Very friendly and welcoming staff, the service was very nice. There aren't many seats inside, maybe no more than 8, if it gets cosy. The place offers an author twist on classic cocktails, but as it usually happens, a classic is a classic for a reason. I had a whiskey sour wannabe - Ebrezza del nonno, rewritten with bourbon only, primitivo and apricot syrup. Came too sweet for my taste, at times the lemon sherbet and the apricot were stronger tastes than the overall cocktail, so it could've benefitted from more balance. However, the place is nice, the staff are nice and it's a pleasant experience.

Nice, genuine and welcoming. We wish them great success as they continue to elevate & advance the cocktail scene in Bari and beyond. If you happen to be a tequila/mezcal lover, this is your spot. They've got a curated but high quality tequila selection, and they provided us a mezcal tasting on par with what you may find in Mexico or the USA in terms of quality and breadth of agaves. The first AUTHENTIC Korean restaurant in Bari. It's small but you have everything you need. As a Korean, they have all the basics, offer interesting and yummy twists and the cocktails are amazing. I would recommend the gambap, which are made right after you order, the tteokbokki, ramen and mandu. And the cocktails! The owner is a professional moxer and she knows her stuff. I would recommend the basil one and Seoul Mule, inspired by Moscow Mule.

Great execution of fusing Korean and Apulian dishes. The balance of flavors, the complexity of the sauces... We are so happy to have this be our first dinner in Bari. We started with the kimchi foccacia. It had a perfect crumb and chew on the foccacia, with just a hint of the kimchi. Next we had a trio of Mandu (vegetable, beef, and shrimp) with a soy sauce enhanced with mushrooms, leeks, seaweed & ???. Excellent again. My favorite was the beef. This was followed by Assassina Coreana, my favorite dish of the night. It was just a bit spicy with a perfect chew on the noodles. We had two beef dishes: spicy Korean Bombettes, and Kimchi jjim & Brasciola. The first had an amazingly complex sauce, accompanied with lightly battered enoki mushrooms and leeks, and a slice of pumpkin. The accompaniments made for a refreshing counterpoint to the rich sauce and bombettes. The brasciola was finished tableside. The meat was so tender! It had huge flavors, with a nice brightness provided by the kimchi. The personal attention given to us was above and beyond amazing. Hanneta helped us choose our menu and brought drinks to match each course based on a conversation at the beginning of the meal. We took a Korean tiramisu back to our apartment and she made sure everything needed to enjoy it was in the bag. All in all, an excellent evening!

Me and my wife really enjoyed the food here. Both of us are Koreans and we thought this restaurant would do very well even in Korea. I could see lots of thought and efforts put onto this restaurant. Gimbab and Ddeokbokki have traditional taste where bibimbab had slight touch of Italian, all of them very delicious. Recommended!

Great spot with a nice outdoor terrace and super friendly staff. We ordered a variety of dishes: a fresh octopus salad bowl with burrata and grilled vegetables, a panino with octopus, some orecchiette with tomato sauce, and a mix of fried bites. For me the octopus sandwiches were the favourite food in Bari. My only negative comment that the cozz& pupozz we had in the menu, was very oily/greasy. All the other food was delicious.

We loved it! The food was amazing, they gave out free samples while you waited and we would absolutely come again. ONLY - we waited around 30 minutes and I couldn’t understand why, as when I got to the counter in a minute I had ordered and paid. A lot of people were before us and I do not know why we waited so long, as the process is fast. Imo you should put a second cashier and screens from which you can directly order, as maybe 20-30% of the people waiting went somewhere else after the 10th minute of waiting.

Very nice traditional trattoria, the food was very good and fast! When we walked in without a reservation we had to wait for 1 hour to sit outside but there was still place inside, so we decided to take the fast option and eat inside with no wait time at all. Everything was just perfect from start to finish. Stand out dishes were the baked fennel ‘gratinata’ , mussels with potatoes and rice which , although a local dish I had never tried because of the double carbs, but it was fantastic. Nice selection of beers, and if your a UK resident the familiar decor and vibe means you can just set yourself down with a pint and withdraw and relax as you would at home. I was there for four consecutive days, having breakfast as part of a package from a nearby guesthouse. On the second-to-last day, I was served juice from a bottle instead of freshly squeezed – I let it slide. But on the last day, the situation became outright absurd: First, I received a completely different juice – it wasn’t even orange juice. After I pointed it out, they brought me orange juice, but it was from a bottle because the staff “didn’t feel like” squeezing it fresh (even though the customer before me got freshly squeezed juice without any problem). Only on the third attempt, after I expressed my dissatisfaction, did I finally get what I had originally ordered – freshly squeezed orange juice. I felt openly discriminated against as a tourist – treated like a second-class customer. I’ve never encountered such rude and excluding behavior anywhere else, and I travel a lot. We had this restaurant recommended. Unfortunately it didn’t feel very welcoming on arrival. The food was hit and miss, some dishes tasted great (but very small portions) and some were verging on unpleasant to eat. The food fusion idea didn’t work for us and we didn’t feel very well at the end of the meal. It was a shame as we love sushi.

Smoking area doesn't have a good ventilation. The glasses were not clean, had a lipstick stain. They don't have some items in the menu, like piña colada which is not a very hard cocktail to make. They charge 1 extra euro for "sitting" which is ridiculous since the place was empty. I also didn't like to vibe.

Typical bar with good vibes. Drinks are fairly priced, food not sooo much but didn't get a chance to try it. Has a large selection of bard games that can be borrowed for 1 euro each. Theres a smoking area which is nasty, but what can you do.

At least I don't know other bars which stays opened after midnight in Bari, so no doubt taverna is the best place for hangout. It's right next to university so many young people here, the inside is spacious and relaxing, beers and foods are good. They also got free WI-FI internet and everyone is welcomed to use it !

We had a great experience at Mostofiore, from start to finish. It's a cozy and intimate wine house with great variety of wine and tapas-style small plates of delicious food. Our host was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to going back the next time we are in Bari!

We went back to Enoteca Mostofiore twice on our stay in Bari. Natural wine lovers will love this spot. We went with wine by the glass so we could try different things. We were able to try some Pugliese wine, as well as wines from around Italy. Chiara is incredibly kind and always recommends the perfect glass. You can also purchase bottles of wine to go - so much amazing selection. We did not have a reservation and were able to have a place outside around 10pm. Will recommend this enoteca to everyone visiting Bari!

Very cosy and nice place. We ordered white, red, orange and rosé wine, the owner always paired it perfectly with every dish we ordered. We went on a Friday and luckily it wasn’t very busy which we enjoyed very much. (Music was a bit loud) The food was also very delicious, especially the pig cheek and the cheeses!! Would definitely go back again.

A good wine shop and wine bar specialized in natural wines. We spent our last evening of our vacation in Bari to enjoy quality wines, and delicious tapas. It was a saver to find this place opened on Sunday evening at 6 pm, all other wine places were closed. It's not easy to find a specialty coffee in Apulia, but luckily there is one in Bari. Well, the way it's run is more like a typical tourist cafe. You are one of hundreds of customers and there is no time to talk to the barista about coffee. Come in, eat, drink, and leave. Unfortunately. But the V60 (Ethiopia) was tasty, and the rest were okay. It's a pretty ok place for breakfast. Except for the tea, they can't make it good.

Beautiful place! Outstanding, and very friendy service. Has this beautiful terrace in the main street and if is sunny you can sip a refreshing drink on the shopping street. "Tetta della monaca" (that's a typical pastry in this region) is smooth and it feels like heaven when you taste it. The espresso is a bit expensive than the local Italian cafes, so I would definitely choose a different one where you can pay 2-3 EUROS. I think this cafe is better for cappuccino or flat white-the ones prepared with milk.

I am very disappointed with this place. We ordered coffee and some sweets. The deserts were quite dry - apparently old. The macaroon was honestly the worst macaroon I have ever tried (and I have tried one from the lidl frozen section!). It was very dry - so probably very old. I can't say if it was tasty - I couldn't even eat it. My late came with an old warn out and broken plastic lid. I am still wandering why would they even put this on top of the drink since no lid was needed as we sat on a table. Once I removed it (it was disgusting - it actually looks good on the photo - it was worst) the drink tasted nice. Over all - I would not sit there again.

I would say they are okay in their service, pricing and food/pastry. They are located on the main shopping centre of Bari and you can just take a breath and drink a coffee in the midst of your shopping. I had a slice of pizza and espresso, it’s okay I would say. Pricing is fine.

We stayed one night in the old town of Bari after flying in from NYC and found this cute wine bar on the outskirts. We decided to pop in for a drink but wound up having their special aperitif board. It was so filling and wonderful that it became our dinner. It was filed with local cheeses, salamis, focaccia etc. And the owner was so pleasant.

Took a brake from pizza and pasta and found this nice spot. Very nice atmosphere and good music in the background. They recommended a plater with tastings of local specialties. We received a beautiful plate that is more than enough for 2 persons. Variety of prosciutto, focaccia, Bruschetta. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Really nice Place with good tastes of Puglia. Aperitivo Is a choice of local appetizer. Worth the price of 25 euro for two persons

We had a dinner party for my dad's birthday last week here and the quality of the food was beyond spectacular! Fresh, tasty and very well presented! You can tell they do their job with passion and attention to details! Being a vegan blogger myself I was very pleasantly impressed about their knowledge about dietary requirements, intolerances and cross-contamination. I'm definitely going back when in Bari! You must try their "assassina". It's their signature dish and the best one I've had!

This is a lovely restaurant! The staff were so kind and the food was just incredible. Seriously, me and my brother agreed that the “Pulp Fiction” was the best octopus we’ve ever had and not to mention it was presented so beautifully!! The pastas were also amazing with freshly made sauce and you could just taste that it was made properly. I recommend coming here especially to try the octopus.

My partner and I came here on our last day before flying home, because we really wanted to have Spaghetti all‘assassina, as it is s recipe that is actually from Bari! Because we came a little early in the day the kitchen did not open officially for one more hour, but they were so kind to fulfill our wish and prepare a pan for us anyways! And we have to say, it was quite tasty! So thank you to the wonderful staff for allowing us to experience your tasty dish and the chef for his great cooking! We will definitely come again.

The food wasn't too bad, although some pieces of meat were not tender at all. However the food wasn't even the big problem. During the evening, they suddenly started playing live music, which is something I have nothing against, but it was way too loud. The taste is good, presentation was nice and the shop is good as well. The staff who served was accommodating and helpful. We were 7 girls on a trip to Italy and we found this amazing place! One of us had a birthday and the staff was so kind to help us surprise her with a little cake with a candle. The traditional Babà cake was truly delicious and the burger with octopus was one of the best that Ive ever had! Nevertheless everything its better with a glass of Bellini, which again was wonderful!

Unfortunately nothing special. Lasagnia was partly with ground meat and partly with slices of some ham (??!!) - very disappointing as when in Italy at such sea-front location one could expect better quality of food. The bread served was old, and the table not really clean. I can understand that the staff could be tired from serving many customers, yet this was off-season and not all that busy time.

We had a wonderful experience at Riviera in Bari. We ordered spaghetti carbonara and gnocchi – both dishes were delicious, and the wine was simply outstanding! What a delightful find during my short trip to Bari! I stumbled upon Veronero while passing by and popped in to grab some coffee beans for home. The place is beautiful with an amazing atmosphere. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and while I waited for my beans, they even offered me a complimentary espresso which was absolutely amazing! I will surely come back again next time when I'm in Bari! Highly recommend a visit.

Best flat white coffee we have had in Italy. Nice flavor with the right strength. The cardamom “bun” was tasty but not quite to the same standard as the Scandinavian ones. Modern interior and a”cosy” place to sit inside. There is no outside seating, but a place to park your bikes directly outside 😀.

Fantastic coffee and such a lovely team! I visited this place daily during my trip and was surprised by how much I loved the coffee, considering I rarely drink it back home—if ever. But in Italy, do as the Italians do :) So I happily enjoyed several cups of Veronero’s cappuccinos and can confirm that their stuff is goooood. The cardamom buns were another revelation—such a pleasant surprise to find in Bari. Lovely atmosphere too. I’ll definitely be back!

It’s not every day you find a specialty coffee shop in Italy, especially one that stands out among Italy’s traditional dark roasts. Veronero is a real gem. We served a well balanced coffee. Thanks to their in-house roastery, they serve coffee that’s freshly roasted and full of flavour. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. Hopefully they will set a new standard for coffee in the city. A must-visit for anyone who loves quality in their cup.

Cavanbah is right in the heart of Bari, near Bari Vecchia, perfectly located for aperitivo. We had a delicious beef carpaccio with a beer to start, and loved it so much we went back after dinner. Great selection of beers, which I loved! The vibe was great, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the owner was absolutely lovely and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting Bari again and going back there :)

I recently spent some time at Cavanbah Pub, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The food was tasty and well-prepared, and they have a nice selection of German and Belgian beers, which I really enjoyed. However, I did miss seeing more local craft beers on the menu — it would be great to have a few options from nearby breweries. The terrace area is comfortable and relaxed, a good place to sit and enjoy a drink, though it doesn’t offer perfect protection from the rain. Despite that, the atmosphere is friendly, the service is good, and it’s a nice spot to spend time with friends.

A wonderful little bar, tucked away inside the historic quarter of Bari. It's charmingly decorated with a very pleasant and friendly owner. Speaks English very well and welcoming to all. Very good prices, so expect to be sat here for hours like we did.

Low-key casual bar with outside area - some fisherman are live catching stuff from the sea as I understand so you can try seafood. Music was a little too loud at times but a great area to enjoy some drinks with friends.

Visited this place one morning as it was strongly recommended by friends. It was nice to try such fresh sea food on a sunny morning with a cold peroni, whilst watching the the fisherman prepare the food throwing octopus all round the harbour. If you love sea food and something full of locals this is the place. I thought it would be a little cheaper considering it’s straight out the sea. I think the mix dish cost €25. 2 beers and the pastry was under €5

Freshly caught seafood straight from the source - the fishermen. Come here early and enjoy the freshest selection of seafood in Bari. Eat it raw, which is a bit of a strange sensation, because you only live once. Wash it down with a cold beer that’s sold right next door. 20 euro for a full platter.

Grabbing a beer down by the boat ramp and watching the sun set was a highlight of our visit to Bari! Such a great atmosphere around, cheap beers, what more could you want? We originally came down for the seafood (we couldn't find any) but were happy to stick around for the beer.

They could have done so much more with this place. Sustainable take away cups for example. The garbage bins are placed directly next to the water instead of in the back). The view is very nice though, prices fair for a beer.

Amazing place in Bari! If you want to feel the positive vibe of reggae music, drink a cold peroni on the pier, play cards or just spend the evening in a nice place, then you must visit this place. Nothing special during the day, fantastic at evening.

Fairly typical Irish bar, with Irish beer and food. Nice staff who are quite attentive. The Guinness and Kilkenny beers are not the best, but ok. We had Joy's chicken, and the fish and chips. The fish had a lot of bones but was fresh and tasty, the chicken was a large portion and also tasty

We came here to try to watch the world cup quarterfinals game. The place was empty except for 2 other people but they told us we could only sit at this side counter. They didn't have the volume of the match on (it was the pregame before the game started). We ordered 2 beers and they were the most expensive beers that we have had in Bari (more than any other bar we had been to so far even in old town). They were really unfriendly. We left and went to Stuarts which is nearby. Soooo much better. The place was packed, the volume was on, super friendly bartenders, lots of friendly happy regulars. Don't go to Joys. No Joy there.

Great vibe, big portions of alcohol in drinks, good food and superb interior. It's not the cheapest place in Bari, but definitely Worth visiting!

A really cozy, but extraordinary place. Good drinks for a reasonable price. The service was great, we even got free chips and olives! Perfect for couples.

If you're over 25, this is the best bar in Bari for sure. Despite the unique atmosphere and the great service, they tend to be cheaper than the other bars on via Re Manfredi as well.

Shame on you, I hope no one comes to your parties. We had the conversation in english so they just lied. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR 0 HOSPITALITY. Choose anohter place or bar cause it is truely awful

Patrizia claimed to make the best negronis. She wasn’t wrong, they were the best I’ve had from Torino to Toronto. This is a friendly little bar with a great crowd, tucked into a beautiful narrow street in the old town. We went back three times in one trip.

I needed an escape from the hordes on the Amalfi coast. This place felt like a good stop for a traveler and it was. Great music, a few outside tables, cold beer, and I was removed from the every day pressures of life back in New Zealand.

The staff were lovely, very attentive and full of great suggestions on not only drinks but other places to visit! The wine was exceptional too.

Reverso is the best place in Bari to spend the evening with amazing people,music,nice drinks and faboules food made by Sebastiano:) Also the interior design is worth to stay inside. Every time when you are in Reverso you meet a new friends.You can chillout there after hot day drinking wines and coctails made by Pati&Camilla. We were looking for a bar to watch the Scotland football match and google suggested the Factory Pub. This was not a sports bar though. We ordered food from the young waitress who spoke really good English (Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿) I ordered a Bamburger which was well prepared and cooked to perfection. I finished with a tiramisu. The barman the offered us an aperitif. He first offered Irish Whiskey, until I suggested Scottish Whisky 🥃. This place is a little out of the way but we were treated well and managed to have some fun with the waitress as the toilet had a 🅿️ on the door.

I highly recommend! The people are super nice, had one of their burgers, super super tasty, cheap.. a must!!! As I understood, place is always full, even during the week so better get there pretty early or reserve. You should try their nuts vodka, best I've ever had :)

We arrived a little late in the evening as we were staying around the corner. The app for ordering has a UK option which doesn’t work. The friendly bartender spoke good English (not Scottish 😂) and helped us out.

Lovely place with good pub food and reasonable prices. Good clientele too. The location is not brilliant (it would benefit from an interior design) nor is the acoustics of the room (when the place is about full a conversation at your own table becomes challenging). Still 5 stars for me! I will be back on my next visit to Bari!

Used to be great, now it's a bit overpriced for the mains that have nice ingredients but poorly put together and executed. Chose the pretentious road and I don't get it, it was perfectly good as a uni bar...beers are good and service needs a push. Seems like some guy brought it and finding a way to monetize. I've stayed in Bari for a month and came here to eat often and really enjoyed it. They offer inexpensive options in the daily surprise menu. The food is generally healthy and there are lactose free, vegan, and vegetarian options. It's good to vary, pay less, and enjoy good food. The service is also great
