My first time here. I had the soup and the jambalaya. Both were delicious. Actually some of the best food I’ve had. Everyone else enjoyed their food, but maybe the green beans could have been more flavorful. The main thing was they weren’t that busy but took a long time get anything. Took a while to get our drinks, get our food, and would have to flag someone down for refills. Overall they’re worth it for the food, just don’t expect spectacular service.

Gabriella was quick all my mimosas. I really appreciate her so much. She was sweet and friendly. Thank you Gabriella for having good customer service. I wasn’t able to take a picture of my egg Benedict because it was so delicious

Matthew and Robert were great! We stopped here for dinner after looking at the reviews here. Let me tell you, this place is just awesome! I had a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Onion Rings. It was super and came with some many onion rings. My wife had the BAAT Sandwich very good. Chocolate cookie for desert, too. I highly recommend stopping here to eat.

Terrible food 😪 Have to request "real" eggs for omelet. Had ham, bell pepper and onion. The veggies were hardly cut up but the ham was cut into teeny tiny pieces. No hash browns just deep fried potato cubes. Jelly was so runny and no grape for the hubby. Service was very good and fast. We won't be back.

This is a great value for anyone. The food was spot on and the portions are big. Some of the plates we ordered could feed about 2 to 3 people. The baked pastries and cookies were very delicious.

Had breakfast here before we left to go home. Someone recommended them to me and I am so glad I went. Cozy atmosphere and the food was great.

Perfectly adequate. We did the half price happy hour and enjoyed it overall. We would definitely return. Why not just offer that deal throughout the restaurant rather than just the bar area (restaurant was empty, bar was crowded). Had a frozen margarita and a standard margarita along with the rattlers, the crab cakes and the cheese fries. Cheese fries were very overcooked but the crab cakes and rattlers were very good. Would return and for the half price it was worth it. Would not have been with it at regular price I don't believe.

I recently visited this location three times over the course of a week and was very satisfied every time. What brought us in were the great happy hour specials at the bar. The food and drinks were excellent and all the bartenders were amazing. Shout out to bartender Jimmy for making our experience truly great. Some bartenders in Laughlin are very rude and unfriendly, but Jimmy was the opposite. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure our meal was great. On my next visit to Laughlin I’ll be sure to visit Saltgrass again as long as they keep their great happy hour and awesome bartenders.

Not th usual ambiance or vibe you usually get from other Saltgrass steak house locations. Here it's kind of loud and not too organized. Food as always is good, although they messed up my drink. I asked for a little to almost no alcohol and they ended up making it to be tasting all alcohol. I couldnt even drink it and ended up my entire drink being wasted and since im not the type who really complains and ask for it to be changed, i just kept it and didnt drink it.. But anyway, my steak was good which is a good thing. Everything else was okay.

We were on a tight schedule before heading to a show, and he went above and beyond to make sure our food came out quickly without sacrificing quality. His service was friendly, attentive, and professional — truly one of the best we’ve had anywhere. The porterhouse steak was absolutely perfect, cooked exactly how we ordered, and the truffle fries were to die for — crispy, flavorful, and unforgettable. We left full, happy, and right on time for our show. Huge thanks to Christopher for making our night stress-free and delicious! If you visit Saltgrass, ask for Christopher — you won’t be disappointed!

Memo, our server was the BEST we have ever had. He was professional, attentive and very friendly. Saltgrass is very fortunate to have Memo on your team! Our ribeye steaks were cooked perfectly. They were juicy, tender and cooked to order. Everyone is so friendly. It was an absolute awesome experience!

Waited almost 2 hours without reservation. I highly recommend making reservation if you want to come here for dinner on a weekend. Food is good for my entrée but they overcooked my brother's steak and it took awhile to get a replacement. Service was good. I would only return if I have reservation.

Saltgrass is my FAVORITE!! We make a point to go here every time we are in town (which honestly is quite frequent!) I love the atmosphere and being able to look at the river while seated. The staff has always been super friendly and attentive. Drinks are great (watermelon Fresca is amazing if you’re 21+ and if you’re not, then the strawberry lemonade is yummy.) If you haven’t experienced the queso and chips, TRUST ME - order it! Main course I always go with Maudeen’s center cut filet with house salad and ranch, and mashed potatoes. All sooo delicious!!! 😋 All in all, absolute 5/5 ⭐️

Having now been to every Guy Fieri's restaurant, I can definitively say that they're all pretty middle of the road and pricey for what you're getting. The prices here were less than his Vegas places, but not by much. Everything was okay. We got some trash can nachos, which were similar to the other two we've tried. The salad was fine, the drinks were actually strong and good. The chips and salsa were strange. Most of the chips were crumbled bits and I didn't like the chili lime seasoning on them much. The salad was pretty decent. If staying at Harrah's, I'd consider going again to try some of the entrees before making a final decision on this place.

We were so excited to try this place, but were horribly disappointed. I don’t know how Guy puts his name on a restaurant that serves absolute garbage food. The picture of the queso was very enticing….however, look at what we were served….did they run out of chips?…the actual taste of everything was beyond gross….nobody seemed to care, or take responsibility…yet made sure to charge us for everything, even though our food set there almost untouched. GUY COME PUT YOUR RESTAURANT IN CHECK!! Or take your name off the place. What a waste.

We loved this restaurant! The guac was fresh and delish! The corn appetizer was wow and the fish tacos were also fresh and so flavorful! My husband had the chicken fajitas and really liked them. I’m mostly writing this because ADRIAN was amazing! He was so friendly and informative… he anticipated our needs and was a total gem to us. Love him and this is such a great restaurant to enjoy a meal!

First off, the salsa strangely lacked salt and was overly spicy. The chips were weird. They require a reservation for subpar food. Mango and Strawberry margaritas lacked alcohol - yet they charged $16-$17 for each. The “charro beans” lacked depth and flavor. The chicken fajitas came with 10% protein, 90% veggies at $22 a plate. Pepsi products. No lovely music, the atmosphere was boring and tasteless like the food. I ordered the carne asada burrito, yet Chipotle did a better job in flavor profile, size, appearance. I’m still trying to understand why my burrito was dripping in oil??? The dessert didn’t taste fresh. I expected so much more. Not worth the $120 bill for 3 people.

The food is amazing!!! I really enjoyed it and the staff was so nice. The environment was also very cool. We ordered the trash can nachos, street corn, & Machaca burrito. We also had their drinks, a mango margarita and a michelada. Everything was so delicious. I would 100% return.

Chase is the man!!! Made a perfecto tope shelf marg for the wife.. This place is great and well managed. The entire team seems to be knowledgeable friendly upbeat and on task!! I only wish Tracy fought for my pico!!! Nexttime I will demand pico and cilantro...

Katie was absolutely amazing she was so nice to my family I really appreciate it everything came out perfectly and we had an amazing time whata cool looking restaurant and its ginormous in there I was not expecting that its a major vibe in there katie made it even better with her amazing service I will definitely be back cus those enchiladas are life i've never tasted anything like that in my life So if you're in the neighborhood come check them out katie will treat you like family

Terrible place to spend your money. Had the specials ($30'ish) of which the regular prices are around 40 to 50. Had a server named Tina who was great hence the 5 star service. Her sidekick was great too. But the hostess at the front podium was rude and obnoxious. Showed up 3 minutes early so she said we would have to wait and told me to go sit down. Uhh, OK, I don't want to sit down so I stood where I felt like standing. Wouldn't have minded sitting down actually but telling me to sit down with that attitude? Wow, she must be making millions as the hostess, said her rude personality ha ha ha! My brisket sucked, one whole strip was nothing but fat. The other part was hard and chewy, making up for the fat sections, I guess. My wife's baked potato was cold and hard. Her sirloin steak , medium well was way overcooked. Hard and black crispy edges. Sadly the steak we get at Sizzler is much better and far less. Soup was good, salad was ok, and the bread was ok as well. The shrimp cocktail was weird, mango and spaghetti sauce pretty much, yuck! Never again being the second time. First couple years ago not being that bad, not sure what happened. But for the same price, of about $100, The Salt Grass at the Gold Nugget is FAR FAR FAR better all around. Posting pics so one might see the dried up steak and fatty brisket though the white fat strip doesn't show much in the pic. But notice the left side is like a blooming hard flower looking thing. Never again! BTW, guitar singer on stage making for a loud loud shouting conversation environment. Annoying.

Service was just ok but Friendly. Wanted to send food back, but he didn't come back. We ordered the bbq platter. Brisket was 99% fat. Pure waste. Ribs were dry. Cornbread was ok. Coleslaw was ok. PLEASE get rid of guy singing. He's way to loud, and made atmosphere un-enjoyable. Also, the old food carts gotta go. Its SOO 1970's Very outdated. We were VERY disappointed in the whole experience 😔

We ordered the three courses for 29.00. I had Salmon and it was delicious. My partner had the 10 Oz sirloin and unfortunately overcooked. We did not ask them to correct it as I am sure they would have. Excellent service. I upgraded the house salad to the Ceasar and they charged 12.00 for the full salad. It was an excellent salad however. Overall I had a great meal. My partner not as lucky! The special is a great deal with desert included!

We always come excelent food! Today we dident make a reservation so we planned ahead a knew we had to wait so we decided to eat at the bar area, then the lady in at the bar said to wait we gave her some time to come and take our orders but after waiting for 20 min she then said yelled across the room bar and said how about You come to me to give me your order I’m stuck behind the bar!!! Really!!!! We then decided not to eat at the bar, she has priorities first overall. Your host in the front is also overwhelm with her job rude too! We came to eat out to this steakhouse to get served, if I wanted this to order like this I would have gone to eat tacos to the street venders, we then went inside and ate our dinner specials. Don’t eat at the bar not recommended👎

The ribeye steak was grilled to perfection. Service was outstanding. Atmosphere is very pleasant with background music to enjoy during your meal. Everybody is so nice. Great variety of entrees to choose from. I would definitely come back again real soon.

Had 10 people for wife's birthday. Robert was our server..very good and attentive. Food was perfect. We had everything from seafood to steaks and chicken. All of us were more then pleased especially those that ordered steak. Very good cuts. And desert was just the right size.

Place in general wasn't good. The appetizers, soup and salad, and entrees all came out together, were an hour late and was cold. The food wasn't good to say the least. Bartender was nice but way over worked so the din. Hostess was also nice and accommodating. Place would be great if the food was better.

Took my cousin here and she opened her sandwich and we were pretty thrown off how her sandwich was that we just laughed it off. But still not cool to have photos of a sandwich to expect and what you receive is no where near how it looks on their menu. Staff was friendly and maybe it wasn't their day but sandwich was super sad and disappointing.

So my wife went down and ordered 95 dollars worth of sandwiches from them. She ordered the sandwiches to go and they made them and moved them over to the pick up side and they sat for over an hour and 15 mins before they asked why are you still basically standing there. The cook yelled at the order taker and said they are right there. As you can see the meatball sandwich not good and taste was bland will never eat there again.

Really horrendous service. 36 minute ticket time for a grilled Italian sub. The place was empty and we were the first or second in line. Ironically, this 36 minute ticket time came after they told us we had to wait 5 minutes to order so they could recover from the previous rush. There was no evidence of any rush nor could there have been as the casino was not that crowded. There were three people working that were friendly enough, but they seemed to be completely disorganized without any really systems or training. The sandwich itself was okay, but it really didn’t not matter much by the time we got there. I would stay away and go to one of the many other restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Love Capriotti's. The sandwiches are always well made to order with a nice amount of meats, cheese, and veggies. The French dip with mushroom and onion is my personal favorite This particular location is located in the "food court" in a casino. Makes it very convenient for your late night cravings while playing the games.

I went last week, Tuesday at 11am, to get a sub. They were not open. Casino attendant stated that they are not open Monday thru Wednesday. Yet, everything online states that they are open. Apparently they don't pay well enough for people to work for them. Talked to someone in their corporate office: she just laughed about it and stated they are opening up a shop across the river in Bullhead ..... in a year. OK...maybe in a year from now I will go back. That's if they actually open up a shop.

I've been driving here 3 times from Phoenix on Sunday afternoons around 5:00 pm and the place was already closed when it was supposed to close at 7:00 pm, that doesn't seem fair to me.

This place is not what it used to be. This is the worst sandwich I've ever had from there it is so soggy it fell apart from the middle. Don't waste your money 👎

I have been coming to Pinkbox at this location for almost two years now, and I had never thought about writing a review until tonight. I must say this Pinkbox location has ALWAYS had OUTSTANDING employees who have been a pleasure to interact with. I have always been greeted with a smile and genuine friendliness. Tonight, I had the pleasure of being greeted by Sam and checked out by Amanda. Sam has been here for a while now, and she has always been on top of everything, ensuring that customers are moving and happy. Amanda may be new, as I haven’t seen her before, but her smile and energy are very contagious, so you can be sure to leave in a good mood. The donuts are always fresh and delicious. I can’t recommend just one kind, as they are all worth a try. Plus, they have the cutest donuts for the holidays, which children love! This is definitely my son's favorite donut spot. We will always drive the extra miles to come here because we have yet to be disappointed. I hope this review helps anyone deciding to come. 😃

First time trying Pink box donuts. So my first experience they didn't have the donut I wanted so had to settle for something else. Tried the blue berry fritter. The blue berry fritter was different and had good flavor. Prices are higher than my favorite donut 🍩 shop by my house and I like the donuts at my favorite donut 🍩 shop better.

NV's BEST VEGAN DONUT! I walked in with a very specific donut mission and I found my pink treasure, The Berry White. It's a plant-based donut for "Show-offs" which comes with strawberry vanilla cake, strawberry whip and sprinkles. It's undoubtedly the best vegan donut I've had at any Pinkbox location as it lived up to the glamorous marketing. I didn't find the donut to be overly sweet, and it was approved by my family's tough tastebuds. This Pinkbox is located inside the Edgewater at the front of the casino. Be sure to take a photo op with the giant donut outside near the shop's entry doors, there's a specific entrance for Pinkbox, you can't miss it. The staff were absolutely wonderful and they had speedy service! Laughlin's Pinkbox seemed lively and is a definite Nevadan favorite.

When ever we are in laughlin we make a stop at edge water casino. They ha e a punk box donuts. We really like the donuts here. Are always fresh and tast great!. I recommend the Mocha ice coffee. Ice coffee and 1 donut was $11. And tax.

Alyssa or Allison (sorry for forgetting your name and Brandon (I hope that's the name) were amazing great customer service helped suggest what I may like and the coffee drink was amazing may go back for another one! Friendly, prompt service was great! Donuts creative hard to choose but would definitely recommend the ones I pictured yummy yummy!!! Food was way undercooked and not edible. Was a little turned off by the food, so we let our server know we were not happy with the food and was going to go elsewhere. Our server must of had a discussion with her manager, and the food was taken off our check. The server brought us the new revised check with just the cup of coffee on it. The manager never came over to see what the problem was or apologize for any inconvenience. Was kind of petty to charge us for the coffee, but whatever my wife did, drink a cup. We left the server $5 tip, and she was not the cook, but I have been in the customer service my entire life, and I was dumb founded that the manager would not of even said a word. Asked for extra crispy hashbrowns and received ones cooked on one side, cold in the center and never flipped. Bacon looked like it was never put on the grill and the sausage was little more than room temperature. We eat at Dinnys in Vegas all the time. Bullhead AZ, you let us down

Senior menu is great. The County fried steak is delicious and the senior serving size is huge.

Not going back. Pricey for a lunch meal. The Bourbon Burger was served to my taste, but the onion rings were blackened. The waitress was nice, but should've rejected my burned onion rings before picking up the plate and bringing it over to me. I've eating at several other locations without a problem, but this one in Bullhead needs better cooks and lower prices!

The foods were great. The place was ckean and quiet. The service was excellent. The price was reasonable.

Don't go here unless you like really bad food that is not cooked the way you ordered it and tastes awful, being spoken to as if it's inconvenient to have to serve you, and having to wait forever for service and your food. It's incredibly overpriced for what you get, too, given the non-existent quality. This is not typical of any other Denny's I have been to; just this one. We won't go back when in town again. Denny's is a brand I can usually depend on to have good food and service. Not this one. We didn't have to wait long for a table, but we DID have to wait quite a bit before any servers even acknowledged our presence and came over. Put in our drink order and it took quite a long time to get, considering there were only two of us. The brioche French toast slam isn't really French toast. Somebody in the back literally just threw buttered bread on the grill and grilled it. It was AWFUL! My eggs, ordered over-easy, were so overcooked the yolks were not the least bit runny. My husband ordered two eggs over-easy, and his entire plate was swimming in what appeared to be a buttery type of non-stick spray. He literally had to use a napkin to absorb it from the plate and the eggs. The bacon was tasteless, as well as super hard. There was no checking with us by the waitress to see if everything was okay. She finally came by with a check. That's it.

Our sever, Tyla Y provided my wife and I the worst experience we've ever had at a Dennys. She shouldn't be allowed to interact with any customers. She needs to know that her negativity and completely sour attitude comes consequences. For her I would give 0 stars. Thankfully for my wife and I Andrea took over for her. Andrea was the complete opposite, she was polite, friendly and above all else, she was nice! For her I would give 5 stars

Cierra our waiter was on point. She was very attentive. The cook prepared my food to perfection. It was fresh, hot and very tasty. Kudos to the cook/chef. Cierra gave fast and friendly service with a 😃smile

This was my fifth Bubba Gump location I've visited and it is among my favorites. (San Francisco location on pier near fishmans wharf will always be my favorite.) Either way, this location was pretty consistent with the others, which I've always enjoyed. I'm not the biggest fish fan but I got the fish and chips and it was okay. The breading wasn't exactly crisp or crunchy so that was a bummer but overall it tasted fine. Wife and I shared a Caesar salad and it was good. Got the queso and chips and while it tasted fine the cheese was very cold. I don't understand how they managed that considering it's served in a cast iron skillet, but that too was cold. We each ordered some seasonal apple cocktail and it was tasty. The location was lovely, and we sat outside on a covered patio overlooking the river. While I had small complaints about the quality of our food, and the service was a bit slow and the servers didn't really pay us any mind, it was still decent.

I had so much fun here. We took the boat shuttle there and walked back. I am a picky eater and never tried shrimp but I had their fried shrimp and oh my it was delicious. The staff was friendly and fun. We sat right on the water with a beautiful view. Just gotta be careful with the birds, but that is something that comes with eating on the water :)

I looked up the official BubbaGump website. Photo attached. Says happy hour is 3-6pm luckily showed up a few minutes before 5pm and got happy hour appetizers and a drink. The Awesome bartender (he rocks) said Happy Hour is 3-5. He said there is a sign at front entrance says 3-5. Asked the hostesses at front where the sign is, they had no idea. Here are photos showing no sign at the front. It is pretty annoying to look up on the official website and then show up at the restaurant and find out the website was lying- I guess they figure since people are already there, they would not want to leave and just charge more. No excuse for false advertising!

Luis our server was great. He was very attentive, always made sure our party was taken care of, and had a great quantity of trivia questions for us. We’ll definitely be visiting Bubba Gumps again thanks to Luis, and the food was Great.

Had dinner at Bubba Gumps a few weeks ago. I forgot to post my review. I gotta say Rose Smith the server was friendly helpful and courteous. Food was excellent and drinks were great. Highly recommend everyone to go there and ask to be seated in Rose’s section

First time eating a medium rare steak 🥩 🤤😋 I had the filet mignon with crab stuffed shrimp, broccoli and mashed potatoes. Definitely recommend and will be back again

Does Bubba Gump Shrimp Company was in the Golden Nugget in Laughlin downstairs had a nice view of the river seated quickly service was very slow add the boiled seafood and the shrimpers feast they were okay nothing to write home about plenty of food though do you have a really nice deck that reaches out into the river for cooler times of the year we had calamari appetizer overdone am I drink was not very good

While out walking this afternoon, we decided to make a stop to eat. Great service. Great food. Busy, but our food was delicious. Everyone was working on their jobs. From the cashiers to the ones working on the floors.

My wife introduced me to In-N-Out Burger years ago and I've been hooked ever since! Love that the ingredience are always fresh and delicious. Service is always fast, friendly & courteous. never a long wait, our order is perfect every time. the staf keeps the restaurant and the kitchen clean and well organized. All of the food I've tried has been fantastic! My personal favorite is the amazing "Double Double Animal Style". Love the fries & shakes too! The atmosphere and the palm trees are super cool! The only downside, You haven't added a location in good old Grand Rapids, Michigan. But I still have a dream! Definitely recommend. Keep up the great work!

Me and a friend stopped in to try it me for my first time and I ordered a single animal styles burger animal style fries and a drink and my meal came to like $12+ and my friend got a double double burger plain fries and drink and paid a dollar less than mine and I couldn't make sense of how 2 slices of cheese thousand Island dressing and onions on an order of fries could end up costing a dollar more than and double double meal but no worries I won't be back

Always the best craving food ever. Cheeseburger Animal Style, both kinds of onion, Xtra spread, Xtra pickle and add diced yellow chilies. Mmm never let's me down.

Very good food. Very good staff. Quality consumables like paper towels and napkins. It’s weird those stuck out. But great experience. Quick food and they were actively cleaning, keeping the restaurant looking nice.

This is the worst in n out ever. The last three times Ive been there I waited over 20 minutes. The last time I ordered 3 double doubles with no tomatoes they put meat, cheese and sauce. No onion or lettuce. I was in drive thru for 25 minutes. The floors tables and bathrooms are disgusting. In n out is our favorite that's why we kept trying again. We will never go back. In n out in Vegas is great, as well as Havasu

Horrible horrible horrible. Floors are extremely disgusting and food everywhere. Restrooms are full of hardened poop. They look like they have not been cleaned in weeks. My burger that I ordered for my kids was full of salt. I don’t know if it was on purpose but it looks very disgusting. Never coming back here. They never get my order right. And the workers are nasty I saw them drop a burger and immediately pick it right back up. Will never be coming back to this in n out.

Had a birthday dinner here and enjoyed every single moment! The appetizers and dinner we ordered were cooked perfectly and were certainly tasty. We sat “outside” facing the casino floor so we got to watch people gamble while we waited and ate. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly. It was a little pricey but overall had a good experience.

We’re staying at Harrah’s Laughlin but made the drive over to the Aquarius Hotel just for Outback Steakhouse — and it was absolutely worth it. We were told the wait would be about 2 hours, which felt a bit long, but in the end, we’re so glad we stayed. Our server, Nakita, was amazing! Even though the restaurant was clearly busy, she was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious — everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. Great experience overall, and definitely worth the wait!

It was a big deal for my family to go have steak as we never do that, Juan Carlo was such a good waiter and explained to us which steaks were good and how we might like them cooked. Everything was just right. My family was full and happy. No one had to ask for more drinks or search for our waiter. This will definitely be in our family memories as a great dinner!

it’s inside the casino!! It doesn’t smell like cigarettes, which is great . Family friendly. Food was Delicious Parking is free.

Absolute 5 starts! Would be more if I could give more! My family and I had the most personable and memorable time! Great staff as well as atmosphere! No complaints on food and prices weren’t too steep! We definitely will be back again and can’t wait! Keep up the great work!

The Classic Steakhouse Experience — A Perfect Anniversary Dinner My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of being the very first guests to enjoy “The Classic Steakhouse Experience” at The Range Steakhouse in Laughlin for our 1-year anniversary — and wow, what a way to celebrate. We walked into an intimately lit, elegant dining room with a dress code that immediately set the tone for a special night. The atmosphere was classy without being stuffy. My wife enjoyed a few Cadillac Silver Patron margaritas (done right), while I kept it classic with cold Modelos. This was a prepaid, preselected menu, so no decisions needed — just sit back, relax, and let the experience unfold. And in the Laughlin/Bullhead area, this is hands down the best service and dinner you’ll find. Our server, Brandy, was incredible. Her genuine hospitality and confidence made the night feel personal and smooth. She was backed up by Ramona, who was quietly attentive and on point. We were even greeted by the chef, who was clearly passionate and excited to serve up something special — and it showed in every course. The bread service had great variety, but things really kicked off with the appetizer trio: coconut shrimp with a Mae Ploy-style sauce, an avocado pillar, and asparagus wrapped in bacon with an unreal drizzle. Flavor and presentation were top-tier. We then got a sorbet palate cleanser, followed by what was easily one of the highlights of the evening: table-side scratch Caesar salad. Brandy nailed it, putting on a show for the room while tossing up one of the best Caesars I’ve had. Next came a choice between Beef Wellington or Lobster Wellington — we got one of each. Words don’t do them justice. Rich, perfectly cooked, and absolutely mind-blowing. And to finish? Brandy’s table-side bananas foster. Flaming, sweet, warm — a perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. If you get the chance, bring your appetite and don’t miss this experience. It’s not just a dinner — it’s a night to remember.

The Range has friendly service, Otto and Aaron were very personable, but the speed of the kitchen is frustrating, you're going to be there for close to two hours for even simple meals. The food itself was disappointing for seafood, the meat was decent but you'd really expect better from a casino and the only steakhouse in it. Solid presentation though. Seated nicely on the Colorado River for views, but…I'd pass on The Range for sure, it's a one-hitter quitter for me, I won't be back.

Went to a concert last weekend and decided to stop into the range because I finally made it early enough to have an actual dinner before a show. Went to see the hostess at the restaurant and she said the wait was about two hours long, she suggested I try the bar outside in the casino area. Sat down with a party of three and the bartender literally took five minutes to even acknowledge us. I asked him if he had a cocktail menu, he said no. I asked him if he can make me a Moscow Mule, he said no. At this point I said, what do you have? He probably hates his job and honestly, I can’t blame him because of all of the nonsense he has to deal with. People came up to the bar to ask questions and he literally ignored them. They ended up walking away. Someone asked if they can get a beer there and he said “this is a bar isn’t it?” I wish I could make this stuff up, people just hate their jobs. Now about the food, ordered some other appetizers and they were all delicious. I give them five stars food and one star on service. By the way, $35 for a double of bulleit bourbon? I can’t even digest that. I ended up having a very water down. Margarita and I ordered top shelf tequila. I’ll never stop at the casino bar for the range again, will think about dining in their restaurant one day.

One of the better steakhouses in Laughlin, IMO. Service is always great and food delicious. On this occasion, I ordered the king crab legs with our usual rib eye steak. Both were delicious, but the crab turned out to be $190 for a lb. I guess I should have asked for the price first, but if you have to ask, you know the rest :) anyway, not worth almost $200, but delicious. Lobster bisque was also very good as well as the salad and desserts. All in all, still happy about the meal, but unhappy I’m going to have to ask for the “market prices” before I order :)

The entire dining experience was awesome, from being seated promptly by Cheryl to the service provided by Nick and his assistant Emily. We were not rushed and our meals, Caesar Salads, Ahi and Pork Chop were prepared exactly as ordered. We enjoyed splitting the Creme Brulee.

Ribeye was cooked perfectly, lobster Mac n cheese was delicious and the crème brûlée was very tasty. Brandy and Emily had wonderful service and were very attentive and sweet. Beautiful place and awesome experience.

The special was Halibut and my friend and I ordered it. We both agreed it was the best we had ever had and we both eat at many high end restaurants. Our husbands both had steak and both were very pleased. From the first bite of the incredible bread to the last bite of dessert. The butter cake was amazing! Thanks for making this trip one we will not forget. First class wait staff! Otto and Aaron were on top of our every need! Thanks

Disclaimer: I was mainly here for the beer. I'm a beer geek and have been since 1983, and this is the only brewpub in Laughlin. It's in the Colorado Belle casino, which means you can get beers here and take them out onto the floor. Reviews were not stellar but these are classic styles and I enjoyed them. I wasn't in the mood for more than an appetizer, my server suggested the Cauliflower Bites and they were a hit. Think Buffalo Wings but with cauliflower. I got a sampler of beers: Premium Golden Ale, the smooth, malty, drinkable, faintly hopped standard light offering. Jackass Stout, rich roasted malts in the nose and palate, dark chocolate, smooth, bitter roasty finish. Rehab Red, juicy malt nose, stewed malts and red berries in the palate, balanced hop finish with a gentle bitterness. Bodacious Blueberry Ale, juicy blueberry pops in the nose and palate, tart wheat, slightly sweet finish, just a bit too sweet but love the berry fruit. What the Puck IPA, this is an outstanding classic American IPA with grapefruit citrus in the nose, chewy caramel malt and more grapefruit and resiny pine in the palate, long dry lingering hop finish. It was my favorite and I got a 20 ounce cup to take back into the casino for $4. Prices were reasonable, I got the sampler plus a bonus brew from my server and the appetizer for about $25 with a 30% tip. I would surely go back!

Sean, the nightshift bartender at Pints, is a rude dude, but the rest of the bunch seem okay. Food is good, try the big firkin burger, share with someone to avoid heart pain. Great brews and average, but tasty apps. Mark Martinez (assistant restaurant manager) is a friendly and hard working gentleman. Bartender, Matt, is a gentleman as well. Hostess, Andriana is a busy body(hard worker) and mellow mooded.

No ask for a Santa Fe Salad, almost don't have chicken, corn and flavor. 2 star for other people with me said their selections are good.

First time here. Vacationing from AZ and heard the pizza was good. We got the $10.99 pizza and beer special and a cinnamon roll so big and drenched with icing it would be impossible for one person to eat the whole thing. Lol We were originally seated in the center of the restaurant but I requested to sit at a table along the Colorado River so we could look at the scenery. We loved the music and the food. There was a small wait to be seated and a person nearby complained that he ordered extra onions on his burger and got no onions at all even after asking for them and being told they would bring some right out. He did say the burger was still good. Also, our tab was incorrect and but they fixed it and I was never offered a refill on my soda. Overall, we were there for about an hour. We would definitely go back to try out the Mac n cheese bites.

Fun place, good beer and good food. Issue, not enough staff, did no one show up for work on a Saturday afternoon??? Luke Bryan in town, country festival on the river walk and Score racers all in town. Also, last weekend of some families Spring break. Maybe had 3 servers on the whole place and one mgr. It's a big place. Honesty, think the dish washer was asked to serve food. He was none to happy bringing people out their food and it showed. Our server was very nice, but completely overwhelmed. Maybe they also only had one cook too....Food was over an hour from time of order to get to our table. Luckily, it was hot. Place could be very good, but unless you have two or more hours to kill, don't bother going here.

We come here every trip. Today the food was just ok, but our service was horrible. We were seated in a section that they then sat a party of 25, hitting my husband with a table while they set up. We were stuck waiting on our server to take their orders. Thank a couple in the party of 25 decided this was the time to start a fight. The staff just ignored it and we ended up requesting our check. We just left our food as we felt uncomfortable since the couple fighting out loud were sitting right behind us. I would recommend the pizza if you go.

We dined at Casa Serrano based on a friend's recommendation and its convenient location via the sky bridge from our hotel. The ambiance of the restaurant was lively and fun, setting the stage for an enjoyable evening. The food, while good, fell short of expectations in terms of flavor. The meat was tender, which is always a plus, but sadly, it was bland. As someone who loves the bold spices associated with Mexican cuisine, I was disappointed that my meal lacked the vibrant flavors I was hoping for. It felt like there was a missed opportunity to really showcase the rich culinary traditions. On the service front, the staff were attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we required throughout our meal. However, they seemed to be going through the motions, lacking a certain warmth or friendliness that could have elevated our experience. Overall, while Casa Serrano has potential with its location and atmosphere, I hope they can enhance their seasoning and customer engagement in the future. I would be interested to see if a different dish might offer a more authentic taste of Mexico.

I was torn between getting the fajitas option or a combo dinner. Ultimately, I went for the latter consisting of an Enchilada Ranchera with machaca (shredded beef with peppers) and a pork tamale with a side of beans and rice. The rice could have been hotter and even the enchilada felt a bit close to lukewarm. The enchilada was pretty good as was the pork tamale; both had some pretty tender meat. When they served chips and salsa, they served two different kinds of salsa, one being spicier than the other. I appreciated that variety. The service was very good. Our server was friendly and attentive to our wants and answered our questions with ease. Overall, Casa Serrano wasn’t bad. It could be better but it wasn’t bad either.

Not good at all. I was very disappointed in the burrito I received. Carne adana burrito was just some meat and a little bit of cheese and they charged me $20.00!! No employee discount, I went back and got a refund. I don't recommend.

We ate at Casa Serrano at the Riverside Hotel in Laughlin and loved it! We shared the Fiesta Platter...it had taquitos, quesadilla, beef nachos, and potato tacos...all with sour cream, guacamole, and jalapenos. It was delicious!

Kind of a cute place. Girlfriend wanted Mexican food so we gave it a try. She said her food was good and the margaritas were great. I had the chicken and steak fajitas....so overcooked and tough I couldn't enjoy them. Could not even chew the steak. I would certainly never go back.

We've traveled from California stayed at near by hotel looked like a nice Mexican restaurant we literally waited dam near an hour for our food to get to our table. Shrimp cocktail had 3 Shrimp tasted like water. Menudo was cold had to ask to warm it up. My husband ordered a burrito "wet" it was a flat soggy burrito had a tea spoon of rice half a tea spoon if bean totally for got the meat. At this point we wanted to get check and leave! Check came $140.00 Of no taste/ no flav

Each time we visited Laughlin, this was one of our go-to restaurants. Our experience on this trip was horrible. A bartender stepped up to take our drink order, but we had to flag down a waitress to take our order. We waited a long time for the food to arrive, When it did, it was cold, the rice was hard, and the expo employee had to go back twice to get our order right. My wife tracked down the manager to complain about the service. He didn't seem to take her concerns seriously and never came by the table check on us or to apologize. In fact, he seemed to disappear. To be fair, we were not charged for two of our plates, but the only employee who knew his job was the young man handing out the chips and salsa. I'm sorry to say we will not be returning but will head across the river for mexican food on our future trips.

Well, I don't really know where to start. I'm usually very patient and not picky at all but it all has a limit. By far one of the worst restaurant experiences ever. Once we got seated we were just hit by a terrible smell, we asked for another table but the response was that for our party the only place that could accommodate such large grout was even smellier (first red flag). We were really hungry so we decided to stay, drinks took about 20 min to come out and some of the fountain drinks had a funny taste so we had to return them. After about 45 min first food orders came out. What a disaster, nothing was right, my juicy prime rib gourmet skillet was nothing more than burnt meet and potatoes. To make a long story short, everything but some pasta was uneatable, some dry, other undercooked. We ended up leaving just paying for drinks and a couple dishes, very bad experience.

Where to start!! The place smelled like a sewer, and there were flies around our table. The sprite taste like chlorine water. The food was bad it looked like they just heat up yesterday’s food. Out of all the food we order we only kept the kids food because they were already eating it and they were hungry. We had to walk out of there. The server was really Nice and apologized many times for the inconvenience.

Can we give zero stars? First, there was no one at the front counter and no sign saying we should wait to be seated. So as we were seating ourselves the waiter was flustered because we were supposed to wait... We explained there was no sign and he said they were going to get a sign but haven't yet. Speaking of signs. There was a sign advertising smoothies as we walked in so I ordered a smoothie for my drink but he said they don't have any right now. When it was time to place our order I ordered a cinnamon roll partially because it is pictured on the menu and there is also a dessert menu on the table where they are pictured. Guess what? They don't have any. My husband ordered soup and they didn't have any. At that point we should have left but it was late and we had just driven for over 5 hours to get there. Advice for the management: If you don't have something, remove the sign advertising it and / or let patrons know when they are seated. Also, maybe ask your employees to be a little apologetic about it instead of making them feel like they're putting you out by asking for stuff you don't have like they're doing it on purpose. *Update: we called the following morning and we're told they still did not have cinnamon rolls. However, there was a huuuge cinnamon roll at the Pints at the Colorado Belle which I also reviewed in case you're interested.

The server needs to learn better customer service. We had to ask him for everything. He even brought burnt toast to my dad. My lunch was good even though my soup was lukewarm. They need new management here!!

Awful place . food is old and dry. Took forever to be served and the food was nasty. This place is the worst I've seen. It's empty. It stinks!!. Fish looks like the one from the Colorado casino also stinks.

I honestly hated this place. I tried to order off their breakfast menu and was told they didn't even have banana for their pancakes let alone waffles...than why the heck is it on your menu? My wife got the chicken alferado and she was so disgusted by it she sent it back and ordered just fries proof below. Service was so slow...I can't even finish this review without wanting to punch my phone...

GREAT RESORT COFFEE & TEA SPOT! Nestled inside the Aquarius Resort and Casino is Duet which is known for its bountiful coffee options, soothing tea, and yummy pastries (donuts, fritters)! I stopped by in the morning for a cold brew w/ oat milk and it tasted better than some Starbucks! I loved my drink so much I came back the same day in the afternoon and tried one of their green tea drinks. I can verify that it was just as good! Note: If you’re looking for a quick lunch, they have grab-n-go salads and other lunch favorites. I really enjoyed the quiet, vacation vibes in here. The staff were mild and friendly, while the patrons were super mellow, even the kiddos! There’s tons of seating with comfy cushions and tables for various group sizes.

This place is absolutely adorable and has free Wi-Fi! Our first time here my husband got an Americano iced and I got a Caramel Frapp. This Frap def puts other big name coffee places to shame. Perfect mix of sweet savory and cool. The customer service here was stellar. The sofas are comfy and setting is cute and comfy. It is extremely worth the visit. And did I mention free Wi-Fi?!

We traveled to Laughlin from SoCal, stayed at Edgewater for 4 nights. Decided to give this place a try after we realized we were too late for breakfast at McDonald's. We came here for their English Muffin Sandwich but instead ordered 1 bagel breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg and cheese) and 1 croissant breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg and cheese), converted 1 breakfast into a "combo" by adding 1 white mocha iced. The coffee wasn't superb, but the fact that I was able to return to this same spot to get a refill of their "regular" coffee for $0.54 sold me! We were given $15 food vouchers between hubs and I - so we used the vouchers here. We even got points for making a purchase here. Any cost difference after the vouchers were redeemed, we paid using our TRU reward points. Overall, we experienced fast and efficient service while the sandwhiches were delicious 😋 We will be returning.

Two of the hardest working ladies in the Casino! Great food & drinks. Keep your receipt for tea refills for $.75 depends on the size. It is good for all day. Loved this place!!!!

The espresso drinks are a far shot from delicious. Each time we had a different drink and it was pretty forgettable. What gives this a higher rating is the staff, and dessert treats available. The brownie was great and the service was kind and genuine. Ultimately a good place to relax a bit from the hustle and bustle of the casino life.

The best kept secret for breakfast. They make a yummy croissant with egg and cheese, you can even split it 😋. The staff is very friendly and helpful ☺️. Highly recommend it for any quick meal during the day.

Absolute disappointment. This is not the first time eating at Fatburger in the Riverside Casino. Each time they're out of something. Tonight, they shut down the entire menu. A long line stood, as an employee shouts out only hamburger and fries available. After standing in line for 15 mins to be told this while staff plays and jokes around. No shakes, no onion rings, nothing. As I questioned the shut down, they stated they had to shut everything down to clean. They were still open for another 1.5 hours. Clearly this crew rather do simple instead of customer satisfaction.

I’ve eaten here at Fatburger several times when I’ve come out to Laughlin and stayed either at the Riverside or the Aquarius. Their burgers are always really good and their service is usually really good too. Quick.

We came here on our last trip and it was alright. I've been to both fatburger and Buffalo cafe before and the food here was on par with them. Prices weren't too bad, and the food was fine. There's not much ambiance around the place but it was fine for a average priced lunch

This place really knows how to make a burger. Mine was fresh, hearty, and packed with flavor. It’s the kind of burger I always hope for! The fries were absolute perfection. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both the burger and the fries, but this one absolutely did. I left full & happy and I look forward to coming back. 👍

Phenomenal burgers. Probably the best burger I've eaten to be honest. I wrote that the atmosphere is loud but you can still talk. Well this place is in the casino so it's going to be loud. Service was great. The wait time was appropriate considering it's made fresh. Look forward to visiting Laughlin again just for a Fatburger.

Our experience was excellent and the customer service is top notch. The food is definitely not mediocre well worth the money. It definitely took care of the craving of a burger. Larry the manager was excellent thank you very much for being kind and very respectful and great customer service.

Best Fast Food Onion Rings! Fresh, crispy and perfect texture. Service always good even in the busy Don Laughlin Riverside casino. If your looking for something different try there Egg sandwich, very good.

If you like chocolate croissants, you will love these. Plenty of chocolate throughout, not just some on the end. Have them heat it for 15 seconds, becomes nice and gooey. Perfect anytime of day.

Update: we decided to give them another try today and I wish we would have taken a hit before we left because we would have asked for our money back. Huge disappointment yet again. We definitely will not be back. We have come here for over 15 years for their eclairs and they have never disappointed until our last couple trips. Whenever we come to Laughlin we always stop in to bring eclairs back home. I’m sad to say the quality of the eclairs have changed. I don’t know if they used to make them in house and now they are out sourcing and buying them from someone but this is our second trip with same disappointment so we most likely will not return. The dough is over cooked and inconsistent as a couple of the ones even had a burnt taste to them. They don’t fill them as full as they used to and the filling tastes different. Totally bummed and hope someday we might take another chance and I can update this review that they have listened and improved the quality and taste.

Their sandwiches are dry they dont offer mayo mustard or anything to put in it .... bacon was cold not worth the almost 12$ I paid for it just to throw it away very disappointed will not be going back 😞

The staff here is so rude and nasty. We used to get our favorite ice cream at the shop by the elevator, we found out the ice cream shop was move to the poolside cafe shop not a good idea.

I was just there trying to get my morning coffee like every yr. I come and I stop here for my coffee , but today there's a really rude lady. If she doesn't want to to deal n help customers why does she even come to work.

Just came back from Tropicana Sunday and i could say it was a bad experience overall besides the poolside cafe it was good came back 3 times in 1 day 5 times in total in my 3 day stay mostly because of the beautiful kinda tall black hair cashier only nice person throughout the whole stay

All's great just beware pool is in between both towers so it's in the shade

Extremely high prices and low quality, overcooked food means beware of this place. Buns are burned. Fish, burger patties, and fries were cooked to the point of tastelessness. Employees yelling at each other in the kitchen. All this makes for a dismal dining experience. NOT recommended.

The staff were friendly, and the burger was well-seasoned, with a generous amount of ketchup and mustard, which I appreciated. However, for a location that wasn’t busy—I was the only one in line—I had to wait almost five minutes for a burger, despite making no special requests. While the food quality was decent, the wait time felt unnecessarily long given the lack of activity.

Not only has this location become incredibly overpriced, but it's also filthy. The place is an absolute pigsty. The staff clearly don’t know how to fulfill orders properly—if at all. I used the app, showed them the valid code on my phone, and was still told it was invalid. On top of that, every burger in the order was missing mac sauce. Completely unacceptable.

The night workers are the most polite and kind people ever. I was a little short cash on my order and they handled it with compassion and kindness. Props to McDonald's in the Hwy 95 old Bullhead City by the bridge. Thank you night shift graveyard drive thru!

There were for of us, and we needed some help with the app and the kiosk, but not one employee offered to help or even acknowledge our presence. This seems to be a trend with most McDonald's as they give drive-thru customers priority. What a shame. We are all seniors who love McDonald's but not their service.

The general manager Jeannette Serrano is unprofessional and mistreats her employees im a customer I have seen her make them cry blame them for her own personal mistakes on several occasions her customer service skills are by far the worst she puts a great act on while corporate is inside or present she treats customers rude argues and refuses to replace cold food and messed up orders the health department needs to inspect I got expired milk twice in a months and she told her employees to just change the stickers on the towel buckets instead of replacing the entire bucket in my opinion she is the worst general manager and should be secretly investigated because she's breaking many laws if this treatment continues it could further a lawsuit of how a employer mistreats staff and public I hope corporate knows I'm contacting them!!!I gave 1 star 🌟 for the review but she gets a 0

From Monday to Friday 4 pm till 6 pm they have a happy hour. The food is really good. The view is exceptional of the river.

I’ve been to the Cove many times before. This time, my wife and I got happy hour wings and fish tacos. The food was decent, not great. Ricardo, the server, was very nice and pretty prompt. The view is great, looking right over the river.

Great place to grab a bite to eat inside the Aquarius Hotel. We had just come in from swimming/pool so it was close and readily available. Bill, our server was great and attentive. The burgers was tasty and I love that tater tots were an option rather than fries. If you can, save room for dessert, or box it up and take it to your room for later. The chocolate cake is completely decadent, but oh so worth it. Overall, nice place to grab a bite to eat, unless your sitting by the window, not much to look at.

03/22/25: Let's start with my alcohol beverages 40 minutes later and I had to remind Tommy our server. Then told our drinks would be on the house ok ! Then our food came out 3 minutes after our drinks by then we were kinda full of ice water, our calamari had an aoli that was drenched in it was soggy it was no longer crispy and I could not taste the calamari. Our ribs with pasta was warm and our Caesar salad was also swimming in Caesar dressing 🤐😑. Thank goodness for the live entertainment. The gentleman playing was great. This is our second time here and was very disappointed when our bill cameour 2 drinks were on our bill . I paid full bill plus tip all cash. This will be the last I visit and stay at Aquarius it's spring break and this restaurant is under staffed two servers and one bartender for a busy bar and weekend. To the chefs in the back . Work on your timing and presentation with your food. FOH and BOH needs proper staffing.

This is a classy lounge, with a scenic view of the river. A good place to meet people. They have bar sitting, table sitting, or go down stairs to the couch sitting. This place is good to grabs drinks, some appetizers to snack on while you chat it up with your friends. I would definitely take a date here. Drinks look really fancy, and taste even better. I paid more for drinks of a lesser quality other places. This place will not break the bank. I enjoy the raspberry lemon drop, and the Calamari.

The food is very inconsistent! We literally had the best fish tacos of our entire lives last fall, to the point that I told my husband I wanted to dine at The Cove on both Thursday and Friday nights of our current trip to Laughlin. The fish tacos were incredibly undercooked Thursday night! I can't remember ever sending my food back before that meal. The second round of fish tacos were not much better than the first, and were unbelievably greasy. On Friday night, the fish tacos were half the size as the night before. My husband and I both had digestive issues following our meals at The Cove. The entertainment and atmosphere makes this venue worth visiting, but more consistency and higher standards need to be placed on the food. With so many food options in Laughlin, The Cove was very disappointing.

Our favorite bar at the Aquarius. Non smoking, views of the Colorado River from either the bar or the lounge area next to the bar. Bartenders and their ‘back ups’ are consistently friendly and responsive. Our favorite Bartender at The Cove is Chad. The food menu is limited but with good selections. Both the bar area and lower lounge area have tables and tables for either couples or groups. The waitresses and waiters are responsive and food is served in a reasonable amount of time, of course depending on numbers of guests and how busy they are. Chad is a long-time Bartender at the Aquarius and is quite talented in preparing specialty drinks. Our favorite is a ‘Mudslide,’ complete with chocolate designs in the inside of the glass. The video poker machines can run ‘hot and cold,’ but on more than one occasion we’ve watched or experienced some pretty good payouts at this bar. Note that The Cove Bar & Lounge closes at 9:00 PM weekdays, but may stay open a bit longer if there are customers who arrive near closing time. We highly recommend!

Good drink and food specials. I'd say 4 stars on that. No wood seats without gambling machines. Kinda wish there was. They have pool tables and what I'm guessing is a dance floor. Bartender was nice enough but not exactly enthralled to be there or even mentioned any specials until I was leaving haha.

The black Agnes burger was the bomb. I took advantage of the Tuesday special $7.00 combo. Plus on my previous visit. I had thr BLT. Yummy...

Great local dive for a few drinks and a quick bite! They have some slots at the bar as well as a pool table. The pricing is incredibly reasonable for beers and food.

Great place to take a step into the Old West! Been here a few times, We've stayed right behind Old Town at the Harrah's, so just a short walk for lunch and/or cocktails. always enjoy the atmosphere and the service is always on point. Cool little casino, good food and drinks. big dance floor, music and the staff is friendly and entertaining. the patrons are a lot of fun too, I've lucked out with my timing and have never had to wait for a seat. Somewhat of a hidden gem. If you're visiting or just passing through Laughlin, check out Old Town Saloon, It will not disappoint.

Came in town from Cleveland, Oh and decided to check out The Old Town Saloon. Alex, working behind the bar, was super friendly and nice. Service was great so was atmosphere. 10/10 would go back

Liquor for Long Island and tropical Red Bull is the absolute best drink I’ve ever had and our bartender Darcy was the best bartender ever she is so personable and we had such a fantastic experience. It was my husband 41st birthday and we had the best time. It was such an experience you need to come down and experience it for yourself.

Took my guy for Father's Day Dinner. Everything we ordered was fresh and the portions were incredibly generous. The salad was the freshest ever. The service was great! We had 5 p.m. reservations and were seated immediately. Our waitress was knowledgeable and very professional, very well versed on the menu and the daily specials. I strongly suggest you check it out. Wonderful food - 5 stars! HORRIBLE service - 0 stars! We had 6:30 reservations and when we walked in, we stood at the door over 5 minutes listening to the phone ring and not one staff coming up to greet us or acknowledge the phone. When the hostess finally arrived, she seemed frazzled, grabbed the phone and then had no clue how to put the caller on hold. We asked about getting a window seat and were told (like we should know better) we should have mentioned this when we set up the reservations. My Father-in-law also asked the manager about a cake since we were celebrating my husband's birthday and the manager seemed more than happy to oblige and said he would get back to us - never saw him again. Our table waiter was unfriendly and when we asked for a couple glasses of water without cucumber, he treated us with a bad attitude the remainder of our meal. We even watched him huff at the hostess when she asked him to set a table. Later we saw her having to set the table. Our waitress wasn't very friendly either, doing the bare minimum and once we received our food, we didn't see her again until it was time to pay. It was a Thursday evening and the restaurant was not that busy that the waitress couldn't check on us at least once, or even replenish our beverages. When we asked the waitress about the cake that the manager never got back to us on, she told us that we should have known to ask for that when we made the reservations as there cakes come from a bakery and they only get a set amount. They couldn't spare cake for 5 people, even though we were more than willing to pay for it. Thankfully the food was delicious- our compliments to the chef and kitchen staff as they are probably the only ones keeping this restaurant going. While the food was definitely worth the cost, the service that should have gone with it is lacking considerably making for a disappointing dinner.

Terrible experience. Food was mediocre at best. Service was horrible. We waited 15 minutes before our waiter came to take drink order. Frankie was amazing and welcoming but our server Dwayne was horrific and very rude. While eating my soup that came 45 minutes later, I almost swallowed a huge piece of plastic. The waiter didnt even apologize when I showed him. I got my glass of wine I ordered an hour later when the manager finally came to speak with us. Waiter Dwayne should work somewhere like McDonalds because he took this fancy restaurant 4 star atmosphere to a NEGATIVE 5 STAR. NEVER AGAIN.

I went to the Vineyard Monday night which just so happened to be my 21st birthday! There was absolutely no wait and even though it was very beautiful and elegant inside there was no dress code, which made my experience nicer saying as I wasn't forced to change out of jeans. Also the prices for meals ranged anywhere from 20-50 a plate which is pretty reasonable. We were helped by Dewey and Chris and received the best customer service I have ever been given. They made me feel very special and made sure my family enjoyed ourselves. They laughed and joked with us and it was an absolutely unforgettable night. The food was absolutely superb as well! I recommend the Pollo de Belle. Thank you so much again Dewey and Chris and the amazing chefs for giving me the best birthday dinner.

Truly a horrible experience - worst meal this entire trip. To start we were required to pay a 20% gratuity and could not split the bill. One person had to pay and then collect from everyone else. Okay, we had a group of 8...it's policy. We understand, didn't like it but understood. Service was so slow with no apologies! If it had been just me and my husband we would have walked out and believe me, we are not complainers normally. My friend beside me ordered a glass of chardonnay. She did not ask for anything special. Checking the bill later it was a reserve that cost $13.00. Glasses of simple chianti were $10.00 apiece. My husband's calamari was overfried and tough. He couldn't even chew the stuff. My cioppino was truly the worst I've ever had. 5 clams, 2 shrimp, 2 scallops and 3 of the largest mussels I've ever seen artfully arranged in a marinara sauce. Everything was overcooked and tough. I will be lucky not to get sick tonight, the mussels smelled and tasted off. Dreadful! Not going back there to eat at any time in the future.

First we ordered a 4-course meal for 2 which came out to 40$. Plus a calamari appetizer which was 8$. Wait was short, place was very elegant with no major dress code. Our first part of our meal was three types of bread with three different butters. Second, large personal salad. Next, our calamari. Fourth, sherbet spoon while we waited. In addition, we chose house wine to have with our meal (came with deal). Fifth, our two main meals. Last, our lemon cake for desert. Overall every part of our meal was amazingly great.

The food was good, although the hostess was terrible.The restaurant was practically empty, although we were treated very rudely because we didn't have a reservation. We asked for seats by the windows facing the river but we're denied because they were reservation seating only- even though all of the seating in that area was empty and only 1 or 2 other groups came during the time that my family and I were there (we would know, we were seated immediately inside the entrance). The server was much better to us than the hostess.

There is no food service. Our bartender gave us a hard time. We wanted a drink and gamble some. He told us the first drink in on them. Because we wanted to gambl. But all the rest of the drinks were on us no matter how much we gambled. The atmosphere was awesome. Loved the decorations.

We had so much fun at Gilligan's! Everytime we go to Laughlin, we will go! The service was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is the most fantastic feeling! Highly recommend this bar!!!!!

I've been there only twice now in the past calendar year. Same bartender both times. He is very attentive. Very clean and quiet atmosphere. Machines are very good employees did their job well. Lol

Always a great stop. We make a point to go to Gilligan’s when on vacation. It’s a nice break from the big casinos and their staff is great to chat with.

Went for a Birthday and Anniversary. Lots of people did. Very cool. Do it at least once if in town. Will definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour! We had no idea we were seeing the *actual* London Bridge that was “falling down”. Who knew it was taken down brick by brick and reassembled in Arizona?! 🤯 The trip was incredible, and our guide was both informative and entertaining. It was a super fun way to spend the day! :)

What a fun little boat ride it was a two hour tour. The boat was spectacular. My mom even peaked into the kitchen and noticed how clean it was. The food served up was huge portions so don’t eat before you go! Live music was really nice. There’s two floors downstairs is the dining area with great views out the windows and upstairs is the live music so really nice relaxing beautiful cruise.

The Laughlin River Cruise was so pleasant. The dinner was delicious and presented eloquently. The wait staff were so friendly and attentive. Well worth the price for a truly lovely evening. A guitarist/ singer provided music on the upper deck after dinner.

This was a wonderful last minute decision my husband and I choose on our honeymoon. The crew were phenomenal and even told us, when we were topside, our food and dessert were being brought out so it would be fresh. Which was awesome because the food was splendid. They also came to find us at the end of the ride to close out our check! The captain was friendly and let people in the cockpit to talk about the boat and the tour. All around an amazing time, and would totally recommend!

We took the dinner cruise for are anniversary and it exceeded are expectations. The crew was super welcoming and very attentive to everyone. We ordered the salmon and chicken Parm. Both were delicious and great portions. Defently recommend the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream! Worth every penny will be back again!

Highly recommend. Food was great and the staff was wonderful. We did think it would go farther down the river (hour away and an hour back) instead of just circling in front of the casinos but the it was still lovely.

This buffet seemed like it might be a let down at first, it's pretty small compared to many of the other buffets in town, but I'm glad we were wrong. We went during brunch on a Tuesday. It was relatively quiet and we got a view right on the river. They offered free beer, margaritas, and champagne. We ended up being really happy! Satisfied and I got to get an omelet just how I like it. The orange juice was not good, the service was pretty good, not stellar, but it was good. They offered sugar free deserts too!

Buffet was small. Only a few options, but pretty good. The hollandaise sauce was delicious! Mimosas and brunch by the river is a great idea.

One buffet in all of Laughlin that’s still open. Simple fare and clean. Nice staff and a good view of the river.

I was not happy with the buffet they had. Most of the food trays were empty. No ice cream available all empty or broken. I would not eat here again. Very disappointing

The good, Service is very good for a buffet, waitstaff are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and well maintained but its age shows. Prices are responsible. Really nice river view. The Bad Selection is mediocre and food quality definitely has room for improvement. A lot of the food had been out for quite some time but temperatures seem to be maintained within proper food handling requirements. Many items tasted like leftovers. The service staff, cooks and counter servers seam to be trying but lacked training and acted as if they aren’t exactly sure what to do. My overall impression is that restaurant management is not taking an active role in quality assurance and employee training.

Update. 01.22.2020 nice hotel and casino shame about the appalling buffet. Wow another bad buffet in Laughlin. Staff nice but the food was quite frankly awful had to pick about to find something tasty everything was dry and look like it had been sat too long. Even the beef being carved was dried out, I could not swallow it without a drink. A bland cramped buffet with a great view of the Colorado river. Shame great location. One year on and went again 22rd January 2020 8.45pm and we should have asked for our money back the buffet was virtually inedible at the carving station the meat was on its last legs, dry and old. Almost all of the food had clearly been out too long. Mash potatoes were so dry as with all the food the only saving grace was the ribs but tasteless. Management should be ashamed. A health risk.

If you get the buffet your food is usually at best room temperature. The meats are overcooked and dry, and the vegetables, especially the carrots are undercooked. This is a recurring problem not just a once in a while problem. Now if you order off the menu, the meat turns out beautiful. If you order a steak and french fry plate, such as rib eye, they seem to not understand that if you put the fries on the plate and place the steak over them you get a big greasy batch of fries. This is also recurring. I don't understand how anyone working there doesn't get that yet. Management doesn't seem to care about these problems. I had a complaint yesterday about the mini cupcakes as they were totally hard and obviously dried out. The server took it to the manager who totally blew it off. The servers and bussers are great. They greet you and keep your area clean. The servers take your order in a timely manner and are really great. I do not recommend this place. Hopefully they will someday correct these problems. We have eaten there many times at different intervals and get the same effects each time.

First of all, this is an awesome place. Bartender was super friendly. It wasn’t super crowded. Drinks were very well priced. The review pictures make it look like there are a lot more pool tables than there really are. Apparently, those pics were taken a long time ago. Today, there are exactly 3. The one we played on appeared well-maintained and the cloth was nice. Although it was slightly unlevel. You ask for a pool table and they bring you a cue ball and unlock the table so you don’t have to keep feeding it quarters. That was nice as well. All in all, I thought this was a nice quiet spot to hang out. Would definitely recommend.

This is a gem and Laughlin just got even better after having found this place. We didn’t get the name of the gentleman bartender tonight but he was delightful, this place besides having impeccable bathrooms has the most fun games and everything you can ask for to have a good time with friends. We will certainly go back, this place deserves many 5 stars!

Love this place! Out of all of the local places to have a drink here in Laughlin, this is the best! Pool tables, darts, good music, friendly atmosphere, video poker, large screens for sports watching, etc! Best thing about this place though is the service! Tim the bartender is wonderful! Always makes you feel welcome, doesn't let your glass sit empty, keeps the bar cleanly and is informative about all things Laughlin! Will continue to come back to this place for years to come!

Wow! Looks like a tiny little place, until you go in. We were checking it out for our corn hole tournament on Saturday the 22 of April. Stayed and played a couple of hands on the poker machine. What more can I ask for!! Can't wait to see how it goes. My friends are dealing with the owner to get us set up for the tournament and he's very accommodating. Forgot to mention, 3 pool tables! I've lived here for 6 years and was unaware of this gem!!

They didn't have food inside. But other patrons told us food was excellent at food truck. When I called early other staff answered phone didn't know about food truck. Really clean inside and they don't rip you off on drink prices.

Bartender was great, good attitude. Beer was cold, not a lot of choices for tap but bottles worked. Really a decent place if you don't want to deal with the casinos.

Nice local bar, air conditioning works great. bar is dimly lit but adds to the atmosphere. I went during the graveyard shift and there is a great bartender there named Brandy. Say hi and have some good conversation. Will go back again

Always friendly bartenders! No comp system for high dollar players, no free play offers. But as long as your playing max bet and keep playing, the drinks keep coming. The bartender Tammy does food for the players out of her own pocket on Thursday evenings!

This place is smokey as hell, everyone here smokes, the bartender smokes, I think i saw smoke coming out of the bar stools. Then as you play the machines keep default to $1 domination.

Bartendar tried to push us to bet max or pay for overpriced drinks, I guess we were betting to slow and got told we had to pay for two out of 4 of the beers not friendly or fun

Due to a lack of food options at Harrah's, we ate here 4 times during our three night stay. We had breakfast three times and dinner once. I guess considering we ate here so many times it was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food quality is something like a Denny's I'd say. Prices were fine, not quite as high as the Vegas prices we're used to but not cheap by any means. If we're at Harrah's again we'll likely eat here multiple times during our stay.

Our first time here! We were pleasantly pleased. The food was good and good variety. The service was excellent. Very friendly waitresses! They offer a military discount. Thank you. Easy to find the casino area!

I must admit to having 2 not so great experiences here in the past year or two, especially with servers. Tonight was different. First our waiter, Javin, was excellent and helped my husband choose his dish. He settled on the French dip. The sandwich and fries were good. I ordered the salmon hoping it would be OK and it was delicious. The broccoli was tender, but not over done. The rice was cooked well too. We also ordered a Banana Brulee cup cake. It was a little plainer than we expected, with only one walnut on top. It tasted great, but seemed a little expensive for what it was. Overall, it was a much better experience this time around.

The food portion for what you are paying for is not worth it. Food is also dry and plain. No creamer choices, only the non dairy creamer they have and the juice for an adult that we ordered was basically kid sized. Staff is good but overall not worth spending your money on. Seems like the casino overall is very cheap on everything, including the rooms.

I just got off of a 24 hour shift. I’m in own with my mom, decided to have some breakfast and wow. The food is great but if the service sucks the food doesn’t sit right. There is nothing better than having a pleasant waitress to smile at you and be kind. Kristy is great and made this experience for us. Thank you Kristy!

Our server was excellent this evening. We enjoyed the variety of choices for the food that you can select from and the specials that they had for the summer.

Scott, our waiter, made the experience perfect. He was attentive and very personable. Answered all my questions and went above to accommodate my requests. After trading some of the posts, I had to add that our food was excellent. I had the Bacon Cheese Fried Chicken and my husband, the Four Seafood Plate (I think). Mine was delicious and he enjoyed his also.

Went for lunch with family. My 5 year old niece decided on the table she wanted and the waitress laughed and confirmed that spot was ok. Great with kids, great atmosphere, great food.

The Claim Jumper restaurant in Laughlin was just okay. The place definitely feels dated, and honestly, so does the Golden Nugget hotel it’s located in. You can tell it’s been around a while and could really use some updating to match today’s standards. The restaurant itself was clean, but the décor and overall atmosphere felt stuck in the past. The food was average — nothing terrible, but nothing that really stood out either. Portions were decent, and service was polite but not overly attentive. If you’re already staying in the hotel or nearby, it’s convenient for a quick bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. Laughlin does not have other good eating spots worth checking out either.

This claim jumper is very inconsistent but it's a good place to eat in Laughlin if you have to go out to eat. The chicken fried chicken is always good. Pot pies are delicious. If the customer service was better it would go a long way. Don't bother ordering alcoholic drinks they are never the same. overpriced. Go to the bar.

And I never skimp out on there caramel butter cake, the simply must have dessert! Excellent job, wonderful food and awesome scenery! 5 stars and I'll be back soon

Great food , great service ask for Perry the best service ever

We walked up, the only people in line. However, some customers were on their way out, and they had to pay before leaving. Unfortunately, the same person that seats you is the person that was checking people out. No problem, we can wait a minute. But then, another couple came up to pay, and then another, and another, as we stood there, me with my cane, waiting to be seated. She was very slow checking people out, and didn't seem to care one bit about us having to wait a long time. Finally about 10 minutes later, we were seated. There was an empty table with a beautiful view, and I had asked if we could sit there. She rudely said no, the table hasn't been wiped down yet and you would have to wait a long time. Just sit here, seating us at another table. We immediately ordered the $1.99 shrimp cocktails. They aren't too bad, but the shrimp are very tiny, little bay shrimp. The celery and sauce were good additions. She ordered a New Mexico style breakfast burrito while I ordered their $5.99 shrimp basket special. The shrimp were a little bit overcooked, and over battered. The hush puppies were nearly burnt, hardly edible. The fries were forgettable. There was a lot of gristle in the burrito, and the bacon tasted more like ham. Not terrible, but not great either. The interior was nice, I just wish we could have got a better view of the river. They didn't seem too excited that anybody was there, acting too busy to be friendly.

CAFE IN PROGRESS... Okay, so the food is not inherently bad here, my parents had some great meals (steak, salads, etc.) but mine was just meh. I ordered the chicken enchiladas as I'm sensitive to a couple of food items on their menu. The enchiladas felt more like nachos, again they didn't taste bad but it was weird. Now, the beans could definitely be improved, they tasted like Rosarita refried beans that you'd get from a can. When you're paying for a sit-down restaurant the level of food should match the location. Service was also lackluster as the waitress, although nice, was not very attentive. Additionally, the host at the front of the restaurant where you get checked-in was very rude and was scowling at us and other guests. He seemed borderline racist tbh, did not like him at all! I feel like they've revamped this restaurant recently and they're trying to work out the kinks. However, I don't see a team here, I see an "every man for himself" work environment and it shows in the food and customer service.

I bought biscuits and gravy and eggs and hashbrowns for $4.95! Great price and great service. Also got ham steak 😋. There can be a line but we got in when there wasn't one.

Filthy 🤢. The table was only half wiped down with a dirty rag. We watched it being "cleaned." The menus were visibly dirty and nasty to touch. Food was served on plates with dried on food from a prior meal (not ours). At first I told my husband it was just his juice from his steak. Once I went through several of my fries, I found a dried yellow smear of something like mustard. We had nothing around us that was yellow. While waiting, and waiting some more, I took a napkin and wiped at his plate. Nope, not juices. Dried crud and it was on over half the plate. His plate also had dried stuff on the bottom. My water glass had dried brown stuff on the inside and so did the replacement. We didn't finish and they didn't charge us. The food we ate wasn't great. The gristly thin steak was sort of properly cooked. The veggies seemed to be a cheap frozen overcooked rubbery mushy mess. The baked potato was okay, but very small. The french fries were actually awesome until i discovered the dried on yellow stuff under them. Our waitress was friendly, but the service was slow. Do not recommend and will not be back.

Got the steak and eggs special for $10.99. It was a lot of food. I had steak cooked medium well, hash browns, eggs over medium well and biscuits and gravy. Everything was very good, the eggs were cooked to perfection and medium well eggs is hard to get right most of the time, however, the steak was full of gristle. I ended up having to leave a third of it on the plate because it was pure gristle. The server greeted me promptly after being seated and then was very kind and attentive to me while I was there.

Terrible service!!!!!! I wish we would have gotten the waitress' name.... Waitress did not check on us ever during the 40 minutes of waiting...We ordered food which never came. We were a party of two. We ordered simple meals. We waited for 45 minutes...The waitress never checked on us. Shame on her!!!! She lost out on the possibility of a great tip. The man who seated us was very kind & professional. I will never ever return!!!!!!

I stopped by to get a quick breakfast before leaving town. Sadly I sat at the table for 15 minutes before a waitress walked by and asked if I wanted more coffee. She then realized that I had not been waited on. She took my order. It was not a good experience.

I have to say the Riverview Restaurant had some great food and service. My Mushroom Burger had plenty of mushrooms on it and all the toppings were fresh and crisp. The fries were a bit lacking in crispiness but they weren’t bad. Our server was very friendly and did her best for us. I appreciated that. I think the only thing I didn’t like was that the restaurant was near the section of the casino that allowed smoking; the scent of smoke kind of brought down the atmosphere to me. Aside from that, the Riverview Restaurant did solid work on their food with a great crew. And of course, it offered a nice view of the river.

Went here for breakfast. The food was mediocre. Nothing special. It was a good price though. View was wonderful. It was pretty peaceful in there. With the morning sunshine on the tables and seats you can see all the dirt which made me not want to be there any more than I had to be.

Out of the places we ate at in Laughlin this was by far the best. When we got to the stand we were greeted and asked how your day was going, then asked if we had a preference on a table or booth. After we sat down we were promptly greeted by the server assistant and asked what we would like to drink. The server gave us enough time to look over the menu before asking if we were ready to order, our food came out pretty quick it was maybe a 5-8 min wait and came out hot. Food was delicious and hot

Food was okay. Steaks were over cooked but the price was nice. Steak and eggs with hash browns and toast, 20 bucks. Service needs improvement and the bar isn't open in the morning so no beer with breakfast. But our waitress was slow and missing most of the time. Great view and if you're a trucker, you can park across the river and take the free boat across to the casino.

Food was OK.loe priced. I had fish it was tough, fast delivery. Clam chowder was ok. Salty side.

Came to Don's Riverview looking for prime rib and was very pleased. First time here and the service was great. We didnt have to wait to be seated. The service was oustanding.

Delicious food, quick, friendly service. I got a western burger medium rare and it came out medium rare. I also had a warm cinnamon bun, which was so huge, I had no idea a cinnamon bun of that size would be coming out. It was delicious. I loved the fries but they were a little cold so they weren't a fresh batch. Still enjoyed them, though. Great views of the river.

Location wasn’t too busy but had a good amount of people there eating. Staff was friendly and our server DJ (Dennis) was amazing and really made it a great visit. Food was okay but wasn’t exactly anything to write home about. Would think prices would be a bit lower for what you get. But overall a 4/5

It was our first time dining here. DJ was our server, he was literally running to get to all his tables in a timely manner. A+ for service and work ethic. Very friendly, enjoyed our meal and experience.

First time at this place. Country fried steak and eggs. The service was 5 stars, very friendly and helpful. Dennis was my server, great guy. I liked the atomosphere, open to the Casino and a good sound system played music I liked. Some might want a quieter experience but I’m in the sound system business and I like the liveliness of a present sound. The food was average, country gravy thin and a little off in flavor. The steak, eggs and biscuit were perfect. Hash browns just ok. The greeter was great and I like the carafe of coffee cleft on the table. Coffee was perfect. All in all I would try Carnegie’s at the Tropicana out again and give the food a B, service A+.

DJ was a prompt, friendly & attentive server! Our order was perfect and hot! He kept our glasses full & table serviced! The restaurant was clean and attractive. We will be back!

This restaurant has changed so much in the past few years. It used to be a nicely appointed Italian themed place with red table cloths and warm atmosphere, but now...no. They remodeled the place to look like a food court with no private tables. The food choices are extremely limited and the soft drink prices are the same as a movie theater. It's a horrible disfiguration of what Passaggios used to be. So sad.

Food court-ish and pizza was way undercooked. We were the only customers so no reason for that to happen.

The pizza is the absolute best!!!! The pasta on the other hand is VERY mediocre. Had the lasagna and the spaghetti and meatballs and neither was very good. The bread sticks are the bomb and we had 2 baskets of them, absolutely delicious! The service was fair to poor. Would go back for the pizza and bread sticks. UPDATED review Unfortunately this restaurant changed. It is no longer the nice full service restaurant it used to be. It is now order at the counter and they only have certain puzzas which you cannot modify. Not worth the stop anymore.

Love going here every chance I can. The food is yummy and so reasonably priced. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The all-you-can-eat pasta is a great value for the price, which includes fresh breadsticks, soup and salad bar and all the pasta you can eat, with many different varieties to choose from. It's even a better deal if you have a players card!

We knew Passiagos when they waited on you, had a salad bar, garlic bread included, good food and reasonable prices in a nice atmosphere. If you expect this now you will be highly disappointed as we were. Now there is no garlic bread unless you pay $7 for it, side salads that are chopped up iceberg with packet dressing that you pay for (no more salad bar, ever again they said), no more bottomless pasta bowl (btw the fettuccine was the most plain we have ever had)... very disappointed. The atmosphere has been ruined and feels like a cafeteria with no waiters or waitresses. We love Tropicana but won't EVER, EVER eat here again. One employee of the casino walked up to us while we were eating and when we gave our opinion (they asked) their response was, well the changes are results of COVID and we are a "to go" place now. We were also told the limit of one bowl of pasta (like I mentioned, no more bottomless) was "to help watch portions for some of us"... how rude, even if he thought it was a joke. It's just bland food and not worth it. Save your time and money. I usually don't write bad reviews but this was worthy of it.

Excellent service (Jared) and terrific food. I can't wait to go back. All you can eat pasta bowl with soup and salad bar was awesome. Minestrone soup was some of the best I've ever had. Take away one star for weird, limited hours.

Went to this establishment after an 8 hour drive from Sacramento. We were tired and wanted a place to kick back and enjoy some much needed food. What we were greeted with was a lousy hostess who scoffed at us for coming in so late. I get it, you guys close at 10, but we arrived around 9:15pm. After looking at her watch and giving the rudest attitude, she took us to our table and threw our menus down, then walked off. Speaking to the manager did little to alleviate the rudeness of the hostess, but the server was fantastic! We should have left but after the drive, we were too drained and just appreciated the chance to kick back, rest and eat. We will not be visiting nor recommending this establishment.

Great place and very inexpensive. The decor has a very cabin feel to it. “Northwoods in WI” would describe it perfectly!!! The food was scrumptious with generous portion sizes! Chicken Alfredo on point! Burgers were quite tasty and grilled perfectly (1/2 lb). The fries! Battered with light seasoning. YUM! The chef salad is huge with so much goodness and fresh too! Prices are unbeatable! Highly recommend. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table; not complaining. We had been warned the wait for food was long, however we didn’t think it was long at all. We were there appx 8 pm for dinner.

Enjoyed this place for lunch so much we returned for dinner! Friendly staff, very reasonable prices - the food is tasty, fresh and delicious. Recommend the burger with house made chips and the chicken salad. Chicken fried chicken was great too - was enjoyed with brown gravy instead of the white gravy normally used. Was very busy, be prepared to wait but well worth it! This place is located inside the Laughlin Riverside Lodge.

10/30/23.. still the best deal in town! Breakfast for under$10!!! Definitely will return! New menu and prices hit the mark! Breakfast menu items for under $10, hamburger lunch for $8.50! Food tasty, Service was attentive and atmosphere relaxing. We got a burger during BK hours and cornbeef hash BK $5, Coffee $2.

Pleasantly surprised! The prices, service & food is great. An ALL AMERICAN is $6ish. We came from breakfast, very tasty. The biscuits & gravy was perfect. The gravy WASN'T lumpy flour with too much salt or dry biscuits. INSTEAD the gravy is smooth, balanced with tiny pork bits & a delightful finish of rosemary. We came back for early dinner the next day having onion soup for app. Pot Pie was deconstructed pie but SO flavorful. Husband had the steak sandwich...we ordered it medium raw with cheese. (We sliced the steak after it arrived to enjoy tiny tender bites.) Delicious!! Depending on the time of week or day wait times can vary.

Great family oriented restaurant. Tried the hamburger with bighorn fries & fish tacos. Well served and tasteful. Fair prices. It is very clean and the view to the river is great. Perhaps the restaurant is understaffed, but be patient, food is good, and staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended 100%.

Wow, this is a gem on the river! Delicious food at incredibly low prices! How do they do it? Styled like a log cabin and with an open fire. Fantastic food. Amazing burgers, and make sure you try the big horn fries. Absolutely delicious. We had the Big Horn Chicken Sandwich $10.99 and the Classic Burger $8.49 with added mushrooms and Swiss for $2 extra. The lobster bisque was fab. The staff are terrific, from the lady that takes your name, we waited 20 mins at 8pm on a Saturday on comfy settees to the servers, so helpful and pleasant. You must visit. Excellent.

Food looked and tasted AMAZING. Prices were really reasonable for both the quality and quantity. A must try if you’re visiting. Joseph, our waiter was so friendly and attentive to our needs. Absolutely passionate chefs and waiters. We had ordered 1. Beef pot roast $13 2. Fish tacos $6.50 (huge!Chipotle sauce was amazing) 3. Tortilla Soup was so well made, with their own rendition 4. Burger $8.49(upgrade $2) was incredible! The angus beef patty was huge and so well cooked. Juicy! Overall just an impeccably perfect meal

This used to be one of my favorite spots to hang. I have been there many times but will not return after my last visit. If I could give less than a star I would.

We were referred here for the food but saw the cute little casino and never made to the restaurant. We had such a great time at the bar with Shannon as our bartender. She keeps the party going. They have a couple of side games to add to the fun along with the machines being looser than any other casino we played at. Too bad it was our last day of the trip but we will definitely go back on our next trip.

Love the Prime Rib dinner, comes with a big fluffy baked potato, a side of roasted veggies and a salad!

Save yourself the time, money and disappointment!! The gas station taco shop next door would have probably been better than this “buffet”. Our service was good, the server constantly checked on us and made sure to fill our drinks. The food was disgusting and had been sitting out. $65 for two of us, we could have had a much better and nicer dinner elsewhere.

80$ for 2 adults and a kid prime rib was mediocre at best rock hard baked potatoes no toppings for ice cream and they don’t even have a full salad bar at this buffet extremely over priced and extremely underwhelming there is a reason the riverside Buffett has a line out the door and this one is basically empty at peak hours. Feel like we totally wasted our money here. -5 stars

Wow! Talk about going down hill and horrible food. The Avi used to be known for the great Buffett. It was horrible, food was out to long, stale, tasteless, or over cooked and no selection. For 38 dollars I could have eaten a great dinner somewhere else. I will never be back again.

We went for the crab legs, they were small but great flavor. The shrimp cocktail was amazing, even the cold crab legs had amazing flavor. The prime rib that night was OK, it's hit and miss with that. Servers were super polite, will be going back for sure.

We got there at 845pm. Instead of the host telling us we close at 9 and you wont have time to eat we paid $350. And we were only able to get one plate and they said last call. The manager was not kind and we wasted our money. Horrible food not worth it at all.

You will not expect a sushi place in the desert to be this good! 3 reasons why I will recommend this place. -The food is made fast and the sushi chefs are right there and make it in front of you. -The variety of food they offer for a primarily sushi place is impressive. 6 pages menu. -The food is amazingly delicious, well balanced, healthy and some plates are straight from the chef stove to your table. Bonus is the very friendly staff.

This place has a great selection of sushi, and Korean & Japanese cuisines. I ordered all sushi ... if i had a bigger stomach, I would've like to have tried the bulgogi & the bibimbap ... next time for sure.

This is the best sushi I've ever eaten! The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The employees are delightful and friendly.

Food tasted great! The service was quick and excellent. Pricing was a bit on the high side but for 2 people you don't need to order much. The bento meal set was really good too. Tempura was nice and flaky, though I wish it was more airy. But that's tempura for ya. Reminded me of Japan again. Would recommend.

The food was amazing. It was great to watch them make the sushi right there I'm front me me. Also, the orange chicken was very crunchy with the right amount of sauce.

This is an honest review and not those that expect a meal after submitting their opinion . Just starting ; I been at very good sushi Japanese - Korean places around L.A , Vegas and Florida. This place is good ; but the vibe of some coworkers is not . I kindly asked to verify if the TV has the channel if one of the games I want to watch , the sushi bar employee not even touch the remote saying ‘no’ . Several employees were walking around paying attention if somebody need something ; but in the meantime we waited 45 minutes for a sunomono , that never arrived but was charge in out bill , good thing I looked before I paid . The food is good , standard I will say , but I still wondering how a waitress confused the name of the beer I asked Kirin Ichiban doesn’t sound like Sapporo . Oh well !! Some guy excuse her saying ‘ she doesn’t speak English ‘ buddy ; don’t hired people like that then , specially when they can’t smile after the fact . During my meal ; some costumers ( I have to be specific ) white guys seating by the bar received an ‘special treatment ‘ getting full attention by the same sushi bar employee who refused to verify if their cable has my channel . And guess what ??? Like I knew , the cable has my game but when this costumers want to watch something this employee was going one after one channel to pampering this costumer , WOW ! He wasn’t ordering anything yet . Thanks for your service guys , because I will not come back again .

Here’s a refined and smooth version, Nova-style: Refined Review This restaurant has excellent food—very tasty, with a great variety of dishes, especially the sushi. I’ve visited a couple of times, and both experiences were wonderful. A few days ago, a friend and I stopped by again. Everything was good, except that one of the male servers didn’t seem very attentive. Still, overall, the experience was enjoyable.

Stop in and ordered a 2 item combo. They didn’t have much food on the line. I had mushroom chicken and string bean chicken. They need to make the string bean chicken. It took awhile. Close to 10 minutes. Nevertheless I got the order. The sauce on the string bean chicken tasted burnt. And the white rice they served me was cold. As for the mushroom chicken that was fine just like Panda Express serves. The restaurant is clean with room to sit and enjoy. Would I eat here again, yes, however I will wait until all the hot food is ready then I’ll place the order. Don’t give your money up front. If you do, you will have to wait until they have it ready and they will not prioritize you.

I stopped by this Panda Express location around 9:30 AM hoping to get a fresh meal before the lunch rush. I specifically asked if I could have fresh chicken chow mein or at least have it reworked with sauce, but the employee behind the counter told me they wouldn’t be making anything fresh because they “had no help,” even though I was the only customer in the store at the time. What really surprised me was that the food I received appeared to be leftovers from the day before. The orange chicken was dry and tasted like it had been microwaved, and the teriyaki chicken was served cold. This was very disappointing, especially considering Panda Express advertises that food is cooked in batches throughout the day and discarded after a limited time to ensure freshness. I made the effort to come in early specifically to get freshly made food — instead, I paid for something that tasted like reheated takeout. Not only did I not get what I wanted, but the quality was far below what I’ve come to expect from Panda Express. This location either isn’t following company policy or needs better staffing and training. I hope corporate looks into this. I’m sharing this as both feedback for improvement and a heads-up to others expecting fresh food early in the day.

So... first time customer, decided to use app, made a 37 dollar order for mothers day dinner special. Pickup 3 hours later @ 3:45pm. Arrived @ 3:50. Couldn't find order , Found order and I walked out 35 minutes later.....wow

Delicious food! Saw food temps taken while I was waiting to order, appropriate movement of food, cleaning of surfaces. Every single person who helped us was friendly. The food itself is not gourmet but it IS tasty and satisfying. Fried rice was fluffy, not dry at all with plenty of peas and eggs. Chili crisp shrimp was mildly spicy but a nice change from the walnut shrimp. The orange chicken had the same lovely sweetness I remember. Ive never had the apple pie rolls before but they are amazing. Great dessert. Plenty of food, good prices, clean location. I am happy!

👎🏻 NOT IMPRESSED 👎🏻 Where to start... 11:30AM Alright, first, the front door is broken, not a big deal but it started to add up once I got inside. There isn't really any clear way to tell where to place an order, so after being ignored for several minutes (seems to be a Panda thing), I walked up to the register because there was a little action there. I began to explain what I was wanting to order and the woman pointed to the other side of the counter, twords the corner of the store, "that's where you place orders". She did however ring me up when I explained that I rarely eat at Panda and had no idea what the process was. She told me we were going to wait for fresh honest walnut shrimp, so I took a seat in the dining room. As I sat down, my arm hits a sticky table. I looked around and all the tables were dirty. I noticed the floor was quite sandy/dirty and there were small pieces of trash, well, everywhere... As I am noticing all this she immediately brings me a bag of food, and I just knew I got the half order of old food. Yep. Soggy. Greasy. 😒 The fried rice was flavorless and look like plain white rice with a tiny bit of color. There were barely any traces of fried eggs, but there were PLENTY OF CARROTS AND PEAS!!! The Cream Cheese Ragoons were so GREASY!!! They were hard on the edges and crunchy at the same time 🤷

The only complaint is that when I order the "bigger plate" the 3rd entree item...does not come on my plate....it's in a micro box. *Update* 10-21-23... This is not mac n cheese sad face. Everything else was excellent. Crab cakes were cooked beautifully. Pita chips for spinart was amazing. Chicken Alfredo was a great bite. Bread basket was even good. The cornbread shines, but once again this is not mac n cheese

My husband and I went there for anniversary dinner. The atmosphere was very nice and romantic with candles around our table. Jeff was our server, and he was above and beyond excellent the food was very tasty and prepared to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and I highly recommend this restaurant.

I went to Moon Shadow Restaurant with my family because it was the only dine-in option available at the time. When we arrived, our waitress, Samantha, told us that since we had a large party, she would have to seat us at two separate tables with two separate checks. I said that was fine. However, the restaurant was nearly empty, so I was surprised by how long everything was taking. When it was finally our turn to be seated, Samantha placed us at two tables that were quite far apart. I mentioned that the distance seemed a bit much and asked if we could move to a different table so we could all sit together, especially since we had kids with us. Instead of trying to help, Samantha stormed off angrily and muttered “GOD” under her breath. She then grabbed a tray and started slamming plates and utensils around. It made us extremely uncomfortable, especially because other guests started noticing her attitude toward us. I’ve dined at many upscale and high-end restaurants, and I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully. We came out hoping to enjoy a nice time with friends and family, but Samantha’s behavior really put a damper on the evening. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Moon Shadow Restaurant to anyone planning to dine with their family.

Staff was tentative and nice but food was not that great...too pricey for bland. Hubs and I had the steaks, mine with veggies, his with shrimp and baked potato. When hubs cut into his steak (he's a well done kinda guy) and it was mid rare, at best. Waiter tried to accommodate and asked if he wants it re fired or a new one... PEOPLE... if this question is ever asked, get a new steak. We hate wasting so hubs said re fire and it came back dried out 💔 My steak was ok but lacked flavor. My son's burger was decent but the fries, again, lacked flavor. Next time we're in the Laughlin area, we'll try another place.

The service was great. The food was excellent. Atmosphere was exactly as we like it, quiet and dim. Our server, Jeff, was absolutely amazing! Great job and very friendly and attentive. Zee also a server helped Jeff a few times, and he was much appreciated. We will definitely go back if we go back to Avi.

Won’t go back! We went for our second time a few weeks ago because it was good the first time. We ordered the steak 2 for $60 and steak was awful but the rest was good. The worst part was when paying, I wanted to use my points on card to pay. The waitress said that was fine but wanted us to give her $60 cash as well in case there wasn’t enough points so she wouldn’t have to make another trip to our table. We thought that was strange but did as she asked. When she returned to our table she said there were enough points on card and to sign a receipt. Never got a copy so I don’t know how many points she took. The bad part was she only returned $40 of the $60 she wanted in cash!! My husband didn’t want to make a scene so we didn’t say anything but beware! Because of this we won’t go back.

We had a wonderful experience. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The seafood chowder was delicious. We split a prime rib (thankfully). It was humongous and delicious. We also each got a side and veggies. I was so stuffed they practically had to roll me out. We will go back again!

Bartender was horrible. She was training someone and was not nice. Obviously hates her job. A beer was $6. I don't recommend this bar to anyone. Go spend your money on something fun while in Laughlin.

With the promise of $4.00 beer, we went to Bikini Bay after a round of golf. Our server, Maddy, set us up with beer and then presented the happy hour menu. Prices were decent, so we ordered chicken strips and onion rings. Have to say the rings were pretty good, as were the chicken strips. Decent place for food or dropping by just for a drink.

I stopped in and visited this place last Saturday and it was my best experience yet. There were two bartenders on duty. One who may have been the manager training a new hire. Both young ladies were fantastic and very attentive to the customers. It appeared that the manager really had good control of the bar. I ordered a hamburger and fries, which came out promptly and was cooked to order. The new bartender on duty came back to check on me several times. I think she definitely has what it takes to work in the service industry. The bar was clean and I noticed that they changed door knob on the bathroom so it can now be locked from the inside. They definitely redeemed themselves in my mind from some other past experiences that weren’t so great. I’ll definitely stop in next time I’m in town

Great sports bar. Bartenders are attentive and mix great drinks. Prices are on par with other Laughlin places. Occasionally they have people I. Bikinis dancing and you can do it too. Not me but .. haha. Food is good and they have a great selection. Portions are good and I enjoyed the items I ordered. Chicken tenders and burgers are my favorite. Is within walking distance from Riverside and a few others.

This establishment is horrible. It starts with the bartender Jess. She is rude and disrespectful. She obviously doesn't want to work there. I was recommended here by locals. Especially since I bought a place near. My food was disgusting. My Brother liked his sandwich. I interviewed the group behind me. They only ordered a round of drinks and left cause of her. I extended my hand to receive my card back and she just tossed it. If she were a man, forget about it. I won big and was going to tip $500, but definitely not to her. Don't worry. I'll make sure to blast this establishment as the worst.

We had breakfast there and I the food was really good! But we sat where the smokers were so I would recommend going to the larger part of the diner, not in the gambling part! Nice staff and good food overall!

Really bummed out. Came here a year ago and the place was spectacular. Yes, the food was still very reasonably priced and tasted great (Turkey Club). The beer was solid as well. The only issue was the service. I had a waitress that I could tell was new but was doing well. It wasn't until she either was told to go home or went on break that it went downhill. I sat for 15 minutes waiting with an empty water and empty beer hoping one of the four girls would ask if I wanted a refill... no one did. If it were busy, I would understand but it wasn't. I then put my empty drinks on the wet bar (making it obvious I needed a refill on both), and the girl just picked it up and said nothing. I intentionally shoved my dirty food dishes in their bar area, asked for my bill and fortunately found they forget to charge me for the beer. In this one circumstance, because the service was so bad, I happily said nothing and left no tip. Hopefully next year I'm down, they have better people working.

The boozy shakes are amazing, the wings also are delicious! Also had the nachos but to me they were needing something. Leslie the hostess was great!! Our server (didn't catch his name) was also great!

We were really looking forward to our visit to Brew Brothers, especially given how much we've enjoyed previous meals there. Unfortunately, this visit fell far short of expectations and was a noticeable departure from the quality we’ve come to appreciate. We waited nearly an hour just to receive our appetizers—simple items like chips and dip, and buffalo wings. Our entrees took even longer, and when they finally arrived, they were deeply disappointing. The pizza dough was undercooked and raw in the center. The prime rib was exceptionally thin, dry, and composed almost entirely of fat—so much so that we had to send it back. Then, about 90 minutes into the meal, our server let us know that the onion rings (which were part of the appetizer order) would be arriving shortly. In the past, both the food and service at Brew Brothers have been excellent, which makes this experience all the more disheartening. I’m not sure what changed, but the decline in both quality and attentiveness was dramatic. It’s a real shame. We sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and that they can course-correct soon. Brew Brothers has been one of our favorite spots, and we’d love to see it return to the high standards it once held.

Chicken Mac and cheese is noice with a extra noice and Christian was was on it always checked and asked if we needed anything brew brothers is always a good experience all the time

Waitress was amazing.. she was the only one working Limited menu on. Monday. Had the cheddar sausage dog.. took one bite and spit it out.. I could not with the taste.. terrible flavor.. tried husbands burger and it lacked seasoning Our loss I guess

I have eaten here 4 times and each time has been better than the last. The wait staff and bartenders are kind efficient and knowledgeable. Luis and Jose and David have all been great. Karissa is great as a server. The brisket sandwich is one of the better ones I have ever had. The hamburgers are all spot on. Will for sure be back, probably later tonight.

My boyfriend and I wanted pizza today and thought we would try Papa's Pizza. We were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with our over all experience . We ordered our pizza and asked for a salad and we were told they were out of lettuce. When we received our pizza there was very little toppings on it. The sausage tasted spoiled. We peeled if off and tried to eat the pizza but it tasted horrible. We found the restaurant to be extremely dirty and unsanitary. The atmosphere was terrible. One man in there was nice but our over all experience was horrible. We will never go back. It's a waist of time and money.

I love how all of the 1 star reviews are from people that never ate their pizza. I've been coming here forever. Customer service is great. The owner is friendly. Pizza is amazing. Sounds like they have some work to do on their wings. But okay. What do you expect, you're in Laughlin? Lol. Instead of letting it cramp your style, just laugh about it an move On. You know they were good chicken nuggets.

Way better than mamas. The owner and workers are very nice and friendly and they have great deals. The food is great and they don't skimp on the toppings either! The pizza is always decked out with toppings and they are very generous bringing you paper plates and fixings for free

It was my first time in Laughlin and my son wanted some pizza so I decided to call these guys and give it a try. The woman who took my order sounded as if she didn't want to be there, bad attitude and all. I get a call about 15-20 minutes later saying that the driver was taking off to deliver the pizza so to meet them down by the hotel's valet parking. We immediately rushed downstairs to wait, 15 minutes went by and no pizza. I get a call from the place and this guy says "Hey my driver's about to take off cause she's been waiting for you for a long time now." I told him I'd been there for a long time too. Turns out the woman with the bad attitude who had taken my order sent the driver to the wrong hotel! A few minutes later I see the pizza car coming and I see the driver get off the car with the pizza. I could see it in her face that she was PISSED off and doesn't even greet me or anything so I said "Hi, sorry they sent you to the wrong place." She went off on me as if it were my fault! She was super rude that I regret giving her a $2 tip! These people need customer service lessons! And to top it all off the pizza wasn't even that good. Not only did I have a HORRIBLE experience but I had thrown $ down the drain! Way to make a first impression on people visiting your town. Never ever going there if I'm in town again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Me and my 5 year old ordered a pizza to be delivered to us at the edge water hotel at 10:39 pm. I called just about an hour later at 11:26 because the pizza did not arrive. The girl that answered the phone stated that the pizza had just left and we should expect it in 5 minutesCome 12 am I call them back to Explain the pizza did not arrive there was no apology what so ever ESPECIALLY being that I ordered at 10:39. The girl puts the “delivery guy” on the phone who says he came to my room and a man told him he didn’t order the pizza! For 1 there was NO MAN in my room! The “delivery guy” who now claims he’s the owner says IM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH U LADY!! Now being frustrated because I have a crying child who is hungry I told him to go F%#K himself DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

The black man that works for papa's pizza is very disrespectful and a horrible employee. He's loud the place isn't clean and the owner should fire him. I placed a order and he took advantage of us by not refunding our money. He gave me the wrong order and said the F word to a woman that was with us. People like him are ruining small businesses, what a horrible person.

One star, only because there is no zero-star option. Got here, it's Monday at noon, hungry and craving good pizza. Place was closed. Looking in you could see a cleaner bottle on the counter, tattered chair and tired looking posters. No sign of anyone inside. Not coming back to take a chance on the pizza. If you can't manage opening on time, how can you manage ordering fresh ingredients?

First time here in Laughlin spending the weekend, out looking for some steak and came upon this spot. Old school is small, however the food is freaking delicious. The mashed potatoes are the creamiest I have ever had WOW. The veggies are delicious as well. The other dish was chipotle salmon with fries and veggies. Delicious as well. Thank you

Still the best place to eat in Laughlin However I ordered cake to go along with a Taco Salad and this is what it looked like! Appears to be very small especially for the price! So terribly disappointed! It’s like somebody ate part of it though I’m sure they did not we asked if it was big enough to share because I only like a couple bites! This was disgraceful! Greg is an excellent Server! No shame to him but got almost$10 this is SAD- the ranch or onion rings has a funny sour taste not like oh I can’t eat this but just not right. Meat was cooked perfectly and portions other than Cake were nice. We had the onion rings and there was just a weird taste I’m blaming on the ranch but I truly don’t know it may have been the onion rings it was just off! Over all great place but never waste money on dessert it was a disappointment and I live 1.5 hours away in Henderson and so No I wasn’t taking it back! We tried!

Decent food option located in the Regency Casino. The food is similar to a family restaurant with breakfast all day and some varied lunch and dinner options. Our food took a little time to come out. Everything was pretty good. Service was very good. The dining room has a nice view of the river.

Staff were nice. Drinks were brought quickly. Hubby ordered eggs Benedict and he said they were the worst he's ever had. His .sausage was decent. I ordered the chicken fried steak($17.99). I took one bite. The gravy was so disgusting I thought it was rotten. My plate had country fried potatoes, scrambled eggs and the chicken fried steak. All items were horribly overcooked. My potatoes were so hard I couldn't even chew them. The eggs were so overcooked they were almost crunchy. I was so disappointed because the reviews seemed good. I left with my plate looking like it just came out. Definitely won't be back.

Great service and the food was delicious. Serving size was very filling. I love hole in the walls like this and cant wait to come back. The bartender was very nice and a looker.

This place was enjoyable. I got the philly cheese steak with garlic fries. Both were very good and I finished both. The person with me got the Monte Cristo Sandwich and she also thought was good but couldn't finish it due to the generous size. If I'm ever in town again I'll be coming back.

Stopped in for breakfast recently. We ordered bacon & eggs and sausage patties and eggs. Food arrived hot, portions were generous, got decaf coffee from a freshly brewed pot, toast with plenty of butter. Bacon and sausage patties were just right. Enjoyed our breakfast with a view of the river. Our waitress was very hospitable, as was the hostess who seated us. The Chuckwagon restaurant is located in ‘Regency Casino,’ an ‘old school’ casino. Both the restaurant and the casino are popular with locals, and well-known for the friendly atmosphere and good food. “Regency Casino” is one of the best locally owned casinos we’ve visited. There’s also a gift shop with lots of ‘old school’ style merchandise. If you’re visiting Laughlin, recommend your visit includes a meal at ‘The Chuckwagon’ in ‘The Regency’ casino.

I visited this location stood in line and waited a while. While in waited on line I decided to place a mobile order to help make my visit more efficient, because they won't have to charge me at the register. I placed the mobile order and when it was my turn to order I let them know I had a mobile order they told me my order will be ready in 15 minutes 1055. They got the bread meat and cheese as if they were going to work on my sandwich. I asked where to wait and they said wait on the side. I saw my sandwich just sitting there for a few minutes and the others behind me getting there food, paying then leaving. I asked the manager if there was a reason why my unfinished sandwich was just sitting there. She said it will be ready at 1055. "I said that's not right and cancel my order". I waited in line, it was my turn and she left my unfinished sandwhich sitting on the counter and could have made my sandwich when it was my turn but she skipped it. Why would you go out of your way to not make my sandwich when you had the opportunity.

24/7 SUBWAY? YES SIR! WHO doesn't love a Subway at their service around the clock? I mean, it's pretty cool that the Aquarius has this location in their casino/resort for all guests and visitors. I took advantage of this spot in the morning. The sandwiches were decent, I just think they took my sandwich out of the toaster too early or the veggies were dry. I appreciated the cheery staff, they had a good attitude.

Really nothing good to say. A long, unnecessary, weight, unpleasant workers, and sandwiches that are overpriced and do not have enough meat.

Very Rude. Left our order on the counter pretending she didn't know it was there. Continued to ignore us. Waited 20 minutes , for our order when it was sitting in front of us.

516/25 @ 8pm: Don't waster your money. Slow line, even with 3 people working. Bread old & crusty, sparse ingredients AND shitty attitudes from some employees.

I'm surprised that the ingredients look so old and not at all fresh being that the line was out the door. I would have expected the ingredients to not even have time to go bad since they seem to have enough clientele to use up and replenish as they go.

Stood in line aprx25 minutes, three employees behind counter. 1st lady comes to me (after laughing and talking to last customer) rolling her eyes didn’t speak or change her gloves. I figure I’ve been waiting just keep going so I said footlong Italian herbs and cheese she proceeds to grab the bread toss it on counter and then ask what cheese I laughed and said American. She passes it to the next individual which looks at me and moves my sandwich back and take the next sandwich of the individual behind me. I said what are you doing she says oh your getting a sandwich I laughed again and told her to add cucumbers, spinach and pickles. She added about 5 pickles I said add a few more she stared at me like I was robbing her. Another employee yells over her shoulder that they can’t do anything extra, I stated if I’m paying for my sandwich and anything extra I don’t see what the problem is. He says yeah nothing extra and rolled his eyes. Needless to say I left her standing there with a partially made sandwich. Customer service is your number one goal and that was failed at first approach.

This is easily the best food we have had anywhere near Vegas. Small family owned hole in the wall. The love they put into this place and the food has me wanting to come back as soon as possible. Definitely a must try, you won’t be disappointed.

We love the food here and usually have no issues with the staff at all. This past Sunday on 9/7 we called in at 6:22 to order food not realizing that they closed at 7:00pm. The lady taking our order who was not Brandi was extremely rude to us about ordering. She made a comment on the phone saying “uggh we will make it happen”. Then when my husband walked in to pick up our food she had the audacity to rudely tell him “ next time order earlier they don’t pay us over time” and kept stressing how frustrating it was that we ordered late. It’s sad to say this but we probably won’t come back anytime soon due to her behavior. We didn’t realize what time it was and was just trying to feed our family. If it was too late she could have just said it was too late to place an order instead of making us feel bad and treating us poorly as well. We still even left her a tip even with that poor attitude. Please correct her on her behavior before she acts like this with someone else. It’s definitely bad for Business.

Delicious food and great prices! The staff was super friendly and made some great recommendations. Definitely worth checking out!! We're coming back to Laughlin in 3 weeks and will definitely be eating here again!

This place has the best food ever! Brandy is amazing. We go all the time when we’re in town, sometimes even twice in a single trip! The cheese sauce is to die for, and the French fries are made from real potatoes and always perfect! Brandy, we love you!

My husband and I ate here the other day for lunch and what a hidden gem it is! Don't be thrown off by the outside view when you pull up because the food is so worth it. We got the Chicago dog and Cal-Nev-Ari Cheesesteak and everything was delicious! And the Service makes you feel like you're at a local hometown diner. What not to love! We will definitely be back!

While trying to find this place, I told you husband that it could be a gem in the desert and it sure is! Brandi is our server and she is wonderful. The food is fresh and come out fast. Glad we decided to stop by. The price is very reasonable. I was actually surprised when we got our bill. It is a sure must in Laughlin.

The atmosphere was fantastic, probably the best hot dog and French fries I've had in a really long time. Highly recommend this place

I thought the burrito was pretty good. Salsa was tasty but not spicy. Personally would have preferred a bit spicier. But flavor was there. The tortilla was doubled up from being rolled, making it hard to chew for some of us in our party. So if you have sore teeth, it may be a bit much for you.

Excellent. Al pastor tacos. Al pastor super burrito. Enchilada and Carne asada super burrito all delicious 😋

We were looking for a good Mexican restaurant and came to Humberto’s and to be honest food was good. I got asada tacos and the meat has a good taste and their HOT salsa it’s just perfect 👍🏼

In Laughlin not looking to drive across river for food so we tried Alberto’s the rice and beans home made and tasted awesome tacos steak burritos great as well support your local Mexican food restaurant a very clean place as well.

UPDATE 03/18/19:" just had huevos rancheros AGAIN. I'll add that what makes this dish stand out is the rojo sauce on the eggs and the verde salsa from the salsa bar. Both are outstanding. Beans and rice are fine. But those two sauces will keep me coming back."I was very happy with the Huevos Rancheros this morning. I will be back to try lunch or dinner soon. They also have a salsa bar. The 3 I tried were quite good.
