Fundera Park is a great spot for families and kids! 🐾 It has a wide variety of petting animals, birds, reptiles, and aquatic life. Enjoy ostrich feeding, a scenic camel walk, or an exciting husky walk. Encounter exotic species and fascinating fishes. Other fun activities include the fish spa, train ride, and 7D show — though the 7D experience could be improved. Overall, a fun and memorable visit! 🌿✨ Highly recommend when you are in and around Yelagiri.

It was a wonderful experience here in this bird park. Starting from special breed dogs, rabbits, ginny pigs, camileon, fish varieties there many pets one can see & play with. Finally when you enter the bird park with feeds they surround you and pick their food from your hands. It was an excellent experience one cannot forget in his lifetime. Colourful bird throng you and sit on your shoulders, hands and allow you to pet them. Totally it is worth the money you pay for it. Whoever visiting Yelagiri shouldn't miss the opportunity to go to to Fundera Park to have a lifetime experience.

Fir Bird lovers its an excellent place. Birds will come and sit on your hand. .. This has 7D movie experience and medium size aquarium too. Nice place to spend 2 or 3 hours. Kids will love this place.

Must visit place if you are in Yelagiri. Most of the stay will provide discount coupons to visit Fundera, mosty 10%. You can spend 2 to 3 hrs here, there are restroom available, canteen available and even shop to purchase suvonior. The bird feeding is definitely the best activity where you can see different varieties of birds up close and even feed them. There are plenty of other activities as well but the above one is the highlight.

Had a wonderful time at Fundera Park, Yelagiri! The place is beautifully maintained with a great variety of birds and animals — perfect for families and kids. The staff were friendly and made the experience even better. A special mention to Mangai, who was extremely helpful and guided us patiently throughout the visit.

Fundera is a very interesting animal and bird and aquarium park in Yelagiri. Very surprising to see camels, ostriches, ferrets, shih tzu dogs, rabbits, iguanas, etc. A lot of colorful birds - different parrots, macau, all flying in big enclosure. The staff provides seeds which can be fed to the birds, and the birds also come and sit comfortably on hands and shoulders if one stays calm. They also have some mini activities but skipable. The entry prices are attractive for what the place offered, can easily spend 60-90 minutes here.

Visited this place with my family, and overall, it's a great spot to spend time together. However, I was accompanied by 10 kids under the age of 5, and I found it a bit disappointing that the entry fee was the same for both adults and small children. It would be more thoughtful and fair if they considered a different pricing policy for young kids, especially under 5, as their experience and needs are quite different from adults. Hope the management looks into this.

You should not miss this place. Better come on weekdays to enjoy all the games. This is really worth for Rs. 200/- ticket. The whole family can enjoy it. Lot of greenery and fresh air that you miss in the rush city life.

It's one among the good entertainment parks in Yelagiri that meets every individual from child to old. It's has a variety of entertainments for nature lovers, pet lovers, entertainment activities, kids play areas and many more. The park entertains nature lovers through bamboo forest, wide variety of flowering gardens, fruit orchards and creepers. For animal lovers you can find variety of birds, pet dogs and puppies, cats, rabbits, chicks, duklings where you can feed them and play with them. You will definitely love the fish spa. Kids and adults have various entertainment activities like archery, net cricket, water boating for kids, floating maze ball game, water rolling ball and many others. I recommend the site as it covers almost all things under a minimal rate of Rs. 200 where they provides all activities free of cost. Together with your family you can spend 3 hours enjoyingly. The only thing I want to mention is that it's written in the park that they offer a plant from their garden but in reality they say excuses once you approach the office staff. Hence I have mentioned the matter directly to the office staff to remove the board providing false claim. Rest you will definitely enjoy the time there.

Noce place enjoy with your family. Car parking entry fees is 200 per person. Nice atmosphere and great place to spend time with family. There were lot of animals and birds, we can feed food to them. There were lot of playing area for kids and adult.

Go karting experience was pretty bad. There are 2 karts and it was not in great shape. It costs 350 for 4 laps. Air rifle shooting and archery can be tried here

Had an amazing experience at the Nitro spehere ! The go-karts were super fast, and the track was well-designed for both beginners and pros. The VR games were next level — very immersive and had a wide range of options. The staff was friendly and made sure we were safe and comfortable throughout. Great place to chill with friends or even for a family outing. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for some thrill and fun!

Had a wonderful experience here they have many fun activity options at affordable price, We loved the gokarting here and also archery along with plankwalk, love the overall service. They also have vr games where we can play meta cricket here. Must visit in yelagiri

This place is like glow garden in Statue of Unity, Ekta nagar, with additional activities available at the park. It is a good place to spend the evening. A number of spots for clicking photos. Things to do - Chocolate making, pot painting, resin art, soap making, perfume making. You can carry back whatever you make. Other activities - ATV, trampoline, archery, fish spa, cricket, pool table, mini games. There are different entry charges depending on the number of activities you choose to do.

Selfie Panda is primarily a spot for taking pictures, and in that regard, it delivers—the lighting inside is excellent for photos. I'd say this is a place that children would likely enjoy the most. However, from an adult perspective, I felt it was not the best value for money and it’s likely only a one-time visit experience. While there are a few fun activities, the overall number of options is quite limited. A definite plus is the good parking space available outside, which makes the logistics easy. Come prepared to snap photos, but don't expect extensive activities or great overall value.

We paid 1800 for 3 adults and 2 kids. I feel the price is too much compare to what you get there. The activities are very basic.for an entry fees of 200 you get only archery and cricket.As we were visiting there with kids so we took an advanced package and paid 1000 extra. Which is not worth it. At the chocolate factory they ask you to give 5 star review to get a free cotton candy. So don’t go by the star rating of the place.

Slightly expensive but maybe worth it. Entry ticket is Rs. 200 which includes 2 out of three basic activities Fish Spa / Archery / Net cricket. Fish spa is fun with all that tickling. They allow only for 5 mins! Chocolate making is not great. It is in middle of a shop and not a factory. Congested! Shop sell all kind of wares. But we were surprised to see imported items like Lotus Biscoff cookies or Feastables from Mr Beast. For premium chocolate making, they give 3 kind of flavours (Milk, Dark and White chocolate) to be poured in mould. And sprinkle with sprinklers, grated cashews and almond. They will keep it in fridge for 15 mins and then give it to you. Perfume making is unique and interesting. 4 steps! Choose fragrance among 20 of them. Put 1 ml fixer in 6 ml fragrance and 18 ml ethanol using test tubss and syringes. Stir with electro magnetic stirring machine. And it is ready. Lot of selfie points. ATV here is below average.

It's a place of both fun activities and has props for taking awesome photos. It's a heaven for Genz to take selfies. They need to add more kids activities. Toys prices are little higher.

The location itself is so peaceful — surrounded by greenery, with a nice breeze throughout the day. The Villas was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a nice lawn view. The resort management team was prompt and polite. The food at the restaurant deserves a special mention — both North Indian and South Indian dishes were tasty, and breakfast was simply amazing. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults — swimming pool, indoor games, and a small nature walk around the property. In the evening, they even arranged a campfire and light music, which gave a very homely, festive feeling. Overall, it was a perfect weekend getaway — good hospitality, tasty food, and a calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this resort for families or couples looking to unwind.

This happened in May, 2016. My brother and his family, myself, my son, my sister's kids and our parents, in all 10 of us, drove to Yelagiri from Chennai and staying at Peter's Park was probably the best part of our trip. It felt like staying in a home all for ourselves. The Manager on the campus is a very friendly person. On the second day of our stay a water pipe broke and water to the houses on our side was stopped. This was fixed though it did take some time. Luckily the stoppage of water didn't cause any inconvenience. The food served at the Dining Hall was good. Any feedback given was positively taken. The spread for the dining wasn't as big as the Mahindra Clubs but we were happy the food wasn't being wasted as it happens with menus that have a huge spread. An additional bonus, dinner on Saturdays (one day of the week) was under the open sky. We only wished the movie that was being screened on the big screen was in English. In all, a pleasant stay with no regrets.

Peters Park, Yelagir is a wonderful and elite place to get away from the daily routine life. The provide exclusive and clean rooms. The staff and everyone there are kind, friendly and helpful. Ample parking space. The moment I entered the property, I got good vibe. Overall property is well maintenance and clean. Lot of effort shows in gardening. Rooms are basic, clean and good enough for my family. Tea coffee maker, hot n cold water, sofa, bed and a good sit out. Food - the host personally takes care of it. No compromise on quality, Veg and Non veg available. Evening Tea with snacks Music and camp fire We had gala time.

We occupied with villa (for 3 families).at peak days. Pros: Excellent atmosphere, rooms, facilities, campfire everyday, swimming pool is neat and clean,overall cleanliness and neatness is excellent. To be improved as per our experience: 1.Wifi is not connecting half of the time(we stayed 3 days 2 nights) based on our stay. 2. No proper intimation for campfire 3. If you order any food from restaurant surely they are not stick on to their promised time while they take order. 4.while enquire , we clearly informed our check in and check out with date and asked the rental details,instead of saying full amount they have communicated one day rental details, while we check in only they told the actual rental amount(thisean they are kis communicated)

A family friendly resort with vast parking space, spa, beautiful swimming pool, bigger rooms and scenic surroundings. Room paints were bit tardy, but not bad. But room was very huge and spacious. Staffs at reception are friendly. Food was good. There s also a play area for kids. Also couple of halls to host private ceremonies.! Overall the stay was good.

I had a very disappointing experience at Yelagiri AGS Holiday Resort. The stay was far below expectations. There were frequent power issues, and the food had no taste at all – really not worth the price. The hygiene standards were poor, and the customer service was not at all professional or helpful, which made the experience frustrating. On the positive side, I must say the rooms were clean, with a nice atmosphere, and the table robot service was a unique idea that worked well. However, these few good things do not make up for the overall bad experience. Definitely not a place I would recommend unless they improve their management, service, and food quality.

The place is nice and spacious. The pool is dirty cleaning is not that great. Shower does not work in the pool area. No lights in the pool or around it. There were no towels kept in the pool. Room is spacious with ac, fan and hot water around. They had arranged camp fire as well. The room had cockroaches running.housekeeping and staff are good. They did not meep towel we had asked and asked to clean so they did it immediately. You can buy outside food and take it there.

Food is homely, not fancy, but that’s part of Yelagiri’s charm — it feels less commercialized compared to other hill stations.

At the heart of it, Nature Park near Punganoor Lake is a gem — about 12 acres filled with landscaped gardens, a small artificial waterfall, a musical fountain, fish aquariums, a bamboo house, and a children’s play area. Entry is very affordable (≈ ₹15 for adults, less for kids). Best visited in mornings or evenings when the weather is cool and the crowds are fewer. One of the top features is Punganoor Lake Park — boating (rowboats / pedal boats), walking around the lake, beautiful green surroundings, and plenty of photo ops. A great spot for a relaxed few hours. There are also attractions like Swamimalai Hill (moderate trek, scenic views), Jalagamparai Waterfalls, Herbal Garden, and Fundera Park (bird park / petting zoo type) which are good additions if you have more time. On the downside: during weekends / holidays, parks & lake get crowded. Maintenance & hygiene could be better in some areas (fish tanks, restrooms) and limited parking is something people complain about. Overall, Yelagiri is a lovely choice for a weekend getaway from the city if you want nature, calm, easy hikes, and simple family-fun without too much hustle.

The only thing worth seeing was the water fountain. Besides that, it was average. Needs to be maintained. The views are good. It feels calm and refreshing walking amidst the greens. There's a canteen you can buy stuff there. Restrooms are also available. There's a fountain show inside, which was not so good for the price.

This is a small park aside a lake. Ypu have boating available here on per head fees. There is a shop inside the park for refreshments. There are couple of shops aside the park road too. Entry fees is 15 per head for adults. You can take a good walk and spend some time with your loved ones.

Not a clean park for visiting. Lot of people visit there but the park administration is not showing interest to keep park clean.the boating charge Rs.200per 20 min for paddle boat is bit expensive. Entry fee to the park is cheap (Rs.10) but can be increased if they can maintain park clean.

Very badly maintained place. Will be crowded over the weekend you won't be able to find a clean place to even stand. Weekdays may be little better but place itself is dirty. Better to skip rather than giving it a try at any cost.

This is the main tourist attraction of Yelagiri. The lake is clean and the surrounding park is adorned with tall trees, flowers, and few rides for kids. It seems to be a popular spot for school picnics. The road outside has lot of fresh fruit vendors which are a must try, and one doesnt usually get such a wide range of exotic fruits in one place. There is also the usual tourist and souvenir shops selling herbs, spices, honey, oils etc,

Nice place for a calm getaway. Spend a lot of time having fun with family. Enjoyed the rides at the park, went boating, and had food at the restaurant at the banks of the lake, enjoying the view. Great place for a reset away from the fast-paced life of Chennai.

A small beautiful lake on top of Yelagiri hills which hosts boating, park and children's play area. There is entry charges for the park(approx Rs20) for adults and for Boating. There are 2 types of boating, paddle boat and boat with rower. Overall boating experience was good and my family liked it. Park was well maintained but was crowded as we visited in a weekend. There are many shopping options and kids activity zones outside the park. There is limited parking and need to hunt for space.

One of the good locations to visit in yelagiri with friends and family. The entrance fee is 10 Rs only. The lake has boating facilities. Row boat with 50rs per person charges and pedal boat for 200 rs for 4 traveler’s. On weekends the crowd for boating is huge. The place also offers eateries and small shops . It also has s lot of games and play area . The road to the lake is quite narrow and parking is limited. Surrounding the lake there are lot of shops selling variety of things

Ticket counter opens at 0930h. The ticket 🎫 amount is shown in the photographs. There is no parking space available near the gate. There is a paid parking 100m short of the gate.

Avoid during weekends long ques. Charges 50rs even for kids the charge remains the same , this is just 750 mts away from the main road. Don't forget to buy chocolates and eucalyptus oil at the entrance shops. It's mainly of manual boating

This park is always crowded. It’s suited in main town and contains boating inside. It has children’s playgrounds and places where you sit and chill with friends. It has small shops for juice and snacks inside the park. But they should provide lot of Dustin inside the park, currently it barely exists.

This is the best place to visit in Yelagiri. Very peaceful. There is a car parking available, charges Rs. 20. But the roads a quite narrow. Entry fee to the park and lake is Rs. 10 per head. The park is well maintained with swings like Columbus and giant wheel. The lake offers boating facility but it didn't look very safe so we avoided it. Great place to spend time with nature. There are benches available to sit facing the lake.

Very perfect place for an adventures vacation and the workers are very kind and well behaved. I recommend for families, couples and with friends. Small drawback is it has between 7 to 10 games only . So cant able to spend more than 3 or 4 hrs able Apart from that I really enjoyed a lot.

What an experience. We used a combo package which is recommended, and people who are working there look for people's safety and welfare in each game. It is recommended to look at the weather and prefer to go accordingly, else, you can't enjoy the games.

Many adventurous activities are there. We can pay for individual games or take the package. But in the package they allow only half of the numbers, like for shooting 5 bullets for package, 10 for individually pay for it. So enquire before you choose. We went on Friday and no crowd, so allowed extra time and count of bullets

Worst place i have ever seen.. don't go there.. No maintenance at all.. we went there on Saturday only we were there for a half day .. literally we were the only family visited that day.. all the gaming things are old.. but they charged 1000 per head ..

The place may look unattractive but kids will love it, we went in because there was no crowd . The service provided was great and they engaged with the kids. It was 1200 for 5 games all of them were very good and kids simply loved this place

We visited this temple on a Saturday morning. The temple is located on a small hill, accessible via a neatly constructed stone staircase. The pathway is gentle, making it easy for people of all ages to visit. The surroundings felt very peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the visit.

I visited the temple around 8:30 AM in the morning. The atmosphere was truly divine, and I performed the pooja myself as the temple priest usually arrives by 9 AM. The surroundings were peaceful and filled with a sense of bliss. The temple is very clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall spiritual experience.

The temple is situated above a small cliff which has got steps to reach the main temple making it comfortable for people to climb. Overall there would be roughly 40 steps, less steeper and good enough to climb. From the top you get to see a lush green valley kind of a landscape. Spend few minutes and come to easily to visit the Anjaneyar temple closeby. One said thing i noticed is the problem with humans. They litter everywhere. Pls dont litter.

Located just few mins from the town this temple is a sublime place for murugan devotees. Located on a very small cliff top this temple has a breathtaking views. Only few steps to the top of cliff. Your cars and bikes can reach ride till half of the cliff after which u will have to take 30 steps and totally around 60 steps from the bottom. Dont miss this gem of a place.

Very divine place. Lord Murugan was worshipped by Arunagiri nathar. He has dedicated two songs in Thiruppugazh.

Don't waste your time by visiting this restaurant. Total arrogance by staff members. U have to wait 1 hr for them to come ans take order itself. Finally they say food is not there. Don't go there and Don't waste ur time and money

Food Corner – Yelagiri Boat House: A Forgettable and Frustrating Dining Experience Our visit to Food Corner, located near the Yelagiri Boat House, turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time. Despite the restaurant being empty, the service was painfully slow and the environment completely unfit for dining. We ordered chicken noodles, chicken fried rice, phulka, and paneer butter masala — only to receive our food after 30 minutes, even though we were the only customers at that time. We ended up spending 45 uncomfortable minutes inside the restaurant, mostly trying to tolerate the unbearable odor coming from two visible restrooms, which are in full view of every table. The smell made it nearly impossible to sit, let alone enjoy a meal. When the food finally arrived, things only got worse: The phulka was rubbery and chewy. The paneer butter masala was a disaster — oily, heavy, and tasted awful. Both the chicken fried rice and noodles were below average, lacking flavor and freshness. We could hardly eat more than a few bites. With no intention to suffer further, we paid a hefty bill of ₹987 for what felt like a complete waste of time and money, and quickly left. This wasn't just a one-off experience. On checking online reviews, we found similar complaints — slow service, poor hygiene, unappetizing food, and unjustified pricing. Sadly, Food Corner continues to operate in a prime tourist location without making even basic improvements. Verdict: Food Corner at Yelagiri Boat House is not worth your time or money. Poor service, unhygienic surroundings, substandard food, and high prices make this place one to avoid. If you're visiting the area, it's best to bring your own food or explore better-rated eateries elsewhere.

I visited this restaurant for lunch while waiting for boating took more than an hour, as it was the only nearby option and I was quite hungry. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The seating was very limited, service was slow, and hygiene standards did not seem well maintained. After waiting for nearly half an hour for my order, I was informed that the food was not available, which was quite frustrating.

Worst, all the rates are 3x than others. There are few genuine restaurants servicing people honestly.

Being a vegetarian, we had very limited options in Yelagiri. One hotel offers only buffet which we are not interested and resulted in the only vegetarian hotel in this area. So good or bad. We need to stick with this. Food is average. But definitely not worth for the price charged.

Worst experience ever We Visited the Restaurant at 03:00 PM and there were only 2 people to attend us. The quality of the food was too bad. It took almost 45 mins to serve us. We ordered 6 chapathi's costed ₹150 +GST (each ₹ 25), then 2 south Indian meals costed ₹500 +GST (each ₹250), then a veg fried rice which costed ₹100 +GST. So the cost is to high and the service is too Bad. They did not provide the water also. I suggest not go to this hotel

The restaurant service was not good at all. I could see other customers also complaining with the Cashier while entering the restaurant. My personal experience with the service , 1. We requested for glasses which came after half an hour after multiple reminders. 2. The cleaning of the table took another 20 minutes. 3. The dish price is high and the quantity served is not enough for 1 person . Suggestion: The restaurant and other areas need to be staffed appropriately as it was reflecting on the service being offered. Thanks for considering my suggestions . I also want to appreciate your breakfast and buffet dinner service which was absolutely fabulous . We enjoyed the buffet spread very much . Thank you.

The food was quite good and the ambience is really lovely — perfect for hanging out with family or friends. Parking is very convenient with plenty of space available. It does get a bit crowded during peak hours, and the menu has limited options compared to similar places. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but overall a nice experience!

This is an in-house restaurant in Sterling Hotel. We had buffet lunch(Rs650+taxes pp) and breakfast. Food was hygienic and tasted continental to take care of all crowds. The food tasted good and I have no complaints. Service personnel were very friendly and proactive. This place has a good amount of seating and maintains a good ambience. I definitely recommend this place.

We reached here basis best google reviews on an early afternoon hoping for a sumptuous lunch. We were taken aback to note that a south indian restaurant did not have meals at half past noon. Only rice, rasam and sambar were available separately and price for these items was exorbitant! Not happy with this.

Below average on almost all front They only offered buffet option to non-residing guests charged at 900 per person The buffet spread was limited, most of the options were south indian ( rice , rasam, sambhar, curd rice, poriyal..etc ) only 2-3 non veg options. For the price of 900 per person eating rice and rasam makes no sense , even though yelagiri has limited dining options there is no shortage of amazing south indian veg restaurants. Waiters couldn't handle the nominal crowd present, we had to ask for everything , from getting the table cleaned , to utensils and even till the end did not get glasses to drink water. Extremely disappointing experience and one of the most underwhelming buffet spreads i have ever seen The food also tasted below average, no redeeming point at all

The restaurant is inside Sterling Yelagiri. They have a decent menu. The South Indian and North Indian food is very good. Especially the paneer is extremely soft and very tasty. The breakfast buffet also has a decent spread. However some items are not in the counter and have to be specially requested like poori and paratha. Some of the starters and Italian dishes like pasta had a heavy dose of pepper and it was really spicy. It was more like a Indian Italian fusion and we didn't like it very much. Please do not that they add a 5% service charge and 18% GST unlike a regular restaurant where gst is only 5%. Definitely recommend to eat here as we couldn't find any other better place in the small town of Yelagiri.

We had Veg Briyani, jeera rice and Mushroom gravy; the food was really good. The service from Salam, Anish, Subhjit and Chandra were commendable.
