I ordered a cake and paid extra for the design and color. The color was not what was ordered and the design did not match the photo supplied. I have no issues with the quality of their cakes , but I expected the design to be closer and the color to be what was ordered. They were even supplied a photo. Very disappointed. I took the cake even though it wasn’t what I ordered because it was needed today. I feel I should be re-imbursed for the artwork.

Betty Cakes has the perfect and ideal concept of beautiful, creative and moist beyond the palate cakes BUT their sandwiches and Waldorf salad struggle without a true attempt to provide a decent bed of lettuce that doesn't reflect wilted farmers crop. For the price of their sandwiches and the reputation of their lovely cakes, you would think that their fruits and vegetables mirror the same quality but unfortunately they pale in comparison and it's definitely a "NO" for the sandwiches but always a "YES" for their cakes! $50+ for mediocre sandwiches drowning in mayo with brown lettuce is not what one should expect from such a delectable menu of "desserts" yet become disappointed by an unpalatable and shocking taste of near-rottening sandwiches!

There's no secret that Betty Cakes is the best in all of the Ocala central florida area! No question deciding where to order our wedding cake! We wanted white simple 2 teir and it was a HIT!

Their cakes use to be delicious and unique. Not sure what’s the reason, but they taste different. I had ordered a German chocolate with chocolate icing, and I specifically asked her to make note of the icing… I did not want that cover of nuts and pure sugar they keep decorating them with. And sure enough… I go to pick up the cake and there it was. I had no choice but to take it, I had a birthday that same day at the time of pick up. And the taste is no longer what made Betty cakes the best in town. Their quality and taste was exceptional. That is no longer the case. I rather go to Publix and for less, I get better and tastier cakes. 👎

I eat at Betty Cakes quite often. I love the chicken salad and the Rubens. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. They have a large list of delicious cakes and pies. I order them all the time for office party's and family celebrations. Wouldn't buy my cakes anywhere else. A place to have your cake and eat it to.

We had lunch here while visiting Ocala. Service was the best, all the servers helping each other to take care of the customers. The food was delicious. We had the egg salad platter, Ruben’s, a ham sandwich, and cake. Bought 2 full cakes to go. Definitely will be back when going to Ocala. Might make a special trip just to go!

The lady taking my order was very kind and thorough. I was worried I didn’t give enough notice but they were happy to take my order. The cake itself (carrot cake) was delicious! Highly recommend!

Tried this place because I love donuts and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Was kind of a little disappointed because they were just that...Donuts. Nothing special. I tried some of their other flavors, but that also fell short. Perhaps it's because I'm not from the area and have tried other donut shops.

I didn’t know I love donuts until I find this little cute store!! I usually don’t eat donuts but this donuts shop!! OMG!!!!!! Soooooo good! Very fresh and super soft like I’m eating cotton candy or something.not too sweet so perfect!! My whole family love there donuts.im so happy to find this store! Good customer survives.very reasonable price too! We coming back for sure !! This store makes my Ocala life so very happy.

Just stopped in again this morning Aug 21st. Delicious as always. Check the variety in the video I posted. Mmmm. These donuts remind me of the bakery I frequented as a child in Springfield, Il in the '70s. The cake donuts are surprisingly tender and soft. Being our first visit, We bought a hand-picked dozen to try a variety. All the way home, I was concerned about being under charged. Compared to what I normally pay for 4 donuts at another local pastry shop, Tas-t-os sold me a dozen. When I got home, I immediately got online and realized the price was right. Since there are only 3 of us in our house, some of the donuts had to be left for day-olds. Even on day 2, these donuts were absolutely delicious. Their old fashion was the best l have ever had. The Bavarian cream in the Boston is delicious. If you live near Ocala, make an effort to grab a box of donuts. I will be going back very soon. Maybe even in the morning if they are open on the 4th of July. I am now addicted to Tas-t-os deliciousness 😋.

Its a great donut place. The donuts are far better than dunkin but the prices are pretty comparable. My favorites are the blueberry, the apple fritter, and the Boston cream. I wouldn't recommend the chocolate glazed chocolate though. I had one this morning and it had a bit of a chemical taste. The rest were all great though.

This place has been around forever and it showed. Definitely the best donut place in Ocala! Better get there early though, their donuts are so good they sell out pretty fast! Highly Recommend! 10/10

This is an old fashion walk up donut shops. m My opinion, best in town. I've been here 4 years. Best donuts in the last 20 years. I was sad they were out of apple fritters, however, I haven't had a bad donut. I bought a dozen and froze them. They warm from freezer to microwave for 30 seconds on power 7. Once they sell out, the places closes. That's the best protocol. The early bird gets the apple fritter, but I t other options are as delicious.

Dunkin it’s always a hit or a missed came here to have some breakfast the drive thru is very tight, the food here is very average, the sausage egg and cheese croissant was burn had no flavor at all just horrible Burnt taste, the hash browns were not crispy at all just saggy they tasted old, the frozen hazelnut coffee was not blended all they and it tasted nothing like hazelnut, they didn’t even gave me my whole order I had to go inside for thing they missed like hash browns and the staff was very rude not pleasant at all they just leave you standing on the counter for 10 or plus min they just walking around. Horrible food and horrible service.

Hair in food. I am posting here to warn people not to come until there has been clean up of this location. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and when I sat down at work to eat it I was forced to throw it away. Food looked undercooked and not filling in the bagel bites.

Complete incompetence and neglect at this location. Went in today to pick up a mobile order, and also place an order for one donut for my son that said was unavailable on the app but was available in store. When arriving the drive through had three cars. There was one lady in front of me, who had waited much longer than my husband and I. 10 minutes went by and we were completely ignored. Everyone at the counter was ignored. No eye contact, no “hold on one second” it was complete avoidance. Our coffees came up one of them being wrong. We never received the toasted bagel. Another 10 min went by and at this point the drive through had cycled through about 5 times. My husband spoke up and asked one employee, “excuse me will we be served at some point?” And her response without looking at him was “some point”. The woman in front of this then immediately asked for a manager. Amber the manager shouted at all of us “DRIVE THROUGH HAS PRIORITY” I explained we never received our bagel and would like to simply place an order for one donut and we’ve waited 20 minutes with the drive through being helped the whole time. She then repeated “DRIVE THROUGH HAS PRIORITY” we essentially were refused service. All 7 customers in line. They had a fully stocked rack of all donuts and were telling drive through customers they didn’t have Half the donuts they had. I’m not sure who actually runs this store, but Amber should not be a manager. She was not doing her job and setting a horrible example for the employees. Also, when they finally handed me my bagel, it wasn’t toasted. This was the most frustrating experience at a DD I’ve ever had in my life. I have a video I took of half of what transpired. I also called customer service and left a complaint. This store desperately needs some good leadership. I am tempted to apply as a manager there.

This is why I don't deal with dunkin! Every time I try to give them another chance it goes wrong. I ordered a XL hot coffee 6 vanilla bean n 8 creams. Received a leaking overflowing cup. My receipt put in bag with a donut. I ask for another cup figured they would change it but nope. She put the cup inside of dirty cup and handed it to me as if this was ok. First of all need to hire people who are coffee drinkers and know something about products selling. There needs to be cleanliness about workers from uniforms, hair nets, and working stations. They use that same utensil to stir on every drink ordered there. Water has to be changed several times a day and cleaned after each use. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate it being thrown away!

Friendly service, good coffee and food..

It's always a hit or miss here but for the last THREE TIMES I've gotten my iced coffee here (simply milk sugar and hazelnut), It has been mixed with peach! We have witnessed them stirring the coffees with peach tea spoons. Thank God I don't have an allergy but a friend of mine does, she will no longer go to this location and honestly, I'll be avoiding it as well. Once is a mistake, three times is laziness and neglect.

The drive through attendant was texting and the other two employees were organizing donuts. No acknowledgement after a few minutes and we left. I think one was a manager. No hello, wait one second or be right with you. Straight ignored. I will not be using the kiosk for large and difficult orders that I cannot customize how I’d like. I’m going to ola. 6 months ago y’all were functional. Stop firing your functional employees and hiring babies

A huge thank you to the crew Friday night that serviced my family even though unbeknownst to me they were closing in just a few minutes. We had a pretty large order and she even had to brew new coffee for me. It wasn’t till we walked out and heard the click of the lock on the door we realized they closed at 7. I appreciate yall taking care of us anyway and will come back to thank you in person.

Maybe I just have bad luck, but every time I’ve ordered from the moblie app 10 minutes ahead of time I always end up still having to wait five more minutes for my order to get done after I’m there. Mobile ordering is supposed to be for convenience, but I might as well just hop in the drive-through LOL What really sucks is that everyone saw me waiting at the pick up line and no one questioned it. I’ll give three starts because the coffee was good.

I love this Dunkin! The customer service is always wonderful, and my coffee tastes perfect delicious . I’ve been to other locations where my coffee can be too sweet or not sweet enough, but at this store, it’s consistently just right—99.9% of the time! I ordered ahead through the app. I always do to avoid any confusion or miscommunication. When I went in 15 minutes later The young man behind the counter hadn't seen my order. No big deal it happens. She handed me the darker cup in the pictures attached here... You can tell by the label that that is not correct. No milk, I think? I typically put up with these kinds of things, I used to work in the food industry too but when I went out my husband said he would fix it. He went in, explained the order again and we were given the second picture, it was almost all milk. Again I'm not one to complain especially a second time so we just left. I will just try to stick with the locations I know and that know me best. Rough day. Don't hold it against dunkin' though

9/25/2025-I’m getting my car serviced at a local shop and thought I’d pass some time here. $8.00 for coffee and a donut so this is a treat for me…. The staff needs to greet people when they walk in and acknowledge them…….. “Hello….I’ll be with you shortly”. After reading the reviews the management needs to hire more people and make your drive-up more efficient (PUT THE ICE BIN IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR YOUR DRIVE-UP EMPLOYEE…..THEY SHOULDN’T HAVE TO WALK AROUND THE CORNER FOR ICE…..THIS WAS MY OBSERVATION WATCHING THE EMPLOYEES SERVICE THE DRIVE-UP). If you really want to make some improvement, watch your employees from the “order here” place and think time is money .

I cannot understand why the Drive Thru takes so long. 10min just to get to the speaker. This has been happening across the board at all Dunkin Donuts. People are trying to get to work and actually love your coffee. I get your trying to balance speed that may have been blown at the window, but at this point who cares, just take care of your customers!

The dunkin truck was blocking the drive thru and it made it so crazy. So busy no one was smiling no one said good morning. Employees seam to be snapping at each other. Very stressful! The wait was sooo long. Door dashes, walk ins and mobile orders were waiting out the door. When I asked how much longer on my order I got snapped at and was told don't you see a line. Wow very unprofessional

I guess I was under the impression when you pulled up to the drive through window. Someone is supposed to ask if they may take your order. After sitting there for five minutes saying hello hello without anyone answering, the automated message comes on asking if I placed a mobile order to which I said no. Then nothing, complete silence, a minute goes by….hello hello I say…. go ahead with your order. Is the reply. I give my order of two extra large coffees and how I want it each. Then once again nothing. Complete silence. I wait a minute. Nothing. I say hello again. Now mind you I’ve already been at this drive-through screen for about 6 to 7 minutes now. I was then told with a very snarky attitude that I can wait a minute. Service keeps getting worse at this location. ****I had to update the food to one from four. Although I didn’t get food I got coffee. I’m diabetic. My coffee was to be made with Splenda. It was not. My blood sugar is now 357. Thanks Duncan and the women that made it! Will never go back!

I arrived to buy a dozen donuts and breakfast for my nephew at 6:30 am. No one served me even though they saw me standing to order. No one said good morning. After waiting 15 minutes, they finally served me. Incredible. This new generation doesn't care about customer service.

Date of Visit: April 29, 2025 Time: Approximately 10:45 AM Location: Dunkin' I walked into the store around 10:45 AM to get an iced coffee and a snack. An employee saw me but didn’t greet me or acknowledge my presence—not even a simple “we’ll be right with you.” I stood waiting for about 10 minutes before I asked if someone could take my order. The employee replied, “There’s only three of us—one making sandwiches and attending the drive-thru.” While I understand staffing issues can happen, a more professional and courteous response would have been, “Sorry for the delay, we’re short-staffed, but we’ll be with you as soon as possible.”

Ordered a half dozen donuts online and a latte. My husband picked them up and brought them home. When I opened the box I was shocked 😳 most disgusting donuts I’ve ever seen. Look at the picture. Plus only one of the 6 was what I ordered online.

You give a place the benefit of a doubt so often and are just disappointed every time. Will drive out of my way to another location now to know I will get an order the way I customize it correctly made and receive baked goods actually warm rather than cold

Just a shout out to Matt for his excellent customer service!. My pet peeve is not being acknowledged when I walk in, atleast a simple " hi ,ill be right with you" will do, Matt acknowledged me on the spot, and made sure I didn't feel neglected!! Plus he makes a good cup of coffee, thanks Matt

Went to drive thru and ordered sausage and cheese bagel. Got to my work and it was a bacon and cheese. Tried to call the store for 10 minutes but it was busy or they pick up and don’t say hello.

Worst, driest bagel I've ever had! Asked for mayonnaise or cream cheese and was told they don't have mayonnaise and would have to charge me for cream cheese 😒 And my no sugar drink is wrong and loaded with sugar!!**we did get offered jelly after I choked down that dry bagel**

This is the ONLY Dunkin in Central Florida I have been to that knows how to make my drink without having to ask for additional anything. Every other Dunkin I have to ask for more of something bc they don’t make it right. Love this place. 😍

A friend comes and picks me and my dog up once a week and we get him a pup cup.. yeah absolutely loves it! We bring bacon from home grab ourselves our usual coffee drinks.

I cannot believe that this is a group of unprofessional employees that also have attitudes. Whatever happened to taking care of the customer? Corporate should come down to this office and straighten everyone out or get rid of everyone. I genuinely mean this. This is sad.

Had ordered on line was good picked up within 10 minutes . This place was clean and employees where friendly and helpful. You can seat outside. Free parking and. Handicap parking not Handicap friendly when entering the building. They have a Drive Through

First, Dunkin has limited their donut selection now which got rid of some of my favorites, but now this location on Silver Springs is cheating customers on their iced drinks. I ordered a latte with light ice on Friday 8/15/2025 and they gave me my large not filled all the way up and after 3 sips all I had was ice left still and I was dying for a cool drink. I was told if I wanted my cup filled all the way to the top when I first got the drink that it would be 25 cents more and after pointing how much ice I still had in my cup after my 3 sips that light ice is up to line 2 and regular ice was above that. They are cheating their good customers for profit. I will go out of my way to the Dunkin on Maricamp. They are more customer centered and thus have longer lines, but they know how to get through them with speedy excellence and dont cheat me on my drinks. Not so with this Dunkin and I am done giving them a chance since they are closer to my work. I told them I wouldn't be back and was going to Maricamp for now on and I'm keeping that promise. Sadly it won't be as much since Maricamp is out of the way.

The drive through lady told me to specifically pull into the (handicap parking) place so they can run the food out to me. I when I asked why she wod request that i illegally park she seemed mildly annoyed with the question and told me to park wherever I wanted. I pulled up and they finally brought my bag out missing my snacking bacon… I ended up having to go through the drive through again. Terrible service.

I have purchased donuts 3 times in a 6 week period and there is a big inconsistency between the sizes of donuts, especially within the same kind of donut. It kind of stinks when you pay for two of the same kind of donut a one is half the size of the other. I’m done giving this location the benefit of the doubt and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Outstanding service with great food. I ordered the beyond breakfast sandwich, yum. My husband ordered the beyond croissant breakfast sandwich. We also added a side order of hash browns. All of this order was absolutely delicious! But, one other thing I want to mention is the professionalism of the young man who took our orders. The food was good the service will bring a customer back.

Not kind to anyone who's had a stroke. She couldn't understand me had to keep repeating the order seeing it was shy a drink, the very young manager serving us claimed i was yelling when I wasn't. I offered to demonstrate the difference but she was dead set on she herd fine. Why wad it a drink shy?

The place is nice and clean it has lots of space to seat and has long tables that has plugs. I can come and sit and have coffee and a doughnut this is great. They even has a radio station the advertise there rewards just go to there app and get free reward for eating there . Oh yeah you have to ask for the men / women restroom keys.

I usually love DnD, but this was not the best visited. We walked into the restaurant (with no customers inside) and noticed the tables needed cleaning, the counters and floor sticky. Noticed no trashcans inside but one, and it was covered to not use. It's took some time to get our iced coffees and donuts. And we had to get our own straws and napkins from the back area of the counter. We cleaned our own table to sit down at and eat. No one came out to clean or pick up around the lobby. Once we left, we carried all of our trash outside to a receptacle near our car. The coffee's and donuts were good, so I dinging the restaurant on the lack of cleanliness, available trash cans, and service.

This location is a joke. Every time I stop here the order is terribly wrong. Today we ordered 2 medium hot drinks with whipped cream and toppings. Neither had whipped cream, drizzle or toppings and were in medium cups but only filled half way.

The worker spent more time on her cell phone than working. She got our order wrong and gave us a cup that was leaking. Usually, this place is on point and has good service but, not today.

Pros the got me out the line in a good timely manner Cons: hard reheated hash browns ordered a coffee and instead of listening to the amount of shots they put a lot of flavor probably to save themselves from making a lot of coffee overall no quality when it comes to customer satisfaction

Apparently, I bought a cup of ice with some chai tea. Also, the cashier was rude. I’m traveling and didn’t have enough money on my card to but left mine munchkins after I already placed an order and just needed to transfer or use my non traveling card. He made a comment. Oh, I get it. It’s a good thing I just got paid this Friday too. 2 stars cause at least my sandwich was good and the bathroom clean.

I ordered a large coffee with sugar. When I tasted it, it had no sugar. I asked the window attendant if she could add sugar, and she refused to accept the coffee back to add sugar. She instead lied to me and said that the sugar is on the bottom and offered a straw so they can stir it around. I could’ve been an asshole and demanded that the coffee be remade. Instead, I believed her and later discovered that she lied to me. I spoke to the manager who offered a new coffee next time, but I don’t wanna accept a new coffee when I have lost trust in this location. Customers take their coffee very seriously. Especially in the morning.

There's no Baskin Robbins here so I don't know why they advertise it and why it shows up on maps. They didn't even try to get my order right, I ordered a Coffee with skim milk and two sweet n lows and they give me almond milk and no sugar. I had to pull forward and wait about 10 minutes for a single coffee. It's gotten expensive too, nearly 7 bucks for a single med coffee. Not worth it.

Cute little Location that also includes a Baskin Robbins. Thank you for not having the restrooms locked like some places 🙏. I ordered a coffee and some hashbrowns and snacking bacon and it was all delicious. Thank you for being consistent across all the Dunkin’ Donuts locations. It's a beautiful, pet friendly coffee shop. We tried the iced caramel latte, hot brewed coffee and big oreo cookie. The latte didn't meet expectations but the hot coffee was good. Definitely recommend their huge cookies, it was awesome! Overall it was a nice experience to have and fun to see people bringing in their pets! We came on a Saturday right before five pm and soon after it started to get busy. Thanks!

Last night was my first time going to Soleil Bakery & Social House! From the service to the cake and even the cool people that were reciting poetry! Everything was awesome! The taste of the cake was perfect! Not too sweet and sooo delicious! I got the coconut, guava cake! Price was modest and the atmosphere of the place was great! They had like an open mic night and it was really cool to see and heard the poems/stories they were telling! I would come back and stay longer next time!

Alexis is such A genuine, sweet and caring person and will go her extra mile to make you feel that❤️❤️❤️ I came in for a cupcake for my moms birthday because I’m going to visit her grave and I forgot candles and she was more than willing to look to see if the bakery had any and then gave me my favorite color. My day and my mothers birthday have been made by her ❤️❤️❤️

Love having vegan options!! The cafe is really cute, atmosphere is great and the gal that helped me "decide" between which amazing dessert to have was so fun and friendly. Quality is great and the desserts are delicious. Definitely will come again (and again).

The best gluten free place I’ve tried and one of the best bakeries in general! The atmosphere is so inviting and their cakes are amazing. I ordered a birthday cake (the crème brûlée one!)from them and my husband and I ate by ourselves. They also sell the french lavender soda that is my favorite!

I ordered a custom 8" 3-layer cake for my mom's birthday. They have numerous flavors to choose from. We did vanilla cake with pina colada filling between layers. She decorated it like my inspiration photo using the photo of the balloon arch I ordered to determine the colors. Even though numerous guests said they weren't interested in a gluten-free cake, once they heard the other guests raving, they wanted a slice too. Big hit all around! She also made it without interaction with nuts due to my mom's peanut allergy.

Update: Downgrading my 5-star to 2 stars. Sister ordered a slice of banana bread there. Employee gave her the wrong kind (pumpkin bread) and sister didn’t realize it until she got home. She drove back the next day to bakery and manager refused to comp it. Said it was “too inconvenient.” I’m a business owner. If a client who literally spent hundreds at my place and said we made a simple mistake. I would have fixed it on the spot. Original review: The absolute best gluten free bakery in existence. I’ve been across Florida tasting many locations, including the cozy one in Disney springs. But this place. Their chocolate chip cookie. Is better than any gluten chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever tried. The s’mores cookie is just as good, but sells out so fast that I tend to miss it. Is it really gluten free? Yes! Sister w celiac disease would know. She gets so much and enjoys the cinnamon rolls. Lots of space inside and the folks running the place really enjoy being there too. It’s definitely a work of love. If going, there’s a free parking garage just a block away. This place is worth the trip.

I was super excited and had high expectations for this place since it was recommended to me. However, the food turned out to be disappointing. I ordered the brown stewed chicken with rice and peas; and it was bland tasting. No authentic Jamaican flavor to it.

Always good food try the GOAT STEW not stringy at all. You'll love it...if you like Goat meat.

I believe they gave me old food. I spent over $80 for oxtail and curry goat. Drove 45 minutes just to get this believing the hype on Google. Went inside and immediately thought it was a little dirty, ignoring the signs not to buy. I couldn't smell anything but the goat, but when I got home I can smell something sour. I mean really sour. I smelled both meats and it was fine, but when I smelled the rice, HORRIBLE SMELL! (LETS BE CLEAR, I HAVE JAMAICAN PARENTS, SO I'VE BEEN EATING ISLAND FOOD MY ENTIRE LIFE) If you are American you might enjoy the taste because it's something different but for me it's was nasty. I believe they use coconut milk for their rice; however, it must have sat because it smelled sour. I even asked my Husband if I was tripping to make sure and he went and taste it and immediately threw up. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE! THEY NEED A HEALTH INSPECTION CHECK.

I love my curry chicken, with rice and peas. A side of plantains fried. It's really good. I haven't had authentic Jamaican food since I left south Florida. A true Jamaican treasure. Prices are fair.

I enjoy the food each time I go. Desrine is so sweet. She always makes me feel like I'm her only customer or family that she has not seen in awhile. I like that they have little things that I can pick up besides cooked food like my ginger tea, spice bun, pepper sauce etc. Food is priced fair and big portions that can be shared.

This restaurant food was awful. I visited this place yesterday and ordered two medium oxtail with rice and peas. I dined at the restaurant, while eating the oxtail I noticed some of the meat was like shredded looking burn up and dried up meat and there was some chunks of meat with bone was very hard. I told the owner and all she could off done was to give me two dollars off my bill. The owner also said might be the oxtail was mixed. This restaurant is so nasty and needs to be inspected by health.
