We enjoyed a pleasant walk through the park. While it was clean, it appeared somewhat under-maintained, with many features showing signs of wear. It’s a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets of Chandigarh, though it falls short of capturing the authenticity and meticulous design of a traditional Japanese garden.

With the cordial coordination with Japan Government, this park was developed in 2011, shows some glimpses of Japanese Art and Culture. Now in 2025, due to lack of maintenance this beautiful park is now so attractive. But still it is a good place to spend time with family and friends.

One of the best garden in Chandigarh. Awesome architect and scenic greenery. You can spend even 2-3 hours easily in this garden. There is no entry charges. Washrooms are also available inside the garden which are very well maintained. There are some small stalls outside the garden to have some snacks. There are two seperate gardens inside this place which are linked with a subway. Another part of this garden is based on Chinese dragon theme. People come here for picnic. A must visit place for morning or evening hangout. You may also bring badminton or soft ball for playing.

I recently visited the Japanese Garden in Chandigarh, and honestly, it was quite disappointing. The place has potential, but the lack of maintenance is evident. It seems like no one is taking care of the garden or the structures inside—it badly needs a revamp. What was once a beautifully designed space has now become underrated due to neglect. The greenery should be well-maintained, and the entire area needs proper upkeep to restore its charm. It’s sad to see such a place losing its appeal. I really didn’t enjoy my visit, to be honest. If the authorities focus on maintaining it, this garden could once again become a great spot to visit. But in its current state, it’s not worth it.

The fest was awesome, I enjoyed the performance of Sh Suresh Wadekar. No as usual maximum fests have lots of attraction for ladies , such as ladies suits, accessories etc. The management on the stage was not so good. Overall it has lots of beautiful to wait for next year's fest.

We got to visit there for comedy show..this place is very spacious but still there is lot of parking challenge while they have a big show, and the restaurant there are okaish ..my experience with the arrangements was not very good but I'll give it another try

We visited Pirates of Grill for the first time and had a great overall experience. They welcomed us with a complimentary beverage of our choice — I tried pulpy orange, lemon soda, and virgin mojito, all of which were superb and refreshing. The service was excellent and very quick. As soon as we settled, tandoori starters arrived and the staff began serving a wide variety of dishes, including crispy corn, fish fry, Cajun potatoes, and seekh kebabs. There were plenty of options in the main course and desserts, making it a complete treat. Some dishes really stood out, while a few items could be improved — the chicken soup had a slight odor (possibly from egg), the dhokla with sauce didn’t suit my taste, and the momos, though served hot and with care, had a thick outer layer. Even the custard felt a bit watery. Despite these minor points, the overall dining experience was very good. I definitely look forward to visiting again and trying out their other branches as well.

Poor Experience at Pirates of Grill If you spend more than 2 hours at this restaurant, the waiters start clearing your plates without even asking. This is exactly what we experienced during our recent visit. The managers also keep coming repeatedly to remind you that your time is over and that there is a waiting list. This means you are forced to rush through all the snacks and buffet within just 2 hours, which completely ruins the dining experience. Definitely not recommended.

One of the best places which serves great quantity of food along with the best quality. The food portions are sufficient for two people and they taste great as well. My recommendations would be to go for 3 cheese alfredo pasta, red velvet cake along with any pizza. The ambience is great too. An amazing place if you want to dine out with your family or friends. It is a must visit if you're in elante. Update - they are running 1 + 1 on a special menu on Monday and Tuesday. We tried burrito bowl, its was really good.

We have a Hyatt membership and every time we visit, it’s always a great experience. The staff is very warm and welcoming, and the service is consistently excellent. The food at Picante restaurant is also really good. A special mention to Anuj – his service and food suggestions are truly 5-star. Whenever we come here, we specifically prefer being served by him because he makes the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We were invited back after a horrible experience. On the second try Hyatt did everything in their power to make it a 5 star experience. I enjoyed the culinary talents of Chef Daniel from. Milan. His set menu of Italian cuisine was excellent. I particularly liked his lamb meatballs, pumpkin salad, ravioli, tortellini soup and profiteroles with chocolate sauce. All in all it was a much better experience than the first time. My only add is that this is the way you should always treat your guests.

I recently visited this dhaba that pops up on the list when you search for must-try dhabas in Chandigarh, especially since my favorite musician has also been there, so it was definitely on my radar. The ambiance is average—it doesn’t scream dhaba vibes—but the staff was welcoming and eager to share the menu.The food is pure North Indian, and you really get the authentic Punjabi feel from the offerings. We decided to try some of their specialties: lemon paneer and butter chicken. It took a little while for the food to arrive, but the first thing I noticed was the generous portions. 8/10 - The lemon paneer looked delicious and was something different from what we usually have. It was smooth and creamy, topped with a tadka that gave it a rich, appetizing look. However, it could have had a little less of that lemony kick for my taste. 6/10 - Next up was the butter chicken with naan. Unfortunately, it didn’t have the distinct flavor I was hoping for from such a well-known dhaba—it was more like your average butter chicken. They could definitely work on making it thicker and more flavorful. On the plus side, the staff was attentive and quick to accommodate my requests, even helping me pack up what we couldn’t finish. Overall, it was a nice experience with a dhaba-style extensive menu. I’d love to come back and try more dishes to get a better sense of what they offer!

We're regular customers here but our recent experience was very bad. The quality of food has definitely degraded. We ordered the following food items and the taste was not up to the mark. - Masala chaap - Mix veg - Chana masala In Non veg: - Their Most recommended "Rara Chicken" For example, the biggest No-Go was their popular dish "RaRa chicken" which was not cooked properly. One could easily see the blood on the bones on every single piece of chicken in the gravy. It was also shown to the staff and the manager and they accepted their mistake but this is an eye opener for non-veg people who should check this thoroughly. Most of the times this is ignored as we always assume and unsure of this but this should be taken seriously as it's as a serious health matter. It's a reputable restaurant in Chandigarh and you cannot serve uncooked meat to your customers. This also raises questions on the quality of other meat dishes. There should be some quality check. I mean this is quite basic. Sorry to say but it was a bitter experience. Uncooked meat in a hot gravy is a No go. That's not a dish.

Looking for a place to have good North Indian food , then this place is for you . I loved their starters especially paneer tikka was so good . Do try their special lemon paneer in main course . The presentation and the quality of food is also great . The quantity of food in such a pricing is excellent. Do visit this place .

One of the older dhabas within the tricity who got famous for nothing but their good food. Maintains that classic dhaba feel with a warm hospitality. My personal favourite was their Lemon Chicken which I had with some hot Missi Roti and Butter Naan. The way the gravy comes creamy and tart is what always blows my mind. Even their Chicken Masala and Keema Naan is worth a try!

The Rock Garden in Chandigarh is truly a must-visit. The creativity and effort put into making sculptures and structures from recycled and waste materials is incredible. It feels like walking through an open-air art museum, with every corner offering something unique and surprising. The pathways, waterfalls, and hidden sections make it a fun experience for both adults and kids. It’s well maintained, and spending a couple of hours here is absolutely worth it. If you have leisure time then you can visit this place with family and kids. I found it a little boring. You need atheist 2.5 hours to see the place and get some good clicks. Recommend for kids mostly.

Nice place to go. If you understand art, its a nust visit place. Its peaceful and calm. Try to avoid on a sunny and hot day. Mornings are best time for this place. There is lack of maintenance from administration, i found it a little neglected, there was no restoration of damaged pieces and no repair for broken artifacts. Walking through the garden feels like exploring a completely different world, filled with surprises at every corner, The pathways are designed in such a way that you keep discovering new sculptures, waterfalls, and little open spaces that make the place lively and artistic. It is not just a garden, but almost like a magical city of art built from things people usually throw away. The idea itself is inspiring, and it shows how much dedication and hard work Nek Chand put into creating this wonder, I personally enjoyed the sections where human figures and animals are made from stones and ceramics. The waterfalls and small bridges inside the garden add to the beauty and make it more refreshing, especially if you are visiting during the day. It is also a very popular tourist attraction, so you will see people from all over India and even abroad enjoying the place, The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because some areas of the garden are not very well maintained. A little more attention to cleanliness and upkeep would make the experience even better. Despite that, it is definitely worth visiting at least once in your life, Overall, Nek Chand’s Rock Garden is a symbol of creativity, dedication, and vision. If you are in Chandigarh, this place is a must-visit. It will leave you amazed at how waste can be turned into something so beautiful.

It was my first visit to the Rock Garden. While entering, we felt as if we were going into a cave because of the narrow pathways, which created a lot of curiosity and excitement in the park. The use of broken bangles, ceramic pieces, and old ceramic electric bulb holders stood out, forming artistic monuments and walls. The waterfalls created a natural and refreshing atmosphere. The environment inside was very clean, and for kids, it is truly an attractive and enjoyable location.

The Rock Garden Chandigarh is a 35 acre eco-friendly garden, built solely by home waste and other Industrial items. Sculptures are created using items such as bangles, ceramic pots, tiles, bottles and Electric waste. Garden is a mixture of Landscape, architecture, sculpture and mythology. NEK CHAND, founder of Rock Garden, started creating this garden secretly during his spare time in 1957. The Layout of Garden is based on the fantasy of a Lost Kingdom. It has 14 different chambers like the forecourt. The Teej festival, when the Rock Garden assumes a festive look, holds a special attraction for tourists. MAJOR ATTRACTIONS PHASE 1:- Toilet fixtures, broken glass pieces and broken tiles have been used to create figures of humans and animals PHASE 2:- Once you enter you will feel entering a small traditional Indian village representing beautifully carved huts, temples pathways etc. PHASE 3:- It’s inspired by Roman architecture; swings are hanging for people to enjoy the beauty. Waterfall, Aquariums where we can get glimpse of fishes wandering around. Open Air Theatre:- An open seating ground with stairs. Laughing Mirror Display; Camel and Train ride. I visited Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh early morning recently, and it was a refreshing experience! This man-made lake, built in 1958 by Le Corbusier’s team, is a serene spot with calm waters reflecting the Shivalik hills. The early morning vibe was magical—cool air, chirping birds, and a stunning sunrise painting the sky. The walking path was perfect for a peaceful stroll, and I loved watching locals jogging and practicing yoga. The nearby café served tasty snacks, adding to the charm. However, some areas had litter, which slightly detracted from the beauty. Also, more benches would’ve been nice for resting. Despite these, Sukhna Lake’s tranquility and scenic views make it a lovely spot to start the day in Chandigarh.

A Serene Escape and the Jewel of Chandigarh! During my visit to Chandigarh for the ISRT meeting this September, a trip to Sukhna Lake was the perfect way to unwind. I have been visiting this place and it remains an incredible destination to relax and reconnect with nature. Sukhna Lake, a serene reservoir at the foothills of the Shivalik Hills in the Himalayas, is an integral part of Chandigarh’s planned cityscape. Even today, it stands as one of India’s most famous artificial lakes and planned city, offering a tranquil experience with still waters. Nestled at the forefront of Sector 1, the lake is surrounded by lush forests and sits adjacent to the governor’s residences of both states. The morning sunshine here is truly mesmerizing, creating a magical aura for early risers. Joggers, walkers, and yoga enthusiasts find their perfect spot along the lake’s edge to embrace the refreshing start of the day.

This is a very good Market in Chandigarh. This market has branded shops for clothes, shoes, jewellery and other household items. During the evening the market is very crowded and lively. The market has sufficient parking space and a very clean area. The musical fountain adds a charm here. It's a must visit market for chilling and spending some time with your, friends, kids and family

While the garden is beautiful and well maintained; it feels very mechanical, just made for the sake of the city because the city is like the cities abroad. Garden is big and if you want to spend some peaceful time, then only you should visit.

Rose is one of the best attractions in Chandigarh. If you like roses and greenery you must visit this place. Although Chandigarh is very green but this place an its own vibe.

We went in November but there were almost no Rose's flowering. So better visit in February. But very nice garden to sit and relax.

It is a very nice and big garden where you can easily spend 2 to 3 hours. Childrens play area are also there. There are lots of varities of roses from all over the world. You can scan their QR code and know more information about them. Better to visit in winters as roses are more blossoms in that season.

Visited the ISKCON Temple recently, and it was such a calming experience. The atmosphere is serene, and the sound of the bhajans instantly lifts your mood. The temple is clean and well-kept, and the evening aarti is truly beautiful, it fills you with a sense of peace. The people there are warm and welcoming too. Whether you're spiritual or just looking for a quiet place to reflect, it's definitely worth a visit.

Amazing peaceful temple dedicated to Shree Krishna, located near Kissan Bhawan. Bus and rapido are easily available.

Visiting the ISKCON Temple was a truly divine experience. The atmosphere was serene, the chants uplifting, and the temple architecture absolutely beautiful. It filled the heart with peace and positivity — a perfect place to reconnect with the inner self. 🌸✨

ISKCON Temple Chandigarh is a peaceful and divine place. When I visited in October 2025, some construction was in progress, but the temple’s beauty and serenity were still enchanting. The atmosphere is calm, and inside parking makes the visit convenient.

We have visited on Krishna Janmashtmi, our experience was osum, heavy rush of public but everything was very planned and everyone taking the blessings of lord Krishna

This iskcon temple is in sector 36 of chandigarh. Aarti times vary in summer and winter. The kirtan starts around 7:15 PM in summer and after that the Geeta path by prabhuji. The place is really abode of God.

Has lost it charm as it was decades ago. Food is overpriced tried their hot dog and pizza. Hot dog was totally waste of money it was like they have filled potato sabzi in bread bun. Pizza was ok.

Some things shouldn't change and hot millions is one of them. The taste of burger and pizza- still my favorite. And even the glass used to serve water is still the same. Loved visiting after 25 years. Stay this way!!

Ordered Panner Naan with Gravy for Rs.366. Naan is okay, but gravy is very thin, like a tomato soup. There is no onion with this. They have given the salad, but it's very sour. Not worth it.

Visited Hot Millions in Sector -17 with family after a gap of more than two decades when it used to be the most happening place to dine-in in city beautiful. The ambiance of the place is good and the staff is courteous and quick in service. It's a nice place for casual dining. Salad Bar buffet offers a good variety of both vegetarian and non veg options. The food is delicious and served well. A piece of advice to the current owner is to pay more personal attention to the ambiance of the place and food quality and it’s presentation so as to revive the old glory of this restaurant.

It's one of the best in the town and my all-time favorite. Visited after 6 years and was excited to dine there. Same cheerful staff and great food. Salad bar buffet is one of the best and lots of variety for vegetarian and non vegetarian. My all-time favorite Russian salad and paneer lababdar, you can't beat the taste. Will visit again whenever back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE IN CHANDIGARH. Thank you, Sanjay, for your hospitality

Food was not upto mark, was most pathetic burger I ever had. Pasta was not good too. No a good food destination. Few key observations :- Presentation: The burger was dripping with oil, making it unappetizing right from the start. Bun: The bun seemed stale and definitely not fresh, which affected the overall texture and enjoyment of the burger. Flavor: Shockingly bland; the burger lacked any discernible taste or seasoning, leaving much to be desired in terms of satisfaction. Overall, a disappointing experience with a burger that fell short on multiple fronts. May be i ordered lowest moving item. Serious attention required !!

I went to this place to revive the old memories of 90's when we were kids and it is the most packed and happening fast food restaurant of chandigarh. The food tasted exactly same as it used to be back in those days and it was delicious.. People of chandigarh should visit this place for a great bite and to have that nostalgic feeling.. An advice for owner to take additional care of the property and mantain it as it was earlier.. Ac was not working when we had food in the evening..

Breakfast spread isn't as big as most other Taj hotels. They have a variety of pastries, croissants, tea cakes and muffins. They have live counters for pancakes and waffles. French toast was good too. Eggs to order and a decent spread of cheese, juices and fruits and cereals. The customised tea was very good..the cooked dishes were not that great. The gunjuk with kulcha was very salty. The masala dosa also had excess of salt. The bread pakoda was too oily. Kanda bhaji and Hashbrown were awesome! Meduwada was alright. Overall very good breakfast.. they were kind enough to give me a packed breakfast at 5 am while leaving for shimla. They packed tea to go, pastries, aloo paratha, chicken sandwich and fresh whole fruits! I'm glad they packed all this because in the 5.5 hour train journey, there weren't many healthy/ safe options.

However, it's important to note that the pricing at Café17 is notably higher than that of many other restaurants in Chandigarh, often ranging from three to five times more expensive. While the quality of the food is acceptable, it does not quite reach the exceptional standard that one might expect given the establishment's premium pricing. Diners may find that although the dishes are well-prepared, they lack the distinctive flair and innovation that could justify the cost. While Café17 offers a sophisticated setting and excellent service, potential patrons should be prepared for the steep prices and manage expectations regarding the culinary experience. It is undoubtedly a great venue for events, but those seeking extraordinary food may find better value elsewhere.

Staff is attentive and quick to help. Cleanliness was great. Have great coffee as well. Table menu dishes are by default non spicy. Should ask if needed spicy. The French toast was super delicious.

About the Place - Cafe 17 is one of the luxury cafes in Chandigarh, situated at the lobby level with the beautiful colorful furniture with a soothing view of the Infinity Pool, Cafe 17 is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a meal, at any time of the day.  The restaurant serves an array of multi-cuisine specialities, including Mediterranean delights with Asian overtones and a selection of local favourites from colourful cities such as Delhi, Mumbai and Amritsar. The staff is so friendly and cooperative that you feel like home. "With the current situation prevailing worldwide i.e. Covid 19, the restaurant has taken all possible precautions and safety measures assuring its customers a safe and healthy environment. As soon as you enter Taj, there will be a body temperature check at the entrance and with proper sanitization including your bags. Arogya Setu App (An Indian open-source CoVID-19 "Contact tracing, Syndromic mapping and Self-assessment" digital service, primarily a mobile app, developed by the National Informatics Centre under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) is mandatory application that need to be installed in your phone. After checking at the entrance one of the staff members will assist you till the Cafe. At the cafe, Sagrika from the team introduced me to the precautions and safety measures taken at the Cafe, Taj. The best thing I personally liked was the Self Declaration Form, clarifying your health and other important details. It is very important to mention here that all the Kitchens are open i.e. Dera, Black Lotus and Cafe 17, but the food is served under one roof of Cafe 17 keeping in view the current scenario as a precautionary measure with a protocol of two persons allowed on one Table. About the food:- Coming to the food they have recently launched two new welcome drinks i.e. Guava Mary and Déjà Vu. Both the drinks are so refreshing. Déjà Vu is now my personal favorite after Kaali for a welcome drink. Moving on to Appetizers they served Wok Tossed Water Chestnuts with burnt Garlic. The chestnuts were very crispy and perfectly cooked. I really liked it. Coming on to the Main Course they served Stir fried tofu with Water Chestnuts with Veg Fried Rice. Caramelised Mushroom Risotto was also served. Ending it on a sweet note, Kesari Rasmalai and Tiramisu were served. I really loved and appreciated the efforts of the Chef for making Eggless Tiramisu especially for me. They have upgraded their plates as well. Overall it was really a great experience of dine in keeping in view the current scenario and situation. Kudos to the whole team. Thank You Taj for always giving a wonderful and memorable experience to cherish.

Staff are excellent, attentive and great service. If there is any issue, the manager and the chief chef try to sort out and help the guests in case any on demand order. Mr Passi do personal rounds and their chef personally ask every guests about experience and any complaint. Cafe 17 breakfast spread is compact, not big as other Taj hotels. Yes, decent. But certainly they need serious improvement in their preparations as I found Dosa Masala, chutney, upma, kulcha, even Bhature need improvement in preparation and taste! Coconut chutney is not good at all, understood that they don't find decent quality of coconuts in Chandigarh. Didnt find podi powder at all. Idli, vada, lahori chole, omelette, onion pakoda, tea was good, so the bakery section, banana cake was too good! I didnt find pastries appealing. Lunch menu is very very short with very limited options. Tomato basil soup was decent. Murg Makhani and mix veg a miss. Rice and roti were good. Though bit pricey. They didnt charge us for the Mix Veg when I raised the issue of food taste and the chef personally asked our preference and prepared special dish for us, that was a great gesture. Overall it was good experience with some small hiccups.

The buffet lounge inside taj chandigarh. The place offers continental buffet dinners and breakfast . We went for family dinner. The ambience and service on par with taj hospitality however we found the buffet menu and options a bit underwhelming. With just two veg and non veg snacks options, and live counter serving gol gappes the dinner spread left us un impressed. The salads options were good with fresh fruit, corn and fetta cheese options, the main course was also simple with limited options. Desserts included major options from bakery as cakes ,n pasteries . Moong dal halwa was ok ,the best among was the creme burlee. Over all a average experience, great hospitality, good service food menu can be worked upon

Excellent restaurant. Always been our favorite!! Prawns Dimsum, Crispy Lamb, Hakka chicken noodles were all 10/10 Best Chinese restaurant hands down in the city beautiful. Will be back!! Feedback on Wine: we hope someone can fix the wine selection so one can order a nice wine. We looked at a Rs 12,000 ($150) Campo Viejo 2021 Rioja / rated a mere mediocre 3.7 star on Vivino available for $8 internationally with a MSRP in Rupees of 1,554 ($18). Felt 8x mark up from local pricing for an ordinary and poor rated wine was illogical. Why would anyone pay $150 + almost 30% and not even be wowed by a great wine say that costs 40 Euro. Note that this was the second best red of the menu!! Food was impeccable and service was wonderful. Met the chef and expressed our gratitude on great food we had. We also enjoyed Shruti's singing. Excellent choice of songs and great voice!!

Food that’s lightly flavourful and extremely light on the stomach. A good variety of starters and main course. We missed the live music that they had a couple of months back. Wish they start it again. The presentation requires some aesthetic upgrades though

Black Lotus has recently opened its door after a brief haitus for a couple of months. The interiors have been overhauled and the menu has undegone a complete revamp for the better. The Menu has been intelligently desinged. All the Veg Starters are pegged at the same price of Rs. 575 and for Non Veg it is Rs. 675. It's the same for the Veg Main Dishes at Rs. 575 while the Non Veg dishes stand at Rs. 775. These prices are extremely affordable and Pocket Friendly and no less than a treat as its a Five Star. We began our evening with Asparagus, Haricot Beans and Corn Soup which was delectable. For Drinks we had Pinee Peach (Peach and Pineapple Juice), Mango Marina (Mango Puree' and twist of mint, Sweet and Sour - this was a complete Winner and a must try), Guava Marry, Watermelon Reference (Watermelon, Lime and Pomegranate Juice), Apple Ryder (Apple Juice with the hint of Smoky Cinnamon), Flavoured Jasmine Tea, Sichuaniska (Mixture of Sichuan Sauce with a hint of Pepper). Moving to Starters we had Mushroom & Bamboo Shoots Salad, Lemon Grass Prawn, Pan Fried Lamb Dim Sum, Grilled Sesame Tofu (comes with a Live Flaming Grill, Must try for the Vegetarians). Each dish was fresh, unique and stood out. Then came the Peking Duck which deserves a speical mention as it a whole meal in itself. Chef Wong came to our table and carved the Roasted Duck right in front us. It is quite a ceremony to watch the Carving of the Peking Duck. The Duck is then served as (a) Roasted Duck Pancakes served with classical accompaniments, (b) Duck Soup and (c) Stir Fried Duck. This is a signature Black Lotus Dish and a must try. We were in for a treat with another signature Black Lotus dish i.e. The Hot Pot.This is a prepare your own Soup/Broth where all the fresh ingredients (Seafood Broth with Prawns, Sole Fish Slices, Chinese Vegetables and Noodles) are placed on the table with a Live simmering Water to Prepare the broth according to your liking. This was a big hit amongst everyone. Moving to the Main Course we had Barbeque Pork Belly (the best Pork Ribs in the tricity hands down, the pork melts in your mouth and the sweet meat is a delicacy, must try), Steamed Fish with Black Bean Sauce (The Black Bean Sauce with the Black Pepper seeds creates a unique flavour), Chicken with Toban Djan Sauce, Egg Plant with Spicy Bean Sauce (I'm not an Eg plant fan but this dish has the capability to compete with the best of Non Veg preparations), Mung Bean Pan Cake with Chicken, Clay Pot Jasmine Rice with Tofu (extremely good), Bok Choy & Vegetables, Egg Wrapped Flat Noodles (Full points on the presentation as the Rice/Noodles come wrapped in an Omlette much like an Egg) with Vegetables and Chicken. Moving to Desserts we had Lava Cake (treat for the senses), Clove Traingle Pineapple with Sweet Chili & Coconut Milk (quite good), Vanilla Ice Cream. I am Bowled over by the Black Lotus Taj experience. I Love finding faults and I'm glad to admit here I found none. A full 5/5 from me. Go and experience the new Black Lotus for yourself.

Attended the Chinese new year feast few days ago. They had a variety of appetizers, main course dishes that did justice to the celebration of the new year. Black lotus is best place for trying seafood. I loved the grilled pomfret, oats prawn, sliced chicken with chilli and vodka. In the main course, I loved the chicken, squid and manchurian. Other items were good too though.they also serve a mango based palate cleanser before the main course which is amazing. Lastly, we were served dutch truffle chocolate cake with bitter chocolate sauce.

Visiting a place where we get a memorable and exciting experience is like a wish come true. I recently visited The Taj and had some of the best dishes at their restaurant. Their Asian style chilly chicken which was cooked with coriander, red chilli offcourse and some spring onion, is a must have. The chicken was so tender and juicy and the spring onions complimented the coriander perfectly. The Asian style vegetables had fried brocolli, baby corn cooked with chili sauce. Really fresh and steaming veggies tasted amazing with perfect amount of seasonings. The Veg Dimsums which had a filling of spinach, garlic and cheddar cheese was something that I still crave for. Soft and juicy with perfectly seasoned filling. The Chicken hot pot made my visit their a worthwhile. It had sliced chicken with Chinese vegetables and noodles steaming in chicken broth. For the dessert part, I tried the Lava cake and the Date pancake. Because pancakes arent just for breakfast! It is my personaly favourite!

The Chinese cuisine at Taj has to be talked about as soon as possible! Ever since I have set on my quest to find great food, it was seldom that the big beautiful restaurants were able to satisfy the hunger I had for good food, I was proved wrong. The food is hits the right chords at the right places while the hospitality is everything I never knew I needed. The interiors aren’t loud and gently whisper in your ear the story of great food to come; and it does come indeed! For appetizer or the Amuse Bouche, we were served Cucumber, gari, basil and asparagus and oh man did it tickle the right places in my stomach! I was more than ready for the food to come! The soup had a nice savoury flavor and felt so right in my mouth. The starters were as perfect as they looked. We got: Kanjee Fried Shitake Wok Tossed lotus stem in hot black bean sauce Pan fried fish with ginger and coriander Chicken tai chin Unbelievably amazing! The herbs and the spices were right everywhere! The Main course had us right by our gullet and we never wanted it to stop coming! Beautiful preparation and equally well tasting food. For main course we had: Mapo Tofu Eggplant Haricot beans and fresh chilli ginger Panfried cheese greens Stir fried chicken with toban dijan sauce Wok fried fish with fresh chili oyster sauce Ginger fried rice Vegetable hakka noodles And a melange of pineapple chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream for dessert And yes I tried it all! There is no word to describe my experience as it all was beyond what I thought it could be. I just want them to continually and constantly keep up the quality of the food. Special shout out to Mohit with his great hospitality and his amazing way of pouring the soul stirring Jasmine tea! A serious 5 star to Taj and an all the best from my side!

One of the oldest chaat shops in Chandigarh. It used to be good but there is a constant decline in the quality of taste & service. The person serving golgappas is very rude. There are many other compromises also due rush. I have stopped frequenting this eatry because there are better options available now.

The taste isn't as such as it is hyped by few. There's no sitting and standing area. You can try golgappa if you want but chaat counter taste and people and everything is pathetic and beggars will be piling up to you all the time

Excellent tiki, whether eaten with dahi n chutneys, with chutneys only or as plain. Very good golgappe, though their signature imli kicked paani has changed now. Problem is that there is no sitting area. Too crowded, so one has to struggle to taken tokens n have ur dish. Dahi paapdi is average.

Good food I had malai chaap and the taste was fine. Some pieces were a bit undercooked. I was visiting Chandigarh for work and people suggested this shop for fast food. Also it has been featured in multiple videos on YouTube. They need to be a bit more polite. The fast food joints which get famous don't deliver on the customer service front and this place is definitely not an exception

My experience about VR punjab mall is both good and bad.. the mall is a beautifully built structured building where you can come and hangout but i am sad by looking at the management of the mall as most of the shops and shrooms are closed, despite of being such beautifully built the structure needs repair, the AC are not working and brands needs to reinstate. Food court does not have much options too.. the mall management should take everything into consideration as the mall was nearly empty and had no footfall.

Although it has almost every outlet, but its not very happening. After some time the mall gets monotonous. Good for shopping and pictures... but not great for hanging out.

There are no brands. Most of the shops are closed. Ambience sucks… broken roof. All in all a complete dead vibe. I mean why even bothering keeping it open just shut it down, may be you will save a bit more money.

VR Punjab Mall is one of the best places to visit in Mohali for shopping, food, and entertainment. I had a fantastic experience at PCA Mohali Stadium when I attended the India vs. Australia day-night ODI cricket match. The atmosphere was electric, and the stadium provided an excellent view of the game. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall experience was unforgettable. I highly recommend attending matches at this stadium for any cricket enthusiast.

I recently visited the cricket stadium and had a great time! The energy of the crowd was fantastic, and I loved the way they were cheering on their favorite teams. The music system was also very good, with clear and powerful sound that really added to the excitement of the game. The only downside was that the music had to be turned off at 10pm. While I understand the need for noise regulations, it was a bit disappointing that the music couldn't continue throughout the entire game. Even so, the atmosphere of the stadium was still amazing, and I had a wonderful experience overall.

This is a very beautiful and spacious garden located in sector 36 of Chandigarh. It's very beautiful and full of trees and flowers which you will see nowhere in the tricity. The place has clean washrooms available as well with the facility of fresh water to drink. It is safe and great to spend time with family and friends that too in nature. You can come here anytime of the day and chill in the sun and spend quality time with your loved ones. Over-all it's a must visit place in Chandigarh. My rating is 5 stars.

Great park and I consider it to be one of the best parks in chandigarh city...good pathway to walk on not stone paved so good for jogging and running... All the things are not managed, even all the rides wasted with rust. Even there is a bamboo vally inside it which is also not good zero caring, people are there with afair partners which does not makes it family oriented place.

Now need to change its name from children park to impounded vehicle parking area, I Visited today this place after so long, it really hurts to see, what administration has done to this place. More than Hundreds of impounded vehicles dumped here, no maintenance of park. Very bad condition, there is not a single flower in this park. What I can assume from visiting the place, children no longer visits there or allowed there to play or ride their bicycle.a Completely changed for Driving test and impounded vehicle parking. It really hurts. It's a shame that this place has turned to this. 'It's no longer children traffic park its just traffic park now'.

Month end and Low on pocket, still craving for tasty food?? This is the place to try. A small take away outlet in the heart of chandigarh. Food: Paneer tikka taco: Their speciality as they say - nothing out of world but tasty stuff Paneer roll: not upto the mark - being a roll fan i expect more from them. Butter chicken burger : friend tried this and was awestruck - his facial expressions were good enough to highly recommend that here. Cold coffee : Good Bubble gum shake : Better than Cold coffee.

I always look upto those ventures been build up through young buds and try and give a lot push over those biggies already. Be it shopping, food and other services, I always believe in being local as far as I can. Such a joy it is within when you have something of your own in place and I am sure it takes a lot of effort and motivation to come up with it I came across Hash guys with a big smile on my face. As the name says "hash" guys off course. Trust me, I was expecting some hidden stash when I received my order through them. Jokes apart. My order with them was a veg hot dog and loaded nachos with cheese with a cold coffee. These hash guys are certainly delivering some real good munchies down your doorstep whenever you have the tripin. I had a great munching session over their loaded nachos and hot dog off course. No better bliss than gulping that coffee down your throat when high. A little focus in their services part is all I would highlight to them to work on. Checking in their orders before dispatching it will help them retain the value and brand image they are trying to build up rigorously. I just hope the chef / service man wasnt high on hash on the day I got veg salad instead chicken.

This cafe holds a special place in my heart. I first visited with someone very dear to me. We sampled a variety of dishes, all of which were incredibly flavorful. On our second visit, while the initial magic wasn't quite replicated, the food remained consistently good. We couldn't finish everything, so the kind staff thoughtfully packaged the leftovers for us. Today, on Christmas Day, I returned to the cafe, though the circumstances are different. That special someone is no longer by my side. Despite the bittersweet memories, I decided to try one of the dishes I enjoyed before. It was just as delicious as I remembered, a comforting reminder of happier times. You should visit this place if you need comfort and good food.

No doubt the aesthetic of the cafe was good but the food was so bad and their service was also not good. They didn’t give us cutlery and even when we asked it took them another 20 mins to get it. Apart from that, the food was also average, the fried rice was uncooked and even the bathrooms there are so unhygienic. I really don’t recommend this cafe. You can find more aesthetic cafes with neat bathrooms and good food anywhere else in Chandigarh . They take so much time to deliver any food, beat, cutlery, spoons, plates, water, highly disappointed.

A cozy place in the midst of chandigarh. Though I didn't liked the coffee that much, but the atmosphere was vibrant and peaceful. The design is terrific, there is so much space in the little room. I really liked the outside view through the plants! Overall a good place to go to for vibes.

On a positive note, the interior is quite appealing, filled with interesting artwork, and they have cozy nooks where you can relax. Overall, Brew and Books has potential, but improvements in service and coffee quality would make a significant difference

The food was ok, not worth going for it specifically. And honestly takes wayy to long to get the food. But The system of ordering and paying is efficient and the vibe is really good So if you want a place to hangout with friends with a few board games or wanna study maby this would work.

Ordered Aam Panna and Creamy Mushroom on Toast. When the food arrived, I wasn’t expecting much—but wow, the Creamy Mushroom on Toast totally stole the show. Rich, flavorful, comforting—just chef’s kiss. And just as we were mid-chew, mid-sentence, mid-life crisis, they cranked up the music. Hindi songs at full blast—because apparently, silence is too middle class. I came to eat food, not to relive my cousin’s sangeet. Next time, please choose between café or club. You can’t be both unless you’re in a bad Netflix teen series.

I visited here for coffee and tried the orange cake. While it wasn’t bad, neither the coffee nor the cake was especially good. The cake was served in a bite-sized portion rather than a slice. I haven't tried anything else, but the portions were small and the prices were high.

One requires prior reservation to ensure smooth entry. The preparation and presentation were good, service okay types-lacking contact with the guest, ambiance below average, 5 star prices, didn’t find the place value for money.

Must try delicious food!! Service is good and they have options for kids as well. Pan cakes and vada pav is amazingly yummy! Its not like traditional restaurants where they put tons of masala’s into everything and you regret eating everything, its opposite to that and you feel relaxed and happy after eating good stuff here.

Cozily tucked in sector 17, great food ,portions and services. We ordered for Fish tikka, spaghetti along with beverages to go. Recommendations came in from the Senior manager himself and that was just perfect. Highly recommended

Back to source is located in sector 17 A on first floor . We made a table reservation in afternoon and The place was packed on Saturday. As far as food , food was really not good . We tried potato jackets as starters ,it was full of oil and spices not recommended Then vegetable speghetti in marinara sauce which was full of black pepper and pasta also disappointing Third thing was grilled fish which my wife ate and that was good. I tried this place on my wife s recommendation but I simply didn't liked. Parking space is sufficient. So I do not recommend the place it's just overhyped. Keep smiling 😊

A great mall situated in the IT park area. The main customers of this mall are the young employees who work in nearby companies but still anyone can go there and enjoy. Its not a big mall but still good enough. You have an ample of options for eating and shopping with great offers. The mall also has McDonalds.

I’ve been to Hops n Grains a few times now, and every visit just confirms why it’s one of my favorite spots in the Tricity. The vibe here is relaxed yet lively — perfect for both a chilled-out evening or a celebration with friends. The beer is honestly the star of the show. Fresh, smooth, and brewed right — you can taste the difference. My personal favorite is their wheat beer, but every brew I’ve tried here has been on point.

We went to Hops and grains during the happy hours and got one beer mug free with another. We also ordered some light snacks on the side. The overall ambience was amazing with live music. The sitting area specially on the first floor is wonderful to sit.

The golf course is amazing but the staff is mostly pathetic having no manners. They will treat you like a bug even if you are going there from a reciprocal club. The starter will insult you even if you go there smiling. They don’t permit on Saturday Sunday: that’s absolutely fine as a lot of golf courses don’t permit reciprocal members. The have a prime time system on weekdays also 😂. You will have to go there really early to book your slot. They will not permit you to tee after 10am. The golf course is highly uninviting because of the staff. You are not invited that’s what their face says and even the way they talk. Keep this in mind. The course is super good and well maintained.

It holds the distinction of being the only golf club in Northern India with a floodlit 9-hole course and a floodlit driving. Course is set over 132 acres in the planned city of Chandigarh. The course is dotted with thick mango, jamun, eucalyptus and kikar groves Absolutely love the service, the food, the ambience, and the overall positive vibe at CGC. Although I’m not a member, the warmth and friendliness of the people here make you feel like part of the family. The staff and members are truly welcoming. Also yesterday we met with the president Mr Ravibir singh. Wheelchair ♿ accessible 🅿️ and entrance available here.

Arguably the most sought after membership in Chandigarh. The Club, recently opened for members without any Covid restrictions, is clearly popular for its classy ambience and great food. You would of course need membership, or be invited here by a member.

Best course is Tricity. It's an 18 hole golf course. Fairways and greens are awesome. More or less a straight course, easy to play. Fader has an advantage to play. Most holes are visible from the Tee. Adequate parking is available. The restaurant serves good beer, snacks and food. One needs to be a member or take reciprocal or pay a green fee to play and to use the facilities here. An excellent course. Be careful while googling it as one reaches the driving range. Have a great round ☺️

This was my first visit to CGC and absolutely fell in love with the whole ambience of the club and the generosity of the people of Chandigarh.

This has got to be my favorite golf experience in and near to Chandigarh. Its a great resort for an outing being near to forest will give you a fresh feeling. The resort is very well maintained having good nice rooms with lawns outside to provide you a feeling close to nature. It also has a golf course. I enjoyed my stay.I keep on going back to Forest Hill Golf Course as it is very well laid out in a serene setting.

The food is simply outstanding! I tried their cake and Pizza, which was nothing short of authentic. It reminded me of the best pizzas from Italy and I can confidently say it’s one of the best I’ve had in India. The flavors were rich and the crust was perfectly baked. Additionally, the cakes was a treat! Each bite was a burst of flavor, and I couldn’t resist going back for it . If you’re looking for a place with delicious food and a serene environment, Cafe Sicily is the place to be. Highly recommended!

A nice spot for Napoleon style pizza, fresh ingredients and good vibes/taste. Server was nice and friendly and was knowledgeable about food and portions. Only 4* because i found it odd that when I ordered fresh juice it came straight outside front door which seems odd maybe they're outsourcing someone nearby for juice and selling a glass for higher price. I'm not sure what is going on here but it seems not right. Otherwise pizza is decent.

I'm italian, visiting here in Chandigarh, and I can tell you THIS IS REAL ITALIAN PIZZA!! :) also nice and clean place, very kind people, quick service. Most of all, real wood fire oven, like on Italy, and the pizza is made in the same way. Fantastic spot in Chandigarh!

The food is 10/10 but I was so disappointed when I discovered baby COCKROACHES in the tissue/cutlery holder !! Attaching the photos. The staff could say/do nothing at all!! I think I’ll take my money and spend it elsewhere. Sicily, you can keep them cockroaches and feed the city!! Oh and they (cockroaches) were ALIVE AND MOVING on the table !!!!!!!!!!

The food was great in my opinion, worthy of 4 stars. But the tiramisu was the show stopper. It was one of the best tiramisu’s I’ve ever had! So I slipped in an extra star for food. The service was mediocre, not good, not bad. The atmosphere was as if I were in small coffee shop (but bigger) in Italy waiting for my espresso. The restaurant had a warm and homely atmosphere, great for not too big families!

The cozy and rustic ambiance gives a relaxing mood. The food is ok, it could be improved. The toast was done well but could have been served while it was warm. I think they toasted it while fryig the eggs which led the toast to be cold when it's served. Spent a out 800 INR for breakfast and a latte.

A very cute cafe with amazing NYC cookies and the burger was scrumptious too. Coffee needs little improvement that's why I gave 4 stars for food. But other than that lived the vibe, ambience and staff were very polite. I had chocochip cookie and Biscoff cookie. Loved the Biscoff cookie. It's too good. Must try. There's lots of books that you can grab while waiting for food and read. Good collection of books as well.

Cosy cafe. Pet friendly (one of the few that allow a pet inside so you can sit in the AC). Nice service. Extensive book collection which you could spend a life time browsing through. Board games to keep you engaged. Plenty of options on the menu food wise.

I visted Hedgehog Cafe yesterday and let me tell you this place is fantastic! Loved the atmosphere. It was so quiet even though the place was full. People were talking softly to allow others who were working or reading to concentrate. I absolutely loved the huge collection of books! A heaven for book lovers. Bring your own book or pick one off the shelves. A person like me can easily spend the day here reading and sipping coffee and eating intermittently. A great place to work too. You can bring your own laptop or use one of theirs. The food was good too. The service was impeccable. Just loved the vibes of this place and will definitely visit again.

Prices are on higher side which is expected since it's South Indian food in a north Indian city. We had vada, bisibelebath, lemon rice and rava masala dosa. 3 types of chutney and sambar are provided. Definitely worth a try while in chandigarh.

For the love of South Indian food, you have to come here! Have had plenty dosas and idlis at many restaurants in Chandigarh, but this one beats all of them. 1. Simple and decent place, not a high end show off. Complimentary Rasam feels great for throat. 2. Make sure you have their special rasam, which is complimentary and awesome. 3. Had mini idli with dahi and rawa masala dosa. One word: Amazing. I usually have dosa with coconut chutney, as at 'other places' sambhar and that orange chutney are crap. Here, i actually had all the three as they were so goooood - coconut chutney, sambhar, pudina chutney and tomato chutney. 4. One important thing: the food doesn't make you feel heavy at all. Visit once and you'll forget the 'other ratnas and ratnams'

Very authentic Taste... so flavorful.. food was fresh and extremely appetizing... ordered a big platter, Mysore Dosa, Filter Coffee .... Pineapple Rava Kesari and Rasam was just epic.... Someone who craves authentic South Indian flavor... this is a must place
