We absolutely loved our visit to Five Points Bakery! The outdoor seating area is such a charming spot to relax and enjoy the neighborhood vibe. The coffee was excellent, the matcha was smooth and flavorful, and the breakfast sandwiches were hearty and delicious. But the real standout was the cinnamon toast! It was truly to die for! Everything was fresh, wholesome, and served with a smile. Can’t wait to come back!

The breads are incredibly good. Great variety, amazing aroma and texture. Loved all the sandwich menu they have, you really will be 10 minutes deciding what to get. Coffee is really good too. Only thing I would say is that the wait time is a little bit long. But if you are around buffalo its absolutely worth having a full, healthy and balanced breakfast here.

I live around the corner from this cafe, so I come here a lot, and this place is by far the best cafe/bakery in buffalo imo. The staff are always so friendly, the vibes are always stellar, and the food is delicious! I love how they use coffee in their ice cubes so the iced coffee never tastes watered down! Also, a wonderful atmosphere to hang out for a couple hours and get work done. 5/5 ⭐️☕️💕

We’ve walked and driven by Five Points Bakery multiple times visiting the surrounding businesses, WOW! Have we missed out! While they’re set back and unassuming, be sure to stop in for some delicious coffee and amazing baked goods. There’s so much space inside and out, you’ll rarely be without a table. I highly recommend Five Points Bakery!

It was amazing! The specials were so good. We had the crispy chili toast and the chicken salad. We completely missed the regular menu but what a great mistake. The lavender lemonade and the coffee were good too. I would recommend it! Please note Sundays are VERY busy with line-ups outside the door.

I absolutely love this cafe! It’s super cozy and has such a warm, homey vibe, something you don’t really find often in the US. The food is amazing and honestly reminds me of home. If you’re a matcha fan, you have to try their strawberry matcha, it’s so good! 🍓 And the Eggs & Toast sandwich is just perfect — simple, comforting, and delicious. Definitely recommend stopping by at least once.

I ordered custom cookies and cupcakes for my nieces baby shower. They exceeded my expectations- the custom work was beautiful to go with her baby in bloom theme! Everyone raved about the flavor of the vanilla cupcake it was so moist and each cupcake was a piped into a flower! Just beautiful! Will recommend to everyone. Communicate was excellent and they packaged individually at my request!

My husband and I went with Fairy Cakes for our wedding based on a recommendation from our photographer and we had a really great experience with them! They were open to our request for a mixture of a small cake for cutting, mini cupcakes, and mini pies, and were able to accommodate our request to have some gluten-free cupcakes for our guests with celiac disease. They also had a really wide selection of unique flavors for both the cupcakes and pies, which we were really excited about! They were quick and professional throughout all of our communications and answered all of our questions. The desserts were delicious and we basically had nothing left by the end of the night. The cake was both stunning and whimsical. We were just really pleased with everything that Fairy Cakes had to offer and provided. We will definitely be turning to them in the future for any other cake/dessert needs!

I hired Fairy Cakes to do a desert table as well as a small cutting cake for my wedding and it was exceptional! There was so much variety in the deserts, from cookies to mini bundt cakes to chocolate covered Oreos - there really was something for everyone, and everything tasted amazing and was decorated beautifully!! I highly recommend.

We LOVED our visit to the Breadhive! The service and staff were great! The food was even better! We truly enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches on their freshly baked bagels! The place is incredibly cute and the outdoor space is perfect!

I love the aaliyah breakfast sandwich on a pretzel. I substitute the sausage for bacon, I personally don’t like the sausage. The coffee isn’t good either. The Gwen turkey sandwich is huge. Great quality bread and you can get loaves to go. The baked goods such as the cinnamon bun and pecan bun are also great.

Had breakfast at Vasilis but my out of town guest wanted a bagel 🥯 from the #breadhive before dropping off at the airport 🛫 I've heard about this place but never stopped in. Everyone's nice, coffee ☕️ is the best, but it's a long wait ✋🏾 to get you bagel 😋 My peach almond muffin is also, very good! Top of it, is like coffee cake 🎂 and the bottom part is very moist!

Food was delicious! Plenty of options on breads, bagels, and pastries. Small, cozy cafe. They offer limited seating indoors and plenty of outdoor seating. Plan to park along a side street.

On the way to the falls for the day we stopped in for breakfast. We were not disappointed at all! The service was very friendly and food made fresh and fast. We dined outside and enjoyed the patio. My food was delicious and filling. 100% recommend.

BreadHive Bakery and Café has great counter service and delicious food. Everyone in the back was working very hard, but it took 20 minutes to get a couple of bagels, toasted with cream cheese.

We stopped by on Halloween. Not only were the food and coffee excellent but they had an amazing spooky playlist on that added perfectly to the fall vibe.

Awesome little French pastry shop, just about the best in Buffalo as far as pastries go. I do wish the cashier was a little more warm and welcoming but hey we come here for the pastries not the service I guess. Every last pastry I tried from here was so good. The eclair is a must try and So is the hazelnut croissant if you like hazelnut.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! To say this artisan bakery is amazing would be an understatement. I crave quality and this is that, plus much more. The staff is always superiorly friendly and they make it easy to order ahead. The salted caramel tart is exquisite, the croissants are the best I’ve ever had (mmm almond and hazelnut,) the egg bomb changed my life haha. I’m proud to patronize weekly and have purchased $200 in goods for Easter to share with my family. The BEST croissant I’ve ever had. The pretzel croissant available on Fridays is melt-in-your-mouth amazing. The london fog was good, but I definitely remember and crave that croissant.

I've been to a few classes at Buffalo Cake Pops and have enjoyed all of them! The classes are very informative and go at a pace that allows learning and hands on without being rushed; and the treats brought home look great and are delicious. We also receive the recipes and step by step directions, which I was able to duplicate at home (not perfect, but I think I did alright! 😀) I am looking forward to going to more!

Got some pops for my hubby's birthday. Nothing fancy just an ivory with swirls. Got them in oreo and cherry almond. We have had some designs in the past done and they have always turned out delicious and adorable. Give them a try, really fun designs and solid expertise in the business. Professional and friendly. It is a bakery, not a restaurant.

I took the butter lamb cake pop class today. Rosalie did a great job explaining every step of the process and made sure that everyone had all the supplies that they needed. A unique, fun way to spend time with family or friends.

Had them make gender reveal cake pops for my party and they were amazing. The team was so helpful through email and making my wish a reality. The cake pops were so delicious as well and were the perfect addition to my party. They helped reveal the gender of my twins and it was a fun to have the suspense of which cake pops had the genders.

I took my nieces to a turkey cake pop class and it was a wonderful experience. They had fun and the cake pops turned out better than I could have imagined. Rosalie did a great job of walking us through the process step by step so that we went home with cake pops that looked exactly like her examples.

Contacted BCP last minute before my best friend’s birthday. I asked if they could make a dozen cake pops, half of them decorated like little mini cakes. And half of them decorated as my best friend’s dog. I sent a picture of her dog and they came out amazing! My friend was obsessed and they were such a hit. Thank you so much! Yesterday I spent my lunch break walking over to Public and found this note on the door saying they decided to close early due to the heat wave. It didn’t really make sense to me since they work inside, but you do you I guess. We just assumed it was open because it still allowed the option to place an order online, so a notice on their website would have been nice. Today I decided to just go ahead and DoorDash in case they decided to close early again. They sent the wrong donut and put regular milk in my latte instead of oatmilk. I called, because I thought it was just a genuine mistake but when they answered the phone they said “oh, on the weekends we don’t pay attention to type of donut because it gets busy here.” She asked if I wanted it refunded, but overall this place is just really disappointing.

Had a great but brief experience here. Both the people behind the counter I spoke to were lovely and very helpful. A woman with colorful hair and a man with long black hair. I was with my riled up toddler so I didn't get their names. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the food on the menu. Cold brew, matcha latte, and redeye sandwich were 10/10. I've been looking for a good breakfast sandwich in Buffalo for a bit and this one really hit the spot. Cookie looks amazing as well but I bought it for my boyfriend and am doing my best not to eat it.

This place has such a good potential for providing delicious food and coffee. The vibes were really nice and we loved how spacious it was. The food and coffee was subpar though. Got: 1. Avocado toast with barely any avocado on it, lacked flavor and there were black spots on it 2. Rosemary bagel with garden veggie cream cheese-the bagel itself was delicious but there was barely any cream cheese on it 3. Iced latte- barely any espresso and lots of milk Overall very disappointed with our breakfast :( The staff however were very sweet!

Tried the Corrado and the bagel+lox I thought the bagel was a bit more expensive than most shops I visited, but once I saw it I understood why. Great lox and the pickled onion makes the dish not so fishy or overpowering. Standard coffee. Overall clean and spacious, nice patio outside. Staff is friendly and seems to be happy working.

The avocado toast was all brown and not tasting well. I would look up other great cafes avocado toasts with the pretty presentations and flavors. Even just slicing a fresh one per order. The staff was also not busy so seeing the bathroom and also floor looking really dirty and not cleaned daily was disheartening. Always loved you guys but it’s really gone down.

Cute Cafe on Seneca St in Buffalo. We were in town for a wedding and the morning after decided to grab breakfast on our way home. Decided to try this place. The food is good....delicious bagels and donuts! So much so my husband, and two other friends went to stand back in line to buy donuts and bagels to bring home. Bagels are made fresh daily. Took two stars off as the seats were VERY dirty. It seems like they have never been cleaned. The tables were fine...it was the seating that was very dirty. Also, service is meh. I ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte and my husband ordered a coffee with cream. We waited over 20 minutes for it. 4 of my friends who ordered the exact same thing behind us got their drinks first...and well ahead of us. We only got ours as we asked the server who was bringing out our breakfast why we hadn't received our drinks yet. He went back to the barista who snapped at him and then she made ours. Not a good experience. Parking was ok because we found a spot, but can see how it would be difficult during the week or during peak times.

As great donut as Paula. This is 3rd Paula Donut location I visited. The parking lot is quite smaller so you may have to wait for someone to leave to have a spot. Many staff and quick service so no one had to wait. Donut is fresh and good. They have some nice deal for each day so make sure you check it out. They also have tables to sit to enjoy your breakfast/donuts/coffee

The peanut stick was absolutely amazing! We were there around 9am and was impressed with the huge selection available. The cashier was patient and kind. It was definitely a donut dream to visit Paula's.

One of the best donuts I’ve had!! Too many good flavours to choose from but my favourite ended up being the glazed crueler and peanut stick. It was our first time trying Paulas, a lot of people we met in there were regulars and they were all super friendly, suggesting flavours. One of them even ended up randomly paying for our $35USD order!?! Never have had that happen before, it was super sweet! Definitely will be making the drive to come back out here for these fluffy classic donuts!

This place was recommended to us by somebody else so we drove out of our way to go here. We are very happy with our choice and doing here. The donuts were amazing according to my husband and the bagel was delicious according to me. The lines was long, but they move them through so fast. They offer a deal each day and their deals are really good.

Stopped in while doing laundry and was hankering for something sweet and opted for the Peanut butter chocolate cake ($6), per the staffers recommendation. It was in a cooler so I let it warm up a bit and it was really good. well made, and generously sliced.

First time I've been there in almost 10 years. I need to note, the service was fantastic. I didn't catch her name but she was extremely kind and attentive. The desserts look just as I remembered. Picturesque and out of a magazine. However, and it kills me to say, atmosphere is okay, food was kind of bland despite large portions and lots of fruit flies at my table. The desserts and hospitality alone are absolutely worth the trip as everyone there is SO kind but as much as it pains me, everything else seemed to miss the mark :(. Again, very friendly staff and desserts to die for but it crushes me to give them anything under 4 stars.

You know, I used to love this place and rave about it and order weekly in person and during the week for lunch as well. Last time I ordered the pizza was awful and the manager Shannon was extremely rude- which surprised me because everyone there is usually very friendly. Today I wanted to give them another try- everyone has an off day. So, I order on UberEats and the pizza tastes as terrible as it looks. The basil is definitely not kept fresh - grow it and cook with it all the time and it’s obvious that it’s been sitting around. It’s overcooked, somehow not cooked all the way in the center, and there is just this off-flavor that I can’t place. I don’t know if the vegetables are just not fresh or if due to prices they’re lowering their quality. Whatever it is, my relationship of years with this place is over. I’m not spending my hard earned money for terrible food - and they should and do know better. From my previous experience they do not care about feedback and as I said earlier, that manager Shannon is extremely rude and could use training in customer service and general respect for others. They obviously also don’t care because notice that they do not comment on the negative reviews here to express apologies or offer to make it right somehow. I’m just thankful that UberEats refunded me for this order after seeing the photos - because the rest of it is going straight to the trash where it belongs. What a sad and unfortunate situation.

Was very good but the paninis were amazing with a wide selection. The atmosphere and location is very ideal whether dining inside or on the patio. Also make sure you don’t leave without having a cannoli! I will definitely be back.

We went here to have brunch. Everything was good with the food and service. We did decide to sit outside during a heatwave so I do not recommend that. The food tasted very fresh. The portions were very big. I really liked the bread and garlicky paste. Very soft and the garlic was so tasty. The service was good. Nothing negative to say here. She was friendly. The atmosphere is nice. Sitting outside, you have a nice view of the busy street or you can dine inside where it's much quieter and darkly lit. Overall, good experience. This would be a place I would consider revisiting if I'm feeling italian.

My first impressions were that the place looked very outdated and ugly but I was hoping that the bakery would make up for it. I chose 3 deserts which came out to $22. I got the mouse bomb and it legit tasted sour, you cannot call something mousse that’s that thick, it was the consistency of cake. The cannoli was very average, honestly wegmans is better and cheaper, the rum cake was not my taste either. Nothing tasted fresh either, it tasted like it had sat there for a few days or was frozen and then defrosted.

Stopped in for dinner tonight. Seated with only a few tables and waited far too long to be acknowledged and brought water. When they brought over water we were asked if we would like another drink. We said no but shared that we are ready to place our order. Hostess said you’ll have to give your order to the waitress. We asked if she could send the waitress over and we waited some more. After a long day I was looking forward to a nice dinner. It didn’t seem that anyone cared that we were there or waiting. We were pretty patient but going out to eat used to be a treat. Now you’re lucky if you do go to support a restaurant that you once loved and find anyone who cares that you chose them to spend your hard earned money with. Left disappointed and hungry.

This place has some really good ice cream! We ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough and it was amazing. They have a lot of choices, nice clean and upbeat ice cream shop.

This is a really special place, with tons of inventive flavors but no frills. I went classic—“Extra Cookies, Extra Cream”—and was thrilled to find white chocolate swirled into this standby, a clever move. The ice cream is creamy, and the staff is kind. I only wish I lived in Buffalo so that I could come regularly and try every flavor, like “London Fog” (earl grey tea with chocolate-covered toffee) and cinnamon toast. Long may it reign.

Although the menu and flavour options were impressive and the portions were great, I actually did not enjoy the ice cream. I tried the London fog and the black raspberry flavours. The biggest dissapppintment of the ice cream was that they were both gummy (likely due to added gums or stabilizers) and both scoops were super sweet - coming from a person with a sweet tooth! I understand some people might like their ice cream that way and would disagree with me but if you prefer a more natural mouth feel or hard ice cream, I would choose otherwise.

This place offers a wide variety of options in local and artisanal ice-cream. It's very creamy and delicious. The staff was also very helpful for any questions you might have. It has a nice seating area especially when it's summer, the perfect vibe. You can choose to get it in cup or cone, one/two/three scoops and with additional toppings if you want. If you like try local and artisanal things, this is a must try.

I was visiting cousins for July 4th and tried this place out for the first time, I forget the exact name of what I had but it was a strawberry bursting boba float with a scoop of strawberries and cream ice cream. Overall I really enjoyed it! Though the popping boba was a nice touch, It did kind of overwhelm the ice cream a bit.

If you want to up your ice cream game and even try something a little different, this is definitely the place to go. I can’t wait to try more of their creative and unique sundaes!

Vegan soft serve isn’t what it used to be. I’m so sad to say - it used to be my favorite thing, creamy and perfect ice cream. But now it’s grainy and the taste is wrong. It’s less than one star but I’m leaving two stars because it did used to be good and maybe they will go back to their old recipe. But I don’t want to waste another $16 testing it out :(

Up until the last year or so, Churn would always be both my answer and suggestion/recommendation whenever folks were looking for a great dessert option. Soft and creamy ice cream, masterful topping pairings that created delicious treats, and welcoming customer service. What's not to love?? If I would've written this review a year or more ago, it's definitely a 5-star experience. Fast forward to today, it disappointments me to say that things have drastically changed. First off, I have to point out that the schedule is taking away business from Churn. Closing at 10 pm while being at a high volume/high traffic location misses at least another hour of significant sales that could be coming through. In fact, potenial sales have come through as I have seen several people turned away. Furthermore, why be closed on Sunday, especially during the hot summer season?? Again, missing out on both money and a market where the demographic in North Buffalo has shifted to young adults and young families, many of whom enjoy patronizing their local neighborhood businesses. Secondly, the quality of the desserts have dramatically changed. Particularly, the texture of the coconut ice cream is horrid. I wish I could say that I was being hyperbolic, but in reality I'm probably being tame. The ice cream is grainy and oddly artificial tasting. It's almost like eating a chunky slushy. Totally off-putting. Outside of that, I would say that the quality of the desserts in general has changed in more subtle ways over the years. It no longer has that "wow factor" from yesteryear. Lastly, the customer service has also noticeably changed. To be fair, many of the staff have seemed stressed, frustrated, and irritable. Given that multiple staff have presented this way, it feels like a workplace issue. As such, that has led to staff being curt and short during customer interactions, which predictably impacts the dessert experience and does not inspire people to want to pay inflated prices. Here's hoping for positive change!

got a churn chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich from the co-op, and there was NO chocolate chip roll in on the side of the vanilla ice cream. always my favorite part of the sandwich, thus it made me very sad.

Friendly staff! We usually get the vegan ice cream we have for sometime recently just went and had it noticed it was not the same it tasted different leaving a weird aftertaste. The staff were polite about it and apologized hopefully it goes back to how it use to be.

Love this place still..Now that the winter months are upon us, it's good to know that Churn will be staying open all year round. This visit I got the month special, it was the German chocolate sundae. The ice cream was flavored like custard or even butter cream ice cream, and it was topped with chocolate syrup, coconut shavings, pecans,caramel and of course chocolate cake as the base. Very good treat to have, especially at this time of year.

One of Buffalo’s most delicious desert stops. 🍦🍨 No matter the weather we enjoy their cold treats🥶 We have two favorites. One is the Lisa turtle,which is vegan friendly. The second is the Cookie Monsta for the dairy lover.

I’m from France, and I’ve never had such a delicious ice cream! The lovely lady who made it put so much care into it, even though the restaurant was about to close. I can’t express how happy I am. I can’t wait to come back !!

This place is one of a kind, it's a bakery so the earlier you go the better. They have donuts that are different but amazing! The bread is so good and the brownies are the best. I hope you try them out and enjoy!

I called the week before Fat Tuesday to place a order for 1 King Cake. Thr man on the phone was polite but said they were not taking anymore orders for King Cake but to come in Fat Tuesday morning and they should have some in store. I drove to this bakery from 40 minutes away on his suggestion. I entered the bakery and while busy, it looked very drab with very few pastries out. I asked for a King Cake and was told none where ready for at least a hour! I wasn't going to wait in my car for a hour IN HOPES of getting one. He then offered to sell me a Polish donuts instead. I needed the King Cake for a Gumbo Dinner so a polish donut doesn't help me.....I felt like he didn't care about meeting my needs as a customer, he was just trying to make a sale.......Anyways I left empty handed and went to another family bakery 15 minutes away in West Seneca. They were equally as busy, if not more wirh a line out the door but still had some beautifully decorated King Cakes for walk in sale!!. So although I can't rate the food, the experience was a waste of my time.

Cute local bakery with delicious treats. We discovered this gem on the way to Moriarty Meats. This was our first time and won’t be our last. We would like to try and come back earlier another time. It seems they didn’t have a lot in stock because I’d assume it was already sold out for the day. Lucky for us there was still enough for us to sample some treats. We took home a cinnamon roll, coconut macaroon and a croissant. The cinnamon roll was out of this world and the coconut macaroon was huge and the best I’ve ever had. The croissant was ok, not quite as light and flaky as I’d prefer but the other items made up for it. Looking forward to trying some scones and other items another day. Staff was wearing masks and facility felt clean.

This review is based on my recent visits under the new ownership. I can't sing their praises enough. The cases are always full, their hours are longer, the people are amazing!! They are knowledgeable, clean, accommodating and reasonably priced. I ordered a cake for my sister's birthday. She came in and baked it on a Monday when they were supposed to be closed. If you are a bride or a milestone birthday or an overachiever mom who wants a decked out kids cake, you need not look any further than the fine folks at Carriage Trade.

I ordered a cake and picked it up for my fathers 67th birthday today. The lady at the counter (I’m sad I didn’t get her name), was so helpful and very friendly. This was my family’s first time ordering from here and they did not disappoint at all. The cake was delicious as well as the raspberry clouds! We will definitely be ordering our birthday cakes and other sweets from here again ☺️

Have been ordering from this bakery for over 15 years. Even with a change in ownership, the quality is top notch and I didn't even know until recently. Their Carrot cake is world class, best ( need to order) . Daily made quiches define quiche perfection in texture and taste. Shortbread cookies are the right balance of indulgence and whimsy, especially when ordered for special occasions ...and the price beats the competition for those in need of corporate orders. Lovely daily offerings fresh from the ovens by two great gals.

Best in buffalo hands down! I'm here weekly to see what new masterpiece she has created! I was so worried when Butterwood closed..."where can I buy a flavorful and decorative cake now? Well to answer my own question this place is better and more affordable! I've purchased 9 custom cakes from here and they were absolutely phenomenal.

Somedays a girl just needs a special treat! Today was my day and oh boy was this yumminess special. A cannoli filled right there in front of me and some yummy Italian cookies that I will hide and not share with anyone

If i could give a 0 I would. I would not recommend this place to anyone which is very sad since it USED to be one of my families favorites. We ordered a butter rum cake with strawberry filling & almonds on the outside. When we opened it up it was the completely wrong cake, the frosting was wrong, there were no almonds on the side & the cake itself was not good. We gave them a call to see what could be done & the lady on the phone said they dont have butter rum & the best she could do was give us some almonds to stick on the side. She first said she didnt even have a cake order with almonds or anything like we were describing. The miscommunication between staff & the gaslighting of customers is astounding & we will never be ordering again unfortunately. Hopefully they figure out how to treat a customer & be honest with their customers about what they offer.

I cannot speak to how their desserts actually taste because I did not get that far. I simply called to inquire about a baby shower cake on Wednesday January 20, 2021 and the woman I spoke to was rude and nasty, and seemed completely put off by the fact I was inquiring. Needless to say they didn’t get my business.

Ming Café is cozy and has variety on the menu. The noodle dishes are so flavorful. You can tell each dish is made with care. If you don't like onions, let them know if you order sweet and sour chicken.

Never know when they will be open or closed. I heard some good reviews. We use to go to May Jen but they closed for Good I think. Too bad. But I went to Ming`s for take out. Got one order of beef and broccoli and one order of mango chicken. Plus two spring rolls. It shocked me that it came to $45 dollars. Wow!! So I paid and took the food home and ate it. If I could give just the food a rating, I would give it 5 stars. Very delicious. Fresh and good size. But the price was a bit too much for me. So only 4 stars.

Quality of food was high but if you’re in a hurry to eat or get somewhere this isn’t the place. Arrived at 7pm. Received our order at 8:15pm. One woman taking orders and waiting tables and one guy cooking. Other aspect is its cash only. And $7 for 1 pot of black tea. Again food quality was high. But pricy. For three people that split 2 dishes plus rice including tip $73 bucks. Next time we’ll get take out and order 1.5 hours before we eat.

This restaurant did have very nice ambition, but that’s about it. I was gonna give 3 stars out of sympathy. But that thought went away after 1 hour of waiting without a sorry. There are things worth waiting for an hour in your life; there are food worthy paying more than usual; you can find NEITHER in this restaurant. Very disappointed. Would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Sadly, I have to give this place one star. My girlfriend ordered a custom pistachio chocolate cake for my birthday. The cake looked really great and almost exactly like the inspiration photos she had sent them. However, the pistachio cream inside tasted terrible. It had an intense artificial taste that made our faces cringe. The outside of the cake tasted alright, but the interior was awful. We've had pistachio cream at other dessert shops, and whatever pistachio flavoring other shops use has always been great so it's definitely a huge surprise on how this turned out. She's pretty upset because she wanted to surprise me for my birthday, but we couldn't eat more than a single bite.

Every time I have something from this place, I am amazed by how delicious it is! On my last visit, I got the lemon vanilla cake loaf. It was so, so good. This is definitely the kind of place where I have to avoid driving down the street it’s own cause I wanna stop every time to get something lol Everything I’ve tried from here has always been delicious and there’s a good variety of things they offer on their menu. The flavors change pretty regularly as well so always something new to try here.

Recently, Fig Tree Patisserie catered for our small wedding party, and I must say, they exceeded our expectations in every way. Natalie and her team went above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience, both in terms of service and the quality of their offerings. We opted for a beautiful vegan dessert table, and Fig Tree Patisserie provided us with plenty of options to choose from. They even offered rental hardware and delivery for an additional fee, which we gladly accepted. The delivery and setup service proved to be a lifesaver, making the rest of the day much smoother, and their team did an excellent job setting everything up. Let me tell you, the desserts were an absolute delight! Every bite was bursting with flavor, and our guests were genuinely impressed. We wholeheartedly recommend Fig Tree Patisserie, and without a doubt, we will be using their services again for any future events. Additionally, their patisserie is definitely worth stopping by to indulge in a treat. We give them a solid 10/10 for their exceptional catering service and delectable desserts.

I have been a Fig Tree customer for over 2 years now and always have great experiences and find tasty treats. I’ve never done a special order, but I order off the holiday menu for almost every single holiday and everything has been delicious and beautiful. My fiancé loves the oatmeal cream pies, I’m a huge fan of the macarons, and the family always loves the cake or pie we bring to any family gatherings. I also really appreciate the involvement in the community with allowing local artists to set up in shop from time to time and conducting fundraisers for different causes. Definitely recommend stopping over for some delicious macarons or placing an order before a holiday!

Ordered a cake from here for my parents 25th wedding anniversary and all I can say is WOW! It tasted as good as it looked. Have also gotten other treats from this place such as the macarons and their ice cream sandwiches, both which have been amazing. Highly recommend this place for anybody looking for anything from custom cakes to casual treats! Keep up the good work.

Fig Tree has always been 5 stars, but after providing our wedding desserts, I wish I could give them even more! We had a full dessert table of vegan and some gluten free desserts and they were fantastic. Everyone loved them! Highly recommend them for every day treats and special occasions

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I work at a coffee shop in my home town. Our number 1 rule is to not shut down the espresso machine until the exact time we close. I attempted to order an espresso drink 1 hour before they closed and the said the espresso machine was done for the day. The service was incredibly rude. Messy tables, horrible bathroom. Got a hot brewed coffee that was burnt. The refresher was pretty good, but only because they didn’t have the first one I tried to order. The man in front of us tried to order a food item, 1 hour before close, and was rejected. Avoid this location if possible.

Good service, food was consistent quality for a TH’s. Purchased the 2x breakfast sandwich promo with some TimBits, all came out fine. Had to bus our own table it was dirty but other than that the place was good. Would come back, thank you!

Girl looked at receipt and seen the whole order wasn’t there, then got rest of items & apologized. 2nd time , didn’t bother to ask, just seen my name on receipt, but was missing a coffee, that took a few minutes just to get there attention, with attitude got my coffee. 3rd time , 1/2 order was only there again, after waiting a few minutes, the girl making the sandwiches asked if my name was Christopher & gave me the order. Got back to hotel it was wrong order. This was my first times after using a Tim Hortons , Not sure if it was just this location like this

Food and employees are generally great, minus the short staffing during busy events. The windows inside have had the same smudges all over them for weeks if not months and there is dust everywhere. Manager must not care about keeping a clean environment and it shows

I want to say, it's Tuesday September 23rd. 1130am. Who ever was here making sandwiches was absolutely amazing!!!! So friendly and polite! And, as I was about to thank and compliment him on his bacon egg and cheese biscuits he made for me, another customer came behind me and complimented him for his food too! This guy, whoever it is, needs a raise!

Only issue at this location is service when you need the code to use the bathroom! They are slow and use the minimum employees even on a busy weekend when a Line almost out the door! But all locations have been slipping on stocking food and drink options up, so unfortunately Dunkin Donuts has more and more of my whole families business now!

Okay I was in at 144pm on Monday the first of September. And everything was amazing except the fact that the cashier took a photo of my kids and I sitting down to eat our food with her personal cell phone sideways and hid it from us. Highly unusual behavior for a cashier to secretly be taking photos of me and my kids in a place I had never been. I would of came back in the future because amazing service food atmosphere everything but that cashier made me uneasy because I dont know why she took a photo of me and my children eating the doughnuts we had just bought in a place we had never been in and none of us recognized her or know who she is. My son saw it also and asked me. Overall amazing place but that cashier took a photo of me and my kids and I cant figure out why. Its not for your website and if it is, probaly should ask the customer first but if not, why did she?

Fantastic donuts. Clever flavors and pleasant staff. I have driven by donut craze many times, and today was the day I stopped. I was not disappointed. A very modest storefront, I believe a former Dickies donuts. But it is very nice and clean inside. I will definitely be back.

This is a must visit staple in Buffalo, especially in the fall. They not only have great apple cider but also sell vanilla, maple, and best of all, a large selection of apple donuts. They also sell pies and pumpkin loaves. It is also a great place to buy gifts as they also offer honey, mustards, hot sauces, mixes for muffins or cakes, and mixes for cheese balls. I love their apple cider slushies and cheese curds.

Great products, fresh cider, but rude staff. The maple syrup was missed priced. It was labeled $10.98 but we were charged $26 for it. Mentioned it to the teen working the register and was told there is nothing they can do about. Told them they might want to mention it to someone so it can be fixed and was told "oh whatever".

The best time to go is very early in the morning, so you get the freshest donuts. The summer time is difficult with cider slushies because they melt very quickly. Great idea is to bring a corksicle or something else to help keep it cold. Store is cute but small. Have other things besides donuts and cider. Pics of candy apples. They have all different flavors. My fave is the chocolate caramel sea salt apple. They don't always have the same variety. The last time I was there they did not have the smores one. I like the fact that I can come here and then go to the Niagara co-op after! All in all, a solid 4 stars.

Mayor brothers cider mill, is a longstanding tradition with so many families in the western new york area. Many people who go there were taken there as kids by their grandparents or parents. The cider mill is home to a bunch of delicious donuts and desserts and the most amazing cider you have ever tasted. Don't forget the cider slushies! Not only can you buy these treats, but there are also other home made goods and crafts and decorations.

They are very nice. But I bought a half gallon of cider. I inadvertently left it in my car for three hours. I went to wegmans and asked them if it was safe to drink. They said probably not and to get a new one. Well I didn’t buy it there so I went to Meyer brothers and told them. They charged me for another one. If I could give the service a 0 I would. I was going through the drive through for a coffee… when I got to the window my coffee tasted off I couldn’t taste the sugar or cream but sometimes they don’t stare it or sometimes it just seem the coffee is made different like watery sometimes and very thick of times…. So before I could ask the young lady at the window for extra cream and sugar and to stare it …. The girl who made the coffee (Amber is the name I was given by the supervisor Jasmine which I don’t believe as she didn’t want to give me the girl name) she stated “ all she going to do is complain about me” …. I wasn’t complaining about her I was asking for my coffee but before I can do that the girl got nasty …. Then when talking to the supervisor jasmine she made excuses for Amber as if it was OK for her to say that to a customer because she said I always have an issue with my coffee. My thing is anybody who drink coffee no that sometimes they make it different so the taste may be different depending on who made the coffee. When I ask for the team member named Jasmine did not want to give me her name. She said I’ll just take the complaint for her and I said no I’m not complaining to you. I’m complaining about the team member that made that statement. Jasmine begin to get nasty because I ask for corporate number and the store number and what was the team member name. Jasmine said well you always say something wrong with your coffee and I explain to Jasmine. I haven’t been to this location in months because of the customer service. I only stopped by there today because I was in the area shopping but I avoid it that Tim Hortons now so I know I shouldn’t have stopped there today, but it was on my route And now I regret stopping there because they’ve left a nasty taste in my day . They need to retry amber on customer service skills. You cannot say whatever you wanna say to a customer I think it’s OK and it’s unfortunate that you have a supervisor. I think it’s OK for you to speak to a customer like that and then a mix of me talking to the supervisor Amber comes over and try to hand me my coffee like here And I told her no I don’t want the coffee after you was just nasty to me. You could’ve done something to my coffee. …. It was very poor customer service in the drive-through from Jasmine and Amber. No matter if a customer come there every morning and get coffee and say hey this don’t have the cream or the sugar in it that I asked for or the vanilla shot I asked for in it you have to remake it. You work there you’re the Employee you’re suppose to provide good customer service. How do you try to penalize a customer for when they come in there and spend their money every day and some days the coffee is fine but the other days you can tell either the machine is dirty or the coffee was made different so you ask them to remake it. This was a horrible experience amber should not be allowed to speak to customers any type of way and the supervisor should hold her team members accountable

Expect slow service in the drive thru, even if you order in advance on the app. I sometimes get a panini or bagel on my 30 minute break at work, but not anymore because I end up wasting 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru. Something is definitely not being done here

The service was very pleasant. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and yummy. The donuts were a great selection and delicious. We have only been to Tim Horton's a couple of times when we are traveling and it's always good.

You normally know what you're getting food wise at Tims. Their breakfast sandwiches are always delicious and the various coffees and drinks are always amazing. This particular Tim's is usually busy, but the staff is consistently friendly and efficient.

I was almost impressed by the level of incompetence I witnessed at this Tim’s location today. It was 1 pm and I was a member of a 6-person customer line awaiting service. But customer service was not on the menu today. No, no - today must have been Customer Indifference Day. We were not acknowledged verbally or visually as we patiently awaited some sort of service. As the moments ticked by, I observed that there were 5 people on duty, which does not suggest their being understaffed. Then I took stock of my fellow customers. Was there a foul odor emanating from any of us? Were any of us menacing or miserable in countenance? I looked, I sniffed, I looked again. But everything smelled of carbs and coffee with no monstrous odors or people in sight. Alas, I had to leave my fellow customers because my patience was worn thin by the incompetency and indifference I was witnessing. I offered a silent but fond farewell to the fine looking and smelling people in line with me. Then I went to a nearby Tim’s where I was served with swift smiles. I will never come back to this location, but I will always remember the low bar they set today.

They need better employees here, all the employees are working slow yet still messing up orders. This is a busy location! They should consider having more employees and ensure they know how to work in fast pace without messing up orders. The manager her name tag was barely present she's not wearing it properly. I think name was Keller, don't have a friendly tone while dealing with customers. She seems like she don't wana be here.

Had to repeat my order multiple times and say my cream and sugar multiple times cause the worker either want playing attention or they can't hear you at the speaker. Said 3 sugar 2 cream 4 times till he got it right. Then at the window they were trying to shoo us before we got our whole order. Didn't appreciate being looked at all like I was the inconvenience. Not coming back

Cold, Late, and Basically Trash – Worst Breakfast Experience Ordered just a simple breakfast: coffee, toasted bagel with avocado. That’s it. Should’ve been quick and easy. Instead, it was a complete disaster. The order took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was a total letdown. The coffee was fine, but the bagel? Cold, soggy, barely toasted, and the avocado looked like it had been sitting out forever. No seasoning, no effort — just slapped together like they didn’t care. I couldn’t even eat it. Straight into the garbage. Tim Hortons seriously needs to do better. If you can't get a basic bagel right, what’s the point? Never ordering breakfast from here again. I would rather go to Dunkin Donut from next time

I was in the drivethru 5-4-2025 at approx 130 pm I ordered a coffee had to repeat myself 3 times due to the commotion in the background. Laughing and goofing around. I got up to the window and there was a female on the back of another female horsing around. I then see 3 more people come from the back goofing around and acting childish. This behavior is not acceptable. I was waiting forever for a simple Large 2 cream and shot of espresso. Got the coffee 3/4 filled and tasted horrible. The manager on that shift needs to be held accountable and the crew needs to go back for training to explain its work not highschool lunchtime.

I hear people rave about Tim Hortons all the time. The service was fast and friendly but someone needs to explain how this is any different than a McDonald's or Burger King.

I was just told that i couldn't have a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The cashier assumed that i wanted a 3 dollar meal? What was she judging me on? My appearance, my color, the way i was dressed. Why couldn't she just prepare what i asked for? Beware!!

This place is absolutely disgusting. The restaurant looks like this while there's four employees hanging out. Plus I ordered a medium drink and they gave me a small. When I said I ordered a medium, they said, "that's a small". 🤣

I know that we all come from different backgrounds, I speak multiple languages, and English is not my 1st language. The individual who was trying to take my order had such difficulties understanding basic English, didn't know what I was referring to when I asked for Tim Bits and 2X large hot chocolates. I was pointing to the actual menu for her in order to get it right. I felt like giving up and just leaving was the best option. It just felt like way too much trouble and energy for something so trivial.

The boy at the counter this morning messed up our order. We asked for 2 pumpkin spiced drinks, a pumpkin spice muffin, 2 everything croissant sausage breakfast sandwiches, 10 chocolate glazed doughnuts - spending $26. The drinks first of all were not pumpkin spice, they were cinnamon apple - absolutely disgusting - not to mention he iced the latte when it was suppose to be hot. This is extremely aggravating as we had already arrived home before noticing. He needs to be trained. 3 people after us got their food and drinks before us. I wasn’t going to leave a review over the drinks but now that I just opened this muffin, and it’s a fruit explosion and not a pumpkin spice flavor, I’m livid.

I don't know what happened to this location. It used to be efficient and friendly, but over the past several months their service has declined rapidly. They take forever to take orders and if you're coming during the afternoon or evening hours, forget it! I'll take my business from here on out to the Niagara Street location; they know a thing or two about courtesy, hospitality and the customer's time.

Pretty good. I went in for a snack between appointments and the ne apple coffee was YUCK!!! But not my fault. Maybe you’ll like it. Had a breakfast sandwich and it was just okay. Nothing special. But while we were there the pest guy was spraying all around us. Couldn’t they have done it at a different time where customers weren’t sitting in the restaurant? It's usually clean and nice staff. I always choose this Timmys over others in the area. It's so unusual to have a decent staff in fastfood restaurants in downtown. They are usually nasty and it's disgusting

Absolutely terrible today! Made my order wrong! Did NOT REMAKE MY ORDER, instead put a slice of cheese and 2 pieces in a separate box? That’s not what was ordered! I paid for you to properly make what I ordered! Absolutely rediculous!! Check your orders people! From all locations!! It seems to be an ongoing thing for years I’m sure . Policy is to remake the order. Not put additional toppings in a seperate box!!

The first experience I had here was great. Everything after that went downhill- fast. Went through the drive thru last week and asked for two Biebs Brews to which they gave us two iced coffees that tasted sour and acidic. Decided to test my luck again this week and got two cold brews to which they almost gave us two hot coffees AND messed up one of the bagels we got. Asked for a BELT and ended up getting only the B. The lack of communication in this organization should be addressed. Other than this, the biebs brew is fire. Hope this helps

Not a real Tim Hortons. Just a crusty serve yourself coffee counter with creamer all over everything. The Tops staff is really nice though! Just go to the bakery instead.

This is the worse location. I go everyday and I’m disappointed 6/7 days out of the week. I order the same drink every time and they screw it up. The tea is always old and disappointing. If I go at night, there is only one employee... who is ALWAYS on break. They don’t wear hair nets, the women have 3in nails with heart stars and horseshoes attached and I KNOW that is not Tim Horton’s policy. Throw The Entire location away. 🚮The coffee is suppose to be changed every 20 mins but it’s ALWAYS OLD!

There's one employee that stands out there I think her name's Elora she always goes above and beyond expectations and cares about the customer I only go to this Tim Hortons out of all of them because of her and their Speedy service love this Tim Hortons

You JUST opened.. less than 10 cars in a newly designed drive through that separates into two lines. HOW ARE YOU POSSIBLY SO SLOW - SLOWER THAN THAT MCDONALDS NEXT DOOR??

They don’t have any products. They literally just opened and don’t carry wraps and only have limited numbers of products. Why open in one of the busiest areas if you can’t serve them.

Stopped in today (day before Easter) as the place is in my neighborhood and I was interested in what they had. Bought 3 donuts, which came to less than $5.00! The square glazed, the round peanut one, and an eclair/ Bavarian cream. Each one was great. My husband raved about them, too! I could see why they were busy, with many customers buying a dozen donuts.

The best donuts in Western New York. I think I've tried about every donut in the area and a true classic like this is hard to deny. The donuts were fresh, tasty and the experience was of a bygone nostalgic era. If youve been to the rest and never tried Famous, you're missing out. It's old school fare with charm. My suggestion is to get a bakers dozen of the glaze. You won't be able to stop eating the whole box.

I just moved up here this past summer and this place right here is one of the few reasons so far I’m glad I did lol the legit best glazed donut I’ve ever had in my life is here and just about every other flavor or variant they have, you can’t go wrong. Try your best to order just one, but after your first time, there’s no way you just come back for one at a time. Prices are great too.

Date of Visit: Sunday Aug 6th Good old fashioned doughnut shop. They make doughnuts for wwholesale and retail. The shop is a large bakery -with a small retail sector. The doughnut flavours are very classic and traditional flavours. They are very fresh and well made – with a soft dough.

Not a bad little donut shop. Went because the hype looked like it would be awesome it was ok to be honest. They only had a handful of flavors and types. The staff seemed nice and we got in and out of there within 5 mins. Got a glazed twist and cinnamon bun type donut. It wasn't too fluffy-ish but more on the dense side was tasty but not my favorite place I've been. They only really seem to take cash and only allow card over purchases over 5 bucks. Just wish there was more variety for the hype of reviews.

Went for donuts this morning on a whim and was not disappointed. Got a fresh glaze donut ($1.15) and a bag of day olds ($1.50), which has 6 variety donuts in it. All the donuts were delish and the day old ones just needed a little reheat. Definitely recommend checking this place out for great glaze and "simple" fancy donuts.

Extremely slow only stop if you have extra time to spare. I should have asked for a refund, the food was terrible and not cooked fully. I will never return to this location, a gas station tim hortons is 100x better. No music or anything in background but food in cases looked fresh.

Placed a mobile order. Went to pick up are and was ignored. Asked about my mobile order was told pick up is over there in a different area, still nothing. Then got in line. The mobile order was placed at 2:43 I finally got my order at 3:02. I was told it was because they were short staffed. The people placing the order at the counter and the drive thru had no problem. A complete waste of time.

Menu selections seem to be optional at this location. The hash brown evades us here in williamsvillei had one at the wherle cayuga location and every other day the cashier says we don't have those today.im not coming to the evasausage egg and cheese on jalapeno bagel, hashbrown large coffee, orange juice $5 tip, the cashier had a heart felt sorry. Evans &sheridans location again. If anyone reads this understand how stypid this complaint is, if mcdonalds was iut of hashbrowns do you think they would be running around trying to get some. I went to Tim Hortons on Sheridan in Williamsville, I ordered a Coke and a steak and cheese panini.., absolutely horrible service, she kept giving me Diet Coke and I kept saying a regular coke… could hardly speak English and the sandwich was horrible. I’m used to good service at Tim Hortons… very disappointed!

I’ve gone through the drive thru a few times now, the latest one being this am around 1130. Whoever the lady is working it, giving you your food/coffee should seriously consider a job that doesn’t entail dealing with people. No personality at all.

I love the food and drinks at Tim hortons! For fast food it is very high quality and usually never disappoints. Sadly I do not go to the on Sheridan and Evans anymore as they had ants in their ice once and I am scared to go back. But I still love the other ones! My favorite drink to get is an ice capp and I love their grilled cheese paninis. Overall I love it!

I've been a long time Tim Hortons customer, but unfortunately I'll no longer be going since it seems like they're moving in the wrong direction for quality food. Recently, I was told by their staff that they removed the fresh fruit option, with the only side option for healthy choices being yogurt... So now, I can't offer my kids any healthy options. Update: even worse now. Staff is usually friendly, but they're quality is going even further downhill. Today I found an eggshell in my breakfast wrap. And not a small piece. Like a quarter rof an egg.

My sister ordered a cassata cake, cutout cookies and assorted Italian cookies for my baby shower. There was not 1 piece of cake left, or a single cookie by the end of the event. All of the guests raved at how delicious everything was. The cake and cookies were also so beautiful and classy. Everything was affordable and graciously delivered. This bakery is a true gem and from now on I will never order from anywhere else.

Best cassata cake I have ever tasted. The cake was so moist and the frosting was light. So delicious if you are looking for a cassata cake I would recommend going nowhere else. Even guests that’s don’t eat cake ate a slice

Where do I begin? My husband and I reached out to Caramici’s Bakery for our wedding cake! We have known Diane Serra for years. We live in MA and really hoped we would be able to work something out where she would be the one to create our dream wedding cake! Once we got engaged and picked a date, we reached out to start to figure out if this would even be possible. Diane’s immediate response was “of course we can, let’s start planning!” My husband and I were so excited about this and couldn’t wait to bring our ideas to life! Diane was so amazing! We did multiple zoom calls (due to distance) and she even drew up several different cake styles for us and walked us through what each would look like! She was extremely responsive and never complained about all the different changes or additions I had (and I had ALOT). As an anxious bride who wanted everything to be perfect, Diane was extremely patient and made me feel comfortable that our cake was in the best hands!! Fast forward to our wedding which was this past Sunday 9/3, the cake was GORGEOUS! Diane brought the separate cake layers to the venue and decorated/put the cake together AT THE VENUE! That is some serious first class service!! Diane did not crack under the pressure of having a short window to decorate the cake and have it look as elegant as we wanted! And aside from the way the cake looked, O-M-G was it beyond DELICIOUS! I think at the wedding my husband and I had a piece of each layer!! Our waist lines are still upset with us! 4 days later, we are still getting text messages from friends and family saying that it was the best tasting wedding cake they ever had!!! Mike & I can’t thank Diane & Caramici’s Bakery enough for everything they did for us to bring our dream wedding cake to life!!

The Cassata cake we ordered was absolutely delicious, decorated beautifully with amazing details. The price was excellent considering everything we got. I’m so happy to have found this place! We loved it. Thank you again!!

The fact that none of the sweets they offer comes from a factory justifies their price. For that same reason, you get a unique taste of their sweets than you would from even places like Paula's Donuts. The Almond Bear Claws have a great ratio of the pastry to almond filling; the pastry itself is soft and flaky; and the right amount of icing to give it sweetness without being too overpowering. They impressed me very much in my accidental visit to their site and I am looking forward to visit it again in the near future to try their other desserts.

For my Dad’s 80th birthday we ordered something special and Caramici’s bakery did not disappoint. Beautifully designed and absolutely delicious. It was perfect!

The morning girls are on their game! They always have orders ready quickly and accurately. This location is considerably higher priced than other locations which is unfortunate.

Stopped by yesterday to grab two Boxes O' Joe. It was spur of the moment so I didn't have time to order ahead. I was greeted by Eris who was so nice and helpful. He was in the middle of cleaning up for the day but immediately stopped to assist me. He pleasantly took my order, quickly brewed a few pots of coffee and packed up the other parts of the order with a smile in his face. Thank you, Eris, for a very pleasant customer experience!

Stopped coming to this location after they would cancel my orders for boxes of coffee right when they were scheduled for pick up. This morning I have them another chance because I have points. I should have kept them. They were busy, which is understandable and everyone waiting was patient. Employees were yelling about how busy it is, swearing, stomping around. They got through the rush. My order finally was ready but my drink was missing. My order already took about a half hour. Now I’m trying to get someone’s attention for my missing drink. Finally got someone after about 10 minutes. They take my food, make my drink. Hands me a drink but then I had to ask for my food back. They also didn’t put the lid on and I ended up spilling my drink all over me. I should have kept my points or left my order there.

Chocolate Croissant my dear… Much better than Starbucks, Panera Bread!! As long as you are human being you should try this life-changing croissant! This is my favorite place to go when I was pursuing my lofty mathematical goal at Buffalo! Superb professionalism are they! The white boy with charming cute beard & mustache is just so cordial and versatile; he can manage lots of things well and keep smiling. The old Latino women who usually resides besides oven always reminds me my grandma and she can juggle the heating machine and sliding this and that like a circus performing before the “audience” in an impeccable way! The other guy worth mentioned is a girl with thicken black glasses whose official proclamation can penetrate through entire restaurant and of course whose preparing skill enters in the state of art! Another guy that stand out to me is an African-American girl who will spent much of time on the counter with her delicate braid hair. She is always welcoming and easy-going, knowing what the customer needs!!! This is our city of good neighbors — Buffalo!! I’ll never forget all these great time I had when I was pursuing my degree here!!!

Coffee and donuts are the best option to get if u want a great breakfast or lunch

Delta Sonic employees are working in the Dunkin donuts and constantly screwing up orders. They don't know the proper coffee ice portions to make a cappuccino, so you get cold coffee and ice chunks. Another problem with not having it blended properly is that whip cream melts into the drink way faster. Have them make it again and you'll get the same mistake over and over. When I went to have them make the order over even one of the employees said that they just go and make it the same way. There was also no ice in the machine and instead of filling it with ice first she made it wrong again and then filled it with ice. The employees are not familiar with the menu at all, I saw someone ask about donut fries and instead of saying they don't have it at this location she had no clue what they were. I don't recommend this location at all, they need proper training and Delta Sonic employees that aren't properly trained should not be able to make anything.

Vin Chet's Gluten Free bakery is absolutely bonkers to me these days. I used to get goods from there back when my gluten free journey started about 12 years ago, and now I wouldn't bother for a single thing. I'm disgusted and disappointed in how their product quality has practically diminished completely; Crumby and solid cupcakes ( Good luck biting into them ) , and rubbery cookies? I've baked independently for YEARS, gluten free and gluten containing, and I can't wrap my head around how they achieved this consistency. Never again. The real kicker, after spending the $30 for these two things, & saying something to them about it, there's nothing they can do? We will definitely NOT be going back - They didn't even offer anything to replace it or swap it for anything else.

The peanut donut was so soft and good. I picked the Hot Coco cupcake it's in the video I post and is sooo good. I will definitely be back when I'm in the city.

I usually order a pizza or one of their sandwiches, but I always end up buying cookies or a cupcake too. Since Vin-Chet is a celiac safe bakery, I know all their baked goods will be entirely gluten free. In addition to that, all their food is delicious. They offer free samples, and lots of reward opportunities throughout the year. They also have a wonderful staff who is always friendly and helpful. Vin-Chet my own version of Cheers, where everyone knows my name! It's always a good day when I get to swing by.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by the friendly staff! Every single staff member I encountered was truly amazing! I ordered a grilled cheese and a 6 pack of cinnamon sugar donuts and both are amazing!! I highly recommend if you’re gluten intolerant! They also have many other options; pasta, pizza, cupcakes, cookies, sandwiches and the list goes on! Truly incredible!

Amazing gluten free food. Three baked goods are moist and taste as good as a nice gluten- filled baked good. I was in town visiting a friend who's not gluten free and her family loves it. Definitely some of the best gluten free food I've had in the 20 years I've been gluten free. If you're in the area, try it!

My husband and I have been coming here for years. The baked goods here are so delicious and affordable, compared to prices in different states. Nancy, the owner of this wonderful bakery is so kind and caring towards every customer that walks into her business. We are so happy that we know a special gluten free bakery that is often our first stop from traveling, and our last stop before we hit the road to go home.

I’ve never been to this bakery and decided to try it. I love good cake and bought 2 cupcakes. Most definitely the cake tastes like a box cake, which I could have done myself. I won’t be back. Not sure why you would own a bakery and ruin it by serving bad cake. Light and fluffy, dry, no texture

Sorry to see you close after decades of awesome service and food. Original review: Been a fan since the 70’s when I was a little kid that grew up around the corner from this bakery. Great pastries, cakes, coffee rings, rolls. Love the napoleons, eclairs, petit fours and sour cream pastries. Heck, EVERYTHING here is great. All the employees are wonderful - friendly, helpful. Some even still recognize me as so-and-so’s son (mom was a regular). Now living over 500 miles away. But whenever I’m in town to visit the relatives, I take several boxes of goodies home. So sad there isn’t a bakery even close to Wolter’s level where I live now.

What Happened to Wolters? We have been going to Wolters for over 45 years! We took our daughters there when they were babies and now we bring our grandchildren. The baked goods are always delicious, varied and fresh. But today something happened that changed our opinion and not in a positive way. My husband always orders 4 "alligator rolls." They have always been 35 cents each. I always get a donut or pastry. So when our bill was much higher then usual, I asked why. Wendy, the owner, said the rolls are still 35 cents, but with butter they are $1.50 each. What would normally cost $1.40 for 4 rolls was now $6.00! Quite a difference! And the funny thing is, my husband is very health conscious and has always brought his own margarine. They never asked if we wanted butter. It was always just there. Sometimes I'd have a little part of one of his rolls and use the butter. What bothered us the most today was Wendy's attitude. She was snippy and rude. No smile at all. When I asked her why noone told us about the increase, she stated that a sign was clearly posted regarding the butter charge. I couldn't find it, so I asked her where it was. It was taped on a little piece of paper below the cash register. As if that's where customers are looking when they come into a bakery! I feel like one of the staff should have alerted us about the butter upcharge. Or, the sign regarding the upcharge should have been clearly posted where customers can see it. Not in an inconspicuous spot near her register! Wendy did not say she was sorry or offer any explanation as to why a 35 cent roll became nearly 4 times more expensive. She could have smiled and said she was sorry. But she was clearly not sorry in any way and showed no understanding of how outrageous it is to charge an extra $1.15 per roll for a thumb full of butter. We felt it was very underhanded and poor management the way she handled the situation. Wolters is a bakery with wonderful baked goods. But todays encounter left us feeling sad realizing that things there definitely aren't like they used to be. It used to have a warm, friendly family feel where the owners treated the customers kindly.

Everyone loved the cake we had for a birthday party. Me? I was sad we didn’t have ice cream, I’m not a cake person BUT the guests were happy and that’s what mattered that night. Thank you!

It's an amazing European style bakery I have gone to my whole life! A stop in Buffalo is not complete without their almond ring and cream-filled/chocolate-topped donut. They have seasonal treats like Fastnachts and Pączki. Along with donuts, they have breads, cakes, and cookies. They have a room with tables and chairs so you can enjoy your coffee and donut while chatting with friends or just relaxing.

This bakery has very fine pastries, doughnuts, pies and cakes. Unfortunately, this bakery has permanently closed on June 28th, 2025. I will especially miss their fastnachts.

I always look forward to a hot fresh decaf and the large variety of fresh donuts at Dunkin! On this visit, I was quite disappointed! We arrived early in the morning, and I bought our group rounds of coffee and donuts. The cashier (and the cashiers at the gas counter) couldn’t provide change for a $50 bill. What the heck? The donuts were fresh, but much smaller than in the past (everything is shrinking these days). Perhaps it’s my taste buds, but I don’t recall the donuts being so sickly sweet?! It's definitely a once-in-a-while treat!

Inefficient front staff. No understanding among them. The front staff doesn't even know what food items they are out of, they just keep taking wrong orders & eventually messing it up while the people kept waiting. They were out of hash browns that we ordered initially which was notified to us after waiting for about 20 mins in the store. But the gentleman preparing the food was nice, he prepared the rest of our order & replaced the hash browns with other available food items. The store is located inside Delta store. #Roadtrip #NiagraFalls

I hope the Dunkin Donuts management realize what a great asset they have in their employee named Ryan (Ry Ry). I came in with an issue with my app. Ryan pointed out the problem and helped fix it immediately to save me a stupid amount of time talking to customer service. I’ve went to this location twice. The first time the customer service was terrible. And today it was even worse. The older lady at the drive through is not friendly at all. She was extremely rude and seemed like she hated her life, job and everyone around her. And then the employees working the drinks and food were even worse. When they handed me my drink I said thank you and she didn’t even acknowledge me! She just looked miserable. I’m just going to stick with Starbucks.

Staff (Bonnie) was EXTREMELY disrespectful. I asked her if Tim's still had soup. She went off on a raging tang about were she used to work and yelled at me stating that chilli wasn't soup. I didn't ask her any of that. (I figured she must be having a hard day b4 me) She continues to go off while other employers just acted like they was scared of her...... I ask for a manager and she said she wants to speak to my manager ( I am a customer). Mind you the young manager was standing just behind her thr whole time......! He did NOTHING and she continued to go nuts. This went on for some time. I will definitely not be back and don't recommend this location to anyone. Go at your own Risk.(Good luck) - A.I response NEVER help. I am calling corporate! - As for thr owner of this location. A.I. respond is not enough. Quality has drastically gone downhill since new ownership. Last week I ordered a hot, double double and the coffee was so watery I ended up dumping it out. Fast forward to today, I ordered a medium iced double double and this is what I got. An iced cup of creamer. You literally couldn’t even taste the coffee. I have officially given up on this location. McDonald’s across the street literally serves better quality coffee. Now that I’m here, I’ll also share that each time I placed a mobile order, it was not started until I arrived. What prompted me to even bother with mobile ordering was when my boss asked me to grab 2, catering coffees and a dozen donuts. To which Bernie flipped out on me and told me that “I can’t do that”. It’s the morning, you’re busy, fine. I’ll go somewhere else. And I did. To prevent this from happening again, I placed it through the app and waited a HALF HOUR to go pick it up. I arrive to an EMPTY dining room to which once again, Bernie tells me that they called my name and since I wasn’t there, they didn’t bother to start the order since they were “busy”. It should not be this difficult to get coffee and donuts. Panera it is for my catering orders ever since and now I’ll find somewhere else for coffee.

Walked into this Tim Hortons because the drive-thru looked like the Indy 500 figured I’d be smart, avoid the wait, grab a quick medium coffee with a splash of milk. Simple. Life hack, right? WRONG! Apparently, walking inside this location triggers a glitch where employees can no longer see you. I stood at the counter like a forgotten character in a horror movie staring directly at two workers laser focused on drive thru orders like they were defusing bombs back there. No greeting. No “we’ll be right with you.” Just hard ignore mode. I start wondering if I died and no one told me. After two full minutes of me standing there like an unpaid extra, the girl finally glances at me like I just coughed on her cat and mutters “one second.” Then goes right back to the headset like she's commanding a space launch. Enters an mystery man. Some dude I saw outside on FaceTime not in uniform, not behind the counter, just chilling strolls in, wanders up to the register, taps a few buttons like he’s hacking into the Pentagon, and I’m thinking, “Oh cool, he works here?” I ask, “Hey man, can I just get a black coffee?” He stares at me, then turns his camera to the back of the store and walks away. Bro was out here giving a FaceTime tour of the kitchen like it’s an Airbnb. So I try again. “Hey, forget it, I’ll take it black!” Just pour it in a cup! Nope. I keep waiting. She finally hands me a cup without saying a word. I leave. Sip it halfway down the road. Triple triple. Not what I asked for. I think she just gave me someone else’s order to make me go away. Which fair move, I guess. Mission accomplished. Moral of the story... if you want to be treated like a human being, don’t walk into this location. Just sit in the drive thru like a good little cog in the machine, and maybe, maybe, they’ll get your coffee right. Tim Hortons, if you’re reading this: I wasn’t asking for the crown jewels. Just coffee. Preferably the one I ordered. ✌️

On our way, we were all craving a good coffee break. We stopped hoping for a quality cup, but I was disappointed to find that the cappuccino was a premix with sugar — and it wasn’t even labeled clearly. I’ve never had premixed cappuccino before, and definitely not one that already contains sugar without any mention of it on the machine or menu. For people who are health-conscious or avoiding sugar, this is really misleading. It would’ve been much better if they had listed the ingredients or given an option for unsweetened.

The food is great and so are the drinks. The experienced is worsened by the rude cashier who is unfortunately there every morning I come in. She argues about your order, makes snide comments, and yells at the staff around her.

This Tim’s has reopened after renovations. The 5 Stars are for Cody. I was not aware of the senior’s discount until Cody brought it to my attention. But more importantly, he is genuinely friendly and a gentleman. I have seen him in action quite a few times and he treats everyone with the same courtesy. He is a rarity and I hope the management here appreciates him.

I stopped in to run to the restroom and pick up a drink. As soon as I entered and walked to the restroom I was yelled at about the bathroom JUST being cleaned and the floors being wet. Like I understand that, but you didn’t have to yell at me. It was very rude. I immediately left and plan to not go back.

I frequently stop at Tim Hortons daily as my career keeps me on the road, and coffee is a necessity. I've purchased from this location tons of times throughout the years, along with many others. I just stopped here to use the restroom, and as I was literally walking out of the door to leave, a rude employee thought it would be funny to say, "Restrooms are for customers only." I understand that can be a policy however, never once have I ever seen that posted in any location I've visited. I can also say I'll never again give this location my business. Keep up the great manors.....

This is the worst location. Please close this location. Please don't go to the location. I had two cars ahead of me. I was still in line for 25 minutes. I finally get up to the window and they tell me cash only... I don't have cash on me. So you really just made me wait in line for 25+ minutes for nothing ??? Couldn't have the decency to tell me cash only when you took my order? Had i known I wouldn't have wasted my morning in your drive thru. This location has gotten my order wrong countless times in the past. And the wait times are always insane. This is the last time I ever deal with this location.

I ordered a double double but seemed to be missing cream and sugar, I went home thinking maybe it was on the bottom so I stirred and there was none, hopefully it was just a 1 time thing at this location

Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional at the drive thru. People understand it’s not an easy job but you don’t need to take out your frustrations and kind paying customers. You should be ashamed of yourself. We were there on April 15, 2025 at about 10:15 AM. They messed up our order. We had to drive back. Wasn’t upset about it but, she was. Was extremely rude. Nasty in front of my child. I will never go back. They need to get better managers at this location that are good with people and customer service. I spoke with the assistant manager, who was very kind. But the head manager was horrible and should not work there.

Y’all have a guy in training named Khalil, just really impressed with his customer service and ability for being “in training.” Just haven’t been to a Tim Hortons in awhile where I actually noticed someone go that extra mile. Y’all got a diamond in the rough don’t let him go.

I came one night with a mobile order and they just closed the grill for the night. And I wanted a grilled steak panini but I had to get it the next day . They didn’t think I was trying to scam them or anything and the food was really good and everyone was super nice

the bagel is my final straw. i ordered it with cream cheese. putting this amount is like tipping a server 50 cents. it's more insulting than nothing at all. the coffee was supposed to be a mocha double double. i put the straw in and took the pics. clearly poured hot coffee over ice, as there was just a tiny piece floating. and i didn't drink any before taking these pics. i wish this kind of thing only happened while using doordash, but ive gone through the drive thru 3 times when my coffee was completely undrinkable. i've worked at tim hortons. the making of the food and drinks is the easiest part of the job. i would never serve this to even my worst customers. also, in this economy, it feels like theft to pay for these inedible things. theft of my money, and theft of my time if i have to go back every. single. time. my order is screwed up. get it together please.

Were there today got four everything croissants were extremely stale and employees were extremely rude. Bathrooms were disgusting with no toilet paper urine and feces all over the bathroom in the men’s room.

I have been ordering vanilla ice coffee at many different Tim's locations, however; this is the only location that consistently messes up a medium vanilla ice coffee with cream. Again, I received a medium coffee poured over ice. No vanilla no ice and it tastes bitter. I am done going to this location for my iced coffee.

I always ordered the same thing - a black coffee (not too tough) & a sausage biscuit.. I DON’T want egg & cheese on it. This location (and others) all mess that part up. 99% of the time it has egg & cheese. This tells me their computer only knows one way to order it. I always make it clear to the “entity” taking my order. If I try to correct it, they look at me like I’ve got 4 heads. Sometimes my coffee has cream & sugar in it (meaning someone else got my black coffee. After years of this I won’t go to ANY Tim Hortons again. We’re talking dozens of times over 5-7 years. Today was unique. The child cashing out took my $20, out it in the register slot, handed me change and said “Umm, did you give me a $20?” Now I go elsewhere.. Pure stupidity at this place!

The croissant with egg and sausage tasted so good. The drive thru employees were great. They didn't complain once when I gave them so much change.

Sandi was extremely rude to our family. We are visiting from Canada and went to this location and she was abrasive, rude, short, and had a very negative attitude. She was trying to argue with us about how to use my debit card. All the other staff were pleasant. Sandi needs to work on her demeanour and customer service. Attitude was horrible

I have never been to a Tim Hortons that has consistently messed up my order every single time I go. Especially the morning shift. From forgetting hashbrowns to putting the wrong jelly, forgetting entire drinks, you guys need to hire more competent people because these young adults just ain't cutting it.

I've enjoyed going to Tim Horton's since I've been a little girl and now I take both of my kids there. This location is always fast, efficient and has friendly staff.

I stop at tim hortons usually 2 to 3 times a day for coffee, donuts, wrap etc. and I will usually drive several miles out of my way to go to this store because they always got my order right and they stir the coffee. I ask for my donuts to be put in a box because when they are in a bag the frosting sticks to the bag, no problem. Until recently. I went to your store today and asked for the donuts to be put in a box and the worker told me you don't do that. Ordered a coffee and it was not stirred, besides she is rude. This was in the AM. Went back this afternoon ordered a coffee and once again coffee was not stirred. If the worker at the window, Kayla, is miserable and doesn't like/ can't do her job maybe she needs a new one. This isn't the first time either. All the other workers at the store 5 stars.

The ladies working here are amazing! They were in the middle of cleaning their smoothie machine and put everything on hold to make my grandmother her smoothie.

Ordered a Latte and Decaf coffee. Both were suppose to be hot and both were barely warm. When I said something the lady at the window just kept going “oh, you want it cold” “when I handed it, it was very hot” (It wasn’t and coffee doesn’t suddenly cool after 5 seconds), I was told by manager if I wanted a hot coffee I would have to order a regular coffee.

My experience was horrible, i came to get 2 hot chocolates with whipped cream and 2 orders of the 2 for 6 sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit, and i repeated the order. Should be simple, right... wrong! They only rang up the drinks and 1 set of sandwiches. So i had to wait for my next 2 sandwiches to be made however she said i could only get bacon cause that's what they had ready and i told them I'd wait and then they said those were the last two biscuits and i had to settle for an English muffin which i did. I told them I'd wait for sausage, and they said it would be 8 minutes. I said okay I'll wait out front, and someone can bring them out front and they said ok, i paid for the sandwiches cause they didn't charge me the first time, then waited parked in front for them to bring it out. 8 minutes went by and had them an extra 4 minutes before going back to the drive through keep in mind their were no cars when i first arrived or while i waited, only a couple of people walking in. I go to the window to hear a big im sorry she checks with the lady who was supposed to make it to learn the lady never made the sandwiches. She tells me she thought i canceled. I told her I'll wait again at the window and i watched her stay to make the sandwiches. She slapped the cheese on the counter and put the bread in the toaster. She then pulls an egg out of a bag that's in between the toaster ovens and warmers. I told her i don't want someone's canceled order or left over egg, and she said it's not left over. They keep the eggs in a bag so they don't turn green in the warmer. I said they were probably sitting there for hours on top of that, and she said it was fresh. I pulled up over 30 minutes ago, and that bag was there. You're not telling me that's fresh, her co worker cosigned it. However, at that point, i wanted my money back for the two sandwiches and left when they refunded it. Never again 😒 🤦🏾‍♀️🙄🙅🏾‍♀️

If I could rate this place 0 I would. They cannot speak any english, which I do not mind, but if you can’t understand what im asking for then it’s a problem. Ordered $30 worth of food for EVERYTHING to be wrong, when I called they continued to ask my name and make excuses instead of explain why the hell I was missing everything and things were wrong. Do NOT go to this location, I’ve worked at Tim Hortons and there is no excuse for this bullshit. The people who work here are very ignorant and don’t care.

Making a cup of coffee to many is an artform. To me, I just want caffeine, and I rarely care about the taste. Even after adding some of my SO's flavored creamer at home, the coffee was still just absolutely terrible. Indeed it was fresh, but so are the steamers on my lawn after I let out my dogs. Puzzled still what they did to the beans to get them so acidic, but there are bigger questions in life, like why does this location allow addicts to accost people in the drivethru? Baffling. Simply baffling.

We sent an intern to get food for 7 people. The order was messed up and sent back to us incomplete, not once but twice. Absolutely incompetent. I reached out for a refund for the food we didn't receive and they were unable to help, telling us to come back to the store when I was unable to. Online support was equally unhelpful and just told me to contact the store. I'm out over $40 of food and with unhappy workers. Never visiting this Tim Hortons or any other again. Miserable experience.

I’ve been coming here nearly every day for months, and I got used to the lackluster customer service, as it’s clear the workers are overworked and English isn’t the first language for some of them. My orders were correct and service was quick, so it was fine to me. However, twice in the past month, my debit card was charged twice for a single order. The first time the manager apologized and fixed it. However, the second time, a different supervisor wanted to see my bank statement for proof (ridiculous as is), but they then said I needed to come inside and I could do it “later”, as I was on my way to work. I won’t be returning after I get my refund, as I shouldn’t have to go there again and show my bank statement to resolve an issue that is their fault.

Food is good Service is good only issue I have is there are a wraps that work the store and it's very hard because of the language barrier it's hard to understand them at times they don't speak good English

I visited your location and had an unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. The speaker system appeared to be malfunctioning, so I proceeded to the window to place my order. Unfortunately, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members—specifically the woman handling the bagels. She addressed me in a sarcastic and condescending tone, saying “Did you see the paper?” and continued making inappropriate, smart remarks while other staff members laughed in the background. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also completely unacceptable for any customer-facing role. I’m unsure who I need to speak with to escalate this, but I strongly believe this situation needs to be addressed. No customer should be made to feel mocked or uncomfortable for simply trying to place an order. Thank you for your time and attention. There was a poor boy on the front counter who didn't know how to do anything and was not getting help from anyone. The manager (Candee?) instead joked with him, called him the n-word (he was a black man), and went to handle drive through. Took him 20 minutes to get me 2 sausage, egg, and cheese english muffins and a medium ice capp. I felt bad for him. Very unprofessional.

I came from Canada to come visit my family down in Buffalo and they knew my favourite place to go was Tim Hortons .. by coming to this location I felt a warm welcome by the employees working! The location was clean, well kept, and definitely an out standing visit ! In the future when I come here often this will definitely be my go to place to go for my coffee across the boarder ! Thank you to the staff for making me feel like home even when I’m not from here . This is the best and only Tim hortons I will go to. I’m in ahh ! Five stars isn’t enough to rate this fantastic service .

They locked their doors a half hour early & I had to call the store to get them to make & bring out my mobile app order. The lady seemed annoyed that she had to make my order...

Look at the negative reviews. My photo's are the signs posted on the mens and ladies rooms being " out of order ". As a business owner, there is a need to supply bathrooms and not pretend they are out of order because this location doesn't want to clean and provide restrooms. There is nothing wrong with these bathrooms. Look! There is definitely a communication problem with their customers. They use to employ all nationalities, now they only hire their own kind. It's bad for their business. That's why I don't come here anymore☹️

Their service is really hit or miss. Today I decided to write a review. If you don’t want to interact with customers, don’t have a customer service facing job. The young man that took the order at the speaker was polite. The order was incorrect when we got to the window. We were missing a coffee. The young lady at the window was rude and acted annoyed when we let her know. I then had to give it back again because it was missing syrup that was supposed to be added. The attitude was not needed. If you’re going to work there and in the community please have a better attitude. This solidified why I always pass this Tim Hortons & spend my money elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache and mediocre service.

Everytime I go to this store it’s an issue. I order on the app and they still never have the order ready, even though they have plenty of time to get it together. Or it’s incorrect. I ordered an iced latte and they gave me a hot coffee and to argue with me that it was my order. It literally was on my phone screen what I ordered. Didn’t put topping on my caramel apple latte. Donut barely had filling or frosting. This place is absolutely ridiculous

They spare no expense when it comes to quality of food and appropriate amount of cream in a Boston crème donut. Love the chocolate on top also!

There is a man next to the drive through who asks for money just to buy cigarettes. In my opinion that’s unsanitary and I think they should have a talk with that man. My wife told me to roll up our windows because she didn’t want to smell the smoke. Other than that the food tasted good and the service was great.

This is the second and final time I will ever order from this location. I ordered a turkey club and THERE WAS NO TURKEY IN IT! I previously ordered a breakfast sandwich and they didn't put anything on a plain, uncooked bagel. Never again and recommend driving a little further to get proper service.

Don’t use this Tim Hortons. I went in to use the restroom and to buy something, but needed to use the restroom first. I asked for the key; and instantly the woman decided to be incredibly disrespectful and rude to not only me but also her coworkers about it. (April 1st at 1:30 pm.) I have a severe medical condition and denying a paying customer the right to use a bathroom is against ADA compliance since I am disabled. I left, extremely upset and very angry how I was treated after indicating I WAS a paying customer. This is an absolutely foul way to treat customers. Shame on her. I will be filing with the attorney general and better business bureau, along with NYS Dept of Health. I did not deserve to be treated that way. Since posting this I have filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General for discrimination, BBB and with Tim Hortons itself. This is not acceptable behavior.

See what they did to the Bagels!! I take the order by drive through and after coming at home saw this shit. They saw bagel was burned but they didn't through it and paste cream cheese on burned bagels and served it to customer. Shame on you, who did it.

Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too. The employees have nasty attitudes. They rub their nose while taking your order then get angry if you ask them to wash their hands. The coffee taste burnt for some reason now. I use to come here every day now I go somewhere else

Tim Hortons has a nice environment and their staff are generally friendly and welcoming. The service is good, and many customers enjoy the experience. However, from what I’ve seen, their attitude seems more warm and friendly toward other customers — not so much toward Muslims. That’s disappointing, especially in a place that should treat everyone equally and with respect. Because of that, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. I hope they work on being equally kind and respectful to all customers, no matter who they are.

08/25 Loud music from a cellphone playing, flies are everywhere, restrooms and floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. (which explains the flies) Staff is unprofessional and rude. When they forgot one of the drinks one of the male workers made a comment that we had already drank it. Nothing wrong with the food or drinks, if they can’t maintain themselves or the space they should make it drive thru only. Just a bizarre experience overall, I’ve seen 18 year olds run a Stewart’s by themselves with more respect to customers and cleanliness.

I had the worst experience as a Tim Hortons customer. I placed my order through the app and went to pick it up via the drive-thru. When I arrived at the pickup window, I asked for additional cups and agreed to pay for them. However, the shift manager and the window server were incredibly rude, loud, and disrespectful. They told me they couldn’t provide the extra cups and that I would have to go back through the line to request them again. The drive-thru was very busy, and they abruptly closed the window without giving me a professional explanation. I felt deeply insulted by the entire encounter.

Hey, so I ordered two extra large coffee from the drive-through.So when I was about to get the coffee he only gave me one.He said I charge you for one, you have to go around the drive thru again to get the extra one coffee. I told him I order 2 coffee.He was so rude to me and not professional about his job. That my observation.

Visited the shop on a Sunday afternoon. The donut collection was good but there are many iced drinks in the menu. I got a small hot chocolate which was filled only to a 3/4 of the cup and was for $2.69 Along, with the chicken and roasted pepper wrap, it had a generous amount of cheese. It was for $4.79 and was small for the price and definitely not worth it. The tables weren’t clean and the food was absolutely not worth the price. In addition to the limited hot drinks wouldn’t recommend going here.

I feel a bit emotional right now. I love this one but every time I go inside I feel like I’m not being treated as a priority. I place an order , one coffee , and I have to wait an extra amount of time to receive it. In the meantime someone orders after me at the register and get their order and are long gone. Just today I order 2 cold drinks for my daughter and myself because it was a nice hot day. Two other customers come in after us and order. Somehow they received their 4 items they ordered including cold drinks before us. My daughter and I looked at each other. Then they received their donuts. Still nothing for us. Then we looked at the people who took our order and they looked at us. Finally our order was coming up, mind you one of the drinks we ordered was wrong. I felt like we were racially profiled. I didn’t want to say it but there it is. My daughter and I are black American and the customers after was were Caucasian. I feel like I will not go back there again. Very upsetting situation that I don’t like feeling. This was the last straw. I may delete the app.

I go through the drive through and I asked for a ras/wtrmln refresher with NO green tea to sub water instead and the loaded hash browns with NO cheese sauce and they did the exact opposite and I’m left with nothing to eat or drink

Sat inside to have some donuts and hot chocolate on Feb 13th in the afternoon. Was watching the guy who served us lick his fingers almost every time he touched the donuts while serving drive thru. So gross, I didn’t finish my food. Won’t be coming back.

Monday evening, me and my fiance got engaged after walking around Delaware Park on a hot day, so naturally we wanted a drink! If I knew the kind of service we were going to get, I would've driven to China and asked for Capitalism instead. That would've definitely gone better. Or maybe gone to get skinned and baked at a cannibal island. Or maybe even rolled up and smoked by a giant ganja plant, just like Mr. Wayans. Anywho, when we pulled up to the speaker, the faintest "hello" was heard, of course not greeting me but responding to me after I called out several times. Now, this was approximately 7:40 pm, and this location closes at 8:00 pm, but I did not expect the same service that Taco Bells in the hood are known for: closing before closing time. We finally gave her our order, a single refresher drink. When we got to the window, she "attempted" to open the window with a smug smile. Barely trying and prying it apart one inch, then having her fingers slip and letting it shut. She did this about three times before she said "oops, it's closed. It won't open. Sorry." Now of course imagine this while she rests her elbows on the window, smirk on her face knowing that in the this part of town, on Delaware, no one would do anything about it. The standards seem to be dropping in this part of town, you can't even get a drink 20 minutes before closing time. Sad. Next time, I'll make sure to be a proper American and chain myself to the counter on the inside, seems to be how people get what they want in this country.

I had an egg sandwich I thought McDonald's egg sandwiches weren't that great but having one at Dunkin' donuts I just wouldn't recommend it and I had a caramel macchiato thinking it was going to be similar to Starbucks it was a letdown unfortunately because I do like their coffee but the specialty stuff they just can't seem to pull it off.

The worker taking my order was moody and in a hurry. Other than that the food and drinks were good.

Nothing special about this particular Dunkin. That being said, it wasn't dirty and the service I got was okay. No rude employees, they seemed pretty efficient in their respective roles as well.

i went up to grab some pizza pretzel bites and immediately saw the worker on her phone, complaining that she “keeps getting customers and she can’t get [her work] done.” she comes over to take my order and doesn’t ask me about sauces. after i checked out i asked her if i could have a sauce and she throws it on the counter and tells me it’s an additional cost. i paid for it, and left. her additide was disgusting, and i haven’t experienced that level of rude customer service in a long time. food was alright. marinara sauce was cold—and when i sat down to eat i noticed my hands were covered in blue dye. the cup’s blue color was bleeding onto my fingers. idk what that was about but it was getting everywhere.

Pretzels are good, but definitely NOT worth 11.00.. asked for a small container of pretzel bites, they did not have them, they only had large. So I bought a large container of pretzel bites and a medium Dr Pepper. For $11. I will no longer be buying pretzels from them, price is outrageous for dam pretzels!!!

Food was great as always but the employees are miserable human beings. The tables around me all said the same thing. Specifically the girl cashier Saturday march 29 at 1 ish. Won’t be back.

I went up to register to get 3 pretzel bites, 3 cheeses and 3 medium strawberry lemonade. I got told I couldn't purchase any pretzels until they filled the bins and then received my strawberry lemonade warm with no ice. Horrible service 😑. And the girl making the pretzels had a bad attitude. I've never dealt with that kind of service from the company.

Edit 2025: Came for Free Pretzel Day to give them another chance and they aren't open during posted hours, I mention that's annoying to someone in the area and the manager immediately gives me attitude. Corporate will be called on this store. Still should AVOID! 2022 Original review: THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THE MANAGER DOES NOT CARE ONE BIT TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS!! I asked for a simple task to help me get the app to work and the manager says "we don't run the app here, we use it but we don't run it." And refuses to help me with the issue. NEGITIVE STARS TO THIS PLACE!!

Supposed to open at 11......pretzels are made and ready and it's 11:15 and the rude employee says I'm not open yet....it'll be a few minutes. Why not just get the sale rather than turn a customer away? Won't be going back.

Wouldn’t recommend this location walked up said hi to the girl she just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language then just stood there didn’t speak or even attempt to take my order like if you don’t like your job find something else never had worse customer service I would have rather she been mean and ignorant rather than just ignoring a customer
