Lovely place to go on a day and family trip. The place is enormous. There is plenty of things to do. You could take the telepherique, eat in the top hill restaurant, go hiking, taking photos of Namur from the top, take the touristic train, and more. You can also park in different stages of the citadel and for free.

Quality family walk here. Views are stunning. We drove to the top to go to the kids play park which is about 10-15 mins away from the Citadelle, so that helped with children and walking up a hill. Worth the visit and the views. Totally recommend it.

Fantastic walking area in the former fort of Namur city. Entrance to the for and grounds is free, but the museum and underground tours require a fee. It's not really that far to climb, just steep. In return you get wonderful views of the city in the north bank. If you don't fee like climbing, get the Gondola. Tickets are one way or return. One way (up) is fine in my humble opinion.

Interesting. Great view over the city of Namur. We had our lunch on the grass. We did not have enough time to do the paid visits. They need to increase the number of parking spots. It was grossly inadequate and we were in late May. It would also be nice to have more historical exhibit available for free.

Very nice place. Can recommend the Totemus game. Fun and interactive way of discovering the citadelle and its history. The panorama has a very nice terrace, overlooking the Namur skyline.

I suggest taking the telepherique (gondola 🚠🚡) on the way up and walk down. There's a large building next to the gondolas with a lot of artwork in it. Some exhibits you have to pay for (the VR headsets for some of the artwork). I wish there was a tour because I had no idea what I was looking at or why the citadel was there. Plenty of places to eat (there's a sort of food court building) below the walking tunnel.

We bought the full pass online to see the visitor center, the underground galeries and the little train ride. Very complete visit, you leave the citadelle knowing a bit more about Namur and Belgium history. Great tour guide! (Unfortunally I dont recall his name)

There's two main things museums here at Terra Nova. One is the museum and the second is an underground tour of the tunnels beneath the citadel. The museum is mainly the history of Namur. Virtually all of the exhibition and description is in French only, although there is an audio guide that includes an English narrator. The breadth of the exhibits is incredible. There's an entire section covering geology, including the formation of the landmass through geologic timescales. Then there's several sections covering the period when modern Namur was part of various European great powers. The last sections are on modern Namur and the future of Namur. My favourite parts of the museum were the fantastic documentary of the Siege of Namur and a scale model of medieval Namur along with narrations of various people who would've lived at the time. I also did the underground tour. The English tour is at 2.30pm, so recommend booking in advance and doing the museum and tour in the afternoon. The tour is pretty entertaining and it's always nice visiting archaeological sites in-situ.

Very interesting place to visit, a lot of History involved in underground tunnels, thanks to the guide. Tour visit, sound and light show presented with video projection, that helped. Beautiful Citadelle with great view from the top of the castle where you can have a nice walk around. The visit was wonderful, i will really recommend it.

Terra Nova is the place where a few tourist visits start. These are, - the visitor centre showing the history of Namur - the little tourist train taking 20 minutes with an audio description of Citadelle highlights in French, Flemish and English. - the visit to 495 meters of the 4 kms of underground galleries illustrated by animations and projections. There's also a self-service café and tourist shop. All 3 activities are well worth seeing. We went with an English visitor who was amazed by the rich and amazing history of Namur and the Citadelle. We did the English tour of the underground galleries with a really excellent guide that brought the past to life for us. Tickets can be booked on the internet or bought at the visitors' centre.

The underground tour by Pierre was very interesting and interactive. Definitely recommend it! Wear comfortable shoes because you will be standing for quite some time.

Very great place to visit, a lot of History is to be discovered in these underground tunnels. The visit was wonderful, and I recommend it. To start, we shared the fried calamari — very tasty and served in a generous portion. For the main course, we ordered the 300g ribeye steak, which came with fries and a side salad. The steak was cooked perfectly medium, fresh, and full of flavor. The fries were decent, though not extraordinary. The salad had a sweet dressing that I personally didn’t enjoy, but others might. I also tried a local beer with 9% alcohol — strong and very good! They brought us complimentary bread and real olive oil, which was a lovely touch — great texture and taste. Service was just okay. For such a beautiful and high-end place, I expected more attentive and quicker service. That said, the overall atmosphere and food made up for it. Definitely a place I would recommend, especially for the view and the quality of the food.

Here you pay for the fantastic view. The servers were friendly but felt very rushed. There weren't that many food options on the menu. Probably there was a larger selection in the restaurant area where we weren't allowed to sit. Maybe required booking on beforehand. I chose the flammenkuchen with salmon and onions which was nice with thin and crispy bread.

Amazing experience at Panorama🥰 the food, atmosphere and whole experience was really great! The gin cocktail with grapefruit was the best! So refreshing on a hot day. The weather was beautiful and we sat outside. Service was great and overall we had a really lovely lunch at Panorama. Merci beacoup!

We went to the cablecar but it was closed. As we needed to use the facilities, we asked staff, here, if they would allow us to use theirs. The staff were friendly and amenable and allowed us full use of their facilities. They were not, actually, open, however, so, though we should have liked to have eaten here, we did not have the opportunity to return. The rating I have given was because I thought I was rating somewhere else. I still think it should stand, however, as they were so helpful and kind and would have served us with just coffee had it been possible.

We were done with our food before the drinks arrived (+30min). Perfectly normal according to the waiters.

I absolutely love this place and have always appreciated their commitment to fresh, quality ingredients. On my last visit, though, I was a little disappointed to find the avocado came from a bag rather than being fresh. It’s not enough to change my mind about visiting — I’ll definitely be back — but if it happens again, I might reconsider, as their usual freshness is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

The breakfast was very fresh, quite big, and everything was delicious. I ordered a Manhattan breakfast and a Belgian hot chocolate. The place is very beautiful and I definitely recommend it. The service is also very good — they speak both English and French.

First time I was in Namur with the girlfriend, so we didn't knew any place to go and have a nice meal. But we did go to Le Pain Quotidien in Bruges, the week before. And just like in Bruges, the food was nice and the people friendly. We both had a Croque Monsieur, and Lime Lemonaid 👌

The noodles were perfectly firm and springy, the broth was rich and flavorful, and the portions were generous. It felt just like the ramen I’ve had in Japan. Highly recommended !

Hello, so I have visited for the first time the Grand Casino Namur in December to play the BPC event (1100€, 2200€ and 550€ buy ins) where I was very disappointed. - Missing information about the late registration possibility, no display about possible reentrys (no enough audio announcements). - Service not coming to the tables, had to wait always huge time before gettting a drink. - Directions to the tables are not very clear. - Casino card maker was defect, I had just a super small paper easy to lose in future for identification during buy ins etc... - Finally, my big deception was being seated during a tournament in a very incomfortable chair, table without enought light, very poor seating and floor for players (see photos below). I cannot understand being so badly treated as a customer paying such expensive tournaments. I really hope there will be progress in future.

Nice Poker Tournements but a lot of problems with the reservations for this tournements. Feels like certain players get preffered over others and there is no automated system for this. A lot of the time you do not receive a confirmation mail. (Even if tried with 3 different email adresses) So it is a game of luck and unknown factors if you get a seat in the tournement you registered for online (10 days before) or if you have to be on a waitinglist for 2 to 4 hours or longer. This is a very frustrating situation, especially if you have a nearly 4 hour drive to the casino. By telling them, that they made a clear mistake in the reservation process, the pokerarea Manager somehow becomes unfriendly and refuses to check if there is a problem that could be solved for the future.

We booked this restaurant as our last night treat of a long weekend away and it did not disappoint. The dining room is very well set up and from the moment we walked in, we had the feeling that we were embarking on a 'special' dining experience. The menu is not long but there's enough of a choice. The services is 'old school' but food presentation nudges on the modern, while still offering the traditional fayre. The 3 amuse-bouches were a surprising bonus, especially the initial foie gras tasting and the small sweet ensemble at the very end. In the interests of candid reviewing, I do need to report a small contre-temps with an impertinent waiter who turned a misunderstanding into an unpleasant happening. However, I am overlooking this as an aberration and not letting it affect my positive assessment of the restaurant.

I found this place to be a little piece of heaven. It is serene and large with varieties of plants and trees, a lake with ducks and turtles, a very peaceful atmosphere, a playground area for kids. I often see families, people playing ball, but I sometimes also find people who don't look very reassuring. There's sometimes the smell of weed, but it's also everywhere in Namur. I've been warned about it and told it's not safe, with high criminality and reports of assaults, drug dealing, violence and there was even a report about a murder and stabbing incidents (you can search for them on google). Too bad it was ruined for me, I really love this park. 5 stars but minus one for the murder 😔

Visited on a quiet Saturday. Some birthday parties so some bbq. Opens at 11am, we were a few families ready to go, wishing it would open earlier! Very affordable cafeteria on site. Several playground structures, giant sandy area for toddlers. Lots of extras (trampoline, go karts, mini golf, etc). It had rained in the morning but none of the structures were wiped (wet slides, jumping castles with water, etc) Would not return on a hot day: all in the sun for young kids, no shade on structure.

The only thing missing is a way to buy ride tickets anywhere but the entry, like somewhere central within the park. But that was a minor inconvenience (that could be worse if the park was crowded) for the smiles the park put on my kids after a long drive.

Cheap entry, loads of things to do for the kids and for the adults the mini-golf and the giant chess board is cool. The kids love it.

It's a nice place to go with the family. There are nice things to do for both young and older kids, and also for adults. They have mini golf for 2€, barbecue places you can use, cafeteria, and for small kids are enough attractions so they won't get bored. I would recommend to plan a visit there one day before and go inside earlier, so you won't get caught up waiting in a long line at the entrance 😉. Would and will definitely visit this place again. 3€ for adults, and children under 100cm in hight go in for free. For 1€ you can buy tickets for karts, cars, and trampolines.

La Maison truly is a special place to enjoy incredible food and atmosphere. The service was good and three servers approached our table right away. They made no menu suggestions which we needed to help guide us. After our food was delivered, no one ever came by to check if we needed more beverages or napkins etc. that was disappointing. Easy to fix this service and leave guests feeling a complete experience. The food was the star! The beautiful presentation, the fresh ingredients and marriage of flavors will keep us returning to the Madison. Upgrade the service please

Pork bowl is super delicious. Everything in the bowl is so amazing fresh and with high quality. However, cakes are a little bit too sweet for me. The service is very nice.

A very decent desserts shop. The staff speaks French. One guest kindly helped me to buy some Bietrumes which is famous local product and souvenir of Namur. I do not have the timer to try some coffee, but it seems very popular among local people, lots of people.

Terrible restaurant—definitely do not recommend. We wanted to leave because our order took over an hour and a half to be prepared. My daughter was hungry and cried a lot. They lied to us, saying the food was ready, but it arrived 45 minutes later. The pizza ingredients were different from what was listed on the menu, and it was overpriced for the quality. The staff were extremely lazy and took forever to complete each task.I will not come back to this restuarant.

I will skip this restaurant the next time I’m in Namur. Normally I would return this directly, but we were in a hurry (took already long before this was served). One star for the waiter who was friendly and working hard. The photo is after I opened it to see the contents.

The food was nice and the prices low. They only spoke french but were extremely helpful. The best part was the atmosphere. The restaurant is extremely charming and the staff was kind and passionate.

To start, pizza's are not available! For 6 weeks now... didn't fix the problem. Next, if you want an evening program. This is where you want to be. It takes for ever to get served. You can hear the kitchen staff muttering against each other. Waiters are always busy doing god knows what. There not checking empty glasses needed a refill. We spent hours, only got two drinks. And when we did get our food served. It isn't cooked/grilled properly. Check your meat before starting to eat! A bit of uncooked pasta, you can handle. There is one upside. If you're lucky, an English speaking waitress (Ukrainian lady) will aid the others to overcome the language barrier. There is but one that speaks English.

Welcoming and generous staff. Well sized enjoyable pizza (a tad too salty ). Seating indoors and outdoors. I strongly dislike it when waiters start touching the children, who also dislike this intensely: they are not your children to tickle! Generally speaking we wonder if we object they might not serve us well. Waiter must wear his mask!

A truly exceptional gem tucked away on a quiet street in Namur. Les Sens du Goût is a perfect reminder that you don’t need to go to a Michelin restaurant to eat gourmet food. The menu serves up some traditional local flavors with exotic twists that were innovative and inspiring. Chef Vivien Jambon effortlessly weaves in flavors from around the world into classic Belgian ingredients. Boar Wellington, curcuma butter, and chocolate desert animated by beetroot and fennel all were highlights of the meal. While the entrees and mains were delicious, the mises en bouches and deserts ended up being the standouts of the evening. Though the wine pairing left a little to be desired, the whole experience was well worth the visit. Set in a modern and elegant space, this restaurant is not to miss if you’re looking to sample what the hidden culinary prowess of Belgium has to offer.

We started with two amuse Bouche! Then we chose the market menu with wines followed by coffee and petite fours. It was an exceptional meal. The restaurant was full and there were no timing issues. The young man waiting table was very attentive.

The food was good. The service from the staff was good as well but the level of English could be higher for foreign guests. The environment and audience from other tables was really bad. From the moment we entered till we left, my girlfriend and I felt really uncomfortable by the other guests. To the point that we were wondering if it was related to the fact that she was a foreigner and I’m not caucasian…

First time there - really nice. Interresting proposition of matching ice tea instead of wine...

We had a lovely one night stay at Chateau de Namur. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Our dinner was delicious and the whole wait staff was fantastic! We would recommend the Chateau to anyone!

The Chateau is gorgeous! A truly beautiful building in similarly remarkable grounds, located at the highest point in Namur. Our room was relatively compact (it was the only room available when we booked; usually there are also bigger rooms and suites available), but it was elegant and sumptuously decorated, with an enormous bed dressed in crisp white linen. The staff consistently offered excellent customer service, with flexibility and helpfulness being keynotes. They were either multilingual or able to endure with good grace our terrible attempts at French. Mention must be made also of the food. The breakfast buffet was ample, offering a wide variety of well prepared, good-quality foods. But the finest moment was the lunch, prepared and served by students of the School of Gastronomy. There was a meal to remember! Exquisite dishes and good wines all served with professionalism, and incredibly good value for what was presented. The only downside (a small one) is that you have to walk uphill on roads through largely un-lit woodland to reach the building from the city. So strong legs and a torch are needed if you're not driving. That said, taxis in the city are plentiful and not expensive. We both felt very fortunate to have stayed at the Chateau and look forward very much to returning. We were likewise enchanted with Namur, which is an attractive, easy-going and friendly city, with lovely people, great transport connections and many fine things to see within its boundaries.

We really enjoyed our stay at the chateau. The room was comfortable, had a nice view, good aircon, large bathroom, well stocked mini bar. Had an excellent meal on the first night and the breakfasts were great. Its a solid walk into town (especially the return), not so bad for a visit to the Citadel.

We booked package bed and breakfast via third party website. The receptionist said “no, you don’t have breakfast” so firmly until I showed my booking confirmation email when I checked in. Without further confirmation we assumed it went all ok until when I checked-out. The second receptionist said we needed to pay for breakfast, I asked her if her colleague has explained to her because I did explain to her and showed confirmation info when checked in. She said “whoever you spoke to, the breakfast is not included in your booking”. I am quite flabbergasted by the attitude. It’s fine to have misinformation because of the booking agency. But I think it’s fair to expect from receptionist/face of hospitality to be more friendly and open for discussion or reconfirmation from guests. In the end, I am told to send my screenshot of booking confirmation to their email address and she needed to ask her boss if it’s ok. Without further confirmation back again, she said check-out is complete if I pay my tourist tax, I moved forward with double checking if confusion was cleared up. She said “my boss said it’s ok”. Without apologies or further explanation. Cold and stiff, more seems to be arrogant to me. I felt I had to be proactive with clearing up misinformation which is not caused by me/guest. I would fairly say that location and four-star hotel should be expected with higher standard of hospitality especially from staff. For this reason, our experience was not downgraded and won’t be returning for revisit. I hope management of this location can level up a better reception service to guests. Other than that, staff from restaurant is great, hotel room is small but comfortable.

The answer is polite but disappointing: “I’m sorry, Sir, we are fully booked tonight.” Tired but not defeated, you try another option—the Château de Namur. On the phone a calm, reassuring voice replies: “Good evening, Sir. We will find a solution for you. Just one minute, please.” A short pause follows. Then: “Sorry for keeping you waiting, we have a room ready for you.” That moment alone lifts the weight of the entire day’s journey. Arriving at the hotel, I am welcomed at the reception by Joffrey. His presence immediately sets a different tone. “Most welcome,” he says warmly, “you must have been rushing. May I offer you a refreshment in the bar?” After hours on the road, those words are more than courtesy—they are care. In over forty years of international travel, I have stayed in countless hotels. Many were excellent, some were disappointing. But what remains most vivid are the people whose professionalism is matched by genuine humanity. Hotels may be beautiful, comfortable, even luxurious, yet the memory that endures is always about those rare individuals who make a guest feel not just respected, but truly at home. The Château de Namur is a fantastic hotel. But what I will remember is Joffrey—the receptionist who, with natural grace, turned a weary traveler’s evening into an experience of kindness and welcome. That is the rarest art in hospitality. His name deserves to be remembered: Joffrey.

We absolutely loved staying at the Château. The whole service was wonderful and the rooms were just perfect. Definitely going back to stay longer.

Very polite and well presenting staff. You expect a lot by entering this place, but… In a restaurant of this apparent level, you would not expect paper napkins 🙄 The food was pretty ok but at this price tag, you expect more work coming out of the kitchen ( presentation, spices, salad, sauces are very minimalist) and maybe a little bit more quantity in your plate. So with regard to the price/and category that this restaurant tries to fit in, they deserve 3 stars only from my point of view.

Really enjoyed my main. The royal take on vol au vent was fabulous. Would love to come back to try other things on the menu, the only disappointment was one of the mains which was not worth 42 EUR! White wine Chardonnay was fantastic!! Service was top!!

We came before, but cannot remember why we did not come back: nice atmosphere, good service, and a menu a bit different of a normal Brasserie with lots of fish beyond a typical Brasserie. Dogs accepted. Big recommendation.

The food was nice but as prices are quite high, i was expecting a higher standard. Three out of my 6 oysters had not been properly opened (when you call yourself Maître Ecailler, this is not acceptable). My fish was really tasty but it came to me lukewarm only. The best thing of our lunch was the wine. The waitress was professional.

An absolute delight dining here. The servers do not speak much English, however google translate worked wonders. Everything from their wine to the meals to the dessert (crème brûlée) was delicious without flaws. Their local steak, homemade mayonnaise for the fries and cheese croquette just outstanding!

Famous for their meatballs! They were delicious. I also had the ham and cheese croquettes! Sold by the piece. Meatballs come in 3's and there's a 30 minute wait for that dish. I also suggest reservations because people without one were getting turned away. I suggest the Trappist Trippel beer! The beer was phenomenal.

It may be not super attractive from the street, so you have to know where you are heading to. They have a beautiful internal terrace with a herbal garden. There are special offers for mussels on Thursday, meatballs (also vegetarian) on Tuesday. People who work here remember that you have trouble with French and make a special effort to understand you. Just a lovely place to be and taste lovely buttery mussels 🤤

This is a great place for people who love meatballs with sauce. There are some typical Belgian recepy's. There's no allergenen info on the card but the owners were happy to help. The terras is covered with glass so you have the feeling you're dinning outside but are safe for the fast changing Belgian weather.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. Right in the city centre, nice interior and atmosphere, great service. The mussels were cooked with a Belgian beer. Best I’ve had. And the beer selection was massive. Will be back next time I’m in Namen.

Never heard of this artist until visting Namur. Unexpected, but interesting subject matter. Gallery offered good value. I'm not a serious art fan, more casual/opportunistic, but pleased to add this artist to the list of those I have seen. If you have any interest in art galleries, this is highly recommended.

A really good museum for art lovers. Great permanent exhibition of works by Felicien Rops. Nicely exhibited with lighting that goes off when there’s no one in the room. The temporary exhibit of work called ‘Hommage a Pan’ was amazing. Beautiful large scale pen and ink drawings. Such detail. Staff very friendly. The appropriate member of staff jumped in to speak English to us.

Felicien Rops is a well known artist for picturing the ladies of the 'houses of ill repute' and a criticaster during his years as a student. But his pendrawings of ordinary people and paintings really shows his talent as well. Due to renovations of the museum of Elsene, part of the impressionist collection can be viewed as well...and even if the permanent collection is nice, this temporary exhibition makes it top.

Lovely museum covering the diversity of the work of Rops, not very large but charming. The painter is well known for his symbolic works and his nudes, but he also produced satirical etchings. Very friendly reception.

The outside of this museum is striking and worth a pass by. The inside houses many sketches and studies for larger works. I found the giant sketch for "British Empire panels" to be very interesting in it's detail and scale.

Excellent museum of the fin de siècle artist Félicien Rops. I had never heard of him before. Talented and for me surprisingly scandalous for the era.

Insanely good treats, and generous tea. It was an absolute joy to discover. I recommend for the sweet teeth out there. Lovely owners, pretty place, quiet relaxing mood. Perfect.

Worst experience ever... Me and my little girl arrived there when salon du thé was full... We waited to have a seat.. then my girl sat down while I was in the line to order... When it was my turn to order,the waitress (actually now I know it was one of the owners) came to me, and asked me to give our seats to someone else... This someone else arrived before we entered, they settled, sitting on a high table, drinking and eating... I asked why. The owner told me coz this someone else was with a kid (ps. This kid is at least over 10 years old)... They sitting there on high table was uncomfortable... I was shocked and said no to the owner, coz I was with a kid as well The owner ignored me and talked to this someone else and introduced them to our seats... We had to leave... Can't believe a business kicks away and piss off one client to satisfy another... The most heartbreaking moment arrived... When we were out of this store, my little asked me whether we had to leave, coz I am not Belgian...!!!

This is a great discovery. The judgement of 12/20 from Gault Millau seems fair, we judged the starter higher, main dish maybe as well. Desert was good and matching 12/20. Service and atmosphere really perfect. Great value for money. Well come back.

Good for the price: You can order a sandwich with grilled chicken and fries around 7 Euro which tastes really good. There are also other options of meats to choose from along with sauces. There is also option for Takeaway. During the dinner time it can be a bit busy with some students from the university.

Excellent vegetarian and falafel options. The signature bread is lovely, a bit like a circular focaccia. The chips are excellent, great options for sauces, and all delivered very quickly. Friendly service.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food was good and the service at the table was fine. When I tried to reserve (appearing at the restaurant in person a few hours ahead of time), I was told that they were not accepting reservations as Namur was very busy... when I returned to wait for a table for dinner, I saw tables which had "reserved" signs on them! I complained that they could not refuse me a reservation yet accept reservations from others, and make me wait for a table. "Deux poids, deux mesures": drives me crazy. As smoke was coming out of my nose and ears, one of the waitresses found a solution.

I had super high expectations from this after reading the reviews. I never write reviews, but I thought this deserved one. We had dinner last Saturday and the service was SLOW. I mean very slow... we got there around 18:30, my bf got his appetizer after about 45 min (I did not order any) which means we got our main after 1,5 - 2 hours. I have to mention that when we arrived, it was empty, which makes me wonder why service was so freaking slow! We ordered the Irish steaks, the flavor was good and the salad and fries were very nice. But the steak was so so hard, it was like a shoe sole! I did not complaint because my bf hates it when I do that and also, we don’t speak French, which makes things a lot more difficult... After finishing our main (and another 40 min) we received the molten chocolate cake (which you need to order from the beginning, again no idea why it took so long then). I have to say this is the best chocolate cake I have every had in my life! It was so much better than anything I’ve ever had and I would go back (even with the terrible service) just to eat it again. So now you know... just go get the cake! Also, a bit expensive for the quality of the food.

Food with great quality and good portions. The osso buco and the tagliata were amazing. The service was good. The restaurant is a bite hidden behind the bar, wasn't clear how to get in. The room decoration was like Victorian style.

La sauce avait de la profondeur et parfaitement assaisonnée. Mon ami a pris le traditionnel steak et à fait le judicieux choix de la sauce au bleu, et ce boeuf était d'une tendresse, mais d'une tendresse! Puis que dire du service, j'ai eu l'impression d'être une reine. J'ai eu droit à tellement de bienveillance et de vouloir bien faire que je me suis sentie faire partie d'un évènement spécial. On a bu un verre avec le staff à la fin du service et c'est très clair, c'est une famille qui a un réel plaisir à recevoir. Ce sont de belles personnes. Merci pour tout et ne vous faite pas d'illusions, je reviendrai!

A 2021-Michelin-star restaurant in a beautiful location, right by the river Maas (Meuse). We had the 4-course meal, which gives you two starters. And we ordered one of the lower-priced bottles of wines to go with that. A great dining experience, beautifully prepared dishes, with wonderful hospitality and service. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and the staff here helped to make it extra special. Again, the service was wonderful; but I’m not sure though I would rate it at Michelin-class though. I missed a few finishing touches, as also mentioned in another review by Yves.

Exquisite kitchen, attentive service, pleasant atmosphere made for an outstanding experience. I had the 3 course lunch and my partner took the 4-course. While not substantial, I found the portion size satisfactory (I'm not a big eater).

Really an amazing discovery. If you like excelle t food with a great view and super friendly staff then this is your place. Michelin rates with 1*, but I would imagine the chef will get his 2nd during the next years. Lots of really 'wow' experiences during our 4 course meal. We'll come back.

Good restaurant: service and food are good, as is venue; but it lacks the "waw" effect you're expecting when there's a Michelin star; another down is the price, too expensive at 60 EUR for two starters, a main and a desert (almost getting a two-star lunch, which then is a completely different experience). All in all good, but wouldn't go back to pay that.

Underwhelming. Maybe this review would have been more generous if this place hadn't received a Michelin star. It took them 3 hours(!) to serve a three course meal - we had to wait almost an hour between the starter and the main. The 'wine pairing' only paired wine with the first two dishes, not with dessert, which was not mentioned to us or highlighted anywhere on the menu. The wine selection was uninteresting. The service was meh. One of the dessert options was 5 scoops of ice cream, which was just awkward for a place of this standard. Comparing this place to other places with Michelin stars is embarrassing. The food was cooked beautifully, but sadly this restaurant falls flat on every other aspect. If you are looking for a Michelin experience - go somewhere else.

This is the one I would personally recommend to everyone :) Amazing food, views, lovely terrace, great personnel. The only thing is that "menu with wine" does not imply a drink for your dessert, but that still wouldn't let me put -1. A great place indeed!
