Shopping mall

Clothing store
Asecs is an indoor mall located just a short distance from downtown, offering a wide range of retailers and dining options. It features big-name stores like IKEA and Intersport, as well as smaller shops selling everything from phones to clothing and shoes. The mall has undergone significant renovations and expansion in recent years, nearly doubling its size to accommodate over 80 stores and 17 cafes and restaurants.
Great Mall to stop in on your way to and from Stockholm (from Malmõ) as it allows you to charge your car thanks to lots of Tesla Superchargers within the parking lot of the Asecs Mall. While charging you can enjoy some great snacks and coffee drinks at one of the 2 Espresso Houses--go to the one at "C' area of mall as that one has a fireplace and lots of cozy areas to sit so you can read or work or just talk to friends. This Mall is also super easy to get to from E4 so you don't waste alot of time getting in and out if you are in a super hurry.
Maui _ — Google review
A really large mall with pharmacy, luggage shops, sports clothes, HM, Granit and many more. It’s a stop where you really can find most things. Quite busy on weekends and holidays.
Fab N — Google review
I do like it. There are many things like clothing shops, pharmacies, and much more. I have been here a lot of times. and the best thing I loved was the old mcdonalds they removed from A6 at 2019 if I remember. Otherwise it's great!
Darin M — Google review
I liked that design. It was a very beautiful and clean shopping mall.
Maza . — Google review
A6 is the only shopping mall in Jönköping (Pronounced: Yon-sho-ping/ 160,000 inhabitants) The mall was opened in 1987 on a site formerly occupied by an artillery regiment of Swedish army. The Mall witnessed a major renovation and expansion works (some still going on) that almost doubled its space surface, and enhanced shoppers circulation. The mall features over than 80 stores and 17 cafes and restaurants. Though most of the main Swedish retailer brands are present in the mall, it lacks the international brand names as those those companies seem not keen yet on establishing a footprint in Jonkoping area. The mall is accessible by public transportations: Bus Lines #3, 4, 17. And a regional train stop is only 10 minutes walking.
Miassar M — Google review
Honestly, the mall is pretty good, except for the fact that you can find basically nothing but clothing and dining. Aside from that, i recommend!
Gaming N — Google review
Friendly staff. Food and coffee was pretty good but lost a star for being overpriced, even for some used to London prices. Very clean and comfortable sitting area, and quiet too.
John I — Google review
Very nice shopping mall. Has an array of options for stores to shop at.

Rosenlundsbadet is the largest heated bath in Jonkoping, conveniently located near Elmia. It offers a water adventure with both indoor and outdoor pools, making it suitable for visitors of all ages. The swimming hall provides various amenities such as an adventure water park, sauna baths, and massage services for relaxation and wellness. Despite some mixed reviews about its modernity and cleanliness, many visitors find it to be a great place to spend time with family or enjoy a relaxing day out.
An amazing place to spend time with your family. There's so many things to try. Clean, spacious place and the staffs were also accommodating.
Antonette B — Google review
They don’t maintain their google open/closed status. So we arrived on them beeing closed although it was marked as open
Lanthanoide — Google review
Nice swimming accommodations with an outdoor pool with slides, indoor 'adventure' pools with slides, a 50m pool and diving towers ranging from 1m to 10m. Bring a padlock for closing your locker, or take your bag to the pool area.
Tom G — Google review
Very nice facilities and friendly staff! However, the price is a bit unreasonable. The half year pass for exercise pool is 2020kr with a student discount, which is more than twice higher than other aquatic pools ( Compared to Högevall in Lund and Stadsparksbadet in Borås)
X.Y. L — Google review
50m pool, jump pool, pool for children, outside pool and pool with attractions (sea waves, toboggan, river rapids, etc.). Water was colder then I expacted. Not so mamy showers and wc. You need your own lock if you want to lock your dress cabinet.
VaP I — Google review
We have been here on our journey with the camper through Sweden to enjoy a rainy morning and cleaning ouerselfs. The bath is a bit old and on some points not that clean. There are no possibility to lay only if you have an premium (relaxing) access. For normal bath you need to pay 100skr each, for relaxing 200 skr each. We can recommend it and enjoyed the time here
Werner F — Google review
Big public pool in Jönköping at a central location. It features a recreational, family and sports area. The latter has 50m lanes for competitive swimming. Staff was friendly and helpful. Inside there's also a snack shop and restaurant. It's a bit old but well maintained, could use some renovation.
TH3 T — Google review
For what it is, and where it is a really nice place to go either relax in the spa area, or hang out and have fun in the wave pool, or maybe if you are adventurous try out the jump towers, something for everyone even if the place feels a little old and could maybe use a bigger budget for renovations as it has looked the same for 10+ years.

Immerse yourself in a sensory adventure at Rosenlund Rosarium, where you'll encounter a vibrant tapestry of colors, fragrances, and sounds. This botanical treasure boasts over 550 varieties of roses and was honored with the prestigious 'Award of Garden Excellence' in 2022. While some visitors recommend visiting earlier in the year for an optimal experience, others appreciate the cozy atmosphere and nearby amenities such as a café.
This place is sooo beautiful! A perfect hidden gem in Sweden. The rose garden is stunning, and the best part? It’s totally FREE! Great for a relaxing walk, a picnic, or just enjoying nature. Highly recommend visiting—especially in summer when the flowers are in full bloom. Such a peaceful escape!

Gorgeous trellis gardens of many flowers. Worth the visit and it's free. Note if you have pollen allergies, expect to sneeze and need Benadryl. If you have a bee allergy, not the place for you. Even though the bees have plenty to snack on, there are tons of them.

Nice and tranquil. A lovely Saturday evening walk in the flowers, sit by the fish, watch the birds, then take a dip in the nearby lake perhaps?

Located adjacent to the harbor at Lake Vattern, Rådhusparken is surrounded by prominent city structures, notably the stunning Radhuset (the town hall). This tranquil haven in Jonkoping showcases two surrounding lakes and offers ample outdoor parking options, albeit for a fee. Utilizing the Easypark app proves cost-effective in this context. The park's serene ambiance is conducive to relaxation, with numerous seating areas and verdant grass patches perfect for unwinding during summer months.
Clean, recently renovated (or new) hotel, great view, nice staff, excellent breakfast. On the downside, the rooms are a bit narrow.
Lubo I — Google review
Nice clean park with statues and fountains. Good connections with public transport. Parking is very limited. Lots of green areas to picnic or play on!
Melvin J — Google review
Rådhusparken is a nice park with a fountain, flower arrangements and park benches for those who want to rest or just sit and enjoy the summer. There is also a scene where small local bands sometimes perform or Christian community speakers can get their words out. Rådhusparken is often used as a venue for larger events with music and funfair activities
Carl E — Google review
It's nice to pass from there. Nice lamps, small pool, trees, birds, protests. Random feelings. Definitely you will pass from there to reach your goal and it's exciting!

Jönköping Rådhus Parken (The City Hall Park) is in the heart of Jönköping (Pronounced: Yon-Sho-Ping) downtown. The City Hall building (put in use in 1914) occupies the western side of the park. On the southern park there are the PerBrahe Highschool, The Business School (formerly Dansk Bank) and another public building. At the eastern side, starts the city's main shopping street, while on the grounds of the park itself there is a small kiosk that serves Middle Eastern food. The Northern side is open to the lake. 2 minutes walking from the square, and on the NE corner lays a long red-and-white building. This is the Stora Hotellet. Diagonally, and on the SW corner you can find Bernard's Café, which is one of the oldest still opened café in town. In the middle of the park, there is a metal water fountain. Some art works are scattered around the park.
Miassar M — Google review
This place is very relaxing. There are plenty of benches to sit on and it's great for chilling out on the grass in the summer. The fountain is really a masterpiece. This photo is taken early in the morning and just looks magical.

When comparing it to the numerous other kebab establishments visited in Sweden and Germany, I must say that Holy Kebab Jönköping stands out as one of the top three. The servings are generous and the bread and fries are exceptionally delicious. The kebabs themselves are truly amazing, bursting with flavor and made from high-quality meat. The service is speedy, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Overall, this place offers spectacular food accompanied by a welcoming atmosphere.
Great quality delicious food, reasonable prices, comfortable chairs, always
C R — Google review
Compared to the holy kebab in Stockholm i have to say that this one in Jönköping is crap. Poor quality meat, the shredder is automatic even when its not cooked properly. And the taste is just really bland, disappointed because i expected the same quality like the one in Stockholm.
Simon C — Google review
Amazing kebabs, full of flavour and really good quality meat. Service was fast, and staff were very friendly.
Brent S — Google review
Pretty spectacular food with friendly staff. Can't do anything else but recommend this place!
Andreas A — Google review
The food was good, unfortunately it was kind of cold, both mine and my colleagues. The atmosphere is as good as it can be in a food court. You order on a screen and don't really interact with the service personnel.

LiaoNing P — Google review
When comparing it to the many other kebab restaurants i have visited in Sweden and Germany I must say this one ranks in the top 3. I highly recommend it. Good portions and very delicious bread and fries as well.
Kevin F — Google review
1. The girl working at the counter seems angry and not friendly at all, as if i owe her a million crowns and don't give it to her. A smile is how you first interract with a customer, not a grumpy face and bad mannered tone. 2. I ordered "bröd kyckling". the bowl it came in is not suitable for this type of dish, it is for a salad. The bread came full and it was impossible to eat it without additional fork. For this type of dish there must be a plate not a salad or granola bowl. 3. It does not deserve its money, for 115kr one can eat a full plate of food not an improvised chicken sandwich. The only tasty thing from the dish was the actual bread, if they were selling it separately i would buy it. Otherwise it was not a special or anyhow tasty experience.

Fast food restaurant
Yalla Yalla is a delightful spot for those craving Middle Eastern fast food. Known for its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, often family members themselves, this eatery offers a variety of tasty options like shawarma and falafel. While some dishes may lean towards the salty side or lack a bit of flavor, the generous portion sizes and affordable prices make it an appealing choice for families, groups, or solo diners looking for a quick bite.
A most visit! one of the best falafel in town and the best location, the staff are super friendly and welcoming and are part of the owning family! even through it's very small but it's every cozy and friendly, good for casual friends time or a fast meal especially if you're a fan of Arabic cousin
Aya S — Google review
Conveniently located, good choices of food available, decent tasting, reasonable prices, seats to sit inside and out. Cons: call ahead for your order if possible, takes a while to make a sandwich
Fito H — Google review
This is an okay place to go to If you want to have Middle Eastern fast food. I ordered a shawarma. It was actually not that bad but it was dry and missing some flavour. But the size of the sandwich was satiate and the price was awesome only 65 sek which in comparison to other restaurants is relatively cheap. I would recommend this place for families, groups or even solo eaters. It is not a bad choice for a fast bite on the go. The staff were kind, helpful and respectful. Service was fast and the place was clean although a bit small.
Dima H — Google review
Very dry, not worth the price, tasted like i was served day old fries in the shawarma, which is probably the case
Armando — Google review
How can shawerma be so bad?. Yes dear people. It is really bad here. Super dry no falvour no sauce they should rename it to fries roll.
Gabriel — Google review
I had good food bit salty
Rabia F — Google review
The food was tasty but I am not sure it was fresh: my friend was sick all night long after we have eaten at this place. Me, I wasn’t sick but my digestion was also difficult.
Lorène V — Google review
This was one of the restaurants where I would like to stop by for some quick food as I first arrived in Jkpg. Over the years, the quality got worsened. I went today and order the kebab tallrik. The food came after 10-15 mins of wait, even though at that time it was only me ordering...haha. Unfortunately, the kebab platter was in fact a fries platter with a few strips of kebab. And, to be honest, I has happy that the amount of kebab was too little. It was dry, bland, no seasoning, and pretty cold. The price is fine (I would not say it was that cheap, because by paying 10kr more you could find 10 times better kebab around the city). Nevertheless, would I recommend this place to my friends? Perhaps, not. They need to improve, a lot.

Restaurant
Restaurang Twin City offers a warm and welcoming environment with friendly staff who provide excellent service, including taking your coat up front. The menu includes delicious options such as Tatufo pizza with hints of truffle and flavorful sauce, as well as crispy French fries. The restaurant also hosts live music events and after-parties for gamers. While the vegetarian options are limited, the bruschetta appetizer and pesto pasta are highly recommended.
The staff was very nice, they had an English menu as well. You can ask them to take your coat up front for you. The espresso was nice creamy with notes of fruits. The Tatufo pizza was very light with a nice crunch the dough was perfect not to thin or thick. The hints of truffle in each bite, the sauce was very flavorful, with a slight taste of basil 🌿. The French fries were also crispy cut evenly. Overall it was very warm welcoming environment and the food was cooked with love and care.

Good place to eat a hamburger and relax. We were able to sit outside with our dog, which was great. Even though you're "out", it's a covered area with heaters, so it's very nice and cozy -and you don't get wet if it suddenly starts raining. We had the Phil's Twin and BBQ burgers, both were tasty. Service was fast and friendly, and the bathroom was clean and stocked with everything.
Ana V — Google review
Very cool spot.Laid back vibe, the food was delicious & the staff were super friendly. Good place to sit outside & people watch while you sip on a cold one
Shaun H — Google review
Was here on a weekday evening with five other people. They were pleased with their appetizer, main course. I was told their pasta was excellent, so I ordered the pasta carbonara. It was visually stunning, 4/5. The taste was as tasteless like mine when I cooked it the other day. Not very seasoned, and I could barely taste the bacon. Either they picked the wrong type of bacon or it was just cooked very poorly. I'm quite sure they used some kind of dairy cream for the creamy part, which they shouldn't. That's a big no no, 1/5. For desert I ordered Eton Mess. I didn't know what it looked like so I googled it, and my order was not even close to the google result. The desert consisted of strawberry jam which was nice with some whipped cream and **store bought meringue**. I expected the meringue to be handmade, or at least creamy, 1/5. The place it self is nice, staff was also nice, 4/5. But the waiting time for the food at the time was an hour. Note that the poor rating is specifically pointed at my pasta and desert... And the waiting time. I'm sure the other dishes were better. I heard they switched owner and it was better before.
