•So I went to this place for little snack time with my mom and so we ordered steam momos and blue lagoon mocktail although food was really good but chutney was stale that disappointed me a little
•We really ordered very few things but it took them almost 45mins so it was very time taking
•Atmosphere was really very good not much crowded it was good for quality time

Food is really good also the ambience is fine. Staffs are polite and do not delay ur orders. I think this restaurant has the potential to retain customers if they maintain quality. The price is also reasonable. There is limited parking space but I guess this is sufficient for the current volume of customers
What do people generally notice when they enter a restaurant? Obviously, it's the interiors, right? The first thing that I noticed there was a lot of smoke inside the restaurant and that was because of sizzlers they were serving to their customers. Seriously? No venting? Okay! The place was a bit congested for me. Otherwise, the interior was good and I liked the white cute Luna bike they have placed near the reception area.
For the non-vegetarian starters, we had Abu Chilli Kebab, Murgh Boti Kebab, Fish Tikka Ajawaini. Everything came with onion rings and green chutney dip. Fish tikkas were great but what I liked the most was Abu Chilli Kebab and Murgh Boti Kebab. Though they were hot they tasted so delicious and the pieces were so tender and juicy. Cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend these two starters to every non-vegetarian lover to try them when you are there.
For the vegetarian starter, we Crispy Baby Chilli Corn and Buddha Delight, they were finger-licking good. Trust me! Perfectly crispy from outside and soft from inside with tasty in every-single-bite. These are addictive.
We ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Tikka Biryani, Murgh Dehati, and Butter Naan for the non-vegetarians and Mushroom Masala, Kadhai Paneer, and Butter Naan for the vegetarians. I was very much sure that I am not going to eat more than 3-4 spoon full of Biryani. But hey, hang in there! this restaurant just changed that thing. Like SERIOUSLY! Everything that I have mentioned here was LIP-SMACKINGLY DELICIOUS!

Sir Dorabji Tata Park is located beside Keenan Stadium, Jamshedpur. It has a huge greenery, and ample of walking space. Sitting arrangement is there. Water fountain and The huge Diamond like structure is the main attraction. It looks fabulous with different lightings in evening.
New attraction is the rose garden, where multiple varieties of rose plants are planted, which was inaugurated in Dec 2024.
There is a big parking place for the visitors outside the park. Food options are also available outside. But no drinking water or washroom facilities available inside for the visitors. Still a great place to spend some time with family and kids in the summer evenings.

It's a well maintained park. It's not very big but good for a one time visit. I really like how beautifully they have scripted the life of sir dorabji and his wife. This way people not only visit but also get to know about the life journey of them. Before visiting that park I had no clue about sir dorabji and his wife. But after visiting that place I got to know a lot about them and highly motivated from their journey.
It's a serene and quiet place where you can roam around for some time to see the beautiful surroundings including new addition Rose Garden. There are several types of roses. The garden is not yet completed. Overall it's a beautiful place.

A very good park to spend some time with your kids. This park is made in the memory of Sir Dorabji Ji Tata which is formerly known as modi park. There is no any entry fee.
There is sufficient parking space outside and is also free. The park has ample space for kids to run around and play.
The park is pretty clean and well maintained by Tata. An ideal place for couples. Green grass looks attractive all the time specially in winter.
There is no any washroom or toilet for visitors. One can find a large variety of trees and plants.
The big parking space outside the park near Keenan Stadium is also crowded during winter season. You can also find vendors selling toys, baloons, soft drinks, chaat etc outside the main gate.
You are free to carry your own food inside but please do not litter. Keep it clean and have fun.

But all in all it's a very good arena.

Tata Zoological Park is a small but very beautiful and well-maintained zoo in Jamshedpur. The place is clean, peaceful, and perfect for a short nature outing. The animals here look really healthy and well cared for — you can tell by just looking at them that the staff takes great care of their health and surroundings. 🐯🦓
We visited almost near closing time, so many animals had already gone back to their cages for feeding, but it was still a lovely experience. There’s also a good arrangement for visitors who prefer not to walk — 7-seater electric cars are available to take you around the zoo, which is a great facility for families and elderly people. 🚗🌿

The park was just average. in my honest opinion not well maintained the animals are not that healthy or energetic. Lots of people are eating outside food in the park and thrashes are thrown carelessly. getting vehicle tours is a long and time taking process but the drivers are good and very helpful. the fees are affordable.
Good experience after long time I have been there and enjoyed a lot . Try to go early morning or after 12 because most of animals are having food so you can't see them close enough .

It's smaller than the Bistupur outlet, but almost has the same menu. I had the upside down pastry which was different, unique and tasty. Also, I tried the waffle with vanilla ice cream, it was DELICIOUS!!

The staff were friendly, every covid protocol is followed.
Although the place has created a name for itself, I would say it still lags behind the best of the lot. At Sakchi, the ambience is ok ok, not the best of the lighting for selfies, less space. But one must try their grilled sandwich and Swiss roll pastry. I also tried some drinks but they were average.
Food here is amazing. They need to improve their service. Used to be the first spot for me and friends to gather. Haven't been to the new location. Hope they have improved their service.

These were the places we grew up with. A landmark restaurant in Jamshedpur and counted amongst some of the famous ones like Narayani Kulfi, Franks (for Chinese), Madrasi Hotel and Bombay Sweets (shut down a long time ago).
What used to be a small shop is now a double storied building and the lane is also named after it.
The motichur ladoo was their signature item and is still good. I love their kachori with aloo sabzi too. Other sweets are fresh and good to taste. I enjoy being here whenever I am in Jamshedpur.

However the place gets really crowded on the weekends starting Friday evenings. If you prefer peace and quiet, you are better off on a weekday afternoon.

The ambience of this place is good and they have a wide selection of items. The food I would say is fine but the service is exceptional. I found that the quantity of the food for the price was not fair. The quantity is too low when compared to some other similar places. There is a very beautiful place inside the temple campus which has a very silent and meditative atmosphere. Everyday a lot of people visit here to worship the gods. A must visit temple in Jamshedpur. Rankini Mandir, located about 35 km from Tatanagar Railway Station, is a revered temple dedicated to Goddess Rankini, believed to be an incarnation of Goddess Kali. The temple holds immense historical and cultural significance, especially among the Bhumij tribes, who originally worshipped the deity as a stone idol. Over time, the worship evolved into that of Goddess Durga, likely due to the influence of the Dhalbhum kings.
The current structure of the temple is around 70 years old, built in the 1950s. It is managed by a trust formed in 1954. Alongside the main temple, there are shrines dedicated to Lord Ganesha and Lord Shiva, adding to the spiritual ambiance of the place. A Hari Mandir, dedicated to Radha-Gobind, has also been constructed nearby.
Rankini Mandir continues to be a place of deep faith, attracting both tribal and non-tribal devotees. The temple’s location on the Hata-Jadugora state highway, near Rohinibera village, makes it accessible for visitors.

One of the oldest and most famous temple is situated at Kadma, in Jamshedpur. Its a holy, Cool and quite environment. Very silent atmosphere feels like meditation. There is a very beautiful place in campus of temple. Everyday lots of people used to visit everyday.

Too many beggers at entrance of temple. They are very aggressive and keep pestering you for alms, as if it is their right!
Also, vehicular traffic is heavy as it opens directly on main road. Plus, there is no facility to park your vehicle and one is forced to park on road.

On Saptami night, my friend and I visited Cinnamon sonnet , and we had a wonderful Bengali meal. The food was absolutely delicious especially the Mochar Chop, which tasted so authentic, just like the pasture -style Mochar Chop I’ve had before. The Sukto in the main course was also really yummy, and overall every dish was full of authentic Bengali flavors. The only thing I didn’t enjoy much was the Kullad pizza , but apart from that, everything was perfect. Definitely a 5-star experience at Sonnet!!!

In December last year, we had a get together here in Sonnet, with our friends and relatives, on the occasion of our 25th anniversary. I must say that the Sonnet team made that event truly memorable for all of us.
So, when we invited our friend's family for a lunch on the last Sunday, my wife did not hesitate to suggest the buffet lunch of Sonnet, and together we had a great time there.
Total 5 of us, enjoyed every item, beginning with crispy starters to the finishing touch with pine-apple pastry. The mutton biriyani was simply excellent. Ambience was fantastic, people were courteous, nice sitting arrangement - ideal for spending some time with family and close friends.

Since the animals were aggressive the safari’s are closed for the time being. The museum was also closed.
They allowed to take our car inside and the fees for car was 600/- and then per person 10/-. The only thing we are supposed to do was go till the top of the mountain to see the temple and the view from there, which we didn’t proceed after travelling few kilometres inside. Types of Deers kind of became sight of sore eyes 👀.
Parking space available and small food and drinks shop is also there. I could see samosa and some other fried items were also there. Lavatories are available too.
We spontaneously planned a weekend road trip from Kolkata to Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary. We left Kolkata on a Saturday morning at 6:30 AM and arrived around 2:00 PM, including a few stops along the way. Our breaks included Kolaghat and the Jharkhand border, where we had lunch at Delhi Darbar Dhaba.
1) Accommodation
Since it was a last-minute plan, we booked a mud house online a week in advance for ₹600. Upon arrival, we paid an additional ₹900 for the room and a ₹600 car access fee for the sanctuary, which was valid until the next day.
2)Food
We had a delicious dinner at the JH Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary Research Development Center campus, where the bamboo houses are located. The meal was truly tasty, consisting of chicken curry, vegetable curry, and aloo choka.
3) Exploring Dalma
On our first day, we explored the local areas and Chandil Dam, where we enjoyed boating. The next morning, we drove to the hilltop. You can take your car all the way to the top, where you'll find a watchtower and temples dedicated to Hanuman Ji and Shiva Ji. The views made it feel like we were in a North Bengal hill station! After returning to the mud house, we checked out and headed to Dimna Lake.
This was our enjoyable 2-day, 1-night trip. Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary is a great option for a weekend road trip!

Along with room rent, tourists has to pay 600for car entry and 10 each for family members. Then 150 maintenance charges.
We have to order food in advance to get it on time.
Dalma Hills are situated at a distance of approx 13 km from Jamshedpur and is one of the most frequented tourist destinations in the land. It is situated at an altitude of 3000 ft. The views from the hills are breathtaking.
The dense forests, wildlife sanctuary and Lord Shiva temple attract tourists in great numbers. Trekking and rock climbing are two activities that adventure enthusiasts can engage in. Winter is the ideal season to visit.
Close to Jamshedpur, the Dalma Sanctuary is the best elephant habitat in Jharkhand. The pachyderms love to spend their summer here. Unlike Palamau that usually reels under a scorching sun, it continues to be pleasant at Dalma with temperatures mostly under 300C. Elephants migrate to this sanctuary because of the availability of water during summer. The next best choice for getting the closest possible.

If you like thrilling then visit during monsoon but that time safari remain close you can visit only Dalma hill top, Oct is the best time if you like safari and want to see wild elephant.

It's a different experience which one should experience specially the jungle safari.
Better to take guide and do the safari in their designated safari jeeps.
As they know the spots where you can get to watch the elephants and other animals and birds.
Going by your own vehicle for the safari will be costing @ 600/ per vehicle and then tickets for individuals.
The best is the Hill top here where you can enjoy the Sunset.

I believe we came to visit in wrong season because water level was very low and can see the ground in some places.
Assuming this winter and post monsoon season might be the best time to come here.
However, the place is a beauty nonetheless. The seasonal shortcomings failed to fade the charm of this lake. Even though created artificially as part of some industrial requirements however, nature took it upon itself to beautify it.
Natural beauty of this place is very nice . It is also situated beside the Dalma hill . That's why this lake looks so attractive to the tourist. ❤️❤️

The view is simply breathtaking, especially as the sun paints the sky with its mesmerizing colors during sunset. As if that weren't enough, we're treated to the sight of people honing their rowing skills out on the lake. It's an exhilarating experience!

Generally every year in the winter season mostly in the month of January dog show done here. Some latest photos and videos are given here. Tomorrow 12.01.25 is the last date of the show.
Visited there for dog show and that was really awesome and so mesmerizing.so many types of dogs was there for competition and also stray army for giving shelter to needful dogs.
Keenan has good outfield, but it is much smaller than actual cricket stadium that we see in present days. Several international matches have been played here. Team India have never won the matches in this ground. There's lot of infrastructure have been built to maintain its rich necessity. Tata Steel have announced to rebuilt it's status and hope in the coming days it would be ready for International matches.
It is very famous name in Jamshedpur but unfortunately the international matches are no more playing from decade.Only domestic matches are conducting here .
I don't know what's the reason but I think Tata Steel should renovate this..If the cricket is started again then I think it will be the biggest gift for the people of Jamshedpur. It's looking very difficult for international matches but hoping for IPL in future.

Nice place to visit after monsoon. A dam surrounded by lush green hills will make your mind serene and peaceful. 5 kmt away from jamshedpur marine drive chat ghat.the road is feasible and you can reach there over the dam. The view from over the dam or surrounding hills are breathtaking. There are some small stream flowing down. You can take splash or bath on those soothing stream.

If I could give this place 10 out of 5, I would. Every time I go, I get astounded by the hospitality and food. It’s as if you are simply sitting at a friend’s place. Truly, one of the best places in Jamshedpur to have a cozy evening. The vibes are unmatched.
One tip though - get what the owner recommends. We tried the Bombay Brew Special Grilled Chicken - honestly, world class. Kudos to the chef and the owner for providing our city such a great place.

The ambience was good. Due to the rain, the rooftop sitting area was empty. But if we talk about the food, we ordered the Pizza which was good. The cold coffee was a bit watery; if it had been a little thicker in consistency, it would have been better. The service, no doubt, was quite good. Liked their service. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had no idea there could be such a wonderful place like this in Kadma. I was meeting my childhood friend after a long time and we needed to sit somewhere where we were not to be bothered continuously to keep on ordering something. We got our share of privacy and time and although we didn't order much but whatever we ordered was served with utmost care.
We also happened to meet the owner and I would once again like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for offering such a wonderful atmosphere to us to spend some quality time.
I am definitely coming back with my friends and family to try out the food there. Cheers !!

The place have very vintage feeling and that's the only good thing about here rest is just not up to the mark. I ordered garlic sandwich and it took them almost 25 min to get my order even when the cafe was 90% empty. And when they served the order after 25 min of waiting the taste was just average nothing special and not at all worth the money, maybe because my expectations was very high after seeing the reviews but the worst part was still to come as after eating 2 slice i noticed that there was small hair on one of the slice so i just lost my appetite and left by paying full price. Although they offer me to change the order but i did not have time to wait for another 20-25 min again. So i am never going to visit here ever again. But you all can try this place if you want to have some Parsi food and to get some 70's ambience feel.
Was not expecting but the food was really good a little pricey but i think it was worth it. Ambience was also nice. The only thing i didn't like was the the stairways path which leads to this cafe it was really dirty. I know its a very old cafe but still it was my first time so am mentioning things which i didn't like but the cafe altogether is good. Will definitely recommend others to go.😊

It's one of the few places in the city that has tried to preserve the history and it's ambience. A quiet place in one fo the city hotspots is a must visit if you are looking for some peace and quiet.
The dishes in the menu are made to perfection. They are simple and savoury on the taste buds. The coffee and sandwich is my favourite and something I recommend for all time.

Food was good, I had parsee style scrambled eggs and it was the creamiest, smoothest scrambled eggs I ever had. Also had brownie, which was pretty dang good. Picturesque cafe! Must visit.
Ambience emits a retro feel. Cool and cozy. We had pre ordered a Parsi lunch. So cannot comment much on the food choices and tastes. The location is good, but climbing the stairs for elderly people can be a concern.

Did an anniversary party here and was very happy with the experience. Super party in great and budget friendly manner.
The rooftop ambiance is very nice.
Soup, starters, and the main course were also delicious 😋.
Spoke to them before, and they were prepared, which complimented service time also.

Its located in Bindal mall. It's one of the few restaurants there. The food took quite some time to arrive with not many people there. We tried there special chicken amongst other dishes. The food tastes good and the portion sizes were also good enough for. 2 persons. The restaurant is well maintained and looked clean and hygienic. It's a good addition to the location as there aren't many options on marine drive.
The restaurant is situated at roof top in Marine Drive Road. The restaurant has both open air as well as indoor sitting arrangement.
Food was great and service was also nice with cooperative staff. The ambience was nice and place is well maintained.

The food was good, but the waiting time for a seat was way too long. We reached the restaurant at 9:00 PM and got a seat only at 10:30 PM. Even after that, the staff took 15 minutes just to clean the table, which was very irritating and disappointing. The service is very slow.
We could have sat on the rooftop, but it was extremely hot there, and there wasn’t even a single fan or cooler. Please fix these issues
A good Decent Restaurant for Dining experience with Family & Freinds and enjoy other Alcoholic beverages with new restoration ambience. They have an open Lounge area with amazing view and food experiences both at the same time.
No doubt place is nice and ambience is good and food is little costly but fine. But what baffled me up was charging 100rs for 25rs Soft drinks cold drink can. I reasoned with them that if they would have poured and gave it in a glass then it would have been their product and they can charge anything they want but serving something with mrp printed on it and then charging 300% on it is unreasonable. They told they know its wrong but that is done by all restaurants so it can't be helped. But as far as I know, it's not the case. This one thing ruined my experience. Not that I can't pay and I did pay but I found it unreasonable.
