One of the oldest but still a very significant point in terms of tourism. The view of the valley, dam is picturesque. Little food stalls are there to munch something. There is small dutta temple as well. A very good photo spot to carry back memories to cherish.

Location & Accessibility Parsi Point is one of the most famous viewpoints in Panchgani, located on the way to Mahabaleshwar. The spot is easily accessible by car or taxi from the main town (around 2.5 km from Panchgani bus stand). Parking and small eateries are available nearby, making it convenient even for families with children or elderly travellers. Scenic Beauty Perched on a hill, Parsi Point offers sweeping views of the Krishna Valley, the serene Dhom Dam backwaters, and the rolling Western Ghats. On a clear day, the panorama stretches for miles – misty mornings and golden sunsets are especially breathtaking. The viewpoint is well-maintained with railings for safety and a few shaded benches to sit and enjoy the breeze. Atmosphere & Experience The spot is relatively uncrowded early in the morning and just before sunset – ideal times for photography. Local vendors sell corn on the cob, chikki, and fresh berries. The air is cool and pleasant throughout most of the year, and the soft wind enhances the hill-station charm. Photography & Memories This is a photographer’s delight: wide-angle shots capture the valley and the winding river below; close-ups of the flora, birds, and the changing sky make for excellent compositions. Many visitors find the natural light here perfect for portraits. Even smartphone cameras can produce postcard-worthy pictures. Tips for Visitors Visit at sunrise or sunset for the best light and minimal crowds. Carry a light jacket during monsoon or winter months. Keep your surroundings clean; use the waste bins provided. Local tea/coffee stalls add to the experience, but cash is handy for small purchases. Overall Impression Parsi Point lives up to its reputation as one of Panchgani’s most iconic viewpoints. Whether you’re a nature lover, photographer, or simply seeking a peaceful stop on the Mahabaleshwar–Panchgani route, this place offers a refreshing break with unforgettable vistas. “A must-visit for sweeping valley views and serene hill-station vibes.”

Sunil’s Bhilare Strawberry picking Farm is a popular spot in Panchgani where visitors can enjoy the delightful experience of hand-picking fresh strawberries from the fields. The farm offers a picturesque view and allows guests to pluck their own strawberries for a fee. While there are some concerns about accessibility for elderly visitors, the overall experience is enjoyable. Additionally, nearby cafes and restaurants offer various strawberry-based dishes and beverages for those looking to savor the fruit in different forms.
Had strawberry with cream here. The taste was good. They offer the experience of plucking strawberries in their garden! Located right on the main road. Big property with enough tables!
Sahir Q — Google review
This outlet is located on the main road leading from Panchgani to Mapro Garden, and its highlight is that it allows you to pluck strawberries from its farm. Being in Mahabaleshwar and not enjoying strawberries in season time is a crime. But don't just restrict your experience to savoring strawberry cream and milkshake. Your strawberry experience is incomplete if you do not venture into a real strawberry farm and pluck the ripe fruits. Interestingly and surprisingly, strawberry picking is free in this place. People are attracted by the farm, and thereafter, they order food here. However, the farm experience is somewhat unorganized. The owner can drop in any time and ask you to shift to another patch of farm or stop plucking or buy the plucked fruits. They could surely plan and organize the experience better. People won't mind paying a basic cover charge for the plucking experience. The food is decent. The grilled sandwich was delicious, and the pizza had good toppings. They claim to serve the most economical strawberry cream in Mahabaleshwar at just Rs 180 (others charge around Rs 300). An average meal for 2 will cost around Rs 800. The ambiance and cleanliness are both very basic. The owner keeps running taking orders and serving food. They are short-staffed. If you can just ignore the ambiance and the shortfall of service, the place is worth a visit for its strawberry picking experience and also the food. Taste: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 2.5/5 Value for Money: 4/5 Strawberry farm experience: 4/5 Overall Rating: 4/5

Strawberry cream was fantastic in taste. Plucking not allowed after 5 PM. Service was great. Taste and quantity was great.
Saurabh F — Google review
The place is really good. There are 2 varieties of strawberries 1. That you will go and pick from the farm which are of high quality and bit expensive 2. The one that they sell separately which is a bit lower quality that you will get anywhere.Other than that they have cabbage and broccoli that they grow. Overall good quality of strawberry and farm produce. Would recommend going in the morning for less crowd.
Neha N — Google review
I revisited this place after 2020 this year. It became more beautiful and stunning. I repeated my that year's order and the fresh strawberry milkshake still hits differently. I loved the view and the friendliness of the staff. They sell fresh strawberries right from their farm and even you can pick your own strawberries. The strawberries were really fresh and sweet. I as a strawberry lover would highly recommend this place.
Milisha B — Google review
We visited the place for Strawberry plucking. They charge 200 per kg with the plucking experience. The farm is located slightly downhill and the view is really good from there. We can pluck strawberry on our own from the part of farm they guide us. It was a good experience but wish they was a small introduction about their farming and some backdrop. That would have made the experience complete. Elderly people would not be able to reach the farm part due to the downhill sandy path. The strawberry with cream and pancakes that others were trying looked delicious but we couldn't try. Has ample space for parking your vehicle.

Always a Delight at Bhillare Strawberry Farm, Mahabaleshwar Our annual visit to Bhillare Strawberry Farm in Mahabaleshwar has become a cherished tradition for our family, and each year, the experience gets better and better. This farm is truly a gem, offering an exceptional blend of natural beauty, delicious produce, and warm hospitality. The strawberries are always fresh, juicy, and incredibly flavorful. Beautiful place to visit ! You will enjoy the ambiance!! But BEWARE OF SCAMMERS , especially the tyre repair on road sides ! These people will convince you that you have multiple punctures on the tyre and try to extract money from you like 2k and try to sell their liquid sealant for tyre ! Just in case if you happen to see someone pointing out tyre pressure low ! Go and fill the air but don’t service it with them , I highly recommend to carry your own kit and soap water to see the fissures on the tyre ! I was randomly scammed by a motorbike saying my tyre pressure is less !!

Devrai Art village is definitely worth a visit for an Art lover. I had the chance to meet fellow artists here, all with interesting stories. They sell a wide range of artifacts mostly made from brass. Upon entering, you're welcomed into their art shop where articles have been put up on display. You could also go down to the workshops and watch different artists working on new artifacts.

It certainly is a quaint, charming place that sells gorgeous artefacts. I spoke to one of the artists present there and she patiently explained about how the place came to be and how the artists create ingenious artefacts inspired from nature. They also predominantly use natural elements to create unique sculptures and paintings. I would recommend this place to anyone who's genuinely interested in buying or learning about such artistry.

It's a beautiful collection that they have and I bought a beautiful fridge magnet from them. Also if you pay cash, you might get a discount. Lucky Cafe and Bakery in Panchgani is a charming spot that transports you back in time with its delightful retro vibe. This century-old Parsi restaurant is steeped in history, offering an authentic experience that’s hard to find elsewhere. Located conveniently in the main market, it’s an ideal stop for anyone exploring the town. I tried their famous Irani tea and bun maska, both of which were absolutely delightful. The tea was perfectly brewed with a comforting, rich flavor, while the bun maska was fresh, soft, and generously buttered—a true Parsi specialty that did not disappoint. I also indulged in their chicken burger, which was simple yet flavorful, reflecting the cafe's commitment to quality. What adds to the charm is the affordability; prices are refreshingly reasonable, making it accessible to all. The laid-back ambiance, coupled with friendly service, makes this place a must-visit for anyone looking to savor some authentic Parsi flavors. We visited Rainforest Restaurant looking forward to a good lunch in a nice setting but unfortunately came away underwhelmed. While the location and view is nice, the actual experience leaves much to be desired. Food & Variety – The dishes are mediocre and lack the flavour, one would expect at the prices being charged. Also it takes 30 mins / half an hour for the food to be served after placing the order. Pricing – The cost is quite high for what you receive. The dishes and starters have premium price tags in the tourist area. For the quality delivered, the value just isn’t there. Service & Cleanliness – Service was okay, but nothing impressive. The overall pace and attentiveness were inconsistent. Cleanliness is also a major concern, the cleanliness of the restaurant isn’t at the highest standard which overshadows it's scenic setting. If you want a nice view, you may go to Rainforest. But if you want good food, fair pricing and polished service, you will find better options nearby.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Vishal at the reception for his excellent support and warm welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure our check-in and entire stay were smooth and hassle-free. It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal with a view. A must-recommended place for lunch or dinner when you’re in Mahabaleshwar.

** PLEASE READ ** Please avoid visiting this restaurant, even if you’ve had good experiences in the past. Today’s visit was extremely disappointing. We ordered Crispy Babycorn and Crispy Potato — both were tasteless and left unfinished. Worse, the Veg Burnt Garlic Rice was served with egg pieces in it. As vegetarians, this was shocking and unacceptable. The staff simply said they could replace it, with no accountability or genuine apology. Very poor service and careless kitchen handling. FDA should keep an eye on such restaurants for food quality and safety. Would not recommend anymore.

Just next to Parshi Point on Panchgani Mahabaleshwar road. We went for lunch even after seeing mixed reviews on Google. Ordered mushroom and paneer dishes. Gravy and the taste was super. Views of the valley as seen in the pics also were good. Staff was courteous but didn't give any discount. 😂

Purohit's Namaste is a charming restaurant located in a village with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff and owner are known for their friendly nature, making visitors feel welcome. The interior is well-maintained and hygienic, providing a pleasant dining experience. The menu offers a variety of dishes including Punjabi, South Indian, and Gujarati cuisine at reasonable prices.
The snack items were really delicious. The Manchow soup was goodness in the chilled weather. Cheese Aloo paratha is a must try and the green Chutney was delicious too. The paneer tikka masala was not good, it was tangy and taste was not good could have been better.

Nothing to boast or cry about, an average food place. Average taste, tried their Alu Parota after reading multiple reviews suggesting it as a must. But the hype left us disappointed 😞 Green salad was okay. Butter milk they had only plain not the spicy or masala one. Go there if you are in the area and want to grab a quick byte. Ample seating but ambience is not good. There's a paid parking right infront and it's very disturbing. Spacious but felt crammed probably tables were too close. Service quick but waiters seemed disinterested. They didn't bother to give two plates for the two us instead just gave one small plate and made ne of us eat in the serving plate 😂 We were okay but felt it a bit odd .. As said average place...

The Hakka noodles I ordered were tasteless, the capsicum was stale, the waiters were rude in their behaviour,it seemed like I was not welcomed over here... Very bad experience... It was delight in my college days...
Azharuddin M — Google review
Vegetables used in sabzi are of the worst quality, while preparing food they just ignore bad vegetables. Did not provide a valid reason for the same. I would highly appreciate the food quality department to please check on the restaurant. Clearly visible the capsicum is rotten.
Bhaven M — Google review
Worst experience at Purohit Namaste. The food was absolutely tasteless, and the quality didn’t justify the high prices at all. After trying the starters, which were disappointing, we requested the waiter to check the taste of the main course before serving. However, they still brought out bland, flavorless food again. Completely not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
Urmik T — Google review
I personally would say by far one of the best "pure veg" restaurants in Panchgani, we had many dishes like Paneer chilly, Fried rice , manchow soup in Chinese which was delicious 😋, we had the best Cheese Onion aloo Paratha which was mouth watering and so amazing we ordered another, we also had Mysore masala dosa which was again amazing, we also had Cheese chilli grilled sandwich which had chillies instead of capsicum which we usually get in such sandwiches but still it tasted amazing, the only dish which could have been better was the gravy in paneer masala which was tangy and sweet otherwise could have given the 5 star rating. The ambience is good, the seating arrangement is good, the staff is polite and the service was also good. We went in the off season so not much crowded and hence we had a great experience.
Aditya S — Google review
When you enter panchgani, there are may restaurants which are veg-non-veg mix. This is first of its veg restaurant which come up and hence located very strategically. The food was good and the quantity was also sufficient. The service was fast. The waiters could be much more responsive but don't expect that here. Its open area sitting which actually gives a good feel. The wash basin is outside but there is no toilets/wash rooms. This is one big negative as mostly people travelling on their way to Mahabaleshwar would stop here and wash room is required. Parking is limited and there is a charge for parking that needs to be paid.
Taral S — Google review
Quite a decent restaurant in Panchgani market. Standard vegetarian fare, with the exception of the Paratha which is uniquely reminiscent of a spring roll. Biggest drawback - NO toilets.

Day 2

Northeast side of town
For day 2, we recommend exploring the northeast side side of town. Start the day off with Table Land Lake, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to Table Land. All together, your day would be filled with about 8 hours of non-stop fun.

Table Land Lake, located in Panchgani, is a vast plateau perched at an impressive height of 4,550 feet above sea level. This volcanic plateau spans 6 kilometers and offers stunning aerial views of the surrounding valleys. Visitors can enjoy horse or camel riding around the plateau and explore natural caves in the area.
It's a beautiful place , go in the time between Christmas and Summer. On Table Land they will offer you horse riding something , price is too high , go if you want but I'll suggest go by walking , it's not that much big , avoid walking if it's too sunny and hot.
AVISHKAR P — Google review
Nice place to travel with friends & Family. Rather than opting for horse ride choose to walk as it's more happening, give time when you travel . We did spend time clicking pics around heart shape, Ice Cream was tasty authentic taste. Worth traveling mostly after October to February as climate is better. Do a good bargain in horse ride as it's really costly. Plenty of options in games outside of Horse riding zone. Take your time when you visit Table top as it worth spending time.
Pawan J — Google review
It's good but there are much better other viewpoints in my opinion. It's too commercial and you can constantly bothered by people offering horse rides. You don't need a horse as you can walk all the main bits in 30 mins tho it's not accesible for somone with mobility issues. There is one tree hill spot, lake and don't bother with the caves as they are man made and very underwhelmin. I would avoid it and devout my time on other fantastic viewpoints around.
Neelesh S — Google review
One of the one time visit place when you are in pachgani. There are many points to cover on the table land but not all are worth to cover as the package of horse riding is too much costly and not worth to spend too much money on it. Corporation tax to be paid at this place and same receipt can utitlized all over other places also. Either visit early morning before 10 AM or enjoy sunset from top. Horse riding is free till a certain point and thereafter they will bring back free or thereafter you need to charges as per package. Depending on time and walking capacity one can enjoy walk with their partners.
Prasad P — Google review
Nice place , amazing atmosphere. But only horse riding / horse carriage allowed inside.
PATEL Y — Google review
Worst experience. The horse cart drivers here tell us that they will take us around the entire area of 5 to 6 km but they only take us around less than one and a half km. After dropping us off near tiger cave and cafe, they rush to leave from there quickly.

Table Land in Panchgani is a huge, flat volcanic plateau—one of the largest in Asia. It’s around 4,500 feet above sea level and offers amazing views, especially at sunrise and sunset. Tourists go there for the beautiful scenery, horse and camel rides, small food stalls, and a unique cave restaurant called Den Dine. You can also explore natural caves like Devil’s Kitchen, which is linked to the story of the Pandavas. It’s a great place for light adventure, photography, and peaceful nature walks. Visiting early in the morning or evening is best, and the entry is usually free.

Table Top Land in Panchgani is windy and one of the largest tableland plateaus in Asia offering breathtaking sunset views, best enjoyed from its western edge. It’s a perfect spot for horse rides across the expansive terrain, adding a sense of adventure to the serene environment. The caves beneath the plateau are a hidden gem, offering a glimpse into its geological history.

Good market place the best part is you will find Powerone EV DC fast charger ... As it gives 60kw 2nos means at a time 4 cars can be charged so no wait time for ev charging. You need to pass through this lane everyday! If you are in the heart of Panchgani. I have been here almost twice a year in the last 6 years and this is what I love, nothing changes. Most places are now running for big shops if not malls, this place has maintained its integrity as a village and i hope this doesn't change We had a good time at the ice cream joint and the owner is good enough to taste almost all flavours

Nestled in the enchanting region of Panchgani, Devils Kitchen is a captivating site that draws visitors with its rich history and stunning natural beauty. This series of ancient caves, located just south of the renowned Table Land plateau, is steeped in mythology as it is believed to have once served as a shelter for the Pandavas during their exile. The area boasts striking laterite rock formations and offers an intriguing glimpse into the past.

The Devil's Kitchen! The place is a little overrated, there is nothing amazing there except a 'hole' in the land which is claimed to be the kitchen. Though if you are already on the table land, you can spend a few minutes at this point. It doesn't offer much view.

We went to table land for watching the sun rise. A few others were there also but there were a lot of empty unharnessed buggies, a food ball ground and three pools and we could observe horse grazing on adjacent slopes. It had sunset point also and a horse riding track around two of the pools. One of these two pools half dried was in the shape of a heart. Overall it was a great experience but we understood that in the evening it would be more crowded and lively.

A must visit of Panchgani. It's a large flat land on the top of the mountain which makes it look like a table. Since the are is big, it would take 1-2 hours to cover all the sides by foot. However horse rides are available - solo ride or horse cart both. It would take around 30-40mins to complete. Views from this place is really amazing - from all the sides. There is a cave, claimed to be used by Panda vas at the end of one end. Around 40 steps and you reach there. It's beautiful - please explore.

One of the best places to visit during the rainy season. Do not go for any guide or so just travel by urself they will only give information on which movie was shot where and which battle was fought and etc. If horse riding available go for it and bargain for it without fail, for 9 spots go for as low as 1200-1500. You will get some picturesque views if you travelling on low rainy days. Do not spend 20 rs on pandav caves, not worth it it's just a simple shiv bhagwan statue without any lights in cave. Note: from June horse riding is banned for three months due to the rainy season.
Shubham S — Google review
Wonderful geological structure which encompasses so much beauty around it that people simply get attracted towards it to relish in the beauty of this flat land. Walk on the table land, ride the horse cart or horse back, appreciate the landforms, observe the flora and fauna, click some memorable pictures and be grateful and feel lucky that you visited such a wonderful natural formation...

Absolute picturesque. It has 9 points to visit. Ghodawalas will approach you right outside, you can either take a horse or walk on your own. If you take a horse then try to bargain cause they charge 3600Rs which is super expensive and not justified at all. We bargained to get the horse at 1300 for 6 points and rest 3 points we walked.

I think this is a very old hotel and they haven't maintained things properly. Let's talk about the good part first - The kids play area is really nice and has swing, slide and hammock, and also has indoor games like carrom. The lady at the reception was nice and welcoming. Improvement areas: 1. Items in room are not kept clean like - kettle or fridge for example. 2. Bathroom needs renovation for sure. 3. Dining area also needs improvement. 4. Veg food was disappointing. We had lunch and breakfast here and both was below average. I will suggest pure vegetarian folks to avoid this place. 5. Swimming pool was not at all maintained and cleaned. Would not even think of getting inside the pool in such a state. 6. There isn't anything much to do here especially for the price that we are paying. 7. Mala Factory outlet items available at the hotel were not new in stock, most of the items had expiry date in 2-3 months then no point in buying those, right ? Overall I didn't feel it was worth for the huge price I paid for just a single night's stay.

We were slightly disappointed with our stay in the standard room. The room was clearly under-maintained — the lighting was dim and inadequate, and the lack of proper natural ventilation made it feel stuffy and uncomfortable. For the price and location, we expected much better upkeep and comfort. On a brighter note, the hotel is situated in a spectacular location, right in the heart of Panchgani. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful — a real highlight of the stay. The food was also excellent, and the service staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. It's unfortunate that the standard room conditions didn't match the high standards set by the restaurant and service team. With better maintenance for these standard rooms, this place could truly shine.

A pathetic experience with Room 121 which I occupied over 15/17 August. The room leaks from the ceiling and a request to change rooms comes with the comment sorry no rooms available. This after having booked almost 3 months in advance. For what we thought would be a good stay with the reputation enjoyed by the place, it was a sad eye opener to the diminished quality and facilities of the place. I personally feel it's sliding fast and downhill all the way. Even the food quality does not absolve the management of presenting substandard stay rooms

Visitors praise the amazing food that melts in your mouth and recommend it as the best meal they had in Panchgani.
Good food, Great Ambience and Awesome View. Staff are courteous and the service is on time. Try the Chef's signature items which will bowl you over for sure. We ordered the special mutton Darbari and it is delicious. Prices are reasonable and with the view there you are getting a bargain. Definitely a must visit place.

Not recommended at all. Avoid it thats what I would say. I saw other reviews and went there, but my experience was very bad. Below average food quality. We ordered Veg schezwan lollypop, what they provided was Gobi 65 with schezwan sauce. Chicken Tandoor was worst, it smelled like rockel and was stone cold when served, we had left it as it is. Other items were too below average. Service was very slow. They dont have half of the items mentioned on the menu card.

Firstly the location of the restaurant is beautiful with an amazing view. You get to see the hills!!!!! The food is delicious. Especially I would recommend trying out their hand processed ice creams. The mulbery ice cream was flavourful. The service and hospitality were very good and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The overall experience was amazing and I highly recommend trying this place out if you visit panchgani.

Newly opened restaurant, just before the town starts and just after Ravine hotel. The chicken crispy was dry, less in quantity and expensive at 330. The matka biryani was good but expensive at 490. There are some reasonable and economically charged restaurant ahead in town. You can definitely avoid it.

This point offers a breathtaking view of the valley. Echo Point, Elephant's Head Point, Needle Hole Viewpoint, and Monkey Point, are also situated near this point. Tried the echo point, but not echo comes back. However the visit is worth for spending some time absorbing the beauty of nature.
Uday A — Google review
Kate’s Point is one of the most stunning viewpoints in Mahabaleshwar — a perfect blend of beauty, calm, and drama! From here, you get a breathtaking panoramic view of the deep valleys, Dhom Dam, and lush green hills stretching as far as you can see. It’s also close to Echo Point and Elephant’s Head Point, so you can easily cover all three in one go. If you love photography or just soaking in nature’s beauty, this spot won’t disappoint. Try to reach early morning (around 7–9 AM) when the mist is light and the crowd is thin — it feels absolutely magical then! There’s a enough parking area and a few local stalls selling tea, corn, and snacks. The road leading up can be a bit narrow and uneven, so drive slow and safe. Also, watch out for monkeys — they’re cute but mischievous!
Amitabh S — Google review
Kate's Point in Mahabaleshwar is a hidden gem! The scenic views of the surrounding hills and valleys are simply stunning. The misty atmosphere and lush greenery add to the charm. It's a perfect spot for nature lovers, photographers, and those looking for a peaceful retreat. The walk to the point is short and enjoyable, and the views from the top are totally worth it. You can also find some cute shops and stalls nearby selling local goodies. Tips: Try to visit early in the morning or late in the evening to avoid the crowds and enjoy the best views. Rating: 4.5/5 stars

Kate’s Point, Mahabaleshwar One of the most peaceful and scenic viewpoints in Mahabaleshwar! The view of the Krishna Valley and the sparkling Venna Lake below is absolutely mesmerizing. The clouds, the breeze, and the calmness here make you forget everything else for a while. It’s clean, well-kept, and perfect for nature lovers and photographers. A must-visit spot — especially early morning or after a light rain when the whole valley looks like heaven! 🌿☁️💫
Mubaraka M — Google review
Amazing spot! You can see the dam, river and the rock formation which look alike Elephant from here. Ample parking space available. Horse rides and many other fun activities available for kids and photoshoots. Food stalls also available. It has a few other points neighbouring to it as well which can be covered through walking itself and are connected through well maintained pathways across the valley. Tip : Try to reach before 9-10am as it starts getting crowded later. The road to reach here is very narrow and couple of SUVs can waste your 30-45mins.
Sahil P — Google review
Amazing with 3 different views (valley with dam, elephant head & waterfall) & different viewpoints. It's not wheelchair accessible but not difficult for not so elderly person. The only drawback of this beautiful peaceful place is that it's very commercial in the middle with people selling stuff, food stalls and amusements.... Sadly :(

With breathtaking aerial views of lush green valleys, majestic hills, and pristine lakes, it's a memorable adventure for thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike. The experienced instructors provide a calming and safe flight experience, making it suitable for all ages. While the cost may be a bit high at Rs.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! VERY PROFESSIONAL PILOTS. explanation was great. Pls call before and ask when to fly as there is a weather window ( WIND ) sometimes it will not be open full day. Prices are affordable. Pls ask for a video recording before you fly. NOTHING TO BE AFRAID. GREAT VALLEY VIEWS . DHOM Dam looks stunning from above... BIRU was my pilot had a great conversation with him while gliding. He also made few stunts which I loved. It's all SAFE PLEASE EXPERIENCE THE SAME.

Best Ever Experience I had today!!! This is my life's first paragliding!!! My captain Biru Rai gave me the best experience by sharing info about paragliding, height and other important things. My daughter also glided for the first time with Sunil Bomjan. He also gave lot if confidence to my daughter for her first ever flight and made her comfortable as she was scared a lot!!! Mr. Jayant Kale also guided us for the basic flight preparation and other instructions. Thanks a lot to Highfly Paragliding Team for this wonderful experience

Incredible Paragliding Experience in Panchgani! I had an amazing time paragliding in Panchgani! The service was top-notch, and the instructors were highly experienced and professional, ensuring that safety was a top priority. What impressed me most was how smooth the entire experience was, from takeoff to landing. It was my first time trying paragliding, and the expert guidance made me feel completely at ease. Taking off and landing at the same spot was super convenient and well-managed, adding to the overall comfort of the adventure. The views of Panchgani from above were breathtaking – soaring over the lush greenery and scenic valleys felt surreal. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to try paragliding, whether you’re a beginner or an adventure enthusiast. A perfect blend of thrill and safety! Would definitely come back for another flight!

We visited this place on 8th March with family. We were total 7 members from family who did paragliding and had a wonderful experience. The weather was perfect for flying and pilots did their best to meet our expectations. Everything is nice, weather, wind, pilots and the manager Sangam Sir is also very helpful. Pilot Sunil is also an expert pilot and tried various things of swings as 360 degree, highest possible point in the sky, etc. You can visit this place for an amazing experience.

The crew was helpful. Professionally trained with all the legal certificates in place. My wife took the paragliding session and the safety harnesses + the experience was incredible. Lasted for approx 15 mins. Recorded the same with a GoPro camera as well that they provide. The site where the session happens is particularly windy (as is the requirement). Definitely a must visit. Ample parking as well.

Sydney Point is a popular tourist destination in Panchgani, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Krishna Valley and the surrounding waters. Located just 3 km from the town center, this scenic hilltop overlook provides a mesmerizing vista of the Kamalgad fort, Dhom dam, and Wai city. The point is easily accessible by road and offers an ideal spot to capture stunning sunset views over the orange-hued valley.
It is good point for one time visit in Panchgani. You get to see a great eye soothing view from this point. There is properly maintained garden, wooden bridge etc. It is an absolute gem for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts. I highly recommends this point. If you are in Panchgani please must visit this place.

Beautiful spot to visit. We can enjoy the nature. Well maintained garden and restroom facility. Adequate parking space is available. Usually the climate is chilling during winter. You can drive your vehicle till the last point of the location. The krishna river from above looks great.
Prashobh A — Google review
Sydney Point: Sydney Point is another nice viewpoint, though compared to Harrison’s Folly, it’s a bit less vast and dramatic. It overlooks the same valley but from a slightly different angle, giving a fresh yet familiar view of the landscape. The place is calm and pleasant, with a few people around offering astrology or palm-reading services — it’s up to you whether you wish to believe or try them. There aren’t many shops here, so it’s better to come prepared if you need water or snacks. You can drive your vehicle almost up to the top, and from there, it’s a short walk to explore the area. The path is gentle, and there are a few nice spots where you can take photos of the valley and surroundings. It’s an okay place to visit with family — peaceful, simple, and good for a short stop to enjoy the view.
Mukund M — Google review
A good viewing point on a hillock which gives 180 degree view of the valley below. Final approach road is very narrow, limited free parking on the top available.

Sydney Point in Panchgani is one of those places that instantly makes you feel calm and refreshed. Located at the edge of the hill, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Krishna Valley and Dhom Dam especially during sunrise or sunset, when the entire valley glows in golden light. The cool breeze, peaceful surroundings, and open view make it a perfect spot to just sit back and soak in nature. The place is well-maintained, and there’s enough parking space nearby. It’s less crowded compared to Table Land, which makes it ideal for quiet moments or photography. You can spot small snack stalls outside too, so a cup of tea with that view is a must! Overall, Sydney Point is a short but beautiful stop in Panchgani, definitely worth visiting if you love nature, serenity, and scenic landscapes.

Rating: ★★★★★ Sydney Point in Panchgani is an absolute gem for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts. Perched on a hilltop, it offers stunning panoramic views of the Krishna Valley, Dhom Dam, and the majestic mountains surrounding the region. The cool breeze and lush greenery add to the charm, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of nature. The sunset views from here are nothing short of magical—watching the sun dip behind the hills, casting golden hues across the valley, is truly a mesmerizing experience. It's also conveniently located near the Panchgani bus stand, so getting here is easy even for first-time visitors. If you're in Panchgani, Sydney Point is a must-visit. I'd recommend going during the late afternoon to catch the sunset. You can also combine your visit with nearby attractions like Parsi Point and Devil’s Kitchen for a full day of scenic exploration. Highly recommended!

The Sherbaug A Theme Park & Resort is a spotless and well-maintained property where visitors can enjoy staying in tents. The overall concept of the resort is fantastic, with a wonderful multi-cuisine restaurant run by Mr. Dilip and a helpful full-time attendant named Sultan. The owners are also present on-site to provide any necessary assistance. One of the highlights of this resort is its close proximity to nature, surrounded by lush greenery.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was not only spacious and clean, but it also offered a breathtaking view that made waking up each morning a delight. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery from the window truly added a magical touch to the stay. One of the highlights was the easy access to the pool. It was just a short walk from the room, and the pool area was beautifully maintained. Whether you’re looking to swim or just relax by the water, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist.Overall, this hotel combines comfort, beauty, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views and great amenities for kids too.

It was not worth the amount paid, none of the amenities were functional. You will get far better hotels at the same price with an excellent view and amenities. There is no waterpark, only a single waterfall and this area is not at all maintained. Also other amenities are under maintenance. Excellent dinner but very limited options for breakfast and the same menu is served every morning. Rooms are average size but they claim it is premium. No premium quality or facility provided in the room. I strongly suggest you visit first before paying in advance and check the rooms and facilities provided.

It's a good place actually. Good food, view is good, far from pollution, close to nature. Spread over acres of land it's got lavish greenery, gardens and probably centuries old trees. Well maintained, polite staff and helpful manager. I liked the tree house and a balcony on the top of it. They also have lawns for parties or reception.

Nice place if you own a vehicle to travel to and fro to panchgani and mahabaleshwar for outings. When you book they want you to pay all in advance even before you settle down in your room. The rooms were good and well maintained though we faced problem having shower with hot water on our last day there as it wasn't coming in any of the rooms. If they could provide more in house activities like indoor games and better dine in facilities it would make the stay more worthy. Also the horror house and many things shown on Google fotos aren't available. The pool is nice but you can access it only for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. The staff were very courteous and prompt. All in all it was a pretty good experience staying there.

Do not visit this place .. it is the worst resort I have ever visited . No hygiene at all , no service. Water issues in washroom , ac does not work . The place is full 9f mosquitoes . The pool area is also not maintained , it is full of algae, the ladders there are all rusted ,someone might fall from the ladder in the pool and the best part is I did not receive the bill for my stay even after asking for number of times . The owner is very worse . Please do not waste money in this place .

Had a peaceful and comfortable 2-day stay at Sherbaug Theme Park and Resort. The rooms were recently renovated and well-maintained, making our stay very pleasant. The surroundings were serene, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!
Avadhut V — Google review
⭐⭐⭐☆☆ We stayed at Sherbaug Resort in Panchgani for one night (₹8,500 for two AC rooms, water-park access included). The heritage property—once the summer palace of the Queen of Indore—boasts beautiful lawns, orchid beds, and winding stone pathways. Most gardens were immaculate, though a few sections appeared under maintenance. Our rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and basic amenities. However, the complimentary toiletries disappointed: shampoo and body wash came in tiny “attar-bottle” dispensers (about 10–15 ml), more suited for hand-wash than shower. In comparison, Pune city hotels at a similar ₹4,000–4,500 per room/night typically offer much larger 150–250 ml pump bottles. Overall, Sherbaug is ideal for a heritage-charm getaway and family fun at the water park—but bring your own shower essentials if you’re picky about in-bathroom amenities.

Nestled next to the Basilica Resort in Panchgani, Ustaadi Restaurant is a delightful culinary gem that offers an eclectic dining experience. Adorned with vintage radios and musical instruments, this venue creates a unique atmosphere that enhances your meal. Over the years, visitors have consistently praised the restaurant for its excellent food quality and authentic flavors, particularly in their Chinese and Mughlai dishes. I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I immediately felt at home. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable – with thoughtful touches that made a big difference, like quality toiletries, soft linens, and a stunning view. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout my stay. I also want to highlight the excellent service at the restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served by a team who clearly care about making guests feel special.

We visited Ustaadi Restaurant in Mahabaleshwar with our entire family, and Alhamdulillah, it was a wonderful experience. The weather was beautiful, and the restaurant added to the joy of our trip. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of rich flavors and freshly prepared. The staff was courteous, service was prompt, and the overall ambiance was very warm and welcoming. What made it even more special is knowing that Ustaadi has branches in various cities — and this one truly lived up to the brand’s reputation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar and looking for a quality dining experience with a taste that leaves a lasting impression.

Tried a mojito, coffee and mud cake here, paid about 650 odd in total. The mojito was unbearably sweet despite mentioning less sugar to the chef. Coffee was good and strong, hence an extra star. Too many mosquitoes in the evening. Not recommended if you have a niche palate.

Tried Bruschetta and Hot Chocolate, Both pretty bad. Hot Chocolate is skim milk + some chocolate + lots of sugar, too thin. Bruschetta is seriously low on flavour which can not even be recovered by adding all the oregano and chilli flakes. Service is fine, they are made well but they need to make huge efforts on taste.

Food was good. Ordered farm fresh pizza, white sauce pasta, cold coffee, mojito and masala french fries. Limited things on the menu but taste was good. Cute little corner to sit and service was quick. Can try if in panchgani.

One of the worst experiences that we as a family had when it comes to food. We ordered Veg Grilled Sandwich and Penne Pasta. They took more than 40 minutes to serve the first snack that was Sandwich. The preparation was pathetic. The greens used were stale, the grill was half way done. After repeated requests, they finally served the pasta. It was the worst pasta we ever had. It was half cooked, tasteless.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — A Must-Visit Spot in Panchgani!** We visited **Mapro Garden** during our trip to Panchgani, and it was an **absolutely refreshing experience**. The place is **beautifully maintained**, full of **greenery, flowers, and that signature strawberry aroma** all around. The **food court** is the highlight — their **fresh strawberry cream, pizzas, and sandwiches** are delicious. Everything feels fresh and made with care. The **staff is polite** and service is quite fast even when it’s crowded. There’s also a **factory outlet** where you can buy **Mapro products** like jams, crushes, and chocolates at good prices. My kids really enjoyed tasting the syrups and exploring the garden area. The place also offers **ample parking** and **clean washrooms**, which makes it convenient for families. Overall, it’s a **perfect family stop** for good food, nature, and a short relaxing break. **A trip to Panchgani or Mahabaleshwar is incomplete without visiting Mapro Garden!**

It is a very nice 🍓 garden. Can spend great time with family, friends and kids. The best part is that everything here is strawberry. One can experience the beauty of nature in winter. Good facilities are also provided for food. You can feel that food is little costly but okay okay so I would definitely recommend everyone to visit at least once.

Mapro Garden, situated en route to Mahabaleshwar and in close proximity to Panchgani, offers a commendable food experience. The food quality is consistently good, with generous portion sizes. The signature sandwich combo and pizza are particularly flavorful and highly recommended. A definite must-try is the fresh strawberry cream served with ice cream. Due to the high volume of visitors, a short wait for your order should be anticipated. The ambiance is exceptionally pleasant, featuring a seating area that provides picturesque views of nature and the surrounding hillside, making it an ideal spot for quality time with friends and family. While parking can be challenging on crowded days, a parking lot is conveniently located directly in front of Mapro Garden. Despite the relatively higher cost of food, the superior quality justifies the price. Visitors can explore and purchase a variety of Mapro products at the on-site selling exhibition, where trial drinks and food items are also available. The inclusion of a playing and games area offers an engaging diversion, and the customizable chocolate-making cafe adds an attractive and unique element. Overall, Mapro Garden is a highly recommended destination for all types of visitors.

Visited yesterday. One of the most beautiful place to visit in Mahabaleshwar .Mapro Garden is Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a peaceful atmosphere along with a delightful food and shopping experience. The garden is famous for its wide range of fruit based products like syrups, jams, squashes, and chocolates. Tasting procedure of different products is very good.

I recently visited Mapro Garden, Panchgani, but unfortunately, my experience this time was quite disappointing. I tried the sandwich, and it was below average in taste, lacking the freshness and flavor I expected. The pizza was okay, but nothing special—definitely not worth the hype. The only redeeming part of the visit was the ice cream, which was creamy and enjoyable as always. The ambiance is still pleasant, and the staff are polite, but considering the quality of the food this time, I was left underwhelmed. I hope they improve the consistency of their offerings, as Mapro has been great in the past.

Mapro Garden is a must-visit when in Mahabaleshwar as it is probably the ONLY place open and safe till 10pm. From fresh strawberries to delicious strawberry cream, Pizza and sandwiches, everything here tastes amazing. The open-air seating surrounded by greenery makes it a relaxing spot to spend time with friends or family. There’s also a small chocolate shop, bakery, and a store selling Mapro jams, syrups, and crushes — perfect for taking a bit of Mahabaleshwar home. The area where free tasting of syrups and milkshakes gets crowded. It has limited options for children’s to play. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has a lively vibe, especially during strawberry season. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, and a great location make it even better. A delightful stop for both food lovers and shopping lovers!

The ambiance and experience are nice. Various products available here like wide range of syrups to chocolates, jellies, and toffees etc. You can also shop Mapro's wide variety of products here. The seating area is clean, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful natural views, perfect for photographs. The garden is beautifully maintained, filled with vibrant flowers and greenery, making it a perfect spot.

Mapro Garden, Mahabaleshwar I visited Mapro Garden and tried their famous strawberry with cream ice cream — it was absolutely delicious! So fresh, creamy, and full of real strawberry flavor. The place is beautiful with lots of greenery, flowers, and a calm atmosphere. You can also shop for chocolates, juices, and syrups. A perfect spot to relax, enjoy nature, and have something truly tasty 🍓🌿💖
