Kulfa was absolutely delicious. It was prepared with falooda, ice cream, rabdi and crushed ice, the flavors were rich and creamy. The only downside was the heavy crowd, which made the experience a bit rushed, and the price felt slightly on the higher side. But overall, it's worth trying if you're a kulfa lover. Just be prepared for some waiting time during peak hours.

Visited the place after nearly five years, the taste was same, servings same, sad that the owner passed away and his childern have taken over, and was please see to them doing so well, the good additon was that place for sitting has increased, had their regulat kulfa and phrini , enjoyed both, Will again recommend visiting to anyone visiting Amristar. There are plenty of Kulfi Faluda makers across India, but this one is a stand out. We were a group of 8 and everyone was raving about their kulfi faluda right from the time they had their first bite. This one certainly has repeat value!!!

In summers this is my almost every other night dessert. The kulfa i amazing, my whole family loves it. After dinner we would drive their and have it. You can order in car they will bring it you. Weekends they are very busy could take some time to get it but usually not very busy however the road is full with cars waiting for kulfa. Service is quick and kulfa is 💯 delicious, creamy 😋

This small place has variety of kulfis on offer. I have tried 4 in one kulfi and it was awesome. They also have small corner space to sit and enjoy your kulfi. Kulfi is also offered in various forms like flat Kulfi, sliced kulfi and regular ones. Owner is talkative and provides you with all the information required on the product. Nice experience overall.

When it comes to ice creams and kulfi I am quite sceptical about their ingredients. This brand ensured that no vegetable oil and preservatives are being used in its kulfies. It was hatke. Give it a try.

Bombay Kulfi is an ice cream heaven and the GO-TO place if you are in Amritsar, the brand is legendary and speaks for itself. Recently happened to taste their delectable Chili Guava at a party ( Wow ,yes , they cater to parties too, check out their website now!) and it just left me wanting more and more. Such reasonable prices for the most amazing quality, variety and service. They are doing some delightful traditional flavors to suit the desi taste buds(PAAAAAAN , Gulaaab , Rajbhog just to name a few) and a couple others that can conquer any sweet tooth (Red Velvet Cheese Cake, Oreo, Mixed Berries and the list is endless). There are two Giani's Ice cream shops at Lawrence Road. This one is near BBK DAV College. Giani's is famous for ice cream cakes, sundae, shakes and ice cream sodas. Perfect place for dessert lovers as the taste and presentation of this ice cream parlour is superb. Prices are also reasonable. Sitting arrangement is good. Staff is also very polite and provides quick service to the customers. Cookies shake and Brownie Walnut ice cream both are very delicious. Also, there is an option for diabetic patients who can also enjoy the taste of ice creams as they have an option of Suger Free Vanilla ice cream and vanilla shake.

It wass summer so was too hot . Also depite phone pay they denied online payment.. also they broke a fresh milk bag in front of me for the chocolate milkshake we ordered... I thought in standard food outlets they use amul or so tetra pack milk .

The most underrated Ice Cream shop on the mall road. The variety of flavours here is unmatched when it comes to ice creams, sundaes and shakes. And they are updated regularly as well! Taste on par with what you get with others like Baskin Robbins with reasonable prices. Really liked the Belgian Dark chocolate ice cream. Located adjacent to Novelty sweet shop.

I loved this place. They sell yogurt on weight. I can actually scoop the yogurt fly ourselves, add toppings, fruits, jellies, chocochips, cashews and almonds and make your own yogurt. it's amazing

Today i visited Giani's at Lawrence road, Amritsar. I have heard alot about them. Their delicious desserts are famous in whole world. I tried 1. Tutti Fruity Special (Fruit Salad) 2. Brownie Sundae Believe me both were so delicious. They provide quick service and they have tons of varieties in desserts that will surely make you confuse to quench your thirst with ice cream or sundae or the special shakes they have😅 If i talk about the hygiene and sanitation, you can be totally worry-free, specially during these days when the spread of Covid-19 is so common. They have taken safety measures regarding corona virus. Visit them for sure👍

Nice ice cream place with a lot of variations. The kulfi stick bought was good. I would have loved to tried the other flavors therefore would definitely come back. Major disappointment was the size of the shop as you're unable to sit inside and the place gets really crowded with just 5 people inside. Also, when we visited there was only one paper menu which was pathetic. There is room for major improvement for the facade but I think their selection of ice creams and variations is far best than some other ice cream places in Amritsar!

We visited few days back in this extreme weather. It was so hot and humid and then we stopped at the shop and calmed our thirst. We ordered lassi and curd. Both were delicious.

At the time of check in we categorically informed at the reception that we will check out at 2 pm next day. However on the next day hotel incharge forced us to check out at 11 am. Highly rude behaviour of the hotel staff. Rooms are stinking of dumpeness, no toilet essentials given. Over and above payment done through card, and no tax GST invoice given. Tax ke choori.

It's a decent sized property, Placed Very near to main market, easily approachable. But it is poorly managed and maintained. The rooms are partially painted (half wall), walls have spider webs, marks stains here and there, beddings are untidy. When asked to the staff to get ot cleaned, they said "don't look into small details." Dude we are paying for every single minute of our stay. The hotal administration shoud atleast visit their own rooms to atleast ensure basic level of cleanliness. After checking in, we requested for the Toilet cleaning and room cleaning. Spiders are on our bed.

The rooms are okayish. Seems like the property isn't renovated for many years. But the washroom was big and nice so thumbs-up 👍 to them. It's in close proximity to the golden temple and you can go walking for darshan but the hotel is in a small gali toh you might find it difficult to locate it.

Post darshan, we booked the room in the evening for a night stay. Tariff was high as per room specifications. Dirty towels, no soap, so bathing gel. There was not any kettle in the room, no tea &coffee bags. They even charged for 1 water bottle which we usually get as complimentary at other decent properties. Bell boys were so slow to even help us in lifting our luggage.

I checked into my room at approximately 10:00–10:30 PM and was extremely disappointed with its condition. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was in poor shape. The shower sprayed water in multiple directions, and the glass door for the bathing section was missing. Additionally, no bathing soaps or shampoos were provided. The toilet seat was in an unacceptable state, and the bedsheets were not clean. Overall, the room did not meet basic hygiene and comfort standards. Really disappointing!!!

Had a great stay at Hotel Indus! Sanjay Thakur and his staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The service was top-notch, rooms were clean, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable.

No hot water available. Rooms: The carpet was filthy with debris all over it. We had to ask for its removal. Windows were dirty, no dusting done, and the bedding was subpar. While the location is convenient, especially being close to the Golden Temple, the hygiene standards here are appalling. The place is moldy and dirty, and the staff seem clueless about basic housekeeping or maintenance. Staying here might put your health at risk. Avoid this place at all costs! And the owner is extremely rude and money minded. First of all this property should not be considered as 3 star, lot of issues we faced recently when we visited this hotel in Amritsar. Our only reason to stay in this property was it was nearer to Golden temple, and as per make my trip the hotel had good reviews. However when we actually visited the hotel we got the reality check. First of all the hotel is just beside public toilets, secondly the premium rooms which we had opted when we entered the rooms found bed bugs, when we complained about it to the hotel management they said not sure how it had come so they had given another room to us (upgraded) and in another room it was same in bedsheets the bed bugs were there, cushions, comforters everything was so dirty. This is the genuine remarks for this hotel. Nobody should visit or stay in this hotel. I had to pay extra money and had stayed in Hotel Ramada. Make my trip is also responsible as they keep such hotels in their lineups, giving wrong information to the customers and when we complain they say us that its zero cancellation policy so they wont give us money, we booked for 2 days but we didn’t even stayed in that hotel for more than 2 hrs. Worst experience in the hotel and also poor customer support/service by Make My Trip.

“Horrible Hotel” We booked after reading the reviews on Agoda. For my shock, the hotel room is in a bad shape. The room Floor full of shoe prints, mattress are smelly and dirty, bathroom is dirty and stinky. Knowing that we are uncomfortable the staff, came and spray some so called fragrance . We requested to change of room, they said no heater is working in other rooms. We didn’t even put up there, within an hr we checked out around 12 midnight we took our belongings and went to another hotel. Horrible..

It was a great experience at the Indus hotel when i visited with my family. Close to Golden Temple, Neat and clean, Supportive staff specially a guy named Krishna. Overall a nice hotel.

Place is not up to standard. 31 flavors not offered, only less than that. Some of the ice creams looked old as there were ice crystals formed on the layer. One flavour which stood out for me was the litchi ice cream. A must try if you visit.

Love this place. Our go to place for coffee and ice-cream. They serve good food. Specially pizza. Burger is good as well. Garlic bread is bit disappointing, so is their waffles. Cosy place, limited sitting. Staff is good. Open till late which is added advantage. One of the best coffees in town.

Staff doesn't know how to speak to customers. Charge extra for water bottle even if the MRP is INR 20 and when asked why you are charging extra then the staff started misbehaving. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone out there.

The staff was wonderful, especially the lady at the front desk and the gentleman with an endearing smile who made sure we had a warm cup of tea before we left. He spoke so much about the rituals at the Darbar that we could easily imagine it all. The hotel is within walking distance of Shri Darbar Sahib, in a busy area with shops around. It truly felt like a home away from home. Didn’t want to leave. I am just out of here, and as three women, we felt incredibly comfortable and truly at home. Obeisance to Waheguru.

I had a comfortable stay. Food is of OK quality. But during check out was not given a bill and was charged rs 200 for spoiling the bedsheet. Also the housekeeping has to be reminded a no of times to clean the room. One guest borrowed my smartphone charger and the very next day checked out . So I was kind of robbed. But overall a good one.

I went there yesterday as per valentine week I had two food vouchers of honey hut which provided me 75 rupees discount on one food item. I ordered 2 veg sandwiches which costs 109 per sandwich thus my total bill was 218 rupees.I got 150 rupees discount & the rest amount that I have to pay was 68 rupees but the cashier asked me to pay 100 . When I asked him that I have to pay 68 & he said another 32 rupees are Tax & he even didn’t gave me bill & according to 5% gst on food 32 rupees are more so he said he will mail me bill but I haven’t received any bill yet. So this is very unsatisfactory experience
