Nice local museum, with friendly staff. It has several exhibitions covering Eskilstuna’s history. From its medieval past, through its industrial area until its most recent times. Has a small science area which is very interactive and fun. Also it has an exhibition in connection the city’s military manufacturing past which I found very compelling.

Nice open museum with several shops, workshops and cafes! Lovely area to walk and spend a relaxing afternoon. Many of the buildings were so beautiful and well preserved and since they hold business you can visit inside!

First time eating there. Food is a bit pricy, but really fresh, hot and tasty. The vegan menu is incredible as well. But the most standout thing was next to good food the outstanding service. That guy behind the counter needs a huge raise. We all felt like 4 Kings coming home from a long journey and be treated exactly like that. So far the best service I got in Eskilstuna. Really friendly (and not just jobwise friendly), helpful and thoughtful. Will 100% be coming back during my time here.

Situation next to the eskilstuna river is a very cozy italian place, that i cannot help but recommend to anyone that wishes to have a nice lunch or dinner with friends or loved ones. Parking is a bit shit but still.

Kids loved it! Many interactive machines, some train toys and construction equipment to play. The museum has a lot of story about Munksell many still working engines from a lot of years ago. I liked it a lot!!

The church is amazing! The details inside are so unique....along with a balcony that extends all around the sides where the priest had posted huge selection of quotes from the Bible. There is an old huge organ sits in the back. I Only wonder how it sounds when it is played. The music played during this Christmas presentation showed a part of traditional Swedish culture...the bells rang a deep calling for people to church exactly at 10 am. And it was full....even the candles lit for prayers were out and didn't fit in the large candle holders set at the entrance of the church. The music echoed beautifully all throughout the ceiling. The windows and the designs so old and manually designed by local Swedish artists. The manual artistry holding some history of this place on Eskilstuna that will live forever in this gorgeous building. I loved the entire experience.

Perfect for a lunch! We were here multiple times for a lunchbreak. As we are originally from Germany, Berlin we had some similar experiences for this kind of food. Everything’s we ordered was perfect. Bulgur, Shishkebab had a really good taste so we couldn’t resist to have a next visit the upcoming day. Cay, salad and soup are really fresh, bread fresh baked and meat grilled over charcoals. Over all a MUST VISIT! Thank you for having such a warm welcome for us every time!

We came here for my Anniversary meal with my partner and the girls and the chefs did everything to make it as special as possible. They even made a custom, off the menu dessert for my partner and some special candles. The food was also absolutely sublime and the service was subtle and perfect. Lovely atmosphere too! Couldn’t recommend enough. 5/5!
