Grocery store
Supermarket
Randy's Bi Lo Foods is a well-maintained grocery store with a strong emphasis on cleanliness, organization, and fully stocked shelves. The deli and bakery are particularly praised for their quality, with friendly staff members adding to the positive atmosphere. Despite some minor issues, the owner's personal involvement in resolving customer concerns reflects a high level of dedication. The store seems to enjoy a loyal local following due to its fresh produce and competitive prices.
Excellent bakery, thank you Amanda, your decorating is always incredible.
Dorothy S — Google review
Bilo is an absolute terrible place to shop. The deli especially is gross. The meat and cheese display case vents are caked with meat and cheese and never properly cleaned. Slicers are black when actually cleaned. Manager is rude and a racist to blacks. Chicken and fish are fried in same fryer which is a massive health hazard if a person is allergic to either. And when an employee told the managers about the deli the owner asked the employee to resign from the company. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this company
Alicia S — Google review
I thought I bought a seedless watermelon the other day. I just cut it up. It was seeded. My receipt even says seedless 😡 I won't be buying produce from here anymore, as I've had a bad experience once before.
Jane B — Google review
DO NOT under any circumstance shop at this store!! ESPECIALLY THE DELI!! The slicers are never properly cleaned, floors are never scrubbed, the vents or the coolers are caked in old food, the manager uses the restroom and does not wash her hands, the friers for the chicken are also used for fish (which is a hazard to anyone with an allergy). THE STORE IS JUST PLAIN GROSS and the owner does not care, disregards safety and health. Pays inspectors to "over look" the issues.
Jason S — Google review
Fabulous store old style grocery store meat department is wonderful and the bakery is second to none
Albert G — Google review
I typically order online grocery deliveries from Wmart, but I stopped here in a pinch for a few items. There was a large crowd which told me there prob. are a lot of happy, repeat local customers. The inventory was organized, I found very fresh produce, and the cashier was friendly. Overall, a fantastic atmosphere!
Fuzzy C — Google review
Great deli. Great bakery. Everyone there is very friendly, even the cashiers. It's our go-to supermarket in town. Prices are always very competitive. The food is always fresh and the Italian bread is some of the best in town.

Convenience store
Discount store
Dollar General is a popular retail chain offering a variety of household items, groceries, and beauty products at affordable prices. The store has recently undergone an interior update, now featuring an expanded selection of produce and cold food options. This makes it more convenient for shoppers to find quick and easy meal solutions without having to visit larger supermarkets.
The update to the inside of the store looks great , the addition of produce and more coolers with cold food is really nice it adds more choices to your dinner menu and makes shopping for a fast and convenient meal easier because you don't need to go to a big store like Walmart you can get what you're looking for at DG.
Joseph B — Google review
This establishment is a disgrace. First they act like Johnstown is North Philly. It’s not. It’s hustling your hood store that is disorganized, terrible mgmt would couldn’t be professional if their life depended on it. I’m referring this branch for investigation bc there is no way this is an actual brand. This place is lower than vibes than the bus station in Penn Station. Bums frequent places they would fit in. That’s why they come to this store
Alecia C — Google review
Our dollar general is the worst in pennsylvania.we drive. Out of our way to go to a new. Store in salix.the workers are nice and helpful.our store in windber is in a very old horrible building.it needs to be torn down.i almost fell due to the tiles coming up.parts of the. Store.part if the store have no lights.please try to find a new place. That you can build a new store.everywhere we go different other stores all have theirs better than we do.please do what you can thx
Deborah W — Google review
Treats employees like complete trash treats customers just as bad!! The staff needs a major attitude adjustment especially the managers! floors need scrubbed shelves need organized and there was boxes all over the floor, and behind the counters all the staff sitting around not helping absolutely no one or stocking much of anything except one poor girl they had a pregnant employee doing everything and dealing with boxes while they was all sitting around on there phones and smoking cigarettes outside the main doors this store needs a serious adjustment AND MUCH BETTER STAFF!!! IF NOT A WHOLE NEW STAFF CREW
Megan G — Google review
This is one of the worst dollar general I have been in. The staff talk about customers after they leave in front of other customers, are constantly leaving one person to ring. I have been in there while NO ONE was on the register because 1 was in her phone in the office(personal call that was on speaker) 1 was outside smoking and 1 was talking to a customer about personal business not working. There is constantly stuff just left on the floor(boxes being unpacked, merchandise), shelves that are hanging out or falling and tripping people. Staff doesn’t seem to care and the manager walks around like she’s high or something.
Bernadette H — Google review
They have produce now. I'm assuming because ideal closed. Great, BUT, dollar general, please HIRE someone to tend just to the produce....stores crazy enough...tend to your product..
David C — Google review
This store is always a mess. I asked the cashiers in the front if lawn and garden stuff was on clearance. They said they didn't know???? I found an employee in the back of the store and asked her. she told me she had forgotten to take down the sign and no it wasn't on clearance. There were signs for shoes and accessories on clearance. So I took a long time to pick out what I wanted to get only to find out it was back to full price. You would think when the girl took the other signs down she would have removed those as well. There's usually only one register open in the store. Yesterday they had two registers open but one was cash only. There is always a long line of people. Because my total was full price which was well over what I was willing to pay, and the line was getting longer and longer... I told them just void the entire order. I also told them to start removing their signs as soon as the sale is over. You think they would have already known that.
Grammie J — Google review
This dollar store is as good as any, I suppose. Sometimes there is a line. Even so, the people are mostly nice, with some seeming a little impatient with customers at times. I am not sure why or how it seems to happen at this location more than others, but it seems there are almost always U-boats crammed full of merchandise in the aisles waiting to be put on the shelves. There'll normally be one diligent worker trying to get it done, and I must commend her, or him, because it seems a daunting task. This store in particular, even before it moved, has seemed to always have the same issue, and it seems to have brought the problem along to the new location. As a customer, it is frustrating to see this sort of thing. Not only does it block the aisles, but if you're looking for something that happens to be behind one of these carts, you must move them or have them moved, and with them very often being over-stacked with boxes, there's normally a danger of them tipping on children and/or others that are nearby. We definitely do not go to this store as much as we need to. Whenever it's possible, we go to a different Dollar General Store to avoid the confusion, danger, and frustration that is caused by these cars in the aisles.

The store has made significant improvements, with an open and clean environment, affordable pricing, and friendly staff. This place is odd. There's never anyone inside shopping.. it's very clean and well priced though! BRING YOUR OWN BAG! They don't supply them.

The coolers in Frozen food isle do not keep the meats and seafood frozen. All packages are thawed, warm, and still displayed for sale! Someone is going to get sick shopping there!!!!
Garbage M — Google review
I would give 0/5 if able! The money from my EBT card was completely stolen! Card was loaded with $141.00 on 1/15/2025. I had called the customer service phone# for SNAP to verify just before going in town. Had a cart with several items when checking out I swiped my card(which I did not use elsewhere) and it magically said transaction declined while staff proceeded to tell me that there was only $0.96 on my card. In total disbelief I stepped aside and called customer service # again and sure enough only $0.96 on my account! I hit prompt for last 10 transactions and $140.04 was last transaction that I did not spend! I grabbed 5 items out of the cart and payed with my bank debit card, which I'm extremely concerned about now! While checking out I was explaining the situation to the cashier and pretty sure one of the owners, but they just disregarded me and said " I don't know". I guess that's the thanks you get for trying to support local business! Trying to get in touch with anyone by phone is impossible! Use caution before using a card! Obviously they have some sort of card scam swiper! This has really screwed me since Im on unemployment , which is barely 60% of my income, i have kids to feed, and cant reach any customer service to resolve!!
Darcy S — Google review
New owners ( a father/son) have taken ownership and reopened the store recently. I was in this store three months before it was shut down earlier in the year by the old ownership. To be honest, a dramatic improvement! A brand new floor, painted walls, new signage, and the owner has just replaced all of the old compressors. The last compressor will be installed this week in order to keep all frozen products frozen. After talking with someone there, I find the owner to be committed to providing the local community with an enjoyable shopping experience. Local support is vital for any business to survive.
Michael M — Google review
Never shop there they stole my EBT card information and stole all my benefits the next month you have to be some kind of trash to steal food stamps in the holiday season smfh scub bags
Paige J — Google review
Waiting at the " customer service desk" for a cashier to appear. But instead, all employees we busy otherwise engaged in conversation with customer's, because apparently they didn't think I was one. So, I give this place no stars. And I only wanted to get change for a 20 so I could catch the bus. Dollar General store has a female idiot cashier who DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE CHANGE. So, yeah
Kerry E — Google review
This place is very dirty. Bugs flying around the food. Meat looks old and not very appealing

Sheetz is a family-owned convenience store chain that has been serving customers on the go for 70 years. Based in Altoona, Pennsylvania, Sheetz offers fuel and a variety of familiar convenience goods, including packaged snacks, drinks, and takeaway fare. Customers have praised the cleanliness of their stores and the friendliness of their staff members.
One of the staff members, "Tall" Makayla, was very hospitable and kind to me at this Sheetz. I appreciated interacting with her and want to praise her for trying to do the best job she can helping customers.
Colby M — Google review
We waited 25 mins for loaded fries, while 4 employees goofed off. Another customer was there 10 mins longer then us and still had not received their full order. It was the worst sheetz experience we have ever had. The 4 staff members did not seem to care less what was going on. I've worked customer service for 30 years and get it but truly what a bad representation of sheetz.
Monica H — Google review
After 10 o’clock, you might as well forget about getting out of there Quick if you need something behind the counter. I ordered food and sat at the counter for 10 minutes. My food was done before someone waited on me.. I find that sheets has less employees at night and can’t focus on the counter to get people out as fast as possible. I’m just amazed that it’s so consistent that I have to sit here for 15 minutes to get a pack of cigarettes
John R — Google review
Would not recommend. Got the wrong food. Went back and got a pile of greasy cheesy bacon bombs that were horribly undercooked. Took it back up to the pick up counter where carly was standing. She blantantly ignored me while she continued to call orders. Saw my food in my hand but refused to make any contact with me what so ever. called the manager and he said he would "talk to the employees" situation was never made right and now im out food and money.
Jared S — Google review
Took them a half hour to make a milkshake was making other people's items before mine and I paid long before they did
Robert H — Google review
Arrived at sheetz for a curb side order. Food was ready when I got here but I was on a buisness call. I checked in and waited 15 minutes, nobody brought it out. They just left it sit on the podium. After 15 minutes the call was over and I went in and got the food myself. Of course it was cold. Didn't have time to have them remake it. Horrible service.
Andrew K — Google review
Always professional , clean and their food comes out in a timely manner
Kelvin W — Google review
I stopped at the Westmont Sheetz around 11:30 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised just how clean the store was! It also smelled clean and had a pleasant scent lingering throughout the store (like it was just cleaned). The employees were out of this world friendly! I believe their names were Stephanie, Ashley, and Noah. I can honestly say these 3 were great crew mates! Ashley actually helped me with my frozen coffee! Come see them, you won't be disappointed. I do hope a district manager or someone over them reads this because it is not often you find 3 people working together so diligently and that deserves to be recognized. I'd say customer service is very important in today's world and they all get 100% from me. I will drive out of my way to patronize this Sheetz for this reason!!

My husband is from Windber. We recently visited and didn’t get enough goodies for us to bring back. Lucky me kept a wrapper from a cookie and called the number. The owner was very pleasant and I had dozens of gob and cookies in 2 days. Now I’m blissfully addicted to these delicious treats. Thank you so much ❤️
Kemberly M — Google review
I was visiting from out of town and I wasn't sure what to expect upon entering this business. The first thing that caught my attention was how cozy of an atmosphere there was at this business. The coziness actually draws you into their delightful treats which are displayed in full view. They are known for their gobs (whoppie pies) and their custom cakes. I cannot comment on their cakes because I haven't tried them, however the gobs are very good. I also purchased their monster cookies which come in a plastic container (6 count). They were extremely moist and flavorful. There is limited seating, however it is a great place to enjoy a drink and a dessert. 🍪

I don't think it's right that they constantly count their tip money in front of the customers and make the customers sit there and wait until they're done counting their tip money before they do anything else. on four or five different occasions I've been in there I had to wait for them to count their tips. But when my opportunity for service arrived she walked off and went back to preparing more cookies. I walked out but came back to get her information so i could report my experience to corporate. She not only refused to supply the information but she began antagonizing me. As if she were trying to take me out of character. I won't be crossing the threshold of that establishment again.

Visited the Johnstown CO store. Very friendly employees there! Store was cute, super clean, great "happy" environment. Ordered a peanut-butter-toffee type cookie. It was thick, cake like, heavy peanut butter taste. Good! Second cookie was the Key Lime. Wow! Amazing. Again , a thicker cake like structure to the cookie...but the frosting and flavor was exactly like eating Key Lime Pie! Our favorite! Lastly, tried the classic sugar cookie with pink almond frosting. Traditionally thick (as their style) but soft and moist! These cookies weigh in at 5 and half ounces! Yup thats 5 ounces and one half! Super big. They are big enough to share with several people! YUMMY!

Crumbl cookie is not my favorite cookie place but this two star rating is only for their driver. I have almost been hit twice (motor vehicle) by this location's driver on E34. They never use their indicator and just swerve in and out of lanes. If you are driving a baby pink pickup truck with your company name plastered on it, drive a little safer. One star for each almost accident

I got Crumbl today and the service was absolutely horrible. I sat in line for 15 minutes. 5 of that at the speaker box and the other 10 at the window with no one even talking to us. Not to mention us having to wait that long when there was maybe one person inside. After that long wait someone finally coming up to us tells us they some how ran out of the cookie we ordered 2 of. Totally fine however she goes would you like to substitute them and doesn’t tell us our other choices or anything like that. As someone who works in fast food I would apologize and see what they would like rather than being like would you like to substitute them mind you this was after we had paid. We then tell her what we would like after we pull up the menu and we look and tell her what we want she tells us that we couldn’t do that because it was last weeks menu when clearly online and the menu in the drive thru had both of the cookies we asked for on it. So she said she would go check. I would recommend having all employees on the same page, not having bad customer service and leaving someone at the speaker box for 5 minutes and saying you will be with them in one moment, especially not making a customer sit at the window for 10 minutes no one coming over to say a thing to them, and finally work on customer service skills. Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had. Won’t be returning until they figure it out.

Normally I have a very good experience here, but my recent order was so disappointing. The cookies typically look like the app photo - this time the cookies were baked inconsistently, were all melted, and frankly look slapped together. The box was covered in frosting/toppings. I keep my car very clean..I set the box down quickly on my dash because it was so sticky and unfortunately, now I have it all over my dash. I know it’s so difficult to avoid this completely! The kids working here are always friendly and kind.

I am very displeased with the Johnstown Crumbl location and they way they manage their sales. I placed an order on 8/20/2025 for a pick-up on 8/21/2025 only to be told when we went to pick it up that they were sold out!!! I prepaid for the cookies so I am very confused as to how you could sell out and do not keep them for customers that had already paid. This seems like a terrible business model and doesn’t favor the customer that already purchased. Crumbl was happy to take my order, waste my time to pick it up, plus the cost to drive to there location and what did I get out of this deal, absolutely NOTHING! Crumbl still has my money and it hasn’t been refunded. This is absolutely disgusting and will be sure to share my feedback with others.

Very busy, placed my order and went to wait out of the way. I think it's neat to watch them making the dough and what not. Well oiled machine. Watched one of the female employees dig up in her nose to itch and she went right back to making the dough. 🤢

Auntie Anne's is a worldwide network of outlets that offer a range of sweet and savory soft pretzels adorned with diverse toppings and dips. Despite the general increase in prices, this establishment remains highly popular. The classic pretzel accompanied by cream cheese is particularly enjoyable, while the mini-wrapped hotdogs are irresistibly delicious.
The pretzels are great, but so is Dan!!! I’ve always seen him there & it’s always a pleasure!

Horrible food! My peoples and I got some pretzels, I got the hotdog bites, and it was burnt, the warmer wasn’t even hot enough, the cheese tasted old and bad, the hotdogs were wet inside and sliding out, the pretzels tasted old and hard. Health inspectors need to investigate this place. I use to eat at this place a lot, I’ve had good snacks from this place before. This aunt Annie’s has went downhill. What a disappointment. Don’t eat here! Please don’t! It’s a health Hazard!!!

Asked how old the oretzel was “It’s fresh” no it wasn’t. I told the girl it’s hard and burnt she said no you can’t eat undercooked dough, don’t want burnt old ones either. Hire competent people the other worker standing there doing nothing. No hair restraints isn’t that a must for food workers? $17 for garbage just over it. I only want what I’m paying for edible food,

The quality of the pretzels at this location has suffered tremendously over the past two years.. their pretzels are much thicker than they use to be which results in not tasting the same at all.. it's nearly identical to the super pretzels you buy in freezer at Walmart.. This location needs to be retaught how to make proper auntie Anne pretzels

When I had started my order, the cashier working/taking our order was very rude. We had tried to describe one of the pretzels and she had gotten smart with us instead of helping us correctly identify it. When we had gotten our cheese dip it was really dark orange with water sitting on the top as of it was old.
Chyanne M — Google review
Absolutely disgusted with the food. All very old in the showcase and wouldn’t wait two minutes to give us fresh pretzels. Gave me nasty old cheese, scrapped from the bottom of the pan and I told him I would have waited for fresh cheese please. And then forgot to give me my frozen lemonade. Absolutely horrible experience in the bottom auntie Anne’s. Store #127

The prices have gone up just like most things but they are still one of my favorites!! Love the original pretzel with cream cheese and the mini wrapped hotdogs are to die for
Patricia — Google review
They were to concerned about making stock pretzels for there showcase than making an order for a paying customer. Told us it was going to take 30 mins for 2 orders of hotdogs bites.
