We were glad that we managed to squeeze a visit to this market before driving to Vancouver. There were many interesting stalls and would have really liked to have spent more time here. This market really showcased a lot of the local produced and the vegetables and fruits sold were so fresh. The stall owners were all so friendly as well.

Me and my wife visited the Kelowna Farmers’ and Crafters’ Market and had a great time exploring the stalls. We picked up some farm-fresh berries for just $5, which were super sweet and delicious. Also bought homemade jams and some handcrafted jewellery – a bit on the expensive side, but you can really see the effort and quality behind the products. One tip: it’s always good to carry some cash, as not every vendor accepts cards. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to support local farmers and artisans. Totally recommend checking it out!

Kelowna Farmers Market has lots of options and a lively atmosphere, but I missed the local pastries and home-baked goods. For more of a community feel, I prefer the Peachland Farmers Market

The crafters market is open Wednesday and Saturday although Saturday is a bigger market. There are so many things to see and do at the market. There's food trucks, jewelry, plenty of art, bakery items and fresh fruit and veggies. Also there are flowers galore!!

Love to come here, so many unique vendors all local. Lots of great stuff

This is definitely one of the “must go” items if you live or visit Kelowna. Since it moved to the new location at Landmarks area, it brought in more farmers and guests to spend together a great Saturday morning. Right now (October) is a great time to catch it up, just before the market will be moved indoor when it is getting too cold. Let’s go 😂

For something to do on a Wednesday night we hit the mini golf and had some laughs. The course was in great shape and no complaints. Looks like they’ve sunk some money in to their outdoor course. Alyssa was amazing and super helpful.

We had such a fun time at Scandia in Kelowna! We played mini golf and really enjoyed the arcade, but the highlight for us was definitely the go-karts. The track was exciting, and it felt safe but still full of adrenaline. The whole place is well-maintained, with lots of games and activities for all ages, so there’s never a dull moment. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. A perfect spot for family fun or hanging out with friends—we’ll definitely be back!

Scandia has been around since I was a child. They definitely need to upgrade their outdoor mini golf, still a few of the pars were not in working order and that should have been discounted from the price. A few of the machines were not working in the arcade and no signage was posted. They had a great selection of different arcade games and the landscaping was up-kept which was nice to see.

I remember coming here as a kid (so many years ago...) They done a good job maintaining the place. We really enjoyed the outdoor golf course.

Don’t bother. This place is a loud, obnoxious, waste of money. Most machines are $3/play - which is outrageous, and you can spend $100 and not even walk out with a dollar store prize, and a crying kid. Just take them to a store and buy them something nice instead :)

Pretty fun games and the go kart and mini golf were a good value. Cafeteria was woefully stocked however. Frozen treat freezer was completely empty and only had popcorn available for hot food. Was told that they were out of a lot because of the long weekend. (I came in the Thursday after, so that seems a little odd that NO orders came in the three days after the long weekend). Place was also pretty understaffed it seemed. No one was working the cafeteria counter and took us 5 min to track down someone. No stanchions off any sort meant that there was no clear line up for indoor mini golf / prizes / cafe. Overall we had a good time, but the organization of the place seems pretty lacking. Even the go karts seemed really rushed. Not one bit of instruction given, just got in the kart and good luck if you’ve never driven before. (They did come and check the harnesses before letting us loose).

Absolutely amazing! Games are a relatively good price and have a large variety. The outdoors mini golf is has 18 unique holes with a beautifully decorated cottage/fairytale aesthetic. Workers were extremely patient and kind. Would recommended, this is a great place for fun with family and friends.

Econic winery high on a West Kelowna hillside. Like it's name, it's as though you are entering a missionary. A tall bell tower rings for 5 minutes at noon, and shorter periods every fifteen minutes. To the right as you enter is the wine and gift shop. It has rooms for dedicated tastings, where we had a tasting with hor d'oeuvres, cumulating with a tasting of the iconic Occulus - which received a 100 point rating, and consistent ratings in the mid-90s. The tasting included Sauvignon Blanc, rose, merlot from the Terroir Collection, and Quatrain from the Legacy collection. Our favorite was the merlot - with distinctive merlot on the nose and taste. Our guide Mia was very friendly and informative. The shop had things you don't expect to see in a wine shop - luggage priced at $25 k, a book about Milan,... You get the idea. Classy...More for show. To the left on entering is the restaurant.All the tables in the restaurant have a lake view. We had a wonderful lunch (See the review). The grounds have a number of statues. Lending to the elevated experience. BTW Mission Hills was selected Winery by NWAC, the 7th time in the 25 year history of the awards. sected

Went to the Chefs tasting and pairing dinner for our anniversary and were blown away by the food, service and views. Sean our waiter was fantastic and food was next level. Incredibly paired with Mission Hill wines. Personalized welcome card for our anniversary and signed by the whole staff was really memorable. Well done team!

My husband , my sister and I all had such a beautiful experience at Mission Hill. From start to finish our server named Guy led with such class and poise! Very knowledgeable, friendly and polite service. Simon also popped in whenever he passed our table, topped up waters and overall we had a great conversation and vibe with both of them. We wish them both all the best in their future plans. The Mission Hill property is in top knotch shape and very picturesque. Looking forward to future visits here!

We had an amazing time at the guided tasting tour! Simon gave us a fascinating tour of the winery, showing us the bell tower and the wine cellar, and we even got lucky enough to spot a little deer along the way. Kiran and another lovely staff member led our tasting session. Kiran was especially wonderful, patiently answering all of our questions—some of which were quite out-of-the-box—about red and white wines. As people who aren’t very familiar with wine, we gained so much enjoyment and interest from their explanations. Both Simon and Kiran were extremely well-mannered, friendly, and welcoming. Their passion and professionalism truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

It was a perfect evening. Sunset on the terrace. Excellent wine and service. Food was perfect for each wine on the set menu. Highly recommended and will be back again. I bought a bottle of each wine tasted. Even the overpriced oculus!

We had a wonderful experience at Mission Hill thanks to Simon. He was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, answering every question we had about the wines with clarity and enthusiasm. He explained everything in such an engaging way that made us feel comfortable and excited about our choices. We had a truly wonderful experience at Mission Hill. The wine pairings and charcuterie board were excellent, but what made it truly memorable was the storytelling and guidance throughout. Having visited many wineries, this one felt extra special. A key highlight was Robbie H. His expertise as a sommelier, eloquence, calm confidence, and ability to narrate the Mission Hill story elevated the entire experience. His objectivity and professionalism make him an incredible asset to the team. We were so impressed that we decided to join the club membership on the spot. Mission Hill’s rich history is inspiring, and we’re excited to be part of its future. ❤️

A great place for hikes and different levels of activity. You can mountain bike, hike straight up to the viewpoint, walk up a paved road or take trails that aren’t as steep. The different viewpoints of the lake and Kelowna are spectacular! Great photo ops!

Peaceful place for hiking. Walking and Bicycle both Hike are awesome. The view from the top of the mountain is just eye pleasing. It's worth climbing after reaching the till the peak. If take apex trail and then follow the ogopogo trail that's breathtaking experience. There are also washrooms 🚻 in middle of trails and dustbins are available in same way.

A very beautiful hike, good for all skill levels. I am relatively new to hiking and tried the apex trail, it was a bit challenging, and the view at the summit is incredible! Highly recommend anyone living in Kelowna to do this hike.

Great view. It has an asphalt portion and rest is well kept trails that are suitable for biking and hiking. Good for short or long walks and you can choose the intensity of your walk by choosing different paths

Wonderful panoramic views! There are two points scenic points for pictures, the first one (below) it's easy to arrive but the second one (up) needs a hike of 30 minutes or bike cause the road for cars is closed. Our hike to the second point of view was really tired since that day was very hot (32 degrees) but worth it because the photos are incredible.

A grind up but very doable and short. The trails down are a ton of fun. The switchbacks can be challenging but overall black diamond. Highly recommend to intermediate bikers looking for a downhill challenge. Lots of other trails to try out and is great to keep attempting the same trails. Never gets old.

The view point is terrific. The vehicle was allowed till the first view point and after that had to trek to the other view points. The view of Kelowna city is amazing. Would love to visit there once more. Even though it was scorching hot, the breeze near the view points made it very cool. Gates close by 8pm. Would appreciate if the timings are extended during summer as this a very beautiful place to view sunset across the Okanagan Valley.

Really beautiful place to hang out. Especially in the warm evenings after dinner. Every time we are out there the waterfront park area is a visit. Really clean, really friendly and just a wonderful place. Highly recommend the area. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a really beautiful place, like a portrait. The roads and walkways are designed beautifully that you can enjoy the nature flawlessly. You can do lots of activities, like walking, biking, boating, etc. Swimming is not allowed in this area, I believe. You will be amazed after visiting this site. Parking is paid and sometimes hard to find a suitable spot.

Truly amazing place to explore. Lots of shops on the waterfront. Great places to grab a coffee and enjoy the views. Appears to have lots of entertainment going on. Beautiful flowers and we'll maintained gardens. You can rent water skis and if you feel like some adventure parasailing. Only down side, there is lots of homeless people wondering around. But never felt threaten or was harassed. There was an abundance of wild life to see. If you are in the area totally worth the trip. Grab a great local coffee and and enjoy the views.

The entire waterfront and park area is a great spot to visit. Plenty of green space to enjoy the sun and amazing water view as well. The water near this specific spot near the fountain stinks a little bit since it's probably not circulated or cleaned regularly. Plenty of cheap parking nearby, so that's a plus too.

Beautiful place located on the Okanagan lake and the heart of Kelowna , Beautiful park with great trails. Amazing beaches in a couple locations for picking the right beach for some family fun in the sun. Many spots for picnicing and relaxing

Great area to spend a nice day. Good scenery, numerous eating places. Boat show was hosted by the yacht club this weekend, which was a chance to explore their newish building.

Very peaceful & serene vibes. Even if you are not a local & just passing by from highway. Getting a vibe of Kelowna through visiting this park is recommended

Nice tiny gardens in the middle of the city. You can bring your lunch and sit in the tranquil area. Good place to take photos.

Beautiful gated Japanese garden, tucked away in downtown, amidst the parking lot on one side, buildings on the other and a bus stop and an intersection right in front. One can reclaim ones sanity from the humdrums of day today life by just being here for a brief five / ten minutes before you go back to your daily business. It’s small but cathartic; has rockery, a bridge over the water, waterfalls ( man made) beautifully flowering plants, shrubs and trees- all tamed and planted in the famous Japanese style. Four stars because the water could be cleaner and more maintained however the set up does not fail to uplift you

Kasugai Gardens is a hidden gem in downtown Kelowna. This tranquil Japanese-style garden features koi ponds, stone lanterns, waterfalls, and lush greenery. Small but beautiful, it’s the perfect spot for a peaceful stroll, reflection, or a quiet break. Free entry, open seasonally.

A relaxing garden downtown close to city hall. It's a small japanese garden. If you like to escape from hum and buzz of the city, this is a perfect place to relax.

What a beautiful location right in the middle of the city! I am very jealous of those who get to enjoy their lunch breaks here. Happy we were able to see this on our trip:)

A peaceful little oasis right in the heart of the city. It’s the perfect spot to slow down, sit by the pond, watch the koi fish, and just let your mind wander. Quiet, calm, and beautifully maintained — a true hidden gem.

Very small Japanese garden that is well-maintained. We enjoyed our time here but I wouldn’t say it’s a must-see because of its size. Seems like a great place for city employees to relax and have lunch in (it’s behind a city building).

Must visit this beach!! I love it! Visited from Vancouver for the 5th time in years and have absolutely adored it as always. Perfect place for swimming, the water is absolutely clear, clean, no rocks in the water to hurt your feet, only sand, and the water only comes to your waist even if you go way, way beyond the shoreline (literally went to the middle and could still touch the bottom with my feet). Perfect atmosphere, sand is very nice, grass area, picnic tables etc I just love swimming here!

So fun for kids lots of shed and zipline ofcourse (2 different types) . You can wash your feet and they have washrooms (so clean) . Clean water for swimming and clean sand for kids can play.

One of the busiest beaches in Kelowna. Paid parking and dog-friendly on the paths and grass if leashed. Beautiful sunsets and upgraded facilities (seasonal use). If you're visiting town, it's a nice place to visit. There's restaurants and drinks nearby and it looks like they built a beach soccer field. Don't forget to pick up after your pups.

Beautiful place in the morning but crowds up quick on a summer afternoon. Half the park is beach and half the park is nice grass Feild with sports courts and fields. Dogs are permitted only on the paved walkway between the beach and the grass. Not very pet friendly. Great place to spend on a hot summer day, good views down the lake. Good shopping across the street if you forget any essentials.

Beautiful beach and park. Great jungle gym for kids with mini zipping, over sand and into the water. Rentable chairs with umbrella dor a 15$ charge for 4 hours. Nice bathrooms, juice vendor. The water goes out for ages, not deep. Gorgeous view, shoppers drugmart just up the street if you forget your sunscreen. I suggest getting to the beach early and get your spot 8:00 amish if you can it fills up quickly. Popular tourist spot.

It's perfect! There are a lot of things to do here. They offered different activities for kids and adults. They have kids park, small zip line, rental boats, paddles, etc. We can stay on the shade under the big trees sorrounding the whole area.The comfort room is clean, well, because we are quite early there, but it really gets crowded as the time passed by. But that's understandable we just need to distance ourselves to others.

Nice large beach minutes south of downtown Kelowna. Pay parking is available and a bit small but we always managed to get a space. Sanded or grassed areas to sit. Public washrooms, sand-rinsing taps, picnic tables are available. There is a concession shaped like an apple which sells chips, ice creams and drinks. Ample playground structures for kids to enjoy, including 2 ziplines - one over water and one over the sand. Water is shallow for a long distance in from the shoreline so good for young kids and non-swimmers. Really lovely, tidy and well-appointed beach.

My family and I had a great time exploring the park. There’s lots to see in the staff were super friendly. Some of the amenities could be worked on as as well as the cleanliness of the washrooms, I’m sure it’s a busy place but for the price they charge With concessions and entry, they should have people on duty making sure things are clean. It can get very hot there so I would recommend bringing something to keep you cool like an umbrella. Overall off on place to take company from out of town

It's a fun experience for the entire family. Being able to walk between the wallaroos and kangaroos is enchanting for all ages. The place is beautiful, lots of space for a picnic (although they do sell snacks and beverages). You really need to come during the low season and on a weekday. The place can get packed fast.

Came all the way here from Maple Ridge to see the kangeroos because it’s cheaper than flying to Australia. It was for my daughter’s birthday as she loves animals and especially kangeroos. We had a great time. The capybaras and the sugar glider were surprising fan-favourites. My kids (9, 10 & 16) all liked the rabbits and pigs too. We got bored around the two hour mark. The animals are pretty docile and pretty much just lie around. I hope they’re happy here. Although we can feed them they don’t really want to be fed (must be full). One pig had a tantrum at the end and got really loud. Coming here is something you must do once but probably would never come again. Some of the staff were great and others seemed a little harsh with kids. Prices are a little high but if it’s mostly going towards the animals’ care that’s fine.

I love kangaroo creek farm so much. I’ve been there many many times and I’ve never had a bad day there. They have local honey as well available for sale outside the grounds (also delicious). I love that you can interact with so many different species. They have capybara, kangaroos, bennetts wallabies, a Patagonian Mara, a porcupine, sugar gliders and more. I recently visited Kangaroo Creek Farm in Kelowna, and honestly, it’s such a fun and unique spot, especially if you have little kids. The farm gives you the chance to get up close with kangaroos, wallabies, capybaras, parrots, and even some exotic animals you don’t usually see in Canada. It’s hands-on, interactive, and way more personal than a traditional zoo experience. What makes it really special is how relaxed and welcoming the vibe is — the animals have space to roam, and you get the chance to feed and pet them at your own pace. The staff are super friendly too, always happy to answer questions and make sure the kids are having a great time. Tickets are about $20 per person, its about 1 hours trip. And they have shows at 11:30 and 1:30 every day i believe. I’d say it’s the kind of place where kids can learn, explore, and have fun all at once, and adults will definitely enjoy it too. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Kelowna, Kangaroo Creek Farm is definitely worth adding to your list — it’s one of those experiences you’ll remember for a long time.

A very lovely farm with lots of different animals to see! The kangaroos are super friendly and you can even pet them. It’s a perfect spot for a fun date or a family outing — very kid-friendly and relaxing overall.

We went to the Kangaroo Creek Farm in July and were so excited to see the animals. The farm was busy when we got there but parking was easy to find. It was a very hot day and we were worried the animals would be hiding or not around for us to see. Upon entering, we went to the capybara and sugar gliders. They were out, and although the heat made them lazy, we got to pet and hangout with them and even hold a sugar glider. The kids enjoyed the show we watched, which was quick and engaging. The bird exhibit was fun and they were all hanging out. The emu feeding was awesome and we enjoyed watching it interact with people. The kangaroos were pretty lazy and weren’t interested in eating our treats but we couldn’t blame them because it was +35. It was fun to see the babies and watch them be bottle fed. There was even a momma with one in its pouch, which was cool to see. The facilities were clean and we enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend to anyone going to Kelowna to check out the farm and hangout with the animals.

Had a great time with our distiller/bartender Kyle today at Okanagan Spirits. Had the opportunity to taste some great whiskey’s and my wife had a refreshing spring blossom. Always enjoy trying new local tastes when we travel and this little gem in Kelowna didn’t disappoint. If you enjoys Spirits I highly recommend a visit.

There are certain places that feel more discovered than visited. Tucked behind quiet doors and whispers of juniper and oak, Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery doesn’t shout. It doesn’t need to. It waits, like a well-dressed secret, ready to turn the afternoon into something worth writing about. You step in. There’s a knowing glint in the eye of the staff—equal parts alchemists, storytellers, and proud conspirators in the noble art of distillation. They bring you a whisky flight, and you nod with the quiet seriousness of a traveler who has read every chapter on Scotland and still wants more. But this? This is British Columbia at its most deliciously defiant. The Single Malt—ah, the Single Malt. It drinks like a fireside confession: soft smoke, a whisper of spice, a note of caramel that vanishes just as your mind tries to catch it. Perfection in a dram. Then came Absinthe—green, elusive, a touch dangerous. The tasting was like stepping into a Toulouse-Lautrec painting… and maybe out the other side. Herbaceous, layered, and far too civilized for its scandalous reputation. And yet, it was the unapologetic charm of their 1.75L BRBN Bourbon-Style Whisky that won my heart. A bottle so commanding it practically came with a front porch and a rocking chair. I didn’t resist. I couldn’t. My only wish? That their gift box selection was as abundant as their imagination. Because something this good should be easier to wrap up and give away—though you’ll never want to. Recommendation: One flight, one green fairy, and one oversized bottle of courage.

This place is awesome for gifts and to kill an hour with boozey fun tastings/cocktails! Derek was really knowledgeable and made me want to buy everything! Going back tomorrow with a friend for another tasting!

This place was just amazing. First off they had dog treats outside the door for our girls as we walked in. Then when we were in we were greeted by two amazing and friendly guys. We do a tasting and Troy was super awesome and very knowledgeable. The gins and whiskeys were great. My only disappointment was in myself that I haven’t been to them sooner. Definitely recommend. Will be the first stop for us next time we go back to Kelowna

We had an amazing experience tasting things and drinking cocktails. Riley was our bartender. His knowledge and personality made the whole experience even better!! Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys spirits and cocktails and fun.

Wow, wife just came back from BC and although she couldn’t find these in the store she had them shipped to me. Staff was nice enough to include a custom note, LOL. I’ve drank a lot of Bourbon in my life. More than I care to admit. I’ve also been to most of the distilleries in Tennessee and Kentucky. Today though I am beaming with Canadian Pride having tasted these two whiskies. Damn they are good. Really good. BRBN: Smooth, creamy. Slight smokiness. Los of caramel. Very easily my new daily drinker. BLK BRBN: for 52% ABV it’s very smooth. Sweet, Vanilla. Butterscotch. Oak. Just amazing. As good as or even better than any of the big hitters out of the US. I’m thinking Rabbit Hole, Angels Envy etc etc. You’ve really outdone yourself. Just amazing. Thank you so much.

This is such a great spot for walking and cycling. Our young kids did it no problem. Careful with the drive up the logging road, it is a bit rough. You can do as much or as little as you like, out and back. The bridges, tunnels, and interpretive signs are awesome. Views are fantastic.

Great trail for walking or biking. We chose the walk. The trail itself is much longer and you can choose how far you want to walk/ride. It took us 16 km in less than 4 hours, including a stop for a snack. There are two toilets and two storm shelters along the route. The road goes through a gorge, bridges and through the forest. It is good to have sunscreen and a baseball cap on a sunny day. Perfect flat trail for trip with children or pets

Visiting Myra Canyon was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Kelowna! The scenery is absolutely breathtaking — the views of the Okanagan Valley from the trestle bridges are something you really have to see in person. Photos don’t do it justice. I walked along part of the trail and was amazed at how well maintained it is. It’s wide, flat, and easy to navigate, so it’s perfect whether you’re biking or just taking a leisurely walk. The trestle bridges and tunnels are incredible to see up close, and there’s so much history behind them. I loved stopping to read the little info boards along the way — it gives you a sense of how much effort went into preserving this spot. What I appreciated most is that you don’t need to be an extreme hiker to enjoy it. The trail is very family-friendly and you can go at your own pace, whether you want to do the full stretch or just a portion. The air feels so fresh up there, and it’s so peaceful — a nice escape from the busy city. I’d recommend bringing some water, snacks, and of course your camera because you’ll want to capture those views. If you’re visiting Kelowna, this is definitely a must-do activity. It’s beautiful, relaxing, and has that perfect mix of nature and history. I’ll 100% be going back, maybe next time with a bike to cover more of the trail!

This trail is the most beautiful location I’ve ever biked (and I’ve done many!). The path is very well taken care of, making it accessible to all levels and the landscape is gorgeous. We went in October and the weather was perfect! It was 2C yet there were some paths covered in soft ice. It felt like a mix of all seasons in one a piece of heaven!

We bike a lot and this is one of the best bike trails we've ever done. Very scenic, mostly flat - easy for kids too. Would recommend doing this in fall - look at the colours and no crowds. There is a bike rental at the parking lot - not sure about the hours of operation. It's in a little higher altitude so get dressed for the weather (last time in Kelowna was 20 Celsius and up there only 14). Loved it! Biked on Oct 7, 2025

The Myra Canyon Trail is absolutely mesmerizing — stunning views, historic trestle bridges, and a unique outdoor experience. A must-do if you’re in Kelowna. The full trail is about 12 km one way (24 km round trip). It’s flat since it was built on old railway tracks, so biking is the most practical and popular option. Families and casual riders can complete it in about 40 minutes one way. Walking is possible, but keep in mind 24 km is a lot — most walkers choose a shorter section just to enjoy the bridges and views without committing to the entire length. Tips: Bike rentals are available in the parking, right at the trail entrance. Renting a bike is easy but book in advance, especially tandems (hard to get). Rentals start around $50; e-bikes are available. Opens at 9 AM and 1 PM; mornings are best as it gets busy. Bikes are geared and well-maintained. Washrooms available on the trail. About 23 km from Kelowna downtown; last 8 km is gravel road, winding and uphill, so drive carefully. Bottom line: Perfect for bikers, worth it even for walkers who just want to explore a few trestles and soak in the breathtaking canyon views.

Absolutely beautiful bike ride took us about 2 hours roundtrip. We parked at the Ruth station entrance to start at trestle 1. Lots of parking there since most people go to the other entrance however the drive up is quite something. Lots of sharp corners and gravel road not in the best condition but should be fine with most SUVs and pickups. The trail is stunning and super easy on bikes since it's so flat. Right after trestle 18 you get a beautiful view of Kelowna.

What a delightful experience! The staff were sooo great. We just loved them. We ended up arriving at a quiet time so accidentally had a game all to ourselves. The laser tag arena is very large! We were able to take our 4 year old, 6 year old and us two old folk and we had a blast running around trying to tag each other. Then it was off to the arcade for baby gambling ;). My kids loved the experience and we will definitely be back when we visit Kelowna again.

Great setup for kid’s parties. Our family has done several birthday parties and have gone to several at this location. They have upstairs available for opening presents and having food/beverage and cake of course. Just in time to let those sugar infused kids run and gun.

It is a good place 1m 14 and I went with NOYFSS the pop was nice same with there pizza and the games are some much fun when I went I spent my credits like in no time because I have a lite bit with NOYFSS

Good spot for kids. Ticket style arcade where kids can win tickets and buy stuff. There is food sold here. We ran a party here the staff is very friendly, accommodating and really helpful with running the games for the kids. Kids really enjoyed the lazer tag. Good break from the usual. Recommended

We had our 11 year old daughter's birthday party here. Staff were very helpful, friendly and quick. Pizza was good. Overall a fantastic birthday party experience! Highly recommend!

Overall was a great experience, I wanted to be challenged with the different difficulties they had for courses. Felt like a full body workout but in the most fun way! Had to mentally push myself through the fear, which I thought was cool :). Amazing views of the mountains and the valley, stopped a couple times during courses to take some pictures. Only rated it 4/5 because I thought the zipline part would be more than just 3 short lines. Learned then that this place is definitely obstacle course dominant. Would highly recommend for a good mental booster and workout :).

This was a great adventure park. Many different obstacles with stunning views to go with it. A great work out to go with it all.

I took my hiking buddy here on the 8th of August, (did this 6 years ago) we did a lot of adventures but this was another level of adventure for her, she had a blast. What I can recommend is bring gloves to protect your hands from blisters, there's a lot of obstacles, unfortunately 5 were closed cause the tree died but they did put more zip lining to enjoy. Staff were friendly and nice, we had a blast. We wil come back again next year. (From Alberta)

This was by far the best hidden gem no one told us but we just find out in Kelowna... everyone with kids MUST visit this place. I felt like the owner himself don't want to be a millionaire.. 😊no ads .. poor signage and roads.. hats off to the lovely staff..

We attended the Scare Walk for Halloween and let me tell you I have never been so scared in my life!!! It was the best Halloween experience I had, I actually felt like I was in a horror movie….and I don’t get scared easily! The props were great, the walk through the forest was long, and the live actors did a great job scaring the 💩 out of us!

This trail was terrifying! My friend and I screamed the whole way. The staff were incredibly helpful; besides scaring us, they were also very kind and gave us directions. The path was a bit dark, but perfect for Halloween. One of the staff members told us that this haunted park is the scariest in Kelowna. I totally agree! 😂 You definitely have to come here for a unique Halloween experience! 🎃

Came here for the scare park and it was a ton of fun! The trail took us about 45 mins to walk and had actors popping up to scare us! Even though it was pouring rain, it didn't take away from the adventure we were having. I do wish they had a bit more light in certain areas so we could see all the cool decorations and effects they had put in place, as flash wasn't permitted. Cool spot to check out this Halloween!

What a wonderful meal and location. We had three courses and a wonderful bottle of wine. We sat outside and were at first worried it would be a bit cold but the heaters were perfect and we were offered blankets also but didn’t need these! View was such a wonderful bonus and music and atmosphere was great. Food was absolutely amazing and our waitress Paige was just wonderful, she was so kind, friendly and attentive, making some wonderful choices/recommendations for us on the wine and dessert. We spoke at the table about how lovely she was! Thank you Paige and Quails gate for a fantastic evening!

We’re members and we came in for a tasting, yesterday. The tasting was lead by Amelia, and she was as outstanding! She had a bubbly and welcoming personality, she was super knowledgeable on her tasting notes and pairings and just delivered an all-in-all exceptional experience. Probably our favourite tasting we’ve had here yet. She also helped me find my new favourite red at the winery, the Queue!

We came from Ontario and had the most amazing wine tasting at Quails’ Gate! The views were stunning and the wines incredible — but Tory made the whole experience unforgettable. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made us feel so welcome. If you visit, ask for Tory — she’s an absolute gem!

I was on a road trip with my small dog, so I deliberately sought out this winery because I heard here is dog-friendly. I was so pleased that I was allowed to hold my dog while doing a tasting and purchasing wine. I had been informed that dogs needed to be held while inside the building, so I was prepared with a cross-body dog carrier bag, which made it perfectly manageable. The staff member who guided us through the tasting was incredibly friendly and professional. Their kindness was a wonderful bonus. I would love to visit again next time I'm not the designated driver!

We celebrated our one-year anniversary here and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The view was absolutely breathtaking; truly unforgettable. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and the wine paired beautifully with our meal. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Such a special place, and we’ll always remember our night here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a beautiful atmosphere!

Quails' Gate Restaurant was an absolutely fantastic experience with incredible food. We went for dinner one evening and returned for lunch another day, both meals were outstanding. The duck, in particular, was unbelievably flavorful and cooked to perfection. Everything we tried from the happy hour lunch menu was also delicious, the salad and beef tartare were personal favorites. The setting and location are also stunning. We’ll definitely be back in the future :)

Outstanding Okanagan gem. One of the oldest wineries in BC, truly exceptional. Neil our host for our anniversary tasting was fantastic and charming. His depth of wine knowledge was brilliant. Beautiful setting, grounds and of course wines. Stewart Family reserve Chardonnay was top notch.

The exhibits were very interesting! I spent about 45 minutes touring the three rooms, and spent a few minutes in the craft room at the end. I appreciated the small handout for the main exhibit, and the artist videos. There's an original art vending machine!

I appreciate their efforts in bringing a wide variety of artwork to Kelowna. I visit whenever possible, because entry is very reasonable! Small enough to finish a walkthrough in ~1 hr.

What a beautiful experience. My family was here for the viewing of sculptures made entirely of Lego by artist Ekow Nimako...Simply spectacular! We also just so happen to be there to see very impressive artwork by some very talented high school students. Small museum, great exhibits and very accommodating staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience 🙏🏽

This gallery (really a contemporary art museum) always has thought provoking, fun and unique exhibits. You may not like everything you see, but that's art! The current exhibition includes large-scale sculptures built only with black Legos, inspired by a 14th century sea voyage of 2000 ships from west Africa. It's definitely worth a visit.

It was a nice surprise to find out this Gallery, is small but good. The staff was amazing, so helpfully and nice.

I stopped in last week since the Kelowna Art Gallery is free on Thursdays and I was really excited to check it out. One exhibit was being redone, so keep that in mind if you visit. The artwork that was there was beautiful, but I was surprised by how small the gallery actually is. The building itself is large, but it seems like a lot of the space is taken up by offices rather than exhibits. Because of that, it felt a bit underwhelming, especially considering how many incredible artists there are in Canada. I couldn’t help but think the space could be used much more effectively. Honestly, I would have been disappointed if I had paid for admission, particularly since larger cities offer much bigger galleries and more variety. I used to live in a small town with a small art gallery, and even that space seemed to make better use of what it had. Overall, the pieces were lovely, but the gallery itself just felt like it could have offered so much more.

Kelowna City Park is an absolute gem! It's perfectly situated right on the lake, offering beautiful sandy beaches, a great playground for kids, and lots of green space for picnics. The walk along the water is fantastic, and it’s always clean and well-maintained. A perfect place to spend a sunny Okanagan afternoon!

Kelowna is a beautiful city filled with natural charm — there are plenty of parks, beaches, and outdoor activities to enjoy. Awesome park with a splash pad, kids play structure, skate park, beach and a on the water activity park. Change rooms and washroom are available. The only downside is trying to find a parking spot. Might have to park outside the park and walk.

Kelowna City Park is such a lovely spot! The park is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing day outdoors. The waterfront views are beautiful, and there are plenty of walking paths, picnic areas, and green spaces to enjoy. Great for families, friends, or just some quiet time in nature. Definitely a must-visit when in Kelowna!

Volley ball courts could be groomed more frequently but the beach is nice and the views are awesome.

Hey friends, H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre, funded by our taxes, is a massive letdown. On Mother’s Day yesterday, my friend filmed a selfie in a quiet corner, with no one behind her, not using a mirror. The gym was almost empty—I have a photo to prove it! Staff Jocelyn stopped her, claiming “Someone might pass by.” My friend instantly stopped filming and politely asked for the rules, but Jocelyn offered no clear policy, used offensive language, and threatened to kick her out and cancel her membership. A year ago I had a similar experience, my nearly 10-year-old daughter was stretching with me when a staff ordered us out, scaring her to tears with no comfort, even banning her from resting at the entrance. She’s too afraid to exercise now. We’ve stopped going to avoid threats. Kelowna taxpayers deserve better! Staff need training and clear rules.

Nice pool with different features/areas for kids and adults to use. We spent about 3 hours here in the lazy river, wave pool, and hot tub. I found the pools to be relatively clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. But, some pathways and floors were pretty dirty and either seemed to be overlooked. I'm glad that I wore flipflops to get from pool to pool as the corners of the steps looked like a film had grown over some areas. Additionally, the drinking fountain near the adults only hot tub at the top of the stairs had a brown film growing inside of it and was clogged. There were some pool toys for the kids, but many of them were busted and/or torn with a limited selection. The change rooms could use more private changing rooms and those private changing rooms could also have been a bit cleaner. The drop-in/payment at the counter was pretty lengthy and they didn't have many staff members working at the front to get people into the facility. We were second in line and still waited about 10 minutes before we could pay to enter. More of a 3.5/5 than a 4.

It’s pretty nice for a community pool but stars are knocked off because the change rooms are absolutely DISGUSTING. We were in and out of them over a course of a few hours and never saw anyone cleaning them. They honestly look like no one has cleaned them in a week. I’ve never seen so much hair on a floor in my life. Long black strands plugging all the drains. And gobs of spit!!! My kids, who normally don’t care about getting dirty, were totally grossed out. Also we went through a dollar in change before we found a locker that worked. Last complaint is the front admissions, which I saw other remarks about too: sooo sloooow. Not sure why it took 15 minutes for a few people to pay for a drop-in. Otherwise, the Flowrider is a unique thing my kids liked. Three slides (one was closed). Disappointed that you have to be 13 to jump off the higher diving board. Water was cold. I guess I wasn’t done complaining. I personally wouldn’t come back but my little kids probably would. Not my teen though. He was bored pretty fast.

Really nice water park with lots to do. Few things I didn't know and you should be aware of is that some activities close one hour before closing time, like big slides. Also you need your ID to go to the water park. We missed the slides because we didn't know that. You need to be 42" to use to slides.

It's a great facility and was not packed like usually,but it's still worth going 👍 can't wait till 65, soon then I get a discount Highly recommend as an activity,but sadly it's a bit pricey,so stay as long as you can. Get your money worth and do all the activities,so much fun packed under one roof . I go with my whole family,but not all at once 😎I take my grandkids they 💕 it

Mario is amazing… sadly had to cancel my membership just because it’s not the best location vs my new gym. But MARIO , he is the best person there 100%

Staff is friendly, place is huge and mostly crowded. They have many pools including kids pool, hot tub, family pool, wave surfing and gym. They offer swimming lessons as well but sometimes hot tub is closed, slides are closed, bit congested etc hence a bit disappointing but nevertheless worth visiting.

I'll keep my previous review below, but am increasing my rating in appreciation of the efforts done by their customer service to accomodate my situation and believing that they are honest in the effort to make future improvements. I must add that my experiences with the staff at both gyms were always positive, and that they have a frequent "refresh" policy for the walls, with an relatively regular (once a week usually) update of a section of the walls. I do prefer Gneiss to other options in town or even Vancouver. --- previous review below venting my disappointment with a particular point --- Before you sign up for a membership, read the fine print on how cancellations and freezes work. I tried to freeze mine mid-month, and was told that they only freeze and cancel at the end of the month. Well, my absence is now, not at the end of the month.

The staff and community make for an enjoyable experience. As a somewhat novice in rock climbing the words of encouragement offered by the staff and members inspired and challenged me. The Climbing themselves is tough but rewarding and always a pleasant experience.

High walls! Owners who care about the setting and community events! Great training space! Natural lighting! Pretty good coffee and you can shop around for all your climbing needs! More then that, Gneiss is a beautiful, welcoming space, that brings people together to problem solve, push their limits and connect with others.

We came a saturday morning, the sunny entrance and warm welcome from the staff give us a good mood! The space a really clean and the level are for every one, good for warm up and challenging try. It’s really a pleasure to climb there, we recommande !!

Not much top roping.. Around 3 parallel paths of top roping/auto belaying. And lots of bouldering. I came here twice around the beginning of January 2024. The staff were friendly, and the paths were fun! I am very thankful that Kelowna has a place like this. My favourite is Climb Base5 in Coquitlam. And also had a lot of fun in Kamloops. But, this one has lots of lighting and good music. I'll definitely be back for more when I get a chance!

Good amount of bouldering problems and sufficient climbing routes if you’re into top toping. Including two auto-belays. Family friendly atmosphere The weight training area and climbing specific training walls on the second floor is awesome. No need for Separate gym pass.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. It's a new gym so it's clean. The drop in rate and shoes rental is very reasonable I think it was around 30$ for both. They also have a gym upstairs if you want to have a full workout. They also have coffee which is delightful during the winter. Definitely recommend this place.

The city really needs to do a better job of cleaning their beaches. This is a main beach downtown Kelowna and the sand was full or garbage from cigarette butts to food waste. The bathrooms were generally clean. Considering they charge for parking, they should be combing the sand and cleaning designated areas for people. It was also u fortunate to see alot of people with theirs dogs off leash and not picking up after them.

It's great. Good sand, clear water (I could still see my feet and the sand with water up to my chest. There's a place to change, a water park, a grassy park, some semi-private bays and an open beach ⛱️. I recommend it.

This lovely waterfront park is adjacent to the downtown Marina. It is a beautiful place for a leisurely stroll or activities such as swimming, sunbathing, watersports, beach volleyball etc. We also saw an inflated floating playground on the lake for the kids. The park offers a wonderful view of Okanagan Lake. There are a number of restaurants offering a wide choice of cuisines within walking distance. All in all, a great place to spend an afternoon or evening or the entire day

It's a beautiful place to enjoy with the family, but there is always that guy who thinks that signs do not apply to him

Our favourite destination during the summer! This place has a great beach front that has decent access to washrooms, water fountain, basketball court, tennis court, water park, boardwalks, etc. There’s plenty of space even on a busy hot day. Parking can be tricky but if your patient it’s not impossible to get a spot. I highly recommend going here if you’re ever in Kelowna for a beach day!

Fantastic beach day spot , I really enjoyed that there was more adults than children at this section of the beach, It was a great for just laying down and tanning , people watching, there was beach volleyball I enjoyed watching people play, bathrooms were close. Green space and other activities near by which was great !

Nice place with arcades to play and also they were more games.My kids loved it. There is kids meal and soft ice cream. My chicken burger is ok. I want a plain one, it was written on the receipt but they still put pickles in it. So 4 star from for being inattentive.

The Caesar drink was the bare minimum but I thought they would be better, it was very watered down. The chicken wings fell off the bone but were so dry they were hard to eat. The Caesar salad wasn’t a Caesar at all, with random soggy apples and brussels sprouts tossed in and no real Caesar dressing flavor. Caesar salad should have a Caesar salad dressing and not chipotle. The bao buns were hands down the worst I’ve ever had the mustard seeds, crusty pork belly, and odd seasoning combo were pretty bad couldn’t even finish it. This place seriously needs to rethink its recipes. I promise I don’t always leave bad reviews but food was bad. Service was great though and clean big bathrooms.

When we arrived, we were looking forward to some great beer and classic pub fare, but we were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere and service truly blew us away! We found the staff incredibly pleasant, the lounge seating was super comfortable, and the menu? Absolutely outstanding. We highly recommend the pizzas, truffle fries, and fish tacos, and the Southern chicken is an absolute must-try.

We had the best time at BNA Brewing Kelowna. Josh was our server and made us feel very special and really elevated the entire experience. Food and atmosphere were great. We would definitely go back. .

Huge place. 2 floors. Bowling bocce and arcade games upstairs. Also upstairs is a speakeasy which was pretty cool. Service was great. Got the Wagyu beef dip and was not disappointed. Good list of beers and drinks. Seems like an awesome place for a big party.

We had a spectacular experience at BNA while visiting from Vancouver. We started off with the Monday night bowling special during happy hour and had a blast! Service was quick, the atmosphere was fun vibes, and the truffle fries were bomb! We then moved down to the restaurant for dinner where our great experience continued. The food and drinks were delicious and felt we got amazing quality for the value. Everyone in the group raved about their meals, the guava sour was an absolute hit, and I highly recommend the fried chicken dinner - it was divine! Overall, fantastic spot for a fun night out with friends.

Recommended this place by someone we met in Banff and all 4 us us had great meals. Staff were great. Try the wagyu beef dip .. so good.

Such a beautiful place. I don't live here but my mother does so I visit frequently I have always wanted to go so we finally did. It's the only fully indigenous winery in all of Canada, and not just wine there are some indigenous crafts for sale as well. The staff were friendly, the place was beautiful. I saw another low rating for not getting to taste a certain wine because it's not open, anyways it's not Baskin Robbins. If you want something very specific maybe purchase it? They give 5 wines for $5 unless you buy something or eat at the restaurant it's free. Wine spoils after opening so it makes sense that they rotate their flavours. We had our 5 and they allowed us a bonus taste of another I was interested in. But as I was going to purchase it and they happened to have an open bottle they allowed a taste. Janice helped us at the tasting table and was super kind and knowledgeable. She also loves what she's doing which makes the experience so much better. She talks with so much pride about the owners and the wines they produce. I will be recommending this winery to everyone and anyone who is coming through.

Great tasting experience! The tasting was super interesting and informative, we really enjoyed hearing the stories behind the various labels on the wines. They allow dogs on their patio. There is an amazing view! Also - they provided our designated driver with a free sparking apple cider which was so thoughtful!

Beautiful building and view, truly an excellent environment to relax and enjoy your wine. And the wine itself was excellent, whites and red alike. The staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, and for kids they serve complimentary sparkling juice to keep the little ones involved. 5/5, absolutely would recommend.

First stop on our wine tour and started out with a bang. The wines were all delicious but our favourites were the Ho-We-Nam Ho-We-Nam and the 2019 Petit Verdot. The view is also spectacular

This place should be the first and last stop on your list. Swing by for lunch then come back for dinner! We were at a lot of wineries, and this place had food to rival Michelin star restaurants. Andrea's desserts are the best!

Simply amazing. The venue, food, wine and service. I love the indigenous influence. It makes it such a unique and special place. Highly recommend a visit and dinner here. It is such great value for your money. If you get a chance, go downstairs to the Red Fox Club for dinner. You would pay double the price for a dinner at another winery, that is just as good here. If you can ask for Marissa to be your server, you will be well taken care of. She is phenomenal. Would highly recommend the following: - Pinot noir - Chardonnay

Bear Creek Provincial Park in west Kelowna, BC is has beautiful hiking trails for scenic views of Okanagan Lake. The hike is tough though and steep and it can be pretty rough on a smoking hot day, like when our family did it. There are shaded areas deeper into the forest though, but take lots of water on a hot day. There is a lovely creek with cold, clear water and great views of Okanagan lake from the top. A big canyon cuts through the mountains as well. The park has campgrounds and sand beaches. A nice place to hike and enjoy nature. We also saw a huge, eagles nest in a tree and there are some areas burnt from forest fires.

We’ve been a few times and really like this campground. It has a beautiful beach and nice open field area. Last years trip was cancelled due to the fire. I just took a quick look at the hiking trails in my recent trip to Kelowna. Unfortunately, that side of the park was closed and presumably burned out. The photos are from the road. It was such a nice hike.

Good. Bathrooms and showers and sites were clean and taken care of. They drove around in golf carts. Bad There is no trail as noted on the map. The bushes are all overgrown. Barely any beach. No dog beach. Bird poop on the beach. There were people hogging the beach by leaving all their chairs, etc. there the whole week .

Very decent hike for the mediocre hiker. I enjoyed the mixed of stairs and the slopes. I would not recommend with little kids as there is very steep trails are there. I enjoyed a lot being first time on this trail. I would also recommend going with hike buddy to support each other in case of emergencies.

Great hiking trail, it is quite the climb to start, but nothing too bad. Once you get to the creek there are spots to go in and chill out, once you're you're ready to keep going you'll cross a bridge over the creek and from that point on there is no more water so I'd recommend soaking your shirt before you cross the bridge since the rest of the hike you're pretty exposed to the sun.

A diamond in the rough just off Westlake road in west Kelowna . . This provincial park delivers at all levels. Great clean sandy beach , well maintained. Large and small RV spots along with great tenting spots . Great spot for a day trip as well for all your lake needs, paddle boarding, kayaking. Swimming etc Staff are super courteous and helpful . Check it out 🤙

This is not for the camping area, this is for the hiking trail across the road! Nice workout to start whether you do the stairs along the path to the right (approx. 147 of them) or if you head up the path to the left. Trail is a circle, with side paths to get you to view points and down to the water. The viewpoints on the north side of the canyon are better to see the waterfalls. Nice views of downtown Kelowna, the bridge and the lake from a bench on the south side of the canyon. In winter wear ice grips for traction, the far end of the canyon is shaded and can be very icy. Parking is available at the base and can be busy in the summer. There is toilet near the parking. Parking is closed off in the winter but you can park on the road on the lake side, just be mindful of the no parking signs and avoid that area. If you are unsteady on your feet or have difficulty walking, be careful as there is loose rock and gravel throughout and a couple sets of awkward stairs. This trail is an easy walk, up the stairs or up the hill will get your heart pumping but the rest is fairly flat.

Great place. Lots of trails . Beautiful clean peaceful creek lots of trees. Benches, picnic tables. Great playground for kids. Washroom. Lots of parking. We took the turtle pond trail. Partial shady path. Nice walk to the pond about 10-15 minutes.

Love coming here with the kids. Great for if they need to burn off energy at the park or even going for a long hike through the Greenway and trails is relaxing. You can also see some really cool wildlife if you aren't too loud

Congratulation goes again to the city of Kelowna in maintaining intake this unique gigantic park. Trails with no end and a little pound deep inside the forest where painted turtles sun bathe. Play area for kids and amenities by the large parking lot with plenty of reserved stalls for people with disability. It is stunning. It flows well where people come to get fit and play

Awesome short hike with the fresh snow this morning. Definitely needed spikes as many icy areas. Beautiful kids fishing pond and easy to loop around the park with only a few small hills.

The park is filled with walking and pedal biking trails. Plus it has a magnificent play area for kids. There are a few picnic tables and benches here and there to have a picnic, to sit and people watch, there is a lot of dog walking. A little hike and you can reach the turtle & frog pond. There is swings, and a rope climbing structure for the bigger kids to climb. The is a river that runs threw the park for the salmon run and we’re the salmon lay there eggs. The washrooms are very clean and maintained. It really is a beautiful park.

Nice park with decent swings for kids ranging from the age of 3 years to 12 years. There is a flat walking trail there that is really good and can be rated as a beginner level hike( very easy and wide trail where you can ride the strollers with small kids). This spot is in the middle of 14 kilometre trail, so you can park you car here and walk either east or west to reach the start or end of the trail.

Well kept park and trail. Great for walking, running or biking. Once you get out of the more child friendly area and up towards Hollywood South and the bike skills park, there isn't much shade. Bring a hat. Purple still pan for gold along the river.

Tantalus was our sole wine stop during our Okanagan visit, and it didn’t disappoint. The tasting room and surrounding views are absolutely stunning. Our host was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the wines and the vineyard’s story. We left with some great bottles and a memorable experience.

We were guided by a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable lady through an excellent wine tasting experience. The setting was beautiful, and the wines were of very high quality. She even let us try two additional wines that were not on the tasting list. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We purchased a case of wine. We will definitely come again.

I have to say, this might have been our best experience in Okanagan. My wife and I visited the winery in June 2025. We weren't familiar with the brand so everything was new. We sat outside, facing the vineyards. On each table, they have a map showing which grapes grow in wich plot/area, it helps understanding a bit better the location. Our sommelier was phenomenal, his knowledge was above all others we talked to. I even had a silky question about the cork and he knew the answer! My greatest surprise was the riesling they served us as I'm usually not a big fan. 10/10 recommend!

Situated high above Lake Okanagon, the winery has stunning views of the vineyards, the lake and surrounding hill. The tasting area has wonderful views, as does the balcony. We had a reserve tasting, guided by Tatiana, was was wonderful. I made a great guess based on her name and accent that she was from Russia, and indeed her birthplace was in Siberia. She was delightful, and her accent was reminiscent of Tatiana Maslamy's Russian orphan in Orphan Black. I digress, we tasted two Rieslings - one a second press which was light and offset, and then the first press from the same harvest the old vines Riesling 2022which was wonderful - fresh, high acidity. We bought 2 bottles of the latter and one of the former. We also tasted a Pinot noir and a Cabernet franc (from grapes in South Okanagan) both of which were nice and easy drinking. Special kudos to the staff - we arrived late for our tasting, and they stayed open for a half hour beyond closing time to accommodate us and a few other late arrivals.

Knowledgeable staff and very comfortable seating options. Reisling and Pinot Noir were world class. Native Canadian art is on display and on the wine labels.

Nice view of the vineyard and the lake! We like the quiet ambience. Your choice to seat in the patio or the a/c room.

This winery is truly a gem. We chanced upon this one amongst the many that are available. We also chose to do one of their tasting which cost $15 per pax (you get $5 off if you make a purchase). The tasting was great. We were seated at the balcony overlooking the vineyards and were served each tasting slowly with lots of explanation. We enjoyed the stories behind each wine served. And the wines were light and drinkable.

I visited this museum using the Canoo app, expecting it to be free — but the entry was $8. The museum is very small and the entire visit takes only a short time. Parking is paid and extremely difficult to find, especially on holidays. Even though there were only about five people inside, the parking lot was completely full. Honestly, if I hadn’t gotten it for free, I wouldn’t have felt it was worth it. The exhibits are limited and not very engaging for adults. It might be more appealing to kids, but not something I’d return to. Overall, not a must-visit — just okay if you’re nearby and it’s free.

the lady at the front was really nice. i thought the little creatures (the taxidermy animals) were super epic sauce. 9/10 it was cool wish the dinosaur exhibit had more things to look at. i would go again.

I recommend this place to bring your family for exploring history behind the formation of Okanagan Valley. Well, They have ancient windows of few retail stores and house at display, all are presenting in a great way. But, I was little shocked to see those birds and animals being used to display as a showpiece.

The most comprehensive museum for everything about the Okanagan's history and environment. Great variety of exhibits from different cultures and locations, spanning thousands of years. An absolute must visit. Give yourself at least 1.5 hours to see everything.

Having visited many large and well curated museums around the world, I found this to be a mighty little gem in Kelowna. Interesting artifacts. There's even a stuffed grizzly bear! On a more sombre note, the acknowledgement of both indigenous reconciliation and the history of racial displacement in Kelowna and the Okanagan (an important part of its history) was front and centre and something I wholly appreciated. I happened to make it in time for the travelling exhibit on the Japanese dispossession during and after World War II. It was a sobering, but much needed storytelling of the Japanese-Canadian experience (especially from the coast/lower mainland) throughout and past internment because of the war. A great little museum and worth a visit. I spent 2.5 hours on both the main and special exhibits (but I read every single placard in the museum). You probably only need 45 minutes to an hour if you just look at the artifacts and skim the placards.

Very well done museum, featuring many areas of the natural world, history, indigenous matters, local culture and industries. Great panoramic photos comparing 1912 to present day. (Reduced opening days in the off-season.)

Good local museum. Lots of indigenous information and perspective. Large reproductions of indigenous and settler buildings. Tonnes of artifacts and interactive pieces (not currently accessible for health safety reasons). Temporary Bat exhibit was very educational. Good physical distancing and mask use.

Great park in the summer! The water park is fun for the family and has a staff member during open hours to help implement safety rules! There are change rooms and also separate washrooms. Large open field for sports, BBQs are allowed with a few picnic tables. Good skatepark with a large bowl, stairs, rails, water fountain. Lots of shaded areas along a paved walkway that goes around the whole park! Inclosed arena area for hockey or basketball. There's a playground..parking area. There's even a small concession that you can purchase drinks, ice cream, chips, fries..etc.

A wonderful place to relax and have a picnic and if you have kids they can play at the kids park! There's a skateboard park here as well. If you are up for playin basketball then its available too 😇

Ben Lee has something for everyone! There's the large skatepark for those skaters, scooter riders and bmxers. There's plenty of open field for frisbee, soccer, lounging and running around. There's a great hockey area! Their splash park is great for all ages! We spent the whole day there, and will gladly return for many more picnic days here!

My family and I enjoy this park, especially in the hot weather! Kids have a lot of fun playing in the water park, then spend time playing on the playground to dry before going home. The area is always tidy and has a very open and fun atmosphere! 😁👍

The place is really awesome to hang out with the kids lots of stuff to do really great things for the kids. And the play structure is great .The only concern is this green structure I saw a few kids almost got stuck, swinging, almost hitting the legs,to me. It is a little bit dangerous. my opinion this should be removed or the Park should find a better solution for safety

Decent park with plenty of room. Activities for kids like a decent water park, swings and adventure playground. Green grass and trees. Reasonably friendly people. Some stuff like occasional drugs or passing homeless maybe a few questionable characters. Usually nice people around though. Change rooms rest rooms. Maybe a concession on occasion. Easy access. Worth a visit

It’s an excellent place to spend the afternoon, swim a little, go for a run or just pass the afternoon chilling with anyone, it’s pet friendly so bring your furry friend to have a good time

Nice and lovely park in both summer and winter. They have several music events happen in the summer and in the winter they have opening ring for skaters (albeit quite small and is crowded with kids and family). At night, all the lights will be turned on so it’s quite a beautiful site.

There is always a nice view of the marina and lake from this park. Cool spot to grab some gelato and hang out. In the winter it is fun to skate on the rink here. Just walked by on a summer evening and enjoyed watching the dance night that the City of Kelowna was hosting.

Steep, fairly challenging trail. Technically closed for maintenance. A small amount of rock scrambling/climbing involved. Absolutely beautiful, refreshing and worth it. Best to go mid day for sun exposure in the canyon.

Crawford Falls is a hidden gem for anyone who enjoys a short but adventurous hike. The trail is about 2 km round trip and takes you down into a canyon along Bellevue Creek. There are two waterfalls here — the lower one is smaller, and the upper one is taller and more dramatic. The path is steep in sections, with ropes and railings to help, so sturdy shoes are a must. Parking is available near the trailhead, but it’s limited and can get busy on weekends. No restrooms or facilities, so plan ahead. It’s not the easiest hike, but the reward of standing at the base of the falls makes it worth the effort

Amazing! However it is closed due to low maintenance. Therefore it is not maintained the trail is steep. It does have a few spots you need to be VERY careful. Expierenced hikers only & because it is not maintained it takes a bit longer to hike. If you have small children I would NOT recommend this trail or hike. 7+ and like I said NOT MAINTAINED so use at your own risk. It is gorgeous and allot of fun 😁

Sadly wasn’t able to get down to the falls due to the snow. The stairs down to the falls are closed so you have to off road it down steep unmanned mountain edge. It’s definitely doable but wear good hiking boots but wouldn’t recommend going with young kids. Was able to stand at the top of the second falls but couldn’t see any viable route to get down. Beautiful views of the mountains though so would still recommend parking up.

I went to Crawford Falls in a Monday. Sadly most of the walls where closed and normally you couldn’t even reach a place where you can see the falls good. But I went down anyway and got a nice view and a good feeling for the power of the water that is running down there. At the moment (mid may) it was a lot of water coming from the mountains.

10 out of 10 would recommend! This hike I pretty tough but my 11 year old son was able to do with me. It gets pretty steep but it is a short hike to the falls. Definitely wear hiking boots or really good trail shoes

The trail is technically closed, but can be easily accessed by sidestepping the wooden fence on the left side. Wear appropriate footwear, as some portions of the trail can be difficult to negotiate at times. The top of the falls can be reached via a steep walking path or by climbing the rocks to the left of the waterfall, although there is a posting stating not to do so

Lovely hike. You can make it 3 plus hours by going all the way down and back

Very Dissapointed that it is a COLD SPRING ! I was excited for a hot spring , the walk itself is narrow and rocky , a tad bit boring as it is only a 1 way trail , no loops , you have to come back the same way you came , which can be daunting as some days you feel like doing a 45 min hike , but its discouraging to have to walk 45 min back the same way ! Boring ! not much to see other than lotsa Spray paint, creek crossings , old cars and junk .

Great hike, the stone village that you see part way along the trail is very cool!

Went there for sunset until late evening and it was peaceful. We enjoyed a quiet picnic by the waters along the benches and watched people walk by with their dogs. Live music in the background by a local bar was a pleasant bonus and the ambience itself was just memorable. Clean and spacious with well maintained washrooms.

One of the free , pretty and clean beach in Kelowna just along the road. This place is clean and nice , people are also nice and the water is good to swim at There is a nearby dock that you can see seaplane landing. Good for kids to play on the playground and water. There is also a rental place for water equipment and activity..

Grass and sand. Paddle board rental shop. Medium sized beach park. Easy access. Several picnic tables and benches. Kite surfing is popular here.

We came to this park by accident but actually it was a great choice. We rent the paddle boat here for $25/hour which allows 2 adults and 2 kids on board. It won’t allow you to go too far on the lake though. There’re lots of shades and this park is not too busy.

I live right beside this beach and it awedome:) Great for kids with a playground at one end of the beach. The water stays shallow fairly far out and there's always a tacho bender there that has cherittos or however you spell it lol. You can also rent water bikes and peddle boat, paddle boards.

Everything you need. Sand. Swimmable water. Bathrooms and change rooms. Grass. Playground. Parking. Loss of 1 star goes to the water needs tk be cleaned up. Both natural and people garbage floating around. And, parking is an issue during busy times.y husband dropped us off and left. There was parking around 6pm as people were leaving.

Very great beach to enjoy the sun, the water, and the beauty of the Okanagan! I usually come down to this beach at least one day a week and enjoy the sunset set over beautiful Okanagan lake. This is a great beach because it’s family friendly and also close to restaurants/stores! Definitely check this beach out if you’re in town!

Adventurous, exciting and lots of fun, must do when in Kelowna! $100 per person sharing on twin basis, nice crew, boys did shoot few videos for us! Since it was only 2 of us on the boat, they did skimp on boat ride time, but good experience in all!

We just went this morning! I was nervous since it rained all night. I was so nervous to go up, I don’t like heights but I wasn’t about to be the only person who missed out and I’m so glad I went. In my mind I was expecting a fast release. Something that would turn my stomach but it was so controlled and gradual you barely felt like you were moving. It wasn’t even scary when I got up there. The crew were awesome. And the photos were awesome! I highly recommend doing it, I am someone who likes my feet on solid ground and even I had a blast!

I've done parasailing before with my spouse, and we had a great experience. We decided to come back and bring our kids, as a end of the summer surprise. The staff were efficient, personable, and made everyone feel safe. We were able to obtain professional photos for an additional fee, and I'm glad we did. They were exceptionally happy to get the "smiley face" one too! We will be back again :)

Had a blast doing this!! The staff at the registration desk were very kind. Sebastian and Brinley on the boat were competent and made us feel very safe. They even take photos of you that you can purchase afterwards.

We have never been 10 pin bowling before, especially where you can have some adult beverages. It felt comfortable here. It was such a fun time, we really enjoyed it. If you haven't checked this place out, well, it's time you did. Can't wait to have a repeat experience. Great staff, super friendly staff that deliver a great service.

New review which is a rant sorry to report... Apr 28/25... Finally a rant from me and sorry...(I dislike ranting!), big time. Rant to McCurdy Bowling and Freddy's for not having the best of service! YRS IN THE MAKING to report this! One guy there at Freddy's is amazing (main manager I think) but so many of the mid life lady servers are just so grumpy and non engaging! At the bowling side of things, well today I called 3 times in good time and before dinner time to try and use my credit and to do that I cannot book online and which they say is the only way now. My cc would be charged again. I paid awhile ago and then had to cancel on my staff not being able to make it and was offered a credit. I have a print out as proof. 1st call...got their voicemail, left a nice voicemail with yes phone number too. 2nd call...called again about 30 mins later to try and be proactive and got run around again by prompts and this time hung up. 3rd call...I left a voicemail with the bowling manager for bowling events and no call back all rest of day! PAINFUL! The worst. Who is in charge?, and hope they see this. Was trying to book for this Wed and today is Mon. Review below was from my last time... McCurdy Bowling is still a good bowling alley to attend overall BUT the place can easily be a much more lively place if they just play some better music finally! I have been saying this for so many years now by some posts over time and some reviews at times and I really do think and believe that they do not care on opinions is thing! A shame really! I even wrote them a couple times on it! For the 2.5 hrs there tonight, only 4 songs were lively and any good on energy and one of which was the only classic rock song played that whole entire time we were there...Motely Crue! Believe it or NOT I bowled a strike and a spare in sequence during that song! NO KIDDING! What does that say???! Good songs and good energy matters!!! COME ON! The good... -clean -following good protocols for safety -friendly staff but they just play the music they want to hear! -the Sunday special is a good price at $20 -beers were quite reasonable at $5.50! The bad... -the music is still so bad as they need to play for all who are there like us 40/50 yr olds too, not just teenagers! Teenagers do not typically order any/much food and cannot have beer of course so they do not bring in much $! -a jug of pop is now $8! I could not believe it when I looked at the bill to make sure. Honestly it was just $4 then $5 not that long ago! Now a big money grab! We have taken the grandkids here a few times and the staff have been great. We have a couple young twin boys who want to bowl themselves..lol..so the staff have been very patient and helpful. We of course will go again. They also serve food and drinks..

We had fun in the Rage Room! Thought we could use our own music but it didn’t matter really because the guy working the desk is super into his job and already had a super angry playlist ready to go! I’d recommend taking their deal of paying $35 to fill your own bin full of breakables! Literally more BANG for your buck! Will go again!

Axe Monkeys in Kelowna is permanently closed, confirmed with Edmonton today June 2, 2025. Sad to hear, truly enjoyed my experiences there and was saving a bunch of glass for the rage room. Hope this helps with some of the miss communication going around online.

Came here to take some clients out for a Christmas event, to which I found out hadn't actually been booked properly. They ended up squeezing us in anyways! All the clients loved it, myself included. The staff was very knowledgable and gave us a safety lesson before letting us have at it for an hour. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to impress clients with a good time!

Myself, my boyfriend, and 3 friends went here for the rage room for my birthday. The lady who was CRUSHING it working by herself was so kind, lovely, and had such a positive attitude and energy. She was kind enough to “gift” me an extra item on the house for my birthday, and even tied the piñata we brought to the axe throwing target and taught me how to throw it to break it. She was so fun and really made it a celebration. Would highly recommend!

We booked 6 people for a group and it was so much fun!! Andy walked us through the safety instructions in detail, he worked with us to understand 3 different throws. Then we got to be able throw axes. When we missed or made mistakes, Andy continued to assist so we could only get better. After 1 hour we were all landing the axe throws more than half of the time and laughing and having a great time doing it.

Sooo much fun! I highly recommend trying axe monkeys at least once. You can play frames similar to bowling or work on your truck shots. There are a lot of different styles of axes, knives, and even spears!

We had a shaky start but ended with "we'll be back" thank you for an incredible experience. The rage room is my fave. I will be back, with a better attitude ✌️😊

We had a bachelor party here and had a blast! The layout of the track was not the most challenging and could use a little bit of finessing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we were a big group. We also tested out the axe throwing which is a must try because there were so many games to choose from as well. This place would definitely improve if there were more than just vending machines for drinks and snacks. I might come back again if they expanded their business a bit.

Excellent new electric go cart. Online booking, smooth operations, staff excellent, cars in great shape. 8 minute rides can do about 11,12 laps. Best gokarts we have been to...

The karts are fast, but the track layout... Is an interesting choice. You never go full speed. And they don't use the blue flag enough, was stuck behind a younger kid in a much slower kart for half of it. But the karts are fun.

Did a three race day with some friends and it was awesome, the karting facility is top tier and the karts are very nice. The racing here is a great team building activity and is great for all ages. I definitely recommend go karting here!

Karts are actually fast enough you can't go full throttle through the whole course. Some driver skill required for the fastest lap times.

oh my gosh the absolute most fun you can with your clothes on, the staff is amazing and the karting was fun but the virtual reality was unreal. i would always highly recommend this for everything. i took my staff here for our end of season party. this was so much fun 😁 😂 😀

I would not recommend this place if you have experience racing at other karting tracks. They remotely control the power available to your kart, and they do not tell you this beforehand. Their approach is that if they think you are a “good driver,” they increase the power, but if you start sliding too much or hit a barrier after that sudden increase, they immediately cut it back down. This constant fluctuation completely throws off your braking references and ruins the flow of driving. If someone is genuinely driving recklessly, the staff should simply stop them rather than ruining the experience for everyone with inconsistent power delivery. Safety features are important, but here it feels excessive. My girlfriend and I were the only two people on track, and yet whenever we got close to passing each other, they would remotely slow us down so the pass was “safe.” It was unnecessary and honestly took all the fun out of it. Another issue is that their karts are not bug enough for taller drivers like myself, something that is not mentioned anywhere before booking. Overall, if you are looking for a casual, very controlled outing then this place might work. But if you want to push yourself, enjoy real racing, and have a consistent driving experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this track.

We found this place rather interesting as they make honey wines/mead. We could not resist trying their wine tasting which cost $10 per person. The tasting was done in front of little huts. We got to try a mix of sparkling and still wines. We preferred the still wines. After the tasting, we went to the bistro for brunch and ordered the charcuterie board for 2 and a flight of still wine. Both were great and paired very well. We ended the morning with a little shopping at their local shop which sold many of their own produce as well as produce from around the local region. It was such a nice way to spend the morning.

We came for the Sunflower Sip N' Savour event, what incredible value! You are greeted with cocktails, enjoy a self guided tour(around 20 minutes). After that, you enjoy a charcuterie mix, and your choice of still or sparkling mead. Following this, you get to do a honey flight, and are given a gift(may vary). Overall an insanely good value, fantastic and helpful staff and high quality mead! Definitely worth checking out

This place is amazing! All of the staff (and the owner) are super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about bees. I love that they offer so many different activities and experiences on their website — it was honestly hard to choose. We decided on the Secret Life of Bees tour, which included a bee farm tour, honey wine tasting, honey tasting, and lunch. We went on a Monday in mid-September, so it wasn’t busy at first, but by the time we were finishing more people had arrived. And I completely understand why — the experience was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The lunch menu isn’t huge, but everything they can make from their own garden, they do. We really enjoyed the small charcuterie plate we purchased separately — the smoked Gouda cheese was amazing, and their jams were delicious. They serve a lot of bread with it; personally, I’d recommend serving it fresh instead of oven-dried, because the fresh bread we got with our tomato soup was perfect. They also added honey butter to the bread, which was new for us and tasted great. You can even see in the photos how generous they are with bread 😹. We didn’t really touch the peaches and brie focaccia, but it was so thoughtful that the staff offered to remove peaches from half for my husband, who doesn’t like them (even though the focaccia is premade). That kind of flexibility and care really stood out. Their gift shop is also fantastic. I’d been wanting to try Honey in Hives for a long time and finally did — it didn’t disappoint. During the honey tasting, my favorite was the chili chipotle honey (we bought a jar, and it’s amazing with chicken tenders). They also sell fun honey sticks in 8 infused flavors (not made in-house but still interesting to try). Plus, you can purchase any of the honeys from the tasting in small glass jars, and they sell their honey wines too. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kelowna for at least a few days. It’s a unique, friendly, and delicious experience you won’t regret!

Meadow Vista is such a great stop! We were driving through the area and decided to stop for a mead tasting and we are so glad we did! All of the tastings were super good and our host was so friendly and excited/knowledgeable about mead and how their wine and other beverages are made. The property is also a cute great spot for a snack at their bistro and playing some yard games! There is also an awesome selection of honey products in the store which is definitely worth checking out!

Cool place. A bit pricey. Would skip the wines. Not a honey wine person. But the honey itself here is the best in the province.

What a lovely place to visit. We booked the BUZZ and Bites package which includes a wine tasting and a lovely lunch along with an opportunity to explore. The tasting was fun, and loved learning more about honey wines. The lunch, was amazing, we had a large charcuterie board which was beautiful and delicious. Certainly a must do if you are in the Kelowna area.

We did a tasting. They explained the winemaking process well. The shop is small and nice, with a really nice patio. The wines were really good. I will definitely be back.

Such a fun place! We have hosted two parties here, a laser tag party and a paintball party. Both went really well. The owners are really kind and the staff is very helpful. A lot of thought and planning has gone into this facility. They've got three large paintball fields and two laser tag fields. They have many covered tents for parties. Great spot! Great facility. Fantastic place to run around and shoot your friends. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They explain the rules snd safety measure really well. The environment is very fun with multiple maps of different kind. They provide every piece of gear you'd need and always help you with any issues you're having. Overall, this is a great place to unwind and have some fun with your buds.

Loved it! This was the first time playing paintball for our family of four. Adam was amazing and had us sorted, safe, and having a blast within ten minutes of arriving. Great family memories. We will be back.

We had a combined 12th Birthday Party here this past weekend. We booked for 12:00 noon and prepaid in advance (yah for 10% discount!). We had a total of 8 boys and check in took less than 2 minutes. The boys were in their gear within 5 miutes and watching the safety video. Adam then took the boys off to their first game for more instruction while the Moms got everything settled in our private tent. I can not say enough good things about Adam!! It was a crazy day but he checked in on the boys and the Moms often!! Any gun / paint ball issues were taken care of immediately so no down the for the boys!! This was year 2 for hosting my son's birthday here and we will deffinetly be back! We spent a total of 4 hours and all boys were very tired when we left.

We had a blast doing the archery course! It's a bit tricky learning to shoot with foam butts at the end of the arrows, but they give you time to practice beforehand.

We booked Safari Ridge for a corporate event: they were friendly, professional, and also gave us enough autonomy to just have fun on the field... *ahem* I mean, as much fun as you can have getting pelted by your co-workers by a ball traveling 250 feet per second. The fields are big and spacious, there were about 8-9 fields, all well kept and safe. Our team had a really great time and we'd definitely do it again! Edit: year two for our corporate function, another huge success. The team here is great, prompt, and made it pretty zip to get up and running marking each other up.

Brought a group of our 7-10 year old hockey kids and they absolutely loved it. Haven't stopped talking about it for the last 2 days. Great staff, great maps and great value! Highly recommended. We will do it again for sure. Joan took some great photos of the kids in action as well which was awesome!

Great little hike in the city. You can bike on the trail. It’s a nice hike by the mission creek. Probably around 1.5 h to go to the very end of the trail. I think end of the trail was closed due to flooding in the past. People on the trail were saying they saw some bears, so keep your eyes open 😊

I am unfortunately not from Kelowna however wish I was. Great effort has very apparently been made to make every corners of the city enjoyable (except Harvey on rush hour and the lack of turn left arrow at street lights). What a great little pathway along a creek. Clean, flat and wide. When the fall colors come, the whole path is a colorful corridor. It was a great find i didn't know existed and will become a frequent stop. In case someone running the place reads this, I went with my daughter that uses a modified for trails wheelchair and her tires were flat. The little mount by the parking lot that has a tire pump, well the pump doesn't work at all. Perhaps worth fixing

Nestled in the heart of Kelowna's countryside, this provincial park is a breathtaking sight and a hidden gem for all those seeking an unforgettable adventure.

Well maintained paths most of the way. The north side path (closer to road entrances) is good for bikes and goes the entire length. If you cross the bridge to the south, the path ends part way in some areas and becomes more rocky, better for walking/hiking. It can get a little muddy after rainy days and after the snow melts. Definitely recommend for casual bike rides in the Fall to see the foliage. Probably need strong mosquito protection closer to the summer months. I hope to explore the entire length (Canyon to Lakeshore) at some point this year. There's Creekside Pub at the end of the greenway if you need a beer stop.

Great place for the salmon run! Beautiful location and fantastic playground!! Unfortunately I can only give it 2 stars though as both myself and my 2 year old got eaten alive by tiny black flies that draw blood with every bite! We are new to the area and had no clue about this! Our short visit resulted in 50 bites on my neck alone (my husband counted) and about 20 on his. Sadly for this reason, we won’t be back.

Great easy path, nice and wide for most of the way, even saw some turtles! You can make it a long hike or short, whatever suits you. Lots of bikers on the trails but they were so wide it was still comfortable for everyone

This is a fabulous flat ride until Hollywood Station. If you want a bit more of a rugged ride keep on going to Scenic Canyon... it’s about 7 km to layer cake rock. What an awesome scene when you get there

It’s been years since we walked downtown. It was the long weekend so of course it’s going to be busy, even for April. I love seeing all the entertainment, and walking by the water. A bonus for April is that the tulips are in bloom!

My dad & stepmom visited from Europe (Switzerland) a couple days ago. They're staying at the Royal Anne Hotel right on Bernard, the location is mint! The homeless population is becoming more than a problem, it's straight up pandemonium. Our downtown core is nothing like what it used to be like which is incredibly sad and unfortunate. The construction and expansion is absolutely out of hand as well, I heard the earth/foundation down at the lake level is nowhere near strong enough to hold all the current buildings & skyscrapers as well as all the others they plan to build in the future?

Kelowna Downtown is a gorgeous place with a nice breeze blowing, perfect for sightseeing. It’s a great spot to watch the sunset and relax in the garden. You can also enjoy riding electric bikes around the area. The atmosphere is lively with music, delicious food, and a fun environment. Everything about this place was truly amazing – a great spot to unwind and enjoy the day.

Rented a boat about a year ago, best experience of my life! The staff are so nice and professional. Out of all the marinas I’ve been to this is the one!

Animals are so cute and friendly, and you can feed them and play with them – it was so fun! The staff were polite and kind, which made the whole experience even nicer. The ticket also includes a temporary tattoo, which is a little bonus. Such a cozy place to visit if you love animals. We really enjoyed it!

We had a birthday party for my son. The kids had a blast with so much space to run and play, and a great variety of animals and activities to keep them entertained. The staff members were very friendly and helpful and the party area was spacious and covered. We’ve done birthday parties at many of the popular indoor venues in town but Don-o-Ray has been our favourite. It excellent value and very affordable for bigger groups at only $10 per person.

The staff were friendly with some rules. My kids liked the lambs and chicks. The maze was so fun but you should never let little kids be alone. Also the air brush tattoos were so fun. My son really want an elephants. Overall 10/10

I refuse to believe that there are people who believe the enclosures and living conditions of these poor animals are humane. Went in solely for my sweet little 2 year old niece alongside my relatives, but had to leave within 5 minutes and cried in the car immediately after. The owners of this place clearly have no understanding of the nature of each animal and the environmental and social needs they require for a good quality of life. I felt sick to my stomach seeing the two sheep in a small grassless fenced area. I’ll never get the image of that sad pony completely alone standing in a small dirt covered area out of my head. I could go on about each of the enclosures but I’ll spare readers the details. There is no way the SPCA has deemed this place ethical. To the families looking for a fun activity for their children, completely understandable that the idea of interacting with animals is fun for your little one, but I beg you look around for places that prioritize animal welfare. People who truly care about animals do not allow them to be handled in a free-for-all manner all day everyday, it’s sick.

A fantastic hobby farm! Lovely, friendly animals. The chickens and ducks were so sweet, staff were great and clearly cared for the animals, cannot wait to pop back next time we are at the market.

What a cute little farm perfect for children babies to probably seven or eight years old maybe even a first date. Very interactive, super cute chickens and ducks goats lambs rabbits and so on the labyrinth was quite fun to go through was a little harder than we thought lol hopefully you’ll find some time to stop by. Also, the fruit market next-door is delightful. Some of the best fruit we’ve had this year thank you very much for having This lovely place available for our community.

We had such a great time at Don-O Ray’s! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the start, and everything felt really well cared for. The animals were a huge hit with the kids — they loved feeding the goats and holding the bunnies — and the whole place had this relaxed, local charm that’s hard to find. You can tell the owners put a lot of heart into it. The grounds are clean, the animals look healthy, and there’s plenty to do without feeling rushed. We also picked up some fresh veggies and homemade treats from the market before we left, which were amazing. Definitely one of the best family spots in Kelowna — we’ll be back for sure!

The lights reflecting off the water create a peaceful atmosphere, and the cool breeze makes evening strolls so enjoyable. Perfectly located in downtown Kelowna. I can't say enough good things about all the staff, everybody was truly customer service orientated from management to counter to boat staff. Friendly and responsive. Before we left for the day, made another booking because it was that much fun! Also, no need to wait for a boat valet to launch because, well, it is a marina and the boats are already in the water.

Her beautiful smile made the whole process even more welcoming! Once on the dock, Jackson was my boat guy and he was phenomenal. He clearly explained how to operate the boat and what to do in case of an emergency. His calm, upbeat attitude made me feel confident and ready to enjoy the ride. Both Kennedy and Jackson truly elevated the experience. Professional, kind, and genuinely great people. Highly recommend this marina — can’t wait to come back!

Zero Stars – Worst Experience Ever at Kelowna Downtown Marina We rented a boat from Kelowna Downtown Marina over the long weekend. The time on the water was amazing and we had a lot of fun — but it ended as an absolute nightmare. As we were returning to the dock, a security officer came onto our boat and told us to stop. Then another staff member jumped on board and accused us of reckless driving. Out of nowhere, they fined us $800 for “reckless driving” and “cleaning charges.” When we rented the boat, they specifically said there was no speed limit and never mentioned any cleaning fees. The boat was in perfect condition when we returned it — no scratches, no damage — and we even had kids on board, so we were driving carefully the entire time. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude — when we tried to ask questions, they told us they had “no time” to explain. They had taken our credit card details for “security purposes” but then deducted extra charges without providing any clear justification. When we asked for a receipt, they refused to give one. This place operates like a scam — preying on customers with hidden fees, false accusations, and zero accountability. I would never recommend anyone to rent from Kelowna Downtown Marina. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, stay far away from Kelowna Downtown Marina.

These are the best cherries of my life. I have not had such large cherries in YEARS! Several varieties to choose from, my favourite are the Skeena’s they are sweet, firm, large and delicious! Very friendly and welcoming, locally owned family orchard. Cherries are a “you pick”, someone will direct you to the variety of cherry you want. It was fun and relaxing to pick exactly what I wanted:) Highly recommend!!

This farm was well maintained. Cherries were easy to reach and there was an abundance of cherries to be picked when we went. People there were all very kind/polite and helpful. I'd say they are a bit more expensive than I'd expect since we're picking our own cherries. In terms of pricing it was comparable to store bought pricing with packaging included. We came for the experience and our kids had fun doing this, so YES I would do this again. Maybe not as a daily thing, but we had fun (since we drove 5hrs to get here) and the experience didn't disappoint. We have to support our local farms. Thank you Kempf Farms.

This farm is a complete rip-off for visitors. Their price is $5–$6/lb, while most stores in Kelowna sell cherries for $3–$4/lb. On top of that, they use old, rusty scales where you can’t even clearly see the final weight. When we got home, we discovered our cherries weighed just over 4 pounds — yet we were charged for 5. They also add a $3 admission fee per person. In the end, we paid $35 for the privilege of picking 4 pounds of cherries ourselves.

My son and daughter in law were married there September 9, 2023. Guest list was over 100 and while it was close quarters it was not cramped!! The venue itself for an outdoor wedding ceremony was spectacular. The inside venue was cut up for into smaller rooms based on the fact it is a “heritage” building and unchangeable”. Food 10/10. Incredible choice of soup, salad, chicken or salmon and delectable desert. Staff constantly on the go! Everyone was served within 5-10 minutes of head table!! They were never idle. Cleaning glasses, dishes and venue pristine all evening!!! Amazing 💒💗amazing and more AMAZING 💒💗

Beautiful location and a nice quiet place to visit. Gardens are well maintained and showcase a wide variety of plants and flowers. Lots of shade from trees. Also seems to have a couple heritage buildings on site, but the gardens are the best part.

The best place for a wedding if you like, green outdoor spaces, and exceptional service. Beauty surrounds you whether inside or out. Their heritage house is open for dining most days when there is no weddings going on.

Cedar Creek Park in the Upper Mission area of Kelowna is a great place to walk, hike or take your dog for a stroll. It has the biggest off-leash dog park in Kelowna and people come here so their dogs can jump in lake Okanagan. The trail down to the water is a bit steep and the walking trail isn’t that long, as there is a dock on one end and a boat launch on the other. Even if you don’t have a dog, it’s a nice place for a short walk. There are even picnic tables where you can sit and enjoy the water. The dogs and their walkers are friendly and it’s a nice place to enjoy the beauty of Kelowna.

New favourite dog park in Canada. Our pooch enjoyed the beach front! The storeline is small slippery stones but it's still enjoyable to swim! There are spaces out picnic tables and a few are shaded. Great off leash beach for all to enjoy. Everyone we met was friendly. Will definitely return next trip to Kelowna!

Took me a minute to find a dog friendly park that was on the lake. Loads of upon run green space at the top to the right of the parking area and friendly and easy to navigate mini switch back trails down to the water with benches and shaded seating so your furbabies can play in the lake and have shade on those scorching summer daya

Lots of seating around here, some great views around and across the lake. Beautiful place. Plus there is a off leash dog park with lots of friendly people. If you are ever sad I'm sure you could go and a friendly pup or two would come over to be friends and play. I can't see anything wrong with that. Go and have some fun!

This park is soo worth the drive down lake shore from anywhere in Kelowna! With the beautiful multi purpose field to the newly renovated pathways and stairs it's like Disneyland for dogs and people alike! Took a visiting girlfriend a few weeks back and we were in awe of the beauty this time of year! Well done city of Kelowna!

Rocky Beach, but dog friendly, not overly busy and plenty of space. Small boat launch, washroom ( port a potty ) picnic areas

This is ultimately one of the best dog beaches in Kelowna. The beach is clean and water is close and accessible to the picnic table. Our dog just jumped right and had a blast.
