Steel Pier is an amusement park situated on a pier extending over the Atlantic Ocean. It offers a variety of rides, a midway, and food vendors. The pier has a rich history as an entertainment destination featuring dances, musical performances, carnival rides, and novelty acts. Notably, it was known for the daring diving horse attraction that ran from the 1920s to the 70s. Additionally, Steel Pier boasts three boardwalk bars with refreshing cocktails and scenic views of the ocean.
I took my kids here over Memorial Day weekend, and to my surprise, it wasn’t very crowded. We first visited one evening after dinner but didn’t go on any rides. We returned the next day during the daytime and purchased $88 worth of tickets. Be sure to pay attention to the ticket deals—some come with discounts. One of our tickets included a free ride on the wheel with the purchase of two, and another offered a free popcorn or cotton candy with a purchase. Unfortunately, we didn’t use all our tickets since my daughter wanted someone to join her on the rides, and none of us are as adventurous as she is. The kiddie rides mostly cost 4 tickets, while others range from 6 to 8. Rides like the Ferris wheel, helicopter ride, and slingshot have separate pricing. There are also many fun games for both kids and adults, with the chance to win big or small prizes. While we didn’t try any of the food spots, I did buy popcorn and received a free cotton candy, which we enjoyed we had dinner inside the casino. Overall, we had a great time—and being right by the beach made it even better. What more could you ask for?

An iconic spot to visit if you're an out of town visitor. My family and I enjoyed the sights and a few rides. Everything looks prettier at sunset when the rides are lit up. Prices are as to be expected for a high tourist area.
Jessica J — Google review
Classic arcade park fun. The wheel is worth the price. 2 full spins. Sunset views were spectacular. The helicopter ride is quick and limited to 2 people. It was great. Games are pricey as is the food. Just enjoy the smiles on your family's faces. Check for times. 5th visit to AC and finally here when it was open.
S B — Google review
3,5 stars if it was possible. not the most beautiful pier. there is very few spots to have a view on the shore. all the space is occupied with attractions. the city should improve the beauty of the general public space. there is enough money to building horrible casinos so there should be money to enhance the boardwalk and the pier. the giant wheel might be enjoyable. the attractions looks fun. the helicopter tour with the heliport at the end of the pier seams tour be very odd and dangerous. the helicopter flys very closed to the pier and the people. we all know this kind of helicopter tour is dangerous as the maintenance is usualy not as good as the maintenance done for helicopter used for real work.
Pierrick C — Google review
I had the opportunity to walk through this amusement park. It had a great mix of stuff. Price wise it was a little more expensive then a fair. The coolest thing was the helicopter ride that will fly you around the city or up and down the beach. It's a really quick ride, maybe 5 min for $75 beach flight but if you have never been in a helicopter to worth it.
Fewx J — Google review
The last night of our stay we went to the pier. Our party included multiple adults, teenagers, toddlers, and my elderly mother. We all had a great time! Wasn't too crowded, the lines were short, and the rides were a lot of fun.
Jaime C — Google review
Great place to be with family and kids... has a 2 bars to join yourself while kids can join rides and have fun.. if you ever come to Atlantic city the boardwalk is a must come.

Great place for the family with helicopter rides, ferris wheel, bumper cars, roller coasters and many other attractions for kids. Fun place to hang out for a day or night

Absecon Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse in New Jersey, offers visitors a chance to climb its 228 steps for sweeping views of Atlantic City. The site underwent restoration in the late 1990s and early 2000s, with funding from various organizations. Visitors can explore the two-acre property, visit the Keepers Cottage museum and gift shop, and experience the thrill of ascending to the top of this historic landmark.
5 Stars – A Must-Visit Historic Gem! Climbing the 228 steps to the top of the Absecon Lighthouse is absolutely worth it! The 360-degree view from the top is breathtaking and gives you a unique perspective of Atlantic City and the coastline. The lighthouse is well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There’s a small museum and a charming gift shop at the base, which add to the experience. Parking is limited to about 10–12 spaces, but we had no trouble finding a spot. At just $10, it’s a great value for a bit of local history, exercise, and unforgettable views. Highly recommended!
Deepnath D — Google review
Absolutely amazing visit. The kindest friendliest most knowledgeable staff. Dan at the top is awesome. He knows so much about lighthouses and how they work and very patient with teaching the kids. Great views and a great time and i can't wait to stop back
Thomas M — Google review
Even if you are local or from NJ/tri-state area, I highly recommend visiting this lighthouse. 3rd tallest in the US (I learned that there). The attendant downstairs could not have been nicer and more personable. Pace yourself and the climb up is not too bad, the climb down was more challenging as I was getting dizzy. The view from the top-breathtaking!
Leslie P — Google review
Spent a couple of days in AC and our first stop was Absecon Lighthouse. Nice property, loved the garden, the historic museum, and getting exercise while climbing to the top. Got some nice pics too!

Absecon Lighthouse was really cool to check out and climb up. The view from the top gives you great views of the casinos and beach.

🌊 Atlantic City Lighthouse: A Beacon of History and Breathtaking Views Climbing the 208 steps of the Atlantic City Lighthouse is more than a workout, it's a journey through time and perspective. Standing 16 stories high, this historic gem offers a panoramic 360° view of the city skyline and the Atlantic Ocean that’s nothing short of spectacular on a clear day. The centerpiece? An original 8½-order Fresnel lens, a marvel of 19th-century engineering that once cast light 23 miles out to sea. It's a quiet reminder of the lighthouse’s vital role in guiding mariners safely to shore. Whether you're a history buff, a photography enthusiast, or simply seeking a moment of reflection above the bustle, the Atlantic City Lighthouse delivers. The climb is steep but rewarding, and the view from the top, where sea meets city, is unforgettable.
Ollie D — Google review
It was a small, charming lighthouse area with free parking nearby. There’s also a cozy little shop—very welcoming and nice to browse. A peaceful and pleasant stop!

Aquarium
Nature & Parks
Located in the Ocean Life Center complex at Gardners Basin, the Atlantic City Aquarium is a popular attraction showcasing over 100 marine animals and fish. Visitors can enjoy interactive exhibits, including a tropical shark touch tank and the Mid-Atlantic Coastal Zone featuring local organisms like horseshoe crabs and sea urchins. The aquarium also houses seahorses, moon jellies, moray eels, and Terrapins.
Atlantic City Aquarium – A Charming Comeback! Visited on May 16, 2025 After being closed for five long years, the Atlantic City Aquarium has finally reopened its doors – and what a delightful return it is! While the renovation is still in progress (with the second floor under construction), the first floor is fully open and offers a small but charming selection of exhibits. The aquarium may be modest in size, but it’s packed with personality and perfect for a short, relaxing visit. The marine life on display is well cared for, and the atmosphere is clean, bright, and welcoming. It’s a great spot for families with young kids or anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful hour or two by the water. One of the highlights is the incredible view from the third floor – a beautiful panorama of the beach that’s worth the visit alone. Currently, they’re offering a generous 50% discount on admission: just $6 for adults and $3 for children, which makes it not only enjoyable but also extremely budget-friendly. Plus, there’s plenty of free parking, which is always a huge bonus in Atlantic City. All in all, the Atlantic City Aquarium is making a great comeback, and we can’t wait to see it fully restored. It’s a sweet little gem that’s definitely worth supporting!
Deepnath D — Google review
The aquarium was really nice for the size and price. The second floor is still empty as they're waiting for more animals to arrive, but it was still a cool experience. I especially enjoyed being able to touch the horseshoe crabs and even the small sharks. They also had seahorses and jellyfish, which were fascinating to see up close. My only wish is that there were more information signs or descriptions about the animals, since it would have made the visit even more educational.
Alyssa G — Google review
We visited last week. The aquarium's second floor is closed for renovations, so the exhibits are limited right now. The loggerhead sea turtle was the star of the visit Great views from the upper floor. This would be a nice place in warmer weather to spend time outdoors.
Michele — Google review
The staff was lovely, kind, helpful and eager to teach. I will definitely revisit. It's just too small. So much potential! Some hoodlums vandalized the second floor so that floor was closed. Besides that it was cool little experience.
Clariselle O — Google review
The place has so much potential, but honestly, they have the whole 2nd floor empty and not much happening downstairs. We drove 30 min to get there and see like 10 species (including crabs and jellyfishes). Not worth the trip or the $6 they charge.
Luca S — Google review
This is nice looking forward to when it is completely open. Right now it's only part open just one floor. I really enjoyed watching my little cuz enjoy it

Our Review: The AC Aquarium with Three Teens (A Solo Mom's Perspective) Let's be real: finding an activity that genuinely appeals to a mom and three teenagers (ages 13, 16, and 18) is an Olympic sport. Usually, it involves a lot of eye-rolling and "Do we have to?" So when I suggested the Atlantic City Aquarium at Gardner's Basin as a break from the boardwalk hustle, I expected minimal enthusiasm. Here’s how our visit actually played out: The Vibe & First Impressions We pulled up to Gardner's Basin, a quieter, harbor-side area away from the main casino stretch. The aquarium building itself is modest. This isn't a massive, multi-million dollar complex; it has a friendly, local feel. The teens were skeptical, checking their phones for a signal and probably mentally clocking how long they'd have to endure this "mom activity." What Surprisingly Worked: 1. The Stingray and Shark Touch Tank (The Unexpected Hit): I forced them to put their phones away and try the touch tank. To my absolute shock, they loved it. The stingrays are surprisingly social, and watching my perpetually-bored 16-year-old genuinely laugh when a stingray swam over his hand was worth the price of admission alone. They spent a good 20 minutes there, totally engaged. 2. The "Creepy Cool" Factor: While my teens are way past the "cute fish" stage, they appreciated some of the more unique inhabitants. The caiman (a small alligator cousin) on the upper level was a point of interest, and the jellyfish tank had a surprisingly hypnotic, aesthetic appeal that even my artsy 17-year-old appreciated. The "Groman" the sea turtle is a gentle giant and a nice centerpiece. 3. The Price Tag & Time Commitment: As a single mom footing the bill for four people, the affordable admission price was a huge relief. Furthermore, the small size worked in our favor. We were in and out in just about an hour and a half. It was the perfect "filler" activity—short, sweet, and didn't consume an entire afternoon. It fit perfectly into our relaxed schedule. Where It Fell Short (From a Teen/Mom perspective): Size Matters (Or Doesn't): The biggest complaint from the teens was that it was "too small." They were looking for the spectacle of a massive aquarium, and this is a more intimate venue. Manage those expectations upfront. A Bit Dated: A few exhibits looked a little tired and could use a modern refresh or better signage. The Area is Quiet: Gardner's Basin is nice, but once you're done with the aquarium, there isn't a ton immediately next door to capture a teen's attention besides a couple of restaurants. We ended up driving back to the boardwalk area pretty quickly. The Verdict: 3.5 out of 5 stars. I went in hoping to kill an hour or two without a mutiny, and I succeeded wildly. The Atlantic City Aquarium is a charming, budget-friendly stop. It's probably best suited for families with younger kids, but if you have teens who are willing to temporarily detach from social media, the touch tanks and unique inhabitants offer a surprisingly pleasant, low-stakes diversion from the usual AC scene. It won't be the highlight of their trip, but it wasn't the disaster I anticipated
Nicola M — Google review
My wife and I took our grandsons (ages 4 and 5) to this aquarium. It was small and obviously not fully open (the 2nd floor was empty), but my grands enjoyed it a lot and would have stayed for hours touching the sharks, rays, and horseshoe crabs. The fish and other sea life on display were fun to watch and so beautiful.

Located in Atlantic City, New Jersey, the Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall is a historic performance center that has been hosting various events since its opening in 1929. This iconic landmark was once the largest building in the world and is home to the world's largest pipe organ with over 33,000 pipes and 1000 keys. The venue hosts major concerts, sporting events, and shows including the Miss America Pageant.
Went to see Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Stephanie Mills and Gladys Knight at boardwalk hall. Easy to find, parking wasn't a problem, entry and seating was no problem. We had a great time and would definitely go again
Cynthia M — Google review
I don't think there is a bad seat in the house for listening to a concert. Unfortunately when others stood for songs it really made it difficult to see the stage from my seat near the right corner of the theater. Monitors helped but sometimes even the view of them were blocked. However if you have ever been to a large concert venue, this place is a great change. Not sure about parking since I stayed in Atlantic City and walked the boardwalk to & from motel. So much nicer than fighting traffic in large venues. Defitely looking forward to more shows.

Sommore, and the other comics did a fantastic job. Whenever she is in Atlantic City or in Philadelphia I look forward to seeing her. Lavelll Crawford is a legend will have you in stitches to uring his performance the entire time.Great individuals doing it well.
Donna — Google review
Acoustics here were not good at all for opening act, Caylee Hammock, at Stevie Nicks concert, but that girl had a big voice! I definitely want to check her out otherwise! I just couldn't understand most of what she was singing! However, Stevie sounded phenomenal! Like most venues, seats were very cramped & you feel like you are encroaching on your neighbor. Extremely difficult to navigate around after concert, everyone bottlenecks out of main entry instead of using side exits to help clear facility. I only noted a single merchant table, which was ridiculously crammed with disorderly lines, and folks waiting in line took over an entire area by a food court that made navigating around difficult. Security /event services were a heavy presence, and police station is located on premises. Medical services rendered assistance to a concert goer that had sustained injury right at her chair and environmental services swiftly & efficiently cleared all biohazardous waste. I didn't eat or drink anything here, but they sell the usual alcoholic beverages folks get toasted on to enjoy their favorite band. I did not need to use the ladies' room, so I could not attest or review those factors, but lines for restrooms were significant both before and after the concert. It was easier to grab a bootleg t shirt from a vendor on boardwalk than grab legit merchandise inside the venue. Depending on who the artist is, I would probably buy tickets directly from this venue again. Seats just over 10,000 with a lot of standing during concert. I stayed at Ceasars and you could see the dome from my room. It was literally a 5 minute walk down the boardwalk and very convenient
Storm W — Google review
Jersey is always has a pleasant breeze that just kisses your skin. It’s the sort of place that makes you want to kiss your lover on the hand. I had not been to Jersey for a while before crossing the bridge to see Lil. Wayne in concert, but it is always as nice as I remembered it. The staff at the venue were professional and efficient. You walk in, place your items on the conveyor belt, and move along. There wasn’t any sort of hold up because they got people in and through. Once we got our cocktails and waters, we chatted with a few people, and then were shown our seats. The show started on time, with Wayne coming out and receiving a standing ovation. It made him smile. The lighting was ok. Lots of dimmed red and silver lights with a smoky overcast. The sound system made up for the lightning. Incredible system. Show ended and the boardwalk was flooded. I’ll definitely be back!
Latasha — Google review
Excellent venue for the Stevie Nicks concert last night! Staff were friendly and organized and the venue was clean and easy to get in and out. Awesome time seeing Stevie Nicks at Boardwalk Hall!
Michael K — Google review
Venue was nice. A little confusing navigating to our seats but the concert was great!! It would have been nice to have an exit row at the end instead of a gate so people don't have to keep moving everyone in the whole row to get out.
Maryanne M — Google review
Nicely run venue right not too far from the Tropicana. Came here to see lil Wayne. Every seat in the house is a good seat at arenas like this one! They also have concession stands for food and drinks.

Atlantic City Beach is a wide stretch of soft, camel-hued sands that impresses visitors with its cleanliness and ample space for spreading out. The beach offers various activities such as body boarding, boogie boarding, and wave jumping for kids, while adults can enjoy leisurely walks along the flat terrain near the water or relax in beach chairs.
While our visit was in March, not in the summer months it was still wonderful weather for the time of year with sunshine ☀️. The beach is beautiful and very large. If you enjoy walking along the water , you can easily walk endlessly. There are plenty of sea shells 🐚 all along the beach. The boardwalk with food options and shops as well as Ferris wheel would be enjoyable in the summer.
J L — Google review
Nice wide beach, plenty of space to chill and enjoy the waves. Access via boardwalk, you can see plenty of shells in the sand, beach is mostly clean, only a few trash items observed over 100+m distance. 3 stars, will be back to see the sunrise.
Jugdeep S — Google review
Cool, active, at times choppy water. Beautiful scenery. Located steps away from the boardwalk. Something to definately experience.
Perry K — Google review
The beach was okay overall. The vibe on the boardwalk was really fun, lots of energy, music, and food. But chair and umbrella rentals were very expensive, which was a downside. Also, there were very few outdoor showers, so it wasn’t easy to rinse off the sand. Still, it’s a decent spot for a few hours if you’re already in the area.
Kiana T — Google review
Love the beach near the pier! Especially at night! No one bothers you and it's so beautiful!
Lynn H — Google review
I had an amazing time this oast weekend here. The beach was clean, the people were friendly, I found an awesome church called the crossroads to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at. Definitely recommend checking this beach out once or many times weather fishing, swimming, or laying out and basking in the sun while enjoying the beautiful things, sounds, and animals God has provided us to enjoy during our earthly lives.

Great beach! Atlantic City's beaches offer several advantages, primarily being free to the public and offering a wide, sandy shoreline with access to the iconic Boardwalk. A must go to anyone from the north side!

Playground Pier is a luxurious shopping destination located by the beach, offering an impressive lineup of retailers including Victoria's Secret, the Apple Store, and Tommy Bahama. Situated near Caesars in Atlantic City, this four-floor luxury mall features world-class brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Burberry. Visitors can also enjoy renowned dining options such as Buddakan and Phillips Seafood. The pier offers fantastic ocean views and is home to Atlantic City Miniature Golf.
Always remember the old mall here and any updates along the way as well as it always being awesome in the future. That's the only way permanently forward. Everyone misses the water show and the stuff they closed down and they love all the new stuff too. This mall always needs to find a way to do everything that's ever been here. The lounge upstairs where there's beach chairs and beach sand and you get to look at the beach out of the windows is completely AWESOME 💯😎💯%

I went here once in 2012 and it was so cool that it is the only positive thing i remember about the godforsaken atlantic city board walk. I returned 10 years later and the place was mostly abandoned bar a few failing stores and the entire place smelt like sewage
Fire W — Google review
There is no longer place of cleanliness. A lot of places are closed or rundown. The beach itself is okay.
Teria A — Google review
Place is dead with no stores and top level closed off. Owner doesn't care, needs to be demolished as its a shell of its former self. The glow golf and water feature was amazing. Now this eyesore is taking up space.
Gary G — Google review
This was a fun place to visit with our family. We visited shops and enjoyed the games and beach, though some maintenance could be done on the planks on the boardwalk. The view and experience is likely to be a repeat vacation for us again. The food everywhere we ate was tops!
Candelyn N — Google review
So. This place is a dead mall since many years ago. I remember going there for the fountain shows, but then they closed them and it would soon be the turn of the majority of thr stores and restaurants. Today there are like 3 or 4 stores open, the rest is empty. However you can still go visit around, unlike some other places. I love dead malls but I know it's not the case for many so yeah don't go there if you want to shop. I might add pictures from camera to this review one day.
Ink U — Google review
Nice looking mall, but barely anything to do. There are only about 3 or 4 stores open in the entire mall and the restaurants were closed too. I'm not sure if more things will open up during the summer but I was here during April 2023 and it was pretty dead. Definitely do not go out of your way to come here. It's nice to stop by if you're passing though. I still gave it a very high rating because there was good music playing, the views are nice, and I managed to get myself a ring from one of the stores that was actually opened. I've wanted a cheap, silver ring for a couple of years now but never actually got around to purchasing one so I'm glad the opportunity presented itself here. The store owner was nice. Basically everything in the store was $10, but because we purchased a lot of things, he told us that we can pick out 4 rings for $10 so I ended up getting my ring for only $2.50. My sister picked out the other 3 for herself. I hope more places open up here and it becomes busy again because it's honestly a really nice building and has a nice ambience.
Jonathan S — Google review
I would highly recommend a visit but the place is incredibly sad. You can see what was once a great looking mall, and it almost appears it still could be, but it's largely empty now. Why the high rating? It's a nice spot in the AC that sits almost directly on the water. Just head to the third floor and all the way down the hall for a great view. Seeing the 70s theming is neat as well. Overall, another great location with absolutely great potential that has been left abandoned and empty. I hope someone can find a good use one day for this awesome spot.

Miniature golf course
Atlantic City Miniature Golf is a charming 18-hole course located on the North Beach end of the Atlantic City Boardwalk. This family-owned mini-golf location has been in operation for over twenty years and offers a simple, grassy course with low stone walls and small trees. It's a lovely spot for families to enjoy some outdoor fun while taking in the beautiful landscaping. The course is well-designed, making good use of space to create 18 unique and enjoyable greens.
Very nice game of golf, the course seemed to be well maintained and brought a good challenge. Only pitfall is there seems to be a homeless camp behind where people kept asking for handouts. All in all it was fun and we enjoyed ourselves playing.

Nice detour from the beach. Very fun course. As many say, not exactly challenging, but definitely a fun time. Really good for kids. Fun decorations with statues of kids, giant golf balls, and water features. I took my young kids when it opened on a weekday and we shared the course with one other group. Looked busy later in the day and on weekends.

Not extravagantly themed but decorated with statues, live plants and flowers. 🌸 🌺 A small but fun course to play.

Pretty cute, not very challenging though. $14 per person is a bit steep for this course

Super fun and pretty inexpensive! $25 for two people and water during Labor Day weekend. Snacks and cold soda/water available for purchase. Cool location on the boardwalk and fun course.

Great price for 18 holes of Miniature Golf. Location is clean and its nice it is right on the boardwalk. The greens are pretty easy for everyone so its good for the family. The lighting could be a bit better at night so I took a star off for that. Overall I would recommend it!

Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino offers beachside accommodations with two casinos and nightly entertainment, as well as a variety of international dining options. The property features different room styles, including traditional and contemporary interiors in the main building, bright and airy rooms in the Claridge Tower, spacious and environmentally friendly Garden Tower rooms, art deco Bally's Tower rooms, and newly renovated boutique-style Ruby Rooms.
I saw a lot of reviews that were negative and understood how to make this experience better with the help of speaking with the front desk representative prior to booking and staying: STAY IN THE BALLYS TOWER. DO NOT STAY IN THE DENNIS TOWER. THOSE ROOMS ARE OLD AND DATED. BALLYS IS THE RENOVATED TOWER!!! The rooms were modern and the bathroom was beautiful. No issues with anything. I only stayed 1 night to attend the John Legend concert at Ocean Casino. I don’t have much feedback regarding the restaurants or casino area in there, but the concern mainly seems to be about rooms. The difference is night and day. I hope this helps!!

Stayed in the Balley's Tower with the sea view/boardwalk view in mid-week in early October. Still good weather and stuff to see/do on the boardwalk, but not everything was open. Older rooms (fraying carpet at the edges, dripping water faucets), but very clean and well laid out/spacious. Good water pressure and temperature control. Hot water smelled slightly of burning, so maybe time to upgrade to boiler? Solid 3 star hotel experience.

Enjoyed our stay here at Ballys, hotel itself is ok but could use some improvement with answering guest needs, stayed here 3 days and needed towels and trash picked up, no one answers phones, so you have to go downstairs to front desk and still just hope and pray you get what you need. Lots of smoking inside hotel casino area so I stayed away from there, had my lil one so did not like that at all. location is great…we did have nice view and direct access to a beautiful beach, very walkable with food, drinks and several venues for shopping. Walked up and down the boardwalk very fun.

I've read reviews after I booked my room. Good thing I only stayed to shower and sleep for a few hours. I couldn't stay here for more than a night. Check-in was super fast. The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable of the area. There's a lovely bar located right across the front desk, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There was a little bit of a weight for the elevators, but not that big of a deal. You have to scan your room card for the elevator to work. That's a plus. The hallway on my particular floor had tape on it and that was a turn off. The room was dated. The table in the room where one would usually eat something had crumbs stuck in the crevices. See pics. I slept well. The shower water pressure was average. The toiletries they provide was average. They provided a large amount of towels and that was good. The bed was comfortable. My view was horrible. When I come to Atlantic City again, I will never stay at Bally's. Security in the lobby were all friendly people. Parking was great. For $10 a night, you can't beat that compared to other hotels in AC.

I usually never leave a review, however this was a very different trip. So many things went wrong. But the biggest problem I have is I stayed at Ballys the 19-22nd and on the very first night my car was broken into. The person stole 3 pairs of shoes totalling $1000, my NOCO Car jumpbox which was another $400 and my Beats studio3 headphones. Its not as important but they also stole my weed and papers (i dont really care about that). I realized in the morning and reported it straight to security. Their was no sense of urgency or care regarding it. It was like a shrug on the shoulders. Of course they will do their “report” and get back to me. I was pissed that morning because I knew that nobody cared except me because its my stuff. But I went on with my day and said it wont ruin the trip. Well I returned to the hotel and at 6:30pm me and my gf was in the car someone tried to yank as hard as they could on my door to get inside. couldnt see me inside because of my tinted windows and windshield). And when he realized he couldnt get in he moved on to the next car and the next one. Tugging on any door that would let him in. This is less than 24 hours from the original incident, so this time Im even more pissed as I went to security because its like wtff. And AGAIN no sense of urgency. And, Still they can’t do anything. Now Im usually easy going and tell myself its all materialistic as long as im safe thats all that matters so I tried talking to the staff about what could be done to make this right. Again this is the second time in less than 24 hours, I was told they wouldnt reimburse or offer anything complementary or anything, not that they couldnt but they wouldnt. At the very least not a complementary night, or complementary valet parking or nothing at all. I don’t know if its because Im a little younger, but they treated me as if it was all my fault with no hospitality and I am staying under their roof as a guest. Its been days since, and I havent heard any update or anything not even “the investigation came up short” or anything to even let me know they tried. Ive never felt so disappointed, angry, and unsafe while staying at a hotel. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO BALLYS, AND WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STEER VERY CLEAR AWAY FROM BALLYS.

Rooms are dark and back to the 70's requested a wheelchair accessible room but you can't even turn around in wheelchair very small and not accessible! Then we went the restaurant on the 6th floor and they weren't accommodating at all for a wheelchair user and someone who is on a blended diet, after they tried to put us in a booth that wouldn't work for us they put us in the dining area that was closed and forgot about us I ordered a beer and a water and after a half hour still didn't get it, them someone else came over to take a drink order and have bread and didn't see that person again, so after about an hour of nothing and still waiting for a beer got up and left. Then we went to the food court area to at least get a sandwich, got a "homemade meatball sandwich" it was horrible and right out of a box and cold. Also the whole hotel casino area is very dark and no signs to let you know how to get to an elevator. Don't recommend to go to this place never again! Just horrible

Go to Oceans, pitch a tent on the beach, sleep behind the Dollar General, all will br a better experience than this hole in the time space continuum. A homeless person would run from this place in a blizzard. Spend your well/hard earned money else where.

This property is terrible. We went to a wedding 20 minutes from this hotel and decided to stay here for 2 nights so we could gamble and attend the wedding. The casino floor is a terrible experience, and OMG the staff and service are the worst I have ever seen in my life. The staff here are depressed and pushy. They were practically harassing us for tips. The craps table staff are some of the worst I’ve ever seen, completely miserable, yelling at players just because they wanted to learn the game. This was by far the worst gambling experience of my life. The casino floor is dirty, full of people laying around asking for money. For the first time ever, I saw hustlers at the craps table, people trying to take advantage of players and steal their chips. There were three of them, and not one staff member did anything. Another player and I had to step in once we realized what was happening. Everything about this place was bad, from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I’m not exaggerating. The saying “you get what you pay for” does not apply here, this place is terrible, unsafe, and full of scams. You’ll see it all over the casino floor. If you do stay here, keep your eyes open at all times and be extra careful in the bathrooms too—not just because of the staff, but because of the people hanging around.

The New Jersey Korean War Memorial, unveiled in 2000, pays tribute to the courage and sacrifice of New Jersey's soldiers during the Korean War. Situated at Brighton Park near the Boardwalk, it features a striking black granite wall with an eternal flame as a symbol of remembrance for those who perished or went missing. The memorial also includes bronze figures depicting poignant war scenes and a 12-foot tall Mourning Soldier statue holding fallen comrades' dog tags.
I loved visiting the New Jersey Korean War Memorial. It’s a deeply moving tribute, featuring stories of Congressional Medal of Honor recipients from New Jersey. These personal accounts of bravery and sacrifice are truly inspiring, reminding us of the courage displayed during the Korean War. The memorial itself is beautifully designed, with thoughtful details that honor the memory of the fallen and those who served. It’s a meaningful place for reflection and gratitude, and I highly recommend taking the time to visit. If you’re ever in the area, it’s well worth experiencing this important piece of history.

As many times I have walked on ATLANTIC CITY BOARDWALK I’ve never encountered this Memorial . As I’m getting older I’m craving the History and to find such a piece of history tucked away to the side is very exciting and knowledgeable. Freedom is not free Its beautifully inscribed on the wall with the names of fallen soldiers from the war. Faces of the Congressional Medal of Honor men on the wall. Very beautiful indeed!!!
Chrystal T — Google review
Public memorial to those who served and died during the Korean War with statue, relief, and polished black granite reflective name wall reminiscent of the DC Vietnam War Memorial. The most outstanding piece were the absolutely incredible stories of the Medal of Honor recipients- most of whom were posthumously awarded. “After receiving near fatal wounds, he grabbed the two grenades thrown into their trench, charged the two enemy soldiers and tackled them, killing the enemy and saving the lives of his fellow soldiers.” Jaw-droppingly heroic.
John A — Google review
This memorial in Atlantic City is breathtaking. It was a rainy evening when i visited. Appropriate. I spent time in Korea while a soldier, and the place left an indelible mark on my person. The rain in monsoon season, of course, but the people won my heart. The places, the food, the music. All of it. I adore Korea. My time there was not without its challenges, of course, as the northern government can make things interesting, but nothing ever diminshed the bond that I have with my Korean friends. The war hasn't ever ended there. An armistice, or cease fire, is in place. So, as are the memories and deep pain of those Americans that fought there alongside their ROK brothers in that war that started so many years ago, the conflict is still very real today. And for the people of Korea. "같이 갑시다"
Shelly — Google review
While strolling on AC boardwalk, I saw this. The Korean Conflict, 1950-1953, the nation's only undeclared war, claimed more than 36,000 American lives. Approximately 7,600 service personnel remain unaccounted for. It was created to ensure that future generations remember and honor the pride and dedication of those who served, the legacy they continued, and the freedom they preserved. Memorial featuring bronze figures of heroic proportions, representing the servicemen and women who fought in Korea. The most memorable is the 12-foot high "Mourning Soldier" who is clutching several dog tags and remembering his lost comrades. Also represented are a soldier and nurse helping a wounded soldier and two battlefield reliefs behind sheets of water cascading into reflecting pools. Beneath an eternal flame is a wall bearing the names of all New Jersey service members killed or missing in action, as well as a wall honoring the five New Jersey servicemen who were awarded the Medal of Honor for heroism in Korea.

Title: "A Profound and Poignant Tribute - The New Jersey Korean War Memorial" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Last weekend, I had the chance to visit the New Jersey Korean War Memorial in Atlantic City, a powerful homage to the brave New Jerseyans who served in the Korean War. A testament to the sacrifices of 191,000 men and women, the memorial, majestically located at the intersection of Park Place and the Boardwalk, overwhelms you with solemn respect and reverence. The bronze figures, particularly the 12-foot "Mourning Soldier," are emotionally impactful. They stand tall, representing the heroism and valiance of the servicemen and women who fought in Korea. The soldier clutching dog tags, his eyes seeming lost in fallen comrades' memories, silently narrates stories of sacrifice and camaraderie, echoing the brutality of war and the human strength that withstands it. Flickering above a wall inscribed with the names of those killed or missing in action, the eternal flame feels almost like a heartbeat - a constant, gentle reminder of lives lost and heroes born. The additional wall honoring the five Medal of Honor recipients from New Jersey further instills a sense of awe and pride. Despite the extensive renovation in 2021, the addition of the Wall of Remembrance and improvements in accessibility have only enhanced the memorial's essence. The Wall of Remembrance, bearing the names of all New Jerseyans who served in the Korean War, ties together these courageous individuals' shared history and legacy. The preservation and maintenance efforts are commendable, ensuring the memorial stands strong as a beacon of respect and remembrance. The New Jersey Korean War Memorial is open daily and offers free entry, making this significant history accessible. This monumental tribute encapsulates the spirit of those who gave their all in fighting for freedom and democracy. It is a place where the past meets the present, ensuring that the sacrifices of many will never be forgotten. A visit here is a profound experience that gives you a deeper appreciation of the cost of the liberties we enjoy today. This memorial is a moving and dignified tribute deserving of a full five-star review. It stands not only as a symbol of past sacrifices but as an enduring reminder of courage and resilience - a place of reflection, respect, and remembrance.

Overall, the man being carried was very profound. The piece moves you, especially veterans. But the fountain isn't running and there's trash, and construction cones. The park was full of rifraf and the fountain wasn't maintained.
Mercury R — Google review
One of the coolest spots in Atlantic City, this iconic place is picture worthy and very attractive but most importantly it's a reflection point for us to reflect upon. To pay tribute to the heros of our dearest nation. I'm definitely back to the New Jersey Korean Memorial when next I visit Atlantic City for sure.

Experience the beauty of Atlantic City from a unique perspective with Atlantic City Cruises Inc. Enjoy a tranquil sunset cruise through the marinas and back bays of the Atlantic Ocean, taking in stunning views of the cityscape as day turns into night. Onboard the Cruisn 1, a licensed vessel with panoramic windows and comfortable seating, you can watch Bottlenose dolphins and other marine wildlife up close.
Best way to see Atlantic City! Another great dolphin cruise thanks to Atlantic City Cruises Inc.! The crew was fantastic. very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive. we got to see several dolphins, as well as beautiful beaches and Atlantic City from the ocean. The boat was comfortable and very safe. Prices are reasonable and if you're a dolphin lover like we are, this cruise does not dissappoint! Highly recommend it!

Great cruise, loved the commentary, very informative. The captain made sure we had a smooth ride and adjusted the course with the weather. Very nice view of the skyline and if you’re lucky, the dolphins. Definitely worth it!

The cruise was great. Everything was smooth and done at a timely matter. They left the dock exactly when it starts and arrive on time. The ride was super smooth and they showed us nice sceneries. They also gave us historical background at each area they took us too. Very nice, I recommend.

Every time we stay in Atlantic City, we go on a cruise with Atlantic City Cruises. We've taken all of the different cruises, and we've enjoyed them all. On July 18, we did the 11am Skyline Tour. Captain/Owner Jeff and his crew are very friendly and professional. They have a full bar, but my husband and I enjoyed the $5 mimosa special. We even saw lots of dolphins 🐬 as we headed out into the ocean. We had a great time, and we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time on the 2-hour dolphin-watching cruise with Atlantic City Cruises! I went with my husband, and it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and the boat was spacious and comfortable. We were lucky to spot quite a few dolphins swimming —not too far from the boat! It was magical to see them in their natural environment. Whether you're visiting AC or live nearby, I highly recommend this cruise for a fun and memorable outing on the water.

We had a great time. This was booked as a last minute thing. Booking was easy to navigate compared to other sites I have used. The crew was amazing so sweet and the drinks were NOT watered down at all which was a pleasant surprise. The DJ was great engaged with the passengers. I can say that the vibe on the 2nd fl was great that day. We danced like no one was watching and everyone just joined in. Overall great experience and will book again.

The Atlantic City Boardwalk is a historic and iconic oceanfront promenade that has been a popular destination since 1870. It offers stunning views of the ocean and is lined with a diverse selection of shops and restaurants. Visitors can enjoy leisurely strolls, shopping, dining, and soaking in the coastal atmosphere. Additionally, there are various accommodations available near the boardwalk, ranging from cozy cottages to hotels with balconies offering a coastal-inspired ambiance.
We had a family vacation, 10 of us. It was our first time here ever. We didn't have a hard time getting into restaurants and not a noticeable wait. Family members were vegan, so our eating choices were scaled down. But the restaurants we chose were great. The water was scary. Riptides every where. Swimming was not a beach option. The lifeguards were very attentive. We swam at our inside pool resort. The boardwalk was not greatly crowded and very clean and well policed. It was a very nice experience.

The Atlantic City Boardwalk is a classic slice of American seaside culture. Stretching for miles along the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, it’s the perfect blend of nostalgia and energy. Whether you’re here for the casinos, live entertainment, shopping, or just a peaceful oceanfront stroll, the boardwalk has something for everyone. The views are stunning—especially at sunrise or sunset—and the salty ocean breeze makes every walk feel refreshing. You’ll find plenty of places to grab delicious food, from classic boardwalk fries and funnel cakes to upscale dining. Street performers, souvenir shops, arcades, and the iconic rolling chairs add to the charm. It’s both family-friendly and lively enough for a night out. If you’re visiting Atlantic City, the boardwalk is an absolute must—equal parts history, fun, and relaxation by the sea.

Suitable for all age groups.. They said it’s Las Vegas of Eastern. Slightly yes.. Had a pleasant time here on Saturday evening with a variety of options to explore. Vibrant Casinos, delicious food, pleasant and wide beach, shopping, board walk, amusement park, memorial park etc. Transport service from one end to the other at affordable prices. Street parking is a bit difficult to get but if you get it’s affordable. We can extend our bookings as per the requirement. Definitely a great place to take your kids, teens, friends and your parents.

We visited the boardwalk, Ceasars Hotel and Hard Rock Hotel- were we had deliciousice-cream. It's to your advantage to go during the week because the beach is nice and quiet and so is the boardwalk. By 6pm, people start coming out to the boardwalk for drinks, shop and walk ,avoiding the sun. At Ceasars we went to the shops and found quite a few items at unbelievable prizes. Excellent quality. Save money doing some Christmas shopping, even my grandson bought a few items. Pictures below. This is the time to check the boutiques for good bargains. The Hotel is beautiful and quiet. At nice is cool and romantic.

If you're looking for a quirky adventure in Atlantic City, make sure to stop by Ripley's Believe It or Not! This fascinating museum is home to an array of kitschy oddities that will leave you both amazed and entertained. With over 400 unique exhibits, including shrunken human heads and rare animal skeletons, there's something for everyone to marvel at. The eclectic collection features everything from a lock of George Washington's hair to a stunning 27-room miniature castle carved from wood.
I first stopped by this Ripley's 6 years ago and made my return visit this past holiday weekend. I absolutely love the exhibits at this location. Some of them are so outlandish that you can't help but laugh. They have some exhibits that are interactive and fun for kids and adults. If you truly like all things bizarre or unbelievable like I do, then this museum is definitely up your alley. I would also recommend checking out the one in New York City, but unfortunately that location has since closed.

We found it to be very entertaining, and there's a lot to see. We spent about an hour inside but you can easily spend two or more hours in there. A lot of the displays are pretty cheesy, but pretty much everything is interesting if not downright incredible. Honestly it was more interesting than most museums. Definitely worth the twenty-ish bucks for a ticket if you've never been.

Went to the museum in October 2022 and loved it! So much to see! $22 to get in and well worth it. Even moving quick it takes 40 or so minutes. So many cool pieces! Check it out!!!

I’ve always enjoyed going to Ripley’s for over a decade and I’m saddened to hear it will be closing at the end of the year. This place has a wide spectrum of oddities and exhibits including shrunken heads, recreations of crazy injuries, a life-sized statue of the tallest man, a piece of the Berlin Wall, giant sculptures made of everyday materials, an original bust of Abraham Lincoln, and plenty of other informative exhibits and bizarre information. This is a fun educational experience for people of all ages who have a fascination for the odd. It’s truly a gem on the AC Boardwalk and something I recommend to everyone. I will miss Ripley’s!

A fun place to visit! Some of the exhibits were redundant, others could have used a little more light. Some stuff really wasn't suitable for young children. It was interesting. I'm not sure if some of the stuff was exaggerated, played up a little " for the show". It was very well maintained. The staff was pleasant, friendly and professional!
Lisa G — Google review
It was quite an interesting place to visit.. I highly enjoyed it. I do suggest that they do some updating to the facility. Or expand it somehow to show some form of modernization. I felt like I was walking thru the past most of the time. Again. It was a great experience but seems like it needs more. I used to work a block away from the Ripley's in Time square NY which is much newer than this one so this may be why it felt like it needs an update.
Sunny R — Google review
Ripley's is closing effective January 2023, so I would be remissed if I didn't send it off. This museum was amazing. It's a very cheap entry fee to see a lifetime curation of customs and oddities from around the world. Ripley's is famous for it's building facade and can't be missed from the Boardwalk. It's in the central pier area. Buy a ticket and bring some quarters. Have some fun before it's gone.
VS J — Google review
Since this was my first visit to this Ripley’s it was quiet refreshing to see new items, artifacts, and facts as opposed to the Times Square Ripley’s. Price wise it was extremely cheap! $35 got me admission for two, 2 souvenir books, AND a game entry for two at the laser game found at the end of the tour. The entire walkthrough including reading almost every fact available was about an hour for me and my partner, it was very interesting and we were the only ones inside at the time so we kind of had the entire space to ourselves! Personally I love Ripley’s because of all the cool facts that Mr. Ripley himself gathered to share with us all! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm glad I purchased a Groupon to for the Go-Kart Racing. If I would have paid full price for this activity I would be even more upset. Let's start at the beginning. I've never been to an activity that was so unorganized. There was a line for both to purchase tickets or to redeem the Groupon. I had my Groupon and stood in line for over 30 minutes. The staff were really friend and helpful which is the only reason why I even gave it one star. The Groupon does not include the head gear needed and is $6 each. Once you purchase your tickets or your Groupon is redeemed they print out a paper with your name on it. Afterwards there is a huge unorganized crowd waiting at the gate to start racing. Again there is not organization, no line, no ropes to keep people in order nothing. There's a mix of people waiting to hear their names to race and spectators. You would think they would have a monitor or better system for people to view their names and the order they would race in. But no you have to listen carefully for the staff to call your name in an extremely crowded arcade. It took over an hour and half for our names to be called. Someone even had a time slot reservation in which was not honored. They also had to wait amongst the crowd. Once we finally got to the cars to race although I could barely call it a race they kept slowing down our cars. We paid for 7 laps but I can't even say we did more than 4 laps. My daughter was so fed up she didn't even want to visit the arcade afterwards. If you purchase the Arcade Card from Groupon as well it's a timed card as soon as you swipe it the time starts. You also don't earn points for prizes and the card it only valid at certain machines. I would NEVER participate in the Go Karts again. Hopefully they will create a ore organized system. I walked around and viewed the skating rink and mini golf I wouldn't recommend unless you little ones with you. I don't think teenagers would enjoy it.

Large arcade because it occupies most of the lobby floor of the old Showboat casino. They have many cranes, shooters, skeeball, pinball, etc. About 3/4 ticket games and the rest arcade games. They do have mini golf, go kart track, and various other things, as well as a prize counter. Not a bad arcade if you're already on the boardwalk. If you're not staying there or walking from somewhere nearby, self parking is $25. Some games did not work and no one around to fix it give credits. The place is somewhat run down, carpets taped, AC problems, etc. The employees I spoke to were nice.

It's hard to understand that this casino is said to be super kid friendly, yet you can tell that it's been left in the late 70s. The interior design is so ugly, stale and dingy, not to mention the air quality is not great for kids at all. It's very evident that the owners simply lined the walls with claw machines and occasionally tossed a new arcade game in the mix. A lot of giant space was closed off with gates. It was decorated for Christmas when we visited in mid May and the bathroom attendant stood on her phone drinking coffee, clearly annoyed that I asked for a paper toilet cover in a place that I should have received a Hep B shot before entering. It's really just a skanky Dave & Busters with an indoor water park.
Dana N — Google review
Great games, fun atmosphere and perfect location for kids and fairly reasonably priced considering how expensive everything is in AC. However THE SMELL! The place smells like a musty old basement that hasn’t been cleaned in 50 years. The casino years really took its toll. The carpets are horrible and chances are, where the smell is coming from. We enjoyed our time playing games but really struggled to stay longer because of the smell. I guess this may not bother others but it does make it unpleasant to stay there long term. I then question my health and what I’m actually breathing in. Possibly mold? Getting a pass is definitely worth it and let’s you play quite a few games, but why would you want to if the place smells like that? If they can get that under control I would give them more stars. Unfortunately the smell is just that off putting.

DO NOT BE DECEIVED by the slick website for this place. Mini golf? Roller skating?Go-karts too? Sure, but skimpy, downscale, beat-up. The most promising attraction is the go-kart track, by far, but after the you-gotta-be-kidding disappointment of the other stuff, I couldn't bring myself to give this place my money. There's a billiards room that looked kinda nice -- it was shut down when I was there. You might make out okay if it's just an arcade you seek, but seriously -- the last thing you want to do is purchase tickets in advance without seeing for yourself the sad state of this facility. I was looking to kill a little time here, but once I looked around, got out of there as fast as I could.

They have classic pinball machines! The type that you have to pull the lever to launch the metal ball and mechanical buttons for the arms. At the time of visit 12/16/24, each play is 10 credits.

Despite its troubling past, the area now boasts a heritage society promoting black culture and unity. One of the bigger beaches in Atlantic City in the background is the Rainforest Cafe and the formerly Trump Tower which is ironic because this used to be a segregated Beach we're only blacks would go back in the days anyway everything's all good now you can walk underneath a pier and the waves come in you can also fish under there very close to the Atlantic City Convention Center which is in the backdrop

Wow! Amazing time with my boys at the arcade. Clean like new. Then we did the GO Kart track! Awesome! It was much bigger than it appears with a bunch of left and right turns, a tunnel and a hill. (They even gave us a few extra minutes) Thanks!

Central Pier Arcade & Speedway in Atlantic City is a fun stop for families and anyone looking for a quick thrill outside of the casinos. The go-karts are lively and exciting, giving you the rush of racing around the track, while the arcade adds a playful, nostalgic vibe. A single ride costs $18, and if you’re bringing a child, kids can ride along with a parent for $25—a nice option for families. Although the rides are short and a bit pricey, the overall experience is entertaining and adds something different to an Atlantic City trip, especially if you’re visiting with kids or just want to mix in some lighthearted fun by the boardwalk.

Hot day? Not here! Super fun in cool breeze! Hottest day of the year was literally no sweat at this fantastic mini golf. Right on the ocean, great course, pristine clean. On the boardwalk with expansive views of ocean, lighthouse & city. Played in sun and shade with challenging holes & clever casino themes. Really enjoyed live jazz during music festival! Terrific, friendly staff!! Will be back - want my own hole in one next time… 😁

Great safe option to rent bikes, or play mini golf. 2 hours can get most people south through AC to Ventnor fishing pier and back. Have to be off boardwalk by noon. Can reserve online ahead of time. A little pricey but everything is expensive in that city. They also sell some snacks, not a lot of shops or food nearby.

During a period of downtime, we decided to do a afternoon fun date and chose North Beach Mini Golf and Bike Rental. The experience was highly enjoyable; the course presented an engaging challenge, and the venue itself was well-maintained and family-oriented. The staff's attentiveness, including providing complimentary water due to the heat, was greatly appreciated. We enthusiastically recommend North Beach Mini Golf and Bike Rental for both date outings and family visits.

Went here randomly while down in AC to see Seinfeld’s standup at the Borgata and am so happy we did. We loved all the different types of art and met one of the artists who was just amazing at explaining the different artists who were showcased and their works. We ended up spending a couple hours there and could’ve spent longer but they were closing. If you’re in the area and looking for something to do other then gambling whole in AC definitely stop by to this Stockton College run business. You can purchase many of their works as well!

My wife and I went to the bar for happy hour to wait for more friends to arrive for fun. But the service at the bar was terrible. The bartender had no interest in providing good service and was constantly on his cell phone. The drinks were poorly made, and as soon as we ate our appetizers, the dirty plates were piled up constantly until we asked for the check and went elsewhere. The atmosphere was great, but the bartender was completely uninterested in his work.

First time guests, and Although the staff was extremely friendly, we Didn’t have anyone explain anything to us, which was disheartening. When we mentioned this to the manager, he immediately rectified the situation and checked on us often after that. One hour is not long enough to play all the different games (with 5 people). My 77-year-old mother enjoyed swinging the golf club and Playing dodgeball with zombies. The food was surprisingly good. I understand they’ve had a menu update which some people might be upset about, but I highly recommend trying the food.

First time here. Service was fantastic. The waitress was hospitable and friendly. I thought we would be playing actual golf but it turns out everything is virtual which was sad. The food was not good with the exception of the burger. They did not have 5 of 6 craft beers on the menu. We decided to start off with an appetizer of nachos with salsa and more but it was disappointing. They must use a cheese whiz because the cheese was disgusting and they had no salsa and avocados on the nachos as advertised. My wife had the buffalo chicken fingers and they were okay. Breading could have been more crispier but portion size was good. My burger with bacon and onion rings was the highlight. Fresh meat with a brioche bun. The onion rings were nothing to write home about and were probably the frozen ones and then reheated. I would return here only because the prices are reasonable compared to the other choices inside the hotel but would only order the burger again. The view is spectacular from the windows were you are seated.

My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary to eat and then play golf. The atmosphere was great. It was very nice inside. The service was slow as we waited close to 30 minutes for our meal on a day that wasn't busy. However, the waitress was very attentive and sweet. Unfortunately the food was not good at all. My husband got a cheese steak with fries. There was way more bread than steak and the fries tasted old. I ordered a 30 dollar seafood boil. The middle of the bowl was extremely hot but everything on the outside was barely warm. The lobster was kind of chewy and the mussels were very dirty I actually had to spit it out. The shrimp tasted good. I did make a comment to the waitress and she said the cook wanted to see what I was talking about. She took my plate and came back with the food wrapped up and said nothing. We were a little upset about the food so we decided to skip playing golf and took a walk through the casino.
Jackie S — Google review
Everything was great! We ordered Pan Fried Crab Cake and Maryland Seafood Boil. Both of them were good, except that the broccoli was little bit over cooked. From what I’ve seen, every dine-in seat had a nice ocean view (which is awesome). Servers were very kind and friendly and restaurant was clean. Would come here again :))

This place is so bright and huge windows facing the ocean. Depending on your seating you could face the Ferris wheel on the boardwalk. Great bar menu just to watch the game and nibble and drink. I came today for there $26 lobster plate… If your someone that likes seasoning use your salt pepper and butter don’t forget to squeeze that lemon to get that flavorful profile going. The service is good and the are very accommodating going above and beyond I needed napkins, lemon butter and Bryan was always on point with service so thank you Bryan.. Little things go along way you were definitely busting your butt on the floor.

While some guests have noted that the parking garage may need improvement, others appreciate its central location near shops and eateries on the boardwalk.
Great experience, except for the sports book. Every table was reserved on Sunday. Did not like that , my wife and I had to go to a different hotel to watch football in their sportsbook. Otherwise, great service, great food choices and great casino

Upgraded to a "newly renovated" room. The staff was friendly and helpful BUT that's where it ends. The room was very disappointing. The carpet was wet, the small refrigerator did not work, we brought our own toiletries - thank goodness. They did give us towels and a bar of soap. If this is what you call a premium room, I would beg to differ. Forget room service! I don't mind paying more for it, but a $10 added delivery fee is just a bit much. Overall, I have to say, this was one experience I will not repeat. Not happy!
Margaret A — Google review
I first stayed at the Tropicana years ago with my children, but this year I returned with my husband—and I don’t know why I ever stayed anywhere else! Tropicana truly has everything you could want in one place, making it the perfect Atlantic City getaway. The room was standard but comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view. The bed was cozy, though I did notice a couple of hairs in the bathtub, which wasn’t great. Housekeeping could have done better, but overall the room served its purpose. The real highlight of Tropicana is the endless variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. From Starbucks to unique underground stores, there’s plenty of shopping without ever leaving the hotel. They also have multiple restaurants—including Hooters, my personal favorite—and even nightclubs if you’re looking for nightlife. You can literally spend your entire trip here without stepping outside. The casino wasn’t my best experience—the first slot machine I tried was faulty and customer service wasn’t very helpful. I took it as a sign not to gamble (which I usually don’t anyway). That didn’t take away from the overall trip, though, since there’s so much more to enjoy. While I didn’t use the pool this time, it looked beautiful and inviting. Between the restaurants, shops, nightlife, and ocean views, Tropicana makes it easy to relax, have fun, and create memories. Overall, aside from a few small issues, I had a great stay and would definitely come back again. Tropicana gives you the full Atlantic City experience under one roof!

Room was a little run down and a lot of noise from other guests and housekeeping yelling and slamming doors. The smell of cigarette smoking some how infiltrated my room. The bathroom was nice. Some of the pillows were really nice and firm and not like the ordinary squishy ones at most hotels. The gym access shuts down at 9PM, that was disappointing. Lots of shopping and dining options. I played slots and never received my drink. I was waiting for it to be delivered but had cashed out while waiting and you learn as you go. The staff was decent.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Absolutely the worst Caesars property I've ever been to!!!! Not only did I not get the room I requested I also got two rooms and couldn't find anyone to help me get the rooms at least in the same tower. I didn't appreciate them trying to say they couldn't help me because one of the rooms were comp. I don't get comp rooms because me and Caesar are friends, I spend $$. Went with my kids and they had to stay in a different tower then me! And there was nothing any one could do. Elevators were not working properly. I almost got stuck, thankfully I was able to open the doors and jump out. The Elevator then went UP with the doors open! Elevator for quarter parking garage had fire safety light blinking and a 20 to 30 minute wait. TV in room was not working. Pillows dirty. Only electric socket I could charge my phone was in the bathroom! The best part of the trip was checking out. Will not be returning, ever. I've never experienced any of these issues at any other Caesars properties in either AC or Las Vegas, I only stay Caesars..... whoever is running Tropicana..... your hotel sucks!!!

The outside of the casino and self parking look a little shady but once you go inside to check in is ok. Check in process was fast and our room was very clean. I normally stay at Oceans but can’t lie the room was Nice. Didn’t even have to use my own Lysol like other places lol. To be honest food is pricey for basics. Casino floor was quite, oddly didn’t see much gambling compared to Oceans, Ceasers, etc. Wasn’t too much to do for a family with kids so respectfully might be our last time coming. No restaurants in the area or walkable stores, located far from Boardwalk but you can also catch the Jitney van. Hope my review helps, overall a good stay!

We originally booked the coastal room but got a free upgrade for my wife's birthday. Hotel room is nice and big. Wife and I loved the mattress and food options. Very nice design. What we didn't like was the noises. There's pretty much no sound insulation so we heard people talking all around and every single toilet flush from left, right and above our room. Everything else is what you'd expect at a casino. Smokey, pensioners gambling away their retirement staying at the same machine for hours. The usual overall it's decent.

Our Captain Dave helped make this the perfect day for our family! We took our parents with us. Dave showed us the inner coastal on a leisurely 2 hour ride. He educated us as we sailed & plugged into the boat speakers to listen to music. We even brought our own food & beverages. Booking through Mike, the owner was easy & he answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Such a great time and a great way to enjoy a day on the water with friends. What’s better than having your own boat ? Taking a ride with a skilled Capt while you enjoy the beautiful day.

The Boardwalk Pool is a delightful spot located at HQ2 Beachclub where you can bask in the sunshine, enjoy refreshing ocean breezes, and indulge in icy cocktails. It's open daily from 8AM to 8PM, offering a family-friendly indoor and outdoor pool called Eclipse that provides stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and adjusts to the weather conditions. The atmosphere is fantastic with great music, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind.
Boardwalk is perfectly fine and the atmosphere and music was on point

It has very nice views. The beach is pretty good, though the water was freezing. I live in Florida and in winter the water gets cold, but tolerable. Water in Atlantic City on June 5th? Numbing cold. Now to the actual Boardwalk in Atlantic City. I would not recommend it for families. The stores on the boardwalk were playing vulgar music. There was no type of editing, it was straight up raw, offensive language that little kids should not be hearing. This was in about 50% of the stores on that boardwalk. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Located in the Marina District, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is a luxurious property that offers a wide range of amenities. The casino area is spacious and less smoky compared to others in the city, while the rooms are described as spacious and luxurious. The hotel's opulent spa, Tocarre, provides a serene retreat with an Italian-themed setting and a variety of global treatments. Additionally, guests can enjoy around-the-world dining options at the hotel's restaurants.
Can’t find a better casino. They exude quality and excellent service. I even won $200 from $10 FreePlay on the first spin! Great location. Excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. Gourmet dining if you wish. Right next to the marina. Not a far drive from downtown Atlantic City. Close to the boardwalk and other attractions. It is easy to get to your location. I will keep coming back for more.

Casino is still lovely, with some new refurbishments, carpet and such. Hotel and casino is very clean with Modern games, plenty of table games and slot options. Food at buffett is spectacular along with some good eats at restaurants. Food court has some fast food type options. Not as nice as in its hayday but still our choice When we come in from Florida. Clientele is much more casual these days used to be such a hip spot to go now just a spot to go. Overall kinda meh.

This was my birthday celebration and it was nice; however, comp rooms at Caesars is limited to the roons that are not grand compared to their other rooms. There is not community pool or hot tub and the charge of $65 per person to go into the spa is insulting considering you already paid for a room. So the only activity is to gamble, which brings them money, or eat! I use to love Caesars due to the rooms, ambiance and actually winning money., but in AC winning money is not an option anymore as the tourist population dwindled greatly. Nonetheless, if you just want a get away with your mate, it'll work for you and I enjoyed my birthday

I would never stay at this hotel again. I was extremely disappointed, especially considering it’s advertised as a five-star property. That standard simply does not apply unless you’re one of their elite members. Regular guests are treated like second-class citizens. The room we were given was in terrible condition — the furniture was old, the bathroom was barely clean, and despite staying four nights, housekeeping never serviced our room even after I specifically requested it. When I called the front desk to ask about cleaning, the staff were sarcastic and dismissive, showing no professionalism or courtesy. For the amount of money I paid — triple the usual rate to make sure my husband and I had a special anniversary stay — it was a complete letdown. Even though I noted it was our wedding anniversary, it wasn’t acknowledged in any way. The light in the room kept flickering, and we could clearly hear people showering in the adjacent rooms, which was both uncomfortable and disappointing. Overall, this was a distressing and underwhelming experience. Unless you’re part of their elite membership, do not book this hotel. It is nowhere near the standard of a true five-star stay.

Alright, let’s keep it real. I stayed at the Borgata thinking, “I’m a Platinum member, this is gonna be fancy.” Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. If this hotel were a person, it’d be the type that brags about being “exclusive” but shows up to brunch in sweatpants. So, I walk in expecting an upgrade, some VIP sparkle, maybe a free breakfast croissant or something. Nope. Nada. Apparently, Platinum means “you get what everyone else gets, but you get to be disappointed about it in a shinier card.” The room looked like it time-traveled straight from 2008. The bathroom door was so poorly installed it got stuck halfway like it was trying to escape the place too. No water in the room, no bathrobes either. I had to call twice and wait an hour for those robes, which at that point felt like waiting for a miracle. The pool area? Actually pretty nice. Until they tell you it closes at 7pm. Because apparently, this hotel thinks people come to Atlantic City to tuck in early and reflect on life choices. Staff were nice enough, but in that “I’m-being-nice-because-it’s-my-job” way. No warmth, no extra effort—just polite autopilot. And the kicker: almost $400 a night. For that price, I expected at least a door that closes, water that appears without a quest, and maybe a robe delivery faster than a pizza. Final thoughts: 2 out of 5 stars. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not worth the price or the Platinum hype. I’ll give them credit for the pool—but that’s about it. Next time, I’ll spend my $400 somewhere that remembers what “hospitality” means.

Despite my ratings for individual items, my visit in September 2025 will be my last. Where do I start? I'm no high roller, but my play time alone would keep me eating free for my entire visits (mostly 2 nights, sometimes 3 nights). They cut down on the comp amount they start you with when checking-in, and hardly give you the 'free bets' like they once did. 1 $25 roulette table open on a Monday morning before noon and for the rest of the day is a little much. I'll play more than $25 a spin but they make you play $5 chips when they're $25. I ended up playing at Harrah's during this visit for 2 nights because more tables were open, and they were only $10 (even though I was playing over $25 a spin). Throw in the prices for any meal, and getting blown off on an issue with the room where I asked 3 times to fix, but nothing was done. All this caused me to lose my taste for AC. After coming to the Borgata for over 15 years, and AC for over 30, I believe I am done. It has nothing to do with how well or not well I did during the visits. They were mostly to get off Long Island for a few days. All the fun of going and pampering are no longer there.

This is by far the absolute worst hotel I have ever patronized. When the room smelled suffocatingly strongly of cigarettes, I asked to change to a non-smoking room. I was told there were none available at the time, and I’d need to wait overnight. The hotel is on its own island. Truly the worst location it could be in. Close to absolutely nothing to eat, see, or do. You are stuck unless you drive off the property. The customer service is insufferably poor. Nobody can help with anything. Everyone who works here seems to be unable to, unsure how, or unwilling to help. Questions and concerns are met with a nonchalant shoulder shrug. I am so upset staying here and I truly wish the people who worked here were more driven to fulfill the requests of guests. As someone who doesn’t gamble nor smoke, there is nothing I like about staying here. The nice contemporary art is the only positive takeaway I have. I found the closeby Sheraton far more enjoyable to stay in.

I am a Marriott employee and I have never felt more victimized than I have at this property. I am a respectful, paying customer who bought $60 worth of cigars from one of the shops at this establishment. We asked for all of the appropriate materials, 2 cigars, ashtray, cutter and lighter. We went through the entire transaction and the cashier asked us if we wanted to receipt and we said no. We walked out of the store and sat at the casino tables right outside. About 15 minutes later two armed security guards approached us asking for my ID. I saw her starting to write down my contact information and I asked her what she needed it for. She proceeded to ask me for my room number. She then proceeded to tell me that we were accused of stealing a cigar cutter from the shop. We were sitting right outside of the shop in clear Plainview obviously under the assumption that we had paid for all items. Now that the security guard had taken down my information and my room number, I felt personally victimized and walked back to the store to return the cutter. This is absolutely disgusting targeting somebody like this. Taking my ID and jotting down my personal information for something like this. If the cutter was not included in the purchase, the cashier was in the wrong for not communicating to us. I feel violated and personally victimized, and I will never visit this establishment ever again. And quite frankly traumatized as a Marriott employee for being targeted in this way. I fully expect someone to contact me as soon as possible

Resorts AC has nice rooms and available tables at the casino. It's an old crowd but definitely not and old hotel. Restaurants are very good and it's on the boardwalk with a short walk to other BW hotels. Rooms are very affordable and clean. I'd stay here again and look for rooms here over others for the price. My friend stayed overnight two nights and seemed happy with her accommodations. I came down to take her to dinner and gamble. Winter hours promotions very disappointing. 7:00pm on the dot they close. I made it the first night to get cards, was hoping to get match for my players card from another casino, yes but had to earn 85pts first and come back another day for match. Unfortunately arrived at 7pm the next night. They were leaving told come back yet another night. I asked games manager James who really did wish to help for a host, no host on call available. I’ve played many Casinos in many states in this country and in others and on cruises so I feel my opinion carries weight. Resorts fall short. Maybe 9pm would be more reasonable or keep early hours but have one host available till 2:00am to service your players. It is a Casino, isn’t?

Checked in and made the trek to my room. Key didn’t work. Went all the way back down to desk and given another room. We originally reserved a roll in shower room (ADA) but ended up with a huge tub. We were not going back down to change rooms again. Thankful shower had a handle mode. Upon showering we noticed mold on shower curtain. Room needed a good cleaning!! Plus a blanket on bed. Additionally there’s NO table top to place things on in the bathroom. Accessible room. Location was great. Can go right over to hard rock through walkway. Boo bar was very festive. Workers were nice.

I recently stayed at Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City from October 31 to November 1, and it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When my friends and I returned to our room early Saturday morning, we found a pair of men’s boxers in our bathroom that did not belong to anyone in our group. The bathroom itself didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival, which was already unsettling. When I brought this up to the housekeeping manager at checkout, her response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, she told me, “You get what you pay for,” and suggested I should have reported it sooner. That comment alone was unacceptable and showed a total lack of care for guests. I later contacted hotel management directly, and while they did respond, their solution was to offer a $40 food credit, later increased to $50, for a future visit. Considering the seriousness of the hygiene issue and the staff’s attitude, that gesture felt dismissive. I also called the hotel before booking to confirm that our room with two beds could accommodate three guests, and a staff member told me, “We don’t count people.” Yet, when I followed up, management tried to justify their limited compensation by claiming we didn’t pay for a third guest — which contradicts their own staff’s instructions. Every attempt to resolve this situation has been met with excuses instead of accountability. What could have been a simple apology and fair resolution turned into a frustrating back-and-forth that left me feeling dismissed, unheard, and frankly, disgusted by the lack of professionalism. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly encourage upper management or HR to review how this case was handled. Guests deserve better than being lied to, blamed, and brushed off after raising a valid concern about hygiene and staff behavior

⭐⭐☆☆☆ “Seagull 10/10, Room 2/10” My recent stay at Resorts Casino in Atlantic City was… well, let’s just say the seagull outside my window had a better experience than I did. Let’s start with the positives: The view was great. The seagull was adorable. Feeding said seagull from my window was genuinely the highlight of the trip. Now for the rest: The room was dated, dirty, and smelled like it had a long history. There were multiple water stains on the ceiling, a mysterious tube dripping some kind of liquid down my window, and a general “we stopped caring years ago” vibe. We were given a handicapped-accessible room (which we didn’t request), and it really didn’t work for our needs. The closet light didn’t work, there were barely any outlets (apparently we’re supposed to charge all our devices one at a time?), and the TV wasn’t even smart — just old-school cable. The bathroom had no vanity, so we had to get creative and use the ironing board as a makeshift counter for our toiletries. Overall, the room felt neglected — like it was once beautiful in the 1980s and just never recovered. If you want a good laugh, book a stay for the view, bring your own extension cord, and prepare to bond with the local seagulls. Otherwise… maybe look elsewhere unless “vintage disappointment” is your thing.

Mediocre at best. The moment you walk in you're practically gassed with cigarette smoke. I literally had chest pain making my way to the check in. 🚬 It was sooo bad. The entire hotel smells like grandma's house and ash trays. Even the non-smoking floors. It's just so unpleasant to the point of sickening. They desperately need to improve the ventaltion and update the rooms and carpeting. There were gnats in the toilet and though out the room. The bedding didn't smell fresh. We had a one night stay so no point to complain. The staff were friendly but I would not book here again but if you're on a budget and don't mind the smell of smoke this is your place. 🥴

The room was nicely updated, but the rest of the casino feels stuck in the past. The same old carpet from when I was a kid , back when my grandma would stop for a quick slot while I watched from the walkway. Nostalgic, sure, but it’s overdue for a refresh. And I’m not sure how room service forgot that hanger in the room but yeah. The Gordon Ramsay bar was a nice, great food, solid drinks and good service. The bakery right across from it was also really good and worth stopping by.

Cool place and loved the theme! Not very many slots to play. You needed a wristband at the door to order drinks from the bar. A little pricey on my margarita. The band that was playing seemed fun and very lively.

5$ FOR A CLUB SODA WITH NO ALCOHOL!!?!?! Been here in the past usually a good time. I was drinking much ultra at 10$ a beer and tipping 1$ with each. Needed some hydration towards the end of the night and asked for a club soda with lime and a much ultra paid bartender 11$. Next thing I know the gonzo asked me for 5$ more for the doggone club soda. Maybe was scamming me but I’m not gonna cause a scene at the end of the night. Either way shady nonsense or overpriced garbage. Used to be good but I won’t go back after tonight.

As far as casinos go, this one was fun for its age. Visited the bars here, too, and they were well-stocked and had friendly staff. There is a darkened, cozy area of game play that includes tables and slots, along with sports betting. Very nice casino and hotel. Casino is modern and easy to get drinks. I played slots and had great selection. Stayed at hotel. Room easy partially updated, but I kept hitting my head on lamps between beds. Weird configuration. Toilet was low/ not comfort height. Water pressure great! Ate at Anthony & Vics steakhouse and Chart House seafood. Fantastic quality and quantity of food. So delicious. Breakfast at diner was meh. Not worth it.

Currently here at Golden Nugget. First time. It’s much quieter then other casinos, but that is what we wanted. The location is what it is… I knew we were away from everything. Depends what you are looking for with location. Food is excellent. All employees are very nice and polite. Not a lot of variety as far as entertainment and food but all is really good. We upgraded to a premier room. And that’s where I get discouraged. Brand new room. The bathroom barn style door doesn’t not close cause it ends up hitting the floor being it’s uneven. If you pull it like you’re trying to rip it off it will slide close, but not without you thinking it’s going to break. The best part is the barn style shower doors that don’t close, well they close and then roll open. You can see they don’t line up flush with the wall and is uneven causing it to roll. Get extra wash clothes so you can jam behind the door to keep it from sliding. For a millions of dollars to be spent on upgrade and work like this… I would be embarrassed. If this one room has these issues… how many others do. The rest of the place is your typical casino deco, smell (light smoke), lights and music.

Was quite surprised. Had a wonderful weekend here. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Elevators quick. Best of all, free self parking. Ate at two of the restaurants and both were really good (Michael Patrick's Brassiere, both dinner and breakfast, and Dos Camino's for dinner). Would definitely book another stay here. The only minor complaint would be that there wasn't much of a selection on the room's TV, but that's nitpicking.

I don't usually stay here but met with a friend. I'm almost always able to do an early check in , but no luck there. There's a nice set up with several dining areas, shops and an outdoor pool/ patio. The DJ was the best on the pool deck. Waitress walked off with my credit card and I couldn't find her for over an hour. No one was interested in helping me either. I don't gamble, so I can only say the casino is the usual fare. There is also a very cozy restaurant on the dock with a bar a live band. I enjoyed listening to oldies and taking in the beautiful view of the yachts in the harbor. I still prefer going on the main strip in AC. But this was a nice getaway.

A Pleasant Stay with a Few Minor Drawbacks Overall, I had a very good experience at the Golden Nugget. The hotel is clean, well-maintained. One major plus is the free parking, which adds a lot of convenience. The location feels a bit removed but it’s in a beautiful area with great views of the marina. The H2O pool area is a standout feature stylish, secure, and relaxing. I appreciated the security presence. However, one downside was the poolside service. During both days of my stay, the roaming waitresses didn’t approach everyone equally. I ended up having to walk to the bar to order my own drinks, which wasn’t ideal. There was also marijuana smoking at the pool, which staff didn’t address. The pool bar bartender on Sunday (8/3) was very sweet and attentive . The one on Saturday (8/2), however, was not as engaged. Happy Hour is available at a couple of the restaurants (not the pool). I loved The Deck for its casual vibe, live music, and marina view the food is basic but fine for the price. CHART House was excellent: great food, service, and ambiance. Lillie’s Asian Cuisine was okay but nothing special. My room was clean, though it had a slight dusty smell. The view I paid for was technically a bay view, but it also faced the parking garage. The front desk manager was not very friendly about it when I asked . However, most of the of the other staff especially housekeeping and restaurant servers were welcoming and attentive. The casino is very nice and I would like to return.

Was there for a conference. The hotel was clean. We did arrive to the Golden Nugget one hour early, and they charged us $15 for an early check in. Given the hotel was less than 15%occupancy, and plenty of rooms were available, I believe this was unacceptable as we were not inconveniencing any hotel employee. The room was spacious and clean. The shower/bath had great water pressure and temperature. The view from the hotel room was amazing! The only drawback...no nightlife! Other than a really empty casino, there shod have been some live music available. But, I guess we were there on the wrong night. Other than that, I would recommend the Golden Nugget for a stay in Atlantic City. Its away from the overrated Boardwalk, which makes it a great location.

so I booked three rooms on Priceline.com for an event this past weekend, Nov 6 & 7, 2025. We arrived at night and when you walk up to the front desk, there's loud bar music playing about 25 ft away. You can not communicate with the front desk agent properly. More importantly, they staff the front desk with unprofessional jerks who start to help you, then move on to the next guest. Its like putting 20 items on the belt at the grocery store and the clerk rings in an item and then takes the next customer in line. I instructed the clerk I paid for 3 rooms. He took my credit card, license and made a key and then went to the next guest. I asked if not finishing with a guest was their policy. He ignored me. When he finally returned back to me, he said he could not find the other two so he moved on to the next guest. I was puzzled. I asked so you dont want to let me know that? I showed him my reservations but he refused to look at it and only said I only have one room. The guy then threw his arms on the air and started yelling at me saying it was my fault for booking on a 3rd party site and there was zero he could do. The clerk went on to say he didnt care what happened to him and I could do anything I wanted... making me think he wanted to fight me. I laughed and told him he knew nothing of my capabilities and should do research before challenging the unknown. I asked for the Mgr on duty, who was as useless as the first guy. I asked for his business card, which was the only thing that went smoothly that night. I received that without hesitation. Apparently, someone approached one of my party after I left to say they had no control over a 3rd party reservation, which this wasn't so much about. The experience was a negative 3 stars making a 3rd party booking worse. I got the room for my team members who stated the stay was exactly like the confrontation, horrible start and worse finish.

So for measure, I'm in my late 30's. This place seems straight out of Chevy Chase's Vegas vacation. My wife booked it two nights for free, thinking what could be the difference (?). It's outlandishly outdated, I mean straight out of the late 80s/90s. For comparison. I've stayed previously at Ocean (x2), Harrahs, and Borgata. While having visited Ceasars, Bally's and Tropicana. This place was straight out of the 80s/90s, and I don't mean looks like, but also FEELS like it. It looks like it they haven't touched this hotel since it was made. I didn't expect to leave a review, because I had low expectations, but figured I'd do so anyway. So I don't have many pictures unfortunately. That said, it's not a bad hotel by any means. Just know you're not in for a world of luxury or grandeur. If you skip the valet, it's free Self parking. Which is amazing (seriously, it's awesome), but the parking garage, is also very run down. I'm guessing this is just to draw in people for the casino though. From the self parking you take an elevator down to the lobby, and....I swear to you it's like a 80s/90s Elevator, littered in the most random dirt, debris and random items you'll find. We saw anywhere from broken hangars to large pieces of lint and dirt all throughout the elevator. (Yet again my expectation was zero so I wasn't even mad). Check in was easy. $15 for early check in. Room was....okay. AC was limited/half working. We were on the lower/non-renovated floors though. (7th floor). I checked the mattress for bed bugs and the actual mattress was absolutely filthy, brown stains all over with a bed sheet wrapped over it. ALSO: It's also one of those old school hotels with the doors that connect to the adjoining room, I heard the entire rooms conversation next door while trying to sleep. I'll attach the video if it lets me. Casino/party vibe: I actually had a lot of fun at the casino and would say this is where this place shines the most. It had multiple Live bands, casino is on the smaller size but the payouts seemed good, and drinks/cocktail waitresses were very frequent and drinks were great in taste and size. It's definitely a wayyy older demographic, but that can be a good thing. Way less drama. I'd say it's okay if you want a single cheap night at a casino in AC, but it's definitely a 3-star experience. I actually like it being away from the boardwalk, but needs serious modernization. I'll probably stick to somewhere else in the future.

Ocean Casino Resort is an upscale oceanfront hotel in Atlantic City, boasting a casino, two nightclubs, and 10 restaurants. The iconic hotel has a rich history and has hosted famous personalities like Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra. With 480 renovated guest rooms and elegant suites offering traditional luxury and stunning ocean views, the resort provides a lavish experience. The 47-story hotel features floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, providing breathtaking ocean backdrops.
This hotel provided an absolutely wonderful experience. I enjoyed the most restful night there. We received a complimentary upgrade to a corner room on the 45th floor, which offered breathtaking views, two toilets, two televisions, a kitchen area, and a living room. We were particularly pleased with the abundance of towels. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. It is also highly recommended to take a stroll along the boardwalk, as it is quite lovely. I would certainly consider returning.

Loved my stay at the Ocean Casino Resort. It was impressive from the moment I walked in and going up the several escalators which passed by the casino and on to the hotel lobby. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Lots of restaurants and stores for anything you might need. The room was clean and very comfortable. Waking up in the morning with the ocean view was just magical. Will be back for sure!

Exceeds 5 stars. This place was phenomenal from the check in process, the cleanliness of the rooms, the service, all of the workers were very kind friendly and helpful. The room was so clean I felt as though I could walk barefoot and I never feel that way in hotels. Thanks for such an amazing quick getaway. You have a new guest forever. Whenever I visit AC this is where I’ll be staying

Our room was very bigs the view was so beautiful the view was amazing We got an overview of the whole city and the boardwalk. We could see the Ferris wheel light up it was cool. But I'm the morning when the lights were all on the bathroom was a tad dirty.Love the hotel but very far from everything

After having a unfortunate experience at another property we originally booked down the boardwalk, we moved to Ocean for the remainder of our Atlantic City stay. We stayed in a Studio Suite and it was amazing! The property was clean, modern and the room was quiet in the hotel. Staff was friendly. Great selection of slots and table games. Great dealers and pit bosses. Food options were a little limited mid-week, but we still had good meals. Would most definitely stay here on a return visit!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Ocean Resort in Atlantic City was nothing short of amazing! The resort feels clean, modern, and new from the moment you walk in—everything is sleek and well-maintained. The restaurant options were excellent, offering a variety of cuisines from casual bites to upscale dining with ocean views. The casino was vibrant yet elegant, creating a fun atmosphere without feeling overcrowded. We especially loved the spa, which offered a relaxing, luxury experience that truly felt like a getaway within a getaway. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for any weather, and the state-of-the-art fitness center made it easy to stay active while traveling. Overall, Ocean Resort delivered the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and entertainment—highly recommend for anyone visiting Atlantic City!

I’ve booked this hotel it was a great location and nice scenery but the service could have been better. First off it was NO WATER in the rooms at all for the guest. I wasn’t greeted coming into the establishment even at the desk when given my key. It was my birthday they didn’t even ask as their any occasions which would have been nice. The hotel was nice but the prices are very pricey a bottle of orange juice was $6 so please be aware to spend a lot of money at ocean. The spa was amazing 1000/10 service they was incredible. Casino could have been better the workers could’ve have a better attitude overall the stay was not so great but the hotel was beautiful.

Visited for 3 days. My first room was okay but had no hot water in the room. Changed room next day, came out of a shower changing and cleaning lady walks right into the room. Do not disturb light on doesn't knock just opens the door to walk in. Didn't just happen once different cleaning lady around 6pm walks right into my room while im eating dinner while again do not disturb light was on. Last day brushing my teeth grabbed a small towel didnt realize til I wiped my mouth that I just wiped my mouth with a blood stained towel.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is a massive resort featuring luxurious rooms and suites, an array of dining options, shops, and a vibrant nightclub. The property exudes the lively atmosphere of a Vegas party with its rock memorabilia and stunning art pieces.
I personally had a great time. Unfortunately I didn't win anything. The staff were great, polite and very helpful. Our room was stunning and clean. I understand not all rooms have been updated. There were some questionable characters that were able to get access to places they shouldn't, but I never felt unsafe. I personally had a good time.

I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Atlantic City and overall had a great experience! The hotel itself has a vibrant energy and plenty of amenities to enjoy. While the property could use a bit of TLC in some areas, the staff more than made up for it with their warm and helpful attitude throughout my stay. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable visit, though they are starting to show some signs of age and could benefit from a refresh. The surrounding area isn't the best and doesn't always feel the safest, but once inside the hotel, it feels secure and inviting. If you're looking for a fun place to stay with great service and a lively atmosphere, the Hard Rock AC is a solid choice.

Hard Rock is OK..... Was better. Ocean is at this time is way better on every level. Don't get me wrong it's a good place still. Just look at the Check in progress....... Why is the check in desks by the front doors when only like 5% of people staying at the hotel use it. 95% of people come in the car that they park in the garage. So once you park you have to walk some 1000 feet and 2 to 3 levels down past the elevators for the room to the front doors, check in to then walk right back where you just came from half way from the garage. Horrible set up..... Can tell you one thing...... Ocean is nothing like that.

Loved it! Although I have never booked rooms here before, I will give it 5 stars since I have heard great things. The service on the other hand- is absolutely on another level. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location friendly too since it is a very short walk to the pier and the beach.

We had a fantastic trip again at the Hard Rock Casino. Got an upgraded suite for a modest cost. Enjoyed a couple of days on the beach. Fun nights gambling, boardwalk, etc.

We always enjoy our stay at Hard Rock. I am a Unity card member and take advantage of the room and dining offers. Honestly, we've gotten wonderful deals on rooms and meals that never fail to satisfy.

I enjoy staying at the hard rock. The rooms are great with a nice view with a mini fridge. I like the fact that you need your room key to operate the elevators. Playing here I am not so lucky though.

Stayed at Hard Rock Atlantic City for a weekend. Checkin was quick and the staff helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and faced the ocean. Casino action and a live band kept nights interesting, and the boardwalk right outside made food runs easy. Solid stay I’d return.
