This Hyatt offered a pleasant stay overall. The resort facilities were excellent, well-maintained grounds, comfortable rooms, and everything you’d expect from a quality property. Location-wise, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring Orlando without being in the middle of the theme park chaos, which I appreciated. Staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. However, breakfast service was notably disappointing. Most of the breakfast personnel seemed disengaged and indifferent to guests’ needs. The exception was a gentleman from Morocco who was brilliant, attentive, warm, and made the morning experience much better. Housekeeping was another weak point. Despite multiple days at the resort, they never replenished our coffee supplies or face cloths, which became frustrating given the room rate. It’s basic service that should be standard. The resort itself delivers on amenities and atmosphere, but these service inconsistencies prevent it from being exceptional. With better attention to these details, it would easily be a top-tier experience.

An Oasis of Quiet Luxury in Orlando I was simply amazed by the quiet, subtle luxury of the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. The property is absolutely beautiful — from the stunning grounds to the impressive design of the golf courses. It feels peaceful and private, like a hidden retreat right in the heart of Orlando. The rooms are comfortable and well kept, especially considering the hotel’s 1984 construction, and there are plenty of great restaurant options right on-site. You can even spend some time with Merlot, the friendly resident parrot, who’s always a delight to see! A huge thank-you to our bellman, Ernest, who truly went above and beyond during our stay. He kindly drove us from the property to the main gates so we could explore nearby restaurants and shops. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. Overall, this was a fantastic week-long stay. The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is a gem — beautiful, peaceful, and unforgettable.

Stay for the amenities, not the rooms. The Hyatt Grand Cypress makes a strong first impression — the entrance is stunning, the property feels grand, and the amenities are impressive. However, once we settled into our room, it was clear the resort could use a little extra care (think: power washing awnings and sidewalks, tidying the lake beach, no water in the stream running through the grounds ).I’m thinking it’s probably because it’s such a large property that being able to keep everything up to par is a struggle for owners. As for the rooms: Every room is the same until you upgrade to a suite. Some of the issues in our first room…bed and pillows were uncomfortable, walls were scuffed, balcony glass was dirty, and our tub drain was broken. Thankfully, because we are Explorist members with Hyatt, we received an upgraded suite and it made such a difference — much better bed and a thoughtful birthday surprise for our son with balloons, snacks, and s’mores kits. That was a beautiful touch and turned our experience around. The pool area is the highlight — waterfalls, hot tubs, paddle boats, bikes, canoes, and a great pool restaurant with fair prices.The vibe is relaxing and family-friendly. The pool area is the reason we would come back. This Hyatt shines in amenities but could elevate the experience with better room upkeep and more consistent service for loyal guests.

Very pleased with our stay. Customer service around the entire resort was awesome. Debby in room service to bell cart staff. Felt very appreciated when it feels at times it is hard to find these days. Tipped in cash to support their ongoing services and well worth it. Food poolside was good and felt like you were on a tropical island. Yes a few things in our room and hotel were run down or broken but staff would offer to address them as soon as they could and were very prompt. I hope we are lucky enough to stay here again in the future.

Stayed here while attending a large conference onsite—excellent experience all around. The property is massive yet easy to navigate, with beautiful grounds and plenty of space to unwind between sessions. Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet despite the busy venue. Great blend of resort feel and business convenience—would definitely stay again for future events.

Amazing location and excellent service! Big shoutout to George in Valet super friendly and full of great tips and has the full Orlando itinerary. Self-parking is pricey at nearly $40 a night, but the hotel more than makes up for it with a huge variety of pools and activities, including pedal boating, kayaking, cycling, and golf. I didn’t dine in the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food, but it’s conveniently close to lots of restaurants and gift shops so eating out was easy. A big bonus is the free shuttle service to both Universal Orlando and the Disney parks! The room was clean and lovely, though the toilets looked a little dated. Housekeeping and all staff were fantastic. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

The only negative about the “hotel” is the location of the elevator bc we keep getting placed at the end of the hall way. 😜 The amenities are wonderful. The restaurant is a bit slow, but the food is worth the wait. Unfortunately, this time around…happy hour was a disappointment bc the bartender appeared bothered when we needed refills on our cocktails and wine and we keep having to request help. The wait staff at our cabana was Amazing!!!!! Overall, a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Beyond Beautiful resort inside & out!BEAUTIFUL rooms & amenities. Great service/staff with everyone I encountered. Impressive with an "awe factor" amazing service! Several restaurants on site, Starbucks & giftshop.While expensive, the portion, quality & service was amazing. Drinks at the pool bar are on point. I like you can self park here and choose that or valet. NO matter if you are staying at the Marriott or the Ritz Carlton you get access to both properties. Room & view was beyond breathtaking! I have stayed alot of places in Orlando and never had a view where I could see so much of the city. The lazy river and included water park ( no extra fee) makes it to where you absolutely don't have to leave the property to enjoy your stay. Breathtaking views, luxury & amenities everywhere you turn. Several pools/hot tubs to enjoy. The room was very upscale. Bathroom is amazing with separate shower & tub. I wish I would have taken more pics however, I was here for a work event. Amazing, I will definitely be back for a personal visit

We are never disappointed! The hotel was immaculate, even with a convention taking place. The pool staff were constantly maintaining the pool deck. While we were on vacation, I was still working and loved having so many different areas near the lobby and outside to work and take zoom meetings. The food from the Kitchen and Burger Knife were tasty. We also loved being able to walk over to the Ritz to enjoy their restaurants. Our only negative was that house keeping always arrived very late (after 5pm). Unfortunately, we usually had someone in the showers at that time, so we never actually received house-keeping services for the 4 days we were there. However, the house-keeper quickly traded out towels for us and we were able to give her our trash. Overall, it was a great experience!

The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating! They always go the extra mile and by far they remain the best in town when it comes to what hospitality really means.i especially want to make sure I mention day manager Paola and night manager Rashid. I have a health issue and they are always very willing to make sure my stays have been safe and enjoyable. As a marriot elite member (almost titanium) they are the reason I keep coming back with raving reviews. ❤️ I’d like to also mention Roberto from maintenance and his supervisor (I wish I had his name) who are also the very best at trouble shooting issues. The entire house keeping team are lovely as well. Ebert is a doll. They leave a lasting impression. Kindness goes a long way in my book always!! Having been a marketing director for Chick-fil-a - people will remember how you made them feel! Missing my right lung from lung cancer and I have to steer clear of mold, excessive dust, in addition to the use of ozone machines in rooms. Did not have the greatest experience with manager named Chris with this recent stay - he didn’t really seem to care much but I don’t want that to over shadow the 99% of the rhe staff that are wonderful.

Stayed this past weekend. Any issues that had resolvable solutions, were fixed by Concierge or Customer Service. First and foremost, this is a beautiful hotel with quite a few amenities for the family, including the Lazy River, as well as several dining options. Our room was a little late being ready (about 75 minutes after check in time), but service delivered Macaroons and an apology letter the next day. Regardless, I also know concierge were setting the room up for a special occasion and we appreciated that. Unfortunately the in-room refrigerator kept sounding the "open door" alarm throughout the day and night, even if the door was shut. It was a minor inconvenience that, had it been a bigger issue, I would have called the front desk. We loved the food. We loved the lazy river. We really enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of our suite. We also felt that team members were always ready to help. Lastly, we thank the dining staff for always finding dietary options for our son! It made his whole weekend!

Beautiful Ritz Carlton golf course to play right outside your door and awesome lazy river, water slides, pool, cabanas, two hot tubs (one was not that hot) and lots of chairs! Plenty of restaurants for cultured tastes. I came to visit some family who, let's just say are picky eaters. It was an event to get them to try the food but they were satisfied afterwards. It would have been nice to have had the option to have one of the pool restaurants open until maybe 7 or 8pm instead of closing at 5 so that we could have eaten outside by the pool though. My husband and I definitely enjoyed the food! Excellent bar service, especially liked the lobby bar. Loved being able to stroll right over to the Ritz as well to use their amenities and restaurants and bars as well. Their lobby bar is really hopping at night! We had several issues with the room. We were moved three times. The first time, right after we had started unpacking, settled our dogs in for their crated nap and gone down to the lobby bar. I was two sips into a fantastic Nitro Espresso Martini and the hotel called to tell me there was a maintenance need to get into a wall in that room for something with the pipes. I went upstairs, threw together our stuff, got the dogs and the bell hop moved us to a second room. Once inside it was musty smelling and did not have a balcony as I requested on my original reservation. I need to be able to step outside in the morning and get some fresh air. I called downstairs and they said it would be about 20 minutes and they could move us again. So I had to take our puppies to the lobby bar, not an ideal way to relax and let the bell hop take the luggage once again. My husband took over at that point and worked with Mary from the hotel to get us into another room that was satisfactory. During our stay our puppies did find a hair tie, a paper clip and one other small black plastic, well-chewed object that must have been dropped by previous guests. So that was a little distressing. The other negative about the room was the couch. Good luck curling up with a book to read or sit down to relax and watch the game on tv. It's the most God-awful uncomfortable thing I've ever tried to sit on. Overall, I'd come back because of the service: Mary (I believe she was the bar and restaurant manager), Svet (server at The Kitchen who had a delightful sense of humor), Matt (bartender at the EVR Bar who made me the best Nitro Espresso Martinis), and Sandreas, maybe misspelled-sorry! (very friendly server at The Kitchen with a lovely smile).

Beautiful property, friendly staff, and great amenities. The hotel is gorgeous and very grand. With that in mind, we felt very out of place given that we were the only people in the lobby (there were at least 100 people) wearing blue jeans and tee shirts. That is not a problem at all, but people should know that before booking. This hotel is upscale, and honestly we felt as though we should have been wearing formal or semi-formal attire. The restaurants mostly require reservations, and options are limited after dinner time. None of these things are problems, but again, you should know about them in advance.

This is one of my favorite Marriott hotels. There's a water slide, and lazy river for the kids, and gorgeous pools for the adults. The restaurants are top notch as well. Great location (not too far from the major parks). No complaints here.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando while attending a symposium, and the experience was absolutely flawless from start to finish. Everything about this hotel — from the service to the amenities — truly reflects the world-class standard that the Ritz-Carlton name is known for. The staff were exceptional in every way: professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. Every interaction felt personal, and they went out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable and well cared for. You could feel their pride in creating a memorable experience for everyone. The amenities were top of the line — the property is stunning, beautifully maintained, and offers every luxury imaginable. The gym, spa, and pool area were all immaculate and thoughtfully designed. Every space radiated elegance and calm, making it easy to relax even during a busy conference schedule. The conference and symposium facilities were also impressive — spacious, well-organized, and equipped with everything needed for a professional event. Every detail, from the catering to the technical setup, was handled perfectly. Overall, my stay at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s rare to find a place that combines such luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality so seamlessly. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel sets the gold standard. I can’t wait to return!

Just spent an incredible week at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Lakes, and every moment was pure 5-star perfection! The entire resort is stunning — from the elegant Ritz side to the beautiful adjoining JW Marriott. We loved splitting our time between the Ritz pool and the JW Lazy River (which is such a fun bonus!). Room service was exceptional every time — breakfast and dinner were both consistently delicious and perfectly presented. A special shoutout to Lorena, our room attendant, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. She was absolutely wonderful! One small piece of feedback — I placed a small Amazon order (an HDMI cable, face wash, and flip-flops for the pool) and had it shipped directly to the Ritz-Carlton address. I was surprised to learn the packages were sent to the FedEx office at the JW, where I had to pay a $10 handling fee per package just to retrieve them. My $40 order turned into a $70 one, which was an unexpected (and honestly frustrating) surprise. For a resort of this caliber, I’d have expected the items to be held at the front desk or at least delivered to my room for that fee. Hopefully this can be reconsidered for future guests — it felt like an unnecessary inconvenience in an otherwise flawless stay. Aside from that, everything else was absolutely top-notch, and we can’t wait to return!

Had a great stay. The staff always go above and beyond in service. Manager Chris from in room dining was exceptionally professional and accommodating. My wife and I had a fantastic time. The fridge in the room didn't work, but we decided not to use it and it wasn't an issue so we didn't mention it to anyone. That's the only reason for 4 stars for the room. The property is beautiful with plenty to do and plenty of places to eat. Everything was very clean.

With the Ritz you expect perfection and they delivered. (Except my spa service). The hotel common areas and room was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft bedding. The pool was fun. It was lively without being crowded. The restaurants were delicious and service top notch. We did the falcon experience. It was fun to meet the birds. Our host was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a long massage that was wonderful. The only thing that didn't deliver was my facial, which was quite bad. I signed up to get a vitamin c facial but the esthetician aggressively talked me into getting a hydrofacial after I had already said no three or four times. It was an 80-minute facial and for 10 minutes of it she put a red light on my skin and she did another 20 minutes of just having a regular sheet mask sit on my skin. She kept spending really long amounts of time rearranging bottles on the counter to run down the clock. When she did touch my skin, she wore latex gloves and it felt like she was pulling it. She ended it by completely smothering my skin and hair in a very thick oil. I had to wash it off before I could even get redressed because it would have stained my clothes. My skin looked sunburned after and was very irritated for about a week. I would never get another facial at the Ritz.

We had a reservation that we were looking forward to but the day we were to travel we had a medical emergency. We were unable to travel and had to cancel our flight and that was no issue. I had to cancel our room but unfortunately I was not within the cancellation period . I phoned the hotel to explain the circumstances but was informed they could do nothing. No refund ,no resort credit..nothing but a $ 700. plus charge to my credit card. I know it is our fault but we were hopeful the hotel would offer us something for our loyalty to the marriott brand. We would have loved to have stayed at the resort but now we will never book a trip to Ritz Orlando again. It is My fault having the emergency but It would have been nice if they could have made an exception. We will spend our money elsewhere and the $700. charge is a lesson learned.

My friend and I had the most amazing time celebrating our birthdays at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel so special. We were genuinely touched by the thoughtful amenities that were sent up to our room — it was such a kind gesture and really started our trip off on the right note. Samuel at the front desk was incredible. He was warm, professional, and went out of his way to make our celebration even better by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. That meant a lot to us and made the experience even more memorable. The entire stay was just flawless — from the service to the overall atmosphere, everything felt first-class. We truly appreciated every detail and can’t wait to come back again. Thank you to the entire team for making our celebration one we’ll never forget!

We had a fantastic stay at the Ritz this past week. The hotel was amazing and the staff and service was outstanding! We were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a special surprise in our room while we were enjoying the resort. We want to give a special thank you to Olivia at Grand Lake sports for taking care of us with the mountain bike rental and guidance on the mountain bike trail. Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. There was only aspect that came shy of meeting or exceeding our expectations, and that was the front desk service we received from Alissa. She seemed much more focused on other tasks than tending to guests who were checking in. She got us checked in, but did not share any information with us about property amenities. During our wait for our room to be ready, we sat out at the Aquamarine Bar and our experience there with Jennifer was truly delightful! Jennifer was able to help us figure out shuttle service and she was so pleasant and responsive to us and all the other guests in the bar area. Overall, the room and accommodations were very nice.

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando for a gala and were really looking forward to a wonderful experience, especially with the great rate we received through a room block. I reserved three rooms for myself and my family, but upon check-in, my husband and I were told that only one room with a king bed was available - it was an accessible room. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to take it, and it wasn’t ideal for getting ready for a formal event. The shower setup was inconvenient with no door so the whole bathroom was wet on the floor and steamed up from the shower, and there was barely any countertop space to prepare for the gala. We usually stay at the Four Seasons, so our expectations for service and comfort are high and while we hoped the Waldorf would offer a comparable experience, the property seems overdue for renovation. The water pressure was poor, the toilet flush was weak, and the plumbing seemed to run during the night, making it hard to sleep. There were also stains on our comforter (which housekeeping promptly replaced after I messaged them). On our first night, my family and I had dinner at the lobby restaurant. We all ordered different dishes, yet all ended up feeling unwell afterward, we ordered room service that night which was also not good at all - which led us to avoid eating at the hotel for the rest of our stay. To make matters worse, we reserved a rental car through the property next door Signia who is a connected property for our final day, with pickup scheduled between 5:30–8:30 PM. When we arrived at 6:30, we were told the rental agent had left for the day, and we couldn’t get our car. We had to cancel and rush to the airport to find a last-minute vehicle, which was quite a headache. We truly wanted to love this property - the setting is nice, and the brand has such a strong reputation - but unfortunately, the series of issues made our stay uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the potential for a truly five-star experience is there.

We had a great time here, room service was fantastic, pool area too! We had some tuna nachos super tasty, and also chicken wings, the hotel connects to the other hilton and you can easily walk through and enjoy the other pool and bar which is great! I also love that has a disney transportation waiting area, This hotel makes you feel like royalty 👑 ✨️

This is not a Waldorf that I would recommend. There is nothing notes about this property and they charge for things that aren’t necessary given their particular property. The rooms are okay, but the beds are terrible and uncomfortable. This property is only a Waldorf based on the name and the extreme price for amenities. The quality and value simply aren’t there. The price for parking is ridiculous. This isn’t a property in a downtown or even convenient area. If you self park at a price both of $45 with tax, there isn’t even a clear path to walk to the hotel. You have to go up and down stairs and cut across foliage to get to the hotel entrance. The hotel is obnoxiously and obviously punitive if you choose to pay $45 for self parking instead of $57 for the notably slow valet parking (see all other google reviews). We didn’t valet park, knowing that we would be in a hurry in the morning. The in-house restaurant, Bull & Bear, is another exercise is show over substance and should be skipped. Long story short, although we enjoy staying at Waldorf Astoria properties, this one doesn’t have a good value proposition and should be skipped.

Attended a conference at the Hilton and stayed at the Waldorf which was connected. Rooms and amenities were updated, nice, and clean. Service was outstanding- from check-in, the staff at the bar/restaurant, and housekeeping. Convenient to Disney parks but located far enough away to be peaceful.

I honestly loved this hotel. The staff was beyond amazing. Breakfast was also surprisingly good, loved the buffet. The room was really good but not exceptional (maybe a little dated?). It was really nice to come back from the parks and being immediately welcomed back with bottles of water. Overall very good experience.

Check your bill. We used Hilton points to book our rooms, but they still charged us over $1000 for accommodations. We were also charged for “complimentary” parking. There was dirty underwear in the closet and there were dirty towels on the floor when we arrived. The hotel was beautiful, but the front desk staff seemed cranky, overwhelmed, understaffed, and ill equipped. We usually love our Hilton stays, but not in this case. It was also too much of a headache afterward. We were never able to get the full amount of our accommodations refunded and we still lost our points. The front desk needed additional help and training. We will not stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Gaylord Palms. Of course it's a beautiful hotel and there is MUCH to see. Including their gator exhibit, snake exhibit, koi fish pond, and the sail boat ⛵ at the edge of Kew West exhibit. I didn't have time to make it to the pool, the gym, or any spa amenities, but I managed to take time to walk around. We were only staying for one night and had early checkout the next morning. I will be honest about my stay, the employees there kind of leave you to your own and don't help you. There was no bellman, no luggage carts, the valet was way too busy to even notice you needed help. The service is kind of all over the place. The two things that upset us the most about our stay here we're: 1) It's $40 minimum to park over night. HORRIBLE 2) There is not a single free self charging station. UGH If we didn't have an extremely discount stay, we honestly would never come here, but it was nice to be able to stay I stayed there. I only remember being there as a child for the beautiful Ice Palace show in the convention center. I would also like to leave a shout-out for Alex at Valet and Beatriz at the front desk they were both very helpful.

Here for a work conference. Quite frankly did not have any expectations. However, from drop off to check in, the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, and overall convenience to include all of the onsite features, the auditoriums and breakout rooms, has to the most ideal setup for conferences. Everything is walkable and near. Onsite restaurants, cafes, stores etc are all present. The gym was awesome also with an abundance of good equipment and space. Daily housekeeping was excellent. The proximity to nearby attractions make it a nice place to base. Recommended with enthusiasm.

We love staying here on our Disney Vacations. Its a tradition and the hotel while it may be expensive is worth the splurge when going to Florida. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite which was perfect for our family after a 12 hour drive. We enjoyed the included Waterpark and the atrium balcony of our room. We also enjoyed the alligators view on the trail. We will definitely be back.

The Gaylord Palms is a beautiful place to stay and a great spot to spend time with family. The staff is very welcoming and always willing to help. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. We had a balcony room facing the atrium, and the view of the waterfalls was stunning. Leaving the balcony doors open was so relaxing it feels like you’re outdoors without having to deal with mosquitoes! The pools were clean, and the staff even offered menus for ordering food and drinks right from the pool area. There’s also an arcade for the kids and even alligators to see, which was a fun surprise! The restaurants were excellent, and having a Cold Stone Creamery right in the hotel was a nice bonus everything you need is right there. Parking was a bit of a walk, but the garage parking kept our car out of the sun, which was great. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back to the Gaylord Palms!

The third in line; our favorite hotels in Orlando are Ritz, Signia by Hilton, and then Gaylord. Lovely place with lots of options to enjoy your stay. The only thing that makes it third is the quality of food relative to its price. I would say the quality of food compare to price you pay in good but not excellent. However, the environment and interior design makes you feel being in another world. It’s beautiful and the service is exceptional. You’ll love your stay.

The Gaylord Hotel offers a pleasant experience, but it comes at a steep price. Dining options are quite limited, and the available restaurants tend to be on the expensive side. Reviews regarding the staff are mixed; while some employees are exceptional, others display rudeness and a rather arrogant demeanor, particularly at the reception. That said house keeping was excellent. Additionally, the temperature inside the hotel is uncomfortably cold, in fact it is FREEZING cold, especially during October and early November, with the air conditioning set far too high! I have never felt so cold and uncomfortable that I had to resort to wearing a jacket, scarf and multiple layers just to stay warm. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience at a very steep price 😢

I am staying at the Gaylord and Jaques who seems to be in charge of all guest relations when it comes to retreats or use of the convention center is absolutely amazing! Also Luu, who is one of the banquet servers goes above and beyond with Service! He went out of his way for multiple days to provide our table with desserts, kindly bringing them to us, and refreshing our coffee and tea, even though it was self serve. The service has been phenomenal!

We stayed at Universal Orlando Resort for three nights and four days, and for being the budget-friendly option of this hotel chain, I can honestly say it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering exactly what you need to relax after a full day at the parks. One highlight is the included shuttle service that takes you directly to the parks and brings you back to the hotel. It’s a super convenient and truly necessary perk to make the most of your stay without any hassle. This was our second time choosing this place for our vacation, and once again, we really enjoyed it. We’ll definitely be back.

I had the most amazing time at Universal Orlando Florida. All the rides that I went on was awesome and I got to meet the characters from the Transformers, Minions and Puss N boots. The food options were delicious and loved that the coke freestyle station around the park and the popcorn refillable station too. I loved the Wicked display and got to see actual props from the movie. Can't wait to go back again.

We got the two-park passes for Epic Universe and Islands of Adventure. It was so fun, from the themed shops, the rides, to the village Hogsmede, and the Castle Hogwarts, down to even the staff themselves. IT WAS FUN!!! Even though the water was $6.00 per bottle. 😁

Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade are especially well-designed, offering both visual detail and interactive elements. The layout is intuitive, and Express Passes make a big difference during peak seasons. Universal Orlando Resort was an absolutely thrilling experience for the whole family! From the magical world of Harry Potter to the action-packed rides of Jurassic Park, every park had something unique and unforgettable to offer. Our kids were blown away by the 3D/4D attractions, roller coasters, and character encounters, while we loved the overall energy and excitement of the resort. The atmosphere was electric, and every day ended with smiles and laughter. A must-visit for anyone looking for adventure and unforgettable memories in Orlando!

The experience was amazing, the staff treats you so welcoming, respectful, and gracious. The hotel was, though filled was so clean and put together. I can't wait to book a room and spend more time there. My visit was short as I was just dropping my daughter off so she could attend her event. The pool looked so nice, they have it set up as though your in the virgin islands... loved it, and I know she loves it too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good Hyatt with clean rooms and good amenities. We were there for a conference and it was easy to navigate the hotel and conference area. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Conference food was above average and they always had the drink areas fully stocked and ready to go. Rooms are nice and clean. Not a huge variety of food / restaurant options and the pricing for those, along with cocktails is quite high. Overall a good experience and nice vibe. They have a specific rideshare pickup area which is down from the main doors a bit.

One of my favorites when on business trips.... Super friendly staff in all areas. Noticeably friendlier than most. This is a LARGE property with multiple towers and a large conference area. Many shops and restaurants as well as pools and recreational facilities. Not inexpensive - but you get what you pay for. My room was in good repair and the air conditioning would cool to the actual temperature you set it to as opposed to cooling to the temperature the hotel wants it too. One of the better properties that my business group books.

My husband and I had an amazing time at Hyatt Regency Orlando! The outdoor pool area was absolutely lovely, and the rooms and lobbies were spotless. Plus, the airport and disney were both within a 15-20 minute drive. I took one star away because we noticed a dinner charge upon check-out that we didn’t actually have. It feels like there should be a better system to prevent people from easily charging expenses to other rooms. We didn’t dine at the hotel at all.

So I gave it a 3 star for a few reasons. First I want to say Hyatt Regency is my favorite brand to stay at, next to W. But this was a few points short of what I was expecting. Probably my least favorite I’ve been to in the brand. Firstly the hotel is well kept. Clean. Presentable. The parking and the valet is nice as well. The design of the hotel kind of gives off that it was bought from another company. Like it was something else in prior life. The bathroom was less than what I expect out of a Hyatt regency. The room was as well as far as the TV go. I travel every so often so I like to bring my own media to plug into the tv. While I’m sure I could’ve made it work if I took extra steps, it wasn’t plug and play and the alternative is to use their chrome cast to shoot whatever it is you wanna watch from your phone or laptop. I think that’s trash. But that’s just my personal opinion. Staff was nice. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but still a nice property in the area.

I'm giving the Hyatt Regency Orlando 4 out of 5 stars. The service here is truly what makes the hotel shine, particularly in a few standout areas, but the accommodations themselves could use some serious attention to match the high standards of the staff. ​Exceptional Service Stands Out ​The front desk service was absolutely exceptional, setting a fantastic tone for the stay. This level of hospitality extended to the Rocks bar and restaurant, where the service was also top-notch. If I were to return, the fantastic staff at these locations would be the main reason; they are a huge asset to this property. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves fell short of expectations, especially for a hotel that hosts so many business conferences and international visitors. They could definitely use more care and attention. ​Pillows: A simple but critical detail—the pillows were extremely low-loft, feeling below-standard and making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Better-quality pillows are highly recommended. ​Bathroom Size and Design: The bathroom was disappointingly small. The layout is highly impractical; the door literally hits the bathtub, leaving you barely any room to exit without bumping into the vanity. A hotel like this busy location can use a bathroom remodeled for a more modern, urban style. Switching to shower-only units would be a perfect fix,solving the tiny space problem and updating the look. A perplexing and frustrating issue was the restricted access to the relaxation amenities. It was disappointing to find that the hot tub and pool are only open for use with a purchased spa service which is not available after 5pm. This policy makes it impossible for regular or business guests to enjoy these amenities, especially in the evening, which seems completely counterintuitive for a hotel of this caliber.

Hyatt Regency Orlando on International Drive is an impressive and spacious hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The doormen, in particular, stand out warm, upbeat, and always happy to greet guests. The rooms are comfortable and well cared for, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. A great place to stay whether for business or a relaxing getaway. The only thing I didn’t like is, after paying for everything, you have to pay for the ‘premium seats’ at the pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here for a little over a week. The location is hard to beat, walkable to many restaurants & bars. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. The food options on multiple menus assure you never get bored of ordering the same things. The rooms are beautifully designed & highly functional for working from “home”. The gym has two peloton bikes which were a fun bonus. The pool area was my favorite, along with the DJs that played multiple times a week. The valet service is very well organized & they do not miss a beat. What stood out most to me about my extended stay was how homey it felt thanks to the employees. The customer service at the Grand Bohemian is what makes it a truly exceptional place to be. I’d like to specifically shoutout the beautiful Tammy & sweet Mario from the downstairs bar. Chu & the amazing Devin from the pool bar. & The kind Jesus from housekeeping. Every single employee was great but they truly went above & beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place & look forward to coming back. Lastly; if you happen to check in at night or need any assistance from the night time front desk agents, and you see Karen - I kindly suggest you wait for a second attendant to assist you if you want a more pleasant experience.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!!! This was my first time staying at, and hosting an event at, this hotel in Orlando. As an Event Planner for over 20 years, I was over-the-top impressed!!! I worked with Samantha and Catalina for a private dining event and a weekend stay in Orlando. These two ladies knocked it out of the park with their planning and execution of my event - complete perfection! My guests were blown away by the level of elegance and detail that went into the private dinner - from the room to the food to the staff, everything was exceptional! Our stay was equally matched with exceeding expectations. The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was excellent every morning, and the pool bar staff and food were on point each day. It seemed the guests were also repeat customers because every person we spoke to had stayed at this hotel prior (THAT says a lot). The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and the downtown area, so there was no need to rent a car (if you chose to stay in the downtown area). I couldn't have had a better event and weekend in Orlando! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and looking for an exceptional experience. Hands down, THIS IS IT!

This is a beautiful property! I booked two rooms for me and family members for 6 nights to attend a basketball tournament at the Orlando convention center. From the moment you walk in, the decor is modern, chic and inviting. The rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. Customer service was amazing. I felt truly accommodated for. Valet service was always prompt. Pool area was also great, very inviting. I’m not sure what other reviews had been complaining about. If I am ever in Orlando I would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful hotel! The hotel itself is located in walking distance to restaurants and local spots. The staff are amazing making us feel so welcome even though we only stayed one night. We had the pleasure of hosting a group of out of town guests over several days. The rooms were beautiful, the service 5 star, and dinner in the Peacock Room was fantastic. The staff worked closely with me to tailor the experience and we could not have hoped for better service anywhere else. We will be back for many more events!

A beautiful luxury hotel. A part of Marriott's Autograph Collection of hotels that's conveniently located in the very heart of downtown. It's within walking distance to Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, City Hall and various good eating establishments. The Grand Bohemian's The Bohème is a lovely, romantic place to eat dinner and the Bösendorfer Lounge is a perfect place to nosh, eat lunch or dinner and get your drink on.

The room was clean, the staff was overall friendly. I recommend the food options as they're high quality for a great value. Also, the deliver-to-room from any purchases at the Universal Parks is a really handy option. Hot tub was perfect temperature and clean, not overcrowded. The bed was comfortable, and the V-05 shower products along with the Zest soap was a blast from the past - fitting with the hotel theme. The only minor complaint, there are a few fit and finish items with the room, and you really need to pay attention to the elevators because their chime is quiet, but what do you expect for one of the more budget friendly resorts. Would definitely come back here, probably with whole family sometime.

Great fun location with free shuttle bus to city walk (Hollywood Studios is a 15 minute Uber ride away. Went for Star Wars Rise of the Resistance, The Cantina), colorful retro look, multiple pools, bowling and arcade room, a cool Malt Shoppe (PB&J shake was delicious, but the adult peanut butter whiskey shake was next level) and Starbucks with super friendly staff. There's also a shop for souvenirs and a nice lobby lounge and diner with good breakfast and lunch options. Get there by 11am the latest for some really good Belgian Waffles, eggs and bacon. No feedback on dinner, as we ate at the restaurants on City Walk, but it looked busy. My issues are really with the service. We arrived really early. There were 40 other guests already there. Check in is not until 4:00 pm (Check out is at 10:00 am) so I understand the room not being available early. We pre-checked in with a cold and unfriendly front desk agent, who provided no information other than check-in time. She did not tell us where to store luggage or mention any of the amenities we can make use of while we waited. This was our first time there. A little hospitality is all we ask for. We stored our bags and went on with our day exploring the place. We checked again around 2:00 pm and were told the room would be ready between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and that someone would call or text us. 4:00 pm comes around and we're now back on a line with another 50 plus people. It was way after 4:00 pm, our room was not ready and no one had called or texted to inform us. I expressed this to a different front desk agent who made us feel welcomed, apologized and upgraded us to a family suite. The room was really nice and clean. The Bayside Diner has good food options, but the bad attitude of some of the cashiers needs to be addressed, specifically in the mornings. The tables need to be cleaned more often. 3 out of the 4 times we ate there, the tables we chose were dirty, with staff walking around. Other than that, the place is wonderful. We were there for 5 nights, and would definitely return.

We just got back From Cabana Bay and our Family had a Great time all around! I couldn't write a review without mentioning Kate from Check In! She was the BEST! When it comes to customers service she was Excellent 👌 Thank you Kate for giving us all the information we needed to have a great stay and she even checked up on us later on during the trip to make sure we were having a great time. We were either going to stay at Helios or Cabana Bay and we're so Happy we stayed at Cabana Bay. They had enough amenities to keep us busy and constantly having fun while not in the Parks. Definitely a Great Resort style Hotel! We lined up for the Epic Universe Shuttle at 7:15am and people were already on line for the shuttle by the time we got there. So make sure you go out early enough to jump on that first shuttle. Food was super expensive so have a budget for that or order UberEats/ InstaCart if you need something a little different. Follow the Facebook Groups for Cabana Bay, a lot of guests end up leaving things in the Laundry Room before they leave and you may be able to grab and make use of it. We left very Happy with this Epic Getaway!

Military earnings after 25 years enjoyed the benefits. Cabana Bay had everything covered for all the age groups. Spacious rooms. Complimentary shuttles to theme parks. Also, close enough to walk if need be. Pools had plenty of seating as guests were coming and going. Staff at least during our stay were quite helpful without pointing but taking you or bringing what was needed in a short time. If you have a large family consider the family suites with connecting doors.

I really liked the astromphere it was relaxing and quiet. No one bothered us. There is a dining area where you can sit to eat the food from the resort cafeteria area with many different options to choose from. If you choose not to sit there you can go to your room with a takeout container. The rooms do not have a microwave but a mini refrigerator is in the room. I would suggest that you have a lanyard to hold your room key because you are going to need it to enter any pool facilities and the gates to enter your room building. I really appreciate the fact that a bus is always running to take you to the Universal parks or City Walk. It is so stressful to be driving to and from the park after a long day of walking and I really enjoyed the bus ride back to the resort. So staying at the Cabana Bay Resort is worth it you get access to the stores inside like Starbucks, Universal store and any amenities you need is there ontopof staying there you get to accessthe parks early and Cabana Bay waterpark is a walk away. There is a bowling alley upstairs and a mini arcade for friends or families to enjoy. My favorite part of my stay was the lazy river and getting refills for speciality drinks from the resort bar when you purchase a drink you get a refillable cup with the drinks you choose to enjoy and you can purchase a cup just for soda, powerade, other Coke products and water. I should also mention there is a microwave, toaster and coffee dispenser with cream and sugar in the dining area of the resort of the Cabana Bay resort and parking is not free and it's 26 dollars a day and you need to use your room key to come and go from the property if you're driving a car.

First time staying here at universal cabana bay beach resort and it definitely is a nice visit! This hotel is huge but my room is clean, quiet, and just the right temp! I was very surprised with how many eating options and variety the bayliner diner has, the bowling alley, Starbucks, a bar, a malt shoppe! It literally had everything you can think of plus way more. I would definitely stay here again honestly. Great deal for great price.

We had a good time at the resort! The rooms very tiny and cozy for the family! Be ready for long walks to your rooms! There is a big cafeteria inside and the food was good but quite expensive! The pools are well maintained and the service was excellent! One thing I would recommend to the management is to improve the wait time for check in! It is a looooooooong wait to check in !! Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available in the cafeteria. They also have an icecream shop and they have different options for flavors. They offer milkshakes as well. If you are fond of icecreams then definitely it is for you and for your kids. There is a nice indoor and outdoor bar available. You can enjoy your drink outdoors or indoors depending on your mood. They also have shuttle service to and from the airport and also to the universal park and for free. Overall you can have a comfortable stay at this resort.

OUTSTANDING!! From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service from the Valet Staff to the Front Desk. Alisa, was AMAZING!! She took the time to inquire about our plans/stay and provided us with helpful information. We were truly BLESSED by meeting her and she made our stay a one to remember!!! The golf course was absolutely beautiful, and the staff at the club were great! Our trip was for Disney, but it was very nice to know that after long days at the park, we had a beautiful and very well kept resort to come back to! And the access to delicious food at the resort was a godsend! We are already making plans to return early next year to enjoy the pool and spa!

First of all my good friend over twenty years celebrated me for writing my first book. I have no words. This property is so beautiful and they have a lot to offer. The guest rooms are beautiful, the Suites are spectacular, the VIP LOUNGE is fantastic. From the customer service to the restaurants, gym, the market and the other amenities, this is a wonderful property to get away. Take a walk on the grounds and just take it all in. Relax, refresh & reset.

This place is so great. I love the location. The staff was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. The food is wonderful. The valet guys were great too. The room was a great size and they listened to my request for a lower level. This is a place to stay if you're in Orlando. They have a great shop that's open late as well. They handled lots of folks from our Lions Club Convention with ease.

Brilliant hotel in a great location. The rooms are comfortable and the food and drink offerings are really good. A special shout has to go to our friends at the Cat Tails pool bar who always make us feel welcome and are just so good at their jobs even when the bar is at capacity. Nothing is too much trouble. We've been coming here for 4 years and are booked again in 2026!

The sheets had holes, the tub was stained or dirty, had sign on door, cleaning still walked right in, the sink only produced scalding hot water. The pillows are really soft, needed 2 to get comfortable. Staff is super friendly. The lobby was beautiful. The birds are so adorable. The hallways got me confused as they all looked alike, but are labeled. Needs some updating, but over all a good experience.

The young lady at the check out counter really turned a five star vacation into a three star experience. The hotel is exceptional, nice rooms, grounds, pools and rooms and housekeeping. Expensive and lives up to the pricing. Restaurants are great, service/food/wine list. The steakhouse is one of the best we have been to Golf course is in great condition, good pace of play. The bad: At checkout we noticed a $124 charge we did not make at the pool on our bill so we went down to the front desk. A very curt dismissive clerk proceeded to give us the third degree on which and every drink purchased on the bill even though we explained, we were not there but on the golf course. Her attitude was terrible and we were told this probably could not be handled by checkout. I found this strange and went back down, where a young man said that it was an error and he corrected it while the young lady was sitting behind the counter chatting on her phone. Really ruins a business/vacation when you feel taken advantage of.

Let me start by saying Abby at the pool bar is wonderful! She was one of the highlights of my stay. The lobby bartenders were also super hero’s keeping up with a conference crowd and still taking the time to make the drinks special. This hotel is nice and the pool is great. We did have issues with check in and our keys multiple times and felt that the front desk could have been more helpful. It felt like we were inconveniencing them. The location is awesome if you’re planning to go to universal, the beds are comfy, and the shower is great. I appreciate when hotel showers have a glass door to keep the tile from getting slippery. The mirror has great lighting to put on makeup as well.

I love the design and feel of the hotel. It's spacious without being overwhelming. It's calming. The rooms are comfortable. But the staff? The staff is amazing! I'm here for a conference and Alex V that checked me in was the best part of a stressful day! He took his time to help me and it meant so much!

Our stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando started off on a shaky note, but thanks to the exceptional efforts of the resort team, it turned into an unforgettable and outstanding experience! Upon arrival, we check-in and were assigned a room that felt modern, and plenty of room for the 3 of us. However, one morning, an unexpected issue arose that disrupted our experience. I promptly informed the management team, and their response was nothing short of remarkable. Everyone involved went above and beyond to address our concerns quickly and professionally. What truly made our visit so memorable was the staff’s dedication. They not only resolved our initial issue, but went the extra mile to surprise our son with a three eyed blinky fish from the Simpsons in Universal with it’s very own story book! AMAZING!!! The resort itself is stunning, with its Caribbean-inspired decor, lush grounds, and a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was a highlight, with plenty of loungers, a fun water slide that our 7 yr old son loved and refreshing drinks/ cocktails that we did sample a number of times from the bar. We got breakfast in the morning from by the lobby - again the pastries and drinks were good and the restaurant - Amatista Cookhouse near the river taxi was fresh and fabulous with great service. The shuttle service to the parks was seamless if that was the bus to Epic or the water taxis. By the end of our trip, we felt like VIPs. The team’s commitment to turning our experience around transformed a rocky start into one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Loews Sapphire Falls Resort is a gem, and we can’t wait to return, again a huge thanks to the staff involved for making it a trip to remember! Thank you so much!

Went here for my 50th Birthday to do Universal Horror Nights and for the amount of money spent I was very disappointed with the room we stayed in AND most of all the Horror Nights. I go every year to Haunted Houses for my Birthday so I've been all over to several and this place is so hyped up for many years and I hadn't done it so I thought for my 50th I thought I should finally try it and is was very disappointing to say the least. The hotel lobby was beautiful but once you left it the place needed paint and fixed chipped up baseboards and broken tile in the bathroom, you could hear everything the walls were so thin. We asked to move to another room 2x but sadly they didn't accommodate us. This place was the most expensive one out of 3 we could choose with the travel agent and it definitely wasn't worth the $. And the fact you get charged $36 to park a day there is crazy! You're staying at their place- where else you parking at? The Horror nights were nothing special, I never even had to run from anyone! Never got chased by chainsaws, which scares me to death but I love it, 10 Haunted Houses and they were only about 6mins each to walk through and you could see everything inside, no darkness that freaked you out, no black corners to turn, just march through a house with 20 other people! No moving floors, no small places to go through, no black light stuff, no 3-D stuff, really boring for the amount of $ and we bought fast passes, as we do every year wherever we go, and you could only use them 1 time per ride or house! I wouldn't have wanted to go through any of the houses again because they weren't good but we were only allowed to ride 4 rides and you could only use your fast pass 1X! At other amusement parks/Haunted things you could go as many times as you wanted! I think that was ridiculous as well. Not worth the $$$$ and I'll pay way less and get really scared elsewhere!

I stayed for a conference and enjoyed the nice, clean and quiet room. Despite the conference being in the adjoining hotel (Royal), I was able to walk indoors thru a sky bridge to my location. I appreciated the walk-in shower and the ability to turn the light up mirror down enough to be an effective night light. The room has extra towels, q-tips and usb plugs that were thoughtful touches that made my stay better. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I booked a hospitality suite and a Lagoon view normal room, then added a 3rd room a week later. I came into the hotel in person a week before my trip to verify I had connecting rooms, all three. Thinking a Lagoon room connecting to a hospitality suite. Unfortunately they gave me what I feel is the worst view you could have for a hospitality suite connected the room I booked a week later, not the Lagoon view I paid more for. They left the Lagoon view at the other end of the hotel all by itself. Its my son's birthday and wanted everyone to be close and have a cool view with great rooms. I'd completely get it if I hadn't come into the hotel in person a week before this to avoid this exact situation. In no way at that time did they explain this is how they were going to arrange my connected rooms, which only one is connecting. I spoke to the manager today and she indicated nothing could be done, so I wanted to make sure I at least posted the unfortunate experience I had. I do like the spacious space the hospitality room has for special occasions. This is the 3rd year in a row we've celebrated my son's birthday here.

Lovely hotel with the most wonderful friendly service. We stayed here for my birthday - it’s the perfect location for visiting the Universal parks. The boat will take you on a beautiful scenic journey over to universal or there’s also a nice walking route too! Lovely pool area with a nice poolside drinks brought straight to your sun lounger. Had the best 30th birthday trip, thank you!

The room was excellent and the staff were all so pleasant. If it's the cheapest of the 3 hotels that include express pass, I'd come here again. Compared to the other two top-tier hotels on property (Hard Rock and Royal), this one feels it is missing some ambience as the detailing outside falls flat though the interior is excellent and our hotel always seemed to have a boat line where others did not. It was almost faster/ comparable to walk at 1pm than to wait on a boat, which just felt odd. I agree with sentiments of others that this place feels like a maze of stairs. The layout is just a bit odd and it is difficult to find some amenities, but not too challenging. I did enjoy my stay here and the amenities provided. I found my bay view room gorgeous and comfortable! Would I stay here again though? Only if the other 2 premiere hotels are more expensive.

My family and I have visited here before to stay for over a week to explore Universal and we also went to Island of Adventure. This resort has everything, including a cool fun waterside and plenty of pool area. My brother and I loved swimming here every evening and sometimes in the mornings before going into the parks for the day. The resort is so nice and the poolside bar and grill is nice to be able to grab a meal there and then relax by the pool for awhile. Highly recommend families and friends visit here.

The Portofino Bay Hotel is a beautiful property with a charming atmosphere that feels like stepping into an Italian seaside village. The grounds, pools, and overall vibe are wonderful, and the location is perfect for accessing the Universal parks. However, during our stay, we found a very disappointing detail — a piece of dirty clothing left under a chair in our room, which suggested the space had not been vacuumed or cleaned thoroughly. For a resort of this caliber, the expectation is that rooms are spotless and carefully inspected before new guests arrive. Outside of that issue, the hotel offered great amenities, and the staff was generally welcoming. Still, cleanliness is such an important part of the guest experience that this left a negative impression. I’d give it a 3 out of 5 — a beautiful property with a lot of potential, but housekeeping standards need improvement.

If you are expecting the Four Seasons you need to temper expectations. The architecture and exterior and public spaces are unique and really pretty. The pools and gardens are beautiful. As for the rooms, think more Marriott Spring Hill Suites. Cheaper fixtures, our shower was beat up pretty badly etc. beds were super comfy. Room was clean and nice to stay in. For the money I expected more luxurious rooms. All other aspects of the stay were top notch though.

Our stay at Portofino Bay was nothing short of amazing from the moment we walked in, all the way through check out. During check-in, Alexa and Team provided a personal greeting to my family. Creating the tone for what ended up being a fantastic experience. Offering assistance and support every step of the way, surrounded by an outstanding simulated international waterfront designed to trigger positive vibes and an artistic spirit. The people and the food ordered has definitely made a lasting impression. This was our first visit to Portofino Bay, but it will not be our last. We will make sure to add it to our preferred properties list when planning our future trips. Thank you, team, for a great start to our family vacation. My only challenge to this great property and staff would be the cost for parking, in my opinion it exceeded an appropriate and reasonable daily fee.

We stay here every year and it is always a wonderful stay. We have stayed at other hotels like the Hardrock, but not they they are not nice, they are too loud for me. The Portofino is peaceful, has great rooms, all the staff are wonderful, and the water taxi is great for getting around.

First timer. Will absolutely come again. Great atmosphere and location. Water Taxis were easily accessible. Every member of staff was kind and welcoming. Express tickets let us do everything we wanted in both parks. Overall an excellent experience. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel room itself was quite nice—comfortable, well-furnished, and in a good location. However, the housekeeping service left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we noticed that the bedding had not been properly cleaned, which was a disappointing first impression. Over our 4-day stay, housekeeping skipped our room twice, and we had to request fresh towels and basic service ourselves. It’s a shame because the room and amenities were otherwise very pleasant, but the lack of consistency in housekeeping really affected our experience. Hopefully, management can address this issue, as it would make a big difference in future guests’ stays

Just got back from a week stay at this hotel and it was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area is very well done and we spent so much time in the lazy river. The breakfast at Harvest Bistro was delicious, lots of variety. Beech restaurant had yummy burgers and tacos. Everyone at this hotel was very friendly. We used the complimentary shuttle to the Disney world parks every day. They do not come as often as Disney World on-site shuttles so I recommend planning your day with the shuttle times in mind. We can’t wait to plan our next stay here! 🙂

Our stay at Signia by Hilton Orlando was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect since it is right next to Disney, which made getting around so easy. The hotel is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the lazy river pool. It was relaxing, fun, and a highlight of our trip. The food at the hotel was excellent with generous portions and great quality. I want to take a moment to recognize two employees who made our stay even more special. Emily, the Pre-Arrival Coordinator, was amazing. She helped us before we even arrived by answering questions and making sure every detail was arranged. When we got to the hotel, Dream at the front desk greeted us warmly and was so helpful with everything we needed. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect. This hotel truly has everything you could want in a resort. A convenient location, fun amenities, great dining, and outstanding staff. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return.

Our stay at the Signia Hotel Orlando was fantastic — from the warm, welcoming staff and attentive housekeeping to the beautiful pool, excellent on-site restaurants, and convenient shuttle service to and from the Disney World parks. The only small issue we noticed was that on a few occasions, our bed sheets had a faint, musty odor. It wasn’t a major problem, but worth noting for future attention. Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and would happily return.

The lobby frequently becomes crowded with convention groups, which may lead individual guests to feel as though they are intruding on a private event rather than enjoying a shared space. In terms of amenities and services, it's worth noting that, unlike some mid-range Hilton properties, the Signia does not offer complimentary breakfast. Parking presents a significant cost, with self-parking priced at $40 per night and valet service at a substantial $57 per night. For guests with electric vehicles, charging options are available (Level 2), but come with specific regulations: vehicles should not be left plugged in for more than four hours to avoid an additional charge of $10 per hour. During my stay, there were instances of Tesla drivers occupying charging spots without actively charging, which unfortunately limited availability for other EV owners. Upon check-in, guests should be prepared for a $150 per night deposit. Inside the rooms, the beds are notably comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. However, the pillows, while appearing fluffy, are made of feathers and tend to flatten considerably as soon as weight is applied. Stayed her 4 nights with kids. The hotel is very accommodating for kids. The pool is great. There are plenty of lounge chairs available. The Muse Cafe has it ALL! Great coffee, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream and more. The hotel does a scavenger hunt for the kids and they earn a free treat! We ate by the pool every night. Great options! Room size was perfect for our family. Service was great. We will be back next summer!

Nice hotel. Great staff. I did not personally enjoy the food at Zeta. Everyone did but it just wasn’t for me. Great service tho! Would’ve been nice to have ropes in the rooms but not a complaint. Otherwise nice visit for four days.

Great location within 10-15 minutes from Disney parks, 5 mins from Aldi, Publix and behind the Vineland outlet. Check in was easy and front desk was courteous. We had an apartment in building A which was very close to the pool. The pool is great for relaxing and for kids, very large and lots to do. Towels were readily available. DJ on Friday night was good fun and played great music. The apartment itself was clean and had some unexpected bonuses like detergents and soaps. We had a three bedroom suite that was perfect for a big group. It is not new and some items such as the dishwasher could use some updating. We found door knobs to be loose. There was nothing that impacted our stay. It was great value overall and we would recommend it to friends and family.

First off let me state that I am writing this review in the middle of the night because I cannot sleep because how itchy and gross I feel in the bed here. When you first walk in the condo it looks nice but when you really settle in you realize it is far from it. While sitting on the couch I looked over and saw that there was food stuck to the inside of one of the lamps. While walking around on the floors I noticed that our feet were absolutely disgusting. My 2 year olds feet were completely black from how dirty the floors were while the rest of us also had dirt stuck to our feet my the time we were ready for bed. The fans need to be cleaned and good luck turning them high enough to make a difference because when you do they are so loud and sound as if they are going to fall out of the ceiling. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the sheets while they smell like they may have been cleaned they have made me itchy beyond belief. The front room has a smell of urine which makes you again feel as though things have not been cleaned properly. The shower is slimy and the tub was just as bad. We are supposed to be staying another night but I can't force myself to look past the filth that is in the rooms. It's very disappointing as we read so many positive reviews prior to booking. Management really needs to look into a deep clean to make sure the condos are actually ready for guest to stay.

In a world where aesthetics and upkeep matter, Floridays Resort feels dated and tired. I would not recommend staying here. We last stayed at this property 5–6 years ago, and back then it was enjoyable. Unfortunately, time has not been kind to the resort. The issues started with the basics: the shower had almost no water pressure, furniture was worn and torn, and the master bedroom had a lingering odor. The bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned prior to our arrival—we found what appeared to be bodily fluids on the wall. Several doors jammed, causing my family to get stuck in the bathroom more than once. Electrical outlets were loose, fixtures showed rust, and everything had a layer of dust. I asked the front desk for another unit, but was told all the units were dated and none had been renovated in recent years. I didn’t want to change from one dated unit to another, so we stayed put. We only stayed from Friday (late check-in) to Monday (early check-out). Had we stayed longer, I would have cancelled our reservation and found another resort. On top of that, noise was an issue. Guests were partying until nearly 4 a.m., with music, shouting, and balcony commotion. I was too exhausted to call the front desk that night, but it definitely impacted our stay. The on-site dining was also disappointing. While the steak wrap and fries were decent, the chicken sandwich was clearly a frozen patty—something you’d expect from a gas station, not a resort. The only area that looked recently updated was the guest service lobby. Pros: • Front desk staff were helpful during check-in and responsive when we asked for extra towels. • Convenient location near Disney, Universal, restaurants, and stores. Cons: • Dated, unrenovated rooms with odors, dust, and maintenance issues • Poor cleanliness standards • Loud, disruptive late-night guests • Weak water pressure • Mediocre on-site food Overall, this property has not kept up with the times. It may have once been a solid option, but today it feels neglected. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more comfortable and updated stay.

Pros- rooms are a good size and the Maintenance team were friendly Reception staff friendly Cleaners cleaned the room well Good size pool Pizza was good and well priced in the pool cafe Pool towels were always available Cons - Not walkable to attractions or the main parts of international drive; Only has one transfer bus for universal, doing one trip at 8.30am but not returning until 8pm (the park closed at 5pm). The one transfer bus has limited capacity so you can’t always get on the bus as it’s busy. Rooms are dated, which wouldn’t be an issue if everything worked but we had multiple issues. Most got fixed once we asked. The dishwasher tray was corroded so we asked for another which we got, but that was also rusty. The dishwasher did not work, someone came to try to fix it but we couldn’t be bothered to report it again. There is a washing machine (which was broken on arrival and later fixed) but it’s not very good. TV’s need retuning, channels in one bedroom were fine but the other two were pointless. Windows don’t stop any outside noise coming in such as the hotels staff using the leaf blower at 5am, the noise from people outside the rooms or the DJ music. Checkout was supposed to be 11am but the cleaners told us it was 10am so we had to leave early. Late checkout needs to be requested on the day. It’s $25 per hour and only until 3pm. There were no rooms available for us so we went to another hotel which worked out cheaper and we had it until 6pm (although not a luxury hotel, it felt like one after staying at floridays) We were a big group and all had issues with our rooms. None of us would return.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family in a 2-bedroom apartment (one of them a suite). The floor was extremely dirty — our socks turned black from walking around in minutes. The fabric sofa looked very old and worn out. The kitchen water was white and cloudy, so we couldn’t use it for anything. The bed sheets were dirty around the edges, and the curtain was torn. There weren’t enough utensils for the 4 of us, and there was nothing to cover the dining table. The beds were very uncomfortable, especially the master bed, which had a hole in the mattress. The pool area was nice, but there were people eating and drinking inside it. The restaurant served decent food for a fair price, but that’s about the only positive thing. On our last day, a Friday, they started pressure washing the floor of Building B (where we were staying) at 8 a.m. The noise was extremely loud, and since there were no soundproof windows, everyone woke up immediately. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone — especially in a city like Orlando, where there are so many better options. We paid a low rate, but it was not worth it. I couldn’t wait to leave. By the end of our stay, I honestly felt disgusted and had to wear shoes all the time inside the apartment.

My Husband and I have stayed at this resort quite a few times and we have enjoyed ourselves here. HOWEVER, this time, we stayed to celebrate my birthday. There were roaches in both bathrooms which I called to report to them. They wanted to send pest control up while we were there and said we would have to be out of the room for a few hours after they sprayed. So we declined as that’s another inconvenience to us. We were offered to switch rooms but were informed we would have to move everything ourselves. So we chose to just deal with it. Also, the shower was clogged which was gross. They did send someone to fix the shower quickly so that’s a positive. I called to request a late checkout for 1pm so we could enjoy the pool a bit before leaving and they said I had to pay a fee. They waived the fee when I again complained about how there were roaches in our room and they offered no compensation for the nasty uncleanliness and inconvenience.

A great resort for our holiday from the UK. On arrival mike on reception was super friendly and welcoming and after a long flight it was the great American welcome you'd hoped for. The Room was super spacious for our two week stay and air con kept on auto was all you needed to filter through full apartment. The cleaning of the room was excellent for our stay it was every 4 days and we had a full floor mop and clean plus new towels , bed made etc. they were working super hard and very appreciated 👍. The location was fantastic close to all attractions within 10-15mins drive. Thank you for providing a great experience in the resort and making our holiday one to remember, would highly recommend for service, cleaning standards & resort location.

Our stay was generally good, but we did experience a few issues. Communication was difficult at times, which made it frustrating to request essential items. On one occasion, I gave up on a call after repeated miscommunication, which left us without soap for the shower. When we first arrived, our flight was late, and we stopped at the small shop just before closing to pick up some essentials. Unfortunately, the staff member was rude, even though we still had seven minutes before closing. For the price of the stay, I expected a higher level of customer service—especially when guests arrive late and need basic necessities. During our trip, we also had difficulty finding and using the inner tubes for floating, as it wasn’t clearly explained. Additionally, the bathrooms were stocked with very little soap and body wash, and we ran out partway through our stay. Finally, my mother-in-law’s room had only one very dim lamp, which made it difficult for her to see comfortably. I checked myself and agreed that better lighting should have been provided. It was close to the Disney parks which was awesome!! Overall, while we enjoyed parts of our stay, these issues affected the overall experience.

Beautiful clean resort. The friendly staff was wonderful. The one bedroom is a very spacious condo. All have private balconies. We came on a timeshare offer, and unlike some reviews, it was excellent. Garrett Hoffer was extremely professional and courteous. Respectful, no pressure. Couldn't be happier with our lovely 3 night stay. Thank you CLUB WYNDHAM!

This is a beautiful resort with lots to do on site and nearby. Very well maintained. And the guest service team is top notch. As a club Wyndham resort they do have very high pressure sales team to attempt to get folks to ‘join the club’ I.e. by into the ‘owners program’ It is VERY expensive and I do feel like my senior parents were taken advantage of during this process.

I have a more detailed review on Trip Advisor...this is truncated for Google. Unfortunately for my family, the Wyndham at Bonnet Creek was a huge disappointment. We are currently Wyndham Vacation Club Bronze members. We have stayed at a variety of Wyndham resorts over the years as guests of other members until we became members earlier this year. Our experience with the Wyndham Vacation Club website, staff and resorts have been frustrating. We chose to become members in hopes of securing quality vacations for our futures. The properties have (for the most part) been very nice. We appreciate the ability to have a full kitchen, private bedrooms, and security on property...but those are the only good things we have to say anymore. We tried the Bonnet Creek location because of it's proximity to the Disney theme parks. While planning this trip, I used the Disney Good Neighbor Hotel website and the Wydham hotel website because there was not very much information on the Club Wyndham site. Between the 3 sites, there was a lot of conflicting information. 2 sites said that there were Disney shuttles, 1 site didn't mention shuttles at all. When we arrived, we learned that there were not shuttles, so Uber became our means of transportation. The resort as a property is huge. There are several towers for guests and many nice amenities. We did use one of the pools, hot tub and lazy river. The grounds were well-kept. There is a lot of walking and the directional signage is lacking. There are golf carts to ride from the main building. This trip was probably the one that has broken us and turned us against Wyndham. As a property for someone planning a Disney World trip, I would say book anywhere else. There are several great resorts that offer shuttles, meals, and KINDNESS. We left Wyndham and finished our trip at the Drury Inn near Disney Springs and LOVED every minute of it.

This is our first time traveling as a family, on a plane, to disney etc. Outside of driving a long distance. We had a cruise planned for Halloween weekend, and decided it would be great to use our points and go a few days early and take the kids to Disney, this was the closest property as we were told on the phone when booking.. mixed responses on a shuttle or not.. 2 people said no 2 people said yes (multiple phonecalls as I called to inquire over the past year since booking). So there isn't and we ubered, no big deal! But it adds up with a hopper pass.. making multiple trips in a day. The best part is the spacious kitchen, and town house style layout because we are a family of 5.. so we cook real meals twice a day and eat out once while away which is great! Lazy river was a blast kids were begging after Disney each day, super nice property. With that, I have NEVER left anything under 5 stars.. I usually just don't leave a review at all. I work 6 nights a week and barely see my kids and husband. We have been counting the days for this trip for 9 months to spend time and saving endlessly, and we weren't going to waste any of it in any sales meetings or non sense. We were just going to say no thanks let me save yours and my time. NO isn't an acceptable answer and they told me they already had me booked for the next am.. and I said no thanks we are leaving that time to go to the parks and want to get in when they open to have the whole day, I will not be there.. "You have to or your points won't transfer to travel and leisure.. and you will be charged 10% more on your fees by thw new year." I said that's ok because I didn't book my cruise through you guys and didn't plan on using any more points on my stay. And i will call when Im home and fix that. They said its just 15 mins.. and when I said I would do it the morning I was leaving at 8 am for 15 mins.. they said well then it would be 30.. lol. Anything to get you in the door. And whether that's the case or not... the sour taste was there to stay, and that's the permanent impression. The attitude we received from the woman that was called over the "help us " was disgraceful and unprofessional. I said I'd call when I got home and have a phone meeting they said "well they booked it for when you're here." Im like you booked it not us. And we just had to walk away .. I got atleast 3-4 calls back to back each day until I left. I already pay enough each month for the points... enough is enough. Its a bit unsettling and not worth it at this point. And I knew it by reading most of these comments before I left.. but didnt realize how much it would bother me until these people try and coerce you into wasting time and spending more $$. We probs won't travel with wyndham after this. When your kids ask after a Long day of travel .. when you walk away.. "why were they being rude and not letting us go to our room?" That is the cherry on top. Like I said property is fantastic! But the sales reps ruin the whole vibe.

Absolutely amazing service! Beautiful resort!!! From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed! Val one of the managers was happy to help with our reservation and she just did so great! Hassen at our main tower was absolutely amazing! He gave me a bunch of tips and tricks and he was literally the nicest person ever!!!! Appreciate you Hassen!!!! Naike is also a sweetheart! Sergio did heart as well! Thank you all for the best service ever!!!

When we arrived we thought the location and property was beautiful, however it was torrential down pouring when arrived. We parked under the overhang because we had 2 small children in the car sleeping and didn't want to have to take them out in the pouring rain , we were greeted by a baggage boy they told my husband he could not park there because there were other people behind him waiting to also check in, but the overhang was wide enough for the other cars to be able to go around we listened anyways and parked where they asked us to go, got checked in and were told we could pull around that the baggage boy would collect our baggage and deliver our baggage to our room so we pulled back around and told that to the baggage boy but he told us he would not do that for whatever reason we didn't argue we just parked our car and headed to our room. the rooms and hotel was amazing but the service was not great in my opinion..

We had a great stay and the staff was wonderful. I would give five stars, but sadly, I noticed some sweet cats around the property that seem to need care (and food!). They were a highlight, and we found their presence charming. I hope the hotel can show some compassion to these babies who clearly call this place home. Otherwise, excellent service, and we'd definitely return!

Our family absolutely loves the Marriott World Center! We are regular visitors and each visit are more and more impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the resort. It is evident that the World Center wants you and your family to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience in their attentive and caring service. We normally come for the water park, but recently attended a conference here at the resort. The conference made me appreciate the World Center even more! What a clean, modern, exceptional location for not only business ventures, but recreational outings for your whole family!

We recently stayed at the Orlando World Center Marriott to celebrate two birthdays in our family, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, Rachel and her team went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. A huge shout-out to Ms. Adeline and her housekeeping team! They were absolutely fabulous and made us feel so well cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and we especially loved the breakfast buffet. Such a delicious and relaxing way to start each day. Thank you to everyone who made our celebration so memorable. We can’t wait to come back.

First time staying, the service was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. I had trouble understanding my bill, so the staff and the front desk explained it me very clearly and thoroughly. In the end I was very satisfied with their explanation. When I return to Orlando I plan on staying there again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The Hotel can’t manage the amount of guest they have for these conferences that use their facilities. I had to go to the front desk 6 times in a 5 night stay to have my keys reactivated. Asked to changed room and they say no it’s ok it will work don’t worry, last day of my stay i’m dead tired go up to my room and of course keys don’t work. I’m frustrated as heck and sick of it, the one lady who actually cares Spanish lady don’t remember name final says hey maybe we should go check the door lock after me voicing my frustration yet again. Also I asked that my Ev hummer be charged when i arrived on Sunday first day of my trip, when I checked in with valet they said ok I give the guy a nice Tip. Look at my Gmc app on Thursday the day before I leave, car still not charged, call downstairs they say no problem we will charge it. Next day I have to check out and Hummer still not charged, they give me 1 pm check out so they can charge it, check my app again and it’s still not charged. Now they give me 4 pm check out and promise it will be charge and of course 3 pm comes it’s still not charged. So I go to valet and the guy confesses to me that they’re a 3rd party vendor and the hotel staff use the chargers for their own personal ev cars and leave no charging ports for the paying valet guest ( expensive as crap of course ) the valet team was so nice but the hotel could care less. I couldn’t even drive home had to go find a public port in orlando when I was so ready to be home. If i would have known they were going to completely blow me off I would have took the truck somewhere to charge during the week. I spent thousands with rooms for me and my staff and I am an elite bonvoy member. I stay at Marriott hotels across the world and never have had such an incompetent stay at a hotel. As I said before they have conferences in the hotel non stop and they can’t manager the amount of guest they have. For the amount they charge I’d recommend you choose somewhere else and if you have Ev definitely don’t rely on the to make sure you are charged before driving home!

I stayed 3 nights for a convention the weekend of 9.4.25. My room was very clean and spacious. I had a view of the rooftops so that wasn't exciting. Louise at the FD was very professional and pleasant every time I interacted with her. Rajko, the parking garage shuttle bus driver, was super helpful and went beyond his call of duty. I didn't get to experience the amenities due to a foot injury. I did manage to dine at the Italian restaurant which the food was very good. I caught breakfast and tea from the Starbucks kiosk in the convention center, that was very good as well. I can't wait to visit again next year.

We stayed here and also planned other activities but honestly you can actually stay here and enjoy yourself without never leaving the property. Staff was not. Food was good. We loved the pool and slides morning and night. And they had weekend activities for the family. The stores and food can be pricey but it was expected. Parking was also expensive. View room room pool side was also very beautiful. I hope to visit again.

Location Location Location— We stay almost every year at Portofino bay which finally now after some construction is much better and you can actually get a view vs a blacked out window and view of scaffolding. This year though we chose to mix it up and do the Hard Rock simply for its proximity to the park. Now Portofino and Hard Rock are really two massively different experiences. Portofino is transporting and makes you feel like your in Italy or a theme park version at least.. while Hard Rock feels like a fairly standard large hotel/ resort. The rooms were ok, we stayed in a club room which gives you access to food snacks and free drinks..it was very underwhelming. The club room is very small and the options incredibly limited. I wouldnt pay the pretty big upcharge for club level for just these amenities again. The hotel room was fine, dated feeling tub shower, but all the standard things you may need in the room. House keeping was excellent and very accommodating. The Pool was the star of the show in my eyes, my kids loved the pool and water slide and what a fantastic place to decompress after a day at the parks. Overall its a very good hotel, 5 min walk to Studios, 10 to Islands of Adventure, excellent pool, easy to navigate hotel, good food on property. I would happily stay here again.

Hard Rock Hotel at Universal is hands-down my favorite place to stay. I truly can’t say enough good things about this resort — it hits the mark in every way. The Express Pass benefit that comes with your stay is unbeatable and adds so much value, especially if you're planning to spend full days in the parks. And you really can’t beat the location — it's the closest hotel to Universal Studios, and being able to walk to the parks in just a few minutes makes a huge difference. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with that signature Hard Rock style. The whole hotel has a fun, upscale vibe, but it's also welcoming and relaxed. The atmosphere, music, and overall energy of the resort just put you in vacation mode right away. We also appreciated that there was plenty of parking, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and efficient. If you’re looking for a Universal hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and a cool vibe, Hard Rock is it. It’s easily our top pick, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again.

The service at Hard Rock hotel is what makes this place stand out the most! Every single employee we encountered was helpful, friendly and approachable. It smells so amazing in the lobby scent. The rooms are decent, everything was very clean housekeeping was outstanding, and the pets were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We stayed on the 7th floor and had club room benefits which we really enjoyed. Nann in the club lounge was extremely friendly and helpful, we miss her already. The concierge Mark was very helpful. I really really appreciate it that we got early check-in because we were so exhausted after taking an early flight in, and this alone made our trip so much better. It was definitely the most expensive option of all of the Universal hotels that we checked into, but the service and that early check-in made it so that I want to visit again. Sebastian was our pool attendant. My son loved the pool. I wish they would have had better movies playing though like maybe Shrek something that everyone would enjoy. We loved having the express passes and the early entry into the park and being right near the water taxi. The kitchen had great food my son thought the burger was amazing and the acoustic brunch was pricey but was very good. We will definitely come again but just keep in mind this is not a budget friendly hotel this is a splurge but it's extremely close to Universal studios park. Again, we want to thank everyone of the helpful employees, including Shakeisha the housekeeper was very helpful and did a beautiful job in our room. We're going to save up and visit again in the future!

We recently stayed here after previously staying at Portofino Bay and Royal Pacific. This property takes the lead as our favorite resort at Universal. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The property was clean and well kept. The pool was great with the music being played underwater and the best water slide of any resort we'd stayed at. The beds were also very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. All that being said the proximity to the parks and City Walk is unbeatable. We will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Studios, Florida! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless, super comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. The location couldn’t be better—just a five-minute walk to the park on a beautifully clean path. Plus, they offer a fun boat ride to the park, and the driver had us laughing the whole way with hilarious jokes and stories—it was like part of the entertainment experience! Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back—this hotel made our Universal trip unforgettable!

Great, friendly service! Answered all our questions at check in. Texted to make sure we received everything. Universal express pass and early park admission included. You can walk 5 min or take the water taxi. Great for when you are tired of walking all day and need a break. Food was better than I thought. Go to liquor store or bring your own. They were selling the shooters for $10 that you can buy for $3-$4. Beer is $13-$14. It was cheaper to drink at Universal Studios. Love that all the Universal Studios charges can go to your room card makes it easy to keep track of spending and easy for others to have access to spending if separated. Pool was amazing too! Hot tub felt great after Universal. Would definitely stay again!

The building itself is beautiful especially at night, but I’m not really sure what makes this a luxury hotel. The benefits for getting express passes for staying are why we decided to choice this hotel. The thermostat is purely for display. It didn’t matter how many times we turned it down, it remained hot all night making sleeping difficult. Everything was clean and the staff is amazing. Overall nice play to stay, just not as up to date and luxurious as we thought it would be. The outdoor paths and walking distance to two parks, definitely made up for the underwhelming hotel rooms.

My husband and I are locals but we enjoy staying at Disney hotels for mini weekend get-a-ways! This was our first time booking a hotel that wasn’t a Disney hotel but rather is on Disney property and although I am a sucker for Disney hotels I would HIGHLY recommend Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort at Bonnet Creek! We booked the least expensive room which had two queen beds without a balcony. The room was nice and large, clean and it was one of the quietest stays I’ve ever had at a resort in Orlando. The environment is classy and peaceful. I enjoyed walking around the hotel and the lake. The whole entire property was a clean and quiet environment and there were many activities and things to do. We didn’t use the shuttles but took note that they have complimentary shuttles to and from all Disney Parks and to Downtown Disney (now Disney Springs). The customer service was fantastic from check in to check out! They offered room service each day (something that Disney hotels do not offer) and although the parking is not free like a Disney hotel, it is still a less expensive stay with amenities that are above and beyond expected! If you are driving in, Parking was $34.00/day and valet was $40.00/day so we went ahead and chose valet… The ambiance made for such a relaxing weekend! Thank you to all the staff at Wyndham Grand Orlando for a wonderful experience!

This resort is incredible! It's good for the family trip. I came to spend time here with my family and it is very nice since the room is very big and has a kitchen inside. I love all the amenities here, it makes my vacation so convenient! I got the room with the lake view which is so nice and relaxing. I love the way we can enjoy so many pools. It is kind of very big and has a lazy river along which I found it’s cool. If you plan to have a vacation trip with your whole family I recommend staying here. They also have the BBQ grill station along the lake with a seating area. The best resort in Orlando! Everything is so convenient and that makes my trip more memorable, I'm so thankful. The service is pretty nice too from the reception to room service. The great thing is it’s close to Disney World.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The property is spotless, and the rooms are beautiful! Additionally the resort is located within close proximity to all of the Disney parks, which made our trip so easy!! We wanted to give a special shout out to Ben who showed great support for our family of first responders and veterans. His kindness went a long way and truly made this a five star experience!

Great location when visiting Disney parks, the staff is friendly and serviceable. Surroundings are beautiful and enjoyable.The food is good, tasty and exquisite. Facilities are well maintained and clean. The only cons are: the bed is not comfortable and availability of services are limited.

The Wyndham Grand is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and excellent service. The rooms felt luxurious, although the bath towels were on the thin side (not large or fluffy), and the pillows were less than supportive. The shower experience was great with lovely smelling gel and shampoo. No lotion was included, which was a slight disappointment. There was a nice selection of coffee with even a tea capsule included with the in room "keurig" type coffeemaker. Although I was traveling for business- not everyone at the hotel is...one of the challenges that come with work conferences in a vacation destination. There was quite a noisy gathering in the room next door that after 10 pm, I had to call the front desk for assistance. There were plenty of on-site dining options and a nice coffee kiosk (selling Starbucks) in the lobby. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and very courteous. While I didn't use the pool, it was a nice size and definitely had a "resort" feel.

My colleague and I were in town for an anesthesia state conference and had a wonderful stay at this hotel! What truly stood out to us was how accommodating and understanding the front desk staff was, especially La’Triche. She really went above and beyond to make sure that our checkout day was as smooth and stress-free as possible. It's honestly rare to find hospitality that feels this personal and thoughtful nowadays. Highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort and outstanding service!

Arrived today with my one year old and asked for a room if possible close to elevator, not only did the check in send us to one of the furthest rooms in the 3rd floor hallway, the room had a tv that is tilted up and the window has mold and the air conditioner of the building next to it. Called to mention this and was not presented with a solution, the best people have been the valet team.

We arrived on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. They open only 10.a.m. that day. Many people didn’t know, arrived much earlier and so there was a long line around the whole pick-up/drop-off area. But we made it into the park around 10.30h. So it was better that it looked at first. The three major shows are still good. The coaster rides are really thrilling. So not all of them are for the whole family. This might explain the surprisingly short wait times. I did not see anything over 30 minutes. Many rides were 10 min or under. Don’t go by the wait times in their App. Even their own staff at guest relations admit that the App is not reliable here. I only give the park four stars, since the organization lacks here and there. But overall we had a great time. I read reviews from people complaining about prices at the ticket booth. Well guys, your own fault. It is a known fact that these days at many places online booking saves money. I read complaints about their food prices. But the portions are big. And if you buy online tickets you get a voucher worth $20 per ticket for food without any extra costs. You can redeem it for food or merchandise. But you need to go to guest relations counter to receive it.

As soon as we hit the parking lot, things started costing. We had a three park pass and parking was supposed to be discounted- nope, $37.50. Then, we realized we didn't bring a hat (my bad) and ball caps started at $33- pass. We had hoped to ride the Sky Tower- nope, not running that day. We decided to go see the dolphin show and that was good and fun (and included in the admission). After the show, we went to grab some lunch. We saw that the Meal Deal was now $60 per person and decided to pass and get enough food to share between the two of us- that turned out to be $78!! I decided to try one of the rides (Journey To Atlantis, which stopped and shut down the last time we visited the park) and although I hardly waited to get on the ride, it seemed very rough and lackluster- disappointing. The orca show wasn't until late in the day (only two shows scheduled, the first beginning very shortly after the dolphin show we saw earlier. We would have had to hurry all the way across the park to see the orca show) and by now, the novelty was wearing thin. We went to see the penguin exhibit and that was ok. The interior temperature is kept at around 24° which ensures that people flow through fairly quickly. My wife has mobility issues and began to wear down, so we called it after about 4½ hours in the park. Our hotel is within view of the park and we went to kick back for a while. Shortly after we got to the room, we heard the thunder and knew that a lot of the park was being closed. By 5 pm, it was raining so hard, we could not see the park from our hotel window (which we assumed would have canceled the second Orca show). All this being said, we just don't see the best bang for the buck at this park (or ANY theme park anymore, for that matter) and we just don't see ever going back. Admittedly, we are older, but our main issue/complaint is the sheer expense of it all. We hit several parks in 2025 and I think it's safe to say that we're done with amusement and theme parks. SeaWorld has really slipped over the years, but charges more and we're just done.

Beautiful place. Not very long waiting times for rides even on a weekend. If you don’t like rollercoasters or go with elderly people/small kids they have a lot more to see. Great for going with family. It has more animals and shows than I expected; I was surprised with the amount of activities to do. Will definitely go again.

We loved all the exhibits and aquariums they had. My daughter especially loved petting the stingrays experience. The ritas inside was also delicious. There wasnt waits but it was a weekday and it rained so all the rides shut down sadly. We still had fun ultimately though

We had a great time at SeaWorld. I had no idea they had rides. We ended up with a 2nd day free because it rained and the Vacation booth gave us tickets for free admission the next day. I thought that was really nice. Also we got tickets in advance with groupon included a free meal so that was another plus. But we enjoyed our visit to SeaWorld and will be back. The Orca Show was so much fun.

Everything always wonderful. I believe they don't overpush like Universal does around halloween. Its packed enough. The good enough where its not annoying..if that makes sense. They ppl are definitely kinder then disney. And are not so anal..about certain rules. Its more of a relaxing atmosphere. So u can enjoy all of it

We had a fantastic day. The show were very good. We had the all day dining option. The half chicken did appear to be cooked properly so we didn't eat it. We also had a burger, the staff didn't appear very organised.

Overall, no complaints, just a few notes. Check in was quick & easy and staff was friendly. I booked this hotel for the express passes as many do and it was worth it for that. The room was pretty cramped for a mom, two teens, and a toddler, but we made it work. The rooms could use updating across the board. I have stayed in cheaper chain hotels that were in better shape. For a luxury resort, the rooms should feel as such. That being said, the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable for the one night. We did get room service & once again the staff was great! I would definitely come back.

I’m going to start with the positives. All the staff was knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond. I loved that they text me throughout my stay to make sure we had what we needed. We loved how close we were to the parks and how easy it was to use the water taxis to get to city walk. We enjoyed the pool area and the fact that you could order food/drinks right to your chair. We had dinner at Jake’s at the resort and the food was good and our service was awesome. But for the negatives… my biggest complaint is that there are ZERO microwaves at the resort. To spend hundreds of dollars a night for a “premium” resort and not have a microwave is insane!!! But you can RENT one for $15 A day as if you haven’t spent enough money just to be on vacation. The rooms were clean but very basic. For the price you pay you expect something more modern and updated. This place could definitely use a face lift.

Went here with family last week. It is a well maintained hotel within a short walking distance of the universal parks. Additionally, it has a boat transfer that provides a quick and unique experience to get to the universal boardwalk. Rooms were everything you would expect, we had a two queen room and they were happy to provide a roll away for my teenage son. My only complaint about the room is a small TV; but realistically, what are you doing staying in the room when you are this close to so many entertainment options including a great pool.

Stayed here for our family vacay and loved every minute. It’s nicely decorated throughout, service is top notch and rooms are nice. One of the perks, and my favorite is you get fast passes during your stay. There is a nice asian restaurant that we had a couple of drinks at and they were refreshing and delicious. Other family members enjoyed the pool and activities like hot potato. Overall everything was outstanding!!!

We stayed at Loews Royal Pacific about a year ago, and while it offered a lot of perks, there were a few things that left a lasting impression — both good and not-so-good. The atmosphere was beautiful — tropical and immersive, with lush landscaping and fun touches like the frog statues on the bridge as you walk in. It really did feel like a luxury resort as you walked the grounds. The included Express Passes were a huge value for our family and probably the biggest reason to stay here — they save you a lot of time and money in the parks. We also loved how easy it was to get around. We used both the walking path and the water taxis, which were quick, scenic, and hassle-free. We didn’t try the buses, so can’t comment on those. The Orchid Lounge (I think that’s the name) served really delicious food and drinks, though it was on the pricier side. Now for the downsides. Check-in was a headache — even though it was supposed to be ready by 4 PM, our room wasn’t available until nearly 6. After a long day of travel, that delay was frustrating. Parking was also tough — very limited self-parking, and we spent about 20 minutes just driving in circles until someone left. And while our room appeared clean at first, we discovered chip crumbs in the bed when we pulled back the sheets, which definitely impacted our impression. All in all, it was a good stay, and the Express Pass benefit alone makes it worth considering. But because of those key issues, it’s not our top choice when staying at Universal, even though it has a lot of potential.

Lovely hotel in the greatest location for Islands and Studios. Nice large rooms, comfortable and well maintained. We ate from the Tuk Tuk market several times and the food was of a good standard as was the food when we visited Jake’s bar. The pool area is wonderful and very relaxing. The service from every member of staff we interacted with was excellent. Especially the housekeeping staff and the staff in the Tuk Tuk market. Finally the unlimited fast pass you get for staying here is such a great benefit we’re already planning another visit.

From the moment we checked in, there were issues. Things were put into their system wrong when we were checked in. I was told that was taken care of. Then for the next two days I'm asked to bring them a different card to charge me for self parking....I'm from out of state and took an Uber to the hotel. I told them that when we 1st checked in and that 1st day we were there. Then the same person, Norah, asked me the same thing the next day! Thankfully most of this is in text. The room was also disgusting. I have pictures. Not something I would expect for a "signature hotel." When we got into our room, less than 15 minutes later housekeeping is WALKING INTO OUR ROOM! We could have been changing!! They knocked once and didnt even give us enough time to get to the door! They kept trying for push the Figi water on us and weren't taking no for an answer. I finally made it very clear that we weren't going to be paying for the water. From then on, we kept the sign on the door for no housekeeping. I didn't want to take the chance of them just walking in! We will never be back to this resort. I'm not happy having paid the price I did for a hotel ran like that. It was an awful experience. The rooms weren't clean to begin with and were starting to fall apart. The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable! We were very glad when it was check out day!

We were in town to celebrate a family members birthday at Disney World, upon check in the guest are directed away from the lobby to the marketplace and pounced upon by a very pushy and rude person selling time shares. The marketplace was advertised as having multiple amenities and 5 restaurants, of which exactly 1 was open on a Friday evening. Upon arriving to our room we were shocked to find the flooring peeling away from the subfloor and mildew on the bathroom door as well as the temperature in the room at 80 degrees. the "resort" is quite shabby and not being maintained properly. We returned to the marketplace and had a nice meal with a great waiter, hoping that our room would begin to cool down in our absence, it was 74 by the next morning, not a comfortable night but manageable. We enjoyed the Magic Kingdom and rec'd multiple texts throughout the day asking about our stay interrupting our day I answered that we were in the park and would respond later and continued to receive texts asking for info about our stay. Quite annoying in fact! Upon our return to the "resort" our room was cooler and housekeeping had serviced the room as well rifled through a sealed overnight bag, no items missing thankfully, however it was a sealed bag that contained medication and stays sealed. We were tired and wanted to turn in for the evening and began to settle in for the evening. My daughter had left her stuffie in the car so i walked downstairs to the parking lot to find a staff member leaned against a car parked next mine that was part of our traveling party, smoking marijuana and cursing on his phone, he didnt offer or attempt to move out of my way so I finally said hey I'm going to need to get there and he stepped aside but acted as though he were put off that he was asked to move. Returned to our room and locked down for the night only to be awoken by what sounded like dirtbikes riding thru the resort parking area that was supposed to be secure and paid 30 bucks a night to park. We had initially wanted to enjoy the waterpark on Sunday but with the concerns about the place we decided to cut our losses and head home, as we were leaving the resort had put up printed signs welcoming community into the water park that we were charged for for free. Very disappointing and expected much better from IHG. lesson learned

Our stay here was unfortunately not the best experience. The check-in process alone took about 25 minutes, and immediately after checking in, we were approached by timeshare representatives trying to sell us a package. It felt very pushy and not the relaxing start to a vacation we were hoping for. The resort plays loud music by the pool until 10:00 p.m., and it starts up again around 10:00 a.m., which makes it hard to get any quiet time if your room faces that area. Our room itself was very hot when we arrived, and to make matters worse, the phones were unplugged and had no labels for how to reach the front desk, housekeeping, or maintenance. I ended up walking all the way down to the lobby to ask for help. It took almost an hour before someone came up to fix the issue. I will say the beds and room were very clean, which I appreciated. However, the hotel currently has some construction going on, which adds to the noise and overall inconvenience. Another disappointment was the early check-out time—10:00 a.m.—which is much earlier than most hotels. Overall, customer service needs serious improvement. For the price and the IHG brand name, I expected a smoother and more comfortable stay. Dates we stayed was Oct 24-26

We stayed here for seven days this sept. The hotel was very nice. We had a lot of fun especially with the Entertainment Group, Special thanks to Lange, Viecka, and Dj Camila, from trivia to bingo and the Pool Games. You guys made everything special and Fun. Also a shout out to the life guards Asia, Manuel, and Avauah for keeping us safe. We had a great time and loved the water park. Will definitely be back to see the new water park. This “resort“ is nothing like the pictures shows. I am very disappointed and regret booking this place. Everything in the rooms is old and smelly. The doors, the beds, mattresses… everything gives an impression of an abandoned motel that they are trying somehow keep working. I got this so called “resort” so that my 7 years som can enjoy the waterpark but this park is like 100 years old. In conclusion…. the hotel is not well maintained at all. I would not recommend it at all. Especially for 65$ daily resort fee. It is insane how they can charge that much and offer nothing. PS: whatch out for scammers. The night we checked in… we were invited to receive a “welcome gift package” they would invite you to visit another Holliday Inn resort that is newer and nicer and may be to consider it next time when you come to Orlando) turned out the resort is 42 years old and is only for club members that you have to join for $40k/ year right on the spot, once in a lifetime opportunity. Of course we didn’t fall for that l, we just wasted 3 hours of our vacation. And hopefully this review woll help others not to experience this.

Good infrastructure and comfortable rooms, but the staff are unfriendly and seem unhappy to work there. For example, when we arrived in the early afternoon of a tuesday, there was no one at the front desk for checkin, and some other guests were waiting for quite a while. Another example, since there are no restaurants, bars, or markets nearby, we had to use the hotel bar just for a quick dinner on a friday night, around 8pm, and were poorly received, like they didn’t want us to be there, the staff were clattering dishes and just cleaning the place instead of taking our orders… shortly before 10pm they started cleaning the floor, stacking chairs, and basically pushing customers to leave… that is when we realized the place was about to close, but they could have simply told us politely or posted a sign, and we ended up feeling uncomfortable with the situation they created : ( and maybe this is the reason why the “market area” is big (full of options) but it was simply empty of guests

We had our second stay at the Holiday Inn Water Park at the end of September. Obviously by staying there a second time it goes to show we enjoy it there. Our primary purpose of a room during a Florida vacation is to have it as a home base while days are mainly spent at parks or out and about. The pool is a nice mix of splash pad, slides, and swimming area. We did not use any indoor amenities as we found the food to be quite expensive last trip and it was hit or miss on what was open and available. So I can't comment on that this time around. Front desk staff were very pleasant and check in went smoothly. I found the resort fees to be a little steep on checkin and expected it to be around $400 CDN when it was over $500 USD for the week. Lighting in the room was a little bit on the dim side, especially in the bathroom, but it wasn't a big enough issue to get hung up on. Overall, the resort is very kid friendly and we would stay there again on our next trip as it gives you a good mix of location, price, and home base needs such as a fridge and microwave. I would suggest to the resort that they invest in some smaller child sized lifejackets however, because a lot of small children were using the big ones and it wasn't safe for them since they would often make them float face down. An accident waiting to happen if the lifeguards or parents happened to be distracted. Also need more towels so they don't run out. Thanks for another great stay and please consider easing up on the fees a bit.

We have stayed here before. It is a large resort with lots of amenities for kids. Arcade, mini golf, movie theater, etc. Good location next to Disney. It needs updating and more money put into maintenance. All the staff we encountered are great. We really want to say how great Habiba was in the breakfast restaurant. She really went above and beyond. Even our children noticed the effort she put in. 5 stars for the staff and the resort will be better with the new water park. Hopefully they put some more money into maintenance of the rooms and pool area. They need it.

Not a good place for new moms. I came to this hotel for a state conference. As an Orlando local, I didn’t not need a room so I was attending the conference. Parking was $38 and you could not leave and come back. I went to the front desk and asked for a room to pump. This is a very common thing and I have been to multiple hotels/event spaces where they have either a room/Mamava/closet or empty office space. In 3 kids, I have never had a place tell me straight up no. They told me I could go find a “quiet corner”, just open to the public but less crowded. The front desk worker was kind but firm, and the manager would not come out. I was really embarrassed and ultimately they told me to just leave and come back. After asking, they validated my parking so I could return without having to pay twice. What year is it???? This is a giant hotel with dozens of conference rooms and ballrooms, multiple restaurants, a FedEx, but absolutely NO SPACE for a nursing mother?

We came for resort pass and Alyssa made the best cocktails for the pool! Made us feel very welcomed and every time we came by she remembered our name! Such a sweet surprise and little kind detail that made our day! Definitely would come back! Also nice that you can float in the pool with your drink and the slide is soooo fast and fun! You will get wet! Haha Definitely would return! It’s a very friendly and clean resort with complimentary tubes to go in the lazy river as well as long 7 minute around the river! We timed it!

I’ve stayed here before and I had a great stay both times. Room smells clean and is clean. I needed a fan to sleep and they brought one up with an extra blanket for my baby. There’s a lot to do on the property. My daughter went to the pool then went to the basketball court that they have to practice her shot. The fire pit is cozy and is a great touch. Overall I would stay again. The pool is open until 11pm. Late night swim for the win!

Accommodated an early check in which was very helpful. Room was clean, modern and quiet. The staff throughout the property was excellent. Parking was very easy and the elevators were prompt every time unlike many hotels. Quite a few food options on the property. The two we tried were excellent.

Wowza! NICE! Renovations just completed on the floor I was on. Food was incredible. Everyone was friendly and helpful without being phony. I’m simply amazed. Location couldn’t be better. Walked a covered skywalk to the Convention Center for the trade show I was attending. Perfect!

One of the classy Hiltons, you enjoy. Clean. Fresh. Comfy beds. Snow white towels, bedding, super clean bath room. Alls 5*. Parking included in the price. I chose this Hilton for their water facilities: pools, jacuzzi, lazy river, slides. Kids were swimming for hours. Also there is a market in the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like in that market was a poor and not tasty breakfast, but the pastry, sandwiches and pizza were nice. The Universal desk inside the hotel is offering you tickets. Usually I buy through such a partners tickets with great value offers, but this time I was surprised , because the same tickets online were $100 chipper.

Lifetime Diamond and very impressed with this hotel. Staff and our upgraded suite were great. Nice big sports bar downstairs with very large portions. Many pools. Lazy river and outdoor cafe. 5’minute uber to Epic and 10-15 mins to the other Universal parks. If you need any help Universal has their own desk inside the lobby. Literally everything was great. The only negative was the parking. We came off a cruise and drove from Port carnival. It was $38 a day to park. I feel that’s a bit steep but that’s what they charge. Again great hotel. Amazing staff perhaps they can revisit the parking.

The overall grounds were beautiful. Upon our arrival and checking in at the front lobby, we were met with an unpleasant odor. The staff was notified of this. The accommodations were nice, but the furniture was sparse and needed to be updated. It would be nice if smoking of any kind was prohibited on the premises. It takes away from the enjoyment of the outdoors or use of the screened patio. When checking out of the resort, the unpleasant odor still remained. The location was great. It was close to all of the activities that included the parks and sports arenas.

The place was beautiful and super clean. So close to all the Orlando Parks all within 10 to 15 minutes. The owner of the room we had (Ben) was really nice and helpful with any questions or concerns we may have had. He was super detailed with info regarding checking in and checking out. Definitely will visit again.

We made a reservation at the Worldquest Orlando Resort for the period from September 27 to October 8 for a three-bedroom unit, paying the full amount in advance through the Booking platform. In advance, we sent a message to Worldquest requesting the possibility of staying in a renovated accommodation. Unfortunately, we were placed in unit 6505, which was in terrible condition. To make matters worse, on October 1, while we were at one of the theme parks, we received a WhatsApp message from Desiree Steadman, the property manager, demanding our immediate relocation to another unit, based on the false claim that the owner needed to occupy it. This turned out to be untrue, as we were moved to the apartment next door and unit 6505 remained vacant. It is likely that the management mistakenly rented out a unit not authorized by the owner, which demonstrates incompetence and disregard for guests. However, the most serious issue was the threatening tone used by Ms. Steadman, who stated she would forcibly enter the rented unit and move our belongings in our absence. It was known that our personal items, valuables, and documents were inside the apartment. This was not an emergency or exceptional situation, and yet Ms. Steadman showed no concern about violating Florida laws regarding privacy, breach of contract, unlawful entry, and the risk of theft or loss of guests’ belongings. If the incompetent management rented a unit that was not available, they could have requested a relocation, but with a courteous tone and truthful explanation. What was shocking—and worthy of police and legal complaint—was the audacity to threaten to invade the premises and carry out the move *manu militari*, in blatant disregard of legal norms and respectful treatment of guests. This behavior appears to stem from an authoritarian habit and a lack of training and understanding of the legal implications of such actions. Well, to avoid bigger setbacks, we decided to make the move and got lucky, as we ended up in a better apartment. There was no help from the resort whatsoever—they didn’t provide any staff or boxes. However, on the day of checkout, they placed several boxes at the door early in the morning, and every hour a staff member would show up at the door expecting to be assisted. Unfortunately, we realized we had unintentionally downgraded our lodging standards, after 20 years of annual trips to Orlando and other international destinations. There is one positive point, though: the staff working in cleaning and supervision are very friendly, and the area is beautiful. The resort’s amenities are in need of renovation and cleaning, especially the pool.

We rented 3 bedroom condo for 3 nights. Resort is not a fair name for this place. It’s a hotel or condo with a big pool and a small tiki bar with limited menu. There’s no real restaurant and none within walking distance. Condo itself was pretty good but could use a renovation soon. Everything worked but just felt a bit tired. Staff were ok but not always there. Tiki bar closed early so we couldn’t get dinner. Fitness room is weak. Price was fair.

Great location near Disney property and Disney Springs. The entire complex is beautiful, stunning pool with a tiki bar, the 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartments is updated, spacious and clean with a great view of the lake. We will return!

As a unit owner who rents my unit out myself I am fed up with people like Desiree Steadman who work for the management company Kingwood. Just yesterday I asked Desiree Steadman to ask her cleaning staff to stop dumping disgusting water that stinks like bleach and is filthy from the 5th floor balcony which pours directly onto my 4th floor balcony. Today I was informed it happened again, this time I know its out of spite. I own several properties here in Orlando and live close to the WorldQuest resort so I am able to be on the premises anytime. Further more they have done nothing about the racoon issues that are plaguing this otherwise wonderful resort. The raccoons are a nuisance, getting into the trash bins and leaving a huge mess everywhere. Not to mention frightening children and guests who can actually see the infestation. Building #3 has fire alarm issues 24/7, it keeps going off intermittently at any time of the day or night. Desiree Steadman and the company she works for Kingwood are the biggest crooks you'll ever come across. The reason I decided not to allow Kingwood to rent my unit on my behalf is because they are thieves. They charge insane fees to WorldQuest guests and make up phony invoices to charge the unit owners, claiming they had to make repairs to your unit without even getting approval first. This is by far the most unprofessionally run resort I've come across. My guests are extremly unhappy that they cant even sit on the patio without disgusting water being thrown on top of their heads literally a few feet from where they were sitting and attempting to enjoy a nice day. As I stated this is 100% spite since this happened yesterday when I reported it directly to Deisree Steadman 8/15/2025 and it occured again today less than 24 hours on 8/16/2025. The cleanliness of this resort is deplorable, they come around and hose down all the floors of each building, no wet floor signs, and they dont actually get it clean. It's unsafe, still dirty and wet when they are done hosing down the floors, an accident and liability waiting to happen. You can see feces (Im assuming its from a dog or maybe the racoons) all over the stairs and main floor where guests access their units coming and going, disgusting! Sometimes it stays for days. Get your act together Desiree Steadman and Kingwood, this is not how to run a business. You could do so much better but Im guessing that ship sailed long ago. Additional Info: occurence happened 9/19/25 - 9/22/25 - One of the employees for Kingwood has been slamming the door of unit 505 (same unit mentioned previously for dumping water onto my balcony) 15 - 20 times per day creating Earth shattering noise to my guests in my unit below, they are rearranging furniture at all hours of the day and night, and what my guests describe as deliberate slamming of objects or feet on the floor, which of course is a noise nuisance. I tried to call and speak with Desiree Steadmann but was told she is "not available". FYI - My guests were so fed up with the noise they went upstairs to find hotel employees loitering around that unit with the door wide open. As a courtesy I compensated them out of my pocket. What a shame, this is beyond pathetic behavior.

Water coming out of faucets and showers was orange for the first day. Messaged their service people. They said that’s normal. That’s rust. That ain’t normal. Faucets and drains were broken. Black mold under the kitchen sink and piles of roaches all over the floors. Room smelled like cigarettes and something rotting. Turned on the oven and 15 ran out from behind it. Customer service was terrible. Refused to give a refund. Denied all the photo evidence I sent.

Disney Springs is one of my favorite places to go with my family and just enjoy a nice day out. It’s perfect for walking around, exploring all the shops, and grabbing a bite at one of the many great restaurants. There’s always something to see or do.... from live music to fun little spots to grab a drink and relax. It’s one of those places where you can go just to stroll, eat, shop, or simply hang out and have a good time. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a fun and relaxing family outing.

Easy to find parking on a Monday in November. It was nice to walk around and shop. Highlight was the Lego store for my son. The dragon in the pond made out legos is also impressive. Coco cola store was pretty cool too with an awesome rooftop bar. Don’t believe there was alcohol. Enjoyed walking by the lake and watching the car boat..Felt safe and with plenty of restrooms throughout.

⭐⭐ Disney Springs – The Magic Just Isn’t There Anymore Disney Springs is still a visually beautiful place — it looks great and has plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. However, beneath the polished exterior, you can tell that this area is in serious need of an update, both in appearance and in spirit. What used to feel magical and full of life now feels commercialized and drained of the charm that once made Disney so special. Every store and restaurant here seems to have one main focus — getting you to spend as much money as possible. Be prepared, because prices are high across the board, and unfortunately, the quality doesn’t always match what you’re paying for. It’s very much a “pay more, get less” experience these days. The attention to detail, customer care, and genuine friendliness that Disney was once known for are noticeably lacking. What’s most disappointing is the atmosphere among the staff. You can sense that many of them are just going through the motions — there’s no spark, no enthusiasm, no warmth like there used to be. Whether it’s management, new policies, or overall burnout, something’s clearly changed. The experience no longer feels magical; instead, it feels transactional — like the priority is your wallet, not your experience. It’s honestly sad to see what Disney Springs has become. This used to be a place that radiated happiness and excitement, where every visit felt special. Now, it feels more like just another overpriced shopping area with a famous name attached to it. Overall, Disney Springs is okay if you’re just looking to walk around or grab a bite to eat, but don’t expect the same magic or customer service that Disney was once known for. Be ready to spend a lot — and get a lot less in return.

Absolutely love Disney Springs! Such a beautiful and vibrant place perfect for families of all ages. Every evening there’s live music on several stages, great energy, and something fun for everyone. So many shops, art studios, restaurants, and cafés with live bands. The Cirque du Soleil show is world-class truly spectacular! 🎪 Even the free multi-level parking garages have cute names like Orange, Lime, and Grapefruit 🍊🍋 everything here feels special. It’s one of those places where you can walk for hours, enjoy the atmosphere, and always discover something new. Highly recommend visiting! 🌟

I knew it was big but didn't expect that big. As someone with mobility issues I had a hard time and it prevented me from fully enjoying myself. I wish I had the ability to rent a scooter but that's on me. I did ask someone and she informed me ecv rentals are $65 with a refundable $100 deposit. Noted for next time. Lots of fun selfie spots. We really wanted to get the paint your own cookies but they weren't available anymore. The birria quesadilla from 4r cantina was out of this world!!

If you are looking to shop, grab a bite, or just browse around. This is a great place to meet friends and family for an easy half day of adventure. I really appreciate the parking and convenience of getting into the shopping center.

Tons of Disney shopping, food, drinks, and still have tons of cool displays. More fun for the parents to walk through at night, and a fun spot to have a cool dining experience. I love planet Hollywood to eat at. It's so cool inside!! I ended up buying souvenirs that I didnt find in the park. The BEST part??? You can get adult beverages and walk around with them 😍 The vibes are so fun, and there is live music. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. Parking was very easy, there are several garages that are all free. If you park at LIME garage, you walk right out into Disney Springs. It's the easiest parking in my opinion. It was also super clean, as are all the parks. Prices were fair. We got a HUGE mickey cookie for $7.99. Prices were very reasonable at the cauldron candy shop. I didnt feel like I was getting robbed.

We had an incredible experience during our stay and play at Arnold Palmer. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. The golf course was in fantastic condition—challenging yet enjoyable—and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A big shoutout to Chris, who truly elevated our experience. He offered fantastic recommendations and his engaging, informative conversation made us feel right at home. Also, a special thank you to Jersey, who provided outstanding service during breakfast. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor stood out. One of the unexpected highlights of our stay was chatting with some of the long-time members. Their stories and passion for the place added a unique and personal touch to our visit. While our overall experience was very positive, we did encounter a hiccup with an overcharge on our credit card. There was some confusion, and despite trying to resolve it before checkout, it wasn't addressed immediately. For that reason, I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. However, I want to recognize Jessica, who stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism and care. She made everything right, and we truly appreciated her help. I would highly recommend Arnold Palmer to anyone looking for a great golf getaway with excellent service. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

A Guest’s Perspective on Bay Hill Country Club I recently had the chance to spend several days at Bay Hill Country Club, and it more than lived up to its reputation. From the moment you pull into the property, everything is manicured and intentional—the kind of understated elegance you only see at venues with decades of history behind them. Course & Practice Facilities The golf course is the star of the show, and rightly so. Even if you’ve only seen it on TV during the Arnold Palmer Invitational, playing it in person is an entirely different experience. The layout demands smart course management—water hazards and well-placed bunkers make you think on every shot—but it’s fair. Tee boxes were immaculate, greens rolled true and fast, and the rough was exactly the kind of thick, punishing grass that rewards accuracy. The practice range, short-game area, and putting greens are also first-class and never felt overcrowded, even during peak times. Clubhouse & Atmosphere Inside, the clubhouse blends tradition with comfort. There are plenty of nods to Arnold Palmer and the tournament’s history—photos, memorabilia, and subtle touches that make the place feel like a living museum of golf. Yet it doesn’t feel stuffy or off-limits. Staff and members alike were welcoming and genuinely seemed proud to have guests experience the club. Dining & Hospitality Food service deserves its own mention. Breakfast in the dining room came out quickly and was better than most upscale resorts I’ve stayed at. Lunch on the terrace overlooking the course is the perfect way to cool down after a round. Portions are generous without being overdone, and the servers hit the right balance of professionalism and warmth. Lodging & Amenities If you’re staying overnight, the lodge rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and balconies or patios that look out on either the course or the pool. The fitness center and spa facilities are modern and clean, and there’s a casual pool area for families or non-golfers who want to relax. Parking is easy, and everything on the property feels walkable. Overall Impression What impressed me most was the club’s ability to feel both exclusive and approachable. You’re surrounded by golf history, but you’re also treated like a valued guest, not an outsider. Every staff interaction—from the bag drop to the pro shop to housekeeping—was polite, efficient, and genuine. It’s the kind of place where you can tell the culture starts at the top and everyone buys in. If you’re a golfer visiting Orlando or the surrounding area, Bay Hill Country Club should be on your bucket list. Whether you’re coming for a round, a tournament, or a full weekend stay, it delivers the full championship-course experience plus resort-level hospitality. I left with a greater appreciation for the tradition of the game and already want to plan my return trip.

Wow! What can I say about this course. Our first time here was in February of 2024. My wife and I fell in love with this magical place and we call it “The Greatest Place on Earth.” The service is so amazing, business could actually teach customer service by reviewing the way they do things. The food is amazing, the golf course is breathtaking. Despite living in Texas, we were so in love with this place and being able to feel Mr. Palmer and his legacy on every inch of this course that we have been back multiple times and even volunteered to work the Arnold Palmer Invitational this year. We will be back in 2026 for our second year. Everyone should make this a priority on their bucket list of golf courses to visit and stay here. There is something magical about this place that words or a review cannot describe.

Slightly dated furniture, but a wonderful experience. The course is as beautiful and difficult as you would imagine. You get to enjoy membership privileges if you stay at the lodge. Fantastic service, especially by Sonia at the front desk, Pete at the course Chris at the bar and Sophia in the dining room.

This is one of the coolest trips that I have taken. I was able to be an essential member of the club for 48 hours by staying and playing. The course was exactly what I expected, but the service was beyond that. A ton of great folks, I was able to interact with and I highly recommend anyone to take this trip.

The bay window lounge was outstanding. Chris and Brittany took over the top service to the next level. Sicilian style pizza was really good. Really good place to unwind after a round of golf. Will return to stay at the lodge even if not golfing.

Playing Bay Hill has been on my golf bucket list for years, and I finally had the chance to experience Arnold Palmer’s legendary course in Orlando. It completely lived up to the hype and then some. From the moment you arrive at the property, you can feel the history and prestige. The staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely makes you feel like you are part of the Bay Hill family, not just a visitor passing through. The golf course itself is nothing short of spectacular. Every hole feels thoughtfully designed, challenging yet fair, and the conditions are pristine from tee to green. The fairways are beautifully maintained, the bunkers are strategically placed, and the greens roll fast and true. It is a true test of golf that rewards smart play and punishes careless mistakes. Water comes into play on several holes, and the layout forces you to think about every shot, which makes it incredibly rewarding. Standing on some of the tee boxes knowing the PGA Tour’s best face the same challenges during the Arnold Palmer Invitational gave me chills. Some of the signature holes really stand out. The par 5 6th hole with its sweeping curve around the water is one of the most exciting risk reward holes I have ever played. The 17th, a par 3 over water, is both intimidating and beautiful. And finishing on the 18th with the clubhouse in the background feels iconic, like stepping right into golf history. Off the course, the lodge and amenities are top notch. The clubhouse has an old school charm that reflects Arnold Palmer’s personality, with plenty of memorabilia and photographs celebrating his legacy. The locker room and practice facilities are first class, and the restaurant serves excellent food with great views of the course. Even if you are not playing, it is a wonderful place to relax, have a drink, and soak up the atmosphere. What struck me most was the overall experience. Bay Hill is not just about playing a round of golf, it is about feeling connected to the game and to Arnie’s legacy. The combination of history, challenge, and hospitality make it a truly special place. In short, Bay Hill is a must play for any golfer visiting Orlando. It is a course that challenges you, inspires you, and leaves you with lasting memories. If you love golf, it does not get much better than walking the fairways where Arnold Palmer left his mark on the game.

We truly enjoyed Caribe Royal in Orlando. Lots of high (easy in/out) lounge chairs around the pools, great pool bar/grill, wonderful service. The main lobby building has a huge Starbucks and a marketplace with high quality deli, grill and the local bakery is outstanding sold right there in the marketplace. The chop house restaurant is also very good! Everything we needed for a comfortable get away was provided. The rooms are clean and modern with high quality comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms were checked daily, cleaned and fresh towels. We will be returning this winter!!

My stay at Caribe Royale was an amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spacious, elegant, and full of relaxing spots to unwind. I loved how peaceful it was, with plenty of quiet areas to work on my laptop or just enjoy a coffee. The food and drinks were delicious, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s close to the Disney parks yet tucked away enough to feel calm and private. It’s also a fantastic place for corporate events, offering everything you’d need in one gorgeous setting. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful pier on the lake. I spent time there writing poems and watching the ducks and turtles, such a serene and inspiring place! Everything was clean and well maintained. Truly a perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and tranquility.

My experience at the Caribe Royale was first class. All the staff members my wife and I interacted with were friendly and kind. Our one bedroom suite was modern, decorative, quiet and comfortable. The pool area was vibrant and relaxing, with a great atmosphere throughout the day. The food selections at The Market were impressive and tasty. The baked goods were excellent as well as their pre-packed food options. Dinner at The Venetian Chop House exceeded our expectations—delicious steaks, a warm and elegant setting, and friendly, professional staff. I would highly recommend the Caribe Royale!

This place is absolutely amazing! Family friendly resort. Top notch service and accommodations. I stayed in a King suite while visiting. The room was perfectly laid out. Large walk-in shower and bathroom, separate sitting area and large bedroom area. All the staff members I had interactions with were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. They have great on-site dining options.

Really enjoyed my stay here, definitely a 10/10 experience. Convenient location, great service from the employees, and it overall just feels safe and comfortable (spacious clean rooms). I enjoyed the convenience of dinner, breakfast, and all the other additional eateries on-site. I also enjoyed the trail and basketball court. I can't say enough good things about this resort!

We had a regional real estate meeting here recently. The facilities were clean, easy to navigate, had plenty of parking and the staff were very nice. We actually had a day long affair so food was provided. It was delicious! I would recommend this location for any of your larger meeting space needs

Beautiful hotel! The way it's lit up at night and the waterfall at the pool are so nice. The waterslide is open at night also while the pool is open. There is a splash pad area, spa, two story gym, arcade and lots of lounge seating. There are poolside bars and restaurants. It's a great place to stay put and just relax.

My stay at Sheraton Vistana Resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush landscaping, sparkling pools, and plenty of activities for both relaxation and fun. The villas were spacious, clean, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. I especially loved the comfortable beds and the convenience of having a full kitchen. The location was also perfect—close to the parks, shopping, and great dining options. What really stood out was the level of service—every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was housekeeping, the front desk, or the activity coordinators, they all provided exceptional hospitality. I would highly recommend Sheraton Vistana Resort to anyone visiting Orlando. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a great first stay! Plenty of room for our family of 5 in a two bed room unit. Spacious living room and kitchen with awesome pool and kids activity center. Easy drive to theme parks. Very friendly staff. Only downside was the $29 nightly parking fee, which was well communicated before. Hope to stay again!

Great value for the cost. While the rooms have issues and the check service was pretty terrible, it’s definitely a great deal. Our room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities, but a lot of the lights in our room did not work, the coffee pot did not work, and the beds did not have fitted sheets. Not having fitted sheets resulted in the sheets coming up overnight and sleeping on bare mattress, which is really unhygienic for a hotel and kind of gross. But overall still a good deal.

My aunt had a timeshare at Vistana at Lake Buena Vista for more than 30 years. I have visited her and my cousins nearly every year while they stayed here. This year I had the pleasure of staying here again. Vistana is a beautiful property, always has clean rooms, and a pleasant staff. This year I accidentally left behind some clothing. I filed a report via the internet. I followed up with a phone call. My items were promptly sent back to me (I gladly paid the shipping). This may not seem like a big deal. But, it was a very big deal to me. Thank you to the housekeeping staff who turned in my clothes. And thank you to the staff member who took my call and sent my items back. You made a difference to me!

The resort is located close to major amusement parks, shopping, and all levels of dining. The property itself is well maintained and has nice paths to walk on as you explore. The resort offers activities on site, some free and others for a nominal fee (for both adults and children). The pools are well stocked with towels and spacious. We never had a hard time finding a lounge chair. One evening we decided to grill but did not have appropriate grilling tools, nearly immediately some were delivered to our room. My husband is still talking about how great the grills there are! Garbage cans are small and we started with minimal bags but just sent a request online when we needed anything replenished. Fire detectors in the rooms are sensitive. Without burning any food, we set it off once and heard other occasions that neighbors did the same. Having a washer and dryer in each unit is wonderful. With all the wet swim suits we used the appliances nearly every day. One bummer was it rained early in the week and the floor of the balcony retained a fair amount of water. We did let the resort know and they sent us a broom to try and push off the majority of the water which somewhat worked. Our family did have some fun trying to figure out what some of the light switches activated (by the end of the week I think we had figured all but one out). Prior to departing you are asked to strip your linens off your beds, remove trash from the room, and start the dishwasher.

I stayed at this resort in September on 2025. The room I was assigned was on the Key West side of the property. RM 12-501. It was a standard king size room with the basic needs inside, the room was clean & it was great for one person staying a total of 4 days in Orlando. I would stay at this resort again. The Key West pool was clean & nice as well. Thanks again for an amazing experience. As a content creator it was great!

Very disappointed with our stay. The resort heavily pressures guests to attend a membership sales meeting by only offering late check-out if you go. Regular check-out is 10 AM, yet they make it clear they can offer 4 PM — they just don’t unless you sit through their pitch. The property feels old and poorly maintained. TV service was down for an entire day and staff didn’t apologize or offer any solution. I’m from Toronto and the Blue Jays were playing Game 6 of the World Series, and I couldn’t watch it — extremely frustrating. We were also placed on the third floor with no elevator and no help carrying luggage, even though we were traveling with kids and a baby. Very inconsiderate for a “family-friendly” resort. Overall, they seem more focused on selling memberships than actually taking care of guests. I would not return and do not recommend this property.

Stayed here with my wife and kids this week and found the reviews to be helpful while shopping around so I figured I would leave my own now that we're home. We stayed in building 6, room 206. The rooms are decently sized but there was an unbelievably high level of moisture in our room. My kids colouring sheets remained damp the entire week, as well as some of our clothes. "Daily housekeeping service" was nonexistent. Our garbages remained full the entire week. While we requested to not be disturbed on the 2nd day of our stay, nothing was done day 3 and when my wife spoke to the front desk tho clarify the daily light housekeeping vs full service, we still had to go down to request towels (twice) after the call. Although there was a language barrier between us and the housekeeping staff (Spanish) they were all still very sweet and helpful, but regardless, we still didn't get the full service as requested that day. We intentionally planned a day outside of the resort but came back to a still uncleaned room. It seems like they've done a good job on the partial renovations to the rooms outside of building 6 and the lobby, but could certainly benefit from a full renovation. The location is perfect and they offer great amenities for the kids (seriously, kids will love it) so why not spend a little more time and money making it something guests want to continue to come back to. Overall- just OK. 3/5 stars

Our stay was fantastic! We were put into one of their newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful. We opted in for the breakfast vouchers in our stay, which you couldnt beat the price. Breakfast was an actual buffet you got to choose from, it was close by our room, and all the amenities were awesome! We loved the pool, hot tub and especially the water park! Kids loved the cotton candy machine as well! Everyone was extremely nice. Our kids had a blast and we will be returning next year for sure. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

We have stayed here for the past 16 nights and have found it to be a perfect family hotel. The pool is warm and open late for the kids to enjoy after a long day at the parks. The hotel is in the most perfect location for both universal and Disney. The staff were friendly especially Steven who was very accommodating and great with the kids. The only issue we had was the beds were not changed during our stay, even after using the text service to request fresh sheets. Towels were changed daily and the room was very clean just no fresh bedding. We would come back here.

This is my first time staying at CoCokeys resort here in Florida. The location is very ideal. Super close to Universal and Orlando’s other main attractions. It provided a place to stay with the kids so they can enjoy their days that we didn’t go to the Theme Parks. All the staff were very inviting and friendly. Supervisor Roxana was especially helpful with getting hospitality for our stay. Nordine was also very helpful at the front desk with helping us with our scheduling the shuttle to and from the Resort. They were also quick to attend to our needs. The room I stayed in needed updating, as to why the 3 stars for the room. But I seen they are currently updating the rooms and the newer ones are really nice! The arcade and food and breakfast were also really good. The kids loved both. Definitely would stay there again.

The staff have to be the best part of this entire hotel, every single one has been so friendly and welcoming. Always greeted with a huge smile and happiness. It really sets the tone for your experience here. The rooms are clean and spacious but the bed covered the plug sockets and we couldnt move it to access them but that was a very minor issue. The pools are great and lots fo choose from. Food is nice too. Location is so amazing too, smack bang in the middle of everything, lots of shops and restaurants if you don't want to eat at the hotel. So far, it's been a beautiful stay. I especially love the two ladies who sat us for breakfast buffet on 1st November 2025. I can't remember their names but they were wonderful. Also the man behind the bar with long curly hair, he is a breath of fresh air. Always smiling and full of life. Thank you for making our stay a good one. Xx

It is are second day here the room is one of the newly renovated rooms. And is very nice modern and clean. My partner has found the Starbucks which he loves. The smaller pool is kept to a high standard. Staff are friendly and polite. They have been very helpful. We haven’t tried the water park and restaurant yet but both look very clean. The lovely roxanna came and asked if we needed anything. She was very polite. So far we would definitely come back.

Location of hotel is perfect for our needs, the free waterpark is ideal for down days for our children it is great fun. The rooms are cleaned daily and always fresh upon arrival when you get back every day, the house service are so helpful for anything additional you need. You also have the option of the other pool which is perfect for relaxing. There are free buses running to universal daily, it is currently under renovation and I have been coming here from Ireland since 2018 and I can see the amazing changes that have been made to this hotel, the changes to the reception area alone are amazing and give a beautiful feel upon arrival, I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Orlando. Roxanna the supervisor was a pleasure to meet upon checkout to make sure that everything about our stay was enjoyable.

I’d recommend staying here. The value for what we paid was great. The pools are spacious and not overly crowded during the day.It’s actually pretty empty towards the end of the night, which was great. We were even able to have the entire pool to ourselves on one night. The rooms weren’t super luxury or modern, but it was decently updated and clean. Not far from universal, which was our main reason for booking. Only room for improvement I’d say is the food options. Nothing really stood out there, but it was an ideal option for our short term stay.

This is a very large resort hotel with great facilities. There are various different pools with waterfalls and play areas, several jacuzzis, and a sauna. There is also a decent gym that overlooks a beautiful lake with fountains. The gardens are maintained beautifully and feature some interesting birds and wildlife. Check-in was smooth and we would particularly like to thank the housekeeping staff who are so friendly and do an excellent job. Rooms are large and well-equipped with toiletries, spare towels, ironing board, kitchen equipment, coffee machine, hairdryer, safe. There are also free laundry facilities. The only thing missing is a doormat (particularly after the Florida downpours!), and the WiFi needs improving. Staff were overall very friendly and helpful, with the exception of one staff member in the lighthouse coffee house, who was very blunt and rude and ended up closing the door in my face when she told me they were closing. This was the only exception to otherwise very polite staff. One additional note would be that we were concerned to see the wild turtles in the lake being fished out by their mouths with hooks and violently dropped back in the water by a child using fishing equipment (cheered on by adults). This was distressing to witness. Staff managing the fishing equipment need to ensure that the turtles are protected. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel- thank you!

Second time staying at MGV - first time was a lovely experience 5 years ago. This time we stayed just one night at the back end of our vacation. We reserved a 3bdr suite. I want to be as fair as possible in my review, so I will say that the grounds are very nice. The room is spacious and came equipped with all the things you’d need for a longer stay. The balcony is very nice, the renovated bathrooms are great. However, about 1 hour into our stay, a cockroach appeared. This was unsettling. We called down to the desk. I was offered to have housekeeping come to my current room to spray or be moved. I requested I be moved and that’s really the only solution I would have wanted. I realize things of this nature happen. I was told to come back to the front to get new keys. We drive back over. I’m approached at the entrance and with new guests coming to check in behind me, when I was asked what I needed, I attempted to be discreet and just let the gentleman know that I had already checked in, had an issue with my room and spoke with someone about switching. In an effort to be decent, I did not want to start yelling about cockroaches in front of arriving guests. The gentleman I encountered was very rude and acted as if I was not making sense and that I was putting him out. When he was still unsatisfied with my responses about why I needed assistance he very bluntly asked what I wanted from him. I responded I had a cockroach in my room and was here to get keys to a new room. He brought me over to a podium, questioned me multiple times if I had gotten all of my stuff out of the room, created new keys and sent me on my way. It was a very poor customer service interaction. I didn’t want a thing but to move rooms and be treated respectfully. The new room had a strong odor of, you guessed it, bug spray. We had to sleep with the windows and sliding doors open for air. Additionally we were charged $25 x2 days for parking for one night. Overall, I wouldn’t return. The customer service was poor and the cockroaches come out during the day(and I do know the difference between a German cockroach that infests places and palmetto bugs that are native to Florida). There’s lots of other places in the area I wouldn’t settle for one that A. has bugs and B. isn’t even the slightest bit apologetic and make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them if they do.

This place was perfect! the rooms were clean and well stocked. they had everything we needed for the kitchen. They put us close to our friends as requested since the property is so large. The pools were clean and warm for the cooler October weather. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of things to do close by and is only 15 minutes from Universal.

Enjoyed our visit! Felt the resort was lightly staffed, and as a result service was a bit slower. Minimal staff and lines to order f&b at peak times. Felt a 10am check out is too early. No late check out was allowed, even though hotel at 50% occupancy with $109 rate the next day. Wifi was not the best. The staff was super friendly and the pools were great. Activities with Max were fun, wish there were more of them. Bingo, trivia. Liked the main pool entertainment and TV. Fun time! Recommend staffing up the F&B options. Also more garbage cans around the pool area could help. They had a fun casino night planned, but it was like 6-8pm... kind of during dinner time after a day at the pool, wish it was later.

I love staying at this resort. It is super clean. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I had stayed here several times because i travel here often for work. I tried different places just for a change of scenery but regretted not staying here. I feel like im in the middle of a natural paradise that comes with room service. This is my spot. Everytime im here i am never disappointed

Marriott’s Grande Vista truly exceeded expectations. The resort had everything we needed — multiple restaurants, plenty of activities, and even the option to fish right off the docks. The property was well-kept, the staff was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and fun. We were also pleasantly surprised by the price, which was very reasonable for the value offered. If you’re visiting SeaWorld or Disney and prefer to stay off-property, this is an excellent choice that combines comfort, convenience, and great amenities.

We had a wonderful 11 day stay. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Very spacious and a great amount of space for 6 of us. Love the covered balcony. Also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Yes, the furniture and flooring needs to be updated. Couch was very uncomfortable. Also, we all had to go multiple times to the front desk because our keys didn't work, even though they were never close to anything that could affect them. But the amenities and closeness to the Disney Parks is fabulous.

We stayed at this resort over the weekend and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. We checked in around 9–9:30 PM, dropped our belongings in the room, and then went out to a restaurant for dinner. By the time we returned, we were all exhausted from the drive and ready to finally relax and get some rest. From 11:30 PM to 2 AM on Friday night, three teenage boys continuously banged on our door and ran away. They ran up and down the hallways, hiding whenever we opened the door to catch them, then peeking around the corner to see if we were still watching. Then, again around 10:30 PM on Saturday, just after we had finally fallen asleep, there was another loud bang on our door that startled us awake and woke all of the kids. At that point, my boyfriend and I had to step into the hallway and tell them directly to stop. Security was notified both nights, but they did little to nothing to resolve the situation. On Saturday morning, when I spoke to the manager, Lewis, I explained to him which rooms the boys were coming from, he told me the rooms near me weren’t even occupied. I then explained it was the room to the left of me, not the room to the right of me or in front of us. Once he realized I was talking about room 1405, he then proceeded to claim there was “nothing in the system” about the incident, as if we were just making it up—even though my best friend called the front desk three times from her cell phone and physically spoke to the security guard that night when she requested he come straight to our room. Sunday morning, which was my check out day, I asked to speak to the manager to make him aware it happened again Saturday night, the same manager shrugged it off and said, “Well, nobody else has complained.” Clearly, nobody else would complain if, as he claimed earlier, those rooms weren’t even occupied. The inconsistency and lack of accountability was unbelievable. His only “solution” was to tell us we could have called the cops. Why would guests need to call the police when it is the resort’s responsibility to ensure safety and handle disruptive guests? I requested a refund, but the manager only offered to refund the resort fees of $47.00—not the actual stay of $270.00. Lewis confirmed my email, phone number and said he would have the general manager call me on Monday 9/29/2025, when he was in office. I haven’t received a phone call or email yet. We got no sleep for two nights, and our children were scared from the obnoxious banging on our doors. To make matters worse, the manager was completely unprofessional—not just with me, but also with my boyfriend and best friend, who I had invited to experience the resort for the first time since I’d had great visits in the past. Instead of an enjoyable getaway, we were left with stress, frustration, and disappointment. I would never recommend this resort to anyone. The management is rude, unhelpful, and clearly does not care about their guests.

The hotel was a decent price for the size of the 3 bedroom. The luggage carts are scarce if you find one. The room appears to be run down such as stained mattresses, lumpy, trash under the mattress, old furniture that is scratched, finish missing, tub coating pealing, and landlord special type of painting. The Arcade had ceiling leaks, no AC, broken machines, and was very dirty. The Irish pub was not busy but the Arcade there was in need of TLC, the tables were sticky, dirty floor, it needed a dusting and wall cleaning. The food was definitely not fresh seemed prepared I wouldn’t go back. The bar there had expired juice when another customer requested a mixed drink. The pool seems okay from my view. The convenience store was clean and frankly the best part along with the Pizza Hut express. I saw the gym looked clean and nice. Didn’t see the pirate pool or spa so I cannot say yay or nay. I probably won’t stay at this location again for $550 for two nights. No bugs were seen in the room we stayed in.

Great Location / Rooms are very worn and dated I stayed at Lake Buena Vista Village in early November 2025. The resort exterior is well maintained and the pool is nice. The location is great and close the parks and some grocery stores. The room layouts are nice and spacious, but the interiors are extremely dated and worn. We stayed in building 5, 3 bedroom suite. We had a firework view, where you could see Epcots fireworks. The whole building had a very worn feel from the elevators, hallways, and rooms. The carpets are dirty. The room furniture has holes and is stained. The fixtures are dated. Overall it has the feeling of being 15+ years old and updated to keep pace with the use. The room was clean and linens were clean. The staff was friendly, though we did not interact with them much. Upon checkin they tried to give us a timeshare pitch in exchange for gift card, which we did not waste our time with. Overall, do not recommend until they update the interiors.

We stayed for 5 nights while on a trip to Disney. Location is AMAZING! They had a nice gift basket at check in with lots of snacks & the room was nice. The place was very nice & clean. The reason for the 3 stars was thst our dryer did not work which was a big inconvenience as we only brought so many things knowing there was a washer & dryer. I called the very next morning after we arrived and they assured me someone would come fix it when we we at the park. After getting home late it was still not fixed. We called the front desk and they send a guy up that night(11pm) to look at it. He could not fix it and said a repair person would be there the following day. To make a long story short the dryer never worked while we were there...... We will not stay here again because of the dryer issue. It would have been nice if they offered to switch us to a different room with a working dryer.

We stayed here for the 2nd time. We've booked a 2 bdrm previously and a 3 bdrm recently for our family vacations. The layout is great for extended family stays. The pools were warm, the reflections pool a bit too warm. And spa was cold at the same pool area. My 8 yr. old grandson loved the pirate ship slide too. The facility does a great job supervising this slide for child safety. The spacious room needed maintainance, which I provided a list at departure to the front desk. The staff were very friendly. The convenience store onsite was very well stocked and reasonably priced. I would most likely skip Walmart if I visit again. I would recommend regardless of stove burners not working properly, although was an inconvenience as burning food and setting off smoke alarms at 6 am is no fun! Just ask my entire family!😁

Room was super nice layout we were in a 3 bedroom whoch was awesome. Price was great but room was dated and furniture was very well worn. Some of the chairs even had torn upholstery. Service was ok... no one really went above and beyond and never really saw anyone after we checked in for our 8 day stay. Location was great quiet area with the mall right next door.

I love the Embassy brand. It’s the brand I always stay at if available, but after this stay, I am not so sure about it. First off, for this location, be prepared to be bothered at least twice a day buy guys that walk around trying to hook you into a timeshare pitch hidden behind them acting like they care about your stay and offering 250 free Hilton Honors points. No one wants to be bothered during vacation so please stop this. Next, If you are a fan of the free happy hour that Embassy is know for, be prepared to be disappointed. They have a two drink limit per person and the “snacks” are Chex Mix. I have stayed at many that allow you to have a reasonable amount of drinks and even have cheese and other good snacks. Refer to the Embassy in Pigeon Forge, TN for best practices on this. This just felt too corporate and lacked any of the laid back feeling that I have gotten at other sites. Now for the rooms. They were nice, but I really hated hearing hammering at 7:30 am in the morning. Also the staff was not very helpful or attentive, just seemed like they only wanted to help if I was purchasing something additional; we felt like burdens here. For the extras- Volleyball court was not functional; net was down. Door on room was very hard to close, so check before you walk away. Parking was EXPENSIVE! No reason to charge so much on property they own. This is not the Embassy you want, so seed clear.

I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites several times and overall I’ve always had good experiences. The hotel is nice, comfortable, and the front desk service was fine. This time, the breakfast was quite acceptable and good. However, my experience with the room 630 was not the best. I decided to pay for an upgrade to get a “renovated” and more modern room, but in reality the changes were minimal. The room looked almost the same as before, with just a few new details. The bathroom, tub, and toilet still looked quite old; in fact, the toilet had a stain that at first looked like poop, but it turned out to be a rust stain. Overall, it doesn’t really feel like a new room, which makes the upgrade not worth it. In conclusion, the stay was good in terms of breakfast, cleanliness, and service, but I believe the value of the upgrade is not justified, as the so-called “renovated rooms” do not truly meet the expectations.

Overall stay was good. This hotel needs some upgrading because several things are rusting and windows had air coming in. Sink was broke but they immediately fixed. Had a socket that kept tripping and they had on schedule to fix. Plenty of room around the common area. The breakfast omelets were great! Front desk staff were amazing. They only shuttle for Disney now as they no longer do Universal. We stayed on 6th floor that had “updated” hardwood type floors. That was nice not to have carpet. Shower pressure wasn’t great at all. There is a pond out back that makes it great to walk at and enjoy nature around it.

Although the staff were very friendly the hotel is not even close to what I typically find in Hilton brand. We paid for an “upgraded room” in the lanai section of the hotel. It was awful! The carpeting was old, worn, gross. The bed linens smelled and not the plush linens or duvet you usually find at Hilton. The room had a terrible odor, not sure if it was the recycled water they use in the pond but it was terrible. The furniture was old and worn. There were two paper cups for coffee, no regular cups or glasses. The front desk sends a text upon arrival to check how everything is. I guess it’s a bot since I wrote back and never received a response. The following day I received another text asking how our stay was going. When I responded and told her the concerns she asked if we wanted to change rooms but it was already late in the afternoon so it wasn’t worth it. Not sure any room would be any better. The only ice machine in our area was broken so if you wanted ice you needed to bring your ice bucket to the lobby, stand in line and get it filled. No waters or snacks for Hilton Honors guests, at least we weren’t offered any. Housekeeping says they’ll come back with bath towels but never return. No towels out at the pool, the racks were empty. Our 3 year old enjoyed the splash pad area but when the bigger kids are there they take over and it makes it tricky to navigate. Thankfully we were only booked here for 2 nights. This place gives me pause on the Hilton brand and has me considering switching to Marriott.

Embassy Suites are typically known for their upgraded rooms and quality, but we had a subpar experience. While the hotel is nice, you can tell that it’s old and worn down. To start, I had a disappointing check in process. The front desk lady was rude and lacked good customer service typical of a Hilton hotel. We didn’t get the king beds that were booked for both our reservations. The only good part of that process was being able to check in early, which she was able to accommodate. In other aspects, the elevator is fast and that is a good feature. The rooms themselves are spacious, typical of an Embassy hotel. However, the rooms were very worn down. There was oddly humidity in both rooms we had, and possibly due to that, there was a mildew smell, especially in the bathrooms. The rooms still had popcorn ceiling, and noticeable rust and stains throughout. The floors were dirty, with stray hairs throughout. Worse, our bathrooms had stained shower tubs and towels with hairs attached - gross. In terms of amenities, the kids play pool area was a nice bonus, but still, was pretty worn and rundown. The pool itself was a nice size. The breakfast was excellent, but a 5-6:30pm “happy hour” consisted of potato chips, popcorn and pretzels. Parking was expensive too at $25 per day. Overall, the stay was good for its location, but other than that, there are plenty of other hotel options nearby that would likely be more updated and better quality.

Luis is the best bartender!! The breakfast is amazing and the rest of the staff were so nice. I can’t remember the front desk guys name, but he upgraded us. His wife loved Wawa and he gave us amazing service. Susan was so sweet and gave us great service when we checked out a basketball and fishing poles. Had a great time!

Arrived at the room to the overpowering smell of bleach. There was no balcony to open to let the air out so we opened the door to try and ventilate it. A call was placed to the front desk to report the situation and see if they could bring a fan, but we're told they would try but due to lack of housekeepers at that time it probably wouldn't happen. Moving took effort because I am somewhat disabled and had a wheelchair. However after about twenty minutes without action, another call was placed and we decided a room change was required so we were told to return to the front desk. The room was changed, and the trek back to the new room was made. Everything after that was okay. Great breakfast, get there early to avoid the crowds, great amenities. Marketers are on site trying to sell you packages, but you can look online for the same deal. They require you purchase on the spot to claim the deal. One thing about the rooms even close to the elevators, or the outside, they were well constructed and soundproof. Ratings would have been higher had the first room not have been such an inconvenience and near medical problem from smelling the bleach. It's great to know they cleaned the room, but a healthier non-toxic cleaner for the housekeepers to use is better for them, and also guests who may have respiratory sensitivity to chemicals.

The resort itself is in a great location (crowded, sure, but to be expected given how close it is to Disney and Universal) but I did find that the hotel itself felt very run down. It wasn't horrible by any means, I booked through Costco and got a great deal on the room, but it definitely wasn't impressive. Pretty typical Holiday Inn. If you are looking for a hotel with a decent pool, however, this hotel has one in a courtyard located in the center of the resort. There is a hot tub, but sadly, it was closed off during our stay, citing "improvements" as the reason, even though as a guest who will never stay here again, I don't really care about said "improvements", and it was a bummer to not have access to the hot tub since my family and I really enjoy using one. Overall, this hotel is what you pay for. It's by theme parks but nothing special itself

Very Honest Review from a Frequent Disney Visitor We visit Disney at least once a month, and unfortunately, this hotel is not one we’ll ever stay at again. The employee who checked us in looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. I can’t speak for the interior rooms, but the exterior room we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. The photos online are extremely misleading — they don’t reflect the actual condition of the rooms. Everything was old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The bathroom was so tiny that only one person could fit at a time, which made getting ready a nightmare. The towels were stained, there was dirt and mold along the baseboards, and the walls desperately need repainting. When I went to make coffee, there were bugs on the coffee cups. We texted the hotel after they asked how our stay was going and explained what we were experiencing. Their only response was, “We apologize for the inconvenience we can send you more cups.” — which, of course, never happened. The beds are on very tall platforms, so if you have mobility issues or young kids, be careful — you basically have to jump up to get on them. Lastly, the hotel advertises a “park shuttle,” but it’s extremely limited: only one pickup in the morning (45 minutes before park opening) and one return after the park closes — 1.5 hours after closing, to be exact. No other times available. I’m leaving this review to help other families visiting Disney. This hotel is not one I would recommend to anyone in our Disney community. Spend a little more elsewhere — it’ll be worth it.

While the rates look affordable, don't mistake the required add ons like a daily resort fee and daily parking charge. The resort itself is dated and has alot to be desired. The movie theater seating are patio chairs, the arcade is nice but pricey and I assume the resort fee is for using the pool? Lets not forget a $17 charge per person for breakfast buffet. The hot tub was closed citing "improvements" and looks to be closed for a while per previous reviews. Constant noise including construction equipment, 11pm pool chair moving and slamming of doors from sun up to sun down. If this hotel wasn't including in a pre-booked package, I'd certainly consider more updated options.

Great location, great service from everyone from the front desk to the staff at Applebees. Room was comfortable and clean with the only negative being the draperies can’t be closed to keep the night light out and the morning sun this time of year woke me up at 6 am. After staying at universal for horror nights until 2 am and not getting to sleep until 3:30, 6:00 am was hardly my plan for the morning. Breakfast is $16.99 Buffet style and is a good value for what you get. Being a Diamond Elite member, I will come back to this property and overall I recommend it.

Everything here is great except the room curtains. The bright light outside my window made it difficult to get a good nights sleep and the sun light coming in really early this time of year work me up sooner than I needed to. The $16.99 breakfast buffet is adequate and the service staff at Applebees are very pleasant. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Will be back as I am a Diamond Elite member.

I recently stayed at this property and encountered several issues that detracted from my experience. On my first night, I was disturbed by loud drilling or mechanical noises continuing late into the evening. When I contacted the front desk, I was told security would investigate. Later, when the noise resumed around 11 p.m., I was informed that it was related to the building’s older pipes. Regardless of the cause, the sound made it very difficult to sleep as it was if a jackhammer was being used in the room above. The following day, I reached out to IHG Guest Relations but did not receive a response from hotel management. I eventually requested to move rooms after receiving an automated check-in text message. While the staff accommodated the request, there was no assistance offered with my luggage, and no follow-up afterward to confirm that the new room was satisfactory. Overall, the original room should not have been assigned given the extent of the disturbance, and the lack of proactive communication and care from staff diminished what should have been a comfortable stay. I hope this feedback is taken into account to improve the guest experience.

Really disappointed with my stay here. We were on the first floor, and the curtains were completely see-through — anyone walking by could see right into our room while we were sleeping or changing, and they did. I called the front desk about it, and they said they’d send housekeeping, so I waited for about an hour and a half, but no one ever showed up or even called back. Since they never bothered to arrive, we had to create a makeshift curtain. On top of that, a dog was barking on and off all night right next to our room and I heard another guest say she found shattered glass on her floor. It honestly feels like all this place cares about is taking your money, not actually making sure guests are comfortable or taken care of. Between the lack of privacy, the noise, and the poor follow-up from staff, I definitely wouldn’t stay here again and I don’t recommend you do either.

This was actually a gift stay through a package we had one / purchase. It was actually our first time at a Vista Cay Resort / location and it's been a long time since we had gone to Universal so we were pretty excited. Right off the bat the property is gorgeous. The staff is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable. The TVs and rooms are equipped with fire sticks so that's really cool we did not have to bring our own. The only thing I have to say about the room or really it's just out of curiosity is that the accessible bathroom was not in the master bathroom so we just thought I was kind of odd. I could have requested an accessible bathroom but I just assumed it would have been in the master bath so anyway but it was a beautiful stay beautiful vacation we loved it hopefully we can come back soon.

Upon check-in nobody guide/assist us going to the apartment building which was a bit far from the reception. It was our first time in these location so we dont have any idea in which building our apartment located. Inside the apartment, it was dusty even the smell inside was very unpleasant. The floor was so dusty. Curtains are dusty that when we tried to move them you will see dust coming out from the curtains. Bed coverings seems was not replaced after previous guest that you can see dust on it. Even the bath tub was clogged and you can see the thick layers of hairs in the drain. The worst thing was we saw centipede on the floor inside our room. These apartment need total and complete maintenance. It is not recommended to stay in these resort.

Review for Vista Cay (Booked through Ascendant Holidays) I’m currently staying at Vista Cay, and while I’ll say the customer service has been good no complaints there the property itself has been a major disappointment. I’m staying on what seems to be the apartment side, and I booked through Ascendant Holidays. Honestly, this experience has me second-guessing that choice. As soon as you enter the building, there’s an awful smell in the hallway — and unfortunately, that same smell carries into the room. It’s really unpleasant. Then there’s the cleanliness. In the master bedroom, I found a dirty, balled-up tissue left on the edge of the sink. I didn’t make a big deal out of it and just threw it away, but that was already a bad first impression. The shower could’ve been cleaner — the bottom looked dirty — but what truly grossed me out were the towels. They were folded nicely for display, but when I picked one up, there was hair inside. That’s absolutely unacceptable. To make things worse, my pillowcase had black marks on it. I’m not usually the type to write reviews, but this stay was too disappointing to ignore. I’m pissed, embarrassed, and frustrated, especially because I brought another couple with me — and this experience has been nothing but embarrassing. I would not recommend Vista Cay or Ascendant Holidays based on this stay.

We had a lovely experience. The pool was exceptional 👌 🙌 There is a bar at the pool as well. Adam was our bartender. Great personality, great drinks 🍸 👌 Also, there is a live DJ who was excellent with music and audience participation. He hosted many different activities/ games for the children and adults. I actually entered a Hoola hoop contest. I haven't had that much fun and laughed that hard in twenty years.

Amazing living facilities, great jacuzzi, awesome location, not so great service. For the amount of money that I pay for this facility, you’re telling me I can’t bring my own plastic cups to drink water and soda out of with my family at the pool? Fine, I guess I’ll bring glass instead. Bob the bartender and Gary the gatekeeper out here wouldn’t stop pestering my family about the unwritten, unposted rules of the pool resort area. See you again never!

The first few pictures are what I paid for the rest of the pictures was what I actually got. Very disappointing to find out that the unit I paid for was sold and the property manager decided to just place me in something else without notifying me. Yes, I was given the same living space, (that was a response from the manager) but the quality was not what I booked, and I was not given the chance to rebook another place. As you can see from the photos, the standard simply didn’t match what was promised. If the roles were reversed, I doubt anyone would have been satisfied with the outcome. As a customer, I feel that my expectations were not met, my money was not well spent, and my trust in the process has been shaken. I sincerely hope you take this feedback to heart and use it as an opportunity to improve the way you handle situations like this, so that future guests can have the experience they paid for and deserve.

We stayed at Vista Cay for 4 nights and 5 days in December 2023. The location is wonderful. We were especially pleased that there is a Publix on the compound as well as a Dunkin’ Donuts, which were very convenient. Chick Fil A is also within walking distance and there were other restaurants close by. We could see Epic Universe from where we were staying (it was still under construction then) and we visited Disney (not a long drive). Essentially, the condos are very well located, there was access to different services, and the staff were very responsive. They also held all my packages securely for me even up to a few weeks before my arrival. I will continue to visit there when I’m in Orlando.

I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed my stay. I had a king suite . It was a nice clean room . I just didn’t like I have no control of the AC , I get really hot at night so it’ll be nice to control the AC before bed . Check in was smooth , they should have more than 1 person at the desk at a time cause the lady checking us in ended up having a crowd form in the lobby asking her for help and she didn’t really have back up. That’s not fair to her . Other than that , I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit again. The hotel is in a perfect location ! Just needs more charging stations for electric cars, but the parking lot is huge.

I was really impressed by how spacious the room and bathroom were! Both are beautiful, well organized, and the price was amazing. Everything was clean and very comfortable perfect to relax after a long day exploring Orlando. I loved my stay, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trips to Orlando! 🌴💫

We really enjoyed staying here. It was close to everything, the staff was nice. Hotel is a little dated, rooms not the cleanest with some electrical outlets not working. All and all great for the money and worth staying here again.

disgusting hotel. the room was filthy and worn. the doors have dirt stained around the door handles where the numerous guests dirty hands have layered onto the doors. 80% of the outlets in the room did not work, the bed had stains… this is a 4-star hotel?! there was apparently a fire and the alarms did not go off. we are leaving in the elevator and smell smoke??? then go outside the building and there’s a fire truck! there was a fire and we had no idea!!! so unsafe.

Stayed here in September 2025. The price was very reasonable and the location is perfect, right next to Universal Studios with easy access and not too much traffic. The parking lot is spacious, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with nice wooden floors. Highly recommend!

UPDATE. I tried to turn on Bedroom tv at 1245am...did not work . I called ,he said he would reconnect it. I went 15 minutes later to desk to tell him I think its actually broken. Heaven knows I didn't want to be charged for a broken TV. I politely told him about how horrible my stay had been ,i didnot recieve the room i selected online and i was told none were available and you know what? JASON FOUND ME A GRAND SUITE ROOM . the woman who checked me in,.maria ,lied to me when she said none were available.but now I'm on 11th floor.jetted tub.walkin shower and an actual balcony. Fancy that. Jason said he was a man of God and believes in treating other as he would want to be treated. He walked me to the new room to make sure it was what I wanted. I moved my things and when I was done I went to go back down to lobby to return the keys . So at 2am I'm finally getting the hottub.the tv doesn't work in this room either but I don't care ...I m going to soak my sore tired body and go to sleep. Thank you God for sending Jason to take care of me. Since I did not receive the correct room when I arrive and it didn't get resolved until 1am I can not give this hotel any hire rating then a 3. This hotel is lucky to have Jason working there. He is under standing, and has great communication skills and really cares that you are comfortableand satisfied...if it wasn't for Jason's assistance the score would have been lower. Jason raised the score. Will I be back . Probably not.

Stay away from this place. Our room was dirty, gross, and old. Stains on the towels and walls, floors were disgusting, the room smelled like bleach and we kept finding bugs, the ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and was caving in. The exterior doors that lead to the parking lot didn’t work. Horrible service too. When we got there to check in at 4pm on a Saturday, no employees were at the front desk for over 10 minutes. You also have no control over the air conditioning in your room. Even for the price, you’ll regret staying here.

Had a great night out at The Alfond Inn with my dashing hubby and another couple. 🍸 My husband was in heaven with their bourbon selection, while I sipped on a decadent espresso martini made with tequila and Baileys—absolutely *chef’s kiss*. The crowd skewed a bit older but kept a chill, welcoming vibe. Our server, Tania, was attentive and genuinely friendly, which made the night even better. The live entertainer had an amazing voice, mixing 80’s and 90’s hits with a few current favorites, and yes, there was dancing. 💃🕺 Noise level was lively but still allowed for conversation, though seats became scarce later in the night. Overall, we had a blast and will definitely be back for round two.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic service. Rooms are well-decorated and very clean. Large bathrooms. The only downside is the doors don't fully seal shut when closed and so not sound proof. It gets a little loud in the morning when housekeeping starts and if there are young children running the halls. The lobby is large with several different spaces to sit and relax, read, meet with people, and/or have a drink. Even better, the outdoor courtyard is lovely in the winter and spring when it's not as hot and humid. The hotel is close to Park Ave/Winter Park village where there is no shortage of restaurants, shops, etc.

I stayed here for my bridal photoshoot/pre-wedding celebration, and everything and everyone was excellent! The signature suite was perfection, the food and drink at Hamilton's Kitchen were topnotch (highly recommend the lamb for dinner and the crab omelette for breakfast). Everyone was super friendly and helpful! It definitely is a great start to my wedding week and honestly my best hotel stay so far in my travels here and abroad. I really want to thank the special people of the hotel who made my stay so wonderful (in order of who I met first or talked to in the phone) : Rico, Kevin, Cinthia, Jose, David, Khalil, Eduardo, Gabrielle, Roland, Christine, Olivia and TJ. (TJ in particular I believe deserves a raise/promotion because he was only supposed to help bring my luggage and gowns down to the lobby from my room upon checkout but on our way out the room I mentioned that the deep tub wasn't draining despite the drain being open. He then adjusted something on the tub and voila it started draining! And at the valet parking, he offered to help reposition my car towards the direct exit of the driveway when he sensed I was hesitant to drive out the narrow parking myself.) Overall, such a unique and warm place! And the location is stunning for bridal and wedding photos! Sharing a few here for reference (photos by Shaya Oliver, hair and makeup by Kay Alvarez).

A beautiful boutique hotel with incredible attention to detail. The art collection displayed inside had just been changed and they new pieces were diverse and engaging. The rooms are also beautiful, with decorations, books, and again, an eye for detail we've not seen elsewhere. Just gorgeous. We enjoyed dinner at Hamilton's Kitchen, the spa, and drinks at the bar listening to live music. A wonderful birthday present for my wife. So much so she's asked to do it again.

I recently visited The Alfond Inn in Winter Park while a friend was staying there, and I was truly impressed by how beautiful the property is. The atmosphere, design, and overall vibe were stunning—exactly what you’d expect from a luxury hotel in such a charming area. The only thing that gave me pause was an interaction I briefly overheard, where one employee (with long hair and glasses) seemed to be berating another staff member. It was surprising to witness, especially in such an otherwise welcoming environment. That said, I still plan to book a stay myself soon. I loved everything about the place and trust that moment was an exception rather than the norm.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Winter Park and walkable to many great eateries and parks. The room was clean and gym had excellent options! Parking overnight was valet, but there is street parking in the day and for certain amounts of time. It was great for us as a couple, but we wouldn’t consider it for a family trip with our younger child.

Every time I stay at this hotel, I love it even more. The rooms, the service, the food and entertainment is always excellent! A special thank you to Adil in Valet during my last stay. He sure went out of his way to make me feel special.

This is a hidden gem. The resort itself is beautiful in both architecture & landscaping. The lazy river is small, but also beautiful and very enjoyable. There are many nooks & crannys to find various types of pool seating which is nice. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. This is a very laid back resort with fun activities. It's become one of our most favorite!!

Rooms are super nice. The staff at reception and the conciegrie are the rudest staff I have ever run into. We checked in and they told us to go talk to this boomer lady. Went over to talk to her, she refused to listen to what are names were and kept calling us by the entirely wrong last name. When she finally listened to us on our actual names she accused us of stealing gifts from their owners and to go away. We then asked if there were luggage carts to get things to our rooms. We were told there are none on the property. Imagine our suprise when we walked back over later to see people using luggage carts that didn't exist an hour prior.

Was a very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean. Bed were OK we always travel with a mattress topper. Water temperature was prefect. It was like we were living in a small community during our stay. Hotel food wasn't crazy over priced. I would definitely come back.

We stayed at Lakeshore Reserve from July 26 to August 2 and were disappointed with several aspects of our visit. We were incorrectly charged for parking, and despite multiple follow-ups and promises from staff (including a call with Abigail), the charge still hasn’t been reversed. Front desk service was mediocre and unhelpful. An Amazon package was initially claimed to be missing until we pushed for a second look—only then was it found under our name. We were also told extra towels or housekeeping would incur additional fees. On a positive note, the young lady at the pool restaurant was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and the highlight of our stay. We usually enjoy Marriott properties, but this experience didn’t meet the brand’s usual standards.

I have dubbed myself the Marriott IT girl. I work for Marriott at the St. Regis hotel in Atlanta and I love to use my discount form and visit other properties. This property is such an hidden gem. It’s clean and well kept. The rooms had this cozy feel and the showers were amazing. Me and my family had arrived after our cruise had arrived to the port and we stayed here to reconnect back to land and do our laundry from the ship. This property and staff made us feel like we were home. Definitely coming back and staying longer. I highly recommend and also I have a really bad heat rash from the cruise and the steam room that’s in the locker rooms helped soothe my skin.

We really fell in love with this resort. The rooms, the amazing pool with lazy river and slides, the gym, everything was really great. The only downside for us was some guests leaving cups after drinking beer and drinks in the pool, so our kids would find garbage around the pool all the time. But the hotel has a low amount of rooms so it is not crowded like the hotels nearby.

I have stayed at Lakeshore Reserve many times and always have an excellent experience. The room are beautiful and clean and the landscaping is amazing. Very much appreciate David, Spencer, and Francesca at Blossom's and Adrianna at The Marketplace. They are all the best!

We had an amazing stay at the Conrad Evermore Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. Everything was seamless, friendly, and professional. Our kids had the best time—there were so many fun activities and family-friendly touches that kept them entertained and happy throughout the trip. It made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable for us as parents too. Highly recommend for families looking for a mix of luxury, comfort, and fun! We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at the Conrad Evermore! Our room was HUGE! My husband and I enjoyed our own room with doors that closed off the common area with couch and my son enjoyed his own space and his own full MASSIVE bedroom. The terrace was a delight and extended the entire lenght of the room with 2 doors and ample cushiony plush seating so we could enjoy the spectacular views of Evermore bay and the awesome Epcot fireworks. The hotel is brand new, the architecture is gorgeous, the decor fabulous, food was great, and service was EXCELLENT! We hope to return soon. Thank you Conrad for a wonderful vacation!

Staycation of the year!!! As an Orlando native, I’m able to stay at the best hotels and resorts in the City Beautiful. Nothing beats a fabulous staycation at a hotel. My family is also a Hilton Honors member, meaning we frequent there hotels. Sir Conrad, hats off to this modern plush style hotel. I love a great showcase of style and ambiance. The Conrad Hotel is certainly a treasure amongst the other hotels. We had the friendliest people assisting us throughout our stay. From the check-in desk, concierge, restaurant hotel servers!!! It felt as if they were trained to work in the Kings palace. Our rooms were so modern; we had to figured out how to use some of the features. Even though it was a rainy weekend, we were able to walk around the magnificent grounds. Who needs to drive an hour away to the beach when you have one surrounded by a massive pool. This is the perfect place to stay with family and large groups of people. The convenience of having everything you need at the grounds is a selling point.

My husband and I stayed at the Conrad at Evermore last weekend. The lagoon was impressive and the room was immaculate and beautifully designed. We had an amazing time. The staff were all incredibly hospitable and friendly, especially Amanda, who was so accommodating and helped us feel so welcomed. She spent extra time answering all our questions and showed us around so we didn’t feel lost as first timers. We’ll definitely be back again!

Just wrapped up another excellent stay at the Conrad Orlando. As a gold Hilton member, they operated us to a complementary suite. The room was absolutely spotless. The service from everyone at the resort with excellent from the front desk, valet, and even those working at the pool. I’ve seen a lot of the luxury resorts in Orlando and the Conrad is definitely top-notch. Looking forward to our next stay.

This Conrad is new and lives up to the expectations of the flag. The service is top notch and the amenities were well done. Having the beach and large pool created to an exciting environment but very quiet at the same time. I would come here again.

The buttermilk chicken sandwich was utterly sordid, just pure filth!!! 😋 Great value and super service with a smile from Andrea. Sunday lunchtime was quite quiet, but I can imagine the atmosphere would really liven up with a big game on the massive screen.

Wreckers Sports Bar at the Gaylord Palms is a hidden gem with a view! I dropped in for a bite and went with the blackened Mahi tacos and a Caesar salad. The tacos? Fresh, flavorful, and stacked like they meant business—definitely the MVP of the meal. The Caesar salad played more of a supporting role… decent, but not exactly stealing the spotlight. The real winner though? The atmosphere. It’s like dining in the middle of an upscale tailgate party—big screens, high energy, and a front-row seat to relaxation. Whether you're here for the food, the game, or just a solid vibe, Wreckers delivers. Will definitely be back for another round of those tacos!

I am not sure why this place isn't rated better. It's exactly what you should want in a sports bar: good bar food (not just total fried and greasy stuff), a some taps with decent variety, and really friendly service. We sat and ate at the bar here twice in our 4 day stay and LOVED the fish tacos and the wings. And the bartenders were friendly without being overbearing. Definitely recommend! It is two floors, and they don't always have the upstairs open. There is a patio that overlooks the prettiest pool at the Gaylord as well!

Wreckers was our go to spot during our stay at Gaylord Palms since it’s the most reasonably priced restaurant on property. The atmosphere is fun, casual, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly. The pretzels with cheese and pickles were delicious. Most of the food we ordered was tasty, though on different visits my cod and salmon came out undercooked. That aside, the flavors were good and the portions were generous. Overall, Wreckers is a great option if you’re looking for a more affordable place to eat at the resort with good vibes and tasty menu options.

First time trying this restaurant and we had a great time. We got a nice table in front of the tvs. Our server Janelle was awesome, friendly and attentive. All the food we ordered was surprisingly very good, fresh and so tasty, especially the steak, nice portion and cooked perfectly. The Nutella brownie sundae was delicious.

I want to give a shout out to Noah! He was absolutely fantastic, very professional, had a very contagious positive attitude, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The chicken sandwich was delicious and the fries were crispy. Definitely enjoyed our time at wreckers sports bar.

Mahi tacos were 🔥, tasty and not dried out at all. Only knock would be that the order should be 3 instead of 2.

Had an amazing breakfast with even better service. Our server was Omar from Morocco and he did a phenomenal job making sure we were well attended to at all times. The food tasted great and there was a large variety of options to choose from.

Food was good, service all right for the time of year: December which is deceptively busy and not the usual way Villa nor Gaylord Resort operates during summer. Parking: paid only, $38 flat fee, and restaurant does not validate parking tickets anymore (so add this fee to your dinner price). Dinner: in December 2024 is $40 per adult and $20 per child; bottled beer only starting at $8; wine available by glass or bottle. We reserved dinner table in advance, and even though they noted birthday celebration, it was neither acknowledged nor celebrated with minimum hospitality services. Disappointing experience compared to many years of coming and celebration with friends and family. Time to seek a new brand

Villa de Flora offers an amazing buffet experience with a great selection of fresh salads, appetizers, vegetables, proteins, and even a pasta bar—something for everyone! The food was well-prepared and flavorful, making it an excellent dining choice. The service was fantastic—our server was attentive, friendly, and always on top of everything, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable meal. The seating was comfortable, and the beautiful surroundings made for a lovely dining atmosphere. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Villa de Flora for a high-quality buffet in a stunning setting! 🍽️✨ I didn’t get any photos of my food or the actual tables, however, it’s beautiful.

We care so deeply for the staff here & are so thankful when we see them because they are always brightening our days!!! A hotel like this deserves amazing people like there are here. So thankful every time and the service is incredibly unmatched!

Best value to eat out at the Gaylord. The appetizer and main courses are very good. Desserts are good but still can not compete with some European countries. Price wise, I think it should be $30 per person. Count $210 for a party of 4 with 1 beer each. Add $40 for tips, and you are at $250 for one meal. The atmosphere and servers are great. As titanium members, you don't get discounts at this restaurant.

My husband and I went to Brunch at this restaurant on a Sunday. You HAVE to go here if you stay at the Gaylord Palms!! The price for brunch is extremely reasonable. It costs just $39 per person and is totally worth it! There are quite a few other restaurants around Orlando, Kissimmee where the prices for brunch is crazy expensive. This place is way cheaper, at least half the price if not more but the food is just as good if not better than the more expensive ones. There are many items to choose from like soft scrambled eggs (not dried out) like in many restaurants, Bacon, sausage, an Omelet station, Biscuits, gravy, lots of pastries, I could go on and on. Oh and the coffee, drinks are all included!! The view and atmosphere are gorgeous as well. The service is wonderful.😁

This is a great buffet. The food is constantly being prepared and there are small quantities available at a time so it's always fresh. There are lots of meat and vegetable options. Everything we tried was excellent. The tomato soup, beef stew, salmon, chicken thighs. I believe their offerings may change from night to night. The restaurant is really kid friendly. It's low key and a server saw me struggling with my toddler and rushed over to help me. Our server was so attentive bringing us drinks and taking our plates. I took a star off for a few reasons. We were seated in the back where we were not in view of the buffet and we had kids with us so we had to take turns going up. The tables in the back of the restaurant are right under giant AC vents that cool the entire atrium and it really wasn't comfortable with the cold air blowing right over us. (I should have asked to be moved.) Also, we didn't find the desserts very impressive. We would definitely come back and just request to be seated towards the front.

Had a really wonderful experience here even though it is a bit pricey. The food was very good with the exception of the calamari which we found too greasy and heavy. However, that being said everything else was very good and service was phenomenal. This is some of the most attentive service I have ever had. Our server noticed that we weren’t eating a calamari and while we tried to play it off because we didn’t wanna make a big deal of it, when we admitted that it was a bit greasy for us she took it back and brought us the scallops instead. All of that was unprompted by anything we had said to her. Getting to eat on the boat was also a really cool highlight of this restaurant.

The atmosphere is AMAZING!! Being able to sit in the boat while dining was a great experience for our grandkids. The service was good but that’s where it ended. The seafood was not enjoyable at all. My son in law said the seared tuna was the worst he’d ever had and my grandson and I couldn’t eat the fried shrimp. They were very large but neither of us enjoyed them. They didn’t seem cooked enough. Our daughter had a steak and she enjoyed it. Our granddaughter ordered the child’s Alfredo with chicken and asked for the chicken to be on the side but it came mixed in with the pasta and sauce. Overall it was a huge disappointment compared to our dining experience the night before at the Old Hickory steak house.

I made a note in the reservation that it was my wife’s birthday, and i understand if the restaurant doesn’t sing happy birthday because this is not a Chili’s but the waiter never even said Happy Birthday to my wife. The steak was over cooked and was never even asked if it was cooked ok when it came out. The 2 seafood dishes were cooked good and seasoned well. What’s a bummer is the server was very nice but he was not attentive at all since we had to chase him down a few times for refills and he never brought out the dessert menu we requested so I just asked for the check. Despite the bad service we still left a good tip.

Moor delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food and service (Ruben) were exceptional, and the atmosphere made it even more memorable. Truly a place worth visiting!

I was at the resort on my last day of a conference and hadn’t made a reservation, but they found a way to seat me immediately and my server was so attentive the whole time. The food was also excellent. I got the shrimp and calamari appetizer (perhaps too much for one person, but great!) and the seafood bucatini that had lobster and shrimp and I enjoyed it so much!!

Tonight was mine and my husband's first time dining at Moor, and we will definitely be back! Everything was outstanding! Our server, Ruben was so kind, attentive and went above and beyond by going to find cokes for my husband and I since we don't drink Pepsi. The food was amazing and the views/atmosphere was just as great! Thank you again, Ruben! You're really great at what you do.

Mindful waitstaff that were able to seat us but sadly not in the boat deck. Nicely done in the lagoon. Food is very good. 👍

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Caribbean Beach resort. We were in the Barbados section of the resort. It was a very convenient walk to the main lobby or to the skyliner. You can definitely tell this is an older resort. The resort was extremely clean, the landscaping was beautiful, very nice sandy areas to relax. The rooms were smaller, the air conditioners definitely struggle to keep the room at 68°, and the bathroom is extremely small. There are no elevators that take you up to the second level, only stairs. We ate at the quick service dining area twice and our food was excellent. Each time! We would definitely stay here again for future visits. We stayed in room 3215 which was on the lower level, the room was spotless, very fresh smelling, we truly had a great stay.

Excellent location on the Skyliner. Plenty of accessible parking near rooms. Rooms while updated, reflect their 1989 vintage in layout, bathroom, etc. Beautiful grounds with mature landscaping. Sebastion's was excellent for dinner and hotel quick serve restaurant was fine for breakfast. Bar service near pool was quite slow and inaccurate. Did not use main or ancillary pool - they looked inviting and best lifeguarding practices I have ever seen. Jamaica section Is closest to Skyliner. You pay a lot for the location but enabled us to save time and avoid riding the Disney bus system. Enjoyed our 2 night stay.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is fantastic, and we really enjoyed the breakfasts at Centertown Market. However, the rooms and buildings are quite old, and there’s water leaking from the AC units near almost every room. There’s also no elevator, at least not in the Aruba section, so if you have a stroller, luggages and kids, getting to the second floor can be a nightmare, especially if the kids fall asleep after a long day at the park. The bathroom is small, but the shower pressure was great. I love Disney, but I don’t plan on staying at this hotel again.

This resort was beautiful. We were in Trinidad in a 5th sleeper corner room and it was perfect. We were right across from Spyglass Grill and a short walk to the skyliner. The walk to the main pool was a little much, but nothing we couldn't work around. The food was wonderful. Everything could be made gluten free as well. The gluten free bread options were absolutely wonderful. The room and resort was clean and the cast members helpful and polite. The room had been updated and had lots of storage and 2 sinks for the bathroom. No carpet and the beds were comfortable.

We came back to our room at 1:45 after the first Christmas party to find our toilet leaking from the bottom. Maintenance came and at 2:30 with 15 towels and told us the whole toilet needs to be taken off and resealed and we could move rooms, at 2:30am with 3 kids and a room FULL of stuff. The front desk said we could stay in the room and sleep and move in the morning. Morning comes and this hotel is acting like I want to move for maybe a little spider web being on the wall. They make us check out at 11:00 and wait for a room until “maybe 4:00 because that’s whenever everyone needs to be in their room by” they are acting like I want this! I would let them fix it and leave for a couple hours over packing up my whole room!!!!! And rechecking in. The best part is the manager on at 10:45am on 11/8/25 she kept saying “it will take time to get a room up to my standers. Oh you mean one not leaking from the base of the toilet with water all over the bathroom.” I’m confused. So that’s my day and I’ve added pictures. We come to Disney 3 times a year, this is the first time staying here and the last. Take what you would like from this review just know that if something is wrong, this hotel doesn’t care so for that reason alone I would never stay here again and makes me not even want to come back to Disney. It’s not like it used to be, now if your toilet is flooding and needs to be resealed they’ll act like that’s on you.

The Disney;s Caribbean Beach Resort offers many conveniences and is located close to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios via the Skyliner. This is the second time we have stayed at this resort and enjoy the location. The pool can get busy as can other areas so you have to be mindful of the timings. Your hotel selection on the property may depend on whether you want to be close to the main building, Skyliner, pool or far enough from everything that it is quiet most times. The food is as to be expected and the portion sizes will vary. We often picked up a few things from the store for the morning so that we can get the parks quicker. The beverage station was a good walk for the bottomless cup. There is lots to do for the kids who enjoyed the stay as much as us. The rooms are similar to other resorts but you are only sleeping there. This will continue to be a good option for us as a family. The early entry to the parks and close access to the Skyliner is a big perk for us. Enjoy!

Stayed October 2025 for three nights. Plenty of transportation options to all four parks. Required a crib in the room and service was quick with the turnaround even with an after hours call. Staff is nice and friendly. Many kid friendly areas including playgrounds and pools
