October is the best time to come. We came on a Saturday but there are not much people. All the rides no need to wait. My 4yo and 11 yo loves this park so much! My 11 yo was able to do all the crazy stuffs with papa. And the little one had a lot of choices also. The pizza restaurant is good too. All staffs are super welcoming and super nice! Thank you very much we had a great day!!

Kids love it, because for the price of entry can do unlimited rides and wait is not long. I take out a star, because before it was possible to come in for 5 euros, if u don't want to do rides, but they took that option out and charge full price whether u ride or not.
Lioudmila S — Google review
According to my 12yo granddaughter, it was great and good value for money, as a 65yo whose experience of theme parks is limited I enjoyed most of the rides, the circus entertainment was really good. For a good family day out it's well worth it

Amazing evening here. Family of 5. 1.4m tall is the lowest limit for the big rides. Some real fun looking forward to going back 😁

Great Value Good Selection Of Rides Great How Slingshot is included as usually these are €15 a go on there own. Only negative was the fact the droptowers were closed all day on our visit which was sad to see as we really wanted to ride them.

Great time with my family. Its not disneyland, but they have all the rides you need and a very friendly staff. Would recommend 100%

I go here once or twice every year I go to France for the summer holidays and maybe the winter holidays. The rides and food here are some of the best, especially euroloop which is a more extreme ride. Best theme park I've ever gone to

(Translated by Google) Overall, it's nice. The only negative point is that the young person who runs the quad rides for the children spent all his time on his phone. I find this very dangerous because the quads go fast for the children, who don't understand what's being explained to them, given that the instructions are given once the helmets are on and the engine is running. This attraction should be managed by someone else.

Camping L'Air Marin

Campground

Camping L'Air Marin is a charming family-friendly campground nestled in a lush green setting, perfect for those seeking both relaxation and adventure. Located just a short 15-minute stroll from the beautiful Vias beach and near the vibrant Cap d'Agde, this campsite offers an array of activities for all ages. Guests can enjoy refreshing dips in the outdoor pool or take advantage of the covered swimming area, complete with fun features like a children's pool equipped with play equipment and slides.
We had a great time at the campsite. The pool is great, where the animation and pool team actively enjoyed the people, and allowed for sufficient sunbeds for all due to their "towelgame" (removing towels from unused sunbeds). The animation was all in French, which we had to get used to. They tried a bit of English, but this was somewhat limited. It didn't bother us at all, thanks to their enthusiasm. The site was overall well maintained and fairly clean. Accept for the weird men's urinoirs, that smelled bad. These are centrally placed in the toilet house, which the children and ladies thought to be a little funny. The sea was about 15-25 minute walk from the south exit, depending on which beach. The longer one walks via the Vias Plage Boulevard, which may cause the walk to be extended considerably due to the shops and the bars. Overall very friendly locals too. The noise on the site was not too bad and stopped by 12. The fair Fabricus made noise until later 0.30-1am but that wasn't bothering at all. On the campsite the evening sounds came from the daily animation show that we loved to go see. Props to the team. We had a great holidays, and would really recommend the site.

We've just come from a similar campsite called Domaine de Soleil Plage on the Dordogne where we've been spoilt so perhaps we were expecting too much ? First impressions. Very friendly and helpful reception. The pitches don't have a huge amount of privacy and are on the small side. Like a can of sardines. But have a good amount of shade. Not many Brits on this site might be a problem for some but not for us. Walking round the site can best be described as rustic and a little unkept. Staff are friendly though. Lovely restaurant and cafe. Good, reasonably priced food and drink. Good clean pool. Free access to the Gym and free to borrow canoes for the Canal du Midi. But don't fall in - it's yuk. Entertainment is full on for kids of all ages with the music stopping at midnight. Some noisy teens in the middle of the night. Toilets and Showers clean. Chemical waste disposal but no grey waste. Water taps dotted around the site. Worth mentioning the hard as nails policy on budgie smugglers. Tight figure hugging shorts or swim trunks for men. If you wear shorts then you won't be allowed in the pool. No exceptions. The Vias Plage beach is 1.75 miles away. Easy to find and access en route is the town of Vias. With a supermarket, lots of traditional and new shops, places to eat. Slightly cosmopolitan. Then at the end of the dead straight high street is the promenade and beautiful beach. In a nutshell. Would suit many but as said at the beginning we're comparing with Soleil Plage and in that respect we'll not be coming back here next year.

A lovely campsite but in the wrong location. Access to nearby beaches is 800 metres away. Shops in Vias and Vias Plage both good. Lovely market in Vias on Wednesday's. BUT. The site is next to the Canal du Midi and is plagued by mozzies. The worst kind of mozzies, small but with a bite that lingers for days. We killed dozens. Nobody sits outside after 1900. Not recommended.

Travelled with 2 other families, (camping) and was reassured on multiple occasions before our trip that our pitches would be next to each other, however when we arrived this was not the case. We were not even in the same row or section. They did try to move us around to get closer, but still didn’t work. This was very disappointing. Security guard (man at front gate) was VERY rude to us, we were confused about the rubbish and recycling. He shouted and physically started snatching bags off us to rip them open rather than helping us. We didn’t find out about the site ‘app’ until 2 days before we left from a French neighbour which meant we missed some of the entertainment. It would have made sense to be told about the app on our arrival as the board outside reception does not display up to date information and so we missed the foam party that the children were keen to attend. The pool was VERY busy. You have to be quick to grab sunbeds. The use of an air raid siren ensured unattended sunbeds were reallocated during busy times. Facilities are old and in need of an update. Only one sink for hand washing in unisex toilets, right next to urinals. No hand washing facilities in poolside toilets which is interesting considering the ‘high’ standards for hygiene making men wear Speedo’s. Children’s pool was dirty. Had to sneak water in for children to drink by the pool in hot weather. In summary…..holiday was saved by amazing company and good location. Vias Plage only 15 min walk and lovely. Would return to the area, but not this campsite. (2.5 stars out of 5)

We camped here for a couple of weeks in July with a huge tent and gazebo. Had a really enjoyable time, and the kids loved the pool. Shop was reasonably priced and stocking basic goods - bakery was excellent. The night entertainment was very good and did not continue late so noise wasn't a problem. Toilets were average and could benefit from more frequent cleaning due to some filthy patrons, though this didn't spoil things for us. There is a 'no eating and drinking' rule around the pool - I think this is because the entire sun-lounging area has drains, which travel back to the pool for water conservation reasons. This means any spilt drinks would go to the pool, too, causing a hygiene problem, and hence the rule. The 6 amp hook up limitation is worth knowing about, which means you can't bring an appliance rated more than 1.3 kW - this didn't cause us any issues, though an electric BBQ may be a problem. We used a gas BBQ, so no worries. I was roaming on UK Vodafone, my partner on EE - we travel to EU regularly and never have network / data issues. However, at Vias and the camping site there is barely any mobile data available during the day. Outside the area it seems ok and almost like data is throttled especially for roaming tourists. We had to buy the expensive wifi in the end. There were a few mosquitoes about, but nothing excessive and not a problem as we had a secure tent with good fly screens. The on-site restaurant was really nice and served great drinks. Overall, this is a fantastic camping site, and we would visit again. The kids loved it.
Jonathan C — Google review
The campsite itself is very pleasant but certainly does not deserve 4 stars. Showers after renovation but the water is cool and on the floor like in the forest - the number of leaves knocks down. The swimming pool is a long story, namely the rules that apply to it define the client for whom the campsite is created, namely 75+. It is forbidden to enter the swimming pool in flip-flops, it is forbidden to swim in swimming shorts (when I informed the staff that these are swimming trunks and others did not say it was not their problem), it is forbidden to drink, it is forbidden to eat, it is forbidden to enter the jacuzzi under the age of 16, it is forbidden to use toys by children (even a small ball) in the water, so in summary it is best to be at the age when you are lying on a lounger. The rules at the pool bring nothing but the frustration of all guests who are with me at the facility. The service at the pool is very active in enforcing bans, intimidating guests with a security call in the event of violations of their sick rules, but when it comes to maintaining cleanliness, unfortunately, there is no competence - the paddling pool for children is dirty. The next pompously named place is a market which can be compared to a shop in a small village with beer, whiskey, wine and baguettes - that is "everything" that should be at the campsite :) Additionally, WIFI is payable (4 devices for two days 24 euros) and working average Evening animations ok - participation in 1 evening, pool ok, I did not use the described bars and restaurants. The beach is a 20-minute walk away. Generally, it is not a 4* standard
Piotr G — Google review
The guys from Mauritius who were running the bar/restaurant and shop couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the facilities were good. It was a perfect location for exploring the area, close to beaches and the Canal Du Midi on our bikes.
Roger D — Google review
We found l'Air Marin on a well known camping site so booked 6 nights last minute. The website pictures looked good especially the pool area. On arrival the reception team (very friendly and welcoming) allocated us a pitch which unfortunately was 20 feet from the edge of the campsite near the road. Road noise at times was considerable. The pitch itself was grass, so easy to pitch a tent which was good. There was some shade from trees, and drinking water outlets very close by. We liked the pool area but the rules were ridiculous. You couldn't even take bottled water in there so in 30 degrees sunshine you had to leave to get hydrated. But if you left your towel on your bed it could be removed, so you'd have to tag team with the family to save your bed (which there wasn't enough of). Oh and fellas, this is another site that insists you wear tight swimwear due to hygiene reasons, which every other country on earth knows is utter nonsense. You won't find pictures of the bathrooms on the website except for the modern children's (which was way over the other side from our pitch). The reason is they are very very tired and in need of bringing up to date. They are not 4 star site worthy at all. And the walk from the pitch was nearly 5 minutes which with a 4 year old in the middle of the night wasn't ideal. The mens toilets were someones idea of a joke - it being impossible for more than 1 person to use at a time. Queues for the limited number of toilets and showers was common, so additional facilities are required (there are only 2 blocks for the whole site). The children's playground looked good but is covered in gravel. My daughter played for a few minutes but grazed her knees and had shoes full of stones so she didn't want to go back. The restaurant was ok. The waiting staff doing their best to cope with demand. One bar tender made a rude comment to my wife thinking she couldn't understand. That's when we decided we'd had enough and cut short our stay and left for Spain.

Overpriced food and extremely poor quality. Our stomachs have been aching for days. We ordered 3 sandwiches, half a chicken and eggplants au gratin. The chicken was served cold and was totally watery...the eggplants were also cold. When we asked why the food was cold, we were told that there was a microwave between the tables, so we van warm up the food by ourselves. This is an absolute joke. Hands off!

(Translated by Google) We went to Traiteur Le Safran for dinner because the large, varied menu immediately appealed to us – especially useful when everyone wants something different 🍕🌮🍔 The selection ranges from pizza and burgers to tacos and paninis. Personally, I prefer smaller, more focused menus, but in this case, it was ideal: the kids were desperate for burgers and fries, and I wanted tacos – and everyone found what they were looking for. The kids' menu is really great: For €8.50, they got mini burgers with fries, a drink, and an ice cream – the cup was quite generously filled with about two and a half scoops 🍦😊 Great value for families. I had an XL taco meal with kebab meat, a large portion of fries, and a Coke – it was delicious and plentiful. The yogurt sauce was fresh, and the meat was well-seasoned. My wife ordered a Margherita (26cm), which unfortunately came with Gorgonzola – it wasn't on the menu, and she doesn't like that cheese. A bit annoying for such a classic pizza. What we didn't like: The ordering process was a bit chaotic. There's no self-service or screen; you have to wait in line. There were four families in front of us who started to think about it before ordering – so we waited over 15 minutes just to place our order 🕒 The food itself arrived surprisingly quickly. Overall, a solid, family-friendly place with a huge selection, very fair prices for kids, and good taste – but there's room for improvement in the organization of orders 📲 (Original) Wir waren zum Abendessen bei Traiteur Le Safran, weil uns die grosse, abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte direkt angesprochen hat – besonders praktisch, wenn jeder Lust auf etwas anderes hat 🍕🌮🍔 Die Auswahl reicht von Pizza über Burger bis hin zu Tacos und Paninis.

At the Archipel aquatic centre, visitors can enjoy pools for serious swimmers as well as recreational areas for year-round water fun. Additionally, the Multimedia Centre of Agde hosts cultural activities and events suitable for all audiences.
We walked to this indoor play centre from Club Farret, and the walk was about 15 minutes. The venue itself was great, the kids enjoyed it tremendously. It was by far the biggest venue we had been to like this. The equipment was clean and in pretty good order. Its was very quiet when we went, but it's large enough that I would think when on busy days it wouldn't be crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful especially as non of us speak French. Would highly recommend if your in the area with young children.

Too hot (or wet) outside? Need to give your kids somewhere to run around? This place worked a treat. Surprisingly big, surprisingly quiet (midweek summer holidays). Several different areas to keep kids busy, largely unsupervised (staff leave you to it - parents should be supervising their kids anyway you'd hope!). We didn't try the food but looked like decent menu. Plenty of space to sit around and air conditioned. Think we were in there for 3 hours and had to drag the kids out.

An excellent indoor play area. A great way to spend a few hours when raining etc. Plenty for kids of all ages to do. A lovely cafe too. Staff very pleasant and helpful

Clean. You can go in with your kids (u5). Restaurant is fine. Price was fair!
Joe R — Google review
Absolutely fantastic for the kids. Huge place with plenty of seats for the parents as well as a quiet room. And the WiFi is free and works super fast. Will definitely be coming back.
Shannon L — Google review
Huge indoor playground for kids, lots of enjoyable and fun things to do for them. The age limits are defined by area but I did not see any supervision from the staff, therefore parents have to be vigilant. Coffee is surprisingly good for such a place (parents will appreciate) and pricing is reasonable. Parking is easy
Super F — Google review
Very large place for kids to play. You can leave them for hours and they will really enjoy themselves. There’s is food drinks and a veranda where adults can stay in somewhat peace. The adult place could do with better sound insulation. The rest is good especially the kids areas.

Nice place for kids. A bit pricey though ! 11€/kid.

Chiringuito vias plage is a chic beach bar offering artfully plated fish and seafood along with an extensive cocktail menu. The service at both the restaurant and the beach area is highly praised, with delicious dishes that come recommended. Visitors can expect a warm and attentive welcome, making it an excellent spot for families to enjoy a day out.
Have to say one of the most friendly and hip place I’ve been in a long time. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. So good not only spent the whole day there eating and lounging in the sun. Returned in the evening for the music, which is also great. Thank you for making my first trip such a pleasurable one and see you all next year 🙌🏽🫶🏼

This has a great holiday feel. Superb cocktails made by bar staff and the cheeseboard was huge and tasty. The views are beautiful and music good. Only letdown was the staff seemed quite surly and one guy behind the bar felt a bit put out to have to serve us.
Leaburn — Google review
Bar beautifully located with the best view of the beach. Ideal for a romantic date where you can take beautiful pictures. Preferable make a reservation beforehand so you can secure a place. Food was delicious a bit more expensive than in other places but totally worth it. Service was also great. Fully recommended.
Claudia B — Google review
A consistently fantastic experience season after season! Great service, well-made cocktails, imaginatively presented food, ambiance, views, music. Well worth the price! As Vias locals we have and will continue to visit regularly (especially after a disappointing experience with La Pailotte next door that has the same prices but doesn't even come close to matching quality in any category this year, except the views).
Claire G — Google review
Just because it's a beautiful place, the manager doesn't really care about your feedback. If you come to have a drink, no one will even bring you a menu, and if they do, you'll have to wait a long time for anyone to notice you. It's a terrible service where no one cares about your opinion.

We had a marvelous Lunch at the Chiringuito with an unbelievable view on the ocean. Thank you Camila for the perfect service 😘
MarcRene R — Google review
We had a reservation at 7pm. Ordered 2 cocktails, 3 large beers, 2 soft drinks, 2 burgers, an entrecote and a kids menu. The bill was €143. Food was mediocre. The €32 entrecote was dry and not tender, served with fries, one cherry tomato and a tiny bit of vegetables. Burgers (€26) were just okay. After only 1.5 hours we were given the bill without asking, and told to finish our drinks on the beach. Felt rushed and unwelcome. Definitely not worth the money.

Tourist trap. Situated at the end of a strip of very similar restaurants but you think you're getting something different. Waiters serving tables were miserable, the young lady with dark hair threw my entree on the table and stormed off. My Husband ordered the Entrecôte which was so tough he couldn't finish it. We ordered water for the table that never arrived, we were never asked whether the food was ok nor were we asked if we wanted to order more drinks. Other guests around us, mainly French, were not finishing most of their meals - what does that tell you? The Tuna tartar was drenched in soy and tasted of nothing but salt. Some of the menu was not clear, even in French - the steak didn't tell you what it came with, I had to ask the waiter if it came with fries and as if asking was a chore, he rolled his eyes at me, like it wasn't obvious. When the steak came out it was literally just with oven chips and nothing else. The childrens meals came out with salad drenched in balsamic vinegar (very high in sugar) which they refused to eat, they would eat salad without it or with any other dressing. Being asked about salad dressing for very young children would have been a courtesy. The seafood platter was served with unseasoned black rice and mashed potatoes, I'm sorry but what cuisine is that? It looked disgusting and many people were leaving the sides. Staff wearing promotional tshirts were loitering in the bar area, doing seemingly nothing at all but chatting. Kids ice cream came out in a pre-packaged cup from a shop. The place is just a thrown together diner occupying prime retail space.

Great place to eat - would highly recommend. You need to book to get a table. It’s wonderful setting right on the sea side edge with a view of the mountains and beaches of the surrounding area. The food was very good, fresh cooked on the grill and very well catered for children. It’s a must if you stay in the area

Timothé made our stay at this place a pleasure. Very nice restaurant, great service and a stunning view. We‘ll be back.
Fritz V — Google review
As Vias locals, we've dined here at least once a month for several seasons and the service, food and cocktails have been so consistently fantastic, to the point that I've recommended this place to family, friends and a locals Facebook group with a membership of 5,000. However, this evening was our first visit of the 2023 season and we were super disappointed with both the food and service. Our expectations were high, especially as the prices are even higher than last year and we expected our experience to match (as it has year after year with neighbouring beach restaurant, Chiringuito). It started OK, with a mojito that had decent taste and alcohol levels (though it didn't blow me away, as the texture and garnish was lacking to justify €10 for a cocktail). The shared entrée "Assiette du Soleil" was an OK portion size. The humous was freshly made but the other sauces were out of a jar and the whole thing quite cheap quality and not well-presented. The dish which I had been looking forward to and ordered almost every previous visit was La Pailotte's famous césar salad, with mixed leaves, fruits, textures and colours, ample parmasan and tender chicken. Tonight's incarnation was so disappointing that I almost cried. It was essentially just a pile of chopped up iceberg lettuce (complete with stalks), a few bits of Parmasan tossed in and 4 chunks of heavily breaded (though it was fresh breadcrumbs) chicken that was super dry plus two stale breadsticks out of a packet. The sauce that came in a pot on the side was OK but not nearly enough to add flavour and moisture to the €22.90 iceberg extravaganza. My partner's beef carpaccio was OK but as there's no cooking involved it was hard for it to be wrong. When our plates were cleared, we gave polite but constructive feedback to the servers, who must have communicated it to the kitchen but no one from management came to speak to us, let alone make a gesture. We paid €86 for the most disappointing meal we've ever eaten in Vias Plage. Will definitely not be visiting again this season and will stick with Chiringuito, next door, which has the same high prices but the consistent food, drink and service quality to justify them!! Will try again in 2024 maybe.

Really poor restaurant - they mucked up each and every part of our order, offered to remove the cost of the warm wine we did not drink but actually didn’t do it. I won’t go into an expansive review but it was awful and expensive. Absolute tourist trap nonsense, hard avoid.
JP J — Google review
We only wanted a drink on the way from the airport after picking up family, this is a tradition at 6.30 pm . Stupidly I chose this beach bar . Firstly they made us feel unwelcome , we couldn't sit at any of the empty tables that were not laid for eating as the waitress said they were reserved . Even when I said we will only be 30 minutes there . So we sat at the end of a bar area . We then waited and waited for one of the many waitresses to take our drinks order . 2 other groups of people arrived after us and were attended by the waitress . After 20 minutes of being ignored I had to go to the bar to ask for someone to take our drinks order . So eventually one waitress came over . The others were chatting and hanging around . Dreadful place . Unfriendly and unhelpful . Never will I go there again
Sandra J — Google review
Very disappointed. Beautiful location and had dined here in previous years but I think it was a different name. This time the food was very poor. We had the fish and chips. Both were reheated and very greasy. High prices does not match quality of food.
Eileen W — Google review
Very rude personnel, service with a smile? Nope, not a chance. Overpriced menu and drinks with extremely poor quality. Dirty glasses, long wait times and small portions. Do not go here
