Fares Seafood Genena City

Mentioned on
+1 other list
$$$$expensive
Seafood restaurant
Fares Seafood in Genena City is a top choice for seafood lovers. Located in the Old Market, it offers generous portions of high-quality seafood prepared in various ways to suit every palate. While there's another branch at Il Mercato, the Old Market location receives more consistent praise from customers. The menu features a wide selection of seafood at reasonable prices, making it a popular spot for both locals and tourists.
The gentleman working there was very attentive and as soon as he arrived he took us to the fish counter and asked us to choose fish. We were a little scared at first because we thought they would give a very high price. The price was quite normal considering the service and they provided an extraordinary service for the meals that came. We said we would go again the next day, but we couldn't go because our plans changed :) The potbellied and approximately 50 year old waiter was very attentive and we liked him very much. Just when we thought everything was over, they offered us tea. The seafood rice is great, there is even crab in it.
Zakir T — Google review
Definitely one of the best seafood places in the world! The seafood soup was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The shrimp were also delicious, and the waiter even helped us peel them, which was a nice touch. Service was excellent from start to finish. You get to choose your fish before being seated, which adds to the experience and ensures freshness. Highly recommended for any seafood lover!
Rabih T — Google review
Absolutely fantastic experience! The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Easily one of the best seafood meals I've had—highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ahmed A — Google review
We went here upon recommendation from our front desk team for the best seafood place around the area. My boyfriend and I shared the mix grill with rice supposedly for one person but we couldn’t even finish it as the portion was large. Additionally, bread and condiments were included as free appetizers so we were stuffed. The mix grill was very good. The grouper fish fillet and shrimps were very soft, juicy and tasty!
Vivian T — Google review
The food we had was very tasty. You choose the seafood you want by weight, they weigh it, and then give you the price accordingly. As in many places in Egypt, the fish was seasoned with a distinct local spice, but it didn’t negatively affect the taste. The location is also great, with a nice view. The only downside was that the gentleman who was helping us select the fish seemed a bit grumpy, even though we were simply discussing which option would be more budget-friendly.
Ulaş B — Google review
Oh I love to be back in this resto! One of the best grilled SEABASS i've tasted!!! And the presentation of their lobster is also awesome! Recommended and we had an amazing time with them! Def! Be back!
Wander R — Google review
Hello, yesterday we went to this restaurant for dinner because the locals here told us it was good.. we ate shrimp, squid and sea bass.. they brought us some traditional dishes of theirs at the beginning... half an hour after we arrived at our hotel, my husband vomited 4 times, he had severe stomach pains.. they are preparing to take us to the hospital.. until 9 o'clock in the morning today he felt stomach pains and he was going to the toilet all the time.. the same as me.. with the difference that I didn't vomit.. Until now I'm still miserable and I go to the bathroom often and my stomach hurts... we got food poisoning.. maybe because they have the fish outside in the heat, they had put ice on some of them but not on the shrimp and other species..
Eleni V — Google review
We had a great time and the food was so good. The price was too high but at the same time we ordered some expensive food. The service was really good. The waiters were so nice and helpful. The food came to the table fast. Salads were not the best. We had much better in other cheaper places. Almost no taste. The main courses came fresh and fast. Of course we chose the lobsters, fish and shrimps. The main course was cooked really nice and so satisfying. We paid around 5800 EGP which is too expensive ( 6 regular dinners ). We were 3 adults and one child. Receipt attached in the photos. We ordered: 2 lobsters ( 1 grilled + 1 with white sauce ) 1 fried fish 2 shrimps ( 1 grilled + 1 fried ) French fries 3 soup 6 salads 3 cola Water Recommended place if you not on a budget and appreciate good seafood ❤️👍

Mandarin Bar

Restaurant
Bar
Nestled in the vibrant SOHO Square of Sharm el-Sheikh, the Mandarin Bar offers a delightful blend of British pub charm and international cuisine. This inviting venue is perfect for unwinding after a meal, featuring an extensive selection of wines, beers, and cocktails. Guests can enjoy live sports on large screens while indulging in shisha at outdoor tables. The menu boasts an impressive array of Thai and Egyptian dishes that have left many visitors raving about their flavors and quality.
After eating all inclusive this was a very welcome change, the food was delicious and well priced with a 35% discount if you arrive during their ‘happy hour’. A choice of Indian, Chinese, Egyptian or Thai food with the ability to mix and match was great. We kept coming back as the food was amazing especially the biryani. Could easily be paying double for this in the UK.
Nailah G — Google review
Just a heads up this place is located fairly central to the strip and serves several different cuisines. It appears there's a Google business for each and every individual cuisine or experience but it is the same restaurant. We've been here twice, once for drinks and football on the big screen outside and once again for food. I'll be honest the service could be a little better but the Indian food is bang on, it wasn't too different to home (England). The naan bread was outstanding, couldn't fault it at all. The Mrs had an Italian dish but be warned it's a separate kitchen and will arrive earlier. Had some nice cocktails and the beer is fairly standard. It was about £47 for 4 drinks, 2 meals, 2 sides, including a service charge. There are cheaper places to eat but it is quite nice here. If you want to watch the football they have a huge TV outside probably about 200 inches. Great atmosphere
Jay R — Google review
The worst place to bring anyone waited over 2 hours for food 1 plate off food showed up and then half hour later gout the other food cold been here before was good now the worst place ever don’t ever come here
Jack D — Google review
We decided to come here on our last day of our honeymoon and also my husbands birthday. The food and service was delicious! We ordered a range of thai foods as well as the egyptian mixed grill. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. I was surprised by how great the thai food tasted. It was a great experience. Our waiter Romani was excellent and ensured everything was to perfection. Prices were slightly higher than other places but it was definitely worth it! Still a great price when converted to £!
TASNIM H — Google review
We watched the Liverpool match here today and drank a yummy hot chocolate and eclair. I asked for a strawberry mojito and Romani made it specially for me even though it wasn’t on the menu. Service was great!

food was delicious I recommend it for people who prefers multiple cousins in one place
Rawan K — Google review
The food is absolutely delicious here. We’ve come here twice, we loved the thai and chinese menu, the flavours were on point and the service was great! We don’t understand why the reviews are so poor, we’ve come from the UK and had a brilliant time; definitely a restaurant we will remember when we return back to England!

Cafe Chino

Mentioned on

Lebanese restaurant
Restaurant
Cafe Chino, located in Soho Square, is a popular spot known for its generous-sized Levantine classics that attract both locals and tourists. The restaurant offers classic Middle Eastern dishes such as tender grilled lamb kofta with saffron rice and delicious mixed mezze with stuffed vine leaves. Visitors praise the value of the food, especially highlighting the Mixed Grill and fresh mezzes. While some mention that portion sizes are small, they appreciate the authentic Lebanese flavors and good service.
An absolute must-visit venue in Sharm El Sheikh! The quality speaks for itself — our plates were spotless by the end of the meal. Outstanding food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. Highly recommended.
Mahir K — Google review
Nice lebanaese food at premium prices in a clean restaurant. The starters are best (lentil soup, hummus & spicy lemon potatoes). Overall decent food but service is slow & cover your pin when paying by card (as they stand over you). Enjoy as theirs not much choice this end of Sharm in Soho Square.
Fiaz — Google review
The best food in all of Soho Square. I came back twice! Delicious beef Shawarma, chicken, the spicy garlic dip might be one of my favorite dips of all time now. Service was incredible. Great place to people watch highly highly recommend.
Daniel B — Google review
I really love Cafe Chino, I've been here with my parents twice on two trips, the lamb kebab and the grilled chicken kebab are delicious, however my lamb kebab was extremely salty, i am a person who likes a bit of salt but found this dish to be a little excessive. Overall we enjoyed this place and it's food, it's a little on the pricey side but it's still nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Tabouleh!
Yalda Y — Google review
Best food in all of sharm el sheik. Visited several times during my stay!
Cat P — Google review
This place is incredibly clean and well-kept. The food and desserts were absolutely delicious — you have to try their meatballs and döner! The staff were super friendly and attentive, especially Samah whose smile was so genuine. You can tell she truly cares about making you happy, no fake attitudes at all. Definitely a spot you shouldn’t miss!
Batuhan A — Google review
I ordered Shawarma , beef kofta , rice and kofta with tomato sauce in oven . Shawarma was good 8/10 Beef kofta 5/10 it came near to cold and too much spices there. Rice came very cold then I asked waiter to change he replaced it with a hot plate instead👍🏻.it was tasty 10/10 Didn’t bring kofta with tomato in oven . Service was very slow it takes an hour to bring the order, and not all ordered items brought I think this my first and last time to visit here
Iris G — Google review
This is an Egyptian labanese restaurant. They tried their best to make the food as close as possible to Lebanese. The food was good, the service was good also, but the restaurant was a bit hot as it lacked air conditioning. Prices were acceptable but the portion was very little. You order a grilled plate and it comes with two skewers only. This is not a plate, this is a half portion plate. But the taste was good in everything and the shawarma was nice.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, Castle Zaman is a remarkable slow-food restaurant that promises an unforgettable experience. The stunning infinity pool and delectable cuisine make it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or simply unwinding amidst breathtaking scenery. With its medieval charm and attentive staff, this hidden gem offers exceptional hospitality. Guests rave about the delicious flavors of the food and the impressive selection of beverages, from refreshing smoothies to a full bar.
A medieval castle nested in the mountains overlooking the bluest waters you will ever sea. A one of a kind relaxing experience. Quite, relaxing, comfortable, and super clean for a one day trip. Close to Newebai" Dahab and Sharm, the place is definitely worth the ride. The food is slow cooked and must be ordered in advance, but it is incredibly tasty. You need to book in advance, a bit pricy, but worth it.

Great place in Nuweiba. We took the lamb shoulder, its delicious! Strict rules but the place is so worth visiting! There's an amazing artificial pond for relaxation. Music is nice. The views are breathtaking. It is really recommended if you are in the area. The Margeritas are highly recommended!

Beautiful unique location, amazing staff, and perfect experience. Keep in mind, portions are huge so be sure you are super hungry before you go. We ordered the veal and the salmon. The veal was epic and the salmon was really good.

A Magical Hidden Gem in Sinai Castle Zaman is truly a breathtaking experience. The scenery is out of this world. Perched above the Red Sea with panoramic views of the mountains and water, it feels like stepping into a serene dream. The atmosphere and ambiance are peaceful, relaxed, and so unique. Soft, calming music plays in the background, adding to the tranquil, magical vibe of the whole place. Every corner is designed with intention. One of my favorite parts was exploring the “dungeon”. It felt like a treasure adventure. Hidden below the castle, it is filled with beautifully handcrafted glasses, plates, bowls, and other unique pieces all for sale. I ordered a slow-cooked veal leg dish. It was served with veggies, molokhya, and roz. Absolutely delicious, and one of the most satisfying meals I have had in Sinai. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the welcome drink was a lovely touch that made the experience even more special. Even the bathrooms were spotless and beautifully done, with natural materials and no cold metal anywhere in sight. Every detail reflects care, artistry, and harmony with nature. A special thank you to Lucy for her professionalism, kindness, and for making my time there so joyful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique escape with incredible views, authentic food, and peaceful energy. Thank you, Castle Zaman, for an unforgettable day. ✨

Yesterday we went to this beautiful place ( already second time) ⸻ I really enjoy this place for its atmosphere. They take excellent care of their pond, the water is always clean and well maintained, and they have clear rules about it. The food was also delicious – we ordered the lamb shoulder for two, which was perfectly cooked and very tasty. The views and the whole setting are simply beautiful. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. A woman who works there (I believe she might be from Poland) was extremely unwelcoming and unpleasant. Since I have some health issues, I needed more time to enjoy the meal. We asked if our food could be kept for a couple of hours so we could continue eating later, but she refused, saying there could be inspections – which sounded unreasonable given the location. Even worse, she said they could give our food to the dogs, which was very offensive. When we asked if we could take the rest with us, she said they don’t offer such a service, and without asking if we wished to continue, she simply cleared everything away. The place itself is wonderful, but the lack of hospitality really spoils the experience. If you go, it’s better not to interact with the staff too much, otherwise it can ruin the mood.
Ina I — Google review
The staff was friendly, lovely and thorough. They explained the rules first thing so everyone can have a good time! Then we got to enjoy the most beautiful part of egypt in my opinion. The food was wonderful and plenty!! You will definitely leave with a full belly and unforgettable memories. The beef leg was my personal favorite!! Keep in mind you need at least 3 people to order one !

The bar Ice Bar is a great place to spend some minutes if you're in the cold weather. They have a full bar range and cold weather clothing is available on request.
Great welcome and friendly staff upon arrival. Family of 5 visiting with child aged 9 going free. All other 4 persons got a free drink with a choice of soft drink, spirit or a beer. Coats also provided inclusive Its a small room with temps -9c, great experience whilst visiting Soho square

Ice bar in Sharm located in Soho square Entrance is 10 euro per person and you can have 1 drink either hard or soft Choices from beer to gin vodka soft drinks or red bull 10mins allocated time they give you a heavy jacket and temperature is really low inside 🥶 A nice experience to have or try
Stephanie J — Google review
The Ice Bar at SOHO Square is a unique and refreshing experience, especially in the warm climate of Sharm El Sheikh. Everything inside—from the walls and seating to the glasses—is crafted entirely from ice, maintaining a chilly -9°C environment. Upon entry, guests are provided with warm clothing to stay comfortable in the frosty setting. The bar offers a selection of drinks, including vodka shots served in ice glasses, enhancing the overall icy ambiance. It's a fun spot to visit with friends or as part of a night out in SOHO Square. While the space is relatively small, the novelty of the experience makes it worth a visit. If you're looking for a cool escape and a memorable photo opportunity, the Ice Bar is a must-see attraction in Sharm El Sheikh
Y G — Google review
A cool and unique experience — literally! The bar is kept at -9°C, and it was fun enjoying a cold beer in such an unusual setting. The team was welcoming and friendly. Just keep in mind, you probably won’t stay more than 30 minutes — it’s really cold inside! Thank you for the memorable moment!
Zakaria B — Google review
Popped in on a recent holiday in Sharm, was exactly what it says on the tin, very cold -9 inside we stayed no more than 15mins had a drink each which was included in the 10Euros entrance fee.
Andy D — Google review
This place has seriously gone down hill since I last visited, needs a bit of love and maybe a few more drink options. Was not worth the money this time.
Gemma W — Google review
Ice Disaster What an absolute con. We were really looking forward to visiting the ice bar at Soho Square with our friends, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. They crammed so many people inside that it was uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. There were no limits on numbers — they just kept letting more people through the door with no regard for safety or the experience. We had our free drink, snapped a couple of photos, and left after barely 10 minutes. Inside, there are a few ice sculptures, some ice seating, an ice bar, and walls covered in ice — all topped off with an odd office-style suspended ceiling that completely kills the atmosphere. It’s around £10 each including the drink, which isn’t terrible value on paper, but the greed in overfilling the place ruins it entirely. Don’t waste your money. Soho Square should step in and put a stop to this blatant rip-off. Easily my worst experience in Sharm.

One of the best places I’ve visited recently is Tavern Bar 👌 The “Sex on the Beach” cocktail was absolutely amazing — perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. Prices are very reasonable for the quality, and the food is both delicious and varied. The staff are super friendly, professional, and really make the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Highly recommended spot for anyone looking to enjoy great drinks, food, and vibes 🌟

I recently visited the Tavern Bar. When I went the place was very quiet. It's a small bar with a good range of food and friendly staff. What annoyed me was that their card machine wasn't working so I had to pay cash. I maybe cynical but I think they only want u to pay cash 😆. Worth a visit but the food prices are high.

Tavern Bar is a great spot for anyone looking for a place with a true English-style vibe and very reasonable prices. I had a Jack Daniel’s with Cola there at an excellent price compared to what you usually find in Naama Bay. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff are friendly, and overall it’s a place I definitely recommend.
John P — Google review
TavernBar is always a delight! The host is truly welcoming, and the food is made from top-quality ingredients – every dish we’ve tried has been delicious. They really listen to feedback and often surprise guests with little extras like ice cream or fresh juice, which makes the experience even warmer. In Sharm there are many cheaper places, but often disappointing. Here, you always know your expectations will be exceeded. We’ve come many times with friends, and it’s consistently one of the best dining spots in town. Highly recommended if you want real, tasty food

Located in Naama Bay, it features a giant guitar on the roof and houses a collection of rock memorabilia. In the evening, it turns into a nightclub with musical events and lively parties on weekends.

I’ve visited many Hard Rock Cafes around the world, and I love them all. Hard Rock Cafe holds a very special place in our hearts as a family. Since the day our son Fidel was born, we’ve been buying Hard Rock Cafe baby bibs from every place we visit, creating a special collection for him as a keepsake. I’ve previously visited the Hard Rock Cafes in New York,Washington,Johannesburg,Boston, London, the Maldives, Gothenburg,Buenos Aires and Sydney. When Fidel grows up, he’ll have a collection full of wonderful and meaningful memories. That’s why, during our holiday in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, we of course visited the Hard Rock Cafe there too — and added another bib to his collection. First of all, I must say that among all the Hard Rock Cafes I’ve been to, the one in Sharm El Sheikh was definitely the best. The staff were extremely friendly, warm, welcoming, and fun. They played games with our son so that my wife and I could relax and enjoy our time. From the moment we walked in, they were so kind and attentive that we truly felt like we were at home. When we told them it was our son Fidel’s 5th birthday, they organized an unforgettable birthday celebration for him. It was so memorable that, among all the items in his collection, this beautiful memory will surely be the most meaningful one. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Besoo and all the staff for their wonderful hospitality. And a special thanks to the management of Hard Rock Cafe Sharm El Sheikh for bringing together such kind-hearted and amazing people. We love you. Thank you for existing, Hard Rock Cafe 🤘

Food was good and fresh but the service wants the best in all honesty. The staff are too slow and seated us at the other end, given there was only 2-3 other tables occupied I think the service was just too slow. Food on the other hand was nice, we ordered the wings, quesadillas, nachos, chicken and beef burgers. The dessert felt cheap in my opinion and the brownie could have done with being a bit warmer. Around 9500 EGP for 4 adults and 2 kids
Nayim R — Google review
Overall it is a good experience but not whoa. Food is at higher pricing point end , taste good but just too salty. Compared with other restaurants in Sharm. This could be one of the place that do one visit during the trip
Dara D — Google review
Same order, different universe. At Hard Rock Sharm the food came out heavy, greasy, and clinging to my stomach like a bad holiday romance. The service? Delivered by guys who clearly think the main dish is their own charm — spoiler: it’s not. Add a smaller, crammed space and voilà, the recipe for ‘never again.’ Do yourself a favor and head to the Nabq branch instead, where at least the food and service don’t come with an ego problem.

Buddha-Bar Sharm El-Sheikh is a vibrant dining and nightlife destination nestled in the bustling Naama Bay area. This eclectic venue offers an impressive fusion of global cuisines, including Japanese, French, Asian, and Pacific dishes that cater to diverse palates. Guests can indulge in delectable meals at the restaurant or enjoy sushi at the dedicated bar while relaxing on the open terrace or shisha corner.
Me and my best friend are having tradition to check every Buddha Bar when we can. This is the second time we celebrated her birthday in Buddha Bar but this time in Sharm El Sheikh. And they didn’t disappoint! I want to start with the decoration of letters and balloons that they were prepared on our arrival. Our server was so kind so nice. Was recommending us the best cocktails and food. When I went to him to order a dessert surprise for my friend and wanted to pay separately he told me that the dessert is from the restaurant and they will not accept payment. Honestly such a good service… one of the best I ever experienced from all the Buddha Bar restaurants that I’ve visited so far. Also the food was exceptional and really fresh and delicious. Me and my friend celebrate in a such great atmosphere. All the staff were really kind and welcoming. They all came with chocolate soufflé and singing which was so thoughtful. I highly recommend this place while visiting Sharm El Sheikh! A big thank you to our server! We were there 24/01/2025 Kind Regards Desislava Borisova

If you're looking for a proper dinner & nice vibes I highly recommend Buddha Bar. They are a staple establishment in Sharm El Sheikh. Fagaldo was our server for night and by far the best we have ever experienced in all of Egypt. He took his time to explain menu items which he had memorized which blew my mind. You can tell he really takes pride in ensuring you have a great dining experience. With his recommendations we got some drinks, starters, sushi and an entree. Food was solid, definitely better sushi, if not the best in Egypt. The night we went it was quiet no parties which is exactly what we wanted. They do host parties as well if you're looking for a fun night out. Next time I'm in Sharm I'll go again and ask for Fagaldo!

Ali Baba Restaurant Dahab

Western restaurant
Nestled along the stunning coastline of Dahab, Ali Baba Restaurant stands out as a beloved dining destination for both locals and travelers alike. With its inviting atmosphere and comfortable seating, this eatery captures the essence of seaside dining. Guests can indulge in an array of vibrant dishes featuring fresh seafood sourced from the Red Sea, alongside expertly prepared chicken meals that promise delightful flavors.
This seaside fish restaurant is a must-visit! Nestled right on the edge of the sea, the ambiance alone is worth the trip. You can enjoy your meal with the soothing sound of waves and breathtaking views of the Red Sea. The food is simply outstanding and the sides complement the main dishes beautifully, adding a perfect touch to the overall experience. The service is equally impressive. The staff is polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to make your visit enjoyable.

This is an upscale and respectable restaurant with matching decor and ambiance. The same goes for the food – it's good and beautifully presented, but the portions are huge, almost too big. They bring you 9(!) different types of appetizers alone! Just the appetizers with bread would have been enough for dinner. We also made the mistake of not limiting ourselves to ordering just one dish to share between the two of us. But it turned out to be no problem since they conveniently packed everything for us to take home. The service is very polite, almost overly so – there's quite a bit of staff, all smiling at you and nearly bowing, which makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. I prefer more casual service. They accepted card payment, which was very convenient. The biggest downsides are that the menu prices don't include tax, which is added to the bill, and that they bring a large bottle of water you didn’t order, which you assume is a complimentary appetizer – but no, it gets added to the bill.

2 stars because it isn’t my favorite. Food isn’t the best but specially for the price I expect something special.I’ve been in other place in Dahab that offer better food for almost half the price of the same dish. I didn’t finish my creamy sea food soup because it didn’t taste good because the cream was too much. Service is alright, the guys are nice there. The view is what you really paying for since it’s right in front of the sea. In conclusion, I wouldn’t go again and there are a lot of restaurants that have the same view too, but most of them are overpriced and the reviews on them aren’t the best so personally I would rather eat somewhere else with nice food and prices and then come hangout at a cafe that is on the beach for a drink and desert.

The restaurant is very clean and tidy. It has a big terrace right on the sea, with a special view. The fish is presented in a fridge where you choose what you want to eat. We had a grilled fish that was made perfectly, and fried calamari that was a little overcooked.

Highly recommend. The food is delicious and very clean and fresh. The staff are very accommodating and offer the best service, they truly couldn't do enough for us. We were too hot to sit outside, it looked beautiful though. Sat inside with good working air conditioning. Very comfortable. They offer a hand cleansing service which was very cool. Loved it so much went back a second time.

Hossam, Ahmed and Mahmoud took great care of our fine dining experience. They brought professionalism, smiles, and they were present every time we needed them and not overbearing. They even put up with a little bit of banter and were so gracious. Of course the food was delicious so shout out to the kitchen, but the service was top notch and always makes us come back. It always is here. The staff here seems well trained to make the entire experience worth the trip everytime.

The best restaurant in Dahab. I came for few days for a diving course and had my daily lunch, and often times my dinner there. I highly recommend any of their seafood dishes. I had a particular liking for their seafood pasta. It was amazing! Always make sure to have some from their salad bar, it is great value for money. I have also tried their grills which were great as well. Their staff are the best to say the least. Friendly, responsive and understanding. Enjoy!

Sala Thai Restaurant

Mentioned on
1 list
Thai restaurant
Sala Thai Restaurant is an award-winning dining spot located in Egypt, known for being the best Thai restaurant in the area. The restaurant's design is a blend of Egyptian and Italian craftsmanship, modeled after a traditional Thai garden house. With large windows offering stunning views of the Red Sea and a beautifully lit cove ceiling, the ambiance is both simple and charming. The interior features intricate carvings depicting nature scenes, complemented by oriental-style greenery in handmade ceramic planters.
If you only eat one meal in this area make sure you eat it here! A fantastic kitchen team who provide you with mouthwatering food. A brilliant setting with a choice of indoor or outdoor tables. Great service which is both friendly and and helpful. The food itself is the best Thai we have eaten outside the country. The chef takes real pride in his food, staff and restaurant.

As a group of four, we first tried Set Menu 1, which was a great way to sample some dishes from the menu. We enjoyed the dinner so much that we planned to try Set Menu 2, which included even more dishes for our next evening. We loved exploring Thai cuisine, as the dishes were incredibly delicious and served authentically. Thanks to the Thai chef, we had a wonderful dining experience. We hope to visit the resort again to enjoy these amazing Thai dishes once more.

Lived in Thailand for 5 years. The dishes I ordered are so authentic and amazing !! The juicy and tender beef soaked in spicy sauce full of basil, with young small-cut green beans. The medium spicy beef salad educated me again about how spicy Thai salad could be. But the mouth-washing refreshing flavor with unique Thai spices woke me up in a lemon grass field. Tom Yum soup is yummy, the flavor is so good that you can totally compare it with nice restaurants in Bangkok. Will definitely visit again. Atmosphere is lovely too. Location is inside Park Regency Resort, in case the taxi doesn’t know.

Sharm El Sheikh International Airport

International airport
Sharm El Sheikh International Airport is the quickest way to kickstart your Sharm El Sheikh adventure, conveniently located just an hour away from Cairo. The airport consists of two passenger terminals - one for domestic flights and the other for international arrivals. Despite its compact size, it boasts three spacious halls to accommodate a large influx of global travelers seeking unforgettable Sharm El Sheikh tours. The airport's efficient design has made it a significant landmark in Sinai over the past 30 years.
Fantastic. Have been going back for 3 years and wouldn't change it for anything. Lovely helpful people who will go out of their way to help you. Very polite staff who make you feel at home. Very clean and updated appointments. The food is unbelievable so much choice the chef will get it for you if there is anything you require. The service is superb all in all an unbelievable experience . Well worth it.

Good airport from what I could gather from arriving here from London, very open with air conditioning... damn the heat hit like a truck. Service was good and there was a bus to pick us up at the runway and also buses to escort us to our hotel after we got out of the airport
GamingBuddy333 — Google review
The airport doesn’t have basic service/ facilities. Size is small , when I came here I saw so many dirtiness. Also be aware that the entry you need to fill the paper for details where you stay and how many day , etc. For this paper to fill they charge around 5$ to 15$ . Only good things is airport’s ATM exchange (cash) dollar to Egyptian pound

Absolutely terrible airport. We were kept waiting in long queues just before the departure gates for over an hour—despite hundreds of empty seats in front of us. Our legs were aching, and elderly passengers were left standing the whole time. Only 40 minutes before departure, they decided to check our hand luggage for the fifth time, then suddenly rushed us through the gate as if it were an emergency. If they’d let us through earlier, there would have been no rush at all. Sharm is a wonderful place to visit, but this airport treats passengers disgracefully. We arrived 3 hours early and still barely made our flight.

On our feet for nearly 2 hours, the slow nonchalant pace is ridiculous baggage belt taking 1 bag every 2 minutes and staff don't really care just laughing with each other. Its dirty Stinks and feels unsafe, hassled by beggars on arrival to take your case fir just small coin... hands down worst airport I have been.
Benjamin B — Google review
I have never seen an airport worse than this one. It feels unsafe, as if nobody really cares about security at all. The cleanliness of the hall and restrooms was shocking, and the seating was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, this is the kind of place that makes you want to leave as quickly as possible.

I had a really good experience at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport! The airport is clean, modern, and well-organized. Everything from check-in to security was smooth and efficient. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke good English, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The terminals are bright and comfortable, with plenty of seating areas, cafés, and duty-free shops. I was honestly impressed by how clean the restrooms and waiting areas were — you can tell the team puts effort into keeping everything in great condition. What stood out the most was how friendly everyone was. From the moment I arrived, people were welcoming and ready to help, whether it was directions, luggage, or airport information. It really gives a great first impression of Egypt’s hospitality. Overall, I think Sharm El Sheikh Airport has improved a lot and offers a great experience for travelers — fast service, friendly staff, and a comfortable environment. Definitely one of the better airports in the region!
Diyaa M — Google review
I’m honestly not too sure what all the bad reviews about this airport are about! First of all, yes you will be nagged for tips, but you simply say no and that’s it. Don’t fall for the obvious things like them taking your luggage and you’ll be fine! The toilets were super clean, security and check in was super quick, staff were friendly not an issue what so ever. The things about security stealing stuff is complete rubbish, you can see your bags going through the machines so there’s no chance of any dodgy business. The airport was also really well air conditioned, like any airport duty free and any cafe/ restaurant will be expensive but that’s to be expected
