Staff should also be taught to speak politely. There should be more polite security personnel in such a place. He physically pushed me because I couldn't find the ticket I had just bought. The sales person at the next table preferred to just watch even though she knew I had bought a ticket from her a few seconds ago. Luckily, I found the ticket after 10-15 seconds. The inside is quite spacious. There are smoking rooms upstairs. The music was fine. (Saturday, around 1- 1.30am).

1. Gender equality is not respected. Only 10 men can enter at a time. 2. The sound system is terrible. I think the speakers are faulty.

A very nice night at Hollywood club. We enjoyed it. Good music and good mood. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience when, at 3am, I went to the wardrobe to say hello to a friend and the personnels (the ticket and security officers, both of them) didn’t permit me to come back, nonetheless I paid the entry (as well as severals expensive drinks) and having a good habits of corse. I preferred not to start a controversy, but the staff were rude due to their lack of willingness to listen to me. Reason why for the 3 stars instead of 5. That’s too bad.

Very bad club, only Estonian songs, which are foreign to foreign visitors. The staff was very bad, when buying the ticket the price was not known at all, when buying the ticket the saleswomen just talked among themselves and did not pay attention to the buyer, I felt that they were trying to cheat me. I was cheated out of 50 cents when buying a drink, the cocktail cost 9€ but I was made to pay 9,50€. Entrance to the club was 20€ and it was not worth paying that money. There are pictures on the internet of interesting shots in test tubes that attracted attention, but it turns out there never were any. Fraud will not be a club, please do not choose to go there. This one star is actually 0 because everything there was bad and unacceptable.

Very rude service!!! First, when entering the club, when you hand over a jacket, the cloakroom staff is not interested in accepting outerwear. Second, when you enter the club itself, there is no indication that you should pay for the entrance, and the staff sitting behind the counter spoke to other people in Estonian, which suggests that there is no staff, while when you walk past this staff, no one is interested in talking or addressing you, but a security guard is immediately called, who grabs your hand and reproaches you for not paying. When you approach these ladies, having realized that the visitors speak English among themselves, they continue to speak in Estonian, do not say PRICES and very quickly put the terminal down so that the visitor does not see the price! Third, the music they play is only Estonian music, not international music, therefore, there is nothing for foreigners to do here. I do not recommend visiting this institution, where people are cheated, the attitude of the staff is beyond criticism.

I visited this place with my friends on Saturday. This place simply is terrible. I would never recommend this place for anybody. There was only 3 toilets in such a large nightclub witch has over 300 customer capability. Security was extremely rude to customers and the entrance fee was too high (12e) including not having permission to go outside take a break.

After a long day of driving, we ended up here for a beer and some dinner. The atmosphere is great, and I love all the eclectic items on the wall and placed around the room. Especially love the animals carrying beer in a old wagon when you went to the front door. The service was slow and a little cold, but not horrible. The food was pretty good and I highly recommend you try their darker beer.

We joined an evening with live music and the place was lively! The beer is good, and the menu has options for any taste! We went with the duck leg and a local dish and enjoyed it a lot! The decorum reminded us of Bavarian pubs but with a Nordic twist.

Beer house in Tallinn, great establishment. The atmosphere reminds me on my hometown Munich, Bavaria. The kitchen is German, or Bavarian better said. The quality is great and due to only a few customers at noon during the week, we didn't need to wait so long for our meals which were prepared fresh.

Nice place with a great atmosphere. They have their own beers on tap and they were great. I had a couple lagars and my wife had a couple IPAs. Both were exceptional. We just had snacks... so we didn't have the full menu experience... but the garlic sticks and the pork dumplings were both great! The service was was quick and friendly. We really enjoyed this place. You should give it a try.

The oldest Pub in Tallinn - since 1993. Not the cosiest atmosphere, many tables in basically one big room, without any nooks and crannies. Food is ok for a regular Pub - the portions are on the small side, but quality and taste are good. The house beer, on the other hand, is quite remarkable. I had the dark type, which could be compared to Guinness - although I find it a bit more tasty.

Once of the best Guinness pints you can get in the city. Staff is really nice and the food is surprisingly good. If you have some spare time, do yourself a favor and come here. You're welcome.

Visited Hell Hunt in Tallinn and was very impressed. The service was outstanding – it took only a few seconds after my beer was empty before I was asked if I wanted a refill. The staff were friendly, attentive, and created a very welcoming atmosphere. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the great selection of both drinks and food. The menu offered something for everyone, and the quality was excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxed evening with good food, great drinks, and top-notch service.

Old school but fun beer bar that's well worth a look. Good house beers complimented by three taps from local craft breweries and a substantial bottle list. Feels like more of a winter place, as it's got a dark German beer hall sort of vibe!

Great beers! Ordered the calamari, it doesn’t really taste like calamari though. But the wings were alright! We chilled a little before our ferry back to Helsinki. It’s very near the terminal.

Pretty good beer Hall, with their own beer selection and a nice menu. Their menu is huge, you will definitely find something. We had the fish bites and salad to start and then we shared a pork shank and it was good. It was a little on the dry side, but the cabbage was very nice and juicy with awesome home fries. Their house beer was good. Great place for large parties.

Today’s Visit in Tallinn – Kochi Aidad Kochi Aidad is located in the harbor area, at Lootsi 10-2, 10151 Tallinn. I’ve been here a couple of times before. This time we were two, and we were greeted politely and professionally in spacious and inviting surroundings. We kept it simple — each ordering a burger and a beer. From there, everything flowed smoothly. No waiting, no confusion — just natural, friendly service. The burger? Excellent. Top marks. And a special mention goes to our server, Marta, who did a fantastic job and truly deserves praise.

Good lical beer and food. Portions are really large and delucious. Nice brewey-style room, very spacious and full if air, also cozy with lots of natural materials used in the design. The staff could be more attentive though.

Kochi Aidad in Tallinn is a great spot for a local beer. The friendly staff explained the house-brewed options and helped us pick something to our taste. The beer was cold, tasty, and served in a lovely setting, both indoors and out. We didn’t try the food, but dishes at nearby tables looked delicious.

This restaurant was incredible! The atmosphere of the restaurant, along with the food and the service is amazing. Our waiter, Mattias was really enthusiastic and friendly. While we waited for the food, he brought colouring papers for my daughter, then later on when we already had our food, he made sure that we are having a great experience, despite the fact that there were alot of guests during the night, and the staff was probably overwhelmed. All in all, we had a really great time, and I would reccomend this place to anyone.

Only saw the first area, let's call it the band venue. Seating is uncomfortable and it gets cold quickly in autumn because entrance opens directly to that area. Bar is so-so.

I think it's excellent. The atmosphere is quite unique, interesting design elements are used in the interior. Lovely and quiet place to be if you want to chill and chat with a special one. The food is great, loved their vegan burger, although it's not quite identical to meat it did taste better overall compared to what some restaurants offer with real meat. It's an interesting take as bun is made of pita bread. It's very tasty and combination of sauce and vegetables play well together. Their kimchi was also good, not as spicy and good side addition to any meal. Tea selection is very good as well. Prices are ok for off season. Place is clean and service was good.

We went to the venue for Arg Part’s concert, and it was awesome! Nice atmosphere, clean toilets and layout.

Very nice place. The food was amazing. I had the tomato - smoked cheese soup and it was exceptional. A great choice if you find yourself in the historic center of Tallinn.

Fine night club with a good atmosphere! I went here on a Saturday night, without any special theme night. The music quality is good and the drinks are affordable. €6,- for a 40cl tap beer or an harkf an liter German white beer. No grumpy and unfriendly staff either, which is not always the case!

The dance floor was not big enough. The main issue was the party. I think I was in wrong party high possibility but the crowd old, almost everyone might be 40+. The music was very good, from selection of songs to remixing was perfect. Drink was expensive then all the usual clubs

As a person who clubs in NYC I would say this is certainly different. It is like “Throwback Thursday” on a never ending loop. If you are trying to find good club music here(techno/house/recent edm hits) it is not going to be it.The crowd is a quite pushy and rude, not your typical vibing crowd. If you are fall down drunk you will probably have a decent time listing to some throwbacks. We went on a Friday night for this show, Sky Plus After Party with DJ Andi Raig and DJ Bad J…not on throwback night.

Night club with paid entry. The DJ doesn't care about the visitors. There are 80 people in the club and only two on the dance floor because the music is terrible ? Not a problem for him, he continues with what only he likes, despite multiple demands to change the music. Place to be avoided.

terrible nightclub. We went in with 6 people, also paid for 6 tickets. The gentleman thought he counted 7 people, so the last one had to pay double. Tried to explain that we are with 6, but he was incredibly rude and contemptuous. did not want to listen to us. Paid one ticket too much and terrible staff. Not recommended!

Some bartenders ‘accidentally’ ring up drinks at a higher price on the payment terminal. Counting on you being too drunk to notice, I suppose.

The best bands are here. Iconic place. Overall okeish sound. Very nice service. Nice people. Good workers. Beer prices are the same as in other places - 5 EUR per bottle of Saku. Bad - long queues at the bar. 1 EUR to store your backpack in the closet. Not enough space for a big crowd. Not the best light setup mostly covering the backs of people on the scene so people there look more like black siluetts with light rays behind them.

Longest-running metal concert venue in Tallinn. This is a place for more traditional extreme metal gigs - think black, death, thrash but also heavy, gothic, symphonic sometimes. There is a bar with a rather fine selection of Estonian beers, including craft beers. Frequented by Estonian metal scene veterans. It is usually not open outside concerts.

Best rock-club near the centrum. This one you have to experience! Amazin sound and lights, good backstage for the bands, big stage 🤘🏻

Great music and venue. Prices are a bit insane, for example a shot of tequila was 5€

Good place for concerts - plenty of room and good sound. I just wish they offered something to snack or eat. They have done that in the past, but I guess it wasn't worth the effort.

Very nice place. Super cozy and elegant inside and casual and clean outside. The cocktails were really good but inconsistent when I ordered 2 of the same drink. The service was ok but staff were slow to check on tables to take orders. Overall to be fair, it is (0 for food cause I didn’t eat there), (3 for staff cause they were too busy which made us wait every time we wanted to order) and then (4 for drinks cause even though they were a bit inconsistent they were very delicious).

We had lunch both from daily lunch menu and the a la carte list. Carbonara was tasty but quite small. The daily lunch option, chicken curry, also quite small, reminded me from kanaviillokki in school, but it was OK. None of our meals were hot when we got them and we had to wait for them quite some time, even though there was not many people before us. I could come here again anyway.

A Short Visit to Chicago 1933 Chicago is located in the heart of the Rotermanni Quarter, Roseni tn 8, 10111 Tallinn. We’ve all been in Tallinn long enough to remember the old Chicago in the Old Town, a much-missed place that closed down in 2018. It took a while before the current Chicago was established, and with the misfortune of Covid. But now it’s here, a mini version of the old Chicago, and with an outdoor seating area in the warm sun, it’s not bad at all. With attentive service and a friendly tone, everything was just right.

Have been a few times here, good food, friendly service and amaging terrace. Inside nicely cold in summer. Restrooms clean but been smelly most of the time.

We had mushroom risotto and creme brûlée. Both really disappointing. Be careful because the crème brûlée was made with goat milk which was not a very pleasant surprise. Great atmosphere and seating though.

Great looking pub with a unique fish tank and live band stage. I had the Weissbier for €7. They also have regular lagers, ciders, and Guinness. decent music played in the background too. comfy chairs and plenty of tables.

Beautiful interior design, fancy place for rich people.. usually you will see the rich people of the city coming and getting the seats.. host is welcoming and kind. Have to reserve a place in advance, or you'll just sit on the bar. We set on the bar, ordered two cocktails and they were really good, small cockatiel for 7€. Two appetizers which were delicious! Their problems are: one waiter on the entire restaurant! We waited for 45 minutes before I went to look for the waiter to ask for the check, the toilets look like a cheap toilet club, the pissoir/urinal is just one long thing, this is cheap, I expected for more from a fancy place like this lounge..

Nice place for live music, jazz but not only. Really good musicians coming there to play. We attended a blues jam and the next day a crazy funk hip-hop concert. The program is on their website site.

Philly Joe's Jazz Club is a very cosy and nice place to spend a very pleasant and quite evening in Tallinn. It has a live music almost every evening (based on the February line-up). It is easy to find, has a very friendly staff and good prices for soft and alcoholic drinks. Highly advised to check the web or Facebook pages for upcoming performances and plan your visit.

I’m glad I visited, but won’t be going again. Maybe it’s an Estonian thing, or maybe it’s a Baltic thing (someone help me out here), but punters talking loudly during the band’s performance was extraordinarily annoying. Absolutely zero respect for the musicians.

Truly awesome place for chill and relaxing music. Various drinks to buy from the bar and salted peanuts for snack. They have no food just so you know. This is a place only for a good atmosphere and awesome music.

Vabank = Pank The club's nice but the policy towards clients is a disgrace. Therefore it's empty by 2am on a friday night has never been busy, no atmosphere. We spend 450€ and as we were the last clients we wanted to take one of our bottle back to the hotel. But they created a rule and told that it's not legal in Estonia. We had to call police, who confirmed that we had full rights on a bottle payed, opened and used in the club, but agressive bouncers make you leave what you payed behind. 20€ membership card asked at door even for a single night visit with booking a VIP table, a shame. Basically if you fancy a shot night out go there, fancy a good night : go somewhere else.

I like this club (music, location, people who like to party there) but they dont have any systems. Same place you enter the club is the entrance you go out. Yesterday people were waiting their jackets about 40 minutes because there was such a mess in the wardrobe and new people couldn't enter to the club because of that. So totally messed up systems. Club was so overcrowded, there was impossible to move or even breath. A bit disappointed!

Great service and very welcoming atmosphere. We were a group of 7 people and our waitress Onnalise (not sure if it’s written correctly, sorry) did an amazing job! The snacks and the beef salad were delicious, pork tacos and seafood pasta were average, but overall we really enjoyed our evening, thanks!

Seemed to be really nice small cafeteria! I visited just to have something to take away and got some really tasty bruschettas. One with strawberries and brie cheese and another with mussels, shrimps and caviar. Would be nice to visit this place another time!

Nice atmosphere, though the basement floor lacks fresh air. The cocoa is good, and the hot wine—made with real red wine, cinnamon, and orange—is flavorful and not overly sweet. The starter of French fries with cheese and bacon was also enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. However, it can get exceptionally crowded in the evenings.

We enjoyed a few hours strolling through the Creative District with up eat sounds of music from venues, cafes, eateries, and exhibits. The street art including wall murals and 3D displays show the works of many native and local artists. The Photograpy Museum offers a great museum with relaxing coffee shop, gift shops with ingenious photo gifts. The central area offers an outdoor free exhibit of framed modern works. We enjoyed a wine and end-of-day 50% off sale on some gluten free options, including a chocolate gluten free cake. Enjoy strolling, snacking. and appreciating art. Accessible venue.

A cool place, very instagramable. Parking is close and cheap. Plenty of little shops to walk around once you've seen the art outside. Great coffee and bakerys inside too.

Nice place to see creative and colourful murals. You can walk around There are free parks available for kids as well. There is a photography museum also near by.

Everyone kept telling me go here so I walked there from the old town. Pleasant spacious area with street art and lots of al fresco eating and drinking options.

If you are a graffiti fan this is worth a visit, I was there really early in the morning so not sure how any cafes/bars/businesses are.

1/5 review is generously given for Paparazzi absolutely poor customer service, especially in the cloakroom It was 04-05am and we were the last two remaining customers in the whole club, waiting to get our coats back. Only 2 coats were left in the rack, i got mine back but my friend didnt because it was more expensive so staff decided to keep it and send him out in the street in t-shirt (winter weather) avoid this place, there are much better places to spend an evening and have fun without getting swindled.

The nightclub was not a good experience. It had a very dismal and unfriendly atmosphere. The staff were inappropriate, and the overall vibe in the nightclub was extremely oppressive. I do not recommend it.

The lady was so rude in security, I was let out because no one found out what really happened, I was a victim and no one paid attention to it, me and my friends will never visit this place again, it's a terrible situation!!!!! What an amazing place. I went for dinner here with a friend and we both loved every part of it. The restaurant design is fresh and cozy, but the food is something else. We really enjoyed every bit of our meal. The spicy jalapeno poppers with smoked cheese and sour cream was a hot sensation and so refreshingly presented and went perfectly with the wine selected by our waiter. We both love the ploughman’s board for two – cured meat, cheeses, chicken liver pate, olives, grapes and local jam. The best quality meat was coupled with cheese and jam that complemented it perfectly. For main course, I can’t recommend anything more highly than the roasted duck breast with seasonal vegetables, beets and miso sesame glaze. my freind had the marbled Rib-Eye steak with chimichurri sauce and honey-mustard salad; both were sensational. Then there were the desserts. These look great and taste even better. We went for lemongrass mousse, exotic fruit salad, and hazelnut crumble and then the chocolate and goats cheese cake, made with cheese from Kalamatsi farm and sea salt. Once again, we just shared and ate some of both. It really is the only way to get around this amazing menu!

We had nice dinner with ten people and everybody found something to eat including gluten-free, vegans and meet eaters. Good food and price was on the line with other restaurants👌 recommend, but can't give 5 stars for the service and thats why 4 stars ! :)

Great location with nice view from the outside tables. Beautiful atmosphere inside, delicious food, especially I loved borsch. Prices are ok for the main street and that location. The girl serving us was very friendly and helpful. Some of the girls were not that friendly therefore 4 stars.

there is no information anywhere that we visited the party with 21+, 4 people, minors are admitted to the party by face. and you point out that you are a manipulator, I don't recommend a really bad place, the staff gives you the desire to interact with people like with an animal.

Staff was uninspired and unnice, even though I was very nice to them. How to order was also unclear, there was lots of staff, but noone seemed to be interested in helping any customer.

Lots of older people, 40+, staff told we stole one of 6 drinks but they only made 5, bass is way too loud. It only costs 5€ to get in. 2000s music, no new songs. Average tourist prices.

If you are here for live music, the first set is at 1AM. The cover is 10 Euro and they will falsely tell you (at the door as they take your money) the first set is at 11 pm. So come late. First set is 1am. Nice dance floor though. Also, tourist prices for drinks. Lesson learned.

This is a world class night club. There are very good performances and music groups every week. There is also an excellent DJ every day. Entrance is free for hotel guests and hotel packages with access to the night club are advertised. Otherwise the entrance fee is usually ten euros. The premises are downstairs which may be a problem for disabled.

Summergarden at Al Bastione is lovely and our concert was enjoyable. Food was tasty but the service is below the mark. Although we got our food quickly, it took more than hour to clean up the dirty dishes. It was not delightful to sit behind the untidy table and looking around it was the same in other tables. Not to mention, nobody asked if would like to have check or want to order desserts. After an hour of waiting and trying to catch the eye of waiter, we just raised the hand and call the waiter who got close enough. Asked for the check and told that we have been waiting for so long. She told, it was crazy night and she would get our check (1/3 of the place was empty, there was 4 waiter at the entrance who saw the mess and did not come to aid). We waited another half an hour. By the time we got our check, we were truly disappointed and asked for the manager. We got the apologies but got the feeling, they knew about the problems but it did not concern them. We paid our bill and left.

Love their summer garden. Live music, good food, and drinks. Service does get slow at times tho.

One star for the music. Food was basic and expensive. Won't go back again.
