Ice cream shop
Swensen's is a well-known soft-serve shop with multiple branches in Cambodia. It offers high-quality ice cream at reasonable prices and is known for its huge sundaes with various toppings. The friendly service adds to the experience, making it an ideal spot for satisfying your sweet tooth. Customers highly recommend flavors like rocky road, thin mints, and matcha, which are perfect for cooling down in a hot climate.
Ice-cream in a hot country, what's not to like.....yummy green tea matcha......
Rich I — Google review
This is not in particular for this branch but in general. I used to like Swensen's especially for the limited time desserts and I still think their ice cream is a decent option. But pretty much every time I come for the specials they run out of key items, like the ice cream flavor or other main ingredients, sometime also replacing them with something they think is same same but that is truly not. Also, the latest desert was bad quality ingredients (cheapest whipped cream, chemical mango syrup) and way overpriced. The sticky rice was the only good thing about it (besides the macadamia ice cream since they didn't have mango for their special mango desserts). Not coming back for this. Staff was friendly though. Update July 2024: Very disappointed after ordering for the first time in a long time, the ice cream quality has gone downhill. Matcha barely tastes of anything, way fewer almonds in mocha fudge and overall the ice cream tastes a bit bland or maybe just old. Drastically increasing prices is one thing but at the same time not delivering on previous quality is a deal breaker.
Naomi R — Google review
Taste is good however the fault advertising should have been taken down from the tv. It showed $3.99 but the staff told me that price show on is wrong, the correct one was $4.99
Pisey P — Google review
Great quality ice cream at a decent price. I has a delicious, huge ice cream sundae with lots of toppings!! Ideal for a sugar fix... Service also very friendly.

Dessert shop
Cold Stone Creamery is a popular ice cream chain known for its customizable creations mixed on a granite slab. In addition to classic offerings, they also feature seasonal treats like Halloween-themed ice cream. The prices are considered reasonable for the quality and taste of the products, with real fruit and nuts incorporated into their premium ice creams. The ambiance is described as perfect for an ice cream date, making it a great spot to enjoy their delicious offerings.
The ice cream was prepared within minutes and tasted wonderful. A lot of flavors are available and price wise very affordable. You're able to choose three regular sizes plus additional larger ones. The staff is friendly and patient.
Robin B — Google review
I got the medium love it size of cake flavor and cheesecake, they did not have chocolate dipped cone bowls. The only had minimal toppings to choose from. It was a much smaller serving than expected, it seemed like the worker mixed both flavors together so it tasted like one flavor which ruined it.
Stephen K — Google review
Absolute scammers. I ordered ice cream for me and my wife, it turns out they were out of stock on an item. Instead of communicating as a team and listing it as out of stock on the app, they kept it live. So when I ordered they started making half of our order and cancelled the other half instead of calling me to let me know - something all other stores and restaurants do. When I got notified I cancelled it as it was an order for two. They then listed this as me ordering it in error and charged me for both - subsequently they refunded me for the one they’d ran out of, but charged me for the other I cancelled as the order would have been incomplete. I assumed they would right this wrong with me following it up after. They did not. In good faith, I ordered 2 ice creams again so me and my wife would be able to eat together. Even though it meant paying for 4 ice creams. Surprise surprise they didn’t refund me on the first order that I didn’t receive. I’ve been a loyal customer to these guys for years ordering every week - I had previously reviewed them 5 stars. Now they’ve lost this with a view to getting a short term gain and not righting a wrong. I run a restaurant myself and we always fix things so customers are happy and not left feeling ripped off for exactly this reason. Cold Stone Cambodia - you guys are complete clowns! You should take a lesson from customer service from cold stone in the US.
Nik W — Google review
While the $4.95 price tag for a medium-sized cup of ice cream at Coldstone is somewhat justified given the brand, I found the quality lacking. The ice cream had an artificial taste and was overly sweet. We tried three flavors—green tea, chocolate, and pistachio—but none of them met our expectations. Additionally, the service was disappointing. Despite having seven staff members on hand, none of them spoke English. While it's understandable at a local eatery in Cambodia, it's surprising for a premium international chain like Coldstone. Moreover, the atmosphere was marred by loud Khmer love songs, which detracted from the usual Americana ambiance of Coldstone. Overall, it was not a premium experience.
Gabriel T — Google review
When I first came, I was overwhelmed with the various names. I choose the “Cheesecake Fantasy”. The mixture of the cold ice cream with various berries perfectly hit my desire for sweets. After that, I went again but tried individual flavor in a waffle cup. The vanilla with almonds was exquisite. Will definitely go again when I crave ice cream.
Nischaya M — Google review
Price: pricey, but well worth the price! The price was compensated by the quality and taste of the ice cream. Food: there were real strawberry slices and real choco fudge chunks, almonds, hazelnuts, and berries in the ice cream that we ordered. The ice cream took long to melt which means that it was really premium cream that was used. The taste was exquisite. You can really taste high quality ice cream Ambiance: Perfect place for an ice cream date! The seats were comfortable and the lighting was great. Service: the staff were all hospitable and nice. You can almost see the smile behind their masks. P.S. will definitely go back here again!

So disappointed, I’m a fan DQ from the start but this time I was unhappy about what they served me with bad quality of Cheesy Hotdog 🌭 the bread was just like a rock, feel like it’s expired, so I couldn’t finish it. But the quality of ice cream is fine ( still good ). Please help to fix this problem ( DQ at ÆON MALL Phnom Penh )

If you're wandering through Phnom Penh and have a craving for something sweet, look no further than Blue Pumpkin. This beloved establishment has been delighting locals and visitors alike with its French-inspired pastries, artisanal breads, and delectable ice creams for years. The ambiance is casual yet contemporary, making it an ideal spot to unwind while savoring delicious treats. What makes Blue Pumpkin truly special is its diverse menu that goes beyond just sweets; you can also enjoy savory options like sandwiches, salads, and soups.
That time their credit card machine wasn't working and I had to pay cash around 7$. I seldom carry cash on me. I liked the day beds, it is like having breakfast in bed. They have a wifi which requires a website password. They have a mini balcony to view the riverside. I ordered beef with mangoes because I love mangoes. And the pineapple yogurt shake which was in a big glass and I liked it very much.
Julie Z — Google review
Great French style cafe straight onto the water front . The staff just brilliant so helpful. good food and great service . It is so nice sitting on the balcony and taking in the magnificent view. If you need a cake or ice cream fix I suggest going there . it is a good spot to grab a take away sandwich or croissant for day out trips. Kids will love the smoothie's and cakes. I would give it 5 stars if the coffee was stronger but that's a personal preference.
Jonathan P — Google review
Sandwiches, ice creams and sorbets are delicious. The second floor is a quiet and cool place -that urgently needs cleaning, new paint (included toilet) and new sofas (very dirty)-, really pleasant. The staff is smiling and obliging, even if they forget sometimes the glass of water and the napkins ! I'll go back, for sure !
Green G — Google review
If you ever come here before, it wasn't like the same Blue Pumpkin anymore. I don't know what happened about the owner. Food and drink Menu are changed . I like the old one. Food prices still expensive. Seats were comfortably but dirty.
Grandma R — Google review
Offers a wide selection of quality desserts, smoothies, and coffee in a clean air-conditioned modern setting offering good views from the 1st floor. A bit pricey but worth it to take the edge off a hot day.
James D — Google review
Neat clean and expensive. It's more like a drinking.place than to have food at. The fruit juice was great though. The portion size is not too big and may leave you hungry for the price you pay. May be a good spot to sit out in the evening looking at the river promenade and sip into your beer or cocktail. I went for breakfast and settled for granolà after a very long journey yesterday and the sweltering heat- so it was kind of okay. The extra honey was simply denied and the pineapple was sour, so was the yogurt. The staff is courteous.
Kuntal D — Google review
Very cozy place with great food and presentation. Cozy couches and great view of the river. Wifi accessible and bathroom. Great variety of pastries and ice cream as well.
Sylvie G — Google review
This is a cosy restaurant located on the riverfront. It offers free wifi and comfortable seating with large bed like couches . There is also  seatings in the balacony with a view of the river. The menue is limited. Try the apple pie and the coconut smoothie with frozen yoghurt. The cheese cake was't fresh.Check their pastry shop in the ground floor as it offers more fresh choices including pumbkin pie.Prices are reasonabe,we ordered two deserts and two drinks for only $12. If you want to relax, this place offers both comfort and view.

Ice cream shop
Dairy Queen, a beloved fast-food chain, has made quite an impression since its arrival in Cambodia back in 2002. Known for its delightful soft-serve ice cream and signature shakes, this American franchise offers a variety of treats that have captured the hearts of many.
This is one of the Dairy Queen's branches in Phnom Penh. They serve such mouth-watering ice cream, hot dogs, and many kind of drinks. While waiting to pick up your beloved one, you can go there to grab a tasty food. Moreover, you also can enjoy the it before your departure with you friends or family too. If you are tired after a lengthy travel, why don't you freshen your mind by eating their food.
Local G — Google review
How much would you expect to pay for the drink pictured here? Thumbs up for $3.00, exactly as it appears on the menu. Or apparently to order the drink on the photo we must pay $3.50. And apparently it's your fault for trusting what's on their menu.
Lucas M — Google review
Expensive price, 5.40 USD for an ice cream regular size… airport price is more expensive than downtown, a shame
Quentin — Google review
American ice cream chain thriving in Southeast Asia. Staff is friendly. Selection is good - almost all of the classics plus a few local twists. Cash or credit cards accepted. Right outside the airport after you exit towards parking and rides.
Paul — Google review
Customer service was poor and it was pretty unsanitary
Carerita N — Google review
Don't ever come to this store. The lady in charge is rude and impolite! And they don't accept credit card when you buy a mineral water although the VISA signal is put on the counter. Dated 03May at 15h00.
Chi S — Google review
I think it’s not fare that you can’t get a glass with ice when you buy a drink from them. They don’t offer iced coffee so I decided to get a regular latte, I didn’t know my coffee was going to be made from an instant machine!! When I realized the, I asked to get ice in a cup to make my super cheap coffee a cold drink and they said the company counts the cups! I know it’s not the workers fault and this is why I’m complaining to the company!! I’m from Canada where there is no problem to get a cup of water or ice from our Dairy Queen’s... I don’t understand why it would be different in other countries! It’s a franchise after all!!
