We lucked out and got there when there was next to no line. Sometimes, the line is crazy long at this location, so be prepared to wait. The fresh waffle cone was excellent, but the service wasn't the best. Parking is also hard to find near the location as well. The flavors were good but definitely not the best ice cream that I've ever had.

What a delightful ice cream shop! You get to watch them make the waffle cones. That was quite a novel experience for me. However, the descriptions are slightly misleading. The half scoops are definitely a full scoop LOL. If you're trying to watch the size of your hips, order a little less than you think you're going to get. Or split an order with a friend. The flavors were rich and creamy and the staff was efficient and polite. I got the darkest chocolate and mint chocolate chip. A delectable combination.

I absolutely loved the butter gooey cake—it was outstanding. Rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced in flavor, it truly stood out as a highlight of the meal. A must-try for dessert lovers!

You end up paying the price of a sit down dinner meal if you would like to treat a family of 3 or 4, just for a small serving of ice cream. It is obviously not a huge deal for many, as their business continues to thrive; but the serving size should match the price.

I wanted to include a picture of the ice cream but I ate it too quickly. So good with a variety of delicious flavors for everyone. I chose gooey butter cake and buttercream birthday cake in a standard size. Perfect amount for a small sweet treat.

When they say "half scoop," they genuinely mean a tiny half scoop. For the price, you end up with a very small portion. Overall, I was not impressed. The value isn't there, and there are better dessert options.

The parking can be a bit tricky since it’s close to the city—if the lot is full, just be prepared to circle around a bit. I ordered Butter Pecan and Captain Jack, and they were so good—a surprisingly great pairing! They offer a wide variety of flavors, and it’s nice that they let you sample before making a decision. If you’re not in the mood for just ice cream, they have other dessert options too. Friendly service, good vibes, and delicious ice cream—I’ll definitely be back!

My wife , daughter and I had an afternoon treat at Two Scoops Creamery . It was delicious. I had a cup with two scoops ! One of coffee flavored ice cream, and the other called shipwrecked which consisted of chocolate ice cream ..salted caramel and Oreos ! Delicious!! If you’re in the Plaza ..Midwood area of Charlotte NC on Central Avenue then you owe it to those you love to load the car ,and head on out to Two Scoops Creamery ! You won’t be disappointed . Super delicious! They have tons of cool and unique flavors to choose from. They are pet friendly and even have a special flavor for your pup pal! Parking is a little tight if you are in a larger vehicle or truck, but still doable.

If you like ice cream with generous fillings, this is the best in Charlotte, hands-down. Rotated flavors are exceptional. Holiday ice cream pies are perfect, extremely reliable, and a highlight for all my family. The staff are what brings us back almost weekly. Love this place and will continue to get a pint or two to-go every time we come.

Very good ice cream with mostly classical flavors with mix-ins (18+ with 4 vegan) at great prices (2 scoops for $6) and large portions. They allow two samples, have ample indoor and outdoor seating and a nice ambience. Definitely recommend. Our favorites were the chocolate raspberry chip, the berry sorbet and vanilla with brownie and chocolate chips.

Perf. Flavors are true to their name and the texture is amazing. Price is typical of other ice cream shops but the guy that scooped with short brown curly hair scoops hefty scoop. Great bang for your buck if he’s working. No pictures cause I was too excited to eat. Well done!

I went here with my wife after work and I have to say I am very disappointed. My wife and I walked in and were not greeted, my wife had to initiate the greeting. While looking at the ice cream I saw that just about every flavor looked melted. Granted, it is 97 degrees today, but I expect my ice cream to be more solid than the product I was given. Its unfortunate to say I will not be returning to this establishment. Maybe get some better equipment so people can enjoy actual frozen ice cream on these brutally hot summer days.

Nice ice cream shop on Promenade on Providence. Their butter pecan ice cream is good. Looks to be popular with families with young kids.

Great ice cream! I feel like Charlotte lacks a solid local ice cream scene. In a sea of ColdStone and other chains, The Local Scoop stands out big time! We love Two Scoops and The Local Scoop for our ice cream needs.

One of my fave icecream places to visit when I’m in Charlotte, because they have vegan options. The cookie butter flavor is amazing!! And they let you taste the flavors before you decide.

We mostly go for their non dairy flavors, which have been excellent. Always service with a smile. Very warm staff. Happily accept very generous Clipp certificates. Seating area is kind of utilitarian, but we don't go there to eat chairs. Their ice cream cannot be beat. They're right next to the open square facing Home Depot entrance in the Promenade. I have to get back there for more Coconut and Pina Colada.

The ice cream is a bit too sweet for me but the creamy texture is what I like. 6 star for service! The girls are so patient and sweet when we couldn’t decide what to get, good job local scoop!

This review is only for VEGAN options, we didn't try the dairy ones. Vegan choices are represented in a nice variety, there’s a whole section of it, 6-8 types.I had a chocolate one (very good dark chocolate) in a chocolate cone, my husband got strawberry (real strawberry in it, very good), kids enjoyed coconut vanilla, that one was very sweet. The service was good and polite, the store inside isn't extremely cosy but it’s much cooler, so we take it. We have visited this place earlier in the year and didn’t really like it, I feel like by now they have really improved their Vegan menu and taste, and a place inside seems better. Great job Local Scoop, we’ll be coming back.

Literally my favorite ice cream in the entire world. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Very good selection of flavors. I always get smurf, despite not knowing what flavor smurf really is. Highly recommend. I take all my friends from out of town here.

My better half and I are from New England, and have yet to find anything that comes close to the ice cream found at local creameries near our hometowns. This has to be by far the closest ice cream shop to home we can find. The authenticity of the ingredients to make the flavors and rich density that makes each scoop an effort make this ice cream place, although simple in nature, perfect in its craft. We cannot wait to be back, and bring our friends visiting as well.

They provide classic and unique flavors, all made in small batches, delivering a smooth, creamy texture and rich flavors. Additionally, they make their waffle cones fresh daily. If you are in the area and love ice cream, you have to check this place out!

I was extremely excited to try out this place, however left slightly disappointed. The flavors are marketed as unique, chef/farm driven; which makes for some interesting names and tastes. We were able to sample quite a few, and were left saying “hmm that’s interesting” to most of them. We settled on what should be Vanilla Bean, and the other Mint Chocolate Chip. We both felt that the more unique flavors would not be appetizing when we consider going for gelato (such as on a hot summer day). These new flavors are an interesting take on what can be made with gelato, however I don't see them being fan favorites. We were told the top four flavors will be permanent while the other will change with farm product availability. The overall vibe was extremely quiet and dim. UPDATE: After response from owner, I have removed the comment about the small scoops. We were told incorrectly by event staff that those scoops would be the same after opening.

I came a few weeks ago with my parents and all three of us were blown away. The Good: I love that Chef Elinn moves outside the box and creates delicious combinations of things you would never think to put together. Olive oil and Meyer Lemon in an gelato? Yup, it works! Burnt Honey and Old Bay….crazy but it slaps. We got most of the flavors on the menu and loved that none were very sweet. The thing is, this is not going to be the spot for a lot of people so it’s important to know that before you go so you’re not disappointed. There are some safer flavors like Peach and Chocolate but most are different and they may not be for those who want to go somewhere with flavors they can count on. For me, I feel the food scene in Charlotte isn’t the most diverse, so a place like this is right up my alley. But, the staff are friendly and will let you try anything before you buy it! The Meh: none for me! The Bad: nothing! Ultimately, this is a great place if you’re feeling adventurous, like unique flavor combinations, and a dessert that isn’t overly sweet. Chef Elinn was also so kind to send me home with an off menu sample that was amazing! I have found my new sweet treat spot and I know we’re going to come back every time my parents are in town!

Off the beaten path gelato place in Plaza Midwood. The lighting was so dim, we thought it was closed at first, but was glad we took a second look. They have a rotating selection of flavors it seems, and you can try as many as you like. Really liked that a single actually is 2 scoops, so you can mix and match flavors! Settled on the hazelnut + caramel and the dark chocolate with chilis. Each had their own nuanced flavor, the hazelnut being a lighter and sweeter flavor, while the chilis were really popping in the dark chocolate! If you're looking for something a little more sophisticated than an ice cream sandwich in Plaza, come check this place out!

This is the ice cream (gelato) spot I've been waiting for in Charlotte for the 10 years I've lived there. I love unique flavors and the ice cream scene in Charlotte hasn't really impressed me much. My husband and I tried: - Double with Fior di Latte - Benne Seeds & Grape - Apple Cider Ginger Sorbet - Butternut Squash & Maple Each one was unique and delicious. There were so many other flavors I wanted to try too. I love that they rotate their flavors frequently. I'll be back!

Amazing gelato with incredible flavors. The flavors are unique and inspired, I personally loved the cucumber and perilla sorbet as it was bright and refreshing. The spicy banana pepper and pineapple was a tropical flare of of sweet and spicy without being overwhelming. The frozen hot chocolate Gelato was exactly what you wanted from it. And the red miso toasted hazelnut was a unique salty umami/caramelly blast that was good and paired amazing with the other flavors to add even more interesting dimensions. I definitely recommend checking out Cold Hearted Gelato, the flavors won't disappoint!

Most delicious and uniquely flavored gelato I've ever come across! Who knew that gelato could be such a culinary experience! I wouldn't have suspected that I wanted Old Bay seasoning in my gelato until I came here. Each bite made me want another. Fields of France Rooibos was another highlight. The flavors are well thought out and the ingredients are allowed shine. While the flavors might sound off-putting to some, I promise if you open your mind and give it a shot you won't be disappointed.

Overrated and overpriced. I got the peaches and cream. It had no flavor and tasted like mediocre vanilla. My husband got the salted Oreo which he said was better.The waffle cone was good. Service was okay. They have a cute little outdoor eating area. Right now you can pay contact less. And people are spaced out waiting to get in.They kind of force you to give them a tip because they ask you verbally instead of letting you mark it yourself using the tablet.

They are probably getting cream from golden cows because the ice cream was next-level. The cashier helped me choose the most-selling flavor and it was an absolute treat. The location is not very obvious as it is at the first floor of some apartment complex. Not too pricey. Parking can be an issue though.

First time here and it was kind of hidden. Had it not been for the ice cream sign on the road I would have missed it. Ice cream is good and creamy. I had the Salted Oreo (which is heavy on the salt lol) and the Peaches and Scream. They were both good but the peach hit the spot on a hot summer day. Employee was super friendly. There was only one small table with 3 chairs for seating..luckily I was the only one there.

Great original flavors for vanilla and chocolate. Sea salt caramel a bit salty. Mint chocolate chip wasnt bad at all. Others flavors Def a stretch to enjoy. Some strange combos. Otherwise cute atmosphere and enough outdoor seating to make anyone happy. But no tables.

So disappointed! I was really hoping for some great ice cream 😕 in stead it was very plain tasting. My husband got an ice cream cookie sandwich but the employee opened a bag of boxed cookies that tasted like they were from Walmart. Anyway. Not going back.

Tasty treat that’s great to have while taking a walk through NoDa! The staff is polite and there’s plenty of options to choose from based on your personal preferences. I’m a dark chocolate guy, so I’m glad they have both milk and dark chocolate options to choose from. Can choose your dip and toppings.

All of their items are in a popsicle form, so I enjoy how easy you can enjoy it on the go. Also, you can get various toppings on your popsicle. Such a cute place to get a yummy treat.

This was my first time going to Popbar. My friend and I decided to pop in and grab something sweet to snack on. Instead, we tried out their milk shakes. Was greeted with an awesome welcome upon entry and the service was great. The milkshakes were delicious. If I had to complain, it wasn’t enough. ;-)

This is a fun little ice cream pop place in Noda. I saw online that they had vegan options, so was excited to visit. They had one vegan flavor when I went. I got the vegan peanut butter pop with the dark chocolate dip and chopped almond topping. It was so good! My hubby got the same except he got crushed cinnamon pretzels and crushed sugar cone. It was even better than mine!

I literally drive to NODA from Indian Land specifically just to get PopBar!! It is that amazing!!! I am on a mission to try every flavor and combo. I haven’t had a bad one yet. You want a fun frozen treat, anything from PopBar can’t be beat. Go. Now. You can thank me later.

Love the concept, and I enjoyed their available options. Wasn't impressed by the portions and prices compared to other local shoppes. My two scoop waffle cup with 2 toppings was $10 (incl dollar tip), but it looked like 1 scoop at most places in Charlotte. Maybe it was just a new employee, or because she forgot I ordered a waffle cup, and "moved" my ice cream from one cup to the correct one (and left some ice cream behind).

Bad customer service. I walked in to no one being in the lobby, the place was empty. I waited a few minutes before two girls walked in from the back. They were just talking to each other, not even greeting me or anything. I had to interrupt them to start my order and when I finished ordering they went straight back to talking to each other. I wanted to adjust my order a little bit and tried to ask them but they didn’t hear me over their talking. When I went to pay, one girl asked the other if it was two regular cones and the girl said “I don’t know.” (they both helped make my order) Other than the bad service, the ice cream was super melted and was dripping even as the worker was handing me the cone… Could have been a worse experience but certainly not the best.

Their strawberry shortcake sheet ice cream cake is creamy deliciousness. You can choose the ice cream flavors, a white or chocolate cake and a message to write on top. I had vanilla and strawberry ice cream with a white cake. I hate that you cannot order the large rectangular cakes online at this location. It is a pain to have to call the store where the phones are not answered when the store is busy. However, the cake makes up for all of that. I wish I took a photo of the last one because no matter where I go, people always love ice cream cakes. I have tried the banana with a chocolate cake, cotton candy, cookies and cream and strawberry. All of them were heavenly. I don't see cotton candy and banana anymore on the menu. 48 hours advance notice unless you take a cake out of the refrigerated shelves.

Sebastian, Hudson and Davis were so incredibly helpful with making an ice cream selection! They were very mindful when suggesting toppings as well! Our ice cream was excellent and the staff was so friendly! 10/10 Would return!!

So good!!! I came here the other night, I was so blasted! The ice cream was on point!!! The people were very nice and inviting the ice cream was amazing and I was served a very large serving but nothing to complain about. I’ll definitely be back again.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my wife’s birthday. Placed an order for the Snicker cake online. When I showed up to pick it up, the cake hadn’t been made, even though I placed the order a week ago. I even had the confirmation email. They went into the back to throw something together. The picture shows what I got. $30 for a small 6 inch cake. Take your money elsewhere.

My husband and I stopped by Swirl in Charlotte, and it was absolutely worth the visit! We both ordered the brownie cookie with vanilla ice cream, and it was decadent in the best way — warm, rich, and perfectly fudgy cookie paired with creamy, smooth vanilla ice cream. The flavors balanced beautifully without being overly sweet, and the toppings added just the right finishing touch. Was craving sweets and decided to try this place. However, I didn’t mean THAT sweet. The desserts are made to order, which is unique. If you love SUPER sweet then this is the place for you. I ordered the Unicorn Fart and the Cleo. They looked amazing! The icing was too sweet but the cupcake was really moist. The star of the show for me was the bathroom. It was covered in cereal bowls and the wall had backwards writing. That way when you took a mirror selfie the words would show. GENIUS IDEA!!! 💡 Oh and the customer service was the bare minimum , she was robotic and lacked customer service personality. I would definitely come back for the bathroom again😂.

Splendid quality popsicles. Vanilla was smooth and subtle. Belgian chocolate was rich, offering a balance of sweetness and slight bitterness. Oreo cookies and cream was creamy and crunchy with chunks of Oreo cookies. Strawberry cheesecake was delicious with a slight tangy note. Will definitely try their other flavors and dips as well.

Tried the strawberry cheesecake with waffle and dipped in white chocolate. It came to 10$ with taxes. IMO, that was too pricey. The strawberry cheesecake was more to the sour end and was too cold on the teeth. Another choice of ice cream might have helped. The ambiance is something I enjoy there usually. But that day there was really disgusting smell from around there. If not for that it would have been amazing.

Parking in this area is quite challenging. I circled the block approximately six times before finally securing a street parking spot. However, the quality of the ice cream certainly compensates for the parking difficulties. I ordered the Oreo cookies and cream ice cream bar, which was dipped in white chocolate and topped with crushed Oreo cookie pieces. Although I typically do not have a strong preference for sweets, this treat exceeded my expectations, providing the perfect balance of sweetness. They also offer sorbet and various fruit-flavored ice cream bars. At this point, I find it hard to consider ice cream from any other place. Additionally, the staff member who assisted me was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The paletas are delicious to say the least. The young lady working there today was very friendly. The establishment is super clean and kid friendly. I love the indoor/outdoor option. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Honeysuckle Gelato is a must-try at Optimist Hall. The gelato is super creamy, rich in flavor, and not overly sweet. They have a great variety of flavors and the portions are generous. Perfect spot to grab a treat after trying out the other food stalls. Highly recommend.

We were very disappointed with the service. The staff's attitude made it feel like serving customers was an unpleasant duty. Being limited to only two tiny samples felt humiliating—it's as if offering an extra tasting spoon would bankrupt them. Overall, the experience was far from welcoming

The peanut butter cup gelato is my favorite. It has a wonderfully smooth consistency and a bold flavor that is like eating a spoonful of peanut butter. The chocolate swirl adds a nice touch, it’s a richer flavor than chocolate syrup and not too sweet. If you love peanut butter, you won’t be disappointed. And I’ll reserve the last line for Earl Gray…wonderful when scooped fresh, ok when purchased as a pint.

Really good gelato for a decent price. Got both honey lavender and pistachio. The honey lavender was decent...a. it too sweet and wished there was more of a lavender flavor. But the pistachio? It was perfect....not too sweet, a few small chunks of pistachios.

I used to come here all the time! Halfway because I went to UNC… But also because they had macaroon ice cream sandwiches! Their macaroons were huge and they were some of the best I’ve ever had, like ever … I just came back today excited to get a macaroon sandwich and learned that they don’t have that anymore! Those were the whole reason that they became popular… I don’t know why they would take that off the menu . In my opinion, their milkshakes are just good. But like I said, I came back today and we ordered a milkshake to share… we got the Drumstick and Fruity Pebbles cereal The milkshakes were good, three stars because 90s went from an ice cream shop that sticks out… To another regular ice cream place.

Perfect spot to grab a milkshake or ice cream and walk the broadway. We went on a beautiful Sunday and it was very busy - inside and outside. But the service was great and the order came after a short wait. We got the strawberry cheesecake, caramel and banana pudding. All three were delicious. We would definitely come back! They have a large selection and plenty of parking outside, just a short walk to the pond.

Omgggg! It was DELISH. We tried a few menu items, but our faves were the Cookie butter Shake and the Dubai chocolate Sunday.

The ice cream is not bad and the concept of the place is nice but it was dirty. The floors are sticky and none of the tables were cleaned off so you can’t sit and eat in there if you wanted to.

A kid size chocolate with sprinkles then the girl asked me if I wanted a cup or cone. Then someone pushed out a vanilla kid's size with sprinkles I then said I ordered a chocolate The girl told me no you said a vanilla in a cup. I think the cashier should really work on her listening skills and not just that if I told you I said what I said don't argue with me that was extremely rude especially when I know I said chocolate It was the cashier's mistake not mine. Never stopping here again

This DQ has that classic old-school charm, but the Blizzards are more “vanilla with sprinkles of hope” than fully mixed magic. Toppings are a little shy, and the vibe is more nostalgic than polished—but hey, it’s still hard to be mad while eating ice cream.

Ordered 2 blizzard online. One small and one mini, drove 20 mins each way. Get home to find out that the two flavors were switched. The mini flavor was in the small and small was in the mini… This was a simple order but yet they still found a way to mess it up. I will not be going back to this location again.

First off. You say you get a blizzard for$. 85 if you spend $1, But you have to read the fine print. And you have to be signed into the app to get it, and evidently they said not on the website. And then I couldn't remember my password to the app I already had. I must have tried at least five times to change it and then it came up with some kind of weird message and when I checked with one of the ladies she said I was in on the web and I had to be on the app but I was in the app when I clicked to change the password and your stupid message to change my password is what took me to the website that the lady said I couldn't be on so I finally got the password changed after 5 attempts. And if that isn't bad enough when I click on to change the password it opens up to a website that is http, not https and so my stupid phone gives me a security warning that Dairy Queen obviously isn't willing to secure and make it https so I had to click on it anyway even though it was HTTP and even though it had a warning. So why are you not doing that? And then I don't know if you train your people to not put much in the blizzard maybe only in the middle but nothing on the top. All I know is that there was hardly anything in it and it tasted like I was eating vanilla ice cream except for the pecans it was in it so it wasn't enjoyable whatsoever. And to make it worse I don't know what they did but I didn't get points for today and I resent that. And now when I click on the app all I get is DQ and it never opens past that! So I don't like your app very much and I didn't enjoy your ice cream.

DQ is definitely a staple in the Queen City. I grew up going to DQ both the Central Ave and Wilkerson location. My favorite is the Peanut Buster Parfait with extra roasted peanuts, butterscotch dilly bars or dipped vanilla cones, and Reese/heath blizzards. I'm gonna miss DQ if he decides to close. The owner has done so much for the community. DQ was open before I was born. This brings back childhood memories for me. I hope he stays open as long as he can. I also understand after serving the community for years it's understandable to sell and enjoy the fruits of all his hard work to spend time with family. I'm gonna go as often as I can. Hands down the best service, staff and ice cream in the city.

Never a bad experience here, fast service with good tasting sweets (and limited food items that I havent personally tried). There's very limited outdoor seating with maybe not the greatest view but still a good joint to enjoy a cold treat.

Our family loves ice cream and fancy milkshakes, so we were excited to visit Crazy Mason on our recent trip to Concord, NC. The menu had so many options it was hard to choose, but we all opted to go with the milkshakes. Overall, they were pretty good. However, there are a few key things to note. First off, they offer some great combinations and for the most part the milkshakes we're really good. With the exception of the whipped cream, strangely enough. Generally speaking, I'm a fan of most types of whipped cream. This one was different though. It's a very thick, and almost dense cream and it was extremely rich. I think they use this type of cream because it helps hold the whole milkshake design together without falling apart—but we really didn't care for it (all 5 of us). Unfortunately the whipped cream seams to be pretty significant in each dish, so that was a slight bummer. Next time, I'd probably scoop some of mine off. Secondly, they are not quite as large as some of the fancy milkshakes we've had elsewhere. For the price, we figured they'd be similar, but they were a little smaller. You can of course "upgrade" to the actual glass mason jars for something like another $3.50 per milkshake, but they're not actually any larger than the normal ones in the plastic cup. For the extra charge you get to take home the glass mason jar as a souvenir. If you're in the Concord area and your looking for some great ice cream based desert options, Crazy Mason is a fun choice, but it's not cheap!

First time here, and I actually didn't get anything. I did, however, bring 3 teens that ordered 3 shakes (in the glass mason jars). I don't remember the exact names of the shakes, but one shake had fruity Pebbles, another had a donut on top, and the last was a smores one. The presentation of the shakes were nice, but none of the kids liked their shakes. They all said that they were too thick and had too much syrup to even enjoy them. They did say that the donut and toasted marshmallows were good, but thats it. On top of that, the 3 shakes and a banana split cost roughly $70. Although a bit pricey, I wouldn't have minded as much if they actually enjoyed the shakes and banana split.

Finally made it to Crazy Mason Jar, a place that’s been on my list for a while (and always popping up on Instagram). Visited on a Sunday evening and it was surprisingly quiet. I ordered the Shortcake ice cream for $17 – definitely huge! It’s tough for one person to finish since it’s more like a two-person portion. My wife really enjoyed it, and overall it was a fun treat spot.

Just the logo itself made me come in. The milkshake was so delicious, the flavors all made it come together. The milkshake I ordered had a brownie just so good. Very good place if you’re craving something sweet. And the mason jar is so cute, and reusable.

It’s a cool place that makes fun shakes for pictures. I ordered a jar but I ended up with a plastic cup. I didnt realize until it was done, so she had to ring me up for $3 to get a jar. (Which was fine im not looking for freebies). Plus side was i didnt have to wash it out before driving home. Dad loved his banana split and my milkshake was good. Its a neat place to go once because it’s expensive

3rd or 4th time trying this place out and unfortunately it’ll be our last. We really wanted to love this place but I can’t justify the price after having an off experience almost every time. The fun stuff- If you want an Instagram worthy photo for roughly $20 a person this is your spot! It’s very cute, detail oriented and trendy on the inside. Each wall or corner is like a dedicated photo opportunity and really adds to the overall vibe. This was a huge part of why we brought my daughter and our family when they visited. The giant milkshakes that come in the mason jars truly do look and taste amazing! Now for the not so great- The menu advertises $16 mason jars with the option of getting some in a plastic cup for $12. Very confused why one jar we ordered was $17.25 and the other being $14 with an added charge of $3.50 for a jar. Those prices don’t reflect what’s advertised online or on the menu so I’d love to know why we were charged so much?? It was also super irritating to see the card fee being passed onto the customer. Even though it’s locally owned, it’s still a chain establishment. At the prices you charge for absolutely anything on the menu, you should be able to eat the fees. I wanted to try the cookie ice cream sandwich on one of our visits and it was literally rock solid. I expected the cookie to be slightly firm because of the ice cream squished between but this was next to impossible to eat. Each bite just squished the ice cream out and smashed the cookies together. I ended up having to scrape the ice cream onto the small plate and left the cookies to “thaw” for a bit. But they still ended up being too hard so I gave up about halfway through. On our last visit, the lady helping us was incredibly unfriendly to both my family and the people in front of us. She spoke very quickly and blunt in her responses. We questioned how the birthday reward was redeemed and she snapped at us and turned the screen around and walked off. It was incredibly off putting and the nail in the coffin for me about ever coming back. We go out to have fun and it ended up ruining my birthday treat and my mood for the night.

I went there around 2:30pm on my lunch break I am Italian women and I love gelato and when I arrive I see this really short girl she had glasses big smile but when we are asking for samples she rolled her eyes and stared at my friend up and down.When we sit down she kept like looking at out with a bad face/Dirty looks and to be honest I don’t like when people give dirty looks I’m not a Karen I’m a chill girl but once they do that I don’t like the person but anyways if I return I hope to not see that women. But otherwise everything was good and nice cold place but the environment and treatment that day was horrible. I always have great treatment by all the employees but I never seen her work there only that one time I saw a young man and a young lady wonderful people but this Hispanic women was horrible. She should work on her customer service and if she’s the manager please leave that position cause it don’t fit you. The store owner should definitely think about the people she hires unless she’s the same too.✨

Perfect place to get a scoop of gelato. Soo decadent you will only need one scoop. The ones of us who got 2 scoops had a tough time finishing them not because of size but because they were so decadent and sweet it satisfied our chocolate and sweet tooth cravings. So many flavors to choose from with endless combinations if you want. The place was clean with plenty of seating. The moped photo op was fun to check out and get a few photos on. Great place to stop if you're in the area walking around or don't want to wait in the ridiculous lines for Jeni's. One of my top gelato choices in Charlotte.

Really good! We got a banana split, with vanilla , coffee and toffee crunch and all the normal toppings. I usually don’t like syrups these were nice and light not heavy and thick like were normally used to. The staff was helpful, lots of seating outside but too many bugs

Disappointing Experience at the Pickup Window I placed an online order as suggested by the sign on the side window, which clearly stated that customers could order online and pick up at that same window. I followed the instructions, stood in front of the pickup window, and waited patiently. I saw what looked like my order being prepared, but instead of opening the window or even acknowledging me (the only person standing there), the staff placed the order in the freezer and walked away. I assumed it must’ve been someone else’s, so I continued to wait. After another 5 minutes, I finally knocked and was greeted as if I had just arrived—despite standing there for over 10 minutes. Sure enough, my order had been sitting in the freezer the whole time. To make matters worse, the outdoor pickup area was infested with bugs, and I was getting eaten alive while waiting. On top of that, one female employee was club dancing in front of customers. While I’m all for fun and energy, it felt more unprofessional than entertaining in this setting. Overall, the lack of basic communication and customer awareness, combined with the uncomfortable environment, made for a pretty frustrating experience. This Bruster’s location in Mathews, the suburb of Charlotte was good for the most part. We visited on a Thursday evening for some ice cream and weren’t disappointed. We got the Brownie Sundaes. The quantity was quite generous; however the brownie itself was quite hard—maybe from having been cooked too long, or being stale, or just being cold from storage. We were hoping for the brownie to be soft and warm to complement the cold ice cream, but sadly that wasn’t the case. You order at the window, and the seating is outside. There are quite a few tables and benches outside to handle the busy hours. We saw a lot of parking available at the location. I’m hoping other sundaes and cones might be a more fulfilling experience.

Enjoyed the taste of ice cream here. They will serve quickly. We will have seatings outside to enjoy our ice cream. Place is great, seating arrangement is too convenient with a lot of lighting arrangements.

The ice cream was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Banana Split Sundae—it was amazing. They even let us sample different flavors before choosing, which was such a nice touch. My son LOVES the plain Banana which they literally never have in rotation. When you guys 1st opened I could order a 1/2 or whole gallon and have it within 24 hours.. Called said would take 2 weeks to possibly have it . Left 2 stars because it is the best I have ever had, not just banana. You should ALWAYS have it plain like you would vanilla

All vegan ice cream, tasty, many flavors! Everything in the place is vegan, which is awesome! Clean bathroom, too. It gets to be a steady flow of customers and I'm sure all of them aren't vegan, so I feel confident saying that everyone who likes ice cream will likely really enjoy it! :)

I was so so please to find a place my family could enjoy without worrying about dairy! I love that everything is vegan and gluten free (from what I saw). I am eager to try other flavors! Great place for vegans and gluten free folks who want to enjoy gelatos without any objectionable ingredients. My only complaint with this place is customer service. The lady was not friendly at all and we did not feel welcome in the place. If they improve on service they will be so much better. Nice ambience inside and the place is clean.

I am so restricted on what I can have for desserts due to dairy, gluten, & sugar. I can never eat dessert out and my husband found this amazing place!!! They have a small selection of sugar free options as well which is amazing!! The first time in 6 years I was able to have a waffle cone that was gluten free! The flavors are absolutely amazing! Definitely worth the drive!

We love this place. My son and I can eat any thing there and do not have to worry a out our allergies. My husband love the icecream too, and he doesnt have any allergies. I wish they had a few more sugar free versions.

Has nothing to do with gelato, it’s actually a step down from brusters and other popular ice cream shops. And 1 scoop for almost 7$ is outlandish for something that does not even taste good.

Today, I visited the ice cream shop with my mother and daughter. Unfortunately, the employee there was not in the best mood and did not seem happy to be serving customers. I asked for a few samples, but my daughter disliked them, so I sought more options. However, the woman informed me that she couldn’t provide additional samples due to the store policy on limited sampling. I pointed out that it seems counterproductive to limit samples, especially since I had already made a purchase and all their flavors are so distinct, making it hard to choose. To add to the experience, they didn’t have vanilla, which was my daughter’s preference. This could have prevented further interaction with the unwelcoming employee and made our visit more enjoyable. As an ice cream shop, they should prioritize improving their customer service and social skills. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning in the future.

My favorite ice cream place in Mint Hill and possibly other places too. They have nice waffle cones and great flavours. I just wish I could go inside the store to enjoy the Lion King mural on their wall ❤️

Not overly thrilled with Carolina Creamery. I'm a homeowner in Central North Carolina. The Carolina Creamery ice cream truck rolls through our neighborhood on most weekends. The little musical melody that the loudspeakers blast down into the community can be heard from upwards of half a mile away. At least a good humor man only has bells on his truck you can hear him coming that way. But the tinny-ear piercing music that the Carolina Creamery trucks blast out is a nuisance. When a truck is in front of your house the noise is deafening.

Nice ice cream spot! A lot of variety and ice cream can be a shake. Prices are a little high. A milkshake in a medium cup is almost 10 dollars without extras. But if you have the coin, definitely the place to go to satisfy your ice cream fix or on your first match.com date. Great place to converse and eat some awesome ice cream.

Delicious homemade ice cream. My wife loved the coconut ice cream. I enjoyed the pistachio ice cream. My strawberry was a bit basic, and the waffle cone was a bit burned. Overall, it was a great place to stop on a hot day.

We stopped here, for the first time, because my daughter loves matcha. Malloreigh and Sarah took care of our order. They were very friendly and helpful. My daughter ordered a small ube and matcha soft serve and I had a 12 oz. mocha coffee with oat milk. I knew that I would have to pay extra for oat milk which is fine and understandable, but to charge $.50 for the cup for the soft serve is kinda petty. The cost of the soft serve was already $5.85. My daughter really enjoyed her ube and matcha soft serve. My mocha coffee had a burnt and bitter taste. The coffee wasn't worth the $5.50. My daughter suggested that I put some of her soft serve in the coffee to see if it would taste better. It did taste a little better but not by much! Parking was decent.

I’ve been here a few times and loved it every time. This is quite possibly the best soft serve I have ever had. The seasonal flavors are fantastic, although I wish they were posted online so I could know what is available before I come in. Everything I have had has been amazing. I tried the Yuzu Ade on this visit, very refreshing. They don’t just serve matcha, highly recommend even if you aren’t a matcha drinker. Wish I came sooner.

Loved this place!! I got the matcha cream puffs and matcha bannana pudding latte. Presentation was 10/10 and I loved how many different items they have with different flavors to pair with matcha.

Being a matcha person before the hype makes this place refreshing. The matcha is on the top level in terms of quality. Everything on the menu is worth trying at least once. The seating is decent. It can get packed for the size of the store but the frequency of open seats can range. (Especially on Sunday afternoons) I kinda wish there were more locations.

I think today will probably be our last experience here. Customer service has gone down hill and the prices are too high for this sort of experience. Went today and the cashier had a very thick accent. It was hard to understand her and our order ended up incorrect because of the miscommunication. She refused to change/fix it even though my husband wasn't even asking her to remake the entire drink. The matcha quality is good but I don't want to keep wasting money here when the order ends up wrong, etc. I've also had issues where they are closed even when the Google listing says they should be open. I don't live nearby so it really sucks to get there and find them closed during business hours.

We made an unplanned visit after having lunch at Camp North End. My husband Pete usually doesn’t stand in lines, this one was a bit longer than usual but for “good” reason. And so worth the wait! We have tried ice cream around the world & you would never know this is dairy, egg, and gluten free. I had the Queen bee lavender and honeycomb & it was to die for! I’m not over exaggerating! According to Alex, the sweet manager on duty, they had just launched it the day before. I am obsessed with it & so glad she talked me into it. Pete had the “easy to love” classic milk chocolate. One of my favorite spots in the neighborhood! The atmosphere is full of fun and nostalgia—it instantly takes you back to childhood. It’s almost impossible not to smile when you walk through the doors. I have no idea how they make vegan ice cream taste this good, but they’ve absolutely nailed it. The flavors are always creative, delicious, and constantly changing, which keeps me coming back again and again. Vegan or not, this ice cream is for everyone. The ice cream is SO good! It’s gluten, dairy and egg free! The taste was amazing! We got the second date cake (chocolate brownie), can’t all be cookie (cookies & cream), forklift hug (strawberry ice cream with candied pretzels and ice cream & cake & cake (birthday cake). Every single thing we ate was SO good! The ice cream tasted like regular ice cream! The brownies, cookies and waffle cones were so good! For being gluten free they were full of flavor! If you’re in Charlotte you have to stop here for some dessert! We loved it! The area it’s located in is nice a calm. A cute little dessert shop! We loved everything about it!

For all the dairy-upsets-my-belly-but-i-eat-it-anyways folks, this place is a dream come true! 100% Dairy, Egg, and Gluten Free! You can have your favorite treat with out all the suffering 😂 I had two flavors, Golden Milk & Blood Orange with Candied Ginger. Sooooooo delicious! My bestie had strawberry and it was one of the best strawberry flavors I've ever had. On top of really yummy flavors, the staff was super friendly and the place is so cute! Little table top games, coloring sheets, and a giant lite Brite to entertain while you eat. They also have yummy drink options and ice cream flavors you can take home!

Came in here today with no expectations and without a doubt am I overwhelmed with how awesome the atmosphere here is. Not only do they hit the 50s Era diner vibe with the colors upon walking in but the back holds a nice area to relax and eat. But you're here for the food review and it does not disappoint. Asked the owner to surprise me and mand did he. The shake I received was phenomenal and I'd put it in my top 3 shakes ever. Called it the Rooby Snack and I highly recommend it.

Legitimately might be the best Ice Cream around Charlotte. The Carrot Mango Sorbet and Cookies & Cream Ice Cream was amazing. The owner was super sweet and went above beyond during our visit. The only issue is the parking you have park on the street or the paid garage. Urban Sweets also have miniature cakes for sale.

Kristen definitely greeted us with a warm welcome to Urban Sweets as we approached the door. Being a native of Charlotte, I loved how all of the ice creams were named after different spots surrounding the Queen City , which brought back memories. Lol. We were able to taste the different types of ice creams, which made it challenging to select. Me and my husband both enjoyed our ice cream. We even ordered some of the mini cakes to enjoy later.

Some of the best ice cream I've had in Charlotte! It's a little off the regular south end walk, but worth it to head over here for a little indulgence, especially as the days get longer and hotter! All the ice cream flavors are Charlotte themed, from Plaza Midwood Peanut butter to Meyers Park Mint etc, and the taste, texture and sweet cold creamy goodness definitely pass the taste test! I tried several flavors and settled on the mint, but if you get 2 scoops,I'd it with the triple chocolate as well, both fantastic flavors!

Urban Sweets recently opened this store location, and we had a chance to try their ice creams. Plus points that they had two vegan flavors, and the kids enjoyed their choices also. The store was a bit in disarray, and I’m confident the proprietor will figure out how to keep the retail and the event business separate in the future; if not, I’d have to deduct a star for it. Worth a try for all those looking for ice cream in the area.

This place is awesome! You must stop by to visit. It's a very nice shop nestled in South End, Charlotte, owned and operated by Kristen. I tried all the flavors and immensely enjoyed every last one of them. There is a variety miniature of pastries as well. I talked with Kristen, the owner, and listened to the journey of her dream coming true. She is a delight to chat with. If you miss visiting Urban Sweets you'll be missing a 'sweet treat'.

I took myself on a much needed ice cream date to this new vibe located at Southend, but Willmore for the old heads that know better, and remember all the shops lined up and down that corridor— like the area encircling Prices Chicken Coop, Dilworth Theater, and Nivens Drugstore… Ya, I’m that old👌🏽 Anywho, the parlor sits closely to the location where Sonya D’s fitness studio sat, across from the bakery, but adjacent to another piece of history, Bojangles on the corner of West Blvd and South Tryon. Speaking of preserving history, let’s talk about the ice cream— The assortments are named after popular neighborhoods in the Charlotte metro area from North, East, South, Lake Norman (arguably part of the metro), and West Charlotte. The ice cream is topped with different goodies, adding notes of love like chocolate, fruits and nuts. I ordered the McCrory Heights Mix. They were out of that flavor, but the server recommended Biddleville Beast (cake batter, fudge, and chocolate) as a decadent runner-up. The servings were either scooped into two sizes, small or large cup. Urban Treats offered homemade waffles cones with one or two scoops of ice cream that were large in portion. Though the ice cream was fluffy and sweet but not toothache sugary— The cones were more on the opposite side of sweet, which is complimentary to the flavored ice cream that had precise balance of fudge, batter and chocolate. Seating: You won’t get to throw a birthday bash; however, the trendy spacing allows for a few tables, and patrons, where you can grab ice cream, and sit outside, in the sun— maybe at the surrounding seated areas uniquely built into the apex of the building, next to $4.00 garage. Though there’s more areas to park freely. But, this is close for a madam in heels! The vibes: The owner greeted me warmly, while still maintaining the zeal to keep serving well past 5:00pm, which translates good vibes, humility, and southern hospitality all in one location. I say, take the family, or a date, and tour the area…. If you remember the past, the present should be that much more adventurous and darling thanks to locations like Urban Sweets, keeping memories and legacy alive with even the smallest contributions.

A beautiful little shop. A beautiful little scoop of ice cream. I'm not usually one for sweets but I do have a soft spot for ice cream. I've been waiting for this place to open for a hot minute! I'm in love with the coffee toffee almond mix they have. Perfect mix of sweet and savory. To compliment the amazing flavors they have, the presentation is amazing as well! Shout out to the owner for quite a nice set up they have! Can't wait to come here again and again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We didn’t eat here this time since we had already finished dinner elsewhere, but we wanted to enjoy the atmosphere and take in the beautiful skyline view — and Fahrenheit did not disappoint! The rooftop vibes are amazing, and it’s such a great spot to relax with a drink. I had an espresso martini, and it was one of the best I’ve had. Definitely worth a stop whether you’re coming for dinner or just drinks with a view.

Such a beautiful view and the presentation of the food was to die for. Everything on the menu looked delicious. The staff was very professional and the atmosphere was very beautiful. Unfortunately due to weather we weren’t able to sit on the patio outside, but inside was still very nice.

Only issue was that my husband’s steak came back very well done when he asked for medium well due to the kitchen was closing so they were rushing. The manager handled the situation for us. Other than that the food, drinks and service were great! Forgot our server name but she was amazing with the drink suggestions!

Hosted a corporate dinner at the Fahrenheit Charlotte in their private dining room. The pre-event planning was professionally coordinated with an emphasis on my guests with specific dietary requirements. The onsite team was gracious and friendly. The room was set exactly as expected and their AV equipment worked perfectly. The event was a huge success thanks to the great team effort at Fahrenheit. I would strongly recommend this venue to all my fellow planners!

We liked the food, the vibe & everything. Great views from the roof top. They provided so many guidelines around the dressing but I saw many who didn’t follow it at all. The service was not upto the mark. It was not bad!

First time in a rooftop restaurant and we had a blast. We celebrated my daughter's 17 birthday. We arrived early, bit We didn't have to wait too long to be seated, and we actually were lucky because they gave us a table outside. Emma, the waitress, was very friendly, polite and made sure we were having a great time. We liked that we could stand up and take pictures in the balcony, or go to the fireplace and sit down there and then come back to the table. The food was delicious and the price was as you would expect in a place like this. Definitely will consider to comeback.

My first time and it did not disappoint. Service was wonderful and intentional. I appreciate that the server had knowledge of the menu to make relevant suggestions. It is beautiful inside and outside. The food is well prepared with beautiful presentation. I had a drink, appetizer, entrée, and dessert.

We had an amazing dining experience here. The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing authentic Peruvian flavors with every bite, a true taste of Peru. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere added to the vibrant, welcoming vibe. Don’t miss the ceviche! If you’re craving bold, expertly prepared Peruvian cuisine, this is the place. My family and I love it. We’ll definitely be back!

These folks are a good lot. I enjoyed my unplanned visit after a float spa appointment. Perfect stop for lunch IMO. The whole staff were friendly and humorous as an unaffiliated ad was shot there and the people didn't even spend $$ with the establishment. Just adios and thanks. The Ceviche was excellent. I got the Rocoto with shrimp and fish. YES! Loved it. Primary reason for the stop and I savored every bite. After good conversation with some other locals and a tasty margarita, I know I'll be back to further sample the menu.

The Cuban fried rice is probably one of the BEST fried rice meals I've ever had. In my whole life. My husband got 2 half sandwiches and they were both great. If we lived closer we would be here allllllll the timmmmeeeee. We already can't wait to get back to this side of Charlotte and try something new. The whole atmosphere and staff were amazing and so welcoming. Our younger male waiter was great and had a lot of great recommendations. There was a female (maybe manager) that came and asked us how everything was - and then we saw her eating lunch - which is a great sign when a manager eats the food! She was super nice and had recommened a few dishes to try next time as well.

Finally after couple of tries, got to visit this place on a summer Sunday and it was worth it. The mixed ceviche(shrimp & white fish) was one of the best in Charlotte. Equally good were the Shrimp Chaufa(Peruvian fried rice) & Tallerin(Noodles). All the ingredients were fresh and you can taste the distinct flavors. Will definitely come back to try some of the other dishes. It’s a small place with limited parking space. So plan accordingly. Service is good.

What a hidden gem! We are from Tampa, FL and spend our summers in the Carolina’s. We miss our Spanish foods and Calle Sol did not disappoint. Our server, Mattie was great! Everything was delicious from our appetizer to our decant Tres leche/banana pudding desert. So enjoyed our visit and will return when we are in the area.

Everything was amazing Group of 6 had drinks, appetizers and entrees. Serving size was great . Majority of us didn't finish all our food. Our server Kimberly was amazing and attentive, 1st time here for some 2 of us. Won't be the last time we visit this spot

We really enjoyed lunch at Calle Sol. The food came out quickly and our server was great. This rating is a 4.5/5 but not quite a 5. Will definitely go back as the service was solid along with portion size and price. Cuban Fried Rice: 4/5 - very good, super rich Tallerin w/ Chicken: 4.5/5 - really good Plantains: 3/5 - they were so-so, nothing special Key Lime Pie: 4.5/5 - excellent

This is by far my favorite hardware store! As the owner of an older home they tend to carry the things my house needs. The atmosphere is great and they make it feel like they know you. It's a mix of hardware store and general store. There's free popcorn, a dog washing station, an aisle full of old school candy and toys and of course stuff to maintain and make your beautiful. Oh, go check out the garden center, trust me.

They can be a little pricey but the reason I go there is because they usually have what I'm looking for . That saves me time instead of going to two or three different stores that don't have what I am looking for . I just go to Blackhawk and get what I need because chances are they have it. They have plenty of employees so you don't have to go find somebody to help you because several people are right there ready to help. I wish more stores were like Blackhawk .

This particular store is almost an institution because of how beautifully it’s set up and the extensive selection of housewares it offers. A huge plus is that at every turn there’s someone willing to walk you to what you’re looking for! The garden center is awesome too. Highly recommended.

This neighborhood shopping center has a little bit of everything.it’s walkable, dog friendly and well used. There is a good variety of stores, restaurants and services as well as ample parking.

Excellent Shopping Center located in Charlotte at 4225 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28209 Lots of stores and a good variety as well. Featuring Blackhawk Hardware as a main staple of the center. Parking is ok, but not laid out too well, however it is functional for the space.

Overcrowded with no place to park. Hard to Get into the parking lot and so much traffic. Great stores but I felt so compressed and crowded. Everyone is tense trying to find parking. Go find another place to shop.

What an awesome ACE hardware store. The manager personally showed us around after finding out that we were visiting the city and that we look for hardware for the furniture I refinish. I have never seen that much hardware in an ACE store. We were able to order a several unique pieces. They also have a lot of cool bathroom and kitchen things. Don't forget to visit their garden area as well.

I gave 4 starts because the price of produce here is inflated. I recommend this place for the deli department, they have great stuff for Mondays. 8.99 the whole pizza. Customer service is great and environment is very quiet to be a supermarket.

Visited the store while visiting family in the area and was able to get the few things on our list quickly and easily. We picked some amazing beef filets, that were perfect. The fresh vegetables were also very good. The selection and quality was great and the prices were what you would expect for the area. The store is well lit, organized and clean. The check out process was really quick and easy. Would highly recommend and will be back when in the area.

One of the nicest grocery store/ Harris Teeter I have ever been to. It is 2 storage high and it is bright and clean and organized. During holiday they have great decoration to get you to buy more gifts. Seems like frozen isle is large than other store but fresh items are less for some reason.

This Harris Teeter isn’t huge or super modern, but it does a lot with what it has —- but the deli and meat department could be better in terms of selection. There’s a Starbucks and a great selection of fresh flowers inside, which is a huge plus. Parking is a nightmare; they need a garage. Half of the cashiers are super nice; the other half are not friendly at all. Pro Tip: Hit the clearance cart at the front; it’s got some amazing deals, and they keep it stocked….though it can always be bigger.

Had an enjoyable experience the other day when I came in to get ice cream. Catherine was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me great assistances. She was very pleasant. Darwin also did a great job with his excellent customer service and both of them are key customer service agents. Thanks for having them as the face of the store.

Excellent service from Shihab! He was on point, entergic & quick on his feet. Great asset for the company to have and I can see why he was chosen to be one of Harris Teeter employees and I put him in the best category.

I just love this grocery store. I usually go in to purchase certain items but end up buying more. The sale prices, quality of the products and friendly service never disappoints. I highly recommend this grocery store 👌🏽

Just left ordered a firey crispy add bacon and a Bacon and Swiss they gave me 2 a old sandwiches after having to wait in line forever for Fresh food. I've called 20 times no answer I want a refund immediately do not eat here they do not care about food or customers

Waited in one of the drive-thru lines for about 10 minutes before backing up and having to go to the other line to order. Once I finally was able to order, the person at the microphone cut off my order early, never asked if I was done (I wasn't), and immediately left before I could say my order wasn't finished. To top it all off, they didn't even get the order right. I asked for large, they asked me if I wanted a large, and they STILL didn't give me a large.

Edited review: i once have this location a 5 star due to the 2 new staff members they had that were well seasoned in customer service and pleasantries. It seems they have left. As usual my order contained everything i told they last NOT to put on my sandwiches.. waited 10 minutes just to come home and find MAYO ON MY SUPPOSED VEGAN BURGER... FYI:MAYO CONTAINS EGG!!! AND CHEESE CONTAINS MILK WHICH IS DAIRY.. MY OTHER ORDER STILL CONTAINS CONDIMENTS THAT I SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED THREE TIMES TO MAKE SURE WERE NOT ON THERE. I'M OFFICIALLY DONE WITH THIS BK.. Dam. I haven't ate all day and saw the picture of the brisket whopper. When I got it, it looked like someone up-chucked on the burger, really tasted like it too. I could not finish. Then the sweet tea had to much sugar, and to make it worse, my fries were hot, but, still tasted raw. Needless to say, I went to bed hungry. I know noone makes their food like the pictures, but, at least take pride in what you do. Inedible.

Waited in line over 15mins drive through. Only gave me small drink though I asked for a large. When I mentioned the issue they snapped at me. the light does not change for anyone to leave the parking lot into main road so forced to turn right. so another 10 min wait. it was not all there fault but 30 mins I can't get back

Clean and modern interior. Fast and fresh food. I haven't been to BK since COVID. Food is still the same good quality and the fries are just ok. Fries are still not what they used to be. Employees are nice. Overall, it's a good quick stop for decent food.

Food was cold asked for a bacon whopper no tomato they had me wait for a while at the pay window then had me pull up (weird) the whopper patty looks old and the sandwich looks thrown together plus no bacon 👎 I regret coming to this Burger King

Insomnia Cookies is a decent spot if you’re craving a late-night sweet treat, especially warm cookies delivered right to your door. I’ve ordered a few times, and while the concept is great and the cookies usually arrive warm, the experience can be hit or miss. Came in to get some ice cream. Store was open but no one was around. Neighborhood looked pretty dangerous so hopefully the employees were OK. I considered just taking the ice cream because it would have been very easy to do so but i'm not from that particular background. That being said, I'm assuming it happens a lot judging by the surrounding area.

Smells like *CHEF’s KISS* the minute you step inside!!!! 😤🥴🤤 Pleasant customer service, short wait times as the crew members are pretty efficient, and they offer VEGAN & Gluten Free items!?! I typically go for the Vegan treats, but tried the gluten free option on my last visit. A little more “grainier/crumblier” than what im used to… but hey!!! Still just as good 😎👍 Still served warm, with a light crunch on the outside edges and a oowey gooey middle in the center! And, they even have VEGAN beverage options too!!! I am clearly a Fan! Side note: Wishing they would offer vegan icecream options as well in the future!

I think this location was better than my 1 st experience with the company on THE OHIO State university ,Go Buckeyes,! I would've rated this experience a 4 had they had cookies perpared ! There was a slight wait ,but everything was delicious! One reason I also decided to take a point off was ,no glues or washing of hands by the server. Being from Ohio both are REQUIRED for every person you serve ! Another reason was a deliver came in sat with those standing going between the kitchen and returning to his plate of cookies he got from the kitchen! It parking was easy and the parking lot was clean.

I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because the cookies really are delicious. However, I had to wait 3 hours to recieve them after ordering, and we live within 15 minutes in bad traffic. When I did finally receive my order, it was wrong. We had ordered the cookie sandwich pack. This was supposed to come with 6 regular cookies, 4 toppings, and a pint of ice cream. We recieved a small ice cream. This was supposed to be enough to make three ice cream sandwiches, and it would have barely made one. I also recieved a cookie that looks like someone may have had a nibble of. In the 3 hours of waiting I also made 2 phone calls, each an hour apart, and was told my order would be arriving very soon each time. Neither time was I offered any sort of compensation for my trouble. I'm normally not one to complain but my bedtime was delayed from 11pm until 2am, so please excuse me for being grumpy. This was a very disappointing experience and I will definitely be looking at a competitor next time I get a late night sweet tooth.

A beautiful day so we decided to check out Bruster's and they did not disappoint!!! 🤤 Mint Chocolate Chip Oat Milk, Birthday Cake and Butter Brickle are the flavors pictured. Only 3 young ladies working and they were sweet, fast and efficient! Check them out, be patient and enjoy 😉

I went to this breusters for the first time in a year bevaise I had a bad experience last time and I order a chocolate milkshake and a large waffle bowl with vanilla icecream and strawberry topping and an extra waffle bowl. They even went iver my order again at the window because whoever took my order couldn't seemingly understand this straightforward order I made. I then was given my order and I had to ask for the extra waffle bowl as they left that out. Then I get home and I have vanilla icecream with marshmallow cream all over it and butterfingers! I didn't order marshmallow cream on anything! I hate marshmallows so I had to throw out the entire thing and didn't get any ice cream because by the time I would've gone back they would be closed. This is ridiculous. I'll never go back to this place again! They owe me 15 dollars! I paid for then to double check my order and still screw it up. This is what I get for trying this place again. Not to mention whoever made this is a toddler as it looks like my 4 year old just dumped all this on the floor and stomped on it a bunch and then threw it in a bowl. It was so full the icecream and topping was all over the top of the bowl. I have to say too the vanilla ice cream just wasnt good at all. It was thin and runny and there was almost zero vanilla flavor. The vanilla out of the harris teeter brand carton is better than what was in this bowl. Im sure some people like this ice cream but it was not good. It wasnt like any ice cream ive ever gotten from this place either. I had a chocolate shake and that was great but unfortunately that wasnt for me so i only got to taste it. I understand at least from their website that they make the ice cream at the store and i think someone either made a bad batch this time or what i got was something else entirely and not vanilla but the ice cream literally had zero taste. It was like there was no sugar in the ice cream at all. Im not sure if they have sugar free vanilla but if they do then they messed up and used that in my order. This was so bad. I would appreciate my money back but it would be more trouble than it's worth to try and get the children that work there to be professional. That was another problem. The girl taking orders was trying to do everything and the two guys were standing around doing nothing. The ither guy who apparently made this slop like order needs a lesson in how to scoop ice cream and mix in toppings. There is a place right up the road called SCOOP AND SWIRL and they are a small business not a chain and their ice cream is a thousand times better but they weren't open. Next time I'll just wait because I've never had bad ice cream there but this breusters must be so used to so many families coming and sitting outside to eat ice cream that they feel like they don't have to make good ice cream anymore to get business. If they keep handing out orders like what I was given they will see business decline.

Came on a Friday afternoon. Wasn’t too busy, the lady was super helpful and nice. Paid around $13 for 2 ice creams. They have sitting areas which is great. I got a brownie Sunday and my wife got a mint chocolate chip cone.

The Strawberry Matcha was so good! I can almost never finish ice cream because of how sugary it is, but this wasn't overly sugary. It was so so good. My husband had the White Chocolate Rasberry Truffle and loved it. His had more sugar but was also quite good. It's probably the best ice cream I've ever had before!

We had the Gooey Butter Cake and added the butterscotch topping. Next time I would skip the topping, get the flavor as is and get a bigger size. It was delicious!

We have been coming to Bruster’s since 2008 and it’s been our favorite. We have always gotten hot fudge malts with mixed nuts. All of the sudden this year, it’s hit or miss whether or not we are allowed to do that. Tonight we came through the drive through and the girl who took our order outside said of course we could get that and that she always does it. Then at the window, the cashier said they are never allowed to do that. Please work on communication throughout all employees because it’s pretty frustrating that all the sudden after more than 15 years there’s new rules. Additionally, the new process of taking orders outside is so difficult because there are no menus to look at before ordering. You just have to drive up and know your order.

Last night, my wife and I tried Cheat’s Cheesesteaks for the first time, and overall, it was a great experience! We ordered two large sandwiches, but honestly, one would have been enough to share—my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach. There are a few picnic tables outside, but this is just a walk up place. And everything was hot and cooked fresh and pretty fast considering the line, but honestly, the guy who took our order wasn’t overly friendly. The bread was a standout: soft, flavorful, and sturdy enough to hold all the fillings without falling apart. Speaking of fillings, they were generous with the steak—plenty of it and perfectly cooked. The cheese on the classic sandwich was decent, but next time, we’ll opt for American cheese for a simpler, creamier taste. The onions added great flavor to the original classic, though there were almost too many for my liking. We also split a large fry, which was more than enough to share. However, I wasn’t impressed with the ketchup—it was an off-brand packet that lacked flavor. The fries themselves were decent, but a bit pricey, and the $2 charge for a small cup of cheese sauce felt steep. While the sandwiches were fairly priced considering the quality and quantity of ingredients, the overall meal felt a little expensive, partly because we over-ordered. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to return, with a few adjustments to our order. To those about to nosh, we salute you!

I have had cheats several times and have loved It each time, but this time I was disappointed! I have left much better reviews before so I promise I’m not someone who writes a review only if I’m disappointed. I tried a new sandwich today, their chicken cutlet Caesar salad sandwich. I know the new changes just rolled out so let me start by saying the seeded roll is perfect, however, I was expecting a thin, juicy, and crispy chicken cutlet and that is not what I got. I opened up the sandwich to find two pitiful over fried chicken tenders instead… this is not what is advertised or even shown in pictures on the menu/instagram etc. Also, the Caesar salad part was very minimal! I wanted the Caesar coated romaine to be overflowing on the sandwich and It was not. I wouldn’t order this again… especially not at almost $20. Sticking with the cheesesteaks from here on out. Just disappointed overall.

A very pleasant meal and experience! The manager Steven is so knowledge and helpful! Customer service was beyond amazing. This is a seed-oil free establishment and they use beef tallow which is awesome and something we look for when dining out. We got the bowls with extra meat and very hearty, decent portion size, and tasted great. Can’t wait to try the wings.

If you want a no frills cheesesteak stop in at Cheat's Cheesesteak. There are a variety of cheesesteaks to choose from all made fresh after you order. There are some tables and chairs to eat at but only outside. As soon as you order your food it's being cooked . The service is fast. I had the small chicken cheesesteak and it was packed with chicken. The hoogie had grilled chicken, bell peppers, onions, and cheese. Delicious 😋. I will definitely go back to try other sandwiches.

Great service. Great food. The guy who works at the front counter is amazing! Update: I did not like the food from my recent visit. Customer service was still great. However, the cheesesteaks cost more, the small sub option is no longer available, the serving size seems smaller (way more bread than meat), it doesn’t taste the same, and $3 for a small 3 oz cup of cheese sauce. Additionally, usually my cheesesteak is still piping hot by the time I get home. That was not the case today. I saw the owners’ recent response to another review stating that the bakery they partnered with supplies their bread. Is it possible to have them make something similar to the older version? For the first time since coming here, I feel like I wasted money on something that’s going in the trash. I understand increasing prices a little due to inflation. However, increasing pricing and decreasing quality is disappointing.

I visited Cheat's after seeing rave reviews on Instagram, curious to try their famous cheesesteaks. I ordered the OG Cheesesteak with some additional toppings, but when I got my order, the bag seemed rather light. Unfortunately, the cheesesteak didn't live up to the hype. While it tasted good, it wasn't anything remarkable, especially considering the $19+ price tag. For the portion size and quality, I feel cheated (pun intended). Given the high price point, I'm disappointed that Cheat's didn't meet my expectations. With equally delicious sandwiches available elsewhere at a fraction of the cost, I likely won't be returning to Cheat's.

The cheesesteaks are amazing. Very good tons of cheese. The meat is wonderfully beefy and delicious. So great food. But that is where things get off track. The most annoying part of going to this location along with the other location is parking. I mean to make this location even worse is you have the delivery drivers pulling up like they’re doing a bank heist almost hitting people in the parking lot parking anywhere they want to smelling like pot and frankly being more annoying than the actual staff that are in the restaurant. I don't know how to stop that, but it's disruptive and frankly annoying for the customers who did come there to order. Somehow they get priority and get to shove everyone out of the way and then block the parking lot. The person taking the order today a nice female didn’t have any kind of customer etiquette at all. She just asked me what I wanted and then didn’t ask me if I wanted in an odd way...I said I had not been there and didn't know the process and she looked as if she did not care....she did not ask if I wanted anything extra didn’t ask me if I wanted fries didn’t ask me if I wanted a drink she just scared of me like I was a moron and frankly I get it. My face looks like a bit of a moron, but you don’t sell more food by just standing there and staring at me like I’ve just asked you for something you don’t have. There could be a little bit of training going in to teaching these people how to interact with the public. Also, I don’t tip you if I stand up and order my food and walk away. I am now going to stop tipping any place where people don’t do any kind of service it’s absurd and frankly, you all should be ashamed that you’re asking for tips for a stand-up service. Plus the default is 18% for a sandwich that just cost me $20.... So the food is excellent the atmosphere and the people there are actually terrible and the staff the window aren’t very helpful at all when it comes to people ordering and finding out what they do don’t want. I will give it another shot one day but for now not eager to go back.

I really don’t like posting bad reviews, but this place earned it. After nearly 10 years working in the hospitality industry, I’ve seen a lot—and unfortunately, this stay ranks among the worst. First, the area felt unsafe. I noticed sketchy activity around the hallways and parking lot, which made me uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. Second, the front desk staff looked unhappy and unapproachable. Having worked front desk myself, I know how much a warm welcome can shape a guest’s stay—and sadly, that was missing here. The room was also a huge letdown. It was over 90 degrees outside, and the AC was completely off when I checked in. It took over an hour to cool the space, which felt more like a sauna than a hotel room. I get trying to save on energy costs, but this isn’t the right way to do it. The condition of the room itself was poor—badly patched walls, non-working phone and internet, and a fridge that didn’t chill anything. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years, and this was by far my worst experience. I really can’t recommend it.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It cost me $113.05 to be totally disgusted by an establishment. I WANT A REFUND. We arrived late, after a long drive, with intention to leave very early. I'm not the kind of person who complains, but when I was charged an extra 20 dollars for my dog while checking out, I became enraged. The room was - and I can not emphasize this enough - disgusting. The ac didn't work properly and had some kind of white powder poured into it. The room smelled like sewage, and there was crud on almost every surface. Unfortunately, this crude was not stains. It was simply not wiped off. Everywhere I looked, there was stains or dirt. What am I paying extra to have my dog in this room for??? It's certainly not going towards cleaning. The free breakfast, which we stayed until 7am for - even though it was advertised as being served earlier - was pitiful and inedible. Lastly, I filter my results by certain criteria - one of the criteria I filter is for a pool. This hotel did not have a pool. The pictures look nothing like the room I was given. I only took two pictures before we checked out. I didn't expect to get into an argument with the front desk worker. Otherwise, I would have taken more of the deplorable conditions.

My husband & I book a stay 9/19/25 to 9/21/25. Checked in approx 7pm. The cleanliness of our room was very poor. The toilet seat was broken to where you would not be able to sit on it with out possible falling on the floor. Zid at the front desk gave us another room. Again the cleanliness of the room was bad. The back of the door looked as if someone spill or thrown their drink on it. I could not believe the lamp shade stains. Come on! you can afford to replace the lamp shade. The salmon color chair had a head print and the arm rest end were your hands go had mechanics type grease on it. Best of all!! The toilet seat was broken too. I've stayed at Confront Inns and Quality inn in the past and I know they are not like a Hilton, but they are affordable and for the most part clean. This hotel was completely unacceptable unless it's the way you were raised, dirty or need the room for hour. I have filed a complaint and I truly hope the hotel will be inspected.

All of the staff seemed friendly but that was our only positive experience! The minute I drove into the parking lot my heart sank. The place did not look like the pictures and it felt unsafe. Even with first impressions being bad, I thought my husband and I would give it a chance. Went upstairs to go to room after checking in and never made it. Our room was on 2nd floor and when I walked up the stairs there was literally a woman passed out on drugs or deceased (not sure) laying in the breezeway. We immediately ran to front desk and told them she needed emergency assistance. We received our money back immediately. I never did get to see the room so I can't comment on that. I sincerely hope that poor woman is ok. Never again will I not read reviews before booking!

This hotel was run down, advertises that they have a pool which they certainly do not. The photos they have posted must be from several years ago. The “hot breakfast buffet” is nothing more than a continental breakfast with soggy eggs and if you don’t get there within about the first hour you won’t even have that. The room was gross with sticky brown gunk stuck to the bathroom door and hair in the bed. They also must keep the ACs off until a guest checks in because when we entered the room the AC was off and it was so hot in the room that the first night we couldn’t sleep. If you have children I would highly recommend AGAINST staying here, there were people just standing outside their doors smoking pot. It was disheartening to have to walk our 3 and 1 year old through pot smoke.

Was there for a wedding locally. This place was dive. When we arrived or door was open the maid had just cleaned the room. There was a stain on the comforter. There was a one inch gap under the door anything could craw in. The second night we were there the maids never came in and cleaned the room we had no clean towels and had to go to a convenience store to get a roll of toilet paper. The third night we woke up to an inch of water completely covering the floor a pipe had leaked underneath the sink. The tub was extremely dirty had to wear socks just to take a shower so we didn't get foot fungus. Because we booked through a third party we could not get a refund but the hotel does said they would have refunded us all three days but they couldn't because we booked through a third party which we thought we actually booked through the hotel itself. Still fighting to get our refunds. Not to mention the first night we were there they had a SWAT team two doors down from us doing a drug raid on the room two doors down from us. Terrible terrible stay. The area that it's in is a very drug infested prostitution area.

They false advertised about a pool in their description, when my family and I arrived we were later informed there had not been a pool for several years and they forgot to update their Expedia page. The Breakfast is also a walking disappointment, all breakfast items that are not Coffee or Waffles (You make the waffles yourself using the waffle maker.) come cold and there is often not a lot a large quantity so breakfast is often restocked or forgotten altogether. There is a rule that prohibits bringing breakfast into your room, I have found ways to buy pass this rule much to my inconvenience. The staff are hardly around, when they are it's only one or two people aside from custodians, the manager from what I've seen is not at all self aware and the state and condition of the hotel reflects their negligence ten fold. The rooms are rather cramped to be paying $60, The bathroom including Bathtub, toilet are absolutely filthy, as I've found hair from previous residents inside and outside of the tub. Ventilation is restricted as well so it creates a perfect habitat for mold. Only one sink is provided so clearly there is no consideration for the Guests needs, such as washing dishes, basic hygiene etc. The only TV in the room is an outdated version of a cable TV. I implore you to really consider visiting this hotel, I wouldn't not have stayed here had I not been desperate.

My family of four enjoyed our meal this evening, which included a veggie burger, chicken tenders and bacon cheese fries. The bacon was real not bacon bits, so that was a big hit.. The cheese wasn't as much of a hit. Veggie burger was delicious and the chicken tenders were hot and crispy. Milkshakes and mango Italian ice were hits. Sweet tea was good, but more subtly sweet than normal southern sweet tea. Staff was really nice and funny. Prices are affordable. Only issue was a price glitch that I didn't catch before I signed for it, which was a $2 and change overcharge for 2 of the same item. For the hassle of it, I just told them to keep it as a tip. I enjoy supporting local and family businesses, so we'll definitely be back!

My daughter and I love this place. the prices are good, the burgers are very good and ice cream at the tables outside is a perfect way to chill on a hit summer day........ This place is clearly a staple of southend and deserves your support - it has mine.

Love the old fashioned grilled burger they serve. This place has been here forever and it's always been delicious. My favorite is the single burger all the way. Make sure you save room for ice cream. Soft serve cones and banana splits are the bomb. Stop in and see why Mr. K's is still a Charlotte original.

I drive to Charlotte every once and a while just to get a double super C....love the grill cooked burgers, the fries are good and if you have room get a banana shake!!!!

Mr K's is awesome! This place is my go-to on the south end to get a great burger and ice cream. Their burger toppings are amazing and their burgers are tough to beat. I like their onion rings, I always order them. this can be a very very popular place for people to stop in so make sure you get there early or plan to wait in line, it's worth it. Seatting here is limited, so take that into account as well. The staff here is always very friendly and the food is always wonderful. I love this place!

Dropped by based of all the good reviews - happy to say this burger joint does not disappoint! If you are in search of a good ol'fashioned burger with off the grill flavor, this is the place. I am happy to support small business - and especially more so with the great service here. You could tell there were a few regulars there, and I appreciated their interaction with the staff. Heartwarming and genuine service, I definitely recommend folks to stop here.

My wife had the opportunity to show me around Charlotte and told me I had to try this place. It was nostalgic. It was different than what I was used to in Southern California. It. Was. Great. There is not enough I can say about this establishment. Every worker there was so welcoming, from the wait staff to the owner. I normally wouldn't give 5 stars but everything was great. The homemade onion rings were on the money, the made to order burger was just as good. I like the fact that they are all about the Charlotte area and locals truly know about this place. We went on a Friday afternoon for lunch on my husbands birthday, the vibe is really nice, the food was really good and they had really good drink specials, I only give 4 stars because they were out of whipped cream for my milkshake, but other than that everything was good. We’ll be back again.

Pretty cool bar in south end, has a really low key, open and nice atmosphere. Beer specials where great. Went on a Tuesday night and it was somewhat busy but wouldn’t say busy enough to receive the lack of attention we did, but overall was a fun experience.

Great vibes - I love a crowded bar (that means someone's doing something right). I came here on a date for my first time. Great date location! The place could have a been a bit cleaner but it was in the evening so... what can ya do? I had a pleasant waitress and my fries were tasty. My fish sandwich a was little bland but it was bigger than I was expecting.

Stopped in for a drink on a Saturday night. It wasn't uncomfortably crowded and it wasn't dead. I ordered the mango pouch drink but they were out of the pouches. It was pretty tasty! We also ordered the trio of fries and they hit the spot. I would definitely come back to try some different things!

We came here for a happy hour and it seems like they have found a groove that works for this location. It was fairly crowded right at 5 when we got there. Service was very friendly and pretty fast too. They are flexible with table space which works well for a happy hour. The patio space that's covered with the garage door open is a nice way to get a breeze without sitting in the sun. Appetizers are half price from 4-6, so we got an order of fries, fries, fries. It comes with waffle, sweet potato, and curly fries. While they were all good, the curly fries were definitely the best. We tried the jalepeño bacon, cilantro lime, and Thai ranch dipping sauces. The jalepeño bacon and Thai ranch were good, but the cilantro lime was a little watery and not great for fries. I also tried some of the fried pickles and buffalo cauliflower that other people got. The buffalo cauliflower was quite good. This is a great place to stop for a drink in South End.

Today I just went there to try the Adult Caprisun Pouches. We tried the peach flavored one it was pretty tasty, just too sweet to my husband to be an alcoholic beverage. I liked it! I'll be going again just go try food and other drinks.

I will be back had a great time. I only thing I didn't like is that you can bring dogs. I am highly allergic and dont like them around my food and drinks.However I totally loved the adult capri sun drinks

Came here over the weekend, not only did the young lady that prepared my order make it completely wrong but she also put nuts in there! I have a nut allergy and grateful I had my EpiPen. I ordered a banana cream pudding & she gave me vanilla ice cream. Which would’ve been the least of my worries.. Try minimizing conversations with coworkers while taking/making orders, things could’ve been much worse :/

I went in here during a busy time. It took a while to get serviced which is understandable… but the thing that got me was the fact that even though they had two registers open, i had to walk to back to the line to pay for my ice cream. Thats usually not bad when it’s empty in there but while it’s busy that doesn’t make sense. Because then i have to walk through people waiting. The quality of my ice cream wasn’t it, she mixed in sprinkles but then added another scoop on top with no sprinkles mixed in like what.

Gave them one star for lies, the bathroom works perfectly fine. They put this up because they didn’t want to clean the bathroom. I think by law they have to have a bathroom working to be in business. Lines out the door and they think it’s ok to put a fake sign up.

4 people working when my family came in. I was greeted properly. While one was on the register, one appeared to be fulfilling online orders, the other 2 workers moved digitally. Teamwork got us in and out. Great Personality. My service was outstanding.

I ordered some ice cream sandwiches to be delivered as a birthday gift and the ice cream was all over the package, melting. Didn’t look too appetizing. Maybe they should try to do something like supply a cooler for delivery service just to remedy the issue. Not good

They opened back up on 4/1. The price is pretty reasonable for what you are getting. You can mix flavors and even add cream or sour spray on top... why not both?? Even on the hottest days, Pelican's Snowballs will make it feel like winter is right around the corner. Kid friendly establishment with games and other outdoor activities on site. If you're close by, it's time to give them a try 😉 I promise you that you will never ever leave disappointed. 💯

Great experience. Like area roped off as in a busy parking lot area. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Pelicans has the smoothest shaved ice around. I only gave 4 stars because mine was more on ice than flavor side- I got Mojito. Kids loved theirs. I like the tons of options. I need to try an add on next time. This is one of our favorite places to come. The ice always tastes great and is just what you need at the end of a hot summer day. Do yourself a favor, and try a stuffed Butterscotch and Cream Soda.

We love coming to Pelicans for their sno balls! Delicious flavors and always a good amount even in the smallest sizes. Friendly staff as well, great games available for kids and adults, nice seating area too.

This place is fun. You can get a kiddie snow ball for $3 and it's plenty to eat. They have about 100 different flavors including dill pickle, dragons blood, etc. They have outdoor games like life-size connect 4, bean bag toss, etc. Great place to bring kiddos!

I usually never have issues coming to this exact pelicans but I was asked if it was for here or to go and I got this? Since when does it matter if it’s to go. I was not satisfied with the answer I received hope next time is better.

Cute little shop. There was definitely some folks already there enjoying their treats already and a small line in front of us but they moved that line very quickly. The employees were all very helpful in offering ideas for me to get a banana split (which is not on their menu) but I still was able to enjoy all of the flavors I was craving with their Banana Pudding ice cream, chocolate and strawberry sauce, whipped cream and nuts. It was just enough and so good. The Queen Oreo Shake was a monster and so yummy. No photo of the Banana Split Sundae, it was too good to stop and take a photo of. Also, I really liked that as we left we were wished a good rest of the day and a thank you for stopping by. We will definitely be back when we are in the Pineville area again.

One of the first things we did when we moved to Charlotte was scout out the local ice cream shops. We have been to carplina scoops twice now (with many plans to go back) and both trips were amazing! The staff is super friendly, the selections are awesome, and the price is well below what you would expect for the portions and items!

Adorable little spot for a quick treat. The atmosphere is cute colorful and fun, just what people need when grabbing an ice cream pick me up. We enjoyed an ice cream taco with banana pudding ice cream and Dulce de Leche cheesecake ice cream and an Oreo queens milkshake today. The milkshake was for my son. It was over the top huge and had an amazing presentation. He wasn’t sure if he could eat the whole thing but he did! He reported it was delicious. I really really loved the banana pudding ice cream flavor. It even has nilla wafers in it. We had outstanding service by John. He was super attentive kind and personable. He gets customer service and does this shop proud. I’m so glad local well run ice cream shops are popular and thriving. This is one thing that cannot be imported or ecommerced. Going out for ice cream is something that lifts my spirits and helps me celebrate. Thanks Carolina Scoops for the cherry on top of my day!

My daughter and I went to Ocha at 3 pm on a random Tuesday, and half of their menu was covered in "Sold Out" post-it notes. We ordered two rolled ice creams (the only ice cream available) and the mini taiyaki fish cakes with Nutella. As the employee was adding the toppings to our ice cream, she discovered they were also out of whipped cream. While I don't especially enjoy the texture of rolled ice cream, I can appreciate that the ingredients are fresh and the orders are made in front of you. You can expect to wait 3-5 minutes per order, so be patient if you're with a larger group.

Ouuuuu I cannot get enough of this place. When I tell you, they never disappoint! I came in today, and recently, they’ve been missing a lot of items off of their menu unlike in the past, they used to have their full menu running is very unique and lovely. So today I ended up just getting a vanilla soft serve and dressing up my way with chocolate caramel syrup, Oreos, crackers, and fruity pebbles… Needless to say, even though they were missing a lot and didn’t have what I wanted the girls behind the counter did not disappoint my ice cream. It looked amazing!! And wait for it… it was only $4!!! 😍

Had a great experience. Brought the family, had five people in our party. Ordered a mix of items. Took a while to get the complete order, they call when each one was completed. We watched them make all of them very interesting process. If you don’t have a few minutes to wait while it’s prepared go somewhere else. Pricing was reasonable. It was good ice cream, the experience was great.

I’ve been to Ocha Time Tea & Creamery a few times in Charlotte NC. I had a bubble tea once and it was very good. I also had the matcha Taiyaki which is ice cream that comes with the waffle fish cone. I wanted to get that yesterday but they didn’t have it available. I ended up getting the Nutella rolled ice cream. It was very good. Everyone is super friendly there. The service is a little slow but it’s worth it to me to wait. Everything is always very fresh also and it’s very clean. Will definitely go back again especially, now that it’s getting hot!!

Its been for ever since Ive had this place🙅🏿‍♂️ plain Ube Taiyaki fish ice cream presentation looks sloppy; didn’t get to eat it yet 😵😵 The idea of NOT-WEARING GLOVES and touching the ice cream while putting the label on the cup gives me the eww 🤮 vibes!! 🫣 Both workers both bothered not wearing GLOVES🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🧐🧐!! Didn’t want to make a fuss about and chose not to eat it and wasted $8!!!

I love this little place! They are super sweet, location seemed clean. We enjoyed everything we ordered. I had a taro milk tea with boba and my husband had the rolled strawberry cheesecake ice cream, they were both really good and not super ridiculously priced!!

This spot is so much more than bubble tea and I was drawn in by some of their unique offerings. My husband and I shared: - Berry Crunch Bubble Waffle with Ube Soft Serve and Mochi, substitute Oreo for Fruity Pebbles - Dark Brown Sugar Milk Tea I loved the bubble waffle. These aren't common in Charlotte and they have Ube ice cream which makes it even better. The milk tea was good as well. I'd love to come back for the Taiyaki too.

This was our first time trying rolled ice cream and it was delicious! My son was torn about what flavor to order and she kindly let him try a cookie sample to help him decide. We ordered the Cheese Cake and it was enough for the 3 of us to share. The only negative was that we wished we would have combined the Cheese Cake with the Strawberry Kiss. I would recommend Classy Scoops Ice Cream Lounge. I am already planning my next trip!

I’m afraid we have become regulars at this spot because everything is SO delicious! Hands down THEE best ice cream in the greater Charlotte area! So many options! They have regular ice cream, waffles, boba, ICE CREAM NACHOS, and my personal fave…ROLLED ICE CREAM!!! The ingredients are top quality so the ice cream tastes really fresh! There are mostly teens that work here and surprisingly they are super nice and professional. There was some miserable lady complaining about her boba and trying to tell the actual employee how she should have made it, very rude and bitter lady. The employee was very kind to her anyway. Amazing ice cream and great service!

What a lovely group of ladies serving some delicious scroll ice cream creations. The Mint to Be is a very minty cookies & cream ice cream with a generous whipped topping & a couple Pocky sticks for garnish & noshing. The ice cream base for the scroll ice cream is delicious and smooth. It leaves your stomach feeling satiated while your mouth feels clean and refreshed. Great job, ladies. Keep up the good work.

I brought my family here to celebrate my son's birthday. He really wanted to try rolled ice cream and let me just tell you, this place is vibe! Loved our experience. The customer service was top notch. We felt very welcomed and the staff were so nice. The ice cream was good and the place is beautiful inside. They have wall where you can take photos holding your ice cream. I would definitely recommend checking out this spot!

Awful. Never again am I going back. the lady there was so rude and had a nasty attitude. Not only that but my food had 4 roaches in it and when I asked for a refund she got so mad and refused to give me my refund. Not only that but there was a rat running around and they didn’t even care to do something about that. Overall my experience was horrible. Wouldn’t recommend. Save your money and time. Very rude with an ugly attitude and an ugly face.

I left one star because I can't leave a review without adding one. However for a 1st timer here as a visitor from out of state with family the service and attitude of the women at the cashier and taking the order was horrible. There's no menu with ingredients. Every time I asked what the ingredients were she would roll her eyes and suck her teeth. I regret dropping 120$ at her business. I would've left with nothing had I not had younger kids with me. When I asked for a receipt she said it would cost me more with a nasty attitude as ifnshe was doing me a favor. Seems like she's cooking the books.

This place is very slow. Came here to pick a order up. 15 min wait. But the staff is have the best conversation that I hear all their business. What happened to keeping the voices to a whisper while customers are in store. Than the young lady tried to come out to explain why it took so long. The order should've been started. But their conversation was more important. I can't say anything bad about the treats because I didn't eat anything from them. I was there to pick up an order. But from just the experience of wait time and the rude young lady I won't spend a dime to try to see if the place has good treats.

Excellent product. They are delicious gourmet cookies. And I couldn't believe the cookies were delivered while still warm. I will definitely buy again. Especially, when they offer another generous promotional discount. Good Job Tiff's Treats!

Ordered through Too Good To Go app. Parking was an unusual nightmare. Got home and had 12 cookies in the bag for $9.00+ and 9 of the 12 cookies are traditional chocolate chip cookies, which are nothing to write home about. Cookies were hard and tasted like burnt butter. :eye roll: Wouldn't order again. ONE STAR. Additional star because the girl working there was nice.

Tiffs treats were just amazing ! Customer service was great and the options she provided were nice as well . First time coming and the brownies were a HIT !! Highly recommend to get out of your sweet tooth. They had small ice cream cups for about $2 to accommodate our brownies. We got them warmed up and it just melted ! Nice crunchy and chewy at the same time .

We came on a late Saturday night and got a peanut butter chocolate bar. The cashier heated our thing up so it was gooey and delicious! Service was good, storefront a little small. The ambiance was pretty nice!

OMG!!!! That’s it - that should be the review. I have ordered from Tiff’s twice now. I don’t know how they do it, but every time the cookies taste like they are fresh out of the oven. During the week, there’s a good chance you can get them delivered same day. Delivery is seamless and no contact. You do have the option to pick a window of time for delivery. I have tried every cookie and I refuse to pick a favorite. Let me just say that Tiffs Cookies are the best cookies I have ever tried. Yes, that is a bold statement. But I stand by it, and I challenge anyone to prove me wrong. Pics of some cookies are attached, however, they won’t do the taste justice!!

Unbelievable customer service! I had to change a delivery and Alex took care of the change in time. I have used Tiff’s Treats for years as gifts and have never been disappointed with the ease of ordering, quality of the cookies, pricing and customer service. Bruce

Not sure if the 5 star reviews are fake. Usually go to Jenni’s.. decided to give this one a try. 1) 10pm on a Saturday night, the 2 girls (white girl with braces and the larger black girl) looked almost annoyed that anyone was there. I greeted them with a smile, they looked away. 2) stood there for a solid 5 mins before one of them asked what do you want? Standoffish tone. Got 2 scoops of coffee toffee, one scoop of birthday cake, and a milkshake. Total ~18 bucks. Smallest scoops I’ve ever seen. Milkshake was tiny too. And they kept rushing me. I wasn’t even trying to delay.. but after everything it’s like “is that it?” “Is that all?” Like do you even wanna sell ice cream? Idiotic behavior honestly. Ice cream is mid at best. Not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from. Not coming back. Girls need to work on their attitude and customer service. Very bad attitude.

First time going here and Gabe was so helpful and kind. The strawberry and chocolate flavors are so so good at affordable prices. I also love the claw machine and the whole fun vibe. Need to come back here soon!

A nice ice cream spot with plenty of flavors to try, including a solid variety of dairy-free flavors. They also have dairy-free milk, so I got my milkshake completely dairy-free which was a huge plus. I got the cookie butter milkshake, and it tasted great! You couldn't tell at all that it was made with dairy-free ice cream and milk. It was maybe a tad expensive for the portion size, but it being completely dairy-free made it well worth the money for me.

Homemade ice cream? Why, yes, please!!! We all had a kiddie portion and it was perfect! Cookie monster, honey vanilla and peanut butter. Staff were super friendly and nice. Bathrooms were very clean. Thank you!! We will be back!

Surprised at how many five star reviews this place has. I went in tonight for an M&M milkshake. Not only was it $7, but it ended up being very runny, gritty, and honestly disgusting. Ended up throwing it away when I got home. I will not be coming back or recommending to anyone especially if you want a milkshake - it will be a waste of money.

What’s more refreshing than mint chocolate chip ice cream on a summer day? I love that they don’t use green dye and every bite is loaded with flaky chocolate. The kiddie cup is the perfect size for a sweet treat.
