5 stars Absolutely loved my experience at Rangoon Tea House! The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, with a great mix of modern and traditional Burmese style. The food was delicious — full of flavor and clearly made with care. I especially enjoyed the tea selection and the thoughtful presentation of every dish. Service was friendly and professional throughout. One of the best places to eat in Yangon — highly recommended! There is also a smoking section by the outside table eating area.

A nice place for all day dinings. Variety of food from Chinese dim sum, Burmese food, and international breakfast. They are famous for tea and tea leaves. Cheesecake is also recommended.

Probably the best Burmese food restaurant you’ll have in downtown Yangon. They also have Indian cuisine-influenced food including bacon & cheese samosa, which I can’t get enough of, and chicken biryani. I also had crispy pork bowl and it was divine. Finished the entire bowl! Spent ~90k mmk on my meal but that was definitely for sharing! I wasnt able to finish the biryani. Preferably, you visit this place with family or friends and enjoy the food because the portions are definitely for sharing. :)

And incredible restaurant in central Yangon. I had heard a lot about this place in blogs online and it lived up to expectations. I went in the evening and vibe was chill, low mood lighting, art in the walls, wooden decor. The cocktail list was long, I tried several and they were all delicious. Menu was modern take on Burmese food. Highly recommend the pork noodles and tea infused cocktails. Staff were attentive and friendly, service was quick. Learned a lot about the history of the restaurant and of the city while there too!

As a foreigner in Myanmar amidst some uncertainty, Rangoon Tea House was a comforting gem in the heart of Yangon! The tea and food here are absolutely top-notch — easily the best I’ve had in the city. I especially loved the mohinga — rich, flavourful, and authentic. The ambience is stylish yet relaxed, and the service was warm and welcoming. If (and when) I return to Myanmar, this will definitely be one of my first stops again!

This is the best place to buy gifts or souvenirs. They offer anything from traditional garments, shirts and polos (I bought a few and they’re of good quality!), jewelry, paintings, and other trinkets. Definitely a must go place for tourists wanting to see handmade local crafts and souvenirs!

Traditional market but it was not a happy feeling after I got back in the hotel checking my purchases. After converting what I’ve paid for 5 items I bought, surely I paid 3X for what it should be. I just wish people or sellers are honest and will not do their dirty tricks to earn more. This type of experience shoo tourist away to buy. Sad, because I’m sure not all sellers are bad and must have decent sellers out there. Negative experience from visiting this market for me but in a positive note, I hope what I paid extra, helped them in a way. Overall, it is a place to buy souvenirs. I really enjoyed my visit to Bogyoke Aung San Market! It’s a great place to walk around and explore, with so many interesting shops selling jewelry, gemstones, handicrafts, and beautiful Burmese fabrics. There’s also a good mix of souvenirs and local products, so it’s perfect for picking up something unique. The market has a lively but relaxed atmosphere, and the vendors are friendly and not too pushy. If you enjoy bargaining, you can get some great deals! There are also food stalls where you can try some local snacks. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Yangon! I’d love to come back and explore more.

Bogyoke Aung San Market in Yangon is an exceptional market, even for someone who isn’t usually a fan of touristy markets. It’s well-organized, making it easy to browse, and the selection is impressive. You’ll find beautiful items at reasonable prices, from jewelry and textiles to souvenirs. It’s a pleasure to explore, with a clean and orderly setup that sets it apart from many other markets. Definitely worth a visit!

Huge bustling market which is a lot of fun to simply just wander around or pick up souvenirs and really anything else you'd ever want to buy. It can be a bit daunting to find your way around, but it's perfectly safe and there are always lots of other tourists wandering around as well. I bought a couple souvenirs and found prices were totally reasonable without needing to bargain beforehand.

Most people just review the downstairs coffee shop but upstairs there is a lovely little restaurant with traditional Myanmar food. All the dishes tried were very. Would highly recommend a meal at Yangon Bakehouse. Atmosphere is great and service is excellent.

A quaint, unpretentious cafe with good service, great selection of pastries and cakes, and won't go wrong with the coffee. Least expect to have this gem tucked in a condominium plaza. Better yet, a cafe supporting community through training. Will come back for the bread.

Sweet little spot on the ground floor of Pearl Condo! Nice place to get work done! Each seat has it's own individual power outlet and they have free wifi! We ordered the chai tea latte and a chocolate chip cookie. The chai latte didn't have that much flavor and was mostly steamed milk. However, Yangon Bakehouse is a social enterprise that does amazing work in supporting disadvantaged women so I will be coming back regardless!

Nice place to enjoy a coffee and some pastry. The cake is fantastic and the coffee tastes very good. Besides that you can buy bread. Small and welcoming! Definitely a must-see.

Yangon Bakehouse offers the best hot chocolate in town, (and the best carrot cake according to my friend). Very hygienic and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. PLUS you pay for your food and a good cause.

Its One of my favorite place in Myanmar. you can enjoy food(Chinese and European), drinks(as you wish), Pastry(My lovey one choice is American cheese cake), Coffee( I would remind you pour all milk into your Americano cup but no sugar) and tea. One more there is layout, its actually different from other. Since you came in you would feel it. I loving it.

Amazing local bar. Beer is as cheap as 2000 MMK. Try the bang bang chicken and pork belly. Worth it. The staff and service is very prompt. Very courteous to foreigners as well. Must try place.

Nice small bar with 2 floors. It is air conditioned and they have a nice selection of food at reasonable prices. Service was good and the drink prices are at the lower end for 19th Street. I think because they are beyond where all the street food vendors are they don't get as much foot traffic as they should.

Most Popular Bar in Yangon. Price is fair and a lot of Appetizers menu. I like really the Soup tastes like sour and spicy just little salty if you don't like too much spicy tell the waiter and then it's will be OK. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you want to have some Appetizers from outside It's OK. I think Only the Appetizers but No Beer No Whiskey from outside. Because there's around a lot of street food. Clean Toilet. Disco light. Nice Music. Good Location. But at the weekend or sometime too many peoples it's not possible get table if you want to go there call first phone number ask the table. Enjoy!

Luckily, I came here after the rain, the weather was cool for me to sit outside. It has a big lake and garden for you to wander around and for photos. The quality of the food is ok for me as a foreigner. Nothing is that special, but overall, the atmosphere is ok if you wanna have a chill meeting with friends or family. I heard the price is much more expensive compared to local price so it depend on your need to consider. For me, it is ok to try once.

It’s a posh establishment , but the interior is rather unkept in some areas. The food and service wasn’t what you expect for the market price here. The waterfront seating is closed for some reason. Overall it’s not a friendly place.

The availability of the foods in the menu, the later of the day the lesser. I been there a few times with my family and most of the time, most of the items were out of stock. Not every meal was good. Some ok, some good, some meh. For the quality of the foods I got, I feel they are overpriced. Service was always good. Sometimes we even got some free desserts, sometimes didn’t 😁. Decorations were fancy. Nice to take photos. Lake view was cool. But so many mosquitoes and flying ants if you sit outside.

3 stars for the service. This bakery clearly needs to hire better people. They always look unhappy and make you feel like you are bothering them. The bakeries aren’t bad, though. I wish the French baguette didn’t have that much oil on its crust. They use vegetable oil on the baking trays…

Drinks are 2500-3500 and took a long time. The upstairs seating area is quiet/cozy; feels like a home. They also have small outside tables.

Cozy place with a big menu but they have the all-too-common improper billing thing and they're ignorant about. At nearby restaurants if I ask "what is this un-written 10% service charge?" the staff get embarrassed amend the bill. At this place the manager speaks perfectly good English but refuses to acknowledge the need to fix his menus. The fact that they've been around for 10 years doesn't make their behavior legal.

Most definitely has an Italian restaurant feel to it. The cappuccino unfortunately is made with that over pasteurized milk product that can remain on the shelf for years without going bad. It really does spoil the coffee flavor. The trouble is in Myanmar, Thailand and China this is the milk that is most commonly used. Further too the cappuccino at Santino, it's over steamed to scalding and served in an oversized cup further muddling the flavor of the coffee with too much ill flavored "milk". Nice place and staff. Come for the food but not so much the cappuccino

Today I couldn't get the multi grain bread. But a new product (I think its new as I have not been there in person for some time already) the blueberry sandwich is moist and cool and delicious and the color is eye-catching but could easily be mistaken as a taro sandwich because of the light purple pinkish color) .The triangle multi grain tuna and chicken sandwich are as expected....good fillings. Walnut cake slices are also nice and moist. Especially for Summer Freshness my kids enjoyed the Fruity Pizza!

Bad service. Staffs are talking each other and don't care you. They can suggest you nothing about the birthday cake. Cakes and breads are not tasting good despite of high price. I didn't get any bread scent or cake scent inside the shop. It didn't attract me. I will not go again there.

Came to have a meal while staying at Hotel G, there is not much place for sitting but a great place to grab and go. The sandwiches are of high quality in taste and I would definitely come back again. Prices are very reasonable and the sandwiches itself is pretty big. Great value for money!

It has not only coffee, pastries and cakes, but also soft drinks, fresh fruit juices. Variety of dishes for full meals, such as rice and noodles, vegetables and meets, Chinesse and Korean foods. Air conditioned hall. Staffs are well trained and efficients. Difficult to get car parking.

I am a Singaporean visiting Yangon twice a month, and I always eat there. The food is great and the price very reasonable. The flavour is Burmese-Chinese and suitable for lunch and dinner with friends. The place is a bit noisy though, but I guess it will be suitable for a small group of friends out for an evening.

Food is ok, nothing special but Expensive. Service is slow. They serve pork here which is good. This location is not good because it is just a stone throw from a busy bus stop.Have free WiFi here.

Service is good. And I always choose 77 cake for my celebration/ birthday/ anniversary etc. Only thing they accept cash only (Junction Square) no mobile pay :( and can't try with visa (not sure). Airflow system is not good at there (Junction Square).

Best cheese cake in town, stands prominent on Ohn Pin street. 77 is known for its cheese-related products and freshly baked cookies and cakes. Apart fro cheese ones, other baking products are quite so-so but sandwiches are satisfying.

Drinks are quite cheap compare to other bars in town. That's not all, it has few branches so it's convenient for customers. But, it'd be better if they change music tracks cuz every time we go there, it's the same old jam again and again. Btw, don't miss out fried chicken and french fries, folks!

The best thing about Ko San is it's cheap. The drinks are good. Food is nice. Oh.. If you're into chinese sweet and sour kinda taste, try red hot pork belly. It's one of my favorite. Not really a great place to chill. The music is loud and people are louder. (They most play reggae and other mediocre tune.) The place is for those who wants to have some drinks before clubbing or you know.. have conversation with your friends where you'll have to yell at each other most of the time. Cheers.

Quite spacious second floor! One of the best coffee shops in town for working or studying. Recommend to try Hazelnut latte.

The upstair is quite specious and the AC covered the whole place. A lot of people working/studying but not noisy. Coffee was nice but a bit pricey.
