The food was amazing, I would highly recommend dinner and get the squash blossoms as an appetizer if available. Service was a bit slow at dinner for not being very crowded. Breakfast again and the food once more was spot on. Would not, however, recommend the espresso beverages. They were a bit weak and came out only slightly above room temp.

This location and restaurant is beautiful. The service is pleasant. The crispy pork carnitas phenomenal. The only draw back is the drink costs and rules about refills for iced tea. They do have seating with great views of the trains passing by the hotel/restaurant.

This place is amazing. We had dinner here and it was so good we did breakfast the next day. We have been traveling through Arizona and Utah for over a week and nothing has compared to our meals here. Everything we ate was fantastic…so flavorful and yummy. Also, if you get to stay at the hotel (La Posada) it is also a great experience. Was one of the best places we have EVER stayed at…very unique and full of character, charm, and tranquility.

I'm so glad we chose the Turquoise Room! It's like taking a step back in time! Delicious food, excellent service and beautiful to walk through the hotel! Thank you Winslow!

We enjoyed an outstanding lunch in this beautiful, historic dining room. Sam, our most kind server, had a warm, welcoming smile, and backed it up with delicious food all around. The Signature soup was so tasty, and the salads very crisp and visually appealing. The blue cheese dressing tasted homemade and we recommend it highly. The grilled Box Car Burger with mushrooms and cheddar was scrumptious, and my wife’s turkey sandwich was perfect. Thank you, Sam and staff, for a wonderful meal!

We had a wonderful brunch here and then walked around the grounds, shop, and bookstore. Can’t say enough good about this place. It is well worth the stop.

Fantastic dining experience and meal. We started with the Signature Soup and could immediately tell what they have been making it for 100 years! It was delicious! My wife had the Churro Lamp Posolé and I had the Turkey Sandwich with side Market Salad. For dessert we had the Fred Harvey Apple Pie with Vanilla Bean Gelato. Everything was delicious and our server was excellent. We also were seated and served quickly. Highly recommend. The restaurant is located in the historic La Posada Hotel. Allow extra time to explore the art and see all of the amazing pieces in the lobby. The gift shop has a fantastic selection of local snd Native American items, art and jewelry.

Worth the drive from I-40. Nice atmosphere, great food, attentive service. Lots of options on the menu without being overwhelming. VERY generous portions. You may want to split an entree with your dining partner unless you're both starving. We were hungry after being on the road for a few hours, but neither one of us could finish our entree. I recommend it.

Patty melt with chips and Relic Burger with bacon and onion rings. The reviews don't lie. The food is fresh and hot, the service was fast and efficient. Would definitely eat here on our next trip through. Side note: chips were good but the onion rings are much better.

Rustic Roads atmosphere, food, and service were absolutely fantastic!! the food was obviously hand made not frozen and fresh. Even the croutons for my salad were made in the restaurant. chicken was cooked just right. mozzarella sticks the best I've ever had! Val was our server she was very friendly and attentive!

Should you find yourself on I40 heading East or West , and you are curious about the Standing on Corner on Winslow Arizona and you are feeling hungry and thirsty? This is the place to stop. Nice staff Awesone cooks! Everything is cooked right behind the bar. You can see hear and snark your the meat sizzling 🥵. This little establishment has been around for 8 years a d the staff has been around for about the same time. Good food, good drink Clean, good atmosphere . It’s a must stop. While you check out the scene and take pictures stroll over and grab and bite and drink. You won’t be disappointed.

It’s located in an easy spot to stop for lunch if you are passing through town. The food had some highs and lows, the turkey melt was fabulous but the onion rings were just ok. They were more of a breaded ring than a battered one. The side salad was a sad little salad. Our server was excellent.

Loved this place! The food was amazing, and the beer flight featured a delightful selection of Arizona brews. The atmosphere was wonderful, and I'm so pleased we decided to stop here during our Route 66 adventure.

It's got it all!! Burger was superb, but the homemade fries and red ale were more superb!! But wait...the homemade chocolate mousse was the superbest!!! One of the best overall burger/beer/desert experiences of my 65 years on Earth!!

Navajo taco and cheese enchiladas were amazing. Bathrooms needed some attention, but the food was out of this world good.

Amazing menu selection and staff. Atmosphere was nice and there’s absolutely no wait time at all. Food came out almost instantly and it was deeeeeeelicous! Not to mention everything is homemade and you can get the salsa in jars, I recommend it, it’s crazy good!

Almost next to 'Standing on the corner ' this cosy restaurant serves some good food and the staff was friendly. We tried the Eagle burger and the chicken which were ducious. Toilets are clean. Would fully recommend eating at this restaurant

We had dinner on a Tuesday night. The place was not at all crowded. I was afraid there would be TVs blaring everywhere. But while there were several TVs, they were not loid and was pretty easy to sit where they were out of sight. Decent beer selection (though my choices were cans not drafts). Food was great, and came quickly. Portions were manageable. Would go again if in Winslow.

We had a very nice dinner on our way through Winslow. Taco salad and combination dinner including tacos, enchiladas, tostada, rice&beans. All was good, pretty good actually. Service genuinely gracious, kind and attentive. Strong recommend from people who lived in LA a long time and know Mexican food and good service.

We didn't experience the food on this visit, but the patrons there were enjoying their meals for sure, very nice and friendly staff.

It's hard to find a place that is up to my wife's expectations. She is real picky. Bojos did all that plus great service .excellent food the salsa was perfect. I recommend eating her it was great thank you for a awesome dinner.

Phenomenal food! We came into Winslow looking to dine at the Turquoise Room. But found the prices were higher. So we came across the street to this casual diner and the food was out of this world Chile Relleno and and Navajo Taco. Highly recommend!!!

When I went through Winslow on my honeymoon in 1973 we ate in a little Mexican cafe and had our first sopapillas there. This Brown Mug Cafe is a direct descendant of that cafe and owned by the same family. What a thrill when my waitress told me this! Nice small town cafe with great staff.

This is a wonderful little diner in Winslow. The food is diner-quality, and quite good. I can tell it was made fresh for me. Everything was made to order and correct. The complimentary salsa was very spicy. The coffee was hot, and of good quality. Great atmosphere, plenty of on site parking, and excellent prices.

Interesting family owned restaurant. The food is good. The burritos are Huge! Not many staff, so if it's busy when you come in, I'd go somewhere else.

I drive from sun valley to Winslow to eat at this restaurant when I find myself in the mood for that. Usually nice servers, though sometimes its hectic. The food for the price cannot be beat around these parts- I am a big fan of this dingy little restaurant and recommend it to everyone. Family business and many of them seem to still work there. Big fan of the sauce they serve with free chips.

I love the Navajo Taco! Service is superb. People are friendly, aim to please and food comes quickly. The dining room is usually full. Never had to wait though. The prices are very reasonable and plates are full.

Quaint little eatery with really good shredded beef tacos! Chips are fresh. The salsa es caliente. Servers are always pleasant. The price is very reasonable. No photos, we were hungry.

This family-owned restaurant is a hidden gem in a historic town. Come in for an authentic home-cooked meal that reminds me of the dishes my abuelita would prepare. As someone from Los Angeles, I can confidently say that this food truly feels like home and rivals the LA food scene. Be sure to try the enchiladas verdes or the shredded beef tacos; the beans and rice are a must-have as well. Don’t be deceived by the humble appearance of the exterior. It may not have Michelin stars, but you'll be warmly welcomed and served a hot, delicious meal! Shout out to the gentleman who served our table (light mustache and glasses). The young man is a hard worker and I could tell he and the elder woman genuinely love feeding their patrons.

Wow, that’s all I could say. The service and food were very amazing. I found my new favorite place to eat in Winslow. My daughter’s late mother was from here so we stop by often to visit her gravesite now we have a new favorite place to eat. The food was soooo amazing. The red chili is soooo yummy and the salsa with the chips was amazing as well. The refried beans were very yummy and the hamburger steak was sooo good. My daughters had the chimichanga and my other daughter had the carne de plata. I’d give this place 10 stars.

Incredible home-cooked Mexican food! Quick service, very attentive staff, food is well priced with generous portions. Ordered green chile queso, fajitas plate, and a chicken chimichanga with red sauce - all very delicious! Ended our meal with rice pudding. Wish we had a place like this near home!

This place was great. The food was awesome and tasted real good. I've been to many restaurants, and when I order tea, I never get a tea spoon to stir my sweetener. i always have to use my butter knife or other utensils to stir my tea. This place gave me a tea stirer. That's was awesome. Loved that. Price was great for their food.

Came into Winslow Arizona thirsty and hungry, wanted to try some local spots this was absolutely awesome from our server to the waitress to the cook everything was absolutely delicious I would definitely stop here again!

Service was beautiful, food was spicy and delicious. Server tried very hard to give us a little less hot salsa than normal. So brownie points for her.

Well, i will update this later as today is only the first day open at the new location and I'm guessing they were overwhelmed at the response of people waiting inside and in the parking lot.I will tell you the food was worth the wait. They may need to expand to outside seating. And to top off tonight's meal, they brought a little cup of rice pudding. I believe as soon as all worked out this place will be amongst the best in Winslow. I would like to see concrete or asphalt at least from the handicap parking as it was a little difficult maneuvering our handicap son into the restaurant

Great prices and great food! This is a must if you’re in the mood for some amazing Mexican food. Tons of choices to choose from and drinks. Drive thru or dine in, it could use a bit of cleaning up inside but the food is what I stop in for.

Food is awesome! Tasty and big meat portions! The tortilla is also pretty nice and they even have churros. The ladies at the counter were friendly and nice. Food way too greasy for me, half my plate was full of grease from taco's. Beans were soupy like they were stretching out the supply. Rice was very good 👍.

Alonso's is definitely the best place in Winslow, AZ, for Mexican food, hands down!!! The restaurant is located in a relatively large strip mall just off the I-40 on Park Dr. Be sure to bring a harty appetite because their portions are humongous. My personal favorite is the carne asada torta, but I must say that their burritos are epic as well. Enjoy and safe travels!!!

The food was delicious, but one of the cashiers has a cup of soda on the counter where you order. She’ll eat the ice from the cup right in front of the customer. It’s very unpleasant to see when I’m trying to order food.

Really good egg, chorizo and potato burrito for only $6! Big serving and the green sauce is good too!

My mother and I visited this restaurant recently, but the service was terrible. We were seated at a dirty table, and the server took five minutes to clean it. Additionally, our server ignored us for 15 minutes while socializing with other tables. We ended up leaving after paying for our beverages. It seems that this establishment favors certain patrons over others. For a more enjoyable experience, I suggest trying Bojos or Relic, which offer outstanding service and a warm atmosphere.

We stopped at Flatbed Ford Café twice during our trip to Winslow last week and loved it both times! Heather helped us on each visit — she was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service made it even better. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in Winslow! 🚗☕🍳

The Pulled Pork breakfast skillet is a must have. It was fresh, perfectly cooked and served hot. My partner loved his omelet and hash browns. Waitress was very nice.

First time here. The cafe is quaint and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our food, the classic burger and fries, was fresh, perfectly cooked, seasoned and tasted wonderful.

Food was so so. Service (food not waitstaff) was extremely slow. The cook came out and was loudly correcting our waitress for misentering another table's order. The waitress requested several times to take the conversation to the back and away from customers which the cook/manager? did not do. It apparently was her first day, however , I felt she was doing a good job and from a service level and would not have known. Perhaps if she needed to learn the idiosyncrasies of this establishment, she should have been shadowing rather than covering tables on her own. That is a training issue and speaks more to poor management than to the employee. Then there was a problem with the bill that took another 10 to 15 minutes to resolve (and the cook seemed to be making it all more confusing). The waitress apologized for that issue as well, but again, see previous comments about training and poor management. I felt sorry for the waitress and how she was treated.

This place is definitely a Winslow, Arizona Treasure!! I have traveled through many places throughout the South and this place had the best biscuits and gravy I have ever tasted! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The food is Delicious and the service is Legendary. KUDOS to Lisha who took care of me on 5.20.2025.

Fun little joint! Vintage root beer, burgers & ice cream stand. Still do bellhop car service. Or eat at the picnic tables outside. Stopped on a roadtrip through Winslow. Homemade root beer. Very tasty with a hint of vanilla flavor. We also had the jumbo cheeseburger combo with upsized fries and drink. The fries were really good. The burger I give a 7 out of 10. Good. Not great. Excellent service and quick food delivery. I would recommend this little root beer stand for a quick meal or ice-cream.

So fun and delicious! We came because of the tv show Home Town Takeover. Such a cute place with great root beer and chili cheese fries!

Customers beware!! Very, very disappointed in the pricing. The prices on this post, as well as the prices on the menu we were handed, were not the prices we were charged! A Jumbo cheeseburger was $6.50 on the menu that an employee handed to us. We were charged $8.05. There were separate charges for tax and for the credit card fee. The employee was not able to explain and made no offer to correct. Not good! We will not be returning. After reading the owners reply, I feel I must change my rating to 1 star. I knew about the tax and credit card fees. As stated above, they were listed separately on the receipt. We were still overcharged from YOUR menu prices.

Nice low-key kinda place. Friendly, fast service. Cash and credit card accepted. Discount given for cash payment. Cheeseburger was good. If I'm in town again, I'll stop by.

It took us a bit of searching, but we finally found the Root Beer Stand. Heard about this on HGTV show. The workers were efficient and nice. The stand was clean inside, but tables and chairs outside were quite dirty. (and at least one chair was broken) But the Cheeseburgers were quite good as well as the tasty rootbeer. We did not like the chili fries. The chili tasted bland. If you stop here, be sure to visit the Art Cars on 300 W 1st St too.

This place was renovated by HGTV Hometown Makeover 2021 in Winslow. Had an icream cone and owner came out for a picture op. Happy for them, so you must visit if you go there. 5 Stars $$

We wanted something quick but tasty well the root beer stand did not disappoint! You have to have the root beer!!! The chili dog and onion rings were awesome

It is hard to find good Chinese food in this area, but look no further, this place rocks. This hidden gem has fantastic food is fantastic and the portions are huge. My wife and I stumbled in here after a recommendation from a friend(Thanks Papa Joe}. Glad we did. We WILL be back. The owners are very friendly and down to earth.

This is by far the best place we have eaten at in a very long time. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was amazing!!!!!!! Very nice sized portions, the prices were reasonable. My husband and three children all ate here and we ALL thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We ordered: a shrimp appetizer, Generals chicken, scallops, and shrimp in a garlic sauce (so good). We also had egg fried rice and Lo mein. The iced tea was superb. I truly can't say enough good about this place. It was totally amazing!!!! I am posting pictures to show you. I thought I got a picture of the Generals chicken I can't find it but it was a massive portion and it was really good. We would definitely recommend this place.

This was the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. We ordered a burrito and fried beans — the beans tasted like they came straight from a can and were just microwaved. The rice looked like it was scraped from the bottom of the pan, dry and unappetizing. The burrito was nothing but beans and rice, with barely any flavor. The meat was incredibly bad — tough, chewy, and impossible to enjoy. We gave this place a try by chance, but honestly, stay far away. Just a friendly piece of advice.

Not a fan of posting, but bartender ignored me and only delta with the males which was 99%. I ordered my food an hour before i arrived. Asked her to add it all together and she didn’t so I had to go to restaurant side and they didn’t know how to ring the drink up. This isn’t the first time I got my food missing an item with the steak dinner. I’m a local so this isn’t my first complaint.

Found the Falcon restaurant on the way out of Winslow. Saw the corner and we were starving. What luck! They had a board with the special on it. The sweet waitress asked for our drink orders and returned with them quickly. My wife ordered the fish dinner. I ordered the usual. (1st time there!) She kindly laughed and said she'd remember next time. I ordered the posted special. Ribeye steak choice of potatoes and salad. It came to the table hot, done as ordered and was a great sized portion. Steak slightly tuff nothing unexpected and it was delicious, never used the steak sauce provided. Wife liked the good sized 3 pieces of fish. It was a pleasant experience and we will return.

I was impressed with what we ordered. The enchilada sauce was authentic tasting. So many places miss the mark on that one. Also loved the California Burro. It is filled with lots of veggies, rice, and refried beans. Even avocado. Good choice for those who don't want meat. The waiter was nice and helpful. The only complaint is that they had too many fans running, and we felt really cold and had to grab jackets from the car to warm up.

On this occasion we each ordered coffee and burgers. The food was good. The young man who brought us the food, never came back to check if the food was ok or to refill our coffee or water. Other than one couple the restaurant was empty. There were two girls behind the counter, one kept going into the bar area to help the other just kept making herself drinks.

Stopped in while on a road trip out to California. Had the carne asada fries with red sauce. SO DELICIOUS! Everyone is so friendly and kind. We had a pretty big group of people and it didn't take long for our food to be done. Thank you for hosting us!!

The food is absolutely inedible. The worst i have had the rice was kard and crunchy and tasted like mud. The beans tasted fermented and had dried out on top. The food was over cooked and served cold. The staff were acceptable but the food is terrible. 1 out of 5 stars.

The food was good and the waiter was nice. But I think everything was too much we spent 12$ on 3 beverages and then on the deal were you get the pancakes it offers bacon and sausage I don’t like sausages and I asked for more bacon and they gave me one strip and a half of fatty bacon. And we waited like an hour for the food just for it to be cold😾🙄

This was a bad visit. The crew didn’t work well together and I waited about 8 or 9 minutes to be seated. They overcooked my steak 🥩 and there was also a customer with a hollering child disturbing the peace. My pancakes were bomb 💣 though & the best thing about this whole experience. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood or not. Anyway, Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

We ordered food for take out! Our food was cooked perfectly and exactly how we wanted it. Staff was friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door! The manager (Ryan) came out and made sure we had everything we needed prior to us leaving the restaurant! My son is also gluten free and his food was cooked to perfection as we asked, which is hard to get around Winslow! 10/10!

I stopped into Denny’s recently and was really impressed. The food came out hot and fresh, exactly how I ordered it. My server was attentive without hovering, and made sure my coffee cup was never empty. The atmosphere was relaxed, and even though it was busy, everything felt clean and well-kept.

Sent our guests to Dennys during standing on the corner weekend and during the weekend of the car show! The servers, cooks, and management working those weekends were AMAZING! Our guests came back satisfied, and highly content and pleased with the service they received! They were in and out. Although it was very busy they did not have to wait long and the food was excellent. We will continue recommending dennys to our guests!

The restaurant had about 4 tables one server was busting tables and everyone else was in the back including a manager. There server that was busting tables look at me twice then continued cleaning then looked for her co workers but no one was around. So she finally sat me after about 2 to 3 mins waiting. After seated she let the rest of the crew know she's busting table and if she good get some help. The manager was very argumentative and basically told her it was her job to handle the front. The manager attitude stunk. The cook does not know how to cook soft eggs i continued to ask for soft scrambled eggs. They brought out rubbery eggs. After eating i asked the manager for another glass of water but she never brought it. Not a friendly atmosphere starting with the management. People are waiting 10mins to be seated because everyone was in the back

Sat at the counter for 10 minutes while a waitress was cleaning. I sked of she would get my waitress for me so I could order and SHE was my waitress. I wasn't served my drink until after my meal arrived and I had to wait for her to walk by to ask for refills, then wait 5 minutes and have to remind her, every time. When I paid, she asked about my meal. I replied the food was good, but, honestly. Your service was slow and inattentive. She smiled and said she didn't care. Worst service ever from a Dennys.

The service was nice and friendly. The rice was salty, the fried beans didn’t even had a taste lol and the shrimp was not good enough to be shrimp al mojo de ajo. Had to put more salt, lime and hot soup to make the pozole soup a little tasty 🤦🏽‍♀️

TURN AROUND! Service was awful, food didn't come as explained in the menu, nothing about it is "Fresh". My asada tacos were so dry, the meat was crunchy. When I politely asked for guac, that was listed as an ingredient to my dish, I was asked, "Did you want it?!" Dirty. You may need to visit the bathroom soon after, but don't go here! 'Do Not Flush ANYTHING down the toilet'. OMGosh! This place shouldn't get any stars, it probably should be shut down.

Great Al Pastor Burrito. They make flat burritos (never had one, but it good that I tried it). And the tortilla is crisped. Yum.

We ate there for lunch. We had lunch buffet and also ordered from the menu. Food is delicious. Favorite is zucchini and chicken.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet. We got the buffet. The egg drop soup was hot. The rest of the food was very cold. When I mentioned this to our waitress, she said that the steam table of the buffet was turned on. I asked her if she ever ate any of the buffet food and got no answer. The lady that was the cashier said that they cook the food before it goes into the chafing pots. Then she said that the water under the steam table was 180°. If it really was 180°, that food would have been boiling hot. If we eat here again, we won't be using the buffet. We paid $14.50 each for 2 people to eat the buffet food. Plus $ for our drinks. I'm just wondering if it costs more to eat here if the food that you get to eat is hot?

Service was 7/10, food was Not GOOD at all for my experience. It doesn't have a nice flavor, seems like they just cooked it randomly, I really do not recommend this place, I don't know what happened but if you come eat here I hope they have better food, the buffet is really simple they don't have many options. The place looked old but it looked clean 8/10. I also found a hair on my plate, but that's on my experience, price is too high for what it is, NOT WORTH IT. I hope you have a different experience, and you like it if visiting here.

By far the worst Chinese Buffet we’ve ever had. Some of the food seemed reheated. Crab Ragoons, EggDrop Soup, no taste. Pop and food prices were awful for quality of food.

Food was good but not outstanding. Not sure how it compares to other local options. I got the combination plate that comes with egg drop soup, fried rice, one of 6 entree options and then the choice of a side of sweet and sour pork or egg roll or fried wonton. The soup was mostly flavorless. I got the princess chicken which isn't marked as spicy on the menu but is rather spicy. It was good but not great. The sweet and sour was enjoyable as was the fried rice. The chicken chow mein that someone else got had no noodles but was instead just bean sprouts, and was rather bland. Service was good though.

We stopped for the lunch buffet and enjoyed lots of tasty fresh vegetables along with the expected Chinese fare. Pleasantly surprised!

Malvrick made the best veggie patty sandwich I have ever had, toasted multigrain with lots and lots of spinach lots of tomatoes avocado olives it was so good thank you Malverick I owe you I am so sorry that we took it to go and I should have given you a big tip forgive me I owe you on the way back.

Second day in a row we've been in only 2 types of bread. They have big signs in the window saying fresh cut meat I think it's too much to ask their staff because now they are out of meats and no bread and vegetables weren't looking good both days they blamed it on night shift.

Literally the only Subway ill actually eat at. Micheal always makes my sandwiches with love. Tristan is always the nicest and fastest. Appreciate you guys always reading the notes and making my Sammies perfect

The night workers are rude. The lady who helped me was talking under her breath and complained about everything the minute we walked in. The environment was very unwelcoming.

Bad customer service I asked for some extra ingredients which I didn’t get, bad attitude from girl that was working there on 716 at 10:30 and 11 AM

The store lead John was all alone. Extremely slow prepping online orders while we stood in line. He is extremely slow, then tried to have a How is your day going with his customers once he looked up..... they just wanted out. My order was quick and simple, because 2 other team associates showed up, so they were hustling......

Worst Sonic ever!! Service was the west I’ve ever had. I ordered just one chili dog and it took over twenty mins.. I saw them make it and put it in the table to take out and it just sat there and they kept looking at me waiting. I ordered through the app and asked if my order had gone through and he said yes. But never brought out to me until I pushed the red button and said if I don’t get the chili dog in one min I want my money back. Guess what happened,, yup got the chili dog. Why are people like this?? And it wasn’t busy at all.

Dang it. I always have a good experience here. But got home and they had given me the wrong slushies. I was suppose to have real fruit slushies, and ended up getting a cherry and lemon lime slush. Not the strawberry and lemon slush. And I don't live near them and I paid a different price. So not to happy

If someone wants extra sauce stop being a jerk about giving extra sauce... it's not like the food isn't expensive to begin with but being cheap about extra sauce is pathetic and ridiculous for a company... yes owner i am addressing YOU ....

Went for lunch today, Sonic wasn't busy but we had a wait in line. Our tots weren't fully cooked they were a pale white color. Lettuce on my toaster sandwich was 1 inch thick yellow and small like just a chunk of the heart. Other than that it tasted good. Was disappointed should of just went to McDonald's or Carl's Jr

Hi, this is just my opinion. I think we have the worst sonic that there is in Winslow Arizona. They always have their app down or their icemaker down or the fryers down. You can never order and they’re not the very nicest people I believe our sonic needs a big improvement. They are gonna land up losing a lot of their customers

It’s been going downhill for a good while. Usually it’s not horrible. Today whomever is SUPPOSED to be there has the store open but left or was ignoring all the customers trying to order. There was 6 different people trying to order and we all waited almost 10min before leaving.

Food and service was great, always pricey but plan on waiting a few minutes to get your order it takes a little bit but most Sonic’s have fresh food so that could be the reasoning.

Been coming to this place for years. Always been good pizza. Well today went In ordered a pepperoni lovers with jalapeños and extra sauce. It came back with barely any sauce on it. Dryer than heck took it back up there they looked at it took it to the back then came out and said well when it goes in the oven it comes out like that yea I’m sure it does come out dried as hell when you don’t put any freaking sauce on it. So they gave it back to me with two dipping sauce cups. I’m sorry but that’s not the way I ordered it. They would not make me another one and still made me pay for that nasty ass dry pizza.

For a Pizza Hut in a small town I expected the service to be better. The staff didn't want to help and had an attitude when taking the order their napkins were almost out and they didn't want to offer us plates. My family and I were the only customers inside this establishment on a early Friday evening. We are respectful, kept clean, with proper manners.

Newly renovated. Appears nice. Food is ok, but they refused to let me buy a fountain drink because I did a takeout, but wanted to eat some at Restaurant and to enjoy myself. This is a ridiculous policy.

I called for a delivery pizza and the female that answered was being very difficult. I know as soon as she heard my accent she became very difficult. She asked where I wanted the pizza delivered and I told her the Wyndham motel. I even spelled it out for her. She asked me if I was in Winslow Arizona. I said yes and I asked her where else is there a Winslow Arizona? Then she said there's a Winslow New Jersey. Well I'm not in Winslow New Jersey. I gave up and told her to forget about my order. She was just racist with a racist attitude. White people do not like natives around here I guess. I'm not from here. That wasn't very nice of her.

(Update at the end) Today, 01/01/24, I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza and received a pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza. I let the girl at the window know that my order was wrong and she takes my pizza without an apology. After 10 minutes, another lady comes to the window and hands us a pizza. I don’t even like sausage and they give me the same pizza with pineapple added to it! Lazy! Dissatisfied! **Update** After this review that I posted, the next day I get a call from Pizza Hut. I got an apology and a free pizza! I was thankful for that. Their pizza is always good but I don’t know what happened on 1/1/24!

I order through their app, When it was dropped off, never gotten my change back. When I called them back again, they told me it was delivered through DoorDash, because they didn’t have a delivery driver. When I didn’t see no dashers name when it was being delivered either. I loss money & I’m annoyed how they handled it.

Order was to be delivered near 1:08 pm waited till 1:57pm. Called to cancel. No name given and hung up on. If I could give 0 stars I would. Bad crew,no customer care.

We had to go hang out on the corner in Winslow, AZ, of course…. And, while we were there we stopped for lunch. This place had the best food since we got to AZ. The restaurant has an open floor plan, bright and clean with excellent service and very reasonably priced. My husband and I both ordered the BBQ pork sandwich; mine with onion rings, husband ordered French fries. We both agreed the sandwich was delicious! The meat and sauce were flavorful, with a hint of sweet and a tiny bit of spice (to me, but I’m a wimp - husband said there was no spice, at all 🙄). I liked my onion rings (HUGE portion for a side) and husband liked his fries they were “crispy, outside”. Husband ordered deep fried mushrooms as an appetizer - they were so good; if you like mushroom, definitely order them, otherwise you are missing out! No tiny, wimpy mushrooms here - I am guessing they were “Baby Bellas”and were fried in a tempura batter (same batter as on the onion rings). Anyway, our friends ordered the chicken wrap and the spicy wings. They both enjoyed their orders. The general opinion of the wings is they were not as spicy hot as was expected. I ordered sweet tea, no ice (yeah, I’m weird like that). It had a good tea flavor and was not too sweet, served in the big, old time Coke glass. I would definitely return when in the area.

Short staffed, waited 45 minutes for our food. Interior design is nicely put together, very clean. Food was ok Reuben sandwich bread was burnt,(see picture) corn beef used was overcooked, look more like a Jerky sandwich. French dip was good, the fries were about the only thing that was tasty.

WOW! Top notch. The food was off the chart. The gravy on the chicken fried steak was ABSOLUTELY the best I've ever had, no cap(lie). From service to the environment, fantastic experience. Do miss this spot if you are in Winslow.

Nice sit down restaurant a few steps away from the famous corner of Winslow, AZ. Bar looked well stocked and had about 15 beers on tap. Prices were reasonable and our food tasted good...fresh made. Ordered the chicken Ceasars salad, clam chowder, green Chile chicken noodle soup, kids Mac and cheese, and chicken fingers. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Staff was attentive.

The food was very good and our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Great little place and cool atmosphere. We did go during the week and it was in the afternoon, so it was not crowded. I would recommend it if you're planning on "standing on the corner in Winslow Arizona". It's a fine site to see!!

In Arizona for the Super Bowl, Fly Eagles Fly! Was at meteor crater and had to stand on a corner in Winslow, Arizona. If you find yourself here, stop in to the Old Town Grill. Very nice atmosphere, bar was nice. My bartender/server Nicole was great. My ribeye was cooked to perfection. Even have to compliment the bathroom, very clean. Come out and support your local businesses and avoid chains. I highly recommend this place if you end up near Winslow!

One of the best dinners of our Route 66 road trip! Wonderful food and super-friendly service--the kind where the manager stops by your table and spends a few minutes chatting. Customers tuck change into the brick walls. Once a month the change is collected and donated to a local charity. Highly recommended.

Stopped here to eat and was completely ignored by the employees. They have kiosks like so many fast food places these days. Instead of greeting us and suggesting we place our order on one, they ovioded looking at us, and one lady behind the counter walked right in front of us. We had been on the road for 4 hours and needed to use the restroom that needed a pass code, so we didn't just leave. I ordered drinks and got the code. We left after that and went across the street to McDonald's. Not our first choice, but at least they were very friendly at McDonald's. I've worked in customer service, and even on a bad day, I would never ever act like that to a customer. So rude!

This TB is better than the one in Holbrook. Only bad experiences? 1) a man that comes out from behind the counter to ask the customers how they are doing and if he can get them anything. That is a great part. The bad part of this guy is he came out and let out and let out the largest open mouth burp! There were about 6 customers eating in the dining area, and all of them put their food down. About 10 minutes later, he at least apologized. It was a very gross burp!!

This Taco Bell location will steal your money and not give you food. On April 20, 2025 I placed and PAID FOR an online order at 6:36p.m saying it would be ready at 6:47.p.m I received my email saying it was ready. When I go in at 6:47 p.m my order was not ready and I was ignored. I was Ignored for a 50 minutes. They proceeded to keep drive through moving. Had no intention on making my order and no problem saying the was fulfilled. That sounds like robbery. When I finally do get help after 50 minutes it is by a rude Manager. Spoke to me like a child. Turning the situation around as if I was the problem. No apology for the wait. He has very poor customer service. I’m the problem because I’m demanding a refund after waiting 50 minutes for food I never received but you had no problem changing me? He was making my refund complicated. he actually was demanding me to inconvenience my self even more. By going back home fetching my card that was on my account go back with the card and what? wait another 50 minutes to get a refund for an order I PAID for and they not fulfill? Make it make sense. If I were to walk into Taco Bell take money from their register leave and come back 50 mins later to return it, the police would be there and I’d face some charges. Completely understandable. But if Taco Bell does it to you. It’s okay. No police, just A Rude manager treating you like scum after robbing you? He made the situation hostile. I feel sorry for his employees he was trying to blame on. Took zero accountability for HIS actions. A small man, trying to wear big man’s shoes.

DO NOT ORDER ANYRHING SUPREME!!! THEY ALWAYS FORGET OR SKIMP ON THE SOUR CREAM!!! As you can see in the pictures provided, almost next to nothing when it comes to the sour cream. I also ordered supreme tacos last time as well, and unfortunately, I also had NO sour cream. I don't know what it is about this place, but in the last 2 years, the service and food have taken a nosedive from what I remember what it used to be. At this time, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AS YOU WILL BE GUARANTEED TO BE DISAPPOINTED. You are better off going to the Alfonso's 100 yards to the south or the McDonald's across the street. Go at your own risk. It seems like the owner or management doesn't care to address the problems I and many others bring up.

Ice cold food, manger was not the best person to talk to. Maybe it's because I'm Native American. I wouldn't eat there again. Also, half the place was falling apart, the drink station was not working, had to wait for drinks and food, I feet every unkind and unwanted there, also the manger was mouthing off at me too.

I ordered a 6.29 chicken burrito that's new on the menu and I literally got ripped off there was only 3 pieces of burnt chicken and soggy lettuce in the smallest wrap of a burrito. I'm never going through Taco Bell again but the spicy potato burrito was alright was kind of burnt too.

Very small and cute place to stop for gas and snacks. Bathrooms were a bit yucky, but the cashier was awesome, sweet and very kind!

Everyone at this store is so friendly. We walked in as wherry travelers and were greeted with smiles from everyone who worked there. They brightened our whole day.

Came in for gas and to get air I got my gas and parked by the air machine . I went to run inside to get quarters for the machine and the employee says we don’t have quarters. And ask the next customer if they need help. Good gas prices but the employees seem like they don’t wanna be there and tend to be snarky

I always give a green smiley rating on the way out, for store friendliness! This is one convenience store where you don't feel like you're being an inconvenience to them LOL. It's also never a long wait to be cashed out, and the store is well stocked and always CLEAN!

The bathrooms were really clean. The employees were extremely friendly and were all wearing masks. Would definitely stop there again.

Good 2 Go is supposed to close at 10 and i was just there n its 8:02 pm now? There were 4 employees inside, entrance was closed, and sign said they were closed??? 🙆😱are they being robbed? 💩🙆😱

Stopped for a quick potty break, fine establishment.

We went in around 9 pm. Nobody dining in. Although there was a lot of drive thru. Our cashier was very nice. She went the extra to bring us our tray of food. Dining room was clean. We would definitely come back.

Worst wait time over 25 minutes in drive thru then get my order wrong. I asked for no cheese three times and guess what my order had cheese Then asked to pull around the front and waited additional 6minutes. Reason for the wait time...whole new crew. But wow. Probably won't go again. 👎

Driving in from out of state and had the worst franchise experience at this location. Ordered online before picking up at the drive through, on arrival I was told to wait in front. Waited over 40 minutes to finally head inside and ask about my order. Everyone in there was so lost, I asked for a refund. The manager refused since the order was online. Then I asked to make the order fresh. The food was so cold and gross, she also refused. She gave me an excuse on how it's gonna take another thirty minutes to make it fresh...whatever. I decided to take my cold food until I realized the order wasn't even complete. Had to wait longer to remake the missing order. And no, my kids didn't even eat their food it was so gross. Do Better!!

I got the southwest burger and the patty and bun were good but the bacon was incredibly chewy and the barbecue sauce was not very good. The music selection was also horrible. We sat for 45 minutes and only heard one listenable song.

The manager is kind and pleasant. The staff member came in, clocked in, dropped their backpack off under the register, and proceeded to check my order. Without washing her hands. I requested a refund. The manager again is amazing.

Asked for no pickle, onion or tomato, nailed that... didn't get special sauce. Burger was bland. Cashier was everywhere. Working as fast as she culd.

For just under $12 with a 15% tip you can’t really complain, nice size portion, kinda bland/mild but that can be fixed with adding some of your own choice of spices. Great food! Didnt F Up my stomach and had me energized. I find it surprising how this place isnt more popular in the area and not as busy.

⚠️PEANUT ALLERGY ⚠️ The restaurant was clean and tidy. I ordered the Seasame Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, and Lo Mein. Although the staff assured me none of their dishes contained peanuts or peanut cooking oil, I still had a peanut specific allergic reaction. Other than that, no one else in our party got sick. I'm hoping this will encourage them to find out what happened and help other with peanut allergies stay away.

My new fav place to get take out or sit an eat. Food is always good. Portion size is good.they are not at all skimpy like sum places. Price is affordable as well. It's got nice Air Conditioned dinning room. Clean table everytime we come in. Fried wonton are our fav.

This place is definitely worth the money they definitely pile on the food...friendly customer service which is definitely a plus these days...

This place is a joke, buffet style, noodles were cold and sticky, sweet and sour chicken COLD errr, terrible place!!!

Do yourself a favor, if you’re traveling on I-40 around Winslow, AZ take a short hop onto the historic Route 66 to Romo’s Mexican Grill. You’ll find a truly unique place to get some delicious food with a great view and an unusual location. When we walked up the sign said, “On The Tarmac”. We saw it was located right next to the Winslow Airport, we didn’t realize that it had two parking lots effectively. The cars were out front and the planes in the rear. Our group and one other table who turned out to be a pilot and his wife were in there. Did we realize at first that they were pilots? No. But when we saw them walk out the back patio area that overlooked the runways and strolled casually through a gate that said “Authorized Personnel Only”, it became abundantly clear that their vehicle was parked out back. We actually gathered outside at the end of our respective meals to watch them get into their single engine prop plane and just leap back into the sky after having a tasty lunch. I’m sure small aircraft pilots know about these sort of locations, but to the uninformed, it was a fascinating thing to behold someone walk out of a restaurant climb into a plane and fly away in the same way we would merge back on the highway. The location wasn’t the main reason we came there. A good chunk of my family were born in Arizona and we love Navajo tacos. We looked in the Winslow area and this came up with some very good reviews. The Navajo tacos were pillowy, crispy, and just the right amount of chew. We tried them with the chicken, shredded beef, and ground beef. I asked the waitress that took our order which she liked best, I often times will defer to those who know what’s good because they eat it all the time and it usually doesn’t let me down with excellent recommendations. I was right again because the ground beef the waitress recommended was moist, flavorful, and the best protein in my opinion. They had red and green chili to top it and I wanted it “Christmas” which is half red and half green chili on top. The green chili was a little more acidic, but not in a bad way, and came off a little spicier than the red. Both were delicious and you can’t go wrong with either. I also noticed they had spicy mushrooms as a vegetarian alternative to meat and I love mushrooms, so I order a single enchilada also Christmas style with the spicy mushrooms and man o’ man, my only regret was that I didn’t order more than one. The wait staff and cook, Mark, were very friendly. My nephew who was traveling with me loved his nachos so much that he gave Mark a hug. Mark was so happy by the show of appreciation he said to my nephew, “Do you like spicy foods?” and my nephew rigorously confirmed he did. Mark said, “I’m gonna bring you something special that’s not on the menu.” He brought out a bowl of what Mark called, “Green Chili Stew.” We came for the Navajo Tacos, but I’ll have to admit his green chili base, with two meats, and some roasted potato cubes that made up this stew probably ended up being my favorite bite of the meal. My nephew shared a couple of bites with me and I would have potentially tried to ordered a bowl for myself, which Mark gave to my nephew that bowl of what I am now referring to as “Mark’s Green Chili Stew” compliments of the house, but I was basically done with my Navajo Taco and Spicy Mushroom Enchilada and didn’t have room for more. I love little local places that have big flavor and even bigger hearts. Romo’s fits that description 100%. Thank you for a delicious meal and a memory making experience that my family will never forget.

Went here for lunch today. The owner came and spoke to us. All his dishes are made fresh by him daily. The food was amazing. Portions are big. Drinks were done well also. Really cool environment on the tarmac. Would definitely eat there again. We got to experience his new creation, a strawberry cheesecake tamale. Very creative and tasty! What a great chef!

What a wonderful place to eat! The Combo Burrito was amazing! My husband had a Taco and Enchilada special. He said it was great too! Beautiful view of the airport…. The staff is superb! Give it a try when you’re in the area.

Had lunch yesterday with my daughter. Clean, fast service, good portions and very good food. I had enchiladas (delicious) and she had quesadillas (ate every bite). Salsa was delicious and fresh chips. Even a place to sit outside during nice weather. Also serves beer. We were served by Tiffany. Friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back.

We are traveling through in our RV and stopped to see Winslow and “the corner”. Being my wife’s birthday, we sought out a Mexican Restaurant and the reviews for this one were great. TRUST your GPS as you may wonder if it is guiding you right because it is worth it. Met Mark as soon as we walked in and very welcoming. Placed our order and there were two other couples already sitting and eating. Nice set-up inside and we enjoyed the view of the airport. Food came out quickly and sorry for no photos of it…we were too hungry!! We also order the tres leches cake for her birthday….and yes, it was OUTSTANDING! If we come through again we will definitely stop here to eat and say hi to Mark and we would 100% recommend this place!!

We knew we were at a great place as soon as we tasted the salsa; yum! I had a shredded beef chimichanga; absolutely delicious. My wife had two tacos; shredded beef and the Chicharron de queso. They had grapefruit Jarritos, our favorite. The owner walked the floor and chatted with patrons. Great service super yummy food!!

We were craving some mexican food and stopped in on our way through Winslow . Food was hot and tasty, the mango salsa.. spicy the way I like it sooo good. The owners were awesome , made our lunch not only delicious but alot of fun as well.
