This place is amazing. It’s one of the best cake bakeries in Arlington. It lifts my spirits and blood sugar right away . Food well I consider this on the hierarchy of main food items . So many items to choose from fresh baked goods, daily slices of cake . New item Junk Jars . Atmosphere I want get married again just to design a wedding cake. Amazing! First off, it was hard to even pick a flavor because everything was so delicious. Second, we got multiple compliments all night about how good, not only one, but all the flavors were! I had a guy even leave us a voicemail about how great our cookie grooms cake was. Also they were both beautiful and they made my vision really come to life. I cannot recommend enough!! 11/10

The best sweets I've had thus far in Arlington! 🌟 Everything was really good, especially the Strawberry Cupcakes (with real strawberries in the icing & middle). 🍓🧁 The blueberry lemon cheesecake was also a hit. 🫐🍋🍰 This is a local bakery, started by a woman with an inspiring story.

I am a wedding planner and just finished up with a wedding in Glen Rose, TX. Since I am from Dallas, I had no idea where to get the wedding cake! Sugar Bee came through! Not only was the cake so pretty, it was delish as well! Thank you!!!

Purchased a cake tasting box to try out some options for my upcoming wedding from the company website. Made the mistake of putting the wrong pickup date, but the staff was kind and called me to get the information corrected. I got to the bakery to pickup and found that the flavors were pre-selected by the staff and it was a blind tasting. My partner and I were both excited to try specific flavors from their menu and thought that we were going to be able to choose what we tried, but I guess that was my mistake for not asking more questions. The website page for the tasting box does not include information about the blind tasting and if it did, that probably would have deterred me from ordering it. When we got home and starting to taste the flavors we'd received, I was unimpressed by almost all of them besides the lemon and groom's cake (both flavors I'm not planning to have for my wedding anyways). All in all, we are a little disappointed in our experience, but I know this bakery has plenty of repeat customers that love it.

We have found the bakery that we will use forever! I truly cannot express how amazing Cakeaholics is. We used them for our wedding cake and cupcakes and they were SO good. Our guests loved them. My only regret is that we didn’t eat any of our own wedding cake on the day of!! Luckily, their storefront is amazing so we will have to stop in to get some cupcakes of our wedding cake flavor!!

Matthew is amazing both as a person and an artist! Our favorite wedding planning date was in his bakery. Which by the way- I’d go back and rent out to take photos in heartbeat. I’m going to be honest- I’m not a cake person. Ask anyone in my family, I preferred pies at birthday celebrations. Matthew and his cakes have converted me, now I only eat cakes from cake-aholics. Matthew listens to your design vision and executes it flawlessly! My favorite cake flavor of his is snickerdoodle, but all the flavors I tried during the tasting were incredible. I love that he uses Italian meringue buttercream because it lightens the cake up so that you don’t have the heavy sweetness of traditional buttercream. Cakeaholics is my mother-in-law’s go-to bakery for many occasions, and Matthew’s team did an outstanding job with the cake for my bridal shower as well as both cakes for my wedding. My [now] wife and I had been going over many bakeries looking for a cake. A co worker mentioned for their wedding just earlier this year, they had come to Cake-aholics. So we decided to try them out. We got a sampling and the cakes were very good. I'm not much of a cake person, but even I couldn't resist chowing down. We confirmed which cakes we liked and decided to order our wedding cake. We went with white chocolate raspberry for two tiers and carrot cake for another. The cake turned out beautifully and they delivered on time with a stunning cake. They did a cake for my spouse’s birthday and it was so beautiful and delicious! The order placing was easy and the pick up was just as smooth and easy. This place is amazing! I needed a birthday cake, a few bakeries closer to me didn’t respond or couldn’t make a specific geode-type cake my wife wanted for her birthday. But Monte was very helpful, responsive, and I was blown away when I picked up my cake! It was a geode cake with a beach theme. Simply AMAZING! It was SO good tasting, vanilla and raspberry! I will definitely drive the extra mile and stop by for my next cake! All her friends will too! What an impression!

I ordered my husbands birthday cake from them and they did not disappoint. I was a little nervous because while ordering it, I got the sense they were overwhelmed and when I sent my sister to pick it up, they tried to charge her for the remaining balance even though I paid it days prior. I was prepared because I know these things happen so I sent them a screenshot of my receipt and it wasn’t a big deal. They may need a better system but everything else was perfect, the cake was beautiful, just how I wanted it and everyone at the event raved on how delicious it was. I would definitely recommend them and use them again, just keep your receipt and give them some grace.

Ordered cakes, one for my brother’s birthday and one for my birthday…..to say it was amazing would be to say the least! The cakes were so beautiful and delicious! Everyone was wanting to know where I got the cakes from, even the restaurant owner asked about it. It tasted just as amazing too! Absolutely loved the cakes!

My husband and I got married last December and it was a beautiful day. The cake and cupcakes my husband and I ordered for our wedding were absolutely phenomenal. I have celiac so being gluten free is a must. Our guests were so excited that they were so delicious and that I could enjoy them as well. We got the Pink Champagne cake flavor and raspberry frosting for the cake. As for the cupcakes, we did red velvet with raspberry frosting. I dream about the cake and cupcakes regularly. They were so patient and understanding of our wishes and my dietary needs. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for not only a beautiful cake but also a delicious one!

They can really do anything! Loved the cupcake I tried Edited: Monte from that’s the cake helped me build a beautiful dessert table for my wedding. Monte was kind and helpful! The whole experience from the tasting to the day of the wedding was wonderful. Monte laid out a beautiful table with the cake stands and trays I brought. People were absolutely raving about the desserts! Highly recommend the blueberry and lemon cake!!, lemon bars, pink champagne cake pops, Mexican chocolate cupcakes, chocolate mousse shooters, creme puffs and the brownies. Most of the items were gone by the end of the day so I’ll have to come back soon for more.

First timer here and will definitely be coming back weekly!! They have the best coffee in the DFW. The empanadas are to die for and they have a large variety of Argentinian pastries. They also have personal pizzas with a super unique taste to them. Definitely recommend. The staff were helpful in guiding me through the menu. Overall good experience

MUST GO!! This cute little hole in the wall has amazing empanadas, breakfast, and sweets to die for! I selected a few random items to try and I was not disappointed! Everything was a fair price, the service was absolutely outstanding, and the food is absolutely delicious! Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be coming back!

I have never had a dirtier menudo than this. The fat was just floating on top of the bowl, and it was full of oregano. The quality of this restaurant has just gone down. My husband food was disgusting as well. I don't know how you mess up eggs, bacon, potatoes, and bread, but Marquez has figured it out.

Used to be one of my favorite places to buy Mexican bread. Over time they seem to have changed something. The bread as kept longer. The taste is different. It's not as fresh. Seems like it's kept somewhere all week. Just doesn't seem right. Used to be one of my favorite places to buy a Mexican sweetbread . Not sure what happened to this place. Definitely know the guy that checks you out used to be humble. Now he wears gold chains and talks down on you. Hope they can change for the better. Time will tell.

It’s only 0.4 miles, but it feels even closer because it’s a completely straight path compared to other places. We parked to watch the Rangers game and stopped for a quick coffee. The Coke and Fanta made with cane sugar were especially memorable.

I’ve passed by this place countless times and always wanted to give it a try. I finally went in and sampled the pecan pastry, pig cookie, Danish, and a large flaky cinnamon pastry. While desserts aren't usually my favorite, they were decent. However, the breakfast tacos are incredible! My friend picked up a sausage, egg, potato, and cheese taco along with a veggie one, and they were absolutely delicious!

Marquez Bakery catered the dessert table at our wedding. Every pastry was delicious, and my spread looked awesome. Sally was great to communicate with, and was upfront about pricing and other expectations.

I went Monday at 4pm, no much variety of bread and the worst part… they don’t accept any kind of credit or debit card. Only cash. So I didn’t buy nothing and I don’t have a review about the bread. Clean place.

Tres leches from this bakery are the best available, many other desserts are sold here along with birthday cakes and cookies. Almost all the offered items are of great taste and mouth feel. Flan felt authentic and very tasty, didn’t like de mosaico much Only catch is that this store only accepts cash, so please make sure you carry enough cash for your purchases.

One of the best desserts I’ve ever had—especially the tres leches! The flavors were rich and unforgettable. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind and honest. I accidentally overpaid, and they returned the extra amount right away without hesitation. Great food, great people—highly recommend!

Easily one of the best US bakeries I have visited so far. We picked up a 3/Leches Chocolate cake, 3/Leches Vanilla cake, and some churros. On the first taste, we didn't like the cakes much. It is because the cake was not completely soaked in the flavored condensed milk syrup (given a lot of it in the box itself, however as it stays in the bottom, the cake was a bit dry). But once we chilled it in the fridge after pouring the syrup on the complete cake, finally we find it absolutely delicious. Can't wait to try more from this bakery. The cake piece is so large that you can't complete it in a sitting unless you have a sweet tooth or you share it with someone. Else, you can refrigerate it and enjoy it whenever you can.

The Best bakery I have found around the Arlington area, great quality and tasty bread Amazing didn’t grade 5 stars because of 2 issues they only accept cash or Zelle and they don’t display the prices of the bread so you never know what are you paying.

Bought a Tres Leches cake for my son’s birthday. It is not the same as before. The cake was bone dry and not edible.

This place is a bit expensive but man the pan and the Tres leches cake is to die for 😂. They make the best cakes out of everyone, they even beat Fiest grocery store which I though no one could compare to their cakes but they did it they have beat fiesta with their super delicious milky Tres leches cake 😂😋.

We get out tortillas here I love the wheat ones and out sweet breads. I was getting my fresh squeezed orange juice from there but $ 11.00 can be a bit much. But it's good

They have been our family's go-to panadería since I was a kid. Their bread is fresh and delicious. They also have very good gorditas. It's an open atmosphere and you can see them preparing the food.

There was a fly inside the cabinets with the bread. Still, I gave it a try, I picked out the bottom bread. I got a concha, a concha roll and some other type I don't know the name of. They all tasted the same to me, like butter.

We were very happy with my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday cake. Red Velvet and Chocolate were the flavors we chose, and everyone commented that it was delicious. The cake was beautiful, and my daughter was very happy with the spatula floral design. The photo doesn't do it justice with how pretty it was. Every time I walk into this bakery, the atmosphere is always on point. I’m greeted within seconds of walking through the door. Tammy, the owner, is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I recently ordered a birthday cake for my 1 and 3-year-old who had a joint birthday party. Over the phone, she helped me design and come up with ideas for the cake. We ended up going with the raspberry cheesecake, and it was PHENOMENAL!!! If you are looking for beautiful work that also tastes amazing, I 100% recommend Cooper St Bakery.

I requested a blue vintage heart-shaped cake. Tammy and her staff did an amazing job with my daughter's birthday cake. My daughter was overjoyed when she saw her cake for the first time. I’m extremely disappointed. I called and ordered a cake with blue, purple, black and white. They took a white cake, our a black ring around the middle, with purple and blue flowers for a 30 year olds birthday! No effort at all went into decorating and they charged me $46 for an 8in that looked dated!

Wow this place is AMAZING!!!! I just got Married and chose them because they are closer to me and the cake tasting was very good!!! They gave us everything we were expecting and both cakes were Absolutely Delicious!!!! My Wedding Party is still bragging about how good it was!!!! They are also very reasonable. We had Strawberry, Lemon, and Italian Crème Cake. Go ahead and choose this one. You will be so glad you did!!!! All of my future cakes will definitely be coming from here.

Cooper Street Bakery made the most incredible wedding cake! My husband and I struggled to find a good baker who had a superb product but didn't break the bank. We looked at several big name bakeries in DFW but found many of them to be overpriced and too moist or dry in texture. My mom luckily found Cooper Street Bakery after our 4th tasting that failed to deliver in taste and price. Cooper Street made us a lemon cake with raspberry preserve filling that was one of the best things I've ever tasted. Not only that, we only paid $200 for a cake to feed 80-100 people. My husband and I couldn't believe the price for the value!!

Had an emergency and needed to find a new place to get a Wedding Cake at a weeks notice. We were blown away by the service and quality of the cakes we received for my son's wedding. It was far better than we were dreaming and they were so happy!!!! We had odd requests and gave her items she had never worked with and she made all our dreams come true. I was so excited to try the Dubai chocolate, Unfortunately the Dubai chocolate was not worth it. The chocolate nor did the filling taste appetizing. It also felt like I was eating a sandwich and all the filling would ooze out. For the price I was expecting better quality! The chocolate reminds me of chocolate bark ( very very sweet and crumbly). I like supporting small businesses so maybe they have better items on the menu. However I would NOT recommend spending your money on this!!!

My daughter's best friend ordered the white chocolate French macarons for her bridal shower. Not only were they little works of art, they were addictively delicious. I can't stop thinking about them and can't wait to try the other flavors. I will purchase these for all future celebrations and also when my cravings get the best of me!

She recently planned my bridal shower and ordered white chocolate macaroons and sugar cookies, and they were delicious! I love LuluPops by Lina their deserts are so good! My personal favorites are the Dubai chocolate, Biscoff chocolates, s’mores brownies, chocolate covered pretzels, and the cake pops. Sometimes I’ll literally will be doing nothing and I start to crave some of their chocolate it’s my favorite. Not only no they taste good but the desserts are also decorated really cute. The service is excellent! I am a very indecisive person and the ladies are always polite and patient when i’m trying to figure out what I want! I’m from New Orleans, the sweets there are different than a lot of bakeries I’ve tried in DFW. I’ve grown to love this bakery because the recipes remind me of home just a little bit. The Almond Cake and Chambord icing with white cake are just a few of my favorite flavors! We’ve gotten almost every birthday cake and cupcakes from here and they’ve always delivered excellence. Raphael is also very courteous every time I call or stop by. Highly recommend! *The cake in this image was not damaged upon pick up, we accidentally hit it but it worked out perfectly for my son’s construction party theme.

We found Crème de la Crème through our event coordinator, and I’m so happy we did! We chose a two-tier cake with red velvet and white cake with chambord buttercream—the red velvet was delicious, but honestly, we couldn’t get over how amazing the white cake was! Creme De La Creme was amazing to work with! They listened to my vision and my cake was beautiful! Honestly, it was the most delicious cake I have ever had! We got the vanilla almond with cream cheese buttercream, frosting. EVERYBODY would not stop talking about how good our cake was. In fact, it was so good that my husband and I cut a slice off of our anniversary topper, froze that, and then ate the rest of it! We didn't want it to go to waste after a year being in the freezer, taking one bite and then throwing it away. We said it was too good to waste!

This review is for the Shipleys at 501 E. Abrams st. What used to be the best donuts in town has gone down hill. I went and purchased a dozen on Father's day and they tasted like they were made last week. Find another shop if you want fresh donuts because these are the pits

I grew up eating donuts from this Shipley’s location & when the original owners/workers were there everything was smooth & they valued their customers. Today was the first time in a while that I was able to get up to try to get donuts and normally if you request freshly made glazed , they would make you for you, This morning I drove 30 minutes to come to this location. They were not busy and I requested fresh donuts that I was willing to wait for not for donuts that have been sitting out & I was told that they were not going to do anymore until they sold the ones that I’ve just been sitting there, While I understand that to a certain extent, I feel like when you have a customer that’s willing to wait and you’re not busy you could’ve tried to accommodate but This is the exact reason that my family and I do not go out of our way to come to this location anymore because they do not value their customers like the old owners.

I have been getting Shipley’s since I was a little girl. Their motto, “When they bite into that hot do-nut, it will bring them back every time.” Sadly, this is far from the case. The donuts were dry & cold. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told the manager wasn’t there. I asked the girl what could be done. She stated, “She’s not sure because all the donuts are made at the same time.” I told her I wouldn’t be coming back & she said, “No worries!”

If you grew up in Texas, chances are you have been to Shipleys a whole lot in your lifetime. This is the first Shipleys I’ve gone to since I moved to the area, that was disappointing over and over and over again. I’ve come here for their kolaches before work in the morning, and every single time they have tasted off or overcooked/dry. The first few times I went, there was a weird taste to the food that I had to throw it away for safety concerns. Either the cheese, or the sausage had a rancid spoiled taste to it. Could have been the dough, not too sure. I just know it was not good or safe. I gave it a shot, a couple of weeks late, and sure enough again, the same thing. In addition to that, they are always really overcooked, kolaches. Or are they probably have been reheated multiple times and are just dried out. The inside is just hollow with the cheese dried up. They’re also pretty small in comparison to what I’m used to. It’s not the gooey fresh delicious kolaches. I’m used to from Shipleys. The glaze donuts had a raw taste to them the first two times as if the dough was undercooked,, but the other day they brought them into work, and they were pretty good. I mean, it’s pretty hard to mess up donuts. In my opinion. This location is super underwhelming, and it makes me sad because I love Shipleys kolache’s - But it’s no longer an option for me here.

I had a great experience at Krispy Kreme recently. The facility was spotless, and it’s clear they prioritize cleanliness. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Though there were a lot of employees working, it was well-organized, and each person had a role in getting orders ready quickly. Despite the long lines, the whole process was smooth, and there was hardly any wait at all. I happened to visit when the donuts were hot and fresh, and to my surprise, everyone got a complimentary glazed donut! As tempting as it was (especially since I’m currently on a bodybuilding cut), I managed to resist and safely delivered the donut to my sister instead. It was tough, but worth it! Overall, the friendly service, clean environment, and delicious fresh donuts made this visit truly enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

Drove 30 minutes to pick up the sorting hat donuts, and upon acquiring them found out that they are brown on the inside (chocolate) with no color. Called the store only to be told that they have two items on the menu but instead of separating them (color ones from the chocolate ones) they put and I quote “all of them together” and don’t know which is which when they sell them to you. Which is insane.

I have been to this location on 2 separate occasions at different times of the day and both times they never have any hot donuts. Why is your sign on indicating you have hot donuts. Hot donuts are the only reason I stop to get donuts (my fat girl snack). This franchise location needs to do better.

This morning, I ordered two dozen donuts and drove 20+ miles to pick them up. I get home and open the box and noticed that two strawberry donuts were missing from my dozen. (they were for someone specific) They did not put the wrong donuts in my dozen, they literally gave me 10 donuts. When I called and spoke with an associate, she told me that her manager was busy and that she will "write my name down and give me two strawberry donuts next time I go in". Horrible experience.

Today Fox news reported that Krispy Cream donuts were 13 cents a dozen. Not buy a dozen and get one for 13 cents. 15+ for a dozen glazed and a rude cashier that acted like waiting on me was the very last thing she wanted to do. Personally, Krispy cream lost a customer today. I hope future customers are treated better.

The employees at the location 2600 S Cooper St have a consistently negative attitude. Their tone of voice is often high, and they do not greet customers with a friendly demeanor, making it seem as if they are forced to interact with customers or even to work. This is especially true for two female African American employees who provide very bad service and communicate with customers with a bad attitude. It might be better for both them and the customers if they were not working there. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time these two employees have treated customers poorly, with a bad attitude, it has happened multiple times, If the manager perfects that means all the employees working with him are going to be perfect, but if it’s the manager doesn’t care that means everything gonna be bad. That’s what’s happening now. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment is unsatisfactory. The tables and floors are dirty, creating an unpleasant atmosphere for patrons. This location used to have a better environment, but it has deteriorated since this current team of employees took over.

The place is okay. Not great...not terrible...just okay. I did enjoy the calming folk music that was playing. It was a little hot in there...I think they're getting their AC repaired. The food was okay...not exceptional. They have free WiFi! That's awesome.

Based on today’s service I would give them five stars. There’s a CAVEAT, but I’ll discuss it at the end...I came in on a slow Wednesday, there was only one other person in the lobby, but my food was still cooked right. Eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, not burnt or overcooked or under done! Good food, reasonable price for the amount of food you get, I will return, however cautiously...okay, here’s the caveat: I have been given spoiled fruit in the past, (maybe more than 6 months ago, which was why I was slow to return) so if you’re a To Go customer, I highly recommend that you check your fruit items (if your order contains any fruit, or fruit-made drink such as lemonade) before you leave! Once, I discovered it when I was already home, & I wasn’t happy that the girl who had assembled my order had given me bad food even though it had an unmistakable odor to it, & there was no way she could’ve reasonably missed it...next, I called & spoke w/the manager who apologized and worked w/me on my next visit to make me happy within reason. It was fine...just be careful, to you To Go customers!

The service was good. The atmosphere was fantastic. The food was TERRIBLE!!!!! eggs overcooked. Rancid bacon. Soggy crusts. Cold chunky cheese. Stale crackers. And I couldn't even begin to describe how bad the soup was. But the people were so sweet, and the atmosphere is so comfortable and charming.

Terrible experience. The place looks nice and clean. Clerk was friendly but the food was horrible. Tried a slice of chocolate cake, coconut macaroons and chicken spaghetti. The cake and macaroon were "different". Not horrible but not good at all. Not sure how to describe the taste accurately. Now the chicken spaghetti was disgusting. It tasted spoiledwe were so disgusted we just got up and left. Won't be going back.

My boyfriend and I just stopped in for dinner. We had an amazing and refreshing time. Also, the food is fantastic with the owner’s mother and son giving us incredible service. Now back to the food. If you are looking for a place to come with an inviting staff and clean food. Then this is your place. We will be coming back very soon. Most likely to try the breakfast menu. Social House Bakery was an unexpectedly wonderful find! The desserts - cookies (I'm partial to the strawberry footprint cookies) & cakes are sooo melt in your mouth good. The owner/manager & staff are great. Everything I've ever tried is very good, but I always crave the cucumber dill sandwich. Light, cool refreshing lunch!! I love this place!

I was here for a business meeting and wanted a carmel decaf iced coffee. They don't have that on the menu. But the employees went above and beyond just to make an iced coffee for me. It was wonderful. And I very much appreciated it. Every single employee was so nice and kind and made us feel like family. Even when other customers came in they were treated as if they had been their a million times. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend checking them out.

We were in need of something sweet, so why not have some bundlets? We tried the gluten free lemon raspberry which was good. We’ve had the lemon raspberry before, but never the gluten free cakes. We thought it was more on the dense and somewhat dry side, however, the flavor was good. We also tried the Key Lime, since that was a new flavor and it was so yummy. It’s now one of my favorites. The graham cracker crumble in the center was the perfect touch and gave it some crunch. Definitely a flavor to try! Haha sorry about the half eaten pics. We really liked it!

It was a great experience the bakery was clean. We were greeted as we entered the establishment. There were an assortment of cake option. I narrowed the choice down to 2 individual cakes. Lemon and red velvet, they were amazing. The lemon was not my choice but it was so good, moist and refreshing! The red velvet was amazing too it had cream cheese icing. I think it had chocolate chips in it as well not sure. ** as a nurse I should have asked that ** just Incase for allergies. Besides that the cakes were amazing! I would love to return Thank hood it’s not too close to my home, that wouldn’t be good for me, but great for them! Lol

I had a great experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes thanks to Carol! She answered all of my questions about the different flavors with such detail and enthusiasm, it made the whole visit even more enjoyable. I really appreciated her fun, positive attitude. And the new raspberry lemon flavor is delicious. Carol made my day!

I've been enjoying Nothing Bundt Cakes for a long time and my go to flavor is Lemon. Today, my brother stopped in and got me the gluten free lemon raspberry as I've been trying to stay away from gluten. I'm sorry but, the Lemon raspberry gluten free is not good at all, to me. The cake is harder instead of nice and fluffy and the flavor profile of the frosting was even off. Unfortunately, they don't have gluten free Lemon. So, I'll be sticking to the regular Lemon and only enjoy it a few times a year

The lady taking our order got annoyed while she waited for us to read the menu. She was not interested in answering our questions about the food choices. We paid for a latte and didn’t realize until we left that she gave us a plain black coffee. Absolute fail. We won’t go back.

Had a terrible experience here today!! The girl in the purple headwear was completely rude. She was annoyed while taking my order. Looked more annoyed when we got to the window and even more annoyed when we asked her to scan our points. And then was rushing us to grab our order forgot items and our food wasn’t warmed properly. So this is my 2nd time ordering a matcha in which I am upset and unsatisfied for the 2nd time again . The first time, I ordered a matcha, they put ice to the top. Finished sipping it in less than a minute and I showed them it was all ice and the woman there said to just order less ice next time . I am paying for a matcha not for Ice . I go again to this location to give it another try and ask for a matcha with less ice & it tastes NOTHING like matcha… it taste like milk with a bunch of foam at the top . This location on Cooper St is easy accessible to anyone who needs a quick order. The workers do their job and do it fine, We came during a busy time so the wait was a little long, however one of the workers was a bit rude to us about an order. No disrespect was taken but of course, not very professional. Otherwise, the donuts are nice and the coffee here is good.

Horrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes for my order and they didn't say a single word to me at all even when I got there. Whenever I walked out a employee said with a terrible attitude, BYE. not a have a good day or anything just a flat bye all because no one at that store just cant do there jobs! My first experience was unpleasant. I won’t go back. Their app said the Curbside option was available, but it was not. I ordered 50 Munchkins donut holes to go. When I get home to, they only had put 32 donut holes in my order. The donut holes were dry and had been sitting for several hours. I wouldn’t recommend this place and if you have to visit, be specific and ask for your order to be “fresh”.

Arrived at approximately 4:00 PM on a weekend day and experienced a 20-minute wait for a single beverage due to the presence of only one employee on duty. It is unclear whether this was the result of an employee absence or a staffing decision aimed at cost control.

Whether you live in Arlington or are just here for a visit, you should stop in at Kenner’s. Not only is the staff sweet and generous, they have delicious food for an unbeatable price. I’d never tried a fruit kolache before coming here and now I’m a fan for life. Definitely try the strawberry cream! The shop itself was also very cute and clean. We will be back before the end of our visit!

6 am opens, freshly made warm fruity and meaty Kolaches, very well baked I totally recommend this bakery!! My first time going previously I only would taste at the office for gatherings and I must say they are outstanding!! Plus they have 2/3 less sugar than a donut!!!

Wonderful customer service! This was the absolutely the most amazing cream cheese chocolate kolache I never knew i needed in my life! It was coupled with the most delicious cinnamon roll I have ever eaten. Sausage was great, too. The dough is light, fluffy and has the perfect dainty sweetness. If you live even remotely close to Arlington you need to get there now!!!

I used to go almost every weekend for a ham and baby Swiss roll and a couple kolaches. This place is amazing and I really miss it now that I live in OKC. I wish they could expand to Oklahoma! 💔😭

The staff were super friendly and even gave us a free kolache for it being our first time. Very reasonably priced and fresh. The Bavarian crème was our fav! Only one small table but thankfully on a Thursday morning it was just us and we scarfed them down quickly.

Sadly service is horrible, they are never at the front when you come and it’s always an excuse for opening late so forth. Came within the passed two months, three times, including today and waited several minutes. No one came to the front, we even left and came back and still no one there. My husband even yelled to not only let them know we were there but to make sure they were okay because the front had been left unattended. This is getting old from this location.

The minions are best because you can have the great taste and a small serving. When you can figure out how to force the things full of protein, keep the taste, no sugar, and no calories... let a sister know!!!😉

My experience had been horrible in the past week I’ve manage to come up here 3 times to be told they don’t have the mini buns. On one occasion they didn’t have anything ready. And again today low be hold I come at 6:15 mall closes at 7 she tells me they are closed I’m so over this sorry location the customer service is trash when I asked for corporate number the “assistant manager” told me I can Google it or call in the morning when the head manager in she might have it

Not only did the employee just stand in the back door talking to another employee he had to be told 3 times that we are ready... I then asked if they had any fresh ones coming out there was only 1 and there was 6 of us and I was told it is fresh it's only been sitting there for 30 minutes it's not the company it's the customer service so don't go to this cinnabon

It's a gem, a treasure hole in the wall place where things come from hard work & lots of love for what they do. It's not going to be some Michelin star bakery that you walk into. It's in an old part of Arlington, the building itself fits right in with the area. That's not a bad thing, but don't expect some clean cut, smooth concreted parking lot with fancy equipment inside. They do well for being in an older part of town. Conchas, we enjoyed them! My favorite was whatever this strawberry roll cake was, soft & fluffy. They have a lot of options, I only wish they would label the pastries. There were some empanadas but we couldn't tell what was what & didn't want to be one of those people that cracked one open, because trust me, someone did on one of the trays. They have a refrigerated section, we'll probably try the flan next time too. The cakes are gorgeous, I can't comment on the taste... no need to get one for just the two of us. Prices are very good, yes, they take cash only. I saw someone said they take Zelle but I didn't look. I'm not mad about it though, it's a small business... they'd get charge for credit card usage. I don't know if everyone understands that & if cash only works for them & they continue to do well... I'll keep bringing cash! Very sweet employees! Go here, grab a snack to enjoy. Also, there's not really a place where you can sit & chat for hours with friends but give them a try for some yummy treats!

Tried this place today. Food is good but the service sucked! We went in and clearly stated we were eating there and not to go. About 20 minutes pass by and me and my girlfriend are wondering what’s taking so long to bring our food out, especially since they were not busy. My girlfriend went up to the counter and they had our order there just chilling. When we clearly said we were gonna eat there. I enjoyed my cold burrito, but i wouldn’t come back here

I had 3 chicarrón tacos rice and a drink All mentioned $17.87 little price I think. The food was ok, rice dry but I was hungry The bakery area looks like an abandoned room dusty with old cakes displays and some sweet bread that looks like if just waiting to be tossed out.

Pan de 3 dias nada fresco. Pan bien duro. Nothing fresh a bakery is supposed to have fresh bread. It was hard.

4.4 stars is very misleading. Found this place search for mendo near me and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. They were out of menudo so decided to try something else. Ordered the meat plate 1 barbacoa good 1 carne asada good the carnita was waaaaayyyyy hotter than it needed to be not good. Rice was decent but beans tasted canned. Also tried the tamales 1 chicken 1 pork. The masa was pretty good on both but very little meat and chicken was too hot for my liking. Food is not worth the price. They earned an extra star because they put a few slices of avocado.

My family has been coming here for over a decade. This family is the sweetest and the donuts are the best in town. I just want to give them a shout out because it’s important to support great and family owned businesses in our community.

Me and my dad have been coming here every Sunday for a little over a year now. The owners are so sweet and nice! Their kolaches are the best compared to the other donut shops nearby. Love this place

Food and service is great. I ordered sausage rolls, cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, and chocolate covered donuts. Everything was so fresh and delicious. There was one man in line ahead of me and a gentleman in the kitchen looked up and saw me waiting and came out immediately to take my order. He even added donut holes free.I was shocked at the low price. All under $10. Very reasonable! Pilaski's is my go to donut shop now. Wish I had found them sooner.

My family loves this donut shop! We usually come on special occasions for a little treat. Our kids adore & devour their decorated donut holes. Ms.Lee is so welcoming and kind they look forward to seeing her too. The jalapeño kolaches are 🔥 my husband and I's favorite!

Be careful not to cut anyone off in line. The line is across the hall, and the cashier will call you forward. The pretzels will either be freshly made or have been sitting there for a while.

We drive to the mall specifically for the cinnamon pretzel bites which are incredibly delicious WHEN cooked correctly. It’s literally like playing a game of hit or miss trying to get a cup of cinnamon bites that aren’t over cooked or burnt. The past 5 or 6 times we visited they were burnt pretzels and when we asked to wait for the next batch instead we were met with scoffs and attitude, only for the next batch to have come out even more burnt than the previous batch. This boils down to a lack of experience or the inability to multi-task or maybe just not paying enough attention to details. Whatever the case, it really shouldn’t be this difficult to pull trays out of ovens when the timer goes off.

Awful customer service!!!! I was waiting in line at about 755pm which is literally 5 minutes before they closed! When the individual finished getting their order in front of me. The mall announcement came on that they were closing, the girl came back after handing the drink and said "we are closed and so is the mall". Are you kidding me! I was waiting and you couldn't sale me the last cup of pretzels at 759pm because the mall was closing!! I guess more for them to take home being they had two full bags in the warmer!!! Rather have free food then make a sale.

I just got my order around 3:24 pm on the second floor location near the barnes and noble and the African American Male worker (Didn't get his name) charged me for an extra item i did not order and I noticed it as soon as the order went through, We were able to get a refund, but he had a snappy attitude and yelled at me saying “if you noticed that i charged you, why didn't you say anything”. I don’t understand why you are so mad when all you had to do is open the register and count? I hope the proper actions are taken against someone who just lashes out at customers.

Free pretzel day and we couldn't get anything due to them not making anymore pretzels an hour before they close? What kind of mess is this? I couldn't come earlier beacuse I was waiting for my child to get out of school and then I had to teach my fitness class so the only time I could come was now and this is how we were treated.....Im super upset at this location...maybe they dont care about little ol' us but best believe I will not make my way to this location again. And the crazy thing is we were planning on buying dinner as well from this location....smh...customer service definitely is not what it used to be.

Got two cups of pretzels. Half way through I found one half bitten and brought it back. At that point I just wanted a refund. The woman running the counter accused me of lying, then put down another cup. I didn't want another cup of pretzels that could've been contaminated, especially with covid. I just wanted a refund. She refused to talk to me further, and then shoed me off. All over a 6$ snack...

Sales people were not courteous at all. Someone needs to re-train these kids. They over charged me for my pretzel and got the order wrong twice. It's not that hard to listen and repeat an order. I sure the server was high. Kinda sad to be honest... Owner, is that the impression you want people walking away with?!

We ordered the original and cookie dough cinnamon rolls. Everything was just OK. I wouldn't go back as I feel like a grocery store cinnamon roll would be the same level as the ones we had here. I feel like if you need a quick fix for a roll then it's a good spot but not worth going out of your way to get.

This morning, we made our first visit to Cinnaholic. The woman working there was incredibly friendly and professional. She graciously allowed us to sample a variety of their fantastic frosting flavors, all of which were delicious. Ultimately, we decided on two classic cinnamon rolls: one topped with vanilla frosting and the other with cream cheese. Both were absolutely delicious. This spot has now become our go-to for cinnamon rolls. If you haven't had the pleasure of trying them yet, we highly recommend it.

I visited the Cinnaholic Arlington location, and from the moment I walked in, the smell was amazing! The staff gave me a warm welcome and made me feel very comfortable. I tried the Very Berry Roll, which comes with strawberries and blueberries, and it was simply incredible — perfectly warm with the cinnamon flavor absolutely standing out. The customer service was excellent; the team was very friendly and took the time to explain the menu clearly. With just the right number of options, it was easy to make a choice thanks to their guidance. Highly recommend!

Visited today for some doll whip and a roll. Still very friendly staff and great customer service. Must try if you have not! You will not be disappointed. Try a signature roll or custom make your own. My favorite roll has banana frosting with peanut butter cup topping! Excellent customer service at this location. Great visual of there products on display. Quicker service then other locations, definitely have the WOW factor here. Rolls are warm, excellent taste. Everything is made every day from scratch. Dear Cinnaholic Customer Relations Team, I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at the Arlington location on August 15, 2025, at around 9:00 AM. I entered the store to use the restroom while waiting for my ride. As I was walking toward the restroom, an employee stopped me and repeatedly asked, “What’s happening?” I explained that I was trying to use the restroom. The employee then informed me that the restroom was for paying customers only. I want to note a few concerns: 1. There was no posted sign indicating that the restroom was limited to paying customers. 2. I observed another guest seated inside with a laptop who did not appear to have purchased anything, yet they were not questioned. 3. The manner in which I was addressed felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. I understand that businesses may set policies regarding restroom use, but such policies should be clearly posted and applied consistently to all guests. The lack of signage and the inconsistent enforcement made this experience feel unfair and uncomfortable. I am sharing this feedback because I believe customer service should reflect professionalism, courtesy, and equal treatment. I hope this matter can be reviewed to ensure future guests are treated with respect. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Dear [Owner’s Name], Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that it was my cousin, not me, who visited your Arlington location on August 15. 1. He was spoken to rudely, and when he questioned why others were allowed to sit inside without purchasing anything while he was denied restroom access, staff chose to escalate. Involving local authorities over a restroom request was unnecessary, excessive, and discriminatory. Respectfully, this incident reflects a failure in customer service. Policies should be communicated clearly and enforced fairly, without profiling or assumptions. Calling authorities on someone in business casual attire, calmly using headphones, asking to use the restroom, is not a reasonable response. The atmosphere was so fun and welcoming, and even though we didn’t win during their game week, we still had a blast. Thank you, Cinnaholic, for the delicious cinnamon roll and for making our visit such a joyful and memorable experience

They sent the wrong order and by the time it got here they were closed. Didn't get a receipt either, so can't tell what went wrong. I tried them once. There are too many other competent donut stores around to do so again.

Gave me raw bacon in my kolache. Not to mention it was frozen halfway. No glaze on my donuts. Wrong milk. Gross. Never coming back or ordering to go.

Yikes! Go somewhere else! I had went to this donut shop for the first time. I ordered kolaches and donut holes. BOTH BURNT! The kolaches wasn’t THAT bad of a taste but the holes were scary nasty… I was also greeted by the lady rudely. It was was if she was dreading someone coming to buy donuts. Maybe she was having a bad day or so but didnt need the attitude. I will not be going back, id rather travel extra miles for another donut shop. Please spend your money somewhere else.

Thank you Ms. Kim. Got a special order of colorful donuts done quick on a short notice and they were perfect for a birthday brunch. She even added some donut holes as a gratuity. Great experience and friendly staff will come again.

Out 8 something in the morning and out of most donuts. Just pig in blankets galore. Why I won't be back... I was the only customer inside, 2 others in the drive thru. Lady and kid come in and start talking to them and place money on the counter. Cashier serves her before me! And they walk on out like it's nothing. No tip left just for that.

small selection of donuts, they always forget what you ordered and still charge you extra. I placed an order for 3 donuts and 3 kolaches was charged for them but only received one of both. grabbed a drink and was charged wrong price. low quality ingredients, the chocolate glaze smeared all over the bag, didn’t have any left when taken out of bag.

I placed an order for a Pj Masks cake. I sent them a reference picture of what I wanted. ( the picture is attached) I received a cake that seemed to be put together last minute. My son, turned 5, I got an upside down 2, poorly cut moon and stars. I have been ordering cakes from this place for 5 years, and it will be my last.

Unbelievable a bakery would let this leave their store. My grandmothers 80th birthday cake for a really fancy party…..when asked what the splotches were the guy said “oh it’s fine… that’s just where some unmixed icing color got spread. It’ll taste fine” No discount was offered and it’s too late to get anyone else to do it. I think a full refund would have been in order. The crack down the middle is not just icing. The entire cake is cracked and did not slice up well.

For 30 years we have ordered their delicious strawberry shortcake and it is excellent and consistent. Not rating higher because the recent hire is hard to understand on the phone and spells things incorrectly. It was unpleasant dealing with this person on the phone. Upon pick up, an older woman treated me very nicely and this is the type of customer service I remember and expect from this establishment. The new sign colors with the pink and blue are an eyesore and almost kept me from going in thinking it was under new management. It it ain't broke, don't "fix it" please. Delicious cake.

I asked for a costumed chocolate cake, with strawberry fruit filling construction inspired birthday cake WITH a slope, and the price was cheap and just beautiful to look at, my son loved it so much and we loved it too! I was surprised that it wasn't too sweet! It tasted amazing that u could just keep eating it. The cake was moist and airy too. (Also I provided the toys) Thank you so much!

Update: 7.26.22 My husband order my birthday cake from here. It's delicious! Still my favorite bakery after all these years. Best cream puffs! Made to order.

I stopped in today for the first time. They have so many things to choose from: bread, cookies, slices of cake, kolaches, cupcakes, and they make full size cakes too. Everything is made from scratch. The couple things I bought and have tried so far are very fresh and delicious! I will go back again. The service was fantastic too. You NEED to go get goodies from here.

Ordered three jalapeño sausage rolls. I counted them and saw they had it. I wrote it down and handed it to the main lady. By the time I got to the cashier they put totally wrong items in the bag and when I corrected them, they already gave those three in other bags for the students behind me. Even though I ordered them first she didn’t honor my order even though she was the one that put the wrong items two times. She was rude and said they didn’t have anymore and I told her you did when I wrote it down and when you were packing my order, you were the one that gave me the wrong thing for them to be now ordered by others! I will never be returning back if this is how they treat a loyal customer. Very Terrible!

Astonishingly Over priced. My first time going here was Thursday, the 25th. I ordered (4) Large sausage rolls and (2) dozen donuts holes. My total was $26 Dollars. Then she held the iPad up for me to leave a tip. I didn't say anything and should have checked the menu prices to see if it was a mistake, but I couldn't believe that I spent $30 Dollars on a donut breakfast for two people. If not a mistake, this means each sausage roll was $5 and the donut holes were $2.50 each. Seems extreme. We could have sat down for breakfast somewhere instead. And the bread on the rolls was under-cooked and rubbery, not flaky by any means. I would absolutely not go back to this location and as others have stated in the reviews, there are many issues about pricing and incorrect charges for their orders. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

10000/10000 would recommend sunny is really nice and sweet. Her donuts are amazing they are crazy good her donuts hit different then any other donut I had before.. Ooh and that croissant doughnut is chefs kiss unbelievably delicious Go check her out but leave some for me lol 😂

They have delicious donuts and breakfast foods. We tried the croissant donuts and croissant sandwiches. Those were my favorite! The cake donuts and even just the plain donuts are also very well made. You can't go wrong no matter what you choose. ☺️ The lady was very kind. I had no issues.

I’ve been coming to this donut shop for 3 yrs now. Never once has anyone been rude to me. Donuts are super moist and delicious. She always gives me free donut holes with my orders. Heck my she knows me and my family so well that she asks about them every time I come in. Super nice to me

I love the donuts here!! Even when they are busy, they always have fresh donuts and kolaches (and a large selection of ice cold drinks). I go in at least twice a week on my way to work, and the owners are always so kind. I highly recommend buying your breakfast goods here! ❤

This donut store is okay. The food is about average as everyone else's food I tasted. Their is no wow factor to the donuts and pigs in the blanket. I don't know why people hype things up the way they do.. The staff is nice and greet ful . A little pricey on the food as well. Everybody is greedy now a day and want to rip everything out your pockets. Will not be back

Mom & Pop donut shop that has been around for years. In my opinion they have THE BEST fresh donuts in Arlington hands down!! Always so nice and they alaways give you a little something extra😊

I’ve been going there for YEARS. The owners/operators are the nicest couple. They are always pleasant and smiling. The donuts are delicious. They aren’t as sweet as some of the bigger chains which I enjoy. Their kolaches are really good. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience and will be very saddened when I move and can no longer be their patron.

Every time I come to this specific location, the service is so bad they’re always on their phones and I have to yell or say hello for them to look up at me. They are always very messy and the floors look disgusting. I hate going to this location never come here!!!

This was our first time ordering a cookie cake at this location and holy moly - they knocked it out of the park. Our daughter loves Stitch and they literally just went off of a description I provided. We were so impressed. They were kind, communicative, and punctual. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! And of course the cookie cake was delicious 😋

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. This mom was a hot mess days before my sons bday, as I could not find a location that had batter except for this location. I sent in my online order the night before and requested they add mushrooms and stars as it was a Super Mario Bros themed bday party. If I could upload a photo of the cake...I would! They went above and beyond! They truly saved the day. This hot mess of a mom was VERY pleased. Thank YOU all for doing a great job and helping my father in law during pickup. Y'all are the absolute best team!

Stopped by this cookie shop after dinner for dessert and it was good. They have a nice variety of cookies and they serve them warm as well. You can buy single cookies or get better prices by buying multiples. I did not think the price was too unreasonable, especially compared to other cookie shops. They have a few other dessert options too, such as brownies. If you need a drink they have soft drinks, milk, and water for purchase. It is a small shop but the service was fast and friendly so you are not inside long. Overall, good spot and I would go again.

Cookies are really darn good even though they’re priced high. Nice crisp on outside, slightly melted chocolate, chewy inside. Amazing.

This is my go-to location whenever I’m in the area. The staff is always friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. I really appreciate that they don’t try to oversell you; it's just great service and even better cookies. Everyone I’ve shared them with absolutely loves these cookies. Always a solid choice when you’re craving something sweet.

Do not go to this location at the Parks Mall. Highly disappointing. Items taste old, are stale, and cold. Management seems very cheap here. The rolls barely have icing.

This place is stingy with their icing. For the price, they are charging the of the Cinnabon should be covered with icing. Also, their prices are higher than the Grapevine Mills Cinnabon location. I will never buy here again.

Yesterday I came by to grab a cinnamon roll. The lady was having trouble getting my roll out. She dropped it on top of the dirty counter. Thank God my girlfriend was watching because the lady was about to give me that cinnamon roll.

It was great!!! The cinnamon rolls are so good, and the worker there is so cute and sweet. The drinks tell a little bit of time to make but over all its good, and there is a setting my area to see how they make the cinnamon rolls

This Cinnabon is in the Arlington mall on the second floor around the corner from Barnes & Noble bookstore. It's small but quaint. A good place to stop & get a snack . You can sit and eat soothing sweet or a drink. You can also take it to go while you continue shopping. I like to go just to stop at Cinnabon. Sometimes I do window shopping. What a fun thing to do.

Horrible service. Waited for 20 minutes just to order and be told to wait another 15 for food. But you have to re enter the line because they don’t prepay so hopefully the item you wanted is available by the time you reach the front of the line again.

Absolutely horrible service. The six flags app and online says dining passes accepted at Annie Anne’s yet the lady, Yoreli, who ignored us for the first minute we were in line while to continued to butter pretzels, refused to accept the pass or even try to scan it.
