Cafe
Le Pot au Lait is a unique hang-out spot housed in a 19th-century building, offering an eclectic experience for visitors. The interior is adorned with glow-in-the-dark skeleton murals, stuffed boar heads, and psychedelic patterns, creating a surreal atmosphere reminiscent of a Tim Burton creation on acid. This pub attracts an alternative crowd and is popular among Erasmus students due to its affordability and late-night hours.
We came here for a reason, as it's a fun bar to hang out it. The style is Tim Burton, very funky. Fun to just wander around the various rooms. We came for some drinks in the afternoon, good prices. Definitely recommend for a unique place to stop.
Paul H — Google review
A really hopping place, large inside and out (couldn't believe how many people were sitting outside in the courtyard in 3 degree weather). Fantastical decor, mixed crowd. Highly recommend for a fun drink.
Jonathan M — Google review
If you are into weird unique decors and colorful lighting, this is the place. One of the unique fun bars I ever been to. It's a huge location with mostly outdoor seating with self service ordering of drinks from their extensive menu. It's trippy, it's vibrant and fun to be just there sipping your drink and lost on surroundings.
Naveen S — Google review
Great place with amazing beer. Totally recommend to visit when in Liege!
Nikoleta K — Google review
Le Pot au Lait was so much fun! The place has such cool decorations and a really good vibe. The atmosphere is lively, friendly, and perfect for hanging out with friends. Definitely one of those spots that makes you want to stay longer than planned!
Arvin C — Google review
Truly one of the coolest bars i’ve been to. Loved the crazy decorations, there’s always something interesting to look at! It was also my first time trying Kwak, and i absolutely loved it. The music was so good as well.. if you’re ever in Liège, do yourself a favor and visit this bar! It’s such a cool experience
Anastasia G — Google review
Le Pot au Lait in Liège feels like stepping into a bohemian jungle of murals, mismatched chairs, and easy laughter. Hidden just off the busy Carré, it’s a place where time slows and creativity hums — students sketch, friends debate music, someone reads with a beer in hand. The décor is delightfully chaotic, the atmosphere sincere, and the spirit pure Liège: open, artistic, and unpretentious.
Leon H — Google review
Genuinely exceptional bar! Each section has its own unique vibe. Absolutely amazing.

Hotel Hors-Chateau is a charming 18th-century lodging located in the heart of Liege. The hotel offers modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs. Guests can enjoy continental breakfast for a fee and access an airport shuttle service for an additional charge. The hotel seamlessly combines historic elements like original wooden beams with contemporary touches like modern art in its decor.
Charming hotel with excellent service. Auto parking garage is nearby and convenient. Front desk service is attentive and superb.
Loretta R — Google review
Location is incredibly good, the room not that much. Unfortunately our room was very dusty, shower had no doors, there was no way to hang our body towels (which by the way were the only towels we got), and on the bed there were a runner, two additional pillows and a huge cylindrical pillow, which were kind of awkward to have in a tiny room.
Daniele C — Google review
I loved Liege and I loved this hotel! Very close to the center and the main attractions. The hotel is in a historic building but the rooms are modern and furnished with good taste. The staff is very friendly and Ben is a great and helpful person. Highly reccomended.
Stefano S — Google review
Doesn't look like any other hotel. Very big screen tv, comfortable bed. Good espresso machine. Very home like welcome. But this is not for the touristd who travel with 30 kg bags! Very narrow staircase both in the room and to the reception. Great location. Would loved to stay longer.
Helen V — Google review
Positive: + Very comfortable and big bed. + Room is good decorations. + Receptionist is very good service mind. + Close with center commercial. + Good breakfast by request the order with receptionist. + Very clean room. + Early Check-out is let the keys in the box. + Full equipment but without refrigerator. Negative: - No parking at hotel, need to go to center of parking around 5 mins walk. - Stairs are height and no elevator. - Room is quite small. - Can hear people walk, talk from walkways. +/- : The wall of bathroom is translucent. With couple I could say (+). With friend I could say (-).
Pom V — Google review
Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and great shower. My room looked on to the street in front of the church. Street was quite quiet. Would recommend it to anyone staying in liege.
Nigel W — Google review
We arrived at the hotel in the evening after a long day at work, once at the hotel there was no reception and the door was closed, After calling the owner and him doing some research he came to the conclusion that our room was given away to other guests! Other guests outside told us they were not asked for any documents at the check in, so it’s probably because of their messy organization things like this happen. First he said he would give us the money back and search for another hotel for us and would also pay for that room. At the second call the owner gave us the adress of another hotel with a more expensive room(+/- €30), but told us the prices of the other hotel were not his problem and that he would refund the price we paid for the room… Refund was 72,67 and we paid 82,51, but hey, thank you for the refund i guess. I would say dont take the risk, book your room at another hotel in Liege!
Danilo M — Google review
The rooms are small but clean. Quiet place with friendly staff! I stayed in room 4. Only disadvantage is the hotel entrance, which is a staircase that leads to the reception and rooms corridor. Hotel is close to the center of Liege and to the train station Saint Lambert. There are a few restaurants around to have dinner. Strongly recommend!

The Hotel Neuvice is a historic hotel located on a narrow, shop-lined street in the heart of Liege. The hotel has a characterful alleyway and service is friendly. Rooms have an elegant design quality while also being comfortable and economical.
Very nice boutique hotel near Les Galeries St. Lambert shopping mall along with many restaurants and short walks to attractions like the Montagne de Bueren, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Meuse River. The property is quaint and well-maintained. The staff is courteous, the rooms are fair sized for a European hotel, there’s an espresso machine in the rooms and the hotel has good WiFi. I arrived at 1145am and got to check in early which was also a pleasant surprise. The hotel is a very good value with a great location and the rooms should be ample in space for solo, business or couples traveling. There wasn’t much street noise either. Depending on who is working the front desk there might be a bit of a French-English language barrier but nothing that the ability to say some basic things in French and the google translate app can’t help you figure out.
Mark F — Google review
Modern update to historic building on a quiet cobblestone lane in Old Town Liege. Room (#7) served two people. Compact. Didn’t do breakfast. Road is blocked off with lots of local artisan shops and also Nuevice is building a new and larger hotel across the street. Staff: were super nice, none on site after 9p Staircases can be problematic.
Patricia W — Google review
Beautiful boutique hotel in the city center of Liège. Beautifully restored building with a luxury feel. We could park our bicycles in the yard. We had room 8, which is spacious and really nice. Breakfast is expensive (19 euro per person), we skipped it and went for coffee around the corner. But, we will very likely return next time in town.
Sander H — Google review
This is a beautiful place to stay in a small street with no cars. A calm place with a nice room let us enjoy Liege for a 3 day trip. We (2 adults, 2 kids) booked the family room and loved it.
Christoph H — Google review
The facilities in the room was really exceptional, for such a tiny hotel and I didn't expect it to be so advanced. All controls is touch based! There are so so so many lights in the room that you can play with to give you the right ambiance - romantic, bright, reading etc etc etc. The bathrooms are large with basic toiletries.
Mitr F — Google review
Loved this hotel ! Such a good location
Matthew A — Google review
The hotel is cozy. Rooms are modern and sparkling clean. Breakfast is very yammy though it's small. Staff are nice and helpful. The owner is flexible. Location just in city centre. Lot of restaurants are around

Sublimely renovated historical building, tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. Kind staff. We had fun trying all the lighting posibilities. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Everything you can hope for when cheching into a boutique hotel. Location perfect for exploring historical district, sunday market and the quirkier sides of outremeuse.

Pub

Brasserie
Café Lequet, located near the River Meuse, is a popular old-school pub known for serving the best meatballs in Liege. The hearty dish consists of two meatballs made from a mix of pork and beef, smothered in a thick dark rabbit sauce made mainly from apples, pears, onions, and vinegar. Despite its delicious food, the café has gained a reputation for not being very accommodating to non-French speakers.
Perfect food and atmosphere and very nice staff. We went with two small kids and were served super quickly which is always great!
Marianna B — Google review
Cappuccino was very good. Had only one vegetarian option with cheese. Since I’m not a big fan of cheese, I asked the waitress if I can get only fries, she said yes. After a while she came back and said I must order a dish and only then I’ll get fries - seemed to me a bit strange but I ordered the dish with cheese balls and fries. The cheese balls were okay but the fries had a strong oily smell and taste probably not suitable for my taste buds. I’d probably only go there for coffee but not for food
Pawan K — Google review
Best “Boulet Liégeois” in town! Hands down the best boulet sauce Liégeois in town! I’ve often tried to perfect typical Belgian recipes such as “vol-au-vent”, “carbonnades flamandes”, “American“… and also the boulet Liégeois but have never been able to match or perfect their recipe! The meat is cooked to perfection, the sauce is divine, the fries match well with the dish as they don’t become soggy in the sauce… The atmosphere is typical, the service is friendly and efficient. It’s not somewhere I would go to every day but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants an authentic experience!
Henri R — Google review
Café Lequet is a lively and popular spot, especially on weekends when it’s packed with regulars and new visitors alike. The constant flow of customers means tables turn over quickly; a good sign that the food is always fresh. The service is fast, polite, and efficient, though the high pace can sometimes affect quality. In my dish, roasted marrow bones, one piece was undercooked and still pink inside. Despite this, the overall vibe, tasty food, and energy of the place make it well worth a visit. Just be prepared for a busy atmosphere and the occasional slip in consistency.
Arash S — Google review
A cozy restaurant with good food, although our hostess was not so nice. We asked her if we can choose an other table, because the one she gave us was close the door and we were a group of 4. She refused and said she preferred to give it to a group of 5 people, and we were wondering the difference between a group of 4 and a group of 5. The service was so slow as well, we thought she was tired since she was the only one serving everybody that was there...
Y B — Google review
Great atmosphere, very kind people and quick service. On sundays they are busy but manage like pros. Combine it with the Sunday Market at 'la batte' and eat some 'boulette liégeoise' with artisan fries and a fresh Jupiler, you won't be disappointed...
Sven W — Google review
Authentic place , the people are friendly and food is really good I was really surprised by the fries and the croquette actually which were really good even compared to a Friterie , the meatballs and the tete de veau were special too

Brasserie C is a brewery located in a 17th-century building at the foot of Mount Bueren in Liege. The city provided excellent leasing conditions, allowing the entrepreneurs to create one of the most beautiful terraces in town. Visitors can enjoy Curtius 25 cl while observing part of the production process and savoring Pils Field (280) under optimal conditions.
Great place to enjoy wide range of house-brewed local beers. Lots of outdoor seating areas including a garden. Small menu of local specialties (meatballs, cheeses) plus burgers, boards and frites. Staff are all nice, helpful and multi-lingual. Reserve ahead - especially during holiday seasons and winter as the indoor space is not as big. It’s located up a couple stairways, so follow signs.
Patricia W — Google review
Randomly found this amazing brewery/restaurant while climbing on Montagne de Bueren. The atmosphere is just amazing and place itself huge and simply beautiful. We tried couple of their beers, goat and bacon salad, traditional meatballs as well as beef tagliata - all exceptionally delicious. I personally really enjoyed their dark beer with interesting coffee notes.
Anastasiia B — Google review
Had a fantastic time at brasserie C. Went for lunch and we had a fantastic chat time. The place is very large with a lot of seating both inside and outside. Beers were delicious, I enjoyed the sour beer. And ordered the burger. Some of the reviews claimed the burger was not that good, but they were very mistaken. Burger was fantastic. Would highly recommend visiting this spot if in Liège.
Jessica A — Google review
Had a great time there, food is nice and staff is very nice. Perfect to have a glance on local cuisine. A little bit slow however, so better to go if you have your time
Paul B — Google review
Very good food, great choice as well on vegetarian options. Unfortunately the neither had nonalcoholic beer nor non-dairy milk to the coffee. But it’s a very cute location with lovely staff.

Come hungry... Belgium sized food portions, paired with some excellent house beers. Was lucky enough to be here for a limited release of their Grande Creu quadruplle release.

Nice view and good coctails. We went there around 4 so we couldn’t try any dishes but the rooftop was cool. Definitely should try if you are at Liege and the weather is good.

One of the best rooftop bars or Terrace in Liège. The historic building has been renovated to its former glory. They have a great food court with a great selection of food from Asian to Greek. The selection of beer they have is also very impressive. The bartenders have a good knowledge of beer. You can eat at the good court and go to the roof top bar or you could eat at the roof top bar which has a great menu. If you are in Liège it's a good one to chill and have great food with great beer
CrticalTraveller — Google review
A very pleasant discovery, this place has a DJ and stands with a variety of food such as: Mexican, Indian, Thai. The selection of local beers is excellent, without a doubt a perfect place to have a drink with a good atmosphere.

Amazing rooftop bar with some real chefs in the kitchen. Bar staff was very friendly and reliable. Management was happy to help in managing our event. One of Liége's best venues!
Edgar G — Google review
Cosy food court great for food as they have a large different choice of completely different food and good quality. The bar is also great as they even do promotion on good quality beers and you cans even have great time on the terrace who's also available for private events with a nice view on Liège.
Elliot G — Google review
We really enjoyed our experiences here - yep, plural. There is a variety of food options and we decided to try a couple. The first place was the taco bar, La Taqueria - we got the sample platter which gave us all of them to try. A bit pricey, but they had some delicious tacos. We went back to get seconds of our favorites 😁 The brewery had some amazing beer, and we enjoyed the flights which gave us the opportunity to try a ton of them! We definitely bought some bottles to bring home with us. The burger joint. Yum. The flavors were delicious. Meat, bacon, cheese, red onions, sauce...etc etc. As for the space? Has a good amount of seating throughout, ground and top floor. It also has a terrace, though we did not see the space as it was not open. There are video screens that post your order number as it's being processed, prepared, then ready for pick-up. As for loos? I'm guessing there's construction going on as there were not any wash basins in the women's and I had to go hunting to find someplace else to wash my hands.

Bakery
Une Gaufrette Saperlipopette is a delightful bakery in Liege that offers traditional Liege waffles made with local ingredients. These waffles are known for their doughier texture and are filled with cinnamon and chunky caramelized sugar chunks, making them the perfect comfort food on a rainy day in Belgium. The bakery also offers other delicious treats such as croissants, Cannelles de Bordeaux, and speculoos.
Favorite Liege waffle during my visit to Lieige. I got the vanilla and it was warmed up for me. I loved our crispy and caramelized the sugar was. A small amount of outdoor seating was available. The staff spoke English and was nice/friendly with us. She also gave us a sample of brioche to try too. There are a lot of pastry options, which we didn't try but definitely recommend the vanilla Liege waffle. Note that they tend to sell out. When we visited the first time around 5 pm, they were sold out of Liege waffles. We came at around 9 am on the second visit and they were fully stocked.
Vivian A — Google review
Cute little bakery offering ice cream and a small selection of desserts. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We visited in the late afternoon and unfortunately couldn't find any waffles left. We tried the ice cream instead—it was fine, though not remarkable. The chocolate flavor wasn’t dark enough for my taste, and while the mint-strawberry combination sounded exciting, it didn’t quite live up to the expectation. The white bread was decent. A sweet spot overall, but nothing too memorable.
Nida Ö — Google review
It’s for sure a must go if you’re in Liege. There’s always a line there and it seems like all tourists also visit this place Bakery is extremely fresh and delicious, we were also offered for free some cookies which was extremely sweet. Coffee is good as well, we loved this place!
Dasha B — Google review
No wonder this is the "go-to" place for a waffle in Liége. Big line but surprisingly speedy service, incredible taste and great attitude from the staff. Offering some free samples was definitely what set it apart though, lovely gesture from a 10/10 bakery!!
Dimitrios K — Google review
It is a really nice place where to buy your breakfast or snack. You can see how much the employees care about the place just looking at how clean it is. Besides the service is amazing. When we arrived they offered us some extra fresh snack for free. Their coffee and croissants are really good and the price is also good for that amazing quality. They take care of every detail and that's what makes this place unique.
Lucy — Google review
Very tasty and localnplace. I tried waffle and cookie. I like that and had ciffee also good. Stuff are very friendly to talk english. I bought a bread. And i will try this too.
Ben E — Google review
The shop has been recommended as one of the best shops to get Liege waffles and it's true. On the same street they have three little shops, one for the waffles and opposite you'll find one selling little cookies and biscuits. A bit further down they selling fries. I haven't tried the fries yet, but the waffles were heavenly. Chewy and buttery, it's a must to try. But even the biscuits did not disappoint. I am usually a bit wary of buying cookies, because I am not a fan of too sugary sweets, but those cookies were also made of good ingredients and lots of butter. I bought some for my friends too. There is always a bit of a queue, but the staff will come out with fresh cookies to try, which is a bonus point.

Nestled in the back of a butcher shop, Maison Leblanc offers a unique dining experience that may not scream romance at first glance, but it certainly delivers on flavor. This culinary gem specializes in an impressive selection of meats from around the globe, including Wagyu and Argentinian beef, paired with exquisite wines and delightful desserts. While meat lovers will be in heaven here, vegetarians are also catered for with thoughtfully crafted dishes.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The concept is so unique—you enter through the boucherie, and behind it is a cozy, hidden restaurant. Ivan, our waiter, was incredibly attentive and made the visit even more enjoyable. The dry-aged meat was exceptional—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor—and the bone marrow was a delicious and indulgent addition. A truly memorable experience with outstanding food, service, and atmosphere!

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maison Leblanc, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease in the delightful atmosphere. The dishes we tried were beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and exuded freshness in every bite. The staff, including our outstanding waiter, were incredibly attentive, polite, and ensured all our needs were met with a smile. Their dedication to creating a memorable dining experience was truly commendable. This restaurant is undoubtedly a perfect choice for a special celebration or simply for an evening of indulgence. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their impeccable service and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone in the area—it’s a must-visit!

We've visited this restaurant several times for their exceptional selection of meats! It's always a pleasure to dine here; the staff is incredibly friendly. Definitely not the spot for vegans, but an absolute must-visit for meat lovers.

Best Beef Tartare ever, second only to what my Ma prepared for my Pa in the 70s/80s (raw eggs at the time were yet no issue)! I gave 5 stars for Atmosphere, also because of its ‚no prisoners‘ attitude towards fit-form-function (almost Bauhaus style) appearance dedicated to a Boucherie presenting „it’s meat“ uniquely - Need for meat !!!

Excellent meat restaurant, hidden behind a butcher shop (where else). Amazing carpaccio and chops of choice. Smooth service, fast. Expensive, but worthwhile. Don't forget to make a reservation.

Loved it. Service was excellent. Food was beautiful. An amuse Bouche was served however neither my wife or myself caught the description. Our best guess was mushroom soup along with mozzarella and cherry tomatoe. My wife declared her os a moelle the best thing she has ever eaten. I started with the foie gras terrine which was delicious. I followed that with a wagyu steak. It was perfectly cooked and succulent as expected. My wife had steak tartar which was elegantly cut lean beef, presumably bleu blanc belge. These mains were accompanied by proper Belgian chips cut in house and cooked in beef dripping and a lovely fresh mayonnaise. To end our night we had the curtius sorbet, inspired by a local beer, and a dame Blanche. I understand the deserts were not made in house but the ice cream was quite delicious. At the end of the day the food is not the most complicated, however the care with which it was prepared made for a very special evening.

Hidden behind the butcher you'll find this excellent little steak house. They have a one sheet food menu and a large book of wines. This is a good thing! French only, but even with entry level french knowledge you should be able recognise your bavettes and entrecotes in several sizes and levels of quality easily. Ofcourse I was unlucky and chose an unavailable wine but an very nice alternative was quickly advised. We did our best in french and the courteous staff did their best in english and together it was all very pleasant. We were told the chicken of was off the menu, which I must say... who cares? But thanks for the info. We came for the beef. All steaks are served with a royal helping of fries and a very tasty sweet and sour vegetable salad. The steak itself was indeed very good. I usually like my steak lean but knowing from a previous visit that this place really knows it steaks I went for the entrecote, it was fantastic. Grilled to perfection, no seasoning or sauces, very tender and very tasty. 350 grams of excellence. Then desert, which we had to Google as one of the items was simply called 'Colonel'. Great refreshing finisher to the heavy meal we just consumed. Citrus icecream, lime and a very generous helping of vodka. Just one thing, if you decide to visit and don't like winding little stairs be aware that a trip to the bathroom might be a bit challenging. p.s. it seems the downstairs cow has escaped as the little green grass area with skylight is now empty. I'm sure we had nothing to do with this :D

Grand Café de la Gare is a contemporary brasserie located in the famous Guillemins train station in Liege. The recent tram construction has transformed its terrace into a pleasant space bustling with travelers. The glass canopy of the station provides a softly lit and colorful ambiance during sunny days, while offering shelter from passing showers. This renowned restaurant offers excellent French brasserie cuisine, including the famous boulet de Liege.
The food was absolutely amazing! The service was really great, the place is nice and very clean. Large variety of beverages with recommendation from the staff. Very, very recommended.

This place looks great, and has a high-class vibe, which is definitely reflected on the prices. The food itself does not live up to its luxury image in my opinion. Some dishes were really good (the vegetable plate *it's the photo*, and the boulets) but some others were really disappointing. For example, the cheeseburger: when asked how we wanted it cooked, we said rare, but when it arrived, it was definitely well done. While reading the menu, there was no mention of onions in this specific dish (salad and parmesan were on the list but somehow missing from the plate?), but the burger was half meat, half onions when it arrived. When we politely raised the issue to a male staff there, he ignored our concerns with a simple "yeah, yeah, that happens, thanks for the feedback, goodbye", rushing us out, without offering an alternative to us (we did eat 1/3 of the burger). Considering the price we paid, this attitude seemed completely uncalled for and rather unprofessional. Other staff members were a lot friendlier, although they seemed to be running left and right all the time, thus causing inevitable confusion between orders.
Audrey ( — Google review
I must upgrade the unfair average evaluation. Eating dishes with a distinguishing Calatraba architecture with a very good service must have a better rank. This restaurant is definitely a good choice. Angry people because of time pressure in a train station probably missevalute this place that for sure deserves more than what it gets.
Brice P — Google review
I was there today. The place looks not bad for a railway café but the tables are very close together. Very cordial and nice welcome by the staff. The service was quick and efficient. However, the fish soup, priced at 17 euro, was a definite disappointment; it did not have any taste of fish, and not a single piece of fish, it was basically a tomato soup. When I complained to the waiter, he rather unpleasantly said that their fish soup contains no fish but is merely boiled using fish leftovers, and if I wanted to find fish in it I should have ordered another dish. I found that an interesting theory and explained that a week before in Bruges I had had an excellent fish soup with fish in it, but he insisted it was all my fault. OK. The other dish we ordered, local meatballs, was fine.

Amon Nanesse is a culinary gem that truly stands out for its remarkable service and mouthwatering dishes. Diners rave about the extensive menu, featuring highlights like spare ribs, beef steak with mushroom sauce, Liege meatballs, and rabbit fillet—all bursting with flavor and freshness. The generous portion sizes ensure that everyone leaves satisfied.
After a fun afternoon at IKEA, we decided to head downtown for some steak. However, Google Maps decided to go crazy, and we ended up wandering aimlessly through the city. Thankfully, we stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. The interior was beautiful, creating such a cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing! The steak was cooked to perfection—exactly medium as requested—and the salmon was incredibly flavorful. The homemade fries with mayonnaise were a nice touch, and the beer selection was spot on, especially for Belgium. We enjoyed a late-night dinner around 9:30pm, and it made for a truly memorable evening. Highly recommend!

We have tried the Parmesan croquettes, pumpkin soup and the Liege meatballs. Everything was so tasty and nice. Only thing is just 2 pieces croquettes are 13,50 euros. We wished more pieces or big portions for that price. Because meatballs cost 17,50 euros( quite big portions) Except that it was a nice experience.

I originally came here 24 years ago and it was the first place I thought to show my husband on my return to Liege. This regional drink is completely unfamiliar to people in the US and trying peket is a great local experience for visitors. The ambiance here is historic and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend 🫶
Rachelle M — Google review
The food was really delicious especially the fries and the vol au cent maison. The place is worth the money since the portions are large. The shot where it gets lit on fire was truly a unique experience. Overall, I would go again.

I highly recommend this restaurant; it deserves more than five stars for both its exceptional staff and delicious food. We ordered four main courses: spare ribs, beef steak with mushroom sauce, Liège meatballs, and rabbit fillet—all of which were incredibly flavorful, fresh, and expertly prepared. The portion sizes were ample for one person. We also enjoyed the "chamin du peket" and beer we ordered as drinks. In addition to the fantastic food, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They generously assisted us with our child's meal, making our experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

Very beautiful restaurant with friendly staff. Great options for traditional Belgian food, but you must try the peket as a digestif. The violet flambé was great, sweet and floral with a strong warming finishing. I highly recommend the jambonneau as well.

Great example of belgian cuisine. We had dinner twice in a row on the 28th and 30th Jan 2023. Each time it was really excellent. Original dishes which will fill you well up. The atmosphere inside is also really unique and medieval. And.. you really must try their Peket liquor, which is really special and unique.

Le Labo 4 is a unique and quirky restaurant located in a former science lab on the south bank of the Meuse, near the trendy Outremeuse area. The interior retains original features such as desks, sinks, and chalkboards, creating an unconventional dining experience. The menu offers mostly international fusion cuisine, with olive oil and vinegar served from eye droppers adding to the novelty. Diners can enjoy views of the river while sampling cosmopolitan dishes served between original lab benches.

We visited this restaurant on Valentine's day 2018, and it was one of the worst experiences we ever had at a restaurant. The servents didn't speak English' they didn't bother talking or explaining anything to us, even if in french. There were two special courses that night, supposedly we could chose them, we didn't. In the end, we left the place hungry and payed 150€ for it. The only good thing was the wine.

Quality products cooked nicely and served kindly in this original decor of a former university lab. Better sharing the plentiful dishes if you want to try a "starter main course dessert". The home red wine, a tempranillo, is a bit too coarse.

La Cucinella is a stylish and intimate restaurant with a modern design and a cozy atmosphere that encourages quiet conversations. The menu offers beautifully presented Italian dishes, including indulgent options like veal risotto carbonara. The interior features marble countertops, Art Nouveau-style chairs, and vibrant ceramics. Chef Julien Marzano's traditional Italian cuisine has a touch of rock 'n' roll flair, such as the osso buco served with pappardelle pasta and imaginative garnishes.
We didn’t make a reservation but we walk in right at the opening and they let us in! There are so many Italian restaurants around and we were glad we chose to had dinner at La Cucinella. The waiters were very friendly and the food was superb. We had an appetizer and entree each and were so full by the end of dinner!

Fine Italian resto with table linen which I can always appreciate. Starter was al dente asparagus with poached egg and guanciale. For the secondi I took the home made ravioli with sage and butter. Specialty Museums
Nestled in the historic heart of Liège, Le Grand Curtius Museum is a captivating destination that invites visitors to explore 7,000 years of art and history. Opened in March 2009 after extensive renovations, this museum occupies a stunning mansion originally built for Jean de Corte, an affluent arms dealer. The building itself is a masterpiece of Mosan Renaissance architecture, showcasing beautiful red bricks and intricate stonework.
One of the best regional museums I have come across in years. Clever and engaging displays, a beautiful and important art and archaeological collection.
Alexandre M — Google review
The collection of arms is quite impressive, although it could include a bit more of post-ww2 firearms. I must say the light is terrible in most of that section, with one case of the place being so dark I had to use a flash. Still worth a visit, they posess a number of unique items that you probably cannot see elsewhere. I only visited the firearm section so can't say anything about other parts. There are free lockers inside, and if you're under 26 the ticket is free, that seems to apply only on sundays though.
Piotr — Google review
Underutilized museum with interesting collection on the edge of the city center. Separate weapons museum with a few pieces you might not see anywhere else. No crowds, only a handful of other people. Worth a visit.
Anthony G — Google review
Good regional museum that could use some maps for orientation. We kept getting lost and stuck between various immersive theatre groups. I'd suggest keeping immersive theatre performances outside opening hours as it's a little confusing for visitors. The Roman glass collection is impressive as is the medieval art. I was a little disappointed by the early medieval (Merovingian / Carolingian) collections. Some objects are not stored where you'd expect. (I struggled to find the Merovingian brooch which is shown at the entrance.) Can't speak to the weapons collection as we only looked at the swords. There is a fairly random mummy on the way there.
Sophie L — Google review
The Curtius Museum is a little like a local history museum with a collection worthy of a national museum. The glass collection is very special with some beautiful examples of St. Lambert and Art Nouveau glassworks. The collection of Napoleonic era clocks, the wood and stone religious sculptures are also worth a long visit. It's a pity there's very little English in the description of the exhibits. Normally I'd remove one star, but I so enjoyed the museum, I'll let this one pass.

I hadn't heard of Huggy's before, but didn't have many options during Easter. The restaurant is very nice although huge. What I love is the in-house beer options and the fun selection of burgers. Ended up with a crunchy fish burger, which had a tasty dressing. The fries are fried slightly on the heavy side, but not dry. It's great that the tables have additional mayo and ketchup available. I hate when restaurants are so stingy with condiments. The wings were on the dryer side but full of flavor in the skin. The bathroom is nice and clean and we received great and friendly service from the male staffer. I'll come back.

THIS IS A TRAP! This is NOT a restaurant! Brutal is a bar! They have drinks, cocktails and some finger food to have with your drink. The food is super expensive and is not for lunch or dinner - very small portions. The service is bad as well, you wait for a long time, they deliver half of the dishes and then they let you know that they don´t have the other things you ordered. If you want to have a drink, go there! If you want to have lunch\dinner - medium/expensive one - book a table at Moment (in the same building). We were so disappointed that we went to another place... Not coming back.

The dishes follow each other without a long waiting time. We opted for a 5 course and in 1h30 we had finished all 5 dishes, it was so perfect. In short, recommended for a little moment with lovers/friends. High-end restaurant so the price seems high but very fair given the quality of the products and the wine offered. When asked for sparkling water, we received a small bottle of perier not cooled and a glass that came straight from the dishwasher, so warm in other words. Then it was the turn of dessert. I had something with cheese. 2 hard toast with a piece of camembert topped with some jam and 2 grapes cut in half. (Translated by Google) I found the salad well garnished and appetizing, however I don't understand why the 3 customers came with their dogs, one of which kept barking! It was very unpleasant as it was happening in the restaurant. This is the first time I find myself in this situation at 12-30. In the future, I would prefer that customers leave their animals at home! Thank you for understanding !

(Translated by Google) I've been eating at 12-30 regularly for a year and a half, and their sandwiches are simply divine. The price may be a little high compared to the competition, but they're the best sandwiches I've had so far. I've never had a salad, but the feedback I've heard from my colleagues is just as good. The team is very friendly and welcoming. I'm going abroad, but I'm so glad I discovered your flavors :) (Original) J'ai régulièrement mangé au 12-30 depuis 1 an et demie et leur sandwich sont tous simplement divin.

Get Your Mug has become a true institution in Liege over the past nine years, with three locations to choose from. Whether you're craving pancakes, French toast, bagels, banana bread, or buns, this place has got you covered. The extensive drink menu offers over fifty options including juices, smoothies and coffees. You can also enjoy fresh fruit juices and smoothies in a relaxed atmosphere. Don't miss out on their delicious cupcakes and cookies!
We really enjoyed our experience here. The staff were friendly and we received our items in a respectable time. The breakfast items we got were delish! I'm not a pancake fan personally (which asks why I ordered them, right?), but I cannot rave about them more. I barely touched the syrup as the fruit was more than enough to top them. Yum! The bagel was also great - but besides sharing one bite, I wasn't giving up my pancakes, lol. The interior is nicely done and there was a good amount of seating for customers. Besides regular dining table and chairs, there are some lounge chairs and coffee tables for a more leisure experience if wanted.

Hot chocolate is pretty good, the cookie was so sweet I worried getting instant diabetes. The service is nice and quick, however the pictures on the wall look like from a nightmare of the book "1984" by George Orwell.

It seems this place doesn’t know how to make hot chocolate. Half of my glass was whipped cream with the hot chocolate underneath tasting of bitter powder, it was as if someone poured the milk and didn’t mix in the powder because it was all on the bottom of the glass and around the edges. By then it had also cooled down too much for me to mix it in myself. My partner said the Americano was quite tasty though and so was the cookie.

With no regards maybe the best coffee shop in town! The place itself offers a comfy and cozy atmosphere, and utilities such as power plugs and Wi-Fi. The staff is just AMAZING, Kind, polite and ready to assist you. Last but not least, you can have quality food, including a wide range of beverages, bagels, pancakes 🥞 and much more! I simply loved my pancakes with syrup and fruits. Can’t wait to come back.

We visited Get your mug for breakfast and it was a very good choice; the belgian bagle with avocado and egg was much tastier than I first imagined :) The staff was very nice and the service quite quick.
Anca T — Google review
Long story short: not the best coffee in town and not the best customer service either. Good bagels. But be ready to wait for 40 minutes for them and the owner telling you that it’s okay to wait and everybody knows it. So if you respect your time and can’t wait for one coffee out of three for 20 minutes and 3 bagels for 40 minutes, visit another place. If you’re here for a chill long 3-hour hanging out and you don’t care about the speed - then come over. + food, friendly people (although they did ignore us when we were calling them, but I give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was unintentional), coffee on the house because we complained about the waiting time; - no respect for the customer’s time, not the best coffee.

The Belgian restaurant Côté cour Côté jardin is a great place to go for a relaxed meal with beautiful flowers and fragrant bushes in the garden. The prices are very reasonable, making it a popular choice for budget-minded diners. The food is delicious and definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
Delicious Belgian and French dishes - frog's legs, vol au vent, and the award-winning boulet à la liégeoise. Frites were not exactly traditional, but were homemade and still delicious. Friendly service and cozy decor sealed the deal.

Bovaria is a charming restaurant with a great view near the river. The atmosphere is delightful, and the service is excellent. The waiters are friendly and attentive, especially David who provided helpful recommendations for both food and drinks. The food is delicious, particularly the pasta dishes like ravioli and risotto. Despite its quality, it's surprising that the restaurant isn't more crowded, but hopefully it gains more local business in the future.
The five star rating is mainly because of server. This dude was amazing. He spoke English. He was funny and very very knowledgeable about food. His energy was great. Sorry I didn’t remember his name but his future is bright. Quality of food was good. I ordered pasta and it was good. It is near the river so view is splendid. Timing of service was good as well. It was little surprising that restaurant wasn’t full (not many folks). Hope that they get more local business and keep rocking. Cheers to great service ❤️

The place is nice with great views to the river and to Liege, the food was also good too. I do not give more than 3 stars as service was very very slow and it was not a busy day. In general the place is bit overpriced because of the location.

The location is great, particularly on a sunny day. I only had a cappuccino so I cannot comment on the food. The coffee experience, however, was one of the worst I have ever had - simply tasteless coffee that is not worth the money.

Sadly we got food poisoning from eating here. The waiter was not welcoming and did not care to check if we wanted to order our dinner or if there was something we needed. Though I had made an online reservation, the seating options were too limited. Nestled in a charming old building, the Volga bar d’atmosphère captures the essence of American speakeasies with a contemporary twist. Its walls adorned with vintage bricks and colorful decor create an inviting ambiance that feels both cozy and trendy. The cocktail menu is a highlight, showcasing creative concoctions crafted with care, moving away from typical drinks to embrace true mixology.
Such a gorgeous, cosy, cool, intimate, relaxing bar with great music. The staff were super professional but also very friendly, welcoming and helpful with the menu. The vibe is really comfortable and trendy. They have a really creative cocktail list. I tried two very different cocktails and both were phenomenal. I really appreciated all the small touches which make such a difference in hospitality such as providing free tap water without having to ask for it (and water for my dog), providing free snacks such as chips/crackers with your drink, giving you just the right amount of attention so you can have privacy but also help when you need it. The staff are really onto it there. Also, they could speak English which was very helpful for me! They're dog friendly too which is always a bonus for me. Totally recommend and can't wait to return!

The menu mainly offers sandwiches that can be made into wraps or salads, as well as fresh soup, a suggestion that is not a sandwich, and desserts that are also homemade. Additionally, there's a playground nearby for added convenience. However, some mention that service can be slow at times.

Le Soleil Du Vietnam, located on Rue Puits-en-Sock 59, is a favorite Asian restaurant in town. Despite its unassuming exterior, the warm service and delicious food at fair prices make it a must-visit. Guests praise the homemade spring rolls and ravioli while cautioning that the pork noodles may not be as impressive. The caterer is highly regarded for exceptional noodles and summer rolls, with friendly service from the owner.
Really quick and very polite service, extensive menu at an (in my opinion) low price. The corona safety regulations (issued by the Belgian government) were followed very carefully. Gare Liège-Guillemins SNCB is a stunning architectural masterpiece designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. Opened in 2009, the station's design resembles an oyster opening to the city, with a hill in the background. It was necessary to replace the old station with this modern structure to accommodate high-speed trains. The addition of color to the window-tiles has enhanced its aesthetic appeal. The station's impact on the surrounding neighborhood has been significant since its construction.
Absolutely spectacular! The station is easy to find, beautifully designed, and feels spacious and welcoming. A smooth and impressive experience overall.

The train system in Belgium is very nice. I took it from a small town near Luxembourg to Namur then Liege. It was a pleasant ride. The terminal in Liege is beautiful. There are many shops to visit. I then took a bus around the city and that did not go so well. I had the App, understand the language, but the routes were very confusing - didn't seem to match the gps on the App and several stops were actually on the other side of the road and not very accessible. Made me think Liege has some growing pains, but still a great place to visit.

This spectacular designed station opens like an oyster to the city with a hill in the background. It was designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava who has many buildings around the world from his hand. A whole string of them are in his birthplace Valencia The old station was gradually demolished for this station that was required due to the introduction of high speed trains that required longer and bigger platforms. Now there are nine tracks and five platforms (three of 450 metres (1,480 ft) and two of 350 metres (1,150 ft). The eye catcher is the monumental arch that spans 160 metres and is 32 metres high. The new station opened on 18 september 2009 The area around the railways station is a bit backward but has improved over the years
Seimen B — Google review
One of the best built structure for any station across the world. Very modern, functional and full of natural light. Big and Beautiful.
Sohil D — Google review
Can’t comment about the train service, but the train station’s architecture is just beautiful and that alone is worth a visit. There are also some cafés and stores inside the train station and also nearby.
André M — Google review
Wonderful building. Good selection of shops. Would benefit from more trees and green in front of the station as well as more friendly SNCB staff and better SNCB / DB collaboration
Karen M — Google review
Cool architecture, with rail services to many destinations across Belgium and beyond.
Nimai T — Google review
Nice station! This astonishing piece of architecture designed by the famous Catalan architect Santiago Calatrava is well worth a visit. Not only is Liège-Guillemins one of the busiest train stations in the Wallonia Region, it’s also an important railway hub for high-speed trains. Liège-Guillemins station is located to the south of the city centre, but the city has two other stations which are closer to the historic heart of the city; which are served by up to five trains per hour from Liège-Guillemins; including trains from Mons and Namur. Keep it in mind if you want to visit the city center. If modern architecture is your thing, this train station is made by Calatrava and is a real gem in its modern lines, where everything makes a grand unity and formes in to a beautyfull sculpture. Highly recommended to visit.

I love a good cocktail and was finally quite happy to find such a good place in Liege. They have a very good collection of rum and cocktails + beers, I tried the Mai tai and emplanter.....both were nice and I have a feeling that none of the rest will dissappoint you either. Nice ambiance and music and a good chillaxed waiter. They have empanadas on the menu as well. The price seemed right to me. I will certainly be back to try the rest 😊👍🏼😘

The Far West bar in Lüttich is a great place to hang out with friends. The music is cool and the atmosphere is laid-back, making it the perfect spot for a pint or two. The friendly staff make it easy to get drinks and help you find whatever you need, and the owner is more than happy to chat with you about anything from horses to cowboy movies.

Great bar with rock music from the 80s and more. Service is alright, takes too much time to get someone to take your order. Bathroom is disgusting and should have someone at least clean them once or twice in the night. Nevertheless, overall good ambience and good drinks too, would recommend.

Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere, heated outside and delicious cocktails. Unfortunately ordering a drink can take a long time, because they appear to be busy talking to the regulars or your order is even forgotten.
Maurice H — Google review
absolutely fabulous little gay bar in liege! we ordered two rounds of rose wine which was truly delicious. perfectly chilled, soft balanced fruity flavours. they also bring out a small bowl of chips to the table and refill it when you order another round of drinks. this is such a small gesture but it really elevates your drinking experience at the bar. we sat outside and found the atmosphere to be very cozy and comfortable. the bartenders were kind and helpful, although they were quite chatty with some which i assume are their regular guests, and we had to wait for the waiter to finish his conversation with his besties to serve us. but we did not mind since the good energy there made up for the more laid back approach. we will definitely be coming back to experience the establishment in the hours of the night where it transforms into a fierce and fun night club!! x

The waiter was very reluctant and didn't seem to want us. We called him to pay the bill but he had to smoke first. I was not happy at all, he was very rude. It was like he wanted us to leave. Belgian restaurant
Le Cloître - Restaurant du Musée de la Vie wallonne is not your typical establishment, as its decoration is entirely made from recycled materials, thanks to a successful eco-design project led by local artists. One of the traditional dishes of Liege, "The balls of Liege," can be enjoyed here alongside Flemish fries and the sweet sauce of Liege. Despite being located in the city center, this hidden gem offers a peaceful dining experience with reasonably priced food and drinks.
The balls of Liege! That is one of the main, traditional dishes of Liege. It goes together with Flemish fries and the sauce of Liege. A bit too sweet for my taste, nevertheless, still delicious. As for the cloister itself, it was a really nice place to taste local food. Located in the city center, it was still relatively hidden. Even though the restaurant had few tables available the prices were reasonably well priced. Due to it's location, it is possible to enjoy the food in silence.

Very nice place, we went for food but we weren't aware the kitchen closed at 2pm. They were really kind to us, especially as English speakers, we got hot drinks that were nice and very fairly priced, we wanted to go as the food seemed very fairly priced from what we've seen in Belgium so far. Very kind people, really good service, I'd recommend it just for drinks but I'm sure the food is very nice too :)

We came here on Saturday aftera long time of trying to figure out how to enter. Unfortunately there was a private wedding going on so it was closed. Didn't have room left for a waffle unfortunately. (Original) Vriendelijke en vlotte bediening, veel keuze, ruime porties, erg goede patat, prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Outremeuse, which means "beyond the Meuse," is an island and suburb in Liege that has been a cultural and economic center. It offers a range of accommodation options, from luxurious city-center hotels to budget hostels like Youth Hostel Georges Simenon. The neighborhood is known for its August 15th festival, charming narrow streets, and potales with the Virgin Mary.

(Translated by Google) This old district, an island surrounded by the Meuse, is rich in heritage with striking contrasts: narrow streets dating from the Middle Ages happily rub shoulders with wide avenues with remarkable Art Nouveau and Art Deco style facades, not forgetting the numerous street art works of all sizes! The famous writer Georges Simenon, a native of the place, was not mistaken in taking it as the setting for several of his novels. The statue of Tchantchès, the rebellious hero of Outremeuse, welcomes visitors at the entrance to this welcoming neighborhood (in which I live...). And if you like big crowds/parties, then you have to take part in the August 15th celebrations! Tip: discover rue Roture, and on the other side of rue Puits-en-Socks, the ruelles des Récollets, Beauregard, ... Parking: public (pay your ticket carefully, and don't risk using the spaces reserved for local residents, it's €80!) This hotel is horrible! I have never been there, BUT the hotel looks like thrash on the magnificent view from the big Liege stairs. It’s like the BIG BLACK RECTANGLE on the perfect painting, it’s just don’t needed thrash. I don’t understand how this building even got permission to be here, as it really don’t fit in the landscape. It’s just horrible, awful. I hate this only because of its placement. Don’t support the “landscape vandals” go to other hotel.

First of all the service of foreigners is not well maintained we have to wait like one or two hours so just take the ticket for the service the problem that I face my ID card was expired last six months I apply for the card. Everything okay? The police verify I pay the fees of the card also and it took six months and they demanding me the same document. I deposit the necessity same document 6 to 7 time then they also don’t give us reply we was still waiting for the response of the decision after that I contact with my lawyer he also tried to contact you with them that what is the problem? They also don’t give the response to my lawyer the service is very slow and totally null even the staff is also unprofessional I’m still waiting for my card.

Had to wait for about 2.5 months to get my "Belgium ID", waiting for 2-3 hours in a queue for 4 times. In the end they gave me a "Belgium ID" with wrong information that can't be read by any ID card reader! I visited them again, and after waiting for 2 hours they said that they ran out of numbers to write the correct ones! Will anything change there at all?????
Maksim M — Google review
Apparently they don't read the huge amount of negative feedbacks they get and they don't want to change their matter of work's there. People have work or courses yet have to spend half day queue line only to change the address, now that I call it unacceptable indifference. Do they even care? This is the worst city can anyone imagine to live in in the whole Europe. Bad as the smell of their streets. #stadLuik #Luik #city of Liège #Liège #Belgium #EU #Europe #Capital op Europe
K A — Google review
I went there yesterday morning just to get my residence card, and was faced with the biggest line I've ever seen in my life. I had to wait in line for TWO hours in the cold with dozens of people just to be told that there were no more tickets, and that we would have to wait until the afternoon opening hours if we wanted to get the service, i.e., two more hours in line. I've been to this place so many times, without success, and it really starts to feel like it is my imposed second home. The line is usually huge, but at least the other times, I was able to wait inside. It's unbelievable the lack of regard and empathy that this place has for foreigners. Most employees are very nice and respectful, but the administration needs definite improvement fast.
Jivana D — Google review
Obviously extremely understaffed and inefficient. If you want to be sure to get a ticket, better line up at 7 in the morning. If they wouldn't let people come in person for the smallest administrative tasks, which could also very well be done online/via-email (which is unfortunately not possible), the staff might be able to handle all people without having them line up at 7 in the cold. Simply outrageous.
Mathurin C — Google review
The officers are nice. BUT! The foriegn service center is here. It is always as busy as it gets! You have to wait in line for at least one or two hours to get the service! What kind of management it is! It feels like the government doesn't care about the time of foreigners! If this is not discrimination, what is!

Dealing with the city admin at Potiérue, 5 - 4000 Liège, is an absolute nightmare. Their complete lack of an appointment system is a testament to their incompetence and blatant disregard for the value of people's time. If you dare to engage with this circus, brace yourself for the absurdity of spending an entire day in an excruciating queue, with no assurance that you'll even make it to the front. The audacity to deny tokens, citing an imaginary surplus of people, is beyond comprehension. It's an organizational disaster, and if you're an expat, my sincere advice is to steer clear of Liege unless you have a perverse desire to subject yourself to a level of administrative ineptitude that is nothing short of infuriating. The administration may be "measurable," but so is the colossal disdain they exhibit for basic efficiency and courtesy. Save your sanity and sanity and avoid this administrative nightmare in Liege at all costs.

You don't need a museum ticket to visit the restaurant; just check in at the reception desk and you're welcome to come in. There's plenty of seating, and in sunny weather, the terrace is a great place to relax. The friendly, cheerful ladies behind the buffet will prepare a delicious salad for you in a relaxed (yet quick) atmosphere. They deserve a huge compliment. The prices are reasonable, and the quality is always good. Highly recommended. Kudos to Madame Boverie. We calmly pointed this out to the waitress, in a completely respectful manner. She even said, "I'm not here to criticize your work," without knowing who we are or what we do. It's a shame, because we really like supporting small restaurants. But when a customer takes the time to provide honest and courteous feedback, a minimum of open-mindedness and respect is essential. A first and last time for us. (Translated by Google) Lunch for two at this small bistro. The menu is very limited (1 starter, 1 main course, or 1 sandwich), but why not? Starter: Tomatoes, cherries, and raspberry vinegar. 13 euros. When the main course arrives, it consists of 1 1/2 tomatoes, 6 cherries, and raspberry vinegar. It's good. When they clear the table and ask the famous question, "Did you like it?" I point out to the waitress that the starter might be a bit too expensive. She reacts well and, with a smile, passes my message on to the kitchen. Things got worse when, as I was about to pay, the owner attacked me, trying to justify her price by referring to the quality of her salt, the quality of her high-end vinegar, the cost of electricity, etc. It escalated into saying, "You don't know anything about the life of a freelancer" (I'm self-employed, sic), and ending with, "I'm not coming to your place to criticize your cooking." In short, it's a shame. If you work with high-end products, you should state this on your menu; it could better justify the price charged from the start. Negative feedback is never easy to receive; it can only help you do better, or even kindly explain the reasons for things. Only 3% of people dare to give negative feedback; the other 97% leave and never come back. We won't go there again, not because of the food, not because of the waitressing, but because of the owner's disrespect.

Both members of staff made it very clear to me that whatever they had to do on their computers was more important than giving me a map of Liège, recommending places to visit or any other information one expects to get at a tourist information office.

(Translated by Google) By phone, I introduced myself and explained my case in a few short words, and there was nothing they could do for me for this first question and that's ok for me. But then in the middle of my second question, so I was IN THE WAY of asking it, the person hung up on me saying "good afternoon ma'am" (with a smile that we could imagine through the phone, and a false commercial air). Very sad.
