Livraria Lello is without a doubt a stunning and historic place. The architecture is impressive and it feels like stepping into a storybook. That said, the experience felt more like visiting a tourist attraction than a library or bookstore.
When we went, it was extremely crowded, which made it hard to truly enjoy the space. It was difficult to move around, take in the details, or even browse the books comfortably. The staff seemed a bit tired or impatient, possibly because they deal with large crowds all day. Not rude, but not exactly welcoming either.
I paid 10 euros just to enter, which can be used as a credit toward a book. But most of the books were priced around 13 or 14 euros, so you still end up paying extra. Yes, you get a discount, but personally I found the books to be overpriced for what they were.
If you're really into architecture or literary history, it might still be worth it. But if you don’t go early, expect it to be packed. Personally, I’m not sure I’d recommend it to someone unless they go first thing in the morning and know what to expect.
There’s no doubt — Livraria Lello is one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world. The moment you step inside, it’s hard not to gasp: the intricate woodwork, the stained glass ceiling, the sweeping red staircase that seems to float in the air — it’s pure architectural poetry. You can absolutely see why people link it to Harry Potter and call it a must-see in Porto.
But — and there’s a big “but” — it’s also one of the busiest, most crowded spots in the city. The line outside starts early and grows fast. Unfortunately, the queuing system isn’t well managed — people often skip ahead, and staff struggle to keep order, which can be frustrating, especially if you’ve been waiting patiently.
Once inside, the space is stunning but packed wall-to-wall with visitors, making it nearly impossible to take in the details or snap a photo without a crowd in the background. It feels more like a museum moment than a peaceful bookstore visit.
That said, the magic is still real. The craftsmanship of the staircase, the warmth of the lighting, and the sheer history of the place make it worth seeing at least once. The attached bookshop sells lovely editions (including Harry Potter books with special covers) and the entrance fee is redeemable toward a purchase — a nice touch.
If you go, arrive early, book ahead, and bring patience. It’s undeniably beautiful, even if the experience is far from calm.
Very much a tourist trap. Timed ticket entry with long queues outside and busy inside once you get in. Paid €10 ticket which you can use against a purchase of a book. Very striking interior which was supposed to of inspired JK Rowling when writing Harry Potter. Would maybe best getting the first entry time ticket of the day to fully enjoy the interior.
A bit smaller than I thought, but the place is astonishing. It feels surreal to think about the history that this place has once your inside. The quantities of books in different languages it’s impressive, and the people working in there is very kind and helpful. We went in late on a Monday, so it was not too crowded, but I’ve heard it gets pretty busy and can get out of control with the amount of people because the place is small. My recommendation is plan to go on a less busy time (use Google maps as a guide) and buy your ticket in advance, then enjoy the experience. If you buy a book, the entry ticket gets deducted from the price which is great!
The wait is long, the inside is crowded but beautiful. A small bucket list item for us and it was worth the wait. Make sure to buy tickets online and if you want to skip the wait and plan to buy a book buy a gold ticket! Books are available in multiple languages so no need to worry about not being able to read!
I was SO disappointed. :( You have to pay for a ticket to get in, and that money can be applied to a book if you want to purchase one. The problem is that the selection of books is so sad. Maybe if they stocked books that people would actually want to read then they would have more sales. I’m not usually this negative about stuff, but this was the worst tourist trap I’ve ever experienced. Obviously the staircase was beautiful, but this small and crowded store was a ripoff.
The Lello Bookstore is housed in an outstandingly beautiful building in Porto. It feels as if a magical realism novel has come to life and transformed into architecture. The staircase and ceiling are absolutely incredible — true works of art.
As a bookstore, however, the selection is quite limited, with only about 5 to 10 book titles available in different languages. Still, it’s definitely worth the visit for the atmosphere alone. Make sure to buy your ticket in advance — it’s a must!

Rising 76 meters high, Torre dos Clérigos is a prominent baroque bell tower in Porto. Climbing its 225 steps rewards visitors with panoramic views of the city, including landmarks like Praca da Liberdade, Livraria Lello bookshop, and the Douro valley. This historic structure offers a bird's-eye perspective of Porto and is a must-visit for first-time sightseers looking to orient themselves in Portugal's second largest city.
The climb isn't as bad as it sounds, I was surprised when I got to the top, as it was quite fast to get there. The steps to the top include a stroll around the church area, where you're taking your time and not using much energy. Note there is a water vending machine that only accepts cash, not card, so bring your own water.
The views from the top, are 360, breath-taking of the city, and well worth the climb. Would recommend to everyone in Porto.

Such an impressive tower, not only close up but can be seen even from over the river viewed from the port cellars.
The view from the top is amazing, but there is also a lot to see inside the building which I was not expecting - plenty of history and intricate carvings, with lots of detail to go with them.
Definitely worth a visit when in Porto - best to get there early - around 10 if possible as the tour groups seem to descend about 11.
We bought tickets in advance and got in quickly with no wait at all. The security guard made us check our backpack, but we noticed many people inside with backpacks the same size or larger than ours so this was a little annoying.
There are many many stairs but it is gradual, as you walk around the building and go bit by bit so it was not tiring at all. Once you get past the church and the main open spaces, you line up to go to the top. This is where it gets fun.
There is no organization to how many people go up or flow of traffic. You are supposed to go left to right but the space gets smaller as you go further up the tower. The stairs are cramped and like merging during high traffic time. Once you get to the top, the personal space does not exist but the view- is worth it!!
I think this attraction could be improved with better traffic flow and a head count but this may not be realistic. If you are claustrophobic or have problems being sardined in with other people, this is not for you!
As well, there is a bathroom in the middle of the building so you have to use it when you see it or you will have to reenter or find a different washroom. This lay out was not great.
The views of the city are amazing and you have a panoramic view (if you can squeeze by to see it.)
I would recommend but one and done. I would not go again as I have done it!
This is arguably one of Porto’s most recognizable landmarks, built in the mid-18th century by architect Nicolau Nasoni for the brotherhood of clerics.
Our walking tour guide mentioned that it is approximately about 75 metres tall, with about 225 stairs to climb up. From the top, you are offered a panoramic view of Porto, the rooftops, the Douro River and the city layout.
The tower and the associated church (Igreja dos Clérigos) are fine examples of Baroque style in Portugal.
If you’re looking for a “view over Porto” experience, this is one of the best vantage spots. The climb makes is a bit of an activity, but well worth the view.
The chapel is beautiful and was very much active in communion service and I think a few christenings when we arrived for our 2pm slot. We were early as advised and so explored the architecture which is beautiful. When you enter for you allocated slot, you can explore more of the chapel and get some great views of the interior art and architecture. The museum areas on each floor were interesting too. The climb to the top of the tower is not for the claustrophobic. It is narrow and very busy with people going up and coming back down. It’s the same on the observation area half way up and when you get to the top. Overall Nice views at the top, beautiful building, very busy. Glad we done it, but once it’s done it’s done.
Great experience, but happy I went during the low season as I'm sure the stairs to the tower can be quite uncomfortable with more than the number of people they allowed during my visit. Very narrow passages to get up and down the tower. The museum was great and offered a lot of info regarding the architect Nicolau Nasoni.
This tower-like church has such a beautiful and unique architectural design. Its tall, slender silhouette makes it stand out instantly — truly one of Porto’s most iconic landmarks. Absolutely breathtaking! ⛪✨
It was on my bucket list from beginning when walking in downtown or visiting Porto’s cathedral, it was all the time sticking out from city’s buildings and that was much better to see it from distance. The Palácio da Bolsa, also known as the Stock Exchange Palace, is a grand 19th-century building in Porto that celebrates the city's prosperous merchants. This neoclassical landmark was once the headquarters of the Porto Trade Association and later housed the Portuguese stock exchange.
Such a wonderful place to visit in Porto. It’s so beautiful, every part of this palace is so magical. And of course the gold room is my favorite it’s magnificent. The lady who works there as a tour guide is so nice and also she’s so funny. She explained to us everything with a funny story and the people laughed and everybody had a good time. The other things I liked about it was the carpet, they had so many Persian carpets in different rooms and they were so colorful and pretty. I loved this place, so if you are in Porto you have to visit the palace. You will love it.

I would recommend booking tickets early. The great thing the Palácio do is conduct the tours in various languages, therefore slots get booked up pretty quick, so my advice would be to book early/prior.

Beautiful palace showcasing many different elements of Portuguese history of law and commerce. Tickets were reasonable and the tour was fairly informative but not overly long. Be sure to check for the appropriate time slots when visiting.

Tight, but informative 30 minute guided tour was worth it and I would recommend you buy the tickets ahead of time.
Make sure to take lots of pictures and absorb all you can. My personal favourite was the Arabian room, simply for its grandeur and craftsmanship. I highly recommend it if YOURE in Porto!
Stunning range of architecture and design across a series of rooms. The Arab inspired room was particularly beautiful. Note though that it is a whistle stop tour with not much time to linger. The tour guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, but time constraints probably meant we missed out on some of the background. Still worth the visit though.

Great! We arrived at 09:05 on a Sunday without having bought an online ticket (wasn’t available the night before). There was no queue and we could immediately buy a ticket for the 30-minute guided tour for the slot at 09:15. Our guide was great, very enthusiastic and clear. What a beautiful place this palace is, with a rich history. Only downside would be that the 30 minutes felt a bit too rushed. We wanted to listen to the guide but also look around a bit (there were some rooms that weren’t explicitly shown by the guide, but that you could enter if you wanted) Doing both at the same time wasn’t always possible. 5-10 minutes extra would be great… but I do understand that they’ve put a time limit on the tours. Our group consisted of about 20-25 people and that was perfect to still enjoy all the different spaces, listen and see the details. You would not want the space to be packed with people just hanging around. I would highly recommend to visit this beautiful place. The pictures speak for itself :)
We took the 30 minute tour in English of this palace and it was very interesting and informative, but maybe didn’t do justice to the interesting history of this landmark.
The architecture is pretty amazing and the famous blue room was spectacular to see.
Our guide was very friendly and gave a good presentation, but the tour seemed a bit hurried. Spending more time here would be great.
I would definitely recommend seeing this unique palace while you’re visiting Porto.

Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, located in the heart of Porto, is a picturesque 19th-century garden offering enchanting fountains, meandering paths, and breathtaking views of the Douro River. Originally designed by German landscape architect Emil David as part of the Palacio de Cristal complex, these gardens are a haven for romantic strolls amidst diverse flora and classified trees.
a beautiful park with lots of peacocks running around! its my first time seeing them spreading their wings in such close distance, gorgeous! there are other places where you can get a magnificent view of the city and the river. i will suggest to go early in the morning to avoid the crowd.

The day I visited this Garden they had a book selling event which was amazing!
The garden is peaceful and it's attached to the Super Bock arena. There is a great lookout spot and tower with great views of the river. And lots of space to have a picnic or just relax with a book. Lots of birds walking around and they are super friendly. Nice place to take a few hours and relax and take in the view

This is a must see place if you are coming to Porto! The gardens are so big you can easily get lost, and the best thing is each garden leads to another garden. But the best thing about this is the view od Porto. From here you can see the whole city and you can watch one of the most beautiful sunsets in your life! Especially with the view over the bridge. It’s a perfect spot for doing picnics and hanging out with friends outdoors. Also, not as crowded as I expected it to be.
What I loved:
The gardens offer beautiful panoramic views over the Douro River, the city of Porto and bridge.
It’s a relatively calm green space compared to the busier tourist spots of Porto.
You’ll likely spot peacocks and other free-roaming birds, which adds charm to the experience and there’s no entrance fee for the gardens proper.
What I did not like:
The “palace” part (the original glass and iron palace) no longer exists and the building on the site now is a modern arena of "Super Bock".
If you’re expecting lush flower-beds everywhere or a manicured botanical garden, you may find it a bit less interesting in these aspects.
Aim to spend at least 1–2 hours, but if you relax, picnic or wander all thematic sections, you could easily spend 2–3 hours.
The best time to visit is on a clear day around late afternoon for the views over the river and then sunset. Also spring/summer when plants are more in bloom.
The garden also has good photo-spots that overlook the river.
Im summary, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal is a very good “green break” stop when in Porto. They don’t have the grandeur of a major royal palace garden, but they offer great views, and a relaxing atmosphere. If you allocate time and go with modest expectations (not expecting overly manicured perfection everywhere), you’ll likely enjoy it. If however, you have a very tight schedule in Porto, you don't lose much by missing it.
Great views. Very clean and safe. You can joy this urban gem and relax with chickens and peacocks. You certainly will like to climb the tower and have a 360° view of the city. There's a lot of gardens there, with fountains and places to rest.
So surprised to see that the entry of my (small) dog 🐶 was refused by security in this beautiful park. Though I strolled my dog with its leash, the only explanation that were given to me when I questioned the surprising rule was that it is to better protect the other animals (ducks and blue peacocks). So here in Porto , there is no part of this huge park that is accessible to dogs which is certainly not understandable. I think that you could amend your policies and allow a minimum playground to be opened for dogs. Thanks for your further consideration.
Firstly, don’t get this confused with Palacio da bolsa. Both are very different and at different parts of the city. On google, this place is highly rated. When you get there the initial garden looks very small, however walk further behind the Super Bock dome and you enter a whole new world of gardens and views of Porto. There are a lot of inclines and declines, bear this in mind if you have kids.
Some stunning views. It’s absolutely free too.

Casa da Música is a striking 12-floor concert hall and restaurant in Porto, designed by renowned architect Rem Koolhaas. The building's design features flaking paintwork, graffiti, old church buildings, and ceramic patterned tiles that make it visually distinct. Inside, the 48 square feet aluminum interior can accommodate over 3000 people during club nights and offers playful spaces for children and families during the day.
Casa da Música is an incredible building with striking modern architecture – well worth seeing in person. We booked a guided tour and it was definitely worth it, giving real insight into the design and history of the space as well as access to areas you wouldn’t normally see. A must-visit in Porto whether you’re into music, architecture or just looking for something unique to do.

This is an impressive art of modern architecture. Unfortunately I was a bit late to arrive and was not able to visit inside, but the building itself is marvelous. There is a good space for skateboarders outside it, with many people skating and skateboarding around the area.
Crazy architecture and even more crazy when you see how all the details in each venue come together to create the perfect space for each concert. I would recommend buying a ticket for the tour (8 euro). You can just explore on your own pace and use your phone and headphones to be guided through the building by scanning the qr-codes.
Northwest of Porto's historic center stands a much more recent monument: the Casa de Música. This concert hall was designed by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas and was scheduled for completion in 2001 when Porto was the European Capital of Culture. Due in part to its unusual shape, the building wasn't completed until four years later, opening its doors on April 14, 2005. Besides its modern design, the building is also renowned for its exceptionally good acoustics (and rightly so, considering its construction cost €111.2 million). There are two halls: the large Suggia Hall with 1,238 seats and the flexible Hall 2 with 300 seats and 650 standing. Even if you're not attending a concert, a visit to the Casa da Música is worthwhile.
A must-visit for music lovers, especially if you’re into the experimental side!
We went to a Friday night “Digitopia” performance in the Sala 2 (a trio featuring percussion, guitar, and piano, among other experimental instruments and great lighting) and it was phenomenal. Definitely more avant-garde than your typical concert experience: think bold soundscapes, unexpected rhythms, and stunning musicianship. If you have a music background or even just a curiosity for the contemporary, you will not be disappointed.
Funny enough, our Portuguese tour guide the day before suggested we skip the performance and just do a tour of the building (he said it wasn’t really his style) but I’m so glad we trusted our instincts and booked tickets. The space itself is striking, but it comes alive when you experience a live performance.
Highly recommend checking the schedule and seeing something live!
Impressive building, with several modern concert halls. Guided tours weren't available when we visited but there was a "Keyboard Marathon", mini piano recitals by many pupils from various music schools across Portugal, and we could listen to a couple of young, dazzling performers.
Great building. Saw a 12 euro concert and was fantastic. Great way to see the building and enjoy some local music.
Watch out for the lady outside after asking for money.

Padaria Ribeiro, one of the oldest bakeries in Porto with a 146-year history, is renowned for its delectable croissants and pastries. The bakery's signature amanteigado croissant undergoes a slow leavening process and is finished with a sugar syrup while still warm, creating an irresistibly sweet treat.
This is my absolute favorite bakery. Everything I get is so delicious. I can’t say it’s the most affordable place but it’s definitely well worth it. Especially the carrot cake is incredible. I would get it every single day if it fit my budget just a bit more.

Recommend the bakery, not so much the cafe.
If you want to eat there, do not make the mistake of ordering from the cafe menu they give you! (Limited options, cold and unappealing pastries). Instead, take a picture of the pastry you want from the bakery and show it to the waiter. I didn’t realize they had this option until I overheard a staff member telling another customer :(
Bakery with many options! We ordered a variety of the pastries to eat in. Weirdly none of the savoury pastries are heated up, so everything was cold and honestly not very good.
The carrot / ginger cake and chocolate cake were the best things we got.
Might be better to order as a takeaway to heat up at home.
unfortunately highly would not recommend the mango smoothie. it was 4.40€, but it was extremely bland and did not have any milk or cream (isn’t that what a smoothie means?). it tasted like a little bit of mango and a lot of water. pastel de nata was just ok, can get better elsewhere

My companions and I had an excellent meal here! I tried to make reservations via phone but my call wasn’t answered. So we just went there for a late lunch, and had a wait of 20 minutes.
The staff is efficient and they try to sit you asap. Once you have your table, the staff is really helpful and answers your questions. The food comes in quite fast. The octopus rice was splendid and the octopus fillet was unbelievably tender. The tripe was the highlight for me though. It was so rich, complex, and tender.
I hope it was easier to get reservations, but it’s worth the wait. It was an amazing meal for our last day in Porto!
If you want to eat something near the river side, I would pick here! Prawn was good. Sauce was with deep seafood favor. Octopus was pretty ok as well. Staff were nice. We went there for just simple food and a glass of wine then liked prawn so ordered more food to just have dinner there!!!!!
Adega São Nicolau remains one of those Porto institutions where you walk in expecting a pleasant meal and walk out feeling like you have survived, or perhaps enjoyed, a minor historical event. Tucked beside the Douro, this old school tavern still dishes out enough tradition to qualify as a UNESCO carb site.
We dove into the octopus rice, which arrived like a warm ocean hug. Rich, comforting, beautifully seasoned. If Neptune ever opened a restaurant, this would be his signature dish. Truly excellent.
The cod, however, pulled a small plot twist. Tasted good, smelled right, looked heroic, but chewed like it had just completed military service. Not terrible, just a bit on the tough side, as if the fish had opinions about being eaten.
Service marched at its usual brisk medieval tempo, and the atmosphere remained a delightful blend of locals, lost tourists, and people pretending they reserved a table three months ago.
Final verdict: come for the vibe, stay for the octopus rice, and approach the cod with the same caution explorers used when opening unknown treasure chests in the year 1500. After all, legends are legends, but fish have moods too.
This was our first dinner place in Porto and it did not disappoint. You may have to wait a bit for a table, but it would be worth it. It’s close to the river but tucked away on a little narrow uphill street that lends a quaint atmosphere of authenticity to it.
The portions of the mains is pretty big, I’m a hearty eater, I can really eat a lot, but the servings for one main would be good for two people, particularly if you would be doing an appetizer, and dessert after.
My partner and I made the mistake of getting one main each. We tried the Tripe stew and the veal stew. Both were very rich. The tripe was tender, not gamey, and was stewed with white beans and some carrots making it a very filling dish. The veal was also very tender, perfectly seasoned, and had a moderately thick sauce perfect for sopping up with bread. We also had the croquettes for starters which were a bit too creamy inside (the outer shell was nice and crispy, and the jesuit crackers which were light and fluffy. We were very full in the end so the climb/walk up the hilly parts was a wee bit challenging but kinda welcome.
Pro tip: just really think about whether you need to have two mains, best to share one.
What an amazing find! The inside is like you're in a wine barrel. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable...and fun. The food was amazing. I had the Lagareiro Octopus and it was one of the best things I've eaten over my 2 weeks in Portugal. My sister had the Lagareiro cod, which was also delicious, but the octopus was outstanding. Go there - you will not be disappointed
We had the final meal of our short break in Porto here, and a fitting finale it was.
Superb food, with a friendly service in a really nice atmosphere.
We shared Codfish croquettes and Octopus salad to start, both fresh and flavoursome.
For mains it was Octopus fillet which came with Octopus rice, across the table it was Oxtail stew with rice. Both dishes were superb.
We stumbled across this place earlier in the day, and said we'd go back later, and weren't disappointed, I would recommend anyone to try this small restaurant which is slightly off the beaten track.
Fantastic spot, not as touristic as the restaurants on the river. Great spot in Porto.

From the first time we passed by this place and saw a guy carrying 3 enormous bags of fresh potatoes we knew. We knew we were about to start a love affair with the Curb fries.
On a more serious note, this was such an easy and unpretentious place to get a meal from. Honest, cheap and greasy food. Perfect for a lazy dinner or after one of many hangovers you will experience in Porto.
Great place for takeaway. Fresh and quality ingredients, simple yet flavorful burgers. Homemade buns. Best fries! Always friendly and quick service. I would recommend picking up your order rather than ordering with delivery.

Very good food, I wish there was a sitting area of that it was located somewhere different.

NorteShopping is a large shopping centre that you can easily reach from the centre of Porto via the Metro and is the largest shopping centre in Northern Porto.
I visited here in the run-up to Christmas in 2024, and the mall looked pretty with decorations for the festive season, adding a nice feel to a mall that is already modern.
The shopping centre has many stores, including large brands I was familiar with as a tourist — including Adidas, Continente (grocery store), H&M, JD Sports, Nespresso and Pull&Bear. It does mainly include many local brands for Portugal. There were also the regular fast-food names for dining, including McDonald’s, Burger King and KFC, but I would have liked to see more options outside of fast food.
The mall was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for, and the late-night opening up until 11 pm for many stores is ideal.
I found this mall really useful to get essentials during my time in Porto and would return if I am in the area in the future.
The mall is large and has many cafes and restaurants. I recommend eating there, as there are various food options. There are many international stores, a pharmacy, and a supermarket.

This mall is impressive with a wide range of shops ranging from affordable (first floor) to more upscale (second floor). The food court is not to be missed since it offers cuisines for ever palate. I’ve never witnessed so many eateries in one place before. Take the subway is the cheapest and convenient way to get to the mall.
Pretty cool mall, plenty of shops to choose from and the food court has enough of restaurants to fill your appetite.

This museum is incredible! The grounds are beautiful to walk around with all of the art installation throughout. The museum itself is also full of brilliant and varied exhibitions. Also there is a restaurant in the museum that does a delicious buffet lunch for €18, there were so many fresh salads and fruit, as well as soup, fresh rolls, hot items and deserts. This is a really lovely day out from the business of the city centre and so relaxing.

The museum was amazing and was definitely worth it to venture out from the main city of Porto! The exhibitions were insightful and thought provoking. But just the architecture of the museum and the interior space was just a joy to explore.
The tickets were too expensive and it’s open until 7pm during weekdays and 8pm during weekends so you can visit during evening!
I highly recommend that you visit if you’re at all interested in art and culture!
Enjoyed almost 4-5 hours exploring the entire Foundation, strongly recommend the full General Ticket with "Access to all of the Serralves Foundation" 😍 Beautiful outdoor park and areas to stroll in, and super fascinating art installations in buildings spread around the Foundation estate. Highlight for me was the Serralves Villa - cute pink villa from the outside, very interesting and thought-provoking artworks inside. Worth a visit!!!
One of the coolest museums I’ve ever been to. I went to see the MAURIZIO CATTELAN exhibition, but the permanent exhibition turned out to be just as impressive, with unique pieces and a beautifully curated layout. The garden was also lovely. We did the “walk on the treetop” in heavy rain, and still had a lot of fun.
We didn't realise there was a charge just to walk around the park - €15! We would not have minded paying if the park was better cared for, but each water feature (lake, pond, fountain etc) was very dirty or had lots of algae. There was even a drowned Pinocchio floating in the Lake 😟!
The Treetops walk was lovely though and included in that fee, hence 3 stars...!
Not sure I would suggest making the effort unless you also plan to perhaps visit the museums.
You need at least half day to explore both the museum and the gardens. There's no option for visiting only the museum, you have to pay 24 euros for both museum and the gardens. It's an interesting place. We enjoyed a photo exhibition and the library, but we were not excited by the rest. If you have a lot of days visiting Porto and want to spend 24 euros, (plus 20€ for Uber) go for it!
This is actually a really lovely art museum and very beautiful gardens including sculptures outside which are integrated into the garden. But there are many problems with it. For a steep entry fee (compared to other galleries we've been to) of 24 euro the staff should be super helpful from the outset to ensure you make the most of your (expensive) visit - including clearly explaining the layout of the museum and grounds because the signage is unclear or non existent. We were there over 3 hours and still only managed to find the new wing of the art museum just 15 minutes before the museum + park closed. This was a massive disappointment given the new wing is quite large and filled with (what we hurriedly saw) great modern art. The entry to the new wing is currently a temporary one through an almost hidden external door (internal door not available due to new installation underway, or if it was available it wasn't signposted). Also the art deco villa on the grounds is closed - the museum should really discount overall entry due to a key feature being inaccessible. Staff (ample) throughout the museum and grounds were keen to ask for your ticket to be shown but not helpful beyond this. This is a 3 star review for the content of this establishment but minus 2 stars for quite inadequate staff support and guidance. If you are going here, give yourself a good 3 hours to make the most of it.
Honestly, this was one of the worst museums I’ve visited. Tickets are definitely too expensive. The exhibitions didn’t engage much. Not really worth the time unless you’re a big modern art fan.
Some attractions (e.g., the villa, certain wings) were closed, yet we still had to pay the full price.
Insufficient information/poor signage—it should be easy to find all parts of the museum complex.

There is no better park in the world!
So much life, from ducks to herons, rabbits and geese, tortoise included and amazing vegetation beautiful old trees that remind me of the forest palm trees and colourful flowers.
A place to play football, volleyball court and 2 bars, you can spend the whole day doing so many activities you will never finish discovering this gem.
I suggest walking towards the beach and enjoy the sunset since the park finishes at the beach.
I never get tired of coming here and I do it every day!

Beautiful, serene park filled with native trees and plants. We even saw a kingfisher at one of the ponds. Such a shame the city hall sold some adjoining land to developers for luxury apartments instead of extending the park.

It’s really good the fact that they have free showers for anyone that wants and needs to use them. The park itself is amazing. So beautiful! There’s some fishes and ducks on the lake. The views are great! There’s also shadows thanks to the trees. Amazed with this place! Can’t wait to go back there!

While visiting Porto, our friends took us here, and what a delight. We went for the Rodízios, and we ate amazingly. All the meats are very tender and juicy. Well worth the price you pay. We liked it so much that we went back for the daily menu.

This is the place!!! Whoever comes to visit Porto, need to go there! Do not miss it, I was very impressed with the food quality, yhe arrangement and the " mise-en-place ", set up. We had a very latge group being served , no delays, wow , the famous Brazilian "Picanha", was simply astonishingly good.! Good job, guys!

This is the most dirty BK I've ever seen. Some days I went there to order something. The toilets are so dirty, full of feces and urine and obviously nobody cleans the toilets and the bathrooms for weeks. The sinks are sometimes sprinkled with dirt and sometimes its floor is super sticky. The soap and toilet paper dispenser are ALWAYS empty.
The service is sooo slow for every single time I was there. In one case they took 30+ minutes to give me my food after receiving my SMALL order (cheese nuggets, dipping sauce and ice cream). Why are they working there when they're so slow? Even the manager is slow, too.
All in one the staff makes a super bad and lazy impression to me. In another case I could see from in front of the checkpoint how it needed 3 employees (!) to complete our order! Really unpleasant. Next time we will fill out the book of complaints

The supermarket here is excellent – you can find a wide range of spices and a good selection of organic products. There’s also IKEA, several home decor and furniture stores, plus an organic supplement shop for wellness lovers. Lots of decent restaurants too, so it’s easy to take a break and enjoy a nice meal. Super convenient and well laid out – one of my go-to spots!

Great spot for teleworking! The seating area near the food court (close to IKEA) is comfortable, with plenty of power sockets and a reliable WiFi connection. A very modern mall. There are many different shops inside with mostly all the brands. It contains cloths to food shops. Huge parking place is avilable, you can reach it by your own car or by public transport.
We were a visitors when we visited it, so no idea what locals will say about the prices, it seems a good place to do your shopping since there was many people though.
I would like to mention a small shop, the Lego fan factory, the idea is very great since they want to take care of your children while you do your shopping but unfortunately the performance isn't working well as they want, There are few games and it doesn't suit all children as well as there are some games need certain age to be bale to play with. People complain about the rules and the registration but in my opinion it's a good way since it gives a secure and confidante that no one else will pick up your children.
This shopping center has a big IKEA with great restaurants on the top
floor of the mall. It has plenty of parking. Exploring the entire mall, excluding IKEA, takes about 2-3 hours.there is a great terrace on the top floor as well .

A very nice place, nice pool, a little restrictive so we are in complete safety, but this probably is good, while the lack of toilets is a big minus. We went twice to the nearby restaurants during the day we stayed. I enjoyed being there, as going there with children is safer and the water is warmer than the ocean. You can't eat there, but given the smal place makes sense to keep it clean.

Lovely beach with a wide expanse for the sun worshipers.
Thete was a red flag flying and an official looking sign saying no bathing. There were however lifeguards on duty.
It appears that officially the water quality does not meet the approved standards but people are allowed to use it nevertheless. That is my interpretation of what I observed.
There is a municipal drsin which empties into the sea nearby.
Day trip from Porto on the metro and although the town is nothing special apart from the fish market the beach is amazing and very popular. Weekends are much busier than a week day. Great day out to sit by the sea having lazy lunch.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of people here today.
There were a few people (men) playing volleyball in their Speedos 🫣, however, most people were wrapped up warm for this winter morning in the beach. The atmosphere was great and I could even see some folk down by the water getting their first dip of the year.

Castelo do Queijo, also known as the Fort of Sao Francisco do Queijo, is a 17th-century fort located in Matosinhos, Porto. Positioned on a prominent rock overlooking the beach, this turreted fort offers stunning views of the North Atlantic Ocean. The fort's trapezoidal shape and pentagonal facades with triangular corbels showcase its historical significance. Visitors can explore the castle's architecture and enjoy exhibitions inside while taking in the gorgeous ocean view.
This is a cool Old fort. Inside it is a monument to the Commandos of the Portuguese army. There are many stunning views from the top and you can watch the many pilgrims. The cost is only .50 euro and it is probably one of best views of the Portuguese Coast. Does not take long to visit and definitely worth a quick stop.

Visited this old fort just off the sea coast. The fort is very old and has a vibrant vibe to it. There is a bridge which connects the road to the Fort. Although we did not have time to visit the fort from inside, from outside this looks magnificent.

Visited here with my partner well visiting Porto early May. The sure it’s self is great, I have a real passion for historic sites when I’m travelling and any fort is a must see. I felt that the place was well maintained and it is clear that the authorities are passionate about protecting the history. The information posts outside are very informative and helpful. The cost of entry was very cheap and well worth it.
The negatives, I really don’t understand the point of that shop upstairs, the items seemed to have little relevance to the site itself and it looks like there was a cafe downstairs but it wasn’t open sadly.
The is a well maintained old fort that you can enjoy and view from the outside easily. Additionally, you can go inside and the top level for a small fee.
This is a beautiful lookout location from inside the fort or outside of it. There is also a beautiful promenade that you can walk down from this location for views and restaurants.
Castelo do Queijo is a really beautiful place with an amazing view of the ocean. The entrance ticket is only 0.50€ per person, which makes it absolutely worth visiting.
Only cost 50c to go inside and it was a quant mini castle with a draw bridge. I recommend a visit, it's near the sealife cenre

😍WOW, I was blown away. This may just be the best food I’ve ever had. Every dish was bursting with flavor, texture, and color, and you can really feel the creativity and care that goes into each plate. My husband and I went for our 3-year wedding anniversary and chose the 11 Moments menu. I wasn’t sure if I’d end up too hungry or too stuffed, but it was the perfect balance, just the right amount of food, with each course feeling exciting and memorable.
The service was equally incredible: warm, attentive, and thoughtful without ever being overbearing. The whole experience felt celebratory and special, exactly what we hoped for on our anniversary.
This is fine dining vegetarian at its best, and I honestly believe a Michelin star has to be on the way. I can’t wait to go back , it’s truly one of those meals you’ll keep thinking about long after you leave.🥲
I discovered SEIVA through the Michelin Guide app and was so glad I followed the recommendation. While it isn’t Michelin-starred (yet), it absolutely deserves recognition for its elevated plant-based cuisine, warm hospitality, and creative approach to dining.
I chose the 11 Moments tasting menu with the non-alcoholic pairing, and everything was thoughtfully curated and beautifully executed. Special thanks to Lourenço and Bedro, who were incredibly knowledgeable and explained every single dish with care and detail. Their attention truly elevated the experience.
While everything was delicious, these three stood out as the most memorable:
• Lemon verbena & lemon dry shaken (from the pairing)
• Vegetable Cabidela – stewy black garlic rice with vinaigre, cumin, chanterelles & trumpets of death
• Kefir dessert – vanilla cream, nut crumble & kefir sorbet
SEIVA is a must-visit for anyone looking for a refined and original vegan/vegetarian experience in Porto. Thank you again to the entire team—I’ll absolutely be back.

My brother and I visited Seiva to try their vegan menu and I'm so glad we did. We were both blown away and left satisfied.
It's been a while since eating there at the time of this review, so I don't remember all the different dishes but there wasn't a single one we didn't enjoy.
If you're looking for a vegan tasting menu, Seiva should be the one you go to.
If I could give it more stars, I would. This is one of the best vegan restaurants we've ever been to. We were surprised by the dishes, both delicious and beautiful. Every detail was very well taken care of. And the waiter was so nice, sweet and funny which made our evening even more special. The local lemon grass, ginger and orange infusion he made for us at the end of the dinner was extraordinary!

The service and atmosphere were very welcoming and we felt comfortable throughout the evening. The staff are warm and friendly.
The wine pairing was excellent, some great Portuguese wines that definitely matched the quality of some of the French wines I drink at home. It's hard for me to pick a favourite. A notable moment for me was the great late harvest Petit Manseng, something which I had never tasted before. Not overly sweet, but still fitting with dessert (it was so good I ordered an extra glass).
We had the 8 moments menu and we really enjoyed every single dish. We were happy to discover the wide variety of plant-based flavours and textures that David Jesus and his team offered.
This was a restaurant I’d been looking forward to visiting for a long time! Maybe that was the problem—I got my hopes up.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good restaurant! But did it amaze me? No… It’s missing that wow factor, and, honestly, a bit of flavor. My favorite things were the dessert (you can’t go wrong here) and a very simple Chinese bread starter.
The main dish, however, was completely underwhelming. Which is a shame.
That said, kudos for the excellent service!

Despite this, it's an ideal place for vegetarians as it offers an array of vegetarian options.

The place is gorgeous, you are surrounded by plants and a calm place. Perfect to disconnect from the noise around, and have some time off.
We have coffee and a cheesecake. The cheesecake has a lot of fruit, so you won't feel the cheese as much. And the coffee was simply perfect.
We live not that far and we found our new favourite coffee in town. Way better than the other speciality coffee alternatives

The food looks absolutely amazing. But it was not. The fruit was not ripe and a bit hard and tasteless. The pancakes had a pleasant cloudy texture aswell as a subtle agave sweetness to them. But they were a bit dry. The cream is supposed to help moisture the pancakes but i felt it was not fresh enough. Maybe it would have been if the fruit was juicier. I had the coldpress coffee, it was fine. But its hard to impress a swede when it comes to coldpress😅 the service was nice and the interior of the terrarea was amazingly beautiful. Very cozy area!

I went for brunch and loved the food—fresh, flavorful, and served in a beautifully curated space filled with plants and earthy tones. It feels like you’re dining inside a greenhouse-meets-concept store.
They don’t offer specialty coffee, but their fresh juices and brunch menu made up for it. A great stop if you’re near the beach and want something calming, green, and delicious.
Definitely worth a visit for the ambiance alone.

When I came home and unpacked to put flowers into a vase, some started to lose their petals already, and after only a couple of days I had to throw away a half of the bouquet… Tried to reach them before publishing this here but they never responded. This place brilliantly combines a cool coffee shop with a lush plant nursery. The food is delicious and wholesome, offering healthy choices. The high ceilings and the abundance of greenery create an incredibly pleasant and unique atmosphere. Be aware that seating is limited, so it can get busy around lunch. The good news is that the wait is part of the experience! While you wait for a table, you're free to wander through the beautiful nursery, getting a chance to browse or purchase some of their stunning plants and vases.
Very beautiful place, however it’s not really dog friendly, we were sat outside with our small and well behaved doggie.
Everything was fast, but … flat white wasn’t flat whitening, it was horrible, pancakes IMHO weren’t fresh, they were luscious sweet and no pistachio taste at all .

What a disappointment this restaurant was. I was invited to join my friend who is on a tour of Portugal, and they were dining at this restaurant as a group of 40 people.
I well understand the difficulty in serving 40 people off a limited menu but the food was a terrible disappointment.
Sad actually.
My mussles starter was lukewarm while my friend's mussels were scalding hot. The dish however was tasty.
My main course was Seafood Rice in a delicious soupy broth. However, it had one small chunk of lobster, maybe one clam without its shell, 2 small shrimp— and that was it.
It was probably the most meager portion of a main course I have ever seen in 40 years being in the restaurant business.
There were no spoons served with the soupy rice so it was very difficult to even eat.
The woman across from me had a "shrimp cocktail salad" as it was described and she said it was awful.
Gathering on the sidewalk after the meal everyone was talking about how poor the meal was.
Quality seafood and top cooking at this wonderful seafood and fish restaurant. Everything is super fresh and straight off the fishing boats. Absolutely everything we tried was exceptional. We had a wonderful afternoon just eating well and drinking excellent wines. It's not cheap but the quality of the products, the knowledgeable cocking and the brilliant service from the waiter ( Franchesco?) Was second to none. Highly recommended.

We recently visited 5 Oceanos for a special occasion – my brother’s birthday – and it proved to be a truly memorable experience from start to finish. The service was truly outstanding. Our waiter, Francisco, was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered excellent recommendations without being intrusive. They made us feel welcome and well-cared for, ensuring every detail of our meal was perfect.
Sensational food and service. Our first night out in Porto and this could not have been better. It came highly recommended and was beyond our expectations. Difficult to pick highlights as it was all so good - but if we had to, the crab, red mullet and rock fish were just spectacular.
Our waiter Paolo was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and patient. We made reservations for 7pm as soon as they open for dinner. Paolo explained all the seafood selections and I allowed him to make final selection on our meal. He did not disappoint. His English was very good. That helps if you don't speak Portugese. They provided a wonderful desert for my wife and provided samples of wine so we could select the right one. Best meal and service so far during our 4 days in Portugal.
Been coming to this restaurant since 2017, still amazing food and amazing service. The seafood is fresh and they cook it to perfection. The best part is the staff is super friendly and genuine.

Visited the sea life recently and the place did not disappoint. I had booked the tickets beforehand, but it was not necessary and we can very easily get the ticket at the counter. The visit started with a short documentary in a room before the doors opened to this wonderful aquarium. This place has a variety of different fishes available with a beautifully designed ambience. At the end there is a garden and penguin center. They also have a very diverse gift shop near the exit. Overall this was a wonderful experience and totally worth the visit.

We had such a great time at SEA LIFE Porto! It was fun, educational, and perfect for kids (and adults too). The staff were friendly, and we really appreciated that the feedings and shows were also done in English. The aquarium is well maintained, with lots of fascinating sea creatures and interactive areas. The playground outside was a big bonus, perfect for letting the kids run around.

Sea Life Porto is a lovely place to visit with really pretty aquariums and a nice variety of marine life. I especially enjoyed using the app — scanning the fish and discovering fun facts made the experience even more engaging and interactive. The only downside is that the aquarium felt a little small compared to the ticket price, but overall it was a fun and enjoyable visit.
The aquarium is quite small but overall interesting. There are different marine species, and everything looks well maintained. We liked that there’s an outdoor rest area and a playground, which is convenient for families with children. However, the aquarium itself is compact, and the visit doesn’t take much time, so the impression is rather average. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit, especially with kids, but don’t expect anything very large-scale.
Overall pretty bad experience!
First off, dirty water, which is bad both for the animals (poor conditions) and for us (poor visibility).
Secondly, way too small spaces for such big creatures! They deserve much more space, especially when we see this big turtle piled up with a huge ray.
Then, 18€50 for a visit that only lasts 45-1h is truly a joke. There wasn’t much to see at all, especially considering how crowded it was and how small the windows were for us to have a peek! Disappointing. (and we didn’t even visit during rush hour, it was 10am on a wednesday). Poor management of the crowds, poor quality of service, too much of a price…
I don’t recommend supporting such behaviour.
Loved this aquarium! So much packed into the space, but it all felt very relaxing. You can get right up close to turtles, sting rays, etc the playground was also nice for the kids to just relax and play. The cafe served great snacks and full meals!
Amazing aquarium, who do so much for animal conservation. We paid extra to go behind the scenes to feed Merisa their 22 year old 160kgs green sea turtle, which was just amazing. The staff were brilliant too, particularly the chap who accompanied us to feed Merisa. Thank you again.
We had a great time and were able to see different types of sea animals. We had fun and got a lot of useful information from a very friendly and kindly girl from the staff! I would like to say Thank you, Nuria Duarte, you made our visit even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time at this park — it’s truly a hidden gem for families! The highlight was the beautiful walkway above the trees, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our kids absolutely loved the small farm area where they got to see horses, cows, and adorable little pigs up close.
Everything was clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for all ages. It’s the perfect place to enjoy nature, relax, and let the kids explore. Highly recommended for a full day of family fun! 🌳🐴🐄🐷

Addition to the fantastic contemporary art gallery, there is also a park and a villa that is attached to the property.
It’s a pleasant walk with a sprinkle of art installations and a fun tree top walkways!
The villa and the fountains also give major Wes Anderson vibes and is a wonder place to take pictures.

A big and very well kept park with several eye catching sculptures, a small rose garden, an arboretum with a tree walk structure that is very accessible. The garden is part of the museum visit, but definitely check the villa in the park that houses some modern art. It is a spectacular art deco masterpiece.

A nice change from a disappointing visit to the museum.The park is the real highlight of Serralves. Huge, beautifully landscaped, and perfect for a peaceful walk or a picnic. Lots of spots for photos and relaxing in nature. Ideal for a sunny day or a leisurely stroll.
It's a nice place to visit while visiting Porto, as long as you have enough days and you are willing to spend half day there.The tree walk was fun. The gardens where quite neglected, especially if you consider that there's an entrance fee of 15 euros.

Igreja do Carmo, also known as the Church of Lady of Mount Carmel, is a stunning baroque church in the Baixa district. The Igreja do Carmo in Porto is an absolute architectural highlight and a deep dive into the unique history of the city. If you're walking through the center, the first thing that grabs you is the scale and beauty of its exterior, particularly the massive south wall covered in stunning blue and white azulejo tiles. It's truly breathtaking!
Inside, the church is made with the Rococo style, but the real adventure begins beneath the floor. Visiting the catacombs and the hidden annex was a surprisingly moving experience.
The most charming and unique part of the visit, and one I highly recommend, is discovering the Casa Escondida, the tiny house tucked right between the Igreja do Carmo and its sister church, the Igreja dos Carmelitas. It was famously built to prevent the nuns of Carmelitas from interacting with the Carmo monks. Walking through it gives you a fun, intimate perspective on the historical complexities and urban planning of the 18th century.

This church is just steps away from the famous book store in Porto. It costs €7 to enter and they normally ask you where you're from. It's a large enough church but what makes it unique is that they have several balconies inside the church what you can go to and get a different view from above. There are many different levels leading to a small outdoor balcony overlooking the town square. You can do this activity in about 1 hr and a half or take as long as you need to
The church was built between 1756 and 1768 for the Third Order of the Carmelite Order, designed by José Figueiredo Seixas in a mix of Baroque and Rococo styles. It stands side by side with the Igreja dos Carmelitas (Church of the Carmelitas), separated by the narrow Casa Escondida — a hidden house with a minimum width of just one meter. The striking azulejo tile mural on the side façade was added in 1912, designed by Silvestre Silvestri and produced in Vila Nova de Gaia. Inside, the church features lavish gilded woodwork, with a series of altars illustrating the Stations of the Cross, arranged in sequence alongside the main altar. Visitors can also climb to the upper level for a scenic view of Porto from above.

I didn’t get the chance to go inside, but this place is a beautiful church from the outside. The tiled facade is lovely, even though part of it is currently covered maybe for protection or restoration. It’s located in a nice area that’s great for walking around, and definitely a good spot to stop and take a photo.
📍Tip: If you’re visiting the city center, it’s an easy and worthwhile stop plus, it’s close to other landmarks and cute cafés. Great for a quick break and some photos!
The interior is opulent. The main altar is splendid. Pulpits are nicely adorned. Paintings are fabulous.
7 euros but you have access to all areas, it is worth it to visit. You can go to the roof but the path on top is narrow, I went early but with a lot of tourists probably is not pleasant. You have access to the pulpit and top area where you see the main floor and the altar.
Igreja do Carmo in Porto is a stunning baroque gem with an iconic tiled façade. Don’t miss what’s inside. The small museum (7€ per adult) and catacombs add a mysterious, intimate layer to the visit, and the rooftop access offers a rare, panoramic view over the heart of Porto. A hidden highlight well worth the climb.
Very impressive Catholic church, ornate and historic carvings and displays typical of Portugal but somehow even more here.
Great to see the tiny house that sits between the two churches as well.

Yes, it says steakhouse but I did what any pescatarian with a will to live does and ordered the octopus. Because if I see grilled tentacles on a menu, it’s happening. The place has a cute deli-counter as you walk in. Both patio and indoor seating, excellent service. The vibe was impeccable. A glass of white, some chewy smoky octopus, and I’m ready to climb towers.

We love the sister restaurant Habitat and have been many times over several years. This was our first visit here. Staff we very pleasant and atmosphere was lovely. BUT food was nice but perhaps not as good as Habitat had led us to expect (Spanish Sirloin was tough) and our very friendly server really had no idea about the menu incl how different dishes we prepared. She came back w partial answers to our menu questions but really struggled. That's really management's fault... we may try again.

With all the great reviews, our expectations were high, maybe a bit too high. In the end, we couldn’t really see what the hype was about, and for what we got, it felt quite overpriced.
We visited on a Wednesday, but the grilled meat dishes were only available from 7:30 p.m. When we came back later, we were a bit disappointed with the food. We ordered the Spanish sirloin twice with side dishes for about €80, trusting the many positive reviews. The sides were good, but the meat was just okay. Quite a lot of fat around the edges and rather sinewy.

We had lunch at Reitoria. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served, everything tasted great. The service was attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. We sat outside, and although the atmosphere was quite simple, it was comfortable and pleasant. The only small disappointment was that the grill wasn’t available. Overall, a very good place for a tasty meal - solid 4.5.

So.. we came in but we got rushed very quickly, we had to order as fast as possible without time to check the menu properly. The lady became annoyed when we asked for more time and she demanded to order everything at once.
The food was 'ok', the food was all deep fried, not that healthy and some items weren't even cooked good enough, maybe because the food came out too quickly.
She asked for our plates in the middle of our meal, even when there was still food on the plate. I felt so rushed and didn't like the experience at all.
Ps: there were still some lip stains on my glass so I had to drink from the can.

A gem to be found in a street behind the seafront. Tender octopus, garlic prawns and grilled chicken in small plates to share or eat on your own. The evening we called in there were all women from across the world, all welcomed warmly by the kind Maria who has worked in hospitality for many years and knows how to treat her customers well. Not pretentious but warm, honest and generous & genuine Portuguese hospitality. Do come in, stay a while and enjoy.

first time i believed the floor manager, they blamed uber (order arrived cold and 30 minutes late). 2nd time again late by 45 minutes and Glovo to be blamed.
my son asks food for his birthday party and i hesitated but let’s give them a chance. we live 4 minutes drive away
order/delivery should take 45 minutes, we called, they hung up the phone as soon as i ask for an update, call again no one picks up the call. use someone else mobile and they pick-up, they call the floor manager, they blame uber again. uber had sent already a driver to collect before and he left because of the long wait. there’s already additional 15 minutes, we call again using a 3rd phone number 🤦🏻♂️ to get the same feedback, uber to be blamed and i had paid extra for priority delivery.

the food was warm, meaning it had never been made until 2nd driver collected it. driver apologized for the waiting, so clearly D’Oliva doesn’t manage the kitchen. if you have issues don’t sell a service you cannot deliver.

Honestly, the only thing I could complain about is they have polyester napkins, but that’s better than a paper napkin.
So great selection of entrées, very sizable portions, note the salmon entrée that was for one person it was two steaks, so you definitely can share especially some of their beef entrées they have a tomahawk that could easily feed three. The dining environment is gorgeous in a grande early aughts sort of way and acoustically friendly English speaking staff. If you’re looking for a more sophisticated dining experience in Matosinhos, you’ll be happy with this place.

The restaurant is excellent service excellent food exit but Google should update because they don't have sushi for years but still I must go to food is awesome
Absolute joke, ordered a Lasagna for 17€, the one I get from Lidl for 5€ is 3 times the size and also tastes better. Worst experience ever
The food was really good! We had the meat carpacio for Appetizer and then I had the beef with esparregado and chips( package chips which was very disappointing) my friend ordered pasta which was good and the dessert was also pretty good. We also ordered a couple of cocktails.
The only complaint is the store bought chips and the service was a tad bit slow. Otherwise good food!
