A great farm shop with a huge range of products, many of which are local. They even have a good range of craft beer! We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was excellent! More than i could manage to be honest. We visited when the sunflowers were in bloom so were able to walk through the sunflower field which is a great experience. Well worth the visit!

We recently visited Becketts Farm Shop and Restaurant and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The farm shop itself is a delight, packed with fresh produce, homemade breads, and an array of cakes that all look and taste wonderful. Everything feels authentic, high quality, and lovingly prepared. One particular highlight is their pulled pork baps, which are absolutely incredible hearty, full of flavour, and the perfect treat on a cold winter’s day. The restaurant and café are just as impressive. I often return especially for their award-winning breakfast, which really is something special. The portions are very generous, almost too big as I have never actually finished one, but every bite is delicious and well-cooked. It’s a real treat to start the day with such a high-quality meal, and I can see why so many people rave about it. What makes Becketts even better is the atmosphere. The café is warm and welcoming, the staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the whole place has a wonderful buzz to it. Whether you’re shopping for local produce, enjoying a quick bite, or treating yourself to a full breakfast, Becketts Farm is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended but definitely book ahead!

We had heard so many good things about this place and their wonderful display of sunflowers and it didn't disappoint. The field is free to walk around and for photographers or just to enjoy is a treat. The day we visited the flower heads were hanging low perhaps as a result of all the much needed rain we had. Either way it is well worth a visit as the field is huge and packed with flowers. We also went to the restaurant and enjoyed one of their sandwiches which are stunning. They are great value as they are huge and supplied with chips and salad. The farm shop is well stocked, with in-house bakery, sandwich shop, gift shop and butchers. There is a large free car park on site and with it being easy access from junction 3 of the M42 is well worth a visit.

We had a quick bite to eat and hot drink at their cafe, staff are friendly and quick service. Well organised and presented shop. Plenty of parking spaces and a lot more shops to see around. Well worth a visit.

Placed a birthday cake order at the bakery and Meg and the team smashed it! It was exactly what I wanted and then some! Reasonably priced and delicious too - won’t go anywhere else for occasion cakes now

Beautiful to see the sunflower 🌻 fields and brilliant for all the bees to collect pollen, the farm shop also has some very fresh and tasty produce

We went to Upton upon Severn to look for an interior design shop. On our way back to the car park, my friend decided to introduce me to this long established family owned and run business. I believe it is now 2nd generation. My friend always buys her Christmas pudding from this delightful artisan pudding shop. We called in late afternoon to get some puddings as a dessert. At this point in the afternoon, I believe the savoury puddings are sold out; a very good sign in my opinion. I opted for the "Black & Blue" pudding. It was utterly delicious. The blueberry with a blackcurrant sauce and a light fluffy sponge is divine. It is a super-fruity tasting pud. This is a decent sized pudding and there is no scrimping on the fruit/sauce and it microwaved really well. I'm embarrassed to admit, that I was so pleased with the look of it that I ate the lot before remembering that I should have taken a photo! The Pudding Shop, is just of the main road, on a small industrial estate, so it has parking at the front, which is helpful if you need this. I liked the fact that you can see the work area from the counter at the front of the shop. The service was polite and helpful. I am sure the next time I visit my friend's in Malvern, we will be heading back to the Pudding Shop, so I can sample more puds. If you are in the locality and love puddings and/or supporting local family run businesses, then I can highly commend the Pudding Shop. Sadly, I didn't pay enough attention, so I am not sure if special dietary needs are catered for.

Just eaten the steak and kidney puddings we had hiding in the freezer following our visit (and purchases) in May. Absolutely delicious, light pastry and lots of tender, tasty filling. A delight now that the weather is turning. Highly recommended.

We recently visited the Pudding shop, it was towards the end of the day and sadly they had sold out of there meat puddings, the selection looked yummy. We did purchase some dessert puds. Service excellent and super friendly.

I travel to the pudding shop and buy at least 9 puddings. I love them so much I give them to my friends and family. Each one is its own masterpiece, and the flavours are out of this world. Wonderful hosts, Justine and Colin. I think I will end up 15/20 stone..lol

Just eaten one of the awesome steak and Guinness suet puddings. Totally amazing, hand made traditional comfort food. Nom nom nom. Beautiful slow cooked steak and the Guinness gravy was just the right amount. The steak and stilton one is also good, I have also tried the cheesy one too. Can't recommend these puddings enough, a small family producer who is passionate about what they produce. Lovely sweet puddings as well,. my favourites are black and blue and salted caramel Something for everyone

Bought some Steak & Guinness and Steak & Stilton puddings and was so looking forward to eating them! Got to say I was a little disappointed, the suet was lovely but the amount of meat/gravy was really poor

What an amazing little bakery! There's so much packed in to this cosy shop and everything looked delicious. We bought a selection of pastries - while they're maybe more expensive than supermarket alternatives, they were huge and absolutely delish, so totally worth it. The staff member who served us was so lovely and friendly too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you're looking for some yummy baked goods in Worcester.

Update following response from PCB - thanks for your reply. I've checked the online prices and weights and can confirm that you overcharged me. To find the details online you must scroll down to shop & click on order now, which I didn't and most people won't. I just looked at the bread & pastry pages as I wasn't going to spend over £30 or order online. Maybe you could add a link there to the prices page? For anyone interested here are the prices for the Malvern sour: £3.25 for 400g (390g in my case) £5 for 800g Cinnamon bun £3.50, not £3.90 as you state so I paid an additional premium. As if it wasn't expensive enough! Please see photo. And that's why you need to have a price list wherever you sell your bread. Original post - I travel around the UK a lot and buy sourdough wherever I go and the Malvern Sour I bought yesterday at Broadway food festival whilst having a good flavour, crust & crumb sadly wins the prize for being the smallest, most expensive loaf I've ever bought at 390g. I weighed it when I got home. Not sure of the exact price as there was no labelling at all, or prices, and the guy who sold it to me didn't know the weight. I wonder how customers know what to buy without asking a load of questions which I did and he was none too pleased about, even though I was one of his first customers of the day. And he was the marketing and communications manager. Anyway I paid £7.15 for it together with an unremarkable cinnamon bun so around £3.50 I think. That's the Cotswold premium for you I guess. More expensive even than The Artisan Baker in Cheltenham & Stroud @ £3.70 for 550g (as displayed on their website).

I visited your lovely shop in Worcester and bought The Malvern Sour and A Ryeful Loaf. These were the best sourdoughs I’ve ever tasted. They also freeze very well. I will definitely go back soon and look forward to trying different ones you have.

I had a 20-minute change at the nearby train station and decided to go for a short walk around Worcester. Walked into this charming shop a block away from the station and picked up a seeded sourdough bread and a delicious looking almond croissant. It was hands down the best croissant I have ever had - and I have had a lot of croissants. The service was kind, chill, and created that home away from home ambiance. If you are ever in Worcester, this is definitely an experience to try - you might find yourself writing your first review!

People say bread overpriced, I totally disagree, the quality speaks for itself. The loaf I bought tastes like bread used to before, cheap ingredients and chemicals took over . The lady who served us was knowledgeable about the process of making it and explaining it is totally natural so shouldn't bloat me like alot of cheaper bread does . She was friendly and helpful and after having the bread for tea will 100% go back . Totally recommend for foodies who love beautifully made , tasty bread .

Was in Worcester for several days and needed a loaf of sliced bread so stopped into this location. The sales clerk seemed disinterested, but rang up the purchase and we left. The following day I realized that the bread wasn’t fresh baked, nor a locally produced food. Shame on me for not reading the label before purchase or recognising the location wasn’t a bakery. Worse was recognising that there seems to be little quality control in the factory, as the loaf had obvious air pocket issues and was showing rope spoilage. It was a shame, because the slices I’d toasted were nice. Overall though, the experience was unsatisfactory for the reasons shared.

We asked Nicola to make us a wedding cake for eighty people which we needed to transport to Slovenia. The consultation was detailed and fun, and the cake produced exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, tasted great and was so well constructed that it survived two whole days of travel across Europe by car. Nicola also provided photographic evidence of the cake being made to assist with Customs queries. She could not do enough for us and we are happy to recommend her services.

Nicola made us the most beautiful wedding cake. Nicola made a fantastic cake for my husbands 80th birthday encompassing his love of old cards and first very special Ford V8 Pilot. He was thrilled with it and it was admired and enjoyed by all our guests, tasted pretty good too!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Nicola for our wedding cake. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from the very beginning. We were given a wonderful tasting session where we could pick out some flavours to try, and it really helped us decide what we wanted. I (Ryan) was genuinely blown away by how good the chocolate orange flavour was, it was a real highlight! Nicola was more than happy to adjust the strength of flavour to suit our preferences, whether that meant adding more orange to the chocolate or extra white chocolate to the raspberry, every flavour turned out absolutely perfect. During the tasting, Nicola also showed us different size references for the cake, which made it so much easier for us to pick the right size and number of tiers (even if we ended up with more cake than we needed, but hey, who’s complaining?). We had a really thorough design process with Nicola, she took the time to discuss every detail with us, from the overall look and shape to the size of the pearls and the colours we wanted. We even explored how fresh flowers could be incorporated into the cake’s design, and she made sure to show us all the options so we could visualise it perfectly. Nothing was rushed, and Nicola’s attention to detail made us feel so confident that our vision would be brought to life on the day. On the wedding day, the cake looked stunning, especially working with our florist to add the real flowers. It was lovely to see Nicola herself setting it up that morning, she even gave us both a big hug and wished us the best, which made it feel so personal and special. Being lovers of cake, it was really important to find the right supplier for our wedding. Having looked around at a few suppliers, we found Helen on Facebook and straight away knew we wanted to meet her. A little further out than our local area, we visited her house to sample some of her bakes from the flavours that we had requested. As soon as we met Helen, we knew that she was the right person as she seemed so lovely. We then tried her cakes and were blown away, it was a lovely experience in her kitchen and the cakes were delicious. We booked her as soon as we left and felt that her personal touch, cost and quality were too good to miss out on. The next stages were seamless, great communication and Helen made sure that in the days leading up to the wedding, we had nothing to worry about. She delivered the cakes as agreed and set them up with the flowers that were provided by the florist. It all looked so perfect and tasted even better than we remembered. All guests were so complimentary and we are so happy we booked Helen. We would recommend her 100% and will definitely use her again in the future for any other special occasions. Rich and Claire

I have no idea which higher being was guiding me when I was looking for someone to make our wedding cake, but I’m eternally grateful to have found Helen’s Cakery! From the second we made contact with with Helen, to the moment we laid eyes and tasted the finished product, it has been nothing short of perfection…if not beyond so. I asked for a Mexican wedding cake design, and boy, did Helen deliver that, and more (including gluten-free cupcakes for our niece)! The wedding cake was a surprise for my now wife, with flavour tiers consisting of chocolate, St Clements and classic Vanilla (Victoria Sponge). {This is where I blow a IMMENSE chef’s kiss!}. The hugely detailed and intricate design work blew us away. I knew it was going to be good, I just didn’t realise to what extent! My now wife, upon seeing the cake, had her breath taken away, then cried tears of joy! It was so emotional, even the cake was in tiers! (A joke from my wedding speech!) Helen’s professionalism, patience, advice and above all else friendliness and care, is second to none. One last thing. And nobody tell Helen I said this next bit, because I’ll deny it…. I was terrified about how much the cake might cost to make, appreciating how much time and effort would need to go in to making it. When Helen gave me her price I was very pleasantly surprised. It was a LOT less than I expected. And when I finally saw the cake on our wedding day, I would have happily paid double the amount! Please, please, please, I implore you to ask Helen to make your cake, whatever the occasion. We, for one, will not even consider going elsewhere for any of ours. Finally,, to Helen: Thank you! You are nothing short of wonderful and amazing. A true master artist, who cares deeply about her profession and clients.

Helen was amazing from the get go! She went above and beyond in our cake tasting so we could fully evaluate all options. She instantly got the vision and look we were going for and made recommendations based on her multitude of experience and artistry. She set up incredibly quickly and beautifully (despite the heavy rain!) and the cake was even better than I could have possibly envisioned. As beautiful as the cake was, I can’t even begin to describe how wonderfully it tasted. The glowing reviews from the guests and how quickly all the cupcakes (especially the chocolate ones) disappeared was just a testament to how amazing they were. I personally, absolutely recommend the salted caramel, it was absolutely divine! Helen is fantastic and I can’t recommend her enough!

Helen made my 60th birthday cake. It was simply amazing. Everyone thought it was both incredible to look at and wonderful to eat. Helen was also able to work with my food allergies and was very patient with my need to check ingredients. I could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you, Helen.

Helen made the cake for our wedding last week and it was absolutely stunning - and delicious! We sent over some inspiration photos but ultimately left it to her and so it was such a wonderful surprise to see the finished cake. The raspberry and pistachio was especially good and I am kind of sad the guests thought so too as there was then less for us to eat the next day. After ordering and tasting Karen's sample cakes, we had a consultation session with Karen where we chose her to be the cake supplier for our wedding. Karen is exceptionally creative with her cakes and has a huge range of examples she's made before. We wanted a three tier cake with different flavours and showed a picture of what we wanted the cake to look like, and Karen explained the sizing options. She was able to make exactly what we asked for. The pricing was really good and we even requested to go up a size and Karen was really accommodating - she was always prompt with replying to emails. We served our cake as the third course of our wedding breakfast and the guests loved it! Thankyou Karen for doing an amazing job - if we ever need a fabulous cake again, we know exactly where to come!

We booked Karen for our wedding cake a couple years ago, after trying some samples she posted out to us. Karen was very kind and friendly throughout the whole planning stages, quick to answer over email and provided a telephone consultation nearer to our wedding date to confirm final designs. The moment I saw our cake on the I was gobsmacked at how gorgeous it was, and how perfectly Karen captured my vision! The detail, time and care that Karen put into our cake was second to none. Not only did it look beautiful, but the taste was amazing! We went for dairy free lemon cake, and I can honestly say you would have no idea it was dairy free! Best wedding cake I’ve ever tasted!! I’m not a big cake eater, so finding a wedding cake I liked was a tall task, but Karen’s cakes blew me out of the water. Incredibly tasty and gorgeous. ❤️ We went for 3 layers: raspberry and white chocolate, lemon, and coffee and OMG were they all fantastic! I wish I could live in the lemon in particular! 🥰🤤 I can only recommend her for your wedding and I’m incredibly excited to get to defrost the wedding cake I still have in my freezer!!

Wowzers trousers! Charlotte made the most beautiful wedding cake for us. We visited her with very vague ideas of what we wanted and followed her excellent guidance. She listened to our thoughts and designed the most stunning cake which was so delicious. All of our guests have commented on the taste and flavour of the bakes, along with how amazing it looked. Her careful attention to detail making the flowers that looked so realistic is incredible. We could not have dreamt a better wedding cake and thank her from the bottom of our hearts.

Charlotte could not have been more helpful or more talented!! She created our dream cake for our recent wedding, which we could not wait for our guests to see. I don't think any of us had seen hand painted cakes before - let alone with this level of detail. Two ideas we loved were brought together by Charlotte in the most incredible way. Charlotte created the cake for our wedding on 23.07.24 and it was everything we ever wished for. The whole experience of working with Charlotte has been incredible. From the really welcoming in person consultation and yummy cake tasting, to the design process, delivery and execution of the most incredible wedding cake. The personal touches of a drawing of our cake was also so amazing and something I can't wait to frame and treasure. The talking point however was definitely the hand drawing of our beloved dog Blu, jumping up at the flowers. You have such an incredible talent!! We have kept the top tier for future celebrations and we are still very much enjoying some of the leftovers too. The cake is soooo good. Thank you Charlotte, we will sure be back again in the future for more celebration cakes and I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

The wedding cake of my absolute dreams, could not recommend Charlotte more. After finding her on instagram in 2021 and booking her for my mums wedding cake, I knew no one else would do my own wedding cake. And what she created was an absolute vision. My wedding venue had never seen a cake so perfect and my guests thought it must be fake as a cake couldn’t look so beautiful. I was stunned and thank you so much to Charlotte.

I attended a personalised a cake decorating class with Charlotte for ganache, fondant and sugar flowers. Charlotte was a brilliant teacher and engaging throughout the session. I learnt a lot and she was very patient as I practiced the techniques. I would love to attend another learning session in the future.

From the very first bite, we knew we had chosen the perfect wedding cake. Not only was it a stunning centerpiece that had our guests gasping in awe, but it was also hands-down the most delicious cake we've ever tasted. I contacted Dani about a cake for my husband's birthday last weekend. She responded super quick and had no problem filling the order with only a weeks notice. I let her run wild with a few suggestions and she made a gorgeous chocolate and cookie cake that we "unfortunately" have had to eat just the two of us due to lockdown. What a shame! ;) It is absolutely delicious and so well made. She even designed a special topper just for him. I wish her the best and hopefully will find an excuse to order again!

Daniela is amazing at making custom Birthday cakes. I needed a muddy puddle Peppa Pig cake for my daughters 3rd Birthday & she definitely did not dissapoint! Danielle made our wedding cake and wow, what a cake it was! Danielle was recommended to me by a friend, who had been told by another friend how fantastic her cakes tasted! If that’s not good business, I don’t know what is! I reached out to Danielle on her Instagram and the whole process from there, was so easy and stress free! We met up for a coffee to discuss the flavours and what we wanted the cake to look like. This was a great personal touch and Danielle is so down to earth! We had a specific allergy to support and Danielle adapted all 3x flavours to cater to this, when we had previously been told no by someone else! The cake looked and tasted phenomenal, Danielle is so talented! If you want perfection and amazing flavour with natural ingredients, Danielle’s is definitely the one!

Oh my goodness… Danielle is beyond amazing! This was so much more than a cake, it was a work or art. I can’t thank you enough, you really did make our wedding cake dreams come true. I’ve had several celebration cakes and cannot recommend Katie highly enough. She has an amazing attention to detail. The cakes are a work of art and have always exceeded my expectations. This is my most favourite place to visit in Malvern - perfect for all ages, very inclusive - they even have a dedicated space for people with dogs. The pastries are outstanding, as are the larger dishes and the team are 10/10 when it comes to hospitality and wonderful service.

THE YUMMIEST BEANS ON TOAST! Tried Faun for the first time and wow, was blown away! The Smokey beans on toast was insanely good! Loved the crispy onions. Amazing portion size too. The coffee was also delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

What a delicious selection of pastries Faun has to offer, they were absolutely irresistible and really very tasty. We sat in for Breakfast on a calm Saturday morning. The milk for my latte was well textured, the pan con tomate were well seasoned and for a brief moment I felt as though I was in Spain. Beautiful vista views from the cafe and welcoming staff. This makes for a lovely pit stop in beautiful Malvern ✨

I’ve lost count of the return visits I’ve made to Faun over the years - they’re consistently welcoming, alongside providing a beautiful place to relax and enjoy delicious provisions. Me and my boyfriend bought a pastry in the morning, and there was no sort of clear queue so we waited for a while slightly clueless. Then we got served, absolutely fine customer service at the time until we sat down on one of the tables and one of the ladies behind the counter came over and pretty much said to us “why are you sat down” and we both were extremely confused. She then proceeded to tell us that we had no right to sit there as we have to pay for it and that we were told up at the counter whilst paying. him and I just said back that we were never told, even on two separate occasions as we both ordered separately. She then proceeded to be rude, with not one slight notion of sympathy. Do not get the beef/steak pasty either.

Rarely had any complaints with the food but after going in there every day the last couple weeks I can’t be bothered to deal with the poor customer service anymore, atmosphere could not be more dour, staff don’t even try to hide their contempt towards customers. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Shame, had great potential.

Had a coronation chicken sandwich, which was nice and fresh, and a coffee. Reasonably priced. Good location. It is let down, though, by poor service. As many other reviews state, the staff seem more interested in carrying on with their own conversations rather than concentrating on the customers. I was also amused that one of the staff proceeded to carry my order around the cafe complaining that she didn't know who it was for, or who took the order..... there were only 2 customers in the place at the time, and 1 was already eating.... hmmmm , who could it have been for. Bad service is always remembered.

If you are looking for an excellent independant bakery and café (in an Art Déco style), we ate a lovely lunch in here. The chilli, baked potatoes and all day breakfast were all excellent. Makes a real change from chain restaurants. Support proper local businesses like this.

Went in here to get a sweet treat/cake, and was served by an extremely rude woman. I asked for something that they didn't have and instead of politely correcting me so had a very rude tone. This is somewhere i won't ever be returning too. Sort out your customer service skills.

We went here today and there were 3 people behind the counter chatting away and one mopping the floor.I don't think any of them made any attempt to serve.After waiting and waiting we left and bought food elsewhere.Terrible.

Called in around 9.30 am for breakfast after a morning walk. Plenty of people already sat eating. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the place had a good atmosphere. Clean tidy and well presented. We went for the smaller cooked breakfast, which was just right for us, but there was plenty of other choice of food available. It was served on a hot plate and all freshly cooked. Very nice

We stopped off here during a cycle for some lunch and we weren't disappointed. The ploughman's was delicious. It took a little while to arrive but was worth the wait. There's a garden around the back so it's easy to leave your bikes around the back too. Definitely recommended for lunch!

Had Mothers day brunch here yesterday very nice cafe , the Starter was very nice mushroom stuff with blue cheese with salad so good, the main was really good the Salmon with the white wine sauce and potatoes..well I must say, the dessert was perfect. I would recommend any time.

Busy on a Saturday morning which I assume is a good sign- nice friendly service. No biscuits with my cappacino, after I was served another girl was opening a fresh box so they'd obviously run out (easy to do but also make a note and give the biscuit- it goes so well with the coffee). Drinks prices were iffy- nearly £2 for a fruit shoot- really! Small class of diet coke -£2.40- silly price! The menu is vast, almost too much choice (perhaps the kitchen could handle a smaller menu better) ordered small dirty fries, baguette, sandwich and macaroni cheese. Mac & cheese was fine, wasn't home made but was fine. Loaded fries- fries were undercooked and had 3 slices of pepperoni so definitely not loaded. BLT baguette was really good. Tuna sandwich was poor, thin, dry bread, sloppy tuna mayo (again not homemade). Apart from the service- the young girl was polite and efficient and clearly working hard, but I wouldn't return.

The baked goods are wonderful. However there is this one man, who has previously barged past some of the young girls that work there. Making them visibility very uncomfortable. Putting it down to a bad day. But the next time we went, the same man was quite rude, sarcastic and quite unpleasant. Eg, chatting to ourselves about what pies we want. When we ask. Yeah yeah I know.. not great customer service, or very nice to his peers. I hope you're aware of how he behaves

We purchased two spicy vegetable pasties yesterday, and while one was enjoyable and tasted good, the other was unfortunately stale and had a sticky texture that suggested spoilage. The inconsistency in quality between the two pasties was disappointing. Hopefully, the bakery will take steps to ensure more consistent quality in the future.

Very disappointed had pasties from there in the past. But today ordered a chicken pastie and a beef and Stilton. Neither had any meat in them just packed with veg. I can safely say I WILL never return and would never recommend anybody else does

As far as I am concerned they sell the best pasties in England,always delicious,only down side if none of you favs are left, they won't put anymore in for you this was at 1:30pm, other than that food is always good

This place is making it difficult not to indulge. Their school cake is my absolute favourite, and the cookies are great too! The service is very hit and miss depending on who's working the counter - mostly incredibly friendly and welcoming and other times very cold. They also stock nice drinks not available in supermarkets.

Expected better tbh. Had a tuna and cucumber baguette … and I can only guess that they were running out of tuna.. as I had a very thin paste of it. All I could taste was the bread.

The best value, best staff and best food anywhere! A generous baguette or sandwich, cake of your choice and any drink for £4.50!! Can't beat it! Luckily we went inside before a steady stream of customers came in! And trust me, the shop was constantly packed the whole time. I had 1 of the best oat lattes I've had in ages. Can't recommend highly enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly staff and good prices. However, I'd avoid the jam donuts - virtually no jam and the tiny bit you get is very dry. Very disappointed, but no need for a napkin to wipe your hands when the jam oozes out !

I think some of the reviews on here must have been written by people who have confused this beautiful French bakery/deli with another shop. We have used Le Delice for around 15 years and still marvel at the quality of the cheeses, meats, pates and pastries. The prices are very fair and the service is friendly and helpful. We are very fortunate to have this exceptional local business in Malvern. It's a wonderful place that we absolutely love! Thank you to all at Le Delice!

I count myself very fortunate to live just around the corner from this absolute gem of a place. A great selection of French pastries and savoury treats, freshly baked bread, lots and lots of cheeses and gorgeous deli food. The staff are really lovely and always make you feel welcome. I’m close to buying up the whole shop every time I go in! Surprisingly good value too considering the quality. The opera cake and coffee eclair are particular favourites of mine. Give this place a try if you haven’t already, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic French bakery and patisserie with deli counter and all manner of delicious things. Best croissants you will find outside of France and all made in house. You can taste the love and care that goes into all the products and the staff are always just so helpful , a real family business with a great community spirit. Moving to Malvern after living in France for the best part of five years, I was delighted to find this patisserie and then its sister shop Au Bon Pain. Fabulous bread, pastries, macrons and a wonderful selection of cheeses and other deli items. The prices of the cheese are honestly comparable to what I used to pay at my local outdoor market in SW France. The staff are always so warm and friendly while being very professional. I have been very impressed with how they have managed the customer experience throughout the pandemic - it feels reassuringly safe shopping there and yet is still just as friendly and personal an experience. If you want to transport your taste buds to France, go on in and treat yourself!

A vat of weak coffee - far too much. Had to pay for another shot, but hardly made a difference in the huge cup! Sarcastic staff member. Peanut cake was OK. Ambiance nil - uncomfortable chairs, no music, half dead plants on the window sill. I'm local and will never go there again! I do not recommend.

Not a good place. Ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 milkshakes. 2/3 sandwiches had something wrong with them. The strawberry milkshake tasted like normal milk. No toilets even though there is seating. The seating is no tight inside you're sitting on top of each other. Don't recommend.

Visited first time and very dissapointed, as its local independent bakery Id expect more unique selection of bakery. Its mostly cakes, few breads and only had white crusty rolls...no other rolls at all? Soft rolls wrapped in foil is just a no. Lidl has better selection, owners should definitely visit Europe, Germany etc, youd find 20 different types of rolls/bakery

Traditional British Bakery offering a large selection of cakes and savouries. I went with a savoury roll (meat & veg) and and jam Danish type thing. Both were good, the savory roll maybe a bit too salty but the Danish afterwards made up for that 👍

Today was the fourth time I have bought a quiche from the store and have been told every time that the one I want has bacon in it which I wanted and was looking forward to enjoying. However once I have returned to my sisters house to enjoy my quiche I have become very disappointed in the service and product due to every slice of quiche had no bacon at all in it so I've ended up with nothing more than a cheese and onion quiche after being told by the staff in the store that the quiche had bacon in. I heard good things about the store in the beginning but after four visits for the same item and having the same outcome I would not recommend the quiche to anyone.

This is a review of GREGGS 104 High St, Bromsgrove B61 8EX It's the staff and food that make me want to come back to Greggs. This Greggs was ok years ago; staff were friendly and food tasty and warm and I would visit many times when in the area. Went in recently and one staff member refused to accept my app purchase. He was extremely rude to me and told me that he could not help me. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that he was management! I had not seen this guy before - he was the black staff member. I was made to leave the shop without purchase. I then had to walk 10-15 minutes to the other Greggs which was very happy to accept my purchase. I refuse to be treated like this by the manager of Greggs in the high street of Bromsgrove and demand an apology. My advice: do not use Greggs on the high street of Bromsgrove. If you have an issue with your food or purchase, the manager will try to assert his authority and be very rude with you and ignore and belittle you to tears.

Sausage rolls were very hard and cold. Otherwise service was super smooth and prompt. The place was very clean and well kept. However the shelves were very bare. I've been here a few times and find they work around the factory times nearby. If you go in at 3pm, there will be very minimum. However, go in at 1 and its full.

Customer service was nice and efficient. The store was messy and dirty and there was barely anything on the shelves.

This branch is generally really just at lunchtimes (which is when I go in) however the girls are always polite courteous and helpful. Manager is focussed on delivering good customer service and does it well. A fine example to her staff.

I have found the staff at this shop to be incredibly rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. Every request feels like I am being an inconvenience to them. Each visit has left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Due to the consistently poor customer service, I now avoid this shop entirely. I strongly advise others to consider alternative options where customer service is valued.

For that special occasion you can order a wide range of Genoa sponge, chocolate sponge or fruit cakes decorated to your requirements. Reasonable prices and friendly service too.

A lovely little gem in Kidderminster! The Bread House is a cute and quirky bakery offering a great range of fresh lunch sandwiches, baguettes, and breads – all made on-site. There’s also a tempting selection of sweet treats like cookies, éclairs, and doughnuts. I tried the chocolate doughnut, which was soft and tasty, but the star for me was the toffee puff – packed with cream and absolutely delicious. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating available, but it can get quite busy, so plan ahead if you want to sit in. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Had an amazing experience at the Bread House in Kidderminster! The fresh, delicious food, especially the unbeatable bueno doughnut and custard, was a highlight. Their sourdough bread selection, including the Italian and Kracher, is a must-try. Plus, the coffee is delicious, and the staff are incredibly helpful. DOG FRIENDLY PLACE!!! Highly recommend!

We come every week for fresh soughdough bread, coffee and amazing cakes. The sandwiches, kebabs, hot dogs and ice cream are also lovely as are the staff. There is always something new to try like the dubai donuts and pistachio donuts which are 😋 delicious.

First picture is what we ordered online and the following pictures are of what we received. Firstly, i ordered the cake online and i was told to pick it up the following day in time for my boys 8th birthday. I arrived near to half 12 the following day when I said i was here to pick up an order they tried telling me i hadnt made an order even though i showed them the recipt and order number i was then told the cake wasn't ready and i had to return in an hour. I had drove over an hour to collect the cake to be told I still had to wait over an hour. After waiting an hour i returned to the shop and when i was presented with the cake i noticed the pattern on the side is of a chequered flag instead of the football pattern. When I questioned this the staff member tried telling me it was supposed to be like that it was only until I pointed at the the same cake on display that had the correct pattern on did the staff member apologise. The icing was also in a terrible state. I asked for a replacement as it wasn't has stated in the picture online. They said it wouldn't be ready in time as I need the cake for the following day. In a way to compensate the staff member tried to offer a £5 note in a way of an apology. In the end I found an alternative in short notice. I would recommend not to use this shop and look elsewhere. Update: The cake box contacted my partner so I spoke to who I'm assuming is the manager or owner asking me if I would remove this review if we were to recieve a refund. I said I'd update the review once we had recieved the refund. We've since recieved the refund and now my partner is being pestered by the same man demanding we remove the review. Like I said, I'd update and not remove as I have. My advice is still the same and you should find elsewhere for a cake for a special occasion.

I have used these guys several times for their cupcakes which we use as props for photoshoots. We have never been anything but thrilled with the quality of the cakes and the service. The cupcakes always look stunning and more importantly, they taste delicious too! The customer service has been excellent, as they can accommodate our special orders with no fuss. Highly recommended.

I ordered the Vanilla Fruit Crown Cheesecake as a gift for my pregnant sister for her baby shower yesterday, as she had been craving a nice, soft cheesecake for a long time. Seeing all the great reviews and how great the photos all looked, I thought it would be perfect. The images of that cheesecake online was beautiful, loads of fruit on top. I ordered it for collection at 2pm, but hadn't had a call, email, or text from cake box saying it was ready to collect, or saying anything at all. It got to half 2, I called but no one answered, so I just went to check in store after confirming I had given my correct contact details. When I got there, the staff member seemed very confused when I told him I was meant to collect at 2 but hadn't heard from them that it was ready, before he suddenly asked "oh was it a vanilla cheesecake?". When I confirmed, he claimed he had tried to contact me to say they had none in stock, saying I didn't answer. Again, I had received absolutely no contact from Cake Box after the order confirmation email. He said he could do a chocolate one for me, and confirmed he could decorate it with all the same fruit on the top as there was meant to be on the vanilla fruit crown one. When he brought it out, my heart sank. The glazing to make the fruit look shiny just looked straight up unappealing and gloopy, and he had seemingly haphazardly chucked a few random fruits on the top of the badly piped cream. Pineapples, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin segments, half mushed raspberries, and 1 cut up strawberry. The vanilla crown one I had ordered was loaded on top with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, all laid beautifully. It seemed that he had received absolute minimal training in cake decoration, or just didn't care. The shop wasn't busy and I hadn't rushed him. I was going to be leaving for the baby shower as soon as I collected the cheesecake, but after seeing what he brought out, I lost faith in the job being done properly, and left gutted with it so as to not lose more time. Thankfully I am a baker myself and love to decorate cakes, I had to practically run through crowds of people going to the Victorian Fayre, to get to Tesco, buy strawberries and chocolate, run home, remove the gooey glazed fruits from the top, and redecorate it myself in 10 minutes, nearly making myself late, so I could present it to my sister without feeling guilty for putting a mess Infront of her. The base of the cheesecake was good thankfully, but this experience has made it that I doubt I'll order again from cake box. I've added pictures of the cheesecake I ordered (1+2), what he gave me (3), and the effort I had to go to to fix it (4).

Really impressed! Affordable, good quality and really tasty! We ordered 3 plain white iced cakes to decorate ourselves for our wedding party and they did not disappoint. Would recommend and use in the future.

We bought some cake for a birthday party a month ago. To our shock the cake had a dead fly stuck to its side. I waited a month before I posted these images as I have tried to contact their customer service through their website and I got no response. When I went back to the shop to complain, the people who work there are clearly not trained properly to deal with customer complaints. They kept on saying it's not their fault because they buy the sponge cake from elsewhere and they just decorate it!!! If you don't like flies in your food, I would recommend avoiding this shop.

I have been here 3 times lately and each time there has been no butter on the baguettes so I won't buy any more of those and the 1st time I went they had no sausage rolls and it was a 20 minute wait for some so I left it. I think the staff are very nice. It's a shame really because it's nice and clean in there

We have just been to Greggs 4 pools Evesham. We bought two hot bakes. A Chicken and a vegetable. My wife bit into the vegetable bake. It was freezing cold. We went straight to the counter. To be told. There is nothing they could do. Very poor customer service. Will not be visiting again.

The roll was stale and the entire shop was filthy. Some food looked like it had been stuck to the wall for a long time. Doesn't make you feel good about yourself having to eat in such a tip.

Second day of being open, empty and still dirty tables and floors. Asked for a hot pepperoni pizza and apparently it's not safe to heat already cooked food. Nice start!

Eat in every Wednesday, food ok but what a great shame no one wipes the tables or sweeps the floor, even the chairs are a disgrace to sit on. Get your act together. Take more pride

Absolutely awful service, went in there for pizza slices at the 1pm and they didn’t have any on the shelf, also they refused to make anymore when we ask and it didn’t even close till 7pm. The older guy is very rude! Has an attitude problem. It’s the worst Greggs I’ve been to. Not friendly at all!! Very poor customer service. Avoid!!

Terrible. The service is something else this guy came to this group and kicked them out or whatever for acting up. Then he storms over to us and tells us to get out to we said we werent apart of that group and he said u have to paid for something to sit in and my friend brought the yum yums from there and we said we had something he screamed at us to get out and slamed open the door onto someone out of the group that got kicked out. Disgustingly rude.

Mandy who works here was too awesome. She was just finishing with preparing the bacon and as she took my order I observed how she went first to wash her hands. She is absolutely awesome at her job and I’ll be visiting again. A true asset to greggs. A+

Takes that long for them to serve customers even though the food is cooked and on display! It would be quicker to buy the ingredients yourself and cook from scratch as you wait over 10mins just to get a sausage roll anyway

Almost no food and after I ordered two sausage rolls they took one to fulfil an online order.

Come here once a week, usually got everything i want (wedges) and staff are great. Libby was working today and was very nice to myself as-well as informative to other staff members who she was maybe training. Very good too see & hence the review :)

Lovely Greggs food with standard Greggs quality. The service here is often slow though so I definitely recommend click and collect which they do very efficiently and I've never had a problem with that!

Been going to this greggs for the last few years and the standards have really declined in the last month or so. Queues out the door with only one member of staff serving whilst another is stocktaking and someone else is cleaning the walls out the back. The state of the food displays are shocking as pasties are carelessly thrown into the hot cab and sweet pastries are incorrectly marketed and mixed in with each other. And also over Christmas, opening times were non existent. They used to be a really friendly team in store before as they were all really helpful but now with new colleagues, standards have drastically dropped!

Does anyone remember when Greggs WASN'T Greggs ? Anyone ? It was called Braggs, and they weren't the high class establishment they are today. I think BAKEY BAKE BAKER'S would be a much better name, or even Cholesterol R US ! 😲😯🤨🤔😵😁😂

Charged me an extra 80p to eat a barely warm pasty inside then told me it was too late to remove the amount from the till so I have to pay it. With it raining outside they didn't leave me much choice. Gregg's you have lost my business.

Feels very hygienic and despite being very busy, excellent servicr and food always really fresh. Particularly noticed on several occasions how dedicated the guy is who refills the chillers and cabinets, he works really hard to make sure everything is topped up and is well presented. Employees always cleaning too around too, great job done by all I say !

Small busy and always well stocked and the staff in there are very friendly and polite has a couple of tables outside for seating and some inside.

Great cup fresh tasting tea . Sausage rolls stone cold and no hot ones available a common problem here . My steak bake was dark brown and had almost no filling it had leaked out the edge it was barely warm. Very disappointing this visit ,sorry.

Usually love going to Gregg's, it's a rare treat. But I wont use the branch in Kidderminster under the swan centre again. The staff I found not only to be ignorant but rude, too engrossed in their personal conversation to apply any form of customer service or friendliness. My purchase was made with no please thank you or smile, unlike staff at other branches who are polite and friendly.

If I could give this company a 0 stars, I would. Came to the store today and the woman on the kiosk, put a ‘be back in 10 minute’ sign up as I was coming to the store and made eye contact with her. Afterwards I found out her name was Nikki. This is great customer service. That they would rather go outside for a chat and cigarette break. Than serve a customer. And get sales. Great customer service. Guess they don’t put customers first at all! Avoid coming here at all costs. Go to the supermarkets and get them. It’s easier: you can get them and you won’t get any horrible service either. As you can self check out.

Recently had the pleasure of trying some homemade cakes, and they were absolutely divine! Each cake is a perfect blend of taste and presentation. The sponge is light and moist, and the flavours are rich but never overpowering. You can really tell that every detail has been carefully crafted with a lot of thought and passion. They look stunning and taste even better, perfect for any occasion. Easily the best homemade cakes I’ve had in ages, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Absolutely amazing service and food quality it 1st class. You want to sit on cloud 9? Then I recommend the amazing cupcakes. They are amazing and melt in your mouth. Not like the mass produced rubbish in shops. You want to make someone feel loved then order the cupcakes you will have their heart.
