Historical landmark
Książ Castle, the largest castle in Lower Silesia, is a grand chateau-style complex situated on a hill overlooking the river Pelcznica and part of the Waldenberg mountains. Originally built in 1288 and expanded in the 16th century, it showcases Gothic, Baroque, and Rococo architectural styles. The castle offers guided tours with informative audioguides that seamlessly lead visitors through its rich history and art gallery.
Zamek Książ is a very impressive historical place to visit with rich history, culture and mystery. The palace is so huge, elegant, well maintained, super clean and well managed. Thump up for the dedicated staff. I have visited the palace few times and I well visit again as it is near impossible that you can absorbe this rich history from one visit particularly when you see the picture of Princess Daisy with her dazzling beauty and philanthropy. But I am glad that after the WWII, the castle was restored and open to the public to see first hand the beauty and charm of such amazing historical castle in the whole world. You got to see the place. You will not regret it. I recommend.

Super cool experience. Very well explained, more interested Always in medieval stories that WW1/2 but has best of both worlds. The building inside and out is stunning.

Zamek Książ is one of the tourist attractions that you must visit if you are nearby. The third largest castle in Poland has an interesting history and the castle tour will delight you. You can spend a whole day here without getting bored.

We walked in the summer, but wanted to see this castle last winter, which might be a bit problem as the path may have been a bit slippery. It's a nice circuit along the river, quite uphill, from St Anne's church, (ruins) through the old castle to the new chateau , which is beautiful and the park maintained, free to enter. The place is photogenic and on the way there you can stop at the viewpoint. However, choose the right part of the day not to have the sun directly to your eyes.
Hama — Google review
Unbelievable castle! Very huge with an extended park. Tha castle itself is nicely decorated and furnished. You can feel the atmosphere of the past. By official suggestion you need 2.5 hours to go round but we did it shorter because we didn't have too much time. We went on the underground tour as well which is very interesting. It was part of the Rise Project of nazi Germany. A sharp contrast with the peaceful world of the castle!! You have to climb a lot of stairs!! Be careful. But it is worth!

Tickets cost around 60pln for visit a castle. The whole tour takes around 1h. The castle is really good renovated and has a lot to see. Parking cost us 30pln . With the ticket you have also entrance to the garden. I did not have to wait to visit this place

It was an interesting visit, but there were some organizational issues. Ksiaz Castle is definitely worth a visit. The self-guided tour of the interior is interesting and informative. Seeing the original furniture and décor from different historical periods was fascinating and really helped us imagine life in those times. The castle is large, and the tour takes about one to two hours, depending on your pace. You can explore at your own pace, which is a big plus. After finishing the tour of the interior, you can access the gardens, where you can walk around, relax, and even grab a bite to eat at the café. Note that prices are on the expensive side. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the security staff. Due to the large number of visitors, it was difficult to stop and take photos, so I wanted to walk back and capture some shots I had missed. However, I was told that going against the flow is not allowed, even though I saw someone else (not a staff member) doing so freely. It felt inconsistent and frustrating. Make sure not to skip the underground section of the tour. It provides fascinating insight into the castle’s role during WWII. It's quite cold underground, so bring a warm layer. Plan to spend about 40 minutes down there. Overall: It's a beautiful, historic place worth visiting, but be prepared for some crowd-related limitations during peak times.
Mykhailo — Google review
Better to come earlier to prevent huge queue for the tickets. Use terminals to the left from tickets office (same enter as tickets office), they were totally free. Great and clean place inside and outside. P.s. if you want to enjoy coffee after visiting castle - better stay in cafe inside (NOT on terrace), because they have huge queue and bad coffee quality. So buy inside whatever you want (as take away) and enjoy terrace view.

Stary Książ is the remains of a 13th-century castle that was later expanded for a prince, located in the Ksiazanski Landscape Park above the Pelcznica River gorge. It can be reached via a marked walking path from Walbrzych - Podzamcze or by a more challenging route from Ksiaz Castle.
I could not get enough information on the place. Was it an older castle or a follie for the amusement if the Kdiaz castle dwellers? Anyway it is worth the hike and it is very photogenic :-)

An epic 13th century ancient ruins, situated few kilometers away from Książ Castle (Schloss Fürstenstein). Quite a good place to unwind from daily routine, not too many people around and good views towards surroundings. Also the depthness of forest and close-by canyon add up to the attractiveness of this historical spot.
Nicolae B — Google review
Nice fake ruins. You can go there as part of the trip to real Ksiaz Castle. This is the result when you don't know what to do with money. I expected that it is more preserved since it isn't from medieval but from the 18th century. The path requires some physical condition.
Monika R — Google review
The site offers a fascinating glimpse into history with its well-preserved remains and picturesque surroundings. It's a great spot for history enthusiasts, photographers, and those seeking peaceful nature views. The atmosphere is quite enchanting, especially during sunset or in the early morning. However, some areas could benefit from better informational signage to learn more about its history. Overall, it's a worthwhile visit that combines history and natural beauty.

Nice quiet place with cool old ruins unfortunately somewhat spolied by litter and graffiti. Prepare for a pretty tough hike and watch out for snakes in the summer.

Amazing old school place by Książ Castle. Good relax music quite nice place. Good service, all prepared for reservation. Great service. Very fast delivery 15 min. Food looks great as on photo. Taste really good. They have gold train local beer nice to tase. Good menu book as well. Traditional desert tase and look great. One - no plate info about restaurant enter and customers need to pay 20-30 PLN for parking. Better to give tips for restaurant than parking guy… 10/10 best regards 👋

I was scared when I saw the bad reviews, and in general when you go to a castle you expect tourists restaurants with bad food, but I was starving so we had no choice and decided to go for it - and surprisingly, this is actually a good restaurant! I order the baked cauliflower, it took a very long time for the food to arrive even though it was well past lunch time and almost empty, so I thought "the reviews was right... slow service" but no - it's just that they made the meal at the moment of the order and it arrived perfectly baked, soft, crunchy and wonderful. Maybe for people who are used to fast-food or deep fried this waiting time is unreasonable, but for those who appreciate real food and the actual time it take to bake fresh ingredients it just suddenly make sense and all my anger for the waiting time was gone after I took one bite. Ignore the bad reviews, the food won't arrive fast but it will be wonderful polish tasty food that just happens to be next to a tourist attraction 😇

It's absolutely awful.... Service is really terrible and they literally ignoring us... We waiting like 2 and half hour... I ordered "fruiti de mare" and it was just oil, onion and it was all it was really terrible and it costs 70zl and it's so awful, I waited for this like 1 and half hour for food!!! They don't use paper or salt so... It wasn't any taste..all food was old and really cold..... Shrimp was half uncooked and mussels was overcooked... My mom and brother have problems with stomach... Really awful... One of terrible restaurant I was in much restaurant but this?! Yeah they also don't take refund or something and it was raw!!!

The atmosphere was decent but the food was in my opinion awful. There were mistakes with the order, we had to wait about 20 mins for them to just bring us water which wasn’t even cold, the soup was alright but one of them was gone off and had some type of “cheese” in it that was never on the description of the soup. The bacon crisp that came with my soup was cold, stale and rubbery. We asked the manager about the soup and she insisted that the soup was fine and they just added some extra ingredients into the soup even though it wasn’t on the menu description. I would not reccomend this restaurant personally.
Martyna S — Google review
Kids menu portions are huge, when we asked to take the food to go we were told that the restaurant doesn’t provide any boxes. In this case a waiter should tell people in advance, warn somehow about absence of option to take food to go. But a waiter told that it is not her duty to warn us about this. In addition we did not get ANY napkins for our table. Seems people in this restaurant don’t need clean their mouths/lips and hands.
Yuriy T — Google review
Awful service and food. Salads were very bad. The waitress was unpleasant. We politely told her some remarks. She could just tell us that she will pass our recommendations to her boss or chief, but she started to argue and told us that it’s not her job and she couldn’t do anything about it. It was very strange and unprofessional.

I have spent here evening and in the morning have eaten breakfast. Breakfast was quite tasty. What is big advantage- extremely professional and nice service.

Smerfeta — Google review
Beautiful place with amazing plants, sweet lemura and some exotic birds. A really good spot to visit when it's cold or raining. Coffee shop is worth a visit. Really tasty desserts. The only exception was Tiramisu which was not sweet at all.
Maciej — Google review
The place itself is worth the visit. My second visit, earlier was in december - every season plants reveal different beauty. I was particularly disturbed seeing tropical lemurs out of their natural habitat and in this unusual space. I wasn't expecting them and they were howling and in distress when visitors were there, later on the staff came to "shushhh" them, i tried to communicate with staff, but they weren't willing - language barrier... This situation changed the positive influence of beautiful greenery. Aside from this sight, it is a great delight for people interested in botanical delights.
Sadia Z — Google review
After the recent renovation, the place looks less attractive — it feels more cramped, with less greenery and open space. The overall atmosphere has changed, and unfortunately, the quality of the staff service has also declined, making the visit less pleasant. It's still interesting to see, but I expected a more vibrant and welcoming environment based on its previous state. Overall, it’s an okay place to visit, but there’s room for improvement.

Stara Kopalnia w Wałbrzychu is a museum located in the historic Julia Coal Mine, offering a glimpse into the city's mining heritage. Visitors can explore interactive exhibits, workshops, and underground tours that showcase the history of coal mining in Poland and Silesia. The museum features a gallery of ceramics and displays a wide array of historical mining equipment.
So I didn't wate to buy a ticket, because I've already bought one online. You wate for your turn. I mean you go in only with a guide and it happens every hour 13:00, 14:00..... etc. Take an audio guide, because the tour is only in polish. But there are so many numbers, the audio guide couldn't "keep up" with the group. Nice and helpful stuff. Overall it was a great experience, but don't expect going underground the whole time - the vast part of the mine is closed, because it is too dangerous. The "underground" part takes like half an hour. Nevertheless I learned a lot of stuff about mining, and was very interesting experience.
Nino N — Google review
Very interesting museum about coal mining. Although there are audio guides in different languages, the place provides information tables only in polish language. English information tables would be sufficient for most tourists. The lack hereof does not contribute to more tourism in Wałbrczych. Lower Silesia is such a pretty region, with tourism possibilities. They should be explored!
Klaus K — Google review
It's a fascinating and unique place that beautifully combines history, culture, and art. The site is large and offers a variety of exhibitions, workshops, and events that cater to different interests. The architecture and industrial vibe create a special atmosphere that immerses visitors in the region's mining heritage. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are well-maintained. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is that some areas can be a bit crowded during peak times, and certain exhibitions could benefit from more detailed descriptions. Overall, it's a great place for a weekend outing or a cultural day trip—definitely worth visiting!
Deux M — Google review
Excellent place to visit. Cost is inexpensive and we had a guide who worked in the mine walk us through everything for 2 hours. He told first stories about the mines. The Old Mine Science and Art Centre in Wałbrzych is a museum located in the historic Julia Coal Mine. It was opened in 2014 after a major expansion of the Museum of Industry and Technology located there since 1999. Most of the objects belonging to the former mine were made available to the visitors, including the lamp room, the building of the hoisting machine, the upper part of the Julia mine shaft, mechanical workshops and the mine square with locomotives and transport vehicles. Hoisting machinery of the Julia shaft from 1911 Machines of the mechanical workshop; Large machinery and equipment of mine transport; Very cool 😎 Viewing tower built in place of the former cooling tower; Very cool 😎 trip to Viewing tower with a 360 view of area. The underground route – the training adit and the stone extraction tunnel – with mining machines and equipment for excavating and loading coal. Very cool 😎 but make sure you have headcover or hat as the water drips constantly in the mine shafts. It is creepy and cool at the same time. The floors do get damp but it is definitely worth it.

Coolturalna Montownia is a unique restaurant located within the Stara Kopalnia Center for Science and Art, situated on the grounds of the former Julia Coal Mine. The industrial interior and surrounding area make it an intriguing place to visit. Despite Walbrzych's previous reputation, this restaurant exemplifies the town's revitalization. Guests praise its beautifully refurbished industrial setting, delicious food, attentive staff, and moderate prices.
Absolutely fantastic food served in the middle of the old coal mine. Been here twice. We had black dumplings with salmon, lettuce with romesco sauce, yeast roll with a duck, mushroom risotto, boar burger, pear& parsley soup and 'basia' for a dessert (the only thing that didn't fit into my taste but otherwise it was great)

Sad to rate low but for the duration we were there.. we were the only customers. Please note, if accessing using GoogleMaps - it is soooo wrong! - follow the entrance to the mining complex, not the restaurant I had the scallops starter and have to say was probably the best scallop dish i've eaten - and i've had a fair few over the years We both had the Burger's which were awesome - but massive .. so we didn't need to try a dessert Staff were nice, but must be hard when there appears to be little trade passing through. Would however recommend if only for the quality of food

It's so worth going there, great food, nice atmosphere.Wałbrzych has been perceived as a run-down town, but in recent years that is changing, and this place together with the museum of mining is the best example. Wonderful restaurant in intriguing mining surroundings. Worth to take a detour even just for that.

I asked to remove chili from the dish because I can't eat spicy food. They brought me pasta with red chili flakes, and they were spicy. I asked for a replacement. The waiter agreed. He returned a minute later, saying he tried my dish and it wasn't spicy. I was surprised, as my face had already reacted to the spicy food, so I asked him to remake it anyway. The waiter raised his voice at me, saying I was lying and the dish wasn't spicy. When I asked to speak to the manager, nobody responded, and the waiter continued to be aggressive towards me.

Lovely place with a great service. I ordered a grilled chicken breast and it was really awesome!! To find the restourant you should go through the main entrance and walk past the box office that sells tickets to the Stado itself (just be aware that Google might navigate to closed gates on another side of the yard)

(Translated by Google) When it comes to this place, I have mixed feelings. It could use some minor renovation or at least general cleaning. A cobweb on the window in a place where you eat is not a pleasant sight. The toilet also leaves much to be desired, although I realize that it is not the owners who make the mess there, but it is their responsibility to keep order there. I didn't like the fact that the staff smoked outside, practically in front of the door. Today I was passing by and the lady was sitting on the entrance steps. It doesn't look good. Pizza... Apart from being a bit burnt, it was ok, but not amazing. I probably won't visit this place again, there are many places of this type in Wałbrzych. A plus for the thin crust. (Original) Jeżeli chodzi o to miejsce, to mam mieszane odczucia.

(Translated by Google) I would like to share my opinion. I ordered a pizza at 12:10, it arrived at 14:58. That is 2 hours and 50 minutes, I often order food but I have never had such a long delivery. While waiting for such a "delicious dish" (yes, that's ironic) I came up with a great idea and started making pizzas myself, because I had a lot of time. Of course I called to ask if the products straight from Italy had already arrived by plane and if they could transport my great pizza. The gentleman said that they had a lot of orders and that was the reason for such a long waiting time. Well, it must be a matter of poor organization, oh well... The pie finally arrived, I will add that I received a larger Pepsi in exchange for the waiting time, so I say well, at least they behaved nicely. I decided to drink the liter of Pepsi at once to fill my stomach quickly. However, I changed my mind when I opened the box. At "Dania" beautiful mushrooms, basically tasteless, and ham I once saw such in Makro, they gave it away for free if you took a pack of Tymbark. Basically, a dry, relatively warm pizza. The sauce has a consistency that is too runny, which is why it runs all over the pizza. Pepsi also came in handy because it worked as a pusher, I regretted not having Mentos, otherwise I would have peed so hard after that. Overall, I do not recommend, I will not order again. - Food made of the cheapest ingredients. - Record long waiting time. - Expensive delivery, 5 PLN. (Original) Chciałbym się podzielić swoją opinią. Pizze zamówiłem o godzinie 12:10, dotarła do mnie o 14:58. No jest to pewnie kwestia złej organizacji, cóż...

History Museums
The Porcelain Museum in Wałbrzych, established in 2015 within the Albertich Palace, boasts a collection of over 10 thousand exhibits. Divided into sections such as History of the City and Region, Ceramics and Art, it showcases porcelain from Lower Silesia as well as other countries like Germany, Czech Republic, France, England, Netherlands, Russia and Austria.
The Museum of Porcelain is the oldest and longest operating cultural institution in Wałbrzych. Its rich history dates back to 1908, when on the initiative of Julius Joppich, the Museum of Antiquities of the Wałbrzych Land was established in Wałbrzych. The collections of Silesian porcelain that are located there are unique. I can even be tempted to say that one of the few in Europe. There is, for example, tableware model which is called "Gold Leaf" and was designed by Philippe Rosenthal himself. In the Museum of Porcelain in Wałbrzych, you can not only see porcelain objects, but also see how previous generations used them. I'm a big fan of porcelain so for me, this Museum is a "must see".

I was a huge fan of the previous cast, who brought extraordinary energy and magic to the show, so I was looking forward to the next season. Unfortunately, the change of actors turned out to be a big step back. I was particularly disappointed by the actress playing the parrot, who seemed completely unprepared for her role. She lacked both commitment and emotional expression, which made the character lose its expressiveness. Previously, this role was full of life, humor and character, but now, unfortunately, it seems completely devoid of these elements. I hope that the Theater will reconsider these changes, because what was once a great experience is now disappointing.

(Translated by Google) The Czettritz Castle, also called "Wałbrzych Castle" or the "Cettritz Palace", was built between 1606 and 1628 by the von Czettritz family as a self-sufficient defensive and residential complex. This happened after the fire of the "Nowy Dwór" Castle in 1581, the ruins of which are located in the Podgórze district of Wałbrzych, on the initiative of Christoph von Czettritz, but the work was completed only by his son Diprand. Until the mid-17th century, the widow of Diprand von Czettritz, Elżbieta von Zedlitz, lived in the residence. After her death, the castle passed into the hands of Henryk von Czettritz, and then Maria Catherine Bibrian née Czettritz. After her death in 1718, the estate passed from hand to hand within the Czettritz family. Finally, in 1738, the castle and the town were sold by Jan Abraham Czettriz to Konrad Maksymilian Hochberg. Modernization works have been carried out. A cylindrical tower with a staircase was then added, and a new entrance was carved into the wall, decorated with a pseudo-Renaissance portal and the Hochberg coat of arms (in one of the photos), whose domain is three hills above a red and white chessboard. And for almost 300 years, Wałbrzych, dominated by the Hochbergs, forgot about the Czettritzes... Except for the Hochbergs themselves. In one of the photos we can see the Czettritze coat of arms - a buffalo head - above another entrance. From 1882, the headquarters was further modified. On the south side, a 2-story section with a flat roof was added, and in the following years, a further fragment of the wall and a tall administration building were added. From then on until World War II, the entire complex was used for the management and administration of the Hochberg estate. The last expansion was carried out in 1922 towards the south. After the war, the complex served various institutions, including the Provincial Office. In 1964-65, facade works of the entire building were carried out. Since 2004, the building has been the seat of the State Higher Vocational School. Angelus Silesius. Angelusa Silesiusa.

To tell the truth, we wandered into this restaurant because we needed somewhere to go to the toilet. 🤣 And so we had pizza and beer. We like spicy food... The pizza chef politely asked if we will like spicy or extra spicy or extra extra spicy!? 😁🧨 So we tried the last option, but to make sure we don't accidentally burn...🥵 I asked for half of the pizza extra spicy and the other half 2x extra spicy. Well, I have to say that it is hell in the mouth! 🤣 Not much the beer and even in plastic pints... the beer drinker really doesn't want that. But otherwise the pizzeria was fine. ✌️

-Taste - 6/10 average food. The beetroot soup is just plain, there are no veggies, just broth with dumplings. The meat from the Hungarian pancakes - three small pieces of meat, too expensive for this small portion; pierogi are good, so go with this -Food quantity: 7/10 - Location: at the basement, no also noticed some mold inside. The owner should invest a bit in this place, it's not ok to have a funky smell even if it's a basement - Payment - cash or by card. - Toilet - they look terribly old, there's barely any space to squat, needs renovation -Service: should be improved - we did not receive handkerchiefs with the food, we also had to ask for cutlery, no attention to details - Staff - does not speak English

It was decided to try this well known restaurant tonight. There are lots of reviews saying how good, and a few others, so we decided to make our own mind up, as it was years since my wife was last here. Firstly the location is super, central and in an interesting building. As you go through the front door, a slight question goes through your mind, but the exquisit smells wafting up the stairs make you follow them into the nice and open classic cellar room. We were promptly offered a table and our drink order was taken. A short look at the menu brought my favourite pepper steak as the winner, and for my wife another steak with grilled vegetables. Approximately 15 minutes later they were brought to us by the attentive waitress, now was the real answer to our questions. My steak was a perfect medium, ok it almost melted in the mouth. The chips were excellent large cut crispy outside and light and fluffy inside. My wife's was also exactly as she liked hers as well. The grilled vegetables could not have been any better, the asparagus especially as she ate it. For the price here the quality is excellent and probably a little inside secret as no other tourist was there at the time. I certainly received coming here.

The Totenburg Mausoleum may appear to be a relic from ancient Rome, but it is actually a German monument dedicated to German casualties from the time of Germany's rule in Poland. Although now in disrepair and marred by graffiti, remnants of its original design can still be observed. This site serves as a somber reminder of a dark period in European history and is particularly intriguing for history enthusiasts.

Wow. What a great find. If you want to sample traditional polish food this place to go. I highly recommend this place. I went and just tried a variety of things. I had the soup which was excellent. I also had salad which again was excellent. We also ordered polish pancakes which were delicious and then I ordered kompot to drink to finish off the meal. We were charged 30zl or 6 dollars for the whole meal. WoW. Kotlecik

Polish restaurant
Kotlecik, located in the heart of Walbrzych, offers a delightful experience of traditional Polish cuisine. The restaurant is known for its mouthwatering meat dishes such as juicy cutlets and aromatic homemade goulash. Prepared according to traditional recipes, the specialties impress with their depth of flavor. Unlike typical milk bars in Poland, Kotlecik boasts a more modern ambiance and generous portion sizes. The establishment also provides accessibility and children's chairs, making it suitable for families.
Good, hearty, local Polish food. I had the pork with boiled eggs inside, beetroot salad and bean and pork soup. The food was lovely and very filling. It was cheap too! Only minor criticism is that a customer jumped the queue and as the staff were all over the place, they didn't spot it. Will visit again when in the area.

Basic Food. Dry meat. Staff overwelmed and turned a little angry after we couldnt explain ourselves in polish

A lovely place to enjoy bar mlecny and homely food. The looks are deceiving but the food is well worth it.

(Translated by Google) At the moment, KOTLECIK is my favorite. It's number one among milk bars. The price-to-quality ratio was simply shocking! I'm convinced that even the pickiest person will find something they like, as the selection was so wide. There were five of us, and everyone enjoyed their meal. If I have the opportunity to visit Wałbrzych again, I'll definitely try the delicacies of this place. Byliśmy w pięć osób i każdemu smakowało wyśmienicie. RE WE LA CJA

(Translated by Google) I visited the Kotlecik bar and immediately felt at home – the ladies serving are incredibly friendly and create a truly homey atmosphere. I've noticed that the place is very popular, especially among older people. Recently, I waited in line for about 20 minutes, but it wasn't the staff's fault – the food was served quickly; there were simply so many customers. As for the food – it was amazing! I ordered pierogi stuffed with meat and cheese, croquettes, red borscht, and pancakes. Everything was delicious, fresh, and truly homemade. Another plus is the very reasonable prices. I'm glad that places like this and people like them still exist – with passion, warmth, and good food.

(Translated by Google) I don't understand comments like the food smelling of cigarettes. For as long as I've been eating there, and that's been many years, the food has always been served neatly and is delicious. The ladies put a lot of work into their dishes, and everything is seasoned very well.

(Translated by Google) Pierogi are just thick dough and have virtually no filling. Not even worth the price, the filling is just potatoes. (Original) Pierogi same ciasto grube i praktycznie brak farszu. Nie warte nawet swojej ceny farsz też same ziemniaki

(Translated by Google) Prices have stayed the same here for about five years. Sometimes it's more expensive in the store, and the portions are also large. I had a full meal for 16 złoty. It's practically impossible these days. Traveling around Poland, this is the first time I've encountered such prices at a milk bar. The food isn't exceptional in taste, but it's good. It's a place I'll remember, and if I'm ever in Wałbrzych again, I'll definitely stop by. Edit. I tried the takeaway pierogi at home, but heated in a pan, not in the microwave, and there are some excellent dishes on the menu – my subjective opinion. Oh, I wish I had a milk bar like that near my house. I'd come at least once a week.

Good food for an okay price, friendly staff and genuine Greek olives and feta. Homemade tzaziki. One of the very little bars open on a Monday afternoon! The only cons: the meat was lukewarm, the place was quite small and hot.

The food was hearty and tasty. I ate the vegatable falafel and Greek salad 🥗 that actually offered real Greek cheese. The owners are super friendly.

For sure the lettuce wasn't washed by water! I could feel the sand in the lattice. Also it the greens were wilt.
