Wow! What a place in the heart of Innsbruck. Ask for Damir to assist you. He won the mixologist of the year in 2018. He knows his stuff. Just give him your taste preferences, and he has you sorted. It was one of the best, if not the best, cocktail experiences of my life. Please go visit them. I would go back in a heartbeat. Kind regards from South Africa.

Cocktails were wonderfully created. Flavours were balance, layered, and complex. We particularly enjoyed ‘Six Feet Under’. Special mention to Berto the bartender who was so passionate about his craft. Would recommend going.

No drinking outside after 10pm. Very noisy and crowded after 11pm. Smoking in the basement is accepted, after 11pm long que outside. Good drinks, nice vibes, interesting interior! Common place for the youth. DJ was terrible (minimal techno), toilet was disgusting. Special ginger ale drinks are recommended from brass pint

Cool spot for coffee or cocktails. Very chill board game-coffeeshop-pub all in one vibe. Great selection of gin - bar staff are very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Cool vibe? Nope. At Cafe Bar Moustache, the atmosphere was more like a stuffy attic than a lively bar. The service was still bad, but it was hard to notice over the stale air and general lack of energy in the place.

Hip food/drink place with friendly and quick service. Open until very late too! I recommend the Phat Philly sandwich if you're looking for a delicious fulfilling meal. Though I will have to try the salads too one day, they looked great. I had a drink with my father in the evening here too, and I can say the espresso martini is excellent as well!

Excellent Sunday brunch!! Belgian Waffles the size of your head (at least what an American would call Belgian waffles), with lots of bacon and syrup. All for just 9.50 Euros. Great cappuccino, great vibe. More alternative place but attracts all ages at least on Sundays.

It was quite busy and I was sat somewhat in a corridor by the kitchen BUT it was still very nice and a nice place to spend time. Beer was cheap & my sandwich was huge and delicious.

I went to this place because I searched for cafes I could work at (with my laptop). It was described as a welcoming place for that and I l liked the vibe from the pictures. I went there on a Thursday and stayed from 13:00 - 17:00. What I found very positive was that the place is very central, but in a hidden alley where you quickly escape the touristic chaos. Inside, the ambience is nice and they played Pink Floyd the entire time I was there, which I enjoyed. They didn't mind me staying that long... But maybe they didn't mind a bit too much? The only time I was directly approached was when I came in. They didn't have decaf options, so I asked for a chai latte. It came quick and was fine. I was never approached again. The empty teacup and cup stayed with me for at least an hour and no one checked if I wanted anything else. I was directly in sight of the bar and went there to ask for a glass of wine (also came quick, with some water, and was fine). The empty cups also stayed with me until I finished work, payed (by going directly to the bar), and left. There was no sign about the place being "Selbstbedienung" (self-service). This experience would have been four stars since, as already mentioned, the ambience was nice. But I have to retract one more because I just didn't feel welcome. I didn't feel the service was friendly, and every time I interacted with them, I had the feeling they wanted to be done with me as quickly as possible. I know they can be nice because I saw how they interacted when people they knew entered the place. Just not with me, and I can only speculate as to why. If it matters, I communicated in German to them. Cool ambience, but I won't be coming back.

In theory, this is a great place, nice food&drink with good price, and the outdoor seats face the beautiful courtyard and the dom. But in practice I don't truly feel comfortable during my visits. The food portion is too big, the interior seats are awkward, the outside is not laptop vibe, and cash-only is inconvenient for me.

Went to Fuchs und Hase to celebrate getting older. Cosy venue, phenomenal sandwiches, craft cocktails with their own spin, and warm, friendly, and fun service. Plus, if you order a "swimming pool" you get a free duck. Quack. This place is ace - thanks for a fun night. Will definitely be returning soon!

Great beer selection and tasty food options. The staff were kind and incredibly attentive, yet not overbearing. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and go back myself, if time allows.

The burger was great, but the fries were the real star - perfectly crisp and flavorful, some of the best I have had. I also tried a Zirben Spritzer for the first time and it was love at first sip. Service was quick and friendly! I even got to play some pinball after a long time, which was a fun little bonus to the evening.

Great IPA selection. It was a nice taste of home on a two week trip to Europe. My wife found a Mexican Lager she liked too. The selection was great and the bartender was very friendly. Beers were roughly 7 Euro each.

The place is great for a few beers, but don't plan on eating there. First of all, we were surprised that the outside area is being serviced but the inside tables are self-service (you have to go to the bar to order). That's okay... but you should then not charge the full price, as service cost is essentially void. Second, the food was really subpar. The burger we ordered was more bun than anything else (why even bother advertising it as focaccia buns?). The 'Pulled Beef' burger did not contain more than maybe 50 grams of meat (see pictures). The country fries were completely over seasoned and tasted just like salt. We had to leave them. One good aspect was the beer. The choices are various and it's a great choice to take the 'beer tasting' choice where you can try 4 different beers.

Very cool place! They have a bar, restaurant, and various cultural event venues. They also sell nice posters. Food is very good and also great value as they are a non profit. Can recommend a visit if you are in Innsbruck. I recommend reserving in advance if you plan on eating there or be early.

i spent nearly a month in Innsbruck. One of the high points was the Full Moon Festival at the Treibhaus. It was an amazing event with Rock&Roll band, Fire dancers, Drum circle and so on. I spent some time between acts on the balcony overlooking the dance floor and stage with some young folks I met who wanted to know all about living in the Haight-Ashbury (S.F.) in the 60's. There's a coffee/beer shop there with comfortable seating overlooking everything. Boy, I'd like to do that again!

Easily the best pub in Innsbruck. Haven't experienced service as attentive and friendly like this in a pub in a while. Been coming here often since living in Innsbruck for summer and these guys are always on point.

It's not every time I find a place outside of the British isles that I can really call a pub, and Galway Bay just joined this exclusive list :) I only wished the burger was bigger (as well as the accompanying portion of chip). I'd have to eat two of them to be satisfied. Regardless, they have a nice selection of Irish beers and also alcohol free options. The service itself is very friendly and efficient. They'll be there for you even when the place is packed. The two times I've been there, it was early (17:30 - 18:00), but I've seen reservations from 20:00 onwards everywhere on the tables. And as mentioned before -- lovely ambience! Really cozy, the music isn't intrusive, you are transported you right into Ireland. TVs everywhere you look if you're there for a sports event. Thanks for the experience!

Great craic at this authentic Irish bar. Food was excellent, although we had an ordering malfunction that the staff quickly sorted out. Good selection of beers, and friendly service. Recommended, especially if you like watching Sky Sports. If you visit when they're busy you may not get a table.

Best Pub in town! The Galway Bay - Irish Pub is by far my favourite Pub in Innsbruck, I'm going regularly for many different occasions and no matter if I go there with friends or with university guests (from a conference), I never got disappointed. Drinks: next to classic drinks, shots and local beer, the Galway Bay also offers amazing craft beer from Ireland which they changed a few times over the years. I recommend trying all of them and I think it's a must visit for beer lovers. Food: Its far from common to find food in bars in Innsbruck, in this irish pub they have food - and they offer really good quality burger and other typical food you'd (or I would) expect to find in irish pubs atmosphere: The pub itself, with its dark wooden and dark green interior and it's typical decoration, offers a comfortable atmosphere. the team itself is also an important part of the interior, really managing to make you experience a piece of Ireland in Innsbruck. I highly recommend a visit

Without doubt the best bar in Innsbruck. Great music played. Fab selection of drinks Food cooked well, large portions and very reasonable. The employees are all super efficient and friendly. Tom the boss is fantastic, talk about leading by example, from bartending, serving, to I saw him mopping the toilets due to muddy footprints ! Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend for a good night out.

Our visit to Blaue Brigitte was worth every minute! Our table became a world tour of drinks: we tried the El Camino, the classic Manhattan, and the delicious Piki Colada. All were impeccable! But the real highlight of the night was the Brazilian bartender. The guy is friendly, attentive, and a true master of cocktails. The service was as good as the drinks. And for those who complain about the ice in other reviews: stop! Anyone who knows the slightest thing about mixology understands that the quality and type of ice are FUNDAMENTAL to a perfect drink. Here, they have mastered that art. It's a sign of professionalism, not cost-cutting.

Good lunch restaurant located in the city center of Innsbruck, along the pedestrian Maria-Theresien-Strasse. This place is very lively and crowded with tourists. However, the restaurant is on the first floor and offers a beautiful view of the pedestrian street, its magnificent buildings, and has a good atmosphere. The staff is professional and efficient, the food is Italian and while good, it's nothing too fancy. The menu is a fixed price at lunch, you can choose between 4-5 options.

It wasn’t easy to find the restaurant, it’s not actually inside the shopping centre, but at a separate entrance before it, on the first floor. That said, the food was very good and it made for a great final meal in Innsbruck.

My sister was in town so we decided on a visit to "Das Schindler", one of my favorite Lunch Restaurants in Innsbruck. They serve a fixed lunch menu and you can decide between four different courses, either 2 course or 3 course lunch. There is always a Vegetarian meal available too. After we ordered our beverages, 1 glass of Prosecco and 1 beer and a mineral water, the waiter asked what we had decided on. My sister and I both chose the Shrimp Satay, a delicate appetizer with a hint of spicy Indonesian flavor, shrimps and some delicious veggies. My wife ordered the salad which looked very fresh and she said it tasted scrumptious. As our main course we ordered three different dishes. The traditional "Wiener Schnitzel" and potato salad. The Schnitzel was a pork cutlet. I ordered the Beef Goulash with "Spaetzle" and the meat was incredibly moist and well cooked, the sauce had a touch of mild paprika, just enough, but not too much. I really enjoyed it very much. The grilled Salmon filet was served on black rice and was so tender it melted in the mouth. The total bill for three people, including tips ended up being 90 Euros, well worth the visit and the quality of the food. I always enjoy going to "Das Schindler", however this time there was one thing that kind of bugged me. I am used to excellent service there, but this time the waiter was efficient but very impersonal. That was the only disappointing detail.

Good Wienerschnitzel, the salad and potato sides could definitely use some improvement. The waiter seemed to rush us through in the beginning of our dinner, but as the restaurant became busy the rush decreased. Very good location.

You clearly pay for the restaurant’s location. We are used to fine dining and it was not. All ingredients are fresh and local which is a good point, unfortunately there’s a big issue with seasoning : no salt or pepper in any of the dishes we ordered, everything was very bland. Sorbets were very good but that was the only part of the dessert we enjoyed : the apple cake strongly tasted like egg and the baba au rhum didn’t smell or taste like rhum, it was a simple cake. Waiters didn’t seem very knowledgeable as I asked for a local drink or alcohol and he offered me apero spritz which is Italian

The restaurant has a beautiful setting with a stunning view. We were mostly looked after by a local medical student, who was wonderful—very friendly and helpful in both German and English. The starter and dessert were a delightful surprise, though we found the main course and soup a bit underwhelming in comparison.

Our food was delicious, prices quite high but I'd say worth it since it all tasted really well. The restaurant is quite small and it feels tight in there. The waiters asked us what felt like a million times if we were good and still needed something, it felt like they wanted for us to leave asap which wasn't all too great. But our overall experience was good. Probably coming back, but since it's quite hard to get a table, not all too soon.

Short words: One of my favorite bars in Innsbruck. More of it: Huuuuge selection of cocktails (plus also beer, wine etc). The staff is very friendly and professional (you may need some help finding your perfect drink from a list of a 100) and the whole place is well attended to and clean. Another plus - delicious snacks with every cocktail (get that french toast). Not the cheapest place but not hugely more expensive either than the rest.

This is a cocktail bar with a vast menu. You get to this after crossing the bridge and this is definitely not a tourist hotspot. The service is amazing as are their cocktails. They have a very limited food menu. There are plenty of eating options around this bar.

We visited in June 2022 on two different occasions and had amazing service and drinks! The cherry vanilla pina colada was life changing 😃. Beautiful, big park with a great variety of plants and trees, many benches you can relax and little roads to walk around

Originally the court garden of the Habsburg dynasty, today it serves as a public park and a peaceful space for walks and relaxation. The garden was initiated in the 16th century under Emperor Ferdinand II, first designed in the Baroque style, and later transformed into an English-style landscaped garden. The restored former court orangery still remains as a historical element. The park offers open views toward the Nordkette mountain range, making it ideal for strolling. It is especially admired for its tulips in spring and its flower gardens in summer.

Great park for a small walk around and picnic. Well looked after park with interesting sculptures made of steel that has rusted giving that rustic look.

Brunette cashier is extremely rude. I recently had throat surgery and so requested an iced latte. She said they didn’t serve it iced, so i asked if they had any ice and she said yes. So i asked for a cup of ice on the side. She angrily slammed the counter top and walked off. The nice male barista behind her, apologized and finished taking my payment. After receiving my order, without a cup of ice, the rest of my party decided to go elsewhere for our breakfast- we were treated with kindness and respect at Der Backer Ruetz and will return there instead.

The cappuccino was 4/4stars but the cornettos could have been better. The pistachio cream in one of them didn't taste much of pistachios and they were a bit too crunchy for my taste. Would go back for coffee.

By far one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming at check in and throughout my stay, as well as luggage storage prior to check in being very secure. I loved the layout of the hostel dorms, it felt very 'homely' and was extremely clean. I had the best night's sleep of my whole interrailing trip here, beds were very comfortable and I liked how private it felt with curtains all around the beds. The terrace on the top floor is a great feature and the social areas/kitchen are very welcoming and clean. In the evening, I had a couple of drinks at the bar which had a lovely atmosphere and had great deals during happy hour for guests. The location is also ideal for walking into the city centre and it is easy to access buses to the train station from the hostel. Overall, a very cool place with everything you could want from a hostel and I wished I had stayed for longer! Thank you :)

Stayed in 7-bed dorm room. The room is not too small so there are some spaces between beds and also there is a curtain for privacy. There are 2 showers room with hot water and 1 separated toilet inside the room. Location is near to the landmark of old town, easy to walk around. Staffs are very friendly.

Amazing hostel! Very clean with a very social and friendly atmosphere (without being party-heavy). They had a lot of very thoughtful elements that you don't often see in hostels, like a place to dry clothes in the bathroom and hairdryers. I had the best time!

Unique hostel with really smart setup in the rooms so it feels like there a lot less people in the dorms than there actually is. Showers in the dorms are a plus. Great atmosphere and good communal kitchen where I met great people and there's a lovely balcony (but it was mostly too cold to sit on it). Would definitely recommend

Great drinks and beer and the atmosphere of this place is pretty special. It’s an underground vibe spot in Innsbruck which is also little hidden from the city center and most tourists which is nice. The outside sitting spots are super nice but the road is little too loud but we didn’t mind that. Was here just for drinks so I’m not commenting on the accommodation quality of this place. But they offer showers for van lifers, which we didn’t use but we really appreciate that.

Kind like a small tavern hostel, but in a good way. If you want to meet people, have a good beer / drink to enjoy innsbruck. This is the hostel you need. I’m an introvert, sometimes awkward with a lot of people in the bar area front door, but have a good time here, meet a stranger and have a yoga (very random hostel)

By far the best hostel I have ever stayed at!! Beautiful location and facilities, very kind staff, very clean and comfortable. Even though the rooms had a lot of people, it didn’t feel that way. Absolutely loved my time here. Also happy hour has really really cheap drinks! This hostel was worth every penny.

This bar is easy to overlook but definitely worth it. Super chill atmosphere, welcoming staff that can help you choose among the many drinks options to find something to your taste. The signature drinks are a must try! Not a lot of food to accompany the drinks with and no vegan options but we didn’t miss it.

It's an extremely cozily decorated bar in Innsbruck. Plus, you can buy XXL size of cocktails in a jug with a very good price there. However, I suggest you to be careful about Erasmus ESN night gatherings. It's usually every Monday or Tuesday every week during the semester. If you want to avoid an extreme crowd, it would be better not to go there these nights. On the other hand, it would be the best chance for you to make some English-speaking friends if you like.

I asked about a local pine liquor which the bar had, they whipped me up a cocktail with it and it was delicious. The bartender was very nice and let me taste the liquor before making the cocktail. The vibe or the place is great, nice music, cozy places to sit, check it out.

Fantastic atmosphere with yummy drinks 🍹 there are comfy couches and chairs all around with an upstairs area as well. I got the Mango Pago Fruchtsaft since I’m not a big drinker and it was so delicious! They even have Wi-Fi which is a plus for those visiting from other countries :) come check out Wohnzimmer or in English we call it the living room!

Vibey drink spot with free Wi-Fi, great speakers and good tunes, gets busy fast so recommend coming early to get a comfy seat. Drinks are pretty good, some are pricey but have affordable basic beers too.

It’s crazy cold out and you inside an igloo to get warm and dance. Kind of a cool idea. Lines get long at the bottom as part goers wait for the lift. At the top it’s a bar and club inside with drink choices and cool lighting. If you need food there is a restaurant next door.

I thought it will be inside the igloo but apparently, it is just outside with an igloo beside it. Pretty cool nonetheless and their choco drink is such a comfortable hot drink to take in while it was snowing

The original Sache Torte! I found it rich in more ways than one (it's also expensive, get it?). Even though the cafe is pretty, I would still recommend having the cake for takeaway, because the wooden takeaway box is so beautiful it's an awesome souvenir in itself. And once in awhile you can open it and get a whiff of the Sache Torte aroma and get high on the reminiscence.

Amazing place in the old town of Innsbruck to have breakfast and taste this amazing cake, typical of the country; lots of peope have suggested us this Cafè, both visitors and locals, and our expectations were satisfied. Sacher was great, and the place is classy, elegant; moreover, the service is welcoming, and it feels like being into a royal palace, concerning the atmosphere. Just consider that Sacher Cafè is not properly a cheap place, indeed is quite expensive: the average cost of a breakfast for example, is obviously higher than other bars, but it's worth it, for the experience of tasting this typical dessert in the most suggested Cafè of this city. Average, in case you want to know: for a couple of italian coffees and a couple of Sacher slices , we spent almost 15 euros.

Got the 15EUR set which included cake and hot beverage. Cake was too sweet so it was great to combine with tea to somehow lessen the sweetness.

Classic, average atmosphere, waiters seemed in hurry while the place was not busy. The desert I ordered was average, nothing special. Asked for milk (in English and German) the waiter nodded and that was it.. no milk.

Best restaurant in Innsbruck, by far. The ingredients are sourced. The menu changes a lot, based on what’s available. The dishes are always very tastefull. It’s a nice change to the standard Austrian cuisine. The service is proficient and enthusiastic. The place might get a bit hot in the summer though. We make sure to visit this place every time we are in Innsbruck!

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Innsbruck. The concept of valuing each element of the dish, and each part of the animal was incredible. The food was fantastic, the flavours complex and interesting. The menu changes very frequently so ingredients are always fresh and in season. Tourists beware!!! 🛑🛑🛑 Rude from the start. No menu in English and condescending attitude the whole meal for being Canadian. Rushed us to order, insulted my wife's taste in food, waiters left for a smoke and rink halfway through for 30min. Forgot a drink order and then put it on the bill. Staff put in photo. The most unforgettable dining experience, with my dog, no reservation, and zero regrets. I stumbled upon this gem after reading the glowing reviews and seeing the impressive rating. I had no reservation, and I came with a dog. The audacity, I know, (lol?) but something told me I had to try it. When I walked in, a kind lady (Claudia) welcomed me and said I could wait about 30 minutes for a spot at the bar. I left my name and stepped out, not expecting much. Still, I called just in case to try and reserve a table for the next day. At first, they said they were fully booked. But then! magic!! Minutes later they called back to let me know a spot had opened, (they knew I was the girl who had come in with the dog earlier)- I returned, and to my surprise, I was given a table instead of the bar. Just me, my dog, and one of the best meals of my life. The menu was in German, but they kindly offered to help. I simply asked for their recommendations. What followed was culinary bliss. The starter? A delicate piece of fish served atop a potato creation, accompanied by zucchini and, wait for it, cucumber ice cream. Yes, cucumber ice cream. I took one bite and suddenly had an existential crisis: how was I ever going to live without this dish again? When I finished, the plate still had some of the sauce, and a lovely young woman Amelie, offered me bread so I could savor every last drop. I almost cried. For the main course, I went bold and chose the Bambi: venison, something I’d never tried before. Claudia would come to tell me the details of the dish etc. Amelie and Claudia took care of me the whole evening with such warmth and attention, I felt like I was in someone’s home. The venison was larger than expected, served with a silky carrot purée, perfectly cooked zucchini, a beautifully balanced risotto, and meat so tender it felt like butter. I wanted dessert, but I was too full to move. Oh! They also brought water for my dog! This was, without a doubt, the best service and meal I’ve had in weeks!! After dining at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris. What sets this place apart isn’t just the food, but the ethos: they have a deep commitment to sustainability, which only elevates the entire experience. Because that’s what this is, an experience. One that stays with you long after the meal ends. Every bite, every detail, every interaction was worth it. Five stars aren’t enough.

It was absolutely a very pleasant meal - the best one we have had in Innsbruck! The menu is different every day depending on the fresh ingredients they have available so it’s always a surprise and you can definitely feel the passion and dedication. The menu is not in English but the owner explains every dish in detail including the ingredients and how it’s cooked. We ordered 2 starters, beef tartare and duck liver, and 1 main course, marinated chicken with Austrian rice ball. They all taste heavenly and the combination of each dish has a unique flavour. The duck liver is super creamy and smooth with the cranberry jelly served on top that gives a refreshing taste to the dish. Didn’t get a chance to try the wine (I saw there’s a great selection on wine) but the Tyrol beer is also amazing. Highly recommend this cozy restaurant to anyone visiting Innsbruck!

Soo good, and such a good price. We all had burritos, and they were such high quality, and very yummy. Great drinks too, and our waitress was just the good level of attentiveness. All the food and drinks looked great, and the ordering system was so good. Little wait for a table, but was only about ten minutes

Best burritos we’ve had in Austria! Very authentic tasting and service was amazingly fast. Staff were efficient and kind enough to bring water for our dog. We just stopped in for a quick lunch while traveling but wish we could have stayed longer to sample some of their large drink selection.

There was a lot of people taking it to go and sitting at a nice spot to eat in the city. Cocktails was also good. Worth a visit!

The burrito bowl was absolutely delicious and great priced! They had a great pale ale, also good priced. There was some confusion over where I was sitting, but they apologized and resolved the issue! Definitely worth a stop in!

Absolutely fantastic dinner tonight at Piano Cafe Bar. We arrived Innsbrook, late afternoon. Hours of sightseeing later, we asked a bartender for a dinner recommendation. Without hesitation, he said Piano for great local fare including best steaks in Innsbrook. Great recommendation! Service was great, the bathrooms clean! LOL We shared a great house salad, then dined on the loin strip “Paris-style” and the beef filet in peppercorn sauce. Both steaks were expertly prepared, and served fresh from the kitchen! Sides of the potato cake were amazing! Even the bread was off the charts! We also shared a bottle of delicious Austrian red wine, and the apricot crepe (they call them pancakes) with a side of vanilla ice cream. Yum! The restaurant was fully booked, but squeezed us in when we agreed to be served whenever they could make it. So glad we did! Best meal in quite some time. Highly recommend Piano in Innsbrook!

One of my favorite restaurants in Innsbruck. It’s my second time here after discovering this place last year when I visited this city. This place is more than a restaurant. It’s quite the experience. I highly recommend dining here. The food, service ambiance are all superb. And of course you have the piano that the patrons can use. A big shout out you to Silvia the manager of the restaurant who we fell in love with already last year. What an incredible lady full of kindness and compassion. Also a special thanks to our server, Patrick, who gave us excellent service, always with a smile and a lot of patience with answering all our questions.

This is my first ever 1-star review, and it’s only because of how frustrated and disappointed I was by the service here. My family had picked this restaurant, and we were really looking forward to the experience. I tried making a reservation earlier in the day but kept losing service. I even called and was told it would be fine to come later. When we showed up at 8:36 pm, the restaurant had open tables and no bookings but instead of welcoming us, the staff stopped my family at the door with an attitude that was nothing short of rude. When I asked if we could come tomorrow, the answer was a flat “no.” The message was clear: they didn’t want to work later, even with empty tables. Traveling in Switzerland at the end of September, I was shocked at the lack of hospitality. Attitude is EVERYTHING in this business, and sadly, this place showed us none. If you’re considering dining here, make sure you have a reservation but know that even then, the service may leave a sour taste before the food ever reaches the table.

Wow. The schnitzel was superb. Great wine, great staff, and great food. A flight attendant who lives in the area said this was the best place in town when I said I was going to visit the city. Chatted with the head chef and hung out with a few locals at the bar during the night. If you don't have a reservation get there in the daytime. Packed all night and I got there at 4:30pm. Superb restaurant.

We did a 5 country road trip across Europe and this was our favourite dinner. The food was absolutely top notch! The head chef was friendly and we enjoyed watching him work his craft. We will definitely be back!

We heard the reputation of ‘best Schnitzel in Innsbruck’ about here and went to give it a try. There’s an option to order your schnitzel either with Rösti (grated potatoe balls) or salad. Even though the schnitzel itself was a little bit smaller than regular portion, the salad was literally huge! 🥗 And the schnitzel here really tastes amazing (with fresh butter taste) and right amount of crispy. Additionally, we also ordered Pianogulasch, which is served with Polenta. However, I find the portion of gulash extremely small (with only 4 pieces of meat and almost half was just fat). The taste was good though. I suggest you to order a side dish along with if you want to try gulash. I guess we will keep going there; next time to try Rösti and eat Schnitzel again 😋

A must when visiting Innsbruck. It’s the oldest café in the city, with a traditional and classic interior that is both spectacular and welcoming at the same time. We went for breakfast and were impressed by the huge variety of options, from more than ten types of coffee to pastries, as well as hot breakfast dishes like eggs or bacon. The food is delicious, the coffee excellent, and the portions just right. Prices are very competitive and the service is fast and efficient. Without a doubt, my favorite spot in Innsbruck to have breakfast or enjoy a good coffee.

We had a quiet lovely morning here. We took simple ordinary breakfast, so couldn’t really recommend any food, but we enjoyed our time here. The staff was also kind. We just noticed that some tables weren’t served promptly.

I visited Café Central to try their desserts and ordered the Kaiserschmarrn and the apple pie. The apple pie was disappointing. On top of that, the staff were not friendly at all. Overall, it was far below my expectations.

While all restaurants were fully booked or “kinda” booked, here we were welcomed as cordially as it gets. The place is rather large, but I can’t say that it wasn’t busy. Don’t get the lower rating, because our experience was truly fantastic. I appreciate how easy going everything was - and waiting time was pretty much non-existent, so kudos! Loved my Rösti, and my friend had a rather simple burger - but the menu is boasting fantastic local foods, so the main challenge is to choose. The design is quirky and cool and the vibe is pretty much local, which is always appreciated.

We went there to get some rest while drinking something after a long walk in the city. The location of the bar itself is very suitable for making a pause when you are around. And, I need to say that they are making their own lemon soda very well! We really liked 😋 The only thing I didn't like was the temperature inside. Unfortunately, it was as hot as outside during summer there. Other than that, it was a nice break time for us. 2023 December Edit: 🥳🎉 I was invited for a Christmas party there. The finger food served for us (fries, sweet potato fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken fingers and the sauces) was good as well as the service. I suggest you to make a reservation if you plan to go there in the evening because it was really full when I was leaving around 20 pm. This time I cannot tell about the prices since everything has been covered by the company 🤗 And a note to myself: I should remember making a photo next time there 😁

Ordered a chilli chicken burger, to be honest the chicken was tasteless. I don't know if the chef forgot to dressed the chicken or it suppose to be like that however I asked my friend who ordered schnitzel and she said the same thing. Both meals were tasteless like they are forgetting to put salt and pepper on the meat. And also the back room was quite warm, and to be seated all the way in the back feels like a punishment. On that note, at the door it said it's air-conditioned. To be honest we had a quite unpleasant experience to eat here, maybe to drink is good as the bar area was cooler as we passed by to exit.

A wonderful spot with excellent friendly servers who seem to take teamwork to the next level. Farina and ( gentleman whose name I did not catch) delighted us with a dinner paced to perfection as we like to linger over drinks first. We had fresh salad with homemade dressing and I had veal schnitzel with lingonberry sauce and it was tender and tasty and my husband had beef goulash with pillowy light spaetzle. Good value for money. A very nice evening for sure.

STAY AWAY ! They treat their personel so bad , and they give the only 10 euros per hour. We dont want these type of bussness in Innsbruck.

The tall Asian looking server is extremely rude and unfriendly. I don't know how can they employ people who does not even know basic manners.The Manager lady is really disgusting. When we raised our concerns, she said this is the way they work. No wonders servers are also like this . I'm reiterating, the Manager lady is absolutely disgusting.

Went for a drink with my husband and the waiter spilled the drinks (beer) all over the table and on my legs and my husbands shorts. Obviously a mistake so we were kind about it but they did not discount the bill. When questioned the waiter shrugged it off. Me and my husband had to go back to the hotel to get changed and there was no help or discount to help us. Really poor service.

Three of us went here to have tea and coffee. There was one of the waiters who was quite friendly with dark hair, but the whole experience was actually almost traumatic from the absolute rudeness by one of the staff members, the bald guy who seem to also have a dog. He was serving customers but so arrogant and very disrespectful and ignoring women when they wanted to be served. I watched him do this to other people not just to us. When I asked a polite simple question, about whether the water he brought was free or not, as quite often in other countries the bread and water they bring you that you don't necessarily want isn't free. He answered very abruptly and walked off with a loud 'oh my god' with such anger! It was such an awful experience and I will not give this cafe my business again while that person is ever there!!

I came here a couple of times, both by myself, and with friends, and the experience was always good. Both inside and outside are super vibing, and I was able to focus on work, or talk easily with friends. The waiters were occasionally grumpy but generally very helpful and friendly. Would go again.

Worst expirience ever! Starting from beggining we had to seat ourself becuase the staff didn't care about sitting us. After some more waiting, just 20 minutes a waitress took our order. It wasn't complicated, only 2 apfelstrudel and a 1 coffee... When coffee came right after was brought the 1st apfestrufel but then we asked where was the 2nd one. The waitress who took our order came to us and argued that she didn't took the order wrong, we told it wrong. Eventiualy the 2nd apflestrudel came right out. Yet worse was only to come... After we left we had the worst stomach issues ever. Don't eat there!

Paninothek is a great place to have a relaxing time with friends and family. The food were delicious. Especially the Gnocchi and the Octopus. The starters were scrumptious too. It is very near to the Innsbruck Railway station. Many varieties of wine are also available.

Fantastic Italian restaurant with delightful food, amazing service and great wine list. We were sharing as a couple and rather then just provide us with slide plates, each meal came perfectly halved and individually plated which is something we hadn’t experienced before. This is a nice Italian restaurant with easy and calm atmosphere. We liked the wine-themed interior in the basement. The staff is professional and attentive. The overall service experience was great. We had salmon tartare with avocado, a flank steak with fresh spinach and rosted potatoes and pasta with truffles. Wine was yummy, too. All delicious. Recommended 🇮🇹👍🏻

I love the place. After being on and off Innsbruck for the last few years, I’ve just discovered the bar now. I cannot remember the last time I’ve been to a place where they put on Uriah Heep, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath... Exquisite taste in music, very friendly staff, it definitely feels like a place that has a lot of background.

Very nice cocktail bar! I was there for my birthday and I got a cocktail for free and they played „happy birthday“! Good and huge choice of cocktails and the price is about 7,9€ (there is also Happy hour where the prices are about 3,9€)!

The best bar/happy hour I have very experienced. Got 10 free shots twice. Our bartender Michael was the best I have met on my trip thus far. The drinks and service he provided was amazing. He made our time extremely enjoyable.

Really nice place with wifi, but only a few outlet power plugs. Great place to sit and work in peace during the day, and it picks up towards 4pm. Waiter was very nice, beer was good and a great price.

We popped in for a nightcap and stayed for a couple since we were staying across the street at the AC Hotel. The bartender was so friendly and welcoming. It's a cute little spot and we'd go back if we were in Innsbruck again.

We came here on a Thursday night, so that discotheque was not open however the little quaint bar was great! The bartender, Alessandro was a gem. Great drinks, and we received awesome advice for our time here, and travel to our next cities. We would definitely come back here when visiting the city again!

Arrived late into Innsbruck from Canada when everything was closed for the night. Found this bar close to our hotel and we had a blast! The bartender was friendly and engaging, made us laugh, and most importantly, we felt like "friends" as the bar says. Would go back here again, again, and again ❤️ Prost!

The local seems small but it also have a down dancing area. It super comfy and LGBT+ friendly. I strongly recommend to have a look and chill inside :) very friendly people.

Worst management I ever seen. I went to bar 3 times as a guest of hotel and always problem. Huge area but few coaches, few personel, weird guys at door they say u cant enter. I wıll not go anymore

Good food. Good price. It's just not easy to find a table when you need to find one yourself. Each order has quite a big portion to easily fill one. Since it's an open space, there are smokers here and there in the outside area.

Great place, great location and great food! The price is good too (around 20/person) and the staff is friendly except for one bald waiter with a crucifix tattoed on the neck that was pissed at us for no reason, and when I asked to change my order 30 seconds after have done it he started grumbling in german and the whole restaurant noticed his behavior. He didnt even say thank you back or bye or anything, he was obviously mad. Beside it everything was great, I hope that guy is in a better mood now

A nice restaurant in the middle of Innsbruck’s Old Town, offering a good variety of beers and traditional Austrian dishes. I’ve dined here three times over two visits to Innsbruck, and the staff were always pleasant. The place can get quite crowded during peak hours, though.

Second time in Innsbruck and second time at this restaurant — and once again, it didn’t disappoint! The beer is tasty, the food is fresh and delicious. I especially recommend the cinnamon dessert — it’s absolutely incredible! Fast and friendly service was also a big plus. 🍺🍽️✨

I looked up what dishes to try in Innsbruck, and Tiroler Gröstl from this place came up. Tried it, and I love it! The flavor is amazing, just a bit salty for me but still really good

We had a nice meal, kassespatlzer and the classic schnitzel. The food was good but not exceptional or according the price (high). The server pushed us to leave by asking more than 4 times what else we were going to order (while having our beers almost full), it felt really uncomfortable and he got to the point to get his device for the check without us even asking. The biggest mistake or bad thing about the place was how they served the beer (image attached), maybe they were training someone on the bar but for an Austrian place is unacceptable to serve beer with that much foam and pretend is normal. (I have been living between Austria and Germany for the last 5 years and I have never got a beer served like this).

Maria-Theresien-Straße is 500 meters long and part of it, 200 meters at one end, is a pedestrian zone path with cafes and shops on both sides. This is the heart of Innsbruck that attracts both locals and tourists alike. This street is especially scenic with the Nordkette mountain range as its backdrop.

I tried their breakfast “Wie der Franzose”, Zwetschgenkuchen (Plum cake) and Verlängerter Coffee. Everything was super delicious, environment was chill and staffs are super friendly. Obviously recommended if you’re visiting Innsbruck.

A coffee and pastry shop in the best location of old town. We only had coffees which were great just a bit on the small side. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Prices are on the higher end but it's tourist central and to be expected.

A very beautiful cafe in heart of Innsbruck. They have variety of drinks to choose from and desserts too. They have plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The staff is very friendly. We took there inhouse made dessert and really liked it.

Disgusting serving of strudel, ice cream is additionally included in the bill. Average quality strudel. Ordered 2 teapots of tea, extra charge for each empty cup. Bank cards are not accepted. Waiters did not warn about anything in advance. Then they looked away. I do not recommend spoiling the impression of the city by visiting this place.

Beautiful place to chill or having some sweets. Cakes look amazing. The ice cream tasted so good too! Especially the pistachio ice cream. But for the banana split, the banana wasn’t sweet, it would be great if it was sweet. Overall a lovely experience to dine there. Lovely and friendly service as well

It’s a nice restaurant to eat with an amazing mountain view above Innsbruck 🏔️ The menu consists of Austrian classics like schnitzel & Apfel Strudel. In general, the staff serving us was very kind, friendly and also quick. The only problem was there were lots of crows waiting for stealing from our food🐦‍⬛ which was a little bit annoying but other than that, everything was fine. You can take the cable car to reach the restaurant or go for a hike which is like intermediate level, or grab your mountain bike to reward you in the end. The cable car prices vary depending on the destination (if you’ll go to the highest point) and there’s also an available happy hour ticket, which costs less than usual.

Came here for an early lunch today; their kitchen opens at 11:30am. Besides the stunning view, the food and service were excellent.

A nice place to get lunch on your trip to the Nordkette top of Innsbruck. The food and beer were good, maybe a little expensive. The outdoor seating area was comfortable and gave you a great view down across the city of Innsbruck when the clouds clear. With heavier clouds it got a little chilly, but we still enjoyed it.

This is a great restaurant at Seegrube. I thought that the Spatzele was amazing. Fantastic views and even saw a sheep on the hill. For what you get here is excellent for the price. Britain on the other is totally a rip off. Its cheaper to eat in Innsbruck

High up in the mountain to enjoy food and scenery but today is really too hot. There is scenery but we have to sit in the hot sun to enjoy the food. Food selection are alot and we order 1 soup, 1 main, 1 extra portion of fries, and 1 dessert to try out. Top with 4 nice cold beer in the mountain to cool ourselves down for the blazing sun. Especially tourist area normally will serve sub-standard food, but their standard are good. Service from ordering to serve is fast. So do come here to enjoy food and scenery in the summer. The only thing is if you intend to sit outside like us to see the scenery, then we need to wait for table

With a view for lunch like that you really cant go wrong. What an incredible spot with some really nice food too, which considering where it is wasn't too overpriced. The staff were also super friendly!

There is a slight difference between the prices in restaurant and what you see online on their menu. The Kaiserschmarrn was not very good. Smelled like oil and the apple sauce was a bit too sour. The saschacake was also a bit sour!? The lady helped me bring the orders outside, many thanks to her❤️

The Botanical Garden in Innsbruck is a lovely, peaceful spot with an impressive variety of plants (from alpine species to tropical ones). It’s well-kept, easy to explore, and offers a quiet break from the city. A pleasant visit for nature lovers (one of my favourite places in Innsbruck) the greenhouse is recommendable as well!

Great place for a walk. They offer multiple green houses, a small park and art installations. The entrance for the gardens are free, however, there was an exposition we would have had to pay for.

What we in the UK would term has a Micro Pub. Staff are very friendly, inside is very comfortable. Good range of beers and other drinks available. Prices are very reasonable. Salted peanuts given free when buying drinks.

Great little bar to stop in for a drink or two. They have separate smoking and non smoking areas which is great, and they give you a little snack with your beer, a nice touch.

This is a lounge bar offering 360 degree lookout on the city Innsbruck with beautiful mountains all around. You can stay both inside and outside with outdoor seatings available. The bar offers usual selection of cocktails, wine, hot drinks and spirit. The service is fine, the staff is caring and friendly.

This is a must visit if you’re in Innsbruck. The views are spectacular, as are the very reasonably priced but fantastic cocktails (5.60 euros for iced cocktails when I visited). Do ask for the seasonal cocktails which are so so good. Most of the places which tout a view are gimmicky but 360 cafe certainly isn’t!

This bar is great. Their menu is nearly all burgers and I honestly believe it is the best burger I have ever had. We went two nights running and although very busy on second occasion food was just great. Staff are lovely and welcoming. If you are in Innsbruck you really should go here for the burgers.

A nice cozy spot to come in for some drinks and food. My partner and I got a beer, an espresso martini and sweet potato fries. Everything was incredible especially the espresso martini which was the best I’ve ever had made by the wonderful bartender Yomi. She is such a beautiful, sweet soul! I’m so glad we stopped in here ❤️

I really liked this restaurant! The food was great and a good price. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The chicken pakora was lovely as was the mini meat tortilla. But in addition, they (and the neighbouring shop) went out of their way to help us out when we had a problem with our bikes. Thankyou very much for everything.

One of the best places in Innsbruck to spend an evening with your friends. It has a chill atmosphere, the music is at a nice volume so you don't have to shout to the person sitting next to you, the staff are really friendly, the food and drink are reasonably priced and good quality, and it's a bit lesser known so it's not normally too busy. I would highly recommend this place, especially for students.

Incredibly good burgers for very cheap prices. But what really stands out is the relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. I feel like getting home when I go there! On top of all, it is never completely full and is always possible to get a table even with no reservation. A hidden gem in Innsbruck, way better than more renowned bars/restaurants.

Nice atmosphere but not really lively but crowded. It's on a normal Saturday. They turn nice tunes and a techno Berlin vipe. You pay 10 euros for the entrens. Don't know if this is also on normal Saterday night's. But for this Saturday night on the 29 of April it was not busy at all. We hoped it got more busy. But it did not after 20 min waiting (expected peak in the busy night on a Saturday)

Finest underground Club in town, groovy trippy atmosphere and music on 2 stages bar stage plays more funky minimal house and rhytm gets more intense in the main stage. Vinyl culture is strong at Tante Emma. A must visit for minimal Techno and House heads!

Free wardrobe, good music and relaxed people. It's a very welcoming atmosphere and I always feel comfortable when I am there. If you are into techno and more generally underground music, this is the place to go!

This is the first time I tried such techno music pub. The place is small but very lively. However this would be a cultural shock to people who are not used to such places. Drinks are great and crowd is nice. The music is enjoyable and fun to dance around. But be careful to avoid illegal substances which are somehow available

I don’t think I’ve had an experience as bad as this at any bar… The staff was very unfriendly, impatient and just grumpy. Sure, the atmosphere is great, but it’s not worth it. It almost felt like the staff was making fun of us. They told a friend of mine that joined a little later that she HAS to consume something, otherwise she has to leave, even tho she just started looking at the menu. And mind you the rest of us have already ordered a bunch of drinks (inkluding a whole wine bottle). “I hope you don’t take this long making life-desicions/choices!” were her words, which also were not meant to be a funny or silly joke. “I know you’re students, but you’re not at the Treibhaus” (where you don’t have to necessarily consume something to be allowed to stay). All in all it was just uncomfortable and very judgmental. I would not recommend and will not go there again.

So tasty. We had a so good dinner. Even if there are only a few meals and they sound small but they are enough and good. I recommend the Knoblauchbrot and the Kartoffel-Schlutzen. Very cool owner and friendly personal.

Really enjoyed our burrata salad and parmesan pasta! Pasta’s portion was huge though, so prepare to leave full! Great selection of wine - both by glass and by bottle. Even bought a bottle of wine to take away - that’s how delicious the wine was!

The service was excellent: very attentive and friendly! I can recommend the Blaufränkish wine by the glass. The cellar was delightfully cozy on a rainy day.
