We had an absolutely divine experience at the Setai last week. The service was outstanding in every area: the valets, front desk staff, restaurant servers, housekeeping, spa staff, and pool service. It felt very personalized and extremely professional. The room was immaculate, and they clearly put a LOT of effort into keeping them that way. I loved my spa service, which was booked effortlessly. The pool area was so relaxing and a great spot to get in a swim or for relaxing. And the shower in the room was the best rain shower ever!! We had daily breakfast and loved the options. It may sound strange, but the oatmeal was the best I've had! You can't beat the location! We will definitely be staying again for our next visit to Miami!

Stayed 8 nights and very, very pleased. Made me think other hotels I recently stayed at (not Miami) were kind of dusty. Housekeeping were spending 40 minutes on the main daily service…. and it showed. Very clean and tidy room. Same with turn-down service. World class….. Front of house even so. Location is great , very cute pool, service by pool was good but hotel and restaurant service is mediocre at best rooms smell like mold had to change rooms still not great. I had even said I wanted to come relax they had put me on a floor with screaming kids. The restaurant was only accommodating when my friend who lives in Miami spoke up. I have stayed at W and let me tell you I was extremely WOW from beginning to end service was top notch from second I had entered to min I left even the communication via email prior to me coming there was on point. I don’t think I will be staying here again.

The location is unbeatable — right on the beach, close to everything yet just far enough to feel like your own private escape. The vibe throughout the hotel is incredible — chic, vibrant, and uniquely Miami. The food, drinks, and bar scene are consistently top-tier. Whether it’s a casual lunch by the pool or cocktails in the evening, everything is done with care and attention to detail. As a Titanium Elite member, I was disappointed with my stay here. Beautiful, well kept property, but multiple things turned me off to staying here again. 1. Hit with a $130 mini bar charge even though I didn't consume anything. When messaging hotel thru app after checkout, they said a member of minibar team would contact me in 24-48 hours. No call back, I had to dispute thru Marriott, still pending. 2. Would not honor late checkout. Even though Platinum members get 4pm checkout, they wouldn't provide anything. 3. While sitting at the pool, my wife had to flag down a server to try and place an order. She asked for a menu, which he brought back, but then never returned to take the order. 4. We asked front desk for an ice bucket and they said they'd send one up. Took almost an hour and a half to arrive. As one of their luxury bougie brands, I expected more. I've had better experiences at Marriott's premium branded hotels at a fraction of the cost.

I’m a Miami local, and this was my second stay at The Miami Beach EDITION — this time for a staycation to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and you truly feel like you’re in luxury accommodations from the moment you arrive. Before our trip, I reached out to let them know it was a special occasion, and VIP Host Sergio Rijo immediately stepped in to make sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and amazing attention to detail. Having people like Sergio on the EDITION team is such an asset — A+ service all around. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I was also impressed that everyone from Sergio to the front desk thanked me for my loyalty and made me feel genuinely appreciated. Those small gestures really stand out. One detail I especially love — and that you don’t see often — is the complimentary coffee in the lobby. Most hotels only offer it early in the morning, but I went down around 11 AM and it was still piping hot and fresh. It’s such a small but meaningful touch that adds to the feeling of true hospitality. I’ve stayed at other EDITION properties, and this might just be my favorite so far. Beautiful spaces, exceptional service, and that signature EDITION vibe — all right here at home in Miami.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, I don’t even know where to start because everything was stunning. The lobby was very elegant, and our room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking sea view. The bed was extremely comfortable. Now, about the staff, every single one of them was incredibly kind and friendly. Morning, noon, and night, they were always smiling and welcoming. Everyone in this hotel treated us so well. The service was impressively fast; anything I requested for the room was delivered quickly. The manager, Jose, was very respectful and helped me with a security deposit issue. I will never forget that. Thank you, Jose! The concierge, Esteban, was also very nice and helpful. He tried to assist me with many things. A big thank you to every single person in this hotel!

The food, staff, and the service was amazing and friendly. The property is beautiful. One specific memory that touched me. While I was eating at one of the restaurants Tropicale, I believe it was the manager Ray or Raymond, but I briefly mentioned to him that I loved the house hot sauce that they had. He later surprises me with a bottle to take home and that kindness, attentiveness and thoughtfulness really made my trip and made my overall feeling about this property as positive. I unfortunately didn't get to say goodbye or thank him. I really hope he sees this and can be recognized for it.

We stayed at the Edition Miami for just one night, and it truly felt like a full luxury getaway! With our Ambassador status, Sergio, our incredible VIP host, was able to upgrade us to a beautiful ocean-view king. When we checked in, we were delighted to find a birthday cake waiting in our room for my husband’s pre-birthday celebration—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. With the resort fee, we maximized our time with two hours of bike riding, front-row beach beds, a pool cabana, and complimentary drinks. Sergio went above and beyond by arranging all of this seamlessly, while also recommending and booking us a spectacular dinner at Mila. The food, ambiance, and entertainment there were unforgettable. On top of it all, Sergio even helped arrange a late check-out so I could conduct a work meeting—an absolute lifesaver. I can’t say enough about Sergio; he is truly the best and made our quick getaway feel effortless, celebratory, and completely memorable. We can’t wait to return!

The only thing I would say in criticism is that the staff don’t always know exactly what’s going on in the hotel but besides that it’s an amazing place. I’ve stayed here over a dozen times for almost 6 years and every time it’s awesome. The beach club is amazing. The pool area is fantastic. The food is great on any standard level, but the breakfast could be a little Quicker. The gift shop is also good. They have lots of cool stuff in there. The rooms are amazing. Try and get a suite with a big balcony view and the bathrooms are awesome big hot tubs. Every time I stay there I’m happy with my choice even though it’s a little on the pricey side it’s definitely worth it

Hotel is in a beautiful locations and has the protentional to be a great spot. So done with the good! Service was horrible! One experience is paying for chair at the 21+ pool and the wait staff doing everything other than waiting on people. I had to go get my drinks at the bar when the waitress was exchanging numbers and hitting on a guy by the entrance. Still would not care other than getting yelled at for not getting drink minimum through her because I had to walk up to the bar to by all our drinks. Room was nice but couch was straight out of grandmas 1970 basement and fridge in the room did not work. Also they charge a 20% service fee and some waiters tell you they get nothing some say they get it. If they do not just mark up the drinks and food so we can make the correct decision on tipping. Overall This was the biggest waist of money I ever spend on a stay at a hotel and would recommend a holiday inn over this place. Also vary kid friendly at the point of a couples great getaway you will never find a quiet place to lounge and in joy the day. A 5 year old as we were laying out relived themselves right next to my wife's pool bag (we ended up throwing it away).

Like so many have said it looks luxurious then the reality hits. They over charge on everything, coffee should not cost 13-15 bucks, the food is ok at best and way to expensive, they charge extra for umbrellas at the beach, service is suppose to extend to everyone with a bracelet they demand you where to let them know your a guest of the hotel, I have had numerous workers walk past me and only address those who have paid for an umbrella or bed. The main pool is closed and has been since we've They been here. The elevators have been a total nightmare, they have one that doesn't work in Tresor tower then there are two that only go up, leaving one that goes up and down but will skip numerous floors like it doesn't register that someone pushed the button. We have spent a good 5-10 minutes waiting on the elevator. The best part for myself, having two kids on this trip is there is a kitchen with a fridge, stove and microwave. Which allows us to keep snacks and breakfast items in the room. I have a hard time paying over 20 bucks for every item on the menus with in the hotel restaurants. I like the view from the room as well. If you chose to stay here bring walking shoes as there are many places to go eat that are better priced and the taste is absolutely amazing. Like Tiki & Burgers. Not to far from the hotel along with a dunkin donuts. To be honest this place is not worth the hype or cost.

We stopped by Fountainbleu today to pick up an item we left behind the other evening when we attended a birthday party there. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Valet service was also cooperative and helpful. The Miami Beach location is very popular with all ages groups. There is the younger crowd that loves LIV nightclub on the weekends for partying. There is the Bleu Bar for the more sophisticated crowd. There are the tourists from all over who want to stay here to enjoy all the perks and the more richer lifestyle. Fountainbleu has a good reputation here and in Las Vegas. Our in-laws stated here a couple of years ago and loved it. My daughter and I stayed twice at the Vegas location and loved it. We may have to do a stay-cation here locally. We live just 20 minutes away.

I can't say enough good things about this property. Knowing that it's been around since the '50s and that it has the reputation of being a hangout for the Rat Pack, I almost expected it to be kind of out of date and maybe even dilapidated. Nothing could be further from the truth. The lobby, restaurants, rooms, and other accommodations are beautiful and modern while retaining that classic mid-century feel. All of the people I dealt with who work here were very kind and accommodating. I had a fantastic room on the 36th floor in Tresor tower with a balcony and an ocean view. I also took advantage of their numerous pools. All in all a wonderful stay. Honestly, my only complaint is that the elevators are a bit wonky. I'm told that's because they're in the process of upgrading them - but I also heard from someone who stays here all the time but this has been the case for quite a while. Anyway, if wonky elevators are the worst thing about this property, then I will definitely consider returning. Yes, it's expensive. But, that's to be expected in a place like Miami Beach. Well worth it, though.

I checked into a suite on 9/1/25 and immediately called house keeping as the tub was not clean. As I awaited housekeeping's arrival I decided to go for a walk in the lobby. After about 25 mins I walked over to the front desk to inquire if housekeeping had already went into my room. The desk attendant advised me they had not come to my room as of yet. The gentleman that checked me less than 1 hour ago heard what was going on and advised the other attendant to simply move my room as there was a vacancy on the same floor. I appreciated the gesture and took the key to the new room and proceeded to go get my belongings as I just wanted to be able to get into the room and relax and take a long bath. I removed my stuff from my original room and walked down a few doors to my new room. As soon as I got into the new room I realized I left my phone charger in the other room and called guest services to see if someone could go and retrieve it, the gentleman I spoke to advised me they would send someone right away. Little did I know that right away meant 3 hours, and 2 more calls later. I ended up going downstairs and having to speak to someone at the front desk and explained the situation. That was part of day 1. On day 2 I realized that the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. I spoke to the manager and she did make a room adjustment to my bill and offered for me to come back. I have emailed her twice, sent a text message and left her a message on the direct number she provided to me. I am still awaiting for her to respond to me.

stayed at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach from 20–27 October 2025 with my cousins to celebrate a milestone birthday, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel two weeks in advance to explain that I have certain health challenges and would need a comfortable, accessible room. They never replied. On arrival, I was charged over £1,400 in holds and fees, all on my card, even though I was sharing the room with my cousin. Then I found out our room was the only one without a balcony, while every other room in our group had one. When I asked about it, the front desk told me they’d move me complimentarily once business conference guests had checked out. The next morning, a different staff member said I’d need to pay over $1,000 extra to move. When I asked to speak with the manager, she came out with an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude. I was left in tears in the lobby on my first full day in Miami, and not one staff member stopped to check if I was okay. It was humiliating and deeply upsetting. The room itself was dirty, several plug sockets didn’t work, and one staff member even entered the room without knocking. The hotel was completely overrun by business conference guests, and it genuinely felt like leisure guests were treated as an inconvenience. This place may look luxurious online, but the staff clearly lack proper hospitality training and empathy. There was no warmth, no kindness, and no sense of care for guests. After this experience, I will never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or respectful stay.

Bar & food is pricey. However i can tell you that they have stepped up service from the past. Managament, pool & beach, room service has become top of the line. Big comparison from the past. New management has been great. Very impressive

I will be honest that our overall experience is fair. We booked this location due to vicinity to South Beach. We are Marriot gold elite and Hilton diamond members so we travel at least multiple times a year. My wife and I had high expectations for the Ritz-Carlton and their brand. We did not felt like this location is deserving of that brand recognition. First, all the staff were amazing and very attentive. The entrance to this location didn’t feel like it was grand and noticeable, but more tucked away since it was a side entrance. The lobby was immaculate and meets the brand luxury standards with recent renovations. It seems like the lobby was the main focal point of the renovation. The pool was a good size, but could use updates. The hardscape around the pool is outdated as well. Looking up to our room the building just didn’t look modern. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available. The drinks were strong. Now the guest rooms. We booked a King bed with balcony, no views. Was upgraded to pool/beach view. Although it was renovated it was missing the fine details of quality workmanship. Especially in the bathroom. The grout and caulking on the tiles didn’t have the fit and finish that’s expected for the Ritz Carlton brand. The shower head look like it was relocated and placed to the side. Very awkward. It was a tiled walk-in shower style but without the glass. Just walk-in and slide the curtain. If there was a tub there the shower head will spray water out of the tub due to its new location on the side. Also the shower head is a removable wand so it didn’t lock in place so it will rotate. Now the guest room was ok but also missing the detail of fit and finish look. The furniture was outdated. The bed was very very squeaky. The view from the balcony was great. We only ate breakfast once at Zatinya. That was ok. All service includes a 20% service on the bill. We really want to like this place but for $560 a night we’d expect better for a luxury hotel.

Fantastic experience! Service was top notch and food, albeit just some small plates and breakfast from the Lebanese restaurant, was very good! Lobby and lobby bar were gorgeous. Rooms were very clean, pool was warm and spacious. Beach access was a breeze. I’d drive the extra 3 hours to go to the Ritz South Beach location over the Ritz Naples (Vanderbilt beach location) because the experience and hospitality beyond surpassed that of the Naples location.

Highly recommend! Definitely get your money worth from the beach chairs to the free bike rental to the daily sparkling wine! Ladies & gentleman: Adriana at check in is the best! Santiago at the pool also super helpful! Caleb on the beach soooo awesome! Food: 6 course dinner was economical with huge portions ($60) breakfast was also economical ($55 buffet) . The staff here are great. In particular, Alain the bellman made my stay so easy! He was there when I arrived and agin when I departed and both times he could not have been more helpful, professional, or friendly. I wish all hotel staff everywhere were as terrific as he is! The champagne at check-in was a nice touch

I’ve been a returning guest at the South Beach Ritz-Carlton for years, and it’s been disappointing to see how much the atmosphere has changed under the new management. What used to be a warm, professional environment now feels cold and disorganized. It’s especially concerning to see long-time, older employees—many of whom have provided outstanding service for years—being pushed aside or replaced by younger staff who seem to be personal friends of the new managers. The pride and elegance that once defined this property appear to be fading, replaced by favoritism and poor leadership. As a guest, you can feel the impact of this behind the scenes: service feels less genuine, morale seems low, and the overall experience is not what it used to be. Unless the management changes course and brings back the respect and professionalism that built this hotel’s reputation, I won’t be returning.

Really nice hotel in the heart of South Beach. Great spot for family vacation or business event. Hotel is quite large with a huge beautiful pool and beach access. Service was really good as well. Rooms and lobby are very nice and clean, but are slightly outdated and could use an upgrade. Overall, it is a really good spot to stay in South Beach add a reasonable price for a 4-star hotel.

Great hotel and service, everyone here is nice and they take care of all your needs. Rooms are very nice and very clean no microwave in room and no fridge space all liquor not that family friendly but it can work. Lots of things to do like tour bus, jet ski, slingshot, golf karts rentals and more with beach access or just relax. Definitely a must do.

Omg, where do I even start? I came to Miami for my birthday, just a few days before a wellness conference, and ended up having the best birthday ever! They surprised me with a cake in my room and another one during dinner at Los Fuegos…it was beyond special. From the moment I arrived, part of the staff greeted me with a warm “Welcome home”… I can’t remember everyone’s names, but every single butler was incredibly kind and helpful. A special thank you to Gracielo, who helped me move my belongings to Casa Faena, and to the spa receptionist and the boutique team, who were both so sweet and attentive. They even brought me a glass of champagne while I relaxed in the spa’s resting area. truly the best birthday experience ever. My heart is full!

Faena Miami is a bit old, but the service is excellent and the staff are very kind. Breakfast is delicious, although service can be slow. The hotel’s steakhouse is absolutely amazing – a must-try (ask for a table facing the Living Room). I booked through Amex FHR and mentioned I’d arrive around 2:30–3:00 PM, but even by 4:00 PM the room wasn’t ready – a downside for FHR guests. Also, on the 5th floor it took 20–25 minutes for hot water to arrive each time. Other than that, the service was great, and the hotel offers complimentary car rides for guests. Overall, a good stay – just make sure your room is in proper condition upon arrival.

This review in particular is for Sonia and the F&B/in-room dining services. My wife and her friends were traveling to Miami and stayed at Faena for a weekend away. I wanted to send a bottle of wine to the room on short notice and have it set up before they were back. Sonia and the team delivered so well -- it was a quick turnaround when they have many requests, and a wonderful surprise for my wife and her friends. They were also very communicative and easy to phone directly. Thank you and well done!

After hearing so much about this hotel I decided to give it a try. The hotel is sitting right on Miami Beach and my issue was construction and banging on my hotel room at 7am because they were doing repairs. (Not sure why they think hammering at 7am would be ok in a hotel charging these prices). I spoke to the manager during my stay (Jose Cerna) and explained the constant issue of construction from my room to the poolside. He texted me during the stay and offered to "invite" us back to the hotel and and after a few emails no response. My wife and I expected a lot more from a 5 star hotel charging these prices.

The entire property—from the lush grounds to the meticulous housekeeping—was impeccably maintained. Traveling with two young children, we were especially touched by how wonderfully they were treated. The Carillon is our favorite weekend getaway! The rooms are gorgeous, the spa is unmatched, and the whole experience is worth every moment. Our group of six spent the day in the spa and all had incredible massages. Hans and Monica were outstanding—therapists who know the body inside and out. Both went above and beyond to not only relieve tension but to truly restore and rejuvenate us. It was clear that their goal was to have us leave feeling better than when we arrived—and they succeeded. The level of care, skill, and dedication they bring to their work is remarkable. An unforgettable experience we can’t wait to repeat!

I wasn't sure what to expect from the mixed reviews. I purchased a Groupon and they were very accommodating and kind. I have nothing to complain about It was amazing! I would highly recommend going early, at least an hour before your appointment. I went on a Tuesday so there wasn't too many people. But I'm sure it can get busy. No issues with amenities. Plenty of towels, A Place to soak your feet and have tea, Sauna , steam, cold area with mist, hot tub, pool, cool shower areas! PERFECT AND Complimentary valet and a beach chair and umbrella! Beautiful clean spa! Amazing, relaxing massage done by a caring therapist who loves their job. Everyone was so nice! Thank you!! Highly recommend

The Carillon Spa provides exceptional service and fantastic amenities and beautiful ambience. 5 ⭐️ We upgraded our massage to the Deep Tissue one and it was definitely worth it. Rick, my masseuse’s attention to stretching and concentrating on my problem areas made all the difference that my back even cracked 3 times. What a relief! I would definitely recommend The Carillon Spa over the others especially with the various thermal circuit options provided: 3 different types of “stem rooms”, warm relaxation beds, 2 different types of aromatherapy showers and jacuzzi. 💯💯 Couples please note that the women’s and men’s thermal circuit is separate, but you could get a couples room for the massage and of course enjoy the pool and beach services together.

I booked a spa day for my mom and I through Groupon here and it was an amazing experience! We received a 50 min couple Swedish massage and had access to all amenities, the pool and the beach. The massage was 10/10, we left feeling so relaxed and Barbara at the spa was so attentive and helpful! The food and drinks at the pool were delicious and Lourdes at the pool was helpful in finding us a nice spot with shade. Everything was clean, great staff, punctual with appointments and very relaxing. I 100% recommend!

The nicest hotel we've ever been to! It is very relaxing and absolutely gorgeous. Bryte smart bed makes for a perfect sleep! All the small personal touches like the tablet with your name in the room welcoming you, robes, slippers, valet parking and so many more ammenities! The pool design is something I've never seen before. Nice hot tub, not overly crowded. Lots of sitting places to relax and loved the private entrance to the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Can't wait to try the grown-up roof top pool without the kids tomorrow, along with the spa day with my daughter. I honestly can't say enough about this place. This has been the best stay EVER!

My friends and I stayed at the Nobu for Labor Day weekend and it was okay, but the price point is questionable. Let me start off by saying the service was top notch. All the employees were so kind, thoughtful, and attentive. I did find it funny that we were told no outside food was allowed poolside, though. We got the bay view room, and the view was spectacular. However, if you’re on a girls trip, be wary that there’s only two mirrors, and they’re both in the bathroom. This is not the first hotel I’ve been to with no mirrors outside the bathroom, but I expected more from Nobu. There was also no refrigerator in the room. We ask for a fridge at the front desk and there was one brought up to us. However, I then got a charge of $32 as a “storage fee”. Finance was able to waive it as a one time courtesy, so that’s been resolved. Just sharing for the sake of awareness. The gym had nice equipment, and it would’ve been even more nice if most of it wasn’t broken. However, they had a Stairmaster, so extra points for that. They also have a smith machine for those who are curious. The location was pretty isolated. Not close to convenience stores, authentic food spots, cafes, etc. You get to be close to the beach, and that’s about it.

If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Miami Beach that full of amenities, top notch service and excellent food Nobu Hotel is the answer. First of all, please shout out to Richard who has been an amazing, professional receptionist since the time we’ve arrived till the time we departed, thank you for your hospitality. The hotel itself located in mid beach might be a little further from a busy loudly south beach which I preferred for my relaxed vacation. Nobu provides 4 outdoor pools and a private beach area for the guests, access by guest wristband. The hotel is very quiet, clean and hygienic and even provides room service twice a day if needed. Nobu Miami not just meet but exceed all of my expectations. I’ll be coming back again 100% thank you!

Had to visit for a work conference. Little did I know there would be a $200/per day incidental hold. Absolutely mind boggling this was posted nowhere on their site or the information that was provided to me for my visit. Thankfully, my work was able to forward me $800 to cover the four nights. Had that not been an option I would have been sleeping on the street outside of the hotel we paid two grand to stay in. Service was good, everyone was nice and as helpful as they could be within the confines of the idiotic hotel policies. The location is ancient, and it feels like it. I've never been at a hotel where the floors randomly change height with no warning. In the four days of my stay I tripped countless times. The water pressure in the shower (no tub??) was bizarre. It took five minutes for the hot water to kick in, and then I had to turn it down to the bare minimum or it was scalding. Prices were insane, $7 for a can of Coke. $70 for a basic sushi dinner that was on par with Fred Myers. The only thing complimentary in the hotel room was the soap. An incredibly stingy hotel for being "five stars". Don't you dare touch the mini fridge because they have weight sensors on all the items to bill you $40 for restocking them. Multiple drinks at this hotel were served with flecks of black floating in them. Not sure if you need to fix your ice machines or your dish washers, but somethings going on. Don't forget, there's a mandatory 23% tip on all food in the resort! What a joke.

This was my first time staying at a Nobu property and I was very pleased with how everything turned out. My partner and I decided to take a last minute trip and Nobu was always a hotel we wished to visit but with the name can come concerns. We thought the hotel would be overcrowded and overhyped for the name but happy to say we were both wrong. Nobu was a fabulous hotel. Very clean and proper. The entire team working on site was amazing. Everyone had a great attitude during the entire stay and the attentiveness that came from the staff was just as good. I enjoyed the amenities and the beach front area. There is also a private adults only section at the pool that was very relaxing. My room stayed clean and tidy the entire stay. Not a single moment went by without my bed being made and my towels being replaced. I would love to make this my go-to Miami hotel. My partner and I will definitely be coming back!

The Nobu Hotel Miami Beach combines a modern, elegant design with a relaxed coastal feel that makes it easy to settle in. I stayed in a sea view room and the mornings were incredible with the sunrise over the ocean right outside the window. The room itself was spacious and well thought out, with a calm atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The location works well too since it’s close enough to South Beach but far enough to enjoy some peace. The staff were consistently warm and helpful which made the whole experience smooth. The pool area was a great place to spend time and having the Nobu restaurant in the hotel felt like a real highlight. Being able to enjoy world-class Japanese food without even leaving the property added something special to the stay. Overall it felt like the perfect mix of comfort, views and dining that made the trip memorable.

I thought this was a fancy and higher end hotel but it definitely wasn’t. First, they had a convention taking place which totally overran the lobby. Was loud and rowdy. Parts were closed off and redirected. By 11pm the lobby was packed to the brim. Had no choice but to go up to the room. So beware of conventions if you book. The beach is nice in that it’s super convenient. Just a few steps away. They have towel and chair service included. The drinks were nice but the wings were absolutely horrible. They were cold and very poor quality. No water or water fill station by the beach. Pool is nice too. Breakfast was crazy expensive - buffet is $54 including the tax and mandatory 22% service charge. It’s a very weak buffet offering. Horrible potatoes and barely any options. No fruit besides melon. Limited bread. Not much to it. Omelet station is nice. Crazy for the price. The spa was disappointing. It’s included. Sauna wasn’t very hot - was at 100 degrees. I went back a second time and it was turned off. The steam room is weak. Cold plunge not even that cold. Crazy to pay for a day pass there. Spent 15 mins max. Gym was good. The room was fine. I used the sink and it wouldn’t drain. Called maintenance to look while I left for dinner. I came back to a clean drain but a puddle of water on the floor. I put a towel down. After brushing my teeth I heard water leak and pour into the floor. They sent 3 ppl up to do heavy repairs at 11pm. Water was all over the floor. I was sent to a different room. They added a free buffet and waived resort fee for this room change and inconvenience. Overall I don’t see how this hotel justifies the price as it’s run down and problem prone.

I took my daughter to Miami Beach for a quick vacation - it was her first time. We were excited to stay at the Nobu Hotel because we had eaten at their sister restaurant in Atlanta. We checked in on Friday (2 queen beds) and woke up on Saturday to find that my daughter had multiple bug bites on her legs. We decided to watch them and take allergy medication to see if the they went away. Sunday - her legs looked terrible!! On Sunday night I filed a complaint with management and they moved us to another room. We checked out on Monday and my daughter was covered in bites. She went to the doctor on Tuesday morning and was diagnosed with BED BUGS!! She is now on 2 antibiotics! I have spoken with hotel management again and they refuse to provide me with a report of the findings of our room other than to tell me it was negative. THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE ME PROOF. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Lowe’s Hotel has got to be the perfect place for vacay in Miami.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wish I could give this place a million likes!!!! Spent Wednesday to Sunday and I was not disappointed whatsoever. Let me first start out by saying the staff provided impeccable service. I was able to stay in one of the renovated rooms and it was just perfect, the bed super comfy, the bathroom had these large shower heads that gives you the best water pressure and they also had Large flat screen tv. The service at poolside is amazing, lunch and drinks came out right away. I was able to walk to Ocean drive and sight see the nightlife it was about 6-8 blocks away from the hotel so wear comfy shoes. The beach is super beautiful with clear water, no sharks or jellyfish seen. The beach is within close proximity to the pool area and the Lowe’s staff there was also great. What I love mostly about this hotel even after check out I found out last minute of several delays so my flight didn’t leave until the evening and I was able to enjoy the amenities after check out for free. I dropped my bags with the Consierge and made my way back to the pool and enjoy the sun all over again. Also, there are private showers and bathrooms near the pool area where you can use prior to exiting the establishment. I highly recommend to all my family and friends.

We stayed at the Loews for a girls’ weekend and absolutely loved it! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach and close to everything in South Beach. The vibe was fun and relaxed, perfect for days by the pool and nights out. The staff were wonderful, super friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are beautifully renovated—modern, bright, and super comfortable. The only downside was the ongoing construction, which meant some noise between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. that you can hear from your room. Still, the overall experience was amazing

I really enjoyed my stay at the Loews Hotel! Everyone was so friendly, and I loved that it’s both kid- and pet-friendly — definitely a big plus. We were greeted with smiles, understanding, and patience throughout our visit. At one point, I misplaced my room key, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and quickly provided a replacement without any hassle.

I expected so much better service from this hotel and it's staff. The only saving grace is the location. First, valet service: expensive and very rude attendants. Second: service at the bar was almost non existent. I almost wish I could have made the drinks myself. Third: pool area: very small pool relative to the size of the location. On the plus side, there is an easy beach access. Final downside: I had to wait 20 minutes on valet to bring my car. When brought the car, I was standing 15 feet in front. I waved him to come over since we had kids in our group Valet would not move up. Just an incredibly bad experience. I suggest you go elsewhere. This place and it's staff do not care about customer service.

The Loews is beautiful and welcoming. The entire staff are a class act; so professional! Our room was gorgeous with incredible beach views. If 10 stars were an option that's what Loews would get from me. We will be back 💫✨️🌟

The Loews Miami is back! We have been coming here for over seven years every October for a conference on plastic surgery. The hotel used to be rundown and terrible. As one of the organizers of the conference, we thought of looking for another place to hold our meeting. Luckily, the hotel decided to make a major Renovation at the Reception and in the rooms, corridors, etc. It was long overdue, but it was worth it. The hotel management is also so much better, from a nice reception at the checking in, to sending a beautiful cheese and fruit plate to the room, to providing a support line for customer service

A truly wonderful, family-friendly hotel! This review is from the perspective of traveling to Miami Beach with a baby, and in short—I can say this hotel was excellent. Since it shares some facilities with the neighboring five-star Nobu Hotel, the property is beautiful and offers a wide range of amenities. The pool in particular was fantastic—peaceful and calm, with a relaxed crowd, making it easy to enjoy with children. The room was also baby-friendly. A microwave for baby food could be rented for $35 during our stay, and a crib could be reserved in advance. The only drawback was the in-room refrigerator, which was packed with drinks that all incurred extra charges, leaving no space for our own beverages or our baby’s drinks. We requested an additional mini fridge, which was available for $35. A kettle was provided free of charge. The hospitality of the staff was another highlight. Everyone was always smiling and greeted us warmly, which made our stay especially pleasant. Thank you very much for such a comfortable experience!

I had a work conference at Eden Roc. The resort was nice, clean and in a good location. The room was good for the most part - the tub doesn't drain, and ended up being clogged the first time my wife took a bath. The beach access and pools are nice and well kept. The pool staff was great and very nice! What ruined my experience was the main bar. We were here for a work conference and had a few drinks with co workers, and before we knew it they shut the bar down and we all had no idea where our cards were! We asked hotel staff about it and they seemed very indifferent to helping us find our cards. I had to ask for a night manager and he came down and acted like he didn't care either. I told him I'm fine paying my tab, all I need is a receipt and my card back! It took them almost an hour to find my card (security outside had my card for whatever reason). The bar never stopped by the table to tell us that they were closing, or had any disclosures saying they give the cards to security if you don't cash out by the time they close. It was a very unprofessional and disappointing experience. The staff here is on autopilot and they do make it apparent that they don't care about their client's stay. Are they the worst place to stay? No. But I would highly recommend staying at a different spot if you visit Miami as Eden Roc does very poor with customer service. There are plenty of options and I would recommend checking into different options.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this hotel. Compared to other options at Miami Beach, you can definitely find a much more positive and professional atmosphere elsewhere. The staff here do not provide sincere or caring service. Imagine taking an intensive workout class at the hotel and then being told you cannot use the shower afterward — that’s exactly what happened to me. When we spoke to the hotel manager, he acted polite but clearly didn’t care about resolving the issue, just smiled and moved on. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value genuine hospitality and comfort.

I was here for a work conference this past week. We waited 45 min for the valet to take our cars when we got there. It was like they didn’t realize they were hosting a conference of 200+ people or something. Then, once we all got inside & were late for our meeting, we had to come back later to check in. They only had two people checking guests in, despite having five computers & their resolve for the 30min wait to check in was to give us shots of white sangria. I would rather just be able to check in to my room. During check in we had to sign a paper waiver for something, but it’s 2025, why is anyone signing anything on paper? Once I finally got my room key, I got all the way to the 17th floor just for the key not to work. Had to go back down to the lobby for them to give me a regular key card instead of the wrist band & then they had to call security for whatever reason to make sure I got in the room? The room itself was nice at face value, as was most of the hotel, but once you spent some time in it you found the issues. The shower handle did not stay in place so I had to use a shower cap to tie it in place otherwise I got third degree burns from the water changing on its own. When the valet gave me my car back when I was heading home, I realized they put a giant gash in my steering wheel & had to go back so they could file a claim. When I got out of my car I went to the woman who I knew was the manager and she did not offer one apology, but instead said “it’s a third party valet you have to talk to him”. It’s still your hotel & you are responsible for all of it at the end of the day. You are the leadership & you have a responsibility to your guests. Overall, aesthetically pleasing on the outside, but Walmart/ikea quality once you go a bit deeper. I would never be back & would never recommend this place to anyone else. UPDATE TO TELL YOU ALL THAT THE VALET IS ATTEMPTING TO DENY THE CLAIM FOR DAMAGING MY VEHICLE. THIS HOTEL WILL BE HEARING FROM ME UNTIL THEY FIX MY CAR. INSANITY.

This was my first time vacationing at the Eden Roc Hotel, and I must say, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The in-room dining experience was exceptional — each meal was of outstanding quality, perfectly seasoned, served at the ideal temperature, and delivered promptly. The cocktails were expertly crafted, the staff was warm and attentive, and access to both the pool and beach was seamless and relaxing. I will absolutely recommend Eden Roc to others and look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay.

These guys really should not be in the hospitality business. Went to the property to have what I hoped would be a very relaxing time. Instead, the pool was so over-crowded and there were no chairs available, despite having paid over $50 nightly for a resort fee. What I had hoped would be a relaxing time ended up being a very stressful time. Additionally, the staff told me that my only option was to go to the beach (when I wanted to enjoy the pool) and pay for an umbrella there when I had already paid resort fees which were included in my amenities. The staff at the pool could not care less to offer any hospitality or a solution to the issue. Very disappointing and stressful when paying over $500 nightly for a room rate plus resort fees. I requested the front desk to remove all the resort fee charges and if they do not remove them, I am going to dispute with my credit card. Truly disappointing as this property could’ve offered a much better experience and had the staff and infrastructure to do so, but instead chose mediocrity over excellence. UPDATE: Staff finally got me some beach chairs. Explained that it is first come first serve. I mentioned that I paid for the amenities access and they said so did everyone else and when I mentioned how is it fair that I paid the same as others but did not get the same amenities is fair, they told me I have some attitude. What kind of hospitality and service is this?! Staff seriously need to be fired or not be in this hospitality business.

I really wanted to give Eden Roc Miami a chance despite the mixed reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was just as bad—if not worse—than what others have warned about. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the start. We had three people in our room, yet were told that each room only includes two beach chairs, and if we wanted a third, we’d have to pay $25—plus $35 for an umbrella, plus $5 tax per item. While we were using just two chairs, a worker came over and removed our umbrella, telling us we hadn’t paid for it. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. On top of that, the food was mediocre at best—nothing special, certainly not worth the prices. The entire experience was overshadowed by the hostility and poor attitude of the staff, which made it hard to enjoy anything. That said, I do want to mention the one bright spot of our stay: Louis. He was the only attentive and genuinely kind person we encountered. Louis went out of his way to be helpful, friendly, and professional. He’s truly the nicest person ever, and thanks to him, there was at least one positive part of our trip. We genuinely wanted to have a good time and chose to ignore the negative reviews, but now I understand where they were coming from. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or pleasant stay in Miami—unless Louis is running the show.

Excellent overall experience. Wife and I snuck away for a 3 day Bday trip and service was exceptional. Luxury feel and vibe with great location and tons to see and do nearby. Walkable to everything and great food all around and on site too. If you are looking for upscale in South Beach for reasonable rates this is it. Service and staff are top notch and excellent from the doormen to the servers to the housekeeping. A+++

I always try to stay at W Hotels when it’s available, and the South Beach location has been my favorite so far. The staff was amazing… super friendly, attentive, and quick to fix a small issue we noticed in our room right after check-in. They went above and beyond to make it right and truly exceeded our expectations. The location couldn’t be better, right by our favorite restaurants, beach access just steps away, great drinks by the pool, and even a driver service for short trips around the area. Big shoutout to Rebecca, who made sure we were taken care of the entire time and even followed up after our stay to check in. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at W Hotel South Beach! Natasha, from the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made check-in a breeze. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with stylish touches throughout, and the view of the beach is absolutely stunning. I also loved the breakfast at The Grove;it was fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend!

The W South Beach was beyond amazing and highly accommodating! I received a complimentary upgrade to the WOW suite by KD (titanium). KD was amazing, sweet, professional, and really made sure my stay was worth every second! The house car was fabulous as well and a lovely addition to our stay. On the beach, Justin was absolutely incredible and helped us out. Give KD and Justin a promotion :-)

The beach staff was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived on the beach, they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Can’t say enough positive things about this property. This is our second year coming back, and we’re thinking it will be a yearly stay. It’s the perfect mix of the South Beach experience and still feeling like we can have a memorable family vacation. The way the staff catered to our four year old, specifically Noella and her afternoon treats by the pool, took our stay to the next level. We had a 3 am noise situation and the head of security personally called my husband to apologize the next morning. (?!$?) Completely unnecessary but truly made it feel like care goes into your stay here.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location at Miami Beach. Everything else was a letdown. Every morning at 8am, staff knocked on my door asking to clean the room—way too early and incredibly disruptive for anyone trying to rest. On the day of checkout, the official time was 11am. At exactly 11:02am, while we were just making sure we had everything before leaving, a cleaning lady knocked on the door and started speaking to me in Spanish—which I don’t understand. It felt rude and rushed, and I’ve never experienced a hotel so eager to kick guests out right on the dot. The soundproofing is terrible. I could clearly hear conversations from the room next door, which made it hard to relax. Also, I booked through Expedia and was supposed to receive one free drink each day. But no one mentioned anything about it at check-in. I only found out how to get it during checkout. Turns out, it's only redeemable between 4–5pm at the bar—not exactly convenient. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Not sure why these hotels are rated 4 stars as they don’t fall into that luxury category. The hotel was great, especially the bed. One of the most comfortable I have slept in. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom could have a door that locks - not sure what Miami’s obsession with zero privacy open bathrooms and showers are 🤦🏽‍♀️. Had similar experiences at other hotels. The room was clean and big but the property is dated. I loved the space but they could work on a few things here and there. The staff was very accommodating and gave us early check in which we appreciated. The rooftop pool is very nice. There is a restaurant next door, called orange blossom which has happy hour and some deals with the hotel that you can check out as food prices are through the roof in south beach these days. They offer free golf cart rides to the beach but they couldn’t provide us a ride during our stay as they said “staff was still training” and could not be authorized to drive 🙄

Stayed here for my birthday and wow, what a disappointment. This was my first time in Miami & thought this would be a great hotel to stay at. First off, we paid for a suite and got the wrong room and apparently, there was nothing they could do about the room. Beach service? A joke. They told us there were no towels, then handed them out to other guests like we were invisible. The room? Definitely not what’s shown in the photos. Feels like this place is all about appearances with none of the actual service. Bathroom wasn’t clean either & there were chunks of glass missing from the mirror. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. Definitely not worth the price especially if you don’t get the room you paid for.

Checked into this hotel to be told a 400 dollar deposit is required and is refunded within a few days after you have left. Utter bullshit, they will charge you service fees and u will get a fraction of your money back, feel absolutely robbed. Payed a lot of money for this holiday to then get a chunk of money taken from you for a sub standard hotel! Pissed off would not recommend this place at all.

When we checked in at 6pm the A/C was not working it’s 80 degrees inside the room and you cant even sit down it’s so suffocating & nobody even bothered to fix the issue the front desk receptionist was very rude and its 10.30 pm it’s still not fixed. They don’t want to fix the problem & nor they want to give us another room. If I can give them minus stars I would do that. I would never recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a week. The room was fine except for there not being a power plug near the nightstand to charge my phone. I had a 6pm flight on my last day. I was told a late check out could not be accommodated. They held my luggage for me until I had to leave. I guy taking my luggage asked what time I had to leave. I gave him an approximate time. He arranged a ride to the airport without me asking which I thought was nice until the driver tried charging me $95 and then $75 for the ride. I told him I wasn’t going to pay that as it was 3-4x the amount for an Uber. I also requested a printout of my receipt and was told it had to be emailed. I didn’t get an email. I called the hotel and tried requesting one but got hung up on.

The hotel is modern, elegant, and located in a very convenient area. The rooms are spacious, bright, and beautifully furnished, which makes the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere feels calm and well organized. The only thing I didn’t love is that the ceilings in the rooms are a bit low, which slightly reduces the sense of space, but overall the rooms themselves are large and pleasant. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the common areas look stylish. It’s a great place for a comfortable stay in the city.

Our third stay at 1 Hotel was as magical as ever! The decor, ambiance, and vibrant energy never fail to captivate. The staff is incredibly engaged, and the spaces—multiple pools, the beach, and the rooftop dining and rooftop pool—are pure perfection for unwinding. We tried the Bamford Spa this time, and the de-stress massage was perfect. A check-in hiccup for our group was swiftly handled by Clare, the Guest Experience Manager, who went above and beyond to resolve it—her efforts have us already planning next year’s trip! To all travelers, this place is a must-visit; the features are endless, and the gym? Absolutely EPIC. I’ve traveled the world, and nowhere comes close to the fitness dedication travelers here. I’m already missing 1 Hotel, and I haven’t even boarded my flight. Thank you for an unforgettable stay—can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay at the 1 Hotel in South Beach. The rooms were very nice and fresh and luckily, we had a balcony with a nice ocean view. I will definitely say that this is a very large hotel with a large layout and some of the common areas need a refresh as they are approaching high usage. That being said, we really enjoyed the view from the room as well as the cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable. The food at the rooftop bar was quite nice. I will also say the service at this hotel was exceptional. The only reason I could not put five stars is because it was just too many people.

We absolutely loved our stay at 1 Hotel South Beach! We celebrated my 40th birthday here and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. The atmosphere is stunning, elegant, relaxed, and full of great energy. The rooms are beautifully designed, the views are breathtaking, and the whole place just feels effortlessly luxurious. The staff went above and beyond to make everything special for us, and every detail from the service to the food was spot on. It’s the perfect mix of sophistication and comfort, truly a slice of paradise in Miami. Can’t wait to come back!

One of the finest hotels I've stayed at. A certified B corporation and the theme of reclaimed wood throughout the venue along with extreme attention to detail on health and quality ingredients in all food and hygiene products including cosmetics and room toiletries makes this venue a world-class establishment, great for business and personal trips. Read the negative reviews first - and believe them just believe them. Now this review is not for you if you are one of their privileged top jet setting clientele who spends thousands there periodically. This is for you, the regular travler who happens to enjoy a little luxury from time to time and appreciates the finer things and is ready to pay for it. If that's you take it from me stay away from this hotel. They are pretentious and disingenuous to normal hardworking people. God forbid if you happen to not be the right shade or stinkingly rich then oh well. My ordeal goes like this. I regret picking this hotel from a list that was provided to me for a conference. I was given a room on the 4th floor. From the moment I stepped off the elevator on the 4th floor, there was a horrible, sewer-like smell in the hallway. It was so strong it made the stay immediately unpleasant. My assigned room had terrible views and felt completely unworthy of the price I paid. When I tried to resolve the room issue, the hotel offered a credit to use on property. However, they overcharged me for supposedly “qualified” spending”, making the attempted resolution completely unsatisfactory. It felt more like a cover-up than genuine customer care. Also everywhere you turn you are overcharged smh. They now add a 20% tip to the bill in Miami. Extortion at it's peak and in exchange for what? Only bad service and entitled employees. Never again.

I love The Biltmore. I stay once a year. The small suite is perfect. The hotel itself is old and has a rich history while still maintaining modern amenities. The restaurants at the hotel have good good, but take note, a 20% service charge is added to the tab. I don't golf, but the course looks lovely and well maintained. Staff are always very helpful. There is a great parking lot on property, so you don't feel pressured to valet the car. The hotel is within a few mile of the University of Miami and walking distance to a church. Sunday brunch is very nice.

Such an amazing hotel with beautiful and historic interior and exterior! The front desk is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Beautiful historic property with inconsistent service. The Biltmore in Coral Gables is undeniably beautiful with classic architecture, lush grounds, and a real sense of history. The rooms and public spaces feel far more refined than many so called luxury resorts, and the atmosphere has genuine character. That said, the service can be hit or miss. The pool area is stunning, but the servers seemed to operate on selective vision. I was ignored long enough to wonder if I had accidentally turned invisible. For a property with this reputation, attentive service should match the setting. Still, the hotel itself is worth experiencing. Just do not expect consistent five star hospitality once you leave the lobby

Gorgeous historic property located in picturesque neighborhood. Beautiful lobby, large Mediterranean style pool. We booked through Amex FHR, checked in at 12pm and were upgraded to nicely decorated junior suite. Had a wonderful dinner and breakfast at Fontana restaurant. Little box of chocolate that was brought to our room as a welcome gift was a very nice touch. All staff was very welcoming. 5 stars!

The ambiance is incredible — it truly feels like you’ve escaped the city and slipped into a charming Spanish suburb. My husband and I went for brunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. We especially loved the lunch selections over the breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious, and the service was exceptional.

Our week at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables felt like stepping into a dream. The gym was another pleasant surprise, very well equipped, clean, and perfect for keeping up with workouts during the trip. Overall I like this hotel, I stayed here twice. Location is great and staff is friendly. I think there could be few minor improvements to rooms to get this place to be even better. They have a mini fridge that is full with small bottle bar items. You cannot store your own bottle of water or food item which does not make sense. They should include an empty mini-fridge available to use for visitors. Also, part of their reservation is a beach chair and towel at their dedicate beach area - however, umbrella is not included...it used to be $10 to get one for a day and over the course of one year it became $30 the second time I visited. The tub is way too high to get in, I am 6'1 and relatively fit and felt like I was going to trip over. Last but not least, the beds are old and make noise. I am not typically a picky guest but this was too obvious. Every time I would move, the bed sounded like it would fall apart. The price of the hotel changes a bit, I have been here for $147/night and up to $329/night - during no events weeks/weekends. Maybe an algorithm thing but something to look into as well.

Rooms are nice and a good size. Great location. Easy walking to restaurants, beach, etc. service was fantastic. All staff were friendly and willing to help you with anything. My only “complaint” was the prices. If you drive, be prepared to pay $50+ a day to park your car. Also ordered 2 nonalcoholic drinks and was still charged regular price like the alcohol versions. The 2 beach chairs were included with the room which was great, but you do have to pay for the umbrella is you choose to get one, which was around $30 for the day. Very clean establishment and very nice overall.

I only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. The room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I left in a hurry and forgot to leave a tip—my apologies for that. Really appreciate the great service!

Reasonable rates for being in South Beach, and it's nice to be able to find a Marriott in this area as a Bonvoy member. However, the reasonable rates tend to attract a younger crowd of people that can be disruptive. Our first night was a nightmare - we had spent the whole day on the beach, and there was a group of younger teenagers, underage drinking, and disrupting everyone around them on the beach (loud speakers with foul music and continuously yelling). Come to find out, they were staying on the same floor as us running up and down the hallways keeping us up at night, yelling. We asked them to be quiet, and they ended up coming back to our area of the hallway later that night jumping in front of our door, screaming. Us as well as others on our floor had to call security who came to our floor on 2 seperate occasions that night well passed 2am. The front desk staff were accomodating by upgrading our room to a different location. Still, that rooms air conditioning wasn't working. We asked that maitenance fix the issue while we were at dinner only to come back later that night, and it still wasn't fixed. Maitenance ended up coming after midnight but was only able to get 2 out of the 3 zones cooling. The third zone was never fixed while we were here. Front desk staff ended up compensating our room upgrade, which we appreciated for the frustration. The restaurant near the bar is just okay, the breakfast was mediocre for a $30 buffet that only offered similar options to what you'd see at a Days Inn or other cheap hotel. The community bathrooms in the lobby were constantly out of soap and housekeeping was just okay, highlighting a lack of attention to detail on cleanliness. We found other peoples garbage in our trash cans in our upgraded room, and we also found mold in our room near the airconditioning vents, which can be toxic for those of us who are allergic. Overall, we've found in our numerous stays in South Beach that mid-beach offers superior hotels. If you're in a bind and need a room quickly with a reasonable rate, I'm sure this hotel will be fine. The staff are very accomodating and pleasant to interact with. It seems like they're trying really hard to please everyone. Still, it appeared as though a lot of people were complaining about their experience here as I noticed 3 different groups of people complaining to the manager on the first day we were here.

Great location, great staff and service, building could use a refresh. Right on the beach and near Lincoln road for shopping and restaurants. All the staff are excellent and go out their way to create an exceptional customer experience. Special mention to Christopher who was exceptional. Voluntarily Delivered my new room key to me at the beach when I had to do a room change among other things he did to make the customer experience. I would rate the hotel a 5 other than many elements that could use renovating. They could probably pay for any renovation by making it not so cold in the hotel with the AC and use the energy savings to renovate😊

I dont know where to begin. I've never written a review in my life but my experience here was beyond spectacular that im now writing one. the service is what i would envision heaven's front desk to be...first of all, they upgraded us. the room, was very clean and the shower was huge. the hotel lobby was always welcoming as well as the staff. when checking out at 11am they asked us when our flight was, which was in the evening, so they extended our check out till 4pm and we got to swim and go back to change before our flight. they took care of our luggage with their entire being. literally put my tennis ball in a bag for it to not roll away. Then when checking out, there was a storm, and a staff member helped a guest call an uber and made sure they had transportation. These little things really make all the difference. also shout out to christopher hes the MAN. anyways, if you come to south beach, you'd be out of your mind to not stay here.

Decent hotel. Keep in mind ANYTHING in this area is very old. The prices are high EVERYWHERE. We found this one at one of the best rates compared to others just as old, so relativity matters. The joyful front desk man with the long dread twists was a delight and was making everyone's day, one by one such a blessing- so refreshing to see workers brightening their environment 🔥 The valet team was AMAZING in helping retrieve a lost item, so grateful 🥲 The rooms are clean, the lobby & decor is vintage cheek, as promised but the room hallways need new flooring bad. VERY difficult to roll luggage on and they appear to be very old , stained from a past leak or something and have a strong old smell, making a bad impression on the otherwise nice place. Great location for sure, the beach and restaurants are just behind this place.

The hotel is lovely, with a nice location set away from the downtown area and brilliant views. The food was good and the pool environment very pleasant, without loud music. Even though the gym was being renovated, they had moved the equipment to vacant rooms, which felt rather strange but was much better than not offering any workout facilities. We would stay here again if we return to Miami. Unfortunately, a member of staff walked into the room when I was getting out of the shower, even though we had the door not disturb sign on. Mistakes happen, and although the incident was upsetting and embarrassing, it was the attitude of the manager that made it a disappointing end to the stay. While all other members of staff were highly apologetic, the manager, Aila, was incredibly rude and confrontational, claiming that ‘your check out was at 1pm so you shouldn’t be in the room’. When I explained that we had a late check-out at 4pm, as confirmed by a receptionist the previous day, she responded ’no’. She communicated in a very hostile way, saying ‘I see you want us to take the blame’ (we had not made any sort of personal accusation) and implied that we were lying about having late check-out. Overall, her communication was entirely unprofessional and shocking from a manager at a luxury hotel group such as Mandarin Oriental. We could tell that the other staff members were frankly embarrassed by her, and several of them apologised to us individually following our interaction. The front office manager did follow up concerning the incident by email, so I believe that the issue is with this one particular staff member, rather than a systematic problem within the hotel. Nonetheless, Mandarin Oriental should be more selective about whom they choose to represent them.

The experience from the first step on property was magnificent. We received prompt and friendly service, a lovely hibiscus tea on arrival, quick bag service, and a variety of complementary amenities and food and service credits for using our Amex. The room views are magical. The balcony is gorgeous with panoramic views of the entire Miami skyline and water. Our room has a cutout from the bathroom/ tub through the room and out of the balcony. There are views of the area from every single spot in the room; even the toilet, if you care to leave the door open. The room has lots of hidden gems, from a little tray for complimentary shoe shines to slippers and robes already laid out, artistic and delicious truffles, chargers and ports everywhere, luxurious (and not overwhelmingly scented) bath and body products, and a postcard they will mail from the concierge for you. The only ding against the room is the bathroom. There is an incredibly small sink/ vanity space with one sink and two slim, short countertops on either side that are already mostly full with the complimentary toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kit, shower caps, etc.) and washcloths. The shower was easy to miss at first, tucked in the corner with an awkward shape. The shower head is small and oddly close to the wall, but it is adjustable. No bidet, which I only mention because our Biscayne Bay hotel had one and that hotel wasn't nearly as nice. Food on site has been impressive. Breakfast was lovely at La Mar. Delicious food, polite and prompt service, and once again amazing views. The pool lunch was the best one I've ever had. There are quality, fresh ingredients and a fun spin on classic food, like the truffle honey grilled cheese with comté, aged cheddar, arugula, and of course truffle honey. The fries are perfect. The concierge, David, was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations. He was able to get us a same-day reservation at a top restaurant in the area with high demand and no public availability. All of his suggestions from the menu were excellent and he was so kind. The spa is relaxing and tranquil. There are limited facilities, but good ones. The women's area has a sauna, steam room, and relaxation room (with comfy chairs and a few snacks). The showers here make up for the ones in the room. Four overhead showerheads, four on the wall, and a handheld sprayer. There is a touch screen with various lighting modes (thunderstorm is soothing and even has flashes of lightning). The Bluetooth feature was not working, but you can set the set exact temperature of the water and toggle each shower head section on and off. Overall, this has been a relaxing and incredibly wonderful stay. We have one more night before we leave, and we're already trying to figure out when we can come back.

It is a very interesting hotel in a very interesting location. You have all the benefits of being in downtown Brickell, while being on a separate island. The views of the other buildings on the island, across the water, and of the south lawn and small beach area are nice.

We stayed for Ultra, easy walk back and forth. The service from valet, bellman, front desk, room service, & house keeping was all fantastic. I had one of the best massages ever by Macy, a 80 minute therapeutic. Rooms + View of Miami Bay was great for how old the hotel is, they will be going under renovation in the near year for a 4-6 year rebuild where there will be two towers a Mandarin Oriental hotel & residences. If you order room service order the Guava French toast for breakfast, & the Airline chicken with Lemon Citrus dressing & mashed potatoes for dinner you’ll love it. Thank you - Xièxie Mandarin Team!

Best location by the bay. Beautiful view from the room. Nice outdoor pool. Best staff for us was the old bellman. He is really welcome and friendly. Breakfast has good standard but room service/ pool bar in lunch and restaurant in the evening have a food taste much better. Receptionist sometime can be really confused.

I recently stayed at the Kimpton Hotel in Miami and overall had a wonderful experience. The amenities were excellent, the room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view from the deck was absolutely spectacular a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Miami atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything you’d want to see and do in the city. The only downside was that while we were on the deck, we overheard what sounded like a couple arguing quite aggressively from the floor above us, and we could even hear them from inside our room. It went on for a while and was a bit unsettling. Aside from that incident, our stay was great and I would still recommend the hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and amazing location.

We had a little problem with our check-in, but the front desk staff were really kind and helpful. We got to upgrade our room to the suite and it was a dream!! The most beautiful view I’ve ever seen 🌴✨ The hotel was very close to everything, which was super convenient. The only downside was the restaurant service — we thought as hotel guests it would be fine to just have a salad and a drink, but the staff seemed really annoyed and the service was incredibly rude. Still, the hotel itself was gorgeous, the staff at the front were kind, the views were out of this world, the pool was nice, the beds were comfy, and overall it was pretty affordable. Would definitely come back! 🩷

TL;DR: Great for regular members, but disappointing for elite members. Intercontinental Miami honors the elite member a lot better. Cons: As a Diamond Elite, I received no upgrade for a 4-night stay — despite multiple inquiries. The front desk’s attitude made it clear they prioritize selling last-minute paid upgrades over recognizing elite loyalty. The excuses were inconsistent, such as “your stay is too long, so we can’t upgrade you.” And I clearly see room available online! Pros: • Excellent food — breakfast includes freshly squeezed juice daily. • Clean, modern rooms, and housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The 2 stars are purely for the great food and room cleanliness. Everything else fell short of elite expectations.

stayed at this Miami hotel for a family event in the area. The hotel itself was conveniently located for the events i was attending, and the area itself was ok -- there were places to run/walk outdoors, and shopping/food in the area was easy to find. I felt that the area was relatively safe -- at no time did i feel like i was in a high crime area, etc. As for the hotel itself, and its services...... First the guest room... nothing too special; the beds were comfortable, and the shower was fine. The deck was great to sit out in, and relax, but it was so loud outside that one couldn't relax!! It wasn't only loud for a little while, but pretty much for our entire stay (day & night!!) Most (if not all) of the noise was no fault of the hotel, but of what was happening outside -- once the sliding doors to the deck were closed, it was quiet inside! Lastly about being outside was the odor of marijuana that was often in the air -- maybe being a smoke-free facility could help with that?? Next -- the fitness center... the fitness center itself was fine -- plenty of machines there to use, and most were in good condition... I was excited to use the fitness center, as the hotel's website indicated that they had peloton bike for use -- but there weren't any to be found there! i can't comment on any of the hotel's restaurants, as none were visited during our stay..

The room itself was pretty basic imo. The hotel does have great views though. Valet area can get extremely crowded. Not to mention majority of the valet staff was beyond rude. Only encountered 1 nice one the entire 5 day stay. One of them almost hit me with a car twice. Also, every single time i went to leave it would take forever to receive my car. There was multiple times i left around 4-5am and the valet area was completely empty but yet it still took 30 minutes to receive my car?

Rooms are fine. Location is good except the entrance is always backed up to the street light. Front desk staff is good. Food at zuma and the 16th floor breakfast spot is great. Best part. Pool has potential but is always lacking energy for some reason

I gave this hotel this rating because of it's housekeeping staff that's lazy. When we arrived to the hotel neither bed had blankets on them only thin sheets. I had to go and fetch blankets. We brought food back to room and went out and came back and it had been thrown in the trash. Went in the bathroom and same food that had been waste on floor the day before was still there, but she called herself had cleaned our room. Housekeepers should never touch people personal items. I didn't particularly care for how the bathroom are designed first time seeing one designed like this. The bathroom has a big square window cut out with no glass in it. So if you have a guess they can hear you fart, poop, burp and possibly see you naked. Absolutely no privacy with the exception of a blind. In addition the rooms aren't worth the money they charge. For this to be a high end hotel rooms had no microwave or refrigerator is a shame. The pillows are flat and the bed is totally uncomfortable. The only thing they have going for them is the stunning views, excellent location, and rooftop pool that's not enough to be a good hotel when everything else sucks and you aren't comfortable.

From the moment we pulled up, everything about this stay was exceptional. The bellman David greeted us with a warm smile and handled our arrival like true hospitality royalty. Check-in was smooth and friendly the front desk team made us feel right at home. Within minutes of settling into our room, Juan arrived with a tray of little gourmet danishes. That personal touch was such a pleasant surprise and set the tone for the rest of our stay. We also reserved a cabana by the pool, and it came stocked with complimentary fresh fruit and a chilled bottle of rosé — the perfect touch for relaxing poolside. The entire property is beautiful and easy to find using Google Maps — valet and parking were a breeze. The pool area is stunning with an amazing view, and the food and drinks on-site are every bit as good as you’d hope. Customer service here is honestly above five-star level. Every staff member we met went out of their way to make our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this property for anyone who wants seamless service, great food and drinks, and true hospitality from arrival to checkout.

My husband and I enjoyed our trip here. The service was top notch. The vibes are great. Laid back and calm and the pool is amazing! If you want a relaxing place to stay in Miami go here. I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent staff were attentive, welcoming, and truly went out of their way to make the experience comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making it a relaxing retreat after a long day. The highlight for me was definitely the pool area it was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and the perfect place to unwind. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would gladly stay here again!

Stayed here for a couple of nights at the beginning of July. I had a cityscape king room sponsored by an interviewer and it was pretty nice and spacious. The check-in desk is at the 7th floor (if I remember correctly), and you have to always transfer elevators there to get to your room. There's also an Equinox in the building, on the 4th floor (again, if I remember correctly). They have a nice long pool with lots of seating around, and I went for a swim Tuesday evening around 6:30pm - had it to myself. It's very close to the baywalk, so that was convenient for someone like me who likes to run around to explore new places. When I called an Uber to the airport, he kept getting confused about the entrance to the hotel, and to be fair, it took me a couple of instances of going out on walks too to figure out exactly which one belonged to this hotel. On the way to the pool, you have to walk by a restaurant (Bahia?) and you always get the strong smell of seafood - this was the only thing I didn't like about this hotel.

The Four Seasons truly lives up to its reputation for excellence. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms were beautifully designed, with every detail carefully considered, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was both luxurious and relaxing. Dining was outstanding, and the amenities made our stay unforgettable.

Spent 3 night here and it was definitely not what I expected. We reserved the ocean view room. Well, when we got there we received a room facing the other hotel building, with a slight opening of the ocean on the right side if you were to peak out from your balcony. We went to the reception area to change it, yet were given an even worse room. The receptionist and manager made it seem like we were causing a scene and being a nuisance, which we definitely weren’t as we were just trying to get what we payed for. He said all other rooms with the ocean view were booked but what he could do is provide us with a $200 credit coupon. And that wasn’t even per person… It is a totally unacceptable compensation, considering we spent close to $3k for the room. At this point I would expect them to upgrade us to a better room level since it was their fault??? Another disappointment was also the service in the restaurants. One evening we came down to eat and after ordering had no sight of our waiter for 1.5 hours. We then had to chase down a waiter and ask if our order was placed. He said there’s a delay because there is a 20+ people party that came in front of us, but it was clear they lost our order as he had to take it all down again. Overall, the location is great but I would recommend considering staying at a different hotel in the area. The customer service was shocking for this level of an establishment and you’re probably better off not spending your money here.

Rating is based on American Airlines rewards points: we decided to use our travel points at this location rather than an ocean villa in Cancun. That was a massive mistake. Upon checking in, we found out that American Airlines brokers or paid for specific rooms to use to do offer these awards. The level of service in our American Airlines owned room was trash, it was dirty, no one cleaned our room the entire 3 days we were there- we had to throw away our own trash that piled up, get new sheets from the service carts and storage areas. It was very frustrating bc had we known this, we would have not booked here. It really ruined our vacation. The only vacation we take a year. We then stayed in our last night with Marriott points- and the rooms were noticeable different from cleanliness to mattresses, to level of service from the service staff. I highly recommend for Ritz to either step in and manage these properties that they are selling off for rewards, or hold a higher standard for these tenants- or cancel the contract. The other part of this is learning the industry of airline points- if they do this at the Ritz Carlton, then no property is safe. Had I booked in Cancun, would I have gotten the same level of shit? We are going through American Airlines to discuss our complaints- but I think Ritz needs to take this down vote bc it’s on them for not managing the properties / rooms according to the same guest standards. I should give a 1 star review. Room I stayed in: 384 Stayed in this room: 04/21-04/24 - Fan does not work properly, only works at one speed and going the incorrect direction blowing heat rather than cool air - fluffy dust and hair and filth around the room, behind head boards, found random squish toy under the bed - bathroom smelled like pee - bath tub noticeable dirty - about 3-4 baby cribs and pack n plays stored randomly taking up closet space and under the bathroom vanity - no one serviced our room or asked if we needed anything- we had to go into the service areas to drop off our trash and get new towels and sheets- made our own beds- Every time we attempted to get help, we were told we had to go through American Airlines- no customer service person was willing to go above and beyond to make anything happen. I felt like we were camping. Shame on your service staff.

Avoid this hotel at all cost! We stayed 5 nights and had experience of 2 -3 stars hotel instead of 5 star for $999 a night. The air conditioning doesn’t work - it is very hot in the room. The AC doesn’t work; the fridge doesn’t work. I can’t breathe all night long . It is a sweat shop The room is old, the bathroom is old fashioned and SMALL. The rain shower doesn’t fit the small cubic shower room. I can’t move while showering. Such a bad experience at the $1000 a night hotel. Can’t wait for my vacation here to be OVER

Had stayed at this location before but our recent stay was far below Ritz Carlton standards and our expectations. Upon arrival at check in time our room was not ready. We were asked to go to the bar and wait so that our room would be made ready. We checked in on Saturday and on Sunday morning when I was tying my shoelaces I noticed 4-5 large clipped fingernails on the floor. Needless to say I had never seen this at a Ritz Carlton or any hotel for that matter. Keep in mind this is after we had been asked to wait until our room would be made available. We called and spoke with a gentleman named Pablo who was apologetic and promised that this would be addressed with the hotel manager and the room would be immediately cleaned. The next day, again while putting on my shoes I noticed 3 of the large clipped fingernails that I had seen the day before on the floor. No one from management had called us yet. When I went to speak with management again, they were very apologetic and offered to refund the equivalent of one night stay which we thought was a nice gesture and accepted. Upon check-out this refund was not applied yet we were assured by Astrid that the refund would be received in the next few days. It has now been over 6 weeks since we have checked out and after speaking with Paola (another supervisor) who assured us that this refund is on the way, and numerous phone calls and messages left for Paola we still have not received a refund. A hotel in this class level should hold its self to a higher standard and should not defraud its guests by promising a refund which they never issued. This is extremely disappointing and aggravating. I will never stay at this facility again and strongly recommend others to stay away as well.

This hotel is really nice! They staff is great! I went there for a work meeting and I really enjoyed myself! You really don't need to go anywhere else. There's plenty to do at the resort. The rooms are clean! The bars located inside are great! The outside decor is beautiful. I can agree with some of the reviews the rooms might be a little outdated, but it's not that bad. I highly recommend this place and I would love to return! It's right on the beach, and I loved every minute of it!

The hotel is very very tired. The rooms were dirty - both dust and dirt everywhere plus stains on the sofa in our room. The spa area is also very tired. I guess they have a renovation coming soon so that will likely improve. We had a horrific experience with housekeeping where during turn down they sprayed very strong air freshener directly onto the bed and pillows which was overpowering and gave us an awful headache. We only discovered this after dinner and we asked to have the bedding changed so we could sleep and somehow that took 90 minutes. It was a comedy of errors with the people changing the bedding stripping the bed down to a stained and dirty bare mattress (disgusting) at 11:30 pm at night and then disappearing for almost 50 minutes with not a word from anyone about where they were or when or even if they would return. It was awful as we desperately wanted to go to bed. We never received any apology at all - “the housekeeping manager will call you” - but they never did. The food/ drinks and service at the restaurants were good but we were there for a group event and the catered dinners were truly awful. Almost completely inedible.

My mom stayed at the standard when visiting me in miami! Everything was so nice, including the pool service and spa service. My top suggestion is to use the spa of you stay here and add a massage service with Holly. I have chronic pain as a young adult unfortunately from an injury and Holly completely understood the assignment. She was so sweet and accommodating as well. A must stay in Miami Beach

The spa is definitely the highlight of staying here! Great, spacious facilities and an impressive services menu. There's also a really nice gym on-site with quality equipment, complete with clean, spacious locker rooms and showers. The pool, cold plunge and waterfall hot tub are quite nice as well. There's also a dock where you can arrange for water experiences. On-site cafe, speakeasy, and restaurant all exceeded our expectations. The main restaurant has a great view, especially at sunset, and the food was outstanding. The common area garden and courtyard are quaint and cozy and offer shaded lounge chairs, swings, and a firepit in the evening. The "resort" is adults only, so there are no children on the property; however, it's pet friendly, so during our stay, there were quite a lot of dogs staying as well. While I found that to be semi-charming, I know that's not for everyone. The dogs were allowed almost everywhere on the property, including the cafe and restaurant. The rooms themselves are bungalow style - simple, yet elegant, but not all fully updated. Also, we came for a girls' spa weekend, and the accommodations definitely favor more a romantic getaway than a girls' weekend in terms of room availability and setup. The bed was also a little firmer than expected. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others - especially the spa experience!

Spent quite a lot for a facial for my birthday. The facial was amazing! Shout out to Andrea who was the massage therapist. The atmosphere was nice except cleaning staff kept walking into the hallway behind the relaxation lounge to take personal phone calls. It was loud and seemed a little much for the amount I spent to enjoy the other amenities of the spa. Also, the man working the front desk in the lobby was horribly rude to our entire party and seemed very put out to be there on Sunday afternoon. It just overall wasn’t as great as I had envisioned and I wouldn’t spend that much again there.

Honestly! If you want a spot to step into like another Miami portal and get away yet still be within the circle of Miami.. This is the spot! You simply talk to the front desk to explore the opportunities this hotel offers with their laid back service it feels like anything is possible for a relaxing night. They have so many lounging options indoor / OUTDOOR.. By the fire on hanging swinging chairs .. So if you need a moment to zone out and playfully discuss life / ideas come to this spot highly recommend!

This hotel is amazing, and the pool and the spa are fantastic. I came here with friends on a weekend and everything was top notch. Service was wonderful, and they have the kindest team. Fabio helped me out a lot and talking to him was great, he's the best. Would recommend to anyone !!!

The overall experience was ok. The room was mediocre and styled like a bleak hospital room from the 1940's. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep the whole night. When we checked out the next day the person at the counter asked us how our experience was and I told him "it was ok, I couldn't sleep the whole night because the bed was so uncomfortable" and he just kind of shrugged his shoulders, didn't really try to care. My favorite part was the speakeasy and the pools. The turkish spa was ok, a bit crowded.

I stayed at this hotel from August 21 to 23, and it was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I was never even given a room key. For the entire stay, every time I wanted to enter my own room, I had to hunt down a staff member, ride the elevator with them, and have them unlock the door for me. It was incredibly inconvenient. I even found myself feeling awkwardly apologetic toward the staff, while in reality I was the one being inconvenienced. On top of that, I had to wait around for them to make time for me every single time I needed to go back to my room. The staff were shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. They completely ignored my complaints, dismissed my frustration, and repeatedly told me things like, “There’s nothing I can do,” or “You’ll have to talk to the manager.” Instead of helping, they made it clear they couldn’t care less about a guest’s basic comfort or dignity. This wasn’t just poor service, it was a disgrace. My stay was ruined from start to finish. If you are considering a hotel in Miami, avoid this one at all costs. It’s the single worst hotel I’ve ever dealt with, and it doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.

Stayed for one night on a Saturday and we do not recommend staying here if you are given a lower floor. We were put in room 205 on the second floor and you can hear very loud music from a club that’s either below the hotel or connected nearby as the bass will also vibrate through the walls. Continuous from 10pm-4am. We slept with earplugs and we also kept the AC running to muffle the noise but it did not help. Doors also slam easily and you can hear everything in the hallways. Offered a refund of the $40.00 resort fee for the issue but the invoice is not clear and unsure if I will get this refund. Room itself was cosy and the bed was comfortable, maybe considered very small for some but for one night the size was adequate for two people. Front desk manager, Rudy, was very friendly and tried to get us the best room possible as Diamond members, but the hotel was fully booked. All other staff we encountered were indifferent.

The location is absolutely unbeatable. You're within easy walking distance of endless shopping and incredible food options. Plus, South Beach is right across the street! Despite being in a very lively area, I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough! It's the perfect blend of style, service, and location.

Everything here was perfect and beautiful. Great pool, gym, service and rooms. There was even construction across from one of our rooms but it actually added to the excitement. I’ve never watched buildings get built right in front of me. It was actually really cool.

The staff are nice and the lobby is nicely decorated. However we’ll never stay there again. This hotel is a disgrace to the Hilton brand. We were there for 1 night - less than 24 hrs. When we got our car back from the valet, it had been used - the passenger seat was far back, its charging cord pulled out from storage so they were charging devices, the temperature and its settings (which require manually changing buttons) were all changed. The weather was not extreme enough to justify the changes. If you valet park and have a way to check your car’s movements, you should activate those settings. That was the icing on the cake because our room only had hot water in the sink, the shower light was burned out and there were stains on the floor from the ac vent above leaking. Our toilet tank only filled up sometimes so the toilet wouldn’t flush half the time. We were traveling with friends and their room was worse - the ceiling above their toilet was dripping paint on them and there was a puddle of paint on the floor around the toilet. The breakfast service was extremely slow. Our friends arrived first and despite bring nearly empty, were ignored for 10 minutes. During breakfast at 10am they tested the fire alarm service - that’s fine since it’s an important safety measure - however it went off throughout the hotel for an hour and a half. The sirens were ear splitting. We had to leave the hotel to get away from it. Im not sure if I can upload a brief video but will try. Never again.

The room was stylish and spotless, with a super comfortable bed, luxe linens, and a sleek bathroom. We especially loved the rooftop pool—perfect for relaxing with a drink and taking in the Miami sunshine. The on-site dining was excellent too. The Italian restaurant had delicious dishes and a cozy, upscale vibe. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in delivering a great guest experience. Whether you’re visiting Miami for the beach, the nightlife, or a bit of both, the Gale Hotel is a perfect base. We’ll definitely be returning!

Not the first time staying here-we are Hilton loyal-but after this visit I'd think twice. The biggest issue for us was the restaurant is under construction and there is no mention on the website about it. This meant that for any drinks or dinners close by we had to make plans elsewhere. The second issue would be the lack of upkeep in general. From the front porch-never wiped down or power washed or organized (although I did see someone sweeping) made it unreasonable to sit outside to pass some time or have a glass of wine (from the liquor store next door)without wiping down tables and chairs purselves. There was a persistent leak at the bottom of the stairs near the entrance which was being worked on at one point during our 3 night stay. The rooms need a deep clean. Our upgrade had us down graded from a king to a queen with a balcony that needed to be cleaned as well and was unusable because of storm passing through-the weather being noones fault. Our room had dirt on the carpet, no vacuum marks and the corners and edges were covered in dust. All of this is easily fixed with a spot check by the manager of different rooms every day. The desk staff didn't always acknowledge us when we would walk in. I've come to expect more from Hilton properties and although I'll be back for the revamped restaurant headed by Chef Paolo I'm not sure I'll stay for the mediocre room and staff.

Fisher Island, FL: The general manager is from Hamburg, Germany, and has been running Fisher Island impeccably for the last half-decade. It seems like this paradise has no problems, beautiful people, private and secluded, with beautiful beaches. Day rate rooms with a resort fee are available, otherwise this is an equity Island.

Had to go here on business. Very professional operation. All the people I interacted with - at every level - were kind. Being that you go from Miami Beach (an island) to another island Fisher Island by ferry, you come into contact with a lot of staff. Security was seamless, deckhands professional, arrival impeccable and seemingly impossibly knowing who this guy is and where he needs to go. Kudos to the support team.

Marina docking, service and views are premium, yet relaxing experiences. Family friendly environment with open fields, golf, tennis and water activities to fill the days.

The Shelborne is a fabulous hotel. I stayed in the accessible partial ocean double room and it was clean spacious and perfect for my two friends and I. We had an amazing time during our 3 day stay. The beach chairs were so comfy and service was 5-star level from the valet and front desk staff, to those who worked at the pool and the beach. Everyone was so nice, professional and accommodating. A huge thank you to Will, Guillermo, and Jenny for welcoming me when I arrived. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I’m back in Miami.

I stayed at the Shelbourne as we were hosting an event on the Terrace. Event space was beautiful and unique, overlooking the pool. Rooms were small but had all the amenities, the grounds were clean, and the beach access and location on Collins was amazing. I wanted to specifically call out that the staff and service were impeccable - the front desk staff were personable, the doormen were so helpful, and the lounge and pool staff were friendly and engaging. I want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Jenny, who went above and beyond tracking down my iPad for hours, which was inadvertently left in the room safe in an inconspicuous, hard to find way. She not only found it but was able to send it back to me, no problem - above and beyond! I would stay here again!

A special shoutout to Adrian and the morning manager, who were both incredibly kind and helpful. Truly, every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, modern, and immaculately clean. We are very particular when it comes to room cleanliness, and we don’t say this lightly: this was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. Every detail was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we left feeling refreshed and taken care of. We will definitely be returning to Proper by Shelborne on our next trip to Miami. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Shelborne by Proper. The decor and design of this hotel are truly beautiful and feel like home. The staff throughout the hotel were always friendly and ready to help with a smile. We enjoyed the daily happy hour at their bar after a day at the beach and pool. Housekeeping kept our room very clean. We also appreciated the attentiveness of the bellman, Adrian. Thank you for a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Such a great restaurant for a date night super romantic and the food was absolutely amazing! I had an incredible experience from the moment we walked in. The attention to detail in everything from the ambiance to the service was top-tier. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. This place did not disappoint, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a lovely dinner at Casa Tua Miami Beach, seated on their charming outdoor terrace facing the street. The service was impeccable, although our waiter’s limited English made it a bit difficult to understand the specials of the day. Still, we were pleased with the menu options and decided to share several dishes, which were well-portioned and satisfying. The cocktails were exceptionally good, but the dessert menu wasn’t particularly impressive, so we chose to skip dessert. Overall, the atmosphere and vibes were stronger than the food itself, but I would gladly return for the exceptional setting and cozy ambiance.

For Miami Beach it’s a wonderful place to dine for a celebration or just a meal with friends. The decor is tasteful and maybe not elegant but it’s nice. The hostess station was very accommodating. Our waiter from Serbia not only had personality but was helpful in our selections. Support staff needs a refresher course on serving. You don’t hand the plate across the table instead of serving it from the left. My mother would have been horrified. The food was good especially the cacio e peppe but would have been better if they had brought out some parmigiana reggiano to sprinkle on top. But the show stopper was the simple MIKY salad. The salad green melange with citrus dressing was simple but divine. It was the best marriage of salad fixings: magnifica insalata numero uno in Miami-Simply the best! I am a fan of vitello or veal. This veal was good but not great. It was overcooked and the sauce should have been lighter. The sauce overpowered the flavor of the veal. At the end chocolate molten cake was served and was delicious but its presentation was lacking. It looked like it was just plopped on the plate. I am a big fan of gelato. This maybe wasn’t the standards of Giolitti’s in Rome but for Miami Beach it was pretty good. The color of one flavor was rather shocking and not natural looking. The only thing off putting was the white sangria. Ugh! Wine list A ok. Final thought: È buono, si. È ottimo , no. Is it Le Pergola in Rome, no ; but for Italian food in Miami Beach it’s a nice evening out.

After we accidentally went to the wrong Casa Tua, they still waited for us and welcomed us in the best way, Francesca and Felipe where a delight to have as servers, they definitely made sure we had a great time and a that we tried the best dishes, and we where immensely grateful to the cooks at the kitchen because even though we arrived at 10:30 they still prepared all of our meal's. We will surely come back soon!

What a lovely little restaurant – we had a reservation. The location is super cute, especially the garden outside. Service was good. For starters, we had beef carpaccio. As main courses, we ordered pappardelle bolognese & cacio e pepe. The cacio e pepe was absolutely amazing! Both pastas were great, but that one was truly outstanding! I will definitely be coming back.

Best meal we’ve eaten in forever. The food was phenomenal. The service was beyond. Ambiance was everything we could dream of and more. Worth every dollar and minute.

The stay was okay. The room was clean, bathroom small. The bed was clean but not the most comfortable. The pillows were over stuffed and was difficult to get a good night sleep. The pool was my favorite part, make sure to get there early or the beds become all taken up. I would consider it a family friendly pool environment - not the trendy nightclub scene like next door. A lot of families with good music. The restaurant is good...staff was friendly.

While the hotel might not have the reputation of years past as the "it" place to be, it's still a great hotel in a wonderful location with fun pool and atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and the property is beautifully designed with white flowing curtains, a great bar (the Rose Bar) and good breakfast eating. The rooms are still stark white and a bit dated but worthy of this upscale hotel. While there were some kids around, it's a more adult hotel. If you want an amazing drink, go to the Rose Bar and ask if Steve is serving; he's a great guy and superb bartender.

We enjoyed this hotel; it had a cool patio and pool area. At first we got a room that was not cooling down but the hotel staff made it right and upgraded us to a bigger, cooler room. The hallways were dark but the rooms were so white and bright. We liked the little apple stand in the room as well as their soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. Nice touches!

Total awesomeness. Our poolside bungalow was perfect. Clean with everything pure white... down to the Carrera marble in the bathroom. The staff was exceptional... always a smile...always asking if you needed anything and always happy to get it for you. Food was awesome. The bottles of Champagne never seemed to stop at brunch. Good music around the pool... i can’t wait to get back for another long weekend!!!!

I did not stay at the hotel but hang around the bar several times at night. Love the lobby decor! The best part of the bar is to be able to get a drink and relax on beach chairs by the infinity pool - beautiful view. They even had a table with chairs inside the pool on the shallow part which was quite cool. If you are new to SOBE this is definitely a place to check out - it is always busy. It was not overcrowded any time I went. The only reason I gave it 4 stars are the bartenders. I found them snobby and they charged more than the menu price twice. We didn't say anything at the time but may be we should've. So watch your bill.

It's been a while since I've been here. It's pretty, it's pricey, but it's old and it shows. Don't get me wrong they keep it furnished to hide many of the flaws, and the service is really good. Is it going to be a brand new Vegas style hotel no? The pool is nice and heated and they do provide some nice privacy. If you want a really nice club like day club experience probably want Hyde Beach. If you want chill this is really nice.

This hotel is no way no how a 5 star resort. I literally bought the most expensive hotel out of all my search results and paid over $4,000.00 for 6 nights. I get here and the bed is worst than a motel 6. No soft blankets just sheets and rough waffle thin layer if you request one. The room was supposed to be ocean view. There’s not one ocean view and only one window which faces the street. I was looking forward to a catered 5 star vacation experience and this hotel is a huge disappointment. If I stay in a $700 room I expect a comfortable bed. They don’t even have queen beds for god sake, they are doubles with awful mattresses. I will be talking to the manager about changing hotels because I can’t even sleep on this cheap bed.

Amazing resort were you can play golf, tennis, amazing pools, or if you just want to relax you can spend the day at the Spa with different treatments, finish the night at two amazing restaurants with great food and service. You can have your wedding or birthday or special occasions in one of the most beautiful and luxurious banquet rooms this resort has to offer. Well recommended the best resorts in Miami. The best golf courses in miami are at the Trump National Doral Miami.

Great location and crazy hard golf. The staff here is amazing. The rooms could use an update; strange smell in our room. The golf and amenities make up for it because how long are you really in the room anyways? A lot of Miami International plane traffic, but I think that is pretty cool. Played Blue Monster, Golden Palm and Red Tiger tomorrow. Will definitely come here again

I have been coming to Doral since 2018 and really love the property. Recently, you can feel this property is on the ascent and is getting even better! Restaurants: 1. BLT Prime had excellent service, the food was very good, and the presentation was nice! They have really stepped up their game. 2. Palm Grill @ the pool: I previously had mixed experiences here, but recently the food has been excellent for lounging by the pool. The attendant provided excellent service and made sure we always had drinks. Very happy. 3. The Living Room: this is a new addition to the property. The room is nicely appointed, and the drinks were good. Our waitress was very sweet. Room: I like all the rooms I have stayed in here. Highly, highly recommend the Spa rooms for their luxurious amenities and comfort. Mickael and the team at Doral are doing an incredible job! Can’t wait to come back.

The hotel is opulent but tastefully decorated, and I feel it strikes a nice balance. The hotel itself, the rooms, and the suites are very well appointed; no detail was left unconsidered. The grounds are immaculate, the service is attentive, and the hotel restaurant is fantastic. A word of warning, every service the hotel provides is monetized, so that one could easily wind up with some unexpected upcharge at checkout.

Great getaway in Doral - beautiful property and views of the golf course. Large property with every restaurant facing the golf course with tons of events. Great service in upstairs lounge known as "living room" with Brianna and Shaun. Nice ambiance, live music on weekends, delicious food options and overall very nice place to eat and mingle! I am a perfectionist. At every one of 12 hotels I had stayed in Florida I would find fault. However when I came to Trump Doral I couldn't find one. It is heaven on earth. Everything is absolutely perfect. The staff are incredible, food absolutely delicious and the grounds immaculate. 800 acres and four golf courses! Beautiful outdoor pool area . I fell in love with the place!!

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had! Top notch customer service from the moment we stepped in the door! Our suite was absolutely beautiful. Two balconies, full size living room and dining room. Bar fully stocked with premium liquor! We were there on Memorial Day weekend, but that didn’t impact the quality of the service! We were thoroughly impressed and plan to return for a staycation!

Hey guys, I have to shout out the Ritz Carlton in Coconut Grove Miami. This place followed up an already amazing birthday cruise with Virgin Voyage. I came in and the ladies at the front were so helpful, they got me situated and in my room with in minutes of me being on property. The room was great and they upgraded me to a partial bay view. I would have never noticed, the views were awesome. Then a couple hours later I answered the door and they sent me a bottle of Champagne and a slice of some absolutely delicious cake. Then came dinner...forget about it. Was it spendy ya but it was so good and the service was so on point. I have to encourage anyone who has the opportunity to stay with this hospitality team, do it

My recent three-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and cared for by an exceptional team of employees who truly represent the spirit of the Ritz-Carlton. Upon arrival, Desmond took care of my car with great professionalism, and Steve, the bellman, assisted me with my luggage and ensured I was settled comfortably in my room. At the front desk, Christina provided one of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had — she went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home from the very start until the day I checked out. There was a small misunderstanding with one of the front desk agents, Lucas, regarding an additional night’s reservation I had to make my own reservation through Expedia, Because he told they were no rooms available Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing as I felt dismissed and unacknowledged during our conversation. However, I want to sincerely thank Manager Garcia, who handled the situation with grace and professionalism. He immediately resolved the issue, offered a kind gesture with drinks and extra Marriott points, and made me feel truly valued again. During my stay, I also had the pleasure of dining at Isabelle’s Restaurant, where Franklin, my server, delivered top-tier service. The hostess and the rest of the staff were equally delightful, and the food was absolutely excellent. Aside from that one minor hiccup, my experience at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere, hospitality, and attention to detail make it a truly special place. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Billing Issues: The billing was confusing and inconsistent, making the check-out process frustrating and unprofessional. For a five-star property, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. Hygiene Problems: Cleanliness was shockingly poor. We were moved through multiple rooms, each with serious hygiene issues—stained linens, dirty bathrooms, and an overall lack of basic housekeeping. Even worse, my partner developed a large rash on her shoulder that has not gone away, raising serious concerns about the hotel’s sanitation and safety standards. Discrimination: Most disturbing of all, the in-room television displayed “Chidnese” instead of my actual name. The hotel dismissed this as an “error,” but I find that explanation far too convenient. Whether intentional or not, the result was the same: I was reduced to a racial label in a Ritz-Carlton property. That is offensive, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. This stay has left me angry, disappointed, and questioning how this property can carry the Ritz-Carlton name. Five-star hotels are supposed to deliver respect, dignity, and impeccable service. What I experienced here was the complete opposite.

The stay was one of the worst , I came here for my honeymoon but y experience was bad and they told us they would give us an upgrade room but it wasn’t worth it because the room was really standard as the. Same if The Ritz Carlton reputation , there were a lot of insects . The phone service didn’t work except for number 0 . We wanted to make a reservation for a Dior cafe and talked to the Concierge in the hotel but they didn’t even help us at all ! I would not recommend to stay in this hotel in Miami especially I went to the ritz in all over the world but didn’t find any problem like i did in Miami .

My husband and I have stayed at the Ritz before. Impeccable rooms, service, and amenities. However, this particular one was no better than a Hampton Inn. My room was dated, rust and stains in the bathroom ( I had a king suite), the floors had scuff marks and divots. I booked that particular one because my sister who has cancer was going to the Baptist hospital for treatments. I wanted to try and make her experience a better one by trying to book Spa treatments while we were there. I called the spa and voicemail said they were only open half the week. I tried calling the concierge to get good places to eat in the area and the phone rang and rang. Called back same thing. In the morning tried to call for room service and had to continue calling about 6-7 times before anyone answered. Food was subpar. It’s something you’d get at a Chilis, not a five star hotel. If you want the Ritz experience don’t go to this one! On a positive note. The spa called me back when they opened and speaking to Jessica about my sister having cancer, she said she went through it with her sister as well. She then offered to have the chef make some chicken soup and send it to my room. What a wonderful gesture. I was very grateful and so was my sister. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. After staying at 3 Kimpton locations across the state, i have gathered that all of the effort and money is put into designing a lobby that tricks you into believing you're in a luxury hotel, while the rooms are dirtier and more damaged than you could find even at EconoLodge. You can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms around you and i mean literally e v e r y t h i n g. The couple next to us were screaming, cussing each other out, and blasting music well past 3 am. The beach was covered in plastic, garbage, and cigarette butts, and despite the "no smoking" signs every where, they do nothing to enforce it. There were parents taking infants in diapers into the shared pool. The door to our balcony was completely broken and didn't latch shut completely and the lock was hanging broken, so we got bit up by mosquitoes and the door kept blowing open. There were urine stains dripping down the wall and all over the baseboards of the bathroom. There's a light directly outside the bedroom window that isn't attached to any of the light switches so you can't turn it off at night. The balconies are only separated by fake plants so there's no privacy whatsoever. This is more similar to a cheap motel than a supposed 4 star resort.

Great location and a really nice place. It’s not huge, so they only have two dining/drinking options but both weee very good. The service was fantastic across the board. All staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made for a great, relaxing time away from home. Thanks!

Charming Boutique Hotel Just Steps from the Beach I had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so convenient to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with a cozy, stylish vibe that feels both relaxed and refined. The room is a bit small. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a well-appointed spot near the beach, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel's location and facilities are excellent, but although the staff were polite, the quality of service was worse than I expected. There were many shortcomings in the rooms, and despite our request for a coffee machine, They left the machine without even plugging it in. And when we turned on the coffee machine, all the water leaked out . Although we requested a quiet room, we were given one very close to the restaurant and directly across from the housekeeping room. On most nights (between 11 PM and 2 AM), vacuuming was done by staff near the reception area. I liked the cleanliness of the bed linens and the bathroom, but the rooms are old and small.

Very good stay. Rooms were clean and decent. Exceptional service, great bar staff. Little pricey with their resort fees and some food and drinks, but you get what you pay for. One of the better stays in South Beach area

No picture anyone post can do this property justice. This property is absolutely stunning. It’s breathtaking how beautiful this property is. It’s well kept the Bellman’s were on point. The housekeepers are so nice and helpful. the restaurant and happy hour is always a vibe. I will say though be careful about the hotel deposit. The deposit is extremely high other than that please book your room fast. Oh and the beach front of this property is beautiful.

The staff were so kind, generous and friendly and always available to help. John was very helpful and always welcomed you into the hotel with a smile. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool area was luxurious. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Spent 2 nights there before cruise with my 7 and 11 years old kids. Stayed at Miami a few times in South Beach. Therefore we want to try something different. Obviously, it is not as busy as South Beach but we are totally fine with it. Check in was very smooth and the lobby looks very nice and well organized. We booked the cheapest room as we will be heading to the cruise after 2 nights. Everyone complains about 1 of the elevator wasn’t working. But both of them are working and over the time we stayed at the resort, we have zero issue about waiting for elevator. The room looks pretty modern but it is a little small. They have lots of plugs around the room so you will not have any problem charging your device. Another nice touch is the ceiling fan and the 2 bottle of water. The view of the room is the building next to us. We were staying there during Friday and Saturday. As a result, there are not construction work there while we were there. We didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant and the on site coffee shop as we use UBER EATS. There are also restaurant within the walking distance. But the 2 swimming pool are amazing! It totally gives me the resort feeling as they gives out ice-cream, pool toys and sand toys during our stay. My kids spent lots of time on the pool and they absolutely love them. The Miami beach is just a few steps away. However, it has lots of seaweed so it is not ideal for my kids. Hilton provides the lounge chair but I paid $30 USD for the umbrella. It also provides some beach game. We also took advantage of the free bicycle rental. Overall, it is a very nice hotel/resort for family to stay before cruise and I recommend this place.

Was a rather disappointing experience all round. When we arrived there was a line of cars waiting to access the ramp at the entrance. There is no self park and the valet is just useless. When we wanted to go out we used the online valet request, but when at the valet desk there was a long line of people waiting for their cars. It was so disorganised. Some people were checking out too, so desperate for their vehicle. When we eventually reached the front of the queue we were told they don’t use the online service for valet - so why is it advertised on your documentation? It was over 30 minutes to get our car! This is NOT appropriate. All this time another line of cars was growing along Collins Ave. Hilton, you need to employ more (and capable) valets given the level of charge for this compulsory service! This disorganisation just bred anxiety for every time we wished to leave and go somewhere, especially for appointments. Security: whilst we were there an alarm sounded telling everyone to leave the property and avoid the elevators. We did this and exited via a stairwell to the side of the building. Once we appeared at the front there was no organisation. No roll call, nothing! The reception staff were all at their normal stations. When asked about the alarm we were informed “it was a false alarm”. Due to the small elevators (only two 6 person cars for the whole building) we decided to retrace our steps to the stairs. The outside door of the building at the stair was wide open. Anybody could be accessing the property for nefarious reasons. We did read later that there has been some break-ins to rooms. So this was not a surprise. Maybe even using the alarm system as a decoy? The room was adequate, but was also tired and dated. The mattress had roll-together. Not what you would expect from a Hilton at this cost. The bar and restaurant were good and come recommended. However, I would not stay here again based on cost and the parking chaos. Do your homework and choose wisely.

My husband and I stayed here over the long Labor Day weekend. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the pool and the ocean. Our room was cleaned every day. We were able to rent an umbrella and chairs on the beach. The location was great...we walked/ran on the concrete boardwalk every day. We would definitely recommend Hilton Cabana, and we would likely stay here again. We think we paid a great price for the quality of the hotel.

We just got back from a week at Hilton Cabana Beach and I have to say: this hotel stole our hearts! Let’s start with check-in, it was honestly the smoothest and easiest check-in we’ve ever experienced. Everything was so quick and seamless that we didn’t even feel like we were “checking in.” The hotel itself is prestigiously clean. Our room was cleaned and refreshed every single day...Spotless carpet, fresh towels, even my candy wrappers disappeared (I was a little embarrassed about that 😅). A huge shout-out to the housekeeping team on the 10th floor, they were incredibly kind, approachable, and went above and beyond. Special thanks to Vladimir from the facilities team who came to our rescue when the AC felt like we were in the Arctic (it may be great for others, but I was about to become a penguin 🐧). He brought us an extra blanket, a big cozy comforter, and even worked some magic on the AC so we could actually warm up the room. And then there’s Carlos from the pool area, this guy deserves a medal 🏅! He didn’t just do his job; he truly cared. He checked in with us constantly to make sure we had everything we needed, drinks, food, towels, and always with a smile. His service really elevated our whole stay. The other pool and beach staff who took our orders were also fantastic, super friendly and attentive. The location is magical. You really have to experience it yourself, the ocean, the atmosphere, the vibe… everything about it just makes you want to stay a little longer. The only reason we’re giving 4.5 instead of 5 stars is because the whirlpool was unfortunately dirty a couple of days. I think it was more about guests not following the rules than the hotel itself, but it was still disappointing because we weren’t able to use it when we wanted. Overall, though, we had such a wonderful experience. This place feels special thanks to the amazing staff and the attention to detail. We left feeling so grateful and can’t wait to come back. 💙

DONT RUIN YOUR VACATION. IF FOR BUSINESS FIND ANOTHER HOTEL.. Only one elevator worked our entire stay so sometimes we had to wait up to 20 minutes for one to come. We use the stairs a couple of times but Today we checked out we had our suitcases and could not. My toilet did not work could not get Maintenance to come up. The food was deplorable and I mean deplorable. could not even cook an egg properly. Front desk staff overcharged me $550 and I am still trying to make them correct it and back it off my bill and it’s been two days. They don’t answer the phone and housekeeping only clean my room twice in the five days I was there and that was after I had to make a very big deal about it.

Samantha, the pool attendant, was amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our day by the pool. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. Thanks, Samantha, for making our experience so relaxing and enjoyable!

After catching a 5am flight my husband, 2 small kids, and I we get to the hotel at about 10:30am and had to wait around for a room to be available which was not until 2:30pm. We were exhausted and were told there was nothing they could do. I have been to Florida and stayed at many hotels never have I not been able to get a room for more than an hr at most. The front desk employee was very rude and did not care to assist in any kind of way. There is no self parking so we were forced to pay $55+ tax PER NIGHT for 3 nights we stayed. The room was decent in size. Was pretty clean for the most part. I did not like how we were right next door to a building that is being remodeled so we were woken up to construction workers every morning for the 3 nights we stayed and it lasted all throughout the day as well. The view wasn’t that great either. Not as close to the beach as I was hoping for or even compared to other hotels I have stayed at before in Miami. Right below our balcony was a pool but it looked like they were doing some work on it and nobody was ever there. Lastly the hot water in the shower did not get hot at all I was so upset about that. Over all I would not stay here again or recommend this Hilton location. There were just too many issues that didn’t sit well with me.

We had such a wonderful experience at East Miami. The Guest Experience team truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have a memorable stay. Rachael was especially attentive and made us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. Every detail, from check-in to the room setup, felt thoughtful and personal. The atmosphere, service, and hospitality here really stand out. We can’t wait to come back.

Hello, I'm a dog sitter or dog nanny, and I came to this hotel because some clients needed my services. I'm a nanny, not a corporate employee, etc., and the service, the atmosphere, and the facilities at this hotel are wonderful. I needed a coffee, and they kindly directed me to Iris at the café. What a model of hospitality! We talked about it; Iris was wonderful! Brian showed me the way to the café; José at the front desk was absolutely diligent. Applause to this staff, who must be wisely led by someone who understands what it means to excel in impeccable service! 5 stars to your staff! Thank you!

While there were some positives during our stay, such as the kind and helpful front desk staff and excellent service from the pool staff, the overall experience fell short of what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The pool area, though smaller than anticipated, was well-maintained and enjoyable. Our corner room was very spacious with an impressive balcony, but unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. There was noticeable dust throughout the room, and the furniture looked worn and tired. Room service was consistently unreliable. We requested ice multiple times, both by phone and in person, and it never arrived. Eventually, we had to go down to the front desk ourselves just to get some ice. The most frustrating part of our stay was the luggage service. Upon arrival, staff insisted they would handle our bags, yet despite multiple calls and more than two hours of waiting, our luggage never arrived. We had to retrieve it ourselves to avoid missing a dinner reservation due to lack of time to change. Given the price point and the hotel’s 5-star alleged rating, the service quality was extremely lacking. There is clear room for improvement, especially in basic hospitality operations and responsiveness.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic — perfect for exploring downtown Miami with easy access to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The service was consistently good, especially at breakfast and poolside — friendly staff and quick attention made our stay comfortable. The room design, however, could use some improvement. The bathroom and shower area lacked privacy, which wasn’t very practical for couples or families sharing a space. That said, we loved having a balcony, which made up for it with great views and a relaxing vibe. Overall, a great stay for location and service, but with some room layout quirks to keep in mind.

First the room was decent until I looked in the shower amd seen some nasty crud, as seen in the video. I'm not sure why they left those containers open but wish I had never seen that. The floors were dirty in our room upon check in, so make sure to bring lounge shoes. I could see people struggling to find the location. The gym was nice except the elliptical was extremely unstable so I had to get off and switch machines. The view from the room was great and the solo deep tub with a view was amazing. I went to sugar which is the rooftop bar and I had to pass 3 elevators by because they were full from everyone getting on from the 1st floor. But it is really beautiful up there in the outside location. But if you choose to go to the interior side..... It was my favorite location. Bar tender was AMAZING and it was just my vibe, secluded, dark, intimate, sexy, and a great vibe. I had the dumpling soup and it was 5 stars!!!!! Better than the food I had eaten earlier that day at Hells Kitchen!!! I would have gone there every night, 5 stars for that lounge area!!!! I loved the pool area, plenty of chairs, cabanas, and multiple pools. Great environment!!! Was a little frustrated because they frequently have long waits for the check in service desk and every time my card would disconnect from the system I would have to wait in line just to reactivate them. They have a great technology system for room keys that has a great concept. I am a city gal so I loved the location. Parking is terrible so either park at the mall which is pricey over time if going in and out or pay the $58 a day for valet, no self park for the hotel. Only options! That sucked! Overall 4 stars but the lounge on the top level gets 5 stars for their location.

From the moment I checked in my front desk receptionist was beyond nice and warm. She told me all about the amentities this amazing hotel had to offer, She gave me an option for the greatest upgrade ever into a nice suite for just $100 more. I was so appreciative that the service was 5 star, they even walk you to the elevator. The rooms are brand new, hip and modern and so clean. They have the best lounge in miami called Sugar, thank you East for this amazing property!

I have stayed here a few times but haven't reviewed the property prior because in other stays it was as expected, good service with a good price for what's offered. In this instance there were some high and low notes I wanted to address... Let's start off with the good. Service was excellent and above average from the Valet and Kudos to Eudel Diaz, he needs a promotion. He is the man! Also Luis in guest services is very pleasant and will do everything in his power to ensure a good stay. The room was nicely appointed and well lit. It's great being connected to Brickell Citi Centre which adds to the esthetic. The bad... pool isn't heated, tv in pool area not working and usually on check in they start you off with lesser views and then you have to ask for a nicer view. Also, my worst experience was going to Sugar as I hadn't been in the past I went to check it out with relatives and security treated me as if I wasn't welcome. I only wanted to look around. As I stumbled to an area that was zoned :private party" I was immediately approached. I didn't even see the rope and wanted to just admire view. As I left, security snickered and said leaving so soon? And I replied yes, it was small and not much to see. I don't get why that place was so overly hyped as it left me unimpressed. I experienced a much nicer rooftop area at a Westin in Austin and it had a pool. Other than that it was a great stay and I will continue to go but will bypass Sugar in the future.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a little getaway weekend and it was simply delightful! The staff was friendly, especially the ones in the restaurant and the pool. We loved our king room and slept so well, with no noise. Their beach location was perfect for access to the beach walk and ocean. Their breakfast and lunch were great and everything was so fresh. Could have stayed there longer and can't wait to come back! Great price for what you get.

This is our second time staying at the Palms and we will always keep coming back. From the reception staff to the bartenders at the pool, and all the other staff you meet in between, everyone was so happy and considerate. The service on the beach is impeccable even on the hottest days. The service by the pool or even just at the bar is always spot on. Our Tuesday pool bartender was so nice- she saw I was pregnant and created a mocktail for me on my last day to celebrate, really made me feel special. Breakfast is perfect (shout out to Leonardo who is the sweetest).

Had an incredible stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and relaxing, with several different areas to hang out. We barely left because we had everything we needed. But more than anything, the staff were amazing. Kind, helpful and ready to do anything they could to make the stay better. The pool tiki bar team went above and beyond, especially Kathlen and Andrea who were hilarious, happy, and made incredible drinks! We will definitely be back for another stay soon.

After a 12-hour international flight, the front desk refused to check me in because they “needed her confirmation” again — even though my name and passport were already on the booking. I sat in the lobby for over an hour, exhausted and humiliated. Ten days later, after multiple in-person conversations with staff, my room key stopped working. When I went to the front desk, they said, “We don’t remember you.” How can a hotel fail to recognize someone who has been staying there for 10 days? They didn’t help, didn’t verify my ID, and left me locked out of my room for hours. Then came an elevator breakdown that lasted over six hours. Guests had to climb 12 floors using the emergency stairs — including people with baby strollers and heavy luggage. No staff helped anyone carry bags, and no one offered any kind of compensation, voucher, or even an apology. For a supposedly luxury hotel, the lack of professionalism, empathy, and responsibility is beyond belief. Nothing about this experience was acceptable.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. Friends got married there and we decided to stay the weekend of the wedding. Everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Jasmine from the front desk and Christopher from the concierge team who responded to each of our requests. Will definitely be back.

Even though my name was added to the booking, the front desk refused to let me check in unless my mother called again to “confirm.” Because of the time difference with Turkey, I couldn’t reach her — so I sat in the lobby for over an hour after an overnight flight, just waiting. Eventually, I was added to the reservation and checked in under my own name. I gave my passport, ID, phone number, and email, and stayed for 10 full days. Everything — communication, housekeeping requests, concierge questions — went through me. Then, one day, my room key stopped working. When I went to the front desk, they told me they couldn’t issue a new key because “the reservation was under my mother’s name.” I explained everything again, showed my passport again, reminded them I had been staying there for 10 days — and they simply said, “We don’t remember you.” That was the most shocking and humiliating part. How can a hotel fail to recognize someone who has been living there for ten days, speaking face-to-face with staff almost daily about multiple issues, requests, and questions? To tell a long-term guest “we don’t remember you, we can’t give you a key” is not just unprofessional — it’s deeply disrespectful. So I stood in the lobby, in a bikini, locked out of my room for hours, waiting for my mother to return. No one offered to help, verify, or even walk me upstairs. And as if that wasn’t enough, housekeeping is another disaster — dirty towels are re-hung, rooms skipped even with the cleaning light on, and unless you go downstairs every single day to ask, your room stays dirty. This hotel desperately needs better management, training, and basic human empathy. What I experienced here wasn’t a mistake — it was a complete breakdown of hospitality.

The staff is the best always there when you need. They make you feel like you are the king or queen. The rooms are spacious,comfortable and extremely clean. The location is the best you get to see the beauty of Miami the beach. 🏖️ I very much recommend this hotel.

This has to be one of my favorite hotels. I love how the free trolley passes right by the hotel, which is super convenient and cost effective. Every time I stay here, I have just a pleasant experience. I enjoy how clean the rooms are, the pool, and activities offered such as the salsa class. Good food options on site and drinks. I look forward to staying here again.

Amazing boutique, Luxe hotel, very peaceful super chic lots of very cool art in the lobby. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms & property was very clean! I’m kinda ocd so require very clean locations when travel along with visually stimulating environments. I had a super delicious blacked mahi-mahi sandwich with the best fries I’ve had in a while! The room was modern with new amenities, especially the wireless charger bedside. I found this location to be perfect for me being close to Pinetree with easy access to the freeways. In addition there is a Walgreens located next-door and Avis rent a car adjacent to the building. I appreciate it the hospitality in which the staff provided such as being able to call down and get a late check out with a very friendly and accommodating desk clerk. I look forward to coming back to this property. It was quite peaceful. I slept well and overall wish I had more time to stay and enjoy the pool and do beach activities but my time there was very relaxing during an actual hectic business trip Thank You Gates! I would def recommend if you like a peaceful vibes

This hotel has incredible staff! From the very first phone call, everyone I spoke with was exceptionally kind and willing to help. I called them last minute to see if I could book a room so my family had a place to hang out after a cruise but before our flight that evening. I spoke to Micheal “the manager” he was so kind and willing to work with me. I can’t say enough positive about the team working here. They operate this hotel as if it was a 5 star resort. Thanks for helping my family and allowing us to have a relaxing end to our vacation!

Spent 4 nights at the Gates hotel and it was wonderful. We were able to relax at the beach, in the room, at the pool, and chilled out in the hot tub too. The room was clean, and we had a balcony that we ate breakfast on every morning. Stayed in room 262 and the balcony faced the pool. I was impressed with how the windows and doors kept the sound out of the room, as Sunday afternoon was a little loud with pool activities. But when the door was closed, the sound disappeared. Love the beach chairs and umbrellas - just a great way to relax and enjoy the sun and the sand.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, and it’s just a short walk to the beach, which is a big advantage. However, the room itself was quite disappointing. It was old and very poorly soundproofed, and there was a lot of noise from the air conditioning units in the hallway. The bathroom was outdated, the water pressure was weak, and one of the closet doors was missing. Additionally, part of the carpet in the room was wet, which was unpleasant. The temperature inside the hotel was extremely cold because the air conditioning was set too high, making it uncomfortable to stay in lobby or bar area for long periods. Although the bed was comfortable, the overall experience did not match the price. The nightly fee is quite high (around $52), and for that price you could honestly stay at a Hilton and have a much better experience. Overall, the price–quality ratio is not in balance, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and No Privacy Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were given a terrible room with no windows to the outside — instead, the only view was directly facing the hotel's smoking area patio. Everyone who went out to smoke had a clear view into our room, completely invading our privacy. When we asked to change rooms, management refused to help the same day. They only offered a switch if we vacated the room in the morning and waited until late afternoon to receive a new one — which was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. The elevators were also a major frustration. There are only two in the entire hotel, and staff use them constantly, leaving guests waiting an unreasonably long time to get to and from their rooms. To make matters worse, guests were live-streaming on TikTok for hours at the pool, filming everyone around them without consent. Despite complaints, hotel staff did nothing to stop it, leaving us feeling exposed and ignored. Between the lack of privacy, poor management, and inadequate amenities, this was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They have way too many issues and the staff and maintenance do not follow up. The rooms are NOT clean, are super old and the cleaning lady only made our bed daily and didn't clean the bathroom or shower because we would see the same soap scum, hair of paper. The shower doesn't have shelves to put your toiletries. The phone in the room doesn't have labels on the buttons so you don't know how to call another room or the staff. The door to my room was falling off the hinges and almost fell on me. The drapes were coming down off the tracks. I had to call multiple time just to get toilet paper and have them fix the drapes so we could block the sun. The elevator is SUPER slow. Carlos is bribing people at the front desk by telling them to give him a good review on Trip Advisor and he won't charge the $50 early check-in fee even though there were clearly rooms available. I watched him do this to two other guests checking in but also to my family for my two rooms. They claim to have movie night which was playing a movie with a projector but no chairs for you to sit in and watch the movie. Hilton parted ways with the hotel in December. The bottled water in the room isn't free and its about 8-10 oz aluminum cans for $8 if you drink them.

Reception: Very helpful and friendly Rooms: Clean but not very big. Even the “better” rooms with ocean view are quite small. As almost always in US hotels, the doors are not properly soundproofed, you can hear people talking and walking on the hallway Breakfast: Taste of Avocado Toast was very (!) good, but the service only satisfactory. They brought out wrong orders more than one time and didn’t really seem to care, when you complain. However this got better with every day I spent here. After a few days, they knew exactly what I eat and the service got better. Conclusion: Good hotel for young people who want to party. Great location on South Beach.

Excellent location. The atmosphere is both beautiful and posh. You can likely find something better for the price in terms of comfort as the rooms are small. Depending on if you're near the pool where they have events, it can be loud. However, I do recommend for 1-2 nights just based "hip" factor it carries, but would not stay longer. If access is included to the pool parties + paid bar area at night, it could make it more worth it as it may be $40/night/per person which adds up, but check before booking as it may depend on how you book it and time of year. Alright, so the SLS South Beach! Look, if you're looking for a place where you can feel a bit like a Kardashian for a weekend, this is your hotel. The moment you step inside, you just get the vibe: it's all about design, party, and good old-fashioned showing off. The pool is the absolute epicenter of everything. This isn't where you go to quietly read a book, mind you! Here, it's music blasting, cocktails flowing, and beautiful people everywhere. It's the perfect spot to see and be seen, especially at Hyde Beach, which is where things really kick off. If you're into that lively scene and want to feel like you're in a movie, bingo! The rooms... well, they are super stylish! They're not huge, I won't lie to you, but they're meticulously designed with a really cool, modern aesthetic. The bed is comfy as hell, and the bathrooms are amazing. You feel like you're in a fancy apartment, but with hotel service. And the food... oh my god! They have some restaurants that are just insanely good. Of course, you pay for it, but the quality is brutal. The staff is good, they're friendly, though sometimes with all the hustle and bustle, they might not make you feel like the most important client in the world. But they get the job done and help you with whatever you need. Things to keep in mind? Well, it's noisy. Very. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't your spot. You come here to have fun, for the atmosphere. And be ready to open your wallet, because it's Miami Beach, and it's the SLS. It's definitely not budget-friendly, but the experience, if you're into this kind of vibe, is totally worth it. So, in short, if you want a getaway with tons of style, party vibes, great design, and to feel like you're in the middle of all the South Beach action, the SLS is awesome! I had a blast there.

We had an amazing stay at the SLS, only complaint we had was the only 1 working elevator. Rooms are veryyyyyy small, but it is a boutique hotel so it's to be expected. They were clean & well stocked nonetheless. But what made our stay over the top was the amazing service we got poolside from the beautiful duo, Desiree & Quionis. We looked forward every morning to spending our pool days accompanied by their bubbly & friendly personalities. Michael was also amazing and I will be returning for a rematch of rock, paper, scissors lol. Thank you all at the SLS for making our birthday celebration all the more memorable. We will be returning!

We came to SLS South Beach for a bachelorette party and this place did not disappoint! The music was fun and exciting, the staff were very friendly and attentive. There was a good amount of people present but was not overwhelmingly busy. There were a lot of shady areas so you did not have to bake in the sun the whole time. We also loved that they had some local vendors there to do a bit of shopping.

Went for the pool party. Asking price for a lounge chair was $1k, not a table, not an umbrella, just the chair. We finished our drinks and left. Laughed about it the rest of the day, "Do I get to take the chair home at least? 😂". There was nothing special or fun enough going on there to be paying table prices for a chair. We also asked about a locker. They wanted to take our bag/purse with valuables/cash away from our possession and go elsewhere to lock them up. No way. Not happening in Miami. I was out of there.

Victor Hotel in Miami left us with mixed impressions. The reception team was welcoming, especially Ricardo (hope the name is right), and that was a good start. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The rooms are very small, and there is almost no privacy in the bathroom area. A glass partition separates the bathroom from the bedroom, which is quite inconvenient when staying with kids. The only plus was having direct access to the pool from the room, along with separate outdoor showers and plenty of sunbeds. The pool itself was clean and well-maintained. The location is right in the middle of Ocean Drive, which sounds exciting until you try to sleep. The noise at night is constant and often overwhelming, especially the sound of cars showing off. The hotel seems to attract many visitors of the pride beach across the street. Room service was a real letdown. Towels were not replaced properly, and I had to call the reception every single day just to get basic items. It felt like there was no consistency in housekeeping, and the management should really take action to improve it. Breakfast was another weak point. Vouchers offer a very limited selection, and after a few days it gets repetitive. The staff serving breakfast acted as if they were doing guests a favor. To make it worse, the restaurant is also open to outside guests who have access to a different menu, and that means hotel guests can end up without seats, especially outdoors. One more thing worth mentioning is parking. If you go through the hotel, it’s $50 per night, but if you deal directly with the same parking company outside, it’s $40 per night. Small difference, but it says a lot about the setup. Overall, the hotel has potential but misses the mark on several important points. It looks stylish on the outside, but the experience doesn’t quite live up to it.

Hotel had a great location! As for the rooms -they had lack of sound proofing. Liked the design on the bathroom which made it more designer style. Practicle for a couple, but probably unpractical for a family. The staff did not answer on the phone when calling the reception from our room.

We stayed at this hotel for nine nights. Great location, but the cleanliness was terrible. The floor was not swept even once during our stay! We had to buy our own bath soap because, even though we asked for more, it was never replaced. The same goes for tissues – they were never restocked either. The bathroom floor was never mopped, not even once! There were always towels missing; on some days, we had to request them because there was only one towel in the room. The sides of the bed were dusty and had dirt that looked like it had been there for ages! We were very poorly treated by the night receptionist (with red highlights in her hair), who clearly didn’t care and made no effort to resolve anything. On the other hand, the morning staff (especially Ricardo) were extremely polite and kind. The glasses in the room were never washed, not even once! That’s it. What a shame!!!

Hotel Victor South Miami - Great but Pricey with Maintenance Issues and Upsell My stay at Hotel Victor in South Miami was mostly enjoyable, but it came with a high cost and some notable drawbacks. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. The hotel was clean, and the South Beach location was fantastic, with a vibrant, upscale vibe. However, we were cleverly upsold to a more expensive room, which showcased the staff’s sharp sales tactics but left us feeling like we overpaid for what we got. The room itself had frustrating issues: the bathroom door was blocked and wouldn’t open properly, and the terrace door was also stuck, preventing us from enjoying the outdoor space we’d been sold on. These maintenance problems were a letdown for a hotel of this price point. While the amenities and service were solid, the combination of the costly upgrade, maintenance issues, and overall expense made it hard to feel we got full value. If you’re considering Hotel Victor, expect a clean, friendly stay with a prime location, but be cautious of upsells and check your room’s functionality.

Stayed here for 5 nights in August 2025. I arrived 24 hours late due to BA cocking in my flights and staff on the desk were well aware of who I was on arrival! Checked in and got to my room where a bottle of champagne had been left for me for my birthday 3 days later 😊 Room was fine but not luxurious as expected. Wardrobe is HUGE but a bit of a waste when there’s only 6 hangers in there! The gym was small and not very well equipped tbh but the pool overlooking ocean drive and the beach is a luxury most frontline hotels couldn’t offer. The location on ocean drive is awesome and was a pretty easy walk to most attractions on south beach and a walk over the road to the beach. Uber to downtown, little Havana, brickell etc was easy enough to. Overall a great stay and would recommend/stay again.

5 Stars and beyond! Hotel Victor is first class. Conveniently located along Ocean Drive South Beach. Directly across the street from beach access and the beach walk. Minutes away with a short walk to everything from restaurants, museums, shopping, shows, historic sites and more… Magnificently beautiful nostalgically decorated quaint and boutique-like. Clean, cool and comfortable. Hotel personnel were all professional, friendly, polite, courteous, attentive and informative. Greeted at check-in by Jeff. Checking in process was a breeze. Night manager Laura was just as delightly and making you feel at home as well. Among the amenities in the hotel, guests have access to the pool, bicycles, beach chairs, towels for the beach and pool plus 10% off their restaurants. A real plus for us. Room was clean, bright, nicely decorated and comfortable overlooking the pool with a partial oceanview. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again at our next visit to South Beach Miami.

Wonderful resort! From the entrance to the beach we were surprised with the special decorated space and very good service. The 2 big pools, one refreshing with a very beautiful mountainous waterfall, and the second calmer and warmer, and the 2 very confortable spa covered the needs of all generations. We found very good drinks at the terrasse between the pools and the service was the best. The area around the pools very spacious and very practical. The shop (you can find there everything... pharma, clothes, alc including) and the cafee-resto (fine decorated, fresh food and cakes for gourmets) inside the hotel and open all day, the prices being absolutely normal, nothing cosmic like we expected to be in a vacation city. The apartment was amazing: large windows with beautiful views, spacious, and very well arranged. We arrived at night and we found the lights turned-on for us, so we felt really welcomed. That was a compensations for our unusual travel caused by the lost of first flight due too the aeroport bad functioning. The rent of the jets is nearly the hôtel's beach and there are some promotions for the hotel's clients. This resort is the best among all we experienced. We congratulate ourselves for the ideea to rent an apartment and not a clasical hotel family room, and comparing the prices for the two options, its were the same but this one is much more spacious and offered more intimacy for the family's members. The famous hotel International names is only a caprice don't cover the real need.

The Alexander Hotel EXCEEDED our expectations. This place is amazing with friendly helpful staff. The amenities were amazing with a sauna, 2 large pools ,2 hot tubs, direct access to the beach and Miami beach boardwalk, gym, poolside bar/service, beach service, coffee shop, a convenience store, and restaurant, you can't beat this place. We stayed in room 904 and it was clean, updated, spacious, and had amazing views. I saw some less than great reviews and was so happy that we took the chance on this place. Well worth it and we cannot wait to plan our next trip!

I booked a private condo through Airbnb, so this review is for the resort only and the actual condo we rented. Also, we have stayed in many beach condos before but never in a large beach city like Miami. Some of the things we didn't like about the resort might be normal for Miami. The resort has a lot of potential but needs to be updated. The front lobby is gorgeous but the halls, elevators, floors in other areas are dingy, with holes and things falling apart. Check in- The valets do not help you get luggage in or out of your car. They do not greet you or welcome you back. The luggage carts are locked up and you can only use them if you agree to use/tip a bellhop. Besides one young lady at the front desk, none of the front desk staff smile or greet you warmly. There are only two elevators, so you will have a wait. Laundry- There is paid laundry on each floor which is very easy to use with an app. The washing machine on our floor was out of order and the elevators will only take you to your floor, so we had to lug our laundry up and down the stairs on the opposite end of the hallway. Pool- The pool staff is extremely nice and personable. They had free goggles for the kids and had blown up many rafts and balls for the kids to play with. They were more helpful than the desk staff. In the pool, you cannot have your own cooler or drinks. You can only buy drinks from the bar. we got two frozen drinks for a total of $67. I understand wanting to make money but no one was choosing to drink because of the high prices. If they dropped the prices to something reasonable, then they could make money and people wouldn't be as mad about not being allowed to bring their own coolers. Beach- Getting to the beach is by going through the pool area, which doesn't allow coolers, even when just walking through. We ended up going out the front of the hotel and down the sidewalk to the public beach access, so we could bring a cooler to the beach. The location is great and with some updating of the interior and some policies this could be a very nice place to stay.

We ended up staying here kind of last minute, but it turned out to be a great choice. The location is awesome: pool on one side, beach on the other. Perfect setup to switch between sun and swim without going far. The vibe was relaxed, not too crowded (which was a big win), and the service was on point. Everything felt easygoing and enjoyable. Only downside? Parking. It gets tricky, especially on a summer weekend. The hotel offers valet, but it’s $9 an hour—which adds up fast. We found a public lot nearby and just used Uber to get around. Way more budget-friendly, and honestly, less hassle. All in all, a great little getaway. Beautiful views, chill environment, and a solid mix of beach bum and poolside glam. Would come back—just maybe with a scooter next time😅

My stay at The Alexander Hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and taken care of. Great location, great service—overall an excellent experience that I’d recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful time. I wish the AC would have cooled down the bedroom with the king size bed quicker. It was a bit warm but other than that we had an amazing time. Pool area was great. Drinks and food were good. We would definitely come back.

A group of six of us stayed here last week, and honestly, after reading some of the recent reviews, we were a little terrified about what we were walking into. I felt like I had to come here and share our experience because we ended up having such an amazing trip. The staff was wonderful from start to finish. They unloaded all our luggage and brought it up to our room. Check-in was a breeze, valet was quick, and our room had the most beautiful view. Is it a five-star resort? No — it definitely could use some upgrades here and there. But for the price, it was amazing. We had a couple of minor issues like a light not working, a drawer off its hinge, and the AC not getting super cold (though to be fair, it was the beginning of August during a heat advisory). The outlets also seemed to charge our devices a little slower than normal, but nothing worth making a fuss over. When we checked out, the staff got all our luggage for us, and valet check-out was done right from my phone — it was super easy to request my car, and it was ready by the time we got outside. We were half expecting the pool area and security to feel like a federal prison after the way some reviews described it, but it was nothing like that. Security was friendly and never gave us any trouble — sometimes they weren’t even around. We spent the days by the pool with food and drinks, enjoying the gorgeous view. There’s a great adults-only pool plus a separate kids’ pool. Yes, the prices for food and drinks were on the higher side, but it’s Miami — I don’t pay much less in my small town, so I expected it. Beach access was super easy, and coming and going was no problem at all. Overall, it was a great experience. The whole trip went smoothly, and we kept saying we couldn’t believe the bad reviews because all six of us had such a great time.

FANTASTIC RESTAURANT! I had dinner at the surf club and I felt in love of EVERYTHING! Service, food quality, ambiance, music; all these elements together are perfect if you want to surprise someone or first time dating. The ambiance is classic and romantic. The special meat they have is unbelievable amazing, I though the waitress exaggerated when he recommended, but he wasn't! The pasta, fish and desserts were also good. But if you ask me for the best dish, I will tell you the meat. Good variety of wine and well made drinks. Valet available. You get what you pay for; here you will get the best! Classic, Frank Sinatra style, elegant.

This is our 4th time. It is a wonderful experience each time. Hands down the best service, top tier luxury yet so comfortable and laid back. Every staff person knows you by name. The most exquisite lobby and champagne bar room not to be missed.

We truly loved this hotel and would give it 5 stars for the property itself. However, one very concerning incident impacted our stay. At 9:30pm, while we were already in bed, housekeeping walked into our room unannounced, it startled us badly and felt like a serious breach of privacy. We reported it to the front desk the next morning, and while they acknowledged it, we never received any follow up. We remained polite, but this is an issue that should have been handled with much more urgency.

Amazing hotel! If you’re looking for a relaxed, classy, and truly luxurious getaway, this is the place to be. The food is excellent, and the spa is outstanding. The only area with a bit of room for improvement is the beach - otherwise, everything is perfect.

I've stayed at many four seasons properties, from FS Hawaii, Kyoto, Paris, etc. and this is one of my top 3 properties. Absolutely lovely hotel and team. We appreciated Augustine's warm welcome at check-in, the attentiveness of Julie from housekeeping, the in-room dining team's accommodations, the pool team's service and care, the extremely kind and safe kids club staff, spa team, the list goes on. Beautiful beach front property that is both kid/family friendly and tranquil for solo guests.

Truly an incredible property. The concierge team made all the hard to get reservations for us. The service at the pool and beach was incredible Rodrigo went above and beyond for our family, our experience was so special thanks to him.

Amazing facility with an awesome spa. The spa lounge has individual pods for privacy with a great ocean view. Service was impeccable . The pool and beach side service was also great. The food was amazing beachside at the cabana .

I stayed at the Kimpton Angler’s Hotel South Beach and absolutely loved every minute of it. This property captures what I love most about boutique hotels — it’s stylish, personal, and full of thoughtful details that make you feel instantly at home. My suite was beautiful — spacious, elegant, and so well designed. The bathtub setup was pure perfection — truly one of my favorite features. After long days of meetings and exploring Miami, it felt like my own little spa sanctuary. The service was consistently warm and genuine. Every staff member I interacted with had that “we’re happy you’re here” energy that’s hard to find in larger hotels. Breakfast and brunch on-site were excellent — fresh, flavorful, and never rushed. The location is ideal — close enough to the heart of South Beach to enjoy the energy, yet far enough to feel peaceful. I loved being able to walk everywhere while still coming “home” to somewhere calm and relaxed. Whether you’re in Miami for work, events, or just a little reset, The Kimpton Angler’s delivers that perfect balance of comfort, design, and boutique charm. I’ll definitely be returning — it’s become one of my favorite little escapes in South Beach. ( Michelle )

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Miami! Valet parking was great, easy to get/ retrieve your car as parking in the area is really expensive. We found queues at reception at times very long, but staff were friendly when served. Room was spacious and comfy, clean & had lots of great amenities. Our door was super sticky open/ closing and some force needed for it. Rooftop pool was just great, relaxing, chilled and really enjoyed it. It was slightly noisy at night at times. Check out was a long process due to an unhappy guest threatening legal action, however staff managed to the best of their abilities. Really enjoyed the e-bike hire, the hotel gave 2 free hours of this complementary which was great - highly recommend a cycle down rodeo drive!

Had a great weekend vacation at Kimpton Angler’s. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed the rooftop pool, it was chilly but refreshing. Our room was clean and loved the smell throughout the hotel. Loved they provided cold water by the elevator and pool.

Easily one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We had a long layover in Miami and thought we’d treat ourselves to something nice. We’d stayed at a Kimpton before and loved it, so we figured the Kimpton Angler would be a safe bet. Big mistake. From the second we walked in, it was downhill. The receptionist was mid-chat with someone, didn’t greet us, and went straight to asking for our IDs like we were a nuisance. Zero warmth, zero welcome. The place itself? Weird. It feels more like a random residential building than a hotel. We booked one of their fancier rooms (the 1-Bedroom Villa with Outdoor Jetted Tub) and honestly, I wish we hadn’t. The room was right on a busy street, so it felt both loud and unsafe. The main living area’s lights didn’t work, meaning we were stumbling around in the dark. Both bathrooms looked rough and had plumbing problems. The little sink in the living room started leaking the second I turned it on to rinse a cup. Maintenance came, but after a while of them struggling with it, we just told them to clean up the mess so we could go to bed. Getting to bed was its own obstacle course—literally. The bedroom was upstairs, up a tight spiral staircase. We left our heavy luggage downstairs because there was no way we were dragging it up there for one night. And that “outdoor jetted tub” they brag about? Completely pointless. It faces the street, so unless you want to wave to passing cars while you soak, forget it. Bottom line: this place is poorly maintained, badly designed, and absolutely not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free.

Awful rooms if you are not in the main building! they've expanded into two old buildings next door the the main hotel (which admitted has a super cool rooftop pool). the "annex" rooms are outdated with a terrible smell (lots of bleach/cleaners I believe to mask the smell coming from their subpar sewage system). floors were dirty. doors don't even have a deadbolt. check out the 1 start Google reviews and you'll see. I packed up my belongings and immediately left after check-in so I unfortunately don't have photos to share of these terrible accommodations.

Got a loft room on the other side of the cabanas, cute and quiet little balcony and plenty of space. the elevator was out for this section but the staff was helpful with bringing up my luggage. Happy hour from 4-5in the lobby was a bonus, beautiful rooftop view and pool

We had a great stay at the Hilton Bentley Miami—nice, clean rooms and a perfect location. But what really made the experience stand out was Melanie at the front desk. She was amazing: warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful in every interaction. If every hotel had a Melanie, travel would be a lot less stressful. Honestly, Hilton should give her a raise. That said, the staff managing the beach chairs and umbrellas could take a page from her book. Those guys were snarky, dismissive, and not particularly friendly, which was disappointing considering the overall quality and price of the hotel. A little courtesy and kindness would go a long way. Still, the hotel itself is nice. If you stay here, just hope you get Melanie at check-in—she’s a gem.

Just got back from A three night stay at the Bentley and it was a great place to stay. All of the employees are friendly and have a great attitude, especially Alex and Andre at the front desk. But a couple of things caused me to rate this hotel a 4/5. First, the pool is really small and awkwardly placed next to the restaurant. Secondly, the beach club setup is in need of updating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return based on our experience.

Just stayed at this property last weekend and absolutely loved it! The staff was superb, the room was very nice and very clean, the balcony was HUGE and relaxing and provided a great view of the beach as well as the pool deck below where there was a great live band we could enjoy from our deck. Would definitely recommend this hotel because it's properties like this and the included perks that make me so glad I'm a Hilton diamond member.

I stay at Hiltons all over the country, this is by far my favorite one. Location is tremendous, Hotel amenities are top notch. But the greatest part over everywhere else is the staff. We stay here atleast twice a year and they remember us and treat us so very well. I have yet to ever receive such amazing service anywhere else. Thank you Hilton Bentley staff you are amazing

Be cautious with the hotel’s transport arrangements. I requested a standard airport taxi, but a luxury car arrived instead, with the explanation that no regular car was available. As I was in a rush, I had no choice but to take it. To make matters worse, the driver added a tip without my consent, leaving me feeling misled. It’s hard to believe the hotel staff weren’t aware of all this. As a Hilton Honors member and frequent traveller, this experience was very disappointing. That’s why I usually stick to Bonvoy. On a positive note, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent.

Just get the ocean view room on high floors and everything will be worth it. Note to self: don’t count on the pool but you can get better pool elsewhere. Front desk people service is mixed. Some are very nice some have altitude. It’s still worth it to have ocean view balcony, ocean breeze, fully relaxed mode, picked kumbucha and Champaign on ice, and sunshine.

I love this hotel. The staff is so accommodating and polite. We flew in for one day for my cousins bday and they upgraded our suite complimentary. Our flight the next day was late in the evening and they let us stay on sight and us the spa to take a shower after lounging on the beach all day. They held our bags in a private locked room while we waited. They had complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas and they handed out water if you needed it. The view was great and we had a wrap around balcony. The room was clean and the lobby areas smelled so great it reminded me of Vegas. The bathroom had a bidet. The room came with a full kirchen. They had a nice size walk in closet and complimentary robes and slippers. I would give them a 10/10 if I could. I cannot wait to come back. The bed was to die for. The jacuzzi was giving life and the spa/ fitness room had everything you needed The only thing I wish the room had was an outlet for a C port Apple charger.

The worst hotel I’ve been in. Pictures are deceptive. Hotel is filthy. None of the amenities are up and running or even look like the photos. Two sinks in the bathroom, one will not drain. Almost no lightning in the room itself so very dark. Broken couch/seat- literally leaning to one side. Kitchen lighting flickers. Vents are extremely dusty. And to top it off, a/c was not working and the problem existed before check in- but no one said anything. Cigarette like burns on all of the patio furniture. One of the nozzles in the shower doesn’t is broken and shoots water straight out. The patio lights didn’t work so it was dark at night. The restaurant is non existent- we were told it’s closed for renovations. But as filthy as this place was, I couldn’t imagine eating here. Overall this place is very dingy and id say it was truly a dump. The location is the only positive here

BEWARE PLEASE READ TILL THE END. If I could give ZERO STARS I would! I booked a for 3 nights the “penthouse spa suite”. Soon as I entered the hotel it was HOT! I should have realized in that moment they had a/c issues. Got up to my room, DINGY, DATED, Disgusting. I was informed in writing that due to the CDC (center for disease control) the “jacuzzi” jets had not been run since COVID which was 5 years ago to bacteria issues so they could only “fill up” the jacuzzi with hot water & add bath salts . This was not room specific, this went for ALL rooms with jacuzzis. I went to look at the jacuzzi and it was cracked , discolored, dingy . It was so horrid I wouldn’t even bathe a homeless dog in that tub!! The 2nd floor balcony had no views although in the booking it said “city view” the balcony rooms face a residential run down building with nothing but windows of ppl that can see into your room. The actual room a/c didn’t work and I saw this on previous reviews but thought surely they would’ve had this fixed since the reviews were from months ago, I immediately went downstairs to check out & get a refund but they said NO because I booked through a 3rd party. I DID NOT CHECK OUT, instead I left & stayed with a friend at another location. The next morning the hotel contacted me and said they had took it upon themselves to “check me out” because I didn’t come back to the hotel for the night & when they sent housekeeping to go in my room , housekeeping said they didn’t see any of my things in the room! I have NEVER had an experience like this!!! They still charged me for the 3 nights. This establishment is FRAUDULENT!!!!

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. The pictures online look nothing like the hotel in person. The rooms are extremely run down. I booked a “spa room,” but when I arrived: • The room door did not lock. • The “jacuzzi” was just a cheap blue plastic tub with no water. • The hallways and room had a very disturbing odor. I paid $900 for the booking, and upon arrival, they charged me an additional $300 that was never disclosed beforehand, even though I had called in advance to confirm all fees. This is fraudulent and a complete rip-off. I checked out immediately after arriving because I could not stay there. I have not received a refund. On top of everything, the staff at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—do not stay here. WHERE IS MY REFUND???? 300 DEPOSIT

The employees seemed pleasant, but the "security" did not seem to have a single care. The hotel building is definitely in need of some TLC! The location and some only some of the views are top notch! But, the actual building is run-down. I'd hope they would care more about the hotel itself. It seems like they are just going to let it go! It definitely has potential! We had a door that we had to access outside to get to our room. The door nob broke. My bf told the front desk. They had some try to fix for a few minutes and just left it there. It was discouraging to see the lack of caring for the hotel and appearance of the hotel. It is also saddening to see the bar and pool table there that you can't really use. What's the point of that? Overall we would probably come back. We hope that someone is reading this and wants/cares to makes this hotel a special experience! Ps it seems we will receive a generic response back. It will probably be something along the alongs lines of our feedback is valuable and out feedback matters to the hotel. Shout out to FROST! WITHOUT DOUBT FROST IS DESERVING OF A 5* We wish the hotel would care like FROST DOES

This is the second time we have stayed here and have rented through SBV rather than the Z hotel. Our condo was great, although the pool was really gross. It looked like they had not cleaned it in a while, and there was dirt and old Band-Aids on the cement in the pool area. We stayed on the third floor, and they were painting the hallway right as we were approaching our room and it smelled to the point where I held my breath until we entered our room. The front staff was rude when we arrived and would not hold our bags because we did not rent through the Z hotel and rented through SBV. If it wasn’t for the great condo, we would probably not be back, but we will give it another try in a couple of months. Hopefully, the Z hotel will fix their management issues and cleanliness.

Room and pool was lovely - the rest of the hotel looked like a dump. Outdoor lobby frequented by sleeping homeless people with a security guard spotted only twice. Our hallway was being (sloppily) painted and there were no room numbers so when we checked in we had to try every one until we found ours. Front porch cafe was closed so our “continental breakfast” was Starbucks gift cards. “Fitness center” was a dusty mess. That this place is charging a “resort fee” is a joke. We didn’t get a “welcome drink” and zero concierge service. No complimentary bikes either. Front desk staff acted like they were doing us a favor to answer questions.

I've been fooled into this place by the pictures and description. This place is old and dirty. We booked and paid 3 nights in advance, but after one horrific night our party of 4 consisting of 3 generations wanted nothing else then to leave. The main cause was the old and sticky furniture and a toxic smokers-lived-here-before smell. So we left, leaving north of $600 plus $100 for 2 nights parking, so asked the owner if they could compensate us a bit, but the only thing we got was a big mouth that our observations were wrong. Avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel has a stylish design and may work well for a short, adults-only weekend getaway. However, I booked a week-long stay and left after just three days due to several practical issues that made the experience inconvenient—especially for out-of-town guests. There were no self-service laundry facilities available, only a laundry service that charged $13 per shirt. The room lacked basic storage space, such as a dresser, and there was no ice machine on the property. Customer service was inconsistent and at times frustrating. Staff were frequently unresponsive when called, and valet service—which costs $75 per night—took six separate calls before bringing the car up. Despite contacting housekeeping twice and being assured my room would be cleaned, it never was. The pool area, while visually appealing, was managed with unnecessarily strict policies. I was told I couldn’t bring in my own water and was required to purchase bottled water from the bar at $6 each. I explained that I am breastfeeding and need to stay hydrated for my milk supply, but staff still refused. Additionally, hotel employees stood at the pool entrance watching guests throughout their swim, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable. While the hotel presents itself as a luxury experience, the service and accommodations fell short of that expectation. I recommend reevaluating policies and investing in staff training, as the true mark of a great hotel is not just the setting—but the service.

Convenient to the Kaseya Center for events. Not all rooms have a washer and dryer. Lobby smells amazing, ice or vending is not available on the hotel floors. One of the bedrooms in the two bedroom suite does not have windows or a TV. Beds are comfortable. Two free bottles of water per stay after that $6. Each + tax. Nespresso coffee machine. Pool is lovely with food service from 10 am until 7:30 pm and beach club access is covered in the amenity fee ($35. Per day) located offsite behind the Marriott Stanton Miami Beach 161 Ocean Drive Miami Beach 33139 3.7 miles away.

This has been a disappointing stay. I'm heading into my second night of a six night stay. I have a 2-bedroom suite. Despite the property charging an exorbitant "resort fee" and daily valet parking, the service and the room lacks many things you would expect for a short-term rental. Starting with check-in, there are only two kiosks and at most two staff manning the desk meaning at 4pm daily it is impossible to get attention from any of the staff. Request to room service take hours to respond (I'm talking simple requests like buckets of ice) or go without any response at all. Gym equipment is broken and, like the service, there is no urgency to make important fixes. For a property marketing itself as luxury, this has been a low grade experience and would likely not be in business if it weren't in Miami (where this service level seems to be the norm). When bringing issues to management, they certainly can repeat the corporate speak but don't move with any urgency or provide any quality level of customer service. It seems I'm bothering them by reporting issues with my week-long, $2,000 stay. They seemingly feel entitled without providing adequate service. I'm sure I will get some more corporate speak in response to this review ("call/email us so we can address your concern"), but I won't waist my time as I'm confident they will treat that feedback with the same level of urgency, focus, and effort that has been sadly poorly consistent during my stay. Stay here in a pinch, but opt for a property that clearly value their guests and the guest experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Gale Hotel! The location couldn’t have been better. Everything was so walkable. We barely used our car the entire weekend. The views from our room were spectacular. The kind that make you want to sit on the balcony with a coffee and just take it all in. Dinner at Casa Gianna was divine — hands down one of the best meals we had in Miami. The restaurant has such a cozy, romantic vibe, and the food was incredible. The hotel bar was beautiful too. Perfect for a drink before heading out or winding down at the end of the night. And the spa… wow. They have one of those big, luxurious spas with a steam room, cold plunge, and sauna. We got massages and felt completely refreshed afterward. It’s such a relaxing, peaceful space. It was definitely a highlight of our stay. The Gale really has everything you could want for a weekend getaway with great food, great views, a perfect location, and plenty of ways to unwind. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Beautiful high end hotel. Very close to Miami airport, approximately 11minutes. We enjoyed our stay, and the guest service representative was very kind. He was truly professional!!! The rooms are clean, fully stacked & the design was well thought out. I’m definitely returning to this hotel. ~E

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. I asked on check in if they serviced the rooms. They said only if we called the day before. So on day two we called to have the rooms cleaned the next day and were told rooms were only serviced on day four. I explained that I am “due” one cleaning in five nights and I am here on business and I am leaving to work another tradeshow and a new employee is coming in to finish this one and I need fresh sheets for them. They refused. The manager refused. I went up the chain. Just no. You can’t get your room serviced. Period. There is no micro market. In addition they took $100 bucks a night for incidentals and there aren’t any. As I mentioned no micro market. No snacks. And the restaurant is independent. They just took our money. Do not stay here.

Love the large rooms in Gale and the built in kitchen. The restaurant serves excellent food, the service is fantastic. Had a good chat at the bar too. I like the pool in the ninth floor and the ease that it is run with. Security around every corner, thank you for that. The hotel feels real well, the commotion and the long cues at reception are a bit annoying though
