Dallal Bakery, located in the picturesque Neveh Tzedek neighborhood of Tel Aviv, is a renowned establishment offering a delightful array of oven-baked treats and delectable Middle Eastern dishes. The bakery's collaboration with the Batsheva Dance Company resulted in a unique collection for the 2019 Hanukkah season, featuring sufganiyot with various delicious fillings such as pistachio, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and milk jam.
I must say, we came all the way from Los Angeles following countless glowing recommendations—and we were not disappointed. Everything was of the highest standard: impeccably clean, beautifully presented, and always bustling with life. The staff were warm and welcoming. A lovely young woman who turned out to be the manager sat with us outside—she was exceptionally courteous and service-oriented. When they heard it was our first visit, they surprised us with a strawberry éclair that was simply legendary. It’s heartwarming to see a place that welcomes everyone with open arms.

Just wow. Best rugelach I’ve ever had. I was trying to be good and bought only that and an iced latte. The rest of the desserts and sandwiches looked delicious and picturesqly perfect. Chic and charming, there’s only outdoor seating with fans, in a cozy patio of a small side street, across a huge bougainvillea tree. Highly recommend and worth the hype! Oh and there’s outlets!
Meghan S — Google review
One of the best bakeries in Israel. They offer great breakfast menu for take out, having the best outdoor places to be nearby (Susan Dallal or the beach), they also offer a picnic basket in weekdays (needs reservation) Try their famous croissant bagel (with or without cheese)
Ofir N — Google review
We paid 140 shekels for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. One was a bagel with the fish, the bagel was a few days old, like a stone. The fish was also not the freshest. Another sandwich was also not tasty, with cheese, pear and Chilli sauce. I had to throw everything. Old, bad tastes. Coffee was very middle, weak. Nice mirror and interior, though. Having lived in Israel for 7 years, I have never eaten such a bad old bagel here.
Evgeniya G — Google review
Everything I tried here was absolutely delicious. I was attracted to all the twisty things here. Not shown were small rectangular puff pastries with cheese inside and sesame seeds on the outside. So good!
Sabina H — Google review
I visited Dalal Bakery in Tel Aviv and had an amazing experience. The vanilla cube was absolutely delicious — perfectly light, flavorful, and so fresh. I also ordered an Americano, and it was a real, high-quality coffee, not watered down like in many places. Everything tasted authentic and made with care. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
Rudiak — Google review
Wonderful bakery in the picturesque Neve Tzedek neighborhood. Had this poppy seed and apple tart, which was delicious. Not too pricey, and lovely to sit and enjoy the place. Highly recommended!

Lehamim is a renowned kosher bakery that offers an array of freshly baked bread, pastries, and desserts. Their delectable selection includes warm loaves, heavenly pastries, and addictive coffee. The bakery also serves a delightful Israeli breakfast featuring eggs, aromatic cheeses, smoked fish, green salad, olives, roasted peppers, and eggplant salad with oven-fresh bread. Additionally, Lehamim is famous for its babka as well as flavorful sabich and burekas.
I was looking for a place to buy a good babka and stumbled upon Lehamim on Google Maps, i am so happy i did as this bakery is 🔥🔥🔥 so many sweet and savory options i don’t even know where to start from. Perfect spot for breakfast and lunch!

There’s a quiet kind of magic to a place that doesn’t try too hard but still delivers something exceptional. Tucked away from the main street, this restaurant feels like a well-kept secret. The interior is warm and intimate—low lighting, soft music, and a layout that gives each table a little sense of privacy. It’s the kind of place where conversations feel unrushed and every detail feels intentional. From the beginning, the service struck the perfect tone: friendly but never overbearing. Our server offered helpful suggestions and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a good experience. The pacing of the meal was smooth and unhurried, allowing us to really enjoy each course. The food itself was thoughtful and deeply satisfying. We started with a warm appetizer that featured caramelized edges, a touch of spice, and a beautifully balanced sauce that brought it all together. It was comforting and bold—a great way to begin. My main dish was a slow-cooked stew, rich and aromatic, served with a buttery side that soaked up every drop of flavor. The depth in the dish showed off the kitchen’s patience and precision. My dining companion ordered a plant-based entrée that was just as compelling—layered textures, fresh herbs, and a smoky finish that left us both reaching for second bites. Dessert was a quiet masterpiece: a simple slice of cake, delicately spiced, with a dollop of cream and a hint of citrus. Not overdone, not showy—just perfectly executed. This restaurant doesn’t shout for attention, but it absolutely deserves it. It’s a place that values quality, comfort, and care in equal measure. Whether you're here for a quiet dinner or to mark something special, it offers an experience that lingers long after the last bite.
Vahsu M — Google review
its excellent quality. What to Eat: Huge selection of specialty breads, amazing morning pastries, and delicious savory items (bourekas, sandwiches, salads). Highly recommend the Pear and Almond Cream Tart! Fast Service: Very efficient with multiple cashiers and self-ordering kiosks. Short wait times for both food and coffee (2 dedicated coffee stations). Seating: Air-conditioned indoor seating and outdoor seating facing Giv'on Square. Convenience: Clean restrooms, free cold water, and the option to order online for quick pickup.
Zeev F — Google review
The best bakery in Tel Aviv! Great flavors and great stuff but very pricey and gets very busy on the weekend. Make sure to try the Almond Croissant. Open 24 hours during weekdays and closed on the weekend since the place is Kosher
Sagi B — Google review
The service is great and very fast. It’s a really nice place to come with the laptop. The coffee is excellent, the food is delicious. The salads can do better. I definitely will return.
Lidor B — Google review
I love Lehamim. It's a wonderful bakery that is working around the clock on weekdays. On weekends it is closed. On Friday it has relatively long lines, but they take minutes to clear. The verity is usually good, but if you want something specific make sure to call and reserve it because things run out. Highly recommended.
Coby S — Google review
Truly my favorite bakery both in NYC and TLV. Fantastic selection of pies and pastries of you're in a pinch, and of course great place to have a snack.

Boulangerie 96 is a great place to get a delicious hot focaccia all day long, alongside excellent breads. They also have a good selection of baked goods, and their coffee is fresh and tasty.
Excellent boulangerie! You can buy here both sweet and savory baked goods, breads, pretzels, cakes, cookies.. everything looked fresh and delicious. Their coffee was fresh and tasty as well.
Inbal O — Google review
That place isn’t what it was at the beginning when they opened. There are now 2 places. The food quality became really average, really bad coffee, and service same level as the food. It went from a really fine boulangerie to an average one. Just the fact that they reheated my Pain au Chocolat was a bad sign. Not recommended!
Sandrine A — Google review
Everything i’ve tried here was tasty and fresh. The pastries are also esthetic 😍
Lara Y — Google review
Great selection of baked goods. Very tasty and original. Good bread to take home. coffee is also nice
Ron G — Google review
Might have been my fault for ordering a cheese cake at a boulangerie, which was tasty for a home made one, but not a professional cake. The coffee was horrendous. Maybe the other baked goods are better, but I wouldn't know.
Erez W — Google review
Arrived at noon for a big line with only one cashier to serve them all (while many other workers couldn't seem to help). I bought 3 different pastries to try. The best one (croissant cube with creme patissiere and fruits), was just ok. The butter croissant and chocolate danish were way too dry and disappointing. Can't believe they were baked on that day. 3 stars seem a bit generous at the moment, compared to the hype this place got. Might give them a second chance in the future, but was really disappointed by the poor quality.
Lin M — Google review
Few of the pastries look much better than its taste. Prices are fair, taking into account its location and other boluageries in Tel-aviv.

One of the best cakes I have tried here in Tel Aviv. So many varieties. U have to try it for sure.
Vishesh G — Google review
We approached Roladin with the intention to purchase cafe and sandwich. After seeing the attendant removing his bare hand from his trousers, I decided to leave after I made a notice of it to the owner. The latter, said that people love his place and it is very successful. I wonder what need to happen before this place will watch basic rules of hygiene?

Cheap coffee. Big Americano — 9 NIS. I'm not a gourmet, but I liked it. WiFi not working for me. They gave me the password, I connected, but the internet does not work. The barista said that she would help me, but she forgot.
Ilya P — Google review
the 16 NIS ice coffe is bomb, both the lite and normal ones.
Sultan A — Google review
There's no cold water, is an expensive place and the personal staff always had a very bad expression in there faces... has a great name and the experience is not so great.
Judith P — Google review
A bit stuffy, very crowded, but it's open on the weekends so that's good. There are benches outside so if the weather is fare you can bask in the sun and fresh air, enjoy a coffee and pastry. The service is helpful and friendly.
Z B — Google review
Coffee was ok, chocolate crunch cake wasn't fresh. Plus, the display of food in the store is not covered. It is loated in tge center of tge store people pass nearby, caugh, sneeze, touch the food. I'm aware this is quite common and overlooked in Israel, but it's a health risk to take.

Nice and original bakery in Tel Aviv with an original way of getting the product. A self service way that makes you feel home! Coffee is also good.

10 shekels for a coffee and baked item is a good deal. Great taste and selection. Their breads are really good as well.

What a wonderful bakery! I'm almost angry at myself for not finding this place until my last day in Tel-Aviv. Although we weren't entirely sure what we were getting, the staff were very outgoing and helpful, pointing us to some of the most delicious stuff I had eaten during my entire trip to Israel, which was not an easy feat. And though I can't remember what it was I ate, just get whatever. I'm sure it's all great. I'd love to check this place out again next time I visit!

Wow!! We tried the "Plums and cinnamon" cookies, and find it amazing delicious 🤤😋 Loved it. Will try more soon ☺️

The cakes are super delicious. They are always fresh and tasty. But I don't think it justified the price. Same cakes are sold near by at a same level bakery but with a less expensive price.

Cookies and pre-packaged things are ok but the cakes/bread are definitely average. Coffee isn't worth stopping here for either. Sorry to be so harsh but it's hard to understand the high ratings when you have places like Roladin to compare it to.

Nestled in the heart of Jaffa, Abouelafia Bakery is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Middle Eastern baked goods. This iconic establishment has been family-run since the late 19th century and operates around the clock, making it a beloved spot for locals and tourists alike. The bakery offers an impressive selection of freshly baked breads, including soft pitas topped with eggs and cheese, as well as flaky bourekas that are perfect for snacking.
The soft bread and varieties! One of the best bakeries I believe it’s in the old city. We were taken here by our tour guide, we tried the bread baked stuffed bread/bun with cheese and tomato sauce. The bread was so soft and fluffy but the inside was not our favorite flavor. They had so many varieties will Have to go again to take other items.

It is sad to see this place loose its dignity. I gave it a try this morning with the hopes that it would feel different but the dishonesty was prevalent. I was not over charged but it felt wrong to hand me my food with unclean hands. Lastly, the kids did not like what I brought which seals the deal for me. Sorry.
Amnon N — Google review
Place is located next to the Clock Tower. Tourists are everywhere so the price is quite high. Pastries are mostly fresh, but not everything tastes super good. Close to the beach, promenade and old city all around you. Open even late in the evening.
Kamila Ś — Google review
Not good - I went here after reading a few blogs that recommended it but I should have checked the reviews first. I got a pistachio croissant because it looked pretty but unfortunately the flavor didn’t match the appearance. The bread was stale and the pistachio cream didn’t have any flavor. :(

Holy mother of Bakery! A friend who used to go here with his parents as a little child guided me here for a big girl bakery experience. I was here at 7 am (they seem to be open 24 hours) and had it all to myself. The guys were grumpy and I would be too if I had the late shift but the food was incredible. My mouth is watering and I wish I wasn't miles away!

2022 edit - I love this new design as a deli where you can also get a large variety of freshly prepared dishes, pastries, sandwiches, cakes and different types of gourmet products and culinary tools. Recently bought one of their mini birthday cakes which was delightful. 2020 - This is a great deli, over the last few years we have ordered Our holiday dinner from them and also I’ve ordered a few deliveries of breads, salads and spreads - the food is really fresh, made from great ingredients and had a wonderful taste - it is really highly recommended. Also their desserts are so delicious you should definitely try one of those too.

The food is great, but why are all the indoor tables with AC taken by people with laptops??? You’re supposed to eat out in the scorching heat while one person takes up a whole table and sips a single coffee for three hours.
Aya F — Google review
The service was very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed with the food though: it was pretty mediocre and there were several incidents such as a hair in the water or egg shell fragments on the boiled egg. The atmosphere is pretty nice so I'd recommend going there to meet friends. Don't come especially for the food.

NOLA American Bakery is a charming vintage-style bakery with a touch of New York nostalgia. The interior boasts classic checkerboard floors and a cozy atmosphere, while the outdoor patio and shaded garden offer additional seating options. Owner Talya Rasner draws inspiration from her American roots and her mother's cookbooks to create nostalgic treats for American expats.
My favourite place for brunch. The food is always amazing (they do great vegan options too), good service and environment. There's loads of space inside and in the indoor balcony area, and there's also an outdoor garden seating area at the back.

One of my favorite cafes in Tel Aviv. Breakfast is one of the best too find in town and so consistent. One of the best coffees that can be found. Desserts are a hit or miss but the food is excellent!
Dani L — Google review
The most expensive sandwich, the Bacon Egg and Cheese. It’s a fine sandwich, but for almost $20 (Basically 3 times the price of the USA) the biggest rip off I’ve ever experienced. The bagel is good. Little bit of cheese and the bit there is is pre melted and crispy. With only 2 pieces of soggy bacon and a fried egg. Genuinely trying to figure out why it costs this much. I would recommend get something else or just make it at home. I would be more willing to just quietly pay if it looked more like the photo lol.
Arielle P — Google review
What a great place in the heart of Tel-Aviv!! You can sit outside and do some people watching, or inside to escape the heat, or in the back patio if you want to smoke after your meal. Great and friendly staff, that was quick and not pushy. The bagels looked so good, so I had to try it and ordered a roast beef bagel. Slices of beef, slaw and a spicy mustard, on a bagel. Great sandwich! Could use some more beef, but the flavor combo, which is not new, was done correctly and it was delicious. Also had a Nola breakfast. Two eggs, salad, hash browns, cream cheese, avocado, and a bagel. The portion was generous and everything was good. Except for the hash brown. It was probably made in a large batch and than they cut and reheat the portion on a griddle. At least that's how it tastes. It was too dense and didn't have those classic pointy potato ends that crisp up when you fry it. I also got a Nola cocktail, with OJ, whiskey and honey. It was pretty good. Definitely a nice change from the classic mimosa or bloody Mary for breakfast. All in all, I would definitely come back here for brunch, or lunch, or anytime of the day.
Gadi Y — Google review

When I think about a good breakfast in Tel Aviv, Nola is always the first option! The quality of the food is amazing, everything is always fresh, their coffee is super delicious and desserts are definitely a must try! The service is quick even though the place is almost always packed. Love this place! ❤️

Truly well done American style breakfast. I really enjoyed the biscuits! The bacon is actually well cooked and crispy. My wife had the hashbrowns which were also tasty but not exactly what I would expect. The desserts are the real reason to come to NOLA. We had the mud pie which was absolutely amazing.

"The Little Bakers" is a charming neighborhood bakery known for its delectable pastries and traditional French baking techniques. While they offer excellent cakes and cookies, their specialty lies in savory and salty pastries. The pastry chef, inspired by a trip to Sweden, has created a local interpretation of Swedish cakes with layers of yeast dough, chocolate, cre patissier mousse, and brownies.
We've tried several different things by this cute bakery, and all of them were great: sourdough bread, cakes, pretzel buns, etc. Highly recommended! They seem to have a lot of options for people with restrictions (parve, gluten-free, sugar-free)

Jacobs Bakery, located in Tel Aviv, is a Swedish-inspired bakery with multiple branches. Their sufganiyot are made with cardamom-infused dough and they offer a variety of Swedish-themed flavors such as Daim, Orange & Elderberry, Rhubarb, Princess Torte, Blueberry, Apple, Raspberry, Vanilla, and Saffron. The prices for their delectable treats range from NIS 10 to 15.
Great pastry selection, everything is extra fresh and no matter what you pick it will be top notch for sure. Good delivery service and a very pleasant place to dine at. Will definitely come back and keep ordering from.
Stas S — Google review
They do know how to bake but should stick to that.. We got there around 10 AM and still had available tables inside and out. Service was really fast. We took the menus from a table at the entrance and the waitress came within 2 minutes. We ordered: - Balcanic pastry with spinach and goat cheese that was amazing. - Jacobs Shakshuka was ok but came with a really good Brousketa and a nice salad. - Orange juice was nice. After we consumed it all we asked for coffee and croissant. - The cappuccino was terrible - the milk was overheated and it tasted awful, same for the soy based one. the only thing good at it was the little piece of cake that came with it. - The chocolate croissant was really really good. The price was reasonable. There is a lot of free parking around.
Dani S — Google review
We tried every single coffee in the area. Best breakfast, great breads, fresh veggies Shakshuka is thick with flavour (And choising your own bread is a rare treat)

Good place. Fair service, good food, that feels fresh and healthy. Do know that the frittata is a bit heavy, so be prepared (it's very tasty)

Jacob's Bakery has some of the tastiest pastries I've tried—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. That said, the prices are a bit steep for what you get. Worth it as an occasional treat, but not an everyday stop.

Had a branch meeting in this pkace, really nice atmosphere, the smell of fresh bread and pastries is in the air. We had great Shashuka that is served with fresh salad and good coffee. We couldn’t resist tasting some small pastry. Great place to sit and meet!!

Lachmanina is a popular spot in White City known for its delectable artisan bread, including nut breads, caraway breads, and sourdoughs. The bakery also offers an array of sweet treats such as fruit tarts, chocolate-filled pitas, and mini caramelized cream puffs. In addition to their baked goods, Lachmanina serves good coffee, sandwiches, and salads for dining in.
My favorite coffee place in the area. Pistachio croissant is the best and must have with after-lunch coffee. Please never ever buy Nelson bread - it’s impossible to stop if you try even one piece. Nice variety of flowers, ceramics and more - thanks to lockdown for this amazing addition to great coffee

For bread, cookies, cakes Lachmanina can't be beaten. Really, their artisan bread is amongst the best ..and for take-home, after 8:00pm, any unsold bread is half price. Eating in...good coffee, sandwiches, a good selection of salads. Maybe best of all, is the friendly, very helpful staff. Customer centered as you would wish other places would be, but aren't.

I had bulgur salad with olives, kohlorabi, feta cheese and cranberries. It was tart and sweet, not too heavy and very good. For desert I had a chocolate cheese cake with coffee. The portion was quite large and came with sour cream with a hint of orange. Again, very good. Would definitely visit again.

The Urban Bakery is a great bakery with fantastic coffee and pastries. It's located in the city centre, next to the American Colony in Tel Aviv - Jaffa. The dough they use is really special, and although it opened around noon, I felt that the pastries had dried up. However, I would definitely recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee or some delicious sweets.
Great new coffee place in the coolest area in Tel Aviv. They have both indoor and outdoors sitting with plenty of space. They have a variety of meat and vegetarian sandwiches and all I’ve tried were delicious. They also sell pasta, olives, and other products. Very friendly and cool place!
Steve B — Google review
The Urban Bakery is very nice to look at: the pastries are of high quality, well made (👍). However: it's been a few times when we recieved not so fresh pastries (but still good looking and good tasting pastries, but weird texture). We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
Shonigal G — Google review
I love the vibe of this place, it's very friendly and relaxed plus you're surrounded by plants and trees 😀 The coffee is good, they have different alternatives to regular milk and loads of pastries and cakes. And if you have kids there is a nice playground right in front of it. Definitely coming back before I leave.
Silvia I — Google review
Overall, Urban Bakery was pretty good! I got a chocolate croissant and a donut with chocolate inside it. Both were very good, but not amazing. The quality was 4/5. The croissant could have been a bit crispier and fresher since it was soft when I bit into it. The donut was very rich with almost *too* much chocolate if that’s even possible. I would recommend trying if you’re in the area!

A must when visiting Tel Aviv!!! Definitely my personal favorite bakery. Although the place is all about donuts and their donuts and cronuts are truly amazing (my favorite is kim k cream cheese donut btw) I do recommend trying other things on the menu as well! Their banana pudding is absolutely the best and I crave it 24/7. The lotus banana pudding is my personal favorite flavor but they are all bomb. The pillow cookies!! they are the star of the show oh my GOD!! huge soft and delicious cookies always freshly made. My favorite- definitely the red velvet cookie with the delicious cheesecake filling. I always make sure to grab one when in Tel Aviv. As to the drinks, very nice coffee and matcha. I always grab their iced coffee with almond milk which is the best pairing to a sweet dessert. Service is always good as well- they are super nice and help you when needed.
Michelle — Google review
Very Instagramy. Very sweet and overloaded with sugar goods. Was a bit disappointed from the cookies. But overall it does taste good. A bit overpriced in my opinion. Coffee is overpriced and shouldn’t be because it is quite normal. A bit overrated in my opinion yet it is nice for tourist. אינסטגרמי מאוד. חמוד, מתוק מאוד, לא זול. סך הכל גימיק נחמד לפעם אחת ותו לא.

Best donut shop in Israel. Usually donuts in Israel are dry with cheap frosting but not in Showroom Bakehouse. Here they’re soft and taste like the ones you get overseas. A lot of different frostings and there’s cookies as well. A must visit if you’re in the area.

Cute and small bakery, we tried the double chocolate cookie which was rich and amazing, the baked pecan caramel danish which was super tasty and the creme patissiere cronut which was a bit too sweet for our taste. Second visit - Nutella banana pudding rocked and the rainbow sprinkles & whicte chocolate was a bit too greasy and sweet. Not bad at all!

Small, cozy and incredible. Pastries are soft and beautifully balanced. Sandwich was fresh with all fresh ingredients. And the coffee was very tasteful, even the soy milk's foam was good, and I don't normally enjoy it. Definitely recommend. Enjoy!

The food was nice, very pretty. The croissant with Patisserie was mostly dry and the service was disappointing, we waited a lot to order, but really... there was one person before us when we wanted to ask what the fillings were and nothing moved, then again to order, to get the receipt. What we asked them got wierd answers, generally bad service experience

We came here on a Friday for lunch based on the high reviews. Bread was great, so for a bakery that's excellent. The Israeli breakfast was eh. Sitting to eat was chaotic, disorganized and stressful. I feel like they were understaffed. There was one chaotic line just waiting to sit down and another to order takeout. The bread was really good, but I don't think I would be back due to the chaos.

An interesting place: to sit there, to order for yourself/home, and to order catering. While my wife and I were choosing what to drink, I watched how they were working with some big order in the next "glass room", it was interesting. Unlike many establishments of this type in this country, here I really saw some variety and choices of desserts. But besides sweets, there are other foods and drinks too. As you can see in the photos, we chose one of the types of coffee and tea. My wife took an egg with salmon for breakfast (and beautiful served and tasty). The prices are a little high. It seemed to me that they draw approximately one line through everything in menu, and therefore it looks that one thing is normal, and the same price for another is already more expensive than I would like. I wanted to try something from the menu with ordered coffee, but because of this I refused to take it and we took only breakfast for my wife. There was another thing that was upset for me a little(this will not affect the rating, just "thinking out loud"): The honey was added separately to my wife's tea and this is much better than when it is simply poured in. But the same idea would be desirable and for cold coffee drinks too. Unlike other cold drinks, slightly bitter coffee is not to everyone's taste, and regular sugar is not as well suited as sugar syrup/sugar water. When I asked they gave it to me, but I think it would be a good idea to serve it together with cold coffee drinks.

Very busy, buzzy but chaotic. The salad, when it eventually arrived, was generous and tasty. I lost interest after I had to ask 3 times for a glass of water, which never arrived, and an espresso8, which I ended up taking with me. Sloppy, uninterested staff, and noise levels above the comfort zone.

The bakery offers a variety of sweet treats, including sinfully delicious red velvet cupcakes and cakes with a hint of cocoa and topped with sweet cream cheese frosting. The cozy shop also features classic American baked goods such as chocolate chip cookies, sticky buns, and freshly baked breads. While some items may not taste exactly like their authentic counterparts from the US, they are still tasty in their own way.

Pretty yummy and unique baked goods here. Sometimes the things they make just don't really taste like the original way they taste back in the US though, like the black and white cookie and the Boston cream donut. Still tasty in its own way, but not like the real authentic thing back home. Nestled in the vibrant Jaffa neighborhood of Ajami, The Old Man and the Sea Restaurant has been a beloved culinary destination since its establishment in 1999 by Younes Ali. This family-run gem offers an inviting atmosphere where diverse cultures converge over delectable Mediterranean cuisine. Diners can indulge in a variety of fresh salads, seafood, and meat dishes, with a standout deal featuring 18 different salads alongside warm pita bread and refreshing lemonade.
The Old Man and the Sea is truly a one-of-a-kind dining experience. The variety of fresh seafood offered was absolutely impressive. Each dish we tried was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The presentation of the food was elegant and inviting. We especially loved the generous spread of small dishes that came with the meal. The service was attentive and efficient throughout the entire evening. Staff members were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our table was cleared quickly and our needs were promptly met. The atmosphere was vibrant but slightly noisy due to the crowd. Despite the noise, the view and decor created a festive mood. The interior design and lighting gave the place a warm, lively feel. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you enjoy authentic Middle Eastern seafood. The combination of delicious food, great service, and dynamic ambiance is hard to beat. It’s a place I would gladly return to.

I ate here on a Monday night based on a recommendation from local colleagues. What an amazing experience we had. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy which meant getting a table was no problem, but given the size of it, I can imagine it would get pretty busy. We got a seat outdoors overlooking the marina as it was a nice barmy evening. As soon as we sat down, we were surprised by a mass delivery of salads, bread and lemonade. Turns out, these are all complimentary if each diner also purchases a main meal. With that said, the price of the salads is very reasonable if that's all you feel like eating. They also replenish the bread and salads as they run out, so it's very easy to fill up before the mains arrive. The mains themselves are delicious and there is a good selection of both meat, veg and seafood options. Personally I went with prawns in cream sauce, which was delicious. My colleague went for the tandoori whole grouper, which easily was enough for all three of us, so he encouraged us all to try some too, and it was spectacular. One thing to note is they don't serve alcohol, but to be fair, the lemonade they do serve is so delicious and refreshing that the lack of beer didn't really matter. All in all, a great dining experience and I would gladly visit again next time I'm in Israel.

It’s been a few years since my last visit and the place grew a lot and is now a huge restaurant right on the port of Jaffa. The design is very impressive too. We arrived just before 1pm and had plenty of room, despite the fact that we did not have an order. Right after we sat down, the staff brought a large variety of salads and bread, and it was delicious. Those was renewed every time we finished something. We each took one main course and those also arrived very fast. I ordered fish and was very pleased the other group party ordered meat lamb chops and record steak and steak fillet and those were just OK. Actually we also got a small syrupy dessert on the house which was nice but very sweet. I have to point out that the place is very clean including the restrooms. Overall we had a nice lunch.
Lihi B — Google review
Food is decent, not amazing - great variety of salads etc that come with the table. However, it was a rather chaotic experience - staff rushing by with plates of food, people everywhere. Saw a waiter drop a bread portion on the floor, and then he picked it up and put it straight back into the service bowl - not acceptable.
Michael B — Google review
The salads were good and plentiful and the waitstaff attentively refreshed them along with the bread maybe five times. I was with a large group and those who ordered fish were mostly happy. Those who ordered meat were largely disappointed. My lamb chops were small and leathery, I would not order them again. There was also some disappointment with the kebabs.

The bakery offers fresh baguettes and French pastries, but also features a flourless holiday display including a Fraisier Cake with layers of strawberries and brandy, as well as a Lemon Polenta Cake topped with cre fraiche.
Love the place. Fantastic almond croissant, I'm kind of addicted. I tried the little bacon sandwiches and they were lovely, with this nice mustard sauce, cutting through. Coffee isn't anything special, it's alright. I recommend you give it a shot.

I came here early morning for the first time and it was great surprise. high quality bakery with many fantastic options.. cookies, cakes, pastries and sandwiches. I ate the Chocolate halva pastry and it was so so tasty ! the coffee also was hot and extremely good, exactly how I like it ! the place is very busy in the morning time, service was very welcome and friendly. You should visit this place..

I’ve been a regular here, but after my last visit I won’t be coming back. On a busy Friday morning I ordered a sandwich and a cold coffee (42₪). When my 2-year-old saw my coffee, she asked for a bit of milk. The staff gave me mixed answers - first I was told I needed to line up again to order, after lining up I was told that it wasn’t necessary, and finally the manager stepped in and charged 7₪ for a splash of milk. The rigid attitude and lack of basic customer care over something so small left a really bad impression. Unfortunately, that was my last time here 😔

Near kikar hamidina is Bakery. I think it is a little pretentious , they have a range of cakes and pastries at the usual Tel-Aviv prices. I ordered coffee and a small pastry that cost nis 24. There is a sitting area where you can sit and enjoy your meal or pastry.

I have decided to give one star rating as this place earn it with “hard work”. I had a great Friday breakfast over here. I entered the restroom and … it was disgusting! As the food was very good, the picture of the toilet made me sick! But this is not the end of the story… I asked to talk to the manger, the nice lady thanked me for driving her attention to the bad condition of the restrooms. She apologized. Now comes the best part, before leaving the place I decided to wash my hands (COVID, after all) and guess what … the restrooms were in the same disgusting situation as no one cleaned it ( it was 10-15m after my first visit …). Now just imagine what’s going on in the kitchen where we can not see. Shame on you! Enjoy the pictures.

Nestled in the heart of Israel, Gluteria is a haven for gluten-free enthusiasts and food lovers alike. Originally a seasonal pop-up, this delightful eatery has transformed into a full-fledged restaurant that serves up an array of mouthwatering dishes year-round. From their renowned gluten-free pizzas to homemade breads and indulgent desserts, every bite is crafted with care.
The entire bakery and restaurant is gluten-free, and all the staff are very helpful. For a celiac it's heaven on earth. I've been celiac since babyhood sometime in the previous millenuim, and this was the best place I've ever been. I didn't believe it - incredible is no exaggeration. We both ate the schnitzel (with chips) and added a green salad- this was an enormous meal. Very succulent and it arrived piping hot. They explanied after that the breadcrumbs are made from a mixture of the differnt loaves they bake, all of which (of course!) are gluten-free. Being on holiday we couldn't take much advantage of the bread/bakery itself, but I can say that the many different loaves looked delicious. And we bought loads of cakes for later in our stay. By the way, it's way outside "central" Tel Aviv, but accessible by many buses from downtown, for example number 3. Also three different buses from the Diamond Exchange (short walk from the station).
TimNaomi L — Google review
I ordered a gluten free pizza with vegan cheese, which all in all was good. The tomato sauce was a bit too salty and it had a tomato paste taste. I liked the dough, it was crunchy and tasted good. I wouldn’t recommend ordering it from Wolt because it arrived pretty cold.
Almog A — Google review
Delicious gluten free food and baked goods, with fair prices, cute and green atmosphere and nice and caring staff.
Saba G — Google review
Turns out they only have one oven and one baby chair. Don't make the mistake to order more than 2 pizzas, we waited for what felt like forever (the adults finished their meals before the kids' pizzas arrived). This goes also for "atmosphere" - multiple kids crying, waiting for their food (not just mine)

Fantastic espresso, which only cost 8 shekels. Rare in Tel Aviv. I ate a really lovely small cake called "Bagso". Everything is made by hand and very fresh. Sandwiches, biscuits, cakes and pastries. Overall pretty cute place, but on Friday mornings it gets very busy and it’s not a very large space. The workers were all very nice and the sandwich I had was ok, decently priced. My coffee was very good and I enjoyed a 2 hours zoom call without interruptions, sitting on the bar looking outside.

OK sandwiches that are prepared in the morning, coffee in paper cups. Come after 7pm for 1+1 on sandwiches - only then the price makes some sense, the sandwiches get a bit stale though. Very expensive for what you get. Many items without prices specified or prices that don't match the items.

La Bonne Patisserie is a classic French bakery known for its delectable selection of pastries and savory quiches, along with aromatic coffee. The pastry chefs are highly skilled, creating buttery croissants, chocolate eclairs, and lemon meringues that transport you to Paris with every bite. This family-owned business has garnered praise from French expats for their authentic treats and warm service.
☕️ Smiles, best pastries and Coffee ☕️ Ever been somewhere the staff smile more than you do after your first sip of coffee? That's this place! Remember October 8th, when things got crazy? While Dizengoff Street was empty, deserted, these girls were like, "We're open!" They were the only coffee shop around for many days. And get this - they do make all their own bread and pastries right here, a family business! Speaking of croissants, wow! I'm not usually one to hyperbole, but these are the best in Israel. Sorry, beach body - these curves are worth it! Bottom line: Come for coffee, enjoy the smiles, and leave with an amazing croissant. Your taste buds will thank you! A big thanks to this awesome team for brightening our days, especially during tough times. You girls rock!

״Considered one of the best Israeli pastries chains” The Ramat Aviv Metuka bakery contained one of the most disgusting pastries I have ever had, to the point where i couldn’t get myself to eat it because of the weird taste and smell. Great local bakery in the mids of Afeka. We tried several pastries and they were overall ok. Their coffee on the other hand, was excellent!! The cons: Expensive, noise coming from nearby machines. Loaf of bread I got was so-so. The pros: Good coffee and pastries, cheerful service. All in all a nice neighborhood spot. A note to those propping their feet on cafe chairs: Someone else has to sit on those chairs. Get your feet/shoes off cafe chairs.

It's open during the weekend, they made mocha even when it's not on the menu (it was awesome), a sale before they close (which is really good), and the pastries were good too (took a cheese burek and a Poppy seed pastry, both were really good). The place also has a selection of breads, sandwiches, cookies and much more. It's a keeper.
Lior M — Google review
The shop looks nice, and the pastries display is enticing, but unfortunately the few pastries we've tried were mostly a let-down. We didn't get any of the other offerings (coffee, bread, sandwiches, etc.), so I cannot comment on them. We got a red-crusted fruit tartelette which was good, macarons which were so-so, and a turkish rolled burek, which was claimed to be filled with spinach and cheese, but in reality had very little spinach and no perceivable cheese, and we disliked it for its lack of filling.

I would have rated this 2.5 out 5 but there isn’t an option for that and it’s tends more to the latter anyway. I came by this pastry in Ramat Aviv which considered to be one of the richest neighborhoods in Tel Aviv and Israel in general, and you may think that if there is a bakery house in one of the richest neighborhoods in Israel it’s going to be at least above average or good? then not it isn’t. like other so called “good” and expensive bakeries in Israel, it offers nothing special, for a high price and only or below average pastries. Not recommending. Especially if you have an experience with good pastries.

the place have plenty of vegan cakes and cookies unfortunately not always all of them are available. the price is a bit expensive but some of there cakes are worth it. my favorite are the brownies and the Florentine chocolate chunks cookies. as for the cakes the pistachio and Vanilla toffee stripe are wonderful.

Finally, a real French patisserie in TLV! Noa is a true professional with a rich background and a special touch for sweets. We had the best pistachio cake and the most amazing Hallot for shabbat.

If you find yourself exploring the vibrant streets of Jaffa, make sure to stop by MilkBar - מילקבר משלוחי שוקולד. Nestled near the bustling Jaffa Flea Market, this trendy bakery is a delightful haven for those in need of a sweet escape. With an array of freshly baked pastries crafted with care, from buttery croissants to indulgent pistachio-cherry cakes and delectable sandwiches, there's something for everyone.
(Translated by Google) Excellent coffee! And most importantly - smiling, kind and caring owners and employees Who create an exceptionally family-like place that is fun to return to I am in the hospital for about a week, they are interested and remember how I like to drink my coffee.

(Translated by Google) Hi, Today I visited a soldier who was injured in Lebanon, I went up from the parking lot and met the Milk Bar right at the end of the escalator from the parking lot. I was looking for something healthy and tasty and I thought of dates and nuts. I went to Milk Bar to buy coffee after forty minutes of looking for parking, and I met a nice and helpful lady named Almaz, I asked for dates and coffee, it's a shame I didn't take a picture, she gave me a box with dates filled with nuts, it looks high quality and fresh, by the way Ms. Almaz made my mood a lot better The murky from the parking lot, the coffee she made was excellent, I even went overboard and asked for a ribbon for the date box, she found and tied it tastefully and did not want an extra charge, great place and service, I will mention that the place offers a huge variety and selection of pastries, dried fruits and high quality chocolates, premium coffee, worthwhile and desirable. By the way, a box and the coffee cost NIS 52, which is a completely reasonable price. Thank you Almaz and Milkbar. The person I visited made sure to update that the dates with nuts were excellent and the guests almost finished it for him because he was a little fasting, but he had enough to taste 🤣 (Original)

(Translated by Google) When redeeming a voucher for today, I received every possible answer, starting with the voucher having expired, through none, and ending with not here. After an argument, they let me choose something worth NIS 65. Poor and unserviceable attitude. Really not recommended.
