to my review. It’s just as insulting as your morning shift having the door locked to customers during business hours. Spare me the insincere bs. I’ll steer clear thanks. There are better more inviting options out here! ☕️

This Krispy Kreme is a literal joke! I hate that this is the closet location to me. I’ve visited all the ones in El Paso and I never have a problem the staff is great, and they always have what I went in for! But this location never has anything. I went in at 6:20pm when the hot light should be on, it was not, they didn’t have what I asked for, like always, and then offered to charge me even more for what I didn’t want. I’ve given this Krispy Kreme many many chances to do better, but they don’t and they straight up don’t care. Their doughnuts are always hard and if you do order online and they don’t have what you ordered they’ll just give you whatever they have. I’m totally disappointed in this location. I will get my doughnuts but I will drive way out of the way to get them.
Kori B — Google review
I was very disappointed with my online order. I had placed an order early this afternoon after calling the location to ask if there were still Harry Potter doughnuts, they had told me they did and right away I placed an online order for it to be picked up later in the evening. I was called about an hour before I had asked for my order to be ready and told they were all out of the doughnuts. I had ordered them early to ensure they'd be set aside for me. I'm just writing hoping for some changes to be made regarding online orders and as a PSA to anyone planning on ordering online ahead of time.
Janet M — Google review
Really stale donuts. How disappointing. $20 for a dozen donuts and 10 donut holes, and teenagers won't even eat them because they are so hard and stale. Service was nice and polite. Place was completely empty on a Sunday morning, and I should have known something was up, but Krispy Kreme is normally pretty decent. Not this location and not this time. I won't be back. 😭

Dunkin', a well-established chain known for its famous breakfast offerings and diverse range of coffee beverages, consistently delivers satisfying non-coffee drinks. Although their expertise may falter when it comes to coffee-based orders like lattes, the friendly staff is always eager to rectify any mistakes. The drive-thru service is efficient and prompt, ensuring no time is wasted. Maintaining excellent restroom cleanliness, Dunkin' receives top marks in this regard.
Dunkin donuts is always super packed. But the managers and staff are always quick to get your order out on a timely manner. And if something is not right. They'll make it right in the spot. Great coffee. Great food. And overall great service.

I arrived Sunday at 6am for a mixed dozen donuts, these were intended for my co-workers. Unfortunately we received a horrible mix off donuts, they were all old and extremely dry, not one person took any all day, they looked pathetic, we were very disappointed in the quality off donuts we were given. I wouldn't recommend you go here to early, it seems their keeping days old donuts, my entire team made a comment 😓

I ordered a medium hot original coffee with sugar. What I received was next day old watered down water with no sugar. This was the weakest and most disgusting coffee I ever had. This place is a pathetic joke.

It is only in this dunkin that they always make me park even though there is NO LINE. not infront of me not behind me and they also give me my food half assed. Like I get the avocado with bacon but there's hardly any bacon ( Pic). I have gone in the morning where there is a morning rush and they have always given me my coffee and avocado toast with enough bacon. This issue only happens in the afternoon. Thank the morning shift because they are the only reason I keep coming back, everyone else is just slacking. Also I didnt get my receipt so I can't even do the survey so Corp can know who is the person that served me.

They never seem to disappoint me in messing up my order . You would think as a regular customer they would at least appreciate the customer and make sure we are happy that they could make our day or not by making us a bad coffee with to much sugar or not enough sugar or anything else. If not they put your donut in the bag upside down to make sure that the icing is on the bottom stuck to the bag ,like really? You couldnt take your time to put it in the bag the correct way or grab it so roughly you left finger holes on the sides where its basically squished. You make me return into the store for a remade coffee that you couldnt get right the first time ? I know it raises alot of questions , especially when i have other options, but why should i go out of my way on my way to work when its convient for me when i come to them for that then they should be expected to make my experience a good one with food, service etc. and why keep coming ?Because .... I try to give them the benefit of the doubt . I recall a time it was always perfect the perfect amount cream sugar and flavor or anything ordered and this location used to be great it was your go too place ,now its been going down hill from there ,who gets coffee wrong, who serves you donuts and cant even take the time to put it in the bag right. Especially when noone was behind me(drive thru) . I hope their district manager isnt as bad as the people they are hiring that are serving us customers instead that he will read this as he has been in store before a few feet away from where I came in to correct an order so my hope is he will take into consideration in making it better.. . Im really not that picky I just expected a large coffee that has 4 pumps as its already included not six or less than 4. Or a donut i can actually eat with icing that isn't all over the bag .It happening more often now more than once with the coffee and second time on the donuts. Do better

I recently had a troubling experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location that highlights a lack of proper training and adherence to health protocols. After my order was mishandled, I returned the donut holes, and despite informing the staff that I had sneezed on them and offering to purchase them at half price, the employee still insisted on keeping them. This not only reflects poor professionalism but also suggests that the staff may not be receiving adequate training or attending the necessary health department meetings. Such practices are unacceptable and raise serious concerns about customer safety. Because of this incident, I will not be returning to this location again.
Jorge H — Google review
Do they pay these workers more to be rude and unhappy?? Don't work at a busy place dealing with customers if it's not your thing. Reflects poorly on management and my favorite coffee place. Starbucks and Chic Fila are more busy and they manage to even act happy to see customers.
Pedro R — Google review
Very disappointed, minimal doughnuts, inside the doughnut display case, several flies were visible on top of the food. Staff was utterly rude, unhappy, no cares to please the customer. Unfortunately, I had to throw away my doughnuts in the trash. I really hope management reads these reviews and makes an effort to properly train their staff. This location was unsanitary and disgusting. Shame on you.

Southern Maid Donuts is a local gem in El Paso, TX that offers a delightful experience for donut and coffee lovers. The friendly staff, including Isaiah and Talia, provide excellent service and even show love to your furry friends. The menu boasts delicious cappuccinos and refreshing iced mochas alongside authentic Mexican food like lunch burritos. Customers are greeted with a hot donut while waiting for their orders, adding a personal touch to the service.
Great service and yummy food! We arrived at 7:20am and had all the options to choose from. We were passing through town and didn’t want just a donut from Dunkin or Krispy Kreme; worth the few extra minutes driving into town!

My wife and kids were satisfied, but compared to some of the other mom and pop donut shops here in el paso it's a bit more expensive. They do offer some different options which I like, as well as the drive through. But just to get a dozen donuts...I'd rather go elsewhere. Over all tho...the service was good as well as the donuts.

We came here on the fourth of July and were helped by Isaiah and Talia! They were so sweet and amazing to us AND to our dog! The donuts and the coffee are great! I personally prefer their cappuccinos but their new iced mocha is very refreshing and delicious. Don't pass up on the opportunity to come to this place because you will get excellent service and you will leave happy you went and sad you had to leave. Thanks Isaiah and Talia! You guys are the best! We'll be coming back!!!!!

I highly recommend this place for donuts and kolaches. Their lunch burritos are also very good and authentic Mexican food. You are greeted in the morning with a hot donut while they prepare your order. They have good coffee and hot chocolate. It was nice meeting the owner and their service is very fast. I was getting breakfast for myself and my coworkers one morning and they had me in and out very fast which I cannot say the same for the more famous chain place in town.

Dunkin' is a beloved chain known for its signature breakfast offerings and an impressive array of coffee beverages. One standout location in El Paso has garnered attention not just for its delicious, fresh donuts but also for the exceptional service provided by team members like Edwin and manager Oscar. Their commitment to integrity and hospitality truly enhances the customer experience, making visitors feel welcomed from the moment they step inside. The atmosphere is always clean, with fast service that keeps patrons coming back daily.
The main reason why I rate this DD a +5 stars is because of the weekdays manager! This guy truly knows how to provide exceptional customer service, makes the customers feel welcome, facilities are always clean, service is always fast and he has the workers performing efficiently. I get coffee every single day, and from all the Dunkin’s in El Paso this one is by far the best one due to its exceptional service!

We come to this Dunkin every Sunday and we never have an issue with ordering a pup cup until today. All they had to say was that they didn’t have any today or they don’t offer them anymore. We don’t mind paying for pup cups anywhere else so it would have been understandable if they would have said no. This is what they gave us today which only made a mess in my car.

Service here is absolutely terrible! I went in the drive through yesterday and ordered an oat milk shaken espresso OATMILK! They made it with milk, it even said milk on the drink ticket on the cup. I am lactose intolerant and cannot drink that. I had my friend go in to ask for a remake (I’m not very nice when this happens) and they refused saying “oh well we made it with oat milk” (keep in mind it says milk on the drink ticket) and then sent her back out. So I went in, and had to say that I was lactose and that drinking that would physically hurt me and make me sick before they remade it. Terrible service !!! I’ve done both retail and food service management and this store lacks basic customer service skills !! On more than one occasion they have messed up my order. They also are constantly out of stock of things! They also do not clean their machines regularly, I order a mango pineapple refresher with green tea last week and when I went to take a sip I could by the taste that there was most definitely mold in their machine/spout! And when I went back to say something I was told 5 other people had the same exact complaint!!! Corporate and the general manger need to take a good hard look at this store and its employees, absolutely terrible!!! Edit to add: this was at 8pm on August 26th 2025

There is a gentleman by the name of Edwin and a manager named Oscar these two individuals left me speechless in the best ways. Not only were the donuts amazing and fresh but Edwin’s integrity and honesty was the icing of the cake. I gave him an extra $5.00 by accident and he was honest enough to return it. Now individuals like Edwin are the kind of people that make a difference and he is definitely an asset to this company. Thank you for making us feel welcomed, the fast service and the hospitality. I highly recommend this place for those with a sweet tooth.

Ordered coffee with cream and sweetener — got attitude instead. When I confirmed it wasn’t sugar, the drive-thru guy got defensive and made me pull aside to wait. Drove off, took a sip… sugar. If they can’t get a simple coffee order right and treat customers respectfully, I can only imagine what else happens here. Never coming back.

The team at this Dunkin’ Donuts is always fast, friendly, and efficient. I like walking in instead of using the drive through to get some of their energy rubbed off on me early in the mornings. Their cooking is excellent, and they offer a wide variety of authentic Mexican sweet breads. They also serve tasty burritos made to order with different fillings such as eggs, chorizo, potatoes, picadillo, Verde, barbacoa, lengua, mole, carnitas , chicken and steak.

Great service and atmosphere but $20.99 for a dozen tamales and more masa than anything plus a bone is so not worth it. Masa is good but some more meat would be better.

I always go for the burritos. The pastries are are perk. The must have changed cooks because the carnitas have been dry lately. We always get the bean and cheese burritos but it seems like they ration the cheese. Chile relleno is the same thank goodness. I still would go back, at least for their breads

I use to frequent valentines on a weekly basis. Especially the one on zaragosa.. Figured this one would be the same. Food at this one is nowhere near the same taste or quality as the one on zaragosa. But it's ok of you're hungry. I won't go back to this one again and not sure if I'll go back to the other location either because after covid, they raised their prices dramatically and reduced the portion size. Lol. But who hasn't done that, right?

Tasted their burritos at the food truck by Montana and they were big, at an amazing price and they tasted delicious! So I thought I could give the actual bakery a try. The staff was rude, I was overcharged $1+ more per burrito than what was shown in the menu and the burritos were small to be $5+. Don't recommend, would prefer to travel all the way to Montana again.

During my recent visit to Einstein Bros. Bagels on the NMSU campus, I discovered a cozy spot that’s easy to overlook but definitely worth stopping by for a delicious brunch. The bagels are fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the Brisket and Oktoberfest varieties. Their coffee selection is impressive too; you can choose your favorite brew, which adds a personal touch to your experience.
My first time coming to eat here. Food and service was pretty good. I would recommend improvement in cleanliness, mostly in the restrooms. But other than that, my visit was pleasant. I will come back again to try out more of the many items they have.

Food is always so good. However the coffee and fountain drink are always out. The staff always seem to be out of it. Every employee has an earphone in all the time. They can’t hear you, and take care of you extremely slow. I strongly believe they do lack better customer service and a better manager/team lead to be on top of everything. From staff not having their music on their ears, to the cleanliness of the place, and making sure the coffee, sugars, milks are refilled at all times. While I was here a lady asked if there was coffee made, an employee answered can’t you see me I am making, it will be ready soon. Really poor way of handling your clients.

Ordered 1 egg turkey sausage with cheddar on potato roll. Overall the food was okay, I was disappointed because there was no cream cheese on my sandwich. I thought it came on the order but maybe I needed to ask . . . (?) I spent 14.80 so for the price it didn’t equal the quality in my experience. Definitely would recommend if in a pinch for a quick bite ! P.S} I DO NOT RECOMMEND their hash brown it was gross ):

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m extremely disappointed because this used to be mine and my boyfriend’s favorite spot for breakfast bagels. While the food has always been delicious, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Today, June 25, 2025, I walked in with my 6-year-old son and was completely ignored by the two men working there. They didn’t greet us, didn’t acknowledge us, and instead continued laughing and chatting with each other while I stood at the counter waiting. When one of them finally looked at me, I gave my order, only to find out they were out of every bagel I wanted. I politely asked if they had one more of a specific bagel, and the second man abruptly jumped into the conversation to rudely say that’s all they had. After I received my order, I calmly let them know that their customer service was lacking. Instead of apologizing, they looked at each other and laughed at me. They did all of this right in front of my son, which made the situation even more upsetting and humiliating. As someone who works in customer service, I understand it can be challenging, but it costs nothing to greet customers and treat them with basic kindness. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated today, I will never return.

Overall everything is good here, but it’s a bit expensive for what it is: bagels. Something about this place always feels dingy, and not quite clean. It is clean, but probably some fresh paint, updated furniture, and just a lighter atmosphere would do the trick.

It's literally one of the worst einstein bros. I've been to. I was willing to give it another try but today was my last straw. When I placed my order, I was told it'd be done in about 15-20 minutes, I got there 25 minutes after I ordered. Once I got there, I was told there was no more ancient grain, which this is the 3rd time this has happened. Nothing too serious I just ordered another bagel. My order wasn't even started, I waited at the restaurant another 20 minutes, I get home the drinks were already watered down from sitting behind the counter. I do not recommend this location, it's such a bummer because unfortunately it's the only one in ep.

I can't believe I've been in El Paso for 4 years and I'm only now discovering the delectable, freshly baked desserts at Bowie Bakery (both locations). These treats are bursting with flavor and packed with deliciousness. I highly recommend them, rating them a solid 9-10. They offer a wide variety of Mexican-style pastries that are both fresh and scrumptious. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
I've visited the other location and liked the pastries. This one was equally as great!

This place should be inspected by the city for sure they would fail. Also, the menudo has been the worst lately and the white bread burnt. The employees cannot accept feedback so the quality keeps decreasing on their items. I noticed less customers on my visits. I was told not to come by because the manager said “I complain too much” according to an employee. I am happy not to shop there anymore.

Bowie Bakery is a hidden gem located behind Walgreens and Jack in the Box. After living here part time for the last 6 years I am pleased to say that this is a great Mexican bread bakery. Mexican pastries and tamales are prepared daily. These tamales are outstanding and I consider the best that I've tried here in El Paso putting lupita's tamales to shame. The hot food section is closed by 1:00 p.m. Typical Mexican pastries are available including refrigerated pastries like chocolate dipped strawberries and flan. The nut cookie is the star of the show. (see pic) I think they are made with some maíz. Brownies are available sometimes and they are delightful. I highly recommend this bakery and did not realize that they have been operating for many years here. I give this five stars.

I love this bakery! I have been coming here since I was a little girl. The cookies, the cakes, the burritos ❤ I adore the staff and I love the hometown "mom & pop" feel of the whole place. The location is perfect and you cannot miss it! They allow calling in orders and walk-ins as well. I will go to Cox's as long as they are there!!!

This has to be one of the best places to get apple fritters. That is usually what we stick to - something freshly made everyday. They are soft and fresh. Ordered other items that were not too soft and fresh.

Each year my daughter always has an interesting request for her birthday. This year she decided YESTERDAY she wanted a cake, and as usual I'm completely happy with what is done for her! Thank y'all so very much for helping add to a special day at the last minute!❤❤❤🎉🎉

If there was a zero stars button option i would hit it a million times. I decided to try this bakery because of the reviews and I was not impressed AT ALL. It was my 3 year olds birthday and I placed an order for a 3 tiered cake for my guests and a personal cake for my three year old plus 15 pieces of cookies. All I got was two one layered cake both in one box. When I asked them where's the rest of my cake they said THEY DIDN'T HAVE TIME. I even called in advance to see if it would be possible for them to get it all done and they said it was. The cookies i ordered was not what I expected. They just printed out pictures and put them on the cake. Since I had no choice but to take them because I had no other options I served them to my guests. NO ONE ATE THE CAKE OR THE COOKIES. They did a half assed job on everything. The figures they made weren't even proportionally right and the cookies tasted old and disgusting. I will never EVER go to this bakery again. I didn't even get what I paid for and it was such a waste of my money.

I have gotten my sons cakes from this bakery since he was 2 years old. They have always been beautifully done and delicious. Best bakery in Northeast El Paso hands down.

Went here because the reviews look good. Walked in, everything looked good and staff was very helpful. Got a few different kinds of cupcakes to take home and try. Got home, went to try them...Frosting was hard, cupcakes were tough and dry. Only cupcake not dry was the lemon. Extremely disappointed.

National Bakery, located in downtown El Paso, is renowned for its authentic Mexican pastries and freshly baked bread that are made with utmost care and love for their customers. With a friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere, this bakery has been a favorite destination for locals for years. Here, you can indulge in delicious biscochos and bolillos, perfect for sandwiches or to accompany menudo. Furthermore, they offer an array of pastries suitable for any occasion along with daily baked French bread and muffins.
Been going to this bakery since I can remember (2 yrs old). My grandpa would stop by for bolillos for our menudo. But I discovered how amazing the biscochos were and been stopping by since. Great white bread for sandwiches. Yummy A bit pricey but amazing product. In the heart of downtown El Chuco. 🖤❤️

I want to say that I stopped by to buy Pan de Muerto and everyone was friendly. I have bought Pan de Muerto from well known bakeries in the past years and they don't compare to how delicious this bread was. Now I know where I will be purchasing my sweet bread going forward.

Come here for authentic Mexican pastries and bread. The bread and pastries are made daily and baked fresh with love and care for its customers. Friendly service and located in downtown El Paso. You might even see a game of dominos going on with some of the regular customers. Great coffee and cold drinks are also available! Simply an awesome destination!

Old downtown bakery with lots of breads and pan dulce behind the counter. I tried to use a debit card but there was a $5 minimum but the owner said no problem. He was a friendly man who has been running the place since 1989. He said the bakery itself is 101 years old. Please, go and support this place!

The primary reason our family chose to visit The Glazy Donut Co. was due to the distinctive appearance of their donuts, as depicted on their website, which sets them apart from other establishments we have visited in the past. Additionally, positive reviews mentioning that their donuts are not overly sweet further piqued our interest, as we prefer mildly sweet treats. While the service provided was average, it cannot be denied that the donuts offered here are undeniably unique.
Fantastic “funky” filled donuts & great service to match in a relaxed, upscale shop with tables & couches! 🍩 Thick yet fluffy and they don’t skimp on the filling. Glazy Donuts is a gourmand kid’s dream—a sugar rush delivered via sophisticated flavor combos. My favorite: PB&J 💯 best of its kind. The original glazed is solid and the cinnamon twist is great. Cookie dough “cookie monster” was too sweet for us, but spot on flavor! 🅿️ Plenty of free parking outside. ✅♿️ Wheelchair accessible entrance. I’ll check out the accessibility of the bathroom next time.

Huge, fluffy, and tasty donuts at a reasonable price! Great assortment of flavors to choose from. Very friendly and helpful service. I'm so excited to come back and try more! 🍩☕️

I’ve been here twice now. The first time I came with my daughter and we really enjoyed the chocolate glazed donut. This time I came alone. The service was prompt and the guy helped me with coffee, but it was served past the top and spilled down the sides onto the floor. The donut I ordered looked nice on the outside but the inside was greasy and not pleasant to eat. I checked other reviews and saw similar complaints that haven’t been addressed. I ended up not finishing my coffee or donut.
Luisa N — Google review
There was no filling in the 5 donuts I bought. I drove back from the other side of town to show and return the inadequate product and the business did nothing. It was 90 minutes of driving for them to do nothing with my 2 round trips . Very disappointing and I do not recommend.

I really, really wanted to like this place but omg the bottom was filled with oil I can only eat the top! I squeezed the bottom of my donut and literally have enough oil to cook breakfast eggs with it. See how the bottom is collecting oil, well its been sitting in the container for 4 hours now and it's just covered in oil at the bottom of my container My hands are drenched in oil after trying to work on it again.

The donuts here are super fluffy and delicious. The flavors are immaculate, especially the seasonal/special flavors like the Dubai chocolate donut! The customer service is also very good!

Omg!!!!!! I’m in heaven! The donuts are amazing! I tried the Dubai donut and the strawberry matcha are my absolute favorites. The yabba dabba do is also great! Highly recommended high end donut shop!
Adriana C — Google review
The donuts here are amazing. They aren't the dense kind. They are the fluffy kind. they cost around $5 a piece but they taste so good and are so big that they are well worth the price. Their lattes are okay. I prefer a strong coffee taste to a strong milk & flavored syrup taste. I had the pumpkin spice flavored one last fall though and I liked it. The sitting area is small and cozy. The customer service is okay. could be improved.

Valentine's Bakery is a must-visit gem in El Paso, renowned for its delightful offerings. The homemade flour tortillas used in their quesadillas and burritos are simply irresistible. Diners rave about the flavorful chicharron burrito, which packs a spicy punch, while the Verde Burrito stands out as a fan favorite with its perfect blend of spice and beans. For those looking to try something new, the Milanesa Burrito is worth sampling too!

Our go to bakery when we visit El Paso. Pan Dulce, burritos, tacos, aguas, cafe de olla is the best. But there’s so much more I haven’t had yet. But I will!!
Patricia T — Google review
I’m a frequent customer here and for the first time I’m very disappointed. The service has always been good regardless of how busy this place may be. However, today it was different. I placed an online order and I show up to pick up. The place is busy, but when placing online orders you go up to the counter and you ask for the order. I go to the lady that was helping make burritos and ask for my order. She’s looking around like she doesn’t see my order, and is just saying she doesn’t have it ready. Since she was looking for my order like it wasn’t there, I told her it was an online order. She doesn’t tell me anything, doesn’t look for my order and tell me it’s coming up - NOTHING. She continues making the burrito orders coming in. So I just stepped aside to wait, after a while I see my order being made. She’s literally making my burrito like she’s annoyed I asked her about my order (which aren’t I supposed to?). She’s literally throwing the meat and beans in my burrito like she’s mad. She then proceeds to THROW MY ORDER on the countertop and doesn’t say my name for the order. I had literally just asked her about it and she couldn’t just call out my name? What if I wouldn’t have been paying attention and I would’ve kept waiting for my order? This left a very bad taste in my mouth, she had no reason to be rude as I simply approached her for my order. I didn’t get her name, but she’s on the older side and has dark hair. I proceeded to let her coworker know what just happened and she told me “That’s how she is”…so I guess as a consumer if you go to this place know some people in there have forgotten what customer service is and are comfortable with treating their customers rudely.
Alejandra A — Google review
I don’t know what’s going on with the guy in charge of making the burritos today, but what happened was unacceptable and honestly dangerous. I had to return my simple bean and egg burrito twice, and by the third time, I couldn't even go back again because I had already made the long drive home to the west side. I had even called my order and paid ahead of time because I was driving far distances and was in a crunch of time for work. The first time, both burritos were served in raw flour tortillas, completely inedible and a serious health risk. The second attempt? My egg and bean burrito came back absolutely covered in black pepper to the point it looked burnt and unrecognizable. I still tried to give it a chance, but when it was finally remade, the third version was so salty I had to spit it out and throw it away. It’s beyond frustrating not just as a customer, but as someone who made the effort to support this business. This isn’t just about poor quality anymore; it’s about neglect, waste, and harmful food preparation. If this person can’t take responsibility or show any care in how food is made, they should not be allowed to continue in this role. No one should be served food like that, ever. It’s incredibly disappointing to see how far this place has fallen. What used to be a reliable spot has quickly turned into a place I can no longer trust. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be warning friends and family to stay away too until things change. People deserve to feel safe eating somewhere and not have to worry about raw dough or being served food that feels like it was made out of spite. Valentine’s Bakery, please take your customers’ business and loyalty seriously. The only reason this business exists and the only reason anyone here has a job is because of loyal, hard working customers who choose to spend their hard earned money here. To treat them with carelessness or disrespect isn’t just ungrateful, it’s a betrayal of the very people who keep this place alive. That kind of attitude isn’t just bad service, it’s sickening. What’s so wrong with just wanting to enjoy a simple egg and bean burrito and some pan dulce from a place you thought was good? What used to be something I looked forward to and proudly recommended is now something I’m embarrassed to even mention. Just thinking about it now turns my stomach.

I ordered from uber here yesterday and have heard good things about their tamales and food overall. Ordered tamales, a burrito, and a carnitas torta for my family and the food was absolutely un eatable!! It was sooooooo salty!!!! No exaggeration whatsoever. I couldn’t get through 1 tamale so I tried the torta and it was even more salty. Disappointed and totally ruined my appetite. I understand some people have saltier preferences but this was absolutely unacceptable how much salt they put in the food. My mom took the tamales to work to give out to co workers so they wouldn’t go to waste and nobody at all could get through one tamale from how salty it was. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Carlos F — Google review
During my recent visit, I observed something that raised a serious concern about food safety. One of the staff members, a gentleman wearing gloves, was handling raw meat and then immediately using the same gloves to grab vegetables and tortillas without changing them. This kind of cross-contamination is not only unhygienic but also potentially dangerous for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions. I believe proper glove use and food handling protocols should be enforced more strictly to ensure the health and safety of all guests. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Cinnaholic, a bakery specializing in gourmet cinnamon rolls, was established in Berkeley, California in 2010. With a workforce ranging from 51 to 200 employees, this vegan-friendly bakery has gained popularity for its delectable offerings. Customers have praised the exceptional customer service provided by the friendly and considerate staff. The cinnamon rolls themselves are described as scrumptious and are generously topped with ample frosting.
Stopped by this morning to a full house! Despite the line, they were prompt and professional. I bought a 1/2 dozen and they happily honored my request to package them separately. We had the original...with no toppings. Delish! The grand opening was yesterday....they are busy but had plenty of help.

If you are trying to go to a good Dunkin’ Donuts where service is great and you want to rush out this is the place. I’ve had several bad experiences at other location specially to a close one to them which is Eastlake but George dieter is amazing! Every time I go there’s always very nice people greeting you, they take your order and as soon as you get to the window your order is ready! If you go to Eastlake location I suggest you guys drive a little more to George dieter they offer a better service! Thank you guys for making this Dunkin’s one of a kind ! Because I paid for them they weren’t given to me. To me That’s false advertisement. I would love to get what I paid for!

My sister was just there to pick up so she didn't look at the details i don't blame her too much cause if the barista did his job it would have been fine.

Dear Dunkin’ Donuts Customer Service, I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had on Monday morning around 7:30 AM at the George Dieter location — a store I’ve been loyal to for a long time. I’m a regular customer, often stopping by daily or every other day, and I’ve never had issues before. On this particular morning, I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app, but I believe it was mistakenly sent to a different location due to an address mix-up. Still, I arrived at the George Dieter store assuming that’s where the order had gone. I explained the situation to the staff member at the drive-thru, who I believe may be new or unfamiliar with customer interactions. She seemed to get upset, and rather than helping me troubleshoot the issue, she became visibly frustrated. I could hear her speaking in the background, saying things like “customers don’t get it right,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I tried to clarify that I’ve been a loyal customer, and I’ve never encountered an issue like this. When I pulled up to the window, a different woman — possibly the manager, who is usually very kind — acknowledged that the team member might be having a bad day. While I understand everyone has tough mornings, as someone who also works in customer service and manages a team, I believe that’s not something that should impact how we treat our guests — especially regular, paying customers. Additionally, my order wasn’t even accurate — I usually get a medium coffee with three creams and three sugars, but I was given a large, which I paid for without noticing until after I left. I’m not trying to cause any trouble, but I was genuinely disappointed with how I was treated. I value this location and the consistency I usually receive, and I’m simply hoping that this feedback can be shared with the team to help improve the overall experience for everyone

Order took a long time….. no one was in front of us by the way. To process the food , I asked for hot coffees and were cold, my coffee was supposed to have Splenda and no sweetener was added, munchkins were supposed to be assorted and no chocolate ones were received. Personnel was laughing all the time since placing the order. Bad service and food prepared incorrectly . Very disappointed.

This location is definitely the worst one in El Paso. Every time I have come here, the girl working the drive thru is extremely rude and dismissive. I wasn’t even greeted when I pulled up to the speaker, she just said “what can I get for you?” In a rushed and annoyed tone. She continued to be annoyed by my order of TWO drinks, and continued to speak rushed and irritated. I am leaving this review because every time I come through the drive thru I have this experience. I’m not sure if it’s the same girl always working drive thru but even family and friends have shared similar experiences with me about this location. She definitely makes the customers feel like they are annoying and she creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment. Do better Dunkin.

El Paso's Bakery is a delightful gem with deep-rooted traditions originating from the charming colonial city of Zacatecas, Mexico. This beloved establishment boasts an impressive selection of over 200 freshly made pastries, cakes, and breads crafted from high-quality ingredients. While prices have seen a rise since previous visits—where one could indulge in multiple treats for less—the flavors remain irresistible.

I purchased tamales for Christmas and I was very disappointed. I ordered 3 dz of red, 3 dz of green and 2 dz sweet. I got 3 dz of red, some of them had chicken instead of pork, which I didn't ask for. My green ones had jalapeños which the girl told me it was rajas. My first bite of the green tamale was the only place where it had cheese. I purchased tamales 2 years ago from there and they were delicious and a very good size, now they are half the size. The quality has gone down, I wouldn't recommend buying tamales from there.

Cookie tastes fine. But come on. If I'm paying $5 for 1 cookie. Than I don't expect it to look like this.
Poli V — Google review
Workers are so nice and the cookies are just to die for. I love it !!!
Melissa A — Google review
I honestly didn't think I'd like it since I'm not a fan of sugar cookies, icing, or anything too sweet, but they had Biscoff as a cookie flavor that I was willing to try. It was perfectly savory and not too sweet with great nutty flavor. Everyone loved what they got, and having a soft cookie freshly warm out of the oven is to die for.

Great Customer Service!! Cookies looked Beautiful and Sooo Tasty!!(My GranGurl nibbled on all of them)🙃😋
Paulina H — Google review
Crumbl Cookies delivers on its promise of delicious, gourmet cookies. The weekly rotating menu keeps things interesting, and the generous portions are perfect for sharing (or not!). While a bit pricey, the quality ingredients and overall experience make it a worthwhile treat

Las Lunas Bakery is a long-standing establishment that has been frequented by families for many years. Customers rave about the delicious food, particularly the menudo and brisket burritos, as well as the chile relleno burrito. The sweet bread is also highly recommended and enjoyed by many. Any issues encountered are promptly addressed by the attentive staff and owners. This bakery offers authentic Mexican cuisine, with standout items such as tamales and barbacoa that receive high praise.
Great quesadillas and burritos, owner has always been very friendly and helpful to us.

This was around the corner from our house. we go often. good burritos and good pan dulce. I don't eat menudo but my daughter said it was good.
Patrick M — Google review
Tamales are horrible!! They made me sick 🤢 and they tasted like they were old ! The only good thing are donuts and burritos. Menudo is also horrible
Jaqueline M — Google review
These people their should be wearing gloves when making the food they went from touching everything else then touching my burrito to make 🤦🏻‍♀️that’s how Germs and bacteria spread 🤦🏻‍♀️ I work in the food handling environment its Gross will not be going back!
Natalie R — Google review
We ordered ham, potatoes, egg burrito.( Paid extra as it cines with 2 ingredients). Very little ham was looking for a chunk to give our dog. I had to open the burrito and was searching for it. A few bits were found.Salsa was water and Very little tomatoe or anything else. Was craving fresh pan dulce, wasn't fresh, cold and no flavor. Went there a is close to my house, but I'll do the extra miles from now on. I'll be going to the bakeries i know but never again.
Patsy M — Google review
If you want ro experience bad custumer service this is definitely your place. The staff is mean and rude and everyone makes their own policy. I bought over 25 pieces of bread and when I asked for a box to go the lady charged me an extra fee and said boxes are only free after you buy 12 pieces of bread. Last time I checked 25 is more than 12?
Ivan D — Google review
I have had nothing but one bad experience after another at this bakery. First, I went through the drive through and asked for an apple fritter and the lady had no idea what I was talking about. The second time I went was around the holidays and asked for tamales. They wanted to give me cold tamales and I asked, "I thought they were just made and would be hot." To which she replies, "I can heat them up in the microwave?" Like what?! I left. I had not been there in a couple of years and decided to go through drive through and asked what kind of sweet bread they had. I wish I was making this up but the lady said she didn't know. How can someone work at a bakery and not know what kind of bread they have in hand? I am done with this place and cannot believe they're still in business.

The carrot cake was an explosion of flavors, perfectly balancing the sweetness of the carrots with warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg! The cream cheese frosting was a perfect complement!
Elizabeth Y — Google review
Came here for the tamales and sweet bread. First off there were 2 workers. One was showing the other how to charge but in a very rude matter. She was new. The worker herself has an attitude and not people friendly. Secondly the bread was not great whatsoever. It was dry and the ones with filling had almost no strawberry filling. The tamales were dry and needed some flavor. They told me they were Rajas but they had Jalapeño with very minimal cheese. Very disappointed in this place. First and last time I come here. Save your time and money guys.
Miguel M — Google review
The service was very bad, it was like I was MAKING them serve me. I went there on a recommendation that their bread was delicious, and I was severely disappointed! I bought $15 bucks of pan dulce, bicochos, and a drink. The bread was dry and it tasted old, and the bicochos just tasted old! Never going back!!!
Israel O — Google review
Very good donut selection. But the menudo was pretty bland. And If you didn't know, this place doesn't give you oregano, onions, limes or the chili pepper for the menudo.
Gabrielle C — Google review
My phone accidentally blocked so i told the lady that i would be using cash instead and she rolled her eyes at me. They’re extremely rude and they always have an attitude. My friend bought a cheesecake and it had MOLD in it. 🤮🤢🤢🤢

Best Mexican bread. The Bolillos remind me of the ones we used to get in Juarez. Soo very good.
LORRRAINE C — Google review
If you know, then you know. If you don’t know, go get anything. Everything has been good. Just don’t take the last big donut. It’s mine.

After eyeing the place for semesters, I finally gave it a try. Could've just been the specific work shift that I was attended by, but it was delicious! The person who took my order was very patient and the overall service was nice. I tried the All Nighter egg sandwich with a green chile bread.. it made my day!
Kira — Google review
The young lady took my order and got it out to me in about 15 minutes due to the fact the crew was working on a very large order. Other than that my order was hot and very tasty. This particular store is located in the same building as the University of Texas El Paso bookstore. It was clean inside and outside. The staff was friendly and efficient considering the large order they were fulfilling before I ordered.
René C — Google review
Lol the food is cold, idk how
Michelle R — Google review
I cannot give 0 stars but they definitely earn zero. They open late and are never ready on time. I stood there for almost 10 mins while the manager I can only assume, counts money while eating bacon. She finally asked what I wanted I told her I was waiting for them to unlock the area with the juices. She mumbled something and walked off. So I grabbed some water and stood there. Still was of no help. It doesn't take 20 mins to charge someone for a drink. The sad part is the service has been bad for several semesters and all the owner does is reply but does nothing to fix it. You lead by example and that shows the ower has no care. We as in about 60 students so far are going to start asking others to help out and see if we can get another business to replace this Einstein bagels.
Daniel B — Google review
Waste of time to come here and no one is at the counter, because the hours are INCONSISTENT with the listing on Google, which says CLOSES AT 5:00PM! As much as I love their bagels and smoothies, I will not go to the Mesa location either again (always out of stock)
JMI N — Google review
Stopped in to this place with my daughter she was craving a bagel, reason we picked this one cause on google it closes at 3pm, btw this place is hard to find no signage expect Decals on the inside of dark tinted windows. So we park go and stand at the counter, wait approx. 5 to 7 minutes. The clerk was chatting with some students across dining area. Then after a bit sees we standing waiting for Service and comes over and says oh “we’re closed”. Clock reads It’s 2:15pm. On the counter theirs a sign that says the hours which for Friday says 7am to 3pm, I say hey your sign says 3pm and it’s the same on google, and he says oh we close at 2pm do you wanna call the owner? I’m like what’s the point. “Idiots”
Martin M — Google review
Definitely not the same as a normal Einstein Bros. Ordered a breakfast sandwich: the bagel was untoasted; the meat and egg were cold' and the cheese wasn't anywhere close to melted. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have gotten a refund. Additionally, the bagel selection was poor...they only had 2-3 types when I was there. If you want a good Einstein's Bros, go to a different location.
Austin R — Google review
Good bagel selection, as long as you're there before 2. They run out of most of them by then. Sandwiches and wraps are good. Most employees know me by name now I feel like. Wait isn't usually too long either.

I love the cinnamon rolls but very pricey. The guy cashier and he knows Spanish also there was very nice and patience we need more workers like him
April L — Google review
Very rude attitude of the cashier young lady at the register. Seems like they don’t like to make fresh pretzels this is the second time it happened to me and cashier gave me attitude when I did my expression because I was told it will take 15 min to make a pretzel. You need more profesional staff not young kids. This happened feb 8th at 2:20 pm
Roberto F — Google review
I have ordered from here this is the second time they do not add frosting to the Cinnabons. The frosting is the main part of this business. I would not recommend coming here seems to me like the customer service don’t care about delivery orders since customers cannot see what we are paying for. I threw my food away there’s no point of eating Cinnabons without the frosting.
Alexis L — Google review
Went in to get some cinnamon rolls. They said they only had 6 pack when I only wanted 4. Then I get home and the rolls were hard as hell like they been there for days. I call to see why they weren’t freshly made and they don’t answer and make the calls go to fax noise. Disappointed they don’t make them like they used to and fresh.
Sandra M — Google review
I went there today with my husband and we ordered the 4 Cinnabon pack. We got two original and the other two with pecan topping. They forgot to give us two with pecan topping so we paid extra money for it and did not even get it. Very disappointed. It would’ve been fine if they had forgotten and charged us for the original ones. What bothered me the most is that we paid extra money and did not get what we paid for.
