Nestled in the heart of Cadiz, Hotel Las Cortes de Cádiz offers a charming blend of history and modern comfort. This informal hotel is just steps away from notable attractions like the Catacumbas del Beaterio and Plaza de España, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Guests can unwind on the rooftop terrace while enjoying stunning views or take advantage of complimentary Wi-Fi throughout their stay. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine, perfect for lunch, dinner, or brunch.
This is my second time to this wonderful little hotel. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I booked here in a family room. The room was great. The beds were comfortable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my lack of Spanish, I really appreciate the effort to translate my Canadian only language barrier. The location was perfect and the price was definitely good. I decided to come back this year for another visit. I was not disappointed. No there is not a pool, but there is a beautiful rooftop lounge area and the rooms are comfortable. I would definitely book one of their better rooms, you don’t want to be disappointed. Please remember you only get what you pay for. Thank you for making my third stay Cádiz just that much better. I appreciate your beautiful little Hotel, keep up the good work.!

Stayed in the Andersen suite -nice room with generous space; room, private terrace and large bathroom. Lovely shower however poor water pressure. Headboard is mounted on a wall with a large space between it and the bed required an additional pillow to cover it. Coffee maker was useless and not properly stocked (only one regular coffee and no milk). The terrace had lovely views over the roof tops, bell towers and the cathedral off in the distance.
Mark S — Google review
In a great location with everything being a walkable distance. Parking was a little tricky to navigate but the hotel has reserved spots in a nearby garage and will guide you to it. The staff were welcoming and kind. The room was fairly small but clean and comfortable. You have to be careful that water doesn't cover the floor from the shower. It stayed very quiet at night despite its central location and the ac worked wonderfully in the summer heat.

In one word: We want to come back! Love this hotel, the staff ,and the city of Cádiz. We would choose the same room with terrace: lovely for our morning coffee.🥰 Breakfast in the restaurant was also outstanding. Don’t forget to visit the Parroquia Nuestra Señora del Rosario behind the corner!!

Guests can indulge in an array of wellness treatments at the plush spa, which features a Turkish bath and private thermal water circuit for ultimate relaxation.
It’s good but a bit far from old city center. As review for hotel, was good, clean, quiet. Breakfast decent. All good

I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing place. The spa is not included, and parking is across the street, costing €19 per day.
Alexandra — Google review
The hotel was delightful, providing a truly pleasant stay. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Manuel for his exceptional hospitality and kindness. His warm welcome made our experience unforgettable.
Younes B — Google review
The staff at this hotel make it a very special place. Thank you to the amazing Harry Potter receptionist German speaking lady and her team who were so much fun and gave us such great food recommendations near by. If the hotel was just a little closer to the centre of town it would be even better. But then the gorgeous stroll along the coast is still great. The breakfast is wonderful. But mostly what makes this hotel so good are the staff.
Richard S — Google review
We had an excellent three-night stay here. The entire staff is kind and friendly, the rooms are clean, breakfast is surprisingly fantastic, and the location worked well for us. We hope to come back.
Susan L — Google review
I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff were amazing! The only thing I noticed about the room was how it must have been a long time since the curtains last saw the washing machine. Overall, the room was actually clean! Special mention to Manuel and Cristina! They were both very helpful!
Geisha E — Google review
Great service everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was clean and bed was very comfortable. We decided to use the spa and they had a deal on that we got tea and cake and spa. The spa itself was not the best. The who spa area was not hot as a spa should be. The jacuzzi was warm and wasn't very strong with the bubbles. The steam room was only just warm and full of steam. I couldn't fully relax as I was cold alot. If your just using the hotel it's great but I wouldn't recommend the spa.
Zainab A — Google review
While check-in I ask the guy on reception if our room has a seaview, and he answers affirmative. When we come to the room, it appears on the opposite side of the sea. I went down and ask the receptionist what happened, and he very nicely explained that all front room are sold and refund for me is not available. Rooms are clean but outdated and plastic, AC was not working until May, though the temperature in the room is hi and no air is flowing in. Location is OK, close to the beach and transportation. Update: next day I was propose another room upstairs, and that was much nicer, and with A/C. Staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast is plain.

Casual con Duende Cádiz is a charming hotel nestled in the heart of Cadiz, just a short stroll from Playa de la Caleta. This informal accommodation boasts understated yet comfortable rooms, some with delightful balconies that offer lovely views. Guests can enjoy air-conditioned spaces and relax on the terrace while being close to local attractions like Plaza de Fray Felix and various museums. The hotel features a 24-hour front desk, ensuring guests feel secure and well taken care of throughout their stay.
We booked the tower room and it was fantastic. Four levels, two terraces with beautiful views of the cathedral and incredible sunsets. Probably not practical for anyone with mobility issues (lots of narrow stairs). Comfortable bed, great location, decent breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Billy C — Google review
I will caveat this, with I am not a fancy traveler, so dont stay in super posh places. I think this one of my favourite hotels. It ticks all my boxes, clean, good bed, great shower, great location. For a place in the middle of a busy town it is quiet. The building is lovely, and well converted. The staff are great, friendly and efficient. If you choose breakfast its really good. All in all pretty amazing
Andrew E — Google review
The hotel is located in the centre in a quiet and clean street. It is a beautiful building with many authentic details. The rooms are calm, clean and comfortable. The staff has been very friendly and helpful while attending us. The hotel offers a very varied breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!
Manuela Z — Google review
Perfection! Rooms are clean and great. Breakfast was pretty good and one of the receptionists the cutest person ever. Her positivity and heartwarming smile.made our stay :) And the rest of the staff was super friendly too. Definitely staying there again.
Predrag S — Google review
I absolutely loved the hotel! Such a beautiful building neatly situated nearby the cruise terminal. I'm a crew member, and I only spent a night, but I wish I had more time! Friendly and helpful reception, neat little room and a wonderful complementary breakfast. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer!
George F — Google review
We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. They wrote us a personal note about our travels through Spain. It was an exceptional gesture from a professional staff!
Janet B — Google review
Not enough tables for breakfast time , I had no table and the lady in charge of the breakfast room did not care , I had to take my plate to the room on the third floor . Other than that all was good.
Ed B — Google review
Great little hotel in the centre of the old part of Cadiz. Most of the rooms surround a central atrium. Reception staff are very friendly and I heard them speak English (although I conversed in Spanish). Very quiet at night. Good breakfast buffet eaten in the courtyard. Overall, good value for money and I would stay there again.

Torre Tavira is a historic observation tower in Cadiz, dating back to the 18th century. It offers stunning panoramic views of the city and the sea, making it a must-visit for photography enthusiasts. The tower features a camera obscura on its top floor, projecting real-time images of the surroundings onto a white screen. Visitors can also explore two exhibition halls within the tower.
It's part of the Camera Obscura, which unfortunately we couldn't visit as it was fully booked. The narrow climb up the tower was well worth it for the views . Lots of information on the walls as you climb.
Stuart G — Google review
Marta was a great tour guide. She explained everything to our group and had a playful sense of humor. The views of Cadiz and beyond were amazing. The staircase is a workout but the views are well worth it.
Ruben S — Google review
Fantastic view of Cadiz This was a great place to come to and climb a few steps to see the view of the town. It was not that expensive and really worth it! Highly recommended!
Paul V — Google review
Not a whole lot to see here, better views from the cathedral tower for the same price. Overall it’s a good place to learn about the different towers and their history an usage within the city. Camera obscura is neat.
IamTheRealDeliCinq — Google review
I think this is a must visit location when you come to Cadiz. You get more cultural and historical background about the place. I strongly recommend guided version. I don't want to spoil it for you but it was amazing!

Terrific views, well worth a visit as is the city of Cadiz. Book in advance if you want to see the camera obscurer, or pay a little less to access the top and enjoy the views.

Outdoor Activities
La Caleta is one of the four beaches in Cadiz, but it stands out as the smallest and most popular due to its location next to the old town and between two castles. It gained pop-culture significance as a filming location for a scene in Die Another Day. Visitors can relax on its golden shores, visit the iconic Spa of Lady of Palma, and enjoy beach bars.
A nice place to hang out at during a day trip to Cádiz even in late December! Kids run around with gusto, collecting seashells and pebbles
Oleksandr G — Google review
Pier has seen better days but it is a great little traditional beach. Nice for family's and news agents near by for drinks. Sand isn't the dreamy white stuff you see in pictures and almost feels a bit British.
Adam W — Google review
Great beach in the center of Cadiz. Enjoying our stay here today.
Sc. U — Google review
Located in beautiful Cádiz, it is an idyllic spot. The beaches, good food and rich history. Definitely plan on returning!
E M — Google review
Cádiz, La Caleta is a beach located in the historical center of the city of Cádiz. It is a natural harbor by which Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans penetrated historically. main attraction is its location, a scene that has inspired musicians and poets like: Isaac Albéniz, José Maria Pemán, Paco Alba, and Carlos Cano. It has been pictured in several films, such as 007: Die Another Day, Alatriste, and Manolete.
Csaba B — Google review
Not sure how typical it is there, but during our 2 days in Cadiz, water in La Caleta was very turbid (likely due to heavy rain in Andalucia couple days before our arrival). Also loads of seaweed😬 You find much better conditions on the south side of the walkway to the fortress. It has access to open Atlantic and water there is much clearer, but swimming conditions are harder due to higher waves. If you just want to play on the sand - it's a place for you, although we visited pre season and I can see it getting very crowded. Big parkings are available nearby, but be prepared for them to be full or if you get lucky, to dig deep into your pockets - 15€/day seems to be cheap in Cadiz😬

Nature & Parks
Parque Genovés is a picturesque and expansive park located in the Old City section of Cadiz. It borders the university campus to the north and features a wide variety of plants, trees, and pathways. The park's design by Valencian architect Geronimo Genoves Puig includes a grotto with a waterfall and an ornamental lake adorned with dinosaur sculptures. Visitors can enjoy picnics, leisurely walks, or let children play at the playground.
Great location right by the sea. It’s located beside the parador at the top of the old city of Cadiz. Some very unusual tropical plants dating back 100+ years. A great playground for the children keep them entertained, and for adults a nice small coffee shop with outdoor seating at very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area and you want a bit of shade.
Ian K — Google review
Ever wondered where history and nature blend seamlessly? Parque Genovés in Cádiz is a hidden gem that captivates from the first step! With its lush gardens, whimsical topiary sculptures, and serene waterfront views, this park feels like a living postcard. Perfect for a peaceful stroll or a moment of reflection under ancient trees. Don’t miss the charming waterfall and the quirky dragon tree – it’s a must-visit! What’s your favorite spot here?

Lovely park in Cadiz. There are waterfalls, raised walkways and a play park. It's got nice sea views too. There are lots of trees and plants and lots of shady walks. There is a shop/bar to buy beer, coffee and ice creams too. Really lovely place to relax and unwind.
John W — Google review
Seems like it is not being kept or looked after. Trees and flowers need trimming etc. No water in fountains, no waterfall functioning. Has been taken over by countless pigeons. Still very nice collection of trees and flowers worth a visit, but do not expect too much.

Mercado Central de Abastos de Cádiz is a bustling market offering a variety of goods, including produce, meat, fish, and household items. It is one of the oldest covered markets in Spain and is known for its seafood selection, featuring clams, winkles, mantis shrimps, murex, razor shells, moray eel and tuna. The market also houses a snail stall with live snails.
Amazing place to be. With a great hyper positive atmosphere you will enjoy the best food for an incredible low price. Almost no tourists around ( but us) u will smell the sweet air of Spanish food/good living. We had several small dishes which u eat at the tables around and enjoy nice wine for 2.5 euro per glass. Definitely a place to learn Spanish culture:-)

A huge indoor fish market , which is just great to wander through . Made me wish I was self catering because the fish and seafood was all super fresh and really good value too ! The market has meat and cheese stalls , along with a few others , which circle the outside . There are a few bars and cafes down at the bottom end , but be ready to speak Spanish ! Try your best , they appreciate it ! Great place to explore .
69digritz — Google review
#1 groceries and fishing The different market stalls offer a wide variety of groceries, bakery products and fish. All products, especially the fish tho, are lined up carefully to pose for the endless camera lenses pointed at them. #2 architecture This represents the perfect harmony of old and modern market place architecture. The long extended straight roofs form a sort of hall way for the customer to wait in the shade.
Thilo B — Google review
I've never seen such large selection of very fresh fish and seafood anywhere else in Europe. Obviously they sell fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and sausages as well. It's a fantastic market.

This one is not as good as the one in Madrid or Barcelona, However it still has many choices for seafood. We enjoyed the deep fried shrimps and little fishes for our afternoon snack. Very fresh and tasty. Excellent.

Nice local fish built in 1838. A lot of food stalls for food and drink. Good to go for lunch. The market opens 9am-3.30pm. Some food stalls stay open for dinner, but a lot less choices.

Located in Cadiz, Spain, Castillo de San Sebastian is a former island fortress that has been transformed into a hub for historical exhibits, concerts, and cultural events. The castle offers stunning views of the Atlantic and La Caleta beach. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll along the coast to reach Santa Catalina Castle, the oldest fortress in Cadiz.
Great place to see Cadiz from a distance. No tickets needed. Due to its nature, I recommend checking tide times as it's a lot more attractive to visit during high tide😉 Ideal spot to watch the Atlantic during storms 👌🏻 We've been lucky on this front and saw it in very windy days🌊🌊👌🏻 It was interesting to observe huge difference in conditions between south and north side of the walkway. Could be difficult to make it all the way in and out without getting wet, so be prepared for a challenge during high tide on windy days😉
Aleksander R — Google review
A really cool place to visit. The views are spectacular and it’s amazing to see the history and style of the buildings. Free entry as well!
O W — Google review
Nice view of the city from the castle. However, the most fun we had was when walking to the castle via this narrow sea bridge. The wind was crazy and the waves were crushing along the way, soaking us so we had to run in some places. We spend around one hour here. There’s no bathroom and the castle is free entrance.
Anna K — Google review
Another great spot to walk around, enjoy the view, but nearly no information other than a couple of very general information posters. But this seems like a locals spot to relax around, especially the narrow path to get to it. Small sand bars and kids jumping off the bridge into the water.

We had a great family walk to Castillo de San Sebastian with 3 dogs. Comfortable weather and temperaturen, slightly windy on a summer day. Highly recommended.

A decent boardwalk from the beach leading to the "castle", although mostly ruins with a platform circling the waters edge. All the same a very pleasant walk and great views back to the city and beach especially in the glorious weather we had.

You can walk the grounds and go to the top for amazing views but you can't enter any of the buildings. I would've like a guided tour and seen the inside. Wear comfortable shoes!

The Castillo de San Sebastian (1706) occupies a tiny island off Playa de La Caleta at the westernmost point of Cádiz, Spain. Its artillery was intended to protect the city from hostile ships approaching from the west. The castle is largely abandoned but still accessible to the public. The entrance is always open, inviting the curious to come in. It's on a small island off Playa de La Caleta, accessible via Paseo Fernando Quiñones. It's an interesting one-kilometer walk.

We were in Cadiz for 4 days, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the events in the Theater. We only saw the exterior facade and the Plaza Fragela, facing the Casa de las Viudas and adjacent to the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Cádiz. Construction of the theater began in 1884, following plans by architect Adolfo Morales de los Ríos.

Estadio Nuevo Mirandilla is a fabulous stadium located in Cadiz, operating with Cadiz FC. It's known for its close proximity to the pitch and the town center, making it easily accessible for visitors. The stadium offers great viewpoints all around due to its steep sides, creating a fantastic atmosphere when full. Despite not having a proper bar inside, there are nearby options for food and drinks.
Very nice location of the stadium, close to the beach and the atmosphere was great…Hala Cadiz C.F. !!

Cádiz, Nuevo Mirandilla is a football stadium in Cádiz, Spain. The stadium is the home ground of Cádiz CF. The stadium was originally inaugurated as Estadio Ramón de Carranza on: 1955. It has since then been completely rebuilt twice. With a capacity of: 25,033 seats, it is the 24. largest stadium in Spain and the 5. largest in Andalusia.

Popped in to pick up some football shirts after stopping in port on our cruise. The clubshop was nice with friendly staff. The stadium is in a built up area and you can't see inside. It would be nice to come back one day to watch a match 🟡🔵⚽️

We did the stadium tour, it was very informative and a must for the ground hoppers around the world! 🌍👍👌
Tom G — Google review
If you like to visit footy stadiums when on your travels avoid this one. We were disappointed to find that you can't see any of the ground from the exterior, which gives no idea that is even a football stadium. Apart from the club shop, it was a fools errand to come here unless you book a tour or watching a game.
Graham H — Google review
This stadium doesn't have a proper bar where drinks are served. During the break it's over crowded and the very little bar is overwhelmed and they run out of stock very easily. Make sure to have proper drinks and food before getting in the stadium.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town of Cadiz near the city's port and within walking distance to many attractions.
Great Hotel in the heart of Cadiz Old Town We enjoyed this hotel and specially its very central location. From here we could walk everywhere. It was a bit complicated to park in interpark and walk here with the cases but other than that, it was perfect. The room & staff were really nice too.
Paul V — Google review
Customer service and comfort come second to up-selling. Want to park in the car park (which is almost impossible to get into) then it's 28€ extra per night. Want a double bed (which we paid for) you'll get two single moved next to each other, but if you want a double bed then it's an extra 34€ to move to another room. Want breakfast then it's 20€ extra per person per night. Want to use the Spa then it's 28€ per person. I could go on, but I think you get the picture. You stay here then you get the very basic option unless you're prepared to upgrade at their exorbitant prices. You have been warned. Location is ok, but there are much better hotels with better views and better customer service.

This is a good hotel with a great location, a city parking available within a 2 min walk. The rooms were ok, dont count on the view (there is none). On the rooftop there is a nice terrace from where you can see a 360 viewpoint of the city rooftops. The breafast was excellent, someting for everybody and kids friendy.

Expensive for what you get. We had a room looking inwards to the atrium. Room was average size and furnishings were comfortable but a bit dated. Some lovely staff there though who made us welcome and got us extra sheets we requested when our baby had been sick! Location is good for exploring the streets of Cádiz.

Really good breakfast. Attentive staff. We really appreciated that we were able to have coffee early in the morning before our run. A practical and functional hotel well situated in Cadiz! Would recommend!
Cathal R — Google review
I warn against this hotel. The hotel's offer is misleading - this is especially true of the parking lot. Private parking offered by the hotel and cited as an advantage is in fact its great disadvantage. The hotel does not mention anywhere - not even in direct communication - about the restrictions that apply to parking. This supposedly private parking lot is located in an area where car traffic is restricted by a no-entry ban and is accessible only by a small freight elevator, the location and size of which make it impossible for any standard-sized car to enter. The moment I learned of these restrictions, which prevented us from taking advantage of our pre-booked offer, the hotel decided that it was not responsible and charged me for the night we could not use. I was traveling in Andalusia with my parents, who had mobility problems, and I could not reach the hotel because its offer is just plain fraudulent. Earlier, out of concern for the proper conduct of the next leg of our trip, I contacted the hotel and confirmed my parking reservation. No one in the correspondence informed me that I had to travel in a car no larger than a Smart, and that I had to break the prohibition on entering the narrow street to maneuver between people and store displays. I cancelled this accommodation, contacted the hotel 24 hours earlier than my scheduled arrival, and yet the hotel still decided that I had to pay for a stay that did not take place. I warn anyone who will want to use this place: the offer is misleading, the manager is unfriendly, and communication is a sham. If the hotel lies about parking it probably lies about everything else as well. I will never make a reservation here again.
Ania P — Google review
Beautiful hotel located in the centre of the old quarters. Nicely decorated with a central courtyard. Spacious rooms, which is quite rare in this type of area. One of the best breakfast spreads we've ever had and very good service. Only downside was climate control as we were in between seasons and the hotel only heats in the winter and vice versa which left us sweating a bit.

Playa de la Victoria is a vast beachfront area conveniently located near the city center, featuring a broad promenade lined with charming cafes and bars. The smart neighborhood surrounding the beach offers an enjoyable evening stroll, with opportunities to explore small shops and independent boutiques, as well as indulge in delightful dining experiences at renowned restaurants like Nahu Beach and Arsenio Manila.
I am making this comment on August 2024 to help you with fees and facilities. It is really an incredibly pleasant beach. you can bring your own sunbeds, chairs, umbrellas and tents etc. or if you come unprepared, there is a sunbed and umbrella service that you can use for 9.5 euros for two people. you can pay in cash or by credit card. there is also a very clean shower and cabin service in the red gated sections between the beach and the road for 1 euro. If you want to take advantage of this service, make sure you have coins with you. you buy tickets with 1 euro from the vending machines and they do not accept paper money. there are taps where you can clean your feet-slippers from the beach sand for free. apart from that, the ocean water is quite clean, there is no algae etc. there are areas where you can enjoy the beach with sports such as padel, volleyball and free of charge. Finally, there is a parking lot very close to the beach. again, as in the shower system, you need to buy a ticket from the parking lot vending machine and you print a ticket for 3 hours for 3 euros. this vending machine only accepts coins. you can park your car in the white striped parking sections around the beach.

Great hotel situated in an ideal location. Staff were super friendly from parking to restaurant and sight-seeing recommendations. Our room was absolutely beautiful from the vaulted ceiling with wooden beams, to the ornate tile in the bathroom and the quaint balcony overlooking the street. Hotel
Hotel Olom - Adults recommended is a charming hotel located in the heart of Cadiz, right across from the stunning Santa Cruz cathedral. The rooftop solarium offers a refreshing infinity jacuzzi pool with breathtaking views of the cathedral's facade. Each smart and modern room is uniquely themed around famous local figures, artworks, or monuments. The hotel's central location allows for easy access to attractions like Alameda Apodaca y Marques de Comillas.
We were delighted with our stay at Hotel OLOM. The location is ideal, the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. One of the highlights was access to the rooftop deck with its splendid views of the Church and city. We returned each afternoon to relax and read our book before heading out for the evening. The only negative comments to be offered: the black hallways are a bit annoying, the shower water temperature is very difficult to control and one can easily scald themselves… last, we were disappointed not to be able to enjoy a glass of wine at the rooftop bar without being forced to buy a bottle. It is understandable that it is deemed a ‘trendy’ cocktail club (prices are quite a bit more expensive than anywhere in the city). Obviously they don’t want individuals occupying valuable seats if only drinking a glass of wine. However, as a guest staying in the hotel for a week stay, I would like to think there could be some flexibility. We would have been happy to have purchased a wine bottle if we were permitted to take the remaining bottle to our room for later consumption. We did not want to drink a whole bottle … this one point was quite disappointing… and could have easily been fixed!

Beautiful establishment, attentive staff. We had a great week! I highly recommend this establishment! One tiny detail, but not a complaint against the hotel: sometimes the service at the roof top bar is a bit slow, which is normal for cocktail preparation but can sometimes be annoying if you just want a beer. Otherwise, nothing to say and I even received a small token of appreciation from the team on my birthday! I recommend!

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location close to everything. Music speaker in the bathroom was cool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from the rooftop of the cathedral. Pool water is cold but nice to cool down and put your legs into. Will definitely stay here again if back in Cadiz
Karolina P — Google review
The staff at Hotel Olom are probably the most friendly and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure to meet and do not get me started on the food! (Actually do, because it was incredible) The restaurant prides itself on using local goods from artisan bakers, farmers, and even artists and crafters and it shows in the quality. Everything tasted amazing and the presentation was flawless. I was tempted to eat there every day. The location really couldn't be better either - situated directly on the plaza of the cathedral in the heart of the old city (and 10 minutes walk to the beach), my room actually had a perfect view of the stunning monument and there are many handy cafes right outside with shopping opportunities left and right. Both the pool and the cocktail bar on the roof also share this fantastic view and I recommend enjoying it. If I ever come back to Cádiz, I will definitely be staying here again!
Janina F — Google review
Absolutely a fantastic little hotel with a wonderful view of the cathedral from the pool, the shower in our room was amazing. The breakfast was the best that we have had on our 6 city break. The one thing that I didn’t like but nothing to complain about was I like a wardrobe not just a hanging space. Would highly recommended it for a visit to Cádiz.

If you’re visiting Cádiz, stay here! The rooms, the staff, everything is wonderful! Hands down, the best rooftop bar for cocktails, to admire the Cathedral de Cádiz! A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Cádiz Hotel Olom exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and helpful recommendations. The hotel’s design is modern yet cozy, blending beautifully with the charm of the old city. Our room was immaculate, with thoughtful touches and a super comfortable bed. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views over the city and was the perfect spot for a relaxed evening drink. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and all the historic sites. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Nice location to get around the old city but no view. The room was cozy, but the windows opened to the lobby. Repairs to the road made the approach to the hotel look very dingy. Hotel staff at the desk very nice. Breakfast attendant locked me out in the courtyard as there is no handle on that side of the door. Breakfast was ok. Lots of older guests are very rude, but that's not the hotels fault. Still, I'm not sure I'd come back.

The hotel is nicely remodeled, although a bit hipster bland. The rooms are small with no view. However the shower and bed were both very nice. There was exactly one normal and one decaf coffee, which was odd since we both drink normal coffee. Good location if without a car.

Soho Boutique Hotel Cádiz We stayed at the Soho Boutique Hotel in Cadiz from Fri 13th - Sun 15th June we booked a basic double room - don’t be fooled by the pictures this is a very very basic room extremely small no natural light which is very dark and depressing! The window opens into the reception area so you can hear any noises from the reception plus they can hear you with window open! Toilet and shower in one room with the sink in the bedroom area no ventilation in the bathroom as the fan does not seem to work so the bedroom smells from the toilet. No proper place to hang clothes only a few hangers in a small open frame cabinet. Breakfast was in a small room and was ok if you never touched the hot food as it was cold. We asked for a change of room but were told we would have to pay an extra supplement which considering the poor quality of the room we were in was not acceptable. The staff were ok but super defensive about the rooms, the WiFi in general didn't work as I tried to stream something and ended up using my phone to stream to. Don't be fooled by the online pictures of the hotel in general it pretty bland In reality the hotel really doesn’t care

Wow! We utterly loved this stylish and light apartment on what has to be one of Cadiz’s best streets. Mari gave us a very warm welcome and all the information we needed. The apartment itself (2A) is fabulous: in a gracious old building, it has high ceilings, elegant windows and balconies facing the pedestrianised street, is stylishly furnished and is spotlessly clean. Neutral tones and bright artwork added to the ambience. And it smelled great! Slept very well as the bedroom is in the middle of the building, facing into a central courtyard. Spotted that there was a washing machine, which would be handy for longer stays. We were able to leave our bags for an hour after we checked out at another property they own just a couple of doors down. Had the weather forecast been better, we would have stayed longer than the one night we booked. We will in any case be back.

I booked the economy room through the hotel site and asked the questions in comments if the room has 2 beds (which is nessesary for me) and what are the rules for pets as we travel with a little dog. Next day the hotel answered that I can't live in economy room with a dog and I have to book standard room and pay extra charge. I asked again regarding the beds and I was answered that the hotel doesn't have twin room at the moment. This is significant for me so I asked to cancel the reservation. But the hotel charged the penalty in amount of the cost for 1 night. It's a strange policy - the hotel can say to the clients that they need to choose more expensive room (there is no rule on the site that you can live with a pet only in standard room) but the client cannot cancel the reservation without penalties if there is significant moment such as separate beds. It's very dissapointing

The room is beautifully decorated, large and the bed is comfy. Breakfast was good, not many options but everything that is served is tasty and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. The floor in the room was very dirty when we came, there was a lot of sand on the floor. Also we had some issues with shower: even though the water flow was great, the water was quickly going all over the bathroom due to issues with the drain. Other than that highly recommend the place, worth its price without any doubt.

This charming eatery offers an array of options catering to various dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free choices. Diners rave about the friendly service and reasonable prices that make it accessible for everyone.
I really enjoyed my time in La Veganesa. The atmosphere was lovely and the restaurant is decorated beautifully! The owners were kind and took time to decide with me what dish I may like the most. I had a delicious Peruvian Salat, a Tofu (vegan fish) stew and, my absolute Highlight, a mango dessert! I recommend this restaurant, they have a huge variety of vegan dishes, I'd love to come back and try some more of the very delicious food they offer!🩷

Excellent food and service! Food came out fast and it was piping hot when it reached the table. It is honestly one of the best spots we've visited. We recommend the buñuelos with the algae, the sweet and spicy potatoes and the pumpkin gnocchis. We'll be back next time we're in Cadiz to eat our way through the menu.

Really amazing food! Haven’t ever had anything better than their vegan meatballs with tomato and potatoes!! Their hamburgers are really good too, but the hamburguesa sin gluten did fall apart in my hands so be ready to get a bit messy. Totally recommend this place, nice location too and close to the sights and a bus stop. Fair prices as well. Staff is nice and eager, or at least the one server I encountered both of my visits was, although at a Spanish pace.

We used to come here from Miami because the food was always amazing. Unfortunately, for this trip, the old owner was no longer there, and the food this time was really bad. we didn't like any of our dishes. Definitely not coming back. Also, they served us the worst lemonade ever.
Frank P — Google review
Oh my goodness this was amazing. I had Rabas de Monte, amazing mushrooms, crispy and tasty with a hint of seafood. The waitress was so friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations. My family also had the Albóndigas which I tried and it was lovely but filling. A great restaurant to go to with vegan skeptics, my children whilst not loving vegan food were very happy with their vegan burgers (safe option for them) but there were soon many other things on the menu I wanted to try. Definitely would go back again and again and again!!!

I had such a lovely experience here. The food was absolutely delicious! Honestly some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. Everything tasted so good and full of flavor, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the dishes. The atmosphere was really sweet and relaxed, with a cozy, welcoming vibe. And the waitress was so kind and helpful – it just made the whole experience even better. If you’re in Cádiz and looking for good vegan food (or just good food in general), I’d definitely recommend stopping by. The garlic mushrooms and the vegan tortilla was amazing!

Really delicious food, friendly service and a nice outdoor atmos. Recommend the Mexican burger - although it's more like a quesadilla. Rabas montes also really good.

This place is horrible. No one takes control to make this a good place to study, and as a student you feel left unknown and with no one to answer your questions. This was supposed to be the best years of my life - or that's what I have been told - but I am truly disappointed...

(Translated by Google) The worst university in the world: I was a visiting student but no one bothered to check what I was doing, or to contact me to ask me if I needed anything, like finding accommodation and so on... I always had to send emails to ask information on what the bureaucratic-administrative procedures were to be carried out: furthermore, the teacher responsible for my stay thought it best to mind his own business, telling me that he didn't have time to dedicate to me because he was busy teaching and researching...in the end they even refused to sign the certificate certifying the performance of the period abroad because although it was their fault that they are disorganized and everyone is minding their own business, I should have been the one to say what should have been done and therefore be responsible for everything that happened...really ridiculous as well as cowards because they didn't they have the courage to take responsibility for their actions by putting people in trouble, that is, zero empathy and zero help without understanding my situation... and they even got offended by saying that I caused problems as if I had wanted everything that happened: I would like to see what you would have done if If your mother had been dying, you would have thought about the search or you would have rushed back home and therefore I hope you feel what I felt... never to see each other again...

Apartamentos La BRUJULA by Cadiz4Rentals offers an exceptional stay in the heart of Cadiz, just a short stroll from the historic Roman Theatre and the stunning Bay of Cadiz. Guests rave about its prime location, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and easy access to public transport. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, providing all necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. Many visitors appreciate the attentive customer service and enjoy natural light flooding into their spaces.
Great flat, very well located close to the train station. Supermarkets and restaurants are just a short walk away. The flats are professionally managed and are in great condition. A small lift serves all floors. We took a flat on the top floor with a terrace, which ended up being a nice perk.

Amazing 3-week stay at Brujula aparments. Great location in historic center, close to shops, restaurants, beach and transit. Amazing customer service. I stayed in 0B for the first half then switched to the penthouse flat which I much preferred due to the natural light and direct access to terrace. Fully equipped apartment, everything you need. Brand new, modern and spotless. Would definitely return. Don’t hesitate!!

Good Appartement with new kitchen devices, 🛗 and not far away from city center. Unfortunately the parking is about 5 minutes walk from apartment. I has a cool feature - door unlock with smartphone. I can advise this apartment for families too.
Denys T — Google review
(Translated by Google) The apartment itself is not bad. They are pet-friendly. As a suggestion, they lack a coat rack to hang coats and a full-length mirror but it is well equipped. Full kitchen and well-equipped room. For us the problem has been that we went in February and the temperature in the house was low. There were 2 AC devices but of course only hot air comes out, it is not heating as such and they have them manipulated in such a way that if they do not notice presence in the apartment they turn off. Therefore, the temperature was 18 degrees... it felt cold in the apartment. We complained and they looked at it but the apartment still didn't heat up. We were traveling with a baby and we had to buy a heater. The apartments are designed to go in summer. The images on the page match those of the advertisement Another thing we didn't like at all is that the apartment was not 100% clean. The utensils were dirty, maybe the previous users put them in the dishwasher and that's how it stayed but we had to wash the utensils to be used again because they were all dirty, with food remains. We also found some hair on the floor upon our arrival. Another thing to keep in mind is that there is a water heater in the kitchen that makes a lot of noise and makes the kitchen furniture vibrate.

(Translated by Google) It's well located, the hosts are very attentive, and it's very new. There's a shortage of towels, toilet paper, and dishwashing products... There's no mirror to see your entire body. The surrounding streets smell strongly of dog pee. There's no car access to unload suitcases. Not very hot, and plenty of natural light. (Original) Esta bien ubicado, las anfitrionas muy atentas, muy nuevo. Escaso de toallas, de papel higiénico y de productos para fregar platos…. no hay espejo para verte cuerpo entero. (Translated by Google) We stayed in 2ºA, an apartment that faces Teniente Andújar street. The accommodation in general is good, but we put this review so that it doesn't happen to anyone else: The utensils were somewhat dirty and we had to wash them. Some hair unrelated to our stay. Anyone who is a light sleeper between the kitchen heater and the air conditioning/heat pump in the room would have a bad time. Finally, the most important thing. Currently the accommodation is not designed to go in winter; They have two air conditioners (which do not work well for heating) and they have hired - to save money - thermostats that act as controls and work by movement. The first night, with a 3-month-old baby, the house dropped below 18 degrees (attached photo of the sports watch) and as parents know, you can't put a thousand blankets on him. We spoke with the girls from the agency who in turn spoke with the company that manages it and the house was still, not so cold, but quite cold. Solution: we bought a heater. Another problem that we found with the air in the living room is that we set it to 27º to heat the house (it has never gone above 20.5°C) and when it works by movement the air conditioning automatically jumps to 18ºC, leaving the room freezing. Come on, a disaster of a heating system. I have seen this problem in comments and the owner says that it is the humidity of Cádiz without realizing that the customers may be somewhat right. Summary: The heating does not heat up, they have it automated with a motion sensor. Solution 1: Bring a heater Solution 2: Universal remote Solution 3: Set the temperature you want (I remember that it doesn't get very hot) and disconnect the infernal thermostat on the button behind it.
