1MPM Hotel Arsena

Hotel
Hotel Arsena is an informal all-inclusive hotel located on the waterfront in Nessebar, offering a range of amenities for a relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy buffet dining, outdoor pools, and a spa. The hotel features a private beach, indoor pool, fitness center, and sauna. With its convenient location near popular beaches and attractions like Aqua Paradise and Archaeological Museum, Hotel Arsena provides an ideal setting for a beach getaway with various recreational opportunities available nearby.
MPM Arsena has the best location in Nessebar right on the beach and a short walk from the Old Town. Food was delicious, varied and always fresh. Restaurant and bar staff were fantastic, caring, professional and always smiling. Double espresso at the bar was a daily highlight. Special thanks to Mrs. Bari, who kept our room spotless and even helped us wash our child’s clothes. Also huge gratitude to the Hotel Manager, whose quick intervention saved our holiday, we received a beautiful room with a sea and Old Town view. The beach is clean and well serviced. Overall, the staff make this place truly special. Only downsides: pools too cold (2° warmer would be perfect) and the towel man/lifeguard – always angry and completely out of place compared to the rest of the amazing team. Summary: Highly recommended – with slightly warmer pools and a friendlier lifeguard, it would be flawless.

I've visited this hotel several times and it's always been a fantastic value. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay. A standout feature, especially in Nesebar where parking can often be a challenge, is the ample parking facility. The staff are consistently polite and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The all-inclusive food is another highlight—it's not only varied but also surprisingly delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy everyone.

Just come back from thos hotel as a family of 4 1 adult and 3 kids on arrival there was only 3 beds so had to make a little bed on the floor out of pillows for my 9year old is didn't complain as it was 1am when we arrived so I'm unsure if this would of been rectified, the room was big and clean with a beautiful view, cleaners where fantastic as where the animation team tho it was the same everyday so we did venture out it's a great location very quiet in the evenings an not far from the hustle and bustle of sunny beach! The cocktails are shocking more of a Juice with alcohol and the food is standard again same stuff every night! Overall not the best hotel but really beautiful location 👌
Rianna W — Google review
Location of the hotel is great! Beach is a plus. Their kids activities are superb and that’s it. Food is very limited and they offer pretty much the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms are okay. Clean but really worn out. The whole hotel needs to be refurbished. The hotel is more like a two/three stars. Not four star at all.
Kristian G — Google review
Beach is amazing and very clean, well maintained by staff. View is amazing, pool is nice as well. Check in a bit problematic and long but not a big problem overall. Rooms not exactly as in the pictures but clean and nice. Overall it s a nice location and beach is 10 out of 10. Nice for a family with kids as evening they have different things planned like karaoke, or different things which are really nice. Well done Bulgaria !
LuiZa I — Google review
First time visiting Bulgaria and was really very pleasantly surprised. The food in the restaurant was varied and well prepared. Staff were very friendly. Entertainment team (Animation) were enthusiastic and really seemed to enjoy their jobs - and were so patient and kind with the children. Venko's water gymnastics were the highlight of each day with George kept the tunes pumping.
Rob S — Google review
I had an amazing stay at Hotel MPM Arsena in Bulgaria! The location is simply perfect – right by the beach, with beautiful sea views and within walking distance to the charming old town of Nessebar. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of fresh options every day to suit all tastes. Everything was well prepared, fresh, and beautifully presented. A real highlight of my stay was the fantastic animation team led by Venko. He and his crew were full of energy, creativity, and great humor, making every day even more enjoyable. Their activities, games, and evening shows kept both adults and children entertained from morning until night. If you’re looking for a hotel with great food, a perfect location, and unforgettable entertainment, I highly recommend Hotel MPM Arsena. I would definitely come back again!
Grzegorz L — Google review
The rooms are very tired and need a good load of decoration but saying that, you cannot fault the size of the rooms and the balcony was massive! Most of the staff are lovely but the language barrier can be problematic. Venko, Niki and George (entertainment team) were absolutely exceptional. Such a friendly and fun bunch which made the sunny days even better. The lifeguard and the cleaner around the pool are extremely rude and unapproachable which made any interaction with the kids a problem as they felt they were always in trouble. Not just a communication thing but body language and muttering under their breath. They would not be employable in the UK, certainly not the temperament for a holiday hotel!!! Food could be better as it gets a little monotonous and it’s always cold but there is variety and accessibility at all hours. The pool bar pizza is lovely and the lady keeps the guests in constant supply. The room cleaners do a grand job of replenishing the towels and bedding etc and they are always respectful of your privacy. Reception staff are very friendly and will do all they can to help. Overall had a lovely holiday but the only thing I would return to this hotel for is the animation team!!! Thank you Venko and clan for becoming part of our holiday family for the 2 weeks we visited, great job! Much love to you all!! X

Hotel
St. Panteleimon Beach Hotel is a relaxed accommodation option located near the beach in Nessebar, offering low-key rooms with some featuring sea views. The hotel features a restaurant and an outdoor pool, as well as amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access and a seasonal outdoor pool. Guests can enjoy the poolside restaurant with a bar/lounge and pool view. The spacious rooms offer modern amenities including multiple TVs and air conditioning, while also providing beautiful views from the windows and balconies.
The hotel, located by the sea in a quiet area, is modern, elegant, and has recently inaugurated its wellness center. The staff is professional and very friendly. The spacious rooms feature generous balconies or terraces with a stunning sea view. The breakfast is good, and the Sacre restaurant is the best choice for a dinner with fine and delicious dishes. It is an excellent choice for both the summer season and off-season. A special mention goes to Denitza and Ivan. We will gladly return.

Huge rooms, extremely comfortable beds. Everything is spotlessly clean. The staff are very nice. Wonderful pool. Breakfast is fine. Restaurant is nice too. And to top it off, it's moments from a beautiful beach. Highly recommend this place.

Extremely clean and big rooms Friendly and efficient staff Affordable prices Fantastic food Close to the beach and few minutes driving from city center and old town Cant recommend enough, high value place !

When it comes to value for money this is among the best deals you can get. The hotel offers a lot for what it costs. The appartment is quite big and the view is amazing. Staff was great too.
Delyan Z — Google review
5 stars is not enough for this hotel! We had a clean, spacios room with a double teracce with great view on the sea. Staff was kind and made us feel home. The breakfast was amazing, therefore the price of this hotel is amazing, you get so much for your money. The restaurant is great, wide menu, fabolus dishes also very affordable and if you stay in the hotel they even give you discount.
Diana B — Google review
Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are really helpful, there was a large variety of food and drinks at breakfast and the on site restaurant had a great selection of food too.
Katherine H — Google review
The hotel is very basic and in a bad location with not much else around. The noise from adjoining rooms and the corridor is loud, including hearing every toilet flush and each shower in the room next door. There was a regular loud groaning and gurgling noise in the room, which I think were pipes. There is a very basic pool but little else by way of facilities. The hotel website says there is a poolside snack bar. However, you cannot sit there if using the pool which is quite misleading and there is otherwise no pool service. The hotel does not have a beach and the closest beach is some walk away. Reception staff were friendly.

Located in Nessebar, Apartments “Apollon“ offers a convenient stay near the beach and various attractions such as Aqua Paradise and Sunny Beach. The property features an outdoor pool, tennis court, sauna, complimentary Wi-Fi, babysitting services, and a restaurant/cafe. The modern facilities include balconies with garden views. It's praised for its cleanliness, friendly staff, proximity to the beach and aquapark. However, some guests noted limited parking space.
Superb service. Especially from Nina. We arrived late and she contacted us through whatsapp and gave us a really good explanation how to settle in the apartment. The room was good but not luxury which was expected because it was really cheap. So we were very happy. Walking distance from Nessebar aquapark (which was amazing) and The beach.

Great place to holiday with family and friends.

No WiFi (though it was promised), most of the dishes in the menu of the restaurant in the complex are not available. Apolon 4, Вход D. At the reception they first told us we have no WiFi because of the recent storms, and that we can use wi-fi at the apolon 4 reception; now they tell us there simply is no wi-fi in the apartments (though we did pay for it), and that maybe Thursday there will be wi-fi at the reception of apolon 4. I just tried to call you, but the number was occupied.
Joost W — Google review
Very clean and modern facilities, nice service and staff, close to the beach and aquapark, small minus is insufficient parking space. Generalny I strongly reccomend.

This aparthotel is great. The host Petko was very friendly and went out of his way to be extra helpful. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family. Artwork was also really cool.

Had a lovely 1 night stay here - room was very comfortable and clean. Lovely big windows that we opened out onto the view of the church too! Friendly service from all the staff at check in and breakfast. Only thing missing was a mini fridge, but other than that it was perfect. Breakfast wasn't included but the prices were fair - we had a nice coffee on the terrace with some pastries.

Hotel
Sol Nessebar Bay All Inclusive is a casual beachfront resort offering a rich all-inclusive experience with 9 bars and restaurants. The hotel overlooks the sandy beach and provides various facilities and entertainment options on site. Guests can enjoy the seasonal Aquapark with water slides and swimming pools as part of the all-inclusive offer during specific months. Additionally, there's a unique attraction called Rocky River that takes guests along the beach to a swimming pool within the forest.
Went here for the first time in 2022 with some friends and met the love if my life here. Excepting our first child in October! The hotel is wonderful and so is the staff. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are very comfortable and the water pressure of the shower is amazing. The food quality is good and always something good to eat around since there are food stand all over the place, its a connecting hotel with the mare and palace and u can use facilities of all 3 of the hotels and the beach. We are planning to do our honeymoon here and definitely bring our daughter when she is a bit older would recommend thia hotel for every age !
Hailey V — Google review
Clean and spacious throughout the hotel. Plenty of good quality food options in the main restaurant and in other parts of the resort. We found the staff to be friendly. The water park was well run and really good fun. The beach was also beautiful! If you needed anything else, there were shops (including a pharmacy) withing a 100m walk and a 15/20 minute walk to dome lovely restaurants in new Nessebar.
John K — Google review
Wonderful stay in this Hotel. Everything was perfect. Staff is really nice. Perfect for children. Cleaning team made every single day a new surprise for my boy. Stoyan who holds the shop next to the pool was so friendly. I didn’t expect that much when I booked. And the location. Impossible to make a complain….
Renaud F — Google review
Maybe the best all-inclusive hotel at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. There are so many kiosks in the garden where you can eat various and delicious food like paella, panini, burgers, fish and chips, etc. The sandy beach is lovely, there are many pools and the aquapark is open for a long time (3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon, which is longer then in other similar hotels). The variety of food is excellent in the main restaurant. It is not the hotel's failure that many guests cannot behave appropriately in an all you can eat restaurant and they take out extreme amount of food, which they cannot eat and therefore the level of wasted food is very high. However it is annoying to see that you cannot get a single piece of baklava half an hour after the opening of the restaurant because dozen pieces are taken out by some other guests, who then leave it at their table as a waste...
Thomymiskolc — Google review
All in all a good experience. One big downside - it's a smokers paradise. The hotel should seriously consider smoking zones, or at least smoking free zones. It's impossible to try and enjoy the outsides without sitting in a cloud of smoke. Other than that an OK experience for the price. Clean public areas and restaurants. OK food, Italian resturante I would even go as fare as say it's good. Older room standard but still ok. Nice beach, fresh but cold outdoor pools. Wouldn't necessarily recommend for families with older teenagers, but families with small kids, absolutely. As long as you like to smoke or inhale other people's smoke.
Henric E — Google review
Ok if ur on a budget the hotel rooms look like a timewarp back to the 70's , with extra low beds hard to get out off , the pool is decent size and there is plenty for kids to do but nothing for the adults, all the water slides are kids only which is a shame . The food is basic holiday buffet food , think there is 1 restaurant but trying to book it is a mission, the main buffet restaurant doesn't have enough tables to fit the whole hotel in , we went for evening meal it was packed with no where to sit , or the tables that are empty haven't been cleaned ready for more guests , there isnt really a service here its all self service . There is extra stuff the hotel puts on but u have to pay , blow up balls the kids can go on the water in you have to pay to use , the sun loungers buy the beach on hotel grounds u have to pay to use , if u book for a sea view make sure ur on the 5th or 6th floor otherwise ur not going to get a sea view u will get a tree view . There is no kettle in the room , which shocked me for a all inclusive hotel . Showers are above a bath , i wouldn't say its a 4star hotel , might be at Bulgarian standards but i dont think it is from a British standard. There is a hotel shop sells everything and its cheap , more or less same prices as the little supermarket 700 meters down the road . There was 3 of us in our party and the balcony only had 2 chairs oh and u get to sit with a air conditioning box blowing either hot or cold air at you on balcony. Our sea view we paid for is attached below .

Very nice hotel compared to price, alot of rides, pools, culture specific food/resturants options etc. Japanese Sushi isn't the best but is edible. Chinese hotpot is quite nice (not the biggest assortment though) Fish and chips is a big letdown (regular fries with fish sticks) German beer garden has nice sausages, roasted potatoes coleslaw and pretzels. Okay beer. Italian tapas isn't the best either. Buffet is a good assortment that changes daily with alot of different cultures to inspire the selection. With kid friendly assortment aswell. Burger/hotdogs is okay but far from nordics quality. Their fresh doughnuts (made right infront of you), pizza and paninis are quite nice aswell. Good amusement for kids, play machine rooms, go carts, bumper boats, colorfull extension hair options, slot machines, acherry etc

Great food, both variety and taste. A lot of activities for adults and especially children. The only downside - wifi. It barely works, and even when it does - it is about 1mb at best.

Sol Nessebar Mare All Inclusive is a laid-back lodging with simple rooms, offering all-inclusive dining and access to 4 bars and a spa. Situated in a spacious beachfront area, the hotel provides various facilities and entertainment options on-site. Guests can enjoy an all-inclusive package that includes access to an Aquapark with water slides and swimming pools from June to September, weather permitting.
Hey, we're here the other day. We've had a few vacations of this type in the past. Egypt, Greece, Turkey ... I have to write that I was a bit worried about Bulgaria, but the experience here has been a very pleasant surprise. The resort is of a very high standard, the service of the staff and the choice of food is great so far. I hope it will last for the rest of the holiday. There are lots of things to do here if you have kids. You can be somewhere else every half hour and not get bored and neither you nor your child ;). The only thing I regret is the sunbeds on the beach by the sea. We are staying at the Mare hotel and the beach chairs are reserved for the Palace hotel. The lifeguard told him that I can pay for sunbeds at the reception, but the reception doesn't know anything about it and said it was a mistake. It's a shame, I would have paid for the sunbeds. It is possible to have sunbeds for free but not right on the beach and if I have a child with me I find the sunbeds impractical. That's the only complaint, otherwise I'm thrilled and can recommend this resort. I used AI to translate the review, hopefully it got it right;)

The place is crowded. The service is horrible. They woke us up twice to try to clean up the room at 9am, then they never came back. There is NO enough parking places and you pay in advance for it. They don't help you for solutions. Reception is always super busy.

Music is too loud. It is impossible to have a normal rest, several times per day is party for primitive people.

Avoid Sol Nessebar Mare Hotel – Disappointing Experience My family and I recently stayed at the Sol Nessebar Mare Hotel in Bulgaria, booked through Tez Tours, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel fell far short of our expectations in almost every regard. First, the condition of the beds was terrible—squeaky mattresses that wouldn't stay on the frames, making sleep nearly impossible. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, adding to the problem. For a hotel of any star rating, this is simply unacceptable. We encountered several major cleanliness issues. The kids' pool constantly smelled like urine, which was incredibly off-putting, and the downstairs bathrooms near the restaurant were filthy, poorly ventilated, and slippery throughout our stay. Additionally, the lobby lacked air conditioning, which made waiting around with an unwell child very uncomfortable. The lifeguard sat far from the pool, often distracted by his phone, which raised serious concerns about guest safety. Adding to the unprofessional behavior, a hotel staff member approached my brother to ask for cigarette —this kind of interaction is inappropriate and unprofessional for hotel staff. The hotel also required an extra charge to use the in-room safe. For something as basic as storing your passport and valuables securely, this should have been included. The hotel's changing rooms were filthy, with mold, hairs left behind from previous guests, broken taps and no hooks to place your towel on. On our last day, the towel station ran out of towels again, and staff told us that no new towels would be provided, leaving us with soggy, sunscreen- and chlorine-soaked towels to dry off. After repeatedly demanding clean towels, we were eventually given towels from the rooms, but we were required to return them to reception afterward adding an additional inconvenience to the whole process. Having basket to place used towels in could have made a big difference. To add to the frustration, four out of five members of our group fell ill with severe diarrhea and vomiting halfway through the trip, severely impacting our ability to enjoy our holiday. The hotel staff's lack of empathy was shocking—especially in the Mare restaurant, where my child became ill again and vomited. The staff did not offer assistance, and it was another guest who finally helped us. I also reached out to the hotel for an explanation but after a week long wait have yet to receive any response. Given the number of issues we encountered, I strongly advise other travelers to reconsider staying at this hotel. This was far from the relaxing holiday we were promised, and the overall quality and service did not live up to even the most basic expectations.

Fantastic hotel, with good food and drinks, room was clean and renovated. Food is good quality not same every day like in other places. Beach is 1min away, local shops and local city centre is not far away. Really good for family holidays. I wanna said big THANKS for private Doctor in sol nessebar resort, doctor help figure out my son high temperature and give me good advice. Of course couple things is bad... But is not resort problem is guests problem from Romania, some lads stolen my kid hat and ball, but wherever. Anyway hotel is good quality

To start with the positives: Entertainment- there is a show at the main stage every evening at 9.30pm, most of the shows were excellent, particularly the movie event where all the Entertainment staff act out, and dance along to parts from movies, we enjoyed this the most, absolutely brilliant. At 8.30pm there is a mini disco for kids, they make a real effort for the kids and our favourite member was Gabi, she was funny and engaging with the kids. Food- there is a wide variety and something for everyone. Coke, sprite, Fanta, wine and beer on tap. Pool areas- Excellent, clean and lots of fun. There are around 5 pools to choose from I believe but we mainly stayed at the aqua park one with the kids. As for the negatives: The room- whilst initially looking clean I had a horrific time with bed bugs, and I was covered in bites and welts which resulted in a trip to a local pharmacy to buy cream. - Maxi club. There are 3 main kids clubs, mini, maxi and teen all aimed at different ages. This is one of the main reasons we chose this resort, as the activities looked great. There is a main reception for the club and upon arrival the first day we were told to take our kids there (both 8 yrs old) so that's what we did for 3 days however we then realised they hadn't been doing any of the activities listed and instead were sat in a room drawing. The organiser told us this is "mini club" so we asked where is the maxi club and nobody could tell us. We went to main reception to find out and were told they didn't know either. So we went directly to a group of entertainers and asked them where to meet the following day, they told us they go around the pool collecting the kids at 10.30am, but its only 2 of the pools, which we weren't told about. The next day was a beach day so we planned to wait at the pool, nobody came so we went back to mini club reception and asked. We were told to go to the beach and "look for them" absolutely ridiculous, they could have been anywhere on a busy beach so we gave it a miss. Communication is poor and nobody gives a straight answer. Food- whilst the selection is good it's repetitive and became boring quickly. The desserts are awful, clearly defrosted, not fresh and had zero taste. Flies are an issue, plenty buzzing around landing on fruit and desserts which was off putting. Loungers- There are signs up everywhere stating you cannot reserve beds, however everyone ignores this, so good luck getting a bed down the pool unless you're up at 6am to place your towel on. We did ask reception about this rule and they said it isn't tolerated, however they don't enforce it, so 2 days we ended up sat on the floor, we decided if you can't beat em, join em and put towels down every morning for the rest of the trip. Slides-close at 4pm and shut half way through the day aswell, was hoping they'd be open throughout the day and until pool closes, due to the difficultly getting the rubber rings to go on one of the rides. There is only about 6 "double" rings in use, so you have to wait at the bottom and hope someone gives you one, we had issues with teens having a turn and then keeping the ring and going on again, this isn't monitored so you have to fend for yourself. I'd suggest more rings and someone handing them out at the bottom so ensure fairness. WiFi - isn't covered in most of the hotel areas and it's not stable, very slow and constantly disconnected. Restaurants- Breakfast is served only until 10:00 and not until 11:00 like many other hotels offer. It doesn't matter if you go to breakfast/lunch/dinner they turn lights off and take the food out on the minute the limit reached, same is happening in the bars and different "snacks"/food locations, so it's "All Inclusive" but not 24/7 and not covered anytime compared to other All Inclusive resorts I've been too. You aren't allowed to take food out of the restaurant even in the cardboard containers which is disappointing. On site shop- overpriced and is purely to take advantage. You can get a better selection and cheaper price at the store 2 minutes away.

The Sol Nessebar Resort is our favourite holiday... we come here every year. The staff are so lovely and we feel very looked after - they always deal with our special requests as we have disabilities. Thank you Dennis at Guest Relations, Rayna on reception and Paul the lifeguard. We are a 3 generation family and it suits us all. The waterpark is perfect for my son. The hotel has its own beautiful little bay down 70 shallow steps where you can pay for water activities. There are free beds on the beach for Palace guests. Bay and Mare guests need to pay for the beds. We arrived on the 2nd of June and leave on the 9th which we felt was a week too early as a lot of the food stations are not open until the 12th/13th (burger van, paella, fish and chips, ice cream hut) so we were limited to the restaurant for all our meals or the pizza station at the Palace pool bar. We always found something nice to eat. Also the animation activities at night had not started - bumper boats, bouncy castle etc. Monica at the craft station helped us paint ornaments to take home as souvenirs. The rooms are nice and cleaned daily. This is our 5th year and we've just discovered the whirlpool... what a special treat!! We were in it for half an hour every day in the indoor heated pool. For guests who find it difficult to climb ladders into the pool, this is not an issue at any of the pools here as they are all walk-in. The water temperature in the outdoor pools is good and the sea is lovely for a swim or a paddle. We are reluctantly having to go home tomorrow 😪 but we are already looking into booking to return next year.

Hotel Saint Nikola is a casual three-star lodge located above the harbor on a tiny peninsula. The hotel offers 26 simple, clean, and colorful bedrooms with amenities such as air conditioning and minibars. Named after the protector-saint of seafarers, Saint Nicholas, the hotel provides attentive care to its guests. It is conveniently situated near Nessebar's main attraction: its 40 vivid churches.
I spent a lot of time at the hotel since I was sick 🤪 The room was spacious and comfortable. AC worked well. Bed was comfy, sheets were soft, pillows were cushy. The mini fridge was useful and the minibar was *very* reasonably-priced. WiFi was strong. There are several electrical outlets, which is quite a luxury nowadays! The room was cleaned every day, which was delightful. The ladies who work there are very kind and helpful. The location is, obviously, perfect for exploring Nessebar’s old town. Everything was perfect. Zero complaints. I was sad to have to leave.

We loved the place, good location, amazing service , extremely clean rooms and well decorated. Very nice and polite staff. The owner is very nice lady, always online to help you. Very quiet rooms , no noise from the streets, which is very important for us. The restaurant has very nice atmosphere, delicious food and a lot of variety, staff was very friendly even to our little dog. We highly recommend that place . Thank you guys , you made us feel very comfortable and welcome.

The hotel is in a historic building, close to nice restaurants and has great sunset views over the sea from the balconies. Rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable. The hotel has its own small free parking. The staff is more than friendly - they found a flower vase for us to save the bouquet, and in the morning, when it turned out that parts of our wardrobe were blown off the balcony, the staff looked for them for half an hour in all the bushes in the area, until they found everything, for which we are very grateful to them.

This is my all time favorite hotel in Nessebar. You are always sure of a warm welcome at it. Friendly and helpful staff. Most mesmerizing view. Absolutely immaculate in terms of cleanliness. Spacious rooms and apartments with all essential amenities available. It is wonderful to be back over and over again - it just feels like home. Highly recommend it.

Very good hotel. Central location in the old town, close to several very good restaurants and bars. Walking distance from the boat that brings to Sunny Beach. Accessible 24h and parking in front. The hosts are kind and lovely, they speak English well. You can't find a better place to relax and have a great stay in old Nessebar.

Paradiso Dreams Hotel, located in Nessebar New Town, is a recently renovated aparthotel just 200 meters from Sunny Beach. The hotel offers an infinity pool, allergy-free rooms with free WiFi, and facilities like a 24-hour fitness center. Guests can enjoy meals at the on-site restaurant or opt for room service during limited hours. The hotel also hosts a daily complimentary reception for mingling with other guests.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel. In particular, there is a young man at the reception (I don't remember his name exactly, but I think it's Stoyanov). We faced a flight cancellation and had nowhere to stay. He did everything possible to help us book an additional night and understood our situation. Moreover, the hotel itself is very clean, beautiful, and wonderfully located. All the staff are very kind. We thank them for their professionalism.

Hotel Paradiso Dreams in Nessebar offers an exceptional location right on the beachfront, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is just a short walk from the Nessebar's North Beach, which features both free and paid zones with sunbeds and umbrellas, making it ideal for families. The rooms are spacious, cool, and well-insulated, providing a comfortable and airy atmosphere with stunning views. The food is delicious, made from fresh, high-quality ingredients, and beautifully presented. The wine list is thoughtfully curated and served by a sommelier, enhancing the dining experience. The hotel is very child-friendly, offering a kids' corner with an animator, fun activities, a dedicated children's menu, and a well-supervised pool. The fitness center is well-equipped and clean, and the hotel also offers a variety of massage services. Overall, the quality of service and amenities at Hotel Paradiso Dreams is outstanding, and the price is reasonable compared to other places we visited. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, there is all you need in room, comfortable, clean, 1 minute walk to the beach. Thank very much mr. Tihomir at the reception for quickly getting room, we arrived early in the morning so he was really helpful! Thank very much mrs. Siyana at the reservation for help booking our apartment! And thank very much all restaurant staff (especially Maria) for really wonderful service and breakfast!

A nice place overall. The location is great, close to the beach and bus stop. The pool is well maintained. The rooms are nice and tidy. There's no kettles inside them though. And in my experience the bathroom had a noticable smell to it that seems to be coming from the plumbing. The breakfast is fine, but the room where it can be eaten is unbearably hot. Also the parking is crowded and there was no place for us to park. The staff was quite nice, but some people had issues understanding English. At night it was quite loud because children would run around the corridor and scream. Overall this place is full of families with small children. So if someone's looking for a place for a family vacation then I'd highly recommend it.

Despite the price and the name it is not a 4 star hotel! The structure is nice, with good position but the big problems is the service that is very very bad! I asked 3 times to clean our room and at the end no one clean our room. I also request to change room because was dirty with bed not done but of course no one take care of customer problems. The most ridiculous moment is when the girl in the reception said that in a 4 star hotel they re-do the bed every 4 days, and she also touch the ground of our room to prove that is clean and there were sand of the day before! The most ridiculous and worst services that I ever experience in a hotel. I strongly not suggest this place even for a night! It's a very shame have such unquilified people in the hotel that make the tourist run away!!Btw we paid 240 euro for 2 night, with this very bad service... Ridiculous!

An absolute gem. It is withing walking distance to shops and restaurants. I booked online and opted to pay upon arrival. The room was spotless, clean bedding and bathroom. It had AC for those hot days. The water pressure in shower was great.

The owner of the hotel made the stay! She is super friendly and funny. The rooms look way better in person than in the photos! The small garden I super sweet and it’s close to many good restaurants! Would definitely recommend the stay! The only downside was that the AC and the fridge wasn’t included in the price. But it was very cheap to add so no worries there.

One night stay in ground floor room, with it's own patio. Met by Iva, she couldn't do enough to make our stay more comfortable, even lending us an Umbrella in the evening. The hotel is tucked away in a quite part of the town, easy to find & plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was spotlessly clean, good shower, TV & fridge.

Awesome hotel. Comfortable rooms with a pretty garden to drink coffee mornings. The climatisation keeps the temperature cold in the rooms during summer heats. Very warm welcome, the owner was really nice. I totally recommend and will definitely stay there again during my next stay in Nessebar.

Location is great Appearance of the hotel: small, cozy with the nice garden and design Price Rooms are pretty clean Cons: If you are like me and are very sensitive to the noise - PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE- noise isolation is terrible at this hotel. You can literally hear people talking and even farting :( In the beginning I got a room on the 3rd floor and it was simply terrible - manager of the hotel wakes up every day at 6 30 so did I :( and she lived above my room and I heard everything: walking, flashing toilet... also neighbor watching TV till late night ... I asked to be transferred and was to ground floor where I woke up at 7 all other days as it took her time to walk down and start a noice there - coffee machine, etc. bottom line - if someone wakes up in the hotel - you wake up too (if you are sensitive of course). Bathroom on the ground floor has sewer smell + every time someone from the top floors flashes - you can hear it very well. First few days I was disturbed while “do not disturb” sign was placed on my door - manager nocked to my door to ask something - I gave her feedback on that, but it didn’t help. It stoped only when I spoke with her manager.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Very comfortable and welcoming. I booked at the last minute and was lucky to find a vacant room. I arrived late, the key was securely placed in a locker, made check-in easy. The owners were very attentive and even fixed the internet in my room when the connection wasn’t reaching. Works perfectly. The receptionist is extremely friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. She checked in with me every day to make sure everything was going well, always ready to help with anything. It was also very nice to have a pleasant conversation with her. Warm, engaging, and close to the heart. The location is fantastic, right in the old city. Such an amazing place to explore as usual with all the stores, restaurants and the beach!!! As a thoughtful touch, I even received a postcard of a painting. Will surely stay there again!

Hotel in old town Nesebar the best location in my opinion you can go by walk everywhere. They give you parking for free in the big parking. The room was quite big, the bathroom was very small we couldn’t even use the shower or the sink without closing the door. There is no staff after 6pm.

Just a great place to stay in Nesebar. Top location by the bay overlooking the seashore. You wake up in the morning greeted by the seagulls and enjoying the yachts at the marina. The rooms and the entire hotel are exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfy, and you get a small kitchenette in the room which comes handy when you buy some fruits from the market. Internet is good and stable. For those with cars, you'd have to park in the paid municipality parking at 12 lv. per 24 hours. The hotel is in the old town, so walking distance from everything. The hostess was very polite and helpful with my questions. Highly recommended.

Mirage Hotel Nesebar is a laid-back 3-star hotel located in Nesebar New Town, just 30 km from Burgas airport. The hotel offers free breakfast, a restaurant with fresh and delicious food, and an outdoor pool with a gorgeous view of the beach. Guests can also enjoy spacious rooms with comfortable beds and easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. While the hotel provides a relaxing and quiet atmosphere, it may get busier during peak times.
We had a week stay, found the hotel spotless clean, more than enough choice for breakfast. Our room was to the side of the hotel, with sea views & very large balcony. Situated right on a very good sandy beach with lifts down to beach level. The staff were great with special mentions to the bar staff, Toto was very informative, & his colleague in the beach bar was also very good with service & remembering our orders. Would definitely return in the future.

Basic and clean, wacky bathroom tile colours but that is nothing. Only arrived yesterday but so far so good, no issues. People comment about breakfast, it was okay but what do you expect it's very a subjective topic.
Susan X — Google review
The staff are friendly, the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was most acceptable. The pool is rather small and regularly dominated by guys playing 'handball'. I complained to management, but nothing was done, there was no oversite of the pool, and no attempt was made to control this selfish behaviour. The beds are comfortable but the bedding is too small and does not fit. The hotel is a little 'tired' but the location is very pleasant. The day we arrived large heaps of seaweed were washed onto the beach. Last year when this occured, the seaweed was removed. This year it has been left on the beach, causing issues with access to the sea. Also, as it has decomposed, there has been a strong smell of sulphur (like a huge fart).
John C — Google review
The waiter’s attitude was more than distant - the serving consisted of handing the dishes to us and without a single word. The menu does not offer anything different, nothing excellently prepared. The prices are in the medium to high range, as for Nessebar, but the quality ratio compared to nearby places is very unsatisfactory. It's in a good location, but the atmosphere is not developed to the necessary level. Overall, not the greatest experience.
Maxwell B — Google review
Staff don't speak much English. The breakfast selection is poor & the hot food is actually cold. The staffs response is that you can use the microwave to reheat the food. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. The water pressure is very good, however the towels are thin & scratching. The bar staff spoke better English & very helpful. The view of the beach from the pool terrace is gorgeous & there is direct access to the beach from the hotel. The pool itself is small & frequently visited by seagulls who drink & bathe in it. We visited in the first week of June & it transpired that the official summer season doesn't start until the second week. It explains why a lot of the local shops & restaurants were closed. Despite the issues we enjoyed our stay. The weather was fabulous & we returned home recharged.

Nice hotel in brilliant location. Right on spotlessly clean beach & easy stroll along promenade & causeway to Old Nessebar. Generous sized rooms with fridge,AC, TV, balcony & large shower area. Good selection of shops & restaurants virtually next door.

The Mirage is a wedding venue hotel meaning you may hear very loud music from the conference room playing until 2.30am. Short stay wedding guests were a problem, a child was left in neighbouring room, she was screaming for her mum at 1am for over an hour. The hotel reluctantly got involved after i stated welfare concerns, turns out mum was at wedding party. Both bar staff were excellent and friendly. breakfast was fine with a good selection unfortunately guests feed their dogs directly from breakfast tables, nothing gets said. Really good beach just outside the hotel, sun-bed hire was reasonable at 8 lev per item. Nessebar is a great place to stay, we plan to return but will find accommodation elsewhere.
Tom L — Google review
Great hotel for location, directly on the beach with a lift down to it. The downside is that the lift to the beach goes into the hotels beach bar, which closes around 5pm, so have to use the stairs. Only 2 floors up, so no hardship. Found the reception staff were very helpful even though their English was sometimes minimum but we were in their country, so who am I to comment with my nil knowledge of Bulgarian. Breakfast was okay, everything you needed, yes, the hot food was sometimes a bit cold but again no problem, could warm it through.in a microwave if need be. The beach bar and hotel bar were very good, all staff were accommodating and friendly. The food in both was very good with different specials every day. Drinks and food were very reasonable and in line with the other taverners and restaurants around it. The pool was small and as mentioned by previous guests, constantly had seaguls flying above but that's nature. We prefer the beach which was on the doorstep and hired the sunbeds, which compared to other countries was very reasonably priced. A couple of small mini markets next to the hotel. Top tip, if you are a smoker, buy your cigarettes at the mini markets rather than the airport as they are twice the price in the Duty Free. We were there for 10 days and fully enjoyed our trip. For the price our holiday cost, I think the hotel delivered on our expectations and on location it over achieved. Overall, it was a great place and would definitely go back.

Located in Nessebar, the Hotel complex Kamenec offers a relaxed atmosphere with unfussy rooms and suites featuring balconies. The hotel boasts three outdoor pools, a bar, and dining options. Situated close to Nessebar Stadium and Sunny Beach, this property provides easy access to the beach and kingfisher's sand dunes. Guests can enjoy spacious and comfortable accommodations with spectacular views from the upper floors.
It’s already a tradition – every year we dock at Hotel Kamenez – Nessebar. This is our spot: a couple plus one little tornado (officially called a 4-year-old). The accommodation is always exactly as requested – studio, high floor, sea view… basically romance + toddler vandalism. The food? Way above expectations for a 3-star hotel – both in taste and variety. Drinks (yes, including the strong ones) are part of the AI package. Pools are great too, and the pool bar is pure salvation – cocktail in hand, feet in the water, and you almost forget tomorrow’s round of “who can run faster down the hallway.” The South Beach is just 5 minutes away on foot, bus stop and supermarket literally next door. Convenience level: maximum. Even the laziest tourist couldn’t complain. Summary? Thumbs up 100%! If you’re looking for a place that balances family chaos with a dose of calm and excellent service – Kamenec is it.

It is a budget hotel and you get exactly what you have paid for. The rooms are basic, the cleaning of the rooms is irregular and sometimes done at inappropriate times, around 14.30 h for example. Also, the toiletries are provided only on request. On the upper side there is air conditioning and a balcony. The food is average, the drinks, too. There are three swimming pools which are very clean and well-kept. Usually there are enough sunbeds for all the guests of the hotel. The location of the hotel is very good - very close to a supermarket, bus stop, to the beach. The old town and the new town center are within walking distance and provide for nice walks.

Very disappointed, it's not all inclusive at all. In summer time , then it's so hot, they providing ice cream just one hour. For cocktails you need to pay , ridiculous. Swimming pool working just till 18:00. Food it's terrible, spaghetti was actually in water , meat was chewie. Not worth to come... Waisting of money... Waitresses acting rude... not have enough tables ....

Apart from the ladies at the reception this hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars. We went all inclusive and some food is served cold and dry, almost like the leftovers from the day before. We had not even parked the car when we arrived and we got shouted at by some very unfriendly people (other hotel customers), saying we are parking in their spot. But you do not have assigned spaces here. I tried to explain we have a room reserved just like them, but had to go to reception to get them to simmer down. Not a good start. It immediately told us what sort of people this hotel attracts. My husband is Romanian and immediately recognised the type, sadly. We bought a beer and lemonade from the paid terrace next to the pool and paid 16 Lev, neither were great, I guess why it was empty! In a restaurant you pay 3.50 Lev for a beer, so it's an expensive 'cheap' hotel! If you want to save some money I don't recommend all inclusive unless you want to drink free alcohol all day! There are good nearby restaurants where you can eat far superior food for 50 Lev for 3 people! All inclusive is not worth it at this hotel. The rooms are not great, dirty carpets and beds. Double bed is two singles pushed together which come apart as you sleep. The carpet is unfinished at the doorway and leaves a gap. The air con sounds like a tractor. The balconies do not fill us with confidence. Please see the photos! 5 stars for the staff, 1 star for the hotel. We wont be coming back.

Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else.
Peter — Google review
Nice and quiet place really close to the beach and kingfisher's sand dunes. Nice meals and polite staff. Rooms are large and comfortable with balconies. The views are spectacular especially on upper floors.
Radu C — Google review
Superb view, acceptable food but the hotel itself is a real danger for families with children! The employees were nice, most of them, but the manager was a bit arrogant. * The thresholds of the bathroom and balcony are very sharp, in the bathroom is completely missing the shower curtain and thei are not giving the bath rugs or foot towel, the shower is open and the whole bathroom is like a pool. And the smell is realy bad. * During the day the fire staircase door is stain open even though I closed it numerous times and even ai made a notification at the reception. The manager was there and she didn't even care. (We were on the 13th floor a real danger for older children, not only for the little ones). * We made the reservation for a room with a large double bed (because we sleep with the baby in the bed) and received two glued and uneven beds. The sofa looks better than the bed. I slept badly both we and the baby. * In the pictures there are playgrounds. The outside it is full sun and is realy hott. The  children are actually get fried on the toboggan, and the one inside (the small building) was locked with the key throughout during the stay periode. Just one evening at 10 pm I heard the music and saw a box in the door. We chose this hotel for the playing ground so i'm really disappointed. * For all inclusive the lunch schedule is realy small. Only 1 and a half hours for all the people in the hole hotel. You need to stai close to the hotel every day.

Check in was great, staff is kind and smiling. AC was not working so it was a bit uncomfortable. The walls need some repainting or cleaning, but overall decent experience.

We had dinner here, and I would say that for the first time in my life, I was served the bill first before the food. We didn't even have our drinks they requested payment. Never again, I am returning there. Unpleasant experience overall.
Shenol S — Google review
Service is good and the location is close to the sea but the rooms look like they came from 1960. There is also an odd, strong smell associated with them and it was difficult to sleep.
Ionut R — Google review
This is also a walk-in restaurant which is what I'm reviewing. It doesn't have most of the dishes in the menu despite it being a few weeks into the season. In particular, there are zero fish dishes, despite the being a sign "fish dishes" on the front. Waiters speak English very poorly, and when they don't understand, they prefer to silently guess the meaning of your words. And this is one of the rare occasions where the waiter struggled with the answer to the question "what is good in your menu"

This is a review of the restaurants we were in a hotel nearby. Amazing food, huge sharing meals full of flavour!!! 😋 Catilina was great at looking after us. Her partner, who cooked the meal, did a great job. We needed to take some home as the 2nd time we went, we had a 1600g sharing meat 🍖 and veg. See th pics. The homemade lemonade we had, which was a mango flavour, was brilliant. I think the juices the mangos there may be as it was real fruit for sure. Also good music and atmosphere. Thank you both for the great meals!!! ❤️

We had lunch here. Quite some bad food, served in a chaotic way and also quite expensive. Someone took the order, someone else brought the food, which led to misunderstandings. Plus, they tried to overcharge it. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Cristian M — Google review
Ok hotel, good location. We had the apartment which is great. I would have given an extra star but the housekeeping was not good, the breakfast was not great, just things I expect. Sleeps 4 but would be better for 3 Staff were lovely & as I wasn't that pleased with a couple of things they gave us a fruit platter with compliments which I thought was lovely. Nice little pool close to the beach

The first impression of the hotel was that they don't really have a private parking. It was more like field. Then it was the strange smell everywhere (the hotel smells like granny parfume and the room was smelling like a bleach. I thought at least is clean untill I saw big, black, curly hair taking a nap on my hairdryer (I will upload a photo). For some reason the housekeepers are cleaning only the trashcan when they come to your room. They never touched the sheets or clean at least the sand from the bathroom. After all we decided to try the restaurant because we saw some good comments for it. I ordered chicken kavarma. The smell and the presentation were good but the chicken was terrible. It was feeling like I eat cartilage and even when I barely touched it and announced about the problem, they have tried to charge me for it. On the next day we wanted to visit the SPA center that was included in the offer but it was closed, because of the COVID-19. The hotel room was the smallest room I ever seen with my eyes and unfortunately it has no view. The wallpapers in the room were really old and almost riped off.

Hotel Elizabeth Dy is a casual and friendly boutique hotel located in the Nesebar New Town district, just 1.7 km from The Church of St. Stephen. The rooms are well-kept and clean, with some offering sea views. While the sea view may be obstructed by a pine tree, the hotel is only a few minutes away from the beach.
Everything was perfect. Great location next to the beach and near the old town. The hotel is lovely and calm, a nice green garden with shade and swing and slides that our young children loved. The room was big, very confortable and clean. The staff was was lovely, very kind and helpfull. We will definitly stay here again if we go back to Nessebar. Thank you for everything 😊

Nice and cosy place, great location with 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, bus stop, local shop and restaurants. Clean, decent sized rooms with a proper shower facility. Super friendly and approachable owners. We stayed mid September, after season and if you're looking for quiet holiday by the sea at decent price - we highly recommend Elizabeth Dy.

Hotel is nice and clean, great location too with free parking next to the property. Dog friendly! Didn’t try the breakfast. Minus for: - lack of transparency on the cost, make sure to agree on an offer via email beforehand. - light in the bathroom is sensor activated. A bit annoying to take a shower in the dark and have to wave at the sensor. - the toilet didn’t flush well.
Mirela D — Google review
A family owned boutique hotel, maintained with great care and love. The attention to detail was truly inspiring! The hosts we very kind and welcoming. We had a great time - strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Nesebar area.
Nikolay S — Google review
Friendly family hotel away from the hustle and bustle of touristy Nessebar. The rooms are new, well kept and clean. Unfortunately, the mattresses are not the best and the springs could be felt. Another thing is the "sea view" which was heavily obstructed by a pine... I felt that shouldn't have been the case when paying extra for a room with a sea view. Just a couple a minutes from the beach and a few more from the South end beach, which is less crowded and unguarded. Provided that your expectations are adjusted as above, I would recommend this hotel to families or small groups.
Vladi S — Google review
The only good thing there was the location! For the 600lv we gave for 5 nights you get a room that has a bathroom with a toilet where the water was barely flowing, there was no travel-size shampoo and conditioner like in a normal hotel, instead there was a dispenser half-full with cheap hand soap. The lamp was with a timer and was switching off a few times during shower. The toilet water tank was not working properly. When in the room you can hear everything happening in the hallway. You open the door with a card and then put it in a card-pocket to turn the electricity on, but when out you can't have the aircon or the small fridge on, because the card is not there. The balcony door in connected to the aircon, so when you open it the aircon stops working. The breakfast costs 12lv per person, but you barely anything for the money - the coffee is rubbish and you have a choice from 5 different meals that cost way less. The staff barely speaks Bulgarian and the owners were not very greeting. Will NEVER be back! Thank you!
Gergana N — Google review
Very close to the beach (not sunny beach). The room was clean with nice furniture and comfy beds. However, because the hotel has just 2 floors, and because in front of the hotel there is a high dune of sand, sea view is a bit overrated from the first floor. It was a bit disturbing that when the curtains were removed from the window, I had the feeling that the people in front of the hotel can see every move you make ( there is a play ground in front). There is a limited 🅿 lot in front of the hotel but you can manage to park sideways of the acces road. Distance to the old time is quite small, you can reach it by strolling near the beach. All in all, the things above were not very important to us and will definitely come back

Guest House “BRIZ“ in Nesebar, Bulgaria is a charming accommodation option just a short walk from Nesebar South Beach. The guest house offers 22 rooms with pleasant views and amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and balconies. Additionally, there are conveniences like a TV with Bulgarian and foreign channels, a small fridge, and an iron available for use. The warm hospitality of the host adds to the appeal of this guest house.
This hotel is grate the room was comfortable with two beds one small and one king size the room was clean and the bathroom design was beautiful the room had a Tv, air conditioning, hair dryer, coffee machine, a fridge, soap and shampoo samples the hotel had a balcony wich was amazing if you want that bit of fresh air the hotel had a elevator wich I’m so thankful for because we went with my 83 year old grandmother the staff are kind and there is even a bar down stairs.the hotel is in a perfect location we could easily walk to anywhere grate place

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. Despite being promised a room with a nice view, we were given a room right next to the elevator. The noise from the elevator was constant and made it impossible to sleep. We were so uncomfortable that we had to cut our stay short and leave much earlier than expected. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this hotel.

It's a clean and comfortable inn. I didn't feel much hospitality, but the value for money is very good.

Good location. Great price. Rooms are neat and there is an AC. Bathroom was also big, not like in other places where you can't even turn around when showering. I think all have balconies too. There is a free Wi-Fi and elevator. I had a TV with Bulgarian and foreign channels. There was also a small fridge I would say it was not very powerful but it was fine to keep some food and drinks cool, not cold. On the floor there is also an iron if you like to iron your clothes like me. In the yard there are tables with tents plus a microwave. The stuff and the owners were very friendly. You can ask them for recommendations in case you are looking where to eat, what to visit etc. Great hospitality!

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, close to shops, the beach and restaurants. Elevator and air conditioning, rooms with good view. Excellent price. No blankets by default, but can be obtained on request. TV is old, but with many channels. Clean rooms with a balcony. No parking spots, but good (and free) Wi-Fi. Had good holiday and would highly recommend, especially if you are on a budget.

Guest House Briz is a lovely place to stay in the coastal city of Nesebar, Bulgaria. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the host. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the help of the host in translating for us when we lost a bag. Without his help, we would have struggled to communicate and may not have found our bag. The location of Guest House Briz is also ideal for visitors. It is easily accessible from the bus stop, which is only a short walk away. The guest house is also located close to a variety of food options, making it easy to find a place to eat. The best part, however, is its proximity to the sea. It is only a short walk from the guest house to the water where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Black Sea. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Guest House Briz to anyone visiting Nesebar!

Absolutely lovely stay. Two wonderful beaches literally on 1 min walk from the hotel. Free private safe and locked parking. We were on the 3rd floor one bedroom apartment. Sea view is unforgetable. Waking up in the morning and you can see the sea from the bed. All the comfort of home persist in that hotel - kitchen with full set of cutlery and appliences. I would definatelly go again and again. Very nice hotel with great view over the entire sunny beach. Clean and big rooms. Free Parking directly next to hotel. Very friendly staff and people (we were helped with Parking). Hotel is owned by locals and directly at the water, a bit aside of the typical tourist tracks. Food in the Restaurant was delicious: fresh fish and local wine.

Nice place to stay. The owner doesn't speak much English and fluent French but except for that they are greatly accommodating. The room are fairly spacious, clean and secure. The balcony offers a lovely view over the black sea, hopefully they put more of a divide between the rooms balcony's however. They have a back door on the second floor which leads out to the back street, this makes life easier when going in-land. Aircon could be slightly more modern but I do appreciate it worked which was a welcome relief in the high heat of the day. My dad's aircon went wrong on 1st day they fixed it straight away so no complaints! Really liked the fact they have a nice restaurant/bar down stairs which lots of people go to for food and beverages in the evening. On the last night we got some bad service... Either they got fed up with us drinking the place dry or just a bad night. Generally liked it, we had pleasant stay.

Excellent location, large room, owner is very friendly, continental breakfast is very good. The rooms are quiet, the bathroom is large enough, the beds are very good. Preffered language to communicate with the owner is French, but basic English is OK too. All rooms have sea view. Parking is cheep, with entry card from the hotel, in a place nearby. The back street door opens a short way to the center of the Old Nessebar and to the shopping area. The rooms are at floor 2 and 3 and there is no elevator. WIFI is excellent in public areas, but in the room is rather poor. Do not expect changing of towels and bed sheets before day 4, and even so, you'd better ask for it.
