Japanese restaurant
Yoshi is a renowned Japanese restaurant located in the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo, the only one on the Cote d'Azur to have received a Michelin star. The dining room, designed by Didier Gomez, offers a contemporary and daring ambiance with bright colors, wood accents, and a sushi bar that opens to a small Japanese garden created by landscape artist Jacques Messin.
Solid 5 Stars! We had a wonderful experience and so many different traditional Japanese dishes, served by the chef on the chef table which I highly recommend sitting. You have a tremendous experience. I‘d definitely go back. Service super cute, with a pinch of humor and you could feel and see they have fun! The chef is just wow! Big big yes ❤️
Lisa G — Google review
It was far from the true taste of Japan. I even asked the waiter if the chef was Japanese — he wasn’t, he was Italian. The oyster came plain, without any seasoning or Japanese vinegar, just a few tasteless flowers for decoration. When I asked for a sauce, it took 20 minutes to receive a simple French-style vinegar. The sashimi platter was disappointing — the three slices of fish were stuck together, with no offset to show they were separate pieces, making them look like a single cube. The Wagyu beef itself was of good quality, but again, there was no charcoal grilling, no authentic Japanese flavor. I keep the best for the end , for such a classy restaurant you will only be offered wooden disposable chopsticks , with an unusable shape even for expert like my wife is .. They are made of unpolished wood , rectangle instead of round and stays open at the end even when you squeeze them In Asia, you can find much better for a third of the price. It was such a disappointment — and honestly sad — to realize that after so many years living in Asia, I can’t seem to find proper Japanese food anywhere around Nice.
Laurent S — Google review
Food was good but not star experience, the staff seemed to have some tension, and the kitchen/prep area was quite messy (we sat at the bar so we saw everything). Its probably the best Japanese in Monaco, but not one star worthy. Overpriced for “normal”, but market price for Monaco 😅 (just trying to set expectations)
Jinna L — Google review
Went for my birthday to have dinner and it was a really nice experience. The place is so well decorated, and the service is exceptional. We tried a sushi plate and some desserts and everything was good. A little bit expensive, but you are in Monaco so these prices are quite normal.

Amazing food in the magnificent hotel metropole in Montecarlo! Very good asiatic food and the service was. Dry good and extremely prepared to take care of you transforming in an exceptional experience.

Amazing food and impeccable service. An expensive meal but an enjoyable experience. The quality of the food was only of the best, you can tell be the look, colour and taste of everything we had. Must visit in Monaco.

Restaurant
Nobu Fairmont Monte Carlo, situated within the luxurious Fairmont Hotel, has been serving its renowned Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine since 2014. Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa's award-winning dishes, inspired by his classical sushi training in Tokyo and travels in South America, combine traditional Japanese cooking with South American flavors. Signature dishes like black cod yuzu miso and Chilean sea bass with jalapeno dressing showcase this unique fusion.
Very friendly staff and took good care of us the whole evening. Sushi was pretty good and I had a good experience here. Will visit again in another city/country.
F Z — Google review
Exquisite presentation and phenomenal service! Compared to establishments in Monaco it’s priced as you’d expect and the quality is on par for what you’d get. As South African you will find yourself feeling a bit hungry and perhaps shortchanged for what we get back home but this isn’t the point here. Soak it up for what it is and enjoy it. If you there earlier enough there are great views.
David J — Google review
I have been to other Nobu restaurants but this one unfortunately does not live up to the brand standards. I have to say our server Loic was amazing and exceptional and if there was a possibility of giving him specifically a rating it would be 5 Stars, no doubt. But I can’t say that for the overall experience. Took my sisters to Nobu as we are doing a siblings trip and decided to go there since they’ve never been. The ladies who brought the food to the tables would not even stop to check or advise us what the plate is or give a brief about the dish. In other locations I have received little briefings and chefs notes which made the experience that much more special. The runners here would literally just drop it off and then run off and if it was busy I would’ve understood but it wasn’t. I feel like some members of the team need to be trained again and go through a better evaluation system within their team. Management needs to be more focused on providing a better experience for all guests. If it wasn’t for Loic’s great service, if able to I would give 0 stars. I highly recommend to those looking to visit for their first time that they try a different Nobu to get an idea of the menu and offerings.

Having been to Nobu in California and Vegas, we made sure to visit Nobu in Monte Carlo twice during our vacation from Seattle where we have amazing sushi. On our first trip, we overdid it definitely by trying a variety of starters, sushi and mains. Everything tasted fresh and lived up to our expectations, so we decided to return another night and focus mostly on the sushi. We were not disappointed. We did have a reservations and were seated right away, but I noticed that you might be able to walk-in if you’re willing to wait. The ambience felt upscale but also welcoming. Overall, we had a memorable experience both times and we would absolutely return when we’re back in the French Riviera.

It’s a no for Nobu. The food was mediocre at best. It was bland, and the only positive thing I can say about the restaurant was that the view and interior were nice, and the toilets were clean. But you can't eat the view. 🤣 Besides that… It’s a no from me. My friend who eats meat told me that her sushi was akin to that of a petrol station. (I don’t know what that tastes like, but make of that what you will). 🤣 coincidentally the people who were sat on the table next to me, asked us “was your food also really bad?”. I don’t think that is a good sign… I still don't understand how a restaurant can fail to make flavourful vegetable-based dishes.
Lady D — Google review
Nobu is a good choice for dinner – the interior is modern and elegant. However, the sushi wasn’t anything special, certainly not what you would expect from a restaurant of this level. The service was polite and professional, but despite the restaurant not being full, the waiting time for orders was far too long. Overall, it’s a nice place with a pleasant atmosphere, but it didn’t quite live up to the high expectations.
Anna A — Google review
Server was long term employee, knowledgeable and very personable. Despite what others are saying here the food is comparable to if not better than other Nobu restaurants. And the water view when sitting outside is next to none

Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo, located in Monaco, offers an exotic and vibrant atmosphere for visitors to unwind. The venue features a jazzy ambiance at Le Bar Americain and a relaxing terrace perfect for enjoying food and drinks while listening to live piano music. Additionally, the Cafe de Paris Monte-Carlo provides a bistro feel at its temporary location in the Salle Empire of the Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo.
We stopped here for an early dinner before heading back to Nice. The food was amazing. Everything we tried was packed with flavor with the exception of the shrimp fried rice. We would rate the shrimp fried rice an 8/10 but everything else was 10/10.
Kristen C — Google review
Atmosphere is great, with great decorations but food was just ok. Sushi was not that good, the peaking duck was decent, but the octopus dish was really good. It was not chewy and had amazing flavor. Ironically that was the least Asian thing on the menu.

Visited Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo - dramatic design, DJ, and lighting make the place unforgettable. We spent time at the long standing bar counter, stocked with premium spirits selection, where bartender Maelys surprised us with three delicious cocktails on Elit Vodka. The vibe is stylish and international, with music lively enough for energy yet still leaving room for conversation. A must-visit for Monaco nightlife and cocktail lovers.

Can we just all agree this is the IT place in MC? BB here is just on a different level comparing to the other franchizes, exclusivity and refined charm got me obssessed and If I had to take only one restaurant from Monaco I would choose this one. Why? Having visited other Buddha Bars only here I was left speechless from the decor, chic glam interior with BB details, lounge area that is vast and amazing for after-dinner dance or terrace to be in a bit more intimate surrounding still being part of party vibes, smoking shisha and enjoying the rest of the evening. Here, options are vast. I love their version of asian fusion kitchen, what I love the most is the cocktail menu variety and a LOT of martini drinks options, from raspberry ones to my fav passion fruit martini or some of the signature ones. The feast is guaranteed. My feast is the cocktail menu. Top and take-care-of-you staff was amazing, we felt special and loved, the manager took care of us to get us a table secured after the dinner where we got to choose to be seated in the lounge area or terrace. Knowing how busy it got, we appreciated his effort a lot and got a table outside to smoke shisha and keep drinking. Here it was perfect and lasted up to 1.5h. We enjoyed our evening so much, the lounge is super busy after the midnight and the crowd was very lively. my husband drowned in the food i drowned in cocktails and let the pictures talk

Great atmosphere when the sun goes down out on the terrace. The service and cocktails can be a bit hit or miss. But overall a place to start or end your evening.

A great spot for an evening drink in Monaco! The atmosphere is relaxed yet lively, perfect for unwinding or enjoying a fun night out. Excellent cocktails, good music, and friendly service make it a go-to place for a classy yet chill vibe.
Anna A — Google review
Feels like stepping into a temple of hedonism - deep red lights, mystical decor, and an atmosphere that’s both sacred and sinful. The music is dark yet hypnotic, blending electronic beats with chants and ritualistic sounds, creating a truly unforgettable vibe - mix of oriental-ethnic sounds (Buddhist chants, gongs, ritual choirs) fused with electronic, downtempo, and tribal-house beats. Very tasty foods.

A rare and amazing experience. Friendly and efficient service. Great casual vibe with a mixed crowd. Some of the best sushi I have ever had. Call for a reservation to sit at the bar and watch the chef in action.

MayaBay is a popular restaurant known for its fast and friendly service. While the sushi is decent, it may not be the best you've ever had, but the desserts are surprisingly good. The ambiance is nice with pleasant music, so making a reservation is recommended due to its popularity. The staff provides excellent service and some dishes feature very fresh fish. However, there may be some limitations on certain menu items during seasonal transitions.
Maya Bay never disappoints. This wasn’t my first time dining here, and somehow it just keeps getting better. The atmosphere is always spot-on — elegant yet relaxed, with that signature Monaco edge. The Thai and Japanese fusion is consistently impressive. You can tell the ingredients are top quality, and the flavours are so well balanced. I always go back for the yellow tail sashimi (Thai way) and some prawn curry — both flawless every time. Cocktails are also a standout, with creative mixes that actually complement the food. Service is just as memorable as the food — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s one of those places I make a point to return to whenever I’m in town. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates a refined dining experience with a bit of soul.
Zoya Z — Google review
The food is absolutely insane! Very very good and tasty! I recommend the sushi! Padthai doesn’t look like the picture, it was good but not as tasty as it looked on the picture! Food wise it’s one of my favourite place in Monaco, however the service is really poor, it’s such a shame! They have everything to be an unavoidable location in the principality but the service is downgrading the place! Cocktails are nice too!
Nicolas S — Google review
MayaBay is the best restaurant in Monaco!!! The service was amazing, the food and flavour — unreal. It was my husband’s birthday, they took care of us and made it extra special. This is definitely the go to place while in Monaco.
Peace — Google review
Absolutely loved my experience at MayaBay in Monaco! The restaurant's unique blend of Thai and Japanese cuisine makes for an exciting dining destination. On this occasion, I opted for the Thai dishes, and they did not disappoint. The Hotpot was rich and flavorful, the Chicken Curry was perfectly spiced and comforting, and the Prawn Pad Thai was absolutely delicious — authentic and bursting with taste. While the portion sizes were satisfying, I personally felt they could have been a bit more generous. Nonetheless, the quality of the food truly made up for it. The dessert selection was also impressive, and I highly recommend the Chocolate Soufflé — a decadent and satisfying end to the meal. The service was friendly but could have been more attentive; it seemed there were too many staff at reception and not enough waitstaff to attend to tables promptly. Despite this small hiccup, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely return for the exquisite food and charming ambiance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality Thai dining experience in Monaco!
Will T — Google review
Food is great! Except the Focaccia bread with salmon topping. Overall we were impressed by the food. Cocktails by the glass of champagne was average. The wine by the glass is good enough. However it was marred by a group smoking inside the resto! Such a fancy resto allows a group to smoke indoor even if there's a somewhat opening window but really? The rest of people sitting inside have to endure the smoke. There are many nice restaurants in this area, wouldn't rush back.
Ohayo O — Google review
Great vibes, tasty Asian fusion food and super stylish decor. Everything we tried was delicious. Their crispy duck is a MUST. It’s definitely on the pricier side though ..
Konstantina — Google review
I’ve never written a review before, but after my experience at Maya Bay in Monaco, I feel I have no choice. Honestly, this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, and I’m still in disbelief that a restaurant in Monaco could manage to fail so spectacularly in every single area. I was seated alone and waited 45 minutes just to get a menu. The staff said they thought I was waiting for someone. I clearly stated I was alone at the entrance. Then came the table situation. I was approached three separate times about moving my table. The first two times I politely declined. The third time, they moved me without asking, and I ended up in the middle of the restaurant where people were constantly bumping into me. I couldn’t even sit back in my chair comfortably. I ordered sushi with crab meat. Within the first bite, I found hard crab shell pieces—literal skeleton fragments. I found at least four pieces, and I couldn’t eat the rest of the sushi as you can see in the picture. When I sent the pieces back to show the chef, I was told, “This is normal. We try to clean the crab, but this happens.” No. This is not normal, and at €93 for two sushi pieces and three pieces of gyozas, it is completely unacceptable. I refused the replacement because I didn’t want to risk paying more money for another poorly prepared dish. I will never go back, not even if I were starving.
Eylül K — Google review

Guests can enjoy the amazing views of Larvotto beach while dining and listening to live international artists and DJs at the music bar. The restaurant provides great service, generous portions, and a wonderful atmosphere for visitors looking for an exceptional dining experience by the beach in French Riviera.
Absolutely amazing atmosphere right on the beach! The cocktails are delicious and the food menu is quite versatile - something to feed everyone! I ordered the Thai salad with chicken and it was sooo fresh and tasty. Other stand outs were the veal with gnocchi and the beef burger. Could have spent all afternoon and night here!

An Unforgettable Riviera Gem La Note Bleue on Larvotto Beach is the epitome of relaxed Monegasque chic. It offers a stunning seaside setting with a cool, laid-back vibe. The Mediterranean-inspired cuisine is fresh and delicious, but the real soul of the place comes alive with its fantastic live jazz music. Perfect for a sunny lunch that drifts into a magical evening. Out of all the places me and my friend dined in between Nice and Monaco, this has been one of my favourites. We went here after the Monaco E-Prix, in the pouring rain. Feeling soggy and tired after the walk, we were given a lovely seat on the terrace, right by the edge. The view was gorgeous, and it was really peaceful and quiet. It felt super relaxed and contrasted other stiff experiences we had in Monaco. I had the prawns, my friend had stir fry, and we shared spring rolls. The food was absolutely delicious, my only issue being I’m not super comfortable de-shelling prawns. We had cocktails, which were really good, and ended with a nice coffee. This was a super satisfying meal, the staff were lovely, and it was nice to feel like we could take a breath and enjoy delicious food by the sea. Definitely recommend as a great restaurant with good atmosphere and feels worth the money!

The artichoke risotto was pretty good, what let it down for me was the fact that I could taste the “canned” flavour from the artichoke and sundried tomatoes. Besides that the dish was acceptable. The service was good, and the waiters were polite and patient.

Twiga Monte Carlo, a creation of Flavio Briatore under Majestas, is a glamorous and welcoming venue that aims to captivate sophisticated cosmopolitan clientele. Inspired by the wild charm of Malindi, this upscale establishment offers an eclectic culinary experience with Italian and New-Asian dishes as well as adventurous African and Japanese cocktails. The recently refurbished venue provides a stunning setting for memorable nights.
Genuinely my best experience in Monaco for few times I’ve been in this country. Great vibe, music, service, food, prices. I’ll be happy to come back again. On Saturday there was no tables outside, but manage did some magic, and found for us incredible place. Grateful!

The food and drinks at Twiga are absolutely amazing, the seafood is on another level and the cocktails are crafted to perfection. If you love dinner with entertainment, this is the place to be. The show is full of sexiness and seduction, with incredible choreography and top-tier performances that keep you captivated all night. A perfect mix of fine dining, cocktails, and unforgettable entertainment.
Bria R — Google review
There’s a certain kind of magic that only happens in Monaco after sunset — and Twiga is right at the center of it. You arrive for dinner, but it’s never just dinner. It’s an atmosphere — a rhythm — a slow crescendo of elegance and energy. The terrace overlooks the sea, glowing softly under Riviera light. The air smells like salt, perfume, and anticipation. Glasses clink. A saxophone hums somewhere between tables. The food is effortlessly refined — Mediterranean soul with a cosmopolitan twist. Fresh seafood, delicate pastas, flavors that feel light yet indulgent. For someone who doesn’t eat meat, it’s a dream — pure taste, no compromise. And then the transition happens. The music deepens, lights warm, dancers appear. The restaurant becomes a stage — part fashion show, part celebration. People don’t just dine here; they perform life beautifully. By midnight, Twiga transforms into something entirely different — a pulse. The DJ takes over, champagne flows, and suddenly you’re in the heart of Monaco’s golden nightlife. It’s elegant, seductive, and completely unforgettable — the kind of place that reminds you why the Riviera will always be timeless.

I had the pleasure of dining at Twiga Monte Carlo and it was truly an all-around experience. The food was excellent, every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, always ready to assist without being intrusive. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, with soft lighting and a refined vibe that immediately puts you at ease. After dinner, the night seamlessly transitioned into the club, which is located within the same venue. The energy picked up, the DJ was fantastic, and the overall vibe was vibrant and fun. Even in the club, the service remained top-notch, with the team making sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, Twiga Monte Carlo is the perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy both a quality dinner and a great night out, highly recommended!

had a great experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with a stylish setup that made the evening feel special. The DJ kept the energy flowing with excellent music, creating the perfect vibe for both dining and relaxing. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Overall, a fantastic place to enjoy a night out – I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had the most incredible evening at Twiga Monte-Carlo. from start to finish, it felt like stepping into a world of elegance and energy. The ambiance was perfectly balanced: glamorous yet welcoming, with that signature Monte-Carlo touch that makes you feel like you’re part of something special. The food was a highlight, beautifully presented, flavorful, and curated with such attention to detail. Every dish carried that refined yet exciting flair that pairs so well with the atmosphere. Pair it with their cocktails, and it’s honestly an experience worth savoring. 🍸 What stood out most was how the night flowed seamlessly from fine dining to vibrant nightlife. Twiga isn’t just a restaurant or a club, it’s both, and it delivers on every level. If you’re in Monaco and want a place where style, flavor, and energy come together effortlessly, Twiga is the destination. 🖤✨ 💯recommended.

Pacific Monte Carlo is an upscale international fusion restaurant located in the heart of Monaco, offering a diverse menu that includes Asian, Japanese, Peruvian, and world fusion cuisine. Situated near iconic landmarks such as the Casino de Monte-Carlo and the Formula 1 race circuit, it provides a perfect spot to enjoy lunch while watching the Grand Prix. The restaurant also hosts live music performances and special events.
The food here is amazing, although the plates are relatively small, even for Monte Carlo Standards. Location is great too, close from the casino and with great outside area next to a main road. So plenty to see for all the car enthusiasts. Overall a really nice place with cool atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Went on GP Sunday for lunch. Glimpses of the track and cars available. TV screens set up with French commentary. Least of the extortionate fixed price menus I could find. And food actually pretty good.

Fantastic risotto, amazing burger, polite & kind servers. They even packed our dessert since we were in a rush.

I have to say I'm thoroughly disappointed. The dining experience was very bad. Waited over 3hrs to complete our eating experience. They didn't even give us all the food we ordered. Missed an entire plate and side dishes. The outdoor seating was also filthy. Standards must be maintained. The Angus steak I ordered was delicious though, and so were the spicy calamari we got.
Stergios A — Google review
Dinner was a disaster. Food quality doesn’t justify the price, and to make matters worse the service was abysmal. It took us 2 hours to get our main course, and one of our party members got food poisoning. Hoping to save the next party — I wouldn’t send my enemies here.

Nestled along the picturesque Quai Jean-Charles Rey, Moshi Moshi is a culinary gem that beautifully marries Japanese aesthetics with Mediterranean flavors. The restaurant's enchanting decor features delicate cherry blossom branches adorning the ceiling, creating an intimate and refined atmosphere. Here, guests can indulge in a unique menu where edamame is drizzled with truffle oil and sushi rolls are elevated with zesty Yuzu from Menton, filled with fresh salmon and avocado for a delightful taste experience.
Moshi Moshi is a frequent of mine. The sushi selection and quality is great, and their lunch menu has good bang for your buck! (Truthfully, might be my favorite sushi place in Monaco) The service can be a bit slow at times, but the chefs are making magic in the kitchen so I don’t mind it. I haven’t yet tried everything on the menu, but will definitely keep coming back to try.
Emma — Google review
It was very busy, so the service was slow and they were definitely overwhelmed. It’s much nicer to sit outside rather than inside, so make sure to let them know this in advance. It’s a pretty small restaurant with limited spaces.
Vasilisa V — Google review
One thing that really stood out was their flexibility. I managed to get a last minute reservation with no problem, which was a pleasant surprise. As for the food, everything I ordered was excellent. The vegetarian gyozas were light, flavorful, and perfectly pan-fried. The KFC had just the right balance of crispiness and a deliciously sticky glaze. And the ramen was comforting, rich and well balanced, exactly what I was hoping for.
Solange C — Google review
Amazing food. Got the Wagyu rolls. Our waiter Sergio in was exceptional. Five stars all the way. Sat on the terrace. Great night. Great views.

Good Japanese food. At lunchtime there are special offers. The chicken (KFC) tastes really good.

I understand Monaco prices, but hoped to get Monaco quality. Unfortunately. Way overpriced. Just beside the corner you get „mass” sushi with the same quality, for half the price.

Excellent restaurant ! Do not hesitate to stop there for lunch or a meal in the evening 😉 The service is perfect as well!

MOSHI MOSHI is really a treat!! It offers an impressive menu of creative, delicious dishes in a gorgeous/ romantic space. The crispy rice with tuna and the Japanese chicken bites are the standouts for me, while the sushi and sashimi are incredibly fresh. I loved the Sgroppino, prepared tableside with the fragrant and smooth YUME SAKE—an unforgettable touch! We will be back!

Sushi restaurant
Nestled on Rue Plati, above the Honore II Promenade, Monaki has made a name for itself since the beginning of 2021 by offering a unique service focused solely on takeout and delivery. Despite not having a dining area, this sushi spot has garnered praise for its fresh offerings, swift delivery, and reasonable prices. Customers have lauded the establishment for its high-quality sushi selection and convenient online ordering system that even accepts ticket restaurant cards as payment.
Really fresh, amazing sushi. One of the best I've ever had. Perfectly cooked rice; juicy, fresh and chonky pieces of fish; crunchy panko veggies, ton of tasty additions. Service was kind and even replaced fromage for us (with avocado and salmon). Prices are low for Monako and we (2 of us) were filled after 50something (shared the rest with friends).
Rafał B — Google review
Ordered there on weekends, high quality sushis, wide range of choice and a lot of “Box” if you don’t want to bother selecting them one by one. You can order online and their website also support “ticket restaurant” card for payment which is great!
Jonathan D — Google review
Not fresh. Service was kind and quick. But lacks taste and mostly avocado and mango were not fresh. Can’t say the same for the fish. But when it comes to sushi, freshness is not everything but it is nearly everything. We could not finish what we ordered and had to throw part away.
Patrick B — Google review
The sushi I was able to eat was fresh, though not anything great. Unfortunately one of our rolls had shrimp on top that was not labeled as having shrimp in the order form, and the sushi burrito had fried onions in it after I specifically asked not to include them, and one roll tasted like tuna that was meant to be salmon. We all agreed there was nothing tasty in what we ordered. Delivery guy was nice and very prompt.

Izakaya Cozza is a Japanese restaurant in Monaco that offers an intimate ambiance perfect for various occasions. The traditional Japanese decor, soft lighting, and sound of Japanese music create a charming atmosphere. With lush greenery and shades of blue, the restaurant combines Japanese artistry with Riviera sophistication. Guests can enjoy fusion cuisine that bridges two culinary worlds. The menu features dishes like Ferrari California rolls, chicken karaage curry, bibimbap, sushi, and ramen soup.
Izakaya Cozza is a nice Japanese restaurant in Monaco. We had traditional Japanese plates, it was a great experience for the whole family, I highly recommend it. The staff is top, friendly, and kind, especially with our kids, thanks a lot! The food was excellent and plentiful, the prices are very reasonable, very good value for money.
Alexandros M — Google review
In their defense, I don't think ramen culture is as big in Monaco as it is in Canada, however my expectations being in such a fancy place such as Monaco is that the ramen is on par. It is not. The service is exceptional with the waiters being friendly and attentive. I also very much appreciated the server going out of his way to ask the chef if they could make dandan noodles for me as they did not have it at the moment but I was really craving it. The seating area outside is laid out nicely but inside was much more comfortable but we were seated outside. Unfortunately I wish I asked as there was AC but it seemed like inside was for reservation only. Foods ordered Shoyu with cha-su - 3/5 Wife (ramen queen) ordered this and found it decent compared to what she's used to. Broth was rather salty and the cha-su actually rather dry which is interesting considering they use pork belly. Noodles for the ramen were very good as they used alkaline noodles that give it that great bounce and texture. Spicy ramen with karaage - 4/5 I ordered the spicy ramen and enjoyed it. It was salty however with the spice, it created better balance than it did for my wifes shoyu. The karaage was fried nicely with the chicken still moist so that was very good. Noodles used were the same as shoyu so props there. Overall a solid bowl of noodles but not up to par with what I'm used to. Bibimbap - 2/5 This was whole heartedly very disappointing. Presentation was very nice and came with plentiful of toppings; however I found that this worked against the dish (complaining about surplus toppings am I crazy?). I actually wish there was more rice added to this as this dish was just too salty. I don't think they took into account that the toppings they add such as kimchi and meat already have a salty component so with the sauce added on, it was just too much. I was craving for a plain bowl of rice to dump on there to balance it out. Exotic cheesecake (mango and passionfruit) - 5/5 Star of our meal, this was very delicious but not like your typical cheesecake where the cake is firm. Maybe it was supposed to be firm and maybe the heat or blowtorch melted it but the inside was barely holding itself together. The top was burnt nicely as creme brulee's should and the middle was extremely light but flavorful of fruit. Graham bottom was thin and delicious. Water being 7euros was criminal but I'm in Monaco so I expected everything to cost an arm and a leg

Arrived there for lunch. It’s about 150m from the Grimaldi forum so it’s quite easy to find. Sat outside as we were told it was full inside - though I saw some free tables. Thankfully the weather was cool enough to sit outside. Had the chirashi - it was ok, not fantastic in comparison to Japanese standards. The wasabi was authentic so that’s a plus. Friendly staff who made us feel welcome.

One of the best meals we had so far while on holiday. My boyfriend and I visited Monaco for a day trip and we stumbled upon this little area. We had three starters that we shared which i strongly recommend: the gyoza, prawn sushi and chicken! For the main: we had beef katsu curry which comes with rice and grilled beef.
Janey T — Google review
Service was great but somewhat too quick with picking up empty things on the table. Food was delicious, but a bit pricy for some portions (maybe have an additional side with it?) If you sit by the terrace, you get all the view of the fancy cars coming by, if thats your thing. Overall was a great night.

Tried Izakaya for the first time today and the food was absolutely amazing, so fresh and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, which made the whole experience even better. Loved it and will definitely be going back!

Had a lovely dinner at izakaya cozza. We shared their Ferrari California rolls for appetizer. (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) then for main, we had the chicken karaage curry and bibimbap. Both were delish! For dessert, we shared the cheesecake. Recommend everything but the cheesecake, it was not a hit. Apart from the food, the service was superb. Everybody was nice and welcoming. Will definitely go back!! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
