Restaurant
Cappuccino is a sophisticated and popular cafe known for its delicious desserts, including tiramisu, ice cream, raspberry tarts, and French pastries. The menu also offers a variety of beverages such as hot chocolate, coffee, and juices. It's a contemporary spot favored by tourists during the day for its tasty coffee, sandwiches, muffins, and pastries. The casual atmosphere makes it an ideal place to unwind with family or friends.
very nice place one of the most delicious food that i tried in tangier staff are very friendly and the service is amazing keep it up

Very nice café, the food is good and you get to experience traditional moroccan breakfast with its different bread types. I tasted something called "amlou" and it was really nice.
Wanderfly T — Google review
Service was absolutely crap. The guy had us waiting over half an hour, but kept saying 5 minutes. He was checking the girls out the little weirdo. Then getting them seated before us. Also, this guy must have never brushed his teeth in his life. I’m sure he doesn’t own a tooth brush. Had to give him a mint so he doesn’t ruin peoples appetites. Ended up leaving him the whole pack cos he needs it more than anyone else in this whole universe. Pizza was nice. Atmosphere is amazing. The place is really nice. Dessert and milkshakes are mediocre, nothing too special. I’d go back for the pizza though. Toilets are nice and clean. So if you need to drop some logs, don’t hesitate to go into their toilets after. Especially if you’re going to be having any milkshakes. Also, sit inside if you’re with kids. Everyone’s smoking in the outside seating area. Chips/French fries are whack. I think that’s just how it is, in the whole of Morocco. But other than that, if you’re in Tangier for a quick visit, it’s a nice place to sit and eat.

I’ve visited Cappuccino Café multiple times over the years, hoping it would improve, but unfortunately it’s been disappointing every single time. The prices are extremely high for what they offer, and the quality simply doesn’t justify the cost. The place is always overcrowded, and the music is so loud that it’s impossible to have a proper conversation. The waiters are consistently rude and unwelcoming, which really ruins the experience. The food is terrible, poorly presented, and far from fresh. The drinks menu is limited and shockingly overpriced. It feels more like a place for show-off and taking pictures than somewhere to actually enjoy a good meal or coffee. If you’re looking for quality, comfort, or good service in Tangier, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

We were here with 5 Person. We had all Asian Kitchen and food was dissapointing. The sauce was a ready to use from a Box and Not even tastefull. We were hungry - so we ate it. But food is Not a Good Place.

Cappuccino Café – Stylish But Disappointing for Coffee Lovers 😕☕ I had heard a lot about Cappuccino Café in Tangier — it’s definitely one of the well-known spots, with a beautiful space and stylish furniture ✨ The place looks impressive from the outside and inside, no doubt. But honestly? I didn’t enjoy the vibe. The seating felt cold and impersonal — the space is huge, and instead of feeling cozy, I just felt… out of place 🪑❄️ Of course, with a name like Cappuccino, I came in expecting a standout coffee experience. Unfortunately, the cappuccino I ordered was a letdown. The flavor was bland, like something you’d get from a basic Nespresso machine at home 😐 And honestly, I think I could make a better one myself! It was clear that they weren’t using specialty beans — just very standard coffee with no richness or depth. So if you’re looking for high-quality coffee, this is not the place. I also ordered a molten cake with ice cream, and surprisingly, I did enjoy that 🍫🍨 — it was the highlight of my visit. Rich, warm, and delicious. As for the rest of the menu — I didn’t try their food, but based on the atmosphere, it felt more like a place for lunch or dinner than a café for true coffee lovers 🍽️ Would I return? No, I don’t think so. There are far better places in Tangier to enjoy a real coffee experience. ☕💔
Rashid ( — Google review
The menu said one thing, but when I ordered, they brought my dish with different ingredients. I know they were extras, but I read the menu carefully to make sure I’d get what I wanted. Honestly, I didn’t like the food at all

I will not even give 1 star to this coffee shop..!!! We enter so we were looking for a shaded table and the inside was to hot becoz AC was Off, 1st guy was nice he asked us to go upstaire to check if we like a table up,but we decide to sit downstair, we choose a table was dirty we asked a waiter to clean it, he say it's not mytable, so he called another waiter to come to clean the other one said same thing it's not his duty., and another and another so they keep discussing between them and no one came..and by the way they were all just standing with no work..so we decide to leave this place...they're not professional, to maneeres ... a bad service

Restaurant
Café Panorama is a modern café located on the seafront of Tangier, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean. Whether you visit during the day to enjoy the sunlit waterfront or at night to admire the sparkling lights along Avenue Mohammed VI, this café provides a captivating experience. With an extensive 18-page menu, it caters to every craving, from traditional Moroccan breakfast options to creamy risotto for dinner and delightful parfaits for dessert.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Panorama Tanger and was very impressed by the service and ambiance. The restaurant offers a stunning view of the sea, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. What stood out the most was the strategic management of the servers. Despite the high volume of customers, the staff maintained a high level of professionalism and efficiency. Orders were taken and served promptly, always with courtesy, which greatly enhanced my dining experience. I highly recommend Panorama Tanger for anyone looking for a charming place with impeccable service in Tangier.
Psychomotricien — Google review
I came here on holiday to relax and have a good time, so on my first day, I decided to try this restaurant since it seemed popular and fairly busy. I assumed that was a good sign — unfortunately, I was wrong. The prices were high for what turned out to be a terrible dining experience. I ordered the seafood pizza, which was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The food was undercooked — it tasted like it hadn’t even been properly heated, let alone cooked through. About an hour after eating, I started vomiting. That tells you everything you need to know about the quality and safety of the food. If you’re European, like I am, I totally understand your standards and expectations when it comes to food and hygiene. This restaurant does not meet them. I strongly advise you to avoid this place — there’s clearly no concern for food safety or customer well-being. They seem to just serve whatever without care.
Ziad B — Google review
Overpriced and overrated. The only good thing here is the view of the sea, but everything else is a letdown. Honestly, they only sell you the sea view, nothing more. The service is careless, the food lacks flavor, and the prices are way too high for what you get. Definitely not worth visiting.. better to enjoy the view from somewhere else.
Nawfal K — Google review
Really nice place! The food was tasty and well served, everything fresh and full of flavor. The staff were kind and welcoming, they really make you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is cozy with a beautiful view — perfect to relax and enjoy a good meal. It can get a bit crowded sometimes, but it’s totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back!

We went in the morning with a group of friends for breakfast, the seating outside was very good with nice views. But the view is much better from the upper floor(but no outdoor seating) the food was good. We tried the Moroccon breakfast and different types of eggs
Wael — Google review
The café looks attractive from the outside and has a good location, but I was disappointed by the poor quality of service. My order was served in a cracked cup, and the glass of water was dirty. Moreover, it has been a long time since I last saw water being served in a glass instead of a bottle.
Omar Q — Google review
First time to Cafe panorama and was not impressed. Food was average and overcooked. Expensive for what it is. Small portion sizes based on the price, dry bread served with the food..who knows how old it is.. fresh orange juice, definitely not, watered down. Overall not impressed.. wouldn't recommend.. we are visiting from UK in case anyone thinks this is a local competitor bad mouthing the place.

Great place with a beautiful view. The only downside is the high prices and the loud atmosphere, as everyone tends to speak a bit louder.

Restaurant
Café Restaurant Cap Spartel is situated at the meeting point of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, offering a unique and breathtaking view. The restaurant's terrace provides an ideal vantage point to witness stunning sunsets. The menu features a variety of Moroccan dishes, snacks, paninis, crepes, salads, and fresh fish. Visitors can savor delicious Moroccan tea and traditional pancakes while taking in the picturesque surroundings.
Cap Spartel – Where Two Seas Meet and One Tagine Steals the Show Cap Spartel is that magical spot where the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea politely shake hands before going their separate ways. Standing by the lighthouse, you get sweeping views that make you feel both tiny and important at the same time — like you’ve just stumbled onto the edge of a map in an old adventure novel. On the way up, you even pass one of the King’s many palaces, a gentle reminder that while some of us collect fridge magnets, others collect entire palatial estates. Tucked into this postcard-perfect location is a charming café where the staff are so warm and welcoming, you half expect them to adopt you. I ordered the Lamb Tagine and can confidently say it was less of a meal and more of a life event. The meat was so tender it surrendered to the fork without a fight, the sauce so rich and aromatic it deserved its own fan club. For dessert, the Nutella crepe arrived positively brimming with chocolate — so generously filled that I suspect it was smuggling half the cocoa reserves of West Africa. Sweet, indulgent, and entirely unapologetic. If you find yourself anywhere near Tangier, do yourself a favour: visit Cap Spartel. Come for the views, stay for the lamb, and leave with your heart (and stomach) utterly content.

Nice Setting. Poor service. Food mediocre. Took a while for food to come out( only ordered two toasted sandwiches and drinks). Only one toasted sandwich arrived and that was barely warm. We asked where the other sandwich and met with blank looks, no apology. Waiter returned a few minutes later with a poor excuse of a sandwich. Avoid this rip-off restauramt

We stopped in for a quick snack and rest while exploring today. The restaurant was clean and the people were friendly. I can’t say I’m a fan of the food and tea, but I was with a tour group and I gave it a try. Overall everyone seemed happy with the experience.
Rob H — Google review
The restaurant has an amazing view. Beautiful sunset above the sea. Service is a bit slow but we had time to kill. Food is ok (we ordered a waffle). Coffee is good. And in Tanger, the hygiene of this restaurant is considered top notch based on our 3 day experience here. Will recommend.

Asmaa M — Google review
We waited for about an hour without any attention or cleaning of the table which was dirty and full of used plates. We were not given the menu or asked what we wanted to eat. We went to the manager to ask him: why don't they send someone to serve us or we will have to leave the restaurant because we are hungry and thirsty? The food was expensive and not worth it. Three cups of soup, a small sea bass and some seafood for 650 Moroccan dirhams. It was a bad experience and I don’t recommend anyone to go to the same restaurant.

Café Achakar is a delightful gem that you simply must visit during your travels. Nestled just a short stroll from popular tourist attractions, this café offers an array of delicious Moroccan pastries and refreshing teas at incredibly reasonable prices—perfect for refueling after a day of exploring! On my Saturday afternoon visit, the atmosphere was pleasantly calm, allowing me to enjoy the friendly service provided by Rajah, despite some minor language barriers.
Really good food for an even better price. Seriously unheard of for a place so close to a tourist spot. I strongly recommend you go here instead of the other places closer to the cave. It's only a 3 min walk away
Aman A — Google review
We went on a saturday afternoon, restaurant was quiet. Rajah was our waitress, she was nice, Some language barriers but you could help yourself to your own drinks, serviettes, knives and forks if you needed without bothering anyone. They have a good selection of fresh juices and drinks available. Food was good too as we all finished our food. Bathroom is a bit dodge but does the job. Popular spot for police to come and have their drinks. Cafe is situated very near to Hercules Cave and near to a guarded gate to what looks like a premium posh hotel. Parking is 10 dirhams and you can use the same parking for Hercules Cave too.

Loved this little café in Tangier! The coffee was so good!!!! The sweets were incredible too, from traditional Moroccan pastries full of nuts and honey to lighter cakes. Everything tasted so fresh and balanced, not overly sweet. The place itself feels cozy and welcoming, with a great mix of modern coffee vibes and Moroccan touches. It’s the perfect stop whether you want a quick espresso, mint tea, or to sit down and enjoy a plate of pastries. Definitely recommend if you’re in Tangier and looking for amazing coffee and desserts!
Yuliya G — Google review
Best coffee in town and pastries are amazing, very varied! Omar is very attentive, willing to give you the best time with charm and wit! A place to go back to several times during your stay in Tangier! Highly recommended.
Cecilia Q — Google review
Dopamine's pleasant atmosphere sets a promising stage that its service and policies utterly fail to uphold. Our experience was defined by a deeply troubling and discriminatory payment practice: the moment our Moroccan nationality was established, our functional credit card was refused. The staff first fabricated a false excuse about the network, and when confronted, they simply insisted on cash, demonstrating a clear intent to avoid a digital transaction trace. This unprofessionalism was embodied by a specific staff member (a curly-haired gentleman) whose indifferent, clock-in/clock-out attitude conveyed a complete disregard for customer care. Coupled with a mediocre meal that did not reflect the advertised menu due to multiple unavailable items, the overall impression was one of systemic neglect and racial bias. For a business that relies on public patronage, such practices are not only unacceptable but unsustainable.

The coffee is top-notch, rich and flavorful, clearly made with care. But what really sets this place apart is the selection of sweets! everything tastes homemade and absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Prices are reasonable, and the quality is consistently excellent. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or someone with a serious sweet tooth, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

I was so excited to try your pasta de Nata. At first, I thought that the price was a bit high, but after sampling it, I know you are using the best ingredients and it's well worth the treat. It is so light and crispy and the soft, vanilla cream is perfection. Thank you for creating these little masterpieces ❤️

First and as far as I know only pastel de Nata available in Tangier. The pastel de Nata are made fresh and served by a very kind gentleman and his daughter. The custard was tasteful but the pastry it self was a bit too flaky for my liking. Price is 10dhs for one which I find very good value for money. The restaurant is next to a main road and easy to find. Parking however is quite difficult especially Saturday evening.

Pasteis de Nata by Yasmina in Tanger is a delightful little shop that specializes in the famous Portuguese egg tart (nata pastry), perfect for those on the go. Although it's a small space designed primarily for takeout, the quality of the pastries makes it well worth a visit. The pastries are incredibly yummy be careful it might be really hot since they are made fresh, and they offer three delicious varieties: Lotus, Cinnamon, and Hazelnut. Each flavor brings a unique twist to the classic treat, and you can really taste the care that goes into their baking. Additionally, they feature the trendy Dubai chocolate from Picks Chocolate Bar, which adds an extra layer of indulgence to your visit. The combination of these sweet treats makes for a perfect dessert experience. Overall, Pasteis de Nata by Yasmina is a fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic Portuguese pastries in Tanger. Just remember, it's primarily for takeout, so plan to enjoy your treats elsewhere!
