1Hotel Playa Sol

Resort hotel
Hotel Playa Sol in Cadaques offers comfortable and airy rooms, some with sea views. The property features a pool, terrace, and tennis court for guests to enjoy. It is conveniently located near Bay of Roses and provides amenities such as a safe-deposit box, parking, and tour support services. The hotel also boasts a garden and air-conditioned rooms. Guests can dine at the on-site restaurant or relax at the bar and lounge.
We booked the 2-bedroom family suite facing the sea for five nights, 2 adults and one small child. Everything was exceptional, comfortable beds, clean, quiet and great customer service and housekeeping. Pool is stunning and calm. The breakfast buffet was delicious and staff very attentive. Will definitely be coming back in years to come! My one suggestion is there’s no coffee in the room so that addition would be a very welcome touch :)
Meg C — Google review
Amazing stay! We enjoyed the wonderful buffet breakfast and the peaceful, large pool area with a walk up bar. Wish there had been more time to use the tennis court. We loved our room with balcony and it was a great size for three adults. Beds were comfortable and room was clean! Staff was super friendly and spoke good English. Perfect location

We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely time in many ways. The rooms are beautifully designed, the breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit juice, and the staff at both the bar and reception are very friendly. The hotel also offers a private parking garage, which is very convenient, and the location is truly ideal. That said, we did feel that the hotel is not particularly child-friendly, especially around the pool area. Children are not allowed to jump in, and even quiet splashing in the water was not really appreciated. On our fourth day, our 3-year-old had a short tantrum. My husband quickly brought him back to the room, but the owner still approached me to ask what was wrong and mentioned that we were disturbing other guests. From that point on, we no longer felt entirely comfortable. I tried to have a constructive conversation afterward, but unfortunately, it wasn’t well received. In our view, the hotel could benefit from clearer communication around expectations for children and a more open approach to guest feedback. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for couples or adults seeking a peaceful stay — but perhaps less so for families with young children.

This is a superb hotel. I am an irritable man and hard to please. This place got everything right. Lovely rooms, fine pool, staff ever-present, under-stated, unfailingly pleasant. Some comments refer to whether it is child friendly. Our three took an hour or so to get used to the fact it is a calm place, and needed reminding once or twice during the week. But every other family seemed to take the same view and all good. Sure, if you want to crash around it's probably not for you. But we didn't find it in any way up tight. I've stayed at smarter hotels and cheaper hotels. I've not stayed at one that is more consistently good, (really very, very good), at what it does. Thank you.
Nick W — Google review
We received a gift certifacate of petit hotels de Catalunya and it was the only hotel they have in Cadaqez. So the sold us triple room (we are 2) with no balcony, windows go into some wall, basic breakfast for 370 euros per night!!!! (Because their rule is to sell 2 nights minimum stay). Very disappointed. In general hotel do not deserve 4 stars. The only pleasant thing that happend was the guy from the reception. Really friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Nelly M — Google review
Gorgeous, comfortable hotel in a perfect location with stunning views from seaview balconies. Rooms designed well (separate shower room and loo with separate sink area means it's easy to get ready when there are 2 of you). Breakfast excellent and staff friendly. Swimming pool and gardens are pretty and relaxing spots. Perfect seaside break.
Natalie J — Google review
Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Clean rooms with a balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. Hotel staff was kind and pleasant. Highly recommended.
Michal B — Google review
Great place. The rooms were perfect with a great view of the bay. Staff was very friendly, spoke good English, and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel
Boutique Hotel Villa Gala offers a luxurious Mediterranean experience with its traditional style, whitewashed walls, and lush greenery. The property features regional artwork and photography by local artists, adding to its charm. Guests can enjoy farm-to-table Catalan dishes at the hotel's restaurant while taking in stunning views of Cadaques and the Mediterranean Sea. With only 14 rooms, each equipped with a terrace or balcony, the hotel provides an intimate and authentic experience.
Best boutique hotel we have stayed in so far. Beautiful rooms! We had a clear view of the cathedral, the old town and the sea from our balcony. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. I have attached a panoramic view from our balcony.
Kasm H — Google review
We stayed one night two rooms, the hotel looks very nice and impressive, super location and have parking. But: 1. The sheets in my bed were dirty with lipstick and we asked them to change it 2. One of the rooms (no 10) Was smelly - the shower is inside the room and it had really bad smell. 3. The concept of the room is suitable mostly for couples.
Amir D — Google review
Stayed 7 days September Would never do it again Reception by the female person aprox 55 years was : you have room 4 and no further explination ? Breakfast from 8.30u , nice sunny terras but no parasol so the sun in the eyes and very hot breakfast. Same at the swimming pool. Breakfast with croissants half the size of a normal croissant and dark brown to black brown! Coffee machine constant in need of water and milk. Room terras o.k. but again no parasol. 5 stars cleaning personel every day again. In the dinning room blue sofa with black frame full of dust, result waring a white dress was punished with a nice dustmark. Conclusion the 4 stars plus was not like others we did due to price , location and poor equipment
Patrick P — Google review
Splendid modern hotel with beautiful views of the church, a quick and easy walk to the seafront, and a great chic design with wonderful artwork. Comfortable beds and cozy elegantly designed rooms. Exceptional staff. Will return!
Eric M — Google review
Great location and good design. However, the rooms are very small for the price and the included breakfast is not great. No water or anything else included and the service was not great, didn't feel very welcome. Overall OK experience but way too expensive for what you get
Marc V — Google review
Great location with incredible views from the room The room was above our expectations. They upgraded our stay and we could not been more lucky with the views from the room. Perfect couples getaway if you want to surprise your loved ones. Staff super friendly, Parking on site, and the most incredible breakfast. Thank you for an incredible stay. We will visit again soon.

So we checked into this hotel which is decorated as an homage to Dali and his wife Gala. Our drive here from Barcelona was fraught with the twisty turns and trying to find the hotel once we reached the town of Cadaques with the roads the width of our car and Google maps not exactly being on target and trying with the help of the receptionist at the hotel trying to get us here with her friendly voice but difficulty in communicating in English. We ultimately found the hotel and lot adjacent without any major damage to our psyche. We hugged the receptionist and scuttled to our room and decompressed with a hotel provided bottle of wine waiting for us in the room from the hotel management. We had a wonderful tapas dinner at Batalla and the next morning had a wondrous trip to Dali’s house. All of this is leading me back to the afternoon the next day where after a gin and tonic was able to truly see the beautifully appointed boutique hotel in all its wonderful decorative Dali touches. Such a sublime experience I had to to relate this. The pool, the lobby and hallways are very elegantly presented with beautiful pieces of furniture and reproduced and original artwork. Well worth booking a stay here!
Moondy J — Google review
Absolutely perfect experience. We stayed in Room 1A, and it was luxurious! The view and patio were lovely. The room was very clean, it was quiet, very comfortable bed. The staff was so kind and helpful. I wish we could spend a summer in this magical place and would recommend it to anyone.

3Hostal Marina Cadaqués

Hotel
Hostal Marina Cadaqués is a traditional old hotel located less than 100 meters from the main beach in a lively area of town. The family-run hostal offers simple rooms and apartments, some with balconies that provide bay views. Despite a small hiccup at check-in, the staff is known for being truly helpful and accommodating. The venue features free Wi-Fi and certain units offer sea or city views.
A simple yet romantic hotel with beautiful views centrally located in the heart of Cadaqués. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay and had easy access to the beach and surrounding restaurants which made the stay incredible as you we got to experience the vibrancy of the town.
Kristan F — Google review
Hard to imagine how this place could be better without being significantly more expensive. Excellent people, very clean rooms, great location. The owner also helped us to resolve an issue we had with our car and to find parking. Excellent overall.
Alexander P — Google review
Staff was very friendly and even helped us wash our laundry. They spoke a bit of English which is always nice when your from amarro a like us. Only complaint would be it was a bit loud at night, you could hear people on the street. There was no fan or a.c. In our room. It very clean and quaint with a balcony was a huge plus!
Janessa B — Google review
Reception closes for checking in at 20:00 which could in some cases be a lil early but apart from that I can't fault the hotel. So central, very clean and nice looking bright room
Al X — Google review
Right in front of pub if you like your sleep don’t pick this one. On our last night there was drunk couple fighting in room for over 2 hours. Nobody is in reception to stop anti social behaviour!!!
Max — Google review
The well-priced Hostal Marina surprised my partner and I by how nice it is. Our room was spacious, well equipped, in a great shape and spotless.
Filip V — Google review
Really nice room. It has a really nice location. It’s in front of the beach and all the restaurants in Cadaques. Higiene is good and the person on the front desk was really nice when we did check in. There is no parking on the hotel but if you ask on the front desk they give you instructions on where to park. We found a space in front of the hotel that was pure luck, to have in mind the white and green lines are permitted free parking

Great price and location. The staff were very helpful and the place was clean.

4Hotel Rec de Palau

Hotel
Hotel Rec de Palau is a charming hilltop hotel with a maritime-inspired design and stunning bay views. The hotel offers well-appointed rooms, an outdoor pool, and convenient amenities such as room service, scuba diving, and snorkeling. Its unique decor showcases the local fishing culture, making it feel like a small museum. Guests can enjoy a rich and delicious breakfast while taking in the gorgeous sea views. Additionally, the hotel provides free battery car shuttle service to the town for added convenience.
This is fabulous traditional hotel which is lovingly maintained and overlooking the bay. We arrived late after a long day walking over 30km on the GR 92 from Portbou and were too tired to walk back into the town for dinner. Despite being out of season and the restaurant closed, Angela made us a delicious meal of salad and sandwiches which revived us. The room was decorated tastefully and the en-suite was modern and we enjoyed lovely hot showers. The breakfast was plentiful as we sat by the best window for panoramic views of the bay. A beautiful experience in a local independent hotel, showing the best of the hospitality industry. You will not regret staying here!
Elizabeth A — Google review
Amazing place. This hotel is really good but has some things to work on. 1: English-speaking staff; Although most of them are extremely service minded, all of the staff does not speak English, something that should be a requirement in an upscale hotel like this. 2: The Bar/ restaurant; When we arrived, they said they could offer drinks and snacks and some simpler food but when we later asked for some snacks they simply shook their heads. It would be a really good thing to offer some sandwiches and stuff like that because sometimes you don’t want to go out and eat, especially as for doing that you had to walk about a kilometer. 3: Small practical stuff relating to the property; like the pool deck was in really bad shape. The construction was not good for starters and every day a guy did maintenance on it. There was also some things in the room that could have been better, some are common in hotels in Spain in general, like too big a bathroom door to be open easily, to not get either cold or hot water fast, to small details that could make this hotel more of a 5-star hotel. I’m not going into any more details but if they fixed many of the things I’ve mentioned, think they could charge even more for the rooms and get something like 9.5 or more in hotels.com where we booked the room. That 8.8 out of 10 is what it is. With this location and what the have they could take it to the stars and right now it’s almost a shame that they don’t. O, by the way, I forgot to mention that the room we got the first 2 out of 4 nights did not have a sea view that it was stated it should. This was partly because of the construction of an extension of the hotel and they probably hadn’t been able yet to change the roomier classes.
Mats L — Google review
Located on a huge, beautiful property on a hill, this hotel has an incredible view of the water from its balcony -the perfect place to eat any meal you like. Rooms have nice views as well- ours overlooked the mountainside. The two pools are also very nice to have, and the entire property is well maintained with wonderful landscaping. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Do be aware- there is a dumbwaiter to lift luggage up to your room, but no elevator. If you have limited mobility, this may not be the place for you.
Steven R — Google review
What an idyllic location perched atop the hill overlooking the Mediterranean and the harbor. We reserved a bungalow with kitchen for three nights. The bungalow was large and had several patios with scenic views and even a washing machine. There was a wonderful breeze from the terraces and it was a very relaxing spot. It was picturesque and rustic. Unfortunately there was no internet in the bungalow and the bed was small and not very good. The hotel staff graciously transferred us to a comfortable room in the main hotel with very good internet right by the swimming pool and breakfast room. The pool was nice but not heated so even at the end of August it was pretty cold. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. My husband ordered bacon and eggs. We must say a big thank you to the sweet friendly and energetic young men Paul and Mark who helped us by lugging our luggage up and down the steps. A word of caution, this hotel is not handicap friendly and there are lots of steep stairs and no elevator. The scenic location perched atop the hill makes for a long winding walk or drive down to town but there is an electric golf cart and the boys are happy to drive you down or pick you up at the bottom. Once you're at the bottom of the hill, it's an easy walk along the shore to town, restaurants and swimming. A very scenic and very quiet location. We highly recommend!

Rec de Palau is the loveliest, most quaint hotel we've ever stayed in. The views of gorgeous Cadaques are like postcards. The hotel is decorated so tastefully--we loved all the artwork and doors. The buildings are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. We loved the pools, especially the two that are almost private and sit basically on a cliff. The setting is so romantic! We stayed in a large room with a King size bed and great bathroom with large shower. And the staff is amazing--so genuinely helpful is so many ways from getting us food after a long drive to arrive there, to helping my boyfriend who had an injured knee by taking him down the hill on the golf cart. And the restaurant terrace is gorgeous--perfect place for tapas and wine--again the view is amazing! Just beware of you have problems walking--the hills to get to the hotel are very steep. You only go in and out of the hotel when needed--not a spot you'll plan to go in and out frequently.
Jennifer S — Google review
super nice staff. hotel up the hills with a stunning view. you have to take the 15min walk to the center but it's worth it. hotel picks you up at your return with a golf cart. we stayed there during high season but hotel was calm and not overcrowded. we loved it and will be back for sure.

Hotel Rec de Palau is a unique combination of comfort/luxury and casual/comfortable. It is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a good breakfast with fantastic views and let the excellent staff take care of you. Then enjoy the delights of Cadaqués.

Hotel Calina is a charming beachfront property located in Cadaques, offering a relaxed atmosphere and stunning views. The hotel features an airy restaurant, a bar, outdoor pools with sea views, and a beautiful garden. Situated near Cap de Creus and Platja de Port Lligat, it's just a short walk from Salvador Dali's House-Museum. Guests can enjoy the convenience of complimentary Wi-Fi, tour assistance, and reception services.
Hotel Calina is a true gem in Cadaqués. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a lovely pool and terrace with sea views. You can really feel the peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere all around. Just a short walk to Dalí’s house, it’s a perfect spot to enjoy the beauty and calm of this special town. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel for families with super friendly staff. Directly at the beach. Nice pool and seating areas outside. Tasty breakfast with reasonable choices. Rooms are spacious and a little dark as they are built into the hillside. Therefore, they stay cool all summer. Washing machine or service missing. More umbrellas at the pool would be nice.
Jan T — Google review
Immaculately clean, great service, really helpful and kind staff. The location is great, right next to Dali’s house and a walkable distance to the city. The walk has hills, but we enjoyed the 15 minute walk to town. We will definitely stay here again.
Amber W — Google review
Comfortable rooms with quiet aircon. Beds excellent. We had a brilliant good sized wet room with splendid shower. We had a studio apartment so it came with a little kitchenette. Great for minimalist cooking. The induction job baffled the wife, but I was very impressed! Small sitting out area. Too hot in the morning sun but great once the sun was over the yardarm. Pool was safe clean and big enough for a reasonable swim. (It’s a stones throw from a beach as well.) Staff very helpful and friendly in a genuine way in spite of it being busy. I don’t do breakfast so can’t comment. Be aware that there is no transport to Cadaques appart from Shanks pony or your own car. This was a limitation for my 80 year old double hip replacement and dodgy knees and heart. He made it over the hill and back once, but I resorted to driving to save time and anxiety related to return trips after excellent meals. (Beware access is technically one way as the beach front is theoretically one way and no entry from the East!.) Plumbing noises at night, such as showers and flushed toilets with cascading water noises were annoying but fortunately most people seem to be in bed by midnight. If I say this is our third stay you get the gist.
Ken T — Google review
Very relaxed ambience. Clean, efficient service. Fantastic pool. Lovely views. Beds too hard for my taste but otherwise really loving our stay.
Bo B — Google review
Amazing staff in a great quiet location, 5 min walk to Casa Dalí and 15 min walk to Cadaqués center. The staff was always going the extra mile to acomodate guests or help with activities out of the hotel. And that made the difference for us. Amazing vibes, all staff was kind and welcoming, it is really visible that the team is working together nicely and it makes guests feel good at the hotel. The facilities are nice, we enjoyed a relaxing time by the pool and studios have kitchen and fridge. The breakfast buffet is complete, I was just missing some fresh veggies like tomatoes or cucumbers. Location is also a good point. Casa Dalí is a 5 min walk (book it in advance, is normally sold out) and directly by the beach in a great fisherman's town. It is hard to park the car in Cadaqués, so this Hotel in Portlligat is a good option if you don't mind having a 15 min walk to make it to the center of Cadaqués.

Hostal Cristina is a charming accommodation option in Cadaques, offering bright and artsy rooms with the possibility of bay views from some balconies. The property provides free WiFi and satellite TV, ensuring guests stay connected and entertained during their visit. Its central location allows for easy access to various attractions, including the Casa-Museu Salvador Dali which is just a short walk away. The hostal's simple yet comfortable rooms come with private bathrooms equipped with essential amenities.
My girlfriend and I stayed here over the long weekend. The location is fantastic, the rooms were clean and everything was great. Incredible value. Another reason for the great review is that I left my airpod there and they were nice enough to send it to me via post - would defo reconmend to people who want to visit Cadaques!
Jack G — Google review
Our room was clean. Hotel location is very central and near the beach. Owner was nice. Dogs allowed. Price is just ok I think, but you shouldn't expect too much from a 1 Star Hostal! It is very loud if you sleep with your windows open. The furnishing could be extended, for example some extra hangers in the bathroom and a small refrigerator. Parking is difficult (all over Cadaqués) but loading and unloading for check-in was available. All in all it was a good accommodation to sleep in.
Pi P — Google review
This hostal is all about location and good price. It's located in a very central position close to everything. You can go by walk wherever you want. I could have a good night of sleep. The air conditioner and the shower work perfectly and everything was tidy and clean. If your main focus is to remain outdoors enjoying the town, and going to the hostal just to sleep or take a shower, this place is perfect. There's a free parking around 10 minutes by walking.
João S — Google review
Perfect location, free parking away, 15 minutes walk from hotel; the first floor room have a great terrace in some rooms, the bathroom shower head in our room on the second floor, was broken, there was a grocery shopping “Spar” near by

Such a beautiful camping! Too bad the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t try the pool that is so beautifully located. Staff is very friendly they were super available to give us everything we needed! Beautiful tents, will be back! Also very well located super close to the center
Elise V — Google review
High recommendation - we had such a lovely stay in one of the tents. Although pretty close neighbours, very private, everything one needs to have a relaxing vacation. Pool is amazing and has a great view of the ocean and house of Dali. Facilities are very clean, staff is really friendly and helps out with all questions. Booking online was really easy and price is totally alright and worth every cent! Yoga is offered on Saturday and Sunday, no registration but only 10 mats.
Gesa M — Google review
Lovely campsite, great facilities, only downside for us was the pitch itself which was directly behind reception- tree overhead had purple berry fruit- ground covered in it- destroyed some clothes and also many many wasps around this pitch. Would highly recommend this campsite as long as you don’t end up in this pitch.
Patricia C — Google review
Pleasant staff Nice campsite but not practical for big camping cars. Difficult to manoeuvrer, careful of the trees with their big stumps sticking out. Sanitary facilities not good. Showers freezing, no hot water, even after we notified it. The village is very beautiful. Easy to go down to it but my God very very steep to get back! Be aware if mobility difficulty.
Joelle C — Google review
We paid extra for the pitches at the top of the site with sea views. Do yourself a favour and ignore them. They are windy (it was very windy during our stay) and unkempt and extremely dusty, after the first night we asked to move to one of the pitches lower down in the site. What a difference, hardly any wind at all and beautifully kept. The amenities are fantastic and lovely and clean. Washing machines are the Washtur app types. I have lost so much money on these this 5 week holiday ( they seem very popular on Spain). Close to Cadaques and a 7 minute walk to Dalis house.
Wendy C — Google review
We had wonderful time, great and friendly people, in the centre of all action, and even better much needed new campsite in Cadaqués all revamped with great facilities. Thank u

Located in the heart of Cadaques, Octavia Hotel offers laid-back rooms and a straightforward atmosphere. The hotel provides amenities such as free breakfast buffet, an airy lobby lounge, and easy access to nearby attractions like Cap de Creus and Museu de Cadaques. Guests can enjoy air-conditioned rooms with modern facilities, an on-site restaurant, and tour assistance. The hotel is praised for its cleanliness, dining options, and room quality.
Hotel was a block from the beach. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. Room could use a bigger tv and a mini fridge but I would still recommend it. They seem to be renovating the hotel but really quietly.
Claudia S — Google review
Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected for a 4-star property. The bathroom was full of mold and yellow stains, and the water had an unpleasant odor. The breakfast was very minimal, and the staff could definitely be more polite to guests. We requested a baby crib, which also had stains on it—completely unacceptable. I honestly don't understand how this hotel has a 4-star rating. The only positive thing about our stay was the location. Other than that, it was a huge disappointment.
Liza H — Google review
We enjoyed our one-night stay and would stay at the hotel again. Great location and the staff we encountered were friendly. Comfy bed, good sized bathtub and everything was clean. Breakfast was good for us but may not be for anyone expecting anything hearty. We appreciated that it was included in the price at any rate. You have to ask for parking but we didn't have an issue with it. As other reviewers said, the TV is small and to be honest, I don't know why hotels even bother with them anymore. A mini-fridge would be a bonus.
Kyle B — Google review
Great location, very central. Room and bathroom were very spacious, and cleanliness was outstanding! They offer parking (15€/day in October 2023), which is a plus since it's not easy to park in the city center. Breakfast could be improved, it's very basic with no hot option (such as eggs) or sweets (cakes or similar).
Thaís B — Google review
Incredibly basic , but close to the central square . Great for one night . Beaches nearby are not fabulous , rocky and full of flotsam
Joanne B — Google review
I stayed for two nights on a trip with a friend. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The room had no thrills, but was very clean, comfortable, large enough and practical. Price to value was ok.
Rob J — Google review
Great Hotel. Rooms: Big rooms. A bit outdated but clean and big rooms. Beds and pillows good quality. Everything very clean. The bathroom was enormous with a big tub. Breakfast: basic but good enough, the croissants were very tasteful. Location is great. Right in the center. We paid a good price therefor we have no negative comments.
Mike B — Google review
Terrible experience with the receptionist. I had booked a room at this hotel, but after the reservation, they required a check-in process that involved sending the ID cards of all guests — like at an airport. It’s just a simple hotel room, not an Airbnb. I called to say I didn’t have time to complete this process and that I preferred to cancel. The woman hung up on me violently. I called back nine times afterward. When I tried calling with a hidden number, she never answered. Pure, sudden hatred. I can confirm the previous reviews: the staff at this so-called “hotel” seem to come straight from hell.

Each air-conditioned room comes with amenities such as WiFi, shower, and private toilet. Additionally, there is a restaurant on-site where guests can dine. Very nice hotel with good value for money. Very friendly staff. A few free parking spots right across the lobby, what's not to love? Rooms are clean offer comfortable beds. The hotel's restaurant is on the top floor and offers some views on the village and the valley, as seen in the pictures below. For information, it takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach and the village center.
Nicolas B — Google review
Well the room was small, some things like how the TV was mounted had no sense! The receptionist was very kind, Breakfast was good but I must say some hot food would have been nice, an omelette something! They have a pool on the roof but when I visited the weather was bad
Claudiu I — Google review
The room was on the small size but very adequate. Very clean. Breakfast room was lovely with views of the bay and you can sit outside in the garden. There is a rooftop pool which is rather small but refreshing on a hot day. Great views from the roof. Service was amazing. One of the girls on reception came in on her day off to help us out. I can't say enough about the service.
Annette J — Google review
Affordable, pleasant, not far from center, own parking, friendly staff, cleaning ladies were all smiles and helped with some questions. We were able to check in early, the lady at the morning reception is very friendly, the night reception lady suggested a great local restaurant. The rooms are almost new, there is a fridge, which is handy during hot summer. We had bathtube. Cleaning is every day. The beds are comfy, air-con is adjustable. It's quiet place at night, no buzz from the street. The guests don't party. The balcony had great view, sunset, panoramic towards Cadaques. The pool is more for entertainment, as it's very small, good to spend couple of hours, but one time is enough. The rooftop has great views of Cadaques. Vey pleasant experience. There is a storage for luggage.
Irena S — Google review
On our road trip through Southern France, we decided to dip into Spain a bit. And we came across the town of Cadaques. The hotel S' Aguarda was our choice because of the view and somewhat reasonable price. The service was excellent, the choices in the breakfast buffet were more than adequate, the view was great. The price was a bit high considering the off season.
Ferenc T — Google review
Decent place to stay, 5 minutes walk from all the action, clean, good service, hospitable. The entire city was booked but still was able to get a last minute room, the last one here. No complaints
Jad S — Google review
Extremely noisy hotel. The rooms are small with two small beds putted together so if you are trying to sleep in a couple, you simply fall down in the gap between the beds. The walls are so thin that you can hear the walk, even the coughing of the neighbours. Horrible experience!!!
Aneliya T — Google review
Hotel is ok. Not very new, kind of old bathroom. Room is big enough. Breakfast is good but barely no measure for covid compared to the rest of the hotel we visited

Casa Nereta is a charming boutique hotel in Cadaques, offering stunning views of the terracotta rooftops and the sea. Guests can enjoy delicious breakfasts on the interior patio surrounded by bougainvilleas. The hotel's attention to detail creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, from the carefully selected room items to the background music. The staff is welcoming, and there's a fun selection of fashion and beauty products in the lobby.
This hotel is a must and my only designation going forward when I come to Cadaques. The staff was phenomenal and really helpful and most importantly knew when to give you your personal space. It has a lot of history. Now the food good and everything we needed before we left for the day. OH! i almost forgot, the wine selection is top notch. Def, worth every penny.
Joshua P — Google review
I should’ve have read the reviews and done my research. €250+ per night for a bang average hotel. Yes, the lounge and terrace area will look great on Instagram, but it’s not worth staying there just for that. No parking No great location No amenities or facilities No soundproofed rooms Staff were very friendly, but a 5min interaction when you arrive doesn’t compensate for the rest. The cherry on the cake was the NYE dinner they hosted (€95 per person) which was the worst meal in my life. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Roberto V — Google review
Not worth the money! It looks nice and cosy, but to pay 250e per night for a room and get pretty basic amenities, is not worth it! Even breakfast is not included for that price! You can hear everything that is happening outside in your room. It's a shame, looked nice in the picture, but in reality not. :/
Milica V — Google review
Hotel is decorated beautifully but it is lacking in other areas. We didn’t find the service very nice which is super important at a hotel like this, at this price point. They really need to install coffee machines in the room which are provided at quite basic hotels, they have a cafe style coffee machine downstairs but weren’t open at their advertised time (nor answering the ‘room service’ phone) so we were stuck without coffee in the morning for quite some time. I think we might have visited on. Bad night because we didn’t enjoy dinner but I can see there are other quite nice reviews for the restaurant.
Ben K — Google review
This hidden gem is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Casa Nereta has a very hip, Californian - Mallorca style and vibe which offer wellness retreats, wine tastings and yoga on their specially prepared yoga deck. And… pet friendly 🐾 Its location, a 5 min walk from the beach, perched on top of the hillside above the sea gives you the tranquility that the beach front does not. Don’t let its laid back demeanor fool you. Everything here is ‘TOP’ from the quality of their products to the service they offer. And don’t miss out on the new Bistro Nereta. Well worth the visit even if you are just in town for the day. Thank you Nereta Team. 💕🐦‍⬛
Lory H — Google review
I stayed at Casa Nereta for a quick visit to Cadaques and can recommend staying here for anyone who enjoys attention to detail. The music that plays in the background, every item in the room, the drinks on the menu - all is selected with intention making my stay feel cozy and relaxing. The staff was relaxed and so welcoming. And they have a fun selection of fashion and beauty products in their lobby!
Sebastiaan G — Google review
The most charming boutique hotel with spectacular views over the terracota rooftops of Cadaqués and down to the water. We enjoyed the most delicious breakfasts of freshly baked goods, local eggs and fresh fruit on their interior patio, basked in the soft dappled light of the morning sun and surrounded by bougainvilleas. The short walk down to the waterfront takes you through idyllic cobbled streets with perfectly framed vistas of the Santa Maria church sitting high above the white chalk houses. Above all, the kindness and hospitality of the staff is something we will take away with us and it will keep us coming back again and again. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

(Translated by Google) 5 stars outright! We had a great week in Cadaques! the house as in the photos or better! Everything was very clean and cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped, the mattresses were super comfortable, even the sofa bed on the upper floor that was my room for a week. We were a group of friends with children and the truth is that we had a great time, the house Very good, the location is great to go with the dogs and walk them, there is a very nice walk to go to Dali's house about 30 minutes depending on how you walk XD You also have the center of Cadaques just a stone's throw away. Having parking was also a plus, in August things were quite difficult to find parking and we were grateful. In short, not a single problem, except that I would have stayed a whole month! The owner Nuri was also very attentive, friendly and always with a smile for the children and dogs, she gave us a lot of information about routes and plans to do, which helped us a lot, we bothered her a lot and she put up with all our questions like a champ XD Anyway...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! RECOMENDADISIMO!
